  1. We welcome you to the We Are Zion sermon podcast.

  2. We are a church based out of Chennai, India.

  3. We are thrilled that you tuned in today and hope that you will

  4. be refreshed, revived, and energized by what you hear.

  5. Our desire is that you will live life with a renewed sense of

  6. purpose that stems from a vibrant faith in Jesus.

  7. If you were to choose between life and death, what would you

  8. choose? This Good Friday we look at how

  9. through Jesus's death, we find life eternal, fresh and

  10. abundant. Amen.

  11. Even as we just ruminate on what Good Friday is about.

  12. You know, I've been reading the book of Matthew this whole

  13. month, the past month. And reading the book of Matthew

  14. really helped me understand what an eyewitness account looks

  15. like, and especially of the scene on that, that Good Friday

  16. when Jesus was accused, he was betrayed.

  17. He was handed up to the elder as the chief priest and then he

  18. was, you know, sentenced to death, flogged, beaten, spat

  19. upon and then put on that cross where he died.

  20. The entire narrative really looks so dark.

  21. It looks dismal and and just like we just saw in this video

  22. that there is this heaviness and grief that tends to settle on us

  23. on Good Friday. Many times growing up, I

  24. remember I would have to sit in church for about 3 hours.

  25. The service was long. We had a lot of pastors who were

  26. preaching. We used to have buttermilk at

  27. the end and hot cross buns and that was the big highlight.

  28. But as I get older, I realized there's so much to rejoice on

  29. this day. There's so much to look at, so

  30. much to meditate on, and so much to grow into from this day on.

  31. And I hope that as we look at God's Word today, we're going to

  32. be looking from Matthew 26 at different players in this story,

  33. so to speak, and how everyone of them had a choice that they had

  34. to make. Before I get into that, I want

  35. us to look at Deuteronomy chapter 30, verse 19.

    Deuteronomy 30:19

  36. I'm reading from the ESV version.

  37. It says I call heaven and earth to witness against you today

  38. that I've set before you life and death, blessing and curse.

  39. Therefore choose life that you and your offspring may live,

  40. loving the Lord your God, obeying His voice and holding

  41. fast to Him. For He is your life and length

  42. of days that you may dwell in the land that the Lord swore to

  43. your to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob to give them.

  44. He says choose life, preferably. That's almost what he's saying.

  45. He's saying I'm presenting before you life and death, but

  46. choose life. If you choose life, there are

  47. so. Many benefits that come from it.

  48. And the question today, even today, is this, would you choose

  49. life or would you choose death? When we look at the story of

  50. Jesus's death, what we are actually looking at is different

  51. people who made a choice at that moment either for death or for

  52. life. And we're going to be looking at

  53. three different sets of characters.

  54. And so I titled today's message as life versus death because as

  55. much as these men, these ordinary men unschooled, some of

  56. them, some of them were criminals, some of them were

  57. leaders, as much as they had a momentous choice to make, you

  58. and I have the same choice every day, Every single day we make

  59. choices that either lead us into life or they lead us into death.

  60. If you are married, you know that sometimes in an argument,

  61. some of the things that we say, some of the words that we use,

  62. some of the declarations we make don't necessarily promote life,

  63. but promote death. Maybe you've spoken that over

  64. your child. Maybe as a child you received

  65. such words. And so you so understand when

  66. the writer of that verse in the Bible says that you know your

  67. tongue has the power of life and death in it.

  68. And so every single day we are making choices between life and

  69. death. And today I want to present that

  70. to you, life versus death. What will you choose?

  71. The first set of players. That I want to look at are

  72. herid. And Pilate, King Herod, he was

  73. the local ruler at the time. Him and Pilate were actually

  74. enemies. They became friends during the

  75. trial of Jesus. Luke chapter 23 verses 8 to 11

    Luke 23:8–11

  76. when Herod saw Jesus. He was greatly pleased because

  77. for a. Long time he had been wanting to

  78. see him. From what he had heard about

  79. him, he hoped to see him perform a sign of some sort.

  80. He plied him with many questions, but Jesus gave him no

  81. answer. The chief priests and the

  82. teachers of the law were standing there vehemently

  83. accusing him. Then Herod and his soldiers

  84. ridiculed and mocked him, dressing him in an elegant robe.

  85. They sent him back to Pilot. Now, if you have read the book

  86. of Matthew, the last Matthew 26 and 27, you will see the moral

  87. crisis and dilemma that Pilot finds himself in.

  88. He's got Jesus has come into his courts.

  89. He's about to be. He's coming in for sentencing.

  90. Pilot knows this man is innocent.

  91. Pilot also applies him with question.

  92. Jesus doesn't respond and he says, will you not respond?

  93. There are so many claims against you and he doesn't respond even

  94. then. And he said, do you know, I have

  95. the authority to put to hand you over?

  96. And he says you have no authority other than what I have

  97. given you. What a powerful statement.

  98. And Pilot knows he's in a he's, you know, between a rock and a

  99. hard place. And to top it all, his wife has

  100. a dream. And she sends word to Pilot at

  101. the court saying, I have nothing to do with that.

  102. Just man, I have suffered in a dream because of him.

  103. So all of this is on Pilot's mind.

  104. And yet he's forced by the chief priests and the elders to

  105. sentence Jesus to death. So he subjects him to flogging

  106. and sends him to death. And as almost like a public way

  107. of showing people that he didn't want any blame in this, he very

  108. ceremoniously washes his hands before the people, as if that

  109. could cleanse. A broken conscience, as if that

  110. could cleanse him of the guilt of condemning a guilty man.

  111. It couldn't. But the interesting thing is

  112. this towards the end of that narrative in the book of John,

  113. John chapter 19, it talks about a different thing that Pilate

    John 19 chapter mention

  114. did. Remember that when Herod met

  115. Jesus, he was hoping for some sort of sign.

  116. Herod seemed to be all about, you know, drama.

  117. You can see that when he, even before he killed John the

  118. Baptist, he had this dramatic. He had a flair for the dramatic.

  119. But Pilate on the other hand, towards the end, it says in John

    John 19:19–22

  120. chapter 19 verses 19 to 22, Pilate also wrote an inscription

  121. and put it on the cross. It read Jesus of Nazareth, the

  122. king of the Jews. Many of the Jews read this

  123. inscription, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the

  124. city, and it was written in Aramaic, in Latin, and in Greek.

  125. So the chief priest of the Jews said to Pilot, do not write the

  126. king of the Jews, but rather this man said, I am king of the

  127. Jews, Pilot answered. What I have written, I have

  128. written. And it is at this moment, I

  129. believe it's a very pivotal moment because I realize the

  130. more I read God's word that everything that is put in there

  131. that seems like a seemingly insignificant detail is not.

  132. It is there to highlight something about someone and

  133. about God. In this moment.

  134. I feel like Pilot redeems himself.

  135. Yes, he condemned Jesus, but nothing was outside of God's

  136. will. He did everything that was in

  137. alignment with God's will. Did he have a heavy conscience?

  138. He probably did. He probably had to go back home

  139. and answer his wife. She probably said, why did you

  140. do that? I told you he's just, he's

  141. innocent. And at this moment, Pilate took

  142. a stand for the truth. I think it's in the book of Luke

  143. or John when having a conversation with Jesus just

  144. before he sent him to be crucified.

  145. Jesus said that I testify to the truth and Pilate, they say it's

  146. a sarcastic reply. He says what is truth?

  147. And I think he asked the wrong question because the one who is

  148. truth was before him. He was embodied in person and

  149. standing before him. He says what is truth, right.

  150. And at that moment on the cross when he put that multilingual

  151. label, the truth about who Jesus was, the king of the Jews, the

  152. Jews disowned him. But this foreign official

  153. publicly declared who he was. I believe it was a moment of

  154. redemption. I believe it was a moment when

  155. he maybe had grappled with the truth and declared what he

  156. believed to be true. And here's the thing.

  157. Herod and Pilate both had choices.

  158. Each made one Herod ridiculed, mocked, spat upon Jesus.

  159. Pilate, yes, wrote him off, declared him guilty, released an

  160. innocent, released a guilty guy in in lieu of Jesus who was

  161. completely innocent. He knew it.

  162. He said he, it says the text says that he knew that the chief

  163. peas were jealous of Jesus and out of jealousy had brought him

  164. in and yet he didn't do what was right.

  165. But in this moment he takes up his authority.

  166. He puts that mantle on and says what I have written, I have

  167. written. It's amazing because, you know,

  168. many of us grapple just like this, in these pivotal moments

  169. at work, at home, in our neighborhoods, in our colleges,

  170. the places that we interact with others.

  171. We have moments where we get to say the right thing, where we

  172. get to defend the truth, where we get to defend things that God

  173. would defend. And at that moment, what do we

  174. do? That's a question for us to

  175. grapple with. That's a question for us to

  176. ponder, and I hope that we don't know what happened to Pilate and

  177. his wife after this, but my hope is that her having that dream

  178. about Jesus must have been a God thing.

  179. Those kind of dreams where God alerts someone about something

  180. is from God. And I'm hoping and believing

  181. that Pilate and his wife had a new life after that, just

  182. knowing who Jesus was, understanding what he did for

  183. them on that cross. The second set of people are

  184. going to be looking at is criminal one and two.

  185. You remember Jesus was crucified on a cross in between two

  186. criminals, right? And this is what Luke chapter 23

    Luke 23:39–43

  187. verses 39 to 43 says. It says one of the criminals

  188. were hanged railed at him saying are you not the Christ save

  189. yourself and us? But the other rebuked him,

  190. saying. Do you not fear God since you

  191. are under the same sentence of condemnation?

  192. And we indeed justly, for we are receiving the due reward for our

  193. deeds. But this man has done nothing

  194. wrong. And he said, Jesus, Remember Me

  195. when you come into your Kingdom. And he said to him, truly I say

  196. to you today you will be with me in paradise.

  197. I I for one find this to be one of the most poignant passages in

  198. the New Testament because there was number ritual into entering

  199. the Kingdom of God. This man proved it.

  200. He knew the truth. The truth set him free.

  201. He was at the, the, you know, the fag end of his journey.

  202. He was right at the end. And at that moment he knew who

  203. Jesus was. And he doesn't pray the sinner's

  204. prayer. He doesn't say, get me baptized.

  205. And then we can, you know, see where this goes.

  206. At that moment, all he said was Jesus, Remember Me when you

  207. enter paradise, when you come into your Kingdom.

  208. Wow, I don't know if he heard Jesus preach before that, if he

  209. had heard about something about him.

  210. I don't. But between the two one shows

  211. death, 1 railed at Jesus, one said save yourself and save us.

  212. There are many times when I I watch the arguments between my

  213. children and if one wants a favour from the other, they

  214. don't have the tact to ask for it.

  215. Well, they accuse and insult the other one, hoping they'll get on

  216. their side and do the work for them.

  217. And it's the worst tactic. And this man was not helping his

  218. case. He's insulting Jesus and saying

  219. get us off the cross and get yourself off the cross.

  220. Utter disbelief, mockery. Whereas the other man, in that

  221. crucial moment, just as his life was ebbing, he made the right

  222. choice. 1 screamed, 1 demanded. One felt you know what?

  223. Use your power one last time, but the other chose eternal

  224. life. I love that Jesus says truly.

  225. I say to you today you will be with me in paradise.

  226. What joy for that man that as soon as he closed his lives here

  227. life on eyes here on earth, he walked into paradise with Jesus.

  228. Can you? Picture that.

  229. And I wonder how many of us, how many of us realize that our

  230. lives on earth are just a dot, Just a dot.

  231. It's almost like a mist, like the Bible says, here today, gone

  232. tomorrow. But life and eternity is

  233. everything. It is a forever situation.

  234. And so, so many times we're building foundations here on

  235. earth through houses and cars and bank accounts.

  236. And while all of those things are important, they're not all

  237. important. Eternity is what counts.

  238. What am I doing in the now that determines my forever?

  239. That is the question and this man picked well.

  240. The third and final comparison I want to make is between Peter

  241. and Judas. Both were disciples.

  242. One was probably he. He was moving around in Jewish

  243. circles, had a certain idea of how he wanted God's Kingdom to

  244. invade the Roman Empire. That was Judas.

  245. That was Peter who was an unschooled fisherman who was a

  246. pro at his craft, right? He was a married man.

  247. He he had a brother who had brought him into ministry.

  248. This is these are the two guys and they worked at close

  249. quarters for three years with Jesus, but.

  250. Both made mistakes towards the end of Jesus's ministry time.

  251. Judas. It says that he had begun

  252. talking to the elders and looking for an opportunity to

  253. betray his master. What a sad thing and adamant

  254. says at that Last Supper. It says that Satan entered him

  255. and he left it to go meet with the priests.

  256. Jesus knew what he was going to do.

  257. Imagine this. Jesus washed the feet of his

  258. disciples that night. He even washed the feet of

  259. Judas. Even then, Judas.

  260. Judas was so hardened by the enemy's work enemy, it corrupted

  261. his soul so much. He didn't feel any remorse that

  262. the man he was going to betray with a kiss was at his feet,

  263. washing his filthy feet. And then there was.

  264. Peter, Peter also got his feet washed that night.

  265. But Peter of course likes a bit of hyper bully.

  266. So he was like, you know what, I need a bath, give me a bath.

  267. He says you're already clean. Some of you here aren't talking

  268. about Judas, but he said I want you to do this so that you will

  269. do that for each other that there would be no competition

  270. that you would serve each other in love so that all would know

  271. that you belong to me because of your love for each other.

  272. So Jesus modeled this and then we see what happens with both

  273. these guys. Judas goes on to betray Jesus

  274. comes and kisses him in the Garden of Gethsemane hands him

  275. over to the elders. Peter follows Jesus from a

  276. distance once he's arrested and at different locations within

  277. the the area where Jesus was being held.

  278. He. Goes on to.

  279. Deny Jesus three times, servant girls.

  280. Ask him, Hey, weren't you with Jesus?

  281. You have a Galilean accent. Are you sure you weren't with

  282. Jesus? Peter denies him three times.

  283. And when the rooster crows, this is what it says.

  284. Luke chapter 22, verses 61 and 60.

    Luke 22:61

  285. The Lord turned and looked straight at Peter.

  286. Then Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him

  287. before the rooster crows. Today you will disown me three

  288. times. And he went outside and wept

  289. bitterly. I don't know if I can even

  290. condemn Peter at this point. Because what would you and I

  291. have done if we were placed in that position where everything

  292. we had believed and had run based on for three years was now

  293. at stake? When the man who had spearheaded

  294. our movement was standing there helpless and broken, of course

  295. there would be a tendency to think, I don't know if I can

  296. sustain this. I don't know if I can carry

  297. this. Should I say that I know him,

  298. That I love him? That, that he he's the most

  299. incredible thing that happened to me.

  300. But then look at what Judas did. Matthew 27 verse 5 S Judas threw

    Matthew 27:5

  301. the money. This is the money, the 30 pieces

  302. of silver that they paid him to betray Jesus and left.

  303. Then he went away and hanged himself.

  304. Peter saw Jesus, felt remorse, wept, went back to fishing for a

  305. while, but Jesus calls him back. Once Jesus is resurrected, he

  306. calls him out of the water, reinstates him for the three

  307. denials. He reaffirms his love three

  308. times for him. He calls him three times.

  309. Will you feed my sheep? Will you feed my lambs?

  310. Will you look after my sheep? He was literally giving him a

  311. fresh assignment. He was giving him an assignment

  312. for the rest of his life. He reinstated him.

  313. He forgave him, His grace, Harvard, Peter, on the other

  314. hand, Judas prematurely gave up. I think his regret got to him.

  315. The shame, the guilt, all of it must have bogged him down, he

  316. realized. The depths of his sin.

  317. And that's what the enemy does many times.

  318. He will use us to fulfill His purposes.

  319. He will use us to speak that horrible thing to someone.

  320. He will use us to set someone's life ablaze by immorality.

  321. He will use us and demolish us at the end of it.

  322. He has false. Promises false claims.

  323. Everything that he says he wants to do for us is attached to

  324. something else. There are hidden agendas.

  325. There's fine print that we miss when it comes to the enemy.

  326. But Jesus, when he invites us into this abundant life, there

  327. is no fine print, there is no hidden agenda.

  328. He says come to me, all who are weary and heavy laden, and I

  329. will give you rest. There is no agenda, no motive

  330. except for Him to embrace us and love.

  331. US. Judas missed the point.

  332. Judas missed the point. He knew this man for three

  333. years. He saw that every time he heals

  334. someone, he would say your sins are forgiven, Go, your faith has

  335. healed you. He knew that this man had the

  336. power to forgive sins. And yet Judas missed it.

  337. Judas thought what he did was unforgivable.

  338. He missed the point of the cross.

  339. And so he chose death, as we understand from these. 3

  340. situations. Each of them had a choice.

  341. These were very pivotal moments. These were hard pressed moments.

  342. They were not easy. These were moments when everyone

  343. was watching them and yet they had to make a call between life

  344. or death and to understand the gravity of the life that Jesus

  345. actually gave us when he died, which feels oxymoronic because

  346. Jesus died and how can he give us life?

  347. But I want you to just watch the short clips from one of my

  348. favorite Disney movies is movie Hercules.

  349. And there's this little clip of where, of course, it's a

  350. different story in the sense that Hercules falls for a woman,

  351. right? He falls with this woman.

  352. And actually, she's 1 of Hades Hinch women.

  353. She's one of the bad girls. But The thing is, she grows A

  354. conscience and she does what is right.

  355. And so Hercules goes to rescue her and falls straight into the

  356. lap of Hades, which is the underworld.

  357. He's a Lord of the underworld, and he comes there to rescue

  358. Meg. That's the girl.

  359. And that's the scene outing those three women, those Furies,

  360. they work for Hades. They work in the underworld when

  361. they cut. This is all part of Greek

  362. mythology. I don't believe in it, but it's

  363. very interesting reading, and it really applies to what we're

  364. looking at today. These three women, the Furies,

  365. work in conjunction with Hades. The minute they cut the life

  366. threat, someone dies and their soul goes to hell, Right?

  367. And they're about to do that to Hercules, who so selflessly is

  368. going to rescue this woman who is good to him, even though she

  369. first started out, as, you know, seducing him and, you know,

  370. trying to get him by hook or crook for Hades.

  371. She eventually comes to a place of actually doing what is right

  372. and this guy goes to save her and in the process his divinity

  373. comes to the surface and they try to cut his life.

  374. So did you notice it became purely gold?

  375. He was immortal. And I believe that when Jesus,

  376. and this is spoken of by the episodes of how Jesus descended

  377. into the depths of hell and then rose again victorious and in the

  378. descending to hell, He was the perfect sacrifice.

  379. His sacrifice covered every man, woman and child sin from before

  380. unto eternity. The length, depth and the breath

  381. of God's plan is beyond our person.

  382. We cannot understand it. But the beautiful thing is this

  383. Jesus, his life didn't really end in death.

  384. He brought all of His life and if you notice when he comes out,

  385. he just gives a punch to Hades ending it.

  386. And I want you to remember this. This is what Jesus died for.

  387. Jesus died to triumph over the enemy, over every scheme, over

  388. his minions, over his Kingdom. He's brought his dominion down

  389. on earth. And not just that, he did that

  390. so that you and I can live victoriously also.

  391. You and I can live and really live because the truth is many

  392. of us just on life support, I've said this before, many of us are

  393. just getting through each day. We're in just on surviving

  394. space. We just get up, we just do what

  395. is required and then go back to bed at night.

  396. We don't feel like we're making an impact.

  397. We call ourselves slaves to our jobs.

  398. We look at the the beauty of our ordinary days as mundane.

  399. We missed the miracle in the mundane.

  400. And I want to bring us back to three things today that Jesus,

  401. when he died, he died to give us life, but not just an ordinary

  402. life. It's three kinds of life.

  403. The first thing is he gave us eternal life.

  404. Like we saw that criminal he chose.

  405. He said Remember Me in paradise because he realized this life.

  406. Was done, but the next one was beginning.

  407. So the first kind of life that Jesus died for was for you to

  408. have eternal life. The second thing that Jesus died

  409. in order to give you was new life.

  410. It was not the old, because our old life is distinctly

  411. different. Jesus was coming to give us new

  412. life and the third kind of life that.

  413. Jesus desires to give us is. Abundant life like we see in

  414. John 1010. And so I want to leave this with

  415. you today. The first thing, eternal life,

  416. the word for it actually means in perpetuity, forever,

  417. everlasting. John 316 says For God so loved

  418. the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever

  419. believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

  420. The minute you and I are saved, the minute I say Jesus come into

  421. my life, eternity has begun. Up until then eternity was not

  422. on my books, but the minute Jesus came in, eternity entered.

  423. And the beautiful thing is the writer of Ecclesiastes says he

  424. has set eternity in the hearts of man, which means every person

  425. on the earth has a God sized. Void in their life and they're

  426. trying to fill it with something or the other, you and me

  427. included. But the beautiful thing is when

  428. I accept Jesus in, I choose eternal life and my life here

  429. knows no end. It just goes.

  430. When I close my life here on earth, I open it in paradise

  431. with Jesus. John chapter 6 verse 54 says

    John 6:54

  432. whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life and I

  433. will raise them up at the last day.

  434. Jesus is talking about the new covenant that he instituted on

  435. that night before He died. When he presented the wine and

  436. the bread, he said this is my body which is being broken.

  437. This is the cup of blood which I spill for you.

  438. And when you do it every single time, you are doing it in

  439. remembrance of what Jesus did for you.

  440. And Jesus did it so that you will have eternal life.

  441. Every time you have communion, you are remembering, wow, my

  442. inheritance is eternal. I may not have a house here, I

  443. may not have a car, I may not have much money, but I have

  444. Jesus. I have eternity secure.

  445. It changes how we live here and now.

  446. But you know the problem? There is a problem to everything

  447. that we face in our lives, even a lot of our biblical

  448. principles. Many times it fails at the place

  449. of our problem. We don't take it past that.

  450. So while there are challenges and problems I want to produce,

  451. I want to present to you what you can actually do with those

  452. problems. Some of the problems we have

  453. that while we are here, we don't have eternity issues.

  454. We have temporal issues, we have joint pains, we have bone pains.

  455. We have diseases that sometimes touch us.

  456. We have struggles with finances. We have relationship problems.

  457. We have work struggles. We have issues knowing Our

  458. Calling, our purpose and I believe that the way to navigate

  459. earth with a heavenly mindset once we are saved is very

  460. important. And what does that mean?

  461. Jesus taught his disciples in the Lords Prayer that let your

  462. will be done your. Kingdom come on earth as it is

  463. in heaven. So while we live on earth, the

  464. minute you and I have saved, eternity has begun.

  465. How I start to live at that very moment matters.

  466. Do I intentionally invite heaven to earth?

  467. Do I intentionally invite Jesus to invade my current reality?

  468. I'm in that hard space with the boss.

  469. Lord, I invite you into this moment.

  470. Can you tell me how to speak? Can you teach me how to respond?

  471. They are disrespecting me. Lord, what do I do?

  472. What do I say? This marriage is taking a toll,

  473. Father. How do I handle it?

  474. I'm inviting heaven into earth. Earth and eternal life begins to

  475. play a role in my everyday. That difficult Co worker, that

  476. rocky marriage, that troubled child, all of it is real.

  477. Just because we're talking about eternal life doesn't mean we

  478. negate the reality of our present.

  479. Because remember, we are in the now and the not yet.

  480. We are in the middle and it's a very vital stage.

  481. It's the time when we are being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

  482. We are being shaped into the likeness of Jesus while also

  483. being prepared for eternity while fulfilling Our Calling on

  484. earth. It's a lot of things happening,

  485. so how we live now matters. So the challenge I want to offer

  486. you today, yes, we are made for eternity.

  487. Eternal life is the is the destination, but it's also a

  488. present reality. Are you and I walking in close

  489. communion with God right now? Because sometimes we think,

  490. well, in eternity I'll manage. I know Jesus have accepted him.

  491. So eternity sorted. But we run our businesses.

  492. However, we live in our marriages, completely

  493. disconnected. We are not bothered about our

  494. children because, you know, the Sunday school we'll handle,

  495. they'll be fine. They'll turn out OK.

  496. Someone's praying somewhere for them.

  497. We we look at our lives with scant attention.

  498. We are not soaking in the word and not declaring the word, but

  499. instead quoting Instagram poets and authors.

  500. I would urge that whatever your sources are, you will bring it

  501. back to communion with Jesus, that you will come back into

  502. communion with him and you'll go to him and say, Lord, I heard

  503. this, but I need to hear from you.

  504. I love that God has positioned us in such a time with social

  505. media and other influences are all around us.

  506. We have YouTube and other things which need to be supplements to

  507. our primary diet of Him, which means I need to be in such close

  508. communion to Him that all of those things only confirm or

  509. reconfirm the things He's already telling me.

  510. Do you obey His word to you? That's how you live with an

  511. eternal mindset. God, I believe I'm set for

  512. eternity, but right now I will obey You.

  513. Do I know His desire for me? Do I desire to share the good

  514. news that changed my life with others?

  515. Do I use my resources for Kingdom pursuits?

  516. Jesus himself talked about this. Don't accumulate things on earth

  517. where it will, you know, grow rust and moths would attack it.

  518. But start investing in things that will last for eternity in

  519. people, in bringing people to the light of the gospel.

  520. Are you investing in those things?

  521. Do I speak with the consciousness that every word I

  522. have has eternal ramifications? It always scares me when Jesus

  523. says that. I think he says in one of the

  524. Gospels, he says you will have to give account for every word

  525. spoken. And I think, Oh my goodness,

  526. I've had it. Thank God for his forgiveness.

  527. Thank God for the gift of repentance.

  528. There's so many times in a week that I've had to go, God, I'm

  529. sorry I said that. I'm sorry.

  530. I thought that that was not right.

  531. That was not something that could please you.

  532. Imagine if we start looking at every rupee or dollar you earn

  533. and viewing it with eternity in mind.

  534. Lord, what do I invest this into so that eternally there is

  535. rewards, There's a harvest. If every glance that I do, the

  536. second look that I give, every choice that I make in friendship

  537. in in life choices, if every single thing I do, I'm more

  538. intentional in because it's eternal.

  539. Think about the changes in my life.

  540. Heaven touching earth is a possibility.

  541. When I start inviting Jesus into everything I have begun.

  542. This is something that I do very subtly even.

  543. We're dealing with my maids, right?

  544. One has a daughter who is pregnant, one has a mum who's

  545. very ill and ailing, is in a terminal season of cancer.

  546. And when I deal with them, as much as they're not able to come

  547. to work, I keep inviting the Holy Spirit into that moment

  548. where I have so much work. Lord, I can't cook.

  549. I can't clean all of the time. But to be so compassionate, what

  550. would Jesus ask me to do in this moment?

  551. To grant them those leaves, to manage a meal or two by myself,

  552. To give them that extra something to help them buy

  553. medicines at home? That's on me because God has

  554. called me to eternity. How do I bring heaven into this

  555. moment, Lord, with that that argument with a spouse?

  556. How do I stay mindful of what I'm speaking?

  557. How do I not speak death over my spouse in this moment, but

  558. choose life even in that heart moment, even if it means being

  559. quiet so that I sort out what I'm going to say?

  560. Jesus talked about the Kingdom of God, you know, like being so

  561. subtle yet being so complete. He talked about E, which is

  562. being mixed into flour, that it's mixed and then it the whole

  563. flour rises up. He talks about the mustard seed

  564. being so small and growing into the largest tree where all the

  565. birds come and perch. What was he saying?

  566. He was saying the Kingdom of God is small and subtle, but it's

  567. powerful and it's all-encompassing.

  568. And therefore when we talk about having an eternity mindset,

  569. talking about heaven coming to earth, it begins with the small

  570. things, It begins with the right words being spoken to each

  571. other. It begins with that

  572. compassionate look or touch. It begins with doing what is

  573. right even in secret. And then heaven begins to invade

  574. like never before. So that's the first thing,

  575. choosing the eternal life. When Jesus died, he gave us

  576. eternal life. Would you choose that?

  577. The second kind of life that Jesus died to give us was the

  578. new life, right. And the new life, actually the

  579. word for it is kinos. Kinos means fresh.

  580. When we look at the New Testament, Jesus says that he's

  581. pouring new wine into new wineskins.

  582. And it doesn't mean that you take the old wineskin and throw

  583. it away and get a new one, much like some what some of us who

  584. try to declutter do we, We are clearing things out.

  585. We threw it on. Then later, a month later, you

  586. realize you needed that thing that you threw out, so you have

  587. to go buy a fresh thing. That's not what he's talking

  588. about. In that case, the wine skin has

  589. got an old and brickle. It cannot hold wine molecules

  590. that are fast fermenting and growing in volume.

  591. So what they do is they invert the the, you know, the wine

  592. skin. They soak it in olive oil and

  593. what the olive oil does as it soaks in it, it starts making

  594. the skin supple again. This is made from animal

  595. bladders. So the more they soak in the

  596. oil, they get supple and they're able to hold the ever expanding

  597. and fermenting wine. Fresh is the new we're talking

  598. about. We're not talking about throw

  599. the old out, get the new thing. That's not what we're talking

  600. about, but the important thing to understand about the new life

  601. that we have in Christ. 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 17,

    2 Corinthians 5:17

  602. it says if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.

  603. Old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become

  604. new. In a Indian context, when we say

  605. someone has died, we say they passed away.

  606. In this context, the old things have passed away means the old

  607. things have died. I have crucified myself with

  608. Christ so that it's not just me living, but Christ living in me.

  609. That's what it looks like, and many times for many of us.

  610. The old feels familiar, the old feels comfortable.

  611. You know that? That way in which I snap, that

  612. just gives me it makes me who I am.

  613. I'm I'm witty and I can be sharply witty and hurt someone,

  614. but that's who I am. I'm used to that, but when the

  615. Holy Spirit starts working in me, he shapes how I speak, he

  616. shapes how I respond. My response time slows down.

  617. I don't speak everything that's on my mind.

  618. I I want to be more consistent and not as Moody as I was in the

  619. old life. You see what I'm saying?

  620. The old seems comfortable. The old seems easy.

  621. And we're like, well, I've lived with this.

  622. My family is like this. We have anger issues, but we're

  623. OK. We, we, what if Jesus is saying

  624. the old was OK, but I want to give you fresh because in the

  625. fresh wine skin is where the new anointing flows.

  626. There won't be room in the old wine skin for the new.

  627. And God desires to fill us with more.

  628. It says that He gives the Spirit without measure.

  629. But in order for that the old stuff has to be cleared out, and

  630. the way we do it is putting it to death.

  631. Luke chapter 22 verse 20 says in the same way after the supper he

    Luke 22:20

  632. took the cup, saying this cup is the new covenant in my blood

  633. which is poured out for you, a new covenant.

  634. What was the old covenant? It was a law, it was the Mosaic

  635. law. It was given to Moses, told to

  636. the people, he offer these sacrifices.

  637. If you've done this, this is for atonement.

  638. This is a guilt, sin, offering, burnt offering, grain offering,

  639. wave offering. If I lived in that time, I would

  640. have failed at those things. I would have not kept track of

  641. it. My husband and I would have

  642. probably messed it up. I am so grateful for the new

  643. covenant that I live in. I'm so grateful that Jesus was

  644. the perfect sinless one time offering who was the perfect

  645. atonement for me. He was the scapegoat who carried

  646. all my sin. I'm so grateful to him for that,

  647. that today I just can walk into that throne room because I am

  648. clothed with the the robes of righteousness that Jesus placed

  649. on me. I am so glad for the gift of

  650. repentance that when I mess up, which I do, I can say Jesus

  651. forgive me, forgive me, and he is faithful and justice to

  652. forgive me of every sin and give me access once more.

  653. Isn't that amazing? So the New Covenant requires me

  654. to be fresh and open and available to the work of God in

  655. my lives, which means the old has got to go.

  656. The old has got to go, which means you don't use this as

  657. license to say, well, my, that marriage that I had in my days

  658. of being unsafe, that has got to go.

  659. I need to look a fresh no. It means that you get rid of

  660. those old biases, those old thoughts and thought patterns

  661. and attitudes and say, Lord, I'm ready to learn.

  662. I'm ready to make this marriage the best possible thing that you

  663. could help me do. It is looking at your children

  664. with fresh eyes and saying I will not speak death over them.

  665. I will not believe that this is that all is lost.

  666. I will pray them through anything.

  667. I will stand in the corner and cover them.

  668. It is believing that Jesus is doing a fresh work, not just in

  669. me but in others also. So it's giving others the room

  670. to change. It's giving myself permission to

  671. change. The Old Covenant was powerful in

  672. its own way because it made people aware of sin.

  673. If I didn't know don't steal was a law, I would have not known

  674. stealing was a sin. So the law made me aware of

  675. where I was messing up, but the law couldn't save me.

  676. In fact, the law added more judgement on me.

  677. And so therefore I needed grace to come in.

  678. And where grace came, sin couldn't stand a chance.

  679. Because now I realize, Oh my gosh, God's unmerited favor is

  680. on me and I had to renounce my sinful ways and come in

  681. alignment with Jesus. That is what this new covenant

  682. entails. And it's amazing that when I

  683. keep choosing this new life, I'm able to do the new things that

  684. God created me for. Imagine Pilate's wife may not

  685. have ever had a dream about a holy man before that.

  686. Until that very day when her husband is going to judge this

  687. so-called King of the Jews, she has a dream about the very same

  688. man saying have nothing to do with that just man.

  689. I have suffered much in a dream because of him.

  690. We don't know the details of that dream, but God saw it fit

  691. to meet with her. And I believe on some level that

  692. was not for nothing. It was the beginning of a new

  693. life. And I want to ask you, when God

  694. has met you through salvation, how has it changed you?

  695. Are you still living like the old person that you were?

  696. Are you still living in those old problematic sin cycle cycles

  697. of not trusting cycles of losing your cool?

  698. Cycles of completely abandoning your faith when the going gets

  699. hard. Or are you saying, Lord, I'm

  700. willing? I'm willing to embrace the new,

  701. which means I trust you and quiet confidence.

  702. It means that I'm steady in the way I follow you.

  703. Even if there are days when I falter and fumble, I'll still

  704. keep my eyes on you. What if that is the fresh thing

  705. God wants to do in you? God desires to pour Himself out

  706. on your life. He desires to enliven your work.

  707. He desires to enliven your marriage.

  708. He desires that you would connect with your children on a

  709. level you have not been connected with by your parents.

  710. But it has to happen in a place, in a setting where you move the

  711. old out and you say, Jesus, I'm emptied out, will you fill me?

  712. It requires that you empty the old out to make room for the

  713. new. The new covenant enables us to

  714. come into a love relationship with the one who made the

  715. covenant with us. The old covenant desired for

  716. them to draw near, but it actually served to keep a block

  717. because they were so afraid they would mess up and they kept

  718. doing so. But in the new covenant, there's

  719. a covenant relationship, and Jesus by his own blood

  720. established that relationship. So you and I are now in close

  721. quarters with him. So you don't even have to strive

  722. to experience the new. That's the interesting thing.

  723. You know, the more I walk with Jesus, the more I realize that

  724. just being in communion in him changes certain things.

  725. He changes the way I look at certain situations.

  726. He look changes the way I perceive certain people and

  727. that's what's so beautiful about it.

  728. So I would ask that you would live in the freshness that

  729. Christ. 'S blood has brought.

  730. You he has brought you into a new covenant.

  731. Or that you would not live based off the old covenant, but you

  732. would live in the new where there's a covenant relationship

  733. where more than pleasing anyone who just live.

  734. To know God and enjoy him. The third kind of life that I

  735. believe Jesus died to give us his abundant life.

  736. John chapter 10 verse tense my favorite verse in the Bible.

    John 10 chapter mention

  737. The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy.

  738. I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.

  739. The word for steal is klepto, from which you get kleptomaniac

  740. thieves, people who are always taking something off someone

  741. else and that's the enemy. He came into Judas not.

  742. To help Judas have his agenda established on earth, but in

  743. order to take the life of Jesus away, in order to take the joy

  744. of Judas away, in order to steal Judas's life.

  745. And Judas missed it. The same enemy was at work with

  746. Peter, but Peter knew better than to give in.

  747. I remember that interesting episode where Jesus turned and

  748. told his disciples, guys, I'm going to be betrayed, I'm going

  749. to be killed by the chief priests and the elders.

  750. And Peter says never, Lord, that's never going to happen to

  751. you. And Jesus looks at him and says,

  752. get behind me, Satan. He was not insulting Peter.

  753. He was calling the enemy out who was using Peter as a mouthpiece.

  754. Because Jesus, in complete contrast to Satan, desires that

  755. you and I thrive in life. He doesn't want you and me to

  756. just get by. He doesn't want us to just crawl

  757. through life on our knees begging and hoping for the best.

  758. Jesus came to give us abundant life.

  759. The word for it is, I think it's perizo, which is just super

  760. abundance, superfluous, exceeding, overflowing.

  761. That is the life that you and I were given when Jesus came into

  762. your life. The enemy, on the other hand,

  763. seeks to deplete you. He seeks to dry you out.

  764. He seeks to leak you out of all your joy, your peace, leave you

  765. high and dry. But the Lord with this Holy

  766. Spirit who is like a river that's flowing within you, so

  767. that out of you will flow rivers of living water, He fills you to

  768. overflowing in abundance. Many times when we look at John

  769. 1010, we assume, but He came to give us abundant life, which

  770. means that I don't have to just believe for one house, I can

  771. believe for five. I can believe for so many cars.

  772. I can believe for so much of jewelry and cash.

  773. And I'm not going to get into that.

  774. I don't believe that. That's what it means.

  775. I believe. It's talking about abundance on

  776. another level. It's talking abund, abundance

  777. of. Soul, like John writes to the

  778. disciple and I think it's in 3rd.

  779. John, he says. I pray that your.

  780. Soul prospers because most of our times our soul is not

  781. prospering. I was reading a news article

  782. that in India currently the greatest crisis is the mental

  783. health crisis that is touching every young person starting from

  784. school kids to college students. They're saying it's almost like

  785. an epidemic. What a tragedy that our soul is

  786. not prospering and therefore every part of our life struggles

  787. and Jesus desires when he comes in salvation.

  788. The word salvation is not just saving of your soul, it is

  789. bringing wholeness into every part of your life, which means

  790. physically you are made whole, spiritually you're made whole,

  791. your soul is made whole. Every part of you, every

  792. dimension of you is being changed.

  793. Isn't that amazing? Isn't that amazing?

  794. Psalm chapter 130 verse 7 says, O Israel, hope in the Lord, for

    Psalms 130:7

  795. with the Lord there is mercy, and with Him is abundant

  796. redemption. If there is abundant redemption,

  797. which means for what I've done wrong for my sin, when His grace

  798. covers it after my repentance, He brings redemption, which

  799. means He buys me back and brings good out of that.

  800. Can you imagine? The possibilities are infinite,

  801. abundant. That is our God.

  802. His compassion towards me is abundant, which means that I

  803. become a not just a reservoir, I'm like a bubbling brook.

  804. So when He fills me with His redemption, I'm bubbling up and

  805. I bring redemption to others through my work, through my

  806. calling, through my speaking, through my being.

  807. The compassion I've received in abundance, I start to pour out

  808. on others. The forgiveness I've received, I

  809. pour out on others. It's such a beautiful thing that

  810. when we live under grace, we live with abundance.

  811. When I live under the law, I live constrained.

  812. I live restricted. But when I live under grace, I

  813. can live abundantly. I can live with arms open wide.

  814. I'm not gripping onto the things I have so tight.

  815. If someone likes what I have, I just give it to them.

  816. If someone wants something, they're welcome to take it

  817. because you know what? God gave me that you can have

  818. it. That's how we would live.

  819. We would live with fists that are loosened.

  820. The only thing that we hold on tight to is God.

  821. Everything else we hang loose. That is what the abundant life

  822. looks like. We've got it wrong many times.

  823. We think the abundant life is more stuff.

  824. Can I encourage you to do with, do more with less stuff?

  825. Give it away. See who you can bless with it.

  826. Ask. God, Lord, I have these things.

  827. What? Can I do?

  828. How can I bless someone else? How can the abundance you have

  829. blessed me with bless someone else?

  830. God abundant life. By the same logic, you were not

  831. meant to just get by on peace on a large scale of for the year,

  832. but he desires to give you a peace every single minute of

  833. every single day, which guards your heart and mind in Christ

  834. Jesus. Which means even at that moment

  835. when you're so in such a state of upheaval, you can still say,

  836. Lord, I'm inviting you into this.

  837. Can you help me to feel your abundant peace?

  838. Just today my son had to get his passport renewed.

  839. So he was. He had gone with Geshom to the

  840. passport office. I was at home.

  841. I was finishing up some work and I was so exhausted because I'd

  842. had a long day. I was out.

  843. So I was really tired and drained out.

  844. I was just about to rest when my husband calls and says we don't

  845. have these documents. And both of us being first

  846. borns, we are extremely hard headed and we get in each

  847. other's business. So he was on the phone, He was

  848. tense. I was tense because I couldn't

  849. find the documents. You know, I don't know where he

  850. keeps some of these things. So I was at home rummaging

  851. through things. I was already tired.

  852. I was crabby, He was tense. And then finally, you know what?

  853. I, I, you know, I had to get some certificates sorted.

  854. I didn't find half of it. We, we got off the call.

  855. He said he'll figure it out. In the meantime, I was doing

  856. some background to find out who I could get it from, etcetera.

  857. And at one point I had to just sit on the bed.

  858. I was so tired. I hadn't accomplished what he

  859. asked me to accomplish. I was feeling a bit like a

  860. loser. And I was just sitting there and

  861. I said, Lord, I don't know if they're even going to let him,

  862. you know, process the passport appointment today.

  863. But I trust you to give him peace and to give me peace.

  864. We've done what we could. Could you just come through?

  865. And all of a sudden, the person who was in the passport office

  866. gave my husband a brilliant idea of going through the Aadhaar

  867. portrait and finding the documents that we didn't have.

  868. Within 1520 minutes, the entire process got over.

  869. My husband doesn't know this, but I had to invite God into my

  870. moment because I was losing it. I was getting angry, I was

  871. getting upset. I was like, Oh my gosh, why

  872. didn't we know? We needed these things, You

  873. know? And it's as petty as this.

  874. It's inviting him and saying, Lord, this is your thing.

  875. If you don't want him to get the passport right now, it's fine.

  876. We're completely OK with it. But can you please invade this

  877. moment And this tremendous peace entered me.

  878. I was able to rest for 15 minutes.

  879. I had a power nap while everything got sorted out there

  880. and they came home safe. And I want to ask you, maybe

  881. you've been living on this edge, tense, stressed, anxious.

  882. God desires that you live in a place of abundant peace,

  883. abundant joy. Or that we would laugh more with

  884. our children, that we would just play games with them and enjoy

  885. them. Because you know what it says?

  886. That the Father rejoices over us with singing Zephaniah 317.

  887. He rejoices over us. And the original transcript

  888. actually talks about him twirling around us in circles.

  889. Our God is a joyful God. Why are we not having joy?

  890. I often pray that I say, Lord, I want to have the joy that I had

  891. when I was younger with less stress.

  892. And you know, The thing is, we have piled up stress on our

  893. lives. We are trying to do so much

  894. more. It's the same amount of time we

  895. had back then. We have set these targets for

  896. ourselves or people have set it for us and we're struggling.

  897. But I want you to ask God that in this season, as busy as you

  898. are, as hectic as life is, as as you're balancing all these

  899. plates that you would have is abundant peace, abundant joy.

  900. Because when He looks at you, He's delighting in you.

  901. When He looks at you, His love is just at its fullest.

  902. How can I live any differently? Some of us are filling up the

  903. discontent in our lives with more stuff, but He's asking us

  904. to think about what we're investing these things.

  905. Abundance doesn't come from the abundance of things.

  906. It comes from knowing God and all His abundance so that as I

  907. experience that, I become a conduit to others.

  908. With that abundance, I start to overflow and others receive it.

  909. And so I ask that you won't settle for the meager remains of

  910. the salvation life and call it the Christian life and say, oh,

  911. you know what? It's I'm kind of managing.

  912. It's been stressful. I'm just kind of holding it

  913. together. And you don't have to live like

  914. that. You need to come to a place of

  915. saying Lord, even when this is really hard, I'm balancing a

  916. sick parent, I'm managing my work.

  917. I'm still struggling for finances.

  918. In the midst of this, I will find time to experience your joy

  919. over me. I will find time to pour your

  920. love over to someone else. It is an intentional decision.

  921. Salvation was not just about saving you that one moment.

  922. It was about bringing wholeness into every part of your life so

  923. you can ask God for anything. Because that's what salvation

  924. implies. It means that you are wholly,

  925. completely saved by Him and you are saved for him so.

  926. Stop living with this cramped mindset of just yourself and

  927. just how you should get by. Abundance is God.

  928. Who can I bless today? When you wake up, say Lord, who

  929. can I bless today? Who can I encourage today?

  930. Who can I just call and check up on?

  931. Who can I give a little bit of what you have given me too?

  932. How can I give? Them something, there are going

  933. to be obstacles, they're going to be ailments, they're going to

  934. be struggles, they're going to be setbacks.

  935. But his abundance is not limited limited by our circumstances.

  936. In fact, it actually exponentially increases because

  937. when I'm lacking, when I'm emptying myself of the old, he's

  938. filling me with the fresh. I have a greater capacity to

  939. overflow onto others. So His abundance is never

  940. limited, not by our circumstances, not by our

  941. situations. In fact, it excites him because

  942. then He gets to come in with His abundance, His super abundance,

  943. and fill us. Ephesians 320, another one of my

  944. husband and I, my favorite verses.

  945. He will do exceedingly abundantly, more than we can ask

  946. or imagine superfluous. He is going to do way more than

  947. you could ever ask for. Think about that.

  948. That's the abundant life. So if you've been asking, God

  949. bless me so I can be a blessing boy, is He going to make you

  950. abundant? If you've been saying, Lord, I

  951. want to know what my calling and my purpose on earth is, He's

  952. going to make it abundantly clear to you.

  953. So I encourage you, even as we close this service, I just want

  954. you to remember that because of Jesus, because of his death, you

  955. have eternal life. But how are you living today?

  956. You live with eternity in mind. Are you fixated on the temporary

  957. or are you fixated on the eternity?

  958. Remember also that He came, He died so that you would have new

  959. life. Not the old stuff where you just

  960. got by, where you just managed on on.

  961. You know the basics on where you just survived, but where you

  962. actually thrive and live in a fresh way because the Holy

  963. Spirit is the one who brings that freshness.

  964. He's the one that soaks you and brings out the new essence and

  965. owe that you would live the abundant life because Jesus died

  966. to give you abundant life. Not an ordinary life, not a life

  967. that is cramped, but He brought you into wide open space where

  968. you will not just be blessed by yourself, but you'll be a

  969. blessing to many others. So even as we close, I just want

  970. to pray this over you. One of the things that touched

  971. me in John 18 verses 5 to 6 was this.

    John 18:5–6

  972. They answered him. Jesus of Nazareth, Jesus said to

  973. them, I am He. Judas, who betrayed him was

  974. standing with them, and Jesus said to them, I am He.

  975. They drew back and fell to the ground.

  976. Verse 11 So Jesus said to Peter, Put your sword in it, into its

  977. sheath. Shall I not drink the cup that

  978. the Father has given me? I am He.

  979. Who are you? Seeking for today on this Good

  980. Friday. Who are you seeking for?

  981. Are you looking for a healer? He would say to you, I am he.

  982. Are you looking for a Redeemer? He would say to you, I am he.

  983. Are you looking for someone who will sanctify you from all that

  984. has defiled your life? He's saying I am he.

  985. He is everything you and I need. I need him to be my healer.

  986. I need him to be my restorer. And he comes to me and says I am

  987. he. And so I pray that even now as

  988. we close the service, God, I pray that you will reveal

  989. yourself each. Person as they desire you to be

  990. revealed, and I pray that you will do even more abundantly

  991. than they ask or imagine. Father, I pray that you will

  992. reveal yourself to them. I pray that Lord, you will bless

  993. us through the season and beyond, into the rest of the

  994. year, that you would help us live with eternity in mind.

  995. Help us to live this new life with courage, with strength,

  996. with vigor. Lord, help us to live

  997. abundantly, not just for ourselves, not limited by what

  998. we have or don't have, but to look at things with a Kingdom

  999. mindset, to look at things through a wider perspective.

1000. Fill us, oh God, with your spirit.

1001. Spirit of God, would you soak into your people right now?

1002. Would you begin to Lord shape those old wine skins into fresh

1003. wine skins that can hold your glory, that can pour out your

1004. anointing not just on themselves, but on everyone

1005. around them? We love you, We thank you.

1006. Thank you, Jesus for dying for us.

1007. Thank you for that Good Friday which has made our lives

1008. infinitely better. I pray that your people this day

1009. onwards would choose life every day, would choose life every

1010. day. We love you and we thank you.

1011. In Jesus name I pray, Amen, Amen.

1012. God bless you even as you get into this weekend.

1013. I pray you know they call it Holy Week, but I'd like to think

1014. that every week is a Holy Week. And so through this year, if you

1015. could keep this in your mind that you would have your eyes on

1016. eternity, everything on earth changes, that you would keep

1017. inviting heaven into earth. It will transform your life.

1018. We hope you enjoyed today's message and we're blessed.
