good, isn't he? You draw near to him and we draw

near to him and he draws near to us. And most

of the time he meets us way more than halfway

in the middle, doesn't he? He comes where we

are. Tremendous times that we're living in right

now. A generation that's been foretold for a

long time. A generation that's a generation moving

into a destiny, standing on the threshold of

a time and a season, a threshold of a destiny

that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and it's

not ended into a heart or even able to understand

that which God has prepared for us, that love

Him, that wait upon Him. And it's a unique time

to be living in this time of destiny, standing

on this threshold. pursuing this prophetic mandate

that the Lord has for all of us. Decade of destiny,

a generation of destiny standing on this threshold.

And I said, Lord, what is this threshold that

we're standing on? And he said, you're the uttermost

generation. The uttermost generation. For I gave

my command to go out, preach the gospel in Jerusalem,

in Judea and Samaria and the... Uttermost parts

of you. So we've come to that place in time where

we're the uttermost. Uttermost generation. I

think that's awesome. I've been waiting upon

the Lord and listening to what he's had to say

about this house and your 16th anniversary and

how that you're a mature teenager now, ready

to go into this next season. The time. That's

pretty awesome, isn't it? Did you think that

you were a mature teenager? But you are. And

God's ready to utilize your youth and your passion

to bring you into the next step and stage of

your purpose. And to be focused for that. Because

that's what's coming. But there's much more coming.

Much more than you ever thought or imagined because

we're an uttermost generation. We're a generation

of destiny, of purpose. And no other generation

has come to this threshold of time that you and

I have come to. We're standing on this preface,

whatever that word is. Hallelujah. Thank you,

precipice. We're ready to step in. And you are

ready. That's what the Lord wants you to know.

You are ready. Everybody's tried to talk us out

of being ready. But we're ready. We're ready

to go. And so is this conference so aptly named

No More Delay because of that. No more delay.

No more delay. I heard that phrase interestingly

enough about Ten or so years ago, it actually

came into my spirit. I actually had an encounter

in regards to that. I actually spoke messages

about no more delay ten years ago. Isn't that

amazing? And I thought that we had made the decrees,

made the declarations, that we had done the right

things. We had said no more delay. And I believe

we did for that time, but guess what? About six,

eight months ago, guess what began to come back

into my spirit again? No more delay. No more

delay. Everywhere I went across the United States,

this is what the Lord would tell me. Tell the

people to decree no more delay. Tell all my people

to decree no more delay. For the Lord says that

I want you to say there's no more delay. There's

something that has to come up in our spirit.

There's something that has to put a voice to

frustration, to stalled out things, to things

that have been plans well made but not manifested.

There has to be a voice to that. A voice of your

heart, a voice from one who was born again of

the Spirit, a son and daughter of God with authority

to declare and to degree a thing until it's established.

So there's no more delay. That's this phrase

that keeps coming up in my spirit, man. I have

began to say that phrase again over my life,

over my ministry, over the church of the living

God, over everything that I see that is of the

Lord. I say, listen, I declare to you there's

no more delay on you. Begin to break the shackles,

break the chains, begin to loose things, begin

to move things. Come on. Begin to set things

free, put things in motion. So I want tonight

to talk to you about no more delay. I want to

address it historically from 10 years ago and

bring it up to speed right now because what began

to happen, interestingly enough, in 2006, 2007,

2008, I want you to know that when the church

was in the highest point of revival, it got shut

off. But it was never intended to be shut off.

And the Lord reminded me that that which got

shut off and shut down needs to be picked back

up, reconnected to, and brought forward and then

continued on. And his heart over that move of

God that began back in that time is no more delay

for it to come forward. It's a prophetic mandate.

It's something for our generation. So I'm going

to talk to you about a couple of encounters that

I had back in 2006. It was an incredible time

for me, 2006, 2007, 2008. Every single meeting

that I went to, nearly, God is my witness. There

were signs and wonders and miracles beyond, off

the hook, off the chart. People were healed.

Every kind of sign of heaven, miracle, manifestation

of heaven. Week after week after week, it was

effortless because we were just walking in this

mandate, this glory realm, this presence of God.

That's the truth. And I got to tell you, when

you step out of that and it shuts off, that's

kind of sad. It's like, what happened, God? I

mean, you start checking yourself. God, what

did I do? Did I sin? Did I, you know, grieve

the Holy Spirit? Lord, what have I done? How

come one minute I'm, you know, moving in this

glory realm, thinking this is never going to

stop, everything's awesome, and the next minute

it's like, shut out the light, the party's over

deal. I mean, you couldn't get a miracle, hardly

get a miracle. And I move in signs and wonders

and miracles. I move in healing anointing all

the time. Powerfully. I minister in the healing

anointing. I don't pray for the sick. I command

them and I move upon them. Other people pray

for the sick. I get that model. God bless you.

Keep doing it. I do not pray for the sick. Don't

ask me to pray for you. I will not pray for you

if you're sick. Are you kidding me? No. My anointing

is to command. My anointing is. To release the

presence of God upon you by speaking or laying

hands on you quickly. Now if you've got issues

of the soul and you can't get healed that way,

I understand. Sometimes you've got to work out,

you know, the issues of the soul. And that takes

prayer and intercession. But I work off of a

word of knowledge and that kind of a thing. So

I have a healing anointing. If you've been around

me and watched me, it comes right on me right

here. It just comes on me. I just got to come

up by you. If you got faith, you're healed just

that fast. My dear friend, Pastor Tony knows

that. We've done that together a number of times.

We're going to do it tomorrow night. Because

it's not me, it's the Lord. It's the anointing

of the Lord, right? I love that part. Angelic

visitation is nearly every week in 2006 for me.

Messages from heaven. My dear friends Larry and

Penny are here. They used to attend when I pastored

a church over in Redmond, Oregon. And every week

they'd get a fresh, like a message from angelic

Rome out of heaven. Yeah. For a long time it

was incredible. But it's not over. We scared

the enemy so bad back then. that he unloaded

everything that he has against us. But guess

what? We're here again, ready to do it again.

And he's already played his hand. I like that

part. So in 2006, I was in Portland, Oregon.

October 2nd, 2006. And interestingly enough,

I was with you and Jen. Debbie and I were with

you. We were at an MFI conference. We're staying

at that, is it Red Lion out there at the Columbia

River? Is it still a Red Lion? Whatever. So we

were out there. And I was standing in the service

that night doing praise and worship. And this

hot oil came right down on top of my head and

ran down on my back. And I was like, wow, Lord,

what is that? He said, look over there. And I

looked over here. Here's this, I think she was

some kind of a princess or something from Africa.

And he said, she just brought the anointing to

you from what you just did over there a few years

ago. And released it upon you and prayed. And

I thought, wow, that's awesome, God. I don't

know how that works, but I like it. So we went

to the meeting. Pastor Brad, who's really an

apostle, Pastor Brad. But anyway, we went to

dinner. My wife and him had a lovely time. Went

to bed too late, as usual. What is conferences

all about? If we just try to wear ourselves out,

I don't know. It's good, though, isn't it? But

anyway, just got laid down in bed, and I heard

this bell in my room. Ding, ding, ding, ding.

Now, I stay in hotel rooms nearly my whole adult

life now every week. So you never know what's

in there or what's lurking around or what's outside.

I mean, it's just unfamiliar territory. You walk

in and you go, in the name of Jesus, I command

everything unclean and unholy to get out of here

and stay out of here because I'm here, so get

out. And then I go to bed. That's just how I

roll. And I already said that over this room,

so when this ding, ding, ding was going on, I

thought, okay, what is up? I already got this

room cleaned out. This is not supposed to be.

I swing one leg out of bed, and my wife's already

that far from a good old snore. I mean, God bless

her. Shouldn't be telling that on her, but anyway,

she was beat. I was tired. We'd been there a

few days. And I swing my leg out, and I look

over there at the direction of the sound, and

here's a holy angel of God standing in my room

with one of those bells going ding, ding, ding,

ding, ding, ding, ding. Now, how are you like

that? Yeah. So I got up and I started towards

it, towards this angel. And he said to me, it's

two, two, two time. Listen to the voice of the

seventh messenger. And he left just like that.

I said, wow, that's what I said. So I went back,

turned on the light. I said, the voice of the

seventh messenger, two, two, two time. The voice

of the seventh messenger. I know that. Where

is that? And then it came to me, the seven letters

to the seven churches. The seventh messenger

is the seventh letter to the seven churches.

It's the letter to the church of Laodicea. So

I got my Bible out, and I began to read through

that. I'm going to go to Revelation 3 if you

all want to go there, and I'm going to read you

some things out of there concerning no more delay.

So I turned to Revelation 3, and I began to read

through it. And you all know the really thrilling

message in there. To the last days church, the

lukewarm church, it's neither hot nor cold, so

the Lord spits them out. But, you know, that's

not what I'm going to preach about. Because this

isn't a lukewarm church. I'm beginning to read

through it, and as I'm reading down through it,

the Spirit of God says this to me just as clearly

as can be. As you read this, I want you to understand

there's two things to hear. Two things to do

and two doors to walk through. He said it's 2

-2 -2 time. Repeated what the angel said, but

now I knew what the 2 -2 -2 was. Two things to

hear, two things to do, and two doors to walk

through. So this is my encounter. So I'm living

out this encounter right now in my room, and

I'm engaging with the Lord, and I'm reading through

this, and he had me to read this passage of Scripture.

And then when I got to verse 20, 21, and 22,

he said, that's the 2, 2, 2 that I have for you.

And that's what I want you to understand. And

that's what I want you to begin to prophesy into

the church. And so I read it. So read it with

me, this 2, 2, 2. Verse 20, 21, 22. Behold, I

stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears

my voice and opens the door, I will come in to

him and dine with him and he with me. To him

who overcomes. I will grant to sit with me on

my throne as I also overcame and sat down with

my father on his throne. He who has an ear, let

him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

So I read that particular passage of scripture.

And the Lord says, this is my message that I'm

giving you in this hour. This is back in 2006.

When you look at this passage of Scripture, if

you've been around any time at all in the church,

most people use this particular Scripture for

evangelism. Behold, I stand at the door, you're

at the door of your heart, and I knock. This

Scripture has absolutely zero, nothing at all

to do with evangelism. Not a single thing. Isn't

that amazing? This is an invitation to the bride.

completing the four steps of the marriage covenant

of the bride so that the ceremony, the actual

wedding, can take place. Unless the four steps

of the marriage covenant are brought into place,

the marriage will not happen. And so the Lord

is telling me it's 2 -2 -2 time. In other words,

it's time for you to get serious about your engagement.

And to begin to follow through and secure your

engagement so that this wedding can take place.

You go, how is this about a wedding? How is this

about an engagement, a betrothal ceremony? Well,

can I just share with you just for a moment,

just briefly about ancient Jewish wedding culture?

Okay, here's how this works. The families had

to get together. With the bride and groom. And

they both had to agree on the responsibilities

of each family, the bride and the groom, about

their entire lives being joined together with

this wedding before the wedding would take place.

Four covenants had to be made. And between each

covenant, a cup of wine was drank to signify

that the covenant was agreed upon. This is complete,

pure, perfect Jewish history. So this is how

it would work. On a set time, known only to the

groom, the day and the hour not known to the

bride, the groom would come to the house of the

bride and knock on the door and announce his

arrival without announcing his name. Now, this

is the deal. The bride did not know the day or

the hour he was coming. So she had to be prepared

for him to come at any time. You getting the

picture? So he would come to the door and he

would knock. And he would announce that he was

there. not revealing his identity. Why is that

important? Because the angel said it's 2 -2 -2

time. The Holy Spirit says it's 2 -2 -2 time.

Remember what the first two is? There's two things

to hear. What are the two things to hear? Number

one, you have to hear the knock. So you have

to be there anticipating a knock. Number two,

you have to hear his voice. In other words, you

have to be in enough relationship, intimate enough

with him, that you can distinguish his voice

from any other voice, so when he speaks, you

know it's him. This is Jewish marriage custom.

Still happens today among the Orthodox Jews.

It is a picture of the bride of Christ being

betrothed to Christ. It's what God is doing right

now because there's four stages of this betrothal

that have to be in place before the Lord's going

to marry us. Hey. The second two of the two,

two, two is that there are two things to do.

So if you read on down, behold, I stand at the

door of knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens

the door, I will come in to him and dine with

him and he with me. And a very interesting thing.

So as this betrothal process goes, the bride

hears the knock. She recognizes the voice. She

opens the door. And there he is. So he comes

in. Sets down with the family. Because he brought

his family with him. And now the two families

begin to hammer out four covenants of this relationship

that have to be agreed upon and have to be in

place before the ceremony can continue. The first

covenant, interestingly enough, is known as the

blood covenant. It's all about sacrifice and

suffering. They have to agree to that. Who's

going to be giving up what for who? Sacrificially,

right? Blood, sweat, and tears is the second

covenant. It's the salt covenant. It's about

friendship and hospitality. They have to agree

to friendship and hospitality. The third one

is the sandal covenant, which is all about inheritance.

Who's going to get what? And then the fourth

and the final one is the marriage covenant, and

that's about intimacy and inferred authority,

given authority because of the relationship,

transferable authority. These are the four things

that are involved in a wedding covenant. And

this is the covenant that the Lord is offering

and giving to us. And these are the things that

must be in place in our own lives. We must be

in covenant with him by blood, by salt, by the

sandal, and by the marriage covenant. He's not

going to marry a bride that's not in covenant

with him. And so here we have this. picture here.

And that's, by the way, the last part of the

two, the 2 -2 -2. What's the last two doors we

must walk through? Well, it has to do with the

sandal covenant and the marriage covenant. The

first door is the overcomer's door. It says,

to him who overcomes. I don't have time to preach

this whole message, but listen, you do not easily

sit down with another family that you hardly

know, and you both come to terms with four covenants

that you're bound to for life through your son

and daughter. Come on. And that's why it says

to him who overcomes. Overcomes what? The marriage

process of covenant making. And giving yourself

to that covenant. And binding yourself to that

covenant. So when you are married, there's no

wiggle room about who's going to do what. Nobody

can change their mind. Why? Because they're in

covenant. So here's this dynamic going on. So

the first door to walk through is the overcoming

door, which is actually related to the wedding

supper of the lamb. And the last room, the door

that you walk through, is the throne room door.

Why? Because you're going to be seated with him

and ruling with him. He's going to confer his

authority onto you as a bride and covenant with

him. You see the picture? So it's two, two, two

time. So back in 2006, around that area before,

God began to call his bride into covenant. He

began knocking on the door. He began individually

and corporately coming in and say, listen, I

know that you think we're all married because

you have the seal of the Holy Spirit, and you

do have the seal of the Holy Spirit. You have

my engagement ring on you, but now before we

can get married, we've got to go through this

covenant process, church. That's what this is

all about, 2 -2 -2 time. The Lord wants to get

married to us. Come on. But he ain't going to

shack up with just any old thing down the road.

Come on, you read about the bride, haven't you?

Pure and white without spot or wrinkle. Come

on, you hear me? Read your Bible. That's who

he's hooking up with. You see, sometimes the

way we think about church is like, what? Jesus

is saying, that's my bride. Come on, get your

war boots on, honey. Get cleaned up. We're going

to the wedding. We're a warrior bride. I actually

went to a church in Bakersfield, California.

The pastor's never forgot about it. Every time

he sees me, he goes, we have our boots on. I

walked in the sanctuary of this. A place that's

been historical revivals. And I walked in there

and it was, you know, great house, great people.

But the Lord says, listen, they took their war

boots off. They're doing nothing. They're laid

down lovers. They're doing nothing. And the devil's

running completely over them. They're laid down

doing nothing but worshiping me. They're making

no impact upon the community. Nothing on the

area. Nothing on the region. They're just in

love with me. But they're so sick in love that

the enemy's just wiping them out. So tell them

to get their boots on. So I did. I said the laid

down lover thing's over. Get up and get the contract.

Get the covenants moving. Get your boots on.

I'm telling that to the church again now. There

was a movement. It's over. Stop worshiping and

trying to drag an old movement forward. You're

welcome. Amen. It's my job. It's what I do. Sometimes

it's painful. Sometimes it's fun. But I have

to say what I have to say because I cannot go

home and not say what I'm supposed to say. Because

I'm not getting to heaven and say, hey, you didn't

tell them, guys. That's over. Because they're

still, you know. The bride of Christ is not passively

in love with the Lord nor with the world that

he loves and gave his life for. They're not passively

in love. I'm just saying. So here's this wedding

process. Now, the amazing thing about this wedding

process that we're in right now is that God is

working each one of us through a level of commitment,

a blood covenant, salt covenant, sandal covenant,

marriage covenant. Each one of our hearts are

being brought through that process right now

again to see if you're going to commit or if

you're going to waver. It's a process that the

Lord's taking us through. It's a process of commitment.

It's a process of sanctifying us unto Him. Commitment

unto Him. It's very serious. He's after us. He's

not turning back. He didn't change His mind.

He didn't put it off to another time. I told

you we're on this threshold of destiny. It's

a good place, right? So if you hear the Lord

knocking on the door of your heart, Not to get

you saved, but to get you married. You got to

hear the knock. You got to hear the knock. You

cannot be so occupied, preoccupied with something

else that you don't hear his knock. In other

words, we do not know the day and the hour the

Lord's going to return, so we must be waiting

for the knock and hearing his voice. And the

amazing thing, you know where this all goes,

don't you? The last covenant, the last of the

two covenants, is the sandal covenant. It's about

inheritance. And then the marriage covenant is

about conferred authority, where he gives his

authority to us full measure, not the level of

authority we have now, which is incredible, because

he has all authority in heaven and earth. Therefore,

he gave us limited authority to go make disciples.

It's portioned authority. Are you with me? Cast

out demons, heal the sick. Are you with me? It's

a great measure, but when we are fully married

with him, we'll have fully conferred authority

that is actionable. Fully conferred authority.

We have it now in word and in kind, but we don't

have it fully actionable like he does. But when

we're sitting with him, even though we are seated

with him right now, then we begin to rule, co

-rule with him the nations, the people, everything.

Are you with me? Even though we can largely do

that now. Way beyond what we know now. Way beyond

what we're even doing now. Moving his authority

and power. This is what really tickles me. You

want to know what cracks me up? Sure you do.

I'll tell you. All the powerful and rich people

in the earth that are not born again, they are

after the thrones of the earth. They're after

position, power, and authority. And what I like

the most about this particular passage is the

very end of it and this wedding covenant, the

very end of it. Guess who gets the thrones of

the earth? You do, the bride of Christ. He reserves

all the thrones for his sons and daughters, his

bride. So all the wicked, all the elite, everybody

that's been trying to kill, steal, destroy, trash,

ruin, oppress. Society, guess what? All their

thrones are taken from them and they're given

to the body of Christ. That's awesome. Yeah.

We all rule and reign in the end. I'm like, God,

you're awesome. Okay, so let's talk about no

more delay from the second encounter. The second

encounter I had was actually a week later, October

9th. I was in Santa Maria, California. With some

friends of mine there at a church, ministering

there at a vineyard church. With Jeff Jansen.

And Jeff and I get given this guest house to

stay in. And it has two beds and a pool table.

Big old huge house and that's it. But anyway.

We're staying there. Go to bed at night. You

know, it's a new house. Never been there. Get

home late. Tired. Go to bed. Don't care. Pillow,

a couple sheets, good to go. Hallelujah. Jesus

is good. Good meeting that night. Just lay down

trying to go to sleep. Guess what I hear? Click,

click, click, click, click, click, click, click,

click, click, click, click. I'm like, man, Jeff,

quit messing around with the light. That's what

I'm thinking. And I realize, wait a second, Jeff

is upstairs. I'm downstairs. That's right. That's

clicking in my room. So I'm thinking, what is

up, you know, in this room? I look over at the

clock. Guess what time it is? 4 .44 a .m., I'd

flip on my light, and guess what the angel says?

It's 4 .44 time. Listen to the voice of the seventh

angel. I said, oh, my word. Last week, it was

the seventh messenger. This week, it's the seventh

angel. Where is the voice of the seventh angel?

Had to think about it for a minute. Guess where

it is? Revelation chapter 10. The voice of the

seventh angel. So I went over there to Revelation

Revelation 10 · chapter mention

chapter 10. I began to read that chapter. It's

an incredible chapter. It has to do with this

mighty angel coming out of heaven with a scroll.

He's a breaker angel. He's an angel of decree.

Powerful angel. He shifts the entire universe

by a decree. He puts on notice the entire universe

about the next thing that's going to happen in

the prophetic process, the prophetic movement

of God's Word. He puts all of notice, all the

world on notice it's going to happen now. This

mighty angel comes, this breaker angel. And,

you know, my theology is, I read it, this is

not the Lord Jesus. The Lord Jesus doesn't appear

as an angel after the cross. Come on, you there.

That's my theology. You can do what you want.

But anyway, it's a mighty angel. Comes down and

makes this decree. And I want you to hear what

this angel said. Because this is the seventh

angel. So verse 1 says, I saw another mighty

angel. And I'm going, how many is there? He saw

another one. But I saw another mighty angel coming

down from heaven clothed with a cloud and a rainbow

was on his head. So he's a covenant angel and

his face was like the sun. So he's been in the

presence of God and the throne of God. His feet

were like pillars of fire. I'm telling you, this

is an angel that's been around the altar of God.

This is a mighty angel, right? So we go on down.

He had a... Little book open in his hand. And

he set his right foot on the sea and his left

foot on the land. And he cried with a loud voice

as when a lion roars. And when he cried out,

seven thunders uttered their voice. Don't you

want to know what the seven thunders said? So

do I. Stay tuned. Because nobody knows yet. But

we will. We will because there's something that's

happening right now that's so incredible to the

body of Christ. The Lord has opened the heavens

right now. And right now is a time and a season

for you to begin to seek the presence of God

and seek the word of the Lord for this generation.

Because the Lord's going to release a word in

this generation unlike he's done in any other

time. It used to be in times past he'd give the

word to an individual or to somebody or to a

movement, they would have a word. Not this time.

When the word comes this time, this revolutionary,

this revelation that's going to cause this tremendous

manifestation is going to come to a company of

people, a remnant. They're all going to get a

word that's going to shake their neighborhood,

shake the state, shake the nation. All of them

are going to be carrying a word. A earth -changing

transitional word. Come on. Read about it. Psalm

68. It's a company that's going to go like a

dove into heaven and receive this word. For the

word of the Lord told me, and this is a word

to you, that he's changing many of you from eagles

to doves. Many of you have been eagles in the

spirit, and he's giving you now a change. You're

going to become doves. Eagles know how to fly

in the spirit. See in the Spirit, but doves know

how to move in the Spirit. And this dove baptism

that's coming upon the body of Christ is a sovereign

baptism because it's the same dove anointing

that came upon the Lord Jesus Christ. It says

in the Scripture that the Holy Spirit came upon

him in former like a dove. It's that dove anointing

to overcome, to break through, to establish the

kingdom. It's a dove anointing. And you take

the wings of the morning like a dove. You hide

in the cleft of the rock. It's a dove anointing.

You begin to ascend and descend out of heaven.

You go up and get the word of God and you bring

it down and declare it into the earth. It's a

breaker word, breaker anointing. So many of you

are going to become doves. If you've been an

eagle, you're going to become a dove. The season

of the eagle is almost over. It's a dove anointing

that's going to be in the body of Christ now.

To allow you to go completely through temptation

and not give in. To completely overcome the devil

and not be overcome by him. To endure every trial

and overcome. To release the kingdom of God by

word and deed. To release a message into the

earth that's never been heard in the earth before.

You know you're going to bring a message. You

know you're going to move in signs and wonders.

Do you know that, that have never been seen in

the earth? Reserved for an end time generation.

That's coming. So here's this mighty angel, and

guess what he brings with him? A scroll, a message

from heaven. And he brings it. And it's such

a definitive scroll that once it's read, there's

no more delay. There's no reversal. There's no

stagnation. When he begins to release this scroll

into the earth, guess what happens? It's forward

motion, full on. No brakes, no brake fluid, no

steering wheel. It's gone. So let's read a little

bit further. So it says here in verse 4, well,

that's about the seven thunders. Verse 5, then

the angel who I saw standing on the sea in the

land raised his hand to heaven. Now this is an

oath and this is a decree, right? And he says

this, and he swore by him who lives forever and

ever, who created heaven and the things that

are in it, and the earth and the things that

are in it, and the sea and the things that are

in it, and there should be delay no longer. That's

an angelic decree of a mighty angel who came

out of the presence of God, who lifts his hands

and swears to the Lord Jesus Christ, swears to

God the Father that there's no more delay. swears

to the Creator there's no more delay. Now watch

what happens when he does it. Now watch this.

He says, no more delay any longer than verse

7, but in the days, look at that, it's plural,

it's not the day, it's the days, it's a period

of time, of the sounding of the seventh angel

when he is about to sound, the mystery of God

would be finished as he declared it to his servants,

the prophets. I'm telling you there's nothing

that has not already been declared by the prophetic

voice. throughout the ages. It's there. We just

don't have the full revelation of everything

that's been said nor understand it yet, but we

will. And we are beginning to understand that

now. But the mystery of God would be finished.

The mystery of God. In other words, everything

that's been prophesied about the end of the age,

about everything coming to a final point, it's

going to be done. The mystery revealed. How about

the church revealed? Because the church is the

mystery of God. Anyway, so he makes this declaration.

No more delay in the fulfillment of all things.

No more delay in the mystery that we're all moving

in right now that we're revealing and releasing

that was already brought by the servants to prophets.

And then what's amazing here is John... In this

vision and in this encounter, he's instructed

to eat this little book. That's what the Lord's

having us do right now. We better be eating the

little book the Lord brings to you this next

season. He's going to bring each one of you a

scroll, a revelation, and you've got to eat it.

You've got to eat it. Why? Because it's time

again to prophesy to many nations, tongues, tribes,

and kings. About who? About the Lord Jesus. John

prophesied. He ate and prophesied. It's recorded

right here in the book of Revelation. That's

what he prophesied. That's what he ate. That's

what he prophesied. Are you with me? This morning

in the men's meeting, I said, you've got to stop

speaking so nice to people all the time. They

kind of looked at me funny. And I said, it says

in here that you need to prophesy again. Prophesy

again. To many peoples, nations, tongues, and

kings. Prophesy what? Prophesy the judgment that's

coming to them if they don't repent. If you read

the Bible about nations that repented, come on,

Jonah went to Nivena, what did he prophesy? 40

days or burn. Turn and burn, buddy. Daniel prophesied

to kings, did he not? Cyrus was prophesied to.

It's a historical recording that Alexander the

Great was prophesied to. When mighty things happen

in nations, prophetic people prophesy to the

person or to the place that which is written.

And listen, when God speaks to a place and you

prophesy that place, it may not be nice. If you

go to a sinner and you say Jesus loves you and

has a plan for your life, please give it to Jesus.

Please give your life to Jesus. He's going to

tell you something you probably tender little

ears don't want to hear. But if you go and you

go, where do you live? Well, I live in such and

such a place. And, you know, all you Christians,

and you say, well, let me tell you about the

such and such a place. Let me open the Word.

This is what the Lord says about where you're

living. It's going to be absolutely destroyed,

and everybody that lives there is going to die

in the plunder, and you're going to be in a famine,

and you're going to have everything stripped

from you, all your wealth and health and blah,

blah, blah, unless you turn and repent and acknowledge

Him as the Lord. What do you think? See, we have

got this gospel thing only about half right.

Jesus loves you and has a plan for your life.

Would you like to give your heart to the Lord?

That's an intellectual decision anyway. Who would

not say yes? And by the way, if you go to India,

they have 10 million gods. They go, yeah, I'll

add another one. Sure. It's not a true conversion.

Are you with me? True conversion comes from conviction.

Conviction. Right? Conviction. Not mental decision.

It comes from conviction of sin. A felt need

in the sense of whoops. Right? You see, that's

what the gospel of the kingdom releases, a felt

conviction. Any other gospel releases something

for the head or the soul. It's true. So this

angel says no more delay and he tells John to

prophesy again about... To many peoples, nations,

tongues, and kings. That's our job right now.

Did you know that there's a prophetic mandate

in every generation to prophesy again the word

of God to nations, tribes, tongues, and kings?

And preach the gospel of the kingdom? You're

all prophets. You're all called to prophesy to

nations, tribes, tongues, and kings. Come on.

How come nobody's afraid of God? Because nobody's

been prophesying to them what God said about

them. They don't even know. How about show up

in town and say, listen, town, let me tell you

the word of God. Let me prophesy to you what

is written about you. God loves you and has a

plan for your life. They go, oh, that's awesome.

Thank you very much. Would you like a burger

and fries, a Coke with that? But how about if

you come and says, this town is slated for utter

destruction by God's judgment. A woman raped,

every animal killed, all the wealth plundered.

Hmm. What are you building condos here for? Let

me tell you the word of the Lord. Woe to you,

says the Lord. You don't think that might capture

somebody's attention? Now, I'm all for getting

anybody saved. God loves you and has a plan for

your life. Hallelujah. But I'm telling you, this

generation is slated for something much more.

Listen, God is going to be righteous and just

in every act he makes. He's not going to move

on any nation or any place or anybody until they've

had the proper gospel preached to them and prophesied

to them what God says about them. Are you hearing

me? Now, who's going to do that? Look at your

neighbor and go, uh -oh, I think he's talking

about me. And you all thought you got a free

ride out of here. Just get to praise and worship

God and go home and, you know, have a nice day.

You do, but guess what? There's more. Can I just

be honest with you tonight? I mean, I'm trying

to skate my way as nice as I can around this.

And you're awesome people. This is not a message

of judgment or condemnation against you. You

understand that, don't you? It's your anniversary.

You're trying to go forward. I'm trying to tell

you how to get there. Partly. What's startling

and confronting to the body of Christ is this

fact, that God has many pre -planned delays in

his word. And these delays are determined in

length and scope by our understanding and response

to them, whether they're a long delay, a short

delay, or no delay. Well, I thought God just

was going to work this thing out, and I just

had to come to church and praise God, hallelujah,

and this thing's just on this one -way track,

and I just ride the train. You're wrong. If you

think that, you're wrong. If you don't think

that you're either making the kingdom of God

come sooner or later, if you think that you're

right, if you don't think that you're wrong,

you have a responsibility to bring the kingdom.

You go, man, would you stop preaching like this?

No, I have to preach like this. Let me prove

it to you. Can I prove it to you? Because I say

that and people are like, oh, I don't believe

you. I have nothing to do whether or not the

kingdom of God has come. Don't you know God's

sovereign? He's going to do whatever he's going

to do. God is sovereign. He is going to do whatever

he's going to do, but he's giving you a choice

to either get in covenant with him, get married

to him, get on the family train, or get off.

People used to come to my church over in Redmond,

and we had this membership class. I don't know

if you remember, Larry, your opinion or not.

But the first thing I'd tell them when they come

in the class, I'd say, hi, welcome here. This

is who we are. This is what we're all about.

If this is not the bus, this is not the way you're

going. Now's the time to get off because I'm

not going to go six months down the road and

listen to your garbage telling me what not to

do because you don't have the same understanding

of who we are and where we're going. So just

get off now and save us both a headache. Hey,

I ain't got time. This is where this bus is going.

If you're not going that way, don't get on it

because you're going to be sorely disappointed

when you get down the road about 20 miles and

we don't stop at Starbucks or whatever. You see

why I wasn't a great pastor. Somebody once told

me, he said, hey, you're like an iron. I go,

what do you mean I'm like an iron? They go, man,

they said, every time the service cranks up,

you know, you come on, it's like an iron. And

pretty soon, you know, you've got to get off.

You can't just leave it on full steam the whole

time. You've got to give us a chance to breathe

and, you know. Okay. Passion gets you. Let me

give you three examples of delays. And maybe

that'll help us understand and see the heart

of God and see the desire of God to work with

us, to work through us, to partner with him.

What his expectation is of us. And sometimes

maybe explain why we've been in a delay or frustration,

not understanding why we're not going forward.

First of all, Matthew 24, 14, it says this, and

the gospel of the... kingdom will be preached

and all the world is a witness to all nations

and then the end will come. That's a pre -planned

delay by God. Did you catch that? He said first

the gospel is going to be preached, then the

end will come. Why? Because God is righteous

and just. He's not going to move upon a people

with judgment or grace until they've had the

opportunity to hear the word and respond. He's

righteous and just. Are you with me? So our responsibility

is to preach the gospel to the entire universe,

the entire known universe, beginning with where

you are. You go, what do you mean? I'm not a

preacher. Yes, you are. Open your mouth and give

a testimony, and you're beginning to, you know,

flow. Preplanned delay. It's our calling. It's

the Great Commission, right? Isn't it the Great

Commission? Jesus said, all authority in heaven

and earth has been given unto me. Therefore,

I'm going to confer some authority to you to

make disciples and set captives free. Because

what's he saying? Go, therefore, and make disciples

of all nations. You have authority to go. No

one can stop you. Nobody can tell you no. Why?

Because Jesus gave you authority to go. You have

authority to go make disciples and set captives

free. You're sent by God. Who could possibly

stop you? Who could tell you no? A lot of people,

but what do you tell them? I'm sorry I'm sent

by God. You cannot tell me no. I'm sent by a

higher authority than you, who you're subject

to. You cannot tell me no. I'm going to make

disciples and set captives free here. I'm going

to teach them. Hey, just saying. Delay number

two, just as a second example. Romans 11 .25,

do you remember that? Romans 11 .25, the fullness

of the Gentiles must come in. The full number

of Gentiles who will be saved must be completed

before God can justly remove the blindness off

of Israel so all of Israel can be saved. So until

all the Gentiles that are going to be saved,

until they are all saved, God cannot move with

his full -on evangelism program to save Israel

until all the Gentiles are brought in. That's

what the tabernacle of David is all about, the

restoration of the tabernacle of David, Acts

15. So all men can see the glory and presence

of God, come to the glory and presence and be

saved. So we have that going on. So the sooner

the Gentiles are saved, the sooner we can move

forward. Now here's one that is really popular.

Revelation 6. Nine, at the opening of the fifth

seal, something very incredible is revealed.

Because at the opening of the fifth seal, the

martyr's cry comes out. It says in verse 9, chapter

6 of Revelation, When he opened the fifth seal,

I saw under the altar the souls of those who

had been slain for the word of God and for the

testimony which they held. And they cried out

with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord,

holy and true, until you judge and avenge our

blood on those who dwell on the earth? Then a

white robe was given to each one of them, and

it was said to them that they should rest a little

while longer, watch this, until both the number

of their fellow servants and their brethren who

would be killed as they were was completed. So

between the fifth seal and the seventh trumpet,

this will mess with some of your rapture theology,

but anyway, from the fifth seal to the seventh

trumpet, we cannot move forward. The seventh

trumpet cannot be sounded until the full number

of martyrs come in. Those who give their life

preaching the gospel. In other words, I'm trying

to tell us that, yes, we have a great mandate,

but for some of us, it's going to be expensive.

Some of you in this room may be a martyr for

the Lord, for the gospel. But I'm telling you,

the end's not coming until the full number of

martyrs come in. You think the martyrs already

came in? No. Listen, the sixth seal has not been

opened. I promise you that. You ought to read

about it. And the seventh trumpet sure hasn't

been sounded. I haven't seen the two witnesses

around. Have you? You see, the two witnesses

are included in this martyr group. You know the

two witnesses that come? Prophesy for 1260 days.

They are included in this martyr group. The end

is not going to come until after they are martyred.

This next seal is not going to be opened. The

seventh trumpet is not going to sound. Are you

with me? Are you catching this? A pre -planned

delay of God. There's just three of them. There's

a lot of them. By the way, after this one trumpet

sounds, there's a half hour silence in heaven.

You go, you're messing with me tonight. Yes,

I am. Am I doing it on purpose? No, I'm doing

it by the Holy Spirit. I really am. It's an amazing

thing. So here comes this angel in Revelation

10 and he announces, no. No more delay. You know

what he's doing? He's telling the world there's

no more delay. He's declaring a transition, but

he's also answering the martyrs, how much longer,

Lord? And he's answering them, no more delay.

You're going to get your reward. I'm going to

avenge your blood. Why? Because when the seventh

angel sounds, man, it's straight up judgment.

Boom, da boom, boom, boom. No more gospel preaching.

No more waiting. Nothing. It's straight up the

end of the evil and wicked empire. It's true.

No more delay. So, you see, our generation can

determine how long, to some degree, the delays

are, or how short they are, or even if there's

any delay. Why? By understanding it's our job

to preach the gospel right now more than ever

before. Because there's going to be more people

saved in this next 10 to 15 years than there

has been combined the whole history of the world.

More people born again and brought into the kingdom.

It's come to our generation. That's true. I'm

telling you the truth. And they're going to be

born again, not with a mental, social gospel.

They're going to be born again through signs

and wonders and miracles. They're going to have

a demonstration of power that's beyond anything

that's been demonstrated before, short of the

creation of the world and the deliverance of

the children of Israel as of Egypt. You know

John 14, 12? Jesus said, the works that I do,

you shall do also. And greater works than these

shall you do. Have you ever thought about what

Jesus did? You know, walking on water, healing

the sick, you know, translating, transporting,

you know, just a few things. Walking through

walls. Couldn't kill him. He was invincible.

Ever thought about it? You know, what's your

existence? Where are you thinking about where

you're living? What's your ability? Are you limiting

to your own natural assessment? Are you limiting

or moving in your supernatural ability? That's

what you're going to move in the days to come.

Supernatural. More than natural. The natural's

got to give way to the supernatural. You don't

think Jesus isn't going to show his bride off

on this earth before he comes? Come on. First

of all, she's going to have no spot or wrinkle

when he comes back. Why? Because she's going

to go through this marriage covenant. God's going

to deal with each one of you. Blood covenant.

Come on. Salt covenant. Sandal covenant. Marriage

covenant. He's going to deal with each one of

you. And you go, well, I don't know where I'm

at spiritually. I don't know where I'm at in

my spiritual walk. You start getting in these

four covenants and you're going to know where

you are in your walk. So it's time in every generation

to declare a no more delay of the prophetic mandates

that that generation's called into. Do you know

we have to say that? We have to separate the

past and start fresh? Come on, we have to start

someplace and say no more delay. We have to begin

to move in to what God is doing. We have to declare

it prophetically. I said, Lord, how come this

delay? He said, well, many are like, Jacob's

sons. Could you imagine Jacob goes to Laban,

gets married with this great prophetic promise

of bringing forth the seed of Abraham, the 12

sons. Come on, right? The patriarchs. He's going

to bring them forth. And he goes there. And the

guy's there for 20 years. Could you imagine being

a son growing up for 20 years, hearing the story

about how God called the father to come and to

get a wife and, you know, the 12 sons of Israel

and the mandate and the prophetic, you know,

destiny before them. And they couldn't move in

it because they're living in their Laban's house.

That's a delay. How about Joseph? Gave his vision

to his brothers and mom and dad. What happened

to him? Got thrown in a pit. You remember that

story, don't you? Why did he get thrown in the

pit? Because the brothers were jealous. Because

he was, you know, he was dangerous to them because

he was more than they were, so they were intimidated.

So out of jealousy and greed and fear, they threw

him under the bus. How about those that were

born in the prophetic movement? Right? The prophetic

movement. What happened? The movement stopped.

It didn't really stop, it just slowed down to

a crawl. So many people are frustrated because

everything that was prophesied, spoken of, didn't

happen. So I said, Lord, what do we do? He said,

well, do like I do. Jacob, it's time to come

out of laboring servitude and come back to the

place of encounter and come back to that place

where you encountered me, where you built an

altar to me. Come back to that place of my presence

and bring your sons and daughters there and let

them experience my presence and my power. He

said, some of you are like Joseph. You got thrown

out of the bus because you started moving in

gifts and abilities and your brothers and sisters

got jealous. What did they do? They kicked you

out of the bus, took away your travel itinerary

and, you know, backstabbed you, assassinated

you with character or whatever. Hey, it's time

to come up. Why? Because there's a governmental

anointing for you. High level authority. And

then some of you are born under the prophets.

You know a lot of prophets have died recently,

don't you? Major prophets. What are you supposed

to do? Pick up their mantle if you're born under

their anointing. Get it going again. No more

delay of your dreams, your visions, your plans,

your purposes. You got it? So I want to do a

prophetic act tonight. You like that? I want

us to move forward. So if you want to move forward,

I want you just to come up here and stand up

here. I want you to fill up this front. We're

going to do a prophetic deed tonight. We're going

to declare no more delay. I always preach way

longer than I think I am. I don't know. You get

going and you lose track of time. I believe every

one of you is this generation of destiny at this

threshold of time that no other generation has

been in. All of you also, I believe, have personal

dreams and visions related to your calling and

your purpose in God. You've been stalled out,

shut off, shut down. Some of you were born into

revival. I've seen hundreds born into the time

of revival from like 1995 to 2005. Born into

revival. Born into the presence of the power

of God, seeing signs and wonders and miracles.

Do you know how much is sown into you? Do you

know how much your spirit man is carrying of

the supernatural, the glory and the power of

God? It's all in there, but you've never had

an opportunity to let it out. Why? Because the

things shut off. Just when you're about to be

released and brought into the world, it got shut

off. Listen, there's multitudes that were birthed

and born again and come into the kingdom under

that 1995 to 2005 outpouring. It happened in

many different phases. Repentance, refreshing.

I was even involved with a revival called Breakthrough

Revival. My own revival. I didn't even know I

was in one, or I was stewarding one, but I was

one. I didn't even know it. That's the best way,

by the way. You just do it. Then you find out

later, oh, you know, you were stewarding a revival

for four years. I was? Yeah. You know, breakthrough

revival? I didn't know that. That's the best

way to do it. But there were people birthed and

born in that, and your spirit is absolutely filled.

with a passion and a desire to release that ministry

all over the world, and you've not had opportunity

because things got shut down. They got structured.

They got controlled. They got, you know, written

and filed and fabricated. Oh, my gosh, I hate

religion. And can I just tell you, I hate man's

order. I love God's order, but I hate man's order.

So much gets shut down, shut off. We get shut

off under religion. You can tell when you're

in religion because you keep getting shut off

and shut down and shut up and set down. That's

religion. That's not the spirit of God. Oh, mercy.

You see, we're in an uphill battle against that

spirit of religion all over the Pacific Northwest.

It's strong. In fact, it's been around so long,

people are used to it and don't even know they're

under it. People are laboring under that. But

the bride, she's free. The bride's going to move

out in liberty. She's going to move out in power.

And this house is ready to move into a greater,

greater realm of existence and reach and impact.

There's prophetic mandates that have been sitting

idle. Words spoken over this house. There's people

that have been going nowhere for a long time.

And it's not your fault. It's just that things

shut down. There was a grieving of the Holy Spirit.

There was a wounding of the body of Christ that

happened in 2008 that we're just now getting

over. It wounded America. It did. And then there

was the sons of Jacob that are swept away laboring

under Laban. Laban's exploiting their anointing

for his benefit. Come on. To enrich himself.

Well, that anointing needs to come back to the

body. You need to get out from under Laban. You

need to come back to your place. Bring your sons

and daughters back to the place of encounter.

If you've been like Joseph and kicked out of

the bus, come on. You need to tell the butcher

and the baker, hey, remember me. As my brother

said the other night, you've got to understand

the butcher and the baker, they're amazing people.

The candlestick maker, he was in there too, but

anyway. They were door openers. They were portal,

they were way makers. So ask God to send supernatural

dreams and remembrance upon those that can get

a word in that you need to get a word to somebody.

Come on. To remind them, oh, that person, oh,

that, oh, yeah, right? Listen, if you came under

the weariness of the prophet, pick up the mantle,

whatever. Part of that mantle, you pick it up

and you begin to strike the river and say, open.

Come on. You begin to operate that mantle. And

as I said this morning, some of us won't move

into the new realm because we've been like Elisha

following Elijah. You know, we've been following

him. Prophetic mandate here. Oh, the prophetic's

happening over here. Prophetically, no, we do

this. Now we do this. It's like Elisha following

Elijah. Come on. But Elisha was like, I'm not

leaving you. I'm going to stay with you. That's

how the church has been for the last probably

10 years. I'm not leaving. The prophetic said

here, I'm going here. I'm not leaving. I'm staying,

right? And we've been following and following

and following this Elisha anointing. And finally,

guess what? Elisha has turned around. Elijah

has turned around and said, what do you want?

And now we've been able to say what we want.

We want the double portion. We want a double

anointing. This generation has been after a double

anointing, a double portion. We've been following

the Elijah mandate for 10 years. And listen,

we've gone long ways. But guess what? We're at

the threshold. We're at the precipice. I said

it. Hey, we're almost there. Because the Elisha

anointing. The Elisha, the glory of the past,

the glory that was on Elijah is about to be caught

up. And the new is about to be birthed. But you

know what the Lord told me about the church following

Elijah and Elijah, or Elisha and Elijah? He said

the church will never enter into the new season

of glory. They'll never walk in their own power

until they see and realize the glory of the past

has gone up and it's done. There has to be a

transition. If you're still living on the glory

of the past, you have to see that it's gone up,

that it's done. Otherwise, why would you move

forward on your own if you can live off the glory

of the past? So I'm here to tell you the Elisha,

the Elisha mandate has come now to where you're

ready to receive that mantle. You're ready to

move into fresh anointing, double portion. Because

listen, The generations are ready to be saved.

And the spirit and the power of Elijah is upon

a generation. The altars are going to be restored

like Elijah. The nations are going to say, the

Lord, he is God. Why? Because the prophetic acts

are going to be on that level. So what's been

your delay? Have you been like a Jacob's son?

Have you been like a Joseph? Have you been born

under the prophetic mandate? Have you been born

in the glory? Do you have dreams and visions?

I don't know, but there's a delay. But just like

this angel has came and declared there's no more

delay. The Lord spoke so clearly to me. He said

in every generation you must stand up as that

angel said. And you must declare for your generation

no more delay for the prophetic mandates on your

generation. You have to make the declaration.

And so every 10 years now I have been saying

no more delay. Why? Because it breaks the cycle

and moves you forward. So tonight we're going

to say no more delay. And this is what I want

you to do. I want you to take a step forward

after you say it. I want you to step out of the

old, step in the new. It's just a prophetic act,

but God's going to honor it. But also, when you,

as the son and daughter of God, by the Spirit

of God, declare no more delay, you're going to

break the chains, the bondage. You're going to

break the thing holding you back. Come on, you're

going to move into this new realm of existence,

this new destiny for you. You're going to move

into it. And by the way, don't be passive. When

you move in, go get after what you've been delayed

from. Take hold of it. get a hold of it and start

moving it, right? It's not like, gee, go on,

move forward. No, go get it. Go do it. I mean,

it's like, get a hold of it like it's fresh,

it's new, and it can't resist. And if it tries

to stop you, you say, no more delay. Everybody

that tries to stop you in your path from here

or not, you just look at them and you say, no

more delay. That's the word of the Lord for right

now in this season. Are you ready? Everybody

thought about what's holding you back? I want

you to get it in your mind's eye because we're

going to make a prophetic declaration with prophetic

authority. Now I'm going to make one over the

northwest as one being sent to the Lord with

prophetic authority to actually affect the whole

northwest. I'm going to loose you on that level

and you're going to loose you on your level and

together we're going to get all the levels. You

ready? I'm going to count to three and we're

going to say no more delay. One, two, three,

no! into doing now you go home tonight and you

lay hold of it tomorrow when you get up whatever

day it is you get hold of whatever that was and

you start to move in it Move in with authority

and move in with power. Now, Lord, in the name

of Jesus, as one being sent by the Lord, with

one with prophetic authority over states and

nations and regions, in the name of Jesus, I

declare over the Pacific Northwest, over Life

Bible, over this Emerald Valley, in the name

of Jesus, I declare the word of the Lord over

prophetic mandates, over the harvest, over the

bridal... paradigm, over the covenant making,

over the process of God. Right now I declare

no more delay. I loose the body of Christ from

every shackle, every chain, every deception,

every delay, every denial. In the name of Jesus

I declare those are broken. They're loose from

them and I call them forward into this new season,

in this new destiny, across this threshold, into

the harvest and into the joy of the Lord. In

the signs and wonders and miracles, I declare

them to be all over the place all the time. I

call forth that priestly anointing. I keep singing

this place with this cloud, this blue light.

In the name of Jesus, manifest, come forth and

be upon the people. And let the priestly anointing

activate every gift and calling in this house

and be restored. Somebody shout and give the
