It’s Time To Shift // It’s Time (Part 1) // Michael Todd

Welcome to Transformation Church Podcast, where we represent God to

the lost and found for transformation in Christ. We're so

glad you're here, and wherever you're listening from, we believe

God will transform your life through today's message.

This is what I've been waiting on for a long time,

because today we're starting a brand new series, and I'm

going to tell you what the series is in just

a minute, but I have to give you a prophetic

proclamation over your life. I got to speak into your

future today. So today I'm speaking to you, but I'm

speaking to the future you. Like today I'm talking to you,

but something on the inside of you is going to hear.

They're going to hear where you need to be, not

where you are.

And some of you have just been existing, but God

has sent me to in the next 40 minutes give

you a prophetic push. I'm about to try with everything

in me to push you out of complacency. I'm going

to be your anointed agitator today. I'm going to mess

with you in the spirit until you got to.

Start moving something.

Some of y'all have been in the same place for

so long, you think.

That's where God wants you. You have started to put

permanent fixtures where God had just had you for a season.

You thought it's always going to be like that. God said,

who told you that? And this is the season that

I have to speak to your soul so that you

can be able to hear the word of God in

a fresh new way. This is going to make sense

in a minute, but I want everybody to stand up

as I read the Bible this morning.

Come on, we're going old school church. Get on your feet.

And I want you to turn in your Bibles to

Joshua chapter one. And if you don't have it on

your iPhone or you don't have a physical Bible, don't worry.

It'll be on the screen, okay? But today, two things

I'm going to challenge you. Number one, I'm challenging everybody

to get a real Bible.

Not because it's better, but because you don't always charge

your phone.

I'm going to tell you that God challenged me. He said, Michael,

I want you to have this Bible. You can use

your Bible app as well. You can use all the technology.

I'm for technology. But some of y'all need to put

some marks in your Bible. You need to write next

to this, this is for me. You need to underline

some stuff and say, I believe this for my family.

You need to circle it. You need to be able to.

Say something because sometimes you're going to be in places

and that cell phone going to be dead and you're

going to need to figure, I know I put this

somewhere and you're going to be able to scroll through

this Bible. God has been challenging me to read the

word because the end goal is that the word would

be written on our hearts. And in the world where

we ask chat GPT everything, ain't nothing wrong with it.

All I'm saying is if it don't work, what word

do you have written on your heart? And so I'm

challenging you to begin to get your.

Face in the Bible.

But Joshua chapter one is where we're starting today and

it's been wrecking me. And so I'm going to say

what God said today.

Are y'all ready?

Your pastor has been gone for almost three months and

I'm about to preach.

My face off. Okay, here we go. Okay, I'm going

to preach my hair off. That's what I'm going to do.

Here we go. Joshua chapter 1. It says, after the

Joshua 1 · chapter mention

death of Moses, I didn't even say nothing. I love

the church. Well, I love my church. They will hype

you up on nothing. I love it. After the death

of Moses, the Lord's servant The Lord spoke to Joshua,

the son of Nun, Moses' assistant, and this is what

he said. Moses, my servant, is dead. Therefore, the time

has come. Everybody say, the time has come. Switch it. Say,

it's time. The time has come for you to lead

these people, the Israelites, across the Jordan River into the

land that I am giving to them.

I promise you what I promised Moses. Wherever you set

your foot.

This makes me happy every time I read it.

Wherever you set your foot, you will be on land

I have given to you. From the Najeeb wilderness in

the south to the Lebanon mountains, he's saying, whichever direction

you decide to go, if you step in that direction,

I'm giving you the territory. Y'all, I'm about to preach this.

Verse 5. If you step, this is the promise. Verse 5.

No one will be able to stand against you as

long as you live.

For I will be with you as I was with Moses.

I will not fail you, nor I will abandon you.

So be strong and courageous. For you are the one.

Somebody say, I am the one. Say it like you

got faith.

I am the one. It says, for you are the

one who will lead these people to possess all the

land that I swore to the ancestors I would give

to them. Be strong and very courageous.

But be careful to obey the instructions Moses gave you.

Do not deviate from turning either to the right or

to the left. Then you will be successful in everything

you do.

Study this book of instruction. Study the word. Get in it.

Listen to it. Read it.

Digest it. It says meditate on it day and night.

and night, so you will be sure to obey everything

written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed

in all you do. This is my command. Be strong

and courageous. Look at your neighbor and say, be strong

and courageous. Find the other neighbor you didn't like as

much and tell them, be strong and courageous. It's okay,

you chose, you.

Picked, okay. And do not be afraid or discouraged, for

the Lord your God is with you.

Look at your neighbor and tell them the title of

our brand new series.

It's Time.

If somebody knows that there's some things in your life

that it's just time for it to change, I dare

you to give God a shout of praise in this.

Place and say, it's time. You may be seated. It's time.

It's time. What time is it? It's time.

And right now, as I'm saying that, if something is

bubbling up on the inside of you that you know

it's time, it's time to move, it's time to change,

it's time, I need you to know that you don't

need me to preach today.

The fact that that's the sermon.

Title The fact that that's what God told me to

come back and tell you as a prophetic proclamation, you don't.

Got to hear nothing else. Guess what? It's time. It's

been time for you to start speaking God's word. Uh-oh, uh-oh.

It's been time for you to start that business. It's

time for you to start that Bible study on your campus.

It's time. Somebody shout at me by faith. It's time. No,

I don't have all the resources. No, I don't know nobody. No,

nobody's asked for me, but guess what God said?

I came to let you know that you have been

waiting on God to do something, and he came to

let you know today, guess what, baby?

It's time. Well, God, I wish I had more time. Oh,

you do. It's time.

It's your time to step into everything that God has

called you to. And as we start over the next

six weeks leading up to conference, God told me to

tell every person that tunes in, I'm not giving you

more time than now.

Because some of y'all heard me say it's time.

And you're like at the beginning of the year, I

promise God, January 1st, that's when I'm really gone. It's

time now. Did y'all see where it happened for Joshua?

I want you to put in the context what's happening

right now because this is the title of today's sermon,

and every sermon is going to have its time in it.

Today, I want you to know it's time to shift.

Whatever position you've been in, it's time.

To Everybody change the way you're sitting right now. Just

get on one other butt cheek. Lean up in it,

like move.

No, no, no, I just wanted you to experience, watch this,

I wanted you to experience.

What happens if a group of people make one move

at the same time. The atmosphere changed. The sound changed

in the room. People had to move. People's elbows touched

each other because you was just perfectly positioned. You're like,

these seats are so close together.

Oh, my God.

And when you shifted, you touched somebody you never touched

before because a shift requires, watch this, you to divorce here.

And some of y'all are so comfortable with here. I

just got here.

And God said, but I'm moving to something else. So

you can stay there without me or you can move

with me. And I came today, I'm telling y'all right now,

I'm in my prophetic bed.

God told me to tell you, it's time now. All right,

this for the 14 people that came with an expectation today.

I need you to.

See what God says to Moses in verse two. I mean,

says to Joshua in verse two, this is his communication

to Joshua. Watch how clear it is. Moses, my servant

is dead. Now get up, shift, move. Don't be here

no more.

Now, I have.

To put myself in the human position of Joshua just

for a second, because I don't know if everybody understands

the backdrop that we're set in right now. Moses is Moses. Like,

I just want everybody to know in the Bible, there's only.

A few characters that are like staple pillars of like,

this is Ten Commandments Moses. Y'all got what I'm saying?

This is like part the Red Sea Moses. This ain't

Mitch from around the way. This Moses.

Y'all got what I'm saying? Like there's some people it's like, yo,

Moses is dead. Give me a minute. Let me grieve.

Let me have some time to process. And what I

found with many Christians is you've been disobeying God for closure.

You've wanted closure in a season. You want somebody to

come and apologize. You want everybody to recognize they were

wrong about you. And God said, I've moved on and

I need you to as well. Oh, y'all don't hear

what I'm saying.

It's time to shift. I mean, think about it. Joshua

is sitting here and God does not give him even

a verse to process. It's a comma. Moses is dead shift.

Because the shift that God wanted to happen was not

something that he was going.

To negotiate with Joshua I Oh, God.

And I know your opinion is so precious to you.

But let me tell you what your opinion means to God.

No thing.

He does not care about how you even see yourself

when he puts his voice and his call on your life. Well, God,

I'm not ready to do this. I didn't ask were

you ready to do this. But before you were formed

in your mother's womb.

I knew you. I put something on the inside of

you that you haven't even tapped into.

It's time for you to somebody say shift. It's time

to shift. And this is what I need everybody to know.

Write this down. God's not negotiating what's next. You can

keep telling him why you can't and he's going to

move on to somebody else.

God, just give me a little more time. He said,

we ain't got time for all that.

These people have been waiting to see what I said

to them for 40 years. generations have died because they

wouldn't do what I asked.

Them to do. The promise still stands. I told their

parents and grandparents that they were going to eat.

In a landfill with milk and honey. And now three

generations are still sitting on the other side of what

I promised them because people won't shift into what I

called them to. You worried about what your family going

to think. And God, is calling us to shift. So

today I'm gonna just give you four things that you

need to know about the shift that is coming in

your life. Somebody say, it's coming. Some of y'all have already,

how many people have already been sensing that something's changing

in me, around me, for me, even the way that

I'm talking and the stuff I used to do don't

feel comfortable no more. And I used to watch that,

but now it gives me, like, I used to be

able to go around them. And every time I'm around them,

I'm like, this is immature.

What are we talking about? Like, somebody yell at me, shift. Shift.

It's time to shift.

The first thing I need you to know about a shift,

the shift is sudden. A shift happens just like.

You see how quick that was? That's how fast God

can change your season. No, God. Y'all didn't see it.

Let me give you cultural context, okay? Moses... is sick

of leading these people. Let me just give you context.

They rebellious, they be building golden idols when they was

just supposed to be praising. They pressuring him, they emailing

him all the time talking about, I wish you would

preach a better sermon. Like, they're doing a lot of things.

And it's two million of them. And so, but he

has a love-hate relationship with the people because what ends

up happening, if you read Deuteronomy and you read Exodus

and you read all of this stuff, God was done

with the people too. Now, I ain't seen this a

whole bunch of time, but God was like, all right,

let's just kill him and start over.

No, y'all got to read the Bible. It's amazing. And

then Moses was like, hold up. Don't do it. I

know they're crazy. They get on my nerves too, but

spare the people. And so God's like, Moses, because you're

my dog, Mo, I'm going to do it this time.

And then what ends up happening is Moses gets so

frustrated at the next time because they're in the desert

and they're complaining and they needed water and they've seen

all these miracles that God has done with water through

Moses and so they needed water.

And God told Moses, strike the rock one time. He

struck the rock, boom, waterfall. Got nice Dasani, Aquafina water

coming out of the rock. But then God wanted to

do it a different way.

I'm just giving you the MAT version, the Michael Alexander version.

of the bible and then what ends up happening is

he comes back and the people is pressuring him and

they're like.

We need some water we parched we parched we thirsty

we thirsty and he got so frustrated that he disobeyed

god be careful when you let people push you to

the point.

Where you don't do what god asks you to do

so god said don't strike the rock again and moses

like but i'm sick of them and he struck the

rock two times and that act for not even himself.

Some of y'all are doing stuff for people that God

has not told you to do, and you're going to

disqualify yourself from the promised land, messing around being a

people pleaser.

I don't know if I can say it that clear,

but you trying to do what your dead auntie told

you to do, she would be so disappointed. What did

God tell you to do? Okay, let me see. Moses

strikes the rock. Watch this.

This ain't even my message. But literally, the people get water.

Moses gets disqualified. What happens when the people get what

they want and it keeps you out of what you've

been working for? So now, Moses, God says, come here.

You know when your kids get in trouble? And dad

comes in and he's like, come here. And you already

know it. Moses walking up, Moab.

Bye, y'all.

Because what Moses knows is he disobeyed God in his covenant.

And what God was about to do, watch this, was

take him. And when I say take him, I don't

mean on a trip on a little rocket ship.

I mean, he's about to die because he disobeyed God. Oh, God.

I know this is heavy for some of y'all. This

is why I need you to understand the ship. Now,

Moses goes up the mountain And the Bible tells us

that God buries him.

He says, your disobedience means you're not going to see

the promised land. Bye bye, Moses. You're going to come

to heaven. But I'm a bury you where nobody can

find you.

And my friend, Pastor Brandon Clark, he said something that

messed me up. He said, sometimes the grace of God

will bury your body where nobody can find you because

people will try to remember you by the worst parts

of you. Can somebody thank God for the grace of God?

Okay.

And what the people would have done was made a

monument to Moses when he wanted them to shift into

the promised land. So God said, Moses, you come up

with me. They still can't find the body to this day.

The people start mourning because.

They're like, Moses has been gone a long time. Where

is Moses? And the Bible says that the people were

mourning for 30 days. Moses, Moses, where is Moses? And

I want you to see that they're in this moment.

These are the same disobedient people that when he told

them to do something, that's the people who cry over

you and never listen to you when you're alive. But

this is the crazy thing.

I missed him. Listen. Golly.

What ends up happening is Joshua, watch this, is probably mourning.

He's probably like, yo, what's about to happen with the people?

God comes to Joshua in his own private time. And

this is the context in which he says, Joshua chapter one,

verse two, Hey, guess what, Josh? Yes, God. I need

to hear from you. I got a word for you.

Moses dead.

What?

Hold on, wait. What does that mean? I'm not explaining it.

We get no more context. We get no more explanation,

no more consulting. Moses dead.

Shift.

I was doing it through him. I ain't no more.

You shift. I was using that job. I ain't using

that job no more. You shift. Oh God. I was

in that relationship. That's dead.

Shift.

Because a shift happens like He said, I need you

to shift. Why? Watch this.

And I need you to go over the thing that

has been the boundary for the generation before.

He said, Moses is dead. Shift now because I want

you to go through the Jordan.

The stopping point for the last generation is the beginning

point for you. He doesn't tell Joshua he has to

earn his way up in the ranks. He doesn't say

go back to start and don't collect $ 200.

He says from right here, shift. Everybody just slap your

fingers like this. It's going to be that fast. Some

of y'all literally are going to wake up tomorrow, and

there's going to be another level of leadership, another level

of wisdom, another level of understanding.

Where's the people with faith to believe it? Another level

of clarity. And it's going to happen like ….

Who had trouble making their car payment this month? First person.

What's your name? What'd you say? Jemiah. How much your

car payment? 500 and what? 503? 530. I just want, dang.

I'm far away from her, guys. God, really. 530. I

just paid the next two months of your car payment. Done.

Don't worry about it. Y'all should be shouting.

Because a shift can happen just like.

Y'all missed it. Y'all missed it. Something she was worried about.

Something that should have.

God was talking about this to me early this morning.

And the shift happened just... Somebody should.

Praise God because if he's doing it for her. A

shift can happen just like.

Y'all don't hear me. Just like that. Now, I need

everybody to hear me. She's crying right now. But the

problem is, y'all missed the greatest part.

She's emotional and praising God not based on having it

in her hand.

She believed the word.

And some of y'all, I'm about to get happy. God

has spoken a word over your life. And you might

as well start praising right now. Because if he speaks

a word over your life, the shift can happen just like. Oh,

I feel the presence of God.

One word. One word from God. One obeyed instruction. Amen.

One email, one video, one post. Y'all don't hear me.

One call. Some of y'all, you're going to get a

call this week. If you got faith, you better grab

this right now. Some of y'all are going to get

a call this week that's going to shift everything. Oh,

I feel this. One call. One selection. And the shift

happens just like that. Sudden shift. Suddenly God's going to

do it. Suddenly something's about to change. Suddenly my marriage

is about to get better. We was on the brink

of divorce and you just started looking good to me.

Because this tells us that it doesn't take long for

God to shift things. Suddenly God can change all that

anger into joy. You've been mad for 15 years, sick

of getting up every morning, and suddenly a joy is about.

To raise up on the inside of you. People around

you are going to be like, what's wrong with you?

I ain't never seen you smile this much. And you're

going to say, something happened to me, and it was

just like … Y'all don't hear me.

Somebody, that's your word today. You better wake up every

morning with expectation. We're about to shift in my life today. God,

I sense your presence. I know you're doing something. Okay.

All right.

The second thing I need you to know about the

shift that's about to happen to you. Ooh, I feel

the presence of God. Who couldn't make their house payment

this month? I saw you in the back with the

white jacket.

Right there, right there. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you, you, you.

How much your house payment? You got to yell it loud, baby.

It's changed. It's zero for this month. I just paid it.

This is the part where you should be shouting with her.

We rejoice with those who rejoice. Y'all haven't learned nothing.

If God's good, the whole service could turn into this.

And it happened just like that.

Okay.

Some of y'all are going to go through this week

thinking it's about to be a regular week. And by

the time you get back here next Sunday, God's going

to be shifting some things in you. shifted some things

in your family, shifted some things in your finances. Give

God praise right now.

If you sense the shift. Oh my, my, my, my, my.

It's a sudden shift. It's about to change. You've been denied.

You're about to get access. Access, access, access. Open the door.

Let me in. God's about to do it in my life.

Some of y'all, hear me?

I prophetically speak.

Some of y'all been knocking on doors and it's been

closed to you perpetually. But go back and knock again.

There's about to be a sudden access that God gives

to you for the thing he told you to do.

It's time. It's time. Shout out somebody and say, it's time.

Y'all sit down. I got to get through this. It's time.

It's time. Look at your neighbor. It's time. It's time

for you to come out of the back. God's going

to use you in the front. It's time. It's time.

It's time.

It's time.

My ball-headed brother right there. Yep, right there. God's about

to use you in a way that literally has never

been seen by your wife or anybody else. He's been

speaking to you about.

Things that only you could know.

And he told me to interrupt this sermon to tell

you it's time. that he is about to give you access.

I have no idea what's happening in your life, but

somebody should begin to rejoice around him because everything in

your life is about to shift right now.

I feel the presence of God. He's shifting it right now.

Stretch your hands towards him. Father, in the name of Jesus,

every delay, everything that has kept him out of what

you have called him to do, I declare and I

believe that the sea's part for him.

That everywhere that his feet tread, that you are literally

bringing him into promise and he's not going alone.

There's a generation behind him that you're about to see saved, healed, delivered,

and set free. If you believe it, shout unto God

with the voice of triumph. I said shout unto God

with the voice of triumph.

All right.

One more time with faith. Somebody say, it's time.

I don't know what's happening in your life, brother, but

I'm supposed to bless you because God is living. about

to … I'm sowing seed. I'm not just giving you something.

I'm going to sow you seed. I'm not supposed to

say the amount, but.

I have to bless you, because God is about to

teach you how to handle resources you didn't have to

work for. I'm sorry, y'all. God is highlighting him for

a second. He's literally going to give you the ability

to be trusted. I keep seeing the big word trusted.

And there's some things he's shifting in your life because

he wants to prove he's God.

Not anything else. Okay. Okay.

We're still on point one and Okay, here we go,

point two. Okay, it's time. Okay, point two, write it

down real quick because I got to get this fully out.

The shift is always sensed before it's seen. Now, I

just need everybody to recognize Joshua didn't get this call

from God from a teleprompter or a big screen that

everybody could see. So he had to.

Sense the shift But for the people he even was

going to lead would be able to see it. What

I'm telling you is your sense is many times stronger

than what is seen. And society would have you think

and culture would have you think, well, we'll believe it

when we see it. God doesn't work like that. He said,

I need you to believe it or you'll never see it.

And what he's saying to Joshua is.

I need you to believe you're the leader now. I'm

not telling.

Anybody else you're the leader until you believe it. I'm

not giving you a promotion that people can credit. I'm

telling you you're promoted. I'm telling you you're the head.

I'm telling you.

And some of you would rather a person who didn't

create you give you the credential than God who knows you. Okay. Okay.

Pastor Mike, what are you saying? This is how Joshua

gets installed as the new leader.

Privately.

I know you want to Instagram post to say I'm

brand new. Nobody messing with me. Boss B and all

the other stuff that you want to say. And what

God is saying is nobody else has to know. Do

you believe I called you? Do you believe I'm not

doing it like that no more? Joshua could have spent

the rest of his life.

Looking for Moses. God could have come to him and said,

Moses is dead. He'd be like, no, never. We need

to send out a search committee. 12 tribes, we got

to go look for Moses. He said, he dead? I'm

using you. You're promoted. Congratulations. Y'all know what I'm saying?

You're promoted. Some of you, I need you to hear

me say this. Nobody else has to agree with what

God just shifted you into. I know there.

Are 14 people. Somebody in this section needs to hear me.

Nobody else has to agree. Your family don't have to agree?

Your boss don't have to agree. Your girlfriends don't have

to agree. Matter of fact, they don't even pray for you.

So this is what I'm saying to you.

Oh, y'all be acting like people pray for you. They

don't pray for you. I'm praying for you. No, they're not.

This is what I'm telling you. You need to trust

what God told you in private. Because two chapters later, the.

Bible tells us that the people are like, oh, Joshua

is really doing some good work. It's two chapters after

he already decided it was time to shift.

What are you saying, Pastor Mike? The people will see

what God already said.

Oh, God. You don't need them to see it when

he says it. But you've got to believe it when

he says it. And a shift happens just like some

of you are no longer employees. You're business owners. Y'all

missed it. Oh, watch this.

Watch it go in the inverse. And some of you

are no longer business owners. Y'all don't want this one.

You're an employee. You were never meant. Somebody sold you

on a dream. You have the gift of administration. You

support things.

And God says your limit is not going to be

what they can pay you. I'll provide for you.

But you're in the wrong spot trying to do the

wrong thing with no grace and no oil.

You need to know it shifted just like. Okay. You

could be mad at me, but you need to put

closed on you. Okay. Closed. Can I say it? Some

of you are in the wrong spot because of people pleasing.

I can't believe how many people want to be solo

players on a losing team instead of a role player

on a championship team. You ain't never going to win

a ring over there, but you the man. And God

is calling some of us to divine collaboration.

Some of y'all, y'all competition is actually the person that's

supposed to complete you.

Jerry Maguire, you complete me. That is supposed to be

a moment.

I need you to hear me say this because some

of y'all are trying to prove something to somebody who

did not call you. You need to believe what God

said because a shift can happen just like.

Okay. Do you sense it? Joshua had to sense it

before he saw it. And as Joshua sensed the shift,

this is what you need to know.

The shift is never publicly announced before it is personally sensed.

So this is the question I need you to ask yourself.

What am I sensing? What's around me? What's not fitting

no more? What am I sensing?

To be able to sense something, you have to be

still enough to be able to observe.

And some of y'all busybodies doing everything. Y'all shaking everywhere,

doing everything.

Outside.

And God says, sit down. Sense where I'm at. Sense

how I want to use you a brand new way.

Sense that your husband needs your encouragement.

He needs no work. No, he needs his wife to

speak life into him right now.

And you've been trying. My daddy never needed that. Your

daddy was disappointed, too. And God's trying to, y'all don't

hear me. You need to sense something different. Right now,

he needs six months of encouragement. Big Daddy ain't nobody

like you. Ladies, let me give you a tip. You

want to see your man turn into Superman? You start

telling Clark Kent that he's Superman.

Start telling that brother, ain't nobody strong like you, baby.

His muscles may be this big, but that baby will

get down and start giving you 20. You hear what

I'm saying? Let's go. Pastor Mike, what are you saying?

What are you saying? There's a shift coming. Watch this.

And most of us want to shift on levels. And

the Holy Spirit told me to tell you this. Like

a lot of times in church, we use this language

as Christianism. It's like we're going to another level. And

I'm like, yeah, but I see in the Bible a.

Lot of times that God takes people to new dimensions. Now,

now watch. Don't just shout. Understand. Okay. Watch this.

On a level, if you go from the first floor

to the second floor on an elevator, you go one

to two. But if the elevator's not working, there's another

way to get to.

The second floor. The stairs.

And when you take the stairs going from one level

to the second level, what ends up happening is you

got to go through every step. And some of y'all

have been tired because God's calling you to another level,

but you feel it at every step. At every step,

I'm going through the same thing. At every step, somebody's

leaving me. At every step, I.

Feel like I can't.

And you've been fatigued because you've just been thinking that

God can only do levels. But I found out in

his word, like Joshua, he can skip you from levels

to new dimensions.

And when you go to a new dimension, you get

to skip levels. Y'all didn't hear what I just said.

The difference between a rocket ship taking somebody from the

earth to the moon, you're not on steps.

You're cracking atmospheres. And I'm trying to tell some of

y'all right now, God's trying to take you into a

different atmosphere of anointing, a different atmosphere of influence, a

different atmosphere of finance, a different atmosphere of understanding the

world and words of knowledge, a different atmosphere of.

Being able to even know what's going on in your family.

And you sick of going up these steps because you

won't embrace the shift. But today I speak to somebody

that is listening right now. That it won't be step

after step after step after step. That some of you

are about to get an elevation.

Watch this. That don't make sense to nobody. Joshua is

about to take a leap that didn't make sense. Watch this.

Even to him. Have got it. done something in your

life and you be like, who me? Why me? What

you think?

This is what, but you have to believe it for yourself.

And so this is what I need everybody to understand.

The promise didn't die with Moses. I just need you

to understand this That Moses is dead, the promise isn't.

The way God was doing it's dead, but what he

said he was going to do ain't dead. And some

of you watch this have been so discouraged because the

way he was doing it, he's no longer doing.

It that way. But I love that way. And I

wanted it that way. And that's the way that I

found God. And that's the way that I found this.

And that's the way I found... And God's saying....

But that's dead. Why are you playing with dead stuff?

When you play with dead stuff, you get diseased. You

got to stay away from dead stuff. Some of y'all

are in dead relationship. You know that's not your wife.

You know that's not your wife, but she will hold

you and cook for you. You know, I'm looking at

you and you keep going to that safe space because

you won't deal with the inside of insecurity and you

need to be held by somebody because you didn't get

that affection from your mom. And so you've now found

it in other people. And God said, you're playing with

dead things. I got your wife on the wings, but

I love her too much to trust her to somebody

that's dis-eased.

Y'all don't hear me.

It's time for you to shift man of God shifting

to purity shifting to be a man of integrity shift

to not hitting on every girl that's around you if

you I see you boy you have no intentions of

marrying her but you're using being used by the devil

to play with people's emotion and God said it's time

for you to shift because the area that you're playing

in is the area you're called to heal oh God

let me move Let me move. And this is why

I got to say this. Because you got to understand this.

Write this down. Point number three.

That when you shift, I need you to be warned

that your shift will always agitate snakes. When you actually

get out of the position you were in, snakes, people

who don't have faith like you, People who want to

be like, but didn't you fail last time?

Wasn't your wig stiff last time? No, I'm just playing.

Let me just say this to you. Listen to me.

Your faith will bother people with fangs. When you have faith,

you start seeing who has fangs.

They try to poison the new version that God's trying

to bring you into. I mean, you working out again?

Didn't you do that last time? Wasn't you on Jenny

Craig for a little bit? Why when you try to

make a step, they always try to remind you of

what didn't work? No, no, no. I'm just trying to

be honest. I'm just trying to be, you told me

to be real. Be real encouraging. I just told you

I'm trying to work out. Don't invite me to go

for donuts. Oh, y'all know what I'm talking about.

The reason that this came up, and a funny story,

and then we're going to get out of here. My daughter, Gigi,

she's five, like Pastor Nat told you, and she's like

a scientist. Her brain, she loves to learn about things

that a five-year-old usually doesn't want to learn about. She

wants to know how the body works, and she wants

to know how do you sneeze, and what are boogers,

and how are they made, and I'm not even playing.

She told her mama, can you buy me a book

about the esophagus?

I was like, I.

And so the other day, her mom being the great

loving mom that she is, she bought her a whole

collection of National Geographics for kids. And you would have

thought that she just pulled up with 50 pair of

Jordans or something.

And it wasn't that she sprawled them all out. She's

looking at them like, oh my God, so much to learn.

I was like, whose kid is this? And then.

And so that night, I say, Gigi, which book do

you want to read? And then she's looking at all

of these books about volcanoes and tigers and all this.

She's like, Daddy, can we read about snakes? And the

Brenda Todd in me rolls up. I said, I rebuke you, Satan.

We are not the devil's snake. And I was like,

hold on. A snake is a creature God created.

Okay.

I said, yeah, baby, we can read about the snakes.

And it was God because before I preached this message,

I was reading things that I didn't understand. And I

started to read about a snake's venom. And I always

thought when you get bit by a snake, it's to

kill you. But the primary purpose of a snake bite

and then putting venom in you, watch this, is not

to kill you first.

It's to paralyze you. It's to keep you from shifting.

So what is happening for many of you is you're

around people and you say, I feel like this is

what God.

Is telling me to do. And what they do is

they put the venom in you and it's to make

you back up.

And maybe God didn't say it. And maybe that's not God.

But some of y'all got to remember what Paul.

Did after he survived a shipwreck in Acts 28.

When he actually got up on the paddles and made it,

and he started a fire, and as soon as he

started the fire, the Bible said, a snake.

Jumped out and bit him. But do you know what

Paul did? At the moment the snake bit him, he

began to shake it off. And I'm about to say

to 5,000 of y'all that this is the season.

Let them talk about it. Let them write a blog

about you. Let your family hit you in the group chat. Baby,

it's time to shake it off. Some of y'all, by faith,

just begin to shake it off.

Every negative word, everything that I've been going through, everything

that I believe. I'm shaking off all of those word

curses that were spoken onto me. I'm shaking off all

the lack and poverty. I'm shaking off this depression and

anxiety that's been trying to take my sleep.

Look at your neighbor and say, shake it off. The

reason you have to shift and you have to shake

it off is because your life depends on it. If

Paul doesn't shake it off, it stays in him. Pastor Mike,

why is this important? Ask me, Pastor Mike, why is

this important?

I'm glad you asked.

Because you can't carry the vision and venom. This next season,

you don't have enough room to be mad and see

the miracle. Oh, y'all don't hear me.

The reason you have to forgive is not even for them.

Because you can't carry this faith and that unforgiveness. This

next season, you don't have the capacity to be mad

at them and actually hate on them and see the healing.

He said, you got to shake it off because that

venom can't go into this next version. Some of y'all

about to shift into a new version of you. You're

about to reintroduce yourself. You're about to become a different

version of people at school. You're at your high school.

You went in.

You left one way on Friday. You introducing yourself a

brand new way on Monday or Tuesday because we got

a break. We got a holiday after Labor Day. Your

labor is going to be like I'm not going back

in there the same way that I left there. And

this is why I need you to understand. This is

why God's saying that venom of bitterness.

You got to let it go. You got to shake

it off. They left you. This is why everybody who

was a part of Transformation Church, and maybe you're back

right now, or you're watching online, or you got offended

by something, or you didn't like how somebody said something,

or you got moved out of your post. Hear me. Sorry.

I apologize.

I don't know what happened, but if you don't get

in this house and shake off whatever tried to pause you,

You're in danger of missing the shift into the promised land.

And what I'm saying is the venom and the vision

can't go together.

God's saying heal. Let it go. Talk about it. Get therapy.

Ask for prayer.

Let's move from this place. Somebody say shift. Last point

that I want everybody to get in it. I'm going

to keep going next week, okay? Because this next season

will either be defined, watch this, by instructions or infection.

You will either listen to the instructions that God's saying, hey,

Moses is dead, shift.

Take these people into the promised land.

Either you will live your life by the instruction. I

don't care what it looks like. He gave me an instruction. Abby,

he told me what to do. And when you shift.

Because he told you what to do, you can't take

the infection of the things that they said.

And this is why everybody in this room that's sensing

the shift Today, I came to prophetically tell you it's time.

Stop cussing at them kids. You have more language than that.

It's time for you to use self-control. Okay, okay. See,

y'all thought it was time to get a new house. No,

it's time for you to shut up. Come on, y'all.

It's time for you to show up and work on time. Okay. Well,

I mean, nobody else does it.

You're holding up your own promotion because God sees it.

It's time for you to apologize. It's time for you

to walk. Watch this in wisdom. And this is what

you need to know about a shift. Last point, write

it down. The shift is always in a sequence. So

God is so good that he says, guess what? I'm

going to tell you Moses is dead.

Get up.

Obey my instructions. Like, do you see what he's doing?

He's giving him sequence. He's saying, get in the word.

Don't turn to your left or your right. He's giving

him a sequence.

One.

Two three four he's giving him instructions that when God

tells you to shift he's not saying then just go

do whatever.

He tells you to shift.

And then he says keep listening for instructions and what

I've seen with people who are happy and got crazy.

Faith to shift move to Tulsa yes I'm moving to

Tulsa you didn't fill out one application for a job

There's power in priority, power in doing things organized in order.

And I'm not saying he didn't tell you to move.

I'm just saying living in the parking lot is not

our responsibility.

Because many times when God tells you to shift, you

have to do it in sequence. Some of you have

been disappointed because you heard and sensed the shift, but

you didn't follow the sequence.

We'll learn later in the.

Story, but he told him, you go and tell the

people we're going.

This is what the sequence is so beautiful.

Joshua tells them, hey, y'all, in three days, we're about

to make this move. God didn't tell Joshua three days.

He knew to get all of them people up, packed up,

and ready to move, it was going to take three days.

We don't have three months. We have three days.

Get your stuff in order, because we're about to move.

I hear God saying, some of you need to come

back and ask me, what's the sequence, God? How do

you want me to shift? Where do you want me

to move? Who do you want me to ask? What

do you want me to do standing all over this place?

Somebody say, shift.

Shift.

I feel this thing so deep in my soul. And

the only thing that's going to allow you to shift

is that you be strong and courageous. See, this is

the thing. Before you leave, you're about to miss the

best part. Hear what I'm about to say. Shifting has

a sound. If you remember, there was a story where

there were people that were marching together. around a wall

that they didn't have access to. It was called Jericho.

And what they didn't know is how they were going

to get in. But the reason that this miracle happened

was because they shifted in a sequence. God said, march

around the wall six times. I don't want you to

stand still and lay your hands on it.

He said, I need you in movement.

There's something I need you to do. And he said,

on the seventh time, I need you to change the

frequency and I need you to lift your voices and

begin to shout.

What I'm going to tell you is when there's a

shift that happens, everybody can sense it.

Zach, band, here in just about 10 seconds, I want y'all.

To shift up. Can you help me? Turn it up.

Shift up. Go ahead. Did everybody sense the shift that

just happened? When a shift happens, there's a sound. I

want you to do it one more time. Shift up.

Everybody shift up. Everybody go. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on.

Hold on.

Matt, you didn't shift up right. That's why that sounded off.

Because everybody else shifted, but one person didn't. And this

beautiful moment that was supposed to take us higher distracted

us because a few people decided not to shift. The

reason why you're here today It's because some of you

have been the ones that decided, well, I'm not going to.

Do what God told me to. They don't really need me.

What I'm saying is the bass player is one musician

in a whole band, but him not shifting into his

next level hindered all of us from experiencing the sound

that was supposed to happen.

But what would happen if everybody at the same time

shifted all together? I need you to feel this. There's

something changing on the inside of us, that as we

shift together and your families.

Shift together, there's going to be a movement and a sound.

Could you shift one more time? Lift your hands all

over this place. Father, I thank you that we sense

your shift right now. The only reason they knew how

to shift is because they were shifting in a sequence.

They were going from A to A-flat and A-flat. They

were shifting in a sequence. Today, if you're in this

room and you're sensing a shift, today we're going.

To end this service at the altar.

If that's you and you know there's a shift happening, oh,

there's a lot of people coming. I don't care about

nobody else. If you know there's a shift that you're sensing,

I want you to move out of your seat. I

want you to shift in this moment. I want you

to go from the top to the back.

If you're at home watching online, get off the couch,

get out the bed, get on the floor. I want

you to shift.

I don't care if we're in every aisle. Some of

y'all can use this time to leave, but others of

you know that there is a shift that's happening. I

don't care if you're a high school student. I don't

care if you're a mother, a grandmother. If you need

the shift. God's saying it's time. Come with your hands

lifted up. Worship team, come.

If you're watching online, I need you to shift to

a different position. It's time. It's time. It's time. It's time.

Come on. It doesn't matter.

Well, I don't like being herded like this. Listen, the

shift in your life may be uncomfortable to somebody else.

You might have to scoot your way into the next season.

Come on, come on.

Some of you, God has shipped in all over this place.

I'm asking for you to sense it right now. I'm

not about to prophesy over you. God's already been talking

to you. And all I'm asking you to do is sense.

He's called me to do this. I don't have to

fight it no more. I don't have to deny it.

Nobody else has to acknowledge it, but I know. God,

I can't deny.

This no more. I sense you. And what Joshua needed

was a moment for his heart to be changed. He

was altered.

I don't know where he was when God told him

that Moses was dead, but it took him that long

to shift into what his next was. And some of

you have been waiting for this magical moment and watch this.

I'm going to tell you, oh, I love this picture

because there are people all in the aisles and all

up the stairs and all around. Hear me, what I

say to you, somebody else's deliverance is waiting on you

to shift. Y'all didn't get it.

Hear what I'm saying to you. God was not talking

to the children of Israel. He was talking just to Joshua.

And he said, if you shift I'ma give all of

them what I promise their bloodline.

Not if they shift, if you shift. I'ma give all

of them.

And there are people waiting on your word, Sophie. There

are people waiting on your yes, Rich. There are people

waiting on your obedience, Alex. There are people waiting that

you don't even know yet. That they're begging you to

shift because their family depends on it. Where their kids'

kids grow up, being able to see what God did,

it depends.

On you saying yes. If Joshua doesn't say yes.

And shift in this moment, they spend another generation in

the wilderness. But today I believe under the sound of

my voice, who I feel the presence of God.

I came to speak to your spirit. to tell you

it's time. Hands lifted all over this place. Father, I

pray right now that at this altar, you change people's nose.

to yeses.

You change their maybes into whatever you say I'll do.

You change their hesitation into a holy momentum. that they

will not stay in the same place waiting for you

to give them another sign.

Today, you are telling them it's time.

And I pray that by your spirit, you would begin

to shift families and you will begin to shift mindsets and.

You will begin to shift even desires.

Shift our desires. Come on, some of y'all need to

pray that right now online. Shift my desires, Father God.

I did want to be in the back. I didn't

want to do, but God, if you call me to lead,

shift my desires. Shift my ability to embrace what you're saying. God,

you know me better than I know myself. Shift me.

I want to be altered here at this altar. Today, Father,

change my mind. Yes.

And I thank you that there would be no No

more delay. I speak over your life. No more delay.

Some of you, this will be the most productive week

of your life because you just got the green.

Light from heaven. No more delay. It's time.

And I declare and I believe, Father God, that every

lie of the enemy, all venom, all venom Everything that

has tried to pause. Everything that has tried to pause

the progress. I command momentum into marriages right now.

Momentum, Father God, into families. Momentum, Father God, into ministries.

There are pastors watching this. Right now, there is a

shift coming to your house. Believe it.

It's a shift coming in your worship. There's a shift

coming to your mind. And today, we shake off every lie.

Sheesh.

We shake off every, yep, right there. And then I

will not be defined by the words that people who

loved me spoke over me.

I am no longer limited. Yeah, I'm telling y'all, I

am no longer limited by any lie. Today I want

to be altered right here. Yeah. So take my heart.

Lift your hands. This is your prayer. Take my mind

and transform it. It's time to shift. Take my will

and shift it, God. God, I want to shift to yours.

Come on, all over this place, we're about to go home, but.

I need you to lift your hands and make this declaration.

Say it.

Say, take my heart. Father, you can shift my heart

and mold it. And take my mind. Every thought, transform it. God,

and take my will.

I can be hard-headed sometimes, but today I surrender it

to you, God.

Say, to your, shift me, God.

I want to be altered here at the altar.

God, do the work on the inside of me. I've

been wanting it to happen externally, but it's got to

happen internally. Shift me, God. I feel the presence of God, y'all.

somebody's changing listen to me.

This shift starts today it doesn't finish today okay i

want you to know that many times when god does

something he's saying to joshua like hey the shift is

happening but this is about to be a sequence a

process but it has to start watch this with a

decision this next dimension is going to be a decision

Decide today I'll never be the same. Decide today I

ain't letting him come over and do what we was doing.

Decide today I no longer need that to find joy.

Decide today I will speak life.

Over people even when it feels awkward.

Decide today I'm going to become better with my money

so that God can trust me with what he's asked

me to do.

Decide. What is a decision? A shift.

And it's time to shift. Let me say this before

we leave. Because I feel like God's about to start speaking.

Your senses are about to be heightened. You're going to

sense what God is doing. You're going to walk back

into your business and you're going to be like, oh

my God, I sense like this is what God wants

to do.

Do y'all hear what I'm saying?

Some of y'all are going to eat with your wife

today or sit with your children and you're going to

sense the things you need to talk to them about.

The Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth.

You're trying to do it by yourself and chat GPT things.

That God will tell you. But do you sense it? Behold,

I do a new thing. Do you not perceive it?

Do you not? I'm done with that. Do you not

sense it? Today, if you're under the sound of my voice,

you've never received Jesus. I want you to.

Sense that God has created this whole atmosphere for you

to shift into grace. Shift into salvation. If that's you,

this is a vulnerable place. I made the decision and

thousands of other people made the decision, but this is

the one decision that'll change everything in your life. And

today could be the greatest day of your transformation. For

you go from depending on yourself to depending on the

one who created you. Today, under the sound of my voice,

whether in this room, watching in a jail cell, online,

watching on rebroadcast 10 years from now, today is the

day of salvation. And anybody who's already made that decision,

I need you to begin to pray. But if you

want to accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior,

on the count of three, I want you to shoot

your hand up in the air, proud, loud, excited to

know that your name is going to be written in

the Lamb's book of life. One, you're making the greatest

decision of your life.

I already see hands. Two, you are going to have

your eternity secured.

Three, if you want to make Jesus your personal Lord

and Savior, I see you, brother.

I see you, sister. I see you. Oh, come on, TC.

I see you. I see you, but more than that,

God sees you. Let's give him praise. Here, listen. If

you're online, put a hand in the chat. We're cheering

for you. It's time. It's time.

At TC, we're a family. Nobody prays alone. Everybody, would

you just lift your hands for the benefit of those

coming to Christ and say, God, today … I give

you my life.

Here I am, all of me.

I repent from everything that's not like you, and I

turn to you. I believe you lived, you died, and

you rose again with all power just for me.

Today, I'm free. Today, I'm redeemed. Today, I'm shifting into

your promise for my life. Change me. Renew me. Transform me.

I'm yours. In Jesus' name, amen. Can we celebrate all

over this room?

Come on.

This should be the loudest shout of the day.

Heaven is rejoicing. Welcome to the family. Listen. You just

made that decision.

Your husband and your wife might be in here right now.

There's a shift, okay?

Your next business partner, your friend group, we're here. Somebody

shout at me, shift. Shift.

Maybe the shift God wants to do is at the altar.

Altar workers, I know this is a little different, but

I sense the presence. If people are lingering up here

and need prayer, I want y'all to just come and

pray and we're going to worship for a second and

you can go out there and celebrate the freedom that

you miss if you're watching online this is your season

get in the house of God virtually and let's see

God do something amazing lift your hands all over this

place God I pray that today the shift has become

begun and it is becoming to be our normal bless

these people I declare this will be the best week

they've had. Not because anything great happened to them, but

something great happened in them. I thank you that you're

shifting their mindset. They're going to see their house different,

their business different. They're going to see obstacles as opportunities.

I thank you, Father God, that today the blessing runs

from the head all the way, Father, to every person

in their family. Let them be overwhelmed with joy. as

they face everything that comes in their life. Today we

are making a decision to shift and to the promise.

That you've called us to. Father, as you do it,

we will give you all the glory, all the honor,

and all the praise.

It's in Jesus' name we pray. Can somebody say amen?
