  1. Hallelujah. Thank you, Pastor Jacob Rodriguez. What an awesome atmosphere.

  2. In atmospheres like these, God sends signs, wonders, and miracles. They're

  3. conducive for that. If you will continue the way you worship, these benches are

  4. going to get full. People are going to come from the neighborhoods and feel

  5. this power in their bodies, in their souls, and in their spirits. A worshiping

  6. church is a signs and wonders church. And that brother that was I'm seeing, where is

  7. he? Have you ever thought of going to Phoenix, brother? I'll put a good word

  8. in for you. No, you do a magnificent job. You don't hold back. And you know what?

  9. Never hold back. Never let anybody tell you to calm down. Come on, brother. Settle

  10. down. Don't buy into that. You worship. You lead the congregation to worship and

  11. praise. Because this stuff is contagious, man. And it's necessary. If out there, well

  12. I'm gonna bring it down to where you guys live. If people will shout their lungs

  13. out for the San Francisco Giants. I don't know about the Oakland A's. I

  14. understand they're moving, right? Or they need to be moved? Or was that? And the

  15. Golden State Warriors, well you know the Phoenix Suns are not in good shape either.

  16. But if people can shout in a venue like that, for a home run, for a touchdown, for

  17. a slam dunk. I'm so glad that we're not Swifties. Whatever Taylor Swift does,

  18. that's her business, man. We're not here to exalt her. I don't care. She's rich.

  19. But so what? So are we. We're rich in the Holy Ghost. The Rodriguez, Pastor Jacob

  20. Rodriguez, his wonderful wife and family, and the rest of his family, they're

  21. friends of ours. I have great admiration for the Rodriguez family, for Bishop. And

  22. we were just with Brother Steve a while ago. We had a tremendous time there. Now

  23. we're here. And I believe I have a word that will move your faith. Does anybody

  24. here need a healing in their body? In their soul, in their spirit? You know

  25. infirmities are not just physical. We're hearing a lot about mental health now,

  26. right? A lot of people need a checkup from the neck up, man. I think I'll have a

  27. t-shirt made on that. And they tell us about mental health and emotional health.

  28. I'm not downgrading and downplaying that. But you know we have the solution. And

  29. his name is Jesus. I said his name is Jesus. So let's get into the word. The

  30. Gospel according to Mark chapter 2, Hallelujah. I just want to say that I

    Mark 2 chapter mention

  31. enjoyed myself immensely at the forward conference. Thank you, Pastor Jacob

  32. Rodriguez for inviting me. Man, what a time. And you all have a tremendous

  33. district choir. It's been a while since I heard a choir. Everybody's into praise

  34. teams. I got nothing. We have praise teams back home too. But man, I was yearning

  35. to hear a choir and we heard it. How many of you are part of that choir here?

  36. Anybody? Back there? Okay. You sang a solo, right?

  37. Beautiful. Mark chapter 2 starting with verse 1. And again he entered

    Mark 2 chapter mention

  38. Capernaum after some days. And it was heard that he was in the

  39. house. Immediately many gathered together so that there was no longer room to

  40. receive them. Not even near the door. And he preached the word to them. Then they

  41. came to him bringing a paralytic who was carried by four men. And when they could

  42. not come near him because of the crowd, maybe if it would have been you and I,

  43. we would have just said, oh well, hey, hey buddy, we tried. You know what? Some

  44. other day. This obviously and apparently wasn't your day. We can come back. They

  45. did something unusual, different, unconventional. And when they could not

  46. come near him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where he was. So when

  47. they had broken through, they let down the bed on which the

  48. paralytic was lying. When Jesus saw their faith, that's crucial. And I'm gonna

  49. say something in a little bit about that. About you bringing somebody to Jesus.

  50. When he saw their faith, he said to the paralytic son, your sins are forgiven you.

  51. Don't you know that Jesus has the authority to say whatever he wants? To

  52. whomever he wants? Whenever he wants? But there's always gonna be religious

  53. folks. I'm so glad they're not part of this crowd here. And some of the scribes

  54. were sitting there and reasoning in their hearts. You know Jesus then and now, he

  55. doesn't have to hear words coming out of your mouth. He'll go right into the heart

  56. say, this is what you're thinking. No, I'm not. Yes you are. Why does this man

  57. speak blasphemies like this? Who can forgive sins but God alone? You know the

  58. biggest one of the biggest hindrances to the move of God is religiosity and

  59. churchianity. Right? We don't need that pastor Jacob. We need genuine people man.

  60. Simple genuine people that are in love with Jesus and let Him have His way.

  61. But immediately verse 8, but immediately when Jesus perceived in His spirit that

  62. they reasoned thus with them themselves, he said to them, why do you reason about

  63. these things in your hearts? Which is easier to say to the paralytic? Your

  64. sins are forgiven you or to say arise take up your bed and walk. But that you

  65. may know that the Son of Man, oh God, has power on earth for forgive sins. He said

  66. to the paralytic, I say to you arise take up your bed and go to your house.

  67. Immediately not ten minutes after, not an hour left, not a day later, not a week

  68. after, not a month after. Well you know I don't think God is in the healing mood

  69. today. So you know what? Just wait your turn. Come back some other day. No.

  70. Immediately everybody say immediately. That's the kind of God we see. We serve

  71. an immediate God and on time God. He's never early, He's never late, He's always

  72. on time. That is to say His time. Immediately He arose, took up the bed and

  73. went out in the presence of them all so that all were amazed and glorified God

  74. saying we never saw anything like this. I want to just simply entitle this

  75. message. Tear a hole in the roof. Tear a hole in the roof. You may be seated. This

  76. is a fact that I'm going to share with you right now. Whenever you decide to get

  77. close to Jesus for a miracle, for a healing, obstacles are gonna come.

  78. Your way. Satan is one of the tricksters, deceivers that will try to block your

  79. blessing. Religious folks will try to do it too. Come on cuz, cuz no one's ever

  80. been healed of that disease. You know genetics. You know it runs in the family.

  81. So you know just accept it. Go to the doctor, get the prescribed medication and

  82. just live with it. Ever heard that from family members, co-workers, neighbors and

  83. even people in the church pastor? You know? But there are obstacles that can

  84. present themselves. And we read where they were carrying this friend. Now the

  85. Lord doesn't mention any names and you know what? That's not important. The

  86. important thing was these friends saw their friend in that condition and they

  87. said we're gonna take them to Jesus. And so they did. The obstacle was the house

  88. was full. Nobody could get in. So the natural reaction of man is we tried.

  89. Maybe some other day. Today wasn't your day. But hang in there. We'll come back

  90. next week if Jesus is around. But how many of you know that Jesus is an on-time

  91. God? That He doesn't work from agendas. He doesn't say wow April the 28th? God.

  92. Gabriel? Michael? Time flies huh? When you're having fun. He doesn't talk like

  93. that. He doesn't live in those kind of human dimensions. He can heal on the

  94. spur of a moment. He can heal people in crowds or He can heal a person all by

  95. themselves. He's Jesus. He's omnipotent which means He has all the power. He's

  96. omniscient which means He knows all things. And He's omnipresent. He's

  97. everywhere. He's just not relegated to a certain area. You know what? I can only

  98. work in certain cities. That's how I see in the Lord working farming communities.

  99. In ghettos. I was preaching in Mexico and some lady came in who had a punctured

  100. eardrum. And she walked into the service and God healed her. You know what she did?

  101. She grabbed my pant leg because I was preaching about the woman with an

  102. issue of blood. Boom! She was immediately healed. God can do those things.

  103. Nothing, absolutely nothing can hinder the power of God. And in 2024 He's still a

  104. healing God. He is still a miracle working God. Just the other day we were

  105. having a district activity at our church. It was a pre-camp service for youth camp

  106. and junior camp. And a couple came up to me at the end of the service. He goes,

  107. Brother Romo, can we talk to you? I go, sure. I said, do I know you? She goes, yeah.

  108. We're from such and such a church. Okay. She goes, last year, two years ago, you

  109. prophesied that I would have a child. Well, I did. You see, I'm not the kind of

  110. person that writes everything down. He goes, you know, on such and such a day,

  111. look at, we did this, this happened. I'm not that kind of a guy. People remind me,

  112. okay, all right, wonderful. Do God be the glory? And we move on. Because it's never

  113. about us. One day the Lord rebuked me, Pastor Jacob. In my office I had plaques,

  114. you know, camper of the year and this and that. And all kind of other trophies. I'd

  115. look at that, he goes, man, look at that. And the Holy Ghost spoke to me, he goes,

  116. you're impressed by that, huh? Take him down and throw him in the trash. I go, I

  117. thought, is that God or Satan? No, God says, it's me. And I took him down and I

  118. threw him in the trash. The Lord says, I don't want you to ever get the glory for

  119. anything. If I'm gonna use you, there's times when nobody's gonna know. And the

  120. Father that sees you in secret shall reward you openly. I don't like to go

  121. around saying, you know what, in such and such a service, 300 people got the Holy

  122. Ghost, you know, 20 miracles. Because if we're not careful, we'll start attributing

  123. things to ourselves. It's because I was there. The anointed one showed up. And the

  124. Lord says, really, Frank Romo, you would be nothing if it wasn't for me. As a

  125. matter of fact, you are nothing beside me. And so these men can't get through the

  126. door. There's a crowd. But then they got an idea. And said, you know what, let's

  127. climb this building and go and tear a hole in the roof. So you could see dust. I

  128. don't know what kind of roofs they had there. In those days, they weren't like

  129. ours. Obviously, they made a hole in the roof. Because the

  130. circumstances said, you can't get in there. There won't be a healing for your

  131. friend because you can't get through the door. So they tore, made a hole in the

  132. roof. They tore it. And they lowered their friend. And he received his miracle

  133. that day. I want to say this. Maybe your friend is not gonna get to Jesus until

  134. you bring him or bring her. What do you say we forget about ourselves? Who we are,

  135. what our name is, what our last name is. And let's just bring people to Jesus.

  136. There's a reason why these guys were anonymous. Because all they wanted was a

  137. miracle for their friend. In this hour, let's win the lost and give Jesus the

  138. credit. Let's bring them to church and say, Lord, here they are. You do the rest.

  139. Because it's not about you. It's not about me. It's all about Jesus. Their friend

  140. is bedridden. He can't walk. And they said, you know what? Let's tear a hole in

  141. the roof. And let's bring them into the presence of Jesus. Jesus was moved and

  142. stirred by that. Act of faith. Because the Bible says, he saw their faith. That's

  143. how that's important. That the Lord sees our faith to work miracles, signs, and

  144. wonders. Hallelujah. I was sharing with the church previously how the Lord

  145. healed me from a blood clot in my leg. A PE, the doctors call it, a pulmonary

  146. embolism that traveled from my leg, right, leg to my lungs and subsequently

  147. produced cardiac arrest. I flatlined three times in the hospital. I hear,

  148. because I was unconscious, one of the doctors wanted to declare me dead. That

  149. happened in the span of half an hour. But God.

  150. And after the Lord brought me back, one of the doctors comes. You know, Mr. Romo,

  151. that it was us that lifted you from death. I go, doc, with all due respect to your

  152. profession and your years of schooling and study and the doctor in front of your

  153. name. It really wasn't you. Then who was it? Oh, here's a moment. I'm laying in

  154. bed. I'm weak, but I mustered up enough strength to tell him it was Jesus that

  155. brought me back from the dead. It wasn't you. And then he goes, well, okay, if you

  156. want to believe that I do. And here's the proof. I'm alive. Because they told my

  157. wife when I was in that state, they told my wife, your husband may not ever walk

  158. again. He may never be able to think straight. He'll never be the same man,

  159. Mrs. Romo. This thing has taken the toll on him. Oh, here's another one. He may not

  160. be able to talk. You should hear me, man. I talk more than ever. Because I've got a

  161. story to tell. You think I'm gonna hold back? I'll tell anybody. I'll go to Starbucks

  162. and I'll tell. You want to hear a story? She goes, sure. And I tell him, what?

  163. You're alive? What do you think? You look alive to me. There you go. I've shared

  164. that story at Starbucks at Circle K. You have Circle K's over here? I have a few.

  165. I've shared them in restaurants because it's real. Jesus did it. So to speak, we

  166. made a hole in the roof. What was impossible for men was made possible by

  167. God. I don't know what condition you came in today. I don't know about the

  168. diagnosis that the doctor has given you. But I'm here to tell you he's a healer.

  169. And if you will, so to speak, tear a hole in your roof and get to Jesus, you will

  170. receive your miracle. Does anybody believe that? Yeah, I believe it. But

  171. genetics says a different story. Because it runs in the family. So you tear a hole

  172. in the roof and say, you know what? I don't care about my family history. I'm

  173. going to Jesus and he's gonna heal me. I won't need medication. I will not need

  174. therapy. He's gonna make me whole.

  175. Because that's what he did to me. I walked out of that hospital. Yeah, I was

  176. weak with a walker. But then they, the nurses gave me a hand clap and the doctors.

  177. There's Mr. Romo, the walking miracle.

  178. I go, thanks. I don't plan to come back here.

  179. Who wants to be in the hospital, bro? Well, the food is good. That's what you think.

  180. The treatment is good. Yeah, they're poking you at three in the morning and

  181. getting your vitals. Who wants to go through that? I walked out of there and

  182. my beautiful wife took care of me for three months. I became a member of the

  183. online congregation. The good thing about that pastor, I didn't have to dress up.

  184. I sat in front of my computer with my pajamas and my cup of coffee. I said,

  185. this isn't bad. I'm getting used to this. I like this. Three months of that and God

  186. was preparing Anthony to be the next pastor without him even realizing it

  187. knowing it. But the day came when I went back to church, oh man, the brothers were

  188. going crazy when they saw me because I was supposed to die. But we tore a hole

  189. in the roof. I have a kidney doctor, Dr. Musa. He's an Arab, probably a Muslim.

  190. I had to go after I got out of the hospital. I had to go like two weeks

  191. later to see him. When I walk in with my walker, he tells the staff, stop what

  192. you're doing. All of you stop. Let me present to you, Mr. Frank Romo, the

  193. walking miracle. But then watch this. He comes up to me, hugs me, kisses me on the

  194. cheek. And this is coming from an Arab. He says, God's not done with you yet.

  195. I felt like the Holy Ghost had just spoken to me through him. You see, don't

  196. worry about the circumstances. He wasn't apostolic. In moments like that, who

  197. cares? If he was a Baptist or a Presbyterian, I wouldn't mind just as long as

  198. he, those words hit my spirit. Ooh, am I gonna get in trouble for saying that?

  199. Well, whoever's watching YouTube and I'm not taking anything back. Now I'm alive.

  200. What do I care about somebody's criticism? And he's still my doctor. I love him. We're

  201. friends. When he looks at me, he goes, Oh God, he goes, Mr. Romo, you're my hero, he

  202. says. I talk about you to my family and to everybody because you're a walking

  203. miracle. Tear a hole in the roof. Get your healing today. Get your miracle

  204. today. What you need from Jesus, get it today. Well, we got to invite somebody,

  205. Pastor Jacob Rodriguez, that has the gift of healing. Really? Jesus is the healer.

  206. It's not the man. Jesus can heal on any day of the week.

  207. It doesn't even have to be a service. You can walk out there in the lobby. He can

  208. heal you in your car, on your way home. But you got to tear a hole in the roof.

  209. Because obstacles will come. They present themselves. And you got to go beyond

  210. those obstacles like these four friends did. They lowered him and Jesus healed

  211. him. Well, the religious skeptics and scribes were their Satan to criticize. You

  212. know, don't listen to those people. Are there still scribes? I think so. I think

  213. they, some of them even congregate in our churches. Just saying. They're very

  214. analytical. You know, in my time, you had to annoying people with oil and you

  215. lead me to lay hands. I'm not against that. I'm for that. I remember Netamana, who

  216. got sick at home and she didn't have oil from Israel shipped in. She didn't have

  217. olive oil. She got some oil that she cooking oil. And she anointed herself with

  218. it and she was healed. I don't believe that. I don't care. I saw it with my own

  219. eyes. But we're stuck with detail sometimes. There was a time when we would

  220. have miracle Sunday and we would anoint prayer

  221. clause and disperse them in the congregation. When Netamana, her husband

  222. wanted nothing to do with us. He goes, I'm a Jehovah's Witness. I'm not an

  223. apostolic. She comes crying to me. What do I do pastor? And then I got this idea.

  224. Why don't you put one of those anointed prayer clause underneath his pillow and

  225. watch what happens. She did. You know what happened to that gentleman? He had a

  226. nightmare that he was going straight to the pit of hell and he could hear the

  227. screams of people in hell. So he gets it because you have Pastor Romans and phone

  228. number. I need to call him and he calls me. He says, I've been criticizing you for

  229. a long time. I haven't believed in your ministry and what you stand for. But I

  230. got a dream man and that dreams haunting me. I go, what are you gonna do

  231. about it? Because I want you to baptize me in the name of Jesus.

  232. However God's gonna heal is not so much the importance is that he does it. My

  233. sister Alice who passed away last year, she had had three strokes but prior to

  234. that when my sister, before she was baptized, the men of God anointed a

  235. prayer cloth because the doctor said to my parents, we can't find what's causing

  236. her sickness. She's probably gonna die. So my parents talked to some men of God,

  237. apostolic. They anointed a prayer cloth. Just lay it on your daughter. They came

  238. home. They laid that anointed prayer cloth on my sister Alice and she was

  239. instantaneously healed. The following week she was baptized in the name of Jesus.

  240. Now I'm not saying with that, let's get on this prayer cloth journey. But God can

  241. use anything and He can use anybody. Praise God. There's another Hermana who

  242. was burning up with fever and her little boy came in, laid his hand on her and

  243. she was instantly healed. A little boy. You never know. You can never predict how

  244. God's gonna do it but He can choose whatever vessel He wants to perform the

  245. miracle. Hallelujah. I have prayed for women that cannot have children and I've

  246. seen them bear children. They send me the pictures. I was preaching in Tijuana. I

  247. think I shared this at Forward Conference. I was preaching in Tijuana for

  248. Richard Velos. How many of you know him, don't you? Pastor Richard Velos. And I took

  249. the pulpit and I looked at his wife and it said, sister, you've had two miscarriages.

  250. I didn't even know. But these children that you're gonna have, they're not gonna

  251. die. And then I thought to myself, children, plural? Okay, we'll go with that and see

  252. what happens. So I leave Tijuana and I head back. About a month later, Pastor

  253. Richard Velos calls me. My wife's pregnant. Oh really? And Bishop, he goes, you're not

  254. gonna believe it. I know you're gonna believe it. She's pregnant with twins. Then

  255. it hit me. No wonder I said children, plural. When those boys were born, I went

  256. back to Tijuana to dedicate them. Today they are about approximately 13 to 14

  257. years old. We serve a miracle worker. I've seen a lot of people healed, Pastor, of

  258. acid reflux disease. Is there anybody here that has acid reflux? I prayed for a

  259. man that had acid reflux. God healed him and then he goes to the comedor and

  260. orders a red chili burro. I said, brother, slow down, man. Slow down. Why you

  261. said? Okay. Acid reflux disease. You just can't eat certain foods. It provokes the

  262. acids and all of that. I'm not a doctor, so I don't know. But I've seen people

  263. healed of that. Sists. I prayed for a woman in Yuma, in the Yuma church, that had

  264. 12 sists in her breasts. When I laid my hand on her, she felt a burning sensation

  265. and what it was that the Lord was burning those sists right out of her. She

  266. was healed. The Lord spoke to me years ago and told me, whenever

  267. you're praying for diabetes, don't pray for the diabetes. Speak to the pancreas.

  268. That it would produce insulin. I've done that and I go to check up on these people

  269. again and they're healed. The pancreas began to produce insulin again.

  270. Hallelujah. I feel the Holy Ghost. I feel like somebody's gonna tear a hole in

  271. the roof. I was preaching one time for Bishop Hoyer and Fresno and I don't want

  272. to really sound graphic, but I got to share this. A brother came in with

  273. kidney stones, real bad ones. And he could barely walk into the sanctuary and

  274. he comes up to me and goes, Bishop, I might have to leave. I go, why? I have kidney

  275. stones. You know what the Lord told me to tell him? Go and urinate those stones

  276. out. On his way to the restroom, those stones turned into sand and he just

  277. passed them. He comes running and not walking. He came running and dancing.

  278. I'm healed. I'm healed. Anybody here dealing with kidney stones? God can heal them.

  279. Oh God. Anybody here with cysts? I pray for women that have cysts and they're

  280. uterus and they've disappeared. Tumors. I prayed for a lady one time that said

  281. she had the beginning stages of leukemia. So I went up to her, laid my hand

  282. close my eyes and the Lord gave me a vision of her bloodstream as he was

  283. cleansing it. I saw white blood vessels and I saw red blood vessels brand new.

  284. She was healed that day. I was preaching in Stockton and the Lord healed a man

  285. that was going deaf and it was affecting his speech too. God healed him. In that

  286. same service, a brother comes up. He could barely walk. He had this special

  287. girdle. When I prayed for him, the thing went boom and flew off of him. I grabbed

  288. them by the hand and we started running aisles in that sanctuary. I was in Texas

  289. a couple of years ago in a small church. They're brightening a brother in a

  290. wheelchair. I'm preaching. I go, brother, how long have you been in that wheelchair?

  291. He goes, eight years. Do you want to walk? You ask somebody like that's the obvious.

  292. But sometimes it's the only way to inject faith. He goes, yes, well then get up, he

  293. gets up and he starts walking. That little church went wild, man. I didn't have to

  294. preach after that. It's here. It's here. Healing is here. We just got to tear a

  295. hole in the roof. You have obstacles that you're up against. Your flesh is

  296. telling you it's not going to happen. Satan is telling you it's never going to

  297. happen. But I hear the voice of the Lord that says tear a hole in the roof and I'll

  298. make it happen. Can you imagine the woman with the issue of blood who touched

  299. the hem? Now was the hem up here? No. Was it at the waist? No. It was almost towards

  300. the feet of Jesus. This woman had to grovel. She had to crawl. She was probably

  301. kicked around by the curious folks. But she says, you know what? I just got to get

  302. to Jesus. It doesn't matter what you have to go through. Just get to Jesus. Well,

  303. you know, your tia might say, no, I mean, huh? You know, I went through the same thing

  304. and nothing happened. Well, tia, I love you and respect you, but I'm going to tear

  305. a hole in the roof. I'm going to get to Jesus because I need a miracle. This woman

  306. touches the hem of his garment, right? You've read that story over and over and

  307. she stops Jesus in his tracks. He's walking and goes, hey, who touched me? And

  308. the disciples go, little master, come on. It's got to be a joke, right? All these

  309. people around you and you're asking, it goes, somebody touch me because I felt

  310. virtue. Oh, Rabakaya Maschanda. I felt virtue come out of my body. And what

  311. about Lazarus? Jesus deliberately waited for Lazarus to die. And then he says to

  312. his disciples, let's go wake up our buddy. Well, if he's sleeping, Lord, let him

  313. sleep. No, no, no, no, guys, you don't understand. He's dead. Oh, and I'm happy

  314. that I wasn't there because of the rest of y'all. So he shows up. And when Jesus

  315. shows up, he shows out and he shows off.

  316. And where is he? Master, he's been dead for four days. He's already decomposing.

  317. He stinks. And the Lord went to his tomb. And you know the story. He resurrected

  318. him. I love the additional stuff you shared. I was powerful at Forward

  319. Conference. I'm going to close, but we're going to pray. I've also prayed for

  320. people that are standing proxy for others in another country, in another state, in

  321. another city. And God has done a miracle over there. I prayed for a sister in the

  322. first church that I pastored who had her mother in a coma in Ciudad Juarez

  323. Chihuahua. She had been in a coma for several days. And I prayed for her. Then

  324. afterwards, the Lord told me to tell her, have her call her mother. So she called.

  325. And they were all excited. You're not gonna believe this, miha. Your mom got up.

  326. She came out of her coma asking for tortillas, joles, and chile. You can ask

  327. whatever you want, man. But she came out of a coma.

  328. Hallelujah. How many of you need to tear a hole in the roof? And there's obstacles

  329. that have kept you from your miracle and your healing. Would you stand with me? I

  330. didn't mean to take this much time, but that's when I get my point across. And I've

  331. shared these miracles just to build your faith, not to show off. That I'm not that

  332. kind of a person. I want God to heal you. I want God to do that miracle that's

  333. yours. But you've got to tear a hole in the roof. Come on. It's not gonna be that

  334. easy. It's gonna cost you. It's gonna cost you dealing with your flesh, with your

  335. mindset, people's opinions, and with all due respect, even doctors diagnosis. If

  336. you need a healing miracle, I want you to make your way up here. Or if you want to

  337. stand proxy for somebody, you can do that too.
