Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International
-
Church podcast where we seek to love all nations, equip the
-
church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.
-
We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever
-
you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get
-
your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe
-
some tea, and get ready to receive.
-
It's go time. Let's get into it.
-
I'm going to give you one key to clapping.
-
OK, one key to clapping. I noticed I've been talking
-
about clapping a lot lately. I don't know what that is.
-
One key to clapping. If you go clap, clap or don't,
-
don't kind of clap looking and wait to see if someone else go
-
clapping. If they do it, you do.
-
If they don't, they don't. But you don't want to clap
-
louder than them. Keep it.
-
Keep it then. If you don't clap, just clap,
-
right? If you the only one clap and let
-
you be the only one, clap. Amen, Amen, Amen.
-
Again, we thank our pastors for an opportunity to, to to preach
-
the Word and to carry the mission forward.
-
There's always a privilege and an honor to be trusted in God's
-
building us. He's building my capacity.
-
He's building our capacity for the work that lays ahead.
-
One of the great things that your pastors are modeling for
-
you, when you see people on this platform, He's modeling your
-
ability to see you. I'm not saying that everyone's
-
going to be on the platform, but everyone will be activated.
-
Everyone will be asked, everyone will be sent in some way, shape,
-
form, or fashion, Whatever God's calling us to do, that's the
-
only way we can reach the people we need to reach.
-
It's the only way it can be done.
-
So catch a vision for yourself when you see other people up
-
here that God too is calling you to be activated in your realm
-
and your sphere and your space. Amen.
-
Amen. Brett always gives me a good
-
Amen. So we're going to start top,
-
finish the year, finish the word, finish the year, finish
-
the word. OK, OK, just actually just act
-
like I'm one of those superstar like singers that you paid money
-
to go see for and like they make you do all the work, right?
-
Finished up, finished up. Now they're really going to make
-
you work. Sing the whole chorus.
-
So don't tell me you don't get superstars in here, OK, Finish
-
the year, finish the word. Y'all got it, Y'all got it.
-
OK, I want to pick up on that a little bit.
-
But the last few times I've been up, not only here, but in other
-
spaces, I've been talking about a ledge to talk about or
-
encourage my pastor to talk about the prophetic words we
-
have and how we pray those prophetic words through.
-
So tonight I'm going to continue some activation in that space,
-
OK, and, and, and some of it, you may have heard some of it,
-
you may have not. If you heard it already, enjoy
-
it again, right? If you haven't heard it already,
-
enjoy it like it's the first time.
-
OK, you got it. You try to always get something
-
else out of it. Bless God.
-
So we're going to start, why pray through the prophetic
-
words? It does make a difference.
-
Why pray through the prophetic words?
-
Because it does make a difference.
-
No, that's not a question. That's not a question.
-
It does make a difference. Does it make a difference?
-
Does it? OK, good.
-
And this is really important part, the first part, right?
-
Because if you don't know that it makes a difference, then
-
you're less motivated to do it. And the ready and the level to
-
which you believe it makes a difference is directly
-
correlated to the level to which you will engage.
-
If you think it makes a little difference, you will engage
-
little. If you think it makes much
-
difference, you will engage much.
-
If you think it makes a continuous difference, you will
-
engage what? Continuously.
-
So you got to know it makes a difference.
-
Now there's something else beyond it making a difference.
-
You got to know that you make a difference in it, right, right,
-
right. You got to know that only it
-
makes a difference, but you make a difference in it.
-
Your contribution to praying through the prophetic words
-
makes a difference. Now don't just think, well, if
-
they do them, it's going to be fine.
-
No, you got to do your part. You got to lift your weight.
-
You got to add your voice. Understand when God, One of the
-
things that distinguishes a prophetic word from other things
-
is that God gives a prophetic word, usually for group.
-
OK, I'm not saying God cannot give a prophetic word to a
-
person, but one of the things that distinguishes prophetic
-
words from words of wisdom, words with knowledge, and some
-
of those kind of things that it applies to somebody more than
-
just you. So it ain't just about you, OK,
-
But in giving it to people, don't you know that God knows
-
everybody's voice that needs to be on that word?
-
If God gives a prophetic word to this group, do you think he
-
gives it and says, I just want Elder Roseanne's voice, praying
-
it through, that's all. That's all I need.
-
Or does he give it in a way when he writes a part for you in it?
-
He writes a part for your voice When you're writing a Symphony,
-
when you're writing some orchestral kind of creation,
-
right? Think about Symphony.
-
Am I talking too fast? I'm talking too fast.
-
Y'all with me? OK, good.
-
So if I'm writing a Symphony, right, that has things in it,
-
like a oboe, right? Things that I thought that's the
-
most out of one. I got oboe.
-
They got they got a fresh horn in it.
-
There are certain lines for the French horn.
-
There are certain lines for the oboe now.
-
Now the oboe part, you may be able to play it with the piano.
-
Piano W would come from piano. You may be able to play it with
-
the flute. You can technically play the
-
oboe part with the flute. But what happens is it sounds
-
like a flute playing a oboe part.
-
It is the sound like an oboe part.
-
You got it. When God gives the prophetic
-
word, He gives you a part in it like He gives the oboe a part in
-
a Symphony. Someone else can play your part
-
or pray through your part, but it will sound like somebody else
-
praying through the part that you can pray.
-
Will it still be enjoyable? Yes.
-
Will most of the people listening know the difference?
-
Probably not. But you know who will know the
-
difference? The one who wrote the Symphony,
-
because he's going to know how he wrote it to be sounded.
-
He's going to be looking for all the sounds he put in there.
-
So it does make a difference. Hey man, so go to Daniel.
Daniel 9 chapter mention
-
Chapter 9, in the first year of Darius, son of the Hazaris, of
-
the offspring of the Medes, who's made king over the realm
-
of the Chaldeans, in the first year of his reign.
-
I Daniel, understood from the books the number of years, the
-
books. That means it was written.
-
You got to write the prophetic words down, OK, For the number
-
of years which was written according to the word of the
-
Lord to Jeremiah, the word of the Lord indicates it's
-
prophetic. It's a prophetic word.
-
So it's a prophetic word written down in the books.
-
OK, Jeremiah, the prophet must pass by before the desolation is
-
pronounced on Jerusalem should end.
-
And it was 70 years. So what he said was this.
-
I looked at the word and the prophetic word written down and
-
I could see by the prophetic word there's some stuff that
-
hadn't happened that should have happened by now.
-
The prophetic word informed me where we ought to be.
-
Now notice it's a word for a nation, not just a word for a
-
person. So you can see the consistency,
-
right? So I looked down and I saw from
-
the prophetic word because I look at the word.
-
I studied the prophetic word and this is the key part.
-
And I set my face to the Lord, to the Lord God to seek Him by
-
prayers and supplications with fasting and sackcloth and ashes.
-
Basically. I set my face to try to pray
-
through this word. That's the difference praying
-
through a prophetic word makes. And when the Angel came in
-
response to Daniels praying, he said, Daniel, I'm so glad that
-
you prayed. I was dispatched at the moment
-
you began to pray, but I'm so glad you kept praying through
-
the prophetic word because in your keep, in your, you're
-
keeping the momentum up and praying through the prophetic
-
word. I was able to ride on your
-
prayers through the battles and bombardments of the enemies that
-
are trying to keep me from being here.
-
It's important to understand that you have to pray through
-
prophetic words. Not all of them, but many of
-
them you have to pray through. Amen.
-
So part of what you need to understand, the one that it does
-
make a difference #2 that if you don't do it, your voice will be
-
missed #3 you have to also understand.
-
You also have to also understand that you have to give yourself
-
to it. You have to fully give yourself
-
to it. You got it.
-
So yes, it makes a difference, but it also makes a difference
-
that you do it. I know I'm emphasizing what I
-
said before. Why do you think that is?
-
What? Yeah, no, but yeah, it's not
-
just important. Why do you think that is?
-
Because most time folks don't get that.
-
They hear this and they walk out like it doesn't make a
-
difference. They get this and they walk out
-
like it don't make a difference whether I do it or not.
-
They get this and they walk out like, OK, that was nice.
-
OK, what if I told this man right here, I said you got to
-
take 10 steps. You got to get from here to the
-
to the door of the tent and you only got 20 steps to do it.
-
That's it. But if you do it at 20 steps,
-
all the people in these buildings right here will have
-
an experience, that encounter with God that will get them
-
instantly delivered. What if I said that or what if
-
God said that to kind of use the acknowledge?
-
Do you think he's going to take those 20 steps in a ways that
-
makes a difference or you think he's going to get up and is he
-
going to get up and after the after the experience go like yo,
-
what's up man? How you doing?
-
Good to see you. Good to see you.
-
What's up man? And listen when we go out next
-
time using steps now that you should be taken towards the
-
door. If you believe it makes a
-
difference and act like it makes a difference.
-
If you believe it makes a difference, invest your life
-
like it makes a difference. That is the most essential part
-
above all else. The Bible says it's the willing
-
and obedient to eat the fruit of the land.
-
Most of the time it show willingness that makes the
-
difference. God gives the Holy Spirit to
-
help empower us to do what we need to do and our willingness
-
is the platform that He does it in.
-
The Lord has need of you. Why do we keep keep keep praying
-
it through? Why do we keep keep praying it
-
through? See, I did that.
-
What am I trying to tell you how to do exactly?
-
Why don't we keep, keep, keep, keep praying it through?
-
Second Chronicles 20 says this. And then rose early in the
-
morning and went out into the wilderness of Toccoa.
-
And as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear
-
me, O Judah, are you inhabitants of Jerusalem?
-
Come out to me. You don't say that.
-
That was for a friend of mine. Believe in the Lord your God,
-
and you shall be established. Believe and remain steadfast to
-
his prophets, and you shall prosper.
-
Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established.
-
Believe and remain steadfast to his prophets, and you shall
-
prosper. Believing in God establishes
-
you, but based on this Scripture, that's not enough.
-
God will establish you in His Word and then He will send you a
-
word for you. He will send you a word for your
-
context. And that is what's going to help
-
you prosper most effectively and most exceedingly if you believe
-
and honor the word that God gives to you to prosper you, the
-
prophetic word specific for you all's context.
-
That's where your prosperity and provision comes in.
-
But it says this believe and remain, believe and remain
-
steadfast to his prophets. The idea of remain means keep,
-
keep, keep praying it through, keep, keep, keep playing it
-
through, believe and remain, believe and remain, believe and
-
remain, believe and remain, believe and remain.
-
How do you believe a prophet? This is not just about prophets
-
giving prophetic words, it's about prophetic words.
-
How do you believe a prophet? How do you what, say that again,
-
exercise the word, do what he say, do what she say.
-
How do you believe a prophet? How do you demonstrate belief of
-
a prophet? Listening to what it said and
-
then acting on it, keeping it, responding to it.
-
And then it also says this and remains steadfast.
-
So when you believe it, you believe it with a made-up mind
-
because then it says remain steadfast.
-
You don't say believe it and then get steadfast.
-
It says believe it and remain steadfast.
-
So you when you believe it, you believe it with a made-up mind
-
to begin with. You don't like, well, go ahead.
-
I heard, OK, I don't know. I got to see what's going to be
-
first depending on depending on what it is that's going to
-
impact how I'm going to receive it.
-
Like I, I got it. I got that word of my hand right
-
here. I got to decide what I want to
-
do with it. No, you go.
-
You go with a made-up mind. Prophetic word is released.
-
I'm at the moment I'm hearing it.
-
I got a made-up mind. God, I'm going to honor you in
-
it. Whatever it is, I'm going to
-
honor you. If it's a word to me to change,
-
I'm honor to change. If it's a warning, I'm a heed
-
the warning. If it's a celebration, I'm a
-
shout with you. I'm gonna honor the word.
-
Hey, man, remain steadfast. They won't say remain steadfast.
-
Men, You got to remain in it until nothing remains from it.
-
You got to remain in it until nothing remains from it.
-
What does that mean? You remain in it till there's
-
nothing left to be brought to pass.
-
You remain in till there's nothing left to be brought to
-
pass. Now, this is important.
-
Why? Because there are prophetic
-
words given in the Old Testament that are meant to be brought to
-
pass in different levels. Y'all know what a reboot is?
-
You know what a reboot. I don't even want anyone watch
-
media. They'll say well they did this
-
TV series in the 70s and now they're doing a reboot right?
-
Or they did this one series, now they're doing a spin off.
-
OK, what did he tell you? When they do a reboot, they're
-
telling you that the series was written for one point in time,
-
but there's something still in it that's relevant for this
-
time. So now we're going to adapt it
-
and redo it again so the people of this time can understand what
-
it means for their time. You got it.
-
So all the Scripture in the Bible, every prophetic word
-
given to Israel, yes it was meant for their time.
-
Every prophetic word given to the people of God, yes it was
-
meant for their time. But there still is something in
-
it that's relevant for our time. And the most significant part
-
that's relevant in it. It's not what it said it would
-
do. Y'all like that gesture.
-
It's not what it said it would do.
-
Stuck the landing one arm degree of difficulty 8.5.
-
It's not what it said it would do best part about it because it
-
reveals who God is and then you're able to see how
-
consistently he is the same for one generation to the next
-
generation to the next generation.
-
And instead you're knowing who He is.
-
That makes a difference in your life, not knowing what He's
-
done. You know why?
-
Because just because he's done it before, does that mean He's
-
going to do it again for you? Now I know the word talks about
-
what he did He would do right? You don't What if he changed
-
What what if his temperament changed during the time he did
-
it before? And now what if he just got fed
-
up with people's unbelief and said I'm not doing that no more.
-
What if he had good reason to change his mind not because he
-
did, but because y'all just sent it to everything forget it.
-
I'm not doing it no more. If he if he changed his mind
-
nothing he's going to do it again.
-
But when you know his character, you're not depending on what he
-
did or didn't do. You depending on him and who he
-
is and how he is. The prophetic word is more
-
designed to help you understand his character.
-
So remain in it until nothing remains from it.
-
What does that mean? You don't need the Old Testament
-
till Jesus come back. You don't need the New Testament
-
till Jesus come back. You don't need it all until
-
Jesus comes back. So be watchful of people telling
-
you you can tear off the first half of the book because they
-
don't apply to you as a believer.
-
I'm just saying recognition is the first step to activation.
-
You got to have an ear for the prophetic anointing.
-
First Samuel 10 says this. After that you will come to the
-
heal of God where the Garrison of the Philistines is.
-
And when you come to the city, you will meet a company of
-
prophets coming down from the high place with harp and
-
tambourine and flute and leer before them.
-
Notice how the music is going before them prophesying.
-
It's almost like the music they're riding on the music to
-
prophesied. It's like the music is the wave
-
and the prophecy is the surfboard.
-
Then the spirit of the Lord will come upon you mightily and you
-
assure yourself to be a prophet with them and will be turned
-
into another man. This is the worst that went to
-
solve when some prophets in them out, some people send them out.
-
The idea is this. The first thing you have to do
-
is be able to recognize when you're in a prophetic anointing,
-
he says. You'll find the prophets
-
prophesying. Well, what if they just had
-
lunch and they was talking about lunch?
-
Is that prophesying? OK, Raise your right hand.
-
Raise your left hand. I'm just trying to see if y'all
-
still working out there, that's all.
-
That was a hard question. I see.
-
If he's talking about lunch, is that prophesying?
-
I prophesize the lettuce upon the tomato and I prophesize the
-
man. They no they talk about lunch,
-
right? The idea is that you got to be
-
able to recognize when they're prophesying.
-
You have to be recognized what that is, because then you can
-
come upon them and they can be talking about a bunch of
-
different things. Now, this instruction gives them
-
a clue. There'll be music that helps you
-
understand and recognize the prophetic anointing is present.
-
So you'll be ready then to understand when it's there.
-
So the first thing you have to do is recognize the prophetic
-
anointing. I said recognition is the first
-
key, right? When I said rock, you don't have
-
to sing, I said rock. Play a rock.
-
When I say rock, you say, oh, I know how that sounds.
-
I recognize a rock sound. Why?
-
I've been around enough rock sounds.
-
I've been immersing enough rock sounds.
-
I've heard enough rock sounds. I've listened to enough rock
-
sounds. Are you ready?
-
I've listened to enough R&B sounds as well, because I can
-
tell that ain't AR and B sound because that that's what a rock
-
sound is, not an R&B sound. When I said hey, do an R&B,
-
well, you know how to change the chords something different and
-
you noticed this, it was really funny.
-
Hold on, it was really funny about this.
-
When I said rock and they did it, most almost everyone of
-
y'all went like, that's rock, that's rock, that's rock.
-
See how y'all recognized it too? When I said R&B and he came down
-
and beat and he said what? Y'all was like, Oh yes, R&B,
-
that's R&B. You see how y'all recognize the
-
atmosphere? Y'all recognized the anointing
-
that was on that You recognized it from having been around it
-
and immersed in it, having walked through and haven't
-
talked about it. That's how you recognized it,
-
right? That's what I told.
-
I said let's do country. There's certain ready when I say
-
do country. Let me ask you this.
-
I'm Kevin. Give you the mic real quick.
-
So when I said do country, FMI asked you the sorry dimension or
-
punished a bit when I said country, what did you think?
-
Immediately, to make us make the song country, I had to change
-
the rhythm. So to what kind of rhythm could
-
you describe? Almost like a poker.
-
They're really like a Oompa Loompa, right?
-
Kind of get it worldwide. No, I think.
-
I think I paid a rhythm right. What about you to change the
-
lyrics? No, no, we said a country song.
-
Everyone said Effie, and Effie said I got this right.
-
So what did you do to make it sound like a country?
-
So what was your mindset? Honestly, I just was like, whoa.
-
And Miley Cyrus too. But what was the hallmarks to
-
that? What you say, though, you added
-
twang to your voice and you sing in your nose.
-
OK, twanging nose. What I'm saying is this.
-
There are certain hallmarks to certain sounds.
-
There are certain triggers to certain sounds.
-
There are certain things that they played.
-
They will initiate in your recognition of the atmosphere
-
you're in. If I say country, they will
-
begin to play. That's what I'm saying.
-
Hip hop, hip hop, hip hop, stop right there from the moment he
-
begins to hit that beat right. There's certain hallmarks of a
-
sound. Likewise, there's certain
-
hallmarks of a prophetic atmosphere.
-
You got to immerse yourself in a prophetic atmosphere enough to
-
know the hallmarks of a prophetic atmosphere.
-
The hallmarks when the prophetic word is given because you want
-
to be on the front side of the word, get receiving and not on
-
the backside of the word trying to figure out where it went.
-
OK, So one of the first areas to grow in this understanding by
-
the prophetic words is recognizing when the prophetic
-
word is given. And the way you do that is by
-
recognizing some of the function of it.
-
First Samuel 10 says this. I'm going a prophetic, prophetic
-
function, function. What's that junction prophetic
-
function function. So what I wish you one of the
-
hallmarks when you recognize the prophetic word is it look at the
-
function of the word first Samuel 10 but he that prophesied
-
King James as King James at NPC King James in the house Rep the
-
KGB. But he that prophesied, sorry
-
Sam, man prophesied, speaketh unto men to edification,
-
exhortation, and comfort. If the word you're hearing is
-
edification, exhortation, or comfort, it ought to trigger
-
you. This is a prophetic atmosphere.
-
This may be a prophetic word. Matter of fact, when you feel
-
the atmosphere beginning to demonstrate one of these three
-
things, you need to be ready for a prophetic word to be released.
-
OK, what's 1 of the other key hallmarkers marks of this?
-
I'll go back to the word that that that when Samuel was there,
-
they said you'll see people singing and praising and making
-
music. OK, so if we're after the time
-
of praise and worship, specifically when after the
-
praise and worship time. And that could bust out in the
-
middle of a song in the middle of a word preached right in this
-
house. But I have to have time of music
-
or praising or worshipping. If you if you sit there, some
-
edification happening, some exhortation happening, some
-
comfort happening, you be on the lookout for the prophetic word
-
to flow and let your ears be tuned to that.
-
The same way when I said country, they say, OK, here's
-
the hallmarks of it. I don't to listen for what to
-
look for. Let's talk about this very
-
quickly. What is edification?
-
Edification needs to build up exhortation, urge you to action,
-
comfort, to make you strong. So whenever you see, for
-
example, pastor beginning to say something or to indicate
-
something, that's a build up atmosphere, things like this
-
love quest. God is doing something in our
-
house. I'm telling you, if you if you
-
stand for everybody that's rooted in this house, God's
-
going to prosper you. He's taking us to a place.
-
We're not just here for no purpose.
-
You hear all that building you up encouraging.
-
That's not necessarily a prophetic word, But when you
-
feel that in the atmosphere, you got to be ready to hear a word
-
of God to come forward. When you see an urge to action
-
love quest, it's time for for us to really do what God's called
-
us to do. It's time to be activated.
-
It's time to go into the marketplace.
-
It's time to play that a little louder.
-
Give me a little more volume on that.
-
It's time to go to app marketplace.
-
Not now. You see what she's not That's
-
not country. She playing right there, is it?
-
That's not R&B she playing right there, is it?
-
Now you hear that right there. OK.
-
What she's saying is that there's some hallmarks of a
-
prophetic sound, at least as it relates to me because they
-
they've been with me long enough, right?
-
And what she's doing right there is she is trying to tap into the
-
hallmarks of that sound of the prophetic, and she hears me
-
talking about the prophetic. So it works two ways, the words
-
working with the music, and the music is working with the word
-
in terms of the atmosphere. So when you hear the atmosphere
-
of the music change, right, OK, what is that?
-
All right, that's different. Even if you don't know what it
-
is, when you hear change and if and you feel moved, urge you to
-
actions, it's exhorted and you feel built up a little bit, the
-
change in the music will indicate to you also that maybe
-
something prophetic is about to happen and maybe prophetic words
-
getting ready to be released. OK.
-
The other thing it does is to strengthen you, to help make you
-
strong as well. Edification is a little
-
different than comfort in this fashion.
-
I believe edification speaks more to your spirit.
-
It's doing something in your spirit.
-
Man. Exhortation is doing something
-
more for your soul that's to urge you to action.
-
It's from your soul that you have to act because you live in
-
this earth, OK. And then comfort is for your
-
body. It's, it's, it's that which
-
helps you in the flesh. Continue to do what God's called
-
you to do when your flesh is even fighting you.
-
So whenever you hear a word that's going for that does those
-
things, know that it may be in prophetic atmosphere.
-
Therefore you be ready for prophetic word to go forward.
-
You got to know that the prophetic requires Tia, say Tia,
-
it's not this is Africa. Thank you blood diamond
-
reference, appreciate it. It's not Tia.
-
It means time and atmosphere, time and atmosphere.
-
Knowing the prophetic requires you to spend time in prophetic
-
atmospheres. The first prophetic atmosphere
-
you need to spend time in is the written word of God.
-
I've already described to you that there's words still to be
-
accomplished even though the word was given because it means
-
something different for another generation.
-
Got it. So the more time you spend in
-
the word, the more the time you spend it in a prophetic
-
atmosphere. The Bible says, Jesus says my
-
word's a spirit in their life. Now I'm going to tell you this.
-
You're not going to be able to spend time in a just a prophetic
-
atmosphere that doesn't involve the word and expect to be
-
anchored and not get flaky because the prophetic in the
-
word, written word anchors us. It anchors us.
-
And that's why whenever we get a prophetic word, we say, OK, how
-
does it line up with the written word?
-
God take me to the written word where I can anchor myself and
-
not be moved off of what it is that I'm that I'm hearing to the
-
1st place. You need to put atmosphere in a
-
time in the atmosphere of is the word, reading the word, hearing
-
it, play it in your ears, hearing other people declare it,
-
hearing people pray it. Every way you can connect to be
-
in the atmosphere of the word of God will increases your
-
recognition of when the prophetic is happening going on
-
another area is it be in the atmosphere of prophetic
-
orchestrators, say prophetic orchestrators.
-
We saw first Samuel 10. It says when Saul went among the
-
prophets, he began to he went among those who know how to
-
orchestrate a prophetic atmosphere.
-
You all come to a church where your pastor knows how to
-
orchestrate a prophetic atmosphere.
-
Just being in the, in the presence of those kinds of
-
people, both when they are orchestrating atmospheres and
-
even when they're just living their lives, will help you
-
better appreciate when a prophetic atmosphere is
-
happening. And therefore when a prophetic
-
word is likely to be brought forward.
-
You have to spend time in prophetic atmospheres.
-
There was a prophetic atmospheres.
-
So service ends or service, you know a word is preached and it's
-
ministry time right? So we pass it to our mark and
-
God still moving. Some folk get up and leave then
-
Why? Because the word finish and I
-
stay the extra 5 minutes. You are missing an opportunity
-
to remain in a prophetic atmosphere.
-
And by remaining in the prophetic atmosphere for as long
-
as the atmosphere stirs, you become more acclimatized to the
-
prophetic. So when the prophetic happens,
-
you're able to tap in, get it, receive it, feel it, help it,
-
urge it, participate in an integrated fashion.
-
That's one of the reasons we encourage people, if they're
-
able to, just to still be present because being in the
-
presence makes that present more present to you in everything
-
that you're doing. So we're going to practice this
-
step one. Everyone say step one.
-
Here's step one of praying through prophetic words.
-
OK, if you recognize the prophetic word is gone out, been
-
released, you write it down. Step one, the P word, the whole
-
P word is nothing but the P word.
-
If you know, you know, right? That's the prophetic word.
-
P word is prophetic word. OK, the first thing you do is
-
write the prophetic word down and you just go over the whole
-
prophetic word as it's given. Don't pull out the parts that
-
make you really excited because once you start focusing on those
-
parts, you begin to shift your perspective about the parts that
-
are left. Does that make sense?
-
OK, so the first thing you do, you just go over the word.
-
Just read through it as it is and don't get all all, all
-
Shakespearean on it. You know, if the word is you
-
shall your, your, your church shall go to the stores and you
-
shall deliver people and people will be made whole in the middle
-
of Safeway. If that's the word, say it that
-
way. Don't say it.
-
You shall go to the stores. Don't, don't, don't read through
-
it that way because all of those inflections are adding color and
-
character to it that may or may not be there based on what God's
-
trying to get across to you. Does that make sense?
-
Read through, take it straight. No chaser.
-
Read the whole word, take the whole word straight, meditate on
-
it. Just look at read it through
-
with no inflection, with no emotion.
-
Just read it through like you're reading the phone book.
-
In some ways, when you're doing that, you're allowing the Holy
-
Spirit to take that word and paint the picture of it on the
-
inside of you according to the color of his paintbrush,
-
according to the color and tones of his song, not your own.
-
Amen. And that is important.
-
Anyone remember a song four years ago called Call Me Maybe?
-
No. OK, this is great pop song
-
worldwide. Canadian Carly Rae Jepsen
-
singing, right? OK, she's playing a little bit
-
of right now, right? That song was first brought to
-
the producer as a country song, a country song.
-
And he said no, don't work as a country song, but we can flip
-
it. It can make it a pop song and it
-
can go worldwide. What am I saying?
-
When you take a song and you bring your own perspective to
-
it, too soon you can begin to prejudice what it really is.
-
It can be right, right. But when you Anyway, I'm gonna
-
leave that Step 2. Thank God for the prophetic
-
word. Thank God for it.
-
That's it. Stay right there.
-
God, I thank you for the word you've just given me.
-
Just spend time thanking God for the prophetic word.
-
When you're doing that, you're saying God.
-
I know it came from you. I know it carries your power.
-
I know it carries your anointing.
-
God, you speak to me. You want to guide me, You want
-
to lead me. You want to lead us.
-
You want to lead this community. God, thank you for prophetic
-
word. You're saying God.
-
We appreciate the prophetic here.
-
Speak to us anytime you want to. All when you're thanking God for
-
the prophetic word, that's exactly what you're doing and
-
it's that gratitude open up the door of grace for you to be able
-
to better understand what God is saying through the word.
-
Step three, you thank God using the prophetic word in context.
-
Now this is where you begin to do some application of it.
-
OK, so if the prophetic word is you shall do this, then this
-
step says you say God, I thank you that we are doing that.
-
OK, it's a quick example. You shall do this.
-
First thing is let's read through it.
-
You shall do this. You shall do this.
-
You shall do this. You shall do this.
-
Got it. God, I thank you for the
-
prophetic word that says you shall do this.
-
God, I thank you for the prophetic word that says you
-
shall do this. God, I thank you for the
-
prophetic word that says you shall do this.
-
God, I thank you for the prophetic word that says you
-
shall do this. Step three.
-
God, I thank you that we are doing that.
-
I thank you, we are doing that. You said we shall and we are
-
doing that. We shall do that.
-
God, we shall do that. We shall do that.
-
You see the difference? Step 4.
-
Thank God. Applying the prophetic world
-
worldwide, it's a pit bull influence for your work.
-
Go worldwide with it. OK, God, ready.
-
So, God, you shall do this. You shall do this.
-
You should do this. Step one.
-
Step 2. God, I thank you for the
-
prophetic word that you shall do this.
-
Step three God I thank you that we shall do this.
-
Step 4 God I thank you. We shall do this in Wally, we
-
shall do this downtown, we shall do this in our families, we
-
shall do this in our churches, We shall do this in our cities.
-
We shall do this in our country. We shall do this in our homes.
-
OK now, right about now. Now y'all looking at me like bro
-
that's too much work. That's too much work bro.
-
I get I'm getting tired of watching you do it.
-
It's too much work. That's why I started with you.
-
Got to believe it makes a difference.
-
You got to believe your voice makes a difference.
-
You can believe God and be established.
-
Plus, only when you believe His words and remain steadfast in
-
them do you prosper. That's why you got to press
-
through for that purpose. Hey man, how many y'all got it?
-
Y'all got it? How many y'all got it?
-
Pull your papers out. We're going to take a test.
-
Right? Going to take a test.
-
Y'all ready? OK, first prophetic word here is
-
you all ready because He's with you and he is ready.
-
This is the first part of a New Year's Eve prophetic word.
-
I didn't know it does that kind of resets.
-
That's good to know you are ready because he's with you and
-
he is ready. You got that one up.
-
You are ready because he's with you and He is ready.
-
OK, let me ask you this right now.
-
Is your is your posture prophetic that music amplify
-
that music she playing right now?
-
Does that look like I'm praying through a prophetic word music?
-
How does it make she just changed it.
-
She just changed. She changed a few notes in
-
there. OK, you got it.
-
That that was fine. I'm just you.
-
I'm just telling you, get your get your spirit ready to pray
-
through a prophetic word of God. You don't sit back on your
-
behind, sit thinking. You gonna pray through the
-
prophetic word of God like you're going through a drive
-
through a McDonald's. That's with extra ketchup in my
-
bag and I'm gonna drive off with my coupon and the world going to
-
be good to me. You entered into the realm of
-
the Word that God gave His people.
-
You entered into the very throne room, the very heart of God,
-
expressing the fullness of His thoughts.
-
They hailed from the foundations of time to share with you.
-
Lean into what we're doing. Lean into this moment so we
-
going to begin. You are ready because he's
-
ready. He's with you and He is ready.
-
So step one, everyone do step one.
-
Just read it out loud. You are ready because he's with
-
you. He is ready.
-
You are ready because he is with you and he is ready.
-
You are ready because he's with you and he is ready.
-
You are ready because he's with you and he is ready.
-
Step 2. Thank God for the prophetic
-
word. God, I thank you for the
-
prophetic word that you are ready.
-
Stay on the stay on the word section.
-
God, I thank you that for the prophetic word that you are
-
ready because He's with you and He is ready.
-
God, I thank you for the prophetic word.
-
I thank you for sharing. I thank you for the prophetic.
-
Now praying through the prophetic word, you got to open
-
up your mouth. This is part part of the
-
process. OK?
-
I didn't say toe it through. I said pray it through.
-
I didn't say elbow it through, I said pray it through, right?
-
God, I thank you for the prophetic word that says you are
-
ready because He's with you and He is ready.
-
That's Step 2. Now Step 3.
-
Apply it to your context personally.
-
Father, I thank you that we are ready because you're with us and
-
you are ready. God, I thank you.
-
Then we are ready because you're with us and you are ready.
-
God, I thank you that we're ready because you're with us and
-
you are ready because you're with us and you are ready.
-
We're ready as a church because you're with us and you are
-
ready. We are ready because you are
-
ready. I am ready because you are ready
-
and you're with us. Hey, man, step three-step 4 and
-
I just take it worldwide. God, I thank you that we are
-
ready to win souls in Surrey because you are with us and you
-
are ready. God, I thank you that you can
-
clap, but you can also talk and pray it through too, right?
-
God? Need to hear your instrument on
-
this Symphony. God, I thank you that we are
-
ready to take the gospel to our families because you are with us
-
and you are ready. God, I thank you.
-
We're ready to walk in science wonders and miracles because you
-
are with us. Hey, you are ready.
-
We are ready to do the impossible because you are with
-
us and you are ready. Y'all got it, y'all got it.
-
Y'all got it, y'all got it. We're going to close with one
-
more as we close, and this will be the closing response, the tip
-
of this portion, nations will come to your life.
-
Not prayers or other things what you like.
-
I don't I don't want to do that one change, look up.
-
We're going to do this one. Look up.
-
Get your face out of other things that keep distracting
-
you. So this we're in the response
-
portion of our word right now. All that was instruction.
-
Now we're responding. Look up, get your face out of
-
other things that keep distracting you.
-
Step one, we read through a Step 2.
-
Father, I thank you for the prophetic word that tells me to
-
look up. Thank you for the prophetic word
-
that tells me to keep my get my face out of other things that
-
keep distracting you. God, I thank you for the
-
prophetic word that says look up.
-
God, I thank you for your prophetic word that says get
-
your face out of other things that keep distracting you.
-
Step three, God, I thank you that I look up.
-
God, I thank you that I look up, hit the chest or you're a
-
clavicle, whatever you want to hear.
-
So God, thank you that I look up.
-
But now pause like this is really important.
-
If we can get unity on this thing right now, it's going to
-
tear the roof off of things. God, there's been a ceiling.
-
OK, So everyone, we really need your voice to participate, OK,
-
So God, thank you that I look up.
-
God thank you that I look up. Thank you that I look up.
-
God, I thank you that I've got get my face out of other things
-
that keep distracting me. God, I look up and I get my face
-
out of other things that keep distracting me.
-
I thank you for that. Lord, I thank you that I look up
-
and I keep my face out of other things that keep keep
-
distracting me. Amen.
-
And now Step 4. We're going to play it
-
worldwide. Think about it, how you going to
-
do it? You ready this We're going to
-
finish. Click the look up 1 back.
-
You ready? Step 4.
-
God, thank you. Look up, see what you're doing
-
in my family. So I get my face out of the
-
things that keep distracting me from being an instrument of love
-
to them. Don't get it.
-
God, I think that I look up and I see what you're doing in my
-
family. I look up and I see what you're
-
doing in my church. God, I look up and I see what
-
you're doing in my life. God, I look up.
-
This is now I'm encouraging everyone.
-
Let's pull together a little more unity now.
-
God, I look up and I see what you're doing in my family.
-
God, I look up and I see what you're doing in my nation.
-
God, I look up and I see what you're doing in my church.
-
I look up and I see what you're doing.
-
In my heart, in my soul, in my relationship, I see what you're
-
doing. You're my identity.
-
God. God, I look up and I see what
-
you're doing all around me. I see what you're doing in the
-
sound for my church. I look up and I keep my face out
-
of other things that keep distracted up.
-
In Jesus name. In Jesus name.
