Welcome to Transformation Church Podcast, where we represent God to
-
the lost and found for transformation in Christ. We're so
-
glad you're here and wherever you're listening from, we believe
-
God will transform your life. Do today's message.
-
We have been in a series for the last six weeks.
-
Called the Missing Piece.
-
Every single week of this sermon, of this sermon series,
-
the Holy Spirit has given me something to preach that
-
I did not even write in the book. None of
-
these messages I've preached the last six weeks, the last
-
five weeks, can we give a shout out to Pastor Brie,
-
Pastor Bris. Pastor Bris all together held it down.
-
In week three.
-
That woman brought a message about Hagar that I will
-
not preach Hagar for eighteen months. I gotta let that
-
cool off. I'm glad the Bible is not a pamphlet.
-
There's other stuff I can preach because Breed took that down.
-
But the last six weeks we have been talking about
-
what it is to get our piece back, a piece
-
that Jesus promised, a piece that he gave God's according
-
to Saint John, chapter number fourteen, verse number twenty seven,
-
shaloam I leave you Shalom, I give to you, but
-
not as the world gives. So neither be thou troubled
-
or afraid. This peace was more than chill bumps on Sunday.
-
This peace was altogether meant to regulate your bodily nervous system.
-
Not that you wouldn't feel fear, not that you wouldn't
-
be anxious, but you would not trade that emotion for
-
the peace that you have. That you could literally be
-
calm while everybody else is crashing out to be completely unbothered,
-
what everybody else is unbothered, to be completely at peace
-
while everybody else is completely disrupted. He promised to give
-
us that, And that's why you saw the apostles in jail, unbothered, threatened, unbothered, killed, unbothered.
-
Do you know what kind of peace you gotta have
-
for somebody to say you're gonna die tomorrow and you say,
-
I'll see you in the morning. You know how confusing
-
that is to the executioner. Most people say up all
-
night crying and shivering and asking for the governor to
-
give him clemency. I'm in a win win situation. You
-
do understand it.
-
As a believer. You're in a win win situation.
-
If I live, amen, if I die, Amen, for it
-
to be absent from the body is to be present.
-
With the Lord. So I'm in a win win situation.
-
I come from the hood, so in the hood, our
-
life was under the rest and threat all the time.
-
I've been held at gunpoint, literally held at gunpoint. I've
-
been held at knife point, and I was scared. I
-
was a teenager that was like scary. I don't pray
-
for this now. I don't wish for it now, but
-
if it happens, I already have my script. As a
-
believer who has peace, I already have my script. If
-
somebody comes up to me points a gun in my face,
-
for I'm gonna que you right now. You know what
-
my response is gonna be, Do you have my father's permission?
-
It's a pointed unto man wants to die. And then
-
after that the judgment, do you have my father's permission?
-
And if you do, all you're gonna do is send
-
me home.
-
So you killing people today, I'm gonna be in glory today.
-
It changes your whole mindset.
-
So in this last message, I want we've talked about
-
what it's like to have to go fight for your
-
piece in these different circumstances, these different situations. In this
-
last message, I want you to know what it feels
-
like to have it back.
-
So if you have your Bibles, I want you.
-
To turn with me to the Book of Ezekiel, chapter
-
number thirty seven. The Book of Ezekiel, chapter number thirty seven.
-
This thing feels churchy.
-
It may not be churchy, but the way I hear
-
it in my head, it's just kind of hard. I
-
feel like preaching until people just jump in the water.
-
Is that.
-
Too much? That's the way I feel.
-
It might be one crazy person that's not even going
-
to wait on the like the baptism handlers, I don't
-
even know what you call them, the people in the
-
blue shirts.
-
It's like, make sure you get in there. They might
-
beat you into the water.
-
You're like, wait, legally I must be in there with you.
-
You seek your chapter number thirty seven. Here is what
-
the word of the Lord says. The hand of Adam.
-
I was upon me the ruoc ada, and I carried
-
me out and set me down in the middle of
-
the valley.
-
It was full of bones. He led me all around them.
-
Behold, there were very many on the floor of the valley.
-
Behold, they were very dry.
-
Then he said to me, son of man, can these
-
bones live? I answered, out a night Loheim.
-
You know what a smart answer. Prophesy over these bones.
-
He said to me, say to them, dry bones, hear
-
the word of out an eye.
-
Thus says out of.
-
Night Lohem, to these bones, behold, I will cause ruat
-
to enter you, so you will live. I will attach
-
tendons to you, bring flesh on you, and cover you
-
with skin. Then I will put breath in you.
-
You will live. There's a period after that.
-
There's no comment after that exclamation mark. After that, there's
-
no semi colon.
-
After that. You will live. You will know that I
-
am ad on nine. So I prophesied, just as I
-
was commanded.
-
As I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold an earthquake.
-
Then the bones came together, bone to its bone. I saw,
-
and behold there were tendons on them. Flesh came up
-
and skin covered them above, but there was no breath
-
in them. Then he said to me, prophesy to the ruac,
-
that is the spirit. Prophesy, son of man, and say
-
to the ruac, Thus says Adam, night Loheim, come from
-
the four winds.
-
Ruac breathe upon these.
-
Slain that they may live. So I prophesied just as
-
I just as he commanded me. The Ruac came into them,
-
and they lived. They up on their feet.
-
A fast army.
-
That he said to me, son of man, these bones
-
are the house, the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say,
-
our bones are dried up. Our hope is lost. We
-
are cut off by ourselves. Therefore, prophesy and say to them,
-
thus says out of nigh Elohim. Behold, I will open
-
your graves. I will bring you up out of your graves,
-
my people. I will bring you back to the land
-
of Israel.
-
You will know that I am and nine.
-
When I have opened your graves and brought you up
-
out of your graves, my people, I will put my
-
ruoc in you and you will live.
-
I will place you in your own land. Then you
-
will know that I.
-
I don't I have spoken, and that I have done it.
-
It is a declaration about a nine.
-
If you're taking notes on this, two words pieced together.
-
The final message in this series is I want you
-
to have the testimony that you have been pieced together,
-
that everything from your past and your present has been
-
pieced together to give you a future that you can
-
testify about the glory of God in your life.
-
You have indeed been pieced together.
-
Let me pray and then we'll then we'll go into
-
the message. Holy Spirit, thank you for piecing us together.
-
In Jesus' name. Amen, before you take your sea, since
-
we real churchy today, I want you to high five
-
at least three people and tell them I've been pieced together.
-
I've been pieced together. I've been pieced together. I have
-
been pieced together. I have been pieced together. I have
-
been pieced together. I have been pieced together. It's too
-
late now, Devil, I've been pieced together. You should have
-
took me out while you had the chance, because now
-
I've just been piece together.
-
You should have caught me while I was still broken up.
-
It's too late now I've been pieced together. You had
-
all the opportunities you were ever going to have. Because
-
now that I've been pieced together, there's nothing you can
-
do about it. You know it real quick. I just
-
have a praise God in advance feeling inside of me
-
before you even hear what the Lord has to say.
-
If you already know that you are happy about being
-
pieced together? Can you just give a shout of praise
-
to the God of your salvation. See, He's done so
-
much in my life that I don't even have to
-
wait for anybody to set it off, anybody like me,
-
anybody that.
-
Was in the world.
-
And you didn't need to wait for anybody to set
-
it off. You were like, I'm going now. I just
-
felt that advanced praise for somebody that's in here.
-
That's like, I don't even need to hear the rest
-
of that.
-
I'm pieced together already. The enemy already took its best shot,
-
and I'm still here.
-
God already brought me out of.
-
The most traumatizing season of my life, and I am
-
still here.
-
I gotta praise, praise.
-
I got praise.
-
I gotta praise, I gotta pray.
-
I gotta give him a praise, Give him a praise
-
right then and there. Since you've got a praise and you.
-
Gotta let it out, there's no time like the present.
-
I'll get it out.
-
Right right now, right now, right now.
-
The prophet Ezekiel.
-
A major prophet in the Old Testament, not because he
-
was special, just because he wrote a lot the thinking
-
between the major prophets and the minor prophets is the
-
volume of the work that they were able to write
-
down and the experience that they were able to have.
-
Ezekiel has many dreams and visions, some of them to
-
this day very difficult to understand, very difficult to interpret,
-
very difficult to.
-
Try to extract meaning from.
-
But Ezekiel Chapter number thirty seven, for as long as
-
I have been alive, has been a chapter that people
-
run to when they are thinking about what it's like
-
to be lifted up out of bondage, what it's like
-
to be revived when you thought that you were dead.
-
We know that the literal vision and moment.
-
That Ezekiel has is a promise to Israel. I think
-
it's very important that we never run to scripture and
-
extract from it something for us without knowing who the
-
first person audience was. I'm glad that you have Jeremiah
-
twenty nine eleven written on your wrist.
-
Or highlighted in your Bible.
-
But just know he was talking to Israel before he
-
was talking to you. He was talking to a people
-
that he had made a promise to, and he was
-
going to make sure that that promise came to pass.
-
Ezekiel thirty seven is a prophetic word to the children
-
of Israel who have been in bondage and in captivity,
-
and they're given this word, a promise by out any
-
Elohem that they.
-
Will be brought back home.
-
But there's something about God giving a word to his
-
people that echoes throughout the tunnels of time and can
-
still resonate deeply with us.
-
Ezekiel is.
-
Taken up by God and he is dropped off by
-
God in a valley of dry bones. Ezeku's experience in
-
this valley is that they're not just a few bones
-
scattered around. This valley is littered with the bones of people.
-
That are long gone.
-
These are not decomposing bodies that he finds inside of
-
this valley. These are not people that just died that
-
are found in this valley. Ezekiel literally finds bones that
-
have been here dried out for a very very long time.
-
And as he's walking around this vast valley littered with
-
the bones of human can you imagine walking around and
-
seeing a skull here, a fragment of a femur bone there,
-
and and a clavical bone over here, and a thigh
-
bone over there. You have no idea who these bones
-
belonged to. This would be the worst type of jigsaw
-
puzzle to.
-
Have to connect together.
-
I might put the wrong bone with the wrong hip,
-
I might scatter the wrong things in the wrong direction.
-
And so he's over here looking in this valley of
-
dry bones, brought there by God. Ezekiel wasn't wandering around
-
and then accidentally just stumbled upon this situation. God brought
-
him to a place that people had been long gone.
-
He allows Ezekiel to take in to literally with his
-
eyes in.
-
Ingest, how vast and how sad this scene is.
-
And then he poses a question to him, a question
-
that I find absolutely unfair, A question that I think,
-
as the god of the universe, why would you even
-
ask a human this question when you know good and
-
well they can't answer. Can these bones live?
-
Sir?
-
You do the wanet brought me to the valley. You
-
let me tour the valley. I don't just see a
-
few scattered bones around. I see piles and piles of
-
bones scattered.
-
All around this valley. And your question to me is
-
can these bones live?
-
Dried out bones, some of them hollowed out fractured, cracked
-
in half, and you're asking me, can these bones live again?
-
You bring me to.
-
An impossible situation, and your question is is it possible?
-
Only God can mess with somebody's brain like this, a.
-
God that can defy all impossibilities, ask a man who
-
is limited to possibilities?
-
Can these bones live again? And this is when I
-
knew Ezekiel was smart.
-
The response that Ezekiel gives lets me know that he's
-
an incredibly smart guy because he doesn't feel the pressure
-
to try to say something deep.
-
He doesn't feel the.
-
Pressure to try to impress out of a nyeh.
-
L o him. You know, sometimes you get around some
-
people and you.
-
Ask them a question and they try to wax eloquent
-
like they.
-
Know some things well.
-
You know, I would say, if you reverse to polarity
-
of the situation, and.
-
Maybe if like.
-
You know, maybe if I stay here long enough and
-
I put some of these bones together and you let
-
me see if I can match at least one or two,
-
I think there's something I can do about this situation
-
that's just absolutely stupid. When God asked you a question,
-
your best response is Ezekiel's response, and I loved it.
-
It was just two words. He didn't try to make
-
it deep.
-
Can these bones live?
-
He said, you know, don't be asking me no questions.
-
You know I don't got no answer to I don't
-
know the answer to that question. You know the answer
-
to that question. And he goes, You're absolutely right, I
-
do have the answer to this question. Speak to him.
-
I'm so sorry.
-
What. Yeah, these bones are dead, I asked you, can
-
they live? You said, I know the answer, and I
-
do know the answer. I want you to give the
-
bones a word, not people, not a person. I want
-
you to speak to the very infrastructure of that person
-
who no longer has ears to hear or a mouth
-
to respond. I want you to speak to what used
-
to hold them up.
-
And if you would do that, I'll work.
-
Can I just pause and say, this is why it
-
is important to have a word from God, no matter
-
how impossible you think your situation is. If you have
-
a word from God, you have all you need to
-
get out of the situation that you think is absolutely impossible.
-
So he says, I want you to prophesy to bones,
-
and I want you to tell these bones to live.
-
And when you prophesy, I'll start working.
-
DC.
-
There's always a partnership between you and God. There's something
-
that I just want to make a correction on the church.
-
I know we're gonna use this because generationally we have
-
used it for years and years and years and years
-
and years. But I want you to have the philosophical
-
difference so that you don't think that you're some item
-
that God is using. I know that we say God
-
is using this person, God is using that person. God
-
wants to use you for this, and God wants to
-
use you for that. But please, can we please consider
-
that this is your daddy as an earthly father. I
-
don't use my kids. They're not forks and knives and
-
dinner plates that I use. We're in a relationship. We
-
have a partnership. God wasn't using Adam and Eve in
-
the garden. He created them in his image and placed
-
them in the garden to manage what he had created.
-
It was a partnership.
-
So God will never do anything in the earth unless
-
he partners.
-
With a man and a woman to get it done.
-
So how come God just didn't speak. You can't do
-
nothing anyway, Ezechi. You it's just you can't get the
-
bones up. Let me step back and watch me do it. No, no,
-
he says, I want to partner with you, and it
-
says you.
-
Don't know what to do. I'll give you the words
-
to say.
-
Tell somebody say repeat after me, Repeat after me. Sometimes
-
you got to repeat what the God of your salvation
-
has already said about you. Don't be trying to freestyle
-
and make up words. Just repeat what the God of
-
your Salvation has already told you to say. You are
-
the head and not the tale. You are above and
-
not beneath. You are blessed in.
-
The city, coming in and going out, Repeat after.
-
Repeat after me. Ezekiel, I love how scripture says it.
-
I prophesied as I was commanded. He told me to
-
say it. It seemed absolutely ridiculous, but I prophesied bones live.
-
And then the wind started blowing.
-
And the earth started shaking, and bones that had been
-
scattered throughout a valley for I don't know how long
-
just started coming together with their own bones.
-
This is very very important to understand. None of the
-
bones got mixed up.
-
Nobody's bone went to another person's body. All the bones
-
got together because he was the God that put them together.
-
So when he prophesied to them, they all went back
-
to the original place that God intended them to be
-
before the death had occurred. M Let me just prophesy
-
and say, somebody's coming back together, and you are coming
-
back together the way God always intended you to be,
-
not what the trauma wanted you to be. Somebody's coming
-
back together, and you're not going to be put back
-
together the way that you were when you were traumatized.
-
You will be put back together the way God always
-
prophesied for you to be back together. The bones came back,
-
All the bones came back together. The body is the
-
human body is an.
-
Absolute engineering marvel.
-
Because the skeleton bones came back together, and then the
-
muscles and the tendons wrapped themselves around the skeleton. Because
-
it wasn't just enough for the bones to come back together.
-
What is reconnected has to be strengthened. He was never
-
gonna let you be bony and not strong, so he
-
puts the tendons and the tissue and the muscles around
-
the skeleton so that the skeleton is strong enough to stand.
-
Once the t and the muscles come around the skeleton,
-
then flesh comes over the muscles.
-
And the tendons, and then skin covers.
-
The muscles and the tendons and the bones, because you
-
gotta get your identity back once you get your integrity back.
-
I'm gonna say that again. You must get your identity
-
back after you get your integrity back.
-
The bones coming together and the muscles.
-
And the tissue, that's the integrity, that's the inner part
-
of you. That's the inner workings of what holds you together.
-
But now that you're together, your identity must come back
-
to you so that you know who you are and
-
can testify to the people who don't.
-
See.
-
Before we had our peace, we called ourselves what other
-
people called us. But once you get peaced back together,
-
you know who you are and who you are, and
-
you can start testifying according to what God has said
-
about you and not what they have been saying about you.
-
See, when you.
-
Really get peace back together and people start calling you
-
the old you, you don't have to get mad, you
-
don't get defensive, you don't have to talk back to them.
-
You're just like, no, I'm not. No, yes you are.
-
You're steal that drunk that used to do this, this.
-
And that, And you're like, no, I'm not, that's not
-
me anymore.
-
Yes, it is, and you'll never be anything else. That's
-
who you are. No, I'm not I'm not the drunk anymore.
-
I'm not promiscuous anymore. I'm not the liar anymore. I'm
-
not anxious anymore. I'm not fearful anymore. I'm not violent anymore.
-
I'm not a fighter anymore. I know you used to
-
have got the video footage because that's who I.
-
Used to be.
-
But that's not who I am anymore. Do you got
-
anybody in here beside me that you're like?
-
That?
-
Ain't me anymore.
-
It used to be me. I used to be mad.
-
I used to cuss you out. I used to fight
-
you in the street. I used to be petty. I
-
used to be passive aggressive. But that's not me any
-
It's not me anymore. I've been pieced back together. It's
-
not me anymore. The wind blew, the earth shook. All
-
the bones came back together. The skeleton and the tendons
-
came back on top.
-
Of the bones. The flesh and the skin came on top.
-
Of the skeleton and the muscles and tendons, and scripture
-
says that they're we're back together, But there was no
-
breath in them. God just pause and say, you can
-
be put together and still not be alive.
-
I know I'm talking to somebody right now.
-
You can have your whole life put together and still
-
be dead on the inside. Look no further than Hollywood
-
to find a whole bunch of people that are put
-
together and still dead on the inside. They still need
-
a bunch of proper field to go to sleep. They
-
still need fit to nail to get to bed. They
-
still need to pop Molly's and Oxycotten. Why they looked
-
the part? Why did you say her outfit? Oh she
-
looked good. She did on the inside.
-
Man, he looks oh much? Whoa bro that dude?
-
Whoo?
-
He's sharp. She graduated ivy League.
-
She is smart and dead on the inside. He's a
-
prestigious doctor in his community. He graduated top of his class,
-
and he's dead.
-
On the inside. Because just because you've been put together
-
doesn't mean you're alive.
-
I know some of y'all cleaned up your credit score,
-
but you're still.
-
Dead on the inside.
-
I know that you paid off the car, but you're
-
still dead on the inside. You got the marriage, but
-
you're still dead on the inside. Because anytime you dictate
-
your piece based on your things. You will get your things,
-
but not have your life. Am I talking to anybody today?
-
Can you imagine all that He just saw a miracle,
-
and that miracle put them together, but they had no breath.
-
I can't tell you how many people I know living
-
like this on the inside.
-
Put together look amazing, but you can't hear this.
-
And you always notice when somebody's put together, but they're
-
not alive because you.
-
Can't feel the breath. Okay, they're at work, but the
-
ruwak is not at work. Oh, they working really hard.
-
They out there grinding, but the spirit is not moving,
-
and they're sitting there lifeless, miraculous. They shouldn't even be
-
together at all. But this is why you need a
-
continuing word from God. Because there are words that bring
-
you out and their other words that fill you up,
-
and there are other words that move you forward. This
-
is why Jesus said, in his battle with Satan out
-
in the wilderness, he said, man shall not live by
-
brea by bread alone, but by every word that proceed
-
death out of the mouth of God. E. T. H
-
is the equivalent to I G. It's a continual word.
-
You don't get a word for your life. You continue
-
to get words for your life, for every situation and
-
every circumstance and every.
-
Season of life that you are in.
-
God has a word for every season of your life,
-
miraculously put together and lifeless. And God has a solution.
-
He says, Hey, you gave them a word. Now I
-
want you to prophesied to a person. You gave them
-
my word and they got put together by my word.
-
But now I need you to prophesie to the wind,
-
prophesied to the rurock, the spirit, the wind, the mover,
-
And I want you to prophesie to the wind and
-
tell them to come from all four corners and.
-
Wake up what I put together.
-
Anybody beside me been awakened by what God has done
-
in your life. You remember when you were sleeping your
-
sins and you were.
-
Doing things, and.
-
You were never convicted about nothing you was doing. And
-
then one day you just woke up, and when you
-
woke up.
-
You was like, I can't be doing this no more.
-
I can't say at your house no more. I can't
-
talk about this no more. I can't be around that
-
no more. I can't keep drinking this no more. I
-
can't keep hanging with you no more. Anybody beside me
-
been wakened up. When you get a generation that wakes up,
-
you get a generation that's been filled with the spirit,
-
and they are awakened to the things that they used
-
to be dead in their sins too, and they're like,
-
I can't do that, no more. I can't do that
-
no more. I'm so sorry. I know I did that yesterday.
-
I know I did that four hours ago. I can't
-
do that today. I'm so sorry. I know I told
-
you after church that we would go hang and smoke
-
a blunt, but there was something that happened at church
-
that opened up my eyes, and I can't smoke that
-
blunt with you today. I'm so sorry. I'm gonna get
-
high a different way, but I'm not gonna be using
-
this no more. Prophesy to the wind, and the wind
-
came and everybody came alive.
-
Everybody that was put together came alive.
-
They had been pieced together, but then the wind, the
-
ruak came on the inside of them and they woke up. Now,
-
I would just imagine that if not I haven't been asleep,
-
I've been dead. And not only have I been dead,
-
I've been good and decomposed.
-
Huh.
-
I've been good and dead so long. My bones have scattered.
-
My wristbone was way over there.
-
Huh.
-
My skull had rolled like a tumbleweed way over here.
-
My thigh bone has a little more dissity. It's been
-
there with the same place as been since I lay down.
-
And then a word puts.
-
Me back together, not only puts my bones back together,
-
but put muscles and strengths back on my bones, and
-
then puts flesh and skin back on top of that.
-
And then the spirit comes into my body. I come
-
back alive. And when I wake up, I comply, how you.
-
Been dead all this time?
-
And when you wake up you don't have a testimony.
-
This makes no sense to me. In Ezekiel thirty seven,
-
verse number eleven, here's what it says.
-
Then he said to me, son a man, these bones
-
are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say they've
-
been awaken.
-
Right, they're alive. Right, they're pieced together. Right. Here's what
-
they say. Our bones are dried up. How you're alive now?
-
Our bones are dried up. Our hope is love. We
-
are cut off by ourselves.
-
There's a part of me that wants to be critical
-
but I've lived long enough to know what it's like
-
to have God do a miracle in your life and
-
you're still not in the place that you thought you
-
would be in. Anybody besides me can be honest. God's
-
been doing some transformational things in my life. But my
-
situation still looks like bondish. My situation still looks hopeless.
-
My situation still looks like I'm not gonna come out
-
of the situation that I've been in all my life.
-
I want to critique them so bad, I want to
-
be so petty. I want to act like I'm the
-
guy that has done all the right things in my
-
last thirty years of salvation, and then look at the
-
text and tell them I don't understand why they don't
-
have a testimony. But can I be honest. I have
-
been Israel. I know what it's like to have the
-
miraculous nature of God piece me back together and the
-
Holy Spirit fill me up from the inside out. I'm
-
still looking at people going I'm still I ain't no hope.
-
I've been through so much stuff in my life. This man,
-
I mean, I thank God for what He's done. Anybody
-
ever had that one? No, no, no, no, no, no, don't give
-
me twisted.
-
I'm grateful, but.
-
This is it for me. It's hopeless out here. God
-
could have been way pettier than me. That's why I'm
-
glad he's God and not me. I could never be God.
-
Let me just tell you right now, I can never
-
be Jesus.
-
Forget being God.
-
I could never be Jesus because if I was Jesus,
-
you'd have to serve me. I'm just telling you, in
-
my flesh and the way I'm set up, if I
-
die for you, oh you gonna live for me, I'd
-
haunt the hell.
-
Out of you.
-
Do you understand the words that are coming out of
-
my mouth? If I die for you and you get
-
up every morning talking about there is no God, I
-
would be in your bedroom every time, your eyes would
-
peel op, and I'd be like, you want to get
-
me today?
-
You're gonna get me today? Oh you're still go You're.
-
Gonna act like, oh, oh, so you still don't want
-
to Okay, breathe don't you know that I'm the one
-
that's giving you that breath in your body. I can
-
hold mind longer and you can hold yours. You're gonna
-
serve me now, you're gonna serve me? Are you gonna
-
serve me? Now, that's why I can't be him, just
-
telling you I can't be him because I am your
-
feet up, just turn your your your your feet into
-
meatballs and then tell you to walk. I'd be doing something.
-
I'd be doing some petty stuff. I take your eyesight,
-
tell you to look at me. I would just be
-
doing I'd be doing I'm telling you, I'd be doing petty.
-
I would be doing petty stuff.
-
I'd put food in front of you and take your appetite,
-
and you just be looking at it like.
-
I cannot be gone. Okay, I'm south. Let me fine,
-
I can't be got. I can't be got. I'm just glad.
-
All that to say, I'm just glad he's not patty
-
because after you get people up and they say our
-
bones are dried up, our hope is lost, we are
-
cut off by ourselves. The propensity could have been if
-
he was human, which I'm so glad he's not. If
-
God is not a man, that he should lie to
-
know the son of man, that he should repent. He's
-
also the God that's not petty, so he don't think
-
like us, act like us.
-
He doesn't respond like us.
-
Because he lives before time, in time, and after time,
-
and so he knows what you're whining about.
-
Right now. You ain't gonna be complaining about it four months.
-
Because you have no idea. Your deliverance has already been set.
-
You still walking through Tuesday, and you have no idea.
-
The breakthrough is Friday, And.
-
I gotta listen to you complain for the next seventy
-
two hours, just so for you to get to Friday
-
and be like, thank you God. I didn't know you
-
was gonna do it again, but I thank you God.
-
He's not Patty. So he looks at him and he says,
-
they're complaining even after I gave him a word that
-
fixed their past. Their complaining. I pieced them together. They
-
had no life in them. I put life back on
-
the inside of them, and yet they are complaining. He
-
doesn't say, son of Man, tell them forget it. He
-
doesn't say, son of Man, tell them, on second thought,
-
let me dismember what I remembered.
-
No, they have a word that fixed their past.
-
I gave them the spirit to be in their present.
-
But now they need a word for their future. If
-
you are left without a word, for your future. We
-
would all sound like the Israelites.
-
All hope is lost.
-
We're put back together, but our bows are still dry.
-
There is no hope for us.
-
And he says, don't even worry about that. I have
-
a word for their future. Prophesy to them and tell them.
-
Thus says Adam n i lheim bhood, I will open
-
your graves.
-
There's a period behind that. He doesn't even put it
-
as a comma. Do you know that they am? I
-
am that I am.
-
He cannot speak a word and it comes back without
-
doing what he said it was sent to do. So,
-
just at the statement I will open their graves, I
-
would assume they would be encouraged. But he doesn't stop there.
-
He says, I will bring you up out of your graves.
-
Then it says this my people.
-
I'm from a neighborhood where we talk about having.
-
My people.
-
You know the people that are like you, and you
-
know the people that's not like you. Somebody mentioned a
-
name to you and you'll be like, no, that's not
-
my people.
-
Maybe that's your people. Them not my people. You don't
-
know the andcens I.
-
Know of them, huh, but those not my people. Here's
-
what Jesus says, ain't no way, I'm getting out my grave.
-
And keeping you in yours. Ain't no way.
-
I'm gonna have my son come down there, die for
-
the sins of the world, be buried in the grave
-
for three days, and then rise again, and I'm gonna keep.
-
You in yours.
-
Here's Adam night Lohem in the Old Testament. Jesus is
-
not even in the earth yet.
-
And he says, I'm bringing you up out of your grave.
-
Now words matter to me.
-
If you got to bring somebody up and out, that
-
means they were down.
-
And in. And he said, no, no, no, I'm about
-
to bring you up out of your or grave.
-
I will bring you up out of your graves, my people.
-
I will bring you back to the land of Israel.
-
You will know that I am at an Eye. When
-
I have opened your graves and brought you up out
-
of your graves, my people, I will put my ruoc
-
in you and you will live. I will place you
-
in your own land. Then you will know that I
-
am at an eye. I have spoken and that I
-
have done it. It is a declaration of at an eye.
-
Here's the hope we have of being pieced together that
-
God has a word that has not just gone behind us,
-
it's not just with us, but a word that's gone
-
before us. So you can't die in the situation that
-
you should be dead in because He's already given you
-
a word that you are coming out. And when God
-
gives you a word that He's about to pop your
-
grave doors open, and that on the other side of
-
that grave is gonna be life. This is when you
-
have to start agreeing with the prophecy and speaking the prophecy.
-
Before it comes to pass.
-
This is one of the reason why I wanted to
-
know if I at least had one hundred shouters before
-
I even preached the message, because I needed a test
-
run to know if you would know what it feels
-
like to be a person that walks around not pity
-
partying about your present, but prophesying about your future. I
-
hope there's at least two hundred people now that can
-
walk around and say that I ain't out the situation yet,
-
but I will be out of the situation because God
-
has already given me a word about where I'm going
-
to be. He already told me I was coming out.
-
Are you out yet? No, I'm not out yet. But
-
I will be out. How do you know he gave
-
me a word that I was coming out, And if
-
you gave me a word that I was coming out,
-
I am coming out. Church time, touching these three people
-
and say I'm coming out.
-
I'm coming out. I'm coming out. I'm coming out. I'm
-
coming out. I'm coming out.
-
I'm coming out of depression. I'm coming out of anxiety.
-
I'm coming out of debt. I'm coming out of a
-
generational curse. I'm coming out of bondage. I'm coming out
-
of suicidal ideation.
-
I'm coming out of addiction. I'm coming out of pain.
-
I'm coming out of trauma.
-
I'm coming out of my past.
-
I am coming.
-
This is a difference between having a word and not
-
having a word. When you don't have a word about
-
your future, all you do is complain. But when you
-
get a future about your word, the situation in your
-
presence doesn't have to change, but your mindset.
-
Doun.
-
I'm coming out of this. I know it's been a
-
long time, but I'm coming out of this. I know
-
that I've been struggling, but I will be coming out
-
of this.
-
I know my.
-
Body is not healed yet, but I am coming out.
-
Of Somebody just shout, I'm coming out. How can I
-
not come out? He already gave me a word.
-
How can I not come out? No wonder why the
-
devil's so mad at me. He understands that I have
-
a word, and there's nothing he can put in my
-
present that's gonna make me doubt the future that God
-
has already given me.
-
I am.
-
This is why I'm so glad that God gave me
-
this word on flood Sunday, because when I think about baptism,
-
there's no way I can't think about what happened to
-
the children of Israel who had been in bondas for
-
over four hundred years, and they had been in this
-
bondage so long they thought they were never coming out.
-
But then God sent Moses to give them a word,
-
and the word was, you are coming out. And they
-
came out.
-
Just to face a body of water that they could
-
not get past, and with the Egyptians behind them and
-
the Red Sea in front of them, they thought they
-
were about to die. If we turn around and face
-
our past, we die. If we try to go into
-
our future, we drown. But God said, no, no, no,
-
I want to use the water. I'm gonna use this
-
water to piece you together. Oh, you going through the water,
-
and you're gonna get to the other side. And the
-
only thing that's gonna drown is your enemy behind you.
-
The only thing that's about to drown is the past
-
you came out of. The only thing that's about to
-
drown or the people that said you were.
-
Gonna make it.
-
The only thing that's gonna drown is your trauma, your pain,
-
your suffering, your anxieties, your fears, those generational curses.
-
Oh, something is about to drown. It's just not gonna
-
be you.
-
I come out of the water wet, but everything in
-
my past is dead. Behold, I am a new creature
-
in Christ Jesus.
-
The old things are past. That's the way. Behold, all
-
things are.
-
Somebody just pointing up here and say, there's some water
-
right up here. There's some water right up here. There's
-
somebody in this room. You know, for real, you need
-
to be cut off from your pass and you've.
-
Been pieced together. God has brought you back with a word.
-
He's pacing his spirit on the inside of you, and
-
he's giving you a word from your future. If you
-
don't want to be haunted by the hounds of your past.
-
All you need to do is getting the water. And
-
there's some water right here. There's some water right here.
-
They're gonna put a cold up.
-
Because if you want to get baptized right now, and
-
you didn't planned on getting baptized right now, all you
-
gotta do is go to the I can.
-
They'll get you a change of clothes.
-
It will get you a change of clothes right now,
-
because we don't want you in the clothes you came
-
in getting soaken wet. But if you want to get
-
baptized today, today is the day of salvation. Today is
-
the day of your breakthrough. Today is the day of
-
your miracle. Today is the day of your salvation. Today
-
is the day of your breakthrough. Today is the day
-
you get pieced together. Today is the day you get
-
filled with the spirit.
-
Today.
-
Today, let's tell you some all the hell is mad
-
right now. Somebody jumping this water, they about to cut
-
off a generational curse.
-
Somebody jumping this water.
-
Suicide is not gonna be on their mind every single night.
-
Somebody dropping this water, Alcoholism is gonna cut off. In
-
Jesus' name, that somebody jumps in this water.
-
Drug addiction is gonna cut off more than rehab. You
-
need the rock.
-
I'm glad you got therapy, but you're gonna need theology
-
to anchor you.
-
You're gonna need the.
-
Word of God.
-
We ain't talking about positive affirmations. We're talking about the
-
word of Adam nine Aloheve and your life.
-
He sent the word.
-
He sent the word and healed their disease. And after
-
you've been pieced together, you have a testimony to share
-
with everybody around you. How God brought me back together again.
-
I shouldn't have made it through what I made it through,
-
but he brought me back together again. Thirty years I've
-
been preaching the gospel and I'm still not over how
-
He pieced.
-
Me back together.
-
There is zero way that a kid who was sexually
-
abused at the age of eight years old, who was
-
told by the family doctor to be aborted, who was
-
porn addicted, low self esteem, low self worth, people, pleaser,
-
suicidal ideation.
-
There's no that dude is a preacher except for the fact.
-
That when I gave my life to Jesus on January
-
fourteenth of nineteen ninety six, he gave me a word
-
that pieced together in my past, and he gave me
-
a spirit so I could be led through my present.
-
Then he gave me a word.
-
That was set a course for my future. And that's
-
all it takes to say hype. Ain't nobody trying to
-
gas you up. We're telling you the truth. The last
-
thirty years of my life have been radically different. Not
-
because I'm smart. I graduated from an alternative school. I
-
don't have no degrees. I didn't go I barely got
-
out there, alterna to school. They were like the going
-
to college. I was like, I'm about to be dazzled
-
this diploma because that's as far as I'm going.
-
You have a brilliant mind, you should just go to college. No,
-
barely got out of high school. That dude from.
-
Inglewood, California should not be here. Not married to a
-
wife that as fine as she is. I mean, she
-
annoyed it in everything and she fine.
-
Why she's so fine?
-
No, Lord, I got two beautiful kids, and they both
-
loved Jesus at eighteen and sixteen.
-
I wasn't feeling Jesus at eighteen and sixteen.
-
But all that happened is because I got a word.
-
And when you get a word. It does not matter
-
what you've been through. His word prevails. Heaven and earth
-
is going to pass away, the grass wither it, the
-
flower fadeth, But the word of the Lord endures forever.
-
And I want you to be anchored with a word.
-
I want you to have something on the inside of
-
you that's going to keep you on the days where
-
the enemies trying.
-
To tell you are not going to make it.
-
We've been pieced together, perfectly, pieced together to do what
-
it is that God has called us to do.
-
You might be at home and you I'm not.
-
It's flood Sunday, but I'm at the house.
-
Jump in the.
-
Shower, like real talk what you think? There's some water
-
right over there, there's some water right where you are.
-
You're like, I'm in an apartment and the showers in
-
the tub. Jump in the tub. I don't have nobody
-
to baptize me. Go down, just go just just until
-
you can get to somebody's chirt. Just do a dress rehearsal.
-
Fill that tub up with water and go down in it.
-
Hold your nose if you have to, but get all
-
the way under. And here's why, why do we have
-
to be completely immersed in the water because we want
-
our past completely gone. I don't want my past taking
-
care of up to my waist. I don't want my
-
past taking care of up to my neck.
-
I want it completely erased in the water.
-
So, is there anybody that's about to be baptized? Did
-
anybody go change? A gang of people want to go change. Yeah.
-
At this lady up in the front.
-
That's my auntie for real.
-
She said. There's a lot of people that live. I
-
saw a gang of people get up and go down there.
-
I know they wouldn't leave and they want to go change.
-
Krista was one of them. I know she need to
-
get down in that water. No, she didn't say all that.
-
I just.
-
I'm so proud.
-
Of your faith. I'm proud of your faith walk. I'm
-
proud of your faith talk. I'm proud that you have
-
chosen to live out loud for Jesus because it absolutely,
-
unequivocally changes everything.
-
It has been my honor and my privilege.
-
To be your preacher for the last five out of
-
six weeks.
-
TC. I love y'all so much. I love y'all so much.
-
I love y'all so much.
-
Whether you've been in person, or you've been online. For
-
us to be able to carry the message of peace
-
to a world that is so disrupted and so full
-
of chaos, the world needs the message of peace. The
-
world needs to know what peace looks like around dysfunction, disruption,
-
and disorientation. You have no idea how many people I
-
get to witness too, just because I have peace.
-
I'm at the airport and.
-
Seems nowadays more flights than ever are delayed, and I
-
have considerable status with one airline, and they're like, oh
-
my goodness, I hope you're not mad. You know, this
-
flight is delayed for like another hour.
-
And I'm like, we're good. I've been with y'all for
-
a long time. It's not a big deal.
-
And they're like, while you're so calm, most people like
-
you have no idea. They yell at us. Let me
-
talking about the gate agent. She not even a pilot.
-
What can she do? She's just sitting there clickity clacking,
-
And you acting like it's a private jet.
-
When are we, sir, ma'am? This is a commercial airline.
-
It's a bust that flies.
-
Why are you spassing out? Why are you so entitled?
-
You are not a billionaire. You don't have your own plane.
-
You're in a long tube sit out. And they would
-
say you're just so calm, and I'm like, well, I
-
have peace.
-
I wish everybody have that peace. I'm like, you can
-
have it, well, how did you get it? Jesus?
-
Then they wrote their eyes and I'm like, no, for real,
-
that's Jesus. She's the one that did this for us,
-
and he can do it for you as well. If
-
you want to calm down, you need Jesus. You want
-
to carry peace, you need Jesus.
-
Thank you for joining us today. If you said that
-
prayer and accept it Jesus into your heart, it's the
