me to lay my head in the lap of the Holy Spirit

and showed me when I was put up in the hotel

here on this property how you would occupy this

place. And when I shared it with Pastor Brad

at the time, because he had not yet heard from

God in that direction. He kind of looked at me

with, yeah, yeah. Yeah, you know. So I just ignored

him. And here we are. Everybody say, here we

are. Give the Lord a handclap of praise. I want

to speak to you this morning because I feel that

God has laid a prophetic utterance on my, actually

several prophetic utterances on my spirit for

today. And so what I want to do is I want to

just briefly just expound on how I see the prophetic.

And as I share this with you here this morning

and as this thing opens up, you know in Africa

what they oftentimes do, I see that all the time,

what they do is that when you share a strong

word with them, it's no strange thing to see

people run out of their seats and from their

pews and run forward and put money down. You've

seen that. They just put money down. You know,

it's like they're saying, I'm buying into that

word. God has a great future laid out for this

church. And at the end of the service, I want

you to buy into this word, you know, as it were.

You know, we're not going to buy into it, but

you understand what I'm saying. I want you to

say, I'm going to sow. Into this field. Because

there's something. Great can happen here. It's

going to have effects. Ripple effects into the

rest of the world. Just like other churches.

Like Reading. Bethel. So God has a. Very large

purpose. For this place. I was wondering why.

You know. pastor plant so small here. But I'm

convinced that it is actually done according

to God's instruction. It is not meant to make

this a mega situation, mega church situation,

but for this to become a school. for the rest

of the world and to from here send them out to

the rest of the world. Come on, just give the

Lord a praise offering. Webster, you know, speaking

on the prophetical says this, to be prophetical

is to correctly state what is going to happen

in the future. Not, you know, to predict. Prophetical

means to correctly state what is going to happen.

It is going to happen. You know, God already

planned it, so it's going to happen. And so when

God lays a prophetic utterance in the mouth of

someone, it's merely to state what is going to

happen. Nothing and no one can stop it. God said

it. It's going to happen. Give the Lord a praise

offering. Let's pray. Heavenly Father, we pray

this morning with thanksgiving in our hearts.

And I know this building is already yours. It's

been dedicated before it was dedicated. This

is something you planned. It's not something

we planned. You planned it. And all we do this

morning is we come with thanksgiving in our hearts.

And we give unto you the praise and the honor.

And I pray, just like Solomon did in years gone

by, that when people come into this place and

they are sick, that they will be healed. When

people come into this place and they are lost,

that they will be found. When somebody come in

here, Lord, and they're cast down, that they

will be lifted up. When somebody finds themselves

in the deep, miry clay, that in this place, Lord,

they will find their feet on the rock to stay.

Come on, give the Lord a handclap of praise.

Glory to God. We thank you. I think one of the

greatest examples of what I'm speaking about

is found in the book of Luke, in chapter 1, where,

you know, the story where the angel came and

told Mary. What is actually going to happen.

He said it because it was already written in

the books of God. Even though it had not yet

happened. It's already written. God already wrote

it in his own book that it was going to happen.

And so that the way that he greeted Mary, Mary,

the Bible says in verse 29 in Luke 1, she was

greatly troubled at his words and wondered what

kind of greeting this might be. But the angel

said to her, don't be afraid, Mary. You have

found favor with God. What a great thing, you

know, when God says you have found favor with

me. He says you'll conceive and you will. Give

birth to a son. It's already decided. Isn't that

great, you know? He says, you are going to give

birth to a son. And then he says, and you are

to call him Jesus. It was already decided. Come

on, everybody say, it's already decided. And

then he says, he will be great and he will be

called the son of the most high. The Lord God

will give him the throne of his father David.

And he will reign over Jacob's descendants forever.

And of his kingdom there will be no end. It is

decided. I want you to understand here this morning

that even your life in the annals of time and

in God's record books, it's already decided what's

going to happen for your sake. Come on, give

God a praise offering. Glory to God. It's decided.

And so Mary said, and this is the thing that

I think that we can learn from. Little 12 -year

-old girl that stood there when she heard it

was already decided. She said, behold the maidservant

of the Lord. That means behold the slave of the

Lord. Let it be to me according to thy word.

Help me not to step out of line. Because God

is not going to get out of line. You will. As

you sit here today, you're the one that may miss

it. God's not going to ever miss it. When God

speaks prophetically, and this church has always

been connected to the prophetical, it is your

and it is my responsibility to chase down every

promise of God. If he's spoken it, I go after

it absolutely like red hot poker, and I'm going

to get my life involved in what God said is going

to happen. I don't care what the critic says.

I don't care what the negative people say. I

don't care what the unbelievers say. When God

said it, that settles it for me, and I'm going

after it. Come on, give God a praise offering.

Glory to God. If I was going to title this message,

I would title it like this, The Riddle of My

Existence. You know, in Ecclesiastes 3, one of

those poetical chapters in the Bible, in verse

14 and 15, he says it like this. The preacher

says, I know that whatever God does, it shall

be forever. Nothing can be added to it. Nothing

can be taken from it. God does it that men should

fear before him. And here's the riddle. That

which is has already been. And what is to be

has already been. Boy, let me read that again.

He says, I know that whatever God does, it shall

be. Nothing can be added to it. Nothing taken

from it. God does it that men should fear before

him. And then he says, that which is has already

been. And what is to be has already been. It's

already in the eye of God. It's already happened.

Even though it hadn't happened for you yet, God

said it. That's why prophetic, you know, the

testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Come on, can I hear an amen? So that, you know,

when he speaks into your life prophetically,

it doesn't matter if it's already happened. As

far as God is concerned, it's already been. Now,

he says, In that last part of that verse. Now

God requires an account of what has passed. You

know you read the first 14 verses of chapter

3. And it's all verses of opposites. It says

there's a time to be born and then there's a

time to die. There's a time to come. There's

a time to go. There's a time to embrace and there's

a time to refrain from embracing. There's a time

to plant and there's a time to pluck up that

which is planted. And on and on and on. 14 different

opposites. And then he comes out with this. And

what he's saying, what happens in between the

beginning and the end really is of no consequence.

What is happening in your life from the beginning

and in between to the end, it really doesn't

matter. What matters is how you start and what

matters is how it ends. God said it. I'm going

to decide by what he says. It doesn't matter

what happens in between the planting and then

the plucking up. I know that God says, I know

what kind of plans I have for you. Plans to prosper

you. Plans to give you a future and a hope. Come

on, give God a praise offering. That's what he

says. You know, Pastor Brad, this one is really

for you. In fact, this message, God gave me this

message. I told him that. I told him that God

gave me this message like when you guys just

started working on this project. And I told him,

I said, whether you give me an offering or not,

I'm going to come and share that word with your

church. Honestly, this is really a word for you

and for all the people here. You can buy into

it. Say, we're going to buy into it. Though I

shared with Pastor Brad and with Pastor Jenny,

you can buy into it. God said to Jeremiah, before

I formed you and your mother's womb, I knew you

and I called you. I want you to think about that.

Wait a minute. You've read that before, but just

think about it again. He says, before. I even

formed you in your mother's womb. I already talked

with you. Before you were formed, Pastor Brad,

God said, before you were formed in your mother

and her womb, I already called you. I already

spoke to you. I hear people say, you know, I'm,

you know, I'm. I come from my parents. No, you

don't. You just come through your parents. You

come from God. God decided before you came into

your mother's womb. Who you're going to be. What

you can be. He put purpose in your life. He already

decided what you and your family can be like.

God decided how this thing is going to end. God

decided that you will not be a failure. No weapon

that is formed against you can prosper. All you

got to do is embrace the promises of God Almighty.

Come on. Give God a praise offering. Glory to

God. So before I was in my mama, I was in God.

Sorry, mama. God was first. I am from God. Look

at somebody and say, I am from God. Prophetical.

I think one of the great examples, and I think

that will really apply here today so well, this

morning at 5 o 'clock God gave me this one. In

2 Chronicles 20, well -known verse from verse

10 to 14. You remember this is the time when

they were in exile. This is the time when things

were not going well for Israel and for Judah.

And then in the middle of or in the midst of

their captivity, verse 10 says, this is what

the Lord says. When 70 years are completed for

Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my good

promise to you. To bring you back to this place.

For I know the plans I have for you declares

the Lord. Plans to prosper you. Not to harm you.

Plans to give you a hope and a future. Then you

will call on me. And come and pray to me. And

I will listen to you. You will seek me and find

me. When you seek me with all your heart. I will

be found by you declares the Lord. This is in

the beginning of the captivity. God says it will

not end their way. It will end my way. Come on.

A praise offering. Glory to God. This is the

word that God has for you guys here at the church.

God says in verse 17, this battle is not yours.

Jenny, you listened to me this morning. I felt

like crying it out there when that beautiful

song was being sung. And Rick was just absolutely

in such a wonderful anointing just declaring

the pioneer song. I felt like just holding you

and saying, this fight is not yours to fight.

This battle belongs to the Lord. Now listen what

verse 17 says, and this is for the church. God

says, You will not have to fight this battle.

And then he gives three instructions. Number

one, everybody say number one. Take up your positions.

Number two, stand firm. And then number three,

open your eyes and see the Lord. See, what happens

so oftentimes, we open our eyes to see the enemy.

We open our eyes to see opposition. God says,

open your eyes and see the Lord. God is involved

in this one. He says, number one, take up your

positions. Very important that you understand

that God has purpose laid out for you this morning.

And whether you believe that this is a word from

God, it does not matter. You'll see that it is.

And there's some that needs to hear this. Maybe

you're listening by way of the internet. Maybe

you're here in the house. There's some that have

dared to stretch their hand out in the wrong

direction. God says, I will take that which was

substance in your life and I will let it run

out like water into the sand and you will become

nothing. If you stretch your hand out to my servant

or to those that I've called. Do not do that.

I mean do not do that. If he does something wrong.

God will give him a spanking. Amen. Don't you

dare stretch your hand out. Because this is a

God appointed thing that's happening here. This

is. This is more than you. This is more than

me. This is God. Amen? Just take up your positions.

You know, that's I just did a teaching for in

Tennessee for what's his name now? Whatever.

They wanted me to teach on I said, here's the

thing. You have to understand that if you want

to deal in the spiritual realm, you have to understand

authority. It's like in the military zone. I

mean, you have to understand authority. You cannot.

go and overstep somebody else to just get your

voice make your voice heard you got to make it

go within the ranks of authority even even michael

when he wanted to rebuke lucifer could not do

so because lucifer michael was an archangel lucifer

was a cherubim higher in rank and he said the

lord rebuke you understand it's very important

we have to understand there's high levels of

authority. And God wants you to take up your

position. Wherever you are appointed in this

place, in this town, in this ministry, take up

your position. Understand authority. Live where

God wants you to live. Move where God wants you

to move. Don't go further. Don't go beneath.

Do what God wants you to do. Come on, can I hear

an amen? And then number two is you have to stand

firm. This is not your arrival. Don't think for

one minute you've arrived because you've come

into this beautiful place. This is just a facade.

This is not your arrival point. The glory is

not in what you see around you here. The glory

is in the Lord. Amen? Now, you know, and I know

that your future has always been attached. Your

future must be attached to what God says. Look

at somebody say, your future must be attached

to what God says. Hallelujah. Glory to God. It's

so important to find out what does God say. When

you're in trouble, find out what does God say.

When you have a problem, go to God. Find out

what does God say. In this service this morning,

God is going to heal a lot of people. You know,

because that's what he does. God heals people.

Amen? And so you prepare yourself. I'm going

to receive my healing from the Lord here in this

service this morning. But also I'm going to receive

an answer from God. The Lord. Today. Amen. So

I'm going to receive an answer from the Lord.

That man with the gray shirt sitting there. Here,

wave at me. Sir, no, don't look. No, the gray

shirt. There, you. Was there a lady that just

sat next to you earlier on? Somebody. Was there

a man with a gray shirt behind you? I saw somebody

with a gray shirt behind. Behind there, is there

somebody that sat there and then left somewhere?

Your husband. That's right. God says I must tell

you something. Somebody tried to write in the

record of your life and made you feel like God

is not coming through for you. God says I must

tell you. I'm going to blot that out. I will

write my own words. Because I know what kind

of plans I have for you and your family. Do not

think for one minute that I have not heard your

prayer. Do not think for one minute that I did

not hear you when you even sighed and didn't

even know how to pray. I am the Lord thy God.

I'm the one that started the work in you. I'm

going to finish this to the end, says the Lord.

Come on, give God a praise offering. Hallelujah.

And Portia, I just feel like I have a word for

you too before I share with pastor. You've needed

a word. God says, I must tell you, I've always

surrounded you with people. I've always surrounded

you with people that were there to strengthen

you. I can give you a Michelle anytime you need

one. I can give you a Katie anytime you need

one. Whatever you need, the Lord says, I can

give to you. If you need a Jan, I can give you

a Jan. I can give you a Jenny wherever you go,

even if you go on the remotest place. I will

place those around you that you have need of.

Know this, even though at times I alter your

direction from point A to point Z and take you

from A to C first, and then first back to X.

It doesn't matter. You will reach Z where I planned

it for and nothing will change, says the Lord.

That which I've spoken, I will make it come to

pass. Do not be afraid. Do not look anxiously

over your shoulder this way or that way. I am

leading you with my hand, says the Lord, and

I'll draw a line for you to walk upon. Only walk

upon it. Amen. Give the Lord a praise offering.

Pastor Brad, God gave me a prophecy for you and

your wife. And I've said all of this before I

pray for the sick. I wrote this down because

I didn't want to get it wrong. This morning early,

the Lord gave me a prophecy for you and for your

wife. And here it is. The word of the Lord that's

coming to Brad and Jen, and this is what it says.

Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.

Before you were born, I set you apart. And I

appointed you as a prophet and a voice to my

people. You know what it means to be filled with

my purpose and yet at times you have opened your

heart to fear. I've spoken to you in visions,

in prophecies. Through my words and through those

I have placed in your life, and yet I find you

sitting down like an Elijah of old in the desert,

thinking you have no future at times. Why would

you doubt my call in your life when the Jezebels

or any other whoremonger seeks your demise? It'll

never change. It'll always be like that. Make

your way towards the Lord every time. I called

you and I placed purpose in your life, says the

Lord. Brad, the Lord says this to you. You must

go wherever I send you. You must do whatever

he tells you to do. Look around you. Have I not

surrounded you with faithful servants who are

willing to break through the enemy camp when

I tell them to? Those are the ones that God surrounded

you with. Do not be afraid of your enemy. Do

not be afraid of what they can do to you. Because

they can do nothing to you unless the Lord allows

it. Do not look at yourself with disdain because

others have exposed your nakedness. I will now

reveal their nakedness. And I will deal with

them in my own time, in my own way. Trust in

me with all your might. You cannot lead my people

with fear filling your heart. You cannot lead

if you don't trust. You cannot lead if you don't

know how to follow. Only do not try to do the

work of the laborer, neither the work of the

scribe. Although you like to dance with the music

when the music plays and sing when I fill your

heart with praise. You are not the musician.

Neither are you the builder. Thank God for that.

Today, I will again magnify my purpose in your

life. I have put my words in your mouth. And

the word of the Lord came to me. He said, what

do you see, Jeremiah? That comes right out of

the book of Jeremiah. What do you see, Jeremiah?

Today God is saying to you, what do you see,

Brad? Open your eyes and see that the pot is

boiling. But this will not be a pot for disaster,

as in the day of Jeremiah. for preparation of

that which I have preordained according to my

own timetable. And Jenny, this is for you. The

Lord removes the dark blots out of your mind

that once was placed there by a false prophet.

Many have not been able to understand the song

that I have placed in your heart because of the

folly in their own ways. You've broken free from

the secure surroundings of your mother's chamber

in search of me. You've cried out to the watchmen

around you in search of your beloved. But oftentimes

you found no good news about your beloved amongst

them who are on the walls. It is because they

don't know me like you know me, Jenny. They don't

have their eyes on my movements. Their hearts

are filled with jealousy, and they paint their

eyes with false tears. Come away, my love. Sit

in the shadow of my covering, and I will fill

your heart with the nectar of my love, says the

Lord. Do not seek me amongst those who do not

seek me. This day, I break the shackles from

your spirit that was placed there by the reckless

and by the jealous. I will give my peace to you

and not as the world gives, but I will give you

a peace that passes all understanding. Come on,

give the Lord a praise offering. Glory to God.

A few years ago, God spoke to me about the revival.

You know, I'm a revivalist. My desire, my quest

is for revival. That's why I so enjoyed the service

last night, Brother Rick. And I enjoyed it this

morning because I can tell your spirit is like

mine, interwoven in the honeycombs of the Holy

Spirit. I can tell that your hands are dripping

with honey. And that honey is only found in the

carcasses of yesterday's battles. And you wear

them with honor. There's no worms in your hands.

Even though you are not near perfect. And I haven't

spoken to your wife. But I believe that God is

going to call you to even higher places. And

somehow, your voice will even be observed by

Muslims. The Muslims will hear your voice. Muslims

will actually hear. and be attracted by the sound

of your voice. Come on, give the Lord a hand

of praise. And, you know, when I speak about

revival, I've always said, you know, it's going

to come from the West Coast. I am convinced of

that because all truths are paralleled. We sit

there in the central... part of the United States

and on the East Coast. And we hear about all

these fires that are burning. It's symbolic of

what is about to happen. God is about to ignite

fires that this world had never seen before.

And it's going to start here on the West Coast.

And I believe that this is one of those places

that he has brought up for a place of preparation.

Yeah, come on. Praise him. Glory to God. A fire.

And a few weeks ago, I was just totally minding

my own business when God all of a sudden just

called me one side and gave me the most incredible

vision. And I called Pastor Brad, and in fact,

I texted him, and I told him about it, and I

want to share it with you today. I saw Pastor

Brad on his knees praying. You know how he is.

You know, he really doesn't know how to pray.

He always prays in tongues. But he was just praying

in tongues, praying in tongues. You know how

it is. Sometimes you pray in tongues because

you don't know how to pray because there's so

much that's coming against you. And I saw that.

I saw how you were praying in tongues because

you didn't know how else to pray. You've tried

everything. You've tried this plan and that plan.

You've tried this approach and that approach

and still they've turned away and turned away

from you. I've said to the Lord before, I said,

God, surely Brad is not all that bad. I know.

That is your child. I know him because he's my

friend. I've walked close to him. I've watched

him cry. I've watched him deal with some of his

problems. He's extremely stubborn. But only until

he gets to the presence of the Lord. I've seen

that. Now I've seen him on his face or on his

knees just praying. And then all of a sudden,

as my vision changed, and all of a sudden, God

showed me the next scene. And all of a sudden,

his entire being was soaked and dripping with

the presence and the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

And God was just absolutely just overwhelming

him with the Holy Spirit. And then as I looked

around him, all of a sudden I saw the room in

which he was praying suddenly filled with angels.

And these angels were walking, you know how stewards,

you know, a waitress walks with a tray like this.

And they have, you know, just to show off, you

know, they walk with their trays like this. And

they have glasses on there and, you know, snacks

and so on. And I saw the angels showing off around

him. Just walking like this with trays all around.

And it had everything on there, on those trays,

that he was going to need for what is going to

happen here. And God says, I must tell you. I

will send ministry spirits to meet every need

that you have to fulfill the task that I've laid

before you in Harrisburg and Oregon and on this

West Coast. Come on, give God a praise. Now,

let me just share one more thing, and that is

this. And this is for you. As you sit there today,

I want you to understand that each and every

one of us, you included, you know, you have two

incredible forces inside you. It's been put inside

you. It's not something that you had to work

for. It's just there. The one is faith. It's

been given to you by God. It's a gift. Everyone

have received a measure of faith. Everyone, as

you sit there today, God gave it to you. And

it's powerful. I mean, Jesus said, just faith

the size of a mustard seed can move a mountain.

There's some of you sitting here today and you

have all sorts of problems that God is going

to change for you. But you have to call on faith.

The other force that is inside of you is unbelief.

Fear. A powerful force. It can make you sick.

It can kill you. It can alter the course of your

family. It can destroy everything around you.

And it's inside you. You have to decide which

one are you going to activate. You decide here

today with no matter what is going on in your

life, around you, around your family, your business,

your finances, in your body. You decide. Which

one are you going to activate? Are you going

to believe the voice of fear and then turn and

show your heels and run? Or are you going to

summon... deep down inside of you and embrace

that God -given gift called faith and say to

yourself, I know in whom I have believed and

I know he who started the work is going to finish

the work and I know what he said. He is my healer.

He is the one in whom there is life eternal.

Come on, give God a praise offering. That's who

he is. That's who he is. Everybody say, that's

who he is. Come on, say it out loud. That's who

he is. Glory to God. And you decide. I close

with this. You know, years ago, my sister, two

of my sisters, my younger sisters got involved

in a horrible situation. The one got killed in

a head -on collusion. And in the car with her

was my other sister's oldest daughter, and they

both got killed. Then as we did the funeral,

my youngest sister was there at the funeral.

And as we came out of the cemetery, word got

to her that her only other daughter tried to

commit suicide. And they found her too late.

She rushed to the hospital and then... Later

on, she called me and she was filled with so

much distress. And she said, the doctor said

that she will never recover again. They found

her too late. They pumped out her stomach, but

it was too late. I made my way to the hospital

and when I got there, Annie was standing outside

the hospital waiting. A typical mother that was

filled with so much terror. The oldest daughter

had just been killed by a drunk driver. And now

the only other child, daughter, about to become

a vegetable. And when I got out of my car, I'll

never forget the expression in her face. And

she was hysterical. And I went and stood in front

of her and I grabbed her by the shoulders and

I said, today you decide what you're going to

believe. It's in your hand. You decide. It's

not up to the enemy. It's not up to the doctors.

Come on, can I hear an amen? And we're not denying,

you know, their knowledge about things, but it's

not up to them. I said, today you decide whether

it's going to be God or whether it's going to

be death. And she took her glasses off, and I

can see her still today when she straightened

her shoulders. She wiped the tears from her face

like that, and she said, let's go and get her.

Hallelujah. Come on, somebody just praise him.

My God. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. I'll never forget

when we walked into the hospital room, and there

was a nurse there, and she politely asked the

nurse, would you please? Give us some quiet time.

And you need to close that door because this

is going to be loud. And she went and stood on

the other side of the bed and me on this side.

And she told me, I believe God. The doctors already

told her that she would never come out of that

coma. And as we called upon God. That little

girl, well, then she was already a teenager,

stretched her hand out and touched her mama's

hand and said, mommy. And today she has four

children living right here in the United States.

God is God. The Lord is God. Oh, come on. Come

on. Stand with me, will you please? Go ahead

and just stand with me. Oh, come on, just praise

Him some more. My Lord. You know, I want you,

I want you, I want you to remain standing. I

want you to understand there's nothing so powerful

as when God's people make up their mind, the

Lord is God. Do you hear me when I say it? When

God's people make up their mind, The Lord, He

is God. This message is being heard all over

the United States today. And I'm hoping that

some of my friends in Dallas are hearing this.

When the pastor called there and he told me financially

how their church is just struggling. And I went

in there and I shared with him a message on faith.

And I said, it's up to you. You can turn this

thing around. God is going to turn this thing

around. The tithe income, the pastor said. Church

with about 250, 300 people. They tied income

like $4 ,000 or $5 ,000 a week. Couldn't make

it with that. That morning, God turned it around.

When the people decided, God is in this thing.

We received an offering that morning of $52 ,000.

But not just that. But you know what happened?

God turned that thing around for them. They live

on a hill. They're in Dallas, the only hill I

think in Dallas. And the gas company the following

week called the church and said, we think there's

gas on this mountain. And if it is, you'll never

look back again. When you let us drill and they

found several holes overflowing with gas. And

that church is just absolutely flourishing right

now. Hey, listen. You know, there's a big debt

that needs to be settled on this thing. And everybody

look at me right now. Say, God is going to do

it. Come on, say it right now. Say, God is going

to do it. I want you to say it in faith right

now. You know, we decide what are we going to

summon from inside. I want you to do something

today. You may have to struggle to get here,

but I want you to. Just believe God today, and

I hope this is okay with you, Pastor. Before

I pray for the sick, I just feel in my spirit,

God wants me to do this. And it's not just for

my sake, it's for your sake. I mean, it's not

for my sake, not for their sake, but for your

sake. I'm not receiving an offering. Who's going

to join her? Just walk out here, ride out and

check. Make it big. Make it big and come and

put an offering here and say, I'm buying into

that prophecy. The Lord is in charge of this

house. Come on. Come right down here right now

and come and bring it in the name of Jesus. Come,

write out a check and say, my God. You understand?

This is where you find out if people really believe
