Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International
-
Church podcast where we seek to love all nations, equip the
-
church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.
-
We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever
-
you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get
-
your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe
-
some tea, and get ready to receive.
-
It's go time. Let's get into it.
-
If you understood. What I just said, you would be
-
elated because it takes a long time to establish culture and
-
there's so many pieces to the culture happening.
-
You know, when I come out and hear the worship team, I don't
-
have to be at rehearsal. And it caught the vision of
-
medleys and passion and stepping into the anointing and
-
confidence and courage. And when I TuneIn and stream and
-
watch people preaching, a lot of women preaching, I will tell you
-
any church where the women voice is strong, confident, honorable,
-
anointed, and the women know who they are in Jesus, they're not.
-
They're not up here trying to prove themselves that they can
-
preach like another man. Whenever you can see that female
-
woman, daughter after daughter after daughter after daughter,
-
that church is unstoppable. So I want to say thank you for
-
every single person that touched this platform and honored this
-
platform and preach the Word of God.
-
Come on y'all. Can do better than that hey man
-
thank you to our elders for holding it down and covering us
-
and watching over us thank you for guest services production
-
parking lot SSK thank you love quest give yourself a big.
-
Old. You can be seated in the
-
presence of Yahweh. I love when who you leave behind
-
to step in your place. They raise the standard.
-
I love it. I'm competitive like that in a
-
in a real good way, though, But man, we got that's just
-
encouraging because it don't matter what church we plant.
-
We got preachers right. You ain't going to have to watch
-
me from somewhere on the TV screen.
-
We got anointed men and women right in this house.
-
Holy. Spirit activate.
-
I'm super excited must my 1st 9:00 AM service or experience in
-
history at Love Quest International.
-
Maybe we've done it earlier before, but y'all going to have
-
to bear with me because I got yeah, I got a lot, but I'm going
-
to you guys saw the video. I was just Lord just kind of let
-
me rest for about 3 weeks. I don't know if he it was rest,
-
but it was rest. And then probably about the
-
third week after conversation with Elder John, I hung up the
-
phone and my spirit was just like just just stirred up.
-
It was frustrating. It was some holy anger happening
-
and I really had to push past my emotions.
-
You know, I was talking to my wife.
-
I was talking about quitting. I was I was talking to Elder
-
John about this is time as you want to quit and give up and
-
standing before the people and constantly having to encourage
-
and tell people one day, one day, one day and we're believing
-
for 200 grand in two weeks and in two weeks coming we got 30
-
grand and you're like one day and you got to keep pressing and
-
asking, not asking, submitting opportunities for people to sow
-
into God's vision and you know your disciple people and they
-
don't get it you. It's so much overtime and you
-
never as a leader get to be really honest with people
-
because I have to be strong for you and be so I had a moment
-
where I was just talking to Elder John about some of the
-
just some frustrations and I only could share so much with
-
Elder John because I got to lead Elder John, right?
-
And so it could be a very lonely place.
-
And in that moment, the Lord says, son, this is, it's not
-
just faith, but there's way too many people that don't finish
-
the race. Zeal and passion can help you
-
start something. You don't need God to start.
-
You don't need the anointing to start.
-
The anointing is for finishing. And when I say you don't need
-
God to start, it's like men, how many people, just how many ideas
-
have you ever gotten? And you got pumped up and you
-
told somebody and you tried it and you started, you wrote it
-
down, but you didn't finish because you got discouraged when
-
that same joy that started, it wasn't there.
-
And so we think joy is the sign of continuation and it's not,
-
It's not the joy has to to search, certify what God's
-
called you to do. You have to at times feel like
-
he's nowhere around because you have to know for yourself that
-
God said you have to stand on the word.
-
You can't stand on his presence. You need his presence, but you
-
have to stand on his word because his word is always
-
present. And if you trust his word, then
-
you always have his presence. But you got to be able to finish
-
the race without feelings. And any champion, you know, they
-
know how to not play emotionally.
-
They're not moved by 18,000 fans booing them.
-
Quite frankly, a true champion. Love playing on the road.
-
And guess what? Believers are on the road.
-
This is not our home and unless you know how to play in the
-
opposing teams territory, you'll never finish.
-
We look throughout the Bible, we look throughout history is great
-
men started great work, but great men that started great
-
work also had Great Falls. And we are in a time where great
-
men that have great works are not finishing.
-
Lord says son. And then this building is less
-
about the building, but God has given us a project that is going
-
to make us who He's called us to be.
-
If we don't finish that, we don't finish the assignment.
-
You ever went to school and you had projects that were hard and
-
you didn't want to do them, but you finish them.
-
There was information, there was research you did.
-
There was late nights, you push through, there was tears, there
-
was frustration. If you would have stopped,
-
there's a lot of things you wouldn't have learned.
-
So having patience requires finishing.
-
You don't have patience if you don't finish.
-
Patience and endurances for finishing.
-
Patience is not for moving on to the next thing and leaving
-
everything incomplete. And when I'm talking about
-
finishing, yes, corporately God has given this church, this
-
building next door as a corporate assignment.
-
But as everyone press forward to finish what God gave us, He's
-
going to give you a finishing anointing for what He gave for
-
it to you individually, right. You can't see, Oh, this is not
-
my building, this love quest building.
-
No, no, no, no, no, it is your building.
-
It is our building. And in the perseverance of
-
seeing it to the finish, we will see the reward.
-
Rest is on the other side of finishing.
-
And what I said, what, what do you, what do you what, what,
-
what one of the conversations I was having is, man, you see
-
people get weary and you're like, I can't give big.
-
So I'll stop giving. Not knowing that you're
-
consistent giving of, of any level of sacrifice breaks you
-
through to the level of giving you desire to give, right.
-
And it's not just about showing up Sunday and saying, what do I
-
have? It's about throughout the week.
-
Lord, I want to go into the house with seed.
-
So I'm looking for seed. How can I get the seed to finish
-
the assignment? Here's Jesus.
-
He finished, but he's still working.
-
He finished and he said he went to the right hand and now he's
-
forever more interceding for you.
-
He's still interceding for you. He's still working on your
-
behalf. The cross wasn't the stop of his
-
work for you. So how dare I say here, this is
-
what I gave. This is my sacrifice.
-
And this is not. About the remnant as much as
-
it's about the remnant that is providing us an opportunity or
-
finish work within us. And so he says, son, I'm ready
-
to take you all through the finish line.
-
And throughout Love Quest history, I've never preached a
-
series that directly spoke to a project we were in.
-
Most churches you go to, if they're in a building project,
-
they're going to preach on the building project.
-
Most pastors, if they just wrote a book, that series that you're
-
about to hear is the book. I've only preached what God has
-
told us to preach as we go. And I listened to some of the
-
words that have been released in this house over the last several
-
months. And then he puts finishing faith
-
on it. And I said, it makes sense why
-
you've been walking us in all these different areas.
-
He has, he has broken us down. He has patted us on the back.
-
He has told us about his sufficiency.
-
He has told us about how enough he is.
-
He has presented himself as king.
-
He has built us up. He has broken us down.
-
And when you think of working out, there's a breaking down
-
before there's a building up and the Lord's ready to finish this
-
year. There's there's, there's
-
graffiti on the buildings we went in the other day, broken
-
windows that's been put in electrical panel torn down.
-
God's like that's y'all building.
-
If it don't get finished, what you expect the people to walk by
-
and see? Right now the owners have some
-
place to do so. Right now we're in a standstill
-
because the owners have to finish their part.
-
We can't do anything until the owners finish their part.
-
But don't let the owners finish their part and we can't finish
-
ours. So God's trying to get us ready
-
in the batter's box. So when it's our turn, it's go
-
time because those same people that are are are are are
-
vandalizing the building are the same people that's going to get
-
delivered and get saved. And so we going to finish.
-
Yeah, God's doing a new thing. Leaving and forgetting the old
-
things does not mean not finishing.
-
When we're talking about finishing, you're going to see
-
over the next couple months that there's things within you you
-
haven't finished. I'm talking about we are going
-
to go on a journey where we look at things that we have not
-
finished. I got a book I'm supposed to
-
finish. I'm talking about God's trying
-
to finish the work. Some of y'all got songs.
-
You got books you got you got things you've been putting on
-
hold thinking that time you going to find time.
-
No, he already told us it's going to be stuff up on top of
-
stuff up on top of stuff. So no wonder he would give us a
-
finishing anointing. I heard a Virgil from off White
-
E passed away. God bless his soul.
-
But he was telling artists the other day, why would you make
-
one piece of art? He said I make 6 pieces of art
-
at a time. I put six pieces out because in
-
the process of putting out multiple projects, you actually
-
learn more than resting on the one.
-
You learn more. Evolution, innovation comes out
-
of you taking risks multiple ways.
-
So we going to release 6 sneakers at a time.
-
We going to plant 3 churches at a time.
-
We're going to understand what I'm saying.
-
In order to finish, you cannot play safe.
-
As sports fans, we live for great finishes.
-
As movie critics, we live for great dramatic endings.
-
As foodies, we live for the dessert that top an amazing meal
-
off. As romantics, we live for the
-
happy ending. How something ends determines
-
the value of the wait. Was it worth the wait?
-
Was it worth the pain? How it finishes for you is up to
-
you, because he's already finished his work.
-
There's happy endings, frustrating endings, confusing
-
endings, dumb endings, strong endings, Cliff hanging endings,
-
sweet endings, bitter endings. Things is in the Kingdom.
-
They're all finished. They're all meant to be
-
finished, and things in the Kingdom all have A to be
-
continued value until the author and finisher returns for the
-
final finish in Christ. There's no wasted finish.
-
There's no bad finish. You just got a what finish?
-
Because we know the end is sweet.
-
Because He works everything together for our good and what
-
the enemy meant for evil. He works for our good so we can
-
count it all. What joy in knowing this.
-
Because I know the end result is glorious.
-
It makes it a good fight. Because I know the end is
-
glorious. That's what makes it a good
-
fight. If I can just get through the
-
finish and very, very specific with through because God is not
-
calling us to the finish line and a lot of us are satisfied
-
standing on this side of the ribbon.
-
But I've never watched a race where the runner runs to the to
-
the ribbon and stops. He causes us and cause us to
-
finish through the ribbon full speed until the ribbon hits my
-
chest. The finish line should be behind
-
us. A good fight is a world worth it
-
fight. A good fight is a noble fight, a
-
good fight is an honorable fight, and a good fight is a
-
memorable fight. I'm parking on good fight
-
because we want to park on finishing faith, but you cannot
-
finish if you don't see the battle.
-
Your end is good. All God's fights result in
-
salvation, freedom, reconciliation, healing,
-
deliverance, nations being saved, walls being rebuilt,
-
cities being reclaimed. A good fight, a God fight always
-
finishes with Mamas embracing their sons again and fathers
-
embracing their daughters, prison doors opening, demons
-
fleeing, cancer, reversing poverty being broken.
-
A good fight always finishes with testimonies that will
-
transcend the times and leave the enemy's plans demolished,
-
destroyed, obliterated, void, canceled, failed and frustrated.
-
A good fight, Somebody say a good fight.
-
The Kingdom is advanced. Our sons and daughters inherit
-
the Kingdom. That's why a good fight is an
-
excellent fight. A good fight does include some
-
stars, some scars. I'll say it again, A good fight
-
does include some scars, some embarrassments, some pain, some
-
abrasions. But the pain, the abrasions, the
-
embarrassment and those bruises aren't signs of defeat.
-
They're signs of endurance and perseverance and overcoming.
-
You're standing here today with your scars and bruises and the
-
memories of your trauma is a miracle, a sign and a wonder.
-
A testimony that our God is faithful.
-
Like those nail pierced hands shown to Thomas testify to the
-
resurrection power that can only be obtained through the
-
challenges that contend for your finish.
-
It was finished at the cross. But quickly hell lost it got
-
cracking in three days. Now we back on top right, We
-
understand that Jesus didn't hide his wounds from Thomas.
-
So in the resurrection he came back with his wounds.
-
He didn't come back scarless. His resurrected body had the
-
evidence he died. See, your sign of victory can't
-
be scarless. Your signs of victory is that
-
you finished with the scars, right?
-
We're not trying to get rid of our wounds.
-
That's our wounds is our evidence.
-
We're trying to finish with nail pierced hands.
-
I want imprinted in my life. I made it through something.
-
If you could just get to the finish line, I'm telling you,
-
you will see the glory of the Lord like never before.
-
You've sown too much not to see a harvest.
-
You've cried too much not to experience joy.
-
You've forgiven too much not to encounter love.
-
You've stood too long not to see the hand of God.
-
You've endured too much to not taste and see your due season.
-
And that the Lord is good. Shout out, I'm a finisher.
-
Finishing does not mean finishing unblemished.
-
Somehow you think you can't finish in your pain.
-
Your pain, your scars do not disqualify your finish.
-
Your pain actually has the gasoline to accelerate you to
-
your finish. We don't faint, we finish.
-
We don't faint. We finish.
-
We don't faint, we finish. This is the good fight of
-
finishing faith. You heard us say, you heard God
-
say, and it was like real quick. Next generation won't have to
-
slow down or turn back, or I might I add, or break stride
-
even. We will finish our leg of the
-
race, pull, throttle. The next generation won't have
-
to finish this building. Next generation won't have to
-
finish the next building. The next generation will not
-
have to slow down because we will be a generation that
-
finishes strong. Yes, he's doing a new thing,
-
yes, but the new thing is a finished thing.
-
That's what you got to understand.
-
The new thing is not really a new thing.
-
It's a finished thing. Here I was thinking about this
-
when I'm trying to raise my kids right.
-
And you know how as kids and even as adults, we you tell your
-
parent, your kids something? And they act like they already
-
been to the end. I only can give them wisdom for
-
somewhere I've already been, but then they don't want to trust
-
the evidence that I bring back. This is what God did.
-
He went all the way to the end and then He met you at your
-
birth and throughout your life. The Holy Spirit say, Nope, don't
-
go there. Nope, I've been there.
-
Hey, go here because I've already paid for that.
-
You got three restaurants in front of you.
-
All of them is good. God says I paid for that one.
-
Be like, I'm going to go try this one over here.
-
Wait a minute. He, you, all of them good,
-
Equally good. He paid for that one.
-
Come on, He's doing a new thing. But the new thing, it's a
-
finished thing. After Moses, Yahweh's servant
-
died, Yahweh spoke to Joshua son of nun Moses faithful assistant
-
and said I need y'all to hear it is.
-
My servant Moses is what dead? What's the next word now?
-
What's the next word now? What's the next word now?
-
Get up. God is not asking Joshua to
-
start a new thing. He's asking Joshua to continue
-
the race of a promise that has already been given that somebody
-
didn't finish. Moses was supposed to finish.
-
Joshua was supposed to take over in the Promised Land.
-
No. No, you ain't going here,
-
Terrence. My servant is dead, Malachi.
-
Now, can you go finish the remnant?
-
No. And who in here wants to hand
-
off an assignment? Wait a minute, let me ask you
-
this. How equipped is the person you
-
hand off an assignment you didn't want to finish that you
-
was called to mentor? Part of discipleship is showing.
-
People how to what? Finish.
-
Part of discipleship is showing people your scars now trying to
-
show up perfect. You've been thinking God's been
-
trying to ask you to lead perfect.
-
No, he's like, oh, you got some scars lead.
-
You got some pain, lead. And as you lead others to their
-
healing, I'm healing you. Prepare to cross the Jordan
-
River. Prepare to cross the low they
-
they look they they had a Jordan River.
-
We just got low alleyway over here to cross OK you and all the
-
people lead them into the land that I am get what God is asking
-
us to finish. He's given, he said.
-
I got the provision to the Israelites giving it to you.
-
Every part of the land, every part of the land where you
-
March, I will give you. Why did I underline March?
-
Because it didn't say where you walk.
-
You say where you sleep. It sounds like he's saying where
-
you take over, where you walk in authority, where you walk in
-
certainty, where you walk in urgency.
-
I will give you as. I promised Moses.
-
What God has promised you is old news.
-
He promised your parents what he was given your bloodline.
-
He promised your great Graham. He promised Abraham.
-
We're not finishing nothing new. We're finishing something
-
finished. There's rest in that.
-
Your borders will. Extend Joshua.
-
No one will be able to defeat you.
-
Look, if you're not ready to run through a wall, this is going to
-
be a wrong the wrong series for you because because this series
-
is not raising up an army. This this series is dispatching
-
an army. I'm going to do it's deploying.
-
It's it's, it's it's we bout to we bout to run through some
-
stuff. If I could share some of the
-
things that that the enemy see, when I look at graffiti, when I
-
look at the panels being torn, when I look at windows being
-
broken into, I just see the enemy.
-
He knows what's about to happen. You see, on the individual
-
level, this is what happened. You take all of that kind of
-
resistance as that's not God's will, right?
-
And it's like I see the enemy throwing a fit.
-
He tried to delay the permit. There's all these things he's
-
trying to use to discourage us because I don't want you to see
-
this word. No one will be able to defeat
-
you. Which in other words, when I see
-
this word right here, he's saying you're going to have to
-
fight for it, but no one will defeat you.
-
You're going to have to wrestle for it, but no one will be able
-
to defeat you. You're going to have to cry a
-
little bit, but no one will be able to defeat you.
-
So all I have to do is set my mind on what finishing.
-
But I love this part. For the rest of my life.
-
I got a victory promise for the rest of my life.
-
I just got to go in the way. He showed me and told me I will
-
be with you as I was with Moses Terrence.
-
So look at Moses. You saw I was with him.
-
AC couldn't stop him. I will never fail nor abandon.
-
You, you must be strong though, and break.
-
Why I got to be strong? Because I got to fight.
-
Why I got to be strong Because I'm going to be tempted to be
-
discouraged. Why do I got to be strong?
-
Because I might veer off to the left or to the right.
-
I'm going to get unfocused. That's promised.
-
Then, in the last days, the very elect will be deceived, snatched
-
away, bamboozled. So I cannot afford to go to the
-
left and go to the right. I actually have to simplify my
-
life because the simple things in Christ is way more than
-
enough for me to way more than I can handle.
-
Simple in Christ is way more than you can handle.
-
This project we in is simple but way more than I can handle.
-
Yeah, $1,000,000 and $1.5 million.
-
He likes son. If you can't get this project
-
done, if you can't flip, no garage y'all, y'all love quest
-
ain't going to last for the rest of what I got.
-
No, I got garage faith way more than garage faith.
-
OK, but then I had, like I told Elder John, I got to take the
-
pressure off of me and my family.
-
I'm not going to be a drop dead pastor.
-
Listen to me, y'all, If y'all, you know how free I am.
-
If y'all don't want to give, we just won't get a building.
-
I'm not going to kill myself. And and I'm I'm, I kind of feel
-
good about saying this, but I'm not going to cut my salary
-
either. If y'all don't want to, If y'all
-
just want to stay here, fine. This is our church.
-
Yeah. I'm I'm, I'm blessed to lead,
-
but this is for your grandchildren because if this
-
church is for me, then when I leave where the church going?
-
If, if I pass, when we pass 80 years from now, where where the
-
love quest going? This is a soil for your future.
-
You got pastors killing, they self starving they families.
-
To build a building, I much rather spend money on ministry
-
than a building. Although a building is to host
-
ministry. We can't equip the Saints in
-
Vancouver. Outside for sure.
-
Maybe in Southern California, but not in Vancouver.
-
We need a building, but it's way too many people killing
-
themselves and God says son. No, no, no, no, no.
-
I just asked you to leave my children.
-
They got to take ownership. And it's not just you.
-
And here I'm just talking to all those to come, those not here.
-
You will lead the people to acquire.
-
You will lead the people for the people to acquire and apportion
-
the land that I promise there. Moses, you're going to lead them
-
into a land, I promise. Their family so you understand
-
the weight of someone that's leading.
-
They're also they're also in a work and committed to your
-
bloodlines promise. That's why some of you have
-
brought family here and you've seen family come to the halt and
-
we pray for them. They don't got to be members
-
here. But because you are a part of
-
this family, the work happening in here directly impacts your
-
bloodline. Look what he says ancestors.
-
I would give them you must remain.
-
You must remain, come on, say that with me.
-
You must remain very strong and courageous.
-
So he's not calling us to finish Wimpy.
-
So he's like, I think there's a grace for you to feel faint, but
-
then there's a grace to like where the enemy is like, whoa,
-
whoa. Whoa, whoa, no, wait a minute.
-
I thought I had you. I thought they was down.
-
I I thought, I thought one more punch.
-
They for sure was gone. And then all of a sudden, you
-
rising out the ashes, you, you, you make, you get your second.
-
Win, he says. You must remain very strong,
-
very courageous. We must remain.
-
We got to finish the race, we got to finish the course and we
-
got to finish the season. I don't know about you, but the
-
house I grew up in, my Mama would not let me leave the table
-
till I finished. All love it, baby.
-
Be be sitting there falling asleep in his little his little
-
food chair. She like I don't care what
-
you're doing. Call me when you're done.
-
You got to finish the race. You got to finish the course.
-
You got to finish the season. We must remain there, Lord said.
-
There's some of you guys. They.
-
Yeah, the Goliath in your life. Your strongholds have been
-
knocked down, but you refuse to cut the head off.
-
You're at the finish line of your freedom, but you're not
-
through the finish line of your freedom.
-
And right when you're at the finish line of your freedom,
-
this is when the enemy brings in distractions.
-
Because what happens at the finish line, if I get distracted
-
with new responsibility, it's hard to finish the last one.
-
You see why he's putting emphasis on finishing?
-
Because he's trying to say Hola. Hola, Hola Hola.
-
You still ain't finished that. You still ain't finished you.
-
You still ain't mature. That one little thing.
-
And before you carry it into a new assignment, new
-
relationship, and new assignment, guess what?
-
You have to finish that because all the enemy needs is a small
-
fox. All he needs is 1 little seed.
-
And so you got rid of the apple tree, but an apple seed fell in
-
your pocket and you about to take it into a relationship, you
-
about to take it into a new business.
-
And the Lord says no, I want to finish it, I want to uproot it,
-
and I want to annihilate the strongholds.
-
We must remain, because there's no reaping if there's no
-
remaining. There's no reaping if there's no
-
remaining. No.
-
I've sown a lot of tears and a lot of seed, and my grandmama
-
has two and my Mama has two and my uncle has two and my aunties
-
have two. Who in the generation going
-
harvest it? Who in the family going harvest
-
it? Who's?
-
Going to remain. We must remain.
-
We must stay in the fight and get ready to finish.
-
You are anointed to finish. Come on, tell your neighbor.
-
Because they didn't quite hear it and they don't quite believe
-
it. Tell your neighbor you're
-
anointed to finish. Stop looking silly.
-
Tell them to stop looking silly. Part 2.
-
Come on. Don't be.
-
Scared. What he's calling us to defeat
-
is directly to our ability to finish what he is calling us to
-
defeat. OK, practical.
-
There's character issues, there's there's strongholds that
-
get in the way of finishing assignments.
-
Like, right, if, if I, if I'm sick, I might call into work.
-
Therefore I can't go to work and do my part, or I'll call into
-
school and I can't go to school. There is something that I have
-
to overcome in order to finish the assignment.
-
What is it in you and your personal life that God is saying
-
you need to finish it? Kill it so that we can finish
-
the assignment. Like, like David had to
-
encounter Saul because Saul was in David.
-
David had a little bit of Saul in them.
-
This is why you often encounter folks.
-
It's getting David to stand on, get on your nerves because guess
-
what? It's a little.
-
Bit of them in you and you hate seeing you and other people
-
because you've been trying to hide that part of you so.
-
You don't want to be their friend because they bring up
-
you, they they show you you. But David had to deal with Saul
-
in a honorable way. He had to stand with Saul.
-
He had to love him some Saul. And guess what?
-
What is it in your life that God is saying I just before you
-
become king of Israel like David's anointed three times.
-
Why at every stage there was new dimensions and but there was
-
depths within him he had to deal with and unfortunately, I'm
-
sorry God's never done uprooting.
-
If we're heading to perfection, which we're far from, you will
-
go to your grave transforming. So you're like, man, I just went
-
through this season. I just got healed.
-
Now you're healed. You can actually look at some
-
stuff. Some of us, we were too immature
-
for God to reveal how broken we really are.
-
So God will help you deal with the fruit.
-
And then when you're healed from the fruit, he'll say, now let's
-
dig and get to the. Root, let's now deal with your
-
abandonment issues since now you not too quick to worry about
-
like you don't people please no more.
-
So you're healed from people pleasing.
-
Now let's deal with the root of why you people please.
-
This is why we got to deal. We got to deal with the Goliaths
-
within us. So the Kingdom, the promise
-
that's within us, it's all within us.
-
So if I don't want to heal, I don't want to finish.
-
And then the promise that's within me can never be
-
manifested, flow out of me into other people's lives.
-
What He's calling us to defeat is directly connected to our
-
ability to finish. Whenever God has anointed you to
-
finish something, He's also anointed you to defeat
-
something. He would not be saying it's
-
finishing season if He has not anointed you to cut the head off
-
something because God know you can't take that into the
-
promised land. So He's not going to ask you to
-
go into the promised land without also anointing you to
-
overcome the things that can't go with you.
-
Am I talking to at least two people?
-
So Caleb quieted the people before Moses.
-
I love this. Caleb quieted the people because
-
they was complaining. Caleb and Caleb brought back a
-
good report. He said we can take this, we can
-
finish this. What's what's 1.5?
-
What? What was a giant to a king?
-
We could do this and then you got the people.
-
I don't know. We ain't got nothing.
-
I ain't. I don't know, man, that my
-
family, I was born in this and I was born in that.
-
And no, you start listening. All these insufficiencies and
-
you. Need some Caleb's in your life?
-
That's quiet enough of what we can't do.
-
This is the season where you going to have to quiet the doubt
-
endowed the doubters, the names that you going to have to quite
-
if God put told you to do something.
-
I don't care how crazy it sounds to somebody else.
-
You going to have to just you just going to have to deal with
-
the separation that obedience causes.
-
Let us go up at this is at one season.
-
God, man, God, it's been so gracious, letting us drag our
-
little pity parties around with us.
-
He said all right, I'll let you cry.
-
I'll let you sit in a ditch. I'll let you complain.
-
I'll let you blame your trauma. I'll let you blame your Mama.
-
I'll let you blame your brother. I'll let you blame that that
-
that church heard for so long. It's over at once.
-
I'll let you grieve over Moses, but at once.
-
Now there's some stuff I need to get in this dispensation of time
-
into the earth, because I got some people in waiting and I'm
-
about to send some kids in the next 10 to 15 years, start a new
-
generation, and I need them to have a different starting place
-
than you. I got to get some revelation in
-
the land. I got to get some books in the
-
land. I got to get some songs in the
-
land. I got to get some stuff in the
-
land. We wouldn't be where we are
-
without people writing their books and writing their songs.
-
We got to give birth to it. This isn't just the building.
-
It's songs, it's albums, it's labels, it's it's all kinds of
-
things that we got to give birth to so then it can get to where
-
it's supposed to get by the time it's time to hand it off.
-
There's some stuff we can't give off or hand off started.
-
We got to hand off finish stuff. What do you say, though?
-
We are well able to conquer. Look at the confidence.
-
Yeah, you think Caleb didn't see the same giants?
-
He says man. But it comes a point where you
-
just can't let that stuff in your ears.
-
So as loud as you are complaining and magnifying the
-
enemy, I'm going to open my mouth even louder and say, man,
-
we could do this. Let's go possess it.
-
We're well able to conquer it. And God drew a finish line
-
through all of eternity. God drew a finish line through
-
all of eternity when he said it was finished every work.
-
That he's finished. Every work that he's called us
-
to is finished. So how the word says.
-
I am convinced and confident of this very thing.
-
That he who has begun a good work.
-
Where? Where's the work?
-
It's not next door. If he can't finish the work in
-
you, he can't finish next door for you.
-
If he can't finish the work in you, he can't finish your desire
-
for things that you want in this world.
-
Like why you want to show up unfinished?
-
He says put work in you, he will continue to mature and worse
-
that work finish it. If the spirit of the Lord is in
-
you, guess what's in you, the finisher.
-
Why? Why does he say I'm not alpha
-
and Omega at the beginning and the end I am the author and the
-
fit. Like, why would he want us to
-
know that's what he is? If you're anointed, If you're
-
filled with the Spirit. You're a finisher.
-
God is looking to put resources in people that are aware of
-
their finishing anointing, the anointed one and his anointing
-
is upon his anointed to finish. Jesus said to them My food, I
-
want you to see this is to do the will of him you ready who
-
sent me and to accomplish. He says my nourishment is in
-
completing what God asked me to finish.
-
How I get peace, how I get strength is I finish my
-
assignments. I love this.
-
He says to finish his work. What do you mean on the 6th?
-
On the 7th God said he finished his work.
-
So why'd Jesus say he came to finish his work?
-
Wasn't it finished? Great question pastor.
-
You can see it by the cross eyes that are in the room.
-
Jesus work was to make the way. He was to put it in to the veil,
-
to the veil between us and our Father.
-
He was to bring us back. He was to be the way, He was to
-
make the way back. Our work is to show them the way
-
and to lead them to the way. Look what Luke 18 says.
-
He will defend and protect and avenge them speedily.
-
However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find persistence
-
in faith? Will he find people pressing
-
towards the mark? Ready?
-
Very key part. The higher calling and it's way
-
too many Christians busy and stressed out over the lower
-
calling. The higher callings is like
-
fighting and contending for a space for families to come in to
-
be discipled, to be saved, to be healed, to be delivered.
-
Because those people that get healed and saved and delivered
-
and discipled, then they go to where they're called to make
-
impact and then they bring healing and discipling.
-
And by the time you get to heaven and when it's all said
-
and done, you're going to look at that one little moment in
-
your life, that 1.5 million, that that little deliverance
-
you, you finally humbled yourself to go through.
-
And you're going to look like, wow, my life, my fingerprints
-
are on the lives of millions of people.
-
There are people's lives you are going to impact that you will
-
never meet until we all see King Jesus.
-
Close with this and we'll pick up next experience by the 7th
-
day. God we got to finishing.
-
Father, I want you to see this though, this is this is going to
-
get into this next, next experience.
-
He completed creating his masterpiece.
-
So on the 7th day, here's what he did.
-
He couldn't rest until we finished.
-
Some of y'all are looking for rest and there's rest in the
-
finish. It's not rest in Maui because
-
when you come back, you still got to come back.
-
And what finish? Look, look, he says on the 7th
-
day he rested from all his work. How did he rest from all his
-
work? Because he finished his
-
masterpiece and y'all have to hear me.
-
In order to find true rest, we must live in the finished.
-
It's not living in the what's next.
-
It's not. Living in the Who's next?
-
It's living in the what finished?
-
As we enter into God's faith rest life, the faith rest life,
-
the faith rest life, we cease from our own works, just as God
-
celebrates His finished works. I want you to see this and rest
-
it. What does God rest in y'all?
-
This is so major right here. God rest in his finished work.
-
God rest in the finish. He's anxious for nothing because
-
everything's finished. I'll say it again, he's anxious
-
for nothing because everything's finished.
-
So This is why he tell us be anxious for nothing.
-
You can't tell me that unless everything's finished.
-
And most of our stress comes because we're chasing stuff that
-
he didn't start nor finish and you're praying and fasting and
-
sewing for him to finish something.
-
He's like, I can't finish a thing I haven't already
-
finished. You need to find what I finished
-
and rest in that so I can wait on this because it's finished.
-
He told me it's finished. So like our kids, it's like,
-
hey, try this. Stay away from that.
-
I know it's tough, but watch after a few years of staying
-
away from that, you're going to see a finished work.
-
Can you trust this finished before you see it finished?
-
So he says, Let us be therefore zealous and exert ourselves to
-
strive diligently to enter that rest.
-
The master finisher has put his finishing DNA in his
-
masterpieces. The master finisher has put his
-
finishing DNA in his masterpieces.
-
I will leave you with this beautiful statement He showed me
-
and I swear it's going to bless you some of y'all.
-
We were God's finishing touch in creation.
-
I want you to see this creation wasn't finished till He finished
-
you. Who are you that He needs to
-
finish you before He rests? He needed to finish you before
-
He could rest. So now you see why he won't give
-
you rest until you finish you. Because his rest is in the
-
finished you, the new you. If you want to know who the new
-
you is, it's the finished you. There's no authority and
-
dominion without the ability to finish.
-
You want to walk in authority. You want to see favor with God
-
and man. You want to be essential.
-
Finish God assignments and watch the doors He opens for us and
-
for you as you take on His finishing DNA.
-
Lift your hands right where you are.
-
Father, in the name of Jesus, you are the author and the
-
finisher. Therefore we declare we're
-
finishers as well. But as Moses says, I can't
-
finish and let your spirit go with me.
-
We just declare now simply that everything you have promised it
-
stands. Great is your faithfulness, and
-
we thank you. It is finished, it is done.
-
It is well in Jesus name, Amen. Shout out real quick.
-
I am a finisher. Look at your neighbors, say you
-
are a finisher. All right, I'm so happy to be
-
back. Welcome back really quickly,
-
really quickly, really quickly. I got to get in the flow of this
-
this 9:00 AM experience, so bear with me really quickly.
-
So when I when we were doing this, the Lord said there are
-
some things you're going to have to do practically because we
-
serious about finishing. So one of the things what I need
-
you guys to do over in pro present, I need you to go back,
-
go to the end of my slides and just put up one of those slides.
-
It's two different variation of the of the flyer, but the Lord
-
says y'all going fast Now look now, now, now look.
-
I want y'all to see how long the fast is and don't pass out until
-
I explain what the fast is. Oh, you'll see how long the fast
-
is. Laura.
-
Laura, stop breathing. Laura, start, stop breathing.
-
Laura, stop, don't stop breathing.
-
All right, y'all see that we are starting on August 12th and we
-
going fast until we walk through those doors next door.
-
That's what, that's what I know some of you guys are like, Oh my
-
God. Look, look, look, but look at
-
where some of y'all faith is. You like Dang, that's a long
-
time. Folks going to be praying now.
-
Lord, please hurry up. Get these doors open now.
-
Here it is. Listen, listen to me.
-
I am very fair. We will have the details out
-
this week. Here's what's going to happen.
-
The details of this facet first when it comes to food is we're
-
going with no sugar. Listen, listen closely.
-
We're going no sugar, no process like junk food, none of that.
-
No fried food. We'll have the list.
-
You can eat whatever meat you can eat.
-
It's just no processed stuff, No fried stuff, no sugar.
-
Listen Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday, if you just
-
a pig like that, you just blah. Blah blah blah blah blah blah
-
blah. You go right ahead, You go right
-
ahead. OK, so we are going to be
-
disciplined with the food part Monday through Friday.
-
Like you eat your chicken, you eat ribs, You could do whatever
-
you could do, but you just no sugar, no processed food, no
-
junk food sodas, not like it's pretty much clean eating.
-
And then you can modify that how you want to.
-
It could be organic meat, it could be whatever.
-
It could be 20 wings for $2.00 from the dollar store wherever
-
you want to, however you want to.
-
A some of y'all just want cheap food so it don't matter.
-
You just get dollar store chicken.
-
All right, all right, So it's Monday.
-
We'll have the details by Wednesday, but we will fast
-
Monday through Friday, seven days.
-
Well, let me, let me, let me just slow down then there.
-
What I'm asking you to do is I'm asking you to fast from what
-
he's been dealing with you about finishing.
-
I'm talking about practical stuff.
-
For some of you, it may be shopping right, Right.
-
But soon as the doors of the church open, all right, you can
-
get your grand opening outfits. You can do what you got to do.
-
But listen, listen, whatever it is, if it's social media, if
-
it's TV and this is not, don't you can't shop Monday through
-
Friday. That part is until that's every
-
day. Y'all got what I'm saying?
-
You be honest with yourself. What is this something that God
-
has been dealing with you about? It could be attitude, it could
-
be pride. You're going to practically put
-
to death some small foxes stuff that seemingly it's just like
-
it's a problem, but it may not just be like killing you or but
-
it it it it messes with relationships, it's messes with
-
your consciousness. You got to be secretive about it
-
a little bit. And if it's porn, like just kill
-
it for the rest of your life. OK, We're not after the fact
-
soon, as soon as the soon as we walk into the building, we going
-
to go back and get no, some stuff just got to be dead.
-
OK, So you have to be honest about that.
-
We'll have details Wednesday. But God is very serious about
-
finishing this year. And so, yeah, stand to your
-
feet. And then in that process you're
-
going to get back to. I know for me, I got like couple
-
chapters to finish writing to finish this book, like stuff you
-
just been putting on hold. If there's seasons that God's
-
been asking you to finish, I don't care what it is, if it's
-
stuff, talent, stuff, singing, if it's right, if the Lord said
-
retire in this season, retire because there's things that you
-
need to finish so you can step into the new thing.
-
I'm talking to some people because they see there's some
-
people looking down to the ground.
-
Hey, man. And then Wednesday, we're
-
starting a new series. I'm asking for now on when we
-
start a new series, at least be there for the day of its
-
starting. OK.
-
This next series is going to be called Open Heaven and Earth,
-
and we are going to deal with interacting with the King,
-
establishing his Kingdom and dominion and authority by his
-
Spirit. We're going to deal with what
-
living under an open heaven and walking with God looks like.
-
Amen. Put your hand on your neighbor's
-
shoulder. So good to see, y'all.
-
I hope I ain't forgetting nothing.
-
If I am, oh, well, they probably heard it already.
-
All right, I'm going to forget it.
-
Is this somebody that needs something else that I'm not
-
aware of? We good.
-
All right. Lord bless them.
-
Until next time, get your love fixed man, have a good one.
-
