Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International
-
Church podcast where we seek to love all nations, equip the
-
church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.
-
We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever
-
you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get
-
your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe
-
some tea, and get ready to receive.
-
It's go time. Let's get into it.
-
Maybe someone in here, maybe he was here earlier, maybe I don't
-
know. But you, you walked in a little
-
weak and somebody in here, I know it's a couple people in
-
here. You heard a word, you heard
-
something, but you kind of was walked in here.
-
Felt defeated a little bit. You just like, oh, just a little
-
weary. But something has shifted and
-
you like, no, I can't, I can, I can do this.
-
I don't know how, I don't know when, but but something inside
-
is telling me I can do this. If if that shoe just lift your
-
hand. The miracles are breaking out.
-
Miracles are breaking out. Come on.
-
Miracles are breaking out. Come on.
-
Miracles are breaking out. Come on, Miracles are breaking
-
out. Miracles are breaking out.
-
Miracles are breaking out. Miracles are breaking out
-
because the Spirit of the Lord is here.
-
Spirit of the Lord is here. You ready to lift your hands?
-
There's freedom here in your prayer.
-
Walk there. Come on, where's your faith at?
-
None. Everything.
-
Come on if you believe it. Won't lift your hands.
-
The Lord is here and when it says miracles are breaking out,
-
that simply means that the testimony of this person, the
-
testimony of that person, and the more we spread, the more,
-
more, more we testify, the more we step in and press in.
-
Miracles are breaking out. Is it meaning it's going from
-
you? It's like a wildfire.
-
Miracles are Now if I ask the same questions again.
-
Three more people have hope now. Three more people feel peace
-
now. Five more people feel like they
-
can breakthrough a wall. Come on, lift your hands.
-
I'm here to tell somebody you can because he did.
-
I'm here to tell somebody that your.
-
Weeping may endure for a night. Come on, if that's you, shout
-
out the other part. Because joy, it's morning time.
-
Come on, it's morning time. By faith, it's morning time.
-
The devil is defeated. The devil is defeated.
-
I said the devil is defeated. I'm declared over your finances,
-
over your body. I say the devil is defeated.
-
I speak this over your mind. I speak it over your emotions.
-
The devil is defeated. I speak it over your children.
-
I speak it over your thought life.
-
I declare the devil is defeated. The devil is defeated.
-
I say the devil is defeated. You thought you had me.
-
The devil is defeated. You shouldn't kill me when I was
-
friends with you. The devil is defeated.
-
I want to say this, you only need to be ahead when the buzzer
-
goes off. I know we don't have too many
-
sports fans here. It don't matter if you're losing
-
the whole game, if the buzzer has not went off, you still in
-
the game. I don't care how ugly the win
-
is. I don't care how beat up you
-
are. You only have to be leading when
-
the buzzer goes off and I'm here to declare the devil is
-
defeated. I'm talking to the remnants, I'm
-
talking to the never gave up, I'm talking to the people that
-
are still standing. The people who have kept hope,
-
come on. I'm talking to the remainers,
-
I'm talking to the stairs. It, it don't matter.
-
Come on. It doesn't matter how it's been
-
feeling. The buzzer has not went off.
-
I will, I will tell you this. The buzzer has went.
-
The buzzer has not went off for you, but the buzzer has went
-
off. For the enemy's games, have a
-
seat, Have a seat. I declare over you that you are
-
a finisher. I declare right now.
-
Even when your talent fails, your tenacity will carry.
-
You to the end. Am I talking to a few people in
-
here today? Is there anybody here that
-
actually came to have church? Not just do community right?
-
I know some of y'all didn't know what to expect coming into this
-
garage, but let me tell you something.
-
Any people that do church in a garage, they do church.
-
OK, you understand what I'm saying because being in this
-
garage speaks to to the tenacity.
-
It speaks to the kind of person. It don't matter what it looks
-
like. I know my God is faithful.
-
It doesn't matter what it looks like on the outside.
-
I am rich on the inside, clean on the inside, clean on the
-
outside. Come on, say I'm a finisher.
-
Failure in your ability is not the end, it's the beginning when
-
I am weak. He is what you're coming to the
-
end of yourself because you need more than yourself.
-
Finishing strong is what we do, but finishing strong is not what
-
we see often. We're not just getting to the
-
finish line. We're called to bust through the
-
finishing line like finishing is a call the the the enemy.
-
Look, do you know how many people find a job, find a
-
purpose, find a career stack, enjoy whatever benefits the
-
career brings, get to they sick bed and wish they had more time
-
for purpose? Hebrews 12 tells us to let go of
-
every encumbrance, not just every weight.
-
And an encumbrance is the good thing that binds you, the good
-
thing that binds you. We talked about sweet cheeks in
-
the first service, and sweet cheeks have bound a lot of
-
people. And if you know what sweet
-
cheeks are, you've probably been bound by sweet cheeks.
-
It's that thing that it is benefiting your flesh, but it is
-
binding your new man. I was talking to my son the
-
other day, man, my son handsome. My son is an athlete.
-
My son is smart. My son is, is going to do some
-
great things. My daughter is only.
-
And I said, boy, if I had it like you got it.
-
We just having a little, little little little little banana
-
leaf, a little roti, little little ginger beef.
-
Right. And you ever order something
-
that you like? Oh that sounds good.
-
And when they come you're like, Nah, have some noodles.
-
Y'all don't know what noodles are?
-
They got noodles in almost every cuisine.
-
Noodles say noodles. OK, those are noodles.
-
OK, for those that didn't know, those are noodles.
-
I said son. Who said God can't bring you
-
your good thing early? See, here's the mess up.
-
Sometimes God reveals early and then ask us to tie it later and
-
we mad when the good thing went bad because we tied the good
-
thing up too early. God is saying, hey here, your
-
deposit, I got you. I said, son, looks, man, there's
-
thousands of women out there, right?
-
There's thousands of men out there.
-
Yeah. I'm like, all right.
-
There's a lot of people like I got my soul mate.
-
Well, I know that may hurt some of y'all feelings that you don't
-
got a soulmate yet and you'd God didn't just plant one person in
-
the earth and you just got to spend your life looking for the
-
one and then one day you like I can't find it.
-
So I guess I'm a settle. I said Son, Prince King.
-
Juice hey, what what we ain't telling our kids is the real
-
power is in the ability to choose, not the ability to find
-
the one because what I see in the scripture after I when I do
-
weddings, the Bible says that the two become one.
-
So I'm not a soul mate until we become and this is the problem
-
when you have sex outside of marriage you become you become
-
one with something you got to let go.
-
So you soul tied instead of waiting for soul mate.
-
And now after you didn't got a few neck ties on you, now you
-
finally choose the one. And then now you and no one got
-
to deal with other souls that you didn't got tied to.
-
And then you over there with sweet cheeks and you making out
-
with them, and that other name almost came out your mouth.
-
Because that other name was in your spirit.
-
I said son, brother, you know what's so dope you end up at
-
that altar? Ain't touch the thing with the
-
one you. Can test drive the rest of your
-
life. Why we got to test drive me like
-
that's a lemon or that's a bad car.
-
The world tell you to test drive live together first, let's
-
figure out if they let's find out what's below the waist for
-
what? What's below the waist today.
-
Trust me, it ain't gonna work always.
-
Can I help you? OK, OK, so I say, son, boy, you
-
could just trust your dad. Brother, you qualified.
-
You affirm. You could just choose right the
-
first time. The recipe is somebody that
-
fears God, Yeah, they got to be a little intelligent.
-
It's a little bit just a little bit like just make sure they
-
brain working. Like make sure they got some RAM
-
in their computer where we can at least upload some stuff
-
today. Like if they brain ain't
-
working, then we that I don't care how fine they is.
-
You got to keep it pushing. OK?
-
Like anybody ever bought a computer for $150 from the store
-
from the store where it's at. Since you want to be the only
-
one to raise your hand where you where that computer at?
-
It's gone. He, like I did, it's gone.
-
I said, buddy, when you when you get to that altar without that
-
girl, forget a ring boy, if you can offer her all of you and
-
look at that woman in her eyes and say, dear, I've saved myself
-
for you. And I said, any woman you just
-
kind of even be friends with, it would be a shame to find a
-
really cool person and then mess up the friendship because you
-
prioritize romance. I said buddy, you have the
-
responsibility because if she ain't your wife, she's somebody
-
else's. So if you treat her as a sister
-
in Christ, you can set her man up and not send her to somebody
-
else with scars. You don't want to wait.
-
No one gets in the relationship to hurt.
-
Somebody, I said, son, you got it, brother, you got it.
-
Good. A handsome brother like you to
-
show up to a woman and be like I have saved all of me, none of
-
me, all for you. I'm like, brother, that's a high
-
commodity these days, but the world is telling you the total.
-
Opposite the good fighter finishing faith.
-
In this room we have someone who's the best player.
-
A couple of the guys raised a hand, two women raised their
-
hands. Almost a coach, almost one in
-
the back, right? I was hoping everybody raised
-
their hand right because guess what?
-
There is no wrong. You're not wrong to think that
-
you're the best. Now, are you putting in the
-
work, the time and are you confident to fail?
-
That's what we want to see. I was watching you guys this
-
week. I want to see if it's going to
-
fail and it was going to come back.
-
That's the one I'm arrived with. The big worry was that the heat
-
and humidity, we just tried to to put it aside and just
-
concentrated on the race. My head and everything was still
-
functioning. I I knew where I had to go and.
-
To. Dehydration your body cramps up.
-
I kind of, I told myself, tried to keep running, tried to stay
-
upright. My muscles just didn't respond.
-
I knew if I would stop or sit down, that would be the end of
-
it. I just wasn't a permit to wake
-
you through that finish line. I'm here to tell somebody
-
there's more inside of you than you think.
-
I also need you to hear this very closely.
-
Finishing strong is a generational weapon.
-
Can I tell this side Finishing strong is a generational weapon?
-
Stephen Curry sucked for the first few games of the Olympics.
-
Last few games of the Olympics went absolutely off What you
-
think they remembered how he finished But then the joke is
-
now next time can you start how you finished because the way
-
you. Started scared us.
-
We need your finishing effort sooner.
-
And a lot of people wait until the ends of their lives to start
-
giving maximum effort. Start living a life of
-
simplicity. When I say simplicity, I'm not
-
talking minimalist. I'm not talking, look, if you
-
want 10 couches in your house, just keep it clean.
-
I'm talking keep your life simple to God's purpose for you.
-
And then we wait and our kids get out of the house and we
-
empty nesters and we like, whoa, all right, purpose, although
-
kids is a part of the purpose. But kids aren't a pause in
-
purpose. Never an excuse, right?
-
Money is a sensitive topic with people.
-
Kids is a sensitive topic with people.
-
And we have used both to avoid God.
-
Both have stolen God time when God was the one in the beginning
-
blessed you with both to serve him.
-
He gave Isaiah, He gave. He gave Abraham what he what he
-
prayed, what he asked for, and then what he asked Abraham give
-
it back. You see?
-
The blind lady she was, she was, she couldn't see when she was
-
running and she had a partner next to her, right.
-
If I watch that, if we watch that again, you'll actually see
-
that the runner that was leading her was not at his maximum
-
speed, but she was at hers. I don't.
-
I don't need to run with people that can run at my Max.
-
I need to run with people that stretch me to my Max, but they
-
still have more to stretch me beyond my potential.
-
But what it takes to run full speed, trusting someone else's
-
site. Hey, you ready to finish your
-
assignment? You gonna need somebody in your
-
life. And some of you, the ones you
-
got running, which you ain't, the ones, they're not only
-
running a different pace than God says you should, they're
-
also running in a different lane.
-
Oh, OK. OK.
-
What he say what he say this morning?
-
What he say this morning? He said, He said, he said, he
-
said. He said.
-
He said what he say what he say, so let's keep focused on that
-
goal. Those of us who want everything
-
God has for us. If any of you have something
-
else in mind, something less than total commitment, gotta
-
clear it. Clear your vision.
-
You'll see it yet. Now that we're on the right
-
track, now we on the right track now.
-
I got your attention. Now you back in your lane.
-
Let's stay on it, right, right. You know I'm a dude, but that's
-
OK. I used to.
-
I used to do a little bit. Some of y'all don't know what
-
that is. Y'all think I'm running track,
-
But no, that's double Dutch, right?
-
You got it. You got to start.
-
Little double Dutch. Little double Dutch.
-
OK, stick with me friends. Keep track of those you see
-
running this same race. Man, you got to get to a point
-
where you OK with people who need you to fulfill their
-
expectations, but your call is pulling you a different way than
-
their expectations for them. You have to find the people that
-
are running the race you're called to and keep your eyes on
-
them and keep them close and keep them insight.
-
Like I got to talk to EJ, I got to, I got to even sometimes the
-
people that we're discipling, although I'm called to go out
-
front, even when I look back, I or to the side, I need to see us
-
moving together. I don't know about you.
-
I don't I don't take this gift of life cheap.
-
Sorry. I realize that you don't know
-
about some of y'all, but I buried too many people in high
-
school. I buried a best friend who was
-
shot with a 12 gauge in his back. 15 years old.
-
You don't want to be a teenager and a pallbearer.
-
God says who's forgiven much? You, you hear you required, but
-
no, no, no. Who's giving much?
-
Much are required, but who's forgiven?
-
Much? The what?
-
Love my soul. When you see this shouting, this
-
praise and this passion, it's because I have a revelation of
-
how much I've been forgiven. Some of you got the stare
-
effect. The stare.
-
You stare because you haven't not yet grasp that your little
-
stanky self would not be here, nor would you have what you got
-
if it had not been for the blood of Jesus Christ.
-
And then we stare at the blessing of somebody yelling at
-
us saying come on. And then we don't realize the
-
blessing of the people that got the capacity to come week after
-
week and say come on. And then God gives them more
-
capacity to come back another week and say please come on the
-
blessing to have messengers in your life to beg you people that
-
represent God's faithfulness to reach you.
-
He says wisdom, it cries out in the street here.
-
There's a season for wisdom to cry out on the street.
-
And he says, but one day you're not going to hear that cry no
-
more. And then you going to be crying
-
out for wisdom and wisdom won't respond like you didn't.
-
I want you to understand that's not God.
-
You ready? That is not God not responding.
-
That's your silent harvest. That's a harvest.
-
The non response is a harvest. It's not God.
-
You sold silence. You sold stubbornness, you sowed
-
pride and then you get a harvest of pride and you like God where
-
you at? He was like I Remember Remember
-
that Sunday. I was like PT was sweating
-
bullets and and they prayed and they was all that pet.
-
That was my passion. I gave them.
-
I thank God God put urgent people, people that carried
-
urgency in my life. You know why you yelling or you
-
some of you don't move when people talking quiet.
-
But ain't it funny what kind of person that paved the way for
-
Jesus, John the Baptist, Why Jesus didn't get like some
-
little quiet person just hey guys, the king is coming.
-
Prepare either way, please. Please prepare the way.
-
No, he was sending warning shots, he says.
-
There are many out there taking their other paths.
-
Choosing other goals and trying to get you to go along with
-
them. But I press on toward the goal
-
to win the supreme and heavenly prize to which God in Christ
-
Jesus is calling us forward. When your last breath comes,
-
will you you will you leave footsteps of victory for your
-
children? If if your children could not
-
listen to a voice message, playback, a tape, read a letter,
-
and all bibles and Bible apps was taken off the planet, could
-
your could your children find Jesus?
-
Could your Co workers find Jesus?
-
Could your spouse find Jesus off of how you have lived, not off
-
of what you've said? If you took your voice away from
-
your life, would your life point to Jesus?
-
If you took the bumper stickers off and threw out all the
-
Christian T-shirts, would your life be a bumper sticker?
-
Finishing leaves trails and traces of evidence to victory.
-
You know what that Bible is? Trails.
-
We saw how Abraham did it. Hebrews 12 says look at how
-
Jesus did it. It will shoot.
-
This, this, this, this heavenly energy through your veins, this
-
adrenaline through your veins. When you see how he kept
-
bouncing back, how he loved his enemies to finish.
-
We have to apply all the principles from sowing to
-
forgiving, loving, getting back up, endurance to finish.
-
You need all the fruit of the Spirit.
-
And the fruit of the Spirit has nothing to do with
-
circumstances, nothing. It's the fruit of the Spirit.
-
I I, I wish I had some time. I plead with all you guys to go
-
back this week and listen to this morning's message and if
-
you have to Fast forward to any part.
-
Start at the beginning and listen all the way to the end.
-
But we broke down this thing with Nehemiah and these
-
attempts. Hey Elder John, this is the part
-
I don't think people people quite get.
-
Nehemiah didn't get a prophetic word.
-
He didn't walk in the gifts of the Spirit.
-
Nehemiah was actually a man in politics.
-
Oh, chica BA, let's, let's, let's go talk a little bit.
-
Let's can I just chat for just one second?
-
Let me, let me read, for I lose, lose, lose it.
-
He was a Jew high official at the Persian court.
-
Nehemiah, this guy we talking about rebuilding the walls.
-
I looked at this EJ and I said we may look at Nehemiah's work
-
and think it's a priestly duty, but it looks like God got a hold
-
of a King's heart to rebuild the wall.
-
He was a man in high places in the marketplace who had a
-
conviction to rebuild the wall. He wasn't a man in the pulpit.
-
He was the man. He wasn't a man with a sermon.
-
He was a man with a conviction and a vision.
-
Because the Bible talks about understand the walls.
-
There was temples rebuilt priestly, but then there was
-
walls. A wall built to protect the work
-
that was being done. The conviction.
-
A strong church is when the conviction moved from the pulpit
-
to the pews. When y'all start being
-
convicted. To Hey, PT Well, what we need to
-
rebuild the building. One point mill.
-
OK, I ain't really got that, but I know a few people.
-
Let's get together so I can get the vision down on paper and I
-
can get the slides and I'm going to talk to the few people I
-
know, right? That's how we should be
-
positioning ourselves in the marketplace to where we are
-
trustworthy, to where other people will bless us to be a
-
blessing to something we call to build.
-
That's what a lot of people do with their business, with their
-
with their business groups. A lot of rich people take other
-
people money and build stuff. They have their friends with
-
investors and they got EJ Eero. Hey, hey, hey, Andrew.
-
Hey, hey, Adam. Hey.
-
I got this project. I need 10 people to give me $1.5
-
million and it's going to be this in the return.
-
It's like what? We trust you.
-
We trust you, Nehemiah. What did?
-
Nehemiah go do to the king, he said.
-
Sir, can I get a letter because I got a conviction to rebuild
-
the wall. If Nehemiah didn't do it, the
-
king wasn't. Nehemiah used his pool and said,
-
hey king, I got to go back to my father's city where he was
-
buried and I just really want to see this wall built.
-
I want to see sons and daughters return home.
-
Tobiah and met at the lab didn't.
-
That wasn't a conviction, but Nehemiah was getting persecuted
-
because he had a conviction to see something done that other
-
people should have been convicted to do.
-
I love God put us in this community.
-
Can't wait to tell the people who have left Wally the way
-
Wally is was known, and then when they come back, what Wally?
-
What's that? What's the name of The Body Shop
-
right here? Harms Auto Body.
-
Do you know what I mean? You know, there's a few people
-
we ran into. It was like Harms.
-
I used to get my car. Harms.
-
Yeah, didn't know harm was changing oil.
-
Praying that God would send some people and that as he gets rid
-
of this auto body shot one day the Lord would redeem the
-
property. Annabeth's father and mother
-
shared shared shared that they used what was the school, the
-
Bible school. It was a Bible school that was
-
over here and they used to do missionary work around here and
-
walk around this neighborhood and pray.
-
What is what is the revivalist that moved to Oakland, CA?
-
My neighborhood started a church that's blazing right now.
-
Then I came to her neighborhood and we started a church that's
-
blazing and me and her going to talk when we get to heaven
-
because there was a swap that heaven did that we didn't know
-
about. So I can't wait to say what's
-
her name again? Violet Kylie, when I see her in
-
heaven. Come back girl, come here.
-
She going to know me too. She going to say tearage?
-
And we going to sit down and Violet going to say, do you know
-
how many do you know? She going she going to say, son,
-
do you know what we did to prepare that soil for somebody
-
who would hear our father? Do you know they wouldn't even
-
they ran me, the men ran me out of that city because I was on
-
fire and preaching the gospel and I was a woman and they
-
couldn't handle it. Do you know how much we fasted
-
and prayed that Wally would know Jesus one day I'm going to say
-
Violet, thank you so much because you made it a little bit
-
easier for us. You loose it.
-
You know it's somebody kid. Hey can you open this this Jelly
-
for me? And then you just like I always
-
at the house the other day, if he was like, can you open this
-
Jelly? Can you open this for me?
-
And it was super easy. And she's like, no way.
-
But what she didn't know that her efforts to loosen it made it
-
easier for me. It ain't.
-
I had so much strength. It's just our efforts together
-
over time wore the resistance down.
-
And then the open door happened. So I got some people to say
-
thank you to. And in Violet, she said.
-
You you from Oaktown? She a white lady, too.
-
She a Caucasian lady. OK.
-
You from Oaktown? Oh, yeah, sis.
-
And I'll be like Violet. Do you know the story of my
-
grandma and how much they prayed in that community?
-
You know, I went to school right around the corner from Shiloh.
-
She going to say, man, we was working on both ends.
-
I started in Canada, you started in Oakland so you can finish in
-
Canada so I can finish in and we both left for work in our
-
hometowns. Thank you, Violet for your
-
faithfulness. Shiloh still around, love quest
-
still around and we both have something to do with each
-
other's work because that's just how big our God is.
-
I owe Violet to finish my leg of the race.
-
Violet, her family, they sold money for ministry work here
-
that may have seen over then, but like the farmer, they sow
-
and go to sleep. Violet sold and left.
-
She finished her time here. She went to Oakland.
-
I finished my time in Oakland I. Came to Canada.
-
I owe it to Violet, I owe it to my grandma.
-
I owe it. Who do you owe a greater effort
-
to? For us to be able to have church
-
right now with, with tents, with windows, and not have to worry
-
about being arrested. How many lives?
-
Song for that and we just walk up in here like God owe us to
-
hear the gospel, like we supposed to just have church.
-
He's ah, get there when I want to.
-
It's just church. What the local church is the
-
very glue that's keeping the. World.
-
Together, you know how stupid you sound.
-
If it wasn't for the local church in the earth, you
-
wouldn't have never got saved. That's something y'all like.
-
You don't call me stupid. I didn't call you stupid.
-
But wherever stupid landed, you shouldn't have let it land.
-
Nehemiah said I can't come down and y'all got to hear this man.
-
You got to stop coming down having conversations with your
-
anxiety, with your poverty, with with.
-
You got to stop having the same conversations with people.
-
I'm here man. I said it this morning and I
-
don't know about you to anybody get free this morning like let's
-
listen to me, listen to me, listen to me, listen to me.
-
Some of you codependent people. God is saying in this next
-
season we're not just finishing this building.
-
We finishing this building. Some of y'all keep looking
-
foreclosure and you don't need it.
-
Your healing is not in the explanation, it's in your faith.
-
You don't need the closure. Some of y'all keep having the
-
same conversation with people and God is saying OK enough
-
you're in my way now if you want that person to change so bad,
-
shut your mouth and be the example he said.
-
Stop having the same conversations with people.
-
They're telling you they don't want what you want them to have.
-
Believe them Lord saying stop having the same conversations
-
with yourself that insecure. Stop talking to your insecurity,
-
stop talking to your fear. Stop talking to your abandonment
-
issues. Stop talking to sabotage.
-
Stop talking to low self esteem. You can no longer afford to come
-
down. Am I talking to like 2 1/2
-
people now? I don't know who the half is.
-
Did you just say Amen to be in 1/2?
-
Amen, Hebrews. Tells us this.
-
Do not therefore fling away your fearless confidence, for it
-
carries a great and glorious compensation.
-
The woman was like she had her hat to the side.
-
At first you would have thought she was just drunk and just
-
somebody interrupted their Olympics.
-
And then she got the hands swinging and she was just like
-
this. And if you listen to her, she
-
had conditioned her inner man. She her inner man carried her
-
body across. Put up, put up Ephesians 316
-
real quick for me 317 three 17317.
-
I, I beseech you brethren, to get here on Wednesday night.
-
How many people was blessed by Wednesday night New sermon, man,
-
Y'all got it. Y'all got to get here.
-
Y'all got to get here. We're talking about what it
-
looks like to walk with God. What is living under open heaven
-
look like like like we are called to walk with God.
-
We're not called to just call on God.
-
If you listen to some of our prayers, you could tell he far
-
off, but he ain't far off because he far off.
-
He far off because you don't got the revelation of how near he
-
really is. Make Christ you ready through
-
your faith actually dwell, settle down, abide, make it his
-
permanent home in your what hearts go to this verse 16 may
-
may He grant you out of the rich treasury of his glory to be
-
strengthened and reinforced. Where?
-
With body power. Where in your what?
-
In your what? One more time in what?
-
That woman's inner man was conditioned to help her finish
-
when her body gave out. I want you to understand when
-
her body gave out, it wasn't just her body gave out, her
-
technique gave out. Her.
-
Form gave out. Her energy gave out.
-
What carried her across the finish line was the strength of
-
her inner man. I'm here to tell 100% of us that
-
trouble will hit your house. I pray that your inner man can
-
handle the Sheikh bless you, for you have need of steadfast
-
patience and endurance so that you may perform, ready and fully
-
accomplish the will of God and thus receive and carry away and
-
enjoy to the full. You need confidence, you need
-
patience, and you need endurance to fully accomplish what you are
-
called to accomplish and not just to finish but to also
-
enjoy, right? Hold on not just to finish, but
-
also reap. And not just reap, but also
-
enjoy. There's some folk in here you
-
got what you been begging you what you was begging God for but
-
you are not enjoying it. You're like God if you just
-
bring me, I promise you I'll serve you all the days of my
-
life. And now you thinking of exit
-
plans. Now you want to quit, But wait a
-
minute. When you got it, you was like,
-
look at God. Finishing does not mean
-
finishing unblemished. OK, OK y'all gonna help me land
-
this plane? OK y'all gonna help me land this
-
plane on this? Side this side Are y'all gonna
-
help me land this plane? KKK.
-
All right. Finishing does not mean
-
finishing unblemished. Did that woman look unblemished?
-
They had to immediately get her medical attention.
-
Who said it's not OK to finish needing medical attention?
-
Hey, what if I told you before you came to this church you
-
probably came here real beat up and some of y'all don't look at
-
me crazy because if if we honest I know you came in beat up.
-
No, but what if I told you that you came here beat up because
-
you just finished the season? Have you yet celebrated the
-
season that you finished? Some of y'all been here for 2-3
-
years. You like oh Dang can we just
-
give God some praise real quick? Come on, You.
-
You. You.
-
You were in a season. You came to love Quest, beat up,
-
busted and disgusted, traumatized, all of that.
-
But while you were focused on what you were leaving, you
-
forgot to celebrate. You finished.
-
And if you, if you listen, if you do not recognize when
-
something is finished, you can't start the healing.
-
Let's just take a moment. What have you transitioned out
-
of even a long time ago and you've allowed it to be a sequel
-
in your life? You ever watched a movie?
-
It's like why they got Part 2? Some stuff got like part 10,
-
like Fast and Furious. How many parts they got now?
-
What is it as we go into this fast, What is it in your soul
-
you got to be like, yeah, I'm done with that.
-
See, here it is because you haven't recognized and
-
celebrated. It was over.
-
It's still an option to go back to.
-
Can I talk to this side? It's still an option to go back
-
to. So if you don't like this
-
church, you like. I really don't like my mom and
-
them church, but they'll let me serve there.
-
I can sing over there. I can sing over there.
-
They ain't got no good music. Now I can sing over there,
-
though. You get offended somebody.
-
That's why a lot of people, they'll leave something and
-
they'll start off like, whoa, PT, can we meet So I can just
-
tell you about where I'm where I come from and where I'm ready to
-
go. And then we had that meeting and
-
you like, Oh my God, this is what I've been looking for.
-
I've been praying all my life for a place like this.
-
Oh my God, the music is glorious.
-
Some months go by. And it really start popping when
-
you start serving. Sometimes some of y'all don't
-
really understand what's serving.
-
You think this like, like the YMCA or something you like?
-
Well, I just want to volunteer my time because I just want to
-
give back to the community. No, this is not the YMCA.
-
This is not giving back to the community.
-
This is taking back territory that's been stolen by hell.
-
Yeah, it it's charitable, but it ain't that kind of charity.
-
Can you start serving? You getting.
-
Oh my God, why we be serving so much?
-
Oh my God, another service. Wait a minute.
-
Ain't this the church that you said you've been praying for all
-
my life? Oh my God they relentless PTB
-
yelling P. They sing too loud.
-
All of a sudden your dream has become a nightmare, and a lot of
-
times. The temptation to go back is
-
simply because you never realized you was finished.
-
You just left. Right.
-
When I was young and immature. Yeah, I know.
-
Nobody here has ever done this stuff.
-
That's why I love. That's why God using me, because
-
I'm the only one who's been through what I was about.
-
What I'm about to share with you.
-
You know, maybe a couple jobs in my life where I'll just like I'm
-
done. I'm not going in today.
-
I'm not giving a notice. I noticed myself and I'm telling
-
my friends. Right, I ain't no call, no
-
nothing. And then you know what I mean.
-
And you call your friends. Hey, let's go out today.
-
They like. I thought you had to work, girl.
-
I'm done with that. I'm done.
-
They wasn't paying enough. Work.
-
Nah, but what I didn't realize is because I didn't finish
-
right, I took the same habits, right?
-
Finishing right holds you accountable to start right.
-
What doors? This is the last message of
-
today and we start our fast tomorrow.
-
What? What?
-
What is it that you, if you was honest with yourself, even if
-
it's painful, you would say right now, No, God brought me
-
out of that. I'm still there.
-
But God, bro, that see, we got to pay attention to that moment
-
when you, you know, the moment when you like, it's over, I'm
-
leaving. And so God gives you the
-
inspiration to transition, but you need the faith to stay.
-
But God saying, Hey, let me take you back to that inspiration.
-
What is it? And when he gave you his
-
confidence to walk away from it? And then weariness.
-
It happens in marriage. You like what?
-
We get mad? Let's get married.
-
No, it's not a slow song, Caleb. It's not a slow song.
-
It's it's like a real, it's like a club song.
-
Just stop. Thank you.
-
Right. That boy playing We Are the
-
World. Come on, I got to finish.
-
I got to finish. I got this.
-
You you get. What I'm saying, So what is that
-
place? Because I love this fast.
-
We ain't never did a fast like this and we ain't never did no
-
until no, no, no, no, no. We did until COVID is over.
-
And once we saw COVID wasn't ending, we stopped the fast.
-
We thought the fat we thought Kobe was going to be like, oh,
-
this ain't no we going fast for the next 35 days.
-
And then we saw Kobe was like, all right, guys, we're done.
-
Order some chicken. We about to turn this turn up
-
right now. OK, come on, listen, listen.
-
But but at the end, it was just about something.
-
This is what it was. The focus was about something
-
being over versus US walking into a promise.
-
I'm so excited about this fast because the fast holds us
-
accountable to see something through.
-
All right, I gotta ba ba ba ba ba.
-
Yep, Cool. All right, so love quest, get
-
compensated for your suffering. Come on, come on.
-
Look at your neighbors. Say we about to get compensated.
-
Listen, listen, listen, listen. This is this is this is look
-
this is Scripture. He said don't fling away your
-
confidence because great recompense is be not wearing
-
well. You know what I'm saying because
-
in due season, right get compensated for your suffering.
-
That's God's plan is on the other side of your suffering.
-
You reap internally and externally.
-
Come on, somebody say David did. Look what Davis said, who was
-
talking to the man standing around him as what is what's in
-
it for the man? Come on, somebody say, what's in
-
it for me? Who kills that Philistine and
-
gets rid of this ugly blot of ends?
-
Israel. Israel's honor?
-
Listen to what I'm telling you. The Philistine physically in the
-
Old Testament represents the giants of the land today.
-
The housing market issue is a giant issue.
-
It's a Philistine issue. And This is why the church
-
revival is going to be involved with affordable housing.
-
How do I know that? Because shelter is a promise and
-
everybody got to come home. So what does that mean?
-
Housing is a net. So when we can own property and
-
be the operators of it, then we can provide programming and love
-
at a rate that's different than the world.
-
Because the church's bottom line is different.
-
We're not under the pressure of having the overhead the world is
-
because they're for profit all through, through and through,
-
But because we tithe and we offering and we get a lot of
-
volunteer support. The level in which we can
-
provide what we're anointed to give puts us in a position to be
-
essential at a level that's absolutely mind boggling.
-
That will require the government to look at us and say, hey,
-
we're going to own this building over here, but we want to give
-
it to you so you could do your work in it.
-
Do you know how much, how many properties and empty buildings
-
that the government owns? And they will sit on it until
-
they have need for it? We will enter another COVID,
-
mark my word. Will we be essential?
-
What the COVID that just happened was light compared to
-
what's coming down the road. And we go look back and say, oh
-
man, we should have learned that protesting back then ain't the
-
mission. Fighting each other ain't the
-
mission. God gave us the seven years to
-
get in position for the seven years of famine and darkness.
-
And there's going to be some churches that just absolutely go
-
out. Because they didn't take the
-
first one to understand what God was really saying.
-
The church's responsibility to dark times is you want to
-
understand why it's important that we finish this building.
-
Finishing this building going to put us in some rooms, and
-
there's some other little stuff happened on the side that's
-
going to put us in some rooms. And God is setting us up to be
-
essential. Finishing validates my scars and
-
brings value to my wounds. My scars on the other side of
-
the finish line are my receipts. My scars don't mean nothing if
-
all my scars did was scar me. A failure is when a person who
-
has failed, fumble, and fallen but haven't been able to cash in
-
on the experience of that failure get compensated for your
-
suffering. Why?
-
Jesus did I'll end with this Hebrews 12 looking away from all
-
that would distract to Jesus, who is the leader are you with
-
me and the source of our faith looking away from all that would
-
distract to who Jesus who is the what leader and the what source
-
of our faith giving the first incentive for our belief and is
-
also. It's finisher bringing it to
-
maturity and perfection. You ready, He, for the joy?
-
Joy of obtaining the prize? Let me pause and ask you and see
-
if you see this. Who was the prize for the joy of
-
obtaining you? He went through the suffering.
-
He went through the shame that was set before him.
-
Look, he endured the cross, despising and ignoring the
-
shame. You ready Like Nehemiah said.
-
He said I can't come down. I'm not talking to shame.
-
And he's now seated. This brother one place he was in
-
pain and then he they didn't kill him.
-
Y'all know that he gave up his spirit.
-
And the next thing after he gave up his spirit, what did it say?
-
He rested after he finished, he entered rest.
-
Here's another part. After he finished, he's now
-
seated. What if I told you rest is on
-
the other side of your finish? This next season is only for the
-
remnant. Might I prophecy to you This
-
next season is only for the remainders.
-
This next season is only for the non fainters.
-
I hope y'all can catch this. The devil can never finish you
-
because Jesus has finished your story.
-
I'm going to read it again. The devil can never finish you
-
because it is Jesus that has finished your story.
-
Revelations told us this latter day blessing and empowerment is
-
for the remnant. Revelations says this.
-
Are your ears awake? Listen to the wind words, the
-
Spirit blowing through the churches.
-
I'm about to. Call each conqueror.
-
To dinner. I'm about to come.
-
I'm about to call each overcomer to dinner.
-
I am about to call each person that is endured to dinner.
-
I'm spreading a banquet of Tree of Life fruit, a supper plucked
-
from God's orchard. This church will not be the
-
Church of Loa, the Sia, the Bible warns that church.
-
And I will say, unfortunately, that we live in Loa to see a we
-
live in the nation where overall the church believers are
-
lukewarm. And when he says he will spew
-
you out, it simply means he can't use you.
-
Lloyd Low Odyssea is a church he warns us about.
-
It is a type of church that will be in the last days.
-
It is a people that depends on themselves and believe getting
-
ahead monetarily is going to be what they need to get everything
-
he's provided. I'm here to tell a few of you
-
that we cannot afford to be lukewarm.
-
You can take this. We cannot afford to be lukewarm.
-
We do not have time when I hand my baton off I.
-
Want. The next generation to be like,
-
because my baton is so hot, I want to hand off a baton that
-
says I can't drop this one. We do not have time to be fake,
-
lukewarm, excuse making believers.
-
Malachi 4 warns us and tells us that there will be a great
-
separation in the last days. And I'm here to tell you that
-
great separation is not the world from the the world from
-
the church, because the world is already separated.
-
It is the church separation, real from fake and I love a God
-
that just draws the line and make it clear if you want to be
-
lukewarm, here's what you can expect.
-
You're unusable. You're only savable.
-
And when you want to stop being saved and believe you already
-
are. And when you going to go from
-
saved to used? But I do know we serve the guy
-
that only need 300. He really only needs one.
-
So what I am telling you is what God's going to do in this
-
country is not if you join him, what I'm telling you what God is
-
about to do. He's offering you an opportunity
-
to join him. And if not cool, stay on the
-
sidelines and be a spiritual Leech.
-
Many are called, few were chosen.
-
That is not an in just statement.
-
He calls everybody. Only few respond the the the
-
next. Step is not to look at the
-
obstacles. The next step is to say, God,
-
whatever I got to do, you going to have to give me strength
-
because I got this in the way. I got this in the way.
-
I'm carrying this and carrying this.
-
Oh, you need me to put this down, cool.
-
You need me to get help, cool. But whatever I got to do, I will
-
not miss out on this opportunity I want.
-
To be in that number, I will be in that number.
-
And I'm sorry if we're not preaching relationship goals for
-
you. And boy, if you could just fall
-
in love with Jesus. Every relationship, finances,
-
yes, we need to be taught in those those things.
-
But man, in this hour the Lord is calling his sons and
-
daughters home with your hands. This is not an apology, but just
-
what burns in my soul. Guys, I just can't help.
-
And trust me, it's a burden to be on the front lines saying,
-
hey, come, I see this in you. God is calling this out of you.
-
It's your time, it's your family's time.
-
It's never going to be the right time.
-
The right time is now, and if all God is asking now is one
-
step, then take one step. That's it.
-
Just take one. You don't need 10.
-
He's not calling you to leap. He's calling you to step the
-
city, this country, this region needs clear, clear definition of
-
what it looks to be like. Here we go.
-
Forget being a Christian, a follower of Jesus.
-
And there's some of you in here that need to graduate from being
-
a Christian to a follower. Obedience is the highest form of
-
love. It's yes, Lord.
-
He says if you obey me, you love me.
-
You, you prove your love. You prove your reverence through
-
allowing me to lead you. After all, I've purchased you as
-
my temple in the earth. So just write where you are.
-
Allow the Holy Spirit to remind you of what's finished.
-
I'm here to tell you, son. I'm here to tell you, daughter,
-
it's finished. I'm even here to tell somebody
-
that needs to hear this. You don't need to be afraid of
-
those old habits. They are under your feet.
-
You ready? Addiction will not creep back
-
into your life. Come on.
-
Come on. You are now.
-
I just need somebody to believe, no, I am free.
-
I'm actually free from that. I don't have to worry about
-
backsliding. I'm actually free from that
-
anxiety. I don't have to worry about
-
being overwhelmed by days and days of, of, of anxiety
-
oppression. He has need of you today.
-
He's saying be united. Come, come, drink from the
-
fountain. Come on all over this room.
-
Just lift your hands. God's really doing it, you guys.
-
I'm, I'm, I, I can point out testimonies right now.
-
God is like really changing people's lives.
-
Like, man, if that's you, like you, you got to open your mouth.
-
Like, man, God is really changing people's mindsets.
-
He's changing their defaults. He's changing the way they used
-
to respond to pressure. Man, there are people rising.
-
There are people swelling up. There are people that are
-
expanding. Come on.
-
The Kingdom of God is expanding within you, here and now, here
-
and now, here and now, here and now.
-
He's here. Come on.
-
I know there's a world waiting for us to come out there and go
-
out and eat and do all these things, but man, just take a
-
moment for yourself. Love yourself enough to be in
-
this moment. Yeah, you, you, you, you, you,
-
you, you, you. The Lord says.
-
I love you, son. I love you, daughter.
-
I see your pains. I see your pressures, I see
-
those secret fears. I see, I see, I hear of a father
-
saying in this next few months I am going to rid you of some
-
things that have been passed on to you.
-
Generational fear, generational anxiety.
-
And this doesn't just mean that, oh, I'm just going to sit there
-
and I'm just God's going to take it.
-
This means I'm going to, I'm going to pick my mat up like he
-
told me and I'm going to get up and walk like he told me.
-
I'm going to go forward like he told me.
-
I'm going to stick my rod out like he told me.
-
This isn't just God. No, God has an instruction for
-
you. And what is that?
-
Man, I'm here to tell somebody and this, this is in your heart.
-
You don't have to leave this this earth with you unfinished.
-
There are some things that you have your let me tell you, you
-
are OK if you just live the rest of your life with who you are
-
right now. You are pretty good.
-
Like you have a great personality, you're strong, you
-
have great coping mechanisms, but there's a level, there's
-
levels to freedom. And I believe it is the blood's
-
desire that we experience that level of freedom.
-
Glory to glory. And I want you to experience not
-
worrying about what people think about you.
-
I want you to experience confidence after rejection.
-
I'm talking to somebody. If somebody break up with you,
-
if somebody leave you, if you experience divorce, I want you
-
to walk away from that with tears running down your face,
-
but knowing that you're still worth it.
-
I want you, some of you to lay down on your pillow and the
-
moment you hit it, you, some of y'all don't get no good sleep.
-
Lift your hands if you need a sound mind right now, come on,
-
we despise shame sound mind, sound mind, sound mind during
-
this fast. The Lord says for some of you
-
that struggle with a sound mind, you are going to your rod is
-
going to be you going to bed early.
-
No, no, no. Hear me, hear me, hear me.
-
It doesn't mean you going to go to sleep early, but you're
-
shifting something in the way you think and and you going to
-
turn everything. You're going to turn the TV off,
-
you're going to turn your phone off and you go go on the bed
-
mean turning off distractions. You don't mean going to sleep.
-
It mean turn off distractions. I got a time in my mind.
-
I'm not ready yet, so I'm not going to tell you what it is.
-
Come on, sound mind, by the end of these few months, I'm.
-
I'm telling you you about the Sir.
-
No, no, no. Look, you're not losing your
-
mind. It's not Alzheimer's.
-
It's not Alzheimer's. It's not all.
-
It's not dementia. It's not early dementia, no.
-
It's it's some diet and rest, that forgetfulness.
-
You just got to. You got to declutter your mind.
-
And you have to get better sleep patterns.
-
Watch how your mind is restored in these next few months.
-
Watch the level of energy you start getting.
-
One day you're going to forget to drink your cup of coffee, and
-
you're going to realize you forgot to drink it because you
-
thought you drank it. You said whoop.
-
Wagga, I'm turd. You don't have no coffee.
-
Come on, lift your hands right where you are.
-
Some of you don't even know what true joy is.
-
In these next three months, the the joy of the Lord is going to
-
consume you. God's going to make you laugh
-
and you're going to know because there's going to be some people
-
ask you what's gotten into you to say the joy of the Lord.
-
Come on, hands all over the room, this is my duty to send
-
you off into this fast, believing and expecting.
-
Come on. I believe more than anything
-
else that the Lord wants to restore rest to His children.
-
Some of you over these next few months, you don't get
-
comfortable saying no and not feeling bad about it.
-
Come on, I'm coming. I'm coming down your street.
-
I'm coming down your street, I'm coming down your street.
-
You like something? Lord, please tell me something.
-
And also, come on, lift your hands right where you are.
-
