Then we're like cheek to cheek and it's weird.

There's no room for Jesus there.

We gotta keep it safe, ministry safe.

Uh so my name is Joshua.

I'm the youth pastor over at Evangel.

I'm so excited to be here today.

Um, and actually, I definitely didn't tell the worship team I was gonna do this.

Evangeline, so sorry.

I know you're on your way out.

Can you come and play keys for me for like five minutes?

I'm a rookie guys, I'm still figuring out my flow.

So before we hop into the message today, I wanted to honor a few people in the room.

Um Candace and I came here, my wife Candace and I came here pretty broken.

We moved from the states.

There's a lot of things going on, and I'll dive into that story later on in my sermon.

But when we came to this church, when we were shopping around for churches, when we first moved here, we came here and we immediately felt like we were at home.

So I know that I'm a guest in the house today, but for us, it's almost like we're coming back home.

We're so excited to be here.

When I told her that I was preaching today, she was like, oh my goodness, let's like prep the kids.

This was months in advance.

She was like, let's prep the kids now because we're going to KCC, because we're so excited to be here.

So, Pastor Brody, Natalie, Malachi, wherever you are, I know he's getting ready to leave.

Jamin, you guys have poured into our lives during a very difficult time.

And so thank you so much for not only allowing me to be here today, but thank you for pouring into us and helping us get back on our feet.

And then last but certainly not least, and I wasn't planning on doing this, but I'm so excited that they're here.

Rob and Colleen, Uncle Rob tend to Colleen.

You guys are family.

I was just this random black guy that showed up in a family event one day, and they immediately were like, okay, like let's check this guy out.

I know Uncle Rob will kind of do his normal, like, kind of stiff.

Because I was dating his niece.

And over time, those arms started to loosen up.

Colleen invited me in.

And I tell you that now today, their uncle and Tinta Colleen and Rob to us.

They've always been to her, but for me, I now look up to you guys.

Whenever we look at our family, we want to say, what would Rob and Colleen do?

Because we see the fruit and the work that you put into your own kids.

I get to work with one of their kids over at Evangel.

He's the worship leader, and I'm like, man, they come with such caliber.

And now that they're pouring it, now they're pouring into our kids.

They're they're uh Nana and Papa Rob, man, Nana Colleen and Papa Rob to our kids.

And so we are so thankful for you guys.

Thank you so much for looking after us and taking care of us.

And so let's hop into the message today.

I'm gonna tell you a lot more about myself.

I do tell stories, so hopefully this will be, you know, engaging, entertaining for you guys.

And if we could give a round for Evangeline, I know that was like very short.

She's amazing.

I think she also babysits kids, so if you need kids to look after, little plug there.

And so a little bit about myself.

When I was a kid, I was very much like my son.

So I we have three kids.

I forgot to mention this.

We have three kids.

We have a five-year-old Judah who's very tall, he's already like half my height.

So he's gonna be a giant.

I'm already working out to make sure that I can like out-muscle him when he gets bigger than me.

We have our middle child Ezra, who is three.

He's kind of the wild card.

One day he's crying, the next day he's lovey dovey.

He's kissing on you.

And to be honest, like he kind of looks like me, kind of looks like Candace, but he's like a weird mixture.

Most people think he's Italian.

Like if we go to an Italian restaurant, they look at his hair, they're like, Man, he looks like one of our cousins.

Like he could just blend in with our family.

And then last but not least, we have Kaya, who is 18 months old.

She's a daddy's girl through and through.

The first thing that she says when she wakes up is daddy, and most mornings I'm like, oh, that's so sweet.

And then there's other mornings that I'm like, can you please just call on your mom for once?

I don't want to have to get up right now.

But I love her so much.

She's a fireball, she commands the room, she's adorable, but she is finding her voice, and I love it so much.

And so thinking about my kids and thinking about the way that I was when I was growing up, I was very rambunctious.

I was wild, I was wrestling, I was getting into things.

And to the point where my parents were like, please just like go outside.

Like, just come back when the lights from the streets turn on.

And so I got into basketball, I played football.

If you're from the South, I'm originally from Texas.

So if you're from the South, you play football at some point in your life.

It's just in us.

And so I got into sports, but I also got into like skateboarding and a bunch of different things.

I was just very rambunctious, very wild.

I never got um super injured or anything, but I was always getting hurt at some point.

I had a bunch of scars on my knees and all the things.

And so I remember when we went to California one day, we drove from Dallas to LA, long drive, and we stayed with my aunt and uncle, and they lived in a pretty nice area with a community pool.

And at the community pool, does anybody remember like diving boards?

I don't even think they could legally make those anymore because they're such a liability.

But this was back in the early 2000s, so they had like a small diving board and a tall diving board that was maybe like 12 feet.

So I, and being in sixth grade, I kind of got comfortable on the small one, and then I built up my confidence to go to the tall one.

And I'm a very cocky, rambunctious kid at the time.

I was in the sixth grade.

I was checking out if I could be honest.

I was checking out the other girls at the pool.

I was trying to impress them, and so I said, Hey, I'm gonna go to the top and not only do like a um a cannonball, I want to do a front flip into a dive.

Guys, I had no experience doing any type of flipping at all.

I did a little bit of flips on a couple flips on a trampoline before, and I said, Oh yeah, I can do it.

It's the same thing, it's easy, I'll get it knocked out.

So I went up there all conky and confident, went to the edge, did the double bounce, jumped, and anybody who has done any type of free-falling cliff diving understands that it is very hard to control your body mid-air.

And so I am doing this first rotation, and then I realize that my body continues to go forward, and I don't know what to do at this point.

And I realize that I'm getting closer and closer to the water.

I just didn't really calculate it in my mind.

And what I ended up doing was doing a straight belly flop onto the water, and in sheer embarrassment, I float to the bottom, and the water was like 12 feet deep.

Once again, they don't make them that deep anymore, so I floated to the bottom and I was like, man, this is so embarrassing.

I get pulled out of the water, thank God I wasn't drowning or anything, but I was in so much pain that everybody was looking at me at the at the pool, and I went hunched over to sit down next to my parents, and I had this revelation.

And the revelation was, Josh, you need to slow down.

You need to rethink what you do before you do it.

Think of the consequences, dude.

Fast forward to college.

I'm hanging out with the boys.

This is about 2013.

And they said, Let's go cliff diving.

Now, at this point, I have this fear of heights.

I do not like riding roller coasters.

I use the excuse that I'm tall and that I can't fit to just say, hey, I'm not gonna ride a roller coaster.

And so I'm like, cliff diving is not what I want to do, but we're with the boys, right?

I don't want to be that guy.

So I say, Yeah, sure, I'll go.

And there are many different levels.

I stay with the small one, and I would love to say that by the end of the story, I was at the 30-foot cliff dive, but I definitely wasn't.

But there was a 12-foot one, and by the end of our time there, I went to the 12-foot one, and with so much fear, struggling with anxiety, I was like, I don't want to do this, but I need to do it.

They're amping me up.

And so I jumped, and obviously I made it.

I'm here today, thank God.

But I want to say, with all that fear and anxiety, it was a very, very much a leap of faith for me.

So that's something that we're gonna talk about today.

Is taking or what faith looks like.

If we can ever if everybody can bow their heads and close their eyes, let's pray.

Lord Jesus, thank you for allowing us to be here today.

Thank you that we are in a space that we can freely express our love for you.

And in this moment, you are going to download some things into our hearts.

I pray that you will open ears to hear.

May the words that I speak today align with your heart.

And we thank you so much for the rain that we have gotten over the last 24 hours.

Thank you, Jesus, we needed it.

And we pray for more rain to help suicide any fires or any smoke that has happened over this season.

In Jesus' name we pray.

Everybody said, Amen.

So if everybody can open up their Bibles to Matthew 14, I gave, I think I gave them a wrong one up there, but Matthew 14, verse 20.

Matthew 14:20

And it reads, and when they came to the crowd, a man approached Jesus and knelt before him.

Lord, have mercy on my son, he said.

He has seizures and he suffers greatly.

He often falls into the fire and into the water.

I brought him to your disciples, but they could not heal him.

And this is Jesus replying, You unbelieving, perverse generation.

Somebody say, Mmm.

How long shall I stay with you?

How long shall I put up with you?

Bring the boy here to me.

Then Jesus rebuked the demon, uh, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed in that moment.

Now there's more verses that I'm going that I'm going to read today, but I want to pause in this moment because honestly, this tone that Jesus is talking in, you can feel that he's a little annoyed with the disciples.

And it's a little bit triggering for me because I have been on the receiving end of that tone.

I might be speaking to some of the married men in the room today.

So if any of us that you know, you go throughout life and maybe one morning us men, and this could be really anybody, but you're searching for something, and so what will happen in our day on a Monday?

I'm rushing to get to work, and I'm like, hey Candice, I know you clean the night before.

She loves a clean kitchen before we go to bed.

And so she's cleaning, she's organizing.

I know that you clean.

Do you know where my car keys are?

And she was like, Yes, they're in the miscellaneous drawer, the junk drawer, we all have one, in the kitchen.

Just look for it there.

So I go downstairs.

We live in a townhome, so I run downstairs and I open the drawer, and for the life of me, I could not, I cannot find my keys.

I'm like, where are my keys?

I'm moving all the junk out of the way, the the mail, the the tools, everything that we throw in there.

I'm moving them out of the way.

And if I could be honest, the last thing that I want to do is ask Candice, are you sure?

They're in here.

But I know that I need to go, so I say, Candice, she's up top, are you sure the keys are in there?

She's like, Yes, Joshua.

You start to hear the tone.

I'm sure.

And so for another few minutes, I'm panicking at this point.

I'm starting to sweat, and I'm like, I just cannot find the keys.

And she comes downstairs and she's like, Are you still looking for them?

I'm like, yes, and she will do this side.

She'll and I'm not looking at her, but I can feel her eyes rolling in annoyance.

And then almost, I don't know how she does this every single time, but without even looking, she will open the drawer, fiddle in there, grab the keys, and say, Here you go.

And I'm like, how, like, it's I don't know how you do that every single time.

Whether we're looking in the fridge for drinks or anything, she's able to quickly find something, and I struggle every single time.

So this is the tone that I'm getting from Jesus when he's speaking to the disciples.

There's a little bit of annoyance there.

So if we hop into verse 19, you notice there's a little, there's something little here that I want to point out.

The disciples came to Jesus in private.

They didn't want to be called out in front of everybody again, and they asked, Why couldn't we drive it out?

Then Jesus replied, Because you have so little faith, truly I tell you, if you have faith a size of a mustard seed, you can move this mountain.

You can say to the mountain, move from here to there, and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.

Everybody say, Nothing will be impossible for you.

So when I look into scripture, when I dive into my uh sermon building, what I like to do, and some of the youth kids know that I do this because I've spoken to them a couple times now, I like to look up the definitions of words.

So since we're talking about faith, let's look at the definition of the word faith.

It means complete trust, confidence, or firm belief in someone or something, often without needing physical proof.

To take it a level deeper, I'll go to an ancient language like Latin or Greek.

And so the Latin word, and please forgive me here because I know I'm gonna struggle with these words, the Latin word for faith is fidis, and the Greek word is pistis, both meaning active trust, reliability, personal loyalty, and being faithful to a promise or a per person.

Throughout my life, throughout studying scripture, I think that faith is not just something that's important that we need to work on, but I believe that it is a pillar that makes up the foundation of our walk with God.

So today I have three points, mainly to keep me on track, and I know for those who take notes it helps.

I have three points to help us navigate what healthy faith looks like.

Point number one, faith requires boldness and courage.

When I was writing this, I couldn't figure out which one to put, so I was like, let me just do both because they're both just as important.

In Acts 4, verse 31, just to get just to give you guys some context here, Peter and John were being persecuted.

Acts 4:31

They uh healed a lame man, and then the elders, the priests, um, the Sadducees, whoever you want to say, brings them to jail.

Then the next morning, they start to question them.

They say, How are you doing this?

How are you, whose name are you speaking when you are performing these things?

And Peter being Peter, he spoke with boldness and he said, I do this in the name of the Most High King.

I do this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

He even throws some shade in there and he says, The guy that you guys killed, or you tried to kill.

So if we go into Acts 31, it says, this is later on when they debrief with the other Christians, it reads, And when they had prayed, the place in which they gathered together was shaken.

And they were filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the words of God with boldness.

Guys, I am going to challenge some of us in the room today.

And please hear my heart, what I'm about to say isn't calling out KCC at all.

Like I said, I've had conversations with Pastor Brian, I've had conversations with Brody, Malachi, lots of leadership in the building.

So I know where KCC stands.

I know that you guys are uh a group of people who call out what needs to be called out, you stand for truth, and you know how what scripture means and how to walk it through.

And so what I'm saying, what I'm about to say is more general.

What I'm going to say is North America Christianity, so this is the average Christian across North America, this is US and Canada, I find to be a little bit more shy, a little bit more wishy-washy on the fence about most things.

And it's through that culture that we have lost our boldness and our courage.

I see podcasts today, and there are a few that are boldly speaking truth and saying, hey, this is right, this is wrong, based off of scripture.

But for the last probably two decades, it seems like we have shied back from what the Bible says.

We shy back from talking about our personal relationship with Jesus.

And we're suffering because of it.

As a youth pastor, I get to have a lot of difficult conversations.

I hear, hey, my anxiety, my stress, my suicidal thoughts.

I see kids literally cutting, not I don't see them, but I see the bruises or the scars from them cutting themselves.

They're going through real real life situations.

There are real demons out there, and if I can be completely honest, I feel like over the last two decades, we have learned to tolerate demons rather than cast them out.

We've learned to take ownership of it.

I've when I'm having these conversations with these kids, they'll come to me and say, Josh, like I'm struggling with this, I'm struggling with this, one thing or another, and they'll say, My anxiety.

I've struggled with that.

This has been something that we talk about all the time in our home.

And I feel like God is calling us to rephrase what that looks like.

Because the Bible says, there's life and death in the power of your tongue.

And it's not always, sometimes we think it's maybe when we're directing it towards other people, but it also impacts us.

So when you say, hey, this is my anxiety, you are inadvertently taking it uh taking ownership of it.

So maybe we should reframe what that looks like.

We should talk in boldness and we should say, hey, maybe like I struggle with this, but this isn't my identity.

This isn't who I am, this isn't what God's calling me to be.

We need to start stepping up and taking boldness and walking in boldness and courage to walk in a good, healthy faith.

In 2 Corinthians chapter 5, verse 7, it says, We walk by faith, not by sight.

2 Corinthians 5:7

We don't know what's coming our way, but we know that at the end of the day, God's promise tells us that there is victory.

So that we can walk in boldness and say, okay, no matter what I'm walking through, it'll be okay.

As I've gotten older and dove into scripture more and more, I've really started to appreciate God's story or Jesus' story.

We know that he usually will meet people where they're at and he'll speak in love, but he also speaks in boldness as well.

I don't think there's ever been a situation, and please correct me if I'm wrong, please fact-check me here.

I don't think there's ever been a situation where Jesus had to take a step back and be like, you know what, I'm not sure if I can handle this.

He always set the tone of the conversation.

But he did it in love.

So then they were able to receive what he had to say.

It wasn't condemning, there was no conviction and shame attached to it.

He said, Hey, I know where you've been, but I also know where you're going because you're going to start walking in freedom as we are having this conversation right now.

Let's walk in boldness.

Point number two: faith requires patience.

We live in a culture where we want something very quickly.

Guys, I'm ashamed to kind of mention this, but I often go to McDonald's because it's so quick on the way home.

Candace will be like, Man, really?

Again?

I'm like, I will work out later, I will work it off.

And if I go to McDonald's and it takes them longer than two minutes to make my double cheeseburger, no onions, no pickles because I'm picky and I don't like uh vegetables, with fries with extra salt because I'm an American and we like to dash an extra bit of seasoning to our food.

If it takes them longer than two minutes to do that, I'm literally sitting in the car, like, come on, guys.

And it's gotten to the point, honestly, where Judah's like, what is taking so long?

He is sitting in the back, like, we've been here for four minutes, dad.

What is going on?

You gotta watch what you say around your kids.

Operating in faith or making faith moves don't happen in the uh in the convenient.

Faith moves happen in the inconvenient.

Let me say that one more time.

Faith moves don't happen in the convenient.

Moves happen in the inconvenient.

Candace and I didn't just decide to move to Canada out of convenience.

It was very inconvenient.

We were going through a hard time.

We both lost our jobs within a month.

We were both doing great at our jobs, but because of circumstances that were out of our control, we were at the receiving end, and we were both like, okay, what are we gonna do?

We started to pray.

We prayed separately, we prayed together, and we decided, hey, it's time for us to relocate and go to Canada.

That wasn't convenient at all.

We had to uproot our lives.

She was pregnant with Kaya at the time.

Uproot, pack, do all the things to come here.

But we knew that God had a promise at the end of it.

Even in the inconvenience, even in the opposition, even, and I'm feeling a little bit triggered saying this, but even trying to import our cars from US to Canada, all the rules, all the hoops that we had to go through, we knew that in this inconvenience, God was still going to be faithful and he was still gonna work things out for us.

But we had to have patience.

We had to wait for his timing.

In Hebrews chapter 6, verse 12, it says, so that you may not be sluggish.

Hebrews 6:12

Be imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit his promise.

It's not always in our timing, but God's timing is very perfect.

And we'll touch on that later.

Point number three faith requires action.

In James chapter 2, verse 26, it says, as the body without a spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

James 2:26

Some versions say faith without works is dead.

That's where you get that phrase.

Earlier on in that chapter, in James, uh in James chapter 2, verse 22, it says, You see that his faith and his actions were working together.

James 2:22

This is Abraham that we're referencing here.

His faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete.

Everybody say complete by what he did.

Candace and I went to a Bible college, Rhema Bible College in Tulsa.

This is where we met.

And at the top of the building, it had the shield of faith.

It was a faith-based organization, Word of Faith.

And so through faith, a lot of students would attend, but didn't really have a plan on how they were going to stay there.

Candace and I saw this many times.

For me, I was very lucky.

My parents were doing well financially at the time, and there was a basketball team, and they wanted me to excel in basketball, so they said, Hey Joshua, we want you to focus on school and focus on basketball.

And I know that Candace's parents helped her out as much as they could, but she also had to work, didn't you?

She had to work over the summer.

She had to give plasma during the school year that gave her 200 bucks to pay for groceries.

She's a hard worker and she always figures it out, and that's one of the reasons why I fell in love with her.

But we saw so many times students showing up, they'll pay for maybe two or three months, and then they would just kick back, relax, and say, Well, God's calling me to be here.

I'm gonna go to school, then I'll go back to my dorm room and hang out.

And we're like, What are you doing?

How are you stewarding your time?

You could go get a job, and through working hard, doing all the things, God can bring the super to our natural.

That's what we learned at Rhema.

God will bring the super to our natural, but we do have to work at the end of the day.

We do have to take steps forward.

So I love the fact that Abraham was able to do his work.

We all know he's the father of the faith.

And that through his faith and his work, the Bible said his faith was complete.

But what we sometimes run into, and this kind of goes along with patience and with action, is that sometimes we'll try to move forward and we'll see opposition.

We'll run into different things, we'll jump these hoops, and after so much time and effort and action, we feel this resistance and we're like, Lord, what is happening?

Why are we going through this?

Why am I going through this?

Am I the only person going through this?

Are you doing this to me, Lord?

And if we can be completely honest in the room, we might start feeling some type of way.

We might have resentment towards God.

I know I have.

But if we can do the right thing, what God is actually maybe calling us to do is to allow him to use those uh those moments of opposition, those moments of resistance as leverage to grow our faith.

To say that even though our car is going through all these things, even though we might not be able to put our kids in daycare at this very moment, even though we are living with our in-laws and we need some space, everybody say amen.

We need some space, we know that at the end of the day, your promises are gonna be complete.

That you are going to honor what you put on our heart to move and to make these actions or to take these steps of faith.

So as we wrap up here, the band can go ahead and come up to touch a little bit on how our story goes coming from the US to Canada.

During our time here at Evangeline, or at here, sorry, here at KCC.

During our time here at KCC, we were here for eight to nine months.

And during that time, we were both unemployed.

We were hanging out with our kids.

It was actually a good moment for us to come together as a family after everything that happened in the States.

But if I can be completely honest, as a husband, as somebody who wants to provide for his family, not working was very hard for me.

I lost a sense of purpose.

And being here very much helped.

You guys poured into our lives.

We felt love and community, but behind the closed doors, I was struggling.

Because during that time, I was applying to all different types of jobs.

I worked in IT before, and every single day I would wake up to rejection, email, to rejection, voicemails, almost every single day for six to nine months.

And so during that time, I was like, Lord, like what is going on?

You called us to be here.

You called us to be here.

Everything fell apart there.

It was very clear that it was time for us to go.

What is going on?

How are we gonna leverage being rejected?

The funny thing is, is while I would fill out these applications before every interview, I would pray.

And I would say, Lord, if this is not of your will, if this job is not of your will, if you do not want me to walk this path, shut the door.

But if it is your will, kick it down.

Don't just open it, kick it down.

Sometimes we don't know what we're actually praying for.

Because after all those rejection emails, I started to have pain and I started to have resentment until one day a family member member of ours said, Hey Joshua, I don't know how this is gonna work.

You're coming from the U.S., you're trying to look for U.S.

remote jobs so that you can legally work.

I don't know how this is gonna work out for you, but we have a position open for you or open at Evangel for a youth pastor.

And anybody who has known me for a long period of time knows that vocational ministry has always been on my heart.

I always thought I was supposed to be up here.

And for some reason, God knows, doors just didn't open for me.

And so I was like, you know what?

What else can I lose?

I'll apply.

Worst case scenario will be another rejection that I'm already used to.

So I applied to the job.

Within a couple days, I was talking with Pastor Mike over there.

We had a really good conversation.

He said, you know what, Joshua, we're gonna move forward with you.

Let's do another interview.

So I met with the board, had a great conversation with them, and so they said, Hey Joshua, we want you to be our new youth pastor.

Now, in the back of my mind, I'm like, okay, that's great, but I am a visitor here in Canada.

How am I going to legally work?

They were so amazing over there, and they said, Hey, we will figure it out.

We want you.

We feel like you were called to do this.

And so, doing the very millennial thing, we went to Chat GPT, and we were like, Hey, this is our situation.

What is the best way to go about getting Josh a visa or being able to legally work in Canada?

And one thing popped up, and it said, Hey, if he's coming over to work for a religious organization, there's a thing called the religious work visa.

Now, it may take a couple months if you do it online, but if you just so happen to live close to the border, maybe two and a half hours away, that you can go straight to the border, apply there, and get that visa within 24 to 48 hours.

And so we packed up, we started making some plans, and we said, hey, let's go to a Soyuz, it's very beautiful there, let's make some things happen.

And if I can be completely honest, when I was there with all my paperwork, I thought I was prepared.

Uh, but you could ask Candace, I was so nervous because the Border Patrol guys were kind of sitting like this, asking me questions, and I think I'm a big guy, but they're like massive because they work out.

But I got accepted, and as I'm driving home, I played a prank on Candace, you can ask her about that later.

But as I'm driving home, I thought, God, you're so good.

Your timing is perfect.

Because you knew that the only way that I could legally work here within the time frame that we needed was for me to step into the very thing that you called me to do 10 years ago.

Guys, I'm telling you, if you are willing to walk out in boldness, if you're willing to be patient and stay steadfast, and if you're willing to take steps forward in the direction that God is calling you to do, only you'll be so surprised at what he will do for you.

Sometimes we think that God has forgotten about us, but oftentimes he's working in the background.

It might take some time, but it's just God is calling us to be patient.

And so, as we close today, if everybody can bow their heads and close their eyes, I'm gonna ask you guys a question that I ask my students every week after a moment like this.

And the question is what is the Holy Spirit saying to you?

What is the Holy Spirit saying to you?

Are you someone who is a believer, but you struggle with operating in boldness and courage?

Maybe there have been some conversations that you are procrastinating, having that might actually change a life.

Maybe you are struggling with the waiting period.

You know that God is operating on your behalf, but it feels like it's been so long.

Guys, I waited 10 years, 11 years now.

Maybe you know his promise, maybe you are okay waiting, but maybe there's some steps that God is asking you to take.

He's asking you to take action, and you're hesitant because maybe you don't believe in yourself, you're starting to doubt yourself.

Let me say this while we're in this moment.

You don't grow faith by looking for faith, you grow faith by doing the work.

By doing the work, by taking steps of faith towards what God is calling you to do.

So if that resonates with anybody in the room, I'm gonna ask you to take a step of faith and allow us to support you and just lift up your hand real quickly.

If you struggle with boldness, if you struggle with the waiting period, if you struggle with stepping out in faith, maybe God is calling you to take a step of faith.

Maybe you know, start your own business, maybe have that conversation with somebody.

If you are struggling right now and saying, Lord, I know that you're speaking to me right now in this message.

Go ahead and lift your hand.

So, Lord Jesus, I pray for every person who's lifting their hand right now.

I pray that you will be with them in this moment and start downloading some things that you are calling them to do.

Lord, give them clarity in Jesus' name.

I pray that as they put their heads on their pillows tonight, that you will cover them with such peace and give them boldness and courage in those moments, in those special moments.

We've all been there where the Holy Spirit's giving us a tug to say we need to have that conversation.

You need to take that step, that they are willing to take that step, that they will not freeze, because that they know that at the end of the day, you're calling them to do that, and your promises never go void, that you will complete everything that you have called us to do.

And so, Lord Jesus, I thank you for every person here.

I pray that if they would be so bold, maybe they would connect with another believer in the house today and say, hey, this is what I'm struggling with.

Can you support me?

And I'm so thankful for the testimonies that are gonna come from the faithful steps that you are calling us to have right now.
