  1. We're going to do a little Q &A here before we

  2. let you go and go get your lunch and then come

  3. back tonight for prayer. Everybody heard prayer?

  4. Come on, praying in the spirit at 6 o 'clock.

  5. The fact is you can even pray a little further

  6. than 6 o 'clock. You can pray in tongues on your

  7. way out here. Hallelujah. That would be even

  8. great. That's part of the reason God put us in

  9. Harrisburg, to help your spiritual life pray

  10. to get here. Hallelujah. All right. Glory to

  11. God. Let's do a little Q &A. And I'd like to

  12. frame it in. So here's the framing in right now

  13. for this section. I want you to stay within the

  14. boundaries of what we talked about this morning

  15. on hearing God, okay, with Dr. Jan Venter. So

  16. this category of how to hear the Lord and operating

  17. in that seeing, hearing realm as well. So that's

  18. kind of the... That's kind of going to be my

  19. set category this morning. And so I want you

  20. just to think about that a little bit. Pray in

  21. tongues. What is my question? And if you have

  22. a question, make it intelligent as much as you

  23. can. And I'm going to come out and bring the

  24. mic to you and let them answer your question.

  25. So anybody have a question right off the bat

  26. in that arena that you would like to ask? Hallelujah.

  27. You lifted your hand first. Okay, I'm embarrassed

  28. to ask the question, but I'm going to ask you

  29. anyway, Tony. When I find myself praying in tongues

  30. at night, I stay awake. Speak a little louder.

  31. Okay, excuse me, I'll speak up a little bit louder.

  32. When I pray in tongues at night as I'm falling

  33. asleep, I find I don't go to sleep. I just stay

  34. awake. When do you stop? Yeah, seriously. Here's

  35. what I would do if I were you. Okay? I would

  36. pray in tongues earlier in the evening, but I

  37. would do soft instrumental music if that relaxes

  38. you and helps you go to sleep. Does that do that

  39. for you? Christian music. Okay? That's answer

  40. one. Answer two. Because I sometimes do that.

  41. Because sometimes I get so excited, I'm awake.

  42. Okay. So sometimes I'll do soft instrumental

  43. Christian music because it has the atmosphere.

  44. Second thing I'll do is sometimes I will go on

  45. YouTube and listen to like the Gospel of John

  46. or like Matthew and listen to the word until

  47. I fall asleep. And just listen. And it's amazing

  48. how the word of God will just relax you. And

  49. you're receiving that word into your spirit.

  50. OK, and then it'll relax you and then you could

  51. actually move from that into a spirit of revelation.

  52. OK, and then let me let me share this with you.

  53. Sometimes what you're what you'll do is you'll

  54. have a dream and it's just anxiety dream or just

  55. crazy stuff. All right. And then all of a sudden,

  56. in the midst of that, God will insert something.

  57. And then you need to catch it. Like last night,

  58. I'm just dreaming some stuff. Okay? But in the

  59. middle of all of that, I had a dream where God

  60. spoke to me personally. And then in the middle

  61. of it, I heard a word on a subject that I'm now

  62. researching. But I had to recognize it. And so

  63. then when I wake up. I go, okay, now I have to

  64. start looking up scriptures on this subject because

  65. the Holy Spirit obviously now wants to direct

  66. my attention toward it. Okay? And then the other

  67. thing had to do with the Lord revealing something

  68. to me about me that I needed to know. A correction.

  69. And look at somebody and say, and that's always

  70. a wonderful thing. And also, if that don't work,

  71. just take the book of Numbers and read and try

  72. and pronounce every name, you know. Okay. Well

  73. spoken. All right. Another question in regard

  74. to that. Okay. Yes, sir. Hang up. Hang up. I'm

  75. coming. My name is Daniel, and I'm Native American.

  76. I do speak my language, and it's sort of like

  77. meditating in a sweat lodge, but it's kind of

  78. hard to open up to do the tongues. It's a different

  79. environment, different way, but I'm really trying

  80. to figure out how to open up to talk tongues,

  81. but I usually just speak my native language.

  82. How could I go about working on that? I speak

  83. seven languages, and I can tell you right now

  84. that the connection between earthly languages

  85. and the spirit language, there's no connection.

  86. You have to disconnect. No matter what kind of

  87. language you speak, you have to learn how to

  88. disconnect from the natural to the spiritual

  89. because the natural man does not understand the

  90. things of the spirit of God. And that's why that

  91. when you speak in tongues, even to you, it'll

  92. sound like a brabble noise in the beginning.

  93. Because it's an unknown language. It's an unknown

  94. tongue. Maybe known to other people that understands

  95. the language. But when you speak in tongues or

  96. you want to speak in tongues, you have to allow

  97. your natural man to disconnect and to connect

  98. to the spirit. That was good. All right. Yeah,

  99. okay. Yes, I'm going to try to just move to sections.

  100. Anyone right here in this section, okay? Thank

  101. you. I'm just curious, how often is it appropriate,

  102. the instance where I've seen people be delivered

  103. and then it's after the deliverance, they just

  104. raise their hand and start speaking in tongues

  105. and they're obviously being filled with the Holy

  106. Ghost, but they're not even doing it. They're

  107. not trying to do it. Now, we're trying to speak

  108. in tongues. Is there a separation between that

  109. and God's having it happen versus you having

  110. it happen? Does that make sense to you guys?

  111. Want me to take this one? Yeah. Let me explain

  112. this because this is a great question, by the

  113. way. How did they get delivered? They yielded

  114. to God. And they said yes to the Lord. And so...

  115. And so they stayed in a state of yieldedness.

  116. Their spirit yielded. And so they stayed in that

  117. state and then they just started speaking. Because

  118. when they felt that urge through the Holy Spirit

  119. to speak. See, here's what's funny to me. I really

  120. struggled. Okay. I hope this don't bother you

  121. because I just, what you see is what you get.

  122. I really struggled to be able to speak in tongues

  123. because I had control issues. I like to analyze

  124. stuff and figure it out. And I couldn't figure

  125. it out. I couldn't figure it out. And so, okay,

  126. see, this is what's funny. How do you speak any

  127. language? You move your lips and you roll your

  128. tongue. So when the day of Pentecost fully came.

  129. There were one accord in one place, and suddenly

  130. there came a sound from heaven, rushing mighty

  131. wind, divided tongues like as a fire. They were

  132. all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke.

  133. Look at somebody say, you got to move your lips

  134. and roll your tongue. So, I'm moving my lips

  135. and roll my tongue. That's my act of faith in

  136. yielding. And I sometimes, even now to this day,

  137. From 72 now, I'll be praying in the spirit and

  138. go, wait a minute, I'm speaking in tongues. And

  139. I wasn't even aware I was speaking in tongues.

  140. And I become conscious I'm praying in the spirit

  141. because I'm yielding. And then there's times

  142. when I have to voluntarily, by faith, speak.

  143. And as I speak, I'm yielding. So you have the

  144. sovereign and you have the voluntary yielding.

  145. Sometimes people are yielding, but they don't

  146. even know they're yielding. And that's what happens

  147. in deliverance. That's really good. Excellent.

  148. You see, you also must remember that you can

  149. never bring the natural into the supernatural.

  150. You cannot take the spiritual into the carnal

  151. and vice versa. It's two different worlds. And

  152. so when you want to speak in tongues, once again,

  153. you have to disconnect from the carnal, the natural.

  154. Because the natural man doesn't understand these

  155. things. So it's a total disconnect and you accept

  156. that the Holy Spirit will just lead you from

  157. that moment on. Excellent question. Okay, next

  158. one. Richard. Being frontline men of God, how

  159. many times are you two attacked each day? By

  160. Satan? And then do you have a standard way you

  161. address that? Very good question. Because once

  162. your spirit becomes sensitive to the spirit realm,

  163. now you have to learn the world of spirits and

  164. you learn the person of the Holy Spirit. But

  165. you're going to encounter, when a person gets

  166. baptized in the Holy Spirit, they're just opened

  167. up to the world of spirits. And so you learn

  168. the person of the Holy Spirit, but you're going

  169. to also discover that there's other spirits out

  170. there from the realm of darkness who, from time

  171. to time, they're going to talk to you. Now, let

  172. me say this, and you can do with this whatever

  173. you want. Not every spirit, evil spirit that

  174. talks to you, will say you. They will sometimes

  175. say I to get you to believe that it's the voice

  176. of your own spirit, to get you to adopt their

  177. lie so that they can be empowered to work against

  178. you. Look at somebody saying, not every thought

  179. shows. And some thoughts are spirits. So one

  180. of the reasons it's critical for us to learn

  181. the word of the Lord is to say, is this thought,

  182. is it in keeping with what is written or the

  183. character of God? And if not, even if it says

  184. I and mimics the voice of my human spirit, it

  185. is to be rejected, casting down imaginations,

  186. right? St. Corinthians chapter 10, four and all.

  187. Okay, so you're going to have some level of warfare,

  188. but I don't allow myself to get caught up into

  189. it. So if a spirit comes to me and gives me a

  190. thought, rather than engaging the enemy, I just

  191. simply say, Lord, I send that one to you. And

  192. I keep right on going because I'm not going,

  193. we're not going to play that game. Where the

  194. enemy going to wear me out wrestling with a thought,

  195. a thought. Seriously? Really? No. Lord, I send

  196. that. See, even when I say, Lord, I send that

  197. to you, I'm still focused on Jesus. I'm still

  198. focused on Jesus. So, I'm not doing that. Or

  199. I simply say, it is written. And I'm still focused

  200. on Jesus. I'm not going to let the enemy catch

  201. me up in spiritual warfare where he becomes my

  202. focus. Jesus said, it is written. He kept the

  203. Father his focus. Very good. Do you want to add

  204. anything to that? Yeah. I personally also feel

  205. that people oftentimes involve themselves too

  206. much and unnecessarily with spiritual warfare.

  207. You're not supposed to be involved in spiritual

  208. warfare. You walk in victory. You walk in the

  209. spirit. So you don't give way to those thoughts.

  210. Sometimes I think, and the church especially,

  211. is too enamored by a spiritual warfare that Paul

  212. dealt with in the book of Ephesians. You'll notice

  213. that in the teachings of Jesus, it was you run

  214. across demons and you cast them away. And that's

  215. it. Live your life in such a way that in any

  216. case, and it's too much of a subject, but in

  217. any case, the Ephesian subject, I personally

  218. believe, was Paul's teachings about fallen angels

  219. and the encounters of fallen angels, not demons.

  220. And so that's not stuff that you're supposed

  221. to even get involved with. You are in victory.

  222. You have been blessed with all spiritual blessings.

  223. And you need to walk like that. Walk in victory.

  224. And like we said here last night, you know, talking

  225. about angels. You have angels that stands by

  226. to help you walk in victory. Keep your mind on

  227. Christ and away from Satan. That's good. That's

  228. good. Tony, I'm going to do a follow -up question

  229. for you. Yeah. In regard to just... confirming

  230. even what you guys both said, the Bible says

  231. in John, John writes, test all things, right?

  232. Oh, okay. If you have a lot of experience with

  233. angels, the angels of God, which, you know, because

  234. I need so much help, I have. Because, yeah. I

  235. remember this, that a demonic angel came to me.

  236. posing as an angel of God to talk to me, and

  237. he kind of sounded like one, but I was looking

  238. at him, and I caught a glimpse of darkness. So,

  239. when in doubt, if an angel says something, make

  240. sure it's in keeping with what is written, the

  241. character of God, right? Right? And then you

  242. can actually make the, you can challenge the

  243. angel to confess that Jesus Christ came in the

  244. flesh and that Jesus Christ is his Lord and master.

  245. That is so, that is so true. Make him say it.

  246. So I busted this angel out. Okay. Okay. I should

  247. probably explain this. The name Kemp means warrior.

  248. my real name is Phillip Anthony. Everybody calls

  249. me Tony, but Phillip means lover of horses, which

  250. is military. And so sometimes I get real aggressive.

  251. And so I busted his behind out and he left. Okay.

  252. So all I'm saying is I'm not afraid of being

  253. deceived. The very fear of deception can lead

  254. to deception. All you got to know is the Father,

  255. Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and it is written. So

  256. ain't no big deal. Sooner or later, one's going

  257. to come to try to trick you. Just bust his behind

  258. out and send him off in the name of Jesus. Okay,

  259. now I'll come back down. That's great. And springing

  260. off of that, the reality is when it says test

  261. all things, the written word is so critically

  262. important to every level of the supernatural.

  263. Yeah. Because as you've said, and we've talked

  264. about the level of intrigue. of people of how

  265. they're hearing you know we we hear it all the

  266. time well my departed daughter or son they visit

  267. me or they talk to me and you hear those type

  268. of things that are clearly unbiblical but there's

  269. no training in the word of god and so people

  270. having wisdom Not from above. That is pure. And

  271. that's the key again. Knowing the scriptures.

  272. It's pure. It's noble. It's righteous. It's connected

  273. to God's word. His character. His truth. His

  274. holiness. If that's not there. That's why you

  275. have to test it out. Test it out in every form

  276. of revelation. A word to anything. Let's talk

  277. about, and then I'll get a couple more questions.

  278. Let's talk about discerning of spirits as in

  279. the list in 1 Corinthians 12, discerning of spirits.

  280. Doctor? In what sense? Well, just whatever sense

  281. you want to talk about it. Well, you know, if

  282. you want to discern the spirits, it's just like

  283. you said. You know, you've got to judge them

  284. by... what comes from them. You know, it's got

  285. to be tested on the level of the word. You know,

  286. you cannot believe everything or anything that

  287. comes to you. It's got to pass the test of the

  288. word. Number two, it's got to pass the test of

  289. the character of God. If it doesn't have the

  290. character of God, it doesn't pass my test. It

  291. doesn't matter what they say. It doesn't matter

  292. how intelligent they sound. It doesn't matter

  293. how convincing they sound. They've got to pass

  294. the character of God. And then number three,

  295. are they surrounded by love? Is what is happening,

  296. is it covered by love? God is love. So if there's

  297. an absence of love or the presence of malice,

  298. it's clear. That's how I test them. Yeah, the

  299. other thing of it is I try to look at my, okay,

  300. I try to examine my own heart in the light of

  301. the written word of God and the Holy Spirit.

  302. Because if your spirit's wrong, your discernment

  303. is not clear. Okay. And so Dr. Yon said something

  304. that I think is real, real important. And I do

  305. want to mention this because a lot of times people

  306. want to enter the realm of the supernatural in

  307. Jesus, but they really suffer from guilt. Now

  308. you have two types of guilt. You have guilt that's

  309. genuine because you really did something wrong.

  310. You didn't repent. And look at somebody and say,

  311. just repent. And then believe the word. If we

  312. walk in the light as he's in the light, the blood

  313. of Jesus constantly and continuously cleanses

  314. us from all sin. Okay, so once I've repented,

  315. and now I have boldness to enter into the most

  316. holy father through the blood of Jesus. Once

  317. I've repented, once I've confessed that he's

  318. faithful and just, 1 John 1 and 9. Now, now you

  319. need to hear this. Now I'm in a state of innocence.

  320. I'm in a state of innocence. Romans 5 and 1,

  321. therefore being justified by faith, I have peace

  322. with God through my Lord Jesus Christ. So I stand

  323. before God just as if I've never sinned. Now

  324. through a sense of innocence because of the blood

  325. of Jesus and his resurrection from the dead,

  326. now I have no real sense of sin. So now if the

  327. enemy brings something, it's false guilt. Therefore

  328. there is now no what? condemnation to them who

  329. are in Christ Jesus, right? So now in this state

  330. of innocence, now my faith operates, right? Because

  331. whatsoever we ask of him, we receive because

  332. we keep his commandments, right? So beloved,

  333. if a heart does not condemn us, we have what?

  334. Confidence and peace toward God, right? So now

  335. in this peace, in this peace, I can receive revelation.

  336. But if I let the enemy convince me of a false

  337. guilt that the blood of Jesus is taken care of,

  338. then it's going to be hard for me to receive

  339. revelation from God. Does that make sense to

  340. you? So I just want to mention that. And it's

  341. going to be hard for me to minister by the Spirit

  342. or receive ministry by the Spirit if I'm in a

  343. state of guilt. That's why I always try to help

  344. people to repent first. And, you know, the Bible

  345. also speaks of, you know, the saints being equipped.

  346. You know, you must always remember that you are

  347. equipped. He makes sure that you are equipped.

  348. He's not going to just release you to just go

  349. out there, even if you don't have, you know,

  350. a high level of experience in this realm we're

  351. talking about. And one of the equipping of the

  352. saints is the anointing. The anointing, that's

  353. what John says, you have an anointing. And so

  354. the anointing bears witness of the truth. And

  355. so that should be a very strong guide for all

  356. of us, you know, with the anointing. It not only

  357. breaks the yoke of bondage, but it bears witness

  358. of the truth. That's really good. Really good.

  359. Okay, one more question here. Who's got a great

  360. question. It's just burning, you know, the Holy

  361. Spirit sent it to be answered. Karen. Thank you,

  362. first of all, for the great blessing of you guys

  363. sharing your experiences with God. I know early

  364. in my walk, I was attacked because of a lot of

  365. stuff that was passed down. God taught me personally.

  366. And one thing that, as I was struggling with

  367. self, which to me is the biggest warfare that

  368. we have, was motivation. And I just kept begging

  369. and begging God for motivation. And then as I

  370. walked the walk, I saw how that relationship

  371. was the motivation. I was wondering if you guys

  372. could talk on that. You want to go first? Okay,

  373. you know, the thing is, to become aware of...

  374. of one's purpose. You know, that, I believe,

  375. is the strongest force that will motivate you,

  376. is when you become aware of really what your

  377. purpose is. Because that's the thing with so

  378. many people is they live aimlessly or without

  379. purpose. It's amazing that when you come into

  380. that area or that awareness of what your purpose

  381. is, what you were created for. The moment you

  382. come into that thing there, that becomes an incredible

  383. motivational force. You cannot live aimlessly.

  384. You've got to come to a place where you say,

  385. wow, that's what I'm here for. Now, once you

  386. find out that's what I'm here for, guess what?

  387. You're not going to need no encouragement. You

  388. know, because you remember what Jesus said, where

  389. your heart is, there will be what? Your treasure.

  390. So once you find out where is my heart, you're

  391. going to discover your treasure. Yeah, and in

  392. connection with that, remember Philippians, Paul

  393. said this. He says, God's working in you, giving

  394. you both the desire and the ability to do his

  395. good pleasure. So questions, okay? One of the

  396. things the Lord really taught me to do is ask

  397. questions. So what is it that you love? What

  398. is it that you hate? What moves you to have compassion?

  399. What is it you want to fix? Okay? And not just

  400. that, but if I can say it to you like this, one

  401. of the reasons the Father and Jesus put all these

  402. different ministries in the church and speakers

  403. come through, and sometimes you'll listen to

  404. a speaker, man or woman, and you'll go, you know,

  405. I think... That resonates with it. It rings your

  406. bell. It makes your baby leap Okay, just like

  407. John the Baptist leaked when he heard the voice

  408. of Jesus and it's like yeah I want to be like

  409. that when I grow up And so sometimes what happens

  410. is you're listening to a speaker and something

  411. on the inside of you says, that's it, that's

  412. it, that's it. Now you want to do your research.

  413. Now you want to get a model. Because, see, we

  414. grow by more than messages. We have to have a

  415. model. We have to have a picture. And then we

  416. say, okay, now what steps do I have to take to

  417. cause that revelation to become a personal reality?

  418. Wow. Can you tell them thank you? If you are
