What's going on? Love course Nation.
-
Thank you for tuning into the Love quest podcast.
-
Get your Bibles ready? Get you know people get your
-
coffee, get some water. Whatever you need to do and get
-
ready to receive the time. Is right now.
-
Let's go. Lord is good and then just at
-
the end of services, if you could take your cup yourself and
-
find the trash can. Now this is this first one is
-
courtesy. If they come around again
-
dollar? So drink it slow.
-
A man. Can't somebody Yvonne I know you
-
can hear me, because you're out there.
-
Can you have Kim come in and sit with her husband for the word?
-
You just have to registration table.
-
Amen. You can it, man.
-
Hey man, we miss y'all. Good to see you left left.
-
Hey, man, it's good for, it's good for couples to get the word
-
together. I mean, we got a bunch of single
-
people in here. Amen.
-
Hey man, and some of y'all, that's datin or screwing around
-
and messing around with other girls and stuff, you should
-
bring them to church. To get them out the closet, if
-
you can sleep with him, you can, you can get some word with them.
-
Amen. Look at your neighbor, Eli.
-
He talking to you, hey man. We got midweek, we got
-
Wednesday, you can come on through, Lord, help us tonight,
-
please. Jesus, thank you for your word.
-
Thank you, Father. That we hear what you are saying
-
to us today and what you are saying to us.
-
I know we all have our own plans.
-
I know we look too. Famous folks and folks that look
-
successful to guide us and tell us what to do, where to put our
-
money was popping. What's popular, what's relevant?
-
We have our Idols, we have our heroes, but Lord, no one knows
-
the times like you do. Not only were you there in the
-
beginning of creation you were here now and you are all the way
-
at the end of times. And so father, you know what?
-
No man knows, you know, our darkest secrets, you know, our
-
weaknesses, you know, our strengths, you know, our
-
abilities and our potential. You know what the government's
-
going to do? You know what, they not going to
-
do you know what jobs will be secure?
-
You know what won't be secure? You know what wars are about to
-
happen. Lord, You're the best guide and
-
so we put our trust in you and we ask holy spirit that you help
-
us here tonight. Beyond just the words that are
-
coming off of your servants lift, we ask that you will
-
Illuminate this word tonight. May we receive some tangible
-
application tonight. Maybe walk out of here, better.
-
And obedient we thank you are before it.
-
Father for your word is true. It never fails and Lord, forgive
-
us for putting you on trial. You don't owe us any
-
explanation. You don't owe us answers, you
-
are God. It's funny.
-
We want answers now but we had no input when we will be born.
-
So thank, thank you for not giving us the ability to change
-
our parents. It is what it is.
-
And so Lord, I Thank you that we find rest in you.
-
In Jesus name, not in our bank account, not in our spouses.
-
But in you, in Jesus name. Look at your neighbor.
-
Say it is what it is. Get over it.
-
You stuck with me. Amen.
-
Amen. I'ma just hop right in.
-
I'm a hop right in what little worried, but do a little bit of
-
recap and then I'll promise you, we going to get in soon as some
-
new stuff. What little worried has robbed
-
you of much Wonder, right? What little things are you
-
worried about in life that has robbed you of the magnificence
-
of God? What little worried has robbed
-
you of how good God is? Dove so please if I was to go
-
around the room and you tell me the worst thing you're going
-
through. I can tell you the best thing
-
that's happening for you. Everyone in here, has something
-
crazy good going for them. Starting with you alive.
-
You woke up this morning and if you in here, you're able, you
-
got a vehicle, you got a ride, you got a car, you got, you got
-
legs, you can see, you can hear. So, everybody has something
-
going for the last couple weeks. What do we say?
-
The enemy? Of course, he's defeated.
-
But we understand that the enemy has a right to be afraid.
-
Worried. What was the word was it?
-
He'll had a right to be concerned because I don't know
-
about you because I woke up, though, and I know, when I wake
-
up, I'm a threat. I know some of y'all, when you
-
wake up, you like, oh my God, why you wake me up?
-
Won't y'all be quiet? Well, died in, go to sleep, go
-
to sleep. You should never get mad another
-
day of your life. You woke up.
-
However, you woke up. Thank God.
-
You didn't wake up because a missile just landed in your
-
neighbors. Thank God.
-
You didn't wake up because somebody beat you over your head
-
or you heard your mama getting beat in the other room.
-
How dare We complain about waking up?
-
When there's people who lost their parents this morning, say
-
I woke up, it starts there. So come on.
-
Complain to me. Put your bills on the table.
-
I can tell you he's a provider. Ain't nobody ever died because
-
they couldn't pay the electric bill.
-
Stop making stuff so much bigger than what it is. because when
-
something real big happen, That's what I think we have to
-
have perspective. Over really was happening.
-
They left you, they broke up with you at her.
-
Keep it pushing have the mindset Loop statements in out.
-
Don't be jealous, don't be up and they don't be open a social
-
media seeing who they knew date is.
-
You jealous freak. What's wrong with you, huh?
-
Get over it. They didn't want you keep it
-
real some nights you didn't want them.
-
Now, the Lord bless you, he just did it first.
-
You wanted to do it first but he got you or she got you.
-
But come on, get over it. You didn't get accepted in that
-
school or that program. Get over it.
-
Maybe it's a blessing. It's a closed or it has nothing
-
to do with your not sufficient enough.
-
Stop making everything about your weaknesses and make it
-
about his divine grace. Maybe it's not supposed to work
-
out and you keep trying to bust down that door and it's going to
-
work out. And you gonna say the god, I was
-
the Lord, he rewards, those who diligently seek Him, you wasn't
-
seeking him. You were seeking an opportunity.
-
He's not your career. Amen.
-
What little worried has robbed you of much wonder.
-
What are you worried about? What you wake up worried about,
-
what you drive here? What was your conversation on
-
the way here? Was it about how yous about to
-
encounter? God was it about what you
-
expect? You're expecting God to do for
-
your family. Where were you talking about
-
tomorrow? All right, are you person to
-
watch the news all the time? And then tell everybody about
-
the news all the time? Are you a spreader of bad news
-
are you? I'm just asking, you don't have
-
to answer right now. Are you attracted to drama?
-
If you sit next to somebody that, you know, love drama or is
-
dramatic, don't look at them. But just pray for him real quick
-
under your breath. I hear some people in the spirit
-
praying too. The world is saying, hurry up
-
accelerate crime, sleep less. You don't need eight hours.
-
Get up. We make songs about it all night
-
dipping? No, that's not okay.
-
Right, ain't slept in three days.
-
I'm getting a bag. That ain't good.
-
Get it more, and here's the killer.
-
If you don't get it, you not gone and y'all believing that
-
hype. If you don't get this, you not
-
gonna make it. If you don't get this amount of
-
money, you're not gonna make it. If you don't get this amount of
-
client you killing yourself and the stuff.
-
Here's here's my thing. I just want you to pause for a
-
minute and I want you to ask yourself is life worth more than
-
the things that I worry. Shelf with.
-
The clothes, the food, the business deals, not saying you
-
don't work hard, but what I'm saying is you don't idolize or
-
put your identity in things. Your career is a thing.
-
You ready. Your church is a thing Your
-
spouse marriage eating, like these are things.
-
We won't need in heaven. Some folks can't come to church,
-
we can't do certain things because we're doing things.
-
Hey, it's somehow working overtime or getting extradition
-
extra that in this season. I'm a grind and I'm gonna get
-
ahead. You God, didn't create you to
-
get ahead. This is such an unpopular
-
message because the world's telling you this and this is how
-
we're programming. We look on Instagram and we can
-
get things quick and we can get it fast and the more more, more
-
and more. And the worst thing is when you
-
plan hoop, and that dude is shooting crazy shots, he shoot a
-
bad shot and it does what it goes in.
-
And I hate seeing folks think God bless them because they got
-
more. But if I told to turn to the
-
left, but this is suffering and God cares more about your kids.
-
He cares more about your spouse, he cares more about your health,
-
he cares more about your piece, he cared more about your joy,
-
but you leaping and feeling security because you got that
-
cushion, what if I told you we're in a season where God is
-
calling you to not depend on cushions Let me help you.
-
God is not in every promotion, every increase, every dollar,
-
he's not a prostitute, he's not here to help you make money.
-
Stop trying to pimp them. He don't do that.
-
You don't need God, to make money, you just need effort.
-
There's atheist, there's Pete, there's devil worshippers.
-
There's a whole world. There's Hollywood.
-
There's all kind of billion and millionaires.
-
So tell me what have you accomplished because you got a
-
financial cushion. But you're you're so don't got
-
no cushion. Your soul is restless.
-
There's no pillow. It's not resting at night when
-
you thinking about a deal. And then the phones have
-
Amplified it. And you know what, you, you
-
know, you know, when you put it on the new feature, oh my God,
-
I'm gonna use that new feature. Do not disturb, but you
-
disturbing yourself. You allow yourself to be
-
disturbed. And we're heading into a season
-
where the Lord is calling his people.
-
To not be so easily accessible to any and everybody and
-
everything. Oh this is going to be a hard
-
one but it's why because it's Harvest Time.
-
It's harvest time. I'm talking to Sowers if you
-
sewn. The kingdom is like the farmer
-
who sowed the seed, scattered the sea and then he came to a
-
place, he doesn't know how is working down there.
-
But the Bible said, he goes to what sleep and he let what God
-
created to work, he let it work. And it says he went to sleep, he
-
woke up, he went to sleep, he woke up, went to sleep and then
-
the ears started growing And then the Harvest came, there is
-
a time to grind and then there's a time to rest.
-
That you youa farmer, even lets the soil, what rest when you
-
don't see them leaves on them. Trees.
-
What is it doing? Resting?
-
It looks ugly and looks Barren. But can you go through a season
-
where it ain't Poppin? Where your ego ain't stroke
-
because you work, you closing deals.
-
Where you feel? You accomplished something.
-
Cuz you worked overtime and you'll check a little bit
-
fatter. No, can you stay home and do
-
your garden? Can you get your spouse to
-
massage one? Last time you massage your
-
spouse? I'm Tom on for a decent time.
-
Now, one animal old little quick ones like them.
-
Well, if you want a real massage lingo to go get one, I ain't no
-
masseuse. You got to work into longer
-
massages. First of all, you got a wanna
-
massage them. somebody ever massage you and you can tell
-
they didn't want to All right, I'll get all the single people.
-
All you, man. I heard a wise man, say,
-
constant activity leads to captivity.
-
Constant activity leads to captivity.
-
Busy, busy busy. What if Peter pushed away the
-
boat and just had to depend on Jesus?
-
What if he didn't have the boat as an option?
-
And he had to figure out how to either swim or walk on water.
-
He had to trust Jesus for his life.
-
What options do you need to push away?
-
Now, this is not a call to Poverty.
-
Is not a call to quit your job. but some of you in here, Are
-
saved. But if I watched your life, I
-
couldn't tell the difference between yo, peace order worlds.
-
So what do you say from? He's not an insurance plan.
-
He's not something else. This is not a savior we just
-
wait till we die and then go get peace, no on Earth as it is in
-
heaven. I actually love messages like
-
this because he's taking the time to love us.
-
And help us get the best quality of life we can.
-
And it wouldn't be fair to me to preach to you about the promises
-
without giving you about the account.
-
Without speaking to you about the accountability, we have Too
-
many options can be more limiting than having to little
-
options. I'm trying to help somebody
-
right now that's in a Siege. That's that's been I've been
-
thinking. Where's God?
-
That stressed out, that's anxious.
-
I'm trying to help you out. It's not what you think it is.
-
But there's too many things you depend on too many people is
-
too. Many options is too many voices.
-
You listen to your concern about too many people's opinions.
-
You're asking too many people or the wrong people.
-
Should I do this? Should we do this?
-
You let in too many people in on your marriage.
-
You're getting too much advice. You got too many books with too
-
many thoughts. You got too many deodorants and
-
haven't figured out which one works with your body chemistry.
-
Right? We're in the world of just too
-
many anybody get overwhelmed. When they go to certain places
-
grocery store you ever go to Cheesecake Factory in the
-
states, right, the menu. You see that you see the menu,
-
but when you go to certain Ramen sponsor for us pots, right?
-
You, you it's like simple, you're gonna get garlic.
-
You're gonna get, you're gonna get veggie, you're gonna get
-
chicken or steak, which one you gonna get this?
-
All we got It's why hot dog. Stand is less stressful.
-
Beef or pork, which one you want?
-
Right, be mad at in and out because they don't have certain
-
out but you know what? You're going to get it in and
-
out. Right you ever pull up in the
-
drive thru? And you like just give me one
-
second, please. I want that beyond meat with
-
bacon. Hey, I have ordered that one for
-
sure. Absolutely somehow bacon seems
-
like Less meat. Amen.
-
It's just a strip beyond meat with bacon.
-
And then as a songwriter, I realized like I love music.
-
I love instruments. I love big sound but I realized
-
the most popular songs are the most simple.
-
Take away the lyrics. The Beat is super simple
-
singles. Popular songs are simple.
-
You never really hear busy beats on the radio.
-
As good as it sounds but sonically simple is easier on
-
your palate. It's why we find restaurants
-
that specialize in something you ever go to a restaurant and you
-
tell people, this is good. But don't ever order that I love
-
when the waiter or the waitress is honest?
-
You how's this linguine? Please don't order that don't
-
not order that? Right.
-
But why? And every other part of our
-
lives We do not pay attention to the Mastery of simplicity.
-
Someone has told us much is better more guarantees success.
-
Bigger means, stronger smaller means weaker, one car is whack.
-
Not if there's communication. How many people drove for a long
-
time? And you tried taking public
-
transportation and use like, I can do this, some people not,
-
but the point is you don't gotta drive.
-
Oh, gas is expensive. What park?
-
Too many options can be more limiting than having to little
-
options. More does not mean success.
-
Bigger does not mean powerful. Where you get some of the
-
biggest dudes? Not you Andrew?
-
Not you, not you, you get some of the biggest dudes, right?
-
You get some of the swaggiest men.
-
Under Pressure. You get some of the toughest
-
like what? Redefined tough redefine, loving
-
yourself, you swaggy? But you're not taking care of
-
home. You you tough but you don't
-
fight for your own Joy. Are you really tough when you
-
not caring for your body? Then I was out there drinking, I
-
love some Hennessy. Some of y'all still do.
-
Don't look at me like I'm crazy. Don't be looking at me like I'm
-
crazy. You still be drinking.
-
I used to love smoking. And you loved it or you love it.
-
Still? Why?
-
Because you wouldn't have did it.
-
I used to love party and it was fun, but it doesn't mean it was
-
healthy. And I'm look, I'm drinking and
-
I'm smoking. Distinct of our posture when we
-
out partying and all that we dressed to the nines.
-
And we walk up in there like game, nobody touch us.
-
Yeah. You walk like that.
-
Somewhere your legs on even as some, amen.
-
Anybody got uneven leg. I'm sorry.
-
I'm just, you know I'm saying? Not too many people walk like
-
that out here. And BC Union walk like in the
-
club like this. Hello.
-
But here's the thing. Now I look back at that Terrence
-
if I love me. Why would I feed me that diet?
-
Why would I, why would I if I love my friends why would I keep
-
passing it to him? oh, this is very important in
-
these days and times, I think of DJ Khaled Wow. his favorite, his
-
for him, his his tag line as what Okay, anybody else?
-
God did right now right now right now.
-
But what we the best way the best.
-
Okay, amen. But the thing he been on this,
-
God did. They didn't believe in us, God
-
did and now he got the world saying God did except for fuel
-
yard. God did his album coming out?
-
God, did Drake God's plan? Kanye, I need y'all to pay
-
attention to what the Bible warns of a warns of us of that.
-
In the last days, there will be a rise.
-
Now, if I'm a young kid, I'm gonna follow Bishop who talking
-
about Jesus or Khalid. You see kids walking up to DJ
-
Khaled car, man. Whenever I'm depressed, I just
-
listen to your music and I feel free like what are we doing?
-
We supposed to know freedom but what are we doing?
-
I watch DJ Khaled and he just liked his energy is wild and
-
then we suppose to have the answer and don't let a kid come
-
in here and watch some of y'all worship.
-
You don't look like God did. And I wouldn't want to serve
-
your God if you wouldn't excited about it and I couldn't see your
-
excitement. Here you go.
-
You go to the dentist and Nolan before they do something trying
-
to identify the pain, so they start hitting the tooth.
-
Tell me, tell me on the way, y'all look, when your worship
-
when they hit that tooth, is that the same face you make?
-
When they hit that 24? Ah, ah, right, you make some
-
noise to let them know what it hurt.
-
So when we worship and we make some noise to let people know
-
what he good. But started from the bottom.
-
Now, we here, right? Or God did or God's plan.
-
And and and you look at my man's, my man's, my man's new
-
album, all kind of Bible, all kind of Kendrick Lamar.
-
What are we doing? What are we doing?
-
We got good Christian artist struggling because the church
-
don't support them. We don't come to our concerts,
-
but we'll pay for our kids to go to another concert and we
-
wondering why they doing what they do cuz you paying for them
-
to be disciple. What are we doing?
-
What are we doing? We've Angela's to to church very
-
well, but what are we doing in the marketplace is the world,
-
impacting us morning, we're impacting them.
-
The world don't invite us to the streets.
-
They just do the streets. Well, but we got invite people
-
to church because we don't do Church in the streets.
-
Well, So we got to invite you to church because that church,
-
that's when you can you see us act Church?
-
But God's create, you got to understand that he is called us
-
to come here on Sunday to be empowered in equipped.
-
But where do we spend most of our time Marketplace?
-
So I need to get fueled up this. The gas station.
-
You put your little Tesla and connect it to the little battery
-
thing. I don't got a test, let's all I
-
know is there's a battery thing. But if you don't drive around
-
Monday through Saturday, you need to come in here and fuel up
-
and get your get. You need to connect.
-
Because six days in the world is going to influence you.
-
So you need something that will reject the worldly things inside
-
of you, be not conformed to this world.
-
Yeah, bigger does not mean there that part little does not mean
-
weak weaker or weakest. I know some strong.
-
Come here, come here. You're not little you strong
-
come here bro. Hey this is a strong dude.
-
Let you know I'm saying. I'm not calling him little, he's
-
shorter than I am. But this dude is stronger than I
-
am. You see how manly that was?
-
Me and have me sitting here like yeah.
-
Okay. You ain't strong and whatever I
-
get you in the legs. No, he's stronger than me.
-
Why? Because he's consistent.
-
He's lifting every day. He's disciplined on his diet.
-
I'm trying to learn from him. See, if you can't admit.
-
Somebody is better than you and a certain area.
-
They can't teach you nothing. But I'm a strong dude but I'm
-
like, I'm like experienced OG strong.
-
I wish you would strong. That's what I'm not.
-
I wish you would roll up on me like that.
-
You're not just going to take me down.
-
You know what I'm saying? I know how to stiffen the leg of
-
your nah. Nah nah.
-
I'm not that strong. I'm resistant strong.
-
But but but you can have a seat. But but, but you gotta
-
understand shorter smaller black Asian You don't, it doesn't mean
-
you'll hear somebody with soul and then you see them in person.
-
Like oh, she White. Why they pointed their feet
-
wide? A point at Fe, right, right?
-
See how she how she how easily we count people out because of
-
these mindsets. So soul, don't mean black.
-
You ready for this one? Talking intelligent.
-
Don't mean why? he talking about, Oh, you
-
talking white now, okay? So white people only intelligent
-
people. Not at all.
-
We not going to even go there. We messed up, man.
-
A loss does not mean defeat it. I'm trying to teach my son.
-
There's I'm trying to teach these young people there.
-
A missed shot. Don't mean bad game.
-
Here's what y'all got a trip off of, it's just crazy.
-
Tell. All you young people who be
-
tripping over missing shots. A good shooting percentage is
-
40% from the three. 40 to 45. That means you miss more than
-
half of your three pointers. you at the top of your division
-
shooting under 50% So you get out of your game because you
-
miss a couple shots. instead of your misses being indications of
-
what you need to adjust, Yeah. Too many options can cause
-
delay, it can cause poverty, it can cause fear, it can call it.
-
Just, just, just like a lack of money is not poverty.
-
You can be rich with poverty. It's a mindset.
-
Fear too many options can cause anxiety divisions frustrations,
-
it can waste time. That's why when I was sitting
-
there writing that song we wrote that song Too Many.
-
That's what that's what was in my mind and all I can hear on.
-
The song was too many. Too many too many, too many.
-
Too many. Too many too many, too many, too
-
many, too many, too many, too many, too many, too many, too
-
many, too many, too many, too many, too many, too many, too
-
many, too many, too many. Too many, too many too.
-
Any to any, what voices in my head trying to tell me what to
-
do choices that I'm fake? Got me little bit confused, too
-
many enemies, too many. Mad at me too many Sadducees to
-
Annex. Somebody tell me what are we
-
doing? It's just too many, too many,
-
too many, too many. Voices in my head, trying to
-
tell me what to do. Choices that I'm begging at me
-
little bit confused. Too many enemies too many, many
-
me's too many Madam. He's somebody tell me.
-
What are we doing? You making it weird polluting,
-
the atmosphere, get away, get away.
-
I cannot handle your fears and what it appears.
-
I'm delay. Underlay underlay.
-
I'm not one of your projects. When are you gonna put some
-
gates around your heart and your soul and stopped, just letting
-
anything in your garden. Stop just accepting any
-
suggestions. The pressure of more.
-
The grind the keep up. And the impatience.
-
Has led a generation into captivity.
-
And I purposely row fear. Because wherever you find him.
-
Patience. There's a fear of something.
-
I got to hurry up because I I try to tell our kids.
-
Please get your education. Please go to school and parents,
-
forgive me. Joe education does not guarantee
-
you, the certain kind of success.
-
There's a whole lot of doctoral degrees in these alleyways.
-
There are there's a whole lot of smart people divorced Rich
-
folks. Depressed what I'm telling you
-
is while you working on your career work on your soul wealth.
-
Prioritize your joy. Prioritize your peace do not
-
make an idol. Out of status, do not make an
-
idol out of being an influencer. I look at the pressure on our
-
children. Where does pressure come from at
-
these last couple years of school?
-
I gotta worry about what college I'm going to.
-
I fill out all these applications and no, please do
-
it. But there's so much fear behind
-
getting out there so much fear and impatience behind.
-
It's like we've told our kids. What you do is stay home till
-
this time and then you go Go. Where do what?
-
What is that part of life about have us?
-
His parents prepare them for the leap, the launch.
-
Patience is not meant to paralyze us, but to propel us
-
into wholeness. To everything.
-
There is a season and a time for every matter or purpose.
-
Did you hear what this says? To everything.
-
There is a what season and to everything there's a time for
-
what every matter or what purpose so your purposes have
-
seasons. A time to be born and a time to
-
die. A time to plant, a time to pluck
-
up, what is planted and we can keep going.
-
But when I want to tell you, this message is all about,
-
there's a time to purge and you have to be willing to go through
-
seasons and allow God to purge as much as you desire him to
-
add. But here's what he says, I
-
purged the fruitful. So that we can add more lavish
-
fruit. Multiply so purging is a part of
-
fruitfulness. Don't go to sleep.
-
It's hot. I'm hot dude, I'm hot dude.
-
Anybody need some more water but your dollar Anybody need some
-
water. Anybody needs some water.
-
We don't want nobody passing out.
-
Nothing else he on. Come on.
-
You want propresenter you don't serve water.
-
No you don't serve water. No, come on.
-
We just had a meeting about this wind.
-
It's it there's no Mom and Pop no more.
-
You're not cooking in the kitchen and at the cash
-
register. Sit down.
-
This is the season of us minimizing.
-
I'm really so strong on this. I'm talking.
-
I'm starting with myself. This is the season of Mists of
-
us minimizing because this is the season he's multiplying.
-
Can I help anybody? And I got anybody here just
-
tired of striving just striving just worried.
-
Just what's going to happen next?
-
Oh my God, am I going to God or no?
-
God has to move in a major way on behalf of his church.
-
And then I like this scripture First Timothy.
-
He said you came into this world with nothing?
-
And you're going to leave with nothing.
-
So in between time, why you stressing about everything?
-
If it was meant for us to stress about everything, that's how we
-
would have been born. But he says we have a profit
-
that's greater than the worlds. I don't know about you. but when
-
I go back home and when I see folks that super stressed out is
-
super worried or man, I actually I am so grateful that I know of
-
God that is good and faithful to his promises.
-
I have one up on people and that's not a Lambo, its peace.
-
That's not a bigger Crib, That's Joy.
-
I'm telling you the joy. I have Monday through Saturday
-
while you out stressed out. Oh man, I love, I love the
-
faith. It takes For you to chill out
-
and let him be a good good. Father.
-
How many people ever sang that song?
-
You're a good good. Father.
-
It's who you are. Who you are?
-
Who you are. Are, I'm in Love by you, right,
-
right. man you gotta you gotta be tired of coming to the altar
-
singing, these songs and then not walking away letting him
-
finish You, you can't just sing. Good, good.
-
Father, you got to let him be good.
-
Good. Father.
-
Let him say let him finish. He says, because of this food
-
and clothing is enough to make us content food and clothing is
-
enough to make us content. Every weekend you don't got to
-
do something. If you ready for this.
-
I'm off work. What we doing?
-
This week. When that happens, somebody
-
gonna call you Girl, I got some time this week.
-
Let's catch up what we doing resting.
-
That sounds boring. Huh.
-
You better practice trusting God while you have a chance Because
-
when you're in the struggle, when you're in trauma, it is not
-
the time to try to now get the word.
-
Don't take for granted. Like soldiers, can't take for
-
granted the times, they're not fighting.
-
There are solutions in you, but he has to be the solution for
-
you. How many people in here?
-
Really believe? Don't even show your hands.
-
Just really believe. That God's put everything that
-
you will ever need. He's put it inside of you.
-
First, Peter thinks. Second Peter says, he's given us
-
everything. Tending to life and godliness.
-
We have everything that we need within us everything that we
-
need within us. It's in us, it's in Us, in its
-
in US, you are smart enough. The, here's the thing there's
-
Parts in you that just need to be awakened.
-
Breathe, Don't Get Around the right people.
-
He told the man of God, go down to the prophets and when you get
-
around, the prophets, you will become one of them.
-
There will be another man that shows up inside of you.
-
There's power in limitations and constraints.
-
Oh, man, I remember I remember, I remember when we as well as
-
for me and my wife first got together, And I used to tell her
-
a lot. Let me trying to tell me what to
-
do. I'm a grown, amen.
-
Now, if you got to tell somebody, you are grown man,
-
guess what? Right?
-
And I was trying to tell her, I'm a man, instead of being one,
-
Now, ask her. Bible says, when I was a child,
-
I spoke as a child. I'm a man.
-
Now, here's what he said, he didn't just say, I'm a man.
-
He said a part of being a man is putting away.
-
Childish things. Jessica.
-
You 60 don't mean your man. It just mean your mail.
-
Being a man, and being a mail is two different things.
-
I could be a man or male and not be a father, being a father and
-
a male is two different things. Male dogs have babies.
-
It's quiet in this little catholic church.
-
There is power in our limitations and constraints.
-
Remember this not enough is more than enough, the absence of your
-
strength. Doesn't mean an absence of his
-
glory This is the season. I need you to hear me and I need
-
you to go listen to the Spotify tomorrow.
-
But this morning's message as we talked about those two fish and
-
Five Loaves. This is the season of Thinking
-
Inside the Box. We are in the world is a think
-
outside the box. Don't put me in no box.
-
Y'all trying to box me in, I wasn't made for y'all box.
-
I wasn't made for y'all Circle. We always trying to fight to
-
stay outside the box. Right.
-
Well, let me, let me ask you, let me ask you this.
-
If your nose is running, would you use that tissue or disc
-
issue? Okay, all right.
-
All right. I'm just Lord lead me to some
-
props right now. Right.
-
Living outside the box doesn't always guarantee whatever you
-
think is going. Like a lot of times we it's our
-
freedom, I want to do what I want to do, you not going to
-
trap me but there are seasons where you got to live in the
-
Box. Right right, right.
-
This is why when you're training, there's a specific
-
diet you have in that season. He's living in the box, right?
-
So you mad as he had his pecs in his abs.
-
That's because you eaten out the box.
-
Yeah, started from the top then we feared A king turned a thug.
-
Paid my debt. Now I'm yelling.
-
Clear, I started from the top then we feared It's looking like
-
a comeback whole team Chandelier.
-
I like when he say starting from the started from the bottom now
-
we here, but wait a minute. According to the word I started
-
from the top. I lost position.
-
I didn't start from the bottom. I started from the top.
-
What what, what caused me to fall from the top Was Fear?
-
I was too impatient. I didn't want to take the
-
option. God gave me.
-
I wanted to try this other option because it looked like
-
something was in there. God was trying to keep from me.
-
And before I could even get it started off of eating what God
-
gave me. I have to try this first.
-
And some of your I know when it's all said and done.
-
You going to trust the Lord? I know when it's all said and
-
done, you're gonna serve in the church Faithfully.
-
I know one day. All of us in here is going
-
worship like crazy. We going to be on fire for
-
Jesus, but right now I gotta get it.
-
Yeah. There is power and limitations.
-
I want to open up a couple scriptures.
-
And we going to get up out of this thing.
-
Want you to see as he told Abraham.
-
I am your Shield. I'm your exceeding.
-
Your abundant great reward. I am.
-
Deuteronomy 8. He says I have given you power
-
to get wealth in order to fulfill a covenant.
-
So, because I made a promise that I can't take back, I've
-
also equipped you to help fulfill the promise.
-
God has taken full responsibility to back.
-
His word concerning me. This is the confidence that I
-
have. I don't have to worry about if
-
this building or these buildings are going to be what he told us.
-
I don't have to worry about if we going to get the building
-
permit or if enough money is going to kill me, not enough, we
-
not going to make it, we're not going to bring in enough money
-
for this project. We going to have more than
-
enough money. We not going to be just enough.
-
We're Not Gonna barely make it me.
-
And my wife, we not going to barely get by the confidence of
-
A sower. Our creators original plan was
-
that we exercise Dominion on Earth as it is in heaven.
-
We were created to what dominate not be dominated by trees in
-
money form by plants in cocaine form.
-
Oh, my bad. What do we got to work for?
-
All right, I always say we don't work for a living.
-
We work for a giving. We're under different
-
principles, we're Sowers. I want to help somebody I want,
-
this is so good. This is so good.
-
We've been empowered because Matthew 6, says he says, Matthew
-
6 says forsake your worries. So when worry knock on your door
-
you have been empowered to say not here.
-
When mess hits your hit your house, you have the right to say
-
in the power to say bye. Felicia.
-
Bye! Felicia.
-
Practice that one time. Say bye Felicia.
-
Somebody gonna call you tonight with some drama.
-
What you're gonna say, bye, Felicia fear.
-
Go knock on your door tonight while you sleep.
-
Some of y'all. And what you're going to say by
-
fully the hey sleepless nights is gone gonna come and you're
-
going away. Bye.
-
Felicia. Your mama Gonna Come.
-
Some drama again and you're gonna say bye, Felicia a menu.
-
You know, your mama? Amen.
-
Your meeting, we're going to pray for you and your mama.
-
Amen. That was a real one right there.
-
Right. He says forsake your worries and
-
here you ready? You ready?
-
You ready? He says, refuse to worry, just
-
refused to her. He didn't say where he won't
-
come. He just says, refuse to dance
-
with it. We're in this world where he's
-
everywhere. Fears everywhere.
-
Anxiety is everywhere. Just refuse it.
-
Ladies you ever you ever rejected, dude?
-
Right. Right now.
-
Why would you reject somebody that's hitting on you, huh?
-
Great. She too rejected all the dude
-
she did reject. She like ah.
-
I'm waiting for the King Jesus. I'm waiting for kingi, right?
-
Right, right. So look, so you rejected because
-
let's keep it real. They was ugly.
-
Right. They weren't handsome or they
-
came at you sideways, that part. They were gross.
-
Right? They had no game right, but
-
what, right? So let me tell, let me ask you
-
why it's so hard for you to reject worry.
-
Because worry, come at you sideways every time. when's the
-
last time you told worried or gossip or Messing is not today,
-
Right, I'm faithful to peace. All right, I got a boyfriend
-
heeya principes, right? Now, here's something that I
-
want you to see that should absolutely shift your Paradigm
-
has shifted mind. This morning, we have been
-
empowered to dominate, our emotions, not by might, nor by
-
power, but by his Spirit, now I want you to see this.
-
I want you to see this. John 10 says the father has an
-
intense love for me because I freely Give my own life to raise
-
it up again. He says, I Surrender my own life
-
and no one has the power to take my life.
-
From me. I have the authority to lay my
-
life down and I have the power to take it up, back again.
-
This is the destiny. My father has set before me.
-
He said, nobody, nobody kills me.
-
I gave my life up And I have been given the authority to lay
-
it down. In other words, you have the
-
authority. You let me.
-
Let me hear it. Took you authority to lay your
-
piece down. It took you authority to choose
-
stress over Joy. It took Authority and it takes
-
authority to walk. Enjoy, even when there's not joy
-
around me. This is what my authority is.
-
Not to just pray over. Leg to grow or Goldust or just
-
scream out for Revival. Use your authority to walk in
-
the peace. He died for you to have.
-
He says look it is absolutely impossible for someone else to
-
keep you from God's Destiny for you.
-
It is impossible for you to stop me from what God has ordained me
-
to walk in. It is absolutely impossible
-
unless I lay down and let you or your persecution or whatever it
-
is. Take me out.
-
Purging is the key ingredient for multiplication in abundance.
-
I want you to see this John 15 says, he repeatedly prunes every
-
branch that continues to bear fruit.
-
Repeatedly. So let me help you fruitful
-
people, you will forever, have seasons where he's pruning.
-
That means there are some relationships.
-
You will have to pull back from. There are some Divine
-
relationships, you will have to identify which Seasons you
-
should be nurturing and watering that relationship every season
-
is not meant for everybody to have all your time.
-
I promised. So let me get this to you.
-
Hey, can I get the worship team up here real quick, and I'm just
-
playing and get you every time. It gets you every time you get
-
you every time, I brought this picture up what a crummy life.
-
There's a picture up here and next week, maybe I'll get to the
-
woman, well, maybe maybe today, but I don't know if this guy's
-
dropping crumbs or what, but how many people ever fed a bird or
-
birds and you see how they swarm?
-
The crumbs. And this these pieces mean
-
little to us. But somebody appreciates the
-
crumbs. So when we're thinking there's a
-
crummy life people would love to take what you have.
-
They'll take your car with only three doors.
-
They'll take the amount of, they'll take your three hundred
-
dollars in your bank account. And what's crazy is the people
-
who have went without they know what to do with that 300, they
-
know how to turn, they know how to turn that little bit of meat.
-
Right by my grandma made some good spaghetti with some Vienna
-
sausage. Is your life, really?
-
As bad as you're making it then Jesus left.
-
And went North into non-jewish region of Lebanon.
-
He encountered their Canaanite woman, who shouted out to him,
-
Lord, son of David show. Mercy to me.
-
My daughter is horribly afflicted by a demon that
-
torments her, but Jesus never answered her.
-
What anybody ever feel? Like Jesus ain't answering you.
-
Jesus never answered her. Why do you ignore this woman?
-
His Disciples asked him, why are you ignoring her Jesus said,
-
I've only been sent to the lost sheep of Israel.
-
So in other words, it wasn't time. if this wasn't the right
-
time, he was called to the lost sheep of Israel.
-
He was not called to this, this woman, these people.
-
And so he's ignoring her butts a butt, but she came and bowed
-
down before him and said, Lord help me.
-
Jesus responded. It's not right.
-
Some of y'all would have left Jesus and the church right here.
-
It's not right for a man to take bread from his children and
-
throw it out to the dogs. I love her response you, right?
-
But even puppies get to eat the crumbs.
-
He said. I will be content.
-
With the crumbs and I don't know who you are, but you are where
-
you are possibly, because you not just valuing, the one might
-
the one Talent, the, the, the crumbs, the little that you have
-
is so much more than what someone else is have.
-
Are you showing off of your little bit?
-
Are you, are you just just out for lunch because you don't have
-
what they have. How do you see your little
-
member not enough is more than enough in God's hand.
-
He said. But sir, I'll take what you give
-
me. I'm here for you.
-
Give me the crumbs. If only you got a little bit of
-
Joy, come to church and shared a little bit of Joy, if all you
-
got is a little bit of strength, I don't know how many times I
-
told his Doom, am tired today. He ain't never said, okay well,
-
what we gonna We gonna just the workout to your level of
-
strength? God's plan doesn't change
-
because you're in a season of weakness.
-
He said, then, Jesus answered dear, woman.
-
Your faith is strong. Your faith is strong.
-
Wait a minute. She said I'll settle for the
-
crumbs. He said, wow, what faith What
-
you desire will be done for you. And at that very moment, her
-
daughter was instantly set free from demonic torment.
-
Wait a minute. What are you worrying about this
-
Robin you from Wonder? Wake him up.
-
Wake him up, he too sleepy gum on the front row, with his hoop
-
shorts on, and then going to fall asleep.
-
Amen. Wake him up.
-
Wake him up. Wake him up.
-
Wake him up. Breakthrough came through her
-
because she valued the Chrome's. She didn't give up and she kept
-
focused on what she was there for.
-
You mastering the crumbs season is where the master can Master
-
the moment? This is less about things but
-
more about how the pursuit of things has a generation anxious
-
distracted confused. Hi burnt-out ultimately
-
stealing, intimacy, killing hope, and destroying true
-
purpose, true, freedom, and true life.
-
This also isn't a call to laziness poverty passiveness and
-
a boring life. What are we doing with?
-
What we have our prayers. Can't be every day.
-
God gimme gimme. Gimme breakthrough, breakthrough
-
breakthrough. And it can't also just be
-
sitting there waiting the rest. I'm talking about, is not
-
sitting in the bed, it's working on what you have.
-
Maybe you don't have a job in this season, work on your health
-
exercise. Take a walk work on
-
relationships. Ask somebody, can I help you
-
with this? I don't know how to do this, but
-
if you show me, I'll help develop skills in this.
-
Where is God? Put you now look around and see
-
what God has for you. Where you are.
-
You're not just sitting around waiting for something to come.
-
He is put what you need right in your house.
-
Are we Thinking Inside the Box? Now the wife of a son of the
-
prophets. Cried to Elijah.
-
Can I help somebody your servant?
-
My husband is dead and you know that your servant feared the
-
Lord. I love how she reminded God.
-
That her husband was a servant. This is this, what you got to
-
understand? There's rights, you have as a
-
sower. now, one bit where me and my family worried during the
-
pandemic, No freak out sessions. But the Creditor has come to
-
take my two sons to be in slaves.
-
Elijah said, to her, what shall I do for you?
-
Here's a question again. What shall I do for you?
-
Tell me. What have you?
-
You ready? She's in debt, the creditors
-
have come. He says, what?
-
Do you have in your house? What do you have inside the Box?
-
I know you keep looking at them. Women outside the house.
-
But what about the man? Or the woman that you got in the
-
house? Oh, she didn't had a few kids.
-
So she may not be all firmed up and curved up and and how you
-
want her to look. Work out with her. oh, Amen.
-
A lot of single this is the single to see, okay?
-
You know you get kids. Oh, I wish I had with my friends
-
family got. Well, what do you have?
-
Maybe you only got a blow up, pull splash him.
-
Anytime I get my friends got video games, okay?
-
We got stuff. They don't got.
-
Your mom and daddy, love each other.
-
We got peace. We got joy now saying they don't
-
but I'm saying, look at what you got.
-
My friends got yours and they got a.
-
Why you can't be mine? Me because we on a different
-
budget. Preach pastor.
-
Maybe this is Earl season. This is Earl season black and
-
blue coming. Steak, The Keg is coming.
-
Let me finish with y'all. Are hot right now.
-
She said, your handmade has nothing in the house except a
-
jar of oil. All I got in the house.
-
Has a jar of oil. All I got in the house is a jar
-
of oil. He said go around and borrow
-
vessels. Kind of, like, all I got is a
-
little bit of strength, but I'm about to come to church and
-
borrow some strength. All I got is a little bit of
-
Faith, but I'm about to come to church and borrow some Faith
-
from somebody. I'm about to come praise that
-
you want to link up with my faith homies.
-
I don't need maybe. I'm not in the season where I
-
can spend a lot of time. We're worried.
-
And folks, I need to get around some Faith.
-
Folks, I need to get around some people that's gonna pick me up
-
and encourage me, maybe I'm not in a season where I need people
-
to feel me. Maybe I need somebody that they
-
made it out of a pit can call me out of a pit.
-
Challenge me. Yeah, maybe I'm in a season
-
where I need a hard coach. A hard trainer.
-
I need accountability. Stop running from
-
accountability, amen. Then he said go around baldies
-
vessels, empty vessels and not a few.
-
I love this part. Go borrow some vessels and not a
-
few. I don't serve a small God.
-
Sorry. All I got is one jar oil.
-
Go around Balsam vessels and not if you listen to the language.
-
If he's telling me to borrow something, he must also have a
-
plan to pay it back. And when you come in and shut
-
the door upon you, and your son's, because there's a season
-
where what go out, what you're going through ain't for
-
everybody. Then pour out the oil, you have
-
into all those vessels setting aside each one when it is what
-
full ain't nothing cheap about. This ain't nothing short about
-
this. He said, I want you to get as
-
many vessels as you can and fill them up.
-
So she went from him and shut the door upon herself and her
-
sons who brought to her two vessels as she poured, the oil.
-
When the vessels were all what fool, she said to her, son,
-
bring me another vessel and he said to her, there is not a And
-
left, then the oil. Stop multiplying.
-
So in other words, if I had more vessels, there would have been
-
more to fill it. Enlarge my territory, expand
-
your tent, pegs, Lord, God, Then she came and told the man of
-
God, he said, go now, sell the oil and pay your debt and you
-
and your sons live on the rest. Not enough is more than enough
-
but it starts by looking at what you have, what do you have?
-
I don't care if you married in, your marriages is a disaster.
-
But if you got a little bit of love left work on that build on
-
that, what do you have? I don't care if you're not as
-
athletic as the other team mates, use the little bit
-
ability, you have and work on your game.
-
You start off with one dab. Build on one app.
-
Everyone got abs. You, you may have just added the
-
FL on it. But there is ABS under there.
-
Some of y'all still bigger figure.
-
It that way down. Amen.
-
There's more value in what we have than what we are chasing
-
and losing sleep over. I'll close with acts 16.
-
After they were severely beaten, they were thrown into prison.
-
And the Jailer was commanded to guard them securely, so the
-
Jailer placed them in the innermost sale of the prison and
-
had their feet bound and chain. Paul and Silas undaunted prayed
-
in the middle of the night and sang songs of praise to God.
-
While all the pro, the prisoners, listen to their
-
worship. Paul's, they're in prison,
-
they're bound locked up. All they have is a praise They
-
don't got a phone call, they don't got no money on their
-
books. All they got is a praise.
-
And there will be seasons in your life.
-
If you keep living is all you have is appraised.
-
So, you better learn how to praise God.
-
You better learn, how to praise God, and practice his presence.
-
But I want you to see the little bit.
-
They have, they don't got a bunch of homies, they didn't
-
have a bunch of support. I'm talking about small and a
-
little bit in every area of life.
-
You may just got a little bit of food.
-
You only may have Few outfits. You may only got three pair of
-
shoes. You only me.
-
You may only have a little bit of money.
-
You may only have a tiny little car that can't fit the whole
-
family. You may got to make trips and
-
drop the drop part of the family off, and then come back and drop
-
them off again. Praise God.
-
You got gas to do trips. All right, we made we made this
-
building. May, how many places have we
-
went? We went to bed as in the
-
building was too small for us. What we do Vision, put some
-
tents outside. What are we doing?
-
Put some tents outside. We're not complaining, we're not
-
running down. Banging on doors, hurry up.
-
Give us our building permit. We need more space know.
-
We gonna, We gonna praise God. Like we never have before and
-
what we got. And what we got me and my wife's
-
marriage was almost over toe up from the flow up.
-
But when we gave our little bit that we had left God preserved,
-
our marriage, and he's taking us from a little bit of love to
-
more than enough love. Little bit, we went from helping
-
the church replant. To God saying no but I just
-
needed to get you here to starting off with nothing going
-
behind 5 months of rent with kids.
-
With kids in another country. No family to help us.
-
We're kids. Five months behind rent.
-
Landlord raised the rent says, look, I love what you guys do.
-
He was a Sikh, I love what you guys do.
-
Now you're five months behind. I got a raise the rent.
-
Do you think you can pay it? Why ain't got nothing to lose?
-
I'm already 5 months behind. Absolutely, I can pay it.
-
Put it on the tab. Amen.
-
Now mind you, I'm not keeping this from my wife, my wife know
-
we're behind but I'm the leader of faith in my house.
-
So I'm not like Babe man. We gotta we gotta we gotta go.
-
Oh my God, what are we gonna do? No ask her.
-
We still eight. I told the man I said, look,
-
sir, I do got a little bit of money coming in when we got this
-
house and when we started renting this house, we had a
-
certain salary and that that has come from under s.
-
Things have changed and I'm I can't give you all my money.
-
I need gas money. I need to feed my family.
-
The few hundred dollars, I'm giving you That's all I got.
-
He said well, I like you and your family.
-
You guys do, good work. Sometime your reputation, pays
-
the bills. And there was something that he
-
said I see them Faithful over purpose.
-
I know they have the Integrity. So he says if you guys think you
-
can pay me back, you can stay, but I'm raising the rent.
-
No problem. And I'm telling you, we move
-
forward and unexpected finances. And As God built because we were
-
getting few dollars for the church but we have to build
-
God's house. And so I wasn't going to take
-
what God was given And in some ways.
-
Rightfully, so off. The top, I could have paid my,
-
we could have paid Pastor tea. But no.
-
I'm building God's house and I'm he promised that if I seek Him
-
First and I Delight in him he will give me the desires of my
-
heart. My job is to be faithful.
-
Love my wife, have integrity love my children.
-
And we had the audacity to put our kids in a private school.
-
Cuz we want to raise them up in the way they should go not
-
saying that Christian Schools is good.
-
And they ain't amen. And before we moved out of that
-
place, Every single month was paid off.
-
We were ahead. Yeah.
-
He's building his church. We wear our own nonprofit.
-
Yeah. Your church was able to give
-
your dis this family a work permit.
-
Like from the ground up, we didn't have to depend on another
-
church but you hired Pastor tea. And you seen us do nothing but
-
preach you've seen us get up here and be faithful with no
-
money. We still counsel, we still gave
-
wisdom sessions for two hours. Our kids eight, we had a roof
-
over our head and at the same time with a little bit of money,
-
we got the audacity to have three other people live with us,
-
and they ate, and they had a roof over their head, and our
-
daughter, shared their bedroom in our son, slept on the couch,
-
and we kept Minister, and we kept seeking his kingdom, and we
-
kept preaching the gospel. smoke and we kept showing in the other
-
people's lives and he's providing and every single year
-
we have increased over a hundred thousand dollars over two
-
hundred thousand dollars, we are going up and we are going up.
-
It's because when I didn't have no other way, I always had a,
-
praise wasn't a time to complain, but I believe that his
-
word was true. If you seek me first If you go
-
and make disciples, I'm looking for a man or woman that will
-
pick up my heart and pick up my vision and go and tell the world
-
about me. Don't underestimate doing God's
-
work. Don't underestimate discipleship
-
and witnessing. This is a season where you need
-
to pour into people pour into yourself.
-
You don't need overtime, go to the gym, your heart, not
-
healthy, Your marriage, not healthy.
-
There's other things to invest in.
-
So God's calling us to a purge we can't keep going and going
-
and going we've called to we're called to be the light of the
-
world, not the worry of the world, the salt of the earth,
-
And some of us have led work, we don't got time to serve it
-
Church. What?
-
When it was the church? That saved your stinky butt?
-
Where's the gratitude? Where's the thankfulness?
-
It's the local church that prayed for you is the local
-
church that stayed open during the pandemic.
-
There's so much God can do with your little.
-
The issue is, do you really trust them?
-
Do you really trust him? Do you and I and my confidence
-
is in my sewing. My confidence is in.
-
God's promise seek him first Delighted me, I'll give you the
-
desires of your heart man. I got a desire to take care of
-
my children. I got a desire to pay for my
-
child's tuition. We're going through certain
-
things because she wanted to move back, right?
-
Because it's cheaper as a United States citizen.
-
Resident. We're citizens.
-
But right now she's not a resident.
-
So we may have to pay more money because we live here and so she
-
got to have, I think it's two years at two years, one year,
-
one year of us schooling in order to qualify for the cheaper
-
tuition. But this is where my confidence
-
is. We're here, simply because we're
-
building God's house. So I boldly, tell her honey, I
-
don't care how much school is by the time you go to school, will
-
pay for it. We God will provide all of our
-
needs. According to his riches in
-
glory, I'm a solar. My grandma was A sower, my
-
children are so where she she on propresenter, but she's sewing
-
for her tuition, she's sewing for her future.
-
My children don't understand. But why the only camera they're
-
showing their building? God's house, that camera may
-
seem simple but you're holding that camera.
-
So, somebody somewhere across the world can It hoping the
-
house. You are evangelizing on that
-
camera. Young teenager, evangelizing, on
-
that camera. This is evangelism.
-
The young man. Get up here.
-
Judah, play these Keys. You're sowing into your future.
-
You're sowing into your, you're sowing into your future.
-
You're sowing into your future. I know families right now that
-
in came across an inheritance that changed the trajectory of
-
the rest of their bloodline. Now you better hear what I'm
-
saying? I'm talking about.
-
So we're faithful That have inherited some things that
-
shifted everything for a generations to come.
-
I'm talking about kids that don't have to work no more if
-
they choose not to and The Inheritance wasn't in a
-
bloodline it was somebody else's blood line and said you are so
-
faithful. I want to leave all this for you
-
and all I tell them you sewn for this.
-
You've given Your life to the gospel, you have raised your
-
children, right? And you can't tell me, God has
-
promised to take care of Our Generations in our children and
-
we sit around here, running around worried and thinking, yo
-
kid, did you throw in your baby? A big old party so you could
-
drink and you can, your baby can't even see straight and you
-
throwing them a big old party that party for you.
-
Baby head. Come on sweetie.
-
Look at the cake. Look at the cake.
-
You watch the people who choose to enter his rest this season.
-
if you choose to trust God in this season, Minimizing.
-
Focusing on the higher calling. This is the season to invest in.
-
What's most important. Number one, what's most
-
important is the Lord. Number two, what's most
-
important is your soul Number three, your family is so
-
important time is going by so quick.
-
What's most important is certain relationships that God has
-
brought. You listen, don't be casual
-
about the two or three people. God has brought in your life
-
that bring you hope that bring you faith.
-
That stir you up when you're around them that challenge you
-
with their health plans and their you God has put invest.
-
I need to be around and room or I need to be around certain
-
people. More that's gonna help me in the
-
areas. I am insufficient.
-
And I need to attack the areas of my life.
-
That I'm struggling in. That's more important than
-
overtime. Deal with Joe insufficiencies
-
deal with your weaknesses deal with your fractured marriage,
-
deal with your relationships. So into your church serve a
-
little bit. Give your talents to the Lord
-
stop running around stressing thinking.
-
Your grind is somehow going to make you successful.
-
If you 60 years old with a heart attack and then the kids you
-
grind it for. Can't have a father.
-
Not telling you don't work. But I'm telling you is do not
-
idolize work. So I'm telling you this church
-
is going on something we call in The Purge.
-
It's not a fast. It's a lifestyle shift and there
-
are certain things we will, We Will, We Will Purge ourselves
-
for and the Lord. Lord says, three months, And
-
there's some things will do corporately but there's things
-
that you need to do that. God's challenging you.
-
And I know one thing that all of us can disconnect from social
-
media Oh well I do my work on there.
-
That's why the church we don't have one hour a day.
-
You don't need if you if it's your job then all you need to do
-
is post something and maybe check up on it but I want you to
-
see when you're put. Even when I say it, when I say
-
social media, some of you like, oh I don't know if I could do
-
that. That's why you need to
-
disconnect because people became billionaires before there was IG
-
and let me help you. There's some billionaires that
-
ain't no high G at all. So staying connected in a false
-
reality is not guaranteeing, you success.
-
Her relationship with food are TV time.
-
What is God asking you? This is the season where the
-
stuff you've been putting off for a long time.
-
He's asking you to do. You mean putting the gym off for
-
a long time? Time to roll Start somewhere.
-
To crunches, just start with to crunches.
-
But it all counts, two minutes and God's presence.
-
Counts to crunches is more than what you did.
-
Go for 30 minute, walk with your spouse, even if y'all don't want
-
to talk to each other, just hold hands and walk.
-
Pray study. What is God being convicting?
-
You about go deeper in his word, take voice lessons because
-
you're giving him your voice to him.
-
If you're a public speaker, get around somebody that's doing
-
public speaking ask questions this season to be mentored.
-
This is a season to Mentor. This is season to edify and to
-
equip yourself. And while you're distracted
-
about his business, watch what he does in your life when more
-
peace hits your home. And you just Sitting there
-
spinning time watch that phone call that come through watch
-
that text message. Watch the Divine relationship.
-
Watch how much breakthrough comes when you stop trying to
-
break it down. Now telling you don't work hard,
-
but he says that you should be working hard and entering his
-
rest, Hebrews 4. Worship team.
-
Come up. if you want to know what's coming up, go to our app,
-
go to our website, I don't know about you, but in
-
these last days, we need the Lord.
-
We need the Lord. We need the Lord man.
-
We need Jesus, get out of this religious stuff.
-
We need Jesus, we need his comfort, we need a strength, we
-
need God's wisdom, and I'm telling you, God is calling us
-
into a season of of cutting back.
-
Right, certain trees, certain bushes.
-
Need to be what cut back. So they can grow healthy.
-
So this is not a season of lack. This is a season of
-
multiplication. I hope you hear me, but what
-
he's saying is get in the pot. This is what I shared this
-
morning. This brother will tell you we
-
watch people in the gym all the time.
-
Some of you think you throwing up a bunch of weight and you
-
just all posture bad. You doing curls like this whole
-
arm. what I realized when you don't need a bunch of weight,
-
when you have the right posture, when you get that coach, that
-
tell you stand like this, don't move bow, your leg.
-
I'll put your arm out, don't lean it on here for support, put
-
it out. And then you ain't gonna move
-
this part. You just go move right here,
-
man. You put 20 pounds on that.
-
So you go ahead and carry all that weight with your thick
-
neck. You're just walking in can't
-
even move. Cuz you just want to be big, you
-
want to be big, but what's big without he fishing.
-
You don't need all of that when your posture is, right?
-
And a lot of times you need a, some of y'all need a lot because
-
you covering stuff up. you need your bank account to reflect
-
successful because you covering But I believe there's people in
-
this room that will hear the Lord today, and that will begin
-
to look, we will start next Monday, not tomorrow.
-
But next Monday, Next Monday. So, all week, you got this week
-
to pray about God, what are you asking me to put down on the
-
Altar for the next three months. And look the part about food.
-
If you eat a piece of cake somewhere in between the three
-
months, it's not a fast, just get right back, just like, eat
-
the piece of cake, enjoy it? But, get back.
-
Right. If you overeat, whatever just
-
get back, this is not, this is not about that we're shifting
-
for a lifestyle. So what we're going to say where
-
we're going to ask over this week is Lord?
-
What do you want from me? And where do you want me?
-
Because for three months I want to posture myself.
-
To be yours to hear from you. Putting IG down.
-
Putting Tik-Tok down. Your stings.
-
He's coming for told my household, we throwing away all
-
sugar. I don't care if it's a gallon
-
ice cream in the freezer, we throwing it away as trash.
-
Anyway, we're getting rid of all sugar at our house so if you
-
sneaking sugar, you crackhead. Amen.
-
Amen. You going here?
-
Sneak some sugar if you want to. But you ain't gonna have none,
-
your mom. Can I go to my friends?
-
How they got Twinkies over there.
-
Okay, you go right ahead, but your health going to tell on
-
you. Amen.
