  1. I know you thought Jan was speaking, but thank

  2. you for coming anyhow. It's a wonderful Lord

  3. that we serve, isn't it? And every service, he

  4. has done great things. He has. Jan this morning

  5. was fabulous. I got right on the phone when I

  6. got. back and told Debbie about it. I said, Jan

  7. told such amazing stories. She said, I've heard

  8. Jan's stories. I said, yeah, but these were really

  9. good. No, Debbie loves you too. And excuse me,

  10. that's my wife in case you weren't sure. Some

  11. of you thought I was talking about my angel,

  12. but that's not. I believe in angels, do you?

  13. And they're here tonight. Because they are assigned.

  14. Did you hear what I said? I'm a little uncomfortable

  15. sometimes around people that only see devils.

  16. And I understand about the activity of the demonic.

  17. But we've got a bunch of boys on our sides. Come

  18. on. That outshine all of the works of the enemy.

  19. Every bit of it. Wow. Well, do you need a miracle

  20. tonight? Do you really need a miracle tonight?

  21. Have you ever had God say something to you but

  22. more than once? Have you? There's something the

  23. Lord has said to me periodically throughout many

  24. years. Not every day, not every week, thank God.

  25. Not even every year. But it happens periodically.

  26. And it will usually happen like this. It will

  27. happen when I'm walking into a church service.

  28. And it makes no difference whether I'm actually

  29. speaking or whether I'm attending. It can happen

  30. either way. And I'll come walking on in, and

  31. it will happen as I'm going to my seat. Not even

  32. thinking about this. I'm just coming in to sit

  33. down. Where am I going to sit tonight? That's

  34. what it's about. I'm just looking to find a seat.

  35. When his voice will come to me, and he'll say

  36. these words to me, he'll say, Dale, you can have

  37. as much as you want. Now you would think he's

  38. saying this is going to be a bingo night for

  39. you. But that's not what he's saying. He will

  40. say to me, Dale, you can have as much as you

  41. want. But do you want anything? Or have you just

  42. come here on autopilot? Have you just simply

  43. come out of routine? Or is there a burn in your

  44. heart? A passion? for something great because,

  45. and he will say it again, you can have as much

  46. as you want. He doesn't say it to me often because

  47. I don't think I come in brain dead most of the

  48. time. I come in with a passion. But I got to

  49. tell you, I think every one of us, every one

  50. of us find ourselves at times just doing routine.

  51. I'm going to say to you, do not let this night

  52. be routine unto you. Come on, grab a passion

  53. right now and say, Jesus, I want this tonight.

  54. Come on, it just may be a greater revelation

  55. of him, but you got to get something tonight.

  56. Don't just come here and just listen to the speaker

  57. and enjoy the music. Come on, let's meet with

  58. the most high God and let us be transformed by

  59. him. In that great, powerful way. So I'm going

  60. to say it again. If you need a miracle, pick

  61. out something specific tonight. I talked at length

  62. about it last night. I'm not going to talk at

  63. length about it tonight because many of you know.

  64. Most of the miracles that happen in our ministry,

  65. not all of them, but the great majority of them

  66. happen as I'm preaching. As I preach the word

  67. of the Lord. Look, this is no new thing. The

  68. Bible says that they preached everywhere. I'm

  69. quoting the end of Mark 16. They preached everywhere.

  70. The Lord working with them and confirming his

  71. word. With signs following. I'm only going to

  72. be speaking the things that he is doing. And

  73. what I'm declaring will be the unfolding and

  74. revelation of what he is doing among us. So don't

  75. wait for the end of the service to get a miracle.

  76. You may get one then, but why wait to then when

  77. he's already here now? And you can receive now.

  78. And many, most of us will have a miracle shortly

  79. into this. If not, it's already begun. Because

  80. I already saw three clear healing streams again

  81. in this room tonight. What I know, Jesus is moving

  82. up and down these aisles. He's walking in between

  83. these pews, if I may say it that way. He's touching

  84. people right now. And miracles, come on, miracles

  85. will take place. They will take place here. Not

  86. somewhere else and not another time. Here. Right

  87. now. He's that glory. And you want to keep your

  88. heart open all the way through because it will

  89. happen. In some cases, when you least expect

  90. it, he is that glorious God. You know, I was

  91. ministering in Florida not long ago, and it was

  92. a church seating capacity very much like this.

  93. The healing had happened throughout the message.

  94. I'd called the folks up like I did last night

  95. to show us what God had done. And they had stretched

  96. literally like this across the building. And

  97. we heard from one after another. But when I got

  98. to the end, I saw a family coming down the aisle

  99. with a little 10 -year -old girl. And they joined

  100. the end of the testimony. Everybody knew them.

  101. They were a long time. attenders and members

  102. there. And the lady spoke up and said our daughter

  103. went totally blind in one eye. She could not

  104. see at all and lost a big portion of the sight

  105. with the other. And the doctors were concerned

  106. she would lose her whole sight. But they'd fitted

  107. her with glasses and she was managing. And they

  108. were sitting on the very, very back row of the

  109. church. We're now near the end of the testimony

  110. time when mom looks over and she sees her daughter

  111. just playing there at the pew. You know, it's

  112. a young girl in service. We've had the worship.

  113. We've had the offering. We've been all preaching.

  114. We've had all these testimonies. You know, she's

  115. out to lunch. She's just playing. She's just

  116. playing. But she had her glasses off. And so

  117. it bothered her mother, and she spoke in a very

  118. stern southern woman way and said, why do you

  119. have your glasses off? And her daughter just

  120. looked up at her and matter of fact and said,

  121. oh, because I can see again. Just like that.

  122. Oh, because I can see again. I got to tell you,

  123. when I heard that, and then she demonstrated,

  124. she had perfect sight in that eye that was completely

  125. blind. I turned around to say to the folks, well,

  126. we need to praise God. But when I did, the whole

  127. place was already on their feet. And for the

  128. next, oh, Lord, it was a long time. It was just

  129. a constant outbreak of praise. By the way, this

  130. is America. I love to see what he does overseas,

  131. but let me tell you, Jesus is great right here.

  132. And then as I was about to leave, a family came

  133. down. They had one of those baby, what do you

  134. call them, those little carriers that you put

  135. an infant in, you know, that you can also have

  136. for a car seat. They snap in and out. And they

  137. walked up, and they said, I want to show you

  138. what happened to the baby tonight. This wasn't

  139. their child. They were foster parents. And they

  140. said, this child is a little over a month old.

  141. And she was brought into our services after the

  142. orthopedic surgeon had fixed the broken hip from

  143. the abuse. And this child had one leg this much

  144. shorter than the other. We don't know when it

  145. happened, they said, but we looked down a few

  146. moments ago. And those legs are a perfect length.

  147. And they checked the child, and the child had

  148. no deformity left at all. And I thought about

  149. that. I thought about this Jesus. And now, this

  150. is the testimony, so I'm going to just give it

  151. to you. That's what we know. The rest I'm going

  152. to tell you is speculation. This is what I think.

  153. But I think... that one who always knows and

  154. who always cares, observed the abuse that happened

  155. to that little baby. And I think that maybe he

  156. had a hand in working through this bureaucracy

  157. system to put her into that home because he knew.

  158. that family that did not attend that church but

  159. always came when that church had special events,

  160. would be there on that first week of January

  161. because he was going to walk into that room and

  162. cure her that day. That's the one who's present

  163. right now in awesomeness. Great power. Great

  164. power. You expect your miracle. Pick one out.

  165. Pick one out right now. And while I'm speaking

  166. tonight, you look for something to happen between

  167. you and him. We talked last night about the many

  168. ways that could by witnessing your heart, by

  169. a touch on your body that's supernatural, or

  170. just like those folks that just a change. Why

  171. don't you have your glasses on anymore? Oh, she

  172. said, she did not say I felt a big touch. She

  173. did not say I saw a ray of light. She just said,

  174. oh, simply because I can see now. Maybe during

  175. this message, you will see differently. You will

  176. hear more clearly, or your pain will just go.

  177. But one way or the other, look for something

  178. more than just lights and speaker. Would you

  179. do that? Look for the moment of the Almighty

  180. with you. You know, I will confess to you, Pastor

  181. Brad, that... It was a bit of a challenge to

  182. consider what I would speak on in this house.

  183. And part of that is for this reason. A lot of

  184. times when I come to a place, my wife will say

  185. to me, you preach the same thing all the time.

  186. And she doesn't mean the same sermon. But my

  187. sermons are simplistic. So she tells me, this

  188. is what a great compliment. She tells me that

  189. she says, I like your preaching better as a pastor.

  190. Doesn't that encourage your soul? But as a pastor,

  191. see, I had people that were maturing, and I could

  192. build, and that's what she was talking about.

  193. I would teach in series and would teach in depth

  194. where when I come into a crusade, the message

  195. is always a simple type of thing because I only

  196. have about an hour in front of you, and I've

  197. got to get you to a place from who is the guy

  198. on the stage to getting a miracle from God. And

  199. so I found that it is the simplicity of the gospel

  200. that reaches the masses. That's what I've discovered.

  201. But I know, I recognized immediately in this

  202. house that this is a different kind of group.

  203. This is a group that has a, you got some meat

  204. on you. No, really, you do. You're a different

  205. kind of group. I can tell it by the way you carry

  206. yourself. I can tell it by the way you pray.

  207. I can absolutely tell it by the way you serve

  208. and also by the way that you worship. There's

  209. a maturity level in this house that is different.

  210. From many other places. Now that's a shame to

  211. say. Did you hear that? That is. Come on we should

  212. all be like this. And beyond. But obviously,

  213. the gift that God has put in your house as your

  214. pastor and his wife and others have created what

  215. is supposed to happen, and that is the development

  216. of the house of God. That is what the five -fold

  217. ministry is all about. It's not about shining

  218. just themselves, but lifting others up in that

  219. way. And so for that reason, I tell you, I look

  220. at it and I say, well, I'd like to preach some

  221. of that other stuff that I'd love to get into.

  222. But I want you to, you see, I think that there's

  223. more than faith in this house to be healed. I

  224. think there's faith in this house for impartation.

  225. I think a lot of you, I think you'll get miracles

  226. tonight. That's not the whole point of it. But

  227. I do believe that some of you are going to walk

  228. out of this place and it's going to be more than

  229. just my ear here is better now or I don't have

  230. pain in my back anymore. But you're catching

  231. something. You're picking up something that's

  232. going to bring that to your children in the middle

  233. of the night. Did you hear this? And may I declare

  234. that to you? It's going to bring it to the people

  235. in the coffee house. And at work and in places

  236. just like that. And so I thank God for what I've

  237. seen and what I see in this room. It's just absolutely

  238. amazing. Now, Brother Jan's got great material

  239. also in the back. He helps people mature in Christ

  240. Jesus. You've got books back there, is that right?

  241. You didn't bring any 8 -tracks or tapes, right?

  242. No, okay. Just wanted to be sure. I've written

  243. one book. It's on healing. And I think you'd

  244. enjoy it. Brother Schambach himself actually

  245. read and did the forwarding on that book for

  246. me. But I don't have it in print. I don't have

  247. it here. And that way, so if you go back, you'll

  248. get all of Jan's material back there. But if

  249. you want to get mine, you're going to have to

  250. go to, let's see, do they have it up? No, they

  251. don't. Well, see, they don't care either. You

  252. go to, whoa, there, well, you know. Yeah, well,

  253. you can get it at, have you heard of Amazon before?

  254. You can get it at. at amazon .com. Just put Dale

  255. Everett and healing in there. It'll pop right

  256. to the top. If you like it on a Kindle format,

  257. if you like it. Just go to my website, DaleEverett

  258. .org. You can get it there. And you'll find some

  259. great things in there that will help you understand

  260. how to not just get healed but how to walk in

  261. healing. The concept of the book is healing God's

  262. power flowing through you. And I talk much about

  263. the ways that God has spoken to me in my lifetime,

  264. how I hear the voice of God, how I know how to

  265. respond. I also talk about how to deal with the

  266. demonic and how to deal with fear and other areas

  267. that will bring you forth in strength of healing.

  268. All right? Are you ready for God's word tonight?

  269. Beautiful. I have scriptures before me, and they're

  270. found in the book of 1 Corinthians, the second

  271. chapter. 1 Corinthians chapter 2. And in verses

    1 Corinthians 2 chapter mention

  272. 9 through 12 is what I'm going to read. 1 Corinthians

  273. 2 and verse 9. I invite you to open your Bible.

  274. If you don't have a Bible with you, then open

  275. your tablet or your phone or whatever. If you're

  276. waiting for it to go on the screen, I didn't

  277. give it to them. Oh, Lord, that means you've

  278. got to find it yourself. God, help us all. Here

  279. we go. Do you remember, Pastor, the days in which

  280. we knew when we could start reading because we

  281. heard the Bible pages stop? Huh? That's when

  282. we all brought the Bible with us, didn't we?

  283. Well, hey, you know, seriousness, you need to

  284. love the Word. You need to read the Word. And

  285. hear me on this. You need to be familiar with

  286. the Word. I think some of the technology we have,

  287. and I love it all and I use it all, but I think

  288. some of it has created a certain level of laziness

  289. in us where we are unfamiliar with Scripture.

  290. We don't even know where to turn because we don't

  291. hardly experience it unless we're at a moment

  292. where they project it on the wall. But you say,

  293. well, preacher, you don't have a Bible with you

  294. either. The pastor asked me, he said, do you

  295. have a Bible? Bible I was talking about needing

  296. something up here and I don't but you know I

  297. mean I looked at it and I thought you know Moses

  298. read from a tablet so can I alright yeah yeah

  299. he did yeah alright would you stand with me in

  300. respect to the reading of scripture would you

  301. be so kind Oh, I feel his presence here. Let

  302. me tell you where I'm going as far as the word

  303. is concerned. I'm going to talk to you about

  304. grasping your answer today. May I say that again?

  305. Grasping your answer, now say it with me, today.

  306. Today, yeah. Lay hold of that which is right

  307. now. We procrastinate our faith way too much.

  308. God's always going to do it. By the end of the

  309. week. Here's the day he's going to do it. Someday.

  310. I know that today's educators are different than

  311. the ones that educated me and Jan. School, I

  312. know, is different. But I think there are certain

  313. things that are still the same. And one of the

  314. things they taught me in school was this, that

  315. there were seven days in a week. There was a

  316. Sunday and a Monday and a Tuesday and a Wednesday

  317. and a Thursday and a Friday and a Saturday. But

  318. there was no someday. Someday does not exist.

  319. If you're ever going to get something from God,

  320. you need to get it in the now. Really hear what

  321. I just said to you. If you're ever going to get

  322. it at all, you've got to bring it into the now

  323. moment. All right, you found it by now. I've

  324. given you time. I was doing that on purpose.

  325. It was 1 Corinthians. If you haven't found it

  326. by now, bless your darling heart, you never will.

  327. I'm just going to read. I'm just going to read,

  328. beginning at verse 9, all right? But as it is

  329. written, now he's going to quote an Old Testament

  330. verse. As it is written, eye has not seen, nor

  331. ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of

  332. man the things which God has prepared. I'm going

  333. to read more, but are you listening? Eyes haven't

  334. seen, ears haven't heard, hasn't entered the

  335. heart of man. This is an Old Testament prophet

  336. speaking. The things which God has prepared for

  337. those who love him. But God has revealed them

  338. to us. Oh, come on, that's a shouting moment

  339. right there. The things that men never could

  340. see. They couldn't figure it out. They never

  341. heard it. The things that had never entered their

  342. heart. The things that were already there that

  343. God had prepared for those who love him. He's

  344. now revealed them to us. Come on, our eyes are

  345. open. Are you hearing? Jesus would say, he that

  346. has ears to hear, let him hear. This is true.

  347. God has revealed them to us through his spirit.

  348. For the spirit searches all things. Yes, the

  349. deep things of God. For what man knows the things

  350. of a man except the spirit of man which is in

  351. him. Even so no one knows the things of God except

  352. the spirit of God. Now we have received. Not

  353. the spirit of the world. But the spirit who is

  354. from God. Now look at these words. That we might

  355. know. That we might know. Come on. You're supposed

  356. to know. You're supposed to know. I don't know

  357. why it is in the church that sometimes we glorify

  358. ignorance. Our people testify like this. You

  359. know, oh, I had such a great idea. And you know,

  360. and I can't even tell you how, but the Lord came

  361. through and we're all, hallelujah. I'm thinking,

  362. wait, wait, you should be able to tell us how.

  363. It's not enough to be saved. You need to know

  364. how to bring this gift to God to someone else.

  365. Did you catch that? I'm not saying you figured

  366. out the Almighty, but when God moves within your

  367. life, he wants to show you the way, not just

  368. shock you. The things that we might know, the

  369. things that have been freely given to us by God.

  370. You've got more than you know. You've got more

  371. than you let yourself believe. You're greatly

  372. supplied. And we are waiting for things to come

  373. that have already arrived. You may be seated.

  374. Thank you. I was asking God, praying a prayer

  375. that I'll bet everybody in the room has prayed.

  376. And it's an appropriate prayer. But I was asking

  377. God for his blessing. Would you bless me? And

  378. the Lord came to me and he said, let me help

  379. you in that prayer. He said, the truth is, Dale,

  380. that blessings are going by you like this. I

  381. mean, they're all around you. They're coming

  382. in at warp speed. They're whizzing, right? You're

  383. asking me to bless you. And it reminded me of

  384. the passage that we are blessed with all spiritual

  385. blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

  386. He says, they're coming by you like this. Here,

  387. let me help you pray. He said, this is how I

  388. want you to pray. You need to pray for faith

  389. to see them and boldness to grasp them. Did you

  390. hear that? Faith to see it. It's right there.

  391. But then you need boldness to lay hold on them.

  392. Do you know, if you read especially the first

  393. three chapters of Acts, the New Testament church,

  394. they did not pray for faith. They prayed for

  395. boldness. They had walked with Jesus. They had

  396. seen and heard of him, and they knew exactly

  397. how this thing would operate. It wasn't a matter

  398. of getting God to perform. It was getting men

  399. to stand up and cooperate. Boldness. It's the

  400. key to the kingdom, you understand. It's one

  401. of the great keys in the kingdom. Your faith

  402. will never operate above your boldness. If there

  403. is a lid at all, that's it. So raise the lid.

  404. Become bold. Bold. Why don't you try being bold?

  405. Be bold in Jesus' name. Become boldly into the

  406. throne of grace. I didn't say cocky. There's

  407. a difference between arrogance and boldness.

  408. They might look the same to a casual onlooker,

  409. but they are different. Arrogance and cockiness

  410. comes from an incorrect assessment of oneself.

  411. Boldness is born of relationship, not of cockiness.

  412. If I was sitting at the table today with my son,

  413. now, the pastor's mother and dad had us into

  414. the home, and they fed us a meal that you had

  415. to repent of gluttony afterwards. Now, if my

  416. son was nearby, here's what could happen. Like

  417. when we prayed, I would have to have one eye

  418. open. I would have to protect my plate. If he

  419. saw something on there he wanted, he'd grab that

  420. baby right on off. When he comes to our home,

  421. he just comes right to the refrigerator, and

  422. he pops the door open, no questions asked. He

  423. does that. Now, he would not do that in your

  424. house. I would never have to say to him, now

  425. we're going somewhere, don't do that in their

  426. house. He would not do that in your house. And

  427. you might have table fare as nice as what we

  428. had or something in your refrigerator as delightful

  429. as he would want, but he would not do that in

  430. your house because he doesn't have that kind

  431. of relationship. But with me, it's a whole other

  432. matter. Did you get what I'm talking about? It's

  433. not a matter of arrogance. When he walks in,

  434. he knows he fits in. Did you catch that? You're

  435. not just at the table of the Lord. You belong

  436. there. Believe me, that takes the help of God

  437. to bring us to that understanding. Because you

  438. see, when we sit down at the marriage supper

  439. of the Lamb, you might be seated between Barnabas

  440. and Paul. Hello. And without the help of God,

  441. I might be sitting there thinking, am I in the

  442. right spot? You know, there was an old time hymn

  443. we used to sing. It said, I'd be happy with just

  444. a cabin in the corner of glory land. Here's the

  445. problem with that. There are no cabins there.

  446. And there's nobody that's supposed to live in

  447. such a thing. Not in this household. Boldness.

  448. It's not arrogance. It's born of relationship.

  449. The closer you draw to him and the more you understand

  450. who you are in him and how he sees you, the more

  451. you will be bold in the name of the Lord Jesus

  452. Christ. Talk about grasping your answer today.

  453. There are things that guys have never seen, never

  454. figured out, never heard. Right today, God's

  455. revealing them to us by his spirit. It's happening

  456. right now in this room. And these are things

  457. that he has prepared. It's not a matter, these

  458. are things he can do. These are things he has

  459. done. It's right out there, dude. You just need

  460. to lay hold on it. You need to see it, and you

  461. need to have boldness to reach out and grasp

  462. it. Am I helping you tonight? Let me tell you

  463. something else that has helped me grab a hold

  464. of a miracle in the now. in the now moment. And

  465. that is when I finally understood that I didn't

  466. have to make it happen. And I can't tell you.

  467. Yeah, go ahead. I can't tell you how many people

  468. I've helped with that when I prayed with them

  469. and I've said, look, look me right in the eye.

  470. You don't have to make this happen. But sometimes

  471. we think we've got to do it. You know, that we

  472. have to have whatever, that we have to have enough

  473. faith or enough time in prayer or enough spiritual

  474. insight for God to be able to do that. I think

  475. I mentioned last night how I was preaching that

  476. kind of a concept one time, and I was telling

  477. people this, that I've heard a lot of preachers

  478. say, that if you believe, God can do it. And

  479. the Spirit of the Lord spoke to me. He said,

  480. I can do it whether you believe or not. He said,

  481. what made you think I need you to be me? And

  482. then I understood something, that we had a mis...

  483. misunderstanding of the things of the spirit

  484. and specifically about faith that I think sometimes

  485. we think that our faith how can I say this that

  486. our faith is God's energy that we come before

  487. him and we give him faith and then he can do

  488. what we have faith for well that's absurd to

  489. think that God needs us to be him I want to challenge

  490. your way of thinking right now. Sometimes we

  491. even think of faith as, you know, I don't know,

  492. it's kind of like, you know, the old Incredible

  493. Hulk. Remember the old TV program, Incredible

  494. Hulk? You know, Bill Bixby, that when they hit

  495. him with the gamma rays, he swolled up real big,

  496. you know? And so when you hit him with the gamma

  497. ray of faith, he just gets right out there. But

  498. when you have some unbelief, he just shrivels

  499. right down to being old Bill Bixby. I just lost

  500. everybody under 50 right there, didn't I? It's

  501. all right. All right. We'll just skip to a bro

  502. cream commercial and bring you up to date. It's

  503. all right. I see people that are 18 right now

  504. going on YouTube and finding that. There's nothing

  505. I do that makes him who he is. Actually, my faith

  506. has nothing for God at all. He has no need. Faith

  507. opens me. Not him. Did you get that? That's why

  508. he is the author and finisher of my faith. I

  509. don't bring to him faith. He imparts to me faith.

  510. And then I, in faith, cooperate with him who

  511. is whole and complete within himself. Are you

  512. catching what I'm talking about? My... life was

  513. transformed and I entered into a place of being

  514. able to grasp in the now that which is when I

  515. understood I didn't have to make it happen I

  516. told people I got delivered I did I got delivered

  517. I didn't have to get delivered from drugs or

  518. alcohol or things like that I thank God for those

  519. who have that's not my testimony I just got delivered

  520. from thinking God needed me to be God And that

  521. could be looked at as an arrogance statement,

  522. but that wasn't arrogance. It was what I was

  523. just describing to you. I thought I had to come

  524. prepared and all together prayed up on top of

  525. the game for him to be able to do his stuff.

  526. I just finished a television shoot in Buffalo,

  527. New York with Brother Tommy Reed. I don't know

  528. if you all know who Tommy Reed is, but a great

  529. man of God and one who served our brother Yungi

  530. Cho for many, many years. He's now in his 80s

  531. and he's still knocking it out of the ballpark.

  532. I got a text from him just this week. He's 89

  533. years old and this guy's impacting the world

  534. with the gospel. We had just finished a shoot

  535. and now we were driving to lunch together and

  536. Brother Reed was driving. I was in the back seat.

  537. Doc Kellner was in the other seat in the front.

  538. And Brother Reed... Just look back for a moment.

  539. He said, Dale, when you go into a crusade, what

  540. exactly are you looking for? What are you looking

  541. for when you go to a crusade? Now, he didn't

  542. say that because he didn't know who I was. I've

  543. been preaching in this church since I was a teenager.

  544. So it wasn't that. I remember Kellner said, that's

  545. a tough question. I said, no, it's actually very

  546. easy. I said, whenever I go into a crusade, this

  547. is what I'm looking for. I'm looking for more

  548. than me. Did you hear that? Now, I wasn't trying

  549. to be humble. What I was saying was this. When

  550. I come into a crusade like this, now, I know

  551. the call that's within my life. I'm not unsure

  552. of it. And I know the giftings that God has brought

  553. to me. There are certain gifts of healing that

  554. flow consistently in my life, and I know them.

  555. I'm familiar. I know when I'm operating them.

  556. I can tell when they open up. Men of faith know

  557. exactly what I'm saying. This is not an arrogant

  558. statement. It's just like you know how to speak

  559. with tongues. I know when these certain operation

  560. gifts happen within me, and I know how to touch

  561. God and move in them. Just like you know how

  562. to speak in tongues, I can do these other things.

  563. So I want you to understand what I'm saying.

  564. When I come into a crusade, you say, well, I

  565. guess that's what you're going right there. You

  566. know right where your faith is at. I know where

  567. my faith is at, but when I come into a crusade,

  568. that's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking

  569. for more than me. I'm looking for something that

  570. is bigger than my faith. I'm looking for something

  571. that's greater than my anointing. Are you hearing

  572. me? I'm looking for something that exceeds the

  573. giftings of God within my life. Because he who

  574. has given me this, these are precious and wonderful,

  575. but he is more. Oh, come on, church. He is more.

  576. He's more than what you've seen. He's more than

  577. what you believe. He's more than what you understand.

  578. He is, come on, he's more. And because you have

  579. not yet seen it does not mean it doesn't exist.

  580. And because you have not yet walked in it does

  581. not mean it's outside of the scope of what's

  582. available for you. I'm telling you, there's way

  583. more available to us than what we understand.

  584. And so wherever I go, here or elsewhere across

  585. the world, and I step into a moment, I'm not

  586. looking for that which I know and I believe.

  587. I'm looking for that which is more than me. Way

  588. more. Way more. That's who he is. And he wants

  589. to bring you into that. He's revealing that by

  590. his spirit. And one of the things that really

  591. helped me get there is when I finally recognized

  592. I didn't have to make it happen. It wasn't up

  593. to me. Now, a little couple of things for you.

  594. If you'll buy into what I'm telling you, I'll

  595. do a couple of things for you. It'll take the

  596. shackles off of you. from stepping into the power

  597. of God. Because if you don't believe this, you're

  598. always going to wait until you're ready. That

  599. means you're going to be waiting forever. You

  600. can get out of the boat, but you've got to step

  601. over the side. The other thing it'll do for you,

  602. and you'll have to hear this properly to understand

  603. it, it will deliver you from the fear of failure.

  604. When you understand it's more than me and I don't

  605. have to make it happen. It's not that we don't

  606. pray. It's not that we don't prepare our heart.

  607. But I understand this thing is way beyond me.

  608. My mentor, the old voice of healing preacher

  609. that so impacted my life and trained me, he told

  610. me this. He said, Dale, he said, and he had great

  611. healing gifts, amazing gifts of God. But he said,

  612. when people get healed, Dale, he says, I don't

  613. take the glory. I don't take the glory when people

  614. get healed. I got that. And he looked me right

  615. in the eye and he says, and I don't take the

  616. blame when they don't. Did you understand? Now

  617. he didn't say I put the blame on them. He wasn't

  618. saying that at all. He was saying I will not

  619. walk in a sense of intimidation and fear and

  620. condemnation. Did you get that? Am I helping

  621. you right now? One of the things that will help

  622. you step into a now miracle. Is when you understand,

  623. you don't have to make it happen. You don't have

  624. to make it happen. It doesn't hinge on you. Come

  625. on. Get that pressure off of you. Get that pressure

  626. off of you. And walk in that kind of light and

  627. revelation. Hallelujah. So when that devil stands

  628. up against you and says, you think you've got

  629. enough faith to beat me? My answer would basically

  630. be. Well, of course. But you've got to understand

  631. the beating you're going to get is going to be

  632. way beyond my faith. Amen. Another thing that

  633. has helped me grasp a miracle in the now today

  634. is when I really understood that God has provided.

  635. Everything I need, he has provided. Quit asking

  636. him to do the stuff he's already done. Come on,

  637. he has provided. Or let me say it to you like

  638. this. Our God is, he's proactive, not reactive.

  639. He's ahead of the devil. He's ahead of our needs.

  640. And he's beyond our troubles. I think sometimes

  641. we see God as a God who comes through in the

  642. nick of time. You know, in the end, you'll see.

  643. God will come through. So the devil starts a

  644. fire over here. And we think, oh, see that fire?

  645. That's not, I can, look at me. You can stamp

  646. that baby right out. Oh, look, there's another

  647. one over there. No problem. No problem. I can

  648. get that one over here just like that. You see

  649. that one? Oh, yeah. Yeah, I'm coming. That's

  650. not it at all. That's not it at all. Let me tell

  651. you about my God. Before the devil starts to

  652. fire, he's already there. The answers come before

  653. the trouble is known. You know, when I see problems

  654. arise, people say, what do you think? You see

  655. that problem? What do you think about that? I

  656. say, well, now I can finally figure out what

  657. God's going to do. Because this thing shows me.

  658. Isaiah 65, 24, it says, it shall come to pass

  659. that before they call, I will answer. And while

  660. they are still speaking, I will hear. Well, isn't

  661. that nice of him? Before they call, I will answer.

  662. And he says, then while you're telling about

  663. it, I'll listen to you. But I've already got

  664. it done. Isn't that sweet? Come on. Isn't that

  665. great? We say the Lamb of God was slain 2 ,000

  666. years ago for our sin. But Revelation 13, 8 says

  667. the Lamb was slain from the foundation of the

  668. world. Before there was sin, there was a Savior.

  669. I told you when I see those streams of healing,

  670. they come in very narrow, but somewhere in the

  671. message they go wide, and they're wide right

  672. now. Whatever miracle you need, would you take

  673. it from God? It's here. I feel the pull. I felt

  674. it twice already. There's an anointing that's

  675. delivering and healing. Come on, grab your miracle

  676. right now. This is a strong moment. Before you

  677. call, before you've ever thought about it, before

  678. you knew there was a problem, before the devil

  679. could get enough together to give you the problem,

  680. he was already your answer. 1 Peter 2 .24 says,

  681. Whomself bore our sins and his own. body on the

  682. tree, that we, having died to sins, might live

  683. for righteousness. You know that last line, don't

  684. you? By whose stripes you were healed. He's talking

  685. about divine healing. Isaiah saw it very clearly,

  686. and he said, when he looked at the sacrifice

  687. of Jesus, he said, by his stripes we are healed.

  688. I mean, he looked at it and said, oh, look at

  689. that, we are healed. He didn't say we can get

  690. healed. When he saw it, he saw it as a done deal.

  691. Do you understand that? So I used to read that

  692. passage for years and I thought, that's it, that's

  693. my promise. That's how I can get healed. But

  694. Isaiah did not say, I see that healing can happen.

  695. He said, he looked at it and he said, well, look

  696. at that, will you? We're healed. Peter looked

  697. at it and he said, by whose stripes you were

  698. healed. So excuse my grammar again. But before

  699. I get sick, I were healed. Did you all hear that?

  700. Yeah, before I get sick, I were healed. he's

  701. already provided. The thing that's helped me

  702. grasp a miracle in the now, right now, today,

  703. not someday, not he will do, what's helped me

  704. step into a moment and grab a miracle, there's

  705. many of them. One of them is a sense of boldness,

  706. just drawing near to him and understanding who

  707. he is and how he feels toward me, and then recognizing

  708. I don't have to make it happen anyhow. So I don't

  709. have to like get it all together before. No,

  710. it's right there. Come on. And then when I realized

  711. that, well, he's already provided this thing.

  712. And when I step into the room, the provision's

  713. already there. It's not an issue that he's going

  714. to take the request into consideration. And then

  715. think about it. And if it's his will and his

  716. divine purpose for the longevity of your life,

  717. that he might come up with the answer. And when

  718. you meet with him, you two can hash it out. You

  719. know, he's actually already done it. Well, he's

  720. already provided. Another great thing that has

  721. helped me and many others receive him, am I helping

  722. you tonight? All right, is this. Here's another

  723. idea, that you enter a miracle through rest,

  724. not through struggle. You enter a miracle through

  725. rest, not through struggle. Now, in Hebrews chapter

    Hebrews 3 chapter mention

  726. 3 and also chapter 4, The writer of Hebrews is

  727. addressing the differences between the two generations

  728. of Israel that came out of Egypt. You had the

  729. first generation, the adults, that came out,

  730. and you have the second generation, the children,

  731. that came out with them. Now, the goal and the

  732. purpose of God was not to get them out, but to

  733. get them in. Do you understand that? That was

  734. the purpose of God. The purpose of God was not

  735. to get them out of Egypt. He had to get them

  736. out of Egypt, but that wasn't the goal. The goal

  737. was not to get out. The goal was to get in the

  738. land of promise. The first generation never received

  739. the goal. They died in the wilderness. And in

  740. those two chapters of Hebrews, he tells us exactly

  741. why. It does not need interpretation. You don't

  742. need a concordance or anything else to determine

  743. it. He just flat out says it. They did not enter

  744. in because of unbelief. That's what he said.

  745. That first generation, they did not enter in

  746. because of unbelief. Now, the second generation

  747. got in. And you would think that he would have

  748. said, That they got in because of faith. But

  749. he did not say that. It was involved, but that's

  750. not what he called it. He said this. They entered

  751. into my rest. Oh, wow. In fact, it became thematic

  752. throughout those verses. The entering into his

  753. rest. And then I understood something. That in

  754. the mind of God, rest. And faith are synonymous.

  755. That if you were to step into God's office and

  756. pick up the thesaurus on his desk, and you were

  757. to open it up to the word faith, you would see

  758. the word rest there. And if you went over and

  759. opened up to the word rest, you'd see the word

  760. faith there. Because in God's mind, when faith

  761. comes, the struggle ends. Are you hearing this?

  762. I know when I'm operating in faith because I'm

  763. through the breaking point. And when I step through

  764. that and into that place of his presence and

  765. of his imparted faith, there is no struggle.

  766. You all know what I'm talking about. I can tell

  767. it. The song arises. The shout is there. The

  768. dance begins. The burden is lifted. You enter

  769. a miracle not through struggle, but through rest.

  770. So when I find myself really trying hard to believe,

  771. I realize I'm not there. I'm not even in the

  772. right direction. I'm not going to get there that

  773. way. We were talking about people receiving the

  774. Holy Ghost today, and we've seen as many as 2

  775. ,500 in a single service receiving the baptism.

  776. But you all that have ministered to folks that

  777. are at the point of receiving the gift of the

  778. Holy Ghost, you can tell sometimes just by the

  779. look on their face. I'm in many countries where

  780. all the languages are unknown tongues to me,

  781. and someone says, well, how are we going to tell

  782. if they're speaking in tongues or not? I said,

  783. it'll be very easy. Just look at their face.

  784. You won't have to understand what their native

  785. language is versus whether they're speaking or

  786. not. Just look at it. There is something there

  787. that's very readable. Does anyone know what I'm

  788. talking about? And I can tell when a person's

  789. not going to get it. You can look on their face

  790. and it just looks kind of like this. You say,

  791. well, that's not happening here, buddy. Because

  792. it doesn't work that way. All you get out of

  793. that is a spiritual hernia. You don't step into

  794. a miracle. When I find myself knotted up, I realize

  795. I'm not going to enter into that miracle right

  796. now. I need to stop. And I need to work. And

  797. I want to say that here's what I do. You take

  798. it within the theological diction of our island

  799. brethren from the Caribbean. They would tell

  800. us this. They would say, you just need to mellow

  801. out, dude. No, you need to find that place of

  802. rest in him. I look for the moments in which

  803. he will carry me along. I look for, when you

  804. say, well, how do you pray for a miracle? Sometimes

  805. I just sit before him. I just wait upon him.

  806. I worship him, but I wait upon him. And there

  807. comes a moment in which, oh, that we would have.

  808. Oh, that we would have more confidence in him

  809. than we do in our theological understandings

  810. and in all of our teachings, our systems. And

  811. I'm not just talking about dogma of mainline

  812. churches. You can't believe that. junk that we've

  813. got in our present day charismatic full gospel

  814. whatever you want to call them churches we got

  815. we've got you know brother Oral Roberts used

  816. to say everybody knows who Oral Roberts was right

  817. brother Oral Roberts when he had those big tent

  818. crusades he would say once I can get past the

  819. Pentecostal people we can start having miracles

  820. Because, you see, what we are, people like us,

  821. what we've been doing is we've been trained the

  822. right stuff. We've been told that, you know,

  823. you need to have faith. You need to believe God.

  824. You need to get your heart right with God. You

  825. need to draw near to him. And we've got all these,

  826. and they're not bad. There is truth in all this,

  827. but it's just not all the truth. And what happens

  828. to us is we've got a lot of rules about what

  829. it takes to get a miracle. And, therefore, when

  830. one of us get a miracle, it's really a miracle.

  831. Because we put all these steps and things we've

  832. got to do. To get one, you know, it's very easy

  833. to believe God. Here are the 47 steps you need

  834. to do to get your miracle. We have figured it

  835. out, you know, and then we teach all these things.

  836. It's wonderful teaching, you know, and then we

  837. choke to death on them. Come on, guys. Are you

  838. catching what I'm really trying to say to you?

  839. You're going to enter your miracle through rest,

  840. not through faith. I mean, through struggle,

  841. not through struggle. When that faith of God

  842. arises within you. It's a wonderful, freeing,

  843. refreshing moment. Now, I know you're thinking,

  844. well, but the Bible says to fight the good fight

  845. of faith. I understand that. There's more than

  846. one aspect of faith. But even on that, you understand

  847. he, and you all know he called it a good fight,

  848. didn't he? He's fighting the good fight. So you

  849. say, well, I've heard people say, so what's the

  850. good fight? And someone says, it's the one we

  851. win. Well, that's nice, but. No, that's really

  852. not it. Let me tell you what a good fight is.

  853. A good fight is a fixed fight. Did you all hear

  854. that? It's a fixed fight. That's a good fight

  855. right there. That's the fight that when you step

  856. in, before you step in the ring, you already

  857. know what the outcome is. Did you hear what I

  858. just said? Oh, yeah. There's going to be some

  859. punches thrown. I get it. And there's going to

  860. be some hitting going on. But you already know

  861. who's going down. And come on. And who's got

  862. the victory? And that is your fight right there.

  863. There may be some punches thrown. And there may

  864. be some rounds that you go through. But before

  865. you get in the ring, you already know. Come on.

  866. This is a good one. Before you even start, do

  867. you think this is going to turn out? Oh, yeah.

  868. Oh, yeah. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be cruel

  869. here or anything. Whatever the word would be.

  870. But I never really, I don't jump real high when

  871. I hear people say stuff like, you know, I read

  872. the end of the book and we win. I'm thinking

  873. I read the front of the book and we won. Hello?

  874. When Adam sinned, God came and he didn't say,

  875. read the end of the book, it'll work out. He

  876. said, Adam, come here. This thing's really bad

  877. right now, but let me explain how it's going

  878. to work out. Am I right? Come on, am I right?

  879. He told us up front from the very beginning.

  880. Wow. Your answer's already there. Your battle's

  881. already won. You've already been healed by his

  882. stripes. That's why so many people get healed

  883. just when I'm preaching the word. And I know

  884. there's a place of laying on of hands and taking

  885. authority of the enemy, but I'm going to tell

  886. you, a lot of people just when they finally hear

  887. it, they go, oh, that's what it's all about.

  888. Boom, and they're healed. In fact, you'll notice

  889. last night when there were so many people that

  890. testified here, did you notice that there wasn't

  891. one moment or testimony of a struggle? Am I right?

  892. There's nobody that had to push their way through.

  893. It just, whoa. It just came. You can fight if

  894. you want. And some believers, you know, they

  895. pray for a fight. There was a guy that was speaking

  896. at my home church. received the full gospel of

  897. the Lord Jesus Christ. Part of that point, he

  898. was saved, but he was part of one of those denominations

  899. that don't believe in the fullness of the Spirit

  900. and resisted such things as that. And so when

  901. our pastor was telling us who he was, they told

  902. us of that particular Christian background that

  903. he was from, and they said, and then also, he

  904. used to be a prize fighter. And I looked at the

  905. person sitting next to me, and I said, that was

  906. a very redundant statement. because most of the

  907. people that don't believe these things, all they

  908. do is carry hats to drop so they can fight. They're

  909. always looking for a fight about this stuff,

  910. but those of us that have entered into his rest,

  911. we don't have to battle with it at all. Jan said

  912. it this way the other night, I didn't come here

  913. to defend God. He doesn't need a defense. While

  914. you're all bristled up, just enter into his rest,

  915. and you'll move right into your miracle. You'll

  916. move right into your miracle. Praise God. All

  917. right, let me conclude with this. I didn't say

  918. it was through preaching. I said I would conclude

  919. with this. God only knows how long this will

  920. take. But I will conclude with this thought.

  921. I'm giving you hope anyhow. If you want to enter

  922. into a miracle now, then you need to own it,

  923. not simply believe it's possible. You got to

  924. own it. In other words, the gospel has to be

  925. personalized to be activated in you. He cannot

  926. just be the Lord. He needs to be your Lord. It

  927. needs to get beyond this, that he's the savior

  928. of the world. You need to come to the point that

  929. you can say, he's my savior. Do you understand

  930. what I mean by owning it now? Personalizing it.

  931. This is my moment. This is the gift he has given

  932. me. This is what he's brought me unto. You know,

  933. when the Lord opened this gift to me, and you

  934. must understand, I give you a tiny bit of my

  935. history. I got born again when I was seven, and

  936. the call of God I recognized when I was eight

  937. to ministry. All I knew was ministry. He didn't

  938. give me any specifics. I was baptized in the

  939. Holy Ghost. When I was 12, I was sitting in a

  940. camp meeting, just listening to a guy preach

  941. at an afternoon service, and the voice of the

  942. Lord came to me and said, Dale, I want you to

  943. be an evangelist to North America. That's how

  944. I first heard it. That was the first phase of

  945. this ministry. I wasn't praying, God, what is

  946. your will? What do you want me to do? I'm just

  947. listening to a guy preach. I don't actually even

  948. remember what he was preaching about, and it

  949. had nothing in reference to that. Just all of

  950. a sudden, bang, just like that, the voice of

  951. the Lord came. You don't have to make it happen.

  952. He just came to me and said, this is what I want

  953. you to do. And then after that, he started defining

  954. it more when he talked to me about healing the

  955. sick and casting out devils. But I couldn't see

  956. myself doing that, so I didn't think I was hearing

  957. God. I blew it off. I know I heard the Lord when

  958. I was praying. When I walked out the door, I

  959. talked myself out of it. Is anybody in the room

  960. understanding what I just said there? Have you

  961. ever done that? Don't answer. And that went on

  962. for almost three years. And finally, I was again

  963. in another camp meeting type experience on my

  964. back under the power of God for two hours, and

  965. he showed me the length and the breadth of this

  966. ministry. Those crowds you saw on the screen

  967. yesterday in Africa, I saw those crowds when

  968. I was right at the end of my 14th year, about

  969. to hit 15, and he showed me the work and the

  970. walk of this ministry. And then when that took

  971. place, I remember I got up from that point of

  972. prayer, and I said to the Lord this. I said that

  973. this is it. there's not going to be the struggle

  974. anymore that maybe this is not really God and

  975. I'm just got some. I told myself over and over

  976. again, my problem was that I was reading too

  977. many Smith Wigglesworth books. I needed to get

  978. serious and find out what I was supposed to do.

  979. But now that day I said, I get it, Lord. This

  980. is what you've called me to do. But then I said

  981. to him, but I just want you to know. I did. I

  982. said it just like that. I said, I just want you

  983. to know you really got your work cut out for

  984. you. You see, because I looked at me and I looked

  985. at that, which I saw in the vision. I looked

  986. at me and I looked at that. I looked at me and

  987. I looked at that. I said, that's not me. I didn't

  988. understand who he was and what he was like. I

  989. didn't understand that he was one, that when

  990. he shows us who we are, he doesn't show us from

  991. our point of view. He shows us from his point

  992. of view. And he sees things from the end to the

  993. beginning. Did you hear that? That's changing

  994. someone right now. He saw the completion. I wasn't

  995. even sure the first step. And he didn't talk

  996. to me from my point of view. He talked to me

  997. from his point of view. And he saw it done. And

  998. he said, this is it. And I said, that's not me.

  999. And if that's going to be me, you got a big job.

1000. And then I was sitting under the guy that would

1001. be my mentor. And he started a crusade in Buffalo,

1002. New York on December 1. Do you understand the

1003. weather patterns in Buffalo? Lake effect snow

1004. that can drop down three and four feet in hours?

1005. In hours? You don't start a revival in Buffalo,

1006. New York on December 1 unless you've really heard

1007. from God or unless you've been smoking something

1008. that you shouldn't be smoking. And that meeting

1009. went 17 weeks. It concluded two weeks before

1010. Easter of the next year. During that time, I

1011. got my Bible education. I was shaped in that

1012. time. There's some things that are caught in

1013. partation that takes place. And I remember that

1014. he was doing a 10 -night series on who we are

1015. in Christ. Somewhere in that series, I was sitting

1016. in the second row. It hit me like a ton of bricks.

  1017. I mean, I remember. I don't remember the actual

1018. message. I remember the theme that he was preaching

1019. on, and I remember the moment. Because it hit

1020. me just like this. And I thought, oh God, oh

1021. God, you know that great big thing that I told

1022. you you were going to have to do? You've already

1023. done it. And I did not appraise it correctly.

1024. I had no idea of the depth of his workmanship

1025. in us through new birth in Christ Jesus. I was

1026. always thinking that someday... Remember someday?

1027. When is that? Is that the second or third day?

1028. No, fourth. One day of the week is that someday

1029. it would come. The moment I saw it, the gifts

1030. of God showed. The healing miracles began to

1031. happen right there. They didn't wait until I

1032. started preaching. Healing ministry did not begin

1033. with me from the pulpit. It began with me from

1034. the streets. It was because of the miracles that

1035. were happening in the streets that people invited

1036. me to the pulpit. It's true. It's true. Someone

1037. said, well, did you start holding revivals and

1038. God started healing the sick? No. I just started

1039. ministering healing in the hospitals. I was 15

1040. years old. I did a weekly move into the hospital.

1041. At 15. I went to the hospital every week and

1042. ministered healing to the sick. People say, well,

1043. if you've got a healing ministry, why don't you

1044. go to the hospitals? That's how I got going.

1045. That's what I did. And we saw people get out

1046. of those beds and completely well. I was raised

1047. in Niagara Falls, New York, so I'd go to the

1048. waterfalls because people came from all over

1049. the world there. There were 20 ,000 Asians that

1050. would come in and see the falls just in July

1051. and August. You know, I was smarter then. Now

1052. I spend thousands of dollars to go overseas to

1053. them. Then they just came to me. I don't know

1054. why I didn't sit still in Niagara Falls. But

1055. anyhow, and it would minister the word with signs

1056. following. That's how I would approach it. Did

1057. it then? Do it now. The same way. Finally, people

1058. saw enough of that, and so a couple of pastors

1059. saw it, and they said, wow, if you can do that

1060. on the streets, could you come and do it at our

  1061. church? And I thought, I don't know. I don't

1062. know if it'll work in a church, but we can give

1063. it a try. But I remember when that gift was locked

1064. in for me, and it wasn't in that revival crusade.

1065. In the revival crusade, I worked with him, and

1066. he had me lay hands on the sick, and we had miracles.

1067. We witnessed them. But I remember when the steel

1068. backbone came, and it was in the hospital, in

1069. a Catholic hospital in Niagara Falls. When I

1070. walked in to minister to a man from my home church,

1071. and God would instantly heal him. And there was

1072. another man in the next bed that saw it happen,

1073. who did not know Christ. And when he saw this

1074. man get, instantly healed. He sat right up in

1075. his bed. He had an ongoing problem. He'd been

1076. in a hospital for quite a while and they were

1077. not able to correct it. He had a constant bleeding

1078. that was not being stopped. He sat right up in

1079. his bed and he said, can you do that for me?

  1080. And I remember, I don't even know why I did it.

1081. I prayed with the man from my church here. This

1082. man's in the hospital bed there. And I don't

1083. know why I didn't say, sure, I'll just pray with

1084. you. Instead, I... turned completely around the

1085. other way. I have no idea what I did that, and

1086. when I did, the bed was empty. He was gone. I

1087. thought, well, where in the world did you go?

1088. And he was right over in the chair next to the

1089. other guy. He said, I'm ready now. And I looked

1090. at him, and I said to him, I said, sir, you did

1091. not know Christ. I said, let me tell you, Jesus

1092. is a mighty healer, and he's given me an anointing

1093. and a grace that when I lay my hands upon you,

1094. you will be instantly healed. And when I said

1095. that, something big in me just like this that

1096. never left. It was when I finally stood up and

1097. owned it. Did you hear that? I value the covering

1098. of my mentor and the assistance he gave me, but

1099. it's when I stepped out when there was no organ

1100. playing, no believers saying amen. And no one's

1101. standing alongside. And I said, this is the way

1102. it is. And when I said it, I remember. But when

1103. I say steal, that's what it felt like. Something

1104. literally went, just straightened me right out.

1105. Right up my backbone, just like that. And it's

1106. still there. You want to enter into a miracle?

1107. You need to quit procrastinating your faith.

1108. And you need to own that baby. When that word

1109. of the Lord and that touch of God comes, don't

1110. you sit on that baby. We talked about it last

1111. night. Don't you say, well, we'll give it a week

1112. and see how it really is. You will walk right

1113. out of the moment of your miracle. But if you

1114. will own it, this is not a mental thing. It's

1115. not, all right, let me figure out how I do it.

1116. That's not how it works. It's a matter of sensing

1117. the presence of the Almighty, catching the word

1118. of the Lord, and then stepping into it and saying,

1119. that's it, that's mine. Are you on page with

1120. me right now? That's what it is. And you need

1121. to pick up, and you need to get past the idea

1122. that God has to plow you down. You know, I see

1123. people, like Brother Jan has a great anointing

1124. where people fall under the power. They do that

1125. sometimes when I pray with them. They do it a

1126. lot when he prays with them. I believe in that.

1127. I've received God's blessing many times in my

1128. life like that. But I meet people all the time

1129. that say, it's not that I'm unwilling to fall

1130. down, but I don't do courtesy drops. And so when

1131. someone comes down that line, they say, no, we're

1132. ready for God to touch us and God to move. But

1133. all right, I'm ready. Come on. Come on. Hit me

1134. right there. Hit me right there. And if it's

1135. God to bully me over, I'll be okay with it. And

1136. they think, you know, that they're doing the

1137. right thing. They're not going to be anybody's

1138. fool. And I look at that and say to myself, I

1139. don't want to have to have God come and hit me

1140. with a two -by -four. I would like to be able

1141. to respond to his lightest touch. I welcome the

1142. voice that shouts out. But would you make me

1143. so sensitive that I could hear your slightest

1144. whisper? That all he has to do is brush me. can

1145. feel that. I recognize you. Would you own it?

1146. Just enter into it and say, that's the way it

1147. is. Draw near to him. You may have to get me

1148. in the lobby, stop, really take some minutes

1149. with me to get thought across, but my wife doesn't.

1150. I can walk in the room and know whether it's

1151. good or bad. Oh, don't look at me like that.

1152. Huh? Sometimes just the slightest touch, you

1153. know. Am I right? Why don't you get to know him

1154. like that? Get to know him that you can just

1155. walk right into his presence and know, oh, this

1156. is good. I don't know what all this other nonsense

1157. was. This is right. This is right. Why would

1158. I live like that when the moment I come before

1159. him, and sometimes he doesn't even need to say

1160. a word, the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,

1161. and his ears are open to their prayers. Sometimes

1162. I walk in, and I can just feel him looking at

1163. me. Would you stand with me all over the room?

1164. Jesus is here. Oh my God, Jesus is here. Wow.

1165. Own it. You all know it. Let the redeemed of

1166. the Lord. Not think about it. Not pray about

1167. it. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so. This

1168. is the way it is. The promise, the reality. The

1169. greatness of his name. Do you know that his name

1170. is healing? You know names, the names of God

1171. in scripture, we mentioned it the other night,

1172. they're not titles, they're revelations of an

1173. aspect of God. That's why you find so many names,

1174. because he's too big to figure out at one point.

1175. It's literally going to take you all of eternity.

1176. And then. Yeah. But he would come and speak a

1177. name. And when he spoke that name, it wasn't

1178. informational. It was transforming. And when

1179. he told Israel that his name was healing, Jehovah

1180. Rapha, the Lord who heals. Then I understood

1181. two things. Number one, it's not that he could

1182. heal. He is healing. Do you understand that?

1183. He can heal me. When you get in his presence,

1184. you just stepped into the presence of healing.

1185. He doesn't know how not to heal. He never behaves

1186. differently to his character. He is healing.

1187. I said it like this just a few weeks ago when

1188. I was in Dar es Salaam. I was up around the beginning

1189. of July. And I said to the crowd of those Africans,

1190. I said, you must understand, I'm a Mzungu, which

1191. means white guy. I said, I don't have to pray

  1192. to become a Mzungu. I just am. I don't get up

1193. in the morning and say, I'm just going to believe

  1194. God to be a Mzungu. I said, I can't help myself.

  1195. I'm a white guy. I'm stuck with it. That's what

1196. I am. And I said, I'm not just a mizungu to nice

  1197. people. I'm a mizungu to bad people. I'm a mizungu

1198. to religious people. I'm a mizungu to people

1199. that have no faith at all. I just am what I am.

1200. I said, you need to understand something about

1201. him. He is a savior. He's not a savior of good

  1202. people. He's a savior. He's a savior of good

1203. people and bad people. You understand this? He's

1204. a savior to those that are holy and those that

1205. are perverts. You didn't like that, but it's

1206. the truth. He can't help himself. He's just a

1207. savior. When he walks in the room, he's a savior.

1208. And then the writer of New Testament said this,

1209. if you believe not, yet he remains faithful,

1210. he cannot deny himself. Think of that. Think

  1211. of that. He's a healer. He's not a healer if

  1212. you believe. He's a healer. I know I've seen

1213. it. I'm sure you've seen it. I've seen God heal

1214. people that were shocked. When they got healed.

1215. We had a lady come from one of those churches

1216. to a crusade of ours in Dallas. You know, it

1217. was one of those churches that they're the only

1218. ones that saved. They knew we were all going

1219. to hell. But her son had talked her into coming

1220. because he'd seen so many miracles. And she came.

1221. She was completely deaf in one ear. And the reason

1222. why she was an adult woman, the reason why she

1223. was completely deaf is because they had to do

1224. surgery to take a tumor out. And in order to

1225. get to it, they had to go through her ear canal.

1226. a mastoid operation, so they removed the anvil,

1227. disturbed the cochlea, the eardrum. She had nothing

1228. but a hole there. And she's sitting over to the

1229. side, halfway through my message, her ear popped

1230. just like that, and she could hear perfectly.

1231. And she came to the altar half -mad. Truly. She

1232. said to the pastor with tears, she says, I don't

1233. understand what's going on. She says, I was eight

1234. years old when they took that out. I've been

1235. deaf all my life, and I could not hear, and now

1236. I can hear perfectly. And that guy's not even

1237. saved. How can this happen? And his wife is wearing
