  1. I want to read out of the book of Ezekiel if I may

  2. The script that I'm going to take I'm going to read several verses today, but not all at once

  3. Praise God and I want to begin at Ezekiel chapter 16 as you see there on the I was gonna call it la pantalla

    Ezekiel 16 chapter mention

  4. But it's the screen. I don't you know how you say it in English. Amen, but the screen

  5. Amen, and it says this way then I received another message from the Lord Son of Man

  6. Man

  7. confronts Jerusalem with its

  8. detestable sins

  9. Give her this message from the sovereign Lord

  10. You are nothing more than a Canaanite woman

  11. Your father was an Amorite and your mother a Hittite on the day you were born

  12. No one cared for you

  13. Your umbilical cord was not cut or you were

  14. Or you were washed or rubbed with salt or wrapped in swaddling clothes

  15. No one took the slightest interest in you

  16. No one had compassion on you or cared for you on the day you were born

  17. You were unwanted you were thrown into the field and left to die

  18. and

  19. I want to if I may give this thought

  20. take my cloak

  21. upon you and

  22. live

  23. Take my cloak upon you and live lift up your hands there as we go before the Lord father

  24. I thank you for this moment

  25. In time Lord that you have given us to be here once again bringing sacrifice of praise to you

  26. Which is the most important part of our service to you and worship

  27. Lord God the message now Lord that you have for your people Lord help me that I may deliver it as you gave it to me

  28. God in the name of Jesus that it will touch the hearts of somebody both here today and through social media

  29. However, they might

  30. hear and view it today that it may be an encouragement to them knowing God that

  31. You brought us out from the miry clay

  32. You lift us lifted us up you pulled us out from where we were and you have placed us in heavenly places with you

  33. And Lord, we are so grateful and thank

  34. Thankful to you in your mighty name Jesus

  35. Amen, you may take your places

  36. Take my cloak upon you and live

  37. this script that of this word from Ezekiel to Jerusalem

  38. It's quite depth. There's so much so much

  39. Theology in that and I'm I cannot go into all of all of that

  40. You can make a great series out of this

  41. Amen that you were more

  42. nothing more than a canine night woman and

  43. Your father was a man of the word

  44. And your father was an amorite and your mother a hittite

  45. which is

  46. not under the covering and the promises of god and

  47. And but it is this scripture is a very powerful reflection of where god brought us from

  48. And this is something that I oftentimes reflect

  49. As who am I I could be driving in my automobile and and just going or on an airplane

  50. Traveling somewhere and and in my mind and heart I asked myself who am I that I would be where I am today

  51. And it's not of my own doings of my own

  52. Abilities or talents or gifts or whatever that I we might claim that we have and I don't claim to have any of those

  53. But nonetheless what am I doing here? Who am I that I should be where I am?

  54. And maybe that has crossed your mind as well

  55. But and I was I've always thought of this passage here this scripture that I that I read and studied so many years ago

  56. As power is a powerful reminder of where and how god rescued me from a miserable

  57. Condition in this passage the lord commissions the prophet ezekiel to confront

  58. Jerusalem and this is the different cut I'm gonna I'm just gonna go through this part part rather quickly because that is not

  59. My entirety but but we need to know why it all happened

  60. Why did why did Ezekiel continue to write in this passage?

  61. About where we have come from and Ezekiel had to confront

  62. Jerusalem and because of its detestable backslidden

  63. Condition this passage was and is a great reminder of how

  64. The Lord found us he loved us. He blessed us and he gave us a hope and from a condemned

  65. Condition when we had no hope he gave us hope god used the prophet Ezekiel to remind

  66. His people of how they had become

  67. detestable and

  68. distant from their sovereign God while forgetting their beginnings and left their first love in

  69. Revelations 2 and 4 it talks about that the Lord gave this to the great man

  70. Apostle John he says nevertheless I have this against you that you have left your first love

  71. You know many of us we don't know we can we've asked your your your spouse or your mom or your dad

  72. Do you love me and says yes? I love you

  73. You know and how much do you love me well this much you know and you you're going to measure it

  74. It's hard to measure love praise God. It's hard to measure it

  75. I mean they may not love you at all, but they really convinced you you know and and but you know we depend on people

  76. Measuring love how what is love but the one that could measure love is love itself

  77. God is love even that's who he is and it's measurable according to his you know measuring stick

  78. He can measure the love in our lives, but when you have God in your life you have love

  79. Hello, amen because God is love praise God hits it. There's nothing else outside the world thinks they know love

  80. Nobody knows love like we do

  81. Because God is in us and we have his love bless God for that

  82. Jerusalem put themselves in a certain condition and they begin to drift away

  83. And I'm gonna keep it short that they drifted away for whatever reason has became an idolatrous people and you know it almost

  84. depicts certain situations certain people and

  85. Religions and so forth they start off well, but they don't end well

  86. They start in love and they they they fail it to continue in that

  87. But the Lord he he is a God a man of restoration

  88. Thank God for that how many of us have ever failed God at one time or another if you have never failed God

  89. We have a prize for you at the church

  90. But if you failed him at one time don't expect nothing from God or from us

  91. Amen, but we've all failed God at one time or another praise God. We probably failed him this morning

  92. You know something you said or something you did or something you didn't do it praise God

  93. We failed him all the time, but thank God that he's a forgiving God and he's a

  94. Restoration God and he restored he puts us back to where we need to be with a man, but Jerusalem

  95. themselves they they got they drifted away from the will of God and

  96. They and and more than anything as a representation of God

  97. You know that Jerusalem was a representation of who God is because God took them from nothing and he made them something

  98. And that's the way God works in all lives. He took us from nothing and he made us something

  99. So who are we we are the representation of God?

  100. We are restored you're looking at a restored person right here because God did it and only God can do what he does

  101. Man, if God can fix this he can fix anything you hear what I'm saying if he can fix your heart your mind your spirit

  102. Your past if he can wash it all the way and make you brand new

  103. Rest and be the name of the Lord. Amen. That is amazing

  104. What was a sign of them leaving their first love Jerusalem?

  105. They they began to drift it a man and and and because of that

  106. The only thing that we can apply to it there is that they left their first love when you leave your first love you start

  107. Acting certain weird ways you start doing things that that are not customarily

  108. Well, or you know, and so God he knows right away

  109. He knows because nothing hides you can't hide anything from God

  110. Their best days when your best days are in the past you're drifting away from God's love

  111. That he calls you nothing right there

  112. When your best days are behind you you're falling out of love

  113. Because the love is to grow

  114. Love needs to grow in our lives and if you're not growing in love

  115. You're falling out of love

  116. Praise the Lord. That's what happened to Jerusalem. They began to fall out of love

  117. They they began to do things act on things put change the priorities, you know, it's not so important anymore

  118. No, no, no, it's okay. God's forgiving God. Just do it like that

  119. Do it like that any away and they began to do things any away and and so what happened there is that?

  120. They they began to lose out with God and they began to drift away in these and but as

  121. Jerusalem and as many today after they have been prospered blessed and given life

  122. They forget about their beginnings in the world the Lord finds this fallen and abused and rejected

  123. And helpless person that we read about this little baby

  124. We're going to be talking about this little baby today a little child that was found in a field

  125. And this little child was a newborn child, but it was born in the world and it's a representation of our

  126. Old condition where and how God found us and he begins to talk about her

  127. He talks he he talks about Jerusalem as a little baby and how he found

  128. This this this people this nation they had no name

  129. They had nothing to them and it's it's the way that world produces humanity

  130. It's the way that the world produces people it praise God

  131. We can't blame the people for acting the way they act and doing the crazy things they do

  132. Because that's what the world does it produce them that forms them that develops them into who they are

  133. There's people out in the world that hate there's people out there that that that discriminate

  134. There's people in the world that they do all kinds of crazy things

  135. But they're doing what the world does so we can't blame them

  136. But we need to blame the spirit behind all of that and know that the devil is a liar

  137. How many know that event and he is the god of this world and he tends to control the people that live within

  138. And this little baby that we reference here is is how the lord found

  139. this little baby

  140. And our god he he's a redeeming god. Can you say praise the lord for that?

  141. Amen in galatians four and three it says that is what happened to us before christ came we were like

  142. Children we were slaves to the basic spiritual principles of this world. What are the basic?

  143. Spiritual principles of the world the basic spiritual principles of the lord is in slavery

  144. It it controls your mind your spirit. It controls everything about you praise god

  145. So if that car cuts you off on the freeway or or you know, whatever happens somebody stole

  146. Something from you took advantage of you or whatever that is

  147. That comes from the basic spiritual principles of this world and we're not going to change those

  148. But we are better than that because we've been introduced to something much greater praise the lord somebody

  149. And this is the way god found us. This is the way we were found. We weren't found a man in a perfect state of

  150. Oh, man, you don't even need baptism brother. There's been there's been people think they don't need baptism because they don't they think they don't have no sin

  151. How many of you were like that don't raise your hand

  152. I wasn't like that. Believe me. I knew I needed more than one bad do it twice dump me twice brother

  153. It's almost like once is not enough, you know do it twice do it three times

  154. You know, I really need a good washing here in the blood praise god

  155. But once it's enough somebody say once was enough for me

  156. Amen, but look at the spiritual principles of the world those spiritual principles are powerful because they dominate the control

  157. And that's what they produce. They produce a failing people a fallen people

  158. In our passage we see an unwanted neglected and an unloved child

  159. A child abandoned and exposed to the elements of the world

  160. The only thing that waited her was the bible says is death

  161. That's it. And ezekiel said this was your condition, Jerusalem

  162. You were miserable before god came to you

  163. The condition of this child is how god found everybody

  164. This is how he found me ezekiel said this child was unclean

  165. Unloved uncared for and unclaimed

  166. Unclean because the child had not been washed

  167. But remained in the state in which it was born

  168. Unclean as romans 3 23 and isaiah 64 6 says tells us we are all unclean sinners in the eyes and in the presence of god

  169. That's how I came to him. That's how he found me

  170. And this is the condition we're with the world

  171. Throws out the babies

  172. It throws out the babies. It just leaves the babies in that condition

  173. Unloved and uncared for

  174. This child had not even had her umbilical cord cut properly

  175. She was not been she had not been washed nor rubbed with it

  176. She was not been she had not been washed nor rubbed with salt. There's so much significance there

  177. Amen, we can spend a lot of time talking about being washed or rubbed with salt

  178. To protect her from the elements of the world that was harming her

  179. She had not been clothed

  180. She had been left naked and exposed to all the dangers and all the elements of the world

  181. Into which she had been born and this is the way we were born

  182. And we were all born sinners. Uh, every one of us was born a sinner

  183. It doesn't matter how cute you were and and and and you know

  184. They put that bow on your head young ladies babies as a big look how cute and you young guys, you know

  185. Well, you weren't so cute, but but you were you know, you were healthy

  186. Amen, we're gonna say you were cute. We're on the girls. Yeah, you know, the beautiful princess and whatnot

  187. Praise god, but in all of that you were a sinner. I don't think i've heard anybody, you know

  188. What the brand new born baby? We're gonna say this you see her for the you sinner

  189. She's not gonna tell that to a baby you're gonna offend the mom and daddy, you know

  190. But the fact is yes, we were because we were born in sin

  191. We were born in a human way and here we are praise god

  192. It seemed that everyone around this little baby girl hated her

  193. This is how the world rejects humanity

  194. This is how the world treats its babies. This is how the spiritual

  195. principles of the world

  196. Treats their newborns. They abandon them. They leave them there. They hope they die in their miserable condition

  197. For this reason david even said at one occasion in psalm 142 and 40

  198. He said refuge has failed me

  199. He says no one cares for my soul and that's how he felt and he expressed himself that way

  200. But that is the way that that that a born

  201. Human in this world a baby in this world a refuge has failed them

  202. No one cares for their soul. This little girl was laid naked before the hostile world

  203. No matter how hard we tried to hide our condition

  204. We can never hide our shame our guilt or our sin

  205. We are like this little girl that was naked in the field

  206. covered in her own blood

  207. Hebrews 4 and 13 it says there is nothing in all creation that is hidden from god

  208. Everything is naked and exposed in his eyes

  209. And it is to him that we give account

  210. Praise be to god. Nothing is hidden. Nothing passes by everything. He sees

  211. Everything praise god. No one wanted to claim this little girl

  212. Neither the mom or the father would claim her as their own

  213. There's not a father. There's not a mother in this world that can save their child from sin

  214. Amen, there's nothing you can do. You can say i'm gonna do this

  215. I'm gonna do that. No, no, no, no, you can't uh, you know baptize them as a baby

  216. But you can present them before god obviously praying that that god gives you the strength that you've been rear up and train up this child

  217. In the fear of the lord and one day they will decide for their own selves that they want to surrender their soul to him

  218. But this child here that we're talking about had no idea

  219. Can you imagine a a new born child in a field by itself?

  220. Bloody naked it's umbilical cord to the side. They're hanging on to for dear life

  221. No one wanted to claim this little girl neither her mother nor her father

  222. Amen would claim this and we are praise god ourselves or were like orphans just like this baby

  223. Abandoned even though you might say well, I'm not gonna do this

  224. Abandoned even though you might say well my mother my daddy loved you. Oh, yes, they did

  225. But they were still an orphan before god

  226. Why it's because you didn't have your heavenly father with you

  227. Ephesians 2 12 says at that time you were living apart from christ

  228. You were not allowed to be citizens of israel

  229. And you did not know the promises of the covenant that god had made with you you lived in this world without

  230. God and without hope

  231. Doesn't matter how good you are

  232. What nice things you do in life and I know a lot of people that don't know god

  233. They do a lot of nice things for people but that's not going to save them

  234. Yes, we have a family. We have friends all around us, but they cannot

  235. ever

  236. Satisfy the desire and the longing of our soul

  237. What our soul desires is a relationship with the living god and creator of all mankind

  238. Amen this wisdom this this excuse me this newborn child baby

  239. Amen was completely unable to change its own situation

  240. And this is what I want you to see

  241. You know a lot of us we we think that you know

  242. We were at the right place at the right time and and you know, so you got saved you went to the right revival

  243. You went that's that's that's okay. You know, that's all and that's wonderful

  244. But you know what you didn't set up your salvation. You didn't set yourself up for salvation

  245. praise god, and you might say yeah brother, but I

  246. You know I used to give to the church and I and I used to clean the church and I and I used to do

  247. All these you know, and yeah, that's all fine. You did all that you did all of that

  248. But you didn't set yourself up for salvation

  249. No, you did not

  250. God came to you. He said if I'd be lifted up, I'll draw all men unto me

  251. You don't have nothing to do with your salvation. I came to you

  252. I found you like this little baby in a field full of blood

  253. Uncapable of taking care of yourself. You couldn't feed yourself. You couldn't give yourself milk

  254. You couldn't wash yourself clean yourself clothe yourself. I picked you up from there

  255. That's where I found you and I picked you up from that condition

  256. I'm the one that lifted you up. I clipped your umbilical cord. I put cleaning solution upon you

  257. I washed you

  258. This baby could not change its current condition if someone does not come to rescue rescue her

  259. She will surely die

  260. Praise God. This could be someone here today or maybe listening on the live broadcast today

  261. Praise God. This could be your condition today. There is nothing we can do to rescue ourselves

  262. You don't have the power within yourself to rescue you

  263. You have to see yourself as this little baby you help your helpless hopeless laying there with no

  264. Future with nothing a man on that that you can say was of any beauty upon you

  265. You could have been the most beautiful baby, but with that blood in the condition that we're laying out in the field

  266. There's nothing we can do to rescue our own selves

  267. This baby's condition is the condition of humanity if you please if there were if this was the end of the story

  268. Oh, it would be sad

  269. But thank God that's not the end of the story of this little baby girl in Ezekiel 16 6

  270. It says yet. I came and saw you there

  271. Kicking helplessly in your own blood as you lay there. I said

  272. live

  273. Wow, somebody say live

  274. He stopped

  275. He stooped down and he began to minister healing to this helpless child

  276. And let me say something to you the only word that the Lord

  277. Jehovah God uttered to this little baby girl was

  278. Live and you know, that's all he has to say

  279. You know, it will go against everything. What is the one thing that everybody fears in this world?

  280. Are not ready for well, maybe you don't well

  281. We don't we're children of God to be absent from this bodies to be ever present with God, but yet you're hanging on right

  282. Nobody wants to leave praise God

  283. But the sooner we get there the sooner is it's going to get better for all of us

  284. But the one thing that the Lord said was

  285. live

  286. We can see what Christ has done for all who have put their faith and their trust in him

  287. It this it was the Lord who came near and saved this little girl

  288. Death was certain but the voice of God

  289. Speaks and gives life in Ezekiel the next verse 7 it says and I helped you to flourish

  290. Like a plant of the field you grew up and became a precious jewel

  291. Your breast grew your hair came out

  292. But you were still naked. I'm going to tell you something

  293. There's a process in how God does things and when this is what we have to be patient with the Lord sometimes

  294. But he said I and I helped you to flourish. He said I made you who you are today

  295. Everybody that is in this building and that is hearing my voice

  296. I want you to know that it was God that helped you you were right

  297. It was God that helped you you were miserable. You were in a state of death, but God helped you

  298. He made you flourish

  299. And become like a plant in the field there where you are

  300. What does that mean that while we're still in this world?

  301. We can be blessed and be prospered and live heavenly for God even though we're not of this world

  302. We're still here, but we can be precious in the sight of the Lord

  303. Praise God a precious jewel

  304. It's what this little baby became

  305. He been this abandoned

  306. girl through the love of God became a young lady a

  307. precious jewel

  308. The same one who was despised rejected abandoned and considered worthless

  309. And now is adorned with beauty

  310. What a picture of what Jesus can do and does when he enters into our lives

  311. I'm not I am what I am because of him. I didn't do anything praise God

  312. To be where I'm at today

  313. I have to be thankful to the Lord every day for pulling me out of that horrible place

  314. He meant out to be thankful for the Lord for taking this little bloody baby one day and putting it in his arms

  315. Oh, I want to tell somebody today. You got to think back that way. That's how I see myself

  316. This is why I have such great gratitude for my savior is because that's where he pulled me up

  317. That's what he did

  318. He took this little baby bloody in the condition that it was and he caressed it and began to love this child

  319. What a picture of what Jesus does

  320. When he tells us to live

  321. What a powerful and loving transformation

  322. Ezekiel 16 8 the next verse says then I passed by again

  323. And saw that you were of

  324. an age for love

  325. Then I wrapped my cloak

  326. around you

  327. To cover your nakedness

  328. and pronounced my

  329. marriage vows

  330. to you

  331. I made a covenant with you says the sovereign Lord and you became mine

  332. Wow

  333. This is this is this is really something we can be on this for a month man

  334. I'm telling you that this is has some so much theological depth

  335. The Lord covered her with his cloak

  336. that is the

  337. the topic of today

  338. The cloak holds a significant symbolism in the bible

  339. From the old testament to the new testament the biblical meaning of the cloak

  340. Is woven into numerous stories and teachings in scripture

  341. a cloak can symbolize

  342. favor

  343. distinction

  344. in God's faithfulness

  345. the cloak typifies

  346. righteousness

  347. and protection

  348. The prophet Isaiah said in Isaiah 61 and 10

  349. He says for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation

  350. He has covered me with the robe of righteousness

  351. When he covers us you're covered. I got you covered

  352. You're not going to find an insurance company in the world that will cover you like he covers us

  353. He covers us with his own garment of service. He clothed us. He put his own cloak

  354. upon us of salvation

  355. He covered us with his robe of righteousness

  356. We are who we are we talk and we walk

  357. And we act and we do the things we do today because he covered you with his cloak

  358. in biblical times a cloak represented various aspects of a person's identity

  359. and spiritual journey

  360. If a man came and put his cloak on a woman

  361. He was claiming her betrothal

  362. and

  363. ultimately marriage

  364. to love to cherish to protect

  365. and to safeguard

  366. You see the cloak that that you have received upon your life

  367. The cloak that he has put upon you and is put upon me

  368. Let me tell you something. That is a covenant

  369. That God made with you and me to love us

  370. to cherish us to protect us

  371. And to safeguard us I can do all things through christ

  372. Why because I've got his cloak upon me. I'm a child of the living god

  373. He has rescued me from shame and disgust and sin

  374. He clothed his cloak upon me and now I feel love like i've never felt it before

  375. I feel the covering upon my life like nobody can do

  376. I feel safe and I feel cherished and I feel protected

  377. Praise god

  378. It was a public sign of commitment of love of desire and of devotion

  379. It is for this reason that ezekiel goes on to say

  380. That god entered into a covenant

  381. An everlasting covenant

  382. With this chosen one, which is you and me

  383. Whom he found abandoned and destitute

  384. In the same way god has claimed us

  385. as his own

  386. He has made a covenant with us

  387. That cannot be broken or that that he has not covered us with himself

  388. He put his own cloak on you

  389. He didn't he didn't tell somebody else to throw a blanket on you. No, no, no, he took off his own cloak

  390. He put it on you

  391. And when he did that you're covered sister you're covered brother

  392. You're under his care. He cherishes you he protects you

  393. He is your security. He is your identity

  394. Amen, because when people see that cloak on you

  395. They see christ because you are covered. Amen in the cloak of christ

  396. That is what identifies us with it

  397. What identifies us with him is the fact that he put his cloak upon us

  398. Amen, and he loves we are his we're mine. I'm yours lord. Hey, amen. I'm sorry. I got your cloak upon me

  399. I can I can go to whatever this world has

  400. I can go to whatever this world has

  401. But I'm gonna be all right because greater is he amen that i'm cloaked with than he that is in the world

  402. I've got your covering. I got god's covering upon my life. No matter what comes your way

  403. It doesn't matter what the doctor says doesn't matter what the lawyer and the judge says it don't matter what anybody says

  404. It's because you have the cloak of god upon your life

  405. Bless the lord

  406. Only he in him do we find refuge salvation and love

  407. Compassion security and the hope for all eternity. This is our wonderful picture of god's grace in action

  408. He's still reaching out to the helpless today

  409. To the hopeless to the rejected and and to the abandoned the lonely the unworthy and he says to you today

  410. Live

  411. If you're hearing my voice today and you have not

  412. Been cloaked you have not been covered

  413. Let him cloak you today. Let him cover you with his protection

  414. It don't cost you nothing. The price has been paid. It's not gonna it's gonna help you

  415. Consider yourself as a little baby in a field

  416. Abandoned you're helpless as much as you feel that you feel love around you

  417. You're not gonna feel love until you have that cloak upon your life

  418. He's still reaching out

  419. Somebody here today somebody, you know watching, you know via whatever amen and and

  420. You you get you need to know that he loves you today

  421. And he wants to save your soul. He he wants to tell you today live

  422. live

  423. Live he has truly given us beauty for ashes as isaiah says beauty for ashes

  424. I I could have been still in that field

  425. Abandoned thinking waddling in the dust a man waddling in my own blood

  426. Just hoping that I could make it for that another night

  427. Hoping that I could make it for that another night

  428. But you know what you don't need to spend another night

  429. Amen in the field in waddling in your own blood

  430. You can let him come to you and you can say here. I am lord here. I am lord

  431. Come on to me. I open my heart to you lord. Amen. And this is a choice today

  432. Ezekiel 16 and 9 and 10 it says then I bathed you he says

  433. I wiped away your blood and I rubbed your skin with

  434. Fragrant oils. Look at that my god. I clothed you in costly garments of fine linen

  435. And sealed with beautiful embroidery and I put sandals of the finest quality

  436. Of goat's skin on you

  437. Oh somebody say I'm glad I'm clothed by him. I'm so glad that he found me

  438. I'm so glad that he reached down for me. I'm so glad that he picked me up

  439. from that horrible place

  440. Ezekiel explains explains exactly what god has done for this little girl

  441. He cleansed her healed her and

  442. consecrated her

  443. He washed away all impurities all the sin everything that separated her from him

  444. When god saves us he cleanses totally by the blood of Jesus Christ

  445. Romans 5 and 9 it says much more than have he now been justified by his blood

  446. We shall be saved from the wrath through him

  447. Wow. Oh

  448. his clothe

  449. His clothe covers me

  450. He also anointed this little baby

  451. with oil

  452. The oil had a double purpose in those days

  453. medicinal and religious

  454. By anointing the little baby girl with oil or the girl with oil event

  455. He was showing that he came to bring healing to the lives of those he saves

  456. in 2nd Corinthians 1 21 it says now

  457. He who establishes us with you in Christ has anointed us in God us is God

  458. He anointed you he's anointed me

  459. All that oil that he put on her. Let me tell you something. He was looking to this day

  460. He he was yes, he's he's he told

  461. Ezekiel to

  462. Speak prophetically to Jerusalem

  463. But in reality God put the words in his mouth as Ezekiel began to proclaim

  464. But he was looking to this day today

  465. This was a prophetical word a prophetic message not just to Jerusalem

  466. But to us here today that could easily by just accepting him into my life into our lives

  467. Bless the name of the Lord. Don't wait another day

  468. Don't take another day in the field covered in that condition

  469. Be saved be saved. This is the day of salvation

  470. The scripture says at the moment of salvation. He gives us the holy spirit

  471. as our sanctifier as our

  472. Counselor and as our comforter. This is a typology of the oil that he put upon her

  473. Amen, the oil is his is significant of his spirit how he how he gave us

  474. His spirit and how we have his anointing upon our lives. He came to heal wounds

  475. damaged

  476. Relationship damaged emotions mental scars

  477. Amen, he came to heal us so that we may have abundant living

  478. If you think you're living you're not living until you're living

  479. In God you're not living it until you're cloaked by his cloak

  480. You're not living until you're anointed by him

  481. Washing the salt washed by him

  482. Taking in his arm to love you to caress you to cherish you to protect you

  483. This is what it means and you will never ever be alone again

  484. It doesn't matter where you end up in life when you have christ you got everything you need

  485. What else do you need if you got jesus? Amen. We have been

  486. consecrated

  487. For his glory. I'm gonna ask the keyboards if he can come up now. Praise god

  488. Praise god doesn't mean anything but just come

  489. No, i'm almost done

  490. This little girl's life

  491. Would never be enough

  492. And my life

  493. Would never be the same

  494. again

  495. If you are hearing my voice today and

  496. First of all in the opening of the scripture we talked about how that

  497. Jerusalem had lost their first love

  498. And that's that can happen

  499. We've seen it we don't want to judge nobody but but you know over the years in my life

  500. In one occasion I was

  501. I was praying

  502. It was for a relative of mine

  503. And I was preaching a revival many years ago and this relative came

  504. And I know that this person had so many chances to

  505. Make things right with god was backslidden

  506. And I I seen this person get close to god and then leave come back and leave

  507. back and forth and

  508. Happened to be there in that revival and I was it was a big altar. I was praying and

  509. after we had preached and and I was praying for the people and

  510. I experienced something that I had never

  511. In my life to this day

  512. ever experienced

  513. And it wasn't good

  514. When I went to pray and lay hands on this person

  515. Something pushed me away

  516. And it wasn't the devil. It was god

  517. It says don't

  518. I said well lord I was gonna don't

  519. Then I heard a cry

  520. From this person

  521. I heard a cry that I had never heard before I heard a cry

  522. As if somebody was falling

  523. and falling and falling

  524. and falling

  525. Oh my god said lord, why did you let me hear that?

  526. Why did you let me hear that cry? I

  527. I'll it's right here in my heart my mind all these years. It's never left me

  528. And he says because I wanted you to hear the cry of a reprobate mind

  529. And I says but lord

  530. It's a soul. He says you leave that to me

  531. You leave that to me

  532. But you need to know

  533. That the only

  534. Only option people have is this salvation

  535. And I've preached my heart out for many many many years i've been preaching and

  536. Teaching and reaching out to folks. I don't ever want to hear that cry again

  537. never

  538. It's not a not a nice cry

  539. I heard as though the

  540. Voice was falling deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper

  541. And the lord says, you know what that is and I says yes I do

  542. He says only I can correct that

  543. And I told god mercy god have mercy

  544. And that's up to him

  545. but

  546. When we reject god or when we

  547. Pull away from him and we begin to

  548. Make reasons or excuses or justifications to drift away from him

  549. It's dangerous

  550. You know years ago

  551. Years ago when I was just a young man just newly converted only had like maybe six months

  552. I used to go to the prayer meetings every sunday morning at the church at 6 a.m

  553. We had fasting every sunday the young people would go and we would fast every sunday

  554. And there was a backslider that came and I invited this backslider to come come come with me to the prayer

  555. or coming fast with me and

  556. Finally, I'd convinced him and I and he came

  557. King

  558. Oh my god, and

  559. We gathered around him and we prayed and prayed and prayed and

  560. Then the lord

  561. Began to lift up his spirit

  562. He began to speak in tongues and oh my god

  563. What a restoration

  564. That's amazing

  565. But then back then

  566. Unfortunately

  567. Backsliders could not come back

  568. Backsliders were not permitted to come back

  569. And when I took him to the pastor and I said pastor pastor

  570. Look what the lord has done

  571. And he says what's he doing here?

  572. And I said, well, I invited him. He says no

  573. Once you turn your back on god, you're done

  574. Please leave and never come back

  575. I heard those words

  576. And let me tell you something it pierced my heart

  577. I cried for days and days and didn't understand it

  578. but the lord

  579. Showed me and says

  580. I am a restoring god

  581. So I talked to that brother and I says just

  582. Find a place that you can worship god and just serve the lord with all your heart

  583. And he did

  584. To this day. He's still serving god

  585. And still serving the lord

  586. Didn't lose him

  587. But just the mindset and the mentality

  588. in those days

  589. Well, let me tell you those hermanitos that get out in a lane. I see

  590. My god

  591. it's

  592. But we do serve a god that restores

  593. He's a restoration god and in time we learned that and

  594. And you know the pastor he changed in in in the short time and realized that

  595. There's restoration

  596. and but it was just the way that

  597. The belief was at that time but thank god

  598. that the lord

  599. he dealt with Jerusalem in a way where

  600. They became

  601. restored in splendor after

  602. later on and with time and and i'm telling somebody here today or on

  603. Whoever means you can hear this

  604. There's hope for you

  605. There's hope for you

  606. The lord will extend his hand to where you are because he loves you

  607. Take and receive him in faith today and see how that

  608. He wants

  609. you

  610. To hold you like he held that little baby

  611. What he did for that little baby he'll do for you today

  612. Hallelujah
