I was thrilled that this weekend was open and
-
I considered a great privilege to have this impartation
-
this morning. Would you welcome the servant of
-
the Lord, Pastor Moses Vey as he comes. Thank
-
you. God bless you. Good morning. Ah, you folks
-
get up early around here. I feel like the preacher
-
who dreamed he was preaching, and when he woke
-
up, he was. What a day to be in the house of
-
the Lord. What a day to be in the fellowship
-
of the family of God. And the Lord knows where
-
you folks live. It's amazing how he finds you
-
out here. What a wonderful place, and I've enjoyed
-
being with you in the great hospitality and friendship
-
of everyone extended to us, and thank you so
-
much. I'm sure your hearts are ready for the
-
Word of God as we are praying this morning in
-
the prayer room back here in the power room,
-
and I just thought how good it was that we could
-
be together and listen for God. It's a wonderful
-
thing to have a hearing ear, isn't it? Amen.
-
Eight times in the book of Revelation, Jesus
-
said, he that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
-
Isn't it wonderful that God gave us twice as
-
many ears as he did tongues? Every one of you
-
are wired for sound. God made you that way. He
-
made you susceptible to his voice. And he's a
-
God who communicates. God is not giving you the
-
silent treatment. Amen? His voice is continuous.
-
Only our hearing is intermittent. So that's why
-
it's important that we have an ear to hear. Morning
-
by morning, he wakens my ear. Morning by morning,
-
he wakens me. And then he wakens my ear to hear.
-
And then he gives me the tongue of a disciplined
-
one. One that can speak a word in season to those
-
who are weary. And that's what we want to do
-
this morning. I'm talking to you this morning
-
from my heart because I believe God's ordained
-
this time. And this is a time of enlargement.
-
That's my theme. It's a time of enlargement.
-
It's a time for God to stretch us. Amen. Men
-
are always looking for better methods. God is
-
looking for better men. Men who are on the stretch.
-
I'm not just talking about men -men. I'm talking
-
about women -men too. In other words, I don't
-
want to get you confused, but some of God's greatest
-
men are women. And be careful how I say that.
-
California, but anyway. God is no respecter of
-
persons. His anointing is important for all of
-
us, isn't it? But God is, E .M. Bound says, God's
-
looking for men who are on the stretch for God.
-
Think about it, on the stretch for God. Sometimes
-
you feel like he's pulled you to the extreme,
-
but there's still more room. He'll keep stretching
-
you. He'll keep enlarging you. And that's God's
-
purpose. service. I felt the Lord gave me a specific
-
word for this body, and I'm not going to read
-
it, but I'll quote you part of it. It's in Isaiah
-
49. In fact, I'm going to just give you the scriptures.
-
You can write them down if you want to. I'll
-
be speaking primarily from Isaiah chapter 54.
Isaiah 54 chapter mention
-
I'll make reference to other passages, but this
-
particular scripture is in Isaiah 49, verses
-
13 through 17. And the Lord said, sing, O Zion.
-
Break forth in a singing. God's a God who loves.
-
Thank you, dear. God bless you. And as I told
-
you last night, if I get, I got a little fire.
-
If I get a little water, we might have some steam.
-
I'm not used to being out here in the country
-
with all this wonderful, wonderful hay around.
-
Isaiah 49, 13, he said, sing, O Zion, break forth
-
into singing. Well, Zion says, I don't feel like
-
singing. I don't feel like singing because I
-
don't even think God remembers me. I feel like
-
God's forsaken me. That's the attitude of the
-
church. We're called the Zion of God. We've come
-
to Mount Zion, haven't we? Amen. We used to sing
-
the old hymn, we're marching to Zion. Anybody
-
remember that old hymn? Oh, yeah, okay. Well,
-
the truth of it is it's Zion marching. It's not
-
we're marching to Zion. We are Zion, amen? And
-
he says, Zion says, the Lord has forsaken me.
-
And then the Lord asked the rhetorical question.
-
He says, can a mother forsake her sucking child?
-
Can the mother forget the child of her birth?
-
And God said, yes, the mother will forget. Our
-
mothers do forget. It's sad to say, but we do
-
have mothers that forget. But God said, I'll
-
not forget you. And the reason I can't forget
-
you is because I've got a picture of you on both
-
of my hands. I've got you tattooed. That's what
-
the Amplified Bible said. I've engraved in you.
-
I've tattooed you. I have a picture of you. on
-
the palms of my hands. And not what you look
-
like now, but what you are going to look like
-
when he gets done processing you. Amen. So every
-
time he whoops you a little, he looks at his
-
hand. He said, okay, a little more. Hallelujah.
-
And how many understand what I'm talking about?
-
Because the father loves us. He's shaping us
-
into the image of his son. He's creating us into
-
his image. And we can move on that. It's powerful.
-
But Zion has said this because There's this feeling
-
sometimes like God has cut you off. You wonder
-
if God even remembers your address. Does he know
-
where you live? Does he have your phone number?
-
Is he sensitive to your needs? Yes, God said,
-
I know all about you. I can't forget you. Every
-
time I look at my hands, there you are. And not
-
like you are now, but like you're going to be
-
because he's shaping us and conforming us to
-
the image of his son, the Lord Jesus. Amen. But
-
that isn't all he says. He said, I want you to
-
start singing now because your builders and your
-
children are coming to you. Your builders and
-
children are coming. Make haste. They're coming
-
with haste. In other words, a quick work. And
-
I'm speaking this prophetically to this church.
-
You're on the threshold of a quick explosion
-
of enlargement. It's not going to be a protracted
-
thing. It's going to be very quick. And God said,
-
I'm going to send you builders. I'm going to
-
send you builders, and it's going to be children.
-
You know what's interesting? The word for builder
-
and building material is the same in the Bible,
-
and it's the same word we use for sons and daughters
-
in the Hebrew. It's bana. It's something to do
-
with building material. He said, I'm sending
-
you sons and daughters. I'm going to send you
-
builders, but I'm also going to do something
-
else. I'm going to take away from you those who
-
would destroy. Now that's a powerful, powerful
-
promise. God said, I'm going to send you builders,
-
but I'm not going to let destroyers get among
-
you. I'm going to take them away from you. I'll
-
keep them away from you. It's a wonderful thing
-
God's doing here because, you know, I heard this
-
years ago, a good thing to remember and a better
-
thing to do is always work with the builders
-
and not the wrecking crew. You'll find in every
-
instance in the scriptures, wherever there was
-
dispersion and dissembling in the body of Christ,
-
it came through murmuring. Murmur, murmur. Isn't
-
that an incredible word? It's not even etymologically
-
sound. It doesn't make any sense. Mur, mur, mur,
-
murmur. That's the language of the kingdom of
-
darkness. Worship and praise is the language
-
of the sons of the kingdom. Amen? Of God. And
-
so murmuring, that's the devil's language. The
-
Lord said, I'll keep that away from you. I'm
-
going to send you the kind of material that will
-
build, that will construct, that will be powerful
-
and edifying. And then he says, I'll gather.
-
Then I'm going to gather to you the nations,
-
and I'm going to clothe you with them. God said,
-
I'm going to put them on you as an ornament on
-
a bride. Isn't that marvelous? That's all there
-
in chapter 49. Now, I won't develop that because
-
you'll have time to look at that later, but that
-
is powerful. If you read it in the Amplified,
-
it's even a little more poignant, all right?
-
And so what the Lord was saying to us, that the
-
time for enlargement has come. Let's look at
-
Isaiah chapter 54, if you will, please, in your
Isaiah 54 chapter mention
-
Bible. Isaiah is in the Old Testament. Chapter
-
54. And here's what God said. Incidentally, how
-
many know that 54 follows 53? Isn't that deep?
-
All right. Chapter 53, we have the total story
-
of the sufferings of Christ. And that 53rd chapter
-
opens with these words. Lord, who has believed
-
our report? And to whom is the arm of the Lord?
-
been made revealed or made real. The Hebrew word
-
there is very powerful because literally what
-
it's saying, it's in the feminine. The Hebrew
-
is in the feminine gender and it says, who is
-
she that has said amen to her Lord or her husband's
-
report? Who is the she here? Very critical. This
-
whole text is wrapped around the sacrifice of
-
Jesus Christ, our Lord. There's no chapter any
-
more explicit about the suffering of Christ than
-
Isaiah 53. which talks to us as we did in communion
-
this morning. He was wounded for our transgressions.
-
He was bruised for our iniquities, and the chastisement
-
of our peace was upon him, and by his stripes
-
we are healed. You remember the Ethiopian eunuch
-
was stumbling along this 53rd chapter when Philip
-
went up to meet him on the road to Azotus, and
-
so on. And so we find that it's a very critical
-
chapter. Who is she? This is the key word here.
-
Who is the she here? He's talking about his bride.
-
Who is the bride that's going to say amen to
-
her Lord's report? It's a powerful thing when
-
the spirit and the bride, listen to me carefully
-
now, when the spirit and the bride are saying
-
the same thing. In Revelation chapter 21, when
Revelation 21 chapter mention
-
the spirit and the bride say come, chapter 22,
-
He says he will come. In other words, when the
-
spirit and the bride are saying the same thing,
-
even so come quickly, Lord Jesus. I don't believe
-
he's coming till we're saying the same thing.
-
We have to come in agreement with him. Amen.
-
Who is she that says amen to the Lord's report?
-
Okay. Now, after the 53rd chapter describes the
-
sufferings of Christ. And then he's buried with
-
the dead, with the rich rather, in his death.
-
And he's put in a borrowed tomb, as you know.
-
He didn't stay there. Thank God. I've been to
-
the tomb. I've laid in it. I know he's not there.
-
Hallelujah. I didn't want to stay there either.
-
Praise God. I know he's been there, but he's
-
not there now. And so today we're standing on
-
the other side of the redemptive work of Christ.
-
And in chapter 54, the first word in that 54th
-
chapter is sing. Sing, O barren, sing. For the
-
bride... of Christ here is depicted as one who's
-
been barren, not productive, but he said, you're
-
going to be productive. Sing, O barren, sing.
-
So the first thing that's going to release productivity
-
in the body is a new song. In every new move
-
of God, there's a fresh word. In every new move
-
of God, there's a song. There's a fresh sound.
-
Every visitation of God. I'd done a recent study
-
on the history of our Pentecostal roots in keeping
-
with the 100 years celebration at Azusa Street.
-
I think you all heard about it. And I had a tremendous
-
time studying that for a simple reason. I've
-
lived seven tenths of that time. And I preached
-
about six tenths of that time. So, you know,
-
it's exciting to know that. that we've lived
-
to see the outpouring of the Spirit of God and
-
the results of it are all over the world. And
-
believe me, there's no limit to what God's doing
-
today. We're seeing hundreds of thousands of
-
people turning to Christ. And thousands every
-
day are being born again and filled with the
-
Holy Ghost. And the revival is on. We've been
-
in many countries. And so this great gospel,
-
this glorious thing is proliferate all over the
-
world. Well, we won't get into that. But I've
-
done four weeks of study on that. And I'll tell
-
you, I was more excited, I believe, than anybody
-
who heard me because it's still in my spirit.
-
I'm excited about enlargement. I'm excited about
-
what God's saying here in the Word. So here's
-
what he said. Break forth into singing, O barren
-
one, and cry aloud if you never had children
-
before, for more are the children of the desolate
-
than the children of the married wife, says the
-
Lord. Enlarge the place of thy tent and let them
-
stretch forth the curtains of thy habitations.
-
Spare not. That's a powerful word. In other words,
-
God said, don't limit me. Spare not. Don't fence
-
me in. Don't inhibit me. Don't try to put your
-
limitations on what I want to do. Amen? Let me
-
tell you right now, I hasn't seen it. Ear hasn't
-
heard it. Neither has it entered the heart of
-
man. The things which God has already prepared
-
for you that love him. But that's not a period
-
there. It's a comma. but he has revealed them
-
to us by his Spirit, for the Spirit searches
-
all things, yea, the deep things of God. Now
-
we've received not the Spirit of this world,
-
but we've received the Spirit of Christ that
-
we may freely know, that we may freely know.
-
Every one of us should be in the know. Every
-
one of us are given a prerogative of knowing.
-
What God has already prepared. God is getting
-
you ready for that which he has already ready
-
for you. Amen. You're not going to surprise the
-
Lord. And he's not surprised by what happens.
-
He's already planned it. Amen. This day has already
-
been planned of God. This congregation has been
-
ordered of God. You're here today by divine appointment.
-
Maybe somebody cajoled you to come. Maybe somebody
-
just. razzed you and said, you got to go to church.
-
Maybe you're here because you want to be here.
-
All of that's wonderful, but you're here in the
-
will of God. And so God is here to meet you.
-
And here's what I want you to see. He said, spare
-
not, lengthen your cords. Important now. Let's
-
look at two things, cords and stakes and strengthen
-
your stakes. God said, I want you to prepare
-
yourself for you shall break forth on the right
-
hand. And on the left hand, I don't know how
-
many other hands you have. Amen. God said, I'm
-
going to bless you on the right hand, and I'm
-
going to bless you on the left hand. You're going
-
to break forth. The word there, break forth,
-
is a word, bara, which means like a breaking
-
forth of a mighty stream. It means an irresistible
-
force. It means you're going to bear. You're
-
going to have children. Let me tell you something.
-
You just can't be a little bit pregnant. I know
-
my wife had six of them. She wished I'd have
-
had a couple. At least one. Thank you, Jesus.
-
Thank you, Jesus. That he fixed it that way.
-
Hallelujah. But we love them all. And now we've
-
got 17 grandkids. a couple of great grands, so
-
we're moving right along. Anyhow, he said, you're
-
going to break forth. We finally discovered what
-
was causing it. You shall break forth on the
-
right hand and on the left, and thy seed shall
-
inherit the Gentiles and make the desolate cities
-
to be inhabited. I want you to see something
-
here very powerful. For God said, I don't want
-
you to limit me. I don't want you to be restricted.
-
I read this in our paper yesterday, and it's
-
just amazing. You can't read it, but I'll just
-
tell you what it says. There's a study going
-
on now that people's circle of close friends
-
are waning. That's in our Orange County Register,
-
very popular paper where we are. And the story
-
goes on to tell us that people are disintegrating.
-
Relationships are disintegrating. We're living
-
in a fast age when everybody's getting involved
-
and they're more involved with internet and with
-
all of the mechanics of internet and whatever
-
you call it, the new age of revelation and information
-
and television and video and all of that. But
-
let me tell you something. There's an inherent
-
desire in every one of you. You are birthed in
-
God to be part of an entity. You're part of the
-
body of Christ. You are the bride of Christ.
-
And we are interrelated. And we are interdependent.
-
And we do need each other. We're not an island
-
unto ourselves. And let me tell you something.
-
We don't get to choose who is going to be our
-
brother and sister. God said, I'm going to bring
-
you all kinds of people, all kinds of ethnos.
-
The word Gentiles here literally means multiplied
-
nations, people from every tribe, every nation.
-
God is going to build his church with a multiplicity
-
of people. And we're not going to limit God by
-
our frame of reference and by our simple desire
-
to isolate ourselves. But God is integrating
-
a glorious church, a powerful church. And wherever
-
we go in the world, we meet members of our family,
-
our body. Amen. Whether I'm in China, in the
-
underground church where we've traveled many,
-
many times, or in Africa where the revival is
-
raging in Africa. People don't realize this.
-
We hear a lot about AIDS and poverty in Africa.
-
But I'm going to tell you, there's revival in
-
Africa. We've been in the Congo where there's
-
been massacre and all of that. But yet we saw
-
over 90 ,000 people in in one meeting, crying
-
out to God. These people had walked for miles
-
to be there, hungry for God. We go to Africa,
-
we go to Europe and Kiev and Russia, all over
-
the nations, God's pouring out his spirit in
-
those places that were off limits. And God's
-
visiting is chosen frozen. Amen. This spring,
-
our son, Marcus, I'll tell you a little bit about
-
him a little later on perhaps, but God, ordained
-
that he was put in a position to bring all the
-
missionary leaders of the world. These are the
-
world's greatest missionary enterprises. I'm
-
talking about the Youth for Christ and the Campus
-
Crusades, which they have 27 ,000 people on staff
-
all over the world. YWAM and the Southern Baptist
-
Convention and the Assemblies of God missions
-
and all these major missionary leaders were together.
-
And they got a call from the Vatican. Listen
-
to this. From the Vatican. You know what that
-
is? That's over there in Rome. You know where
-
I'm talking about. The Vatican called them and
-
they said, we want to send a representative from
-
the Vatican. The man come and he's a spirit -filled,
-
born -again, spirit -filled Italian who's married.
-
Living in the Vatican. Now, you understand what
-
I'm talking about? This is the guy that's the
-
head of evangelism for the Catholic Church. They've
-
come to realize that they don't know how to get
-
people saved. Did you hear what I'm saying? The
-
Vatican sent a representative to this meeting,
-
and he became a very dear friend of my son. And
-
they become very close together. And in that
-
meeting, he was weeping. He said, please, Marcus,
-
come. Come and spend some time with me at the
-
Vatican and sit down and teach us how to get
-
people saved and filled with the Holy Ghost.
-
Unprecedented. And while he was there in the
-
States, his wife was diagnosed with cancer of
-
the breast. And he wired back and sent emails
-
back, said, please pray. God will do a miracle
-
for my wife. She has been diagnosed with cancer.
-
They plugged into the prayer net and three weeks
-
later, three weeks later, he wired back and said,
-
she's healed. Praise God, she's healed. Two months
-
ago, our son Marcus was diagnosed with cancer
-
of the throat as he was addressing the missionary
-
leaders of the world in another major meeting.
-
God gave them a vision that's unbelievable of
-
reaching the unknown. reach peoples of the earth,
-
639 groups that they've singled out, that they've
-
done research on, that have no language, written
-
language, that is. They don't have a written
-
language. You can give them a book, but they
-
couldn't read it. You can give them a Bible,
-
and they couldn't read it. So what are we doing?
-
We're having to reach them orally. And they've
-
come up with a whole plan, a whole new structure
-
of the Bible, the whole Bible in story format,
-
135 stories in 48 hours. of teaching on CDs that
-
they're translating into all these languages
-
to get to these people so they can hear the story.
-
They can hear the story and be discipled. And
-
all of this is happening. Two months ago, our
-
son was diagnosed with cancer as he was addressing
-
these people. But let me tell you what, God's
-
healing him. He's coming out of it. My wife is
-
healed and we're seeing awesome miracles. You
-
know, when the scripture, when you read in the
-
Bible, 1 Peter tells us, Not to be, you know,
-
don't be, don't think it's strange concerning
-
the fiery trial. Did anybody read that in your
-
Bible? You don't have that mark, do you? That's
-
one scripture I don't like to mark. I walk over
-
it. I love to jump on the other side of it where
-
it says that your faith may be as pure gold.
-
I like the gold part. The fiery part I don't
-
like. But that's part of it. Don't think it's
-
strange, God said, because I'm processing you,
-
and I'm processing you. And I just want to take
-
this moment to tell you there's something awesome
-
going on right now in this whole area. When my
-
son came down with that diagnosis, his friend
-
in the Vatican found out about it, and he said,
-
Marcus, don't worry. We have all of our prayer
-
warriors praying for you. We have a whole cloister
-
of sisters over here that do nothing but pray
-
24 -7. Think of that. And you're on the top of
-
the list and they're praying for your healing
-
in the Vatican. Come on, church. These things
-
just hadn't happened before. We're living in
-
an awesome day. So what does God say to the church
-
now? Get involved. Come on. Everything Christ
-
accomplished for us on the cross is ours to live
-
and enjoy. And he says start singing because
-
the whole purpose of the cross is production.
-
To bring many sons and daughters into the kingdom
-
of God. Amen? So he said, I want you to see this.
-
There are over 70 definitions of the church in
-
the Bible. Many definitions. The ecclesia, the
-
called out ones, the born again, the chosen ones.
-
Go through it. It's a bride in combat boots.
-
Check it out. All of these descriptions are in
-
the Bible. But it's moving time. Church here
-
in Harrisburg, Oregon. It's moving time. God
-
said the winds of God are blowing. Great shakings
-
are going on right now. He said when the Lord
-
rises up to build Zion, when the Lord builds
-
Zion, then shall he appear. Then shall he appear
-
in his glory. Psalms 102, verse 16. He said,
-
when I get ready to build Zion, he said, you
-
shall go from strength to strength, every one
-
of you appearing before the Lord in Zion. How
-
many know that when you go from one strength
-
to, to, to strength? How many know the twos are
-
long? And you go from glory to, to. Two glory.
-
The twos are long. How many know what I'm talking
-
about? You just don't jump from one glory to
-
another. There's some glory in between glory.
-
Then shall the Lord appear in Zion. Now here's
-
what he said. Enlarge the place of your dwelling.
-
That means you have to rip out the old tent stakes,
-
get them out from where they are. We're talking
-
about a tent. We're not talking about a building
-
now, a brick and mortar. We're talking about
-
a tent. Enlarge the place of your tent. Stretch
-
your curtains way out. In ancient Bible times
-
and even now in the Middle East, a man was known,
-
his wealth was registered by the number of tent
-
pegs he had in his tent or stakes. Let's say
-
stakes. You know what I mean? We drive down the
-
stake. Okay. He was a many -staked man, and that
-
means he's wealthy. It means he's got a broad
-
coverage. His tent reaches out. He's got terrain.
-
And still in the Middle East, when you go visit
-
these people, you'll find the goats and sheep
-
and cattle and dogs and cats and chickens are
-
all under the same tent. And I've been there.
-
But the hospitality of these people is unbelievable.
-
Once you're under his tent, you are under his
-
responsibility. He's responsible for you, and
-
he's going to watch out for you. If he invites
-
you in his tent, you're covered. Amen? Now, here's
-
what he said. Enlargement has to happen. But
-
let me tell you something about enlargement.
-
Enlargement has to happen in our hearts. When
-
God gave Solomon this awesome challenge to build
-
the temple of the Lord, He cried out to God with
-
all the splendor he had and all the finances
-
he had. Folks, you think the Democrats can spend
-
a lot of money. Let me tell you something. You
-
couldn't even calculate what kind of finance
-
went into the structure of Solomon's temple.
-
This thing was so magnifical, as the old English
-
word says, it was magnifical. It was absolutely
-
fabulous. profound. And it wasn't as large as
-
this building right here. But in 1932 dollars,
-
that's when I looked back and started doing something
-
I wasn't born in. But anyway, when gold was $32
-
an ounce, and it's somewhere around, I don't
-
know where it is now, $600 or $700 maybe. But
-
at that time, The building of Solomon's temple,
-
they estimated, cost at least, at least $30 billion.
-
B, billion. That's a whole lot of money. Amen.
-
So there was no lack. He had all of that. It
-
was all laid up. Gold. I mean, they didn't just
-
put a little gold ornament here and there. They
-
just covered the walls with gold. The whole thing
-
was overlaid with gold. Every stone in that building
-
was interlocked with gold. It had a gold lock
-
that tied it together. Every stone in that building
-
had been quarried and cut in the quarry and numbered
-
so that when that building was put together,
-
there was not the sound of a hammer. Not the
-
sound of a hammer to put this magnificent building
-
that was one of the seven wonders of the world.
-
I don't think we can even grasp that. But in
-
all of that, when Solomon prayed, he said, oh
-
God, please God, give me largeness of heart.
-
Enlarge my heart. Give me the capacity for what
-
you want to do. Church, listen to me carefully
-
now. Look here at me. Every one of us need to
-
have our parameters stretched. We have to have
-
enlargement of the heart before we'll see a magnificent
-
enlargement of this congregation. I'm not talking
-
about just buildings. I'm talking about the building
-
that God is building. And God's far more interested
-
in building big people than he is big churches.
-
I'm talking about buildings. You understand?
-
You are the church and he's building you. Now
-
here's what he said. Start singing. Because you're
-
going to get pregnant and you're going to break
-
out on the right hand and on the left. And he
-
said, enlarge the place of your tent. Esther
-
said, or Mordecai said to Esther, look, in chapter
-
4, verse 14, he said, listen, if you don't come
-
through now, sister, if you don't produce, if
-
you don't do what God called you to do, enlargement
-
will come from another place. The word there
-
in the Hebrew is not only enlargement, it's respiration.
-
It means breath. It means we got the noose around
-
our neck. You see, old Haman had the rope already
-
around the neck of a nation, but God put Esther
-
there for that moment. Do you understand? And
-
Mordecai said, this is your day, honey. If you
-
don't do it, God's going to have to do it some
-
other way, but he'll get it done. Enlargement
-
will come. enlargement will come. Listen to me.
-
Enlargement will come. This church is a living
-
organism. Amen. Now then, he said, we are no
-
longer strangers, Paul said in Ephesians 2, verse
-
19, and we're not foreigners, we're not strangers,
-
we're not foreigners, but we are heirs of God
-
and joint heirs with Christ and we are built
-
upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets
-
with Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone
-
in whom the building fitly framed together groweth,
-
say groweth. And that means it's alive. That
-
means it's coming up. It means it's reproducing.
-
It means it is replicating. And every one of
-
you are agents of growth. Every one of you are
-
agents of production. Every one of you are called
-
of God, not only to birth people into the kingdom
-
of God, but to bring them to spiritual maturity.
-
Everyone in this house is destined of God to
-
be a discipler. I hope you hear me. You say,
-
well, no, I come here and I pay my tithes and
-
Brother Brad's a preacher. Let him preach. No,
-
Brother Brad's here to get you going in the way
-
you should be going. He's here to stoke your
-
fire. He's here to give you fuel. He's here to
-
give you material. But your business is to infiltrate
-
your community and your business is to absolutely
-
not only infiltrate your community, but you are
-
there to be influential in that community, and
-
you're to bring people to birth into the kingdom
-
of God. You're a full -time ambassador of the
-
kingdom of God. You are a full -time representative.
-
You are a discipler. Jesus Christ did not call
-
us to go into all the world and build buildings.
-
He called us to go out in the world and disciple
-
nations, not just people, but nations. We're
-
going to nations. We are going to nations. We
-
have been to nations. God's calling us to nations,
-
to leaders of nations. We've got invitations
-
now that are pending to go before men of renown.
-
One of our young men I was mentoring, God just
-
sovereignly put him there. He was there with
-
my son in Pakistan a few years ago, and they
-
went through chaos, as you know, and they've
-
had revolution and change of government and all
-
of that, but the seeds are there. And I just
-
got an email from him this week. He said, Brother
-
Moses, I just want to to tell you the seed that
-
was planted by Marcus a few years ago. Our son
-
in Pakistan is starting to bloom. He said, I
-
had three and a half hours this week with the
-
president of Pakistan, Musharraf, and he wants
-
us to build a center here in Pakistan. And he
-
said, I've already told him if we do, we're going
-
to have a center for the kingdom of God right
-
in the middle of this business project. We're
-
talking about a hundred million dollar business
-
project, but in the middle of that is a center
-
to tell people how to get right with God and
-
to establish the kingdom of God in Pakistan.
-
That's happening now. He went from Pakistan to
-
Dubai and he said, we're coming back with a hundred
-
million dollar check. God's taken the riches
-
of these fat cats over there that are taking
-
all of our money at the pump and he's going to
-
turn it back into the kingdom of God. It's happening.
-
Enlargement must come. But let me tell you, enlargement
-
can't come until we start pulling up some stakes.
-
And what God's doing here this morning, you better
-
get ready for it. He's taking you out of your
-
little comfort zone. He's shaking your little
-
stick right now. And you're getting concerned
-
because this old preacher come here and stirring
-
up this place and going to jerk you out of your
-
roots, out of your socket. Amen. But we're not
-
just pulling you out of your socket to leave
-
you out of your socket. We're going to socket
-
to you. Hallelujah. And God has a plan for every
-
one of you in his kingdom. And God said, I want
-
you to enlarge the place of your dwelling. Now,
-
two things that have to happen. First of all,
-
he said, I want you to strengthen your stakes.
-
The stakes are every one of us. We're individual
-
stakes in this thing. We're here to support the
-
building of God. We are members of the body of
-
Christ and God's planted us and placed us in
-
our placements. When we had presbytery here,
-
some of you folks were a little bit rattled and
-
the strange and wonderful things God revealed
-
to you. And then you also saw some things about
-
your brothers and sisters you didn't know. And
-
that's a refreshing thing, isn't it? Or a depressing
-
thing, whatever. And God put you on a spot, but
-
he didn't do that to embarrass you. God's not
-
in the business of embarrassing us. He's in the
-
business of embellishing us. And he wants us
-
to know that we all have our placement in the
-
body of Christ. And we're all important. Now,
-
you may not be a main... tent supporter out here
-
in the middle, some big pillar, but you might
-
be a small stake, just one stake holding down
-
a corner. But let me tell you what, every one
-
of those stakes are vital. Every one are important.
-
Every one are strategic because if you get a
-
bad stake here and a bad stake here, they may
-
be small, but when the winds come, they'll start
-
ripping up at this corner and they'll take the
-
whole tent. I don't care how strong those main
-
pillars are if these little ones aren't holding
-
their own right down here. understand, every
-
one of you are vital to the strength and to the
-
unity and security of this body. And so the Lord
-
says, now, first of all, enlarge the place of
-
your tent, get stretched out, get out of your
-
comfort zone. God said, I'm going to pull you
-
out of those, out of those sockets. And I'm going
-
to investigate you and I'm going to examine you.
-
Now the Lord's not going to throw you in the
-
heap and say, you're no good. No. He said, if
-
you got a little rot on you, if you got a little
-
termite trouble, Some folks do. They've been
-
in the way so long. You know, some folks, you
-
can't move them. They're immovable. They feel
-
like they're planted forever and where they are,
-
and that's it. Surprise. Yeah, I thought we were
-
planted too. We pastored for 27 years. I pastored
-
long enough to be pasteurized. 27 years in one
-
place, eight years before that, so 35 years.
-
I mean, come on. What a wonderful, cozy feeling
-
that was. Church is paid for. God's given us
-
revival. The biggest revival we ever had was
-
the last year we were there. I said, Lord, what
-
in the world are you doing sending me away now?
-
We've been praying and seeking God for years
-
for this to happen. Now it's happening, and now
-
you're telling me to go into all the world? I
-
could tell you more about that, but I don't want
-
to go there. I just want to show you how faithful
-
God is. But he takes us out of our comfort zones,
-
and then he takes that stake that may be a little
-
dull and may be a little blunt, and he causes
-
one of your favorite friends to come and sharpen
-
you, grind on you a little bit until you get
-
the point. Then he has one of the elders come
-
along and wrap a little band around your head
-
so you don't get smashed and split when the hammer
-
comes down on you, when God puts you where you
-
really belong. Okay? We're all going to be pulled,
-
folks. You better get ready because you're not
-
going to be the same. You're not going to be
-
in the same old socket. You say, well, I don't
-
like that. I'm getting out of here. Well, it
-
would be a good time to go because God's not
-
going to let you settle where you are. But don't
-
you be going because God, you know, God fixes
-
a fix to fix us. And if we try to fix the fix
-
before we're fixed, he'll just have to fix another
-
fix to fix us because he's going to get us fixed.
-
Amen. So don't be trying to run. You can't hide
-
from him. God has a place for you. God has a
-
designated area for you. And every one of you
-
are vital. Every one of you are important. And
-
he wants you, listen, he wants every stake to
-
be strong. That's why he says, make your own
-
calling and election sure. You've got to know,
-
praise God. I'm going to stay with it this time.
-
Praise God. He said, you make your calling and
-
election. We got another church, another meeting
-
coming on here. I just, that's just my introduction.
-
Anyhow, God's calling for new commitment, new
-
commitment. The word commitment's a powerful
-
word. In the Greek, the word commitment literally
-
means to suture, like you tie together a wound,
-
like a physician sutures up a wound. Okay, did
-
you get it? Commitment. It means tied together.
-
It means sewed together. And it means if you're
-
properly sewed together, you're going to grow
-
together. Amen? So what we're talking about,
-
new direction, new leadership. God's bringing
-
into this body. I don't mean God's going to just
-
import all kinds of wonderful talent, but God's
-
going to raise up leadership here. Our son Marcus
-
is the young man I was telling you about. God's
-
doing a miracle in his life every hour. It's
-
just getting more glorious. But he's a part of
-
the church in Post Falls, Idaho. And this church
-
in Post Falls, maybe you've been there, I don't
-
know, but Post Falls is really kind of no place.
-
You know, 10 ,000 people in that town, but here
-
they have a church that has grown in the last
-
seven years from four people to averaging over
-
6 ,500 people every week. They have five services.
-
But the strength of this church is not just numeric.
-
The strength of this church, which is so unique,
-
is that almost every one of those people are
-
being discipled. Over 6 ,100 of these people
-
are in weekly home group meetings being discipled.
-
And they're discipling, and they're splitting
-
off these groups. My son started a group in his
-
home. about three years ago, and now it's split
-
four different ways. And all these are converts,
-
neighbors getting saved, and they're starting
-
their own home groups and expanding. And that
-
church is growing by leaps and bounds. They had
-
165, listen, 165 new families come into the church
-
in one week. In a town of 10 ,000 people, they
-
got a church that had almost 10 ,000 over Easter
-
weekend. in their attendance, in their services.
-
Baptizing by the hundreds. These people are doing
-
it biblically. And the amazing thing is the pastor
-
is the most undescript guy. Drives an old beat
-
-up pickup truck with cowboy boots in the back.
-
back in an old water jug, I got tickled. And
-
he wears a farmer's shirt to church and he gets
-
up and tells the church all these miraculous
-
things that are happening. And the judges are
-
there, the police chief's there, the editor of
-
the newspaper sitting on the front row. I mean,
-
everybody, there's anybody around that 50 mile
-
radius are coming to that church. You're driving
-
from Canada regularly to come down there an hour
-
and a half away and to be in that service. And
-
he stands up like he said, gee, I don't know
-
what's happening. I really can't tell you how
-
it all happened. I don't know. So I just come
-
and obeyed God, come here, four people and exploded.
-
And the thing is just growing by leaps and bounds.
-
Why? Because they're building. And out of that
-
congregation, they are shaping leadership. I
-
was there two weeks ago and they ordained five
-
pastors out of that congregation to be pastors,
-
full -time pastors. who were raised in that church,
-
who came in, was saved in the church, and one
-
of them was the CEO of AT &T. The other guy was
-
a mechanic. The other guy was something else.
-
In other words, just ordinary people that God's
-
transforming, and this is the pastoral staff.
-
I don't know how many they have now on the staff,
-
but it's growing, I think, about 85 now on staff.
-
And they're just exploding, and they're reaching
-
the community, but they're discipling people.
-
That's what this 54th chapter says. Break out
-
on every hand because your children will be discipled.
-
Your children will be taught of the Lord. God
-
said, I'll teach them. And that's a powerful
-
thing. Now listen carefully. Here's what's happening.
-
He said, enlarge your tent. Don't be bound by
-
your previous landmarks or by your previous...
-
lines of what you call your borders that you
-
have prescribed. God said, I'm taking you outside
-
of your prescribed borders or your own self -imposed
-
limitations. I'm going to scratch you beyond
-
that. Are you ready for that? Now, that enlargement
-
has to come here in your heart. You cannot see
-
the growth that God wants to give this building
-
until we get uncomfortable. Amen. How many know
-
that the Holy Ghost is our comforter? Right?
-
How many know he's our discomforter? Oh, praise
-
God. Has that ever happened to you? Here we're
-
seeing God teaching us some awesome things. I
-
told the church last night, you know, we get
-
so habit bound. We're so rigid. We do things
-
by... by rote. We do things, and that's what
-
I heard in the permitting last night. God doesn't
-
want us to do things by rote. Well, let me tell
-
you something I've discovered. If the horse is
-
dead, dismount. I mean, don't try to keep beating
-
on the same old brain dead project. If the thing
-
is dead, move on to something else. Can you say
-
amen? And God's stretching us. He's calling us
-
to include many others that we never thought
-
fit into our circle. How many remember the old
-
saying, he drew a circle to keep me out? Heretic,
-
radical, a thing to flout. But love and I had
-
a will to win. We drew a circle and took him
-
in. God wants to enlarge your circle. God wants
-
to enlarge the sphere of your influence. and
-
the radius of your reach. God wants you to go
-
beyond wherever you've been. He wants you to
-
lengthen your cords. Get your stakes down strong.
-
God's going to plant people in this body. God's
-
going to send you, pastor, men and women of God
-
that are going to have the capacity for increase.
-
And they've got faith, and they've got the means.
-
They may not have the money, but all you need
-
is one person that knows that person. Do you
-
understand that you're only one person away from
-
anybody in the world you want to meet? I don't
-
need 10 people to introduce me to George Bush.
-
I just need one person. And it could be the doorkeeper.
-
It could be anybody that has access. Amen. Do
-
you understand? God has mysterious ways of giving
-
us contact with people. A Holy Ghost influence.
-
People that will change the whole topography
-
of what you're doing here. God wants to get your
-
mind into a larger focus. And God wants to enlarge
-
our hearts. He wants to give us enlargement.
-
Now, two things are important. The stakes are
-
very important. They're individuals that God
-
has sharpened and God has placed and God has
-
secured this house with. But there'll be more.
-
If you're going to stretch out, you're going
-
to need more stakes. You're going to need more
-
territory. And your covering is a five -fold
-
covering. God's increasing that covering. God's
-
enlarging that. He's stretching that over you.
-
It's going to be a marvelous place. For he said,
-
in all of Mount Zion, there shall be a covering.
-
There shall be a glory. There shall be an attendant
-
glory. But then, he said, your cords. Strength
-
has to come before length. You lengthen your
-
cords. That means. Pastor, you're going into
-
new territories for fellowship. You're going
-
to meet people. I see this in the spirit. I don't
-
even understand where all you come from, but
-
I feel God's going to bring you back into the
-
Mennonite camp. He's going to put you back in
-
connection. Some of them cords have been cut
-
off and you feel totally cut off, but I believe
-
God's going to restore relationships. I don't
-
know how that's going to happen, but even old
-
grandpa's going to come. Hallelujah. Get ready
-
for it. Praise God. I don't believe God. I don't
-
believe God wastes anything. He's an efficient
-
God and he's put people in your life and your
-
background and your contacts that are vital to
-
you. And you may look at them in the flesh and
-
say, oh, never, Lord. But let me tell you one
-
thing. God will turn that thing around in a minute.
-
God can do it beyond what you can imagine, ask,
-
or think. Now, listen. Watch this. Chords going
-
out. Chords. I stood in your study last night
-
upstairs in that beautiful, beautiful home where
-
I stayed. Such a pleasant place. And I'll tell
-
you what. I looked at that map that you got on
-
the mall. And I looked at the center of where
-
this church is. And I don't even know the county
-
names or whatever you have around you. But all
-
these little bergs. But let me tell you something.
-
I saw cords going out all over the place. Like
-
a spider web. I saw them going out. And God's
-
going to lengthen your cords. You've got to strengthen
-
your stakes. Because your stakes have got to
-
be able to stand the pull. God will pull you
-
through if you can stand the pull. Come on, church.
-
You know it's going to be a pull. But God's going
-
to give us stability so that no matter what we
-
latch on to, we're going to have strength and
-
length. Amen? And we're going to break out on
-
the right hand and on the left hand. And God
-
said there's going to be increase. Hallelujah.
-
You look at Ezekiel 37, sometime when you've
-
got time, I won't try to preach it. That's a
-
message in itself, but it's begging me to preach
-
it. But look at that mess. Look at Ezekiel 37,
-
bones scattered all over the dead bones, all
-
over the valley. Where do these bones come from?
-
These bones are an army. They're an army that
-
has been decimated, an army that's been disintegrated,
-
an army that's been... dissected and scattered
-
all over the place. What brings them together?
-
A word of the Lord, a prophetic word, a call.
-
And God says, preach, prophesy to dead bones.
-
Dead bones. I've met quite a few of them in my
-
life. Boy, here's a whole valley full of them.
-
Can these bones live again? God says to the prophet.
-
And the prophet throws the ball back at God and
-
said, it's in your court. You know, Lord. He
-
said, yeah, I know, but I want you to know. Now
-
you get back there and prophesy to them. Say,
-
thus saith the Lord. Bones, hear the word of
-
the Lord. And they came together. There was a
-
great sound, a clatter, and every bone found
-
its counterpart. You know, the neck bone was
-
hooked up to the backbone, and the backbone got
-
hooked up to the... At Pentecost, 120 stakes
-
were tied to 3 ,000 cords. Somebody listen to
-
me. 120 stakes on the day of Pentecost with fire
-
coming out of their ears. Great flames of fire
-
on their head. Speaking in other tongues. And
-
these 120 were speaking 17 different dialects.
-
They were not talking heavenly languages. These
-
people were speaking known languages. Do you
-
understand that? Amen. These people were speaking
-
to all of Jerusalem and there were 17 distinct
-
nationalities there. and they all heard them
-
speak in their own colloquial expression. The
-
Greek there is very powerful. And they heard
-
them in their mother tongue, speaking like mama
-
used to speak. And they were ignorant and unlearned
-
fishermen, and whatever they were, peasants.
-
But God filled them with the Holy Ghost, and
-
120 stakes were driven there, and 3 ,000 cords
-
were tied to these stakes in one day. And then
-
the next day, 5 ,000. And the next day, 10 ,000.
-
Until the church exponentially exploded all over
-
Jerusalem. Now, can God do it again? Come on.
-
We're celebrating 100 years since Azusa Street.
-
If you'd have went to Azusa Street, there was
-
nothing there but an old livery stable. Stinking,
-
smelly, old warehouse. The main room in that
-
building that they swept and cleaned out was
-
20 feet by 30 feet. That was the size of that
-
church. But out of that little stable, that's
-
what it was, a livery stable and a building material
-
warehouse. Out of that little stable, the gospel
-
went all over the world and millions have received
-
the Holy Ghost since that day. Does anybody know
-
anything about our roots? Do you all realize
-
what an awesome thing God did? And he used a
-
one -eyed black brother. It's amazing. He said
-
they had one eye, but he could see more. That's
-
a little pun, but if you know the story. God
-
did an awesome thing. And out of that revival
-
that went for three and a half years, day and
-
night, 24 -7, thousands received the Holy Ghost.
-
And this was a seedbed that spread this gospel
-
all over the world. Somebody said, oh, leave
-
him alone. It'll blow over. It did. In every
-
nation of the world today, God's moving by Spirit.
-
All right? Now, here we are, and we're coming
-
to a very important part. The thing of which
-
I am a part is greater than the part I play.
-
The thing of which I am a part is greater than
-
the part I play. For where there is unity, there
-
is the grounds for the miraculous. Now, he said
-
start singing, church. Enlarge. Pull up your
-
stakes, look at them, investigate them, make
-
sure every one of you are committed. Amen? If
-
the Lord jerks you out of your socket, so be
-
it. He's not going to destroy you. He's going
-
to embellish you. He's going to strengthen you.
-
We have to strengthen those stakes. And then
-
he says he's going to tie the cords to you. And
-
I'm going to guarantee you, you're going to feel
-
the pull. You think you've got problems now?
-
What are you going to do when this thing busts
-
loose and it's 24 seven? Come on. I mean, you're
-
going to have to leave the haste. Just lay out
-
there, brother, because they're going to be revival.
-
You're going to be getting so many people saved
-
and baptized. You're going to have to put a pound
-
out here to get them all in there once. I'm telling
-
you. God's going to bring revival in this community
-
and in this place. If you're ready for it, if
-
you believe in it, God's going to get people
-
together that's going to reproduce very exponentially.
-
We're going to see growth like we've never seen
-
before. The church has that Post Falls, a little
-
town of 10 ,000 people, folks. Let me tell you
-
something. They have grown 247 % last year. How
-
do you explain that? I don't know of another
-
church in America that's growing at that per
-
capita rate. There are big churches all around
-
us. But I'm talking about exponentially. But
-
these are not just people coming and joining
-
a church. These are people being discipled and
-
loving it. Amen. A little boy was walking with
-
his pastor over in England in the big cathedrals
-
over there. We'd been over there different places.
-
And he was, the pastor was little boys walking
-
along with the pastors, the pastor explaining
-
this war memorial for those who died in service.
-
And the little boy looked up at his pastor and
-
said, what service, sir, morning or the evening
-
service? God has called us to enlargement. Many
-
of God's great leaders now are being tested now.
-
We have never been through, ourselves, our family,
-
have never been through a time of testing like
-
we have in this last few months. What does that
-
mean? God's forsaken us? Oh, no. No. We have
-
seen the grace of God in such an awesome way.
-
When our son was diagnosed two months ago, the
-
doctor gave him two months to live, maybe three.
-
What happened? He was making a presentation to
-
the world leaders of missions. And he told me,
-
he says, Dad, when I get up in the morning to
-
make my presentation, I fought the powers of
-
hell. God gave him a vision to reach these nations.
-
Two things. One is called finishing the task.
-
And that is getting the gospel to these unlanguaged
-
people. In other words, oral transmission, okay?
-
Discipling these nations. Nations. And the second
-
vision was awesome. That was birthed in him over
-
25 years ago. I remember it like the day it happened.
-
And I told him, I said, Mark, write this down
-
because this is going to happen. It's going to
-
come to pass. And he got up with this vision
-
of having massive concerts of prayer. Okay, that
-
was his vision, prayer and worship. In every
-
major city around the world. I'm talking about
-
Hong Kong, Singapore. Everywhere. Wherever great
-
people can gather. That was his vision. When
-
he got up. To speak. He said dad something grabbed
-
my throat. And he said try to choke me. I know
-
he said it was demonic. But folks. he struggled
-
through that presentation when he told this to
-
the world leaders who are there from all over
-
the world to hear this they were in tears weeping
-
and crying they came to mark said mark this is
-
the most powerful thing we've ever heard we are
-
going to back you we're going to supply everything
-
you need to get this job done but he went home
-
and he couldn't sleep his breath was going away
-
this thing was choking him he didn't know what
-
it was doctors treated him for bronchitis for
-
acid reflux and all of the things that doctors
-
do for about two months until he couldn't hardly
-
breathe. He was breathing through what he called
-
a cocktail straw. He said, just that much air.
-
His throat was closing right up. Finally, they
-
went to a specialist and he run a tube down,
-
a camera down his throat. He said, oh my goodness.
-
He said, you have a massive tumor in your throat.
-
They diagnosed it as cancer. When they put him
-
through the MRI, I want you to hear this because
-
This is something I've never heard in my life,
-
nor had the doctors, because they told us this
-
is one in millions. We'd never seen anything
-
like this. When they came through the MRI, the
-
MRI picture came back. It was so profound that
-
these doctors, the oncologists, the chief guys
-
in Southern California with UCI and all of the
-
major medical places, they all shared the information
-
on the Internet, and they showed the picture.
-
He said it was like a little hand, like a woman's
-
hand, a little tiny hand had reached around your
-
vocal cords and grabbed them, and the thumb is
-
pressing right on the cord to keep you from speaking.
-
The doctor was shivering when he told it. He's
-
a Jewish doctor. He don't know anything about
-
demons, I don't think, but we do. And let me
-
tell you, that demonic thing had grabbed his
-
throat. And when the doctor told him that, he
-
said, we can't operate because if we do, we have
-
to take your whole voice box out. We're going
-
to have to take your voice. Marcus said, oh,
-
no, no. The doctor said, well, what else can
-
we do? He said, well, he looked at the doctor,
-
and he's about his age. He said, what would you
-
do if it was your brother, if I was your brother?
-
He said, well, I wouldn't operate. He said, I'd
-
certainly go chemo. Mark said, well, whatever
-
I have to do, don't cut it out. I'm needing my
-
voice. God's given me a voice. Listen to me,
-
friends. Three or four nights after he got home
-
from the hospital, in the middle of the night,
-
an evil spirit came. You may not believe in this.
-
I don't know, but I do. I've been raised in the
-
supernatural. I've wrestled with the powers of
-
hell many, many nights. I know how. powerful
-
and real they are, but also know the power in
-
the name of Jesus, which is high above every
-
name, every power. This demonic thing stood by
-
his bed and he said, I woke up dad at three o
-
'clock in the morning and I heard this soothing,
-
subtle voice. It was a man's voice saying to
-
me, if you will back off your project of reaching
-
these nations and your project. of your concerts
-
of prayer around the world, then we'll back off
-
from you." And Marcus said, the Spirit of God
-
came on me, and I said, no deal. And I rolled
-
over and went to sleep. I spoke to him yesterday.
-
He says, They told me that I'd had three months
-
to live. They told me the trach would be in my
-
throat till December. But he says, last week,
-
the doctor called me and said, we can't explain
-
this, but this thing is shrinking. Your voice
-
is coming back perfect. You're breathing like
-
normal, man. We're taking the trach out. The
-
trach is out. And he said, Dad, yesterday, he
-
said, it's almost healed. It's almost together.
-
And he said, I feel wonderful. I feel strong.
-
He's been working in the field and doing his
-
ranch work around there and just loving it. He's
-
got three wonderful children and all love Jesus.
-
This little boy came up to him and said, Daddy.
-
He said, I'll tell you what. He said, you're
-
healed. Four years old. He said, he laid his
-
hands on me. He said, I felt the power of God.
-
They made signs and plastered them on the garage
-
wall and said, daddy's healed. When you drive
-
up there, it says it right on the wall. Daddy's
-
healed. I'm talking about power. What's God fixing
-
to do? I'll tell you what he's doing. He woke
-
Mark up again and he said, son, and gave him
-
a powerful prophetic word. You're going to reach
-
the nations not with just concerts of prayer,
-
but the miraculous. We're coming into a season
-
of the miraculous. Signs and wonders. And he
-
said, it's not going to be a one -man show. It's
-
just going to be the power of God present to
-
heal. And multitudes are going to be healed.
-
Now, he said, sing, O barren. You that have been
-
barren, I want you to start singing because enlargement
-
is coming. Listen to me. And the end of that
-
chapter, he said, no weapon formed against you
-
will prosper. And every tongue that rises against
-
you in judgment, you shall condemn. Now listen
-
to me carefully. I'm not talking about physical,
-
natural birthing now. We have prayed for multitudes
-
who were barren physically. But I'm talking about
-
spiritual birthing now. And every one of you
-
in this house are destined by God to bear children,
-
to bear fruit. to reproduce after your kind.
-
Am I telling the truth? Amen. It's not the shepherd
-
that has a sheep. It's the sheep that has a sheep.
-
Amen. And we're going to produce after our kind.
-
We're going to bring many into the kingdom of
-
God. Amen. Are you a candidate for God to operate
-
on you? How many would like an extreme makeover
-
like Sarah had? You don't even know what I'm
-
talking about, really, do you? I'm talking about
-
awesome. I'm talking about God taking a 90 -year
-
-old specimen and by all indications of her own
-
estimate, she was dead. I mean, her plumbing
-
was just completely not right. Her hormones had
-
long fled away. But how many know God visited
-
Sarah, brought her back into his salon, And gave
-
her an extreme makeover. She not only become
-
productive. And the old guy. Who also was dead.
-
Who considered not the deadness of his own body.
-
He was not weak in faith. But he was strong in
-
faith. By faith Sarah herself also received strength.
-
She became so gorgeous. That a king. Who could
-
have had anybody selected her for his harem?
-
It's in the Bible. I said, it's in the Bible.
-
You got to read this. It's in the Bible. You
-
talk about extreme makeover. Here's this gorgeous
-
chick at 90 that a king wants to put in his number
-
one. Spot in his harem list. God comes down in
-
the night and says, you touched that woman and
-
you're a dead man. Old Abimelech was scared to
-
death. God had already locked up every woman's
-
womb in the whole country. God put barrenness
-
all over his whole domain. That's in the Bible,
-
folks. The first major healing in the Bible.
-
was the healing of a nation of barren people.
-
I believe the great healing that's coming now,
-
the last healing, will be the bride of Christ
-
being healed of her barrenness. And we're going
-
to see production like we've never seen before.
-
We're going to see you getting your neighbor
-
saved, the grocery lady saved, the guy on the
-
airport. I mean, every day it happens. I see
-
it all the time. I had one yesterday. This guy
-
was just, oh, he's a... He's a big -time writer
-
for the movies. I didn't know this guy. He looked
-
like a drifter. I didn't know what he was. Dragging
-
a guitar along with him. He's the guy that wrote
-
the script for the Pirates. Big movie, whatever
-
they're called. Who? Pirates of the Caribbean.
-
I don't even know these guys. But anyhow, he's
-
written many of these major scripts. Didn't look
-
like nothing. I said, what about Jesus? Oh, he
-
said, I love Jesus. He says, I'm just into this
-
thing now. But he says, we get together with
-
our friends and we read the Bible and we pray.
-
Think about it. It's happening, folks, all over.
-
It's happening. Did you hear me? It's happening
-
all over. I could tell you on and on and on and
-
on. But it's happening. And people living right
-
next door to you are ready to be birthed into
-
the kingdom of God. Now, what does God have to
-
do? He has to do something in you. An extreme
-
makeover. I want you to come real quickly. We
-
got one minute. And all I want you to do is stand
-
here and present yourself. Hallelujah. And if
-
you'll come back to the next service, I'm so
-
excited. I can't hardly wait to hear what I got
-
to say. Because we're going to finish this. I
-
believe. I believe we will. But right now, I
-
want you to come up real close. Amen. Come on
-
up close. That's right. I've had a bath and brushed
-
my teeth. And I just want you to get real close
-
because what God's going to do is we're going
-
to touch somebody right on the shoulder. Just
-
put your hand on somebody's shoulder beside you.
-
And I'm going to pray for you. Now, listen to
-
me. You just, listen, you know this. If you're
-
a mama, you know, you just can't be a little
-
bit pregnant. And if you're a dad, you also know
-
that mama can't be just a little bit pregnant.
-
In other words, it's real. When God brings that
-
miraculous connection, when he overshadows you
-
with the Holy Ghost, as he will this morning,
-
you're going to go out of here a different person.
-
You're going to recognize that you are part of
-
a mighty construction job of God. You are in
-
a part of enlargement. You are part of this enlargement.
-
And God's going to set you in new territory.
-
You get ready for it because God's going to place
-
you in a strategic place. And maybe your place
-
is where you're going to be. I don't know, but
-
God's going to strengthen you where you are.
-
If he wants to move you, he can move you. You're
-
his, right? Anywhere he plants you. Let me tell
-
you this right now. Any way God moves you is
-
a promotion. Oh, you didn't really get that.
-
You really didn't get that. I need to say it
-
again. I said, any way God moves you is a promotion.
-
When you get your pink slip, look for the blue
-
one. When God gives you a move, He is not diminishing
-
you. He's ever increasing you. The path of the
-
just is like the shining light that shines more
-
and more and more unto the perfect day. All right?
-
Today, God's going to do a miracle. Amen. And
-
you too, brother. Right back there. Praise God.
-
The man in the blue shirt. What's your name?
-
Ken, God has not forgotten his call on your life.
-
You've got busy down through the years and done
-
a lot of stuff. And you thought you were helping
-
God out, but God's finally let you know. You
-
come to a place in your life saying, God, there's
-
not much left, but I want your will. Oh, you
-
may have stuff. I'm not talking about stuff,
-
stuff's available, but God has a purpose for
-
you. And I'm going to speak to you, Ken, as one
-
of this whole body. The gifts and the callings
-
of God are without repentance. God's called some
-
of you into mission work. God's called some of
-
you to evangelism. God's called some of you to
-
pastor churches. And you've been hiding in a
-
stuff. You've been saying, gee, nobody knows.
-
I'm not going to tell anybody. And I'm not going
-
to tell everybody right now who you are, but
-
I see you. And some of you are called into the
-
mission field. And you're wondering, my God,
-
how am I going to do it? How will I ever be able
-
to support my family? How am I going to make
-
it? Well, God said, you just trust me. Because
-
where his finger points, his hand is going to
-
supply. But the miracle's got to happen in your
-
heart today. Are you ready to be stretched? Father,
-
in Jesus' name, I lay my hands on these precious
-
folks. And I pray right now the spirit of faith,
-
the same faith that Sarah had when she left.
-
start singing start singing Sarah start singing
-
and start knitting booties hallelujah because
-
miracles are going to happen get ready church
-
you better be ready because revival is already
-
decreed on this body and you're going to see
-
hundreds and hundreds of young people coming
-
And you're going to have to sit up with them
-
in the night. And you're going to have to nurture
-
them. You're going to have to coddle them. You're
-
going to have to listen to their woes. And you're
-
going to have to pray them through. And you're
-
going to birth them and change their diapers
-
and everything else. Because Jesus is sending
-
babies into this house. Brand new born again
-
children. And we're going to see them baptized
-
by the scores. I say it by the word of the Lord.
-
Enlargement has come. And you're going to have
-
connections with people you've never connected
-
with. Connected with before. Get ready for it.
-
Hallelujah. Go ahead and say it. I'm pregnant.
-
Good. Don't scare your husband, but go ahead
-
and say it. Hallelujah. God bless you, Pastor.
-
What a great word. Would you just tell the Lord
-
we receive that and just thank Moses for a great
-
word. Amen. Amen.
