Saved & Restored

You're listening to a message to go from acts church.

We hope this message will light up your day.

And then your highest ultimate boy is just to get

them to see the sinners prayer.

And now they say the happy right, and then they

live their lives are like the devil.

But God didn't just come to save you. He came

to bring you back to become sons and daughters of

the lot. This savior doesn't just save us from cancer.

He doesn't just save us from aids. He just save

us from poverty. He saves us from the real problem.

The real problem in this world is not anything else

but sin. It is sin that opened the door for

everything else. That's why you cannot preach the gospel without

preaching sin.

Can I but you can never. Oh Jesus is nice,

Church is nice, music is nice.

Don't ever preach a gospel His head you you you're

not done preaching gospel if you don't preach the main problem,

and the first problem was sin.

And sin was rejecting God.

Sin was saying, God, you know I know better, you

know you always you know, don't eat of this fruit.

Why are you so boring? When God okay?

And God is not boring ruse, he allow you to

eat all the fruits, except how do you call that boring?

But the devil will really highlight on things you cannot get. Actually,

you got everything, idea, but you cannot get that guy.

So now he's bad. You got everything else the media,

I know you can't get the girl. Now he's cruel.

I'm like, hello, away to min it. You got everything,

you just can't get that friddy, not now, at least

right now. He now he's the worst god in the world.

You know, you got everything, really a hell live love right,

and you cannot get to go to your favorite uni

se which may know have you been good for you?

So in the first place, you only don't know. Right

now he now he's a goal who doesn't care. And

suddenly one out of a million good things has done

for us, Suddenly he's bad And I never want to

play on that. You see, you see, you see, you

to say to you that although salvation is amazing, awesome, grade,

it's a mass to get back to God. But God

didn't just come to save you. He came to bring

you back to become sons and daughters of the Lord.

Don't think that salvation is the ultimate. It is the door,

the only door to get back into right relationship with God.

That's why John chapter one, verse twelve.

He says to as many as received him, he gave

us the right to become children of God. John one chield.

I love that verse. He gave us the right. You

all in this room have a right, you know, a

God given right. Who's going to take away from you?

No one is going to think this is right. Is

from God, and he made us children. Give us the

right to become just gave us a right to be saved.

Give us the right to become children. He wants to

restore back this sonship his plans that have never changed.

God is the same yesterday, today and forever he Brews thirteen,

verse eight. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today forever

he Brews thirteen eight. So if he doesn't change, means

his plans and purposes ever changed. So he just doesn't

one Christians to go around your school, go around your college.

I'm saved, I'm saved, I'm safe. Sorry, you're going to Hell.

I'm not going to It's not just about heaven.

Hell. We shouldn't be arguing about that. It should be

Hold on a minute.

I'm saved because he wants to restore my sonship, my

authority in him, my confidence, I want to say, confidence,

my confidence.

My purpose.

Is not just to be saved, but it is to

be sons and daughters again so that you can live

out his plans and purpose. Otherwise that people want to

have dominion. Do you understand when Christians begin to know

their calling, their purpose, their plan in God, and you

begin to know your power in God. Do you know

what you can change the world, the world?

And exactly true. That was our call.

So don't just stop me. Oh I'm safe, so yay,

you know that's say. You go around everywhere, just try

to get people saving me and then your highest ultimate

goal is just to get them to see the sinner

scrap and now they say the happiness right and then

they live their lives are.

Like the devil. You know, you know, I mean I'm strong.

I'm strong, I know, but you know I'm strong because

I want to get the point of you that you

are Christian by name, but you are not by life style.

You know what I'm saying. So if Moymo can understand this,

He places you a school, college, university, workplace, government, no

matter where, it doesn't matter because you are a son,

not just say you're a son and a daughter of

the most High God. And he wants his God wants

his kingdom to come down. His kingdom comes will be

done on earth and said is in heaven. But how

does he do it. He does it through sons. He

doesn't do it through babies.

That's why there is you will see a coming back

to this, you understand coming back to this.

But what helps this is what we call discipleship. That's

why when you just get someone saved and you leave

That's why all of you need this salvation.

Jesus is I am the way the truth in the life.

No one comes to the Father except through me. That's

one of his words. We say, you couldn't learn his words,

right John fourteen six? Right? Yeah, In fact, it'd be

good that not only you know his words, you know

where the reference are. I really pray that know that

you'd be so confident that they become there.

You can even quote the scripture.

It's not a memory test, and I don't think I'll

do memory tests with your life.

Okay, don't worry.

Worry. You just love the Word of God and love

to be able to be able to quote it. John

forty six, Jesus says, I am the Way, the Truth,

and the life. No one comes to you, Father except

to me. So salvation is key to become sons and daughters. Again.

Yeah, but it doesn't end that. It starts there. And

if you don't have this, you won't have a lot

of the rest. Okay.

So I know a lot of Christians are going around

just say, just get him saved, I know, just say

this in this prayer. I know. Then sometimes that's exactly

what happens with another group of people. Just want you

to say a certain prayer and then you become and

then it doesn't matter how you live. You know, we're

not we're not wanting to do that. We don't just

want to get numbers into excellent. No, we don't want

just numbers. That's what Jesus wasn't afraid when they all

Lord coming to my heart.

I think in a way Christianity is like that until

now I still find myself having to check my own

heart again whether I'm truly safe, you know, because salvation

is not just a Sinleu's prayer. You can see the

prayers still not be following Christ right that the true

mark of the disciple is following the Lord. Are we following?

He said, follow me? Are we following?

And so yeah, can we end up.

At fifty five and still go like you know when

the loss says do this right, and we go like, yeah,

year after year, time after time challenge of the challenge,

the Bible is found in Romans ten, verse nine and ten.

confess with your mouth right so that that whole scripture right,

you shall be safe. Do I still believe like I believe?

And do I still confess like I confess? And the

Bible says very clearly in Romans ten nine to ten.

That you are safe.

Okay, So don't let the devil lie to you just

now and then, just do you know, either God is

checking you or you're checking yourself. You just say, Lord,

I just want to make sure that I'm falling closely

after you. I like the way one of you said,

you know, yeah, you know, it's not my parents' faith,

it's my own.

Just remember that again. And again it's not even your

pastor's faith. I don't want you just because you're a part.

Of X that you you know, some of you might

have to leave for oversee, some of you might have

to leave somewhere. You know, some of you might get married.

And I'll be so sad that you know you follow

your husband to his church. I'll be sad because we

love you so much. But I don't want you just because,

actually you'll be all right. You should be able to

go anywhere and be all right. More I was gonna

say more than all right, it's firmly founded in your faith.

Amen.

Don't let your husband in the future dictate your faith.

Don't let your wife dictate your faith. Your faith is

your faith. And when you stand before God, you can

say her husband has to stay beside me, please answer

for me.

No, all of us would have to give it an

account on our own. I can say, my husband, you

didn't go to church. I don't go to know.

Remember that for the rest of your life, my parents

will go to church.
