Shiffy and their grandson Aaron which is Shiffy
-
and Rocky's son and then Rocky. So would you
-
welcome the whole family again as Pastor Tony
-
and Neelam come. God bless you. Come on up. Come
-
on up family. words and then Aaron and Alan and
-
Chiffy, they will lead us in a song and I'll
-
come and share with you what the Lord is doing
-
in India. Praise the Lord. I certainly want to
-
glorify the name of the Lord and want to thank
-
Pastor Brad for giving this opportunity to come
-
and minister. I'm so thankful to the Lord for
-
taking good care of us back in India. And thankful
-
to all the people who have been standing with
-
us all over these years. It's because your support,
-
your help has enabled us to reach the country
-
of India and to save many souls. God is on the
-
move in India. Miracles are happening each day.
-
Young men and women are standing and taking the
-
baton to serve the Lord and we glorify the name
-
of the Lord. God is pouring down his spirit,
-
chains have been broken, healing has been done
-
in a tremendous way. People are getting healed
-
from cancer and AIDS and tumors are falling down
-
and blinds are seeing, you know, lame are walking
-
and we see the gospel real in the country of
-
India. Just recently, 15 days back, there's a
-
young guy who went to a new city called Gonda
-
and he was preparing himself, fasting and praying.
-
He said, Lord, you have chosen me to serve thee
-
and I want to serve thee with all my heart. And
-
as he went to the city of Gonda, there was a
-
lady whom God was talking and she said, God told
-
her that she's going to send a young man to serve
-
the Lord in this city who will... Who God will
-
use in miracles. And in the first meeting. He
-
started praying for the sick. And sick got healed.
-
And the name of the Lord be glorified. Very soon
-
we will have a big church there. And we will
-
glorify the name. So God is on the move. Keep
-
praying for us. We need your prayers. And I am
-
so thankful to the Lord. Again. One more time.
-
This is the time for our family. Which God and
-
God's people have given us. You know this one
-
and a half month. We will be in America. And
-
this is a great time. Since the time Rockies
-
got married. It's almost 10 years. Aaron will
-
be 10 years. We have never been together as a
-
family for one and a half months. So I want to
-
glorify the name of the Lord. For he does wonders.
-
And we are really enjoying. Enjoying the presence
-
of the Lord. God's people are taking good care
-
of us. We want to thank you Smuckers. We are
-
really, really enjoying. Beyond our expectations.
-
We are so happy. And I am like, you know, I love
-
to work, work, work as many people know. And
-
I enjoy that serving the Lord. But here as if
-
I have nothing to do, I'm just eating and relaxing
-
and laughing and praying and praising the name
-
of the Lord. Thank you very much for having this
-
one more time. I would like to share just one
-
verse this morning. As we all go to the church,
-
we love to come to the church and it is good
-
to come to the church and serve the Lord. There
-
are many people who come and go, come and go.
-
It's like a ritual or customary that we come
-
and go with our families and serve the Lord.
-
But many a times while even serving the Lord,
-
so many times we are so distressed. We are so
-
upset. We are so full of sorrow inside that we
-
really do not know how to deal with. People look
-
up to us because they are expecting few things
-
from us because we are on a... On a level, we
-
have been given a position and we are not able
-
to share our heart with anybody. Inside our hearts,
-
we are so troubled and we do not know what to
-
do, who to go and share. People will say, oh,
-
you're a leader. Oh, you have a position and
-
you are going through all this. What is this?
-
We feel ashamed to share our problems with us.
-
And one after another, one after another, our
-
heart becomes so sorrowful, so upset. When I
-
was going through this word, Psalm 94, 19. I
-
read and it says, in the multitude of my anxieties
-
within me, within us, we get so troubled. We
-
get so sorrowful. We get so upset. One after
-
another problem. One after another. Our family
-
problem. Our spouse's problem. Our kids' problem.
-
Problem regarding our court cases. Problem regarding
-
our jobs. You name things one after another,
-
one after another. How long, Lord? How long will
-
I have to go and suffer? How long will this carry
-
on? One after another, we get tired. We get tired.
-
We try to give it up. So many people, if we read
-
in newspapers, so many people are committing
-
suicide back in India. Why? You're doing PhD.
-
You're doing MBA. You are going to become a CEO
-
of a company. But what happened? All of a sudden,
-
this great man who people are looking up to has
-
committed suicide. gone into depression. What's
-
going on? Nobody knows what's the problem. The
-
problem is there is so much trouble inside. Outside
-
when people see us, they feel, oh, you're great.
-
Wow, you've got such a big house. Wow, you've
-
got everything in life to enjoy with. Everything
-
is taken care of. It seems very good from outside.
-
But sometimes when you talk to people, when you
-
put your hand on their shoulder, they have trouble
-
inside. They have problems inside that they cannot
-
share. And here the Swami says, in the multitude
-
of my anxieties within me, where to go, what
-
to do? We look to some people, they fail us.
-
We go from one corner to another corner. We go
-
asking people, telling people, and all these
-
things, you know. They multiply within us. The
-
problem. Oh, I shared. I shared my problem with
-
somebody. And look, they were laughing. She went
-
and shared with somebody else. We are scared
-
to confess to anybody. But I want to tell you
-
a good news. If you confess in the Lord, you
-
say, but thy comfort delight my heart. No matter
-
how much troubled we are. No matter how much.
-
In other translation, it says, when I was upset.
-
And beside, you calmed me. So many people try
-
to tell us so many things, but our heart never
-
seems to be calmed down. But there's a God in
-
heaven who is real, who cares for us. He calms
-
us down. Not only calms us down, but he says,
-
and cheered me up. It's easy to calm down, but
-
who can cheer me up? It's only the presence of
-
the Lord who can cheer me up. It's only the presence
-
of the Lord. No matter how much, how many years
-
we have been coming to the church. I was just
-
thinking about this lady, Hannah. She was regularly
-
coming as customary with her family to the house
-
of God. Once a year they used to come and offer
-
their offering. And she kept coming and coming
-
and coming. But the word of God tells us every
-
time she came and went back, her heart was troubled
-
all the more. And she was so sad for many days
-
that she would not even eat her food. Her husband
-
tried to tell her, oh, come on, come on, be cheerful.
-
Am I not like seven sons to you? Why do you cry?
-
No, but she was so troubled inside. She was so
-
upset inside in spite of all the problems. Her
-
adversaries were teasing her. When we walk a
-
Christian life, we go through many adversaries.
-
We go to many people who just tease us. We just
-
don't know what to do. We are so troubled inside.
-
The good thing is she kept coming to the Lord.
-
My dear friends, it was very good. Even if we
-
have troubles, keep coming to the Lord. And one
-
day when the spirit of the Lord touches you,
-
when the spirit of the Lord touch Hannah, then
-
the word of God says, and the priest said, go,
-
your prayers have been answered. And the word
-
of God tells us she rose. She got up. She ate
-
her food. And her countenance was never sad again.
-
Hallelujah. I'm talking about today. If you come
-
to the Lord and your countenance is sad, you
-
are troubled inside. There's nothing nobody can
-
do to you. But there is a God in heaven who's
-
promising you today. If you're troubled inside,
-
if you have a lot of problems within, you're
-
not able to share. Come on, let's give your life
-
to the Lord. Ask him. He will take it and not
-
only calm you down, but he will fill your heart
-
with joy. Hallelujah. Amen. Presence of the Lord
-
is here. And in this meeting, the Spirit of the
-
Lord is really moving. It's moving. Holy Spirit
-
is moving. And expect great miracles. God has
-
already touched a few people. And God is going
-
to touch many more this morning. May the Lord
-
bless you. Yes, Lord. Good morning. And as we
-
say in India, in ABC, praise the Lord. And I
-
always say that I believe what God has called
-
us to do, not just to say it, but to really praise
-
God in all our circumstances. Amen? I guess we
-
need a bigger amen to that. Psalms 29 and verse
-
9. And you know, the second part of this verse
-
in the KJV version says, and in his temple, does
-
everyone speak of his glory? A lot of translations
-
say they speak glory, but I like this translation
-
very much. It says, in his temple, in the temple
-
of the Lord, everyone speaks of his glory. And
-
I believe we need to tell ourselves that in his
-
temple, all we will say. It's about the glory
-
of Jesus. Not just in the church. But the word
-
says we are the temple of the Lord. And you know
-
church, whatever we say in our hearts should
-
be about glorifying Jesus. Nothing else but only
-
about glorifying Jesus. But that's what we have
-
been created to do. Is glorify him wherever we
-
are in all times. and all times and all circumstances.
-
For he deserves all glory and all honor. Amen.
-
So let's start glorifying him for that's what
-
he has made us. Thank you Jesus. Just thank him
-
for one thing that you remember that he has done
-
good to you. Think about maybe a healing, maybe
-
a provision. Thank you for your fathers. Thank
-
you for your parents. Thank you. As a sacrifice
-
of thanksgiving. All what we have and all we
-
are. Is just his grace and grace alone. Thank
-
you Jesus. Thank you Lord. And it's going to
-
be an entirely new area. And we just got it.
-
And we started church on the 12th of this month.
-
And our pastor went there. and they're not careful
-
Therefore arise. Yes. Go over this Jordan. You
-
and all these people. Yes. Into the land that
-
I am giving to them. Yes. To the people of Israel.
-
Yes. Third verse. Every place that the sole of
-
your foot will tread upon. Yes. I have given
-
to you. Very good. I will give to you. I have
-
given to you. You're the one. No election. I've
-
chosen you. Final. Nobody as good as you. I've
-
done it. Fifth verse. No man shall be able to
-
stand before you. No man will be able to stand.
-
It's all done. I have already given you enough
-
strength, power. You take your sword and you
-
start getting victory. Verse 6. Be strong. But
-
still, you cannot afford to be weak. You got
-
to be strong. Verse 6. Listen to this. Verse
-
8. Sorry, verse 8. This book of the law. Shall
-
not depart from your mouth. I have decided that
-
you are going to be the leader. I have made you.
-
The head. You are going to go. Wherever the.
-
Soul of your feet will tread. I have already
-
given that land to you. But still I want to warn
-
you. That you have to listen to each word. That
-
is written in this book. Folks. On the father's
-
day. The message of the father is. Even though
-
I have chosen you. I have selected you. You are
-
a born again man. I have given you my spirit.
-
I like you. I love you. I have given you a task
-
to do. You are a Sunday school teacher. You are
-
an elder. You are a deacon. You are a pastor.
-
I have chosen you to go and evangelize. You are
-
giving. You are going to make a lot of money.
-
And be a big businessman. And you are going to
-
extend the kingdom of God. But while doing all
-
these things. I want you to be vigilant. Careful.
-
I want you to be cautious. Strong. Watch up.
-
Because God intends, wants, desires for us to
-
complete the task. Do the job that we have called
-
for. We remember in the New Testament there is
-
a mention of three guys getting talent. One got
-
two, the other got five. And the third one got
-
only one talent. And you know what happened.
-
The guy who got. Two talents. The guy who got
-
two talents. He worked hard. He was vigilant.
-
He was very careful. He remembered everything
-
master told him. He did it. And then when master
-
came. Master cheered him up. And master said.
-
Just go and rule on two cities. Not on two villages.
-
On two cities. Oh that's a big. Big authority.
-
On two cities on the head. I can do anything
-
in two cities. The other guy was made in charge
-
over five cities. And the third guy. He was bound.
-
And he was thrown in the darkness. And he was
-
called wicked. Even though he was chosen by the
-
master. And he was given a talent. Many times
-
we are chosen by God. And God loves us and has
-
given us the talent. And by not doing that what
-
we have been called for. And what God intends.
-
Instead we start thinking so many other things.
-
The guy instead of doing the job that he had
-
been given. He started thinking, my master is
-
not very good. You know, he's going to ask his
-
talent back. And suppose I lose money while using
-
this talent. What will I do? What will I say?
-
And he started thinking so many other things.
-
And not worried about doing what he was supposed
-
to do. He hid the talent. Folks, you and I are
-
continuing. To do the task that we are called
-
for. Even though God has chosen us. He has liked
-
us. He has given us a new birth. He has filled
-
me with the Holy Spirit. But there is something
-
that the Father is saying. That I want you to
-
do. I want you to be vigilant. I want you to
-
be careful. I want you to be cautious. I want
-
you to watch out. And church. You have a task
-
given to you. And you are going to touch the
-
whole world. People are going to go from here
-
and touch the other part of the world. Elton
-
and Heather came to India. We have never ever
-
experienced anything like this with the children.
-
Children were crying and weeping and repenting.
-
Making place to serve the Lord. Like never before.
-
Why? Because some people were faithful. Even
-
though they knew that God has called them. But
-
they were strong in taking. A trip to India.
-
Folks, you have been called for something very...
-
I want you to read the scripture. And this is
-
Luke's Gospel, 8th chapter, 15th verse. Luke's
-
Gospel, 8th chapter, and 15th verse. Listen to
-
this one. Luke 8, 15. Yes. As for that in the
-
good soil... As for that in the good soil...
-
There are those... There are those... Who hearing
-
the word... Now, you know that the sower... sowed
-
the seed in four different kind of ground. The
-
stony ground, thorns, roadside, and good ground.
-
As for those who were sown in the good ground,
-
the same seed was sown everywhere. But the ones
-
that were sown in good ground, what was the goodness
-
of the ground? I want to show you. What is the
-
goodness? You say, God, I want to be good ground.
-
You can pray two hours. Lord, I want to be a
-
good ground. But what was the goodness of good
-
ground? Listen to this. On those who hearing
-
the word. Now, these are the good grounds with
-
those who hear the word. Hold it fast. What?
-
Hold it fast. After you hear the word, the enemy.
-
They burst in the air like other ground. They
-
want to come and snatch it from you. Not only
-
after you go out of the building, they will snatch
-
many times while you're still sitting in the
-
building and the word of God is preached to you.
-
They burst in your mind. I'm not going to give
-
my money. I'm not a servant. I cannot accept
-
this. Maybe you are a pastor, but I've got my
-
own business. I've earned my money. This is my
-
money. The birds don't only come when you hit
-
the road. Let me tell you, lots of birds even
-
enter in the church building. While you hear
-
the word of God, those that have good ground,
-
what do they do when they get the word of God?
-
They tightly hold it. This is the word of vigilance.
-
Oh, I don't want birds to take it. I don't want
-
a stone to kill it. I don't want anybody to stop
-
what I'm hearing. You hear the word of God. Many
-
times the word of God comes to you to change
-
you, transform you, and to enable you to do the
-
task that God wants or heaven wants you to do.
-
But those that were in good ground, what was
-
their goodness? They heard the word and they
-
tightly held it up. Okay. In an honest and good
-
heart. Not a wonderful ear. Beautiful ear. It's
-
good. Your ears are beautiful. You have some
-
earrings. Maybe you have a very good sound system.
-
So you can hear it good. But I'm talking about
-
something different. I'm talking about honest.
-
Are you honest to yourself? When the word of
-
God, same word of God is preached to everybody.
-
Somebody becomes Billy Graham and somebody ends
-
up in alcohol. Same church people who go to same
-
church. Don't blame God. It's your job. It's
-
you to be vigilant. It's you to be strong. It's
-
you to watch up and be careful. When the word
-
of God is given to you, you have to hold it.
-
You have to safeguard it. Then what happens when
-
you safeguard it? It goes deep down into you
-
and then brings forth fruit. And you start flourishing.
-
Your children start flourishing. Your family
-
becomes a blessing. Your church becomes a blessing.
-
God has chosen you. The word of the father was
-
to the son. Son, I know you're a great man. You're
-
a very intelligent man. You want to do things
-
for God. I know God has chosen you. He said no
-
to me. I wanted to build a house. And he said
-
no. But God said, your son, I know God wants
-
you to do it. But you will not be able to do
-
until you are vigilant. Until you are careful.
-
Now listen to this. 1 Peter 5 .7. 1 Peter 5 .7.
-
And then. 1 Peter 5 .8. 1 Peter 5 .7. Listen
-
to this. Casting all your anxieties on him. Casting
-
all your anxieties on him. You have got nothing
-
to do. Nothing left to do. You can go back home.
-
Sleep. Casting all your anxieties on him. Because
-
he cares for you. Because he cares. So you don't
-
have to care for yourself. Is that written there?
-
Casting all your care. Now if that was it. Listen
-
to the next verse. The next verse. Be sober minded.
-
You give your cares to God. And say to God. God
-
take everything. You do it. But you got to do
-
something in your mind. While you have already
-
asked God to do it. You have casted your cares
-
upon him. And you asked him to do it. He said
-
I will do it. Don't worry. But still have some
-
work to do. And that is in your mind. You have
-
to be sober mind. Don't get entangled. And don't
-
get involved in the rotten things. That will
-
kill the word of God. And kill your prayers.
-
And you will not be able to do anything. Even
-
though you have prayed. And God said I will take
-
care of you. But still God will not be able to
-
take care of you. Because the mind is not sober.
-
Listen to this. Be a sober mind. Be watchful.
-
Now, after you prayed a prayer, after the answer
-
came from God, don't worry. I'm going to take
-
care of it. You've been successful. You prayed
-
for this lady. She's going to be healed. Don't
-
worry. You're praying for your brother. Your
-
brother is going to come to me. Answer from heaven
-
is yes. But your work is not finished. You've
-
got to be vigilant. You've got to be careful.
-
You've got to be... Of good conscience. I want
-
you to read this one. Paul is writing a letter
-
to Corinth. Church of Corinth. Gives a letter
-
from Paul. And Paul has written this. 1 Corinthians
-
16 chapter 9th verse. 1 Corinthians 16 chapter
-
9th verse. 1 Corinthians 16 chapter 9th verse.
-
Listen to this one. For a wide door. What kind
-
of door? Say a wide door. Okay. For effective
-
work. Not only. Effective work. A lot of children
-
in ministry. A lot of youth. A lot of born again
-
experiences. A lot of water baptism. A lot of
-
Holy Spirit baptism. A lot of tent conventions.
-
A lot of church establishment. A lot of healing.
-
Effective work is there. Paul is writing church.
-
A white door is open. What else? Effective work
-
has opened to me. Effective work is open to me.
-
And he said, my work is finished. I'm going to
-
sleep. Listen to this. And there are many adversaries.
-
But there are many adversaries. He said, even
-
though the building is completed. Even though
-
the debt is paid. Even though we got the pianos
-
and we got the building and we got the park and
-
we got armies and we got preachers, we got youth.
-
But there is still a lot of enemies that will
-
try to destroy the work. Paul, you got to be
-
very cautious. You got to be strong. You got
-
to be vigilant. You've got to be very careful.
-
And Paul says, even though big door is open,
-
I can go anywhere and preach. Many people are
-
coming to the Lord, but I know that I have many
-
enemies. Sister and brother, a man of God. And
-
a daughter of God, I'm talking to you. There
-
is a word that's coming on the Father's Day to
-
all the children. Even though God has chosen
-
you. God has selected you. You heard the voice
-
of God. And God loves you. But your work is not
-
finished. You've got to still be vigilant. And
-
when you hear something in your ear, be sober
-
in your mind. Take it in your heart. Say it in
-
your heart. Because the enemy is going to speak
-
against the word that you've received. Now listen
-
to this one. Jesus Christ said. As. A chicken.
-
Gathers. Its chicks. I wanted to gather you under
-
my wings. In such a way. Then do it. Why don't
-
you do it. Do it. You know what he said. The
-
second line you said, but you wouldn't. But you
-
wouldn't. And he said, I couldn't do it because
-
you wouldn't. He has desires to take you under
-
his wings. He wants to bless you. He wants to
-
bless your entire family, your business, your
-
husband, your wife, your children. He wants to
-
take a great work from you. But there are enemy
-
that is trying to reach your brain. There's enemy
-
trying to reach and snatch the. Seed that is
-
given to you instead of keeping inside your heart.
-
The enemy is wanting to snatch it from you. The
-
word from the father on the father's day is be
-
vigilant. Be careful. You know, we started a
-
small work in India. We had 33 people. And we
-
worked hard. Today we have 800 people and lots
-
of church building. At that time we had nothing.
-
Today we have a lot of things. But our work is
-
bigger today. Than at that time. Don't you think
-
that after things start happening. After heaven
-
starts being poured upon you. And God starts
-
hearing your prayer. And God says amen to you.
-
Don't worry. I'm there. I've heard your prayer.
-
Don't think that your work is finished. Church,
-
your work is not finished. You have to be more
-
vigilant. Because the work is bigger. Let me
-
talk to you about this. This is very good. I've
-
got two people. Whose name I've written here,
-
Elijah and Elisha. Both of them had a disciple
-
or a servant. And they had chosen them. They
-
have selected them. They must have chosen them
-
because of some good qualifications in them.
-
They were chosen. They were both chosen. But
-
one of them died with leprosy. And another one,
-
the other one operated in the double portion
-
of the master. Why? Because one of them, when
-
he was chosen, he was all the time thinking about
-
what can I get? What can I get? What can I get?
-
And there will be some people in this tendency
-
after God spreads his hand upon you and you're
-
chosen. And often, all the time, we keep thinking,
-
what can I get? What can I get? What can I get?
-
What can I get? And you know, I was amazed that
-
Naaman came to his master's house. And Naaman
-
left the house because master said, I'm not going
-
to take anything from you. So he ran after the
-
Naaman. He is running after Naaman. And he told
-
Naaman, Naaman, could you give me some gold?
-
Could you give me two pieces of clothing that
-
you brought? I was thinking, how does he know
-
that Naaman has brought some clothes? How does
-
he know that Naaman has got some gold? While
-
the master was busy in giving healing to... Elisha,
-
this guy was busy in inquiring from the servant.
-
Hey, what you people have brought? What's on
-
the chariot? What is your master doing? How much
-
money you got? Oh, they said we've got some gold
-
and some silver. Oh, you got gold and silver?
-
Sometimes, you know, when God chooses you for
-
something different, but you involve and engage
-
yourself in doing something different, inquiring
-
other things rather than inquiring about what
-
the will of God is. Running after the master?
-
No. Instead of running after the master, you're
-
running after Naaman. Now, there's another guy
-
who was chosen. He was asked, what do you want?
-
He said, nothing. I don't want anything from
-
you. I'm looking toward heaven. I want the double
-
portion that you got from heaven. I want its
-
double portion. Gehazi was looking to Naaman.
-
Elisha is looking to God. Gehazi got leprosy
-
and Elisha got the double portion. What are you
-
looking to? Are you looking to double portion?
-
When you get the double portion, you get the
-
double portion and you get everything else. But
-
it's very important for every individual, every
-
one of us to take heed. And be very careful as
-
to what we are after. People love you. People
-
respect you. Everybody says, hey, anything you
-
want, I will give you. But let's be after what
-
Master wants. We have been chosen to build the
-
house of God. And we need to continue to look
-
to God and say, God, I want to build your house.
-
Tell me, how do you want your house to be built?
-
You are asking, Brother Tony, how do you do it?
-
Very simple. Ask God to make you so humble that
-
you're down to earth. And continue to look to
-
heaven. By becoming down to earth man and by
-
connecting to God, you will be able to build
-
a house. You will be able to build exactly the
-
house that God wants and his presence will be
-
in the house. You will be able to be a person
-
in this church that God wants you to be. You
-
will exactly do the same thing in whichever area
-
God has selected and chosen you for. You'll be
-
down to earth after doing everything. You'll
-
say, I am not worthy. And when you're looking,
-
you're only looking to heaven. You're not looking
-
to any person. Father's message. To sons. Even
-
though I've selected you, chosen you. But don't
-
forget you have to take heed. Be cautious. Be
-
careful. Be vigilant. So that you are able to
-
do my work. May the Lord bless you. Thank you,
-
Pastor Tony. Let's just, as we're closing, I
-
want to remind you that after the service, to
-
my left, we're going to have altar ministry.
