We welcome you to the We Are Zion sermon podcast.
-
We are a church based out of Chennai, India.
-
We are thrilled that you tuned in today and hope that you will
-
be refreshed, revived, and energized by what you hear.
-
Our desire is that you will live life with a renewed sense of
-
purpose that stems from a vibrant faith in Jesus.
-
During this year of a divine takeover, we are discovering
-
that there are a few essentials that we cannot overlook.
-
One of these is the fear of God. To live in awe and reverent fear
-
of God is imperative in order for God to take over our lives
-
and lead us in His ways according to His will.
-
We pray that as you listen in, you would invite the Holy Spirit
-
to give you a fresh revelation of God and that you will live in
-
the fear and wonder of God. Wonderful to be here and it's a
-
such a joy. Thank you gosh and Tina, thank
-
you that they believe in me. That's wrong.
-
Blessed are those who believe they should see my record.
-
And Santaraj, please stand up. He is my guru.
-
He was in the literature for many years and he's a Bible
-
teacher and such a joy to see him.
-
And Victor and Sunidhi, of course, are my good friends for
-
many, many years, you know, And so it's wonderful, wonderful.
-
So I'm getting to see many of you and few of you have read my
-
books. And it's just interesting.
-
I'm touched, I'm touched, I'm touched.
-
And as you were sharing about fear and and all of that, you
-
have to believe I was like that. I was absolutely fearful.
-
I could not OK. When I grew up as a child, we
-
were six of us. We were all in one bedroom.
-
We couldn't afford beyond that. My dad was there.
-
I was probably about 810 years and I was trying to ask daddy
-
something. I could not form one question
-
straight. And, and yeah, Stena is where I
-
grew up, and I think I told the story, but I'll just say that
-
there was a day when I had failed academically and my
-
brother got upset with me. He actually sent me out of the
-
house with a begging bowl in my hand.
-
And then Christ came into my life and he can transform us
-
completely. Completely.
-
There were days in there used to be a now, I don't know, Basin
-
Bridge. Do you know where Basin Bridge
-
is when he entered into Chennai? Yeah.
-
I used to stand in that bridge. I was 16 years old and I 16
-
years old and I failed my 6th standard.
-
Can you imagine that? OK.
-
I was looking at that bridge and looking at all the people going
-
on the train. Delhi, Bombay, Calcutta, wow,
-
this is amazing. These guys are going to Delhi
-
and Bombay. Wow, that is my life.
-
And then guys came into my life. I think I told this word.
-
Anybody remember what is personality?
-
Where the word personality comes from?
-
Does anybody know? OK, I don't know that the word
-
personality. Oh, I'm a shy person.
-
Oh, I'm a fearful person. Don't, don't get me wrong.
-
Don't get me wrong. We are all there.
-
I was there myself. Oh, I'm like this.
-
I'm a background person. If there was a screen, I'll
-
stand behind the screen also. I was there.
-
I was there and so so the word personality comes from a Latin
-
word called mask. Did you know that the word mask,
-
it protects me. Don't tell me to go forward
-
because I am a very shy person. Defense mechanism is another
-
word you could use for that. And then Christ comes I'm I'm
-
right now I'm working only on five books.
-
My wife says that's crazy, but I'm still working and one of the
-
books I'm working on is called neurotheology.
-
I was telling my friend here and and neurotheology simply says
-
this that you can actually scientifically record the
-
transformation that takes place in your brain when God works in
-
it. One of the reason I wrote that
-
book and is to tell young people particularly don't get anybody
-
tell lies to you. Oh, oh, believe me, when God is
-
outdated, science was very clever and brilliant nonsense.
-
The truth is this, that scientists now are discovering
-
what the Bible always said. I call science tube light.
-
Don't tell them. They may get angry.
-
And that is the truth and what now science is saying because
-
because I'll tell you one thing, all truth comes from God and
-
takes you back to God in worship and adoration.
-
Francis Schaeffer said that actually that's God.
-
And so so our personality in our life is probably because of our
-
childhood experiences and various things that will happen
-
in our lives. But Christ came not just to save
-
you from your sin. That is the beginning of that,
-
not to save you from eternal hell, which is real.
-
And God saves us when you come to know him.
-
He saves you from eternal condemnation and separation in
-
hell. But that's just the beginning.
-
He invites us and says, my Son, I want to give you life and I
-
want to give it abundantly, super abundantly.
-
None of you, none of you are ordinary people.
-
To believe that you're an ordinary person, that is the
-
greatest lie you can ever believe.
-
For years I believed it. For years I believed it.
-
Now Tina is in two books, right? 10 years ago, 15 years ago, we
-
told you you'll write books. Will you believe that in a
-
joker? You'll laugh?
-
If you told me I told you about this Basin Bridge experience,
-
standing there and saying if somebody told me that I'll go to
-
America five times, then I'll go to Australia and I'll go to
-
England and I'll go to and all these places.
-
You're joking. I could not write one sentence
-
in English when I was 16 years old.
-
I couldn't spell the word tree. I failed in Tamil because I was
-
born here. I went to Karnataka.
-
I failed in Kannada because I went there to study.
-
Hopefully at least I had in the classes there.
-
Then I said OK, that's not a thing for me, I'll try Hindi.
-
I failed in Hindi, then I said I'll go to the national
-
language, and then I go to international French.
-
I failed in French too. I failed in English too.
-
Welcome. And then Christ into my life.
-
One of the books I'm working on is on the ancient Hebrew
-
language preview. Hebrew and all of that.
-
It's almost done. Not bad for a personal fear in
-
Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and French.
-
And this is what you need to dream.
-
You need to dream and realize this, that Christ came, that you
-
and I, you know, in Ephesians we read, the light has come.
-
Let's rise and shine, correct? You know it's there.
-
No, in the Bible, light came shine.
-
OK, let me say this is this. 90% of believers have not been
-
liberated to enjoy that light. They still live in darkness.
-
You're either liberated by the power of the Holy Spirit, or
-
you're living in bondage, or you're travelling towards that
-
liberation. I have some notes, and last time
-
I was here, that's your notes were better than your preaching.
-
Will you please keep your notes now?
-
I'll tell you that's what happened.
-
Now. Good to get correction from each
-
other. That's one of the reasons you
-
get mad at. If they told you before that,
-
you wouldn't have got married. Who likes correction?
-
Oh, I love correction. Oh my gosh, no.
-
But that's how we grow. We grow.
-
So what happened was that I, I had some notes that did not say.
-
Then somebody told me later, Pastor, your notes were better,
-
your pressing was not so good. And that actually prompted me.
-
Listen to this. This is what happens.
-
That actually prompted me to write a book on the notes that I
-
gave, which I did not present here.
-
That book is almost ready. That's how you work.
-
That's how you work. OK, I'll give you another clue.
-
I think I love your church too much, so I love my best things
-
here. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
-
Listen to this very carefully. I don't tell this to everybody,
-
but you look like a very good coup to me.
-
God only gives you clues. He's not going to write it on
-
the wall for you. Remember that.
-
Remember that He only gives you clues.
-
But if you had life today, God only gives you clues.
-
You got to take it. Run with it, That's all.
-
So and as long as it's to glorify God and as long as it is
-
to bless people, as long as OK, I'm still not done with my
-
introduction. OK, I'll give an introduction.
-
I'm going to talk about hopefully finish in.
-
I'm going to talk about Sower in the Sea, that story, OK, And the
-
last part, OK, we'll take we'll do it to Matthew, Matthew 13
-
chapter. So in the last part of that
-
story, our Lord explains the story, right?
-
And verse 23, Matthew 1323. Can someone read that?
-
Matthew 1323. Correct.
-
Yeah. Please.
-
Amen. Amen.
-
This is about the sword in the sea, right?
-
It's some seat falls. The wayside is gone from a rocky
-
ground. Someone thorns come and gone.
-
And recently somebody was asking me, pastor, you were in this
-
church for the church here in Chennai 50 years ago, now you're
-
come. What is the difference that you
-
see in the church? OK, now don't think I'm old.
-
I started very young. That's why, anyway, and what is
-
it? And I said this many things, and
-
I said one thing. Even then I knew there were
-
very, very few people who would really long for God and obeying
-
God and trusting in God and growing.
-
And I think that is true even now.
-
You must have a real longing for God and to grow and to love Him
-
and obey Him, must have a real desire to let God transform you.
-
You must be sick and tired of your sin.
-
You must be sick and tired of having an ordinary life, but I
-
mean ordinary life, not growing, not progressive, not experience
-
the power and the presence of God, not experience the joy of
-
God, not experience the fullness of God.
-
You must be sick and tired of it.
-
I'm I'm going to church and I'm marrying.
-
Blessed are those who hungry and dust after righteousness.
-
Blessed are those whose heart is pure, they will see God.
-
Hallelujah. I want to purify my heart from
-
every sin in my life. I want to God to cleanse
-
everything that needs to be broken in my life because I want
-
to bring forth much fruit. None of us were born to have
-
less fruit. Anna, So what does he say?
-
Some to bring 40, some hundredfold and 60.
-
Here's the question, Am I progressively bringing forth
-
much fruit? OK, I think I'll use the last
-
slide and the last like the fruit of the when you and I obey
-
and live Tina Gershwin, say something.
-
If I did not mention it or forget to, you just correct me
-
and say you said that to bring it back.
-
OK, I want to tell that story right in.
-
In the Jewish tradition, this is a very beautiful thing.
-
In the Jewish tradition, this is like this.
-
When Rabbi was asked what is the biggest thing about the 10
-
books, the five books of the Torah, the first five books of
-
Torah, he said two things. Listen very carefully.
-
He said two things. In the beginning, God created
-
heaven and the earth, full stop. In the beginning, God created
-
heaven and the earth, full stop. And then he says I'm creating
-
you. That's all.
-
I'm creating you. I'm creating you and I believe
-
that you can effect transform this world.
-
What you were saying about the whole world, I don't know how
-
they came up with the statistics.
-
Everyone of us can influence 32,000 people.
-
And with the Internet and all the films you have, Oh my gosh,
-
there is no ordinary person. So when the Word of God comes
-
into your life and you experientially understand that
-
everything changes. You know, when Victor Jakaran
-
were in our church in Indiranagar, what, 38 years ago,
-
what, 38 years ago, right? 30 years ago, I announced in
-
church I was the pastor. OK, we're going to have a late
-
training program in our church. And we start announcing, I think
-
Wednesday we went on Thursday. Was it Tuesday?
-
Tuesday we met. OK and the 1st last time we had
-
announced that we had 30 people, I said woo 30 people for a late
-
training program in a method that church is phenomenal.
-
I'm going to lead you to teach you how to do a Bible study, how
-
to preach, how to lead a person to Christ, how to give the
-
assurance salvation thought we signed up.
-
Wow. So I went to my mentor and I
-
said. You know what, I announced this
-
late training program and 30 people have signed up and have
-
come Yampa. I'm so excited.
-
And you're going to VASU if we train one or two people enough
-
VASU. Actually, that's what happened.
-
Victor was the permanent victim of my classes.
-
He came for all the program. Only other person.
-
Only one other person. I can remember why I'm saying
-
this. OK, Listen to this very
-
carefully. The word is sown to everybody.
-
God's resources, God's power, God's miracle is available to
-
everybody. That's a lie.
-
Don't be so proud. You know self pity is pride.
-
You know that self pity is pride.
-
You know 1 words that transformed my life and is Acts
-
and I think it's the 12th chapter of Acts.
-
It says with God there is no partiality, with God there is no
-
partiality. Acts chapter 10 was therefore,
Acts 10 chapter mention
-
you just get into your system. The word of God is preached
-
everybody. The Bible is available to
-
everybody and, and, and, and, and, and when you put that into
-
your life, God can transform your life.
-
Can somebody do that for us? With God there is no partiality.
-
That's all. Whatever you, I'll give you one
-
thing, none of us are victim of the past in Christ Jesus.
-
We all can be victims. Hallelujah, none of us.
-
I love to say this to young people, please don't take it
-
badly. Blaming your parents comes with
-
an expiry date. Hallelujah.
-
Only parents can say Hallelujah. Blaming your parents comes with
-
a expiry date. Please don't give that for a
-
long time. Don't.
-
I lost my mother when I was five years old.
-
My dad was a very, very business, very busy person.
-
I mean, I don't blame him. And yeah, six of us to take
-
care. My youngest brother was seven
-
months old and my mother died. OK.
-
So those days there was no family and planning.
-
There's two different things. When when my mother was
-
expecting, my grandmother also was expecting.
-
I always wonder where my daddy went.
-
Did he see his mother-in-law anyway?
-
And when my mother died, our whole world collapsed.
-
My daddy by God's grief, he said not to get married.
-
He and he took care of us. OK, so I do not remember my
-
daddy ever carrying me or touching me.
-
He had a seven months old to take care.
-
Daddy got up in the morning at 5:30, had his prayer, went and
-
had coffee and had break, bought some vegetables and then he
-
probably bought breakfast for us.
-
We, we lived in hotel food for a long, long time.
-
And he would go to work at 9:30. He never came back till 8:30.
-
Never. I still remember and I know the
-
exact space spot in the street in Clemens Rd. in Purushawakam
-
where I could stand and wait up my power.
-
That looks like daddy. That looks like daddy, that
-
looks like daddy. And then it'd be somebody.
-
Hours, hours, hours. I want to say this, the greatest
-
healing came to me when I recognized God as my daddy.
-
God, that's my daddy. It changed every cell of my
-
body. It changed my nervous system.
-
It changed my brain. It changed my complete function
-
of my brain. I'm talking pure neuroscience
-
here, actually actual neuroscience changes everything.
-
And then when you yeah, we'll go back to that slide.
-
So yeah, just be the last slide that we saw and I and this is
-
just not a complete list, but I let me say this.
-
So when the word of God and his love.
-
OK, bring the 2nd or the 3rd slide.
-
OK, go ahead. Go ahead.
-
Go ahead, go ahead. No, there's another one after
-
that. No.
-
OK, Anyway, it's not here. I'll give it to you as you as
-
you say. Can you type it and bring it on
-
the screen? Great.
-
Now we say this is the word of God.
-
We say this is the word of God, correct?
-
Yeah. In Hebrew it is not there.
-
It's not like that. OK, so Anthony, you started
-
Hebrew, you taught Hebrew. Then I am the scholar in Hebrew.
-
It's not there. The word, The word.
-
Listen to this. OK, The word when you say the
-
word in Hebrew, it is a real thing.
-
It is a first thing, it's a real thing.
-
Say it's a real thing. The word I've got is a real
-
thing. Say it's a real thing.
-
OK, so, so when I speak, I give you something that you did not
-
have. So the Hebrew word to speak and
-
think THING is almost saying So when I tell you God loves you,
-
God has a beautiful plan for your life.
-
Don't give up in life because he has engraved in the palms of His
-
hand and you are the greatest delight to him.
-
He dances and sings over you. When I give that word, it is a
-
real thing. It's not Anne, it's not
-
vibration, it's not some frequency.
-
It's a real thing. That is all.
-
When God says he loves you, it's a real thing.
-
That's the first thing about Hebrew.
-
And when you understand that as a wrong thing, everything
-
changes. Second thing, the word to speak
-
I speak is in Hebrew is to give a jewel.
-
Interesting. To speak is to give a jewel to
-
you. Now, those of you who are
-
getting preparation for marriage or if you are married, if you
-
don't have a jewel to give, shut up.
-
How many marriages will be saved if you just shut up?
-
I feel like saying idiot, I feel like shut up.
-
If you don't have a jewel to give, what do you do?
-
How many marriages? And that's a good preparation
-
for marriage, actually. And to speak is to give a jewel.
-
The last thing about speaking in Hebrew is beautiful.
-
In Hebrew, when I say I speak, I raise you to the highest place
-
in the branch of a tree. That's speaking, I raise you.
-
What a beautiful thing if all marriages can just follow that.
-
I raise you to the highest place in the branch of the tree.
-
Tell you the why I'm with you. And and so let's put in the word
-
of God what a what is the word of God first in the Hebrew
-
understanding it's a real thing. This chat is real that what
-
water bottle is real real, absolutely real.
-
God loves you, God cares for you and he has a beautiful plan for
-
you in terms of all your disappointment, he has an
-
appointment. Hallelujah.
-
All your set back. All your set back are a set up
-
for a higher raise Hallelujah. But just continue to love him.
-
Just continue to obey him. Just continue to follow him.
-
Just continue to know him. So when that real thing comes
-
into your life, you obey it, you follow that.
-
It changes everything about you. Everything about you.
-
OK, Yeah, very good. Where is the word?
-
I've got is real thing then the word of God to speak is to give
-
a jewel to give a jewel and the third thing is to speak is to
-
raise the person to the highest branch of a tree that's not
-
speaking and this exactly what the word of God does to us.
-
You know, my life changed completely.
-
My life changed completely when I realized God loves me and it's
-
a nothing. God is with me and it's a real
-
thing. The other day I was going to A
-
to a church, which I have not been before and the service
-
started. I think the worship stopped.
-
So there were ashes, very big church and there was ashes and
-
and as I entered the Ashraf, how many of you he said you know, I
-
said phone, but I was walking alone.
-
Then he showed me a chair where there was four seats and he and
-
as I was sitting going to sit. No, actually the other three
-
person don't need chair, but they are with me.
-
Are you with me? Because it's a real thing.
-
The Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit is with me.
-
But they don't need a chat. It's a real thing.
-
And then when that Word of God comes into your life, that's a
-
real thing. Then you bring forth much fruit.
-
It's a real thing. I didn't have a jewel.
-
Oh, I got the jewel. I live as if I got the jewel.
-
I live as if I have a jewel in my heart.
-
And because of that Jewel, I live.
-
OK, You bring the discipleship thing.
-
It's intentional and OK. Yeah, we will go to that.
-
Yeah. No, no, before that.
-
Yeah, OK. Before that, Before that, before
-
that. Can somebody read that for us?
-
We go to the verse before that. OK, so read that one or two that
-
read it loudly. I can read it read.
-
Go ahead. If you want the seed to bring
-
forth fruit, there must be discipline, there must be
-
obedience, there must be submission.
-
Then you bring the next slide now.
-
Yeah, OK, All of us do that. Training.
-
Repeated intentional practice that forms you, not perfection
-
overnight. Formation overtime.
-
Shall we read that again? Training is repeated intentional
-
practice that forms you, not perfection overnight.
-
You're getting formed into Christ, like now.
-
That's all it is, but it has to be intentional.
-
It has to be an everyday ongoing process of saying no, no, no,
-
this. I cannot be thinking this way.
-
There's a theory in, there's a practice in counseling that we
-
learned, one of the things that we learned is called stop
-
therapy. All of you say stop therapy,
-
stop therapy shot again. So when you're anxious, you're
-
OK to be anxious for a little while.
-
If you're worried, it's alright to be worried for a little
-
while. If somebody hurts you, it's
-
alright to feel that anger for a little while because we are all
-
human being. If you're worried about certain
-
things, you put your ATM into the mission and you get the
-
loving letter insufficient from it's a little it's OK to be and
-
then say wow, I'm going to trust God.
-
Stop therapy says that is all right to be worried or anxious
-
or worried and upset or angry for a short duration of time.
-
Somebody calls you I know him so I can go and then say it hurts.
-
OK, here's if you say exactly the statement.
-
Next time when Tina and Gharshan call me, I'll give you a gift,
-
OK? Somebody hurt me.
-
They said something just not correct recently, and then I
-
said these words to them. As I told you, it's alright to
-
feel anger, hurt and pain. So don't think that is wrong.
-
It's alright. It's alright to be afraid, you
-
know, listen to this. I told whatever you say, my joy
-
and my peace in God is not going to be disturbed.
-
Hallelujah. Learn it.
-
As I said, you will feel that initially and that's OK, but I'm
-
not going to live in anger, bitterness, unforgiveness,
-
resentment, stop. That's the power of the Holy
-
Spirit in the life of believer. For those of you preparing for
-
marriage, this is a very good preparation.
-
You will have hundreds of opportunities every day, almost
-
hundreds of that is why training is that in one way, if you want
-
to be a good discipline to get married, you will see, you will
-
get training. You will get training, good
-
training. All your garbage and all that
-
anger and everything is going to come on.
-
Listen to this. No spiritual progress can come
-
without you submitting, without you yielding and without you
-
obeying the Holy Spirit. Nothing's going to happen.
-
You're not going to become productive and what become what
-
God wants you to be just that's not going to happen.
-
It's intentional, it's repeated. It's a practice moment by moment
-
and by second, by millisecond, obeying God and enjoying Him
-
and. Following him.
-
OK, here's something you can write this down, OK?
-
In response to his deep love, in his in our response to his deep
-
love, we continue to obey him and transformation takes place.
-
Karata, you get it. In response to his deep love,
-
you obey him and transformation takes place.
-
That's all. It's only in that, only in that.
-
OK. So it is a repeated intentional
-
practice that forms you not, not overnight performance formation
-
over time. OK.
-
So I've been married for 38 years, nine years.
-
You're 3040. So he's senior to me.
-
So so and I was saying this, I'm saying that when we first got
-
married, we fought a lot. I spoke words I should not
-
speak. But in the last five years, six
-
years or so, both of us have learnt this intentional
-
obedience. That's a good one.
-
In response to his deep love, we continue to obey and
-
transformation takes place. Underline that into your life.
-
And then when Nadala and myself came closer to God and and we
-
began to realize what really counts, I want to say this, that
-
we enjoy each other now. Then we first got married
-
because you act OK. Write this down.
-
My Christian experience of God's love must transform me and make
-
me an awesome, amazing, loving person to live with.
-
Can I say that again, my experience of God and my
-
obedience to His response to His deep love in my life must
-
transform me into an awesome, loving, amazing person to live
-
with. And if that is not happening
-
when you check with God, OK, we'll go to the next slide.
-
Oh, you got the sentence. OK, very good.
-
No problem, No problem. OK, so salvation means salvation
-
means is an invitation for transformation.
-
Marriage means invitation for transformation.
-
In the Hebrew understanding, marriage is a born again
-
experience. Marriage is a born again.
-
I want put a case, one case. I was born like this and I did
-
like this. Finally I'll be like this.
-
Put a case manage is an invitation for transformation.
-
Salvation is an invitation for transformation.
-
You experience this love and say Lord, I want to be changed
-
person Ruttle OK, so salvation is go back good.
-
All of the readers my Christian experience loudly my yeah go
-
ahead read loudly my Christian experience of others.
-
You make everybody around you sick and tired.
-
Have to be OK. OK, So yeah, dying to self and
-
living for Christ, that's what salvation is.
-
And in this transformation, when you accept Christ and the
-
transformation that God is inviting us is this one.
-
Let Christ be the Lord of our lives to Eal and say Lord
-
hereafter not my will, but but thy will be done.
-
That you understand the cross means everything to you, and you
-
want to live every day for him. That's the invitation.
-
That's the invitation God gives you.
-
OK, let's move, let's move, move.
-
What happens? Why sometimes the word people
-
listen to the church. They hear Gharsham preach his
-
heart out and they and and they listen to so many messages and
-
so much of teaching they get. But there is no fruit and no
-
result at all. There's no change at all.
-
Now this is not a complete list, OK, But you have to find out why
-
we go into rocky grounds and hearts filled with unnecessary
-
things that are choking the world.
-
There are rocks there that is not allowing the sea to take
-
full growth and become what you can become and and because of
-
these things that are occupied now, listen to this very
-
carefully, OK, All of this occupy real estate space in your
-
brain. And then you have a
-
superstructure around all of that infrastructure around that.
-
And there's buildings and there are chains and there are
-
bondages that strongholds. That's the word the Bible uses
-
strongholds around it. And then you listen to Billy
-
Graham and John Piper and just start and you listen to all of
-
these guys. Nothing.
-
Because deep, deep down on your heart and soul, these are some
-
of the things that are preoccupying your life and they
-
are eating you from inside. Some people have lived with
-
anxiety and if they don't, if they're not anxious, they are
-
anxious. Why they are not anxious?
-
I should not be like that. For years and years and years we
-
lived in that. One of my friend's pastor was
-
telling and he was passing by and said and then he saw some
-
people have built their houses just near and he was asking how
-
do these people manage to live in this place?
-
This got used to. Listen to this.
-
Listen to this. I want to tell you a story, but
-
this I won't get that. Listen to this, don't get used
-
to these nonsense things in your life that is destroying you from
-
inside and think they are normal and you have to live with it all
-
your life. You don't have to.
-
That's why Christ came and he said I'll set you free.
-
When the sun sets you free, what will happen?
-
You'll be free indeed. It's a real thing.
-
He wants to lift you up and you've got to find out what are
-
the. The other thing you could have
-
is low self worth. You could add a lot of things in
-
this world. Low self worth is another thing.
-
Now listen to this very carefully.
-
I'll tell this, you can get this done, OK.
-
What you accomplish can never be consistent with what you think
-
about yourself. What you believe about yourself
-
is so important because if you believe that, you are an idiot.
-
If you believe you'll never get over your fear.
-
If you believe that you're an ordinary person, you can't also
-
do great things because that's what you believe about yourself.
-
You will never race about what you believe about yourself.
-
Then once you realise Isaiah 43 four, this was my words that
-
transformed my life, that you are precious, you are honoured,
-
you are loved. And when I realise that it's a
-
real thing, I got a jewel and I live as if I have a jewel.
-
I live that way. I live.
-
So the person who has a PhD, some of you know my PhD right
-
past high school, Difficult, you know.
-
Well, at least right now, my desire is only to write 25
-
books. I'm only going to be 70 next
-
year. That's all you can do.
-
OK, Listen to this very carefully.
-
OK, Listen to this very carefully.
-
Jesus, our Lord says these words.
-
If you believe in me, complete that for me.
-
If you believe in me, you will do the work that I do.
-
And then I'm going to the Father, man.
-
I'm going to your daddy, bedfellow.
-
He loves you so much. He gets excited about seeing
-
you, and then I'm going to the Father.
-
Hey, you will do much more than I have done.
-
Do you believe that? Is that the real thing for you
-
or it is some vibration, some voices, some No, no, no, no, no,
-
they are real. And when I began to realize that
-
it's real, it changed my life completely.
-
I only went to America five times because I believed.
-
I believed that he gave me a jewel.
-
OK, so we'll just close. So bring back the last slide.
-
All of us can read this. OK, now this again is not a
-
complete list. When the real world of God gets
-
into your system, when the jewel gets into your system, when the
-
real thing gets into your system, your life will change
-
completely. OK, let's read it.
-
You will become. Go ahead.
-
Amen. Go ahead.
-
Amen. Go ahead.
-
Amen. Amen.
-
OK, all those who can become fathers, so many of your fathers
-
here have children with you. Can I see your hand?
-
OK. You better become dynamic and
-
active because your children are going to see you.
-
They'll also become dull and boric.
-
Better you will become a dynamic person.
-
OK, next one who will become black.
-
If you abide in me, you'll bring forth, I was listening to this
-
rabbi, I was telling you what is the only one?
-
If you have to say the most important words in the five
-
books of the Torah, what is the most important verse in that?
-
He says Deuteronomy 4/4. Can somebody read that?
-
Can you bring that on the screen?
-
Deuteronomy 4th chapter, fourth verse, to summarize the entire
-
five books. He says this is the key and I
-
was thinking how close our Lord was when he said if you abide in
-
me and your my words abide in you, you'll bring forth much
-
fruit. That's what our Lord said,
-
correct? OK, but all of you was to the
-
Lord. You're God and you shall live,
-
Hallelujah, and He shall live when you continuously enjoy the
-
experience and knowledge of Him loving you, when you continue to
-
enjoy and celebrate the joy and the peace.
-
He, you know I want to say this, you bring greatest delight to
-
the eyes of God. Hallelujah.
-
Can I say that again, you bring the greatest delight in the eyes
-
of God and look at His eyes delighting in you and just
-
celebrate that. Just enjoy that and just
-
celebrate and worship for a few seconds every day, every hour.
-
If you can do that, your brain will be transformed.
-
How many seconds are there in a minute?
-
You seconds of those minutes. Just enjoy.
-
It's not about you. It's not about you producing
-
anything. It's about his love, his joy.
-
In Zephaniah 317, he is singing over you, he is dancing over
-
you. Just enjoy that.
-
Just go into that dance. It's not about you.
-
And once you get into that dance, you're also celebrating.
-
OK, let's complete that one. Then you'll become productive.
-
That's all. You have new ideas.
-
I mean, OK, you will read next one.
-
You look very creative. I was teaching a class on
-
happiness in a school in Bangalore and somebody said, you
-
said if you're happy, you'll be creating, you'll be creating
-
something. What did you create?
-
He's asking me. OK, in front of the class I
-
said, hey, how long have you been in school?
-
10 years. Did anybody come and teach you
-
on happiness? No Sir, here I am.
-
Oh, a story. If you're doing the same thing
-
for years and years and years, then you're not growing the life
-
of a believer. The life of a believer is
-
spontaneous and unpredictable. The life of a Sinner is
-
predictable and boring. Nobody told you that one, did
-
they? The life of a believer is
-
spontaneous and active in dynamic.
-
The life of a sin is predictable and boring.
-
OK, next one you will enjoy. Amen.
-
You know, your business, your money, your health, all of that
-
keeps changing continuously, for the presence of God will never
-
change. And there's fullness of joy,
-
Psalm 16 in His presence. God is inviting you to that one.
-
God is inviting you to that. Next one because it is a What is
-
the word of God? It's a real thing.
-
It's a real thing. 2 + 2 is 4 like H2 is water.
-
Yeah. More real is God that he loves
-
you. He has given you a spirit of
-
power and not of timidity. That's the truth.
-
Real thing. OK, next one.
-
Amen. Amen.
-
Progressively, if you're enjoying worship, you're
-
growing, you're becoming productive, OK, next one OK and
-
add you will enjoy a relationship with God and with
-
your spouse and your family. Increasingly, as you become
-
closer to God, you will enjoy intimate relationship with God
-
and you will enjoy your wife. You'll enjoy your husband
-
better. You'll enjoy friendship better,
-
you'll enjoy relationship better.
-
Progressively you'll enjoy relationship because God made
-
you for relationships. Time man and I am lonely.
-
I am OK. No you're not OK.
-
No man is an island. No man.
-
We all need each other and they bring light into each other's
-
life. You'll have a great sense of
-
victory over sin in your life. Progressively listen to this.
-
Listen to this OK in, in, in Christian experience.
-
As you experience the love of God deeply into your system,
-
obeying him will become your second nature.
-
Write it down. As you experience God's love and
-
as God becomes real to you, obeying Him will become your
-
second nature. And that's how you realise
-
whether you're bringing forth fruit.
-
That's what you're talking about.
-
Your life will be marked with obedience.
-
I think they're bringing the communion.
-
I need to obey to close my mouth now.
-
We'll just take the last type one more time before this, OK?
-
No, after that you need to see what is choking your spiritual
-
growth and preventing the seed of the gospel taking roots, the
-
other one, the rocks and the thing the rocks and what fear,
-
anxiety, worry are all that list.
-
OK, as you take in the comedian, examine what's happening, what
-
is eating you from inside and bring it to the Lord.
-
Say, Lord, cleanse me from that. I'm sick and tired of that.
-
You're inviting me into an abundant life.
-
You're inviting me into an abundant life and give me that
-
abundant life that you have come to live.
-
I don't want to settle for anything less.
-
I don't want to settle for anything less.
-
Transform my life to bring forth 1600 thousand and.
