I want to give reverence to the Father, to the
-
Lord Jesus, to the Holy Spirit, to the Lord God
-
Almighty who is here with us. I declare that
-
the kingdom of heaven is in this place and I
-
speak peace to all who receive it in the name
-
of the Lord Jesus. The word of God says to give
-
honor to your leaders, particularly those who
-
teach you about Jesus. Let's give a hand clap
-
for Pastor Brad and his lovely wife. We want
-
to give honor to all of the ministers and leaders
-
as well. And also honor to our dear brother Jan.
-
Let's give him a big hand clap. The Bible says
-
honor one another in Christ. And so give a hand
-
clap for your neighbor, will you? Amen. Amen.
-
So I'm sure that, oh, I see my wife in the back
-
there. Let's give an honor to Deborah Denise
-
Kemp. Amen. We've been married. We'll be 40 years
-
this May coming. Amen. Praise the Lord. And,
-
you know, when you have to sit up front all the
-
time, it's wonderful to just sit in the back
-
and just watch stuff. Praise the Lord. Let me
-
ask a question, if I may. Is there anyone here
-
you're hearing me in person for the first time?
-
If you'll be really nice, raise your hands. Well,
-
praise the Lord. Okay, well, that's great. Look
-
at somebody say, that preacher needs a lot of
-
prayer. I received Jesus when I was 16 and got
-
filled with the Holy Spirit and started preaching
-
in 1974. I was a youth pastor for like five years,
-
associate pastor 20 years, senior pastor. I pastor
-
pastors. I get around just a little. I really
-
do know how to teach. Introduction, body, points
-
one through five, conclusion and summary. But
-
I'm not in the mood. My father was in the Navy
-
and then he taught weaponry in the Air Force.
-
How he woke us up is he actually said the word
-
trevally. How many of you have been in the military?
-
Raise your hands if you've been in the military.
-
Oh, then you understand. A second way to teach
-
is to do it military style. That goes like this.
-
I'm going to tell you what I'm fixing to tell
-
you. I'm going to tell you what I told you I
-
was going to tell you. And I'm going to finish
-
up by telling you what I told you. Look at somebody
-
and say, thank God he's not going to do that
-
tonight. Then you can speak extemporaneously
-
or spontaneously by like word of knowledge or
-
the wisdom and prophecy. And then you can speak
-
out of what I call the presence of the manifest
-
presence or the localized presence or. The glory,
-
the essence of what God is in the moment, in
-
the now. And so, are you ready? Okay. Pastor
-
Brad asked me to talk about supernatural realms,
-
and I can do that. I'm going to be super brief.
-
Look at somebody and say, he's not going to tell
-
you everything. He's going to give you snapshots.
-
So, you know, in 1989, I had a surprise. It was
-
the month of December, 4 o 'clock in the morning.
-
An angel came, about 5 '10", very handsome, looked
-
to be about between 20s and 30s, black hair.
-
My spirit left my body, and I went into heaven.
-
There I saw the glory of God, just like Isaiah
-
6, and just like John talked about the heavenly
-
tabernacle. Saw Jesus face to face, some witnesses.
-
And out of that, as a result of that, in conjunction
-
with that, the Father asked me some questions.
-
Now, before I get into that, here's what I want
-
to say to you. From the perspective of the earth,
-
God is by definition a supernatural being. Look
-
at somebody and say, God, by definition, is a
-
supernatural being. Now, I want to say this to
-
you. Because a lot of times when people think
-
supernatural, they think it's all woo -woo. But
-
look at somebody and just say this. Say these
-
words, and please say them the way I say them.
-
Say that good -looking preacher is telling you
-
right now that if it's wholly supernatural, it's
-
wholly practical. So let me give you an example.
-
So the father asked me a question, and he said,
-
what do you think made Abraham great? And so...
-
in the realm of the spirit, there's no miscommunication.
-
So, I mean, you can talk, but really it's spirit
-
to spirit and you think it or you, and it's there.
-
So, you know, of course, the first thing that
-
comes to my heart, my soul is Abraham believed
-
you and it was a credit to him for righteousness.
-
And the father said, that's true. And then he
-
referred me to Genesis 18. You should read the
-
whole chapter sometime because Abraham gets a
-
visitation from God and he begins to talk about
-
Abraham and he says, I know Abraham. Look at
-
somebody and say, it's a good thing when the
-
Lord knows you. And he says, you know, Abraham
-
will become a great nation and Abraham will.
-
Do what's right, and he will follow the judgments
-
of the Lord, and he will teach his household
-
and his children to follow in his steps. And
-
the point of the father was this, that what makes
-
you great as a natural father and as a natural
-
mother or as a spiritual father or a spiritual
-
mother in any aspect of ministry, Ephesians 4
-
and 11, apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor,
-
teacher. is that you, number one, have this intimacy
-
with God where you know God and he knows you.
-
Philippians 3, 10, that I might know him, Father,
-
Son, and Holy Ghost, but there Paul's specifically
-
speaking of the Lord Jesus. And so you have this
-
intimacy with God, and then you communicate that
-
intimacy. You transmit that intimacy and you
-
impart that intimacy to your children so that
-
they follow in your steps. From the father's
-
definition, that's what makes you great. It is
-
not being the pastor of a big church. It is not
-
being on Christian television. It is not making
-
a million. It is not being well -known and famous.
-
It is not, and I'm not against signs, wonders,
-
and miracles because the Lord has signs, wonders,
-
and miracles in my life and ministry. It's none
-
of that. Look at somebody's head. It's intimacy
-
with God and communicating that. Okay, so. I
-
could not see the face of God the Father because
-
of the brightness of the light that emanated
-
from his being and the cloud that surrounded.
-
So the Father then pointed out to me about the
-
book of Judges. Look at somebody and say, you're
-
supposed to learn something tonight. Because
-
when God is moving supernaturally, you're going
-
to learn something. In fact, as soon as I was
-
in heaven, the first thing the Father said to
-
me is he said, take notes and learn. which means
-
apparently I needed help. Look at somebody say
-
heaven for dummies. Well, I could tell you a
-
whole lot of stuff, but I'm just going to save
-
you. So the father brings up about Manoah. You
-
know, you should read like Judges 13 and all
-
that. So, you know, he and his wife couldn't
-
have any children. Obviously they wanted to have.
-
And so an angel from God appears to the wife.
-
Look at somebody and say, sometimes the woman
-
gets the revelation before the brother does.
-
In fact, while we're on this subject, somebody
-
wrote a book. And the title of the book was,
-
I have heard the voice of the Lord and it sounds
-
like my wife. Sometimes it's like that. I mean,
-
God actually did say to Abraham one time, listen
-
to your wife. Look at somebody say, that's a
-
word for somebody up in here. Look at somebody
-
say, it's already prophetic. So anyway, the angel
-
tells her the consecration that she needs prior
-
to childbirth. The angel giving her the word
-
of the Lord tells her. the child's destiny. He's
-
going to be a judge and a deliverer and tells
-
her the consecration that the child needs. And
-
the father points out to me Manoah's question.
-
Here's his question. How shall we order the child
-
and how shall we raise him? What if I was to
-
say to you that a husband and a wife Or to get
-
together with the Father, Jesus, and the Holy
-
Spirit before childbirth and say, Lord, what's
-
going on here? And before we start thinking in
-
that direction, what kind of consecration do
-
you want us to make and keep? Before childbirth
-
and after. And what is the destiny of the child?
-
What if I was to say to you that when we look
-
at Proverbs 22 and six, by the way, the father
-
pointed this out. We look at that scripture as
-
discipline, train up a child in a way he should
-
go. And when he's old, he will not depart from
-
it. But what if I was to suggest to you that
-
the father wants you as a natural and spiritual
-
father and mother to observe and study your child
-
to discover. They're God -given natural and supernatural
-
tendencies and abilities and cultivate those
-
to maturity so the child is successful in life
-
and ministry. Look at somebody and say, if it's
-
supernatural, it's very, very practical. If you
-
missed the Lord in doing that, just say, Lord,
-
I repent. Forgive me. How many of you didn't
-
do that when you were raising your kids? Raise
-
your hands. All right. Just say, Lord, I repent.
-
Forgive me. I missed you on that one. Now say,
-
it's forgiven. It's washed by the blood of Jesus.
-
Now, listen, let me help you understand something.
-
I don't like missing God, but it's not like it's
-
a new experience for me. Look at somebody said,
-
okay. I am not afraid to fail. Let me tell you
-
why I'm not afraid. It's like nothing new. I
-
can look at the sanctuary and I got like lots
-
of company. I failed in the past. I'll probably
-
fail in some way tonight. I no doubt fell in
-
the future. Look at somebody say, in the name
-
of Jesus, get over yourself. And look at somebody
-
say, and if you can get over yourself. You are
-
in a supernatural move of God. Because there's
-
a difference between failing and being a failure.
-
You're not a failure unless you quit and give
-
up. And failure is always on the road to success.
-
Look at somebody and say, fail forward. I'm gaining
-
wisdom from my mistakes and God is turning my
-
mistakes into miracles. So let me just bring
-
this up to you. What if I was the... So the father
-
brings up Deuteronomy where he talks about, see,
-
sometimes we want to leave the development of
-
our children to the senior pastor, the associate
-
pastor, the youth pastor, and the children's
-
pastor. Look at somebody and say, it's time for
-
you to do your job. Because Deuteronomy 6 talks
-
about loving God with all your heart. And then
-
it says, when your children get up, give them
-
the word. As you go through the day, give them
-
the word. When they go to bed at night, give
-
them the word. Look at somebody and say, what
-
the church does is icing on a cake that you baked.
-
We're talking about, what I'm really talking
-
about is the supernatural process of raising
-
children to know Jesus and the Father. Look at
-
somebody and say it needs to be naturally supernatural.
-
Most of the time when we think of the supernatural,
-
we think of it as spectacular and sensational.
-
But every time you deny yourself, that's supernatural.
-
Every time you take up your cross, that's supernatural.
-
You say no to yourself and yes to Jesus, and
-
you follow in Jesus' steps. Look at somebody
-
and say, that's supernatural. Every time you
-
let your spouse have the last word. Look at somebody
-
and say, that's the supernatural. See, everybody
-
say, we talking about supernatural realms. So
-
anyway, I just wanted to mention that to you.
-
So, yeah, I'll stop there. Except to say, David
-
loved God. Actually, it's really interesting.
-
If you go back and look at the old covenant,
-
go back and look at how many people God said
-
that they actually loved him. The Bible says,
-
David said, I love the Lord. Many reverence God.
-
They obeyed God. But David said, I love the Lord.
-
Isn't it funny? God will give you a song to get
-
you to sing what he really wants you to say.
-
We will sing stuff, and that's the way God gets
-
us to say it. Look at somebody and say, and don't
-
lose your song in the desert. Because that's
-
how you're going to cause a sign and a wonder.
-
Look at somebody and say, spring up a well. Sing
-
to it. Look at somebody and say, he's talking
-
about the supernatural. So, in the book of Proverbs,
-
a wisdom book, Solomon says now. You know, my
-
mama loved me. Okay, I'm giving you the Bible
-
African -American style right now. All right?
-
You can do a King James style. You can do a modern
-
translation. You can go back to the Hebrew, the
-
Paleo, whatever you want to do. Look at somebody
-
and say, but it's African -American, black English
-
time. He said, now look, my mama loved me, but
-
I was my daddy's boy. And daddy said, keep my
-
commandments and live. And daddy said. Get wisdom.
-
Get understanding. With all you're getting, get
-
wisdom understanding. Wisdom is the principal
-
thing. So, that's what daddy said. Now, supernatural
-
learning. The father of our learning is repetition.
-
Repetition is the best teacher. What gets repeated
-
is what gets remembered, and what gets repeated
-
is what gets reinforced. What gets repeated becomes
-
a revelation, and it becomes reality. Then look
-
at somebody and say, then it produces. Look at
-
somebody and say, get the CD. So Solomon starts
-
with what his dad did, which was to worship the
-
Lord Almighty. Then he offers a thousand bullocks.
-
When you go back to the law, to the Torah, to
-
the instruction, to the teaching, the priest
-
would put his hand on the bullock. To offer himself.
-
So when Solomon offers a thousand books, he's
-
offering himself fully and completely on the
-
altar. Look at somebody say he's building a altar
-
for the supernatural. Your first clue of this
-
being true in the new covenant. is in Romans
-
12 where Paul says, because God's been so good
-
to you, present your body a living, a sacrifice
-
is to offer up one life in exchange for another.
-
Look at somebody and say, for me to live is Christ.
-
Do not. Do not be conformed to this world. In
-
the Greek, it means do not allow yourself to
-
be forced into the world's fashion plate, but
-
be metamorphosized, be transformed by the renewing
-
of your mind. Let your mind be renewed by the
-
word of God. And this is that you can prove the
-
good, acceptable, and perfect will of God. Everybody
-
say the right kind of worship and the right kind
-
of service. So Solomon is offering himself fully,
-
completely a thousand bullocks. I don't know
-
how long it took. And when the father saw that
-
Solomon was willing to offer worship and service
-
and give himself completely, he has a dream and
-
God says, whatever you want, because you just
-
died on the altar, I'll give it to you. Look
-
at somebody say, but the problem is sometimes
-
we commit sacrilege. Sacrilege means that you
-
dig up. What you buried after you done put it
-
to death. Look at somebody say, the Spirit says,
-
don't commit sacrilege. Look at somebody say,
-
be crucified with Christ, die with Christ, be
-
buried with Christ. And look at somebody say,
-
and let that old man stay dead. And then you're
-
resurrected with Christ. Brand new man, right?
-
2 Corinthians 5 .17, right? If any man be in
-
Christ, he's a new creation. When you really
-
break down what it means in the Greek, it means
-
to be in the original state. You're something
-
that never existed before. Old things are dead
-
and passed away. All things have become new.
-
In fact, when Paul says in Romans 6, he says,
-
reckon yourselves to be dead. You could translate
-
that when sin comes to try to tempt you. Act
-
dead. Look at somebody and say, I wish you would
-
act dead. Act dead. Anyway. So, all right. Okay.
-
So, the scripture person, who could put scripture
-
up there? Wave at me. It's be nice to old people
-
day. You have to weigh big. Okay, so I want you
-
to put like 1 Peter 2 .21. And then when it's
-
up there, you guys say, it's up there. I wonder
-
if it will appear there as well as there. It
-
will? Oh, that's good. That way I don't have
-
to turn around. This is surround word, yeah.
-
Surround word. Surround sound. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
-
This be the scripture. This suffering is part
-
of the work God has given you. Christ who suffered
-
for you is your example. Look at somebody and
-
say, the Spirit says, Christ is your example.
-
And look at somebody saying, the Spirit says,
-
follow in his steps. Now, let me give this to
-
you in the Greek because, you know, I have a
-
little edumacation. It's a wee bit. But this
-
word example is the word hupogramos. Everybody
-
go hoop. Hupogramos. Hupogramos. And, you know,
-
you're right. English is this way. Hebrew is
-
this way. It's a verbal language, 22 letters.
-
And the picture in the Greek is this. You have
-
a teacher who's writing the letters of the alphabet.
-
Catch this. A teacher who's writing the Hebrew
-
letters of the alphabet. the word of the Lord.
-
You have disciples who are watching the teacher
-
carefully write the word of the Lord, each letter
-
of the alphabet, and they are, in the Greek,
-
it means to painstakingly try to write each letter
-
of the alphabet exactly like the teacher. The
-
supernatural is to follow in Jesus' steps. Give
-
me Matthew 28, 18. Look at somebody and say,
-
it ain't woo, woo, woo. Look at somebody else
-
and say, if it's really supernatural. And it's
-
holy. It's practical. Look at somebody say it
-
works in life and it works in ministry. So Jesus
-
tells his disciples, I have been given Ecclesia,
-
exousia, however you want to say it, who cares?
-
I've been given all authority in heaven and earth.
-
Next verse. Look what he says here. I should
-
have just said verse 19, but I wanted you to
-
know Jesus was the one talking. But I just made
-
extra work for the scripture presenter. Let's
-
give him a big hand clap or her or whoever that
-
is. Now, go and make disciples of the ethnos,
-
the nations. Disciples, teach our nations. This
-
here is the word. Everybody go math. Tell you
-
who. Let's say it again because I just like.
-
One of the things I've learned is that you don't
-
necessarily remember stuff because I said it,
-
but if I can get you to say it, you got a better
-
chance. Everybody go math. Tell you who. The
-
concept of math tell you who is, this is the
-
concept, to walk with a teacher till you learn
-
how to think like the teacher, talk like the
-
teacher, act like the teacher. So Jesus, because
-
of his fellowship, his relationship, and his
-
intimacy with the Father, in the Holy Spirit,
-
had a supernatural life. And as a result, a supernatural
-
ministry. So I am to learn Jesus. I'm to learn
-
the word of the Lord. And I'm to learn how to
-
think like Jesus, talk like Jesus, act like Jesus,
-
so I can have a Jesus life. and a Jesus ministry.
-
Does that make sense? Now, you need to hear me
-
because I'm going somewhere. That means that
-
Jesus is to be the theme of my life and the theme
-
of my ministry. Okay. Let me give you something
-
in Hebrew as an implication. When Moses said,
-
if I have found grace in your sight, God Almighty,
-
show me a glory. The father replies, God replies,
-
you can't see my face. It's too much for you.
-
But I'm going to show you my hand to pause. And
-
I'm going to put you in the cleft of the rock.
-
And I'm going to pass by and proclaim my nature,
-
my character, my glory, who I am. I'm going to
-
declare what I am, what I will be, what I will
-
be. And you're going to see, you're going to
-
see behind me. But see what's really, that's
-
what you read in English. But when you go into
-
the Hebrew implication of it, it means that what
-
Moses saw was God's history. Look at somebody
-
say he saw God's story. His story. So when you
-
see. his story, you are witness to his glory.
-
So when I follow Jesus, I am following his story.
-
The closer I follow him, you're able to experience
-
and witness his glory. What does that mean? Storyline.
-
Everybody say storyline. In every storyline,
-
you have what's called a main plot, but you don't
-
never have just a main plot unless it's a short
-
story. You have, everybody say subplots. Well,
-
subplots carry the main plot. Okay. Everybody
-
say subplots carry the main plot. Everybody say
-
the main plot is the father and Jesus. What does
-
that mean? That means healing is a subplot. That's
-
to reveal the main plot. That means prophecy
-
is a subplot. The testimony of Jesus is the spirit
-
of prophecy. Right? Revelations 19 and 10. So,
-
I don't major in healing. Look at somebody and
-
say, it's a subplot that reveals his story. The
-
healer. So deliverance is a subplot, right? So
-
what happens to us sometimes is we get caught
-
in the subplot and we make the subplot the plot
-
of our lives. Now, look at somebody say the main
-
thing. These people, they're getting all kinds
-
of color tonight. Look at somebody say, the main
-
thing is to make the main thing the main thing.
-
So even when we talk about supernatural realms,
-
let... The realms lead you to the Father and
-
to Jesus. Now, is it biblical even to talk about
-
supernatural realms? Well, let's turn to Ephesians
-
1, verse 3. Ephesians 1, verse 3. Whoo! Let's
-
give them a hand clap, boy. That was fast. All
-
praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
-
who has already, past tense, blessed us with
-
every spiritual blessing. And this is an amazing,
-
I don't know what version this is, but this is
-
pretty good. Because heavenlies in the Greek,
-
you could translate it territories, plural, domains,
-
plural, or realms, plural. Very accurate. Very
-
good. Union with Christ. Look at somebody and
-
say, in Jesus, there are multiple realms. So
-
now, let me give you one of the principles of
-
the supernatural. The revelation that you receive,
-
revelation being the word. So whenever I say
-
revelation, look at somebody and say, he means
-
the word. The written word. Or the Holy Spirit
-
word that agrees with the written word. So every
-
revelation that you hear, speak, and obey takes
-
you into a realm. Because every revelation opens
-
up a realm to you. Let me give you an example.
-
You already believe this. If I preach to you
-
and you're a sinner by nature and choice. That
-
you should repent from sin, turn away from and
-
turn against sin, and believe into Jesus, and
-
receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior. When you
-
act on that revelation, turn against and from
-
sin, and believe into Jesus. When Jesus said,
-
he that believes, in Greek it means he that believes
-
into. That revelation produces a manifestation.
-
When you repent and believe. That revelation
-
takes you into a realm where you experience Jesus
-
as Lord and Savior. Okay. All right, let me do
-
it this way. Give me Mark 16 where it says, go
-
into all the world and preach the gospel. I'll
-
actually show it to you, and what I'll do is
-
I'll exegete this deal. Whatever it is. I'll
-
take all the help I can get if that's what it
-
is. I don't know either. That guy's supposed
-
to find out for me. If you don't find it pretty
-
soon, I'm going to have to find it myself. He
-
made me say, Preacher, you're supposed to be
-
doing some work around here. Okay, let me find
-
it. 15. Ah, very good, very good, very good,
-
very good. Yeah, 15. All right, okay. So I'm
-
going to start with verse 15. And so Jesus told
-
them, he said, go into all the world. Look at
-
somebody and say, go. And keep going. Greek word,
-
their world is cosmos. Preach is the word charix,
-
caruso actually, but it comes from the word charix.
-
The word charix. By history, was an official
-
spokesman of a king. So when a king had a message
-
for a person or a people, he would summon the
-
chariots. Look at somebody say, Jesus is the
-
king. When he got a message for you, he summons
-
you into his presence. So the chariots would
-
come in with a writing instrument. From the minute
-
he enters, he observes the king. He wants to
-
look at the temperament of the king, the mood
-
of the king. He wants to look at the countenance
-
expression of the king because he's taking notes.
-
He sits down. He listens to everything what the
-
king says. He writes it down, and he's looking
-
at the mood. Now, the chariots had to live a
-
life that was beyond reproach, both privately
-
and publicly, because everything he said and
-
did reflected on the king. Look at somebody and
-
say, everything you do. Private and public reflects
-
on the king. So then when the king gives a message,
-
he would stop and let the chariots ask questions,
-
and the chariots would get clarification to make
-
sure he got the message exactly right. And when
-
he went out, he wouldn't add to the message.
-
He wouldn't take away from it. Look at somebody
-
and say, you're the chariots. So Jesus said,
-
preach good news to everyone. The good news is
-
Jesus is Lord and Savior. Anyone who believes
-
the revelation enters the realm, and they're
-
what? Believed and baptized and are what? Saved.
-
Because they experience Jesus as the what? Everybody
-
say the revelation produces the manifestation.
-
Next verse. So then, whoever refuses to believe
-
will be condemned. These miraculous signs will
-
accompany. In the Greek, it means they'll be
-
close by. There'll be nearby those who believe.
-
And in the Greek, it means not just to believe.
-
It means to believe and keep believing. They
-
will cast out demons, which means after I preach
-
Jesus as Lord and Savior, I'm supposed to preach
-
Jesus as deliverer. And anybody who receives
-
that revelation, everybody say the revelation
-
produces a manifestation and people get delivered
-
from demons. Now, as soon as something leaves,
-
we need to fill the space, right? So now I need
-
to preach Jesus as the baptizer and the Holy
-
Ghost, and they're going to do what? Speak in
-
what? Everybody say the revelation produces a
-
manifestation. Notice the revelation you receive
-
and walk in determines the realm you live and
-
walk in. Look at somebody say you choose the
-
realm you live in. Walk in and minister through.
-
So then, Jesus is saying here, they'll be able
-
to handle snakes with safety. In other words,
-
this is not snake handling. Look at somebody
-
and say, you're a missionary. You get bit. You're
-
protected. What's the message? Jesus is your
-
keeper. Jesus is Lord and Savior. Jesus is...
-
deliver. Jesus is Holy Ghost baptizer. Jesus
-
is your safety, your keeper. If they drink anything
-
poisonous, it will not hurt them. Everybody say,
-
Jesus is your keeper. So, when you obey the word,
-
the revelation, it opens up that realm, and that's
-
what happens in your life. Next verse. They will
-
place their hands upon the sick, and by the way,
-
this Greek word for sick is a rustos, and you
-
could actually say somebody who was actually
-
comatose. That's how far it goes in the Greek.
-
You'll lay hands on them and they'll be healed.
-
Everybody say you preach Jesus as a healer. So
-
what does this mean? This means there's degrees
-
of the supernatural. I got saved in the Baptist
-
church. Everybody say the Baptist church. Now
-
traditional Baptists, they believe Jesus is Lord
-
and Savior. That's the revelation that they walk
-
in. So that's their manifestation. I got filled
-
with the Holy Spirit in the Assembly of God Church.
-
So, you know what I'm saying? Everybody say degrees
-
of the supernatural. So you can believe in healing,
-
and people can get healed of headaches, but that's
-
different from the deaf hearing. Everybody say
-
it's a different degree. That's different from
-
the blind seeing. Everybody say it's a different
-
degree. It's a different degree from the paralysis.
-
We're talking now, I'm roughing the United States,
-
okay, because there's a whole, that's a whole
-
other subject, but I'm not going to get into
-
that. And then there's a difference between the
-
blind seeing, the deaf hearing, the lame walking,
-
and the dead coming to life. Does that make sense
-
to you? Okay. So, and I've seen Jesus do all
-
that. I've seen the dead raised five times. One
-
time in front of, oh, probably as many people
-
as in this section. It was exciting. Every time
-
that the dead were raised, God did it a different
-
way. Yeah, see, yeah. So when I talk to you about
-
supernatural realms, I'm not just talking. Okay?
-
Because I'm going to leave you alone. I realized
-
this woman was dead. Everybody say dead, dead.
-
So it was the pastor's wife. So she asked me,
-
will you pray for my sister? Because that's who
-
it was. No, it was the pastor's wife's sister.
-
Her name was, the pastor's wife was named Donzella.
-
The woman that was a sister was named Ida. So
-
he said, will you pray for my sister? Well, I
-
ain't got nothing else to do. So I want to see
-
if she's really dead. Maybe she's just unconscious.
-
So no pulse and no breath. Yep, she's dead. So
-
this is in front of people. So here's my deal.
-
So what do I do now? That's my question. One
-
of the things I've learned is one of the ways
-
you initiate the supernatural is you ask God
-
a question. Okay? When her dead body's right
-
here, I don't have the faith for it. When I walk
-
over here and she's dead and I said, Lord, what'd
-
I do? All of a sudden, I had the faith. He said,
-
say, Satan, the Lord God rebuke you. So I said,
-
Satan, the Lord God rebuke you. This is where
-
I'm coming from. Then the Lord said, put your
-
hand on her so that what caused her to die would
-
be healed. That's why I brought up the question.
-
So I put my hand on her and commanded it to be
-
healed. This is the thing that's funny. The Lord
-
says to me, You don't even know this woman's
-
name. Because I didn't ask her name. So I said,
-
what's her name? They said, her name's Ida. The
-
Lord said, tell Ida to get up. So I said, Ida,
-
get up. And then, look at somebody and say, and
-
then the excitement began. Because Ida's stomach
-
starts going. Then she gets up. Then her hand's
-
in the air. Look at somebody and say, the revelation
-
produces the manifestation. And I can tell you
-
four others, and they're all different every
-
single time. But every single time, there was
-
a revelation. You know, you can ask me to, no.
-
First thing I'm going to do is I'm going to find
-
out two things I need to find out. One, are they
-
saved or not? Two, how old are they? Number three,
-
I need to find out from the Lord whether he wants
-
them back. And next, whether they want to come
-
back. Because they may not want to. I'm going
-
to leave you alone. I have a dear friend of mine.
-
I was telling him about my good friend Dean.
-
He was dead an hour and 45 minutes before his
-
wife prayed him back. And he met Jesus. and he
-
was trying to convince Jesus to let him stay.
-
So Jesus said, no, you have to go back. So what
-
he does is he walks over to the edge of heaven,
-
looks at his body and says, mm -mm. Goes and
-
interviews people around heaven, runs into Jesus
-
again. Jesus says, you got to go back. He walks
-
over to what we would call the edge of heaven,
-
looks and goes, mm -mm. Goes and interviews some
-
more people. Runs into Jesus again because I
-
think he believed if maybe if I just keep, if
-
I act like the widow woman, I can convince Jesus
-
to let me stay. Basically, the message that he
-
got was this. Jesus basically said, I need you
-
down there. And there was such a force, I got
-
to go back. That hour, 45 minutes, totally healed.
-
I mean. When they have the physician on the biography
-
channel testifying, Dean is really, really dead.
-
That means he was brain dead, clinically dead,
-
no breath, no pulse, biologically dead because
-
his feet were black. The only thing they didn't
-
have was papers. Look at somebody and say, that's
-
dead. Fully functioning. And look at somebody
-
and say, his wife prayed him back. People who've
-
been to heaven and have returned, they're just
-
not normal. We won't mention any names, but they're
-
like in the middle of the road, like right here.
-
That's so funny. Does it make sense to you? So,
-
look at somebody and say, you want to be in the
-
supernatural. Look at somebody and say, to be
-
in the spirit. Now, so, when the Lord Jesus had
-
finished talking with them, he was taken up into
-
heaven, sat down in a place of honor at God's
-
right hand, and he was there at the right hand
-
when I saw him. And disciples went everywhere
-
and preached, and the Lord worked through them,
-
confirming what they said, or everybody said
-
they spoke the word, confirming the word with
-
signs following. Okay, now, all right, so. I'm
-
going to talk a little while longer and then
-
we'll shift. Would that be all right? How many
-
of you are enjoying the word? Okay. Okay. So
-
the question is, how can I enter since there's
-
multiple realms in Christ Jesus? How do I enter
-
other realms in Jesus? Well, let me start by
-
saying, what is going to keep you out of it?
-
Look at somebody say, he can't tell you everything
-
in a single message. So I put notes in my phone
-
because I can't hold all this stuff in my head.
-
So I'm just going to read it to you. All right.
-
So. The world around us is inherently negative.
-
And this negativity is in our culture and in
-
our environment. And it is something that we
-
grew up with and possibly something we grew up
-
in. This negativity may have been what we consider
-
to be normal. It is the way we have practiced
-
thinking and a foundation for our way of life.
-
At one time you were in sin and you were called
-
a sinner, but Christ died and came to life. You
-
repented of sin, believed into Jesus, and you
-
were born from above. Everybody say you had a
-
supernatural birth. According to the book of
-
Romans chapter six, the word of God says that
-
you are crucified with Christ, that you died
-
with Christ, right? Okay. The scripture is clear
-
that you were resurrected with Christ and in
-
the realm of the spirit, even though your feet
-
are on earth, you are seated with Christ next
-
to the right hand of God. Look at somebody say
-
you in heaven already. Now says you were crucified
-
with Christ and you died with Christ. Your sin
-
nature be dead. So according to the word of God,
-
right? You really don't have a sin nature. Look
-
at somebody say you're a partaker of righteousness.
-
Look at somebody say you have the righteous nature
-
of Christ. I'm talking about your human spirits
-
born again. I ain't talking about your soul.
-
Look at somebody say you don't have a sin nature,
-
but you probably got a sin habit. A sin habit
-
is not the same thing as a sin nature. My human
-
spirit. has a righteous nature, the life of God
-
is within it. But because I ain't learned how
-
to think right, I have a sin habit. Look at somebody
-
say a sin habit is not the same thing as a sin
-
nature. That's why you got to have your mind
-
renewed by the word of God. So you have a sin
-
habit and look at somebody and smile and say,
-
and look at somebody smile and say, and habits
-
can be broken. So in Jesus, you have a righteous
-
nature in your spirit, the nature of God, but
-
it's difficult for you to access it, access it
-
with the wrong kind of thinking. And because
-
if you're still having old thinking, you're going
-
to participate in old habits. Look at somebody
-
say, you're going to have to have some heavenly
-
thinking to activate your heavenly nature and
-
walk in it for the glory of God. Look at somebody
-
say, you get the CD. Now, you need to hear me.
-
When you had a sin nature, you had the nature
-
of negativity. But your spirit has been brought
-
to life in Christ Jesus. So your spirit, Jesus
-
is the righteousness. You have the life, the
-
Zoe life of God in it. But in areas where your
-
mind has not been renewed by the word. Look at
-
somebody and say, you have some negative thinking.
-
So I've been saved from the nature of negativity.
-
But unless my mind is renewed by the word of
-
God, I can still practice the habits of negativity.
-
So the more you practice negative thinking, the
-
more negativity you're going to have in your
-
life. Look at somebody and say, how do you think
-
that preacher knows? Look at somebody and say,
-
I bet he knows because he's been there. So a
-
spirit of darkness will feed your negative thinking.
-
And as you think negatively, you attract negativity
-
in your life and things turn out negatively.
-
Look at somebody and say, there's always a relationship
-
between the negativity in your mind. And in your
-
life, why do I bring this up? Because your self
-
-negativity particularly will block your ability
-
to access the supernatural life that Jesus has
-
already purchased for you. Because you won't
-
let yourself go there because you got this guilt
-
thing going on. Now, I'm not talking about negative
-
events that happen in your life. Look at somebody
-
saying, you on earth. Okay, we're talking about
-
pessimism, cynicism. How many of you heard where
-
I'm coming from? Okay, so negativity comes into
-
your life and stays there. If it comes into your
-
life and stays there, check the negativity in
-
your mind that maintains the negativity in your
-
life. Look at somebody and say, because negativity
-
needs maintenance. See, they never saw us coming.
-
They didn't know I was going to call them to
-
repent tonight. Look at somebody and say, you
-
might could use a little bit of that. So if you
-
do not like the negativity in your life, look
-
at the negativity in your mind that brought you
-
there. Look at somebody and say, okay, let me
-
say it to you like this. You are the thinker
-
that thinks the thoughts that creates the things
-
in your life. You are the thinker that thinks
-
the thoughts that creates the things in your
-
life. So all you got to do is have another thought.
-
Okay, let me say it to you. I'm going to talk
-
just to the women. Whether you're married or
-
not. Okay, first, let's go with the single ones.
-
All the single women, raise your hands. And that
-
single, divorced, raise your hands high. Be nice
-
to old people a month. Okay. Keep your hands
-
up. Keep your right hand up. How many of y 'all
-
got an ex -boyfriend somewhere in the past? Raise
-
your other hand. Raise them up. Raise them up.
-
Raise them up. Do you want to know why that boy
-
has an ex? Because you quit thinking about him.
-
Because one day you said to yourself, self, what
-
was you? I rest my case. Now you need to hear
-
me because I'm really going somewhere. The practice
-
of self negativity is not the way of heaven.
-
Now I'm not talking about disregarding flaws.
-
weaknesses, defects of character, or personal
-
sins. I'm not talking about that. Do you hear
-
what I'm saying? I'm talking about you're loving
-
God, you're obeying God, but you're still down
-
on yourself. Do you hear what I'm saying to you?
-
So the practice of negativity is not the way
-
of heaven, it's the way of the spirit of the
-
age, it's of the earth. So the spirit of negativity,
-
the mindset of negativity, the practice of self
-
-negativity is not in heaven. It does not exist
-
there. You cannot walk in the mindset and practice
-
of negativity and expect positive results. The
-
mindset and practice of negativity only has the
-
power to produce negative results, outcomes.
-
Everybody say heavenly thinking, the mind of
-
Christ, heavenly practices. Holiness and obedience
-
attracts the angels of God and heavenly outcomes.
-
Now, I'm not going to be able to finish because
-
I never get done. I just have to quit. Let me
-
just say that there's a statement. When you have
-
the mind of Christ, you realize that every problem
-
has a promise and a provision attached to it.
-
So God can manifest himself and make you an overcomer
-
through his son, Jesus. Now, I have to demonstrate
-
this. Here's what I want to do. I need you, you,
-
and you. Woman in the middle, men on either side.
-
Come up here and stand and look good. You get
-
to be in the middle. He's on that side. You're
-
on this side. Now stand up here and look good,
-
y 'all. Because whenever I call you to the front,
-
you're always supposed to look good. Ready? Everybody
-
say promise. Problem. Provision. What I'm giving
-
you now is a supernatural pattern. Promise. Let's
-
do it English. Your name is promise. Say your
-
name. Promise. Your name is problem. Problem.
-
Sorry, somebody's got to be the problem. Your
-
name is Provision? Provision. Okay. So in Genesis
-
37, God gives Joseph a promise. The sun, your
-
dad, the moon, your mother, the 11 stars, your
-
brothers will bow down to you. Everybody say
-
promise. Everybody say birth of a vision. Everybody
-
say faith. Everybody say revelation. Everybody
-
say. Problem. As soon as he gets the promise,
-
he finds himself in a pit. Now, these brothers
-
are Jewish. Ain't no money in that. So they sell
-
that brother into slavery. Let's at least make
-
some money off of this guy. My pastor is a Jewish
-
believer in Jesus. That's not a slam. That's
-
really a compliment. Look at somebody and say,
-
you need to be making some money. Everybody say,
-
give tithes and offerings. So immediately he
-
has a revelation. That's the birth of a vision.
-
That's faith. He goes into a pit and then they
-
sell the brother into slavery. Everybody say,
-
big problem. Everybody say, death of a vision.
-
Because I want you to understand. That here,
-
when he has this dream, this is a God encounter.
-
The God encounter is a promise. But almost immediately
-
after the God encounter, everybody say, the pits.
-
Everybody say, the promise. The pits. This is
-
the death of the vision where your life is the
-
opposite of what's promised. Everybody say encounter.
-
Encounter. Process. Process. Everybody say provision.
-
Provision. Everybody say the resurrection of
-
the vision. Resurrection of the vision. The fulfillment
-
of the promise. The fulfillment of the promise.
-
Watch. Everybody say revelation. Revelation.
-
Birth of a vision. Birth of a vision. Faith.
-
Faith. Everybody say God encounter. God encounter.
-
Everybody say the pit. The slavery, the prison,
-
the death of the vision, frustration, and hope.
-
Everybody say resurrection of the vision. Everybody
-
say love, fulfillment, a new God encounter. Because
-
he gets accused of a crime he didn't commit,
-
he gets thrown into prison, he interprets two
-
dreams, and God gives him a butler, a baker,
-
and a pharaoh. If you will forgive the people
-
who put you in the pit, spoke out of the spirit
-
of the accuser of the brothers and sisters, and
-
put you into slavery and prison, If you'll forgive
-
them. Everybody say the process. Everybody say
-
God's working something out and he's working
-
something in. Then you'll get a greater God encounter.
-
Everybody say resurrection of the vision. Now
-
the reason I'm bringing this up to you because
-
it's a supernatural pattern. Moses has a promise.
-
Somehow he knows when he's 40 years of age, he's
-
going to be a deliverer. He tries it on his own.
-
He gets ahead of God. Everybody say wilderness.
-
Forty years. Birth of a vision, death of a vision.
-
Everybody say faith. Revelation. Birth of a vision.
-
Everybody say problem. Frustration. Failure.
-
Hope. Then he has a theophany, a God manifestation.
-
Everybody say resurrection of a vision. Fulfillment.
-
Love. Remember Joseph, when he got over here,
-
he forgave his brothers and he loved his brothers.
-
Moses loved the sons of Israel so much, he said,
-
blot me out of the book. He was so much like
-
Jesus. Watch this. Jesus comes upon the scene
-
of time. They see him as the Messiah. Everybody
-
say promise. Problem. Provision. Resurrection.
-
Here you have the birth of a vision. He's the
-
Messiah. But then he's crucified. Everybody say
-
death of a vision. Everybody say three days later.
-
Fulfillment of the vision. Why do I bring this
-
up? I want to let you know. Everybody say encounter.
-
Process. Another encounter. Okay, so now let
-
me share this with you and then we're going to
-
close. So it's the end of 97, beginning of 98,
-
and Jesus appears to me. And he lets me know
-
that I'm going to go through something and it's
-
going to hurt. And I let him know in the clearest
-
possible terms, I'm not interested. Everybody
-
say God encounter. This is what's... He looks
-
at me face to face like this. He whispers in
-
my ear and he lets me know it's still going to
-
happen. He stands back, looks at me, and he's
-
gone. He gone. And then he... See, this one's
-
funny, God's humor. He knows that I know if God
-
says it twice, look at somebody and say, it's
-
going to happen. Okay, now let me tell you this
-
whole thing from my perspective. Okay, you got
-
to understand a little bit about my background.
-
This is when I found out that God was a godfather,
-
and the Holy Ghost was a hitman, and God the
-
Father put a contract out on my carnality. Look
-
at somebody and say, you can run, but you can't
-
hide from the Holy Ghost hitman. So I would like
-
to tell you that when I was in the process, that
-
I lifted up my hands and I said, all to Jesus,
-
I surrender. No, I squealed like a pig. I did
-
not go gently into that good night. I acted like
-
a Gentile, the Gentile that I am. And it was
-
like God the Father was saying, I got to come.
-
contract out on your carnality, I'm going to
-
kill you. And there wasn't nothing I could do
-
about it. I resisted it. I fought it. And I died
-
painfully and got resurrected. And my whole life
-
changed. And then I was very happy. Because God's
-
sense of humor was this. You know, because you
-
don't find out that when you get to heaven, God's
-
really got a sense of humor. It's like, this
-
old boy don't know what's good for him. So I'm
-
going to ignore his resistance. This thing's
-
going to happen. But when he gets on the other
-
side, he's going to be so happy he went through
-
it. He's going to really have some joy. So the
-
Lord knows when to ignore you. It's one of the
-
secrets to a long marriage. You need to know
-
when to ignore your spouse. Okay, I'm trying
-
to close. Let me tell you how crazy we get when
-
we're in the flesh. All of us. I don't care how
-
saved, filled with the Holy Spirit we are. Sometimes
-
we act like that guy, that commercial. You need
-
a Snickers? My wife has this song that she loves.
-
It's called A Little More Jesus. It's not that
-
she needs a little more Jesus for herself. She
-
needs a little more Jesus because she lives with
-
me. You can really relate to that. I need a little
-
more of you, Jesus, today. Most of the problems
-
is me. Oh, yeah, most of the problems is me.
-
I just admit it. The wrong issues with a lot
-
of these other brothers, I don't want to admit
-
it. Most of the problems is us. It's rarely the
-
woman. Say it again. Say it again. Say it out
-
loud so everybody can hear you. Say, listen to
-
him. Listen to him, honey. She just spoke for
-
a whole congregation. Now, listen. Okay, you
-
can take me too seriously. I don't even take
-
myself too seriously. Look at somebody and say,
-
quit taking yourself so seriously. need to quit
-
taking other folks so seriously? Oh, they just
-
need a Snickers. When your spouse has lost their
-
mind and can't find it, they just need a Snickers.
-
Just wait upon the Lord and worship the Lord.
-
They'll come to themselves. Man, I've been married
-
almost 40 years. You think I don't know I got
-
issues? I had issues before I met the sister.
-
Got issues now? When I leave here, I'll still
-
have issues. When I go through the river of life,
-
I'll lose my issues. I'll be all right. Look
-
at somebody and say, he'll be all right then.
-
Let's give the problem and the promise and the
-
provision a big hand clap. Thank you, y 'all.
-
Why did I bring this up? I want to encourage
-
you. That regardless of where you are in this
-
continuum, God is faithful. He's faithful. He
-
brought me through it successfully because he's
-
faithful. Not because of my faith. Oh, I would
-
love to be able to tell you it was my faith.
-
Look at somebody saying it was his faith. Look
-
at somebody saying whatever faith you got, it's
-
not really yours. Romans 12 .3, God has given
-
to each one of you a measure. Look at somebody
-
saying whatever faith you got, it came from God.
-
So I want to encourage you tonight. Whether you're
-
in the birth of the vision, the revelation, and
-
the faith. The death of the vision where you
-
have hope that you can't even see your way out.
-
And you're in frustration and you're experiencing
-
one problem after the other. Or you're in the
-
resurrection of the vision where you're seeing
-
the fulfillment of what God promised. And there's
-
supernatural provision everywhere there. That
-
if you'll just walk with the Father and Jesus
-
through the process, you're going to find out
-
that Ephesians 3 .20 is really true. that he
-
will do exceedingly, abundantly, above and beyond
-
all that you can ask or think through the power
-
of the Holy Spirit. Stand to your feet. If you
