Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International
-
Church podcast where we seek to love all nations, equip the
-
church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.
-
We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever
-
you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get
-
your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe
-
some tea, and get ready to receive.
-
It's go time. Let's get into it.
-
From generation to generation, your bloodline will run full of
-
builders and battlers. In the name of Jesus, I declare
-
the fight has not been in vain, the struggle has not been in
-
vain. The pain has not been in vain.
-
The confusion has not been in vain.
-
The. Suffering has not been in vain.
-
The lack, the loss has not been in vain, but I hear the Lord
-
saying he is done and He is sick and tired of building things
-
that are temporary and that can easily be torn down.
-
But it has been in your struggle, it has been in your
-
waiting, it has been in your suffering for your bloodline,
-
that what God is building today, it will never be torn down.
-
It will never be shattered poverty.
-
Will never find a place in your household in the name of Jesus.
-
Come on, you got to receive that.
-
You got to receive that that your suffering is for
-
generations. Your suffering, your waiting is
-
for generations to come. You've been going through what
-
you've been going through for generations to generations to
-
generations. So Lord, since the next 5 to 10
-
generations in my blood, time is being radically changed for the
-
good. I say thank you for the
-
suffering, I say thank you for the waiting.
-
Come on. I say thank you for the
-
hardships. I say thank you for the
-
long-suffering. We want to say thank you if it
-
means 10 generations from now can enjoy debt free, can enjoy a
-
temple that cannot be wrecked or torn down.
-
If it means that 10 generations from now that the congregation
-
and family and community of love quests can enjoy unhindered
-
fellowship, Lord, if it means we have to toil so they can enter
-
in immediately, we say thank you.
-
Thank you for the pressing. Thank you for the garage.
-
Thank you for the tent. Thank you for the flooding.
-
Thank you for the overflow. In Jesus name.
-
Look to your neighbors, Say your suffering is not in vain.
-
Get with it. Come on, look at somebody else.
-
Say your suffering is not in vain.
-
Get with it. You can be seated.
-
Come on, somebody shout out, it's not in vain.
-
Come on, one more time, somebody shout out.
-
It's not in vain. Let's take this for a lesson.
-
When we look in Hebrews 11, it says that they waved at the
-
promise, they saw it far off. Somebody waved one time, right?
-
And then it. Says Jesus in Hebrews 12 it said
-
Jesus he despised the shame because he looked far off and he
-
saw in 2020. Four sons and daughters will be
-
coming home, he saw in 1935. Some of y'all whenever y'all got
-
saved. Now I need you to see this.
-
I need you to see this. Some of your vision is way
-
through now, so you can't have joy because you can't see stuff
-
far off. But if you can see what you're
-
going through now, what it's going to pay off.
-
See what Jesus went through 2000 plus years ago.
-
He saw 2000 years in the future, so through seeing you got to get
-
this through seeing 2000 years in the future, he was able to
-
find joy all. Right, all right.
-
Are y'all going to be deep today or y'all going to be with me?
-
OK, 2000 years he found joy Moses, these all these Hall of
-
Hall of faithers. So even before Jesus, OK Elijah
-
wasn't speaking to the bones for his day.
-
How do I know that? Because all of their ministry in
-
the Old Testament was about shadows and types pointing to
-
the future. So their ministry was used to
-
speak to a Messiah in the future.
-
So they but they found joy in spotting a blessing 2000 plus
-
years later. What?
-
What if you just took your mind off of being blessed now and
-
just really tried to comprehend what your work today, your
-
suffering today is going to? There is no labor in God done in
-
vain. So what if you got like like
-
like like instead of being near sighted you, you became
-
farsighted and begin to broaden your scope of sight and saw.
-
What you are doing today is going to produce 10s and
-
hundreds of years from now. See, we can find joy if we got
-
our minds out of today. This is where the the devil is
-
defeated because our work pays off.
-
And this is what he understands. He understands.
-
I was we, we were somewhere and I was like, this world is just
-
made-up of families, great ones and not so great ones.
-
And the devil understands his work.
-
And this is what you got to understand.
-
I'm going to say this to every person in here.
-
The attack on your life is really not about you, so you
-
should never take an attack personal.
-
The moment you make your the attack about you, you can't see
-
what going through it is worth because coming out of your
-
attack is far beyond you coming out of it.
-
Coming out of your suffering is far beyond you coming out of it.
-
It's really you're overcoming for he says Peter Devil's trying
-
to sift y'all like wheat hear it.
-
But I'm praying for you, Deborah, the enemies after your
-
family. But my grace is coming on you to
-
make it out. OK, see on.
-
I heard your voice. The the the the devil.
-
I have given the devil permission to attack the
-
Molatus. But where I'm pointing my favor
-
is to you. OK.
-
And that's why you don't understand.
-
You got to go instead of trying to drag the whole family.
-
The grace is on you to go, hey Moses, go tell Pharaoh let my
-
people go. He didn't say all my people go
-
tell Pharaoh to let you go. He said, Moses, the anointing's
-
on you to get my people free. Your entire now family and
-
future family is dependent on you to obey God.
-
He says, Peter, I'm going to let the enemy through to mess with
-
all of y'all, but I'm praying for you specifically that what
-
your faith does not what fail. And he says this after you've
-
gone through it and I've let the enemy run you through.
-
I've let the enemy get you on your last nerve and you come out
-
on the other side of it. Now I want you to go get your
-
homies and help them out. See you trying to take everybody
-
with you. You, you trying to change all
-
your kids, you trying to change your spouse, and the Lord says
-
the only reason you see the way it's going ain't right because I
-
gave you. Eyes to see.
-
What are you doing with your sight?
-
You trying to give your eyeballs to them?
-
And what your your sight is spiritual.
-
Your sight is something I gave you, not something you gave you,
-
right? It's so rather male or female.
-
See here. Here's.
-
Can I, can I help some folks? We're going to take turns on the
-
heater, please. OK.
-
I'm gonna help some. Females and males out tonight in
-
the world. Man is man, right?
-
Meaning the man carries the load.
-
In the Bible, the man does have a responsibility to be the
-
priest of the home. We're ready.
-
Some of you ladies, you waiting on your husband to lead you to
-
where God's called you. That's not his job.
-
No, because because here's a great question for marriages
-
from all the way from cooking to taking care of the kids to
-
cleaning up to walking out purpose.
-
What would you do if they wasn't there?
-
Is your purpose gone? If your husband gone, you had a
-
purpose. You was going supposed to clean
-
up your house without a without a husband.
-
You supposed to cook tonight. You just got to cook for an
-
extra person. But what happens?
-
A lot of time we get we find our covenant partners and we put our
-
God-given responsibilities on them, right.
-
So if you were the lazy spouse, guess what?
-
Now you lazy and guess why you lazy?
-
Because they lazy. Really.
-
Is it a battle? Absolutely, but what we have to
-
stop doing is giving away our responsibilities that God gave
-
us when we before I formed you in your mama's womb, I knew you.
-
You notice that scripture didn't say I knew you and him or you
-
and her before he, for he didn't form y'all in the womb together.
-
Right. And quite frankly, you know, you
-
chose that person. You told them that God didn't
-
you, that person. OK, I'm trying to tell you I'm
-
trying. I was thinking about this the
-
other day. What God put together, let no
-
man put asunder You trying to declare that he like I didn't
-
put y'all together. So that's why I so suck up.
-
Hey, man, it's an attack on families, OK?
-
That's not what I came here to talk about tonight, but I did
-
come to tell you that your bloodline is dependent on you to
-
be obedient and do not put your obedience in somebody else's
-
hands. Can I?
-
I'll say that I'll say that there's there's a there's a
-
necessary weight love quest had to have building waiting on this
-
building actually protected us. I'll talk to you waiting on this
-
building absolutely protected the anointing on this house.
-
There is a there is, I want to say density.
-
There's a there is a richness of anointing that would have never
-
come or been established in this house without the waiting and
-
the waiting has protected the oil.
-
I really mean that God is building some things that can
-
never be torn down again till Jesus return.
-
You're a part of that kind of work.
-
All right, here's what I love because the Savior came in as
-
the savior was came in and was in a Manger and came in ghetto.
-
He came he came in ghetto, he came in hood.
-
I love it. Can I just talk like that for me
-
because I can relate to the Manger that way, right?
-
I can relate to his Mama have his mom and daddy having to run
-
and hide it. And then how he starts his life
-
is ghetto. And then how he ends his life is
-
ghetto. Bible says they couldn't even
-
tell who he was. That's how beat up he was.
-
So then I I, I began to understand man.
-
Then they understood who he was. But in the in the to guard the
-
Christ, the anointed 1, he had to come in unconventional.
-
I I often find when God's doing something that is going to be
-
very crucial to and very annoying.
-
It very prophetic, very Apostolic, very that that
-
carries some punch. It comes in unconventional
-
swaddling clothes. It comes in covered.
-
It could like so. So for me, this is equivalent to
-
a Manger for me to didn't end in that fashion like we've been in
-
the garage. These folks do not want to come
-
here just because of the area we're in #1 you let them know we
-
don't want all but once. 105 We had Wally right next to the
-
police station over there by. Yeah, all right.
-
Man, I'm gonna. Come one day, and when they
-
come, there's all kinds of elements that will deter them.
-
Service good, but cold, rainy, uninviting in that way.
-
When I was in Denver, one of the biggest things they're blessed
-
by is that when they did come here and I walked them through
-
the building, they didn't hear me.
-
Not one moment could they tell we were in a garage #1 the
-
anointing and #2 how they heard the vision casted like we're
-
standing. It's one thing to sit on the
-
couch or like, like be on a fan in a fancy hotel or coffee shop
-
and tell people about your church.
-
It's another thing to be standing bright in the mess and
-
birds flying and you like, man, that's where the that's where
-
the stage going to be and it's it's anointed right now.
-
You feel the Lord is here in this place.
-
When you write the vision down, make it plain people, God, sin
-
can run with it. So I'm, I'm saying you got to be
-
proud of what what you're a part of.
-
No one can take this journey away from you.
-
I think the thing that makes me the most proud is to see people
-
for the first time actually see God move, like actually build
-
something. This generation doesn't build
-
things, let alone see God do something.
-
When you give a loony a Tony A5. If we get to see these
-
increments come in, there's chunks, but then there's just
-
been consistent, just a lot of mites and and there's a reason
-
why this church in Denver is going to be the first church to
-
give in to this project. I want you to be proud of where
-
we are is one I would say 99% on.
-
This house is giving like that don't come out of a garage.
-
So what this is telling me is. God is, God is.
-
He's requiring requiring of us to sow.
-
But it's in such a way that this church is going to reap such a
-
harvest and it's own ever since we planted this church.
-
The giving has increased year after year after year after
-
year. And we need to spend it year
-
after year after year after year.
-
But we are here because from the beginning, we've always been a
-
sewing church. So you got to, you got to look
-
at we haven't just been sewing in, in, in, in, in remnant.
-
We have been sewing into this city that we're taking.
-
We have been sowing into people's lives.
-
We've been sowing tears. We've been sowing songs.
-
We've been sowing our time. We've been sowing our talent,
-
our treasures. We've just been sowing and
-
sowing and sowing and sowing and sowing and sowing.
-
And I'm not a fool to think that next door is the harvest.
-
See, that's not ungrateful. That's not that.
-
That's not crazy. No, this is, you know, you know
-
how they have model homes like there's there's in, in a lot of
-
time with model holes. They do what, tear them down or
-
use them for another purpose, right?
-
That office on the corner right there, I don't know what they're
-
going to do with it, but that's where they sold all those
-
condos. But that condo, that thing right
-
there, I don't know if they're going to tear it down, but they
-
also have a fourth tower to put up.
-
I don't know where that's going to go, but on the map, that's
-
where it goes. But there is so much.
-
There's so much finances that comes through that they can
-
afford. You ever known a friend to buy a
-
house and a property and tear it down?
-
There is so much. Hey, you got to understand this
-
is not about this. Now we're going to.
-
Reap, we're going to. There's some things going to
-
happen on this corner. But I promise you, before it's
-
all over, you were going to see that this building right here
-
was all about you. It was all about what this
-
project presented you, an opportunity to deal with God's
-
house. You know what's going to happen
-
once we get in there? By nature, this church is giving
-
muscle is going to be absolutely ridiculous.
-
Now you're going to have giving muscle memory.
-
Because you got to understand he used the building to get our
-
giving to a certain level. Once we're there, should we
-
stop? No, but he broke something.
-
There's a lot of stuff that's happening inside of you by being
-
in this this garage. For some of you, Remnant drove
-
you crazy in the beginning. And now you just so passionate
-
about Remnant. I'm proud of this church, and
-
you should be super proud of your church.
-
There's going to be an unusual anointing on this house.
-
And when I say this house, I mean this house, Right,
-
Garrison? Ah, no time.
-
Virgo before Garrison, We give you this really quickly.
-
The mouth of the believer is a portal for peace or poison.
-
And you just, you know, just wrote this down.
-
I got to give it to you. The mouth of the believer is a
-
portal for peace or poison. You do not get the option to
-
just be a thinking time bomb. Some of you think you are going
-
to get through it by thinking and you're trying to overcome
-
thinking instead of behavior. OK, You don't get to the option
-
to just be a thinking time bomb. You ready?
-
You have to speak. Here it is.
-
People are like, some of you think you've matured because now
-
you hold your tongue, but the goal is not holding your tongue.
-
The goal is changing your language.
-
Can I help this side? Can I help this side?
-
The goal? You can only bite your tongue
-
for so long. Yabba dabba Doo, right?
-
But if you change. Your language, you would have
-
never had the outbursts. You've made your goal, shutting
-
up about it instead of speaking life into it.
-
To speak with sharpness or clarity, you must have a made-up
-
mind, not merely a biblically articulate tongue.
-
So you just 'cause you can quote a scripture does not mean you
-
are clear about the power of the Scripture.
-
And the power is in your faith in the Scripture, not your
-
ability to repeat or articulate what the words say.
-
Break it down, Lord Jericho came down by 5 weapons #1 the number
-
one weapon was a word from God. All God's words are specific,
-
say specific, but they may require some digging.
-
Follow me. But when God is ready to reveal
-
his victory, which is His salvation, there is no digging.
-
It's just simply obedience. There's mysteries, but some of
-
you have made practical instructions from God.
-
A mystery. Let me pray into that again.
-
I haven't heard from the Lord. He's not going to repeat
-
himself. It was super practical.
-
Go. If he wanted to give you more
-
details, he would have. So clearly more details is on
-
the other side of what go #2 The Walls of Jericho came down
-
through obedient, fearless leadership.
-
Unfortunately, this generation has to understand God calls
-
leaders. And sometimes and a lot of times
-
there's a spearhead, there's a front man or woman, and they
-
have the responsibility to equip and mobilize and activate
-
people. But this, this desire for
-
duality or this desire to make believers feel safe.
-
So let's create a army of leaders.
-
Let's a triple headed snake. So if there's one leader or 1
-
lead pastor, somethings wrong with that.
-
But these walls came down because the vision and the word
-
had to get to a person and it was they the the person who was
-
going to articulate. We see what happened once the
-
vision got to a second person with Adam and Eve.
-
So sometimes in our hearing different it.
-
Slows down obedience. So Jericho Walls came down
-
because there was fearless leadership.
-
God had a contact person #3 here it is.
-
Number 1 was a word from God. Number two, it was obedient,
-
fearless leadership, and number three, it was what?
-
Unity. It was unity of movement, and it
-
was unity of language. They all had to shout.
-
Right. It was everybody saying, yeah,
-
not Boo. And 10 people was doing this, 10
-
people. Now I'm sure out of those
-
thousands of people, somebody few people had attitude.
-
I'm like, why are we walking off?
-
Men watch if these walls don't come down #5 no #4 sorry, they
-
had a corporate faith. But I want to speak this.
-
It was a gift of faith. Because what happened, if you
-
understand the gift of faith, it is beyond your personal or
-
physical ability. This is something that God has
-
to do, but He uses you as an instrument of activation.
-
Right, shout now. A shout, naturally, is not going
-
to tear a wall down. David, pull the sling back and
-
let it go. I'll knock the giant down.
-
Corporate gift of faith is going to come up on Love Quest.
-
It's not just going to be a couple people believing for
-
radical stuff. Here's the power of here.
-
Here's the necessity of a corporate gift of faith is we
-
have to actually be moving in unity.
-
That's right. OK.
-
You short circuit the power when you're in line in the corporate
-
and you want to do it your own way, OK.
-
Number #5 timing and number six, fullness of time.
-
What's the difference? Timing was Kronos.
-
It was you need to go do this today, right now, six o'clock
-
5:00 chronos, time, timing. They had to do it then, but
-
fullness of time, this was Kairos.
-
This was a moment in time and in history that God had ordained
-
that if they didn't do the chronos.
-
When Chronos was supposed to take place then it would have
-
threw off the Kairos. But this is what I do understand
-
about Kairos. No one can stop it.
-
Ready or not, Holy Ghost, about the fall and the day of
-
Pentecost here. I don't care who angry.
-
I don't care who got attitude. I don't care who didn't show up
-
to Jerusalem. I don't care who didn't give.
-
I don't care if it's raining sunny.
-
It doesn't matter. The elements doesn't matter.
-
This is Heaven's timing. And you can't do nothing about
-
it. Remember this was this was
-
December 31st, 20 through 23. We talked about you can't do
-
nothing about it. So in Chronos we got to do our
-
job, build this building. But when God says time,
-
everything we need is going to flood.
-
No one can stop what God has planned.
-
You got that? That was just some little little
-
appetizers for you Babble. Here it is.
-
It's not power is memory. This is all around.
-
Here's the point I'm gonna get to is some of you destroy your
-
peace by how you speak. OK, some of you want peace so
-
bad, but you want to talk the same Babble.
-
Language brought unity and chaos.
-
Here it is when they were speaking the same language, they
-
got a God's attention and he said, uh, uh, So what did he do?
-
Confound their language and they couldn't understand each other.
-
Just like when you got the word and you got the Lord, you got
-
the Holy Ghost and you got truth in you, but what you speak and
-
don't align. So you are creating chaos within
-
your faith system because what's coming out of your mouth is not
-
aligning. This is how you got saved.
-
If you believe in your heart and confess with your out of the
-
blend into the heart, the wait see there has to be
-
corresponding. You can't just get fat on the
-
word. But what you speak is totally
-
contradicting what's in you. So now you frustrated with God
-
and your your speech has to be faithful.
-
Your speech has to be consistent.
-
You can't be desperate in your speech, so you say what needs to
-
be said because you're desperate for it.
-
Now you are manipulating the heavens, and that's impossible.
-
Therefore, you're manipulating yourself, and when you
-
manipulate yourself, the. Fruit of it is confusion, and
-
where there's confusion, there's no peace, and where there's no
-
peace, there's no authority. We, we, we can't be like the
-
world in how we talk. We can't let conversations go on
-
around us when they eat at our peace.
-
You gotta especially listen in your home because the weights
-
and the volume of the conversations in your home have
-
more impact on you. Why?
-
Because you're 1. So when Mama say something, even
-
if you act like it don't bother you, it still interrupts
-
something inside of you. We're not talking in the world.
-
What's conversation like in your crib?
-
Won't say. I got to guard my peace better.
-
And it's the last thing. If you're going to live in
-
Kairos, you have to let anxiety go about Chronos.
-
You have to be willing to live a life where you take your hands
-
off the will and say God, do your thing.
-
Garrison the protector of my soul.
-
Last Wednesday, if you were here, you you remember some of
-
this and if you weren't, you're going to get some of this.
-
And but Garrison, we're going to see tonight is peace.
-
The peace of God is meant to protect you.
-
The World Peace brings you a feeling of calm.
-
God's peace allows you to move through chaos with control of
-
your spirit and poise. You ready.
-
God's peace can have you planted in the middle of chaos and your
-
mind still be sound. God's peace can have you in the
-
middle of chaos and you're still able to make sound decisions.
-
God's peace can have you in the middle of a storm that
-
contradicts God's promise, and you still can hold on to His
-
word. Understand God's peace has
-
nothing to do with what's going on around you.
-
So while you're praying for things to stop, God is saying
-
no, I'm actually allowing you to be in the storm so you can
-
practice peace. Oh man.
-
Hey, go across. You gonna go across?
-
OK? You don't think Jesus knew a
-
storm was coming? Go across.
-
He was sleep. He was sleep.
-
Here it is. And on one end we could say he
-
was mad that they woke him up because he was sleeping good.
-
Or on the other end he understood that they did not do
-
this very important thing. Keep their eyes on him.
-
Their emotions dictated their response When he was out there
-
in Italy and we was on that, on that, you know, was with this.
-
There's so much revelation with the skipper now.
-
Day before, I was trying to tell my wife, hey, I want to rent a
-
boat and I'll drive. She's like, Nah, I was like,
-
babe, we drove a boat before. Like it's just a little boat.
-
We just don't go around and we're going to go around and
-
we're just going no. And she, she didn't want, she's
-
like, no, no, I'm like, OK, whatever, whatever.
-
And so then we got a skipper. Man the power of a skipper.
-
That understands the ocean, they understands the island, that
-
understands the winds in the way he was like, I was like, Sir,
-
can we like why? Why don't you guys drive?
-
Closer to the shore. Right.
-
Like why? Why we so far like, because at
-
first he was like, is it we're going to go this way around the
-
island because the wind is blowing on the other side?
-
But it looked like when we went around this way, the wind was
-
blowing on this side. I was like, OK, I was like, Sir,
-
it's pretty choppy out here. And I said, why you?
-
See, because in my mind, if we're closer to shore, if
-
something happens for me, I'm a little closer and being closer
-
feels safer. But he says.
-
The reason we stay out this far is because if something goes
-
wrong, we have time to to to adjust.
-
But if you're closer to the mountains, you don't have the
-
time or the space to adjust that way.
-
I'm getting peace. I think I'm going to get peace
-
due to proximity. God says I need to find peace.
-
Further out. Because actually further out is
-
safer. Some light.
-
So we go around. And it's choppy.
-
And so to get to, to, to, to, to, to grab a hold of what I'm
-
feeling based on what I'm seeing, I trusted the skipper.
-
My wife was on the front, on the on the butt, on the bow.
-
Is it the bow, the front of the thing now?
-
I'm like this just like the movies.
-
I'm sorry. This just like the movies.
-
He got a brother, a little brother right here.
-
He out on the front and just bye.
-
And then she just bye. And I'm like, now I'm back here
-
and I'm sitting on the stairs. I'm sitting on the stairs now.
-
I'm still enjoying myself where I'm at.
-
OK. I don't need to be on the nose
-
of the boat. For what?
-
And I'm sitting here, I'm like, man, if this boat knock her in
-
the water, would I really jump in?
-
I'm like, Lord, you're going to have to keep her on this boat,
-
he says. And I'm sitting here, I'm
-
talking to the skipper. I'm just sitting here and I'm,
-
I'm more so I'm taking my eyes off of the choppy.
-
The, the, the cause of the boat is it's like we, we went through
-
a choppy patch. And in that I'm not focused on
-
the waves and the winds. I'm just folk.
-
I'm looking at the map, I'm talking to him.
-
I'm doing everything but looking at my conditions, right, because
-
I know me. He's not a bad thing.
-
I know me. So in order to to be ready enjoy
-
the ride, but also ready not mess up her faith because of yo
-
fear she's enjoying being in a place I'm not ready to go.
-
But so many of you try to pull people back from where they're
-
ready to go because you're not ready to go there.
-
So I'm going to demonize her faith when at the end of the
-
day, God is honoring both, both places we're at.
-
That was a fun ride. And then we finally got to some
-
places where I could hop off for the first time.
-
Jumping the ocean and we have to swim to a hot spring, I said,
-
Sir. I was like, OK, I'm going to do
-
it. I want to experience the hot
-
spring, swim over to the hot spring and to sit on a volcano
-
is absolutely astounding. I but burnt my buns a couple
-
times. I'm over there and I'm like,
-
man, I can't hop back in the boat.
-
I got to swim back and we went around.
-
It was beautiful. And then we found another spot
-
and it was gorgeous and I dove in and it was good.
-
But a lack of peace will always rob you from experiencing the
-
splendor of God. Some of you have allowed fear
-
and anxiety to rob you from sink because you could still be on
-
that ocean, You could be on the Mediterranean Sea, you could be
-
on a roller coaster. You can be in Vancouver, you can
-
be in a beautiful marriage. You can be whatever.
-
But you've allowed what's your what's triggering?
-
You hear it, Your kids can trigger you.
-
But that's no different than the waves triggering me.
-
But I can't respond to the waves.
-
I can't respond. Stop responding to triggers.
-
All right. Are we using our time?
-
Well, I'm like you, getting a few things.
-
All right. All right.
-
Garrison. Proverbs 4 Keep.
-
Guard your heart with all vigilance and shout it out
-
please, and green a little louder that you guard what is
-
above all mean. OK, this is a little this is
-
pretty important, right? This is reign supreme.
-
This is priority. Somebody say priority now is
-
this any priority or top priority above all that you?
-
Guard somebody ain't funny. Tell.
-
Tell me what? You.
-
Come on, talk to me. What do you like guarding?
-
Some of us guard our pride. We guard our attitude.
-
Well, you shouldn't wait a minute.
-
Well, you shouldn't. So I'm.
-
Why? You right did anybody live with
-
in that situation? So just look up OK How much how
-
much dysfunction do you guard? Talk to me come on talk to me
-
How much dysfunction do you guard Some folks guard they
-
deadness in church. We like lift your hands and they
-
like. No, I wouldn't, no.
-
You're not me, you guard it. What do you guard that's not of
-
God? Ask yourself, why do you guard
-
ungodliness, right? Anybody ever try to help your
-
attitude? And you like don't judge me.
-
Anybody ever try to help you with your bad diet?
-
I'll leave my chicken alone, leave my candy, leave my sugar
-
alone on the fast that if you want to get somebody offended,
-
throw it fast and make it strict.
-
Y'all remember God bless his soul Juan Carlos, when we just
-
fasted one week sugar no sugar. And that brother keep like he
-
trick or treating all the time. He got candy always and he was
-
so offended that we was fan as fast as you.
-
Call it fast. You see what people guard?
-
Oh, you. No, no, social media.
-
I don't got a problem with social media.
-
The fact that you don't want to get off social media says you
-
got a problem with social media. Now all of a sudden you need
-
protein. My, my, my body needs protein.
-
My body need protein. Well, there's there's other
-
protein than actually me, and you get protein in other ways.
-
OK, What dysfunction do you guard?
-
You got to let that go in 2025. You can't be so prideful that
-
you will guard dysfunction, he says.
-
Above all that you guard, for out of it flows the springs of
-
light above. All that you guard, guard your
-
heart. So, so, so here it is.
-
If you're guarding dysfunction, you're keeping dysfunction in
-
your heart. So you notice you guarding your
-
heart. But he says for out of your
-
heart flows the issues of life. So what you're going through?
-
Is not just happenstance. What if what you don't like
-
right now in your life, a part of it is something you birthed?
-
Yeah, it's the war outside, right?
-
You walk in the house that you helped create the culture.
-
Not creating culture. Being passive is still creating
-
culture. Not saying something is creating
-
culture. Saying too much is creating
-
culture. What are you guarding of all?
-
We have to guard our heart. We have to keep our heart.
-
Keep guard. Garrison K.
-
Look at the next verse. Yes, Philippians, how did this
-
get? How did this get on?
-
Chaka Khan, How did that happen? You got the next Oh Jesus, where
-
did that go? So sorry y'all Philippians 4.
-
Somebody open that up. That's why I didn't make it.
-
Chaka Khan, you. OK, so So what you're going to
-
do is you're going to go all the way to the slide before last.
-
So sorry, Philippians 476, is that Philippian 46?
-
OK, that's fine. Did you download the latest one,
-
the one that says copy? OK.
-
All right. Thank you.
-
They didn't make it to the top. Do not fret or have any anxiety
-
about anything. Oh, anything.
-
What does anything mean? Anything?
-
Don't have anxiety. So, so would you?
-
Are you going to argue with me right now and say, God, that's
-
not fair? Are you going to tell me that?
-
So. So it would be.
-
Unfair if God told you don't have anxiety about nothing, but
-
then on the flip. Side be like you got a right to
-
be anxious. Here it is.
-
You guard your anxiety. How do I know that?
-
Because the moment you have a reason to be anxious, you can
-
point at that and say if that leaves, I won't be anxious.
-
So you guard anxiety instead of activating the peace of God and
-
you now guard it because they did that or the government did
-
that or my spouse did that or the doctor said that or so you
-
guard it or my kids did that, right?
-
We got to get to a point where some stuff just don't matter.
-
Like like what can you eliminate tripping on?
-
Like there's some I'm telling you, you don't have the ram the
-
capacity to to carry and and be anxious about as much as some of
-
y'all anxious about some in this place in life.
-
Look, clothes on the floor don't matter, but like what's dividing
-
y'all house? What?
-
What are you allowing to be an argument attention point in your
-
house? Tell me, is it worth losing
-
peace over? Remember, and and I'm not
-
saying, OK, well, I'm not going to say nothing.
-
No, that's not that's not getting peace because now you
-
like quite quite frankly, you, you flipping out release you
-
right, you release some steam. You can't hold it in.
-
You got to now speak. See, you got to now speak life.
-
You got to now serve the thing you want to change.
-
The folks we get married and be thinking marriage is going to
-
solve a lot of problems. No marriage is going to activate
-
it a lot of a lot, a lot, a lot of change in your life.
-
It's going to give you, you just assigned, you just signed up for
-
an assignment. It's going to, it's a project,
-
it's going to, it's going to bring you a whole lot of
-
scenarios to activate and expose the stuff that was already
-
there. Already there and now you got a
-
partner to work it out with. That's what the vows is.
-
You promised to never leave me while work me out.
-
Come on, say nothing. Say be anxious for nothing.
-
But by prayer and petition. So you pray for the thing that's
-
causing anxiety, but here it is. He says with Thanksgiving,
-
continue to make your wants known to God.
-
Hey, hey, look, look and God's peace.
-
Look, you got to do verse 6. You can't shout about 7:00.
-
You can't guard toxicity and then shout about uninterrupted
-
peace. It don't work that way.
-
And God's peace, whose peace? God, come on, God's peace shall
-
be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation
-
through Christ. So fearing nothing from God and
-
being content with its earthly lot, being content with this
-
earthly lot of whatever. So whatever, say whatever.
-
I married a dirty man. Whatever.
-
Talk to me. I got some nasty old kids.
-
Whatever that peace. Which?
-
Transcends all understanding here it is the peace that
-
transcends all the I'm talking about this is peace.
-
See see this is see too many people are like, girl, I feel
-
you man. You should be mad like that
-
because that's the worldly way. You should be grieving in the
-
way of pulling your blinds down, taking off two months of work,
-
defeated, ready to kill yourself.
-
You should. That's what the word.
-
But he said I bore your grief, which means the way the world
-
grieves and the way you grieve is two different things.
-
So as believers grieve, but grief does not now dictate your
-
joy or your peace or your life. Because there's a surety, a
-
certainty about where my loss is going.
-
So, so it transcends all understanding because sometimes
-
I don't even know why I'm not tripping.
-
I can't tell y'all why I'm on the road going to my son's
-
basketball game while I'm still celebrate my anniversary and we
-
got this building over here. It's just some stuff I can't do.
-
So I'm not going to be here at the office every day making sure
-
and praying and God, I'm not going to walk around.
-
I'm going to do prayer every day until the building get done.
-
Some of y'all filter your anxiety or hell, let me put it
-
this way, some of y'all praying from anxiety.
-
I'm going to come to the building every day and I'm going
-
to walk around the building and touch all the walls with oil
-
getting yeah, y'all, they got a they got a they got they got a
-
power wash that oil off. Hey, no, no, we we get so we get
-
so. Lord, we going to pray no.
-
Pray. But you know, you can pray on a
-
ferry, you can pray on a drive to hike, you can pray
-
everywhere. Your life does not have to stop
-
because you're in the middle. Of a faith project there's
-
there's this piece of after you've done all you could do
-
stand. You you can't you can't stand
-
without this peace after you've done all you could do have
-
peace. Look, he says it shall get this
-
peace shall Garrison and mount guard somebody shout out mount
-
guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
-
Now go back real quick. But some of us, yeah, it says a
-
soul assured of his salvation. Some of us read that as a soul
-
assured when they die they going to heaven.
-
They don't read a soul assured of his salvation on earth as it
-
is in heaven. Verse 8 somebody say Garrison.
-
Next verse 8, please. Thank you.
-
It ain't no eight. I was just seeing if you got the
-
right. I'm just seeing if you got the
-
right one, she said. Ain't.
-
No 8. I love your church man, I'm
-
telling you. Thanks for having me.
-
Amen. Hallelujah.
-
Now Garrison. Somebody say Garrison.
-
OK, what is Garrison? I'm glad you asked.
-
A station, a place where one stands a military.
-
See, this is very important. What you're going to have to
-
understand is if you're going to have this piece, you're going to
-
have to learn how to do what stand a military or a fortified
-
post. A prefect, a Superintendent.
-
Hence a military post. Somebody say militant.
-
A A body of troops stationed in a Fort or fortified town to
-
defend it against an enemy. This peace shell Garrison
-
around. Y'all got to learn.
-
Y'all got to put all this together.
-
This peace shell, the peace of God shell Garrison around your
-
mind. OK, it's the Garrison is a a, a
-
soldier, a military, a body of troops that are stationed.
-
They have a stance, they have a location, they have a a firmness
-
fortified town to defend it against an enemy or to keep the
-
inhabitants in subjection. Here it is.
-
Here it is Garrison, a place that is manned, provisioned and
-
fortified. See, the peace of God is a
-
provision. I want you to see some read
-
this. A blaspheming enemy of God had
-
been permitted to build a fortified stronghold on God's
-
property. Enemy troops were dwelling on
-
God's heel and oppressing God's people.
-
What am I talking about? First Samuel 10 says.
-
After that you will come to the heel of who?
-
God where? The what?
-
Garrison of the Philistines. Is when you come to the city,
-
you will meet a company of prophets coming down from the
-
high place with harp, tambourine, flute, leer before
-
them prophesied. I will say this, in these last
-
days we must learn how to identify, activate, mobilize and
-
honor the prophets of the land. Here it is.
-
We are for sure going to know false prophets, but we will only
-
know the false ones if we recognize the real ones.
-
You know you, you, you, you, you.
-
You can't. We're not.
-
The last shall be first. The apostle and the prophet.
-
The way it started is the way it's going to end.
-
Look, look, look. Old Testament dominated by
-
prophets, New Testament apostles, and for any doctrine
-
to be out there amongst the body of Christ to say that there's no
-
apostles, no prophets no more, it's absolutely.
-
Stupid. So we got three fingers left out
-
of the fivefold. We gonna we started with five,
-
gonna finish with three. Run track and get 2 toes cut
-
off. Let me see how how well you
-
compete so right up on your brain.
-
We have let the Philistines. Some of you set up Camp a
-
Garrison. What does this mean?
-
There's lies inside your life that you actually guard.
-
The Philistines, the bully have set up.
-
Camp in your mind and you actually protected.
-
And if somebody comes and tell you no, you are fearfully and
-
wonderfully made. You believe no, I'm not wanting,
-
no, I'm not good enough. You Garrison you, you protect
-
this lie. I want to read this one more
-
time. Philippians 4 says Garrison and
-
mount guard. You can you can go to the to the
-
slide up top mount guard. Someone say mount guard.
-
You can go up to the the the slide.
-
That's actually right at that. No, no, no, the slide book for
-
that. Thank you.
-
Garrison and mount guard. I want to bring this slide back
-
to you. Mount guard.
-
We can't slide by that. What does mount guard mean?
-
Mount guard means. To organize people to watch or
-
protect a person or a place. The peace of God mounts guard.
-
I hope you understand that the Lord can be here, which He is.
-
Your lack of awareness robs you from experiencing or benefiting
-
of His presence. You ever been ignored?
-
You you ever been in a room and didn't realize something or
-
someone was in it? And then you became aware you
-
believers working all day love the Lord can walk in here right
-
now the. Presence of God is here.
-
I know it for sure and there's ways that I know it, but you can
-
sit in here and not be experienced in the presence of
-
God because you've made it about a feeling.
-
So mount guard organized people to watch or to protect a person
-
or play. See this?
-
This sends me running like crazy.
-
Here's an example. But let them all be glad.
-
Those who turn aside to hide themselves in you.
-
Here it is again. Pay close attention.
-
Those what we're about to read is going to happen to those who
-
hide themselves in him, hide themselves in his presence, hide
-
themselves in his work. How do I hide myself in his word
-
or in his presence or in him is because what he says about me I
-
guarded and when I guarded I'm saying I'm keeping his word
-
wrapped around me. OK, what am I saying here It is
-
may they. Who is they?
-
Let's read again, but let them all be glad.
-
Who is all be glad? Those who turn aside to hide
-
themselves in him, may they keep shouting for joy forever over.
-
Shadow them in your presence. Who is them?
-
It's not Christians, it's Christians who run and hide, not
-
from calling from him, into him. So when we read promises, we got
-
to be very specific. We can't just think everything,
-
everything is intended for you. Wait, what are you doing?
-
Are you hiding in your lies? Are you hiding in your anxiety?
-
Are you hiding in your fears? You're hiding in your trauma?
-
What are you hiding in? This is overshadowed.
-
I mean your presence as they, as they, as they, as they
-
lifestyle, as they sing and rejoice, as they.
-
Open their mouths and speak your word and honor you and worship
-
you and adore you and fear you. Then, then, then, then, then,
-
then, then, then, then, then every lover of your name.
-
Well, you would assume every person in here is a lover of
-
God. Well, let me take you to what
-
Jesus says is a lover. If you love me, you obey me.
-
You ready? Obedience is not merely
-
connected to call. Obedience is connected to tell
-
them, sorry, obedience is. Cut that off like I asked you
-
to. I'm not going to ask you again.
-
We think, send me, I'll go. We're looking for God to give us
-
a platform and I'll obey when we say send me, I'll go.
-
We're talking about what God can do for me based on what I like,
-
want, and what I'm gifted at. Practice.
-
Practice obedience by being a peacemaker.
-
Peacemaker, Peacemaker. Not peace receiver, peacemaker.
-
One way to have pieces. Make it Hallelujah.
-
Look what you. Say then every lover of your
-
name will burst forth with endless joy.
-
What does endless mean? It means there's nothing that
-
can end it. Here's the here's the part,
-
Lord, how wonderfully you bless the righteous.
-
Your favor wraps around each one and covers your favor does what?
-
What peace does your favor wraps around.
-
This is why the enemy hates folks that walk in favor.
-
But look you you can say. Everybody, all God's children
-
got favor, but not all God's children walking in it.
-
So then we demonize those that's aware of the favor of their life
-
and they walking in it. Now I'm going to walk in favor
-
without confidence, without a little bit of swag, without a
-
little bit of, without boasting in my God.
-
But he says, may your favor surrounds them like a shield.
-
This is why I must obey. This is why I must walk in God's
-
call for my life, because His favor is not outside of His will
-
for my life, but when I'm hiding in Him and His purpose for me
-
and His presence for me, and His love for me, and His love and
-
His joy, the fruit of the Spirit which peace is a part of it, it
-
garrisons. OK, come up here.
-
Come up here. Troy.
-
Come up here. PDO.
-
Come up here. Come on up here.
-
Ryan. Come up here.
-
He came. He'll keep you awake.
-
Come on. Come on, brother.
-
Come on, brother. All right.
-
And let's go. Let's go.
-
Let's go. Let's go.
-
Come up here. OK.
-
Now I need you fellas to lock arms.
-
Create a circle. Lock arms.
-
Now let's do it over there. OK.
-
And now you won't get in the middle.
-
OK. These your brothers in Christ.
-
Hallelujah. Now you got to create a circle
-
around you. Come up here too.
-
I think that's all. No.
-
Dang, come on, we need one more person.
-
Y'all too close to her so we need to broaden the link.
-
Yeah, yeah, yeah. All right, come on.
-
Now, Now, now, I want you to say I want you to.
-
I want you to see this, OK? I want you to see this.
-
Garrison it it. I want, I want, I want to see
-
this organized. To to mount guard is to organize
-
people to watch or protect a person or place.
-
You got this. It is may your favor surround me
-
like a shield. So So what a Garrison does, a
-
mount guard does. It's not merely like this.
-
Now you guys kind of loosen the chain up a little bit, not your
-
arms. The chain still lock.
-
Arms now walk around her. See.
-
See. This is the picture of Garrison,
-
so it doesn't matter which angle the enemy tries to enter into
-
your life. Now pause.
-
I want you to see she's not moving.
-
See a lot of us instead of focusing on the Garrison and
-
sitting and trusting and reading my book and waiting on the Lord,
-
we're trying to she would be looking out here at the storm
-
and the friends. That's like girl, you crazy come
-
out here. But she still keep going.
-
So it doesn't matter where the enemy tries to come in.
-
There is no way to penetrate. All her job is to do what?
-
Be still and know that he is God.
-
OK, good. Thank you.
-
That's all you have to do. This Garrison is something that
-
God. Here it is has orchestrated to
-
keep you. But but what if Hannah Beth was
-
like, let me go. I'm tired of being still, like
-
I'm missing out. I'm going to miss out.
-
What did she do? She allowed the peace of God
-
what he said. It will guard, it will guard and
-
here it is. So I don't got to run my, my, my
-
grandmama or my Mama. Look, look, don't got to run to
-
the alley to get my kid. Look, here's Garrison.
-
Here's Garrison. Garrison is organized people.
-
God organizes his angels to watch or protect a person or
-
place. I can't be in all places, but
-
his word can't. So the man says, Lord, you
-
can't. Don't come to my house.
-
Just what? Send your word and your word
-
will heal. You can't be anxious.
-
About what my kids doing, where they, where they going, *** I'm
-
gonna need to go out. No.
-
No, no, no, no, no see, because if the enemy can use your kids
-
to take you off your post, he could use your coworkers to take
-
you off your post. If he can use whatever he needs
-
to use, politics. If he could use and there's some
-
of us are so easily anxious. The Lord says, man, there's a
-
piece of that mount guard that all you got to do is say a word
-
and I send to places. It would not be fair for God to
-
only protect where I'm at. Yeah, see what we where we have
-
to start is be honest on how much we trust God and stop
-
thinking that Christian means trust.
-
Yeah, here's Garrison again. Both male and female went inside
-
as God had commanded Noah and Yahweh Himself shut them in.
-
Here is shadow and type. He says Noah, build something
-
and in the midst of this storm, because you hide yourself in the
-
ark, guess what, you're protected.
-
Psalm 91 for he will give, he will give.
-
Here it is. He will mount guard.
-
He will give his angels a special charge over you.
-
Am I talking to anybody to accompany and defend and
-
preserve you in all what does all mean?
-
All your ways of obedience? Here it is.
-
Here it is. Man, I'm trying to like, like
-
our prayer life. Don't line up to our obedient
-
life. You're praying here.
-
Here it is. What if I told you we think pray
-
without ceasing me like every second?
-
No, prayer is also a posture. What if I told you that
-
obedience is a prayer language? What if I told you?
-
That now this is going. To be very dangerous for some of
-
you, but if you have eyes they see and ears to hear, you will
-
understand what I'm saying. What if I told you you could
-
pray less if you obeyed more? Obedience will change your
-
prayer life because now I'm praying different.
-
I'm not praying I because my obedience produces faith,
-
because I know I did with his work, because I know I seek him
-
first in his Kingdom. I don't got to pray about things
-
because the first the obeying the obeying the first part of
-
Matthew 633 is my prayer language.
-
I'm doing what he said. Therefore I can expect what he
-
said he'll do and some of y'all are praying for stuff that
-
obedience would solve. That's why prayer is hard for
-
some of us because we praying, but we're acting against the
-
prayer. Here's the here's what you got
-
to say. God would be a lie if he went
-
against his principles. But if I told you some of the
-
stuff you waiting for is obedience not prayer.
-
You ready? Some of y'all been been prayed.
-
Have you obeyed? Have you hid in him?
-
Have you been praying but also guarding toxicity?
-
But what if God loves you so much he want toxicity before you
-
get blessing and you just are like you?
-
You just think it's all about God breaking you through when
-
God is like. No, I want you whole because can
-
y'all give me 10 minutes please and y'all want to hear from me
-
Sunday? Y'all going to hear from EJ and
-
somebody else again and then this is my last week.
-
I'll be gone, OK? I normally don't tell people,
-
but then I tell people on Wednesday because you guys are
-
special. So yes, you are.
-
Thank you, see how you received it instead of thinking about it.
-
If you walk into a trap, they'll be there for you and there that
-
word go again, keep you from stumbling the angels.
-
If you walk into a trap, it didn't mean I'm out here whiling
-
out, it mean I'm hidden in the Lord.
-
This is counted all joy if you fall in the diversity if you if
-
you're doing what God has asked you to do and just something
-
comes against you, but you're not about to just slip up into
-
some sin and be try to apply the scripture.
-
No, no, no, no, no. If you walk into a trap while
-
you walk in in in obedience, they'll be there for you and
-
they'll do, you see? So, So here's the first thing.
-
Here's what the accuser of the brethren does when you get in a
-
storm. He puts your sin in front of
-
your face. And if you are currently walking
-
in what He is currently showing you, do you guarantee you your
-
faith is challenged because you look at the devil and be like
-
you, right? And you can't agree with the
-
enemy and agree with God. You can't stand on two truths
-
like that. And This is why obedience and
-
obeying the Word is so important.
-
So when the day of trial comes, you can.
-
You can. Hey, try me.
-
That's why he was able to try Job.
-
This is what God was like. Yeah, go.
-
You ain't going to find unknown Job.
-
You could take whatever you want from Job, but Job's loyalty gave
-
him the ability to stand. This is why it's important to
-
obey. It's not important to obey, just
-
to obey. But it's it obey is is covenant
-
show. But it's also for the day when
-
you're on trial, not with God, but the devil.
-
Some of y'all can't fight under pressure because you know you
-
ain't been in your words. You know you've been having
-
nasty attitude. You know you got bitterness in
-
your heart. So then the enemy comes and he
-
drives you. He's like, you can't cast me out
-
because you guard me. You can't get rid of me because
-
you've been guarding my lies. How you going to protect me and
-
give me a home and then evict me?
-
How you gonna give me a couch to sit on?
-
How you gonna give me some water to drink and then now you're in
-
trouble? You gonna kick me out?
-
It don't work that way. How?
-
Why doesn't it work that way? Because the very thing you're
-
trying to cast has roots. You don't even believe they
-
should be evicted, said you'll even.
-
Walk unharmed among the fiercest powers of darkness.
-
Trampling every one of them beneath your feet, because here,
-
Oh my goodness, here it is. Here it is here.
-
Here's the other side of it. This is not for Christians.
-
This is for those who because next Scripture, because now mind
-
you, Psalm 91, one starts off with hiding in the wings of the
-
Almighty because he has set his love up on me.
-
Because this person has set his love up on me.
-
This person's hope is in me. This person's affections is in
-
me. Therefore therefore tell me if
-
I'm wrong. Elder John therefore means
-
what's before it has to be in place now I can say because the
-
first parts in place, therefore will I deliver him.
-
Man, there's change that's on me and there's change I'm holding.
-
Try to get out of change. You holding?
-
Therefore will I deliver him? I will set him or her on high.
-
I'm I'm about to lift you up. Can't he can't he.
-
The hell can't reach you here? It is because he knows.
-
Oh, here's another. Because because he or she knows
-
and understands my name, they have a personal knowledge of my,
-
my mercy, my love. And then you stated personal, a
-
personal knowledge and understanding of my grace.
-
We, we know grace, right? Grace saved me.
-
Oh, but His mercy when you know you.
-
Deserve all his mercy. Right, Grace, you get what you
-
don't deserve. Personal knowledge of my mercy.
-
You should be done. You should be wiped.
-
You should be dead. You should be in jail.
-
You should be infested with disease.
-
Your punishment was great. You don't walk from that
-
posture. We got to beg you to serve God.
-
We got to beg you to give. We got to beg.
-
If you understood my mercy, I got to beg you to come.
-
You still running from call? You don't understand my mercy.
-
You get mad at accountability. You don't understand my mercy.
-
Do you know the blessing of accountability?
-
That's I have put a burden on somebody's heart to care about
-
you for me. I put people in your life to
-
stay up all night while you rest in your sin.
-
See what God has arranged to keep you say they know I'll
-
never forsake them no, never because he has set his love upon
-
me I simply. Think, to think, think of this.
-
That person has set the weight of their lives on the shoulders
-
of the Lord, keeping our eyes. Fixed on Jesus, you've got to
-
get this as we close is not just meant to draw from like I'm
-
staring at you, Jesus because I I want this, I want strength, I
-
want a blessing. It is not just to draw from and
-
not just to draw to, but it's also to reflect.
-
Here's what I'm telling you. Think of the power of
-
comparison. When you compare, you actually
-
look at someone and in a way you see yourself in them, but they
-
are so far along than you are. There's this comparison thing.
-
We compare all day. We see ourselves in people all
-
day, right? I'm hearing my call because I
-
got a spiritual I looked in a spiritual mirror at some men in
-
my life and I their lives spoke to the call in me right when you
-
admire people and you look up to people, we we know that in human
-
fashion. Am I correct?
-
My Jesus had a been mad at Peter because he said listen, I am
-
laying here in a posture that you should be laying in, but
-
you. Will not keep your eyes on my.
-
Rest long enough you can't even rest.
-
What, what, what let? Me, let me tell you this.
-
In the beginning, as Jesus is peace, we embodied that same
-
peace. Before sin entered our nature,
-
as Jesus is peace, we embodied that same peace.
-
Sin brought anxiety. So if God is taking us back to
-
the garden, OK, that's why he says if you keep your eyes fixed
-
on me, I'll give you perfect peace.
-
How long got to be with you? Oh, you a little face.
-
Why you just didn't look at what I was doing and mirror me.
-
Here it is. Go to the end of the.
-
Slide end of the slides. Why we got to keep focused on
-
the word? Because his piece.
-
Carries or bears his image and his image carries his peace.
-
Here's why if you unlock this Scripture tells us scripture
-
things like and all of us as with unveiled face because we
-
continue to behold him, look at him in the word as in a mirror
-
reflecting him the glory because we kept our eyes in the word and
-
kept our eyes on him. Eventually we took on his
-
posture. Same way you look at a storm,
-
you take on the chaos of the storm.
-
So if I was going to keep my peace on that ocean, guess what
-
I did? I took my eyes off the.
-
Ocean and then just take a picture of this next slide and
-
we're done. His piece carries the next one.
-
Please no, it's the next one. Hallelujah.
-
I'm gonna read it to you and they gonna get it up there.
-
His piece bears His image. His image carries His piece.
-
We just read with unveiled face. We kept our eyes like a mirror
-
on His word. We behold His word.
-
Here it is. Look at those scriptures right
-
there. I want you to look at those What
-
do they like? For those whom He foreknew, He
-
also ready, predestined, to be conformed to the image of His
-
Son on earth as it is in heaven. Colossians 310 says and have put
-
on the new self which is after the image of the creator
-
Galatians 220 look. I've been crucified with Christ.
-
It is no longer I who live, but it's Christ who lives in me.
-
Uh oh, the life I now live. I want you to understand this
-
piece is a part of the Newman. They don't mix with the old.
-
This piece is. New wine and in First
-
Corinthians 1549 look at it just as we have borne the image,
-
borne bare the image of the man of dust.
-
You see this, Troy, we bear the image of Adam.
-
We'll own that I'm a Sinner. Yep.
-
This is how I messed up. This is how I was unholy.
-
This is how I went wrong. This is how they mad at me.
-
This is how they how they messed me over.
-
This is how they lied to me. This is how I messed up.
-
The world is we, we have beholded the image of Adam.
-
So the same way you behold the image of Adam.
-
Why not Jesus? You know how to be anxious like
-
Eve. You know how to we bear?
-
That's in there. But what?
-
What else is in there? Oh, so don't tell.
-
Me, you don't know how to bear. He's got to put on the new man
-
and this is what I said. This is the power.
-
This is so powerful. It really is all in if you
-
really want all did. What you saying, hip hop pastor?
-
When I read the scripture, when I listen, when I read these
-
scriptures, I'm here to give somebody some good news.
-
But for some of you, it's going to be bad news.
-
There's really no way to to to live out all that God did for us
-
without being all in. Absolutely.
-
I've come to the conclusion that I cannot harness this peace that
-
transcends all understanding unless I bear the image of Jesus
-
Christ, Unless I keep my eyes fixed on His word, Unless I walk
-
out how He walked it out. Unless I.
-
Love how he loved unless I obey when he tells me to do whatever
-
he tells me to do. And let's not walk by faith and
-
not by sight. If you want to choose tonight to
-
be worldly and Christian, guess what?
-
Stop praying for peace. You ready?
-
You can have peace as the world gives it.
-
Therefore you have to work for that peace.
-
So when you get paid, you'll have a little bit of peace
-
because you got a check and you can pay some bills.
-
So you don't have a pressure of bills.
-
You don't want no pressure. You want to keep keep trying to
-
get the right Prime Minister in and then you have some peace
-
when yo, as the world has peace, he says, I don't give you that
-
peace. And praise God that there's a,
-
there's a, there's a level up of peace because we can't wait
-
around. For the government.
-
You can't wait around for your spouse to change.
-
You can't wait around for your kids to get grown.
-
That's too long. Listen, Micah Malia Malachi,
-
that's too long. I can't wait for them to get it.
-
We know everything we sow into them is going to work out, but I
-
don't got time to wait to raise them up in the way they should
-
go. And when they get older, they
-
going to return. I don't got time.
-
To wait for the return to have peace.
-
It could be 30 years. Some of y'all waiting and you
-
let your prodigal son take your piece to the pig bin and you
-
sitting on the porch waiting for them to return.
-
No, some stuff I just can't stress out on, some stuff I
-
can't care about. And there's some conversations
-
you got to cut them off before they even get started.
-
You ready? You got to know what time you
-
can have certain conversations. Lord, thank you for your peace.
-
Come on, pray into that 60 seconds, 60 seconds.
-
Just just pray. You know you got to receive
-
that. I challenge you to unlock the
-
gates that have been protecting toxicity in your life and let it
-
go. Come on man.
-
Peace is your inheritance. Peace is your inheritance.
-
Peace is your inheritance. You online, peace is your
-
inheritance. Come on.
-
Peace is your inheritance. Come on.
-
You don't got to wait for a job to have peace.
-
You don't got to wait for a career to pop off to have peace.
-
You don't got to wait for people to accept you to have peace.
-
You don't got to wait for it to turn around to have peace.
-
Peace is yours. Come on Lord, your favorite
-
surrounds us like a shield. Come on, come on, stand to your
-
feet as you pray. Come on, have a posture.
-
Of faith in this place. Come on, you having this?
-
Piece as a witness. It's a witness to your family.
-
Come on, Say you can't have my peace.
-
Come on. You cannot have my peace.
-
You cannot have my peace. Come on.
-
Come on, this piece is mine, the Lord gave it to me.
-
Come on, this piece is my praying to that.
-
This piece is my inheritance in the name of Jesus.
-
This piece is MyHeritage in the name of Jesus.
-
This piece belongs to me in Jesus name.
-
This piece belongs to your bloodline in Jesus name.
-
I will not impart anxiety to my children in Jesus name.
-
Come on. I will not impart fear into my
-
children in Jesus name. Come on, come on.
-
Jesus name. Something I ask of our parents,
-
including me, is be careful. Be careful of the anxiety you
-
allow to make itself at. Home in your.
-
House because you have to understand that children pick up
-
by impartation more than they do.
-
You can you can be anxious over here and come in the next room
-
and be like, hey, sweetie, and as a kid carnally, they're going
-
to respond to hey, sweetie, but what was imparted is that stomp
-
that them dishes banging the the the yelling at each other like
-
that stuff is imparted. We got to get anxiety out of our
-
nests or you will give birth to anxious children.
-
If you don't mind living anxious, fight for your kids.
-
Not to have to the best you can ask the Lord.
-
Lord how do I raise my children to maintain their freedom?
-
Cuz we're born with a freedom. Depending on who raises you, you
-
can lose that confidence, that childlike freedom.
-
You ready? There are some things that kids
-
do that you have to be careful of not punishing them for
-
because it triggers you. Some of us don't speak Lord.
-
Some of you punish your children for being over amped because you
-
don't know how to have joy. It might get on your nerves a
-
little bit because they just. But what you don't want to do is
-
break the spirit of joy. In your children.
-
That is not something you want on your hands.
-
God gave them that joy. And I'm sorry the school system
-
does not know how to handle all types of children, but you'd
-
never diagnose your child with an ungodly diagnosis.
-
You pray into that child and you speak life into that child.
-
Every child in this church has a dynamic call on their lives.
-
So Lord, any anxiety that has been imparted to our children,
-
any fear that has been imparted in our children, Lord, any, any,
-
any, any gifts or spirit that you have given them, Lord, that
-
we just didn't know how to manage because of our anxiety.
-
Lord, we just ask that you forgive us first.
-
But Lord, we just pray that that is not lost because of our
-
anxiety. We speak into all of our
-
children's spirits right now and we just declare that your joy
-
will never be broken, Your peace will never be broken, Your
-
strength will never be broken, Your uniqueness as a child will
-
never be broken. Lord, surround our children with
-
people that know how to to build upon how you've created them.
-
We can't always have our children with us, Lord.
-
So we ask that you protect our children.
-
Protect our children, Lord God. Surround them in the places that
-
they go. Mount guard around their
-
campuses, mount guard in their classrooms.
-
Mount guard on the playground in the name of Jesus.
-
Mount guard when they have sleepovers, Lord God.
-
Mount guard over their minds in the name of Jesus.
-
Mount guard. When they're watching
-
television, mount guard. When they're what, playing on
-
their iPads, mount guard, Lord. We know the enemy is trying to
-
kill, steal and destroy, but we break the power and the plans
-
and the strategies. Of the enemy over our families
-
in the name of Jesus we thank you Lord, that this is a
-
revelation and a word we will grasp because in these last
-
days, Lord, if we lose our. Peace as a church.
-
The world is in trouble. Come on, lift your hands and
-
repeat after me. Say from this day forward.
-
I will guard my peace. It is the peace of God that
-
transcends all understanding. This peace that I have, it is
-
not based on external circumstances, but it is based
-
on the word of God. It is based on the truth in
-
Jesus name. I have faith to keep and and to
-
guards and to walk in Shalom. Nothing missing, nothing broken,
-
but wholeness in every area. Of my life in Jesus name.
-
We'll finish this little piece, not little, but this topic next
-
Wednesday and I will dive into really breaking down.
-
Shalom. And salvation and the wholeness
-
that God is calling us to in 2025.
-
Somebody say wholeness. I don't know if you've seen one
-
of my posts the other day, but the other day I had said I was
-
on the treadmill and it just hit me to give some people some
-
advice that every day you should sow into every part of you.
-
You should sow into your spirit by reading the word,
-
worshipping, meditating on the word.
-
You should sow into your soul by feeding his soul food, doing
-
something that is going to feed your soul.
-
Whether that is read, whether that is bless somebody else,
-
whether that is speak life into somebody else.
-
Do something that is going to enrich your soul and you should
-
do something that is going to enrich your your body.
-
He died for all three parts every day.
-
So into every part of you. Good food what you want?
-
OK, Come up here. I'm sorry I missed y'all.
-
I missed y'all. Round ball is not this week.
-
It is next Friday. And I'm super happy to.
-
I missed the first three games, but I am super happy to to be
-
back and yeah, we two and one. So come on out.
-
And then the homecoming lunch is this Sunday.
-
Now 11:30 will be one hour. It will be power packed.
-
It will be 1 hour boom boom, boom.
-
And we will have the homecoming lunch and then Christmas
-
production. That's what you up here for.
-
OK, He's excited. For our Christmas production,
-
who has never, who has never been for productions before?
-
Wow, you are in for a street, OK.
-
Deacon, Deacon Rona, raise their hand.
-
You never been here for Christmas production.
-
You got to listen. No, but right.
-
But that wasn't the question. Deacon Ronan.
-
The question was who hasn't been to our productions?
-
OK, not Deacon Ronan. Deacon Ronan has been to all of
-
them actually, but they are coming up on December 7th, which
-
is a Saturday night, December 8th which is a Sunday night, and
-
then again the week after which is December 14th, again Saturday
-
night, and December 15th at Saturday night or Sunday night.
-
OK, so we need y'all to pack out the house because guess where
-
we're having it right here at at home, which we're so excited
-
for. Put my mic up, Noel.
-
Thank you. Thank you.
-
OK, so we have a QR code up here and we need y'all to secure your
-
tickets, OK? We even made a quick little
-
video of how to secure your tickets because I know somebody
-
go ask me later. OK, so you're going to go to the
-
QR code, you're going to go, you're going to choose which
-
date do you want to go to? One of the four, OK.
-
Or all. Or all come to all and you're
-
going to go down and you're going to send this to people.
-
It's going to show the vision of what the production is.
-
Then you're going to add your tickets in the corner.
-
You're going to press reserve. You're going to write your
-
information in. I know, I know.
-
There's don't be people out here, Google, don't ask me.
-
So anyway, so you're going to write your e-mail and this is
-
actually going to send the confirmation right to your
-
e-mail, OK? So it's super easy.
-
So you can send that QR code to everybody, you know, OK, We're
-
in believing for 250 people to fill this house, and we're going
-
to fill the tents. We're adding a tent.
-
We go fill this place and we go reach our city.
-
This is an evangelistic tool. But listen, OK, quiet for one
-
second. It's all by donation, but every
-
seed sown is going into our remnant projects.
-
So if you haven't sown yet or if you're like, man, this is going
-
to be an amazing opportunity for my neighbor or my coworker to
-
come. Not only can they sow, but
-
they're going to get the gospel. They're going to get Jesus in
-
the most creative and most beautiful way.
-
And let me tell you, the team as we're working hard, we have
-
dance moments, we have creative moments, we have singing, we
-
have dancing, we have it all acting.
-
And I'm telling you guys need to come out OK.
-
So make sure you get this QR code, send it to everyone you
-
know, come out December. Can you go back to the dates you
-
don't want to say the? Wrong 7th, 8th, 1415 if.
-
He's like, get off the stage, no?
-
No, no, no, no. No, I'm really excited and I'm
-
so proud of our team. So can you all commit to being
-
there for all four shows? See you all there.
-
Love you guys. All right, so.
-
So it's very important we're having it here and that's why
-
we're doing the tickets like that, so that we could try to
-
have some control over who comes.
-
Last year or last night for our Christmas production, we had a
-
somewhere between 405, yeah, somewhere between 400 and 500
-
including like production and stuff.
-
I don't know how that's going to happen here, but it's going to
-
happen. We are going to be getting
-
another 10th to expand. We are looking at staging coming
-
in so we can we we just need a lot more space.
-
But I do feel like the Lord says we're going to finish the year
-
strong and have it in our place and that's what we're going to
-
do. So we praying for budget things
-
of that nature and people to partner with us for this to
-
happen. How many people we have a part
-
of production we have every year we keep getting more and more
-
and more people and, and what how many people we have see on
-
Yeah, 60 people and it's going to be pretty crazy.
-
OK, so anyways, it's going to be wild.
-
So Sunday you will have some more announcements about
-
December dates. Pay attention, please.
-
There's going to be some dates and and there's only one service
-
on the Christmas Sunday production.
-
OK, so on the 8th it's only one service.
-
On the 15th it's only one service and production.
-
