  1. We welcome you to the We Are Zion sermon podcast.

  2. We are a church based out of Chennai, India.

  3. We are thrilled that you tuned in today and hope that you will

  4. be refreshed, revived, and energized by what you hear.

  5. Our desire is that you will live life with a renewed sense of

  6. purpose that stems from a vibrant faith in Jesus.

  7. During this year of a divine takeover, we are discovering

  8. that there are a few essentials that we cannot overlook.

  9. One of these is the fear of God. To live in awe and reverent fear

  10. of God is imperative in order for God to take over our lives

  11. and lead us in His ways according to His will.

  12. We pray that as you listen in, you would invite the Holy Spirit

  13. to give you a fresh revelation of God and that you will live in

  14. the fear and wonder of God. Hi church, this has a joy and a

  15. privilege to be able to bring God's word to you today.

  16. And even as we take some time to dive right in, even as we saw

  17. the bumper, we've been looking through this the entire start of

  18. 2026. Can you believe it?

  19. We are literally close towards the last week of February and as

  20. we look back, I think our attention has to go back to the

  21. fact that this year is not just only a divine takeover, but our

  22. very own Christian lives that we are called to live following

  23. Jesus Christ is one of divine takeover.

  24. I want to draw our attention back to the passage that we've

  25. seen over the last couple of weeks ever since we started this

  26. year. From Zechariah chapter 8, verse

    Zechariah 8:12

  27. 12, it says the seed will grow. Well, the wine will yield its

  28. fruit, the ground will produce its crops, and the heavens will

  29. drop their dew. I will give all these things as

  30. an inheritance to the remnant of the people.

  31. There's something about this verse that keeps calling me back

  32. time and again. I don't know about you, but when

  33. I look into this, it's a reminder for me to always cross

  34. check every intention, every idea, every time and effort that

  35. I'm putting towards what I'm seeing I'm doing for God.

  36. Is my heart posture right? Last week we saw what it is to

  37. retrieve those seeds which probably have fallen by the

  38. wayside, which have probably fallen in areas where we've let

  39. it go intentionally. The week before this, we heard

  40. from Pastor Vasu that you know, our hearts are ones which we

  41. need to constantly look at. The seed should be able to move

  42. us towards obedience, move us to an understanding that this is

  43. the God that we worship. Move us to a place of realizing

  44. who our Savior really is. We are not just our Savior.

  45. We cannot do anything out of our own strength, but when we allow

  46. God to be the divine takeover in our lives, every aspect, you

  47. know, many times we just give some of some aspect that

  48. desperately is in need, but God is saying every aspect, even the

  49. things that I know God saying I want to do a divine takeover in

  50. that. And so even as I was meditating

  51. and waiting on God, especially like God, what is it that you

  52. want us to know? What is it you want us to

  53. actually take forward? We are coming to a close of what

  54. the entire seed is all about, You know, and we saw last week

  55. about the retrieving. We saw that first we have to

  56. recognize that we've in fact LED.

  57. We've lost some of those seeds. We need to repent that we've

  58. intentionally let it gone. And then we have to come to a

  59. place of renouncing to say, Lord, let not my will, but you

  60. all will be done. And then we rejoice, knowing

  61. that that God is the God of harvest.

  62. And so as we look today, the seed that God wants us to really

  63. look into our own lives is are we letting go of the seed?

  64. Are we letting go of the seed? I don't know about you, but a

  65. lot of us, especially in our Christian walk, for those of us

  66. who call ourselves seasoned Christians, we've been walking,

  67. we've been doing this journey. We've seen a little bit of life

  68. and we've come to a place where we know we can only trust God.

  69. Sometimes we have come to a place where we are jaded.

  70. We come to a place where we've where fatigue is set in.

  71. We've come to a place and we're like God, I can't do this

  72. because if I do this, this will cost me.

  73. And this is what was interesting.

  74. I was in a position like that. I was in a position of where I

  75. felt like God this this journey is nice, it's good, but Lord for

  76. every time for a testimony to come.

  77. Should we walk through something and I realized some of the

  78. rhythms that I have been asking God of Suddenly my own desire

  79. kicks in my own understanding kinks in my own understanding of

  80. seeing things kicking. And this is where God was saying

  81. you need to allow me to be God because if the seed has to grow

  82. well, if the wine has to bear its fruit, if the ground has to

  83. produce its crops, if the dew has to come down from heaven, it

  84. can only happen when God decides.

  85. Only when God decides there's, there's only so much of my part.

  86. The rest is all God's part. And so that my part issue is

  87. where I'm like, God, why am I struggling to give this back to

  88. you? Why am I trusting God?

  89. I thought I did everything right.

  90. As for what you're saying, but God, why still do I have to do

  91. this? God saying, would you trust me?

  92. And that verse kept reminding me of the fact that there's a

  93. remnant, which means time and again, when God's calling us to

  94. claim inheritance, we can either choose to participate or we can

  95. choose to go back. And so today I pray and ask that

  96. we'll be ones who will be able to participate.

  97. And so even as we start looking this, what are we seeing?

  98. If only God can do certain things, We need to be fully

  99. present. We need to be fully present the

  100. the out working of this entire scenario that you look is that

  101. God is doing a lot of the work. He's asking us to plant those

  102. seeds and he does the work he's asking you still do work in the

  103. ground. I'll bring yield.

  104. The vineyard will bear its thing, but you need to keep

  105. showing up, which means we have to be present.

  106. We have to be present. We can't check out you and I

  107. today, can't check out you and I can't say God, I've done my bit

  108. of salvation. I've done my bit of hoping now.

  109. No, Lord, I'll be present. I'll keep showing up.

  110. I'll keep showing up because the truth is the miracle that we are

  111. going to receive is not the be all end all.

  112. The breakthrough that we're going to receive is not the end

  113. of our Christian life. No, it's that passage that we

  114. walk through that breakthrough and then we start doing things

  115. what God's calling us to do, and then we desire to see much.

  116. It's more of God. And in that process what

  117. happens? We see breakthrough after

  118. breakthrough, miracles after miracles.

  119. And so today a lot of us are checking out prematurely because

  120. it is hard being present. It is hard waking up.

  121. Sometimes you might just wake up feeling tired, but yes, you have

  122. to show up. You wake up feeling like God

  123. again another day, but you're going back and saying God, I'm

  124. grateful that I get to breathe, I get to witness, I get to see

  125. the sunrise. I get to participate in what

  126. today has to hold because many others are there who couldn't

  127. participate, who probably was there last night, last night.

  128. And so today are we fully present because the reference

  129. process that I'm taking today is what God's commissioning us to

  130. do. It's from John chapter 12, verse

    John 12:24

  131. 24. And even as you read it, it

  132. says, I assure you and most solemnly say to you, unless a

  133. grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone

  134. just one grain, nevermore. But if it dies, it produces much

  135. grain and yields a harvest. It yields a harvest.

  136. So when we look into this context, what do we see?

  137. We see that entire passage, a couple of Greeks who have

  138. probably heard about Jesus, who you know.

  139. And if you see in ancient times, in that time, there were a lot

  140. of people who followed the true God, the God of Israel, and yet

  141. they were not from Israel. They were not people of Israel.

  142. They were people who were far off.

  143. And so when they came, they wanted, they probably heard

  144. Jesus and they wanted to witness him.

  145. And so the word goes around, it comes to Philip, and then Philip

  146. brings it to Andrew, and then Andrew comes to Jesus.

  147. And this is what Jesus says. And even before this, Jesus says

  148. something more interesting and he says to them in verse 23, The

  149. hour has come for the Son of man to be glorified and exalted.

  150. And then Jesus reads this verse, I assure you, and most solemnly

  151. say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and

  152. dies, it remains alone, just one grain, never more.

  153. But if it dies, it produces much grain and yields a harvest.

  154. The one who loves his life eventually loses it through

  155. death, but the one who hates his life in this world and is

  156. concerned with pleasing God will keep it for eternal life.

  157. If anyone serves me, he must continue to faithfully follow me

  158. without hesitation, holding steadfastly to me, conforming to

  159. my example in living and if need be, suffering or perhaps dying

  160. because of faith in me. And whenever I am, in heaven's

  161. glory, there will my servant be also.

  162. If anyone serves me, the Father will honor him.

  163. As we read this passage, what are we seeing?

  164. We're seeing Jesus is telling Andrew and Philip my time has

  165. not come. It's my assignment is not to me,

  166. to the Greeks. He's saying my time has come for

  167. me to be glorified, which means I was sent down here on this

  168. earth specifically for all of mankind.

  169. But my assignment here was specifically for my own, for my

  170. own here. The when we look at the why, why

  171. didn't Jesus want to meet them? Yes, Jesus did meet a few

  172. people. He met the centurion, He met the

  173. Samaritan woman. He met many people in between

  174. who actually interjected when he was doing his ministry.

  175. But when the people who were outside of the land of Israel

  176. were actually coming, the Greeks that the Gentiles were coming to

  177. ask, he knew that was not his time to actually share.

  178. And what Jesus is saying is my time has come to be glorified.

  179. Where he's saying is my assignment is coming to an end.

  180. I will die. I will be buried here on this

  181. earth. I will be buried here on this

  182. earth. But on the third day I will rise

  183. again and that witness will be what which will go out to the

  184. Gentiles for them to believe. And I believe a lot of us today

  185. are in that same place. We are in the same place where

  186. we are wanting to see God show up in so many places.

  187. God do so many things, yet are we responding to what God's

  188. calling us to do? Why was this important?

  189. Because when you read in John 316 we know this verse.

  190. For God so loved the world that he gave his own and only Son,

  191. that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have

  192. eternal life. Jesus came for Jesus came for

  193. sinners. That's for both Jews and

  194. Gentiles, for both the Jewish people and for all of us.

  195. Yes, he came down. That's what the Father sent him,

  196. so that our relationship with him will be reconciled, that

  197. there'll be a bridge now, so that we'll be able to

  198. communicate directly to the Father through his Son.

  199. He came to set the sinners, to set the captives free.

  200. But then we also see in John 111 to 13, John goes to say this, He

  201. came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.

  202. Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his

  203. name, he gave the right to become children of God, children

  204. born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or of a

  205. husband's will, but born of God. And So what we see here is Jesus

  206. ministry was confined to his own people.

  207. He was the returning king. The prophecy said there will be

  208. a Messiah out of the tribe of David and the Messiah came and

  209. it was for his people, but his own did not receive him.

  210. And so that's why Jesus ministry of three and half years was one

  211. where he took people from within, that he journeyed with

  212. them, he empowered them. And in his death they all

  213. probably had given up. But in his resurrection they all

  214. came back, they waited, they received the Holy Spirit.

  215. And today you and me are witnesses of that testimony that

  216. they have carried across the globe.

  217. It's interesting why it's interesting.

  218. Jesus stuck to just his audience.

  219. He was present, yes, He was present here on this earth, but

  220. he knew where he was called to do ministry.

  221. He knew whom amongst whom he was called to do.

  222. And a lot of us today, we are called to be the light, yes, but

  223. can we be the light in the places God's already placed us

  224. in? What is the light that He's

  225. placed you in? What is the light that you he's

  226. placed me in? For some of us, our family

  227. conditions are so that we have to be the light there.

  228. They are the only Bible that they may probably be able to

  229. read. For some of us, He's given us

  230. the sphere of influence of people and community and we are

  231. called to be the light there. For some of us, we work amongst

  232. so many other people within our workspaces and He's put us there

  233. to be a light there today. Where, however, whatever

  234. opportunity you have, can you be present there just as Jesus was

  235. in Matthew chapter 10 verses 5 to 8.

    Matthew 10:5–8

  236. This is where Jesus commissions his 12 to go out and he says

  237. this interesting thing. He says that these 12 Jesus sent

  238. out with the following instructions.

  239. Do not go among the Gentiles or enter any town of the

  240. Samaritans. Go rather to the lost sheep of

  241. Israel. As you go, proclaim this

  242. message. The Kingdom of heaven has come

  243. near. Heal the sick, raise the dead,

  244. cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons.

  245. Freely you have received, freely you give.

  246. The interesting thing was Jesus, who was God here on earth as

  247. man. The seed that Jesus talks about

  248. will not make sense if you're not standing in the place where

  249. Jesus stood here on this earth. The seed that you and I are

  250. called to carry The seed and I, which you and I think are our

  251. inheritance, we will not be able to fulfill if you're not present

  252. like how Jesus was amongst his people.

  253. So today, before you think of anything else, yes, we have the

  254. ministry of online. We have everything, but God's

  255. asking us, can you shine the light where you are at today?

  256. So even as you're watching, even as you're listening, you and I

  257. are called to be the light wherever you are.

  258. You know, it's easy to be a light right here in this room.

  259. For those of you who are watching can see it's the empty

  260. hall. But this is where we gather.

  261. It's, it's easy to be a light here because when we gather, we

  262. have people who know Christ. We have people who are on the

  263. journey towards knowing Christ or people who walked in not

  264. knowing Christ. And it's in this that thing we

  265. kind of have build relationship and we, you know, we experience

  266. Christ's love. But when we go out, we might be

  267. in rooms like this where we might be the sole 1 who'll know

  268. who Jesus is. And that's where God's saying,

  269. would you be able to proclaim this message?

  270. The Kingdom of heaven has come here.

  271. Would you be able to heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse

  272. those who have leprosy, drive out demons?

  273. Freely you have received, freely you will give.

  274. And so today can you and I be present where God's placed us to

  275. be. God's placed us to be.

  276. Jesus wants us to be present today.

  277. Be present right at the space that you're in, right at the

  278. space that you're in. Yes, we, we might have a vision

  279. board, we might have a strategy, we might have everything in

  280. place. But if Jesus is not present,

  281. nothing will work. And so I ask you today if you

  282. and I are living in a time where we have the help of the

  283. counselor, the comforter, the person who's promised to us, who

  284. will be with us everywhere we go.

  285. If we have him, everything is done.

  286. We don't need anyone else. He's more than enough.

  287. So there are three things I want us to be careful about and ask

  288. us these questions. Are we present just as Jesus

  289. was? Because if we are present just

  290. as Jesus was, we'll realize the seed that we have in our hand.

  291. The first one I want to ask you is, are we aware who has sent us

  292. on this mission? Who has sent us on this mission?

  293. You know, Jesus knew who had sent him on his mission.

  294. He knew the Father had sent him. So today if you and I have

  295. placed in a particular place, can you and I say, are we aware

  296. that Jesus has placed here for a time such as this?

  297. Jesus has placed here for a time.

  298. Can we be assured with confidence, say in full

  299. awareness that Jesus has placed me today here?

  300. A lot of us today are, are fidgety in the places that we

  301. are. A lot of us today are restless

  302. in the place that we are. God saying be present.

  303. Which means, as we heard two weeks back, my spirit, soul and

  304. body is present. Which means I realize the

  305. responsibility that is with me for my present.

  306. Because when I'm aware of what Jesus did, I'll realize that

  307. where I am is where Jesus wants me to be.

  308. Where I am is where God wants me to be.

  309. Because Jesus knew. Jesus knew what the Father had

  310. sent him for. He didn't digress.

  311. So even as these people came to meet him and the word came

  312. through his disciples, he didn't move them aside.

  313. He no, he said, hey, till I'm glorified, I don't have to meet

  314. those people. My job right now is to fulfill

  315. the Father's mission, which is to lay down my life right here

  316. so that God can be glorified through me.

  317. If you're not aware of who has sent us on the mission to always

  318. say I am on a mission because of someone else, we have to realize

  319. the Great Commission that was given in Matthew and in Acts is

  320. of God, is to God, and is for God.

  321. So today, you and I, are we aware of that?

  322. Because too many of the people that I'm meeting today are

  323. saying I'm doing this for someone else, I'm doing this for

  324. someone else. And always it's tied with

  325. another human. Because when you're aware who

  326. has sent you, you'll be clear of where you're called to be, you

  327. where you've called to be. Paul knew whom his mission was

  328. for. Paul didn't you know when, when

  329. Ananias has actually was supposed to go and pray over

  330. him, he was sent with a clear mission.

  331. Let's read in Acts 9 verse 15 to 19.

    Acts 9:15–19

  332. But the Lord said to Ananias, go, This man is my chosen

  333. instrument to proclaim my name to the Gentiles and their kings

  334. and to the people of Israel. I will show him how much he must

  335. suffer for my name. Then Ananias went to the house

  336. and entered, placing his hands on Saul.

  337. He said, Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on

  338. the road as you were coming here, has sent me, so that you

  339. may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.

  340. Immediately something like scales fell off Saul's eyes, and

  341. he could see again. He got up and was baptized, and

  342. after taking some food he regained his strength.

  343. The mission is clear. He's my chosen instrument to

  344. proclaim my name to the Gentiles.

  345. So today, what are you and I? It's only when we are present,

  346. when Jesus, when we are present and we know Jesus is with us,

  347. will we be aware of what the mission that He's called us to

  348. do. And so suddenly you'll realize

  349. the seed that God's placing me has given me in my hand, where I

  350. really need to plant it, what I really do do with it.

  351. Every four of these things will make sense.

  352. Where I need to put the seed, where I need to bear the fruit

  353. of the vineyard, what ground I need to take, what do I need to

  354. experience. All that will be made clear only

  355. when I'm aware of what the mission of God is for my life,

  356. just as Jesus and others had. In Romans Chapter 11 verses 13

    Romans 11:13–14

  357. to 14 we see again he talks to them, saying, I am talking to

  358. you Gentiles. In as much as I am an apostle to

  359. the Gentiles, I take pride in my ministry in the hope that I may

  360. somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them.

  361. That's the beautiful thing that we have here.

  362. He knew even though he was a Jew, he was set apart to go take

  363. the word to the Gentiles and his.

  364. Prayer was that as I preach to you, I hope my brethren will

  365. also be able to receive the same message.

  366. So I pray today, let God be God, let God be God.

  367. Don't alleviate a human to what you're calling.

  368. A lot of us today are running behind people because of the

  369. emptiness in our hearts with regard to our fathers and

  370. mothers. We are running behind people and

  371. saying spiritual father, spiritual mother, Papa, daddy,

  372. Papa, mummy and all that. Move to God.

  373. Is Jesus present because the mission of God for your life is

  374. from God, is for God, it's to God.

  375. It doesn't come from people. It doesn't come from people.

  376. To stop elevating people, move to the Word of God.

  377. You do not have to hold an office to be on a mission.

  378. You just have to have the call of God and obedience will be a

  379. weapon. If you have the call of God and

  380. the confirmation from His Word, and as obedience as your weapon,

  381. God will take you to the place where He wants you to be.

  382. You'll be aware of the mission field that you are in.

  383. No office. You're not going to have a fancy

  384. office. You're not going to have the

  385. fancy system. You're not going to have a fancy

  386. title. You're not going to get a fancy

  387. paycheck. But what you're going to get is

  388. the unending peace that runs from the throne room of God, the

  389. supernatural provision that will come through Him, and the hand

  390. of miracle that will cause you to keep repeatedly taking that

  391. step because you'll see Jesus more clearly than ever before.

  392. A lot of us today are dysfunctional in this area

  393. because we have been LED, we've put our trust, we've put our our

  394. entire thing on people. God has to be your focus.

  395. God has to be your everything. The the very person must be

  396. present in your mission. Call has to be God.

  397. A lot of us today are holding back the seed when God is taken

  398. to the place because we are dysfunctional in the sense we've

  399. been hurt by the people who we thought followed God.

  400. But God saying I'm ready to heal you.

  401. There's nothing that our God cannot heal.

  402. He can heal anything and everything that abuse, that

  403. sexual trauma, that very thing that we are struggling with.

  404. He's saying I'm bigger than everything, so can I be present

  405. so that the mission will be much clearer as to what I'm calling

  406. you to do? The second thing, the first

  407. thing we saw was, are we aware of who's calling us?

  408. The second thing is, are we intentional?

  409. When once we've made aware, we need to slowly start reorienting

  410. everything and then we become intentional.

  411. When you look at Paul's life, you'll see something clearly

  412. happened. There was a time that he spent

  413. and then he was intentional in the call and so then God gave

  414. him the direction as to what to be taken.

  415. He was commissioned to and sent out by the church to go and do

  416. what he was set out to do as taken the word to the Gentiles.

  417. And so I pray and ask today, are we intentional to be on the

  418. mission that God's assigned for us?

  419. It's one thing we know, the awareness, but intentional is

  420. where we start making those steps.

  421. We start moving in the direction that God has marked out for us.

  422. Jesus was on a mission. He did what the Father had

  423. commanded him to do. He did not sway to the left and

  424. to the right. Today, the mission that we often

  425. say yes to is often layered with what the world wants.

  426. It's when we're intentional that we're able to plant a seed on

  427. the ground that God is calling us.

  428. It's when we're intentional is when the world will look at us

  429. and will look and tell us that we are foolish.

  430. It's when the world will look at us and will tell us that what

  431. you're doing is crazy. But the truth is to the world we

  432. will look foolish. But everyone, according to the

  433. Bible, look foolish. But they were intentional to be

  434. on mission for Jesus. You look at the Old Testament,

  435. everyone looked foolish to the people who are thinking through

  436. logic. If Abraham had to let go and

  437. move into a place and roam around, they would have thought

  438. he was foolish. No one knew that there was a

  439. nation that was actually being birthed through him.

  440. When the when the Egyptians let go of the Israelites and when

  441. God freed them out of their slavery, people would have

  442. thought the the people who are the Canaanites, all of them

  443. would have thought that these people are foolish.

  444. But little did they know that they will be occupying their

  445. lands. So today the mission for us is

  446. intentionality. Intentionality is US showing up.

  447. Intentionality is not just being aware and having that idea, but

  448. it's showing up. It's being that it's if this is,

  449. if this matters to what God's called me to do, I will be

  450. there. I will make time, I will add it

  451. and I will do it because intentionality is where God's

  452. taking me forward. And So what happens to a

  453. Christian who's holding onto the seed, who's suddenly everything

  454. makes is intentional. My marriage becomes intentional

  455. is this it's not I I'm realizing that is this person going to be

  456. a person who actually journeys with me in the life that God's

  457. calling me to have you suddenly you'll realize even in the

  458. dating phase, your conversations will start moving more toward

  459. what is God's asking as to what is God laid on your heart.

  460. You'll suddenly realize when he's giving you the gift of

  461. children, you will suddenly realize these kids I just need

  462. not have to to make educate them and grow them up so they'll be

  463. big people know, but I'll make them a sharpened arrows for the

  464. world. I will journey with them.

  465. I will tell them Jesus is real. I will and suddenly we don't

  466. look at our jobs as just avenues to you know, to for us to bring

  467. money in and to uplift ourselves.

  468. But you also realize that's the place where God is asking me to

  469. be the light to the watching world, to help them see the

  470. truth, to help them live out the real truth.

  471. Who's Jesus? To help them realize that they

  472. can overcome everything that the enemy has put.

  473. Intentionality helps me to keep the course.

  474. We do not get deviated by the attractions of the world.

  475. We're not suddenly doing things 'cause they have to be done.

  476. We're realizing, God, if this is not needed and is not part of

  477. your plan, I'm willing to scrap it off.

  478. I'm willing to scrap it off. I'm willing.

  479. We'll seek God, We will listen to Him.

  480. We'll pivot and continue to do what He's called us to do.

  481. You know, in Philippians chapter 3 verses 12 to 16, it says that

    Philippians 3:12–16

  482. not that I've already obtained all this or I've already arrived

  483. at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which

  484. Christ took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not

  485. consider myself yet to have taken hold of it.

  486. But one thing I do, forgetting what is behind and straining

  487. towards what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the

  488. prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

  489. All of us then who are mature should take such a view of

  490. things. And if on some point you think

  491. differently, that to God will make clear to you.

  492. Only let us live up to what He has all already attained.

  493. So today it is a struggle. That's why I'm saying, are we

  494. aware? Are we intentional?

  495. Because when we are intentional, it takes time for us to pivot.

  496. It takes time for us to realize what is mine and what is God

  497. asking me to let go. It'll be that definite struggle.

  498. And as we allow the Word to sink in, as we allow faith to get

  499. built up as a foundation changes from, you know, sinking sand to

  500. a foundation of a rock that cannot be shaken, we will

  501. realize intentionality. This is what God's calling me to

  502. do, God's calling me to do. You know, you might not have a

  503. host your name, you might not have the car you would like, you

  504. might not have the things that you would want, but you would

  505. have the joy that is far beyond comparison to anything.

  506. You would have the means to see greater things.

  507. You would have the dream. You would have the way to dream

  508. more than what you can actually ever dream of.

  509. Because God is with you. Because you are on mission for

  510. God, you suddenly will see generations with all that's

  511. happening around today, we just had the AI summit in our

  512. country. With all that's happening,

  513. there's fear, there's gloom, there's uncertainty.

  514. There's a sense of I may not be wanted from a Monday to a Friday

  515. perspective, but when you're intentional with God, you will

  516. realize there's much more God will need of me to be here.

  517. So I'll be intentional. I'll be intentional.

  518. The third thing that we see is are we willing to be

  519. misunderstood? When we are on a mission for

  520. what God is assigned for us, are we willing to be misunderstood?

  521. Jesus knew who he was called for.

  522. He was called for the hurting, for the Sinner, for those who

  523. were cancelled by society and by the the religious folks.

  524. He was there for the he was called to come down for the

  525. broken. Today when we are in a mission,

  526. are we willing to be misunderstood like how Jesus is?

  527. Because when Jesus was present and when he was making that

  528. statement that it's my time to be glorified, he was aware he

  529. was intentional and he was also willing to be misunderstood when

  530. he was standing in front of pilot.

  531. Just imagine he could have called heaven's armies and made

  532. a a beautiful parade of who he was.

  533. Yet he chose to submit. And so today we will be

  534. misunderstood. We will be misunderstood.

  535. You know, the one of the things is when you're doing what God's

  536. called you to do, you will be misunderstood. 100 percent, 100%

  537. every year when me and my wife sit back and look, there have

  538. been seasons when we've been misunderstood, but we're like

  539. God, we just did this because you had called us to do, you

  540. know, it was interesting when you journey with people and when

  541. you tell them, you know, if you have, if you want, we would love

  542. to journey with you. And they say, yes, we would love

  543. for you to disciple us and walk with us.

  544. And then when we start saying certain things that they don't

  545. like, we are misunderstood. And I'm praying and asking that

  546. the mission should be so crystal clear for us that when you're

  547. misunderstood, we don't sway, we don't swear.

  548. Jesus knew when he was seated in the Pharisee's house, when he

  549. was seated in the tax collector's house, when he was

  550. seated in places where there was sinners around.

  551. That was his mission. He wasn't ashamed.

  552. He wasn't. He wasn't like Peter.

  553. Peter at one stage Paul had to confront him to tell him you

  554. can't be like this till Peter had that vision and then God had

  555. to actually send him to Cornelius house.

  556. And even before they were baptized they were filled with

  557. the Holy Spirit. God will show off right in front

  558. of us to tell us, are you willing to be misunderstood?

  559. Because when we understand the grand story of God, we will

  560. realize he came for everyone. He will realize that he didn't

  561. come for a particular language group, he didn't come from for a

  562. particular socio economic group. He didn't come for a particular

  563. caste group. He came for all and with that

  564. you will realize God has called us for a time and for a place

  565. that we're living in a 23 to be misunderstood also.

  566. And are you willing to be misunderstood.

  567. He fulfilled the promise of the coming Messiah, but the word

  568. going to the entire world, He left it to those who are willing

  569. to be clothed with the Holy Spirit.

  570. So today, you and I, he chose people who were the least

  571. educated, who were the least liked, and to them He gave them

  572. the power. So today, if you and I are

  573. called to carry the seed, and if you and I have been given the

  574. seed, I'm praying and asking you, are you aware?

  575. Are you intentional? Are you willing to be

  576. misunderstood? Because in all of this, we will

  577. have to be clothed by the Holy Spirit.

  578. Jesus did not go out to minister to the Gentiles, but to those

  579. who came. They never left the same.

  580. They never left the same. So what it means is the fact

  581. that if people come to you, they will never leave the same as

  582. long as Jesus is the one who's the operating person.

  583. So you and I today are in that same position.

  584. We will be on mission and there'll be so many other things

  585. that come across the way. Everyone will also partake of

  586. the blessing because it's an overflow.

  587. It's an overflow. Today you and I have been given

  588. the seed. One thing that you see with the

  589. farmer, which is so beautiful when you see him plant, is the

  590. fact that he's not counting. Oh, I need to pick five and only

  591. throw 5. Nothing.

  592. He's throwing it, he's throwing it.

  593. He realizes to reap a harvest, I need to empty my storehouse of

  594. seeds. To reap a harvest, I need to

  595. empty the bag that I'm carrying today to make sure everything is

  596. planted, I need to take everything and plant it, put it

  597. everywhere today. You and I can't be stingy.

  598. A lot of us have taken on the culture of the world.

  599. We are measuring when it comes to God.

  600. But God saying, if your storehouses are meant to be

  601. full, it also has to learn the equation of how you're going to

  602. empty it. We are so good about emptying it

  603. for ourselves. How about us getting the right

  604. jacket, the right watch, the right phone, the right car?

  605. We know how to empty it for ourselves.

  606. But God's sake, would you be ready to empty it for me?

  607. And you're like, Yashum, what are you asking?

  608. Not just money. Money is the first step because

  609. if you're able to do it, money, you'll be able to do it the time

  610. you'll be able to do it, the relationships, you'll be able to

  611. do it with yourself at the end of it.

  612. And so I ask you today, would you be willing to lay that thing

  613. down? And as I come to a conclusion

  614. today, the seed that Jesus talks about and he wants for each and

  615. every one of us is that one seed that we're willing to lay down.

  616. I'm not coming after your entire store house because if you can

  617. do it, that one, you will do with the rest.

  618. If you can do with the one you will see doing it for the rest

  619. becomes easier. If you can do it for the one,

  620. you will see that Jesus glorified in the 1.

  621. You would want everything else to glorify Jesus.

  622. So what is that skill that you have?

  623. What is the time that you have? What is the position that you

  624. have? What is the influence that you

  625. have? What is the area that's formed

  626. this scar tissue that you've been blaming time and again?

  627. But God saying that is the seed that I want you to start talking

  628. about and telling how you were healed, how you were healed.

  629. What is the one thing that is holding back that you're like

  630. God? I can't, but God's like that is

  631. the one thing that I want you to give.

  632. One Timothy chapter 1, verses 15 to 16.

  633. Here's a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance.

  634. Christ Jesus came to the world to save sinners of whom I am the

  635. worst. But for that very reason, I've

  636. shown mercy so that in me the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus

  637. might display an immense patience as an example for those

  638. who believe in him and receive eternal life.

  639. Now to the King, eternal, immortal, invisible, the only

  640. God be honored and glory forever and ever, Amen.

  641. The reason why we are unwilling to part with this seed and say,

  642. God, I wanted, I want you to be glorified is the fact that it's

  643. hurt us so much. But God's like, would you do it?

  644. Would you do it so that I can be glorified?

  645. And so the seed has to be launched.

  646. It has to be, it has to move out of our hands into the ground.

  647. And so for that is where I came up with that acronym, Aim.

  648. AIM. Today you and I are not just

  649. like the Palmer throwing it. We are saying, God, I'm giving

  650. the seed to you. Is our aim on Jesus or is it on

  651. something else? Is our aim on Jesus?

  652. Because the reason why I'm asking you today is in 2026, we

  653. have the information that is needed for everything, but we

  654. don't have the faith to believe when it comes to giving it to

  655. Jesus. We have the information for

  656. everything, but we don't have the faith when it comes to

  657. Jesus. You're hearing me right.

  658. Yes, with finances, with our careers, with everything, we

  659. have the information. You might not even use ChatGPT

  660. now. You're probably using Claude,

  661. but whatever you're using that gives you a logical reasoning as

  662. to why you have to take that step forward.

  663. But when it comes to Jesus, would you be able to take that

  664. seed and say, Lord, my aim is to give it to you?

  665. Aim because I'm aware, intentional, and I'm also

  666. willing to be misunderstood because when you're ready to

  667. give it to Jesus, when you're ready to give the seed to God in

  668. his field, he's saying I'm ready to do everything for you.

  669. You suddenly will start seeing things turn around.

  670. Suddenly the remnant of us who are able to see it will be like

  671. God. We are ready to plant more.

  672. And I'm reminded of the story of we were a couple of months back

  673. in in one of the Northeast states.

  674. And as we were there, a friend of mine who works for Chosen was

  675. playing this clip of the Samaritan movement.

  676. And as she's having this conversation, as she's starting

  677. to have this conversation with Jesus, there's this beautiful

  678. part where he actually starts telling her things that only a

  679. Messiah would know, things that only God would know, because God

  680. can read into our hearts and into our minds.

  681. God can only know what is conceived in our hearts.

  682. And so there's a turn around in her.

  683. And with that turn around in an entire village comes to know.

  684. And so today you and I can we be present just as Jesus was right

  685. there so that we can deposit that seed.

  686. Because the aim is to be on mission for God.

  687. The aim is the seed Lord is for your glory is so that you will

  688. be glorified. And so today I want to ask you,

  689. there are three peace that I want to ask you.

  690. And I believe if you can overcome these three peace, the

  691. seeds will glorify Jesus and in turn will bring a rich harvest.

  692. So I pray on us. So what was happened?

  693. She she who was there when she when I'm when I'm looking

  694. through that story, there were three things that confronted

  695. her. The first thing was, is our past

  696. holding us back? Are we unable to give the seed

  697. for it to be glorified by Jesus because our past is holding it

  698. back. Our past has to die in Christ.

  699. The problem is our past is not fully dead in Christ.

  700. It's part alive with Christ and so suddenly it's like you're

  701. you're joining in your life. You're married, but your ex is

  702. also there. You can't do life.

  703. You can't do life. We cannot be operational today

  704. as a dual creation because we know when we read, if anyone is

  705. in Christ, he is a new creation. So our past nature, our roots to

  706. our sinful nature are allegiance to sin itself has to die in

  707. Christ. And so today there cannot be a

  708. mix of old and new. There cannot be a mix of old and

  709. new. We'll realize the power of

  710. salvation and we'll know that our past is redeemed.

  711. The seed God wants to put in the ground is 1 which our past is

  712. redeemed. It's our past is redeemed.

  713. And I pray, if your past is holding you back, would you step

  714. back and say, God, I want to be enveloped in you?

  715. I wanted to be enveloped in you. In one Corinthians chapter 5,

  716. verses 17 to 18, this is what it says.

  717. Now if anyone is enfolded into Christ, he has become an

  718. entirely new person. All that is related to the old

  719. order has vanished. Behold, everything is fresh and

  720. new, and God has made all things new and reconciled us to Himself

  721. and given us the ministry of reconciling others to God.

  722. So today, the reason why a lot of us are unable to operate in

  723. that aim and tell Jesus you be glorified with my seed is

  724. because our past is holding us back.

  725. So I pray to be to come to a place where we enveloped by

  726. Christ, where it'll be all Christ and no one else, all

  727. Christ and nothing else. When we are enveloped in Christ,

  728. our past is not the story. Jesus is the story.

  729. The second thing that we see that will be holding us back is

  730. when you're in this mode of preservation is preserving.

  731. Are we preserving the seed for a better time so that we'll know,

  732. OK, there will be coming a time when I might be able to use it?

  733. Every seed a farmer has to sow back onto the ground has a shelf

  734. life. One to two years for spinach,

  735. lettuce, onions, chives, leeks, parsley.

  736. Three to four years for beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrot,

  737. celery, corn, peas, Peppers, radish.

  738. Five years for cucumber, melon, squash and tomato.

  739. It's interesting to preserve this.

  740. You know, they need to keep it in conditions where it has to be

  741. a cool, dark and dry consistent. The condition is that's been

  742. stored in a cold, dark and dry. But the problem is many at times

  743. because the seed is where Jesus is wanting us to give up so that

  744. it'll be glorified for Christ. What is happening is we come

  745. once a week to church. This light shines.

  746. And so we are struggling between this light and darkness.

  747. But I pray that you'll allow the light to shine in the open where

  748. we can plant it, planting it in Jesus.

  749. Second thing, the moisture control.

  750. It has to be dry. That has to make sure that it's

  751. there's no moisture coming in. But the truth is the seed that

  752. God is wanting us to give is one of control where we're seeing

  753. the living waters and of Jesus who's the living waters and of

  754. the Samaritan woman came to take water for her physical body for

  755. the thirst of a physical body. She came in the height of the

  756. known so that no one will be the known will be that ridicule

  757. here, but it's there when Jesus met her and said I'll give you

  758. living. What is it today?

  759. Are we playing games with moisture control with God

  760. packaging. It has to be sealed, packed, but

  761. I believe a lot of us have taken the breath away from the seed

  762. that God's given by our own, the debt that we are in, the family

  763. circumstances, everything. But God is saying, if I have to

  764. be glorified, are you willing to be misunderstood?

  765. Are you willing to be misunderstood?

  766. Yes, this reality is there, but when you accept me in wholeness,

  767. I'll be able to start doing things.

  768. Realizing a lot of us are struggling in debt.

  769. Why? Because we don't have the spirit

  770. of contentment, but God saying, if you allow me, I'll give you

  771. the spirit of contentment and eventually the debt will close.

  772. It's a spiritual issue. Debt is a spiritual issue issue.

  773. It's not a physical thing. I pray and ask that we'll be

  774. able to breathe when God is not sealing us without air.

  775. He's saying I'll give you life to breathe in every

  776. circumstances, through every circumstances and testing what

  777. happens a lot of times before plants, these seeds, which

  778. before planting, before the seeds are just lying there for a

  779. long period. They tested in smallest patches,

  780. but God is saying only I can grow it today I can grow it.

  781. So if your past is holding you back, probably like your past

  782. hasn't helped, but you're preserving it.

  783. You're like God too much I'm reading about your people are

  784. not right. This is not being dealt with.

  785. I'm hearing people, men of God falling, but God sing, but they

  786. are all my creation. I am God.

  787. Who are you trusting? Are you trusting them or are you

  788. trusting me? The church, I still trust the

  789. church. It's interesting that Jesus word

  790. says he's coming back for a spotless bride, which means you

  791. and I don't get to point fingers and say this is the spot.

  792. You and I are far too fighting a fight which is earthly.

  793. You and I have to be rejoicing for what God is doing and move

  794. and be on that mission. Time is of the essence.

  795. God can do the miraculous. You and I, the word of God says

  796. whatever the locust is eaten, God can restore it.

  797. So today if you are looking at preserving God is like look at

  798. the bounty that will come if I am glorified through that seed,

  799. if I am glorified to the seed. The third thing are we

  800. struggling is are we struggling to be to plant?

  801. Because what is that? That is our part when we plant

  802. it. It's interesting when Jesus gave

  803. that example of being planted is when that seed goes into the

  804. ground, when it's covered completely.

  805. It's in the dark place where the breaking happens.

  806. It brings forth a bunch more which only will bring a richer

  807. harvest. That in fold will bring much

  808. more seeds to be planted which will be able to bear much fruit.

  809. Romans chapter 12 verses 4 to 5. This is what it says.

    Romans 12:4–5

  810. In the human body there are many parts and organs, each one with

  811. a unique function. And so it is in the body of

  812. Christ. For though we are many, we've

  813. all been mingled into one body in Christ.

  814. This means that we are all widely joined to one another,

  815. with each contributing to others.

  816. Which means a lot of us will have this question.

  817. God, there are many others. You know, we always have this

  818. thing every year when the engineering seats are getting

  819. filled, they'll come out with this other thing like these many

  820. engineering seats haven't been filled.

  821. So probably these courses are not doing that well.

  822. But the truth is, how many ever come?

  823. God saying the more who are getting added into the Kingdom,

  824. the merrier. God's equation of being saved is

  825. entirely different from what we think.

  826. So I pray and ask today that we'll be able to do our part.

  827. If God is telling Geshom in my 20s, I want you to put the seed

  828. here. Will I put it?

  829. I'll put it in obedience. I'll put it in our marriage.

  830. God, can you put it here? We'll put it tomorrow.

  831. God, here, we'll put it. We'll put it.

  832. God is asking, will you be able to do it?

  833. Yes. I want you to be aware.

  834. I want you to be intentional as you're misunderstood.

  835. You will realize it is for my glory and no one else.

  836. It is for Christ's glory because at the end of the day, the

  837. testimony that will come out of this will be for His glory.

  838. It won't be our glory. It won't be, oh, I didn't know.

  839. It will be because I overcame the past.

  840. It's because I didn't choose to preserve, I laid it down.

  841. It's because I chose to plant it and the harvest of it is where

  842. I'm continuously moving into the cycle of Lord.

  843. I receive it. I plant it again for your glory.

  844. Plant it again for your glory. So today if you're there seated,

  845. listening and watching and you're discounting yourself, I

  846. want to encourage, you know you can't discount yourself if you

  847. want Jesus to come into your life.

  848. As we look in this, the seed, I believe this entire year when we

  849. look through at the end of the year, there's going to be

  850. miraculous stories of only what God has done.

  851. Because we did our small part, God did the rest.

  852. We did a small part, God did the rest.

  853. What is our small part? God?

  854. I was aware I was intentional. I was willing to be

  855. misunderstood. And so I planted it.

  856. Lord, now use it for your glory. Use it for your glory because

  857. I'm enveloped in you. I'm enveloped in Jesus.

  858. I'm enveloped in Jesus. Time is of the essence.

  859. And I know that when I do this, I'm functioning as part of a

  860. body. I'm functioning as part of a

  861. body. You know, David Livingstone, who

  862. is a missionary, says this. Christ alone can save the world,

  863. but Christ cannot save the world alone.

  864. Christ cannot save the world alone.

  865. And the reason why I wanted to conclude with that is there's so

  866. much more to be done in God's Kingdom.

  867. There's so much more to be done in God's Kingdom.

  868. You know, God's Kingdom doesn't have a job portal.

  869. It just has a willingness portal.

  870. Are you willing to come? It doesn't have a skill set

  871. portal. Because honestly speaking, the,

  872. the, the, the beauty about the word of God is he takes the wise

  873. and he makes them foolish. He takes the foolish and he

  874. makes them wise. It's funny that you'll come in

  875. knowing something, but the way God starts using you, be like

  876. God. I had to unlearn to actually do

  877. what you're calling me to do. So I pray that for those of you

  878. been struggling, especially with that area of wanting the sea to

  879. be given into God, that aim has been always going off.

  880. I pray that you'll find that aim to be in Jesus and no one else.

  881. He's the one it has to be in where you'll be aware of who has

  882. called you, you'll be intentional of where He's

  883. placing you, and everything that he's calling you will be willing

  884. to be misunderstood. And for those of you who are

  885. holding back, I pray for those of you who are still stuck in

  886. the past, remember you're a new creation in Christ.

  887. Let go of your past. As hurtful it is, as hurtful it

  888. is. When God heals, He restores.

  889. A lot of Christians today are speaking from place of unhealed

  890. trauma. They are made aware of the

  891. trauma, They are made aware of the problem, but they are not

  892. moving to a place of healing. Healing will come in his

  893. presence. Healing will come in his Word.

  894. Healing will come and you worship him because the altar of

  895. your what you've gone through will be laid over there.

  896. And God will say, I'll heal you now entirely.

  897. And that's where you'll see restoration happen.

  898. I pray for those of you who've been preserving it, saying, God,

  899. my parents did it. So I don't want no God.

  900. I want to be aware, Lord, my parents did 10.

  901. I want to be able to do 100. I pray you'll make that faith

  902. prayer today. And the third is for those of

  903. you who've been struggling to plant because it'll make you

  904. anonymous. It'll make you, you know,

  905. there'll be a breaking that will incur trust.

  906. The breaking will produce the harvest.

  907. The breaking will produce something that is far bigger for

  908. God's glory. So can I pray with you today?

  909. I'm loving heavenly Father, Lord, I thank you, Lord, for

  910. this time. Thank you for being with us.

  911. I believe, Lord Jesus, you are God and you are God alone.

  912. Lord Jesus, we thank you Lord, for your word which has come,

  913. Lord Jesus, and we receive it. Lord, I believe, Lord Jesus,

  914. each and everyone who are watching and listening today are

  915. going to take the seed. They're going to be ready.

  916. Lord Jesus. They'll be aware of who you've

  917. who's called the Lord, and I pray they'll be able to hear

  918. your voice clearly. Lord Jesus.

  919. I pray they'll be intentional because all of us are places,

  920. Lord Jesus, where you've placed us to be the light but in a

  921. dark. And I pray we'll be intentional,

  922. Lord Jesus. I pray also, Lord, we're willing

  923. to be misunderstood, Lord. We're not ready to flow with the

  924. stream, Lord Jesus of culture, but we're ready to flow against

  925. it, Lord, And we're willing to be misunderstood because at the

  926. end we know that you will be glorified through everything.

  927. Lord, I pray there'll be resilience that's built in,

  928. strength, vigor, hope that comes into our bodies.

  929. Lord Jesus, today, strengthen us, be with us.

  930. I pray, Lord, that this coming week could be one of blessing.

  931. Go before us and take charge. Be glorified Lord, you mostly

  932. name, we pray, Amen, Amen, Amen. It's a joy for us to bring God's

  933. word to you, but it's a joy for also to get to know you.

  934. So if you happen to be in the city, do come and meet with us.

  935. We'd love to pray with you. We'd love to journey with you.

  936. It's Lent season and even as you're praying and believing, we

  937. are praying and believing. We are come to a place right now

  938. where we're doing this 40 days of prayer, and I'm believing for

  939. the supernatural. I'm believing for the

  940. supernatural because I believe that as we believe in faith and

  941. pray and intercede, the resurrection power will do the

  942. mighty thing that it has to do in and through our lives.

  943. So even as you step into this week, I pray that the seed will

  944. bring much clarity to you. You won't just hold it, tuck it

  945. away, hide it. No, you will come to a place of

  946. being aware, being intentional, being misunderstood.

  947. You won't hold allow your past to hold you back.

  948. You won't allow it to be in preservation mode will come to a

  949. place of planting it because Jesus will get the glory.

  950. So I pray have a blessed week. God bless you and remember this

  951. that whoever finds Jesus finds life.
