Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International
-
Church podcast where we seek to love all nations, equip the
-
church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.
-
We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever
-
you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get
-
your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe
-
some tea, and get ready to receive.
-
It's go time. Let's get into it.
-
Been on this series called It wasn't meant to be a series, but
-
clearly God sees we need it and I think it's more of a tone of
-
warning, taking heed. Anybody know what we've been
-
talking about for the last few weeks?
-
The great deception. I'm here to let 100% of you know
-
that we are in a dark time if you didn't know, and I'm here to
-
let you know is gonna get darker.
-
The only places that will brighten up is where you go now
-
that that will for some of y'all can you say that?
-
Or for some of y'all do y'all contribute to darkness?
-
You can't be a sort of a source of darkness and then ask for
-
light when he died for you, put his light in you and now your
-
job is to what Sean? We are in a very dark hour.
-
That's why I don't you. I don't put my hope in any
-
government. Glad government does what it
-
does. So I'm not bent on the
-
government becoming Christian. That's not their job, just like
-
it was in Jesus job to save everybody.
-
What do you mean pastor? Well, he died that men might be
-
saved. You notice Jesus didn't force
-
people to be saved. No government should ever be put
-
in position because they're gonna make the entire world one
-
thing. If you if you remove the option
-
of choice, it is not agape. There's a condition on it.
-
So when we're like God, why is this happening and why is that
-
happen? Well, people have a choice.
-
And in this hour where you will see many people have signs and
-
wonders follow their ministries where you see in every last one
-
of y'all phone. Forget who follows you, how many
-
people will you follow? Tell me y'all got 10 followers
-
and y'all follow 1500 people. You know the power in that.
-
How many pages do you look at daily?
-
Some of you right now could be like 100% believe you are
-
walking in truth and in God's will for your life 100% and I
-
don't know about you, but I've been there in my life where I
-
was 100% committed. I thought I got a word from the
-
Lord. Come to find out, that was all
-
me. Here it is here.
-
Here's the dangerous. Part but the blessing is that
-
God will honor your decision even if it's laced with
-
deception. And while you think because God
-
gave you permission, you think it's his blessing.
-
Now you telling everybody your family guess.
-
What? Guess what God did And then
-
don't let us have testimony night, first giving honor to God
-
and then you telling everybody and then months or sometime 10
-
years later. How did the blessing bring
-
shame? Deception is deception because
-
it's deception. It ain't deception if you don't
-
believe it. Doctor John said this last week
-
where he didn't get to it so I stole some of his fresh bread.
-
But deception is a mindset and practice allegiance.
-
So whatever truth you believe, you actually are loyal to it and
-
you will fight people over it. I remember, I mean, I remember I
-
used to smoke so much weed, right?
-
And I remember, I remember, God bless Suzanne.
-
So my mother-in-law, lover, and she's past she's, she's gone to
-
be with the Lord. And I remember one time she
-
offended. Me so bad she was visiting our
-
house and she was like, I think you need to go to rehab.
-
I'm like for weed. You know how some of y'all think
-
you like weed is not a practice. That's not really a bad drug.
-
That's the drug and it alters your conscience for all you weed
-
smokers that got memberships and cards and stuff, right, Right.
-
Well, it's just a brownie, OK? Well, have you tried one of them
-
brownies Back at in, in, in, in good grounds.
-
Do they do the same thing as those brownies?
-
They're good, though. Right here.
-
Here it is. It, it has to be true.
-
Sprinkled in ready. And what you're deceived by has
-
to bring benefits. You are not deceived by
-
something you don't benefit from.
-
And most of the time the benefits present themselves
-
first. And don't let the benefit feel a
-
void in your life. And a lot of times you will hold
-
on to a deception or stronghold because you got to let go of
-
something that will leave a gap. Deception of the mindset and
-
allegiance. Anybody ever protect toxicity in
-
their life? I told Suzanne, I said I told, I
-
told you back to Suzanne. I'm like, how dare you be in my
-
house telling me I need to go to rehab.
-
I'm fine. I just smoke before I go pick
-
the kids up in the group home in the van.
-
Yeah, I just smoke when I first wake up in the morning.
-
I don't need no assistance. I come home.
-
Hi. Julia now has Malia and she
-
like, she don't even say nothing, but her face does.
-
And I'm like, why are you looking at me like that?
-
You a hater? You messing my high up?
-
You gonna kill me? Please don't kill my vibes,
-
right? And I'm like, and this whole
-
time because I love something. She was wrong.
-
I was offended with Suzanne because her truth I wasn't ready
-
for it. Some of y'all don't like
-
accountability because you ain't ready to let go of this
-
stronghold in your life. So then whoever's coming for
-
your stronghold, you like they the enemy instead of looking at
-
they actually sober minded about your life.
-
So I can see areas of your life you can't see.
-
So then who in your life you going to let in?
-
That could just be like, yeah, you need to get rid of that and
-
you like, Dang, he said it. I must be a right.
-
It's the problem in marriage sometime.
-
I don't know why I didn't marry you to tell me what to do what
-
you get, I get it. But at the same time that person
-
gave a life to you. They should be able to tell you
-
a few things. What are what are you holding on
-
to and you owning how ignorant of it was me to be owning being
-
high man. I remember picking up the kids.
-
I took the group home van or the school I went to but they was
-
from group home. But we went to the special
-
school for group and bad kids. Just bad kids.
-
I'm not going to explain something.
-
I don't know the group home. It's bad kids.
-
I had the van home so I would smoke it.
-
Did not hear it out. Look at look at how the how the
-
weed was so important. I'm thinking they don't smell
-
nothing. You come home and your Mama who
-
used to smoke my Mama smoked. I come home high.
-
You like tears. Like what?
-
Like you've been smoking, Ma, I don't do that.
-
Where the Doritos at? Where the where?
-
The now these are these are some mild things, but but that drug
-
and other things, whatever it is, they don't have to be drugs.
-
It could be a diet. It's folks that will go to the
-
hospital Natalia and get a diagnosis that they, they, they
-
like like high blood pressure and you will guard that fried
-
food to the grave. Doctor says you can be healed or
-
let go of sugar and we got a better chance to fight this
-
cancer. God gonna have to take me with
-
my rocky road. Like the sugar, the diet is more
-
important than you walking in the promise of God, which is
-
wholeness. Well, your marriage could work
-
if you learn how to forgive and stop having a snappy mouth.
-
Well, I'm defending myself. There you go.
-
Guard and guard and guard. No, you have a responsibility
-
all by yourself to do what God's words say.
-
Adam. Eve.
-
Pointing the finger. How long are you going to point
-
the finger? But there's this allegiance, and
-
I found out that deliverance begins at this ownership, that
-
word, whatever, but you got to disown it.
-
Stop, stop, stop taking responsibility for it.
-
Or take responsibility for it, but you got to abandon your.
-
Stronghold, how about abandon? Stop waiting for you to move.
-
Stop waiting for you to get a new boyfriend, new girlfriend.
-
Stop waiting for you to get more money.
-
Stop waiting. Stop.
-
What are you waiting for? You can abandoned it today.
-
You can abandoned the bad attitude today, right?
-
You can abandoned the anxiety today.
-
Is it work? Yes, it's work.
-
Therapy's work. Taking pills is work.
-
It's all work. You just got to choose what
-
you're working with. But you got to disown it and
-
then this. Was supposed to be a walk in the
-
garden. We spoke about that a couple
-
weeks ago, Adam and Eve in the garden, no anxiety.
-
They were tempted by anxiety, but anxiety was not their
-
reality, right? 2nd Corinthians.
-
There's a fear here that Paul is talking to to the Church of
-
Corinth and he says, one of my greatest fears for you is that
-
you'll be just like Eve and you will be deceived, darkened in
-
your minds, corrupted and seduced from wholehearted, in
-
other words, wholeheartedness. Saints younger and older.
-
You don't need to be 21 to be on fire for Jesus.
-
You don't need a ID. You don't need to be out of
-
college. You don't need to be married.
-
No wholehearted walk with the Lord is for everybody.
-
So the goal is wholehearted. Here it is.
-
So in other words, the devil is satisfied with 10% of your
-
heart. So let's say you just partially
-
deceived. Guess what?
-
Partial deception is deception. And some of us are cool with
-
that. Some of you are coping with
-
deception. All right, let me keep reading.
-
Let me keep reading. Let me keep reading, he says.
-
I fear that you're going to be corrupted in your what mine
-
where your mind so other. In other words, decept, the
-
gateway to deception is the way you think.
-
How do you see a thing? This is why it's not OK to
-
overreact to certain situations. Like, is the devil really like
-
is he really kicking your butt? Like, like his life, really.
-
Hard, like they walked out on you.
-
They don't want to be with you no more.
-
But is it really that dramatic? I don't know what I'm going to
-
do in my life. You don't know what you're going
-
to do with your life. Start off by going to your shift
-
tomorrow. Start off by going to class
-
tomorrow. You got stuff to do.
-
Now all of a sudden somebody walked out on you.
-
They they don't want to be with you no more.
-
Now all of a sudden you forgot how to live.
-
Am I talking to anybody here or everybody in here perfect and
-
whole and we just going to shut the church down because we
-
preaching to people who don't need you?
-
Ain't give what I'm. Saying no, it's very important
-
because we're in a very dramatic generation.
-
Oh, does anybody in here, anybody on this side know
-
somebody that's dramatic? Anybody on this side sitting
-
next to somebody dramatic? That's why you raise your hand.
-
And you trying. To tell them they dramatic by
-
Hallelujah PT Anybody in the tent know somebody dramatic this
-
side over here, the left side. Amen.
-
Amen. Anybody.
-
Right here, you know somebody dramatic, call them out in
-
service then. Amen, right.
-
Them too dramatic, right? Right.
-
What makes somebody dramatic? Like, anybody know anybody that
-
no matter what drama, drama finds them?
-
Anybody OK now anybody in here dramatic?
-
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, so, So what, what what makes
-
someone dramatic, though, right. So if we was just looking at
-
Hollywood or a movie or a play, right?
-
Television has to overdo it for you at home to really believe
-
it, right? You, you don't get an actor on
-
television that's kind of going through the motions.
-
Like they actually have to to really be more dramatic for you
-
to to communicate through a screen, right?
-
The same thing like the enemy or your perception will magnify
-
something. That's why the Lord says make
-
like like be dramatic about me. Oh, magnify the Lord with me
-
like this. What I'm saying some of y'all
-
come to church and be staring at me.
-
Where I'm from we'd have a problem the way y'all be looking
-
at me preaching. I'm, I'm really trying to help
-
you when you sit here mugging, I'm looking at people right now
-
that's mugging me. Your lips ain't moved.
-
Like what'd you come here for? Right.
-
So for me, This is why we're trying to encourage.
-
Sometime it may seem like we're harping on this worship area or
-
lift your hands, but some of you are so much more dramatic
-
outside the tent, the way you watch TV.
-
Some of y'all come to church and don't say nothing.
-
And if I ask your friends or family, you talk too much.
-
You talk all the time, but you come to church and you act like
-
you just got all this little discipline in the world.
-
So what you're saying is out there you don't have control
-
over your mouth, so you practice discipline when it comes to
-
worshipping God. Now, how powerful are you that
-
you can stop communicating his goodness?
-
But out there you can talk all kind of carnal stuff.
-
Let somebody cut you off, let somebody look at you funny, let
-
you got all kinds of opinions, but you come in here and
-
somebody told you that the church is where you turn.
-
Down. The church is where you don't
-
say nothing and you walk in here, some of y'all like you in
-
the gym, just all kinds of accent.
-
But then you come in here and you don't got no swag, you don't
-
got no kind of like joy. Some of y'all.
-
Here we go. I'm about to press a button.
-
How many people like shopping? Grocery shopping, right?
-
Oswald like, baby, put your hand down.
-
I know you, baby, put your hand down.
-
Baby. We ain't going shopping no more.
-
Baby, put your hand down. Oswald, like get your hands on
-
my market book. Get your hands on my pocketbook.
-
All right, all right, all right, all right.
-
Listen now listen, listen. So so can you be honest right
-
now that there's areas in your life where you give it your you
-
give it 1 like you give it your emotions.
-
Don't nobody got to wonder if you mad don't know.
-
Nobody got to wonder if you excited.
-
Like when I go grocery shopping, I'm I'm, I'm.
-
Wondering, I'm like, hey, like I like this.
-
I love grocery shopping. Now we get to order groceries,
-
get them delivered, great service, but you can catch me.
-
I like shopping for clothes. I like hanging out with my wife.
-
I like grocery shopping. I look, you can catch me on the
-
sideline with my son playing. I had the referee yell back at
-
me the other day. He's like, I'm gonna kick you
-
out the gym if you don't stop. I'm like, Sir, Sir, I'm out.
-
I'm in Denver. I can't get kicked out this gym.
-
Then he came. Back he ran you know rest be
-
running just get back and I was like Sir, I apologize I'm just
-
trying to enjoy the game right because of my witnesses on I'm
-
never more more fan than witness, but he rundown I'm like
-
I apologize Sir, I'm. Just into the game I want my son
-
to win, but that call was trashed.
-
Right, you deceived out there, all right, but but what area,
-
right? You got to understand that fire
-
is in you, but pulse, where do you cut it on or where do you
-
give it permission to be on versus where you turn it off
-
Like stop turning off when you come in God's house.
-
There's somebody in here that needs your Hallelujah, your
-
hands, your man. You can't be saved in the House
-
of God mugging. That's.
-
Terrible. Let me hurry up.
-
We got to get these samples. Homecoming.
-
Day. Come on.
-
We got to take our sight back. Now you got to go listen.
-
You got to go listen. This message will be up on
-
Spotify tomorrow, right? Grace and Troy, right?
-
Amen. Amen.
-
There we go. Yes Sir, Amen, y'all, y'all go
-
see December. And then the last message on
-
Spotify was August. I'm I'm telling.
-
OK, so so y'all don't think it's me.
-
All right, That's Grace and Troy.
-
OK, if y'all want to figure out where the messages are, Grace,
-
raise your hand. Pink Panther coming right here.
-
And then and then Troy. OK, all right, all right, all
-
right. Hey EJ, tell the people before
-
they get mad at me because we know we got we, we, we got
-
people think you can't have fun and preach the gospel?
-
What does the Bible say about laughter?
-
Hey, man, some of y'all look like you need some medicine, OK?
-
I'm trying to give you some medicine.
-
All right? All right, Let's figure out a
-
way to land this. I got to share something this
-
morning. I'm gonna give you one more
-
thing I didn't share, but but the whole point here.
-
Listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen.
-
Listen. We read about the prodigal son
-
who left the home to see he left the home.
-
Somebody say he left the home. Deception carried him out his
-
father's house. He got his inheritance too
-
early. Go listen to this morning, OK?
-
He left deception mate Adam and Eve was you can see that they
-
got kicked out the garden, but it wasn't like God kicked him
-
out. Their deception lured them out
-
because the garden is a place that represents this
-
uninterrupted communion with God, and their deception took
-
them out of communion. Your deception isn't just about
-
you're just lost and you don't know truth.
-
Your deception separates you. What could separate me from the
-
love of God? Your deception.
-
Not the devil, not angels. Your deception though, you
-
notice it lists angels, it lists all these different things, but
-
it did not list your deception. It's not that God is away, but
-
because you are so deceived. These are areas where the enemy
-
can and will take advantage of you because he knows a person
-
whose mind is saved on Jesus cannot be shaken.
-
That's what we talk about Wednesday.
-
Is this this antidote to or this solution to a deception free
-
life? I don't know about you, but I
-
don't want to miss it. My life is too precious to miss
-
it. And if I would play a game to go
-
undefeated or have a winning record, then spiritually I
-
should do the same thing in how I attack my wholeness.
-
Some of you do not compete for wholeness and the enemy is
-
attacking you. He's pressing you, he's throwing
-
double teams at you, he's trying to injure you.
-
And some of us like, man, that's just life.
-
Why the devil always attacking me?
-
He's not. If he didn't have a place to
-
hook on to in your life, he wouldn't be able to stay.
-
Some of us have way too many access points.
-
So just as he was preparing his speech to return home, the
-
prodigal son, the father was preparing to receive him home.
-
Now I'm here to just tell you the good news is that no matter
-
how far you've went, your your welcome home will not be what
-
you think it is. Your welcome home will not be a
-
sit down of condemnation. You're welcome home will not be
-
a list of things you got to do to get back in fellowship with
-
the Lord. The moment you turn your heart
-
back towards the Lord, you're right in the garden again.
-
You're right back home again. It is not this work.
-
Grace is not that. Grace is like make a decision.
-
I'm here waiting for you. I don't need your speech.
-
God don't even need your apology.
-
What if I told you he needs your recognition more than your
-
apology? Recognize you are far away from
-
God. Recognize that you lie.
-
Recognize that you steal. Recognize that you manipulate.
-
Recognize. And then what you recognize, lay
-
it at the altar and say God take it.
-
I don't want it. Home is where the heart is.
-
Home is where the heart is. Home is where the heart is.
-
Home is where the heart is. Here it is.
-
Home is where truth abides, right, right.
-
I thought we and I thought drank and I thought clubbing was going
-
to knock the edge off the week we live in this generation.
-
I can't wait till it's Friday, right soon as my work week over.
-
I could turn up, but but Jesus died so you could turn up.
-
Even at work you can turn up every day.
-
Why not? Turn up is a decision, not a
-
circumstance. Am I talking to a few people in
-
here? Right.
-
Home is where truth abides. Here it is.
-
You got to follow me. Home is where we left.
-
Home is where we left home. You ready?
-
It's not a destination. Home is not when we it's not
-
this afterlife thing, this after we die thing.
-
It's it's not that home is something that Jesus said, Hey,
-
pray thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it
-
is in heaven now. There's partial experience on
-
earth. There's limited experience on
-
earth. Just like we don't know what
-
it's going to be like to get next door, but I'm not waiting
-
like we're home. So this is not going to be more
-
home when we get next door, right?
-
So the trash or the whatever you think is, man, you can be right
-
at home in a storm when you don't feel good.
-
Ain't no place like home. If I'm gonna throw up, let me
-
throw up at home. If I'm gonna be sick, let me get
-
sick, be sick at home. Wait, I want to go home.
-
Home. People in prison want to do
-
what? Go home.
-
And some people don't want to go home from prison because now
-
prison has become home. You'd be surprised how many
-
people get released from prison and next week they write back
-
because they prefer to be there, because all these family is
-
there. They got, they wanted structure.
-
They got structure, They got food.
-
And they're safe for them in prison.
-
Some of us, that's where. Yeah.
-
You say, yeah, I'm in this relationship, I love it.
-
I know I'm just kind of we sleeping around and we doing all
-
this, but I feel safe for the first time in my life I found
-
somebody that really see me for me.
-
What? But it's not God's will.
-
Home is where we left here. It is if we left home through
-
deception, we can return home through truth.
-
So what happened when I when I made a decision to stop smoking,
-
stop drinking, stop partying, stop thinking my wife was the
-
problem, stop thinking life was the problem, what did I do?
-
Do. You know, do you know, me and my
-
wife finally made peace in the same house we made hell.
-
We the same people. We the same two people that
-
celebrated 20 years of marriage. How did we get there?
-
We didn't change bodies, we didn't change our history.
-
We just one day decided to pick up truth where there was
-
deception because deception had us thinking we couldn't make it.
-
Deception had us thinking that we was against each other.
-
But what we did is we are our our marriage and our lives.
-
Here it is and our health. I'm on this health health gig.
-
I'm on the treadmill. I'm doing what I'm doing because
-
I picked up truth in the area of health.
-
Wherever you don't hold truth, God's truth, you're deceived.
-
If God's truth about whatever in your life is going on is not at
-
the helm of that, you're living in deception and you're not
-
safe, even if it feels safe. So it's not just I'm gonna go to
-
the gym. No, I need something.
-
Me. I need something more than that
-
because I don't care if I don't. Got no cuts for you.
-
Oh, He died for me, and my body is his temple.
-
Truth. It ain't true if I need a six
-
pack for you. What is truth is this is his
-
temple and my response to him preserving this temple is I'm
-
going to do my part to preserve it.
-
So now my health journey is all about scripture.
-
It's not about pleasing you. So where do you?
-
Need to pick up truth in an area close here You got to No, you
-
gotta see. To overcome the great deception,
-
we must make some great decisions today.
-
Now we desperately need the Holy Ghost.
-
This is an attack against the body of Christ.
-
To not stay filled with the Holy Spirit, to have churches that
-
are not filled with the Spirit and they're led by boards and
-
they're led by the flesh and they're led by God will preserve
-
His Word. He will respond to His Word.
-
But in the last days, people are going to need more than mere
-
education about Jesus. What's going to keep you is that
-
you keep your eyes on Him and you know Him.
-
Knowledge will not save you. Knowledge without experience
-
will not save you. And that's why 1st Corinthians 2
-
says we haven't received the spirit of this world, we have
-
the Holy Spirit, Amen. It says that what God's truth
-
was God's truth, His words aren't taught verse 13 by human
-
wisdom. So you sitting in church trying
-
to approach getting the word and impartation the same way you did
-
at your college is not going to work.
-
You can't, you can't get this food based on mere intellect
-
because the Word is spirit. So you got to come here.
-
And This is why we worship in this world.
-
We take moment so we can open our spirit up and say, Lord,
-
plant whatever seeds in my spirit that you need because
-
here it is. He's the one that's going to
-
need them. Why?
-
Because the Word is the sword of the spirit.
-
So when? How do you think He fights for
-
you in the midst of war? He pulls out that word that you
-
have inside. We see He.
-
Says but the natural man, the non spiritual man, don't
-
understand or accept or welcome or admit.
-
In his heart, the gifts. And the teachings and the
-
revelations of the Spirit of God.
-
You can't naturally approach. God in this way.
-
He is kind in giving us scripture.
-
In this way, the Kingdom is like a farmer.
-
Why did he do that? Because he needed to make a
-
spiritual thing practical. The Kingdom is like a man roam
-
the earth and but don't you dare take his word for this natural
-
thing. Hallelujah.
-
What I do know is that the born again believer has Christ's
-
spirit within them. Can I get a, can I get a Amen?
-
The born again believer has God's spirit within him.
-
OK. And the enemy is afraid of you
-
grabbing a hold of what's really going on in today.
-
So if he can delay your your response to what God is doing,
-
you understand he's a gambler. So he does things to hope and
-
wish that if I can delay them long enough, they'll be behind
-
far enough. If I can get them discouraged
-
long enough, they can miss out on a relationship.
-
They won't even see the blessing release.
-
If I can get them offended, I can get them up out the church
-
that God divinely designed for them to be helped radically and
-
make them stronger and equip them for the call not equip them
-
to live longer in comforts right.
-
So he's gambling he's he wants you to quit.
-
He wants you to get no go find a church with some good
-
Christians. But is they the Christians
-
that's going to challenge you the way you can My son can get a
-
scholarship anywhere right in my mind.
-
But when it comes to making a decision, what school fits for
-
him as a young man, not him as a pro athlete?
-
Because those four years can radically change the trajectory
-
of what's been imparted in his life.
-
For God's purpose, for his life, not for a contract.
-
Some of us were so deceived and so influenced in our
-
perspectives and perceptions and we don't have no backbone that
-
anytime accountability comes or anytime the song, ain't they?
-
They too loud, they too quiet? Is they in the garage?
-
Just rain and it's pouring. The old man is soaring, right?
-
It's like anytime. And we just so finicky.
-
And then we sit here on Sunday and we will watch 50 sermons on
-
YouTube and 100 inspirational 92nd clips and never pick up the
-
word that we went and took notes for.
-
Deception always has to please something you desire.
-
And I was going to read that Scripture today.
-
Paul's like, yeah, there's people that speak better than
-
me, more eloquent than me, and I think I messed up, he said.
-
I think I messed up by not having you guys pay me for my
-
visit because you got me for free.
-
You took me for granted. So you guys, you guys will, will
-
hand you on to somebody you like and subscribe.
-
You'll even follow your church. The natural man.
-
So here's what's happening Lord came to tell me if you didn't
-
know that why deception is going to increase in such a radical
-
way very quickly is because the spirit really is moving.
-
So you go see all over the church fighting each other,
-
pastors down in other pastors and right we compete and we
-
comparing and we that because the spirit is.
-
Actually really moving and let me help you.
-
The Spirit God in heaven is expansive enough that every
-
church can prosper, every worship team can prosper.
-
There's enough arenas, there's enough lost people.
-
Don't nobody got a back fight. Don't nobody got to hate on
-
nobody because when God moves, his whole house gets filled,
-
right? I don't got to hate on somebody
-
else getting blessed. There's enough for me.
-
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. There's more than enough for me,
-
right? I don't got to compete with the
-
church down the street. I don't got to compete with the
-
family. I don't got to compete with your
-
career, your bank book. I don't got to compete because
-
when the Spirit is moving, nothing can stop what God has
-
for me. So what the enemy want us to do
-
is get our eyes on each other. Watch what other churches doing,
-
watch how other people do it and have our fell victim.
-
Absolutely. Because I want these things bad.
-
I want, I want, I want, I want staff, I want I want the size, I
-
want the the the the equipment. I want the comfort.
-
I want it for us. But if God allows me to fix
-
myself. On that stuff.
-
Then when it. Comes I'm just going to want a
-
bigger one. You don't want a nicer one.
-
And you do know when you get married, you do get lonely
-
sometimes. So marriage can't be to solve
-
loneliness. Because then when you get lonely
-
again during marriage now. You're going to be looking
-
outside of marriage for somebody to fix.
-
Lonely again. So the spirit is moving.
-
Take your pictures out, take your phones out, take your notes
-
out. We're going to land this plane.
-
Spirit moving. I think I see something and I'm
-
going to try to show it to you. First she'll be last.
-
Last she'll be first. And This is why the enemy wants
-
the church, the bride. Because he's coming for the
-
bride, Not your dream home. He's coming for the bride.
-
In the beginning, God prepared, formed, fashioned, and created
-
the heavens and the earth. And the earth was without form.
-
Watch it. They gonna put it up in a
-
second. The earth was without form and
-
it was an empty waste. Here it is.
-
This sounds like Isaiah 60 and darkness was up on the face of
-
the very great deep. Please follow me and I pray you
-
get this in your spirit, not just off the plate, off the
-
pages. Darkness covered the Earth Day
-
one, Genesis 1. Here it is.
-
Here's the response. It's the darkness.
-
This is why they didn't even want to distract.
-
You see, God was by himself, so he for sure wasn't gonna be
-
distracted. So his mission went forth.
-
But now he put us here. The mission will not go forth
-
without you shining your light. It doesn't mean you gonna stop
-
God. It just means you won't be able
-
to experience and participate in your time frame to hand off the
-
baton. So you're gonna leave somebody
-
more work than they should have gotten.
-
Here it is. Darkness covered the earth.
-
I love the words right after this is what the enemy doesn't
-
want us to see. And God is the same yesterday,
-
today, forevermore. He says the last shall be first,
-
the first shall be last, the first shall be last.
-
So when you see darkness, Isaiah 60 tried to prophecy into today.
-
When you see gross darkness, the glory is the light is going to
-
come upon you. You're going to see it, look at
-
it, look at it, said the Spirit of God was moving.
-
In the midst of the darkness, pay attention, tell your
-
neighbor, pay attention, tell your neighbor you strand you
-
just white you in the situation you in because you you get you
-
get distracted in service. So so so so so you know the
-
solution to the chaos within you.
-
Let the spirit move. It said it was hovering over the
-
face of the waters, and God said so.
-
Number one, in gross darkness, the spirits start moving.
-
Here it is. Here's how the enemy trying to
-
distract us #2 in gross darkness because you can't see.
-
You need prophetic you more than any other time.
-
We need to know what God is saying and say it.
-
I don't need to know what God doing to be nosy.
-
I need to know what God doing to put some words.
-
Put it on this side of heaven. So it says Spirit moving #2 God
-
said, right? So what you think I'm trying to
-
help you do in service? Just talk.
-
You know, I know you come up here and the reason you can't
-
talk because you got chaos on the inside.
-
So then I'm trying to get you to talk.
-
Why? Because where there was
-
darkness, Spirit was moving. And then God what, spoke?
-
And then he said, what? Let there be light you.
-
This is not the time to hide. I don't care how introvert you
-
are in these last days, I think God put you here because he
-
going to turn you for introvert to extrovert and there was
-
light. So my prayer.
-
Today is aroused my soul Holy Spirit, aroused my soul Holy
-
Spirit. Come on, somebody say God is
-
moving, the Apostolic and prophetic is being established,
-
and it's. Time to shine.
-
For the glory of the Lord. You ready?
-
It's up on the remnant. Close with Romans 8 and
-
Galatians 5. I'm glad I got eyes to see.
-
Can I see everything? No, I can see what I need to see
-
and where I can't see. Lord help me.
-
And what I don't need to see. Lord, keep it from me.
-
Don't let me see it. Here it is.
-
Here it is. This is why the enemy is trying
-
to distract you. This is why you've been going
-
through what you've been going through.
-
This is why you restless. The world is restless right now.
-
Tell me y'all waiting for me to read.
-
It's right there. Gross darkness covers the earth.
-
All around us we observe. See, God's very he if you just.
-
Look at the word. He is sitting there.
-
He's saying it all kinds of ways.
-
All around us we observe pregnant creation.
-
Pregnant creation. Oh, tsunamis just don't happen
-
because tsunamis just happen. Yeah, there's science behind it,
-
but it's also spirit behind it, right?
-
War ain't just breaking out the way war breaking out.
-
Look in the Bible. Bible told us about war breaking
-
out. Look what it says.
-
The difficult times of pain throughout what the world are
-
simply what birth pains. In all the creation, even the
-
rebellious, the reason you were there is something inside the
-
depths of man's souls that want to get back to the garden.
-
But it's not only around his people.
-
Here's what the Bible says. They're not just believing, it's
-
within us. You'll never be satisfied.
-
Go and get the job. DD can you pray for me?
-
I just I'm going to the job interview.
-
OK, how's your soul when y'all gonna come and try and get some
-
soul wealth the difficult time, but it's not only around us this
-
end us. The Spirit of God is a wrapper
-
that I was just telling you to pray something a minute ago.
-
Lord aroused my soul. No, no, no, the Bible said this
-
so I just said what the Bible said.
-
It's a prayer. The Spirit of God is arousing
-
us. Yeah, some of y'all don't know
-
how to feel right now, but you show wish a man to come arouse
-
you. You show wish a woman to arouse
-
you. You show wish that new outfit to
-
arouse you. Right?
-
We're looking for arousal. Guess what, Holy Spirit?
-
Trying to arouse you. Hello.
-
Anybody home? Anybody home?
-
Does he have room to arouse you? Because it don't really look
-
like homie. Homie arousing.
-
You're a home girl already. Don't look the same, right?
-
His arousal is leading you to obedience.
-
His arousal is leading you to peace.
-
His arousal is leading you to wholeness.
-
His arousal is leading you to find the true you.
-
When the last time you prayed, Lord aroused me to purpose,
-
aroused me to wholeness, wherever you aroused me to lead
-
me to stimulate me to, caused me to desire.
-
You think I'm just preaching and pastoring because I like pastor
-
and preaching. I took on a mantle that he had a
-
desire for me to have. He aroused me to Canada or else
-
I would not be here. He didn't start.
-
Terrence Julia, go to Canada. There will be great destruction
-
in your family's life. Many people will come against
-
you. You will not have money.
-
You will starve. Your kids will go one way.
-
You will go another way. But I'm.
-
Praying for you, No, he said. Look at Vancouver.
-
Calls me to meet great people, got me a work permit, roused us
-
here into my communion with him. I wouldn't know where I would be
-
if he didn't continue to arouse me.
-
Some of you that's getting freaked out by arousal, another
-
word is stirring up like arouse. See.
-
See how the world you've let the world sexualize a word that's in
-
the Bible. This is a cult that you're
-
arousing each other. No next verse.
-
These sterile and barren bodies of ours are yearning for full
-
deliverance. That is why waiting does not
-
diminish us any more than waiting diminishes a pregnant
-
mother. We are.
-
Enlarged. In the waiting, I'm so glad.
-
What has God birthed in us as a church?
-
EJ What has God done in our root system when it comes to the
-
longevity of love quest? By having us wait for 3 1/2
-
years, Wait 2 1/2 years for a building permit, What has God?
-
Done in the waiting, is what it's saying.
-
You wouldn't get frustrated, or you wouldn't give up, or you
-
wouldn't ask God out. Of waiting if you understood the
-
capacity he's growing in you is we're large in the waiting that
-
would not be a good mom who was pregnant in three months later
-
be like get this baby out of me no.
-
Full term like that should be your prayer, Lord.
-
I don't care if it's ten years, just make sure it's the full
-
term. I don't want to give birth too
-
early. Prodigal Son.
-
We of course don't see what is enlarging in us, but the longer
-
we wait, larger. That's what I'm saying.
-
I believe the word so Elder John, this church is spiritually
-
chunky, but like, like, like, like, like, like you don't
-
understand unless you on the frontline of what it feels like
-
to have soldier like you don't understand.
-
When I talk to other pastors in other churches or when we go
-
home for three weeks or we go attend to our son's business or
-
our daughters, and we're able to leave and we watch on service
-
and one person after another comes up here and preaches the
-
gospel with anointing and power. See, see, see, a lot, a lot, a
-
lot of people. A lot of people see the church
-
growing because you look at who walks through the tent.
-
But I look at how big the church is and how many people know how
-
to pray now. Man, man, man, after Sir, I'm
-
not bragging on my son, I'm bragging on a son of God.
-
He came over, PDL activate, PDL activate.
-
He said, hey, Malachi, pray for your, pray for your father.
-
And I'm sitting here and I'm like what?
-
Melanie over there praying the word, it don't matter.
-
You get Natalia come up here, you get anybody that's coming in
-
person after person. Noel you get person after person
-
after person after person after person after person after person
-
coming up here and listen, bringing the word.
-
I knew when they was praying emotions.
-
So when I'm speaking, man, I'm like what God has planned.
-
So no wonder I can speak with so much confidence about what God
-
is going to do. You can't see it, but you don't
-
see the fruit of what he's going to do.
-
Man, people the size of our church, how many people not to
-
lead somebody to Jesus? How many people not to get
-
somebody filled with the Holy Ghost?
-
How many people know how to walk with people through a broken
-
merits? How many people know how to
-
build a team now as a leader? That's why when people walk away
-
and when they scandalize our name and they persecute and they
-
doubt, I'm like, man, you ain't even looking at the fruit.
-
You don't know the story you talking about.
-
I preach out of the TPT or or we do this or we do that.
-
You know how many daughters and how many sons have been took
-
back to their parents as a better human being?
-
You don't. You don't.
-
You don't see the marriages that I've sat with that should have
-
been over and now their lives are fruitful.
-
You don't know how many suicides we've called people out of.
-
You don't know. You don't.
-
You don't know what God has been doing in this garage.
-
You, you don't know. You don't know, you don't know.
-
Look at your neighbors. Say you don't know.
-
So what produces longevity is what I'm putting keeping my eyes
-
on. So yeah, man, I wish you would
-
stay in love quest. But the people that stay the
-
retention in this house, it ain't like people just leaving
-
and leave. No, no, no, no people leaving
-
because God purging people. But when you look at the the
-
lavishness of the fruit man love quest from day one has been
-
growing and because we won't chase nobody because we won't
-
quit man, the fruit is rich be like.
-
Yeah, you can leave for a few weeks.
-
Yeah, you can. Man gone, gone, gone.
-
Be with your son gone. Be with your daughter gone.
-
Go and move to Calgary and come and be like do what you got to
-
do. And I'll keep hearing it over
-
there like PT thank you. Done well as a leader because
-
leave elder John and just be a you don't know you see elder
-
John today you don't know the pain his families walk through
-
you just see people you don't see what.
-
God's been doing. You don't know Annabeth.
-
You don't know what she's had to overcome.
-
You don't know she has an amazing reason not to stand on
-
this platform and lead worship. A legit reason to be afraid to
-
lead people, A legit reason to not trust the pastor and to see
-
her prophesying and leading other people and no longer
-
thinking about herself but still need healing.
-
But at the same time, her eyes is not on her process.
-
See, See on. To see my wife to see.
-
Man, I can go in the town, man. Veronica, Vanessa, man, I can go
-
all over this room. You ain't been here on the on
-
the carpet wiping somebody's daughter's head and tears.
-
You know how many mats and floors my wife and I and the
-
elders have sat on with people? Somebody's daughter is stricken
-
by demonic influence. Why y'all go so long?
-
So somebody can get their daughter back?
-
You you ever go to surgery? You ever go to the hospital?
-
You not rushing the doctor to get your child out of surgery?
-
I'm a a true believer can sit in a service as long as God is
-
moving but if you don't see him you got to get up out of here.
-
You don't see him. You can't come an extra day
-
during the week because you don't see him.
-
But God's moving in this neighborhood every time we tell
-
people. Where your church, Wally what?
-
Enemy wants you to take your eyes off of everything that God
-
is doing, but I'm telling you, the Spirit of God is moving and
-
we going to take it. We about to eat, we're going to
-
fellowship and then there's a group of us that's going to pack
-
up and go to Vancouver to do what?
-
Give that city what God gave us when we were in a pit.
-
You don't get tired when God is really alive.
-
It is something I couldn't wait to get back from Italy to get in
-
this room to be with y'all and hear the sound like what do you
-
hear when worship is happening? Listen to this faith.
-
Listen to this faith. Listen to this faith.
-
Play oceans. Listen to the faith in the room
-
if you got ears to hear and you got an available spirit the
-
moment we begin, even when the keys playing you can just you
-
can just sense God moving in people's spirits.
-
You think God just gives us these lyrics to sing.
-
No, these songs are birth in earth from heaven just like
-
Jesus was born in a womb by God. Every time I the song is birthed
-
it's another same way that Mary got pregnant.
-
You better learn how to cherish what you carry because there's a
-
lot of people that's bearing and can't give birth to nothing.
-
There's some of y'all in here. That's why you shouldn't stand
-
up and raise your hands. That's why you should get on
-
your knees because God has impregnated you with a vision, a
-
dream, a gift. Some of y'all in here got gifts
-
and you ain't lifted your hand and giving it back to God at
-
all. Said the angels threw the crowns
-
at his feet. You know what we do?
-
We lift our hands. Lord, here's my gifts, here's
-
love quest, here's my son, here's my daughter, here's my
-
wife. God, I can't do this without
-
you. And as much as I'm evangelistic
-
and I want the loss and I want the babe in Christ to to be
-
connected, I also understand you got to want God yourself.
-
You got to want this yourself. Share about smoking.
-
I share about drinking. I share about some of my
-
troubles and things my marriage has been through.
-
Why? To let you know, man, this
-
salvation you walk I'm walking through is for real.
-
Like I was deceived. I was blind, my mind was
-
darkened. I thought my wife was the enemy
-
and she loved me. Of course, I hope you're ready.
-
The next wave that's about to hit this house.
-
We need to stay down long enough for people to find God.
-
Even in Vancouver, somebody walking by a drunk and walk into
-
the worship experience. Y'all build different, you build
-
different, and God is. And I am looking for a remnant
-
of people that's willing to really pursue him, really chase
-
him, so that atmospheres can be created, that the lost can find
-
home. You hear about the fear of God a
-
lot. The one thing that keeps
-
striking me is this the spirit of the fear of God, meaning
-
there's our part, but as we do our part, the Holy Spirit comes
-
in do a deeper level of the fear of God that we could never touch
-
without him moving in us. So what I do believe that my job
-
is our elders job is and this church job is this worship team
-
job is still be the first people that lead in turning our hearts
-
completely to God pure hand clean heart cleaning our house
-
first. But you will see from us moments
-
where and I don't think we've lacked in them, but moments
-
where we're just like doing our best to help the house turn
-
their attention towards God, because this is what happens
-
when we actually unify and turn our attention.
-
So they're simple songs like you have my attention, right?
-
I'm like, God, why would you burst that kind of song?
-
Like I could see color again in this house Because God is saying
-
in this house, there's going to be a model home of Sears, like a
-
model, A model home of a model home for clarity, a model home
-
for sharpness with the prophetic.
-
You're not. You're not going to come here
-
and stay blind if you want to fight for.
-
Blind You're going, you're going, you're going to have to
-
go. The scales will fall off a man
-
and woman's. Eyes.
-
Why would he? Share the revelation he does
-
with this House. Why would he?
-
Give us a song that says when you look in my eyes, seeing Joy
-
cry, that's not me. That's the heavenly reality that
-
I'm now taking ownership of my tears.
-
And it's not merely about what's happening to me.
-
It's about what's pouring out of me.
-
My tears are pouring from a Savior.
-
He, he, if anything, he's grieving.
-
So my tears is him grieving. But when you look in my eyes,
-
you see joy cry. When you look in my eyes, I just
-
feel people's confidence rising. See hope, cry, look in my eyes
-
you see in faith rise up. I can see color again.
-
