Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International
-
Church podcast where we seek to love all nations, equip the
-
church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.
-
We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever
-
you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get
-
your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe
-
some tea, and get ready to receive.
-
It's go time. Let's get into it.
-
All over the room. The Spirit of the living God is
-
here. I'll say it one more time.
-
The Spirit of the living God is here.
-
The answer to all of your cares is here.
-
The Lord is here, the creator of the heavens and the earth is
-
here. And if He can create the earth
-
and fill the earth in seven days, guess what else he could
-
do in your life? I'm here to let you know
-
whatever you're facing, it's not to minimize it, but it is pretty
-
many in the hands of God. So I pray, before we go even
-
further, lay your cares down. How do you?
-
Do that. You begin to put the word in
-
your mouth. You begin to put your own words
-
in your own mouth and sing your own song.
-
Not just reciting what other people gave you to sing, but
-
open your mouth and begin to thank God for what He's done for
-
you. Open your mouth and begin to put
-
volume to the strength that you do have, to the peace that you
-
do have, to the family that you do have, to the food that you do
-
have, the gas money you do have. The roof over your head that you
-
do have, the health that you do have, even if it's a little bit
-
of health, a little bit of health in God's hand can bring
-
you to wholeness in Jesus name. The little bit of faith you
-
have, the friends you have, the family you have, the eyes you
-
have, the legs you have stop. Complaining and begin to praise
-
God for what you do have. Stop complaining about what
-
ain't working. Praise them for what is working.
-
Guarantee you got a lot more working that's not working.
-
You got a lot more for you than there are against.
-
You see, when I begin to focus on what God is doing can do, all
-
the other stuff becomes real tiny.
-
When I magnify the Lord, all the other stuff becomes real tiny.
-
So in this moment, Lord, I just magnify my wholeness.
-
I magnify my health. I magnify that you are the
-
healer. I magnify that you are the
-
strong tower. I magnify that you are peace.
-
I magnify that your Kingdom lives within me, that your life
-
is within me. Your love is within me.
-
Your hope is within me. Your passion is within me.
-
Your Kingdom is within me. Your light is within me, your
-
courage is within me, your promise is within me.
-
Hallelujah. You ready to bring it down for a
-
second? I'm looking for you to get as
-
emotional as you do about your problems, as you do about His
-
goodness. Where you at now?
-
Keep the same energy. I know some of y'all was
-
complaining this week. Where that energy at?
-
We're that same energy. I know some of y'all was crying
-
over some stuff this week, we're that same energy.
-
Cry over His goodness because His goodness is something to cry
-
about. Because you should be dead and
-
gone. See, this year I hope you get
-
allergic to complaining. You get man man, pull your phone
-
out right now and I want you to write some stuff down.
-
You should be allergic to that. You way too comfortable with You
-
can go and have a seat right now because we going to take some
-
notes everybody worship team, grab your phone and at home grab
-
your phone. We going to hop straight in next
-
time, take these off. Thank you.
-
What, what, what? We give way too much energy to
-
let's put it this. Way we give way too much energy
-
to lies. Hey, yo-yo.
-
Your life is so good. I'm so blessed.
-
I can't. I can't right now ask you to
-
write down everything that's going good for you.
-
And then next to it, write down what's going bad for you.
-
Guarantee you that list. You can't get too far.
-
Come on, write it down. Write it down.
-
What? What should you be allergic to
-
that you way too comfortable with?
-
All right, it's not the message tonight, but I'm just flowing.
-
Because I feel like whatever God's.
-
You know, the moment that here it is, the moment that we said
-
the other night we're going to have a peace revival and we
-
going to come against peace. Guess what the enemy was working
-
hard to do with some of y'all to show up stressed out, to show up
-
worried. Guarantee you if I ask you to
-
raise your hands, how many people had a moment today where
-
they was tripping? They going to raise the I
-
guarantee. Let's just do it if you want to
-
be honest. Let's do it.
-
How many people in here had a moment today where you was just
-
like, come on, raise your hand, look around, look around, look
-
around, No hold. Keep your hands up.
-
I feel it. This, this is the Lord.
-
Keep your hands up. No, no.
-
Over 50% of you and there's some of y'all lying.
-
Here's how I know you lying because you trying to think
-
about it and in your mind while you're thinking about it, you're
-
trying to reason yourself for me like I really wasn't.
-
Tripping that much? And tripping a little is
-
tripping right? If you say I was tripping a
-
little in that sentence, what word is in there tripping
-
exactly? Over. 50% of the people in here
-
let something get them away from the word Sunday.
-
This thing is serious. How quick the enemy can steal
-
the word from us that we can be in church for all day long.
-
Monday come. Something just gets in the way
-
of the word and that thing gets in front of our face and we
-
actually have a meeting with worry and we begin to pick stuff
-
up and we begin to it's just like, did you really get the
-
word? Did you really?
-
Get it? What?
-
What was all your a man? 'S about.
-
What was all your tears about? What did you sow?
-
A seed for what? What you talk, and this is what
-
we do on Sunday. We talk to other people about
-
how good the word was, what what is what is the challenge to
-
where the word takes a back seat the moment something.
-
Tempts us to worry. We had this talk last week.
-
It's like you have a choice. Even if a spirit's wife said For
-
God did not give us the spirit of fear.
-
What comes with? Fear, worry, anxiety, all of
-
that is in the family of fear. But he gave us the spirit of
-
boom, boom, boom, boom. We know that by heart.
-
So what he's telling you is if it's a spirit of worry, it's a
-
spirit. It didn't come from me.
-
When worry jumps on you, it's a spirit.
-
When when anxiety jumps on you, it's a real spirit.
-
Every spirit needs your permission to make itself at
-
home. Even God stands at the door and
-
knocks. Guess what else stands at the
-
door? Knock.
-
Worry. And how long did you leave God?
-
And how quick did you say to worry?
-
Hello. What do you want?
-
You again? Oh my God.
-
Why are you here? Why are you here?
-
Leave me alone, OK? What do you want?
-
You want my peace? Why Oh my God, my job, my money,
-
my friends and because the devil know you don't got no power over
-
you, he just want to keep you in a conversation.
-
As long as you want and as long. As you're in that conversation,
-
guess what you're doing. You're.
-
Wearing worry. And it's the wearing of worry
-
that wears you down. And guess once you're work, once
-
you're once you are worn down, you're no longer worried you're
-
work, you're. Worn down and that's that
-
conversation you had. It wasn't no man moment that
-
worry comes. God did not give me.
-
I'm blessed, I'm highly favored. I'm blessed coming in, blessed
-
going out. God shall provide all my needs
-
according to his riches and glory.
-
God's promises for me is yes and Amen.
-
It it don't matter what door closed, don't matter what door
-
open, even when a door. Opens.
-
That's not my source of peace. I'm not waiting for an open door
-
to have peace. I'm not waiting for you to
-
affirm me. I'm not waiting for you to like
-
me. I'm not waiting for you to see
-
me. I'm not waiting for you to want
-
me. It should not be that this
-
church and you sit in this building as much as you do and
-
be so easy to take out. You have to have a holy
-
frustration about yourself that you aren't standing on the word.
-
You are emotional and you are carnal and your family and your
-
friends are watching how much you worry and they're tired or
-
you complaining to them, always having to encourage you.
-
You are grown man. You are the priest of your
-
household. You supposed to carry joy?
-
That ain't APT thing. That's a Bible thing.
-
Way too many of us always have to be encouraged.
-
That's not the Bible, David said.
-
I encourage myself. It doesn't mean it's not hard,
-
it doesn't mean that you shouldn't have people to lean
-
on, but all the time. Here it is.
-
Once a week is too much. Every week you need
-
encouragement from somebody. The point is, is that you have
-
to be a self-contained witness because the people that
-
encourage you got their own courage they need and their own
-
harvest that they need to witness to, and you do too.
-
My wife reaches certain people. I don't.
-
Therefore she got to learn how to have her own joy and her own
-
peace because I ain't going to always be around and encourage
-
her, just like she ain't going to always be around and
-
encourage me and then understand it's the joy of the Lord that's
-
imparted, not fake joy, not you around.
-
People say, let me put it on and I don't want every time you
-
around because I'm giving you this word that then that your
-
goal is well, whatever I'm feeling this way, I won't say
-
anything. No, keep saying something, but
-
even the language and the body language is like, come on, come
-
on, You are the light of the world.
-
Come on. Right.
-
It's like if, if I'm meeting with Andrew, if I'm meeting with
-
Pastor D, if I'm meeting with the elders, I might have a
-
moment, man. I've had moments with them where
-
I'm just like, this is how I'm. Feeling boom boom boom boom boom
-
boom boom. I don't think neither one of
-
them can ever tell you when I've when I've complained that they
-
walked away feeling like Oh my God, there's a way to talk about
-
what you're going through that Jack people up to want to stand
-
with you. Am I talking to somebody?
-
What you should want from people is a stand with you, not a carry
-
you right? We in a war.
-
If I got to carry you, both of us going to get taken out now.
-
I'll stand with you even if you wounded.
-
I can be like, come on, get up, but I need you to get up and
-
limp The moment I got to. I can't watch out.
-
I can't, man. We're done.
-
We got to get past these things we're worried about because
-
there's a world going. I was just telling the worship
-
team the North American Christian is soft.
-
You wonder why all these other other religions that we call
-
wrong are doing so many Kingdom things right.
-
And it starts with the family. We raise our kids to grow up and
-
be independent. We don't raise them to be
-
Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. We're not raising generations of
-
disciple makers. We don't disciple our kids.
-
We raise them to make it in America.
-
But you go to these other countries when they move here.
-
We drive past these houses all day.
-
They look like the UFO with all these lights on them.
-
But how many generations is in the house?
-
So it's like, go play sports. But there's something in them
-
that no, there's a responsibility.
-
I will give up the sport to take care of the legacy.
-
And our main goal is raise our kids, get out.
-
And if you don't get out, shame on you, you're failing.
-
No, they're your kids and you got a responsibility to take
-
care of your kids till they die or you die.
-
They're your children. Tell me in the Bible where God
-
says stop taking care of them and stop covering them, said
-
raise them up in the way they should go, not the way culture
-
says they should go. And us Christians got the world
-
in US so much we pass it on our children.
-
And we wonder why it takes so long for them to return.
-
Because, he said they're going to return because you raise them
-
in the way they should go. I did not plan to come out here
-
and say this or talk about this, but man, the, the, the, the
-
North American church, why we don't got no buildings that's
-
been up for, for, for over 1000 years because we ain't raising
-
nobody to take care of it. Why we got so many churches
-
being sold? Because we ain't raising nobody
-
to take care of them. We don't care about no building.
-
We raising soft kids and we going to let what's her name
-
that's coming here raise our kids.
-
Got to be kidding, man. This is the stuff that is going
-
to really weigh heavy on the remnant.
-
The remnant is the people that's feeling like the conviction and
-
a burn. They're like really do this
-
thing for Jesus. And if you really about Jesus,
-
think about what the martyr could be complaining about.
-
Think about the families in in certain parts of the world in
-
different continents that have a reason to complain.
-
Man, we so blessed. That's what should bring us to
-
repentance is how much we complain and we are blessed.
-
We got too much. We got more than we should have
-
and we complaining about what we don't have or how much more.
-
We're always stuck on the Moor and that was not a garden
-
reality. The garden was here it is.
-
Take this. And Adam's job was to take care
-
of what God gave him, not worry about what he don't got.
-
But what God has fallen is what we didn't have or what God said.
-
Don't touch. And that's what's going to call
-
you the fall. It's worrying about what you
-
don't have. Instead of being like, I got
-
this woke up this morning, blessed.
-
I'm going to take care of these two dollars.
-
I'm going to take care of my wife.
-
I'm going to take care of my children.
-
I'm going to take care of the house.
-
I got let me wash the car and shine these rims.
-
It ain't my ideal car, but I got a car.
-
Like that's what should bring us to conviction.
-
Who are we after God has done so much for us to find in us
-
somewhere to complain about something else other than being
-
close to him? We come every week, every week,
-
every week, every week, and then every week we complain and then
-
every week we get mad. And every week it's like contend
-
for your peace man. And continuing for your peace is
-
not waiting for worry to leave. Not going to end this year with
-
the same old mindset. Worry.
-
We'll put you in the hospital next year.
-
Write that down for a prophetic word.
-
Worry is going to kill some of y'all.
-
Here's what I will tell you the words that I read is you got to
-
do anything in your power to do what it takes to keep peace.
-
Blessed are the peacemakers. That's not a scripture.
-
Just on if you if you fighting somebody you like.
-
Oh, I'm sorry, man, I'm sorry. No, if you come up swinging on
-
me, I'm going to protect myself. Ain't no blessing or the
-
peacemaker where you just like please please don't please
-
please. That's not a peace.
-
Blessed are the peacemakers. Create peace in your life.
-
Fight for your peace in your life.
-
Make peace out of trouble. Jesus had peace on the cross.
-
You don't think he did? Ain't no way he could shut his
-
mouth if he didn't have peace. Let's just start.
-
I don't know where it is not going to go now.
-
It's just because because you'll understand when you get on the
-
frontline, you'll get tired of dragging people for for.
-
Elementary stuff. Like, look, look, look, I, I got
-
a pastoral heart. I, I, man, I just put many hours
-
in a meeting with people and I'm going to continue to meet with
-
people and have wisdom sessions and all that.
-
This is not about a wisdom session.
-
Well, let's have a wisdom session about some light stuff.
-
Let's not have a wisdom session that Sunday message was supposed
-
to solve. You're just not listening.
-
So you got to ask yourself, what is it that I'm not retaining the
-
word? Which ground am I marked for?
-
Stony ground? It's a heart, it's a soil issue.
-
It's not a God issue. It's showing a word issue.
-
It's a soil issue. So are you looking at the
-
condition of your heart and why the word isn't taking to where
-
it overrides your flesh like this is Garrison.
-
Garrison steps in when worry shows up.
-
Garrison answers the door. How do I know that the scripture
-
said it if you've been paying attention, that Jesus himself
-
takes responsibility to stand up.
-
This is a lifestyle of peace. It's not every time.
-
You need to wake Jesus up in the boat.
-
Every time it's a storm, we got it.
-
Hey Jesus, wake up, you don't care about us.
-
Hey Jesus, wake up, you don't care about us.
-
Then he brought you through that storm.
-
Next storm. Hey Jesus, wake up, you don't
-
care about us. When you going to wake up and
-
speak to the storm? Let the teacher sleep.
-
Garrison, Prince of Peace. I mean a few notes and a few
-
reviews. And then then we going to.
-
Figure out where we going to go. Prince of Peace was in Mary
-
before he. Came out of Mary.
-
I'm just trying to trying to. Trying to really let you know
-
that peace is a person and where you lack peace, you ready.
-
Where you lack peace, you lack communion.
-
Let me talk to this side. I think this is.
-
Where you lack peace, you lack communion, Where you are
-
troubled, you haven't submitted that area to God.
-
You got peace over here on your diet.
-
You got peace on. I'm not going to work on
-
Saturday. You got peace over here, but
-
then you waking Jesus. Up on this issue.
-
I want you to see this though. He's a person, Prince of Peace,
-
God with us. Where was he?
-
Mary had peace. And then when she said, you know
-
what I don't understand? Oh, the peace that transcends
-
all understanding. That's how peace came in the
-
world, not being understood. But what did she say?
-
I don't need to understand it. I'll believe your word.
-
I don't need to understand why I'm going through this.
-
I believe your word. This is why I need to find a
-
word for whatever storm I'm going through.
-
There is a word I don't, I don't understand.
-
I can't wrap it. I'm not even trying to wrap it
-
around my mind. But you can't give peace to
-
people until you let peace pregnant you.
-
Here's the issue. You've never gotten pregnant by
-
peace. Pregnant with peace?
-
How you going to give that man? There's way too many Christians
-
imparting fear and anxiety and worry.
-
Even in our language, it's worry.
-
It's like, hey, how you? Doing I'm I'm alright, you know
-
again now, now don't, don't don't get offended because you
-
aren't the only one that that's a lot of us.
-
I'm alright. I'm talking you ready.
-
Hey, Deborah, I'm talking, I'm talking about after a booming
-
service. You ever had that?
-
Booming service and then you walk up into somebody and it's
-
like, hey, how you doing? You like you know, I'm trying to
-
make it and just holding on. Just holding on 2025 you get
-
that answer. God bless you, God bless you.
-
God bless you right, because here here it is family or not.
-
It doesn't mean that that you don't care and that's what you
-
got to stop thinking because you won't entertain or give your
-
energy. Do you feel can do you feel
-
this? I don't care.
-
No. You.
-
Actually. Care.
-
OK, let's look at Jesus. Hey Jesus, I ain't go bury my
-
dad. Let them do it.
-
Hey Jesus, your mom and your brother are outside.
-
They want to see you. Let them know that my mom and my
-
brother are the people that does my father's.
-
Will Hey Jesus, can I get some of them chips please?
-
Jesus, can I get some of them chips, please?
-
Oh, OK. OK, OK, OK, OK, OK.
-
I'll just get some crumbs. Jesus, why are you ignoring me?
-
I'm hungry. Jesus passing by.
-
Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me.
-
OK, Jesus. OK, man, stop calling on Jesus.
-
OK, I'm going to do it louder. Jesus.
-
And he stops and he says, who's that man that's pursuing me with
-
so much intensity? Tell him to come here.
-
He gets up and he throws his garment off.
-
And what did that garment represent?
-
It wasn't just like some cool world he got from the flea
-
market. It represent him being a legally
-
blind man, which gave him the legal right to beg.
-
And before he went to Jesus, not when he got to Jesus.
-
Before he went to Jesus, he took off his old identity, stepped
-
into the new. Are you tripping that Jesus
-
ignored him? He's ignored a lot of people.
-
See, because when you want some it's easy.
-
It don't take faith to complain. All right, all right, get
-
pregnant with presents and you'll birth promise.
-
I'm going to address this later. Hopefully y'all do got some
-
time. I'm going to address this
-
hopefully later. Get pregnant with presents and
-
you will birth promise. Oh, hospitals, Hallelujah.
-
You ready? This is going to mess some
-
people's theology up. This is going to mess some
-
thinking up. Because I know, I know we, we,
-
we like to think a lot. And even when I wrote this down,
-
I'm like, OK, I'm trying to wrap my head around it.
-
He's like, you probably can't wrap your head all around it,
-
but write it down. So I did, and then I'll, I'll,
-
I'll it'll, it'll keep ministering to me.
-
Presence is for you, promises for them.
-
So I'm going to just interpret how I got it or what I think it
-
means as He gave it to me. Our number one priority is
-
presence. And any promise has for God, has
-
for you is meant to impact others.
-
But what you have made is promise first, then you'll have
-
peace. And if you understand that the
-
priority, the garden wasn't Adam's priority, him walking
-
with God was his priority. But he took his eyes off a
-
presence, got greedy for promise, and ate off the wrong
-
tree because it looked like the other ones.
-
And when you make promise the priority, you're easy bait to
-
get confused with a blessing from God.
-
And just something you worked hard for or got manipulated
-
into. Presence is for you.
-
Promise is for them. I believe that if you think so,
-
big the exceeding abundantly, above all we can ask, think or
-
imagine. You don't even have enough life
-
in you to enjoy the fullness of it.
-
So even if you get wealthy, guess what?
-
You got to include other people. It doesn't matter.
-
You ready even if you get healed from the crown of your head to
-
the soles of your feet, and that's the promise.
-
Guess what? You only getting healed from the
-
crown of your head to the sole of your feet so you can go about
-
doing good, so you can go do the Great Commission.
-
You see what I'm saying? The promise is not about you.
-
What God has in store for you is for them and you are the
-
beneficiary of it coming through you.
-
But you better have open hands and release the blessing of God.
-
Right. A God.
-
God. Oh, he anointed me.
-
His favor surrounds me like a shield.
-
Yes it does. But why does his favor surround
-
me like a shield? So I could do what I do now.
-
Why did he anoint me? So I could go about doing good.
-
But we've made promise over presence.
-
You, you, you want to keep your your sanity.
-
You must live in His presence. You, you want to you want to
-
keep your sanity moving forward. You must live in his presence.
-
You, you want to keep your sanity.
-
You know, if a bird that's supposed to fly want to keep its
-
sanity, they better they better have some air time.
-
Right. If a fish want to keep his
-
sanity, he better stay in the water.
-
If a human being want to keep his sanity, you better stay in
-
God's presence. That's your natural habitat.
-
Here you go, 2024-2025. If you lose your mind, you will
-
lose your life. Have you ever seen somebody that
-
lost their mind? Can I talk to you?
-
You see? You see the people that we walk
-
on the other side of the street for?
-
Yeah. You ever see somebody that lost
-
their mind? You ever see somebody who had
-
their mind but lost their mind? Some people lose their mind
-
because they didn't deal with trauma, right, or they didn't
-
deal with losing a loved one right or right.
-
There's the. Streets are full of people.
-
Who have lost their minds, right And somehow some of us may think
-
we that'll never happen to us. It can your chances of losing
-
your mind goes up if you leave presents out of your daily
-
routine. You ready?
-
It should not be a routine. It should be something you'd
-
never set down. Super simple song.
-
You have my attention, right? Look, it'd be random day.
-
I could be in the cold punch. I could be on the bike, I could
-
be driving. And now those words came from
-
heaven to earth just to put in my mind and the way I get my
-
attention. You have my attention, right?
-
I'll just sing that for a few minutes.
-
Then I keep doing what I'm doing.
-
I can't afford to put that down. I can't afford to get God's word
-
out of my mouth. Actually, Joshua One says that
-
don't you ever take God's word out of your mouth and don't you
-
ever take them off your mind. If you lose your mind, you will
-
lose. Your life Quick review Isaiah 9
-
we see Prince of wholeness. Somebody say Prince of
-
Wholeness. That's what the message says.
-
It says no limits to his wholeness.
-
Please help me. What does it say?
-
There's no limits to his wholeness.
-
He brings who bring he brings he he brings he he brings, he
-
brings. There's no limit.
-
His ruling authority will grow. It will increase.
-
It will increase. We're in a day of time and is in
-
his authority in his church is going to increase.
-
But but but there's no authority that can increase.
-
If the if the if the if the soil is not good ground, His
-
authority can't live where worry lives and there's way too many.
-
You want to walk in the anointing and walk in the glory
-
and walk in ministry and walk in power, but you will not fight
-
for your peace. This he'll put this, he'll put
-
this Kingdom on a firm footing and keep it going.
-
This is why does he say firm footing?
-
Because there's going to be a chance where you can slip up.
-
There's going to be a day where there's going to be a lot of
-
slip ups and he said no. And then those days where it's
-
slippery, I'm going to give you solid.
-
Ground we go forward. I want you to see this, that,
-
that, that, that, that. Piece.
-
Is wholeness and we're going to see some of the same language
-
really quickly. Look at this word salvation.
-
We went over it last week to save salvation.
-
So Tyria, it's to save, it's to heal.
-
It's freedom from both physical danger and the effects of sin.
-
It's restoration to to a state of safety.
-
It's soundness. This is when we say I'm saved.
-
I am saved. Right.
-
I'm not Christian. Some of us are more Christian
-
than saved. Am I talking today?
-
Am I talking you more Christian than saved?
-
You more convinced you're Christian than you are convinced
-
you're saved? And it's easy to ignore yours
-
not saved or act like you're saved when you don't even know
-
the definition of saved. You don't even know the
-
definition of salvation not knowing that when Jesus said he
-
is your salvation, it is He. It means he is your soundness.
-
He is your health and well-being as well as preservation from
-
danger of destruction. He is a guarantee of safety.
-
Somebody say salvation, Salvation.
-
And and, and, and peace. Here's peace, here's peace.
-
Let's see if we see some similarities.
-
Peace, the state of law and order that yields blessing and
-
prosperity. That's why it's some some
-
cultures. Shalom is a word that's always
-
said Shalom. Nothing missing, nothing broken.
-
Wholeness in every area of my life.
-
Here it is peace. Shalom means the absence of war
-
or chaos. Here it is and the best.
-
When are you going to get to the point where the thing you've
-
been wrestling with for years is over?
-
When is the war going to end up here?
-
Is there ever going to be peace about this area of your life?
-
Is there ever going to be peace about you being single?
-
Is there ever going to be peace about you make the certain
-
amount of money you make? Peace does not mean I settle, it
-
means I'm content. Are you ever going to make
-
peace? That's your family Crazy.
-
Are you ever going to make peace that the government is the
-
government in that you live where you live?
-
I want to move to Cali. I want to move where is Morris
-
Sun? Are you ever going to make peace
-
that God has you where he wants you, where he needs you, where
-
he designs you to be right here, right now And while I'm here,
-
I'm going to be everything that God's created me to be.
-
Are you ever going to make peace?
-
There's always something you ever going to make peace that
-
they may not be a good friend for you.
-
So stop waiting for them to invite you somewhere.
-
Are you ever going to make peace that y'all not good chemistry
-
and think are you ever just going to make peace?
-
That's what it is. It is what it is ever going to
-
make peace. It's going to snow.
-
It's it's it's going to be cold there.
-
There's inflation, prices are going to go up.
-
What? What the stuff we worried about?
-
Trudeau's going to be Trudeau, Trump's going to be Trump.
-
It doesn't matter. Make peace that God is God and
-
all this other stuff. Kids get sick, it's a different
-
story. Why?
-
Because I am responsible to care for them.
-
At the same time, I'm not God. So there's some stuff that I
-
just can't help. I can't.
-
I want to help but I. Can't help?
-
You're responsible for a few people in your life.
-
Why are you so concerned about so many other people?
-
True. Don't know my son Trump ain't my
-
uncle, right, baby? I don't know people be like you
-
see the news. No, I didn't for a while.
-
You would think if you don't watch the news, you stupid.
-
No, I'm I'm kind of smart. Oh, you should find out what's
-
going on over Internet the oil list.
-
And first of all, I don't my mind don't work like that.
-
Like I lose peace over mass. I lose peace over certain
-
things, like certain conversations.
-
I lose my peace over science and all like like some of y'all
-
worried about culture. You worried about all this other
-
stuff? You just work like you're just
-
worried about way too much and then let us not be online.
-
Oh my God, did you see that? And there's some of you so bad
-
you believe the lies on, on, on, on the social media.
-
I don't want to be Diddy in jail.
-
Like that's not my daddy. Like, I don't care like how long
-
we going to be chasing the the story folks be like, you know
-
who the president? I don't know who the president
-
is. Yeah, some of it, man.
-
There's some stuff we're required.
-
We're we're, I wouldn't even say required it.
-
It's. Good if we know, but This is why
-
I have friends. I got friends that care about
-
those things and there's some folks don't lose peace
-
overwatching certain things. So I'm going to go talk to
-
certain friends and certain people that that that I don't
-
know if they're knowing it for it or they just wired that way.
-
But why am I going man? I have text Grace.
-
I've text Effie. I have text I have I.
-
Forgot the word. I forgot what it was.
-
When you take a a plant from one place to another or a tree from
-
one place to now I know, so don't scream it out.
-
I already know. Right transplant, right.
-
But I texted Effie. I was like, what's that thing
-
where where they take the tree out?
-
I didn't feel like thinking about it.
-
I didn't want to Google. No, I just said Effie tree out
-
of pot to another spot and then right away transplant didn't.
-
What did nothing pop up in our text message?
-
It wasn't no shoes popped up in this text message.
-
Nothing popped up. It was just three words and then
-
transplant answer, move forward. Some people had these.
-
These answers just ready on their brain, just ready.
-
I didn't have it ready, so I didn't.
-
I wasn't about to go look for it.
-
I didn't feel like thinking about it.
-
I cast my care on. FA.
-
It's the absence of war, it's Shalom, it's wholeness, it's
-
calmness, it's completeness with Jesus, the Prince of Peace.
-
They went ahead. They don't want to hit
-
somewhere. I don't know where they went,
-
but they anyway, they over there just reading their own little
-
sermon right now, but that's OK. Hallelujah.
-
Stress free. I wasn't even there.
-
I was talking about Effie. How did we get 3 slides up?
-
Peace. Look look, it's a stress Free
-
State like 2025. This should be man.
-
This should be at the top of your goals.
-
Look most of your goals for 20/20.
-
Five should relate to your soul wealth.
-
Watch how quick the other stuff he said.
-
I pray that you prosper even as your soul is your help prosper.
-
See, you got to understand if you if you right there if what
-
if the goals you look at every day is pertaining to the soul
-
that Jesus died for? Watch out everything else line.
-
Up. Top of the list?
-
We got $1,000,000. Work work working at Burger King
-
went $1,000,000 by the end of 2025.
-
Ain't nothing wrong with working at Burger King, but calm down on
-
the $1,000,000 unless you invest in this something or whatever,
-
right? Did be like 2025 meeting with a
-
millionaire, right? Something like that.
-
Like I want to get in a room where millions are.
-
Right, 'cause it's like your soul has to be at the top of
-
your list, 'cause it was at the top of God.
-
A stress. Free State of security calmness
-
it says it says and calmness that comes when there's no
-
fighting or war. This is a peace that comes when
-
there's no fighting or war. This is a piece that comes.
-
When there's no fighting. Or war is oh, well, I'm not
-
going to enter that fight. I'm not going to enter that
-
conversation. For what?
-
Oh, that's what you think? Awesome, right?
-
Conversations can be over quick. You hear what I'm saying?
-
They can be over quick. And that's not being rude.
-
That's not being mean. That's not being you don't care.
-
That's not that's like, man, you got a guard.
-
It's just like, yeah, that I'm not the person.
-
I'm not intimidated. I don't feel stupid either that
-
I don't like. I can't engage with you on that
-
level. It.
-
Says everything. Everything coexisting in perfect
-
harmony and freedom. Shalom, wholeness in all of
-
life, completeness, welfare, safety.
-
Some of you in relationships that's unsafe.
-
Forget physical abuse, emotional, spiritual, your state
-
of peace. You going to lose your mind
-
because there's no way that peace can be cultivated in some
-
of the covenants. That you are in.
-
I got. I got.
-
Covenant partners that are peace partners like they in my life
-
and they going to help guard my peace and you can't just have
-
people that's always pulling peace from you.
-
They also got to contribute Interstate well well-being.
-
There's three types of peace that we said three peace,
-
special spiritual peace, relational peace, Emotional
-
peace is what he died for. All three of these parts.
-
Spiritual peace, that's peace with God.
-
Relational peace, that's peace with others, emotional peace,
-
that's peace within ourselves. Moving right along Isaiah 9.
-
The responsibility of complete dominion will rest on his
-
shoulders. Amen.
-
Their responsibility is on his shoulders.
-
He is trying to get peace to us. John 14, we read this last week.
-
We're not going to stay here. He said, I'll leave it with you.
-
The same piece I had on the cross, same piece I had hanging
-
out with Judas who I knew was going to reject me.
-
Same Look at Jesus whole story. Look at this whole story.
-
All the persecution, all the hate, all the misunderstanding,
-
all the turmoil around who who his identity was.
-
He was on the run since a baby and what did he have?
-
Peace, He said that same piece that kept me quiet when they
-
took me from courthouse to courthouse.
-
That same piece that allowed me to stay quiet and know who I
-
was. I held on to my identity and my
-
purpose. I didn't have to say nothing or
-
prove nothing because I knew who I was here.
-
It is because I found myself in the Word.
-
That's what the Bible say. He found himself in the scroll
-
and just like other people. He tried to tell him he was him.
-
Stop trying to convince people you, him or her.
-
The reason some of you trying to convince people, you, him or her
-
is because you trying to convince you, you, him or her.
-
So you need somebody to believe you so you can believe them.
-
You get, you get. You and I see you're very low.
-
What you say? Come on.
-
Slow down, PT. Slow down.
-
Slow down. Slow down.
-
So slow down. Here.
-
Here's some confidence we have. If you believe I'm great, then I
-
believe you that you believe I'm great.
-
I don't necessarily. Without you believing in me, I
-
might be left insecure. So I need to convince you I'm
-
good because I'm waiting to hear from you.
-
Yeah. You good?
-
Oh, you great. Now I'm living off of your
-
affirmation, so I'm trying to convince you I'm good because
-
once I convince you, then you convince me.
-
So I'm so in confidence that I don't have hoping to reap
-
affirmation from you. That's why some of your friends
-
or the moment somebody who did affirm you, but they hold your
-
account and be like, Nah, that was trash.
-
You offended. Wait a minute.
-
If you believe that, that if you believe their affirmation in
-
you, you should believe when they see trash.
-
Right on. You don't know what you're
-
talking about. Well, I guess I didn't know what
-
I was talking about when I said you the bomb, right?
-
Me telling you that's trash does not take away from me telling
-
you you great. What I'm telling you is that
-
trash is going to compromise. You're great.
-
Stop allowing yourself to be agitated.
-
Stop allowing yourself to be disturbed.
-
And do not permit yourself to be fearful.
-
And do not permit yourself to be intimidating.
-
And do not permit yourself to be a coward.
-
And do not permit yourself to be a coward.
-
If there's an earthquake. I'm going to be unsettled, but
-
man, come on. We be unsettled over.
-
We be tripping. Silence the lies, silence the
-
slander, silence the mental assault.
-
Come on, tell your neighbor peace is yours, right?
-
We see in Thessalonians, We see in Thessalonians.
-
Bounce back, bounce back. You see in Thessalonians.
-
We see in Thessalonians. We saw this scripture.
-
Remember, Remember now that may the Lord of Peace himself
-
somebody say himself, here it is.
-
Again, he's taking responsibility.
-
Look, grant you his peace, his peace.
-
So whenever you Are you ready, whenever you are seeking peace
-
from relief, it is not his peace.
-
Some of y'all are so smart you should see your faces man.
-
When I'm be preaching to some of y'all be like.
-
And then you can tell when you get it, 'cause you're like,
-
like, like stop trying to receive it up here, right?
-
You're trying to approach God's Word like you, you have to get
-
it for a test next week. It's like just hear the spirit
-
of it. I'm I'm not anointed.
-
So you can be intellectual. You don't mean don't think.
-
Now I got. Hate that I got to bounce back
-
and forth. Didn't say turn your brain off
-
OK, didn't say trust everything I said please.
-
But like but but what I'm saying is like it's nothing hard.
-
This all I read you already, this all I read and did I say
-
something to confuse you? Because I want to.
-
Clear it up, I said His. The the Lord of Peace himself
-
grant you his peace. And then what I say after that?
-
Because I've seen some confused faces.
-
Or did that's all I read. And you confused about what his
-
piece is? Come on.
-
Yeah. What did I say?
-
Right. You received it.
-
What did I say? Empty.
-
Because you had that look, huh? Yeah.
-
What did I say? Nope.
-
See. So you didn't you didn't get the
-
word or what I said. You, you, the enemy just
-
snatched that right away from you.
-
All right, All right. All right, Auntie.
-
All right, All right, All right. See, I care.
-
I care. That's why I'm asking.
-
I'm going to stop my message to to answer, right?
-
One day we're going to get too big, and I can't be stopping and
-
answering, of course. So enjoy this right now, OK?
-
Right. Is, is, is may the Lord of peace
-
himself grant you His peace. It is His peace.
-
Here's what I said I have said. I have said if you are waiting
-
to get peace from relief, it is not His peace.
-
His peace is the relief. You got me.
-
Don't be lying. I'm going to test you after
-
church. I'm going to ask you to see if
-
you got it. OK, His peace is the relief, the
-
paycheck, the husband, the wife, the surgery, the healing is.
-
Not the relief. Here it is.
-
This is why this is so important, Elder John is.
-
We have tried to transcribe healing before peace, not
-
understanding that if I can have peace, I increase my chances for
-
healing. It's just like we're scared to
-
try to encourage people to not live with it.
-
I'm not telling you to live with it, but the end all be all is
-
not you healed. OK, move right along, move right
-
along. Peace himself.
-
And then I just want to get to the all times, all ways, all
-
circumstances, all conditions, whatever.
-
So he said all times. What does all times mean?
-
What does always mean? What does all circumstances
-
mean? What does all conditions mean?
-
What does whatever mean? What does you all mean?
-
That's for everybody. No one's exempt from this piece.
-
Here it is. Here it is.
-
It's whatever somebody say. It's whatever.
-
OK, Remember that. Y'all remember that?
-
OK? We remember this.
-
The peace of God is designed to regulate and govern our nervous.
-
System and protect our soul. Remember that last week Remember
-
somebody say wow, see this piece a paycheck can't regulate your
-
nerves. See see here.
-
The peace of God leaves you content piece from a paycheck,
-
leaves you wanting another paycheck.
-
Hey look, look, when you get that paycheck, you go to that
-
tax bracket you like. Oh my God, they take way too
-
much money out. Ain't nothing.
-
Nothing but worry on the paid stub.
-
You know what I'm saying? Ain't nothing but worry on the
-
pay stub. I don't need no medical.
-
Insurance on they taking way too much out.
-
I'm young and then and then I don't care how much you get paid
-
you. Consider and not paying them
-
bills 'cause you like, Oh my God, 'cause when I pay this
-
bill, I pay this bill, I'm only going to have $300.00 left for
-
$2.00 left. Way too much worry waiting on a
-
paycheck. Because nine times out of 10,
-
you working somewhere where you don't get paid what you worth or
-
even what you desire, let alone what you need to live.
-
So you are working and on top of working.
-
Every time you go to work, you stressed out, even if you.
-
Enjoy your job because it ain't enough.
-
But what if you could take the peace of God into your work?
-
And it's just like, this is where I'm at today.
-
I'm grateful. Now the souls around me is the
-
priority right now. I take away the performance at
-
my job to try to get a promotion or use my job as a step in step
-
in stool. And it's just like, no, this is
-
my pulpit right now. This is my sanctuary right now.
-
There are souls in here, and My faithfulness over the souls.
-
Is what's going to be the. Connection to my promotion.
-
The peace of God is the designated to regulate and
-
govern our nervous system. Nervous system?
-
Here it is. I need to give you proof.
-
OK, We we bear his image by bearing his fruit.
-
OK, I just want, I want to follow me.
-
We bear his image by bearing his fruit.
-
OK, Now go back to the garden. Let us make men in our image and
-
our likeness. That's his purpose.
-
That's that's why he created you so you could bear his image.
-
You can bury his his image and harness his likeness.
-
You understand this, you understand this.
-
This is Genesis 1. Read it your own time.
-
He congregates with Spirit and and Jesus and he said and the
-
word and he says, let us make. Man in our image and our
-
likeness, and then God. Created male and female and you,
-
you go on and on and on and you see.
-
Then he planted us in the garden.
-
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. He, we bear his image by bearing
-
his fruit. OK, look at this.
-
I want you to see this. And he got up, we heard the
-
story and he rebuked the storm, right?
-
He rebuked the wind. He rebuked the source of the
-
storm. Y'all following me?
-
And then he he said, and he spoke to the sea and he said,
-
hush, what is God telling us to do?
-
The storm in our mind and the war in our mind to hush it down.
-
Stop feeding it with your wind. Stop putting words in your cell.
-
That and that's why you just get.
-
Madder and madder and madder and madder.
-
When you can use the same breath to speak what God says against
-
the storm, here it is, He said. Be still.
-
The the the. Storm was not in the sea, the
-
storm was within because there are some people.
-
Who know how to? Ride the waves like when I was
-
with my skipper in Italy. He was.
-
Like you're going to be OK. Like we do this, I've been doing
-
this, I've been in way worse storms, but based on how I saw
-
the waves is how my you ready. Based on how I saw the waves
-
determine how my nervous system was regulated.
-
As as, as if I love this part and the wind died down.
-
You got to hear this part and the wind died down.
-
You got that. What does it say the as if it
-
had grown weary? I know in some places where I
-
was that reading that they would that they would have jumped up
-
in the organ with a Oh, and if they the wind, the storm got
-
weary. I'll say it to this side, the.
-
Storm got weary, right? So if you understand who you
-
are, who lives in you, then then if you learn how to stand up to
-
the storm, it will get wet. Don't you get weary before the
-
storm gets weary. Race not given to the swift.
-
It's endurance. It's long-suffering.
-
The devil gonna get tired. The storm gonna get weary.
-
And there was there was at once a great calm.
-
I love this. If the wind died down as if it
-
got tired of causing a ruckus, the wind heard the voice of its
-
Creator. Every time you speak against
-
your circumstances, it hears the voice of the Creator.
-
Every time you speak the Word, the enemy that's behind
-
disturbing you is reminded that God is in charge.
-
That's why Jesus, when he was going through his 40 days and 40
-
nights and the devil tempted him, he spoke the Word.
-
He said, do you still have no faith and confidence?
-
Why are you tripping? The word was in the boat with
-
you. Tripping, not tripping don't
-
mean no tears. Not tripping don't mean no sad.
-
Not tripping don't mean no anger.
-
But none of those steal my peace.
-
That's why he says beyond your understanding, because your
-
Pete, God's peace goes beyond it goes deeper than the than the
-
than the the the the the anxiousness you feel.
-
It goes deeper. But what what happens when you
-
live in image and likeness? This is what happens because of
-
your walk in your stand. Then people see it.
-
And they say they were so confident and sure.
-
Here's regulated K without peace and without the Holy Ghost.
-
Peter was a coward and he couldn't control his nervous
-
system. So when pressure came, he ran.
-
Then he got filled with the Holy Ghost, got the peace of Jesus,
-
and now he's willing to lose his life because in the midst of,
-
of, of, of of hate and persecution, they're standing
-
because peace is regulating them.
-
Now see Deacon step in. How is he there getting stoned?
-
Because peace is regulating him. And then when peace can regulate
-
you, then it brings conviction to the, the the stand buyers and
-
it says, man, who are these guys?
-
They didn't go. They don't have the same
-
training as us. They don't have the same formal
-
education as us. But they must have been with
-
peace. They're companions with peace
-
because we can't shake them. We see it got to the point where
-
they couldn't be shaking. They had to be threatened.
-
Paul and Silas couldn't be shaking.
-
They have to be thrown in prison, right?
-
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego couldn't be shaking, so they
-
have to be thrown in the furnace.
-
Daniel couldn't be shaking, so he had to be thrown in the
-
lion's den. That's why when you find
-
yourself in some circumstances and people hating on you and
-
people being mean to you and tearing you down because that's
-
the enemy trying to intimidate you because you couldn't be
-
shaking. That's why your Mama and daddy,
-
that's why your brothers and sisters, that's why they
-
attacking you because they're trying to break you down.
-
Look what they said. They said they saw the
-
confidence in boldness. Peter and.
-
John, they could tell they had been with Jesus Chaka Khan.
-
The Master over Chaos lives within us to regulate and govern
-
our nervous system and soul wealth.
-
When you say you, you will receive what power when the Holy
-
Ghost comes upon you, Here's what peace produces ability,
-
efficiency, and might. Oh, I can't get this done
-
because you're all over the place.
-
You're my You have not harnessed this peace.
-
Work in this piece plan in this piece study in this piece get
-
married from this piece choose who you're going to date from
-
this piece You don't choose who you're going to date because
-
you're tired of being lonely. That's a breakdown of the
-
nervous system for a person filled with the Holy Ghost to
-
say they lonely. What?
-
You got the creator of the heaven and the earth in you, How
-
you're lonely. You got the Kingdom of God in
-
you, how you're lonely. Just say I don't like being by
-
myself. That ain't saying you're lonely.
-
I don't like being by myself, but I enjoy some alone time.
-
I need it. Every last one of us needed it.
-
None. What?
-
What? Nothing wrong with Adam being
-
alone. If it was then God would have
-
created them both at the same time.
-
Now you need some alone time, but you're alone time should
-
lead to birth. All right.
-
Some of y'all just leave me alone.
-
I don't like being around nobody.
-
Get out of here, that ain't God. Say regulator.
-
Hey, what? What's the?
-
Hey, what's the what's the next word?
-
Mound up. Now Warren G and Nate Dogg don't
-
say Garrison, but they do say mound up.
-
Oh yeah. I'm in the Ramen Canada.
-
I'm sorry, I'm sorry, guys. Sorry, I'm sorry.
-
Yeah, Snoop. They do a lot of business in
-
Canada though in the weed industry.
-
That's what Canada is really good at across North America,
-
slinging that weed. Canada.
-
Hallelujah. Warren G was out here a few
-
weeks ago walking the streets, and somebody tried to roll.
-
Up on them with a with a knife or something.
-
And he was like, well, I'm the wrong one.
-
I'm from West boy. You better stop playing with me
-
and the boy. He just he just turned around
-
nothing. All right, I'm sorry.
-
I'm sorry. Yo, Canadian gangsters.
-
I'm a man. Hallelujah.
-
Or BC gangsters. Hallelujah.
-
Real. Now, now, now.
-
You got to follow me. You got to follow me.
-
Kate, This piece is to to. Regulate your nervousness.
-
Here it goes. Here's what the word says.
-
Lean on, trust in and be confident in the Lord with all
-
your what heart. Remember that All in all did.
-
Remember that with all your heart and all your mind.
-
And do not rely on your what own insight.
-
Insight, your own wisdom, your own ideas, your own
-
understanding. Do not do it.
-
Why? In all your ways, know and
-
recognize. And acknowledge here it is all
-
your ways, all your trust. Acknowledge him and he will what
-
direct and make straight and plain.
-
Because that's where peace is plain.
-
Everything is good on everything bagel, but everything don't work
-
in life. Make plain your.
-
Path be not wise in your own eyes reverently what fear and
-
worship the Lord and turn what entirely away from evil.
-
Check it out. What does this lead to all in
-
leads to what next slide it shall be health to your nerves.
-
You cannot be this and this and this and they're like, where's
-
my peace? You can't get God's peace that
-
leads to wholeness when you only take a piece of him.
-
You have the peace that you want.
-
You only want a peace. You got P i.e.
-
CEI got Oh, I got to be careful, right?
-
You read before it said all, all, all your heart, all your
-
mind. And then Jesus comes and says
-
love the Lord God with all you, all you, all you, all you.
-
And then he say give me, give me all your focus.
-
Stay fixed on me. And you're what have perfect
-
peace. I know this peace is hard to
-
harness because you're not ready to give them everything.
-
Be not wise. In your own eyes.
-
And then it says. When you lean on them, you make
-
them your everything. It shall be health to your
-
nerves and your sinews and marrow and moisten into your
-
bones. It will, it will, it will, it
-
will just it. It will keep you.
-
Young, It will keep you vibrant. It'll keep you healthy.
-
You can't fight for healing and be anxious.
-
So so so if I'm fighting for something, it's all out war.
-
This got to get out of my house. I can't hang out with this
-
person. I can't go here until I see I'm
-
not letting go until you bless me.
-
You trying to keep on you trying to keep your same lifestyle and
-
get different results. There has to be a season in your
-
life where God gets all. Moistening to your bones.
-
This is for real. There's not no analogy, no no
-
parable. They came from out of the.
-
Presence of God and they said they whole affect changed.
-
They walked before the people and they were shining.
-
This is this is a man that don't even this is a man that that
-
that that don't go to church and they didn't want our
-
contractors. Love them, but you can see, you
-
can just see that. Lord working on their heart and
-
the other day I think me and P Dill was over there and we just
-
talking about what kind of what kind of tile we want or what
-
kind of floor we want and I was like, I want this black whatever
-
Bah Bah Bah I. Forget what I said and he I had
-
said, he said all those are cheap.
-
He said something like they don't shine like you.
-
And he wasn't hitting on me. He wasn't hitting on me either,
-
wasn't hitting on me at all. Remember that PDW is like, they
-
don't shine like you. And I just laughed and I'm like
-
and he just laughing and we just kept it pushing.
-
But what does he see? Because he doesn't have
-
spiritual, but what does he see right?
-
He sees consistent, he sees joy, he sees me.
-
He knows how long it's taken. He knows what we're trying to
-
do. He know we over here in a
-
garage, he know what we trying to fix up.
-
He trying to figure out what kind of people are these that he
-
is surprised that it's turning out looking so good.
-
How you doing today Calvin? Man I'm OK, my family in Calgary
-
and man life just just can't wait to the city.
-
And after three years, he like these people are different, I
-
feel. Different when I come.
-
I ain't never built nothing for nobody.
-
Like you, I'm I'm normally arguing with, with, with, with,
-
with, with developers. Because developers is telling
-
contractors, I don't know, I don't care how long it's going
-
to take, you need to hurry up. He's like, Pastor, I can't.
-
I can't. I can't tell you how.
-
Look, Sir, we want to be in there by February.
-
I can't make no promises. Not a problem, Sir.
-
Take your time. You guys doing a great job, man.
-
You that that floor ain't shining like you.
-
What? What?
-
See, This is why you can't give in to your feelings here.
-
Here's what you got to hear. Here's what you got to hear.
-
You got to. I was thinking about this the
-
other day. So much of us are caught up on
-
how we feel, not understanding that God's presenting.
-
Us to someone. So you may feel a way, but God's
-
presentation of you, I could be having a bad day, but if I just
-
show up for God to present himself through me, then what he
-
presents to the person that he is trying to witness to see you
-
caught up on your feelings, not understanding what God can do
-
with the people that see you. He can.
-
Joseph, these is these is fault man.
-
We need you to come with us. You dirty you, are you naked?
-
Are you losing your mind? No, we need you to come with us
-
naked, man, because you got naked with favor.
-
He he saw something on him, do you think?
-
Look, I need you to see he saw favor on him after he just got
-
left by his family. He's not just left.
-
They left him for dead. They put him in a ditch.
-
They saw favor, not depression. Yeah, it is.
-
We want to. We want everybody to see what we
-
going through. Here it is, Here it is.
-
Here it is. Here it is.
-
Here it is. Dear friend.
-
Listen well to my what Shout it out words.
-
Listen well to my what Words Listen well to my what.
-
Words tune that. That's that.
-
That's that goes beyond. Listen, you find the channel.
-
That's why when I come in church, no, no, I don't feel
-
like talking. Don't talk to me right now.
-
That's why I'll repeat something when I hear people sneeze or
-
cough because if you bet this sometimes folks cough and sneeze
-
on right on the one I'm like, let me repeat myself.
-
So nobody missed that. Tune your ears to my voice
-
because there's a lot of voices. Find the right channel.
-
Look at it is keep my message in Plainview at all times.
-
They're all all all all all times.
-
I don't care what you think about me.
-
Oh no, I'm just playing. Look, look, look.
-
Concentrate. Was you concentrating on
-
Sunday's word? I hope you just took your little
-
beautiful notes and closed it and.
-
Threw it over in your passenger seat.
-
It stayed there until tonight. Or you put it in a note, saved
-
it. Not knowing that that in this
-
house Sunday's word is is for Sunday night.
-
Sunday morning word for Sunday afternoon.
-
Sunday night word for Sunday night.
-
Monday, Tuesday, got to get back in here Wednesday because I got
-
a tune. Way too many voices out there,
-
and some of you got way too many voices in your house.
-
Those who discover, those who discover the those who discover
-
these words live, really live. Those who discover the real
-
meaning behind the word, the revelation, here it is.
-
They really live. Ready, ready, ready, ready.
-
Body and soul. They're bursting with health.
-
You don't think the peace of God is serious?
-
You want to see why the Church is the way it is.
-
You want to see why life is the way it is.
-
Marriage goes. Peace will lead you to the
-
right. 1 We worried about all the wrong stuff.
-
But we say. Keep vigilant, watch over your
-
heart. Keep keep vigilant, watch over
-
your heart. That's where life starts.
-
Don't talk out of both sides your mouth.
-
Avoid Careless banter disturbs peace.
-
White lies disturbs peace. Gossip disturbs peace.
-
Keep your eyes straight ahead. Ignore all sideshow
-
distractions. Watch your step and the road
-
will stretch out smooth before you.
-
Look neither right nor left. Leave evil in the dust.
-
It really is all in if you really want all dead.
-
We bear his image, we bear his fruit.
-
Galatians 5 tells you it's obvious what kind of life
-
develops out of trying to get your own way.
-
All the time, all the time. You ready.
-
This is the fruit of your all the timeness, repetitive,
-
loveless, cheap sex, a stinking accumulation of mental and
-
emotional garbage because you're trying to do it your way.
-
God says stay on social media for the rest of the year.
-
You like just once a week. He's like, I'm not answering,
-
I'm not. God's not getting into
-
conversations like Eve did, you know, like God is God.
-
Don't do that. But God, can we hold up?
-
Come here, come here, come here, Come.
-
Here, come here, come here, come here, come here, come here.
-
Listen, Listen, Listen. Listen.
-
Listen. Listen.
-
Listen. Listen.
-
Listen. Listen.
-
Listen, listen. Listen.
-
God. God is not like us.
-
He, he's not going to get bamboozled.
-
You're not going to tell God, just give me two minutes.
-
Just give me two minutes. No, no, no.
-
God like, no, no, I told you what to do and then here it is.
-
Here's the challenge. When God doesn't answer, you
-
answer for him. So now you're talking to
-
yourself in your head. He's like, oh, God told me that
-
no, you didn't know. You went crazy because he didn't
-
answer. Because here it is.
-
We can't, we cannot accept walking away without hearing
-
something. So instead of This is why God
-
tells us to obey immediately, because the gap between his word
-
and your obedience can lead you a whole lot of different ways.
-
And that's why even if you think he says something, how about the
-
boat? Oop, I'm drowning, get back in
-
the boat, he said come cool. Oh, I'm not meant to walk out
-
here. Help me Jesus, see you think
-
that you're punished if you step wrong.
-
Obedience is always stepping right.
-
If you are going to step trying to hear, the question is can you
-
correct yourself immediately? So as quick as I obey, I have to
-
be quick to correct myself. And that's why here y'all I'm
-
it's hard to hear God, let alone lead people.
-
So I don't mind changing stuff. I don't mind saying we ain't
-
going to Vancouver fault me for trying to find where God is.
-
But one thing I'm not afraid to do is say we're going to do
-
this. And then I hear or I find out
-
that was me. That was my emotions that was I
-
repent. I learned from it.
-
I am not shamed by trying to pursue God and some of you won't
-
even get close to hearing from God because you're too afraid to
-
take a step because you don't want to be.
-
You don't want to make a mistake.
-
What's going to happen if you make a mistake?
-
He's going to correct you out of his love.
-
See God corrects who he loves is not all about you're wrong.
-
It's all about no this way. Am I talking to somebody?
-
It's not all punishment. It's like go this way.
-
Nope to the left, Nope to the right.
-
That's correction. He course corrects who he loves,
-
who we're so afraid to leap. It says he gives his angels
-
charge over you, which means you got to jump.
-
As long as I'm jumping covered and really pursuing God and my
-
motives are not impure, all I ask you to do is check your
-
motives before you jump. Peter really wanted to know if
-
that was Jesus and the only way he can know if it was Jesus if
-
he. Stepped out the boat and because
-
he wanted to know Jesus, Jesus introduced himself as he was
-
sinking. Jesus said walk him high.
-
You think you think you can walk on water?
-
I'm one and. Get up and get back in the boat.
-
What did the Bible say? Immediately grabs his hand and
-
he says, oh, yeah. And he didn't say this in the
-
Bible, so I don't want you to. But I can only imagine.
-
Wow, you really want to see me? So let me get in the boat with
-
you. He didn't just like here, Peter.
-
Yeah. Dangerous out here.
-
Why he didn't go back on the water and just walk.
-
See. Don't come out here with these
-
sharks, boy, You know no, that brother picked him up.
-
Jesus picked him up. And see, when you you, you the
-
greatest thing you can give your family and your friends, when
-
you fall, Jesus grabs you. And then as much as they like,
-
see, I told you, but he should say, see, I found Jesus.
-
So now, because he was willing to take a risk, he brought Jesus
-
in the boat with his friends. Who are you?
-
Robbing because you're afraid to take a chance.
-
Can y'all give me the 845 last Wednesday of the year?
-
Can y'all do that? Hallelujah.
-
No, I ain't going to take my time.
-
I rebuke that in Jesus name because I can take my I can't
-
take my time, but I'm not going to take my time.
-
Uh huh, I'll be another churches preaching and I'm like, I want
-
to be invited back and somebody will yell out in the
-
congregation. Take your time pastor.
-
No, I'm not taking my time. You telling me one thing The
-
pastor told me another thing. Hey man, he says frenzied and
-
joyless grabs for happiness. Frenzied.
-
You're just looking for you're just looking for happiness
-
somewhere. Trinket Gods, magic show,
-
religion, paranoid loneliness. Oh since you just so I can
-
remind you, this is the fruit of you doing you OK.
-
Cutthroat competition all consuming yet never satisfied.
-
Wants a brutal temper, an impotence to love or beloved.
-
Divided homes and divided lives, Small minded and lopsided
-
pursuits small minded. Just me, Lord, bless me, bless
-
me, bless me, bless me, bless me God and.
-
OK, the vicious habits of depersonalizing everyone into a
-
rival, uncontrolled and uncontrollable addictions, ugly
-
parodies of community. I could go on and on and on.
-
One translation says and the like.
-
This isn't the first time I have warned you, you know.
-
If you use. Your freedom.
-
This way you are free. You using your freedom to worry.
-
Oh, you got freedom, but you're using it for worry and you're
-
getting and you're mad. You're getting worry.
-
Fruit. All right, this isn't the first
-
time. If you use your freedom this
-
way, you will not inherit God's Kingdom.
-
What's God's Kingdom? What's inheriting God's kid?
-
This peace? He's about to tell you what he's
-
about to tell you. What's in the inheritance of the
-
Kingdom in the next one? But what happens when you are?
-
When we live God's way, you inherit the Kingdom.
-
What's inheriting the Kingdom? He brings gifts into our lives,
-
much the same way that fruit appears in an orchard.
-
Things like affection for others.
-
I don't want to be around people.
-
No, OK, that's not a fruit of the Spirit.
-
Hallelujah. Exuberance about life.
-
Serenity, peace we develop a willingness to stick with
-
things, and fruit of the Spirit which the work His presence
-
within accomplishes. It's His work.
-
The Holy Spirit is trying to bring this life.
-
To you, This is why we're tempted or encouraged to
-
rejoice. Rejoicing is a superpower.
-
Rejoicing is a superpower. Let them all be glad, those who
-
turn aside to hide themselves in you.
-
There it is. Again, all of you in him.
-
May those people who are hiding themselves in you keep shouting
-
for joy forever. And when they keep shouting for
-
joy forever, and when they hide themselves in you, God
-
overshadows them in your presence as they sing and
-
rejoice. And every lover of your name
-
will burst forth with endless. Joy.
-
These are the things that fight off.
-
Sickness and disease is a lifestyle.
-
It's hard to get it in the fight, so you got to work on it
-
when you're not. In the fight.
-
So that when you are too weak to fight, it fights for you.
-
What's that? 37, seven minutes.
-
Is that right? I'm math, right?
-
Yeah. I do not want promise without
-
presence. This has to be your priority Is
-
I do not want promise without presence.
-
I do not want promise without presence.
-
It sounds good, but I couldn't leave it.
-
Leave you with. It just sounds good.
-
I want it. I want you to see where.
-
This, this comes from Moses said to God, Look, you tell me lead
-
this people, but you don't let me know whom you're going to
-
send with me. You tell me I know you well,
-
Moses, and you are special to me.
-
If I am so special to you, let me in on your plans.
-
That way I will continue being special to you.
-
Don't forget, this is your people and your responsibility.
-
Moses getting a little sassy over here.
-
OK, See why Moses didn't go to the promised land.
-
Moses got a little sauce to him, caught up to him, his nervous
-
system getting him out of control.
-
But here's how God, I love God because God's more.
-
God will use you for his purpose, even if he ain't
-
pleased with you. I don't.
-
That's why people use me, Lord. Nope, Nope.
-
I don't want to be used if you ain't pleased.
-
You got a whole lot of ministers out there, so happy they being
-
used, but God is not. Pleased God said my presence
-
will go with you what if God told you that you weren't going
-
to have no entourage but what if he told you you ain't going you
-
you going to go without enough money you're.
-
Just going to. Start off with my presence.
-
How many times when you had insufficient funds you was like,
-
that can't be God, Yeah, God can't be telling me to go there.
-
I don't got no money. But what if he said, but you got
-
my presence so so you not tripping, I got this out the
-
Bible too. OK, see, I'm confident in saying
-
this because I see it in the Bible.
-
Jesus said don't take a purse with you.
-
Don't take nothing with you, there's people waiting there for
-
you. That's going to bless you and
-
whoever. Don't be nice to you.
-
Kick the dust of your shoes off. And and and and.
-
Do not leave a blessing with them.
-
Don't take a purse. Don't take nothing.
-
I'll provide say my presence will go with.
-
You I'll see the journey to the end.
-
Moses says this. If your presence does not go
-
with me, I don't want to go. That that's got to be 2025 and
-
let me help you. This will help you have peace
-
because there's a whole lot of places his presence won't go
-
with you. Now, let me tell you, carry his
-
presence. Hear me figuratively speaking,
-
there's some places that God is not interested in going that you
-
want to go. And then he says, how else will
-
we know that we're special apart from your presence?
-
He says, how else will people know?
-
Look, is it not in your going? With us so that that we are
-
distinguished all that God said I'm going with you and then
-
Moses says show me your glory and God said I'll show you my
-
goodness. Glory is not gold dust.
-
Glory is you should have been dead and you're here.
-
That's God's goodness. So when you see your neighbor
-
show up again, guess what? That is glory.
-
When you make it from point A to point B, guess what?
-
That is glory. When you go home and look at
-
your refrigerator, you might not have filet mignon or rib eye.
-
You might not have none of that. But guess what's in there?
-
That cheese is what? Glory.
-
So when you open your refrigerator tonight and you see
-
that last slice of cheese and two pieces of bread or the end
-
piece that somebody left, say Glory.
-
Somebody shout out Glory, I'll leave you with this.
-
Colossians 3. You got to catch this, Kay.
-
I can't believe I made it this far.
-
I don't got through like 50 slides.
-
Y'all, y'all should be. And let the.
-
Why don't? No, no, that is not.
-
I am there. I do not need you to clap for me
-
right now. Probably.
-
And let the peace, the soul harmony, which?
-
Comes from Christ's root. No, no, no.
-
Like a pad or something. Yeah, yeah.
-
It made me feel like I was in, in, in the Bay right there.
-
Or Nordstroms or something. Hey can you help me find the
-
Nespresso stand please? Hey there.
-
Sorry, sorry. OK, I only got only got 2
-
minutes. Come on and let and let the
-
peace, the soul harmony which comes from Christ rule.
-
Let God's peace rule. Let it act continually as an
-
umpire. In other words, peace does not
-
only protect, but it makes decisions.
-
Says let it rule in your heart, deciding and settling with
-
finality all questions that arise in your mind.
-
How many decisions have we made? Nervous and or or frantic.
-
How many times have we responded?
-
I look, I've I've gotten people send me text messages, long text
-
messages. Look, I'm talking about back in
-
the day like and and they saying something that got on me where
-
they misunderstood me and immediately.
-
I would send back a text message.
-
Long explain to myself and all of that all of that I typed was
-
emotional response. 9 times out of 10, my response from the from
-
an immediate response, my response led to more stress.
-
What this is saying is you probably do not respond until
-
you calm down and then you let peace come in your heart and
-
sift through your thinking. Once peace has sifted through
-
your How many times have you ever?
-
Said I'm away and then you never even responded.
-
Because peace, by the time you let peace take over you is like,
-
I don't even need to talk to them about that.
-
It is what it is, he said. In that peaceful state to which
-
as members of Christ one body, you were also called to live and
-
be thankful, appreciative, giving praise to God always.
-
And then the Amplifier classic says, let the words spoken by
-
Christ have its home in your hearts and minds and dwell in
-
you in all its richness. As you teach and admonish and
-
train one another in all insight and intelligence and wisdom, in
-
spiritual things, and as you sing and psalms and hymns and
-
spiritual songs, making melody to God with His grace in your
-
heart. And whatever you do, no matter
-
what it is in Word or deed, do everything in the name of the
-
Lord Jesus and in dependence of on His person, giving praise God
-
the Father through Him. Bible says that we have been
-
called to peace. I wonder what my calling is?
-
Peace. Use me Lord.
-
Well, I need you to have peace first.
-
See this word rule. This word rule literally means
-
it's. Two slides above or three or
-
whatever. Please, Lord Jesus, it's there.
-
No, no. No, it's a slide with a.
-
Statement on it not a scripture. Hallelujah is that.
-
Now go go to the first one that says rule.
-
Thank you. It is to.
-
Act as an umpire pitching, then you get a batter.
-
That was out to strike. Umpire get the last say and when
-
you try to argue with the umpire.
-
And every time you argue with peace, peace is like, you're not
-
going to disturb me. So you fighting against
-
yourself, It's like I can't care about that.
-
I can't worry about that. You don't want me, somebody else
-
want me? Go through the rule.
-
Go through the rule. Next, know when there's peace
-
about it, even in the midst of having nervousness about it.
-
Because what some of you may hear walking away is anytime I
-
feel anxious, it must not be God.
-
Here. Here's the power of this piece
-
is you can have peace about it and be nervous about it.
-
Go, go, go, go, go, go. Here it is.
-
The peace comes from the word, not from.
-
Facts. The peace.
-
Comes from the word and the multitude of counsel, not the
-
facts. Here, here you go, watch this,
-
watch this. I am standing on a word, not a
-
nerve. So I don't make a decision to go
-
forward because I am nerveless. The most powerful thing is when
-
it doesn't look like you should go forward.
-
You know, I mean the decisions I've had to make to make to get
-
to this point and nothing look, or I've had some, some, some,
-
some hesitations, but I had to be able to identify what's my
-
fears, what's my bondage? What's my hesitations?
-
Am I afraid to make a mistake? Because last time I made a
-
decision, I failed. So now I'm hesitant because last
-
time I moved too quick. But last season quick could have
-
got you in trouble this season. God needs you to move quick.
-
You see why you need the presence of God?
-
And This is why I'm not. Afraid to dance with God.
-
I'm not afraid. I don't know God.
-
I'm in this human body. I have fears.
-
I have hesitations. I have experience.
-
I don't. Are you over here?
-
OK. Nope.
-
I'm OK. OK.
-
OK. You over here?
-
Nah. Nah.
-
Nah. Nah, Nah.
-
You right, And then I'm like, oh, you.
-
Idiot. No, I learned from over here.
-
I learned why not over here. Sometime not over here because
-
that was the devil. Sometime not over here because
-
it was timing and we're so paralyzed.
-
So often times we only do what's safe and we only pass on money.
-
We only pass on property. So I'll just say in this year
-
committed, I am going to care less moving forward.
-
I am going to worry less moving forward.
-
Guarantee you tonight you're going to have some opportunities
-
to choose peace. Promise you some of y'all live
-
in places. You you're going to go eat
-
somewhere. You're going to choose peace.
-
Somebody say choose peace. So when I was like saying this
-
peace revival, I was. Thinking about it and I'm like,
-
I know some people, we say peace, revival.
-
We going to move out. The chairs and we going to get
-
the oil. Look, let me tell you something,
-
chairs going to stay there. We ain't pulling no oil out.
-
Oh. I have peace about it.
-
We don't need all that because. Here's the thing.
-
I'm not trying to get a demon out.
-
I'm trying to. I'm trying to, I'm trying to
-
activate something that's in you.
-
What's in you needs to stay so we don't need to wrestle in a
-
little. We don't need to do none of that
-
that that's not we're trying to have peace.
-
The enemy would love for us to get all riled up and throw
-
blankets and no, that's not peaceful.
-
Like when we doing deliverance. That ain't so.
-
You going to sit right there this House?
-
Are you going to sit right in your chair and you going to take
-
this word and you going to write down and meditate and you're
-
about to write 3? I don't even know what you call
-
it like. 3 declarations over yourself.
-
I was on the treadmill today and I just felt the Lord said in my
-
spirit that one of the a couple of the words this year was
-
wisdom and discipline. He said, yeah, you need to keep
-
working on that. So we going that's going to be
-
2025 too. But he told me to add on
-
worship. Very interesting.
-
So right now it's worship and wisdom and discipline.
-
I felt the Lord was calling his son to to, to this year, focus
-
on living in a lifestyle of worship beyond just singing
-
songs. Now the next step of that is I'm
-
going to have to detect what interrupts my worship because my
-
worship is I can worship in all three parts of me.
-
I can worship with my body. I can worship with my thought
-
life. I can worship in my spirit.
-
So then if God says, hey, start here, worship all right now I
-
need to what, what, what what gets in the way of my worship?
-
What steals my mental worship? What poisons my thought life?
-
I need you to write down 3. There's just like 3 declarations
-
or words for rather the end of the year going into next year
-
that this word has ministered to you.
-
Like I would write down something like I will not worry
-
about what I cannot control. Something like that.
-
You know you. I am.
-
I am. Putting an end to overthinking.
-
But but what? I want you to make sure you
-
write it down, and when you write it down, you're committed
-
to walk it out, not asking you to just write down thoughts.
-
What is the Holy Spirit putting in your spirit?
-
Even right now, the Prince of Peace is in this room and he
-
dares you choose a life of peace, dares you to worry less.
-
Places like Italy, you see, I saw more old people walking
-
around, you know, whatever. I looked at Julia one time.
-
We was in Pastor Julie one time, was in Italy and I said I
-
haven't seen that many wheelchairs.
-
But I saw a whole lot of old people walking these hills, and
-
when you go to a restaurant, they're not rushing.
-
They call them the, I think the Blue Zones or something like
-
that. What why people live so long in
-
certain places? It's exercise, it's community
-
and they're not stressed. And for some people they, they,
-
they far as being physically they in, in like Asia or
-
whatever. In certain places they, they
-
have no couches. So they always have to get up
-
from the ground versus when we sit up here, we never use our
-
core. We never we're up here.
-
So we just sit up. They garden a lot and you see
-
them in a garden like this all day.
-
What do they have to do so their bodies stay extended?
-
We do a lot of sitting a. Lot of this.
-
And a lot of this, one of the biggest things is community and
-
they're not in a rush. And for the Richmond household,
-
we going to take some authority over some things.
-
We can help, but our health, our time, I don't want to be in a
-
rush anymore. It's crazy.
-
We want the Prince of Peace, but then we try to do 15 services on
-
Sunday. We get people in and then we get
-
them out and then we get them in and we get them out.
-
And you did all of that, but. Hey, can you please hurry up to
-
your car? Write it down.
-
I want you to be committed to it.
-
This is going to be a House of miracles.
-
It has to be a House of peace. I forget where it's at in the
-
Bible, but church was so long one day man fell out the window.
-
But man, they was in church past four hours like it was something
-
crazy. But what?
-
What? What am I trying to put?
-
Man? We rushed the word.
-
We made sermons fit yours, yours, your, your, your right,
-
their studies. It's like, oh, people.
-
Attention span. Yeah.
-
And attention span is a span. It can be spanned.
-
Out. Enlarge your tent pegs and man
-
in Jesus name so where eternal beings or our capacities can be
-
stretched some good, good length.
-
So right where you are. Check your posture.
-
Sit straight up. Empty your laps.
-
Put your hands on your lap. Put your phone down for a
-
minute. Elder John, come up here.
-
Have you pray in the peace. Now if we pray in the peace, you
-
got to use your peaceful voice, Kate.
-
No, I'll just play it. I'll just play it.
-
Just wait. You you pray, however you lay
-
the lids, Sir, and I want you to just check your I want you to be
-
aware of your posture right now. And once you sit with your your
-
palms up on your lap, don't if you have anything crossed,
-
uncross it. I want you to even be aware If
-
you feel unsafe, you're like, ah, no, I want to cross.
-
You feel nervous any of that that's coming up.
-
I don't want to close my eyes any of that that's coming up.
-
For those that are afraid of the dark, for those that are afraid
-
of being alone, those that are afraid of dying.
-
You can close your eyes right now.
-
Now I'm going to keep my eyes open.
-
OK, so. And I'm looking behind you.
-
I got your back, I promise. I got you.
-
Those that are afraid of failing, those that are afraid
-
of. As I'm talking, I want you to
-
not be dishonest with yourself. And I'm not saying take
-
ownership, take responsibility. But when it comes up, if we name
-
something, I want you to see yourself walking away from it
-
and leaving it. I want you to see yourself
-
victorious walking away from places that are not promoting
-
God's peace, let alone having God's peace.
-
Some places just don't have the revelation.
-
Some places just don't want it. And if within yourself you feel
-
or you see that anxious you, that angry you, that's OK.
-
That's the Holy Spirit showing you a picture.
-
But I want you to see yourself walking away.
-
I want you to see yourself unidentifying yourself with that
-
person. I want you to see yourself calm.
-
I want you to see yourself not getting easily offended and
-
riled up. I want you to see yourself not
-
nosy again. I want you to see yourself not
-
needing to know every answer. I want you to see yourself as a
-
little kid right now, skipping around, joyful singing,
-
careless. Let's feel Lord in this moment
-
saying for some of you, he is going to restore your childhood
-
through joy and through peace. I mean, you grew up in in
-
anxious homes. Some of you have anxious
-
parents. Well.
-
To you to be strong, and I want to free you right now.
-
You do not have to take on other people's worry, he said.
-
You can help each other with their burdens, purpose, call,
-
but do not be mad at me because I'm not as stressed out or angry
-
about what you meant stressed out about.
-
Do not be guilted into worry. See yourself free to see
-
yourself strong. This peace does not mean avoid
-
work doing hard things, but I'm going to do hard things with
-
peace. I'm going to do hard things.
-
Understanding it just makes takes may take some time.
-
I'm going to do hard things knowing that I need help and I'm
-
not going to try to do it all by myself.
-
Take 60 seconds, Elder John. Then you pray.
-
I'll let you know. Just let them out for 60
-
seconds. I'll be quiet.
-
Father, we thank you for your peace.
-
Everything began with peace, You said.
-
Everything was finished and it was good, very good.
-
That mean nothing was missing, nothing was broken and all was
-
well. And you end our age here with
-
your peace. Everything fully restored, new
-
heavens and new earth, nothing missing, nothing broken, but it
-
all being well. We thank you God, the one who
-
began it in peace is continuing the thread of our lives in
-
peace. Father, we thank You that you
-
tell us we don't have to get peace, we just have to yield and
-
let peace come forward. Let this peace that's in you let
-
this peace come forward. So we thank you, Lord, that we
-
are operating and receiving a grace to yield, just to yield,
-
just to pause, just to say LA, just to breathe, pause and think
-
on that the fact that you have it all done and all together in
-
your hands. We thank you, Father, that
-
walking in peace and living in peace is not a difficult thing
-
because You have perfected the peace that we live in.
-
You've made it ready and able to accomplish and be adaptable to
-
everything in our lives. All we have to do is yield to
-
let it come forward and really be determined to fight to rest
-
in that yielding. So, Father, we thank you for
-
your word that's been declared tonight.
-
We thank you that it's at work in our lives.
-
We believe it, we received it, and we let the peace of it
-
manifest and multiply and grow in our lives.
-
And we thank you, Lord, that this peace.
-
Is not only doing a work in us, but doing work through us and
-
upon us. And Father, it's our desire that
-
we would have testimonies of the peace of God and testimonies of
-
the truth of this word being done in our lives.
-
Testimonies from our lips and testimonies from other people
-
saying there's something about this atmosphere.
-
This on you is different. They would give testimonies to
-
the peace of God that's manifest in our lives and we thank you,
-
Lord, that as we you have these testimonies of peace, We will be
-
generous with sharing with people the source of peace, the
-
person whose peace our relationship with that person
-
Jesus and and what it means to be in his presence.
-
We thank you Lord God that we're being coming such a people of
-
peace that people going to bring us into spaces of agitation
-
because they know the peace that we bring.
-
They just want us to be around. We thank you for that Father, in
-
Jesus name. And it is fitting, as our last
-
Wednesday of the year, we're heading into a celebration all
-
about peace coming to the world. My prayer to you is that as you
-
get out here and you shop and you drive in all the anxiousness
-
around you. That you be a light and.
-
When you have dinner with family and breakfast and and as you
-
have anxious people having anxious conversations, that you
-
be a source of stillness. And where the difference between
-
you this last year and this year at dinner is that you will not
-
be easily pulled into anxious conversations and they're going
-
to say what's wrong with you. He.
-
Will say nothing I'm. Good.
-
And I just want you to sit at that table and watch the storm.
-
And I want you as you watch the storm, I want you to feel inside
-
how anxious you are that people are going to think something's
-
wrong with you. But I want you to pay attention
-
to the peace in your boat versus the peace in their boat.
-
Before you cross over this year, God's going to show you.
-
He's going to reveal to you His peace.
-
You're going to be in rooms with people and you're going to hear
-
their pieces coming from. They just landed a deal.
-
Their piece is going to come from I just got married.
-
And you're going to hear people gossiping in the table and in
-
the house. And you're going to hear.
-
And you're going to sit there this year not pulled in, but
-
contempt being OK with. Yeah, you could think
-
something's wrong with me. It is.
-
I've changed. I'm going into the new year with
-
a piece I've never harnessed. I know I am.
-
I feel it. Stand to your feet.
-
Thank you for all you faithful wonder Wednesday soldiers.
-
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Next year, and you'll hear a
-
little bit about it, New Year's Eve next year, Wonder Wednesday
-
will not be called Wonder Wednesday because we're going
-
to, we're going to next year's going to be a big year for
-
discipleship in our church. And so we're going to have
-
Wednesday, but the format of things, there'll still be a
-
word, there'll still be a little bit of worship, but there's
-
going to be some other stuff structurally that we do because
-
we want to focus on discipleship next year.
-
And so as we're preaching the word, we also want to have a
-
time of breaking out and having groups and discussing and like,
-
we really want to be intentional about making disciples next year
-
and equipping the church as a large.
-
And so, yeah, thank you. I love Wednesdays.
