Waypoint Conference 2021 (Thursday PM) - Dr. Yan Venter (September 16, 2021) | Life Bible Church

I'm so glad you're here tonight. So grateful

for coming out on a Thursday night. And I hope

you, you know, we debated on what to do this

year in regard to charging. We normally charge

for a life conference. We haven't, with that

process of having a conference and bringing several

speakers in, it's a pretty hefty. Maybe it's

not the right word, but it's a large expense

just by the time you pay airfares and hotel and...

food, and then want to bless them with an honorarium.

But we just felt with the 20th anniversary that

we wanted to create a free conference that we

were going to trust God to move among his people

in this fashion. Sometimes we do it different

because that's what the Lord says. But this time

was just in celebrating the 20th year. And what

a great opportunity to bring in some friends.

And not just friends, but kingdom friends. And

you know, there's a lot of stories that could

be told about the process of getting here. We've

had quite the twists and turns over the last

year or two in regard to people saying they're

coming, not coming, who's coming, who's not coming,

you know. But it was interesting. Dale had...

texted me sometime back and I was derelict in

my duty and not responding right away. And then

I had one of my intercessors come and say, have

you ever thought about Dale Everett coming back

again? I said, well, yes, I have. And thank you

for reminding me. That's probably the Lord giving

me a boot kick here. So I got a hold of him actually

right from that meeting. And I said, hey, what

do you think about this date and coming out?

And as I was praying about it and inviting him,

the reason I, really felt that from the Lord

is I had remembered that both Jan Venter and

Dale Everett had spent time working with R .W.

Schambach in Texas in the ministry there with

one of the great pastors that ministered in healing.

And so that also then just spurred as I was praying

that I sit on the apostolic team of MFI. And

in a couple weeks after this, we're going to

be having a man named David Freck, who also was

part of R .W. Schambach's ministry. And I just

felt like the Lord said, I want you to dig deep

into that well of what has been so that it will

be. And so I'm taking three men, kind of representing.

Just to representing Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,

you guys can decide which one you are. And to

dig into that well of healing and just prime

and ask the Lord the anointing that's on their

lives, the grace that's on their lives, the miracles

that are on their lives to begin to be released

in the atmosphere. Now, what's so awesome about

this and what these men are is I know these men

personally. We were in South Africa all together,

I believe in 2008. Jan had invited several of

us, and that's where I met Dale clear back in

the day, and we traveled in the nation of South

Africa doing some crusades together. Dale does

a lot of crusades in Africa still, in Kenya,

in Tanzania. Fact is, I'll let him tell some

stories there, but he's highly connected in some

major areas all the way up to the presidency

of some places that the Lord has just brought

incredible favor. Both of them are healing evangelists.

Both of them operate in signs and wonders, and

both of them are great, integrous men of God.

love their wives, be true to their families,

serving the Lord in integrity. Would you give

a Life Bible welcome tonight to both of them?

But as Yon Venture comes to the platform, would

you give them a welcome? Thank you. Am I on?

Yeah. Am I on now? Can you hear me? Can you maybe

turn this up a little bit more because I'd like

to hear myself. Thank you. Yeah, that's true.

You know, the little boy was, I think, 10 years

old. Standing in the back of a small church,

church couldn't hold more than about maybe 80

or 100 people, but it was spat out to the brim.

And while they're singing and worshiping, I heard

a scream. I'm standing up in front. Those days,

they still had the preachers sit up front. You

know, I mean like really in front so you could

see your faces during worship. And you can pick

on those that didn't worship. But all of a sudden

I heard him scream. And his mom looked down,

the little boy had polio. And they had this shoe

made for him, obviously the doctors. You know,

because the one leg was so much shorter than

the others. With nobody touching him. No sermon

preached yet. God touched that young boy. One

of the signs that follows. He that believeth.

Have you ever thought about that? You know, it

doesn't include a sermon. Now, we need sermon

because that builds faith. It didn't mean, you

know, somebody else is going to come pray for

you. It's just when you believe. These signs

shall follow them who believe. In a small town

of Arkansas two years ago, same thing happened

to a lady that Somebody had told her that God

uses this evangelist in healing. She is from

some other denominational church and reluctantly

she came because she was involved in it. Her

leg decided to keep it and that leg just grew

shorter and shorter. Then what happened? And

thinner and thinner. And then before I walked

up to preach, she grabbed me by my shirt and,

you know, smiled. I mean, I've never seen anybody

smile like that. And she went like this. She

said, look at this. And God healed her as I walked

right by her. Signs following. You know, every

church should have that chapter in their lives.

The chapter of the Acts of whatever the name

of the church is. Because when you read the book

of Acts, it's all about signs that followed.

followed men that one time hardly believed when

Jesus taught them about the resurrection. And

none of them actually believed it. And those

very same 12 men would take the world and turn

it upside down. Because wherever they went, signs

followed them. I remember myself as a young man,

you know, when I started looking up towards these

generals of faith. And from a young age, age

of 12, God had told me that he's going to use

me in the area of divine healing. So I was very

interested in watching these men and how they

operate and so on. And I saw in those days, I

mean, days when revival was just breaking out

all over, was just such a pleasure to go to church.

In fact, it was so exciting to go to church.

They had these long prayer meetings. They even

put up, many of the churches would put up prayer

tents outside, and before and afterwards, they

would come together and pray, and people get

baptized in the Holy Spirit. I mean, it was just

incredible. It was not a strange thing whatsoever

to hear of a church that went four, five, six,

sometimes 17 weeks. You know, I was involved

in Ohio in a revival, and Dale knows that. 17

weeks because of the hunger, the hunger of people.

I've been in the ministry for 50 years, now 51

years. And I've never seen a more devastating

attack on the church like we have just recently

now observed with this COVID thing. I mean, you

know, when after Katrina moved to New Orleans,

well, I think many of us went down there to go

and see, and it was really a sight to see because

where one's houses were, there was nothing. For

miles and miles, things were just devastated,

trees laying down, no sign of life. And in the

spirit realm, I see exactly that with the church.

The church that was once such a powerful entity.

The church that was once a voice that would speak

and leaders and kings and presidents would listen

to what the men of God were saying. Prophets

stood and spoke the words of God, and it was

all coming to pass. And then all of a sudden,

slowly but surely, they started nibbling at the

face of the church, little by little, until this

thing broke out right now. And I'm telling you,

what you're seeing right now is a few warriors

like you that are deciding, we are not going

to just remember the old days, but we are on

a journey. and a journey to fight back that which

God had given us. Yes, somebody shout for him

while you're doing this. I get excited when I

talk about these things, you know, because that's,

you know, a church without signs and wonders

is just religion. And I don't know about you,

but I'm so sick and tired of religion, just religion.

It is so boring. When somebody stands there and

they try and impress you with a sermon, pastors

resign a church and then they try and get a new

pastor and then they advertise, you know, for

men to send in their resumes and with a resume,

they also ask, send us a sermon. I mean, how

dumb can you be and then still keep on breathing?

A sermon. I mean, that's just the art of homiletics.

Oh, thank you very much. Oh, sorry. Thank you.

It spilled over like the Holy Spirit is going

to spill over right here. Come on. Come on, just

praise Him. Glory to God. You know what I'm saying

is, you know, there's something about to happen

in the church. We are known as the people that

never stay down. Come on, can I hear a better

amen than that? Now, we, you know, we have been

tested. How many of you have been tested in your

life? Let me see your hands. You know, you've

been tested. Now, I don't want to talk much about

the COVID thing, but I will mention it a little

bit later on, but I think I should just read

my scripture verse first, you know, and get into

the Bible, you know. And I want you to take your

Bibles and turn with me to Leviticus 14, right

there in the Old Testament. Let's go there and

see something really weird that's happening to

the people. Of God. At that time. And we pick

it up. In verse 33. When the Lord spoke to Moses.

That's Leviticus. Sorry 14. So the Lord spoke

to Moses. And Aaron say. When you have come into

the land of Canaan, which I give you as a possession.

You remember the story. God gave them Canaan

land. God gave them that once belonged to somebody

else. It's like one of the promises that he still

has to, you know, bring about. And it is going

to happen that the wealth of the wicked is laid

up for the righteous. Time is going to come when

the church is going to triumphantly be the last

one standing. Come on. And so he said, when you

come into a house that I gave you. And I want

you to remember here tonight, ladies and gentlemen,

that your house, your home that you live in,

the home that you have your family, your children,

your sons and your daughters, it's a place that

God gave you. It's not just a place where you

decided to just, you know, hang out together

and just by coincidence some babies showed up.

No, you're a child of God that relies on the

ordination of the Holy Spirit. And that he's

ordained you to be a father. And he's ordained

you to be a mother. And right now, he's ordained

you to be a son and a daughter. And there's development

that's taking place. And you are not just a member

of Life Bible Church, but you are a member of

the family of God. You are the son and the daughter

of God Almighty. Almighty God. Come on, give

him a hand of praise. He gave you that right.

And he said, when you come into that house and

you'll notice that I put a leprous plague in

the house in the land of your possession. Just

think about that. Just imagine, you know, God

putting leprosy in a house that he gave you.

And he goes on to say, and he who owns the house,

he who is. in charge of that house, comes and

tells the priest, saying, it seemed to me there's

a plague in my house. By now, word obviously

had spread through the camp. There's families,

there's people that's been talking, there's something

going on in my house. Don't know what it is,

but I've never seen something like that. God

comes out with the word through Moses. It could

be leprosy. Could kill you. Could destroy everything

that was precious to you because I put in that

house leprosy. Pay attention. Look at somebody

right next to you and say, pay attention. Now,

tonight I'm not preaching to you. I'm speaking

to the person next to you. And I want you to

clearly take notice. This is a serious message

that God is, I believe, going to share with you

during this weekend. Which I pray and trust and

hope and believe. That this is going to be the

beginning of a new chapter. A new direction for

Life Bible Church. Because this is a church that

has always functioned in the supernatural. And

it's not going to get less. It's now going to

get more. Go ahead and praise him again. It's

going to get more. But you first have to deal

with the leprosy if it is in your house. And

God says, when it seems to you. Now, it could

be mildew. You know, it could just be mildew.

And then, you know, I mean, you could deal with

that very easily. I mean, you could shout it

out. But not when it's leprosy. Not when it's

something God actually put there. It's testing

your obedience. Pastor and I was talking about

this, you know, yesterday and this morning. We

were talking about obedience. Now, I mean, this

was last night. We talked about obedience, you

understand. Faith. Before you receive your faith

to grow, you have to learn to obey. God speaks

and you obey. Anytime when we talk about signs

and wonders, just wait for people to settle down.

It's amazing how the enemy works. You know, it

doesn't take a Boeing 747 to fall in our midst

for you to lose what God is trying to say to

you at that moment. Just somebody just move around

at the wrong time. So let's pay attention. And

so what is happening is, where was I? What was

I saying? So when these things happen, you have

to pay attention to it. It's in your home. See

that many times. People get prayed for here in

the weekend, receive their healing, go home.

And that very same week, that thing is back again.

They have problems in the home. And they come

here on the weekends and God really touches them.

They go home and it's not long and that thing

is back again. They live a life of arguments

instead of a life of love and of peace and harmony.

They fight on the way to church and then they

fight on the way home. Children don't want to

live at home anymore. Because of the uneasy atmosphere

that's in that house. Because what is happening,

your family, your life, your home is really falling

apart. While you're a member of one of the great

churches in Oregon, your life is falling apart.

Your home is falling apart. And you've got to

get to a place where you stop pretending. Because

you are actually dealing with something that

can and will destroy your marriage, will destroy

your relationship with your children, will destroy

your business, will bring you to a place of bankruptcy.

You're dealing with something that is very serious.

And the fact of the matter is, because God put

it there, God wants you to pay attention. He

wants to show you what is actually going on in

your house. So when it seems to you, I mean,

just get a hold of the pastor. Say, come and

see here. I've seen that, you know, I've got

so much I want to share with you, but, you know,

is there a watch I got to watch? Yeah, there's

a watch I got to keep my attention to. No, it's

true. Time is our friend and enemy. But, yeah,

you know, we've had people that called a lady.

I mean, she's a wonderful Christian lady. Her

husband, an elder in the church. And she calls

me and she says, Pastor, will you please come?

Something going on in my home. What is going

on? She says, you're not going to believe it.

Grub worms are eating my husband up. Grub worms,

not intestinal worms. These fat, white, ugly

little things. They're not supposed to be able

to live in the, what he called intestinal gases

and fluids. Went to go and see a doctor. They

opened him up. And I mean, they recorded this

as a phenomenon that they didn't have an answer.

He was just absolutely just filled with those

grub worms. They cleaned him out, closed him

up. And the night when she called me, she said,

my husband was sitting opposite me. And while

we're sitting talking, a grub worm came out of

his nose. Please come. Please come. I remember

going to that house. I remember going to go and

see what's going on. He was not there. Where

is he? Oh, on Wednesday nights, Pastor, he goes

down here to the pub. He goes down there to go

and have a couple of beers with his friends and

they play darts. There's leprosy in that house.

You cannot serve God and mammon. I know that

means money, but you cannot sit on the fence

and enjoy both sides of the fence. You're either

for God. And you're against the enemy or vice

versa. It's time that you dig your heels down.

Find yourself some solid ground again. And say

to yourself, I am a child of God. Just like that

song said tonight. I am a child of God. I will

no longer fear. Come on, give him a great praise

offering. Glory to God. I am a child of God.

Come on, yell it out. I am a child of God. I

tried to pray with her in the house. Couldn't

pray. I mean, it was like. Everything was just

falling short here. I was waiting on God to show

me what's going on. I could not pray. We went

outside. I'm telling you, just like it happened.

We went outside. The moment we went outside,

walking around the house and praying, all of

a sudden, everything lifted. I could pray. It

was like heaven opened up, just like Jesus said

in John 1, that heaven will open up for you,

and you will see the Son of Man, and you will

see angels. I mean, you will see angels ascending

and descending. upon man and the Son of Man.

Listen, let me tell you something. God wants

you to be victorious. But you've got to deal,

you have to deal with what is wrong in your home.

Too many people sit here Sunday after Sunday,

week after week, month after month, really year

after year, unchanged and unchangeable. So, While

I'm there outside, God showed me. I mean, I've

never been in that home. I told her, I said,

I see a vision, and God shows me a cubby in a

bedroom. I see a cubbyhole, and on the one side

of that closet, there's a door off on the little

cubby. She says, yeah, that's in my bedroom.

So I said, just go there if you don't mind, please.

Inside there, there's a shoebox. Bring it to

me. She said, no, there's no shoebox there. I

said, go and look. So she goes out to her room.

She's saying, there's no shoebox. She comes back

and she says to me, I told you there's no shoebox.

Take me to the room. So I go to the room. with

her, and she stands here in the doorway, and

she points at the cubby, just like I saw it in

my vision, no door, and she says, look, there's

no shoebox, and there, in clear plain sight,

is a shoebox. So I go up there, and I take the

box like this, and I bring it down, and when

I did, she goes, oh my goodness, See, I don't

know how this works, but I know that many of

you have experienced this from time to time,

that Satan can blind your eyes. He blocks you

from seeing the truth. He blocks your ears from

hearing and then obeying God. He wants to remain

in charge. When we opened up that box, there

was rooster claws in there and all sorts of stuff

which happens in Africa with the voodoo music

and voodoo magic. And she told me about an Eastern

person that they had an argument with and stuff

like that. I burned that stuff right there and

God set that man free. He never, ever experienced

worms again. Signs following. Come on, give him

a praise offering. Signs following. Now, you

know, the priests shall come and look and indeed

if the plague has spread in the house, you know,

it starts small. You know, starts small. But

then it spreads. You never would watch a movie.

You know, with naked scenes. Because you are

a child of God. Now it's changed. And it's spread.

And further than that, I don't need to go. We

are in the process of one of the biggest, listen,

one of the biggest challenges this church, the

church of our Lord Jesus Christ had ever seen.

With this COVID thing. Now I'll tell you what

I think. And that's just my opinion. And you

may. You may differ. You know I mean you may

think different. That's okay. You have the right

to be wrong. I believe this COVID thing. By the

way. I believe it's just. The first part of the

test of that which is about to come. This is

just the introduction. Without, you know, just

elaborating too much. I believe that this COVID

thing was designed. It's designed to what? Bring

fear into the hearts of everyone. Because when

you have fear in the heart, you cannot have faith.

They don't live together. They don't exist together.

They don't bond together. Fear breaks faith down

in your life. You can talk about healings and

you can talk about these great things, but you're

holding hands with fear because the news media,

you know, by the way, the news media, Trump saw

that and you see it. The news media, they all

stand together and they're controlled by somebody

out there. And I'm not going to guess who that

is, but their plan and their purpose is bring

fear to the nation. So that when they say jump,

you jump. When they say you do not open your

door, you know, it's just like that. And throughout

the nation, the world, people did that. Went

into... Facebook, but you understand, lost the

atmosphere of the anointing. See, it just becomes

a sermon because the atmosphere, like you felt

it here tonight. Did you feel it? The atmosphere,

you know, that boiling presence. Where your hair

stands up, where you feel inside your stomach,

it's almost like there's a pulsating presence

in your stomach. I'm telling you, it's just the

most wonderful experience out there. But on Facebook,

you don't see that hardly. In fact, people don't

even stay to listen to the entire sermon. And

the church just absolutely fell apart. And then

slowly, you know, last year, last year, I didn't

preach one sermon anywhere. Churches just didn't

open up their doors. The only place I preached

was here. Thank God for pastor. Can you do that?

Thank God for him. And for Pastor Jenny. I know

you love Jenny, don't you? You love Jenny. And

I know you just tolerate pastors. You know, Jenny

is the one. Pastor is just, he's just there.

Thank God for him. He's my friend. He's my best

friend. I've shared with him all my deepest secrets.

And there was at least five of them. Because

I know he's a man of integrity. But other than

that, very few people, very few ever invited

me. It just shut down. Did you experience that

too, Pastor Dale? It was just like that, boom.

They shut the church down. This powerful machine

that Jesus called, this is my church. And then

when all of these things happen, you almost wonder,

in fact, you almost understand why Jesus asked,

when I come back, will I find faith? And there's

very little left of it. People will say they

believe this and that. But when fear strikes

their heart, they run. Tell you something you

may not like, but I'm going to still tell you

because I thought it was very funny. I went to

Eugene yesterday with my wife. Hanley is with

me. Tonight. Uncle Happy. Uncle is with me tonight.

You know, I came down. She wasn't with me. I

came down an aisle, walking down an aisle. I

had my mask on and everything. And around the

aisle came a man. You could just tell he's arrogant.

He's an arrogant sinner. You could just tell.

You know, just. And when he saw me come, I mean,

he went like this, afraid, you know, allowed

me to come by him. Kind of insulted me just a

little bit. No, actually more than that. And

so then when he went into the aisle, I followed

him and went, the man ran, I'm telling you. That's

what's going on in the church. You think it's

COVID, you're going to die. Well, where are you

going to go when you die? I'm afraid I'm going

to go to heaven. You know, if you really think

about this, you know, if you... You can go and

just go and check out all the pandemics of the

past. There's been some hefty ones. And the way

that they put out this COVID thing, how dangerous

it is. Many, many of the deaths, and I mean,

that's common knowledge. That's not a conspiracy

theorist suggestion. It's common knowledge that...

the hospitals receive a certain amount of money

when somebody is said to have died by COVID.

So when you read that there's 5 million people

who have died worldwide of COVID, you know what

percentage that is of the world population? 0

.06. You can go and work it out yourself. Nothing.

How many people do you know in your little circle

actually died? Yeah, some of them died. I'm not

saying COVID is not, you know, life -threatening.

I'm not saying that. But I'm just telling you,

our God is greater than any COVID in any case.

Greater! Much greater than COVID. And I believe

wherever I go, wherever I go, I preach and I'm

telling the pastors and I'm telling churches

and I'm on the internet and I go everywhere I

can. Stand up against these people. They're false.

They're liars. They're pawns in the hand of the

enemy that's preparing the way for the Antichrist.

Stand up. We have a constitutional right to have

church. We have a constitutional right to come

together and worship God. Don't let them shut

you down. We are the people of Almighty God.

Come on, let's behave like that. So these streaks

in the house, you go and read that chapter, you

see it talks about red and greenish streaks and

was running down the walls, eating into the plaster,

going down. It was pointing towards the foundation.

I tried many a time to find out where, why this

happened. And then I heard, brother, Kilpatrick

preached one time about this and he said something

that I followed up and went and checked it out.

He said he went and checked out some of the rabbinical

writings, the rabbis that they have libraries

of books about what happened in the old days.

And what had happened when those occupants that

had to leave their home When that happened, they

knew how the people of God sees God as holy.

And they went ahead and planted in some houses

idols, terrible idols, terrible things. You move

into that house and you don't know what's going

on. So you go and read the rest of that chapter.

You see, eventually God says, when you find out,

you establish that that is what it is. It is

leprosy. Break the house down. Get to that foundation.

And when they lifted up the foundation, they

found these horrible planted objects there. On

the place that God had given them. You wonder

sometimes. If God could just show you. What is

actually hidden behind. Underneath the mattresses.

Or you know in your home. Things that are happening.

Not supposed to be there. But you know understand.

Your foundation is cracking up. The foundation

cannot hold the house up. It's time that you

listen to the word of God here today. And when

we want signs to show up again. WANT TO WALK

OUT IN THE STREETS AND DECLARE ONCE AGAIN JESUS

SAVES, JESUS HEALS, HE IS THE DELIVERER OF THE

WORLD, THEN FIX UP YOUR FOUNDATION. COME ON,

GIVE GOD ANOTHER SHOUT OF PRAISE. HALLELUJAH.

NOW, YOU KNOW, THIS HAPPENS BECAUSE HERE'S WHAT

HAPPENS WITH FAITH AND WITH SCIENCE FOLLOWING.

FAITH WITH A HEART WE BELIEVE. YOU KNOW THAT.

You know, understand, that's why when you come

to church here, most churches when you come,

you know, when it's a church that enjoys signs

and wonders following, most of them, their foundation

is okay. You come in here and you receive your

miracle. Then you go home. The same thing turns

back again. And all of a sudden you find out

because the heart we believe, and that's Romans

10, 10, then with the mouth confession is made.

Watch your speech. Don't confess fear into something

that God is bigger than. Start catching yourself

out. You believe. I know you believe. How many

of you believe that God is still healing? Let

me see. In fact, I was sitting there tonight

and I felt... You know, during these meetings

here this week, Pastor Dale, Pastor Brad, I believe

we're going to see people receive healing while

we're preaching. People are going to sit there

and all of a sudden something is happening. In

fact, I believe there's somebody here tonight.

In fact, there's two people. You had pain and

that pain is no longer in your body because you

believe God has done that. Who is that? Just

raise your hand. You know, there's one. Where's

the other one? You know, the pain just left your

body. Hey, listen, what happens, it's not Jan

that's healing. It's not Dale or Brad that's

healing. It's the power of Almighty God that

is healing you. Hallelujah. But what happens?

Your speech changes. And that's James 3, where

it says now, he talks about the speech that changes,

and he says it like this, James, and so many

pastors preach about gossip. This chapter, I

guess you can use it for gossip. But in James

3, he says, we all stumble in many ways. Anyone

who's never at fault in what they say is perfect.

Well, stumble from time to time. Then he talks

about the tongue. He's not talking about this

tongue. You know, when they say the White House,

you know, issued, you know, a ruling. It's not

the White House. It's in the White House. Somebody,

obviously the president, when he talks about

the tongue here, it's not this tongue. It's talking

about whatever comes out of that tongue. That

nonsense that you speak, I'm sorry, I don't know

how else to say it. It's just rubbish. Rubbish.

And he says, you know, we put bits in horses'

mouths and we turn them. We use a smaller rudder

in a ship, a massive big ship, and we turn them.

How about getting your tongue, your unruly tongue?

Under control. And even right there where you

are. Who needs healing? Let me just see how many

people need healing here tonight. There's one

over there. Or a couple here. Put them up real

high. You know, I just need healing. Start speaking

right now. Just start speaking. My healing. You

know, I felt healing flowing towards you all

the time while I was preaching. All the time,

I just felt there's like a flow, just like a

stream. Yeah, there you go. You can feel that.

Glory to God. Get your tongue under control.

Isn't that what Jesus said in Luke? He said,

when you say to that mountain, you know, it's

in the tongue. Speak it, speak it. Come on. If
