  1. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International

  2. Church podcast, where we seek to love all nations, equip the

  3. church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.

  4. We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever

  5. you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get

  6. your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe

  7. some tea, and get ready to receive.

  8. It's cold time, let's get into it.

  9. You can be seated as you're doing now.

  10. Look at your neighbors, say lock in because something's about to

  11. break out. Yes, no longer.

  12. I will live. But Christ in the for I've been

  13. born again, my heart. The hope of heaven before me,

  14. the great behind. Someone say strategy.

  15. Can you turn with me to Second Chronicles 20 really quickly?

  16. Somewhere around verse 20, I'm going to give you a few things

  17. we didn't release in the previous experience and we just

  18. going to see where God takes us. It is very important to know who

  19. you are in Christ. It is very important to know

  20. your assignments, but it's very hard to know your assignments

  21. when you don't know who you are. Every God-given assignment has

  22. multiple purposes, but one of the purposes is to reveal him in

  23. you. And as he reveals him in you,

  24. you are also revealed. It is in Him that I find my true

  25. identity. It's not in the book, it's not

  26. in culture, it's not in my feelings.

  27. It is in the Creator. And we are in an hour of time

  28. that God saw fit. We should be living in.

  29. And not only should we be living in, we should be serving in.

  30. You are not just alive. Your purpose is in this

  31. dispensation of time. You weren't just merely born

  32. from an amazing family or a jacked up family.

  33. But I don't care how amazing you think your family is, there is

  34. some jacked upness about it. OK, No one on this earth is

  35. exempt from needing Jesus. And as much as man is looking

  36. for answers to the simplicity of their their yearnings, the world

  37. can't give you anything but counterfeit versions of God's

  38. reality for His children. The simplicity of your yearning

  39. is this Lovejoy, peace, faithfulness, kindness.

  40. Long-suffering self-discipline that in the child of God can

  41. only be cultivated by the existing of the Holy Spirit

  42. within. You understand there is the real

  43. thing that only God can give us, and then there's the world's

  44. version of it. Jesus says peace.

  45. I leave you not as the world gives you.

  46. So with the world, there's work involved to get any number of

  47. the things that I just named. Love is God, joy originated in

  48. heaven, Peace is the atmosphere of the Kingdom of God.

  49. Joy is the response and reaction and the very fiber of sons and

  50. daughters. long-suffering is something that we have the

  51. ability to do without losing momentum in our life.

  52. long-suffering does not mean missing out.

  53. In the Kingdom, long-suffering leads to greater capacity.

  54. When you're long-suffering for God, you never miss out.

  55. But here it is the the church has been given the real thing,

  56. and the world has the counterfeit.

  57. But the church depends on the world's version of it, and we

  58. struggle getting the church, I mean the world, to thirst and

  59. hunger for the world, for the church's real version.

  60. We have put change your life first, then come the church.

  61. We have said change your gender first, then come the church.

  62. The world's issue can't be changed by man.

  63. It can only be. It can't even be changed by the

  64. church. Man's issues can only be changed

  65. by God, and it is the change one's job to lead them to the

  66. changer. Because there's evidence that it

  67. works. It's evidence that his love is

  68. greater than the counterfeit. It is evidence that his joy is

  69. better than the counterfeit. It is better.

  70. The marriage of the believer is better.

  71. The family is better. Waiting is better then when we

  72. look at the church. Jess is divorce, Jess is

  73. depressed, Jess is anxious. Just as fruitless quite frankly.

  74. Because God reigns on the just and the unjust and he has placed

  75. principles in the world that the non believer and the believer

  76. can benefit from. So you think you bless because

  77. you work hard and got stuff? No, it's working produces what

  78. you work for. And then with a little bit of

  79. wisdom, a little bit of luck in the world, you get around the

  80. right friends, you get around the right family, you grow up in

  81. the right time, you get the right opportunity or you have

  82. the right, right amount of courage.

  83. You might strike wealth, but is your soul wealthy?

  84. Your business may prosper, but is your soul prospering?

  85. Everybody in here that think they could do it on their own.

  86. I am 100% guarantee you that there is a day you will come

  87. running to somebody, some church.

  88. You will come running to God, I promise you.

  89. And you're going to do the thing backwards instead of listening

  90. to the sound of his voice when he's calling.

  91. God's going to have to allow you to eat the fruit of your life in

  92. order to get He's going to get you back.

  93. That's the thing. You got too much prayer out for

  94. you. The fact that you're here today

  95. lets me know somebody praying for you.

  96. So I'm telling you, you're going to suck at sin.

  97. You're going to suck at running. I don't care if you take 30

  98. years. I don't care if you on your

  99. deathbed. I promise you, before you leave

  100. this earth, you will say, Lord come into my heart and you will

  101. repent and He will receive you. Remember those that have been

  102. walking with him for 40 years, those that have been walking

  103. with him for 40 minutes, we going to still get the same pay.

  104. What is that? Eternal life?

  105. That's the good news. So on one hand I'm telling you,

  106. take all the time you want to play with your life, miss out,

  107. you only get one and I'll see you on the other side.

  108. But boy, this is the only opportunity.

  109. We get to experience the Dominion power.

  110. We get to experience image and likeness.

  111. Here no image and likeness is not needed there right?

  112. It's. Almost like OK, follow me over.

  113. See, I'm not quite sure, but I think I'm pretty accurate.

  114. See my kids, this is the only time they get to experience

  115. their mom and dad. As mom and dad, when we all get

  116. there, my kids will be brothers and sisters.

  117. There's some there's there's some, there's some

  118. opportunities. You only get the experience God

  119. this way here you you only get to look in the mirror here and

  120. see you and God and God in you here.

  121. You only can be the light of the.

  122. World while you're in it. You can only be the salt of the

  123. earth while there's bland stuff around you.

  124. That needs salt. And I'm telling you right now, I

  125. don't care what life you live in if it's not with Jesus, I

  126. promise you I'm living way better than you.

  127. Guarantee you I'm sleeping better than you.

  128. I ain't got no pills. I ain't got no medicinal

  129. marijuana, no medicinal gummy bears, no medicinal brownies.

  130. I don't have no ecstasy pill. I don't got no lean.

  131. I don't got no Oxycontin. I don't got no drinks.

  132. I don't got nothing. But I'm telling you, I've drank,

  133. I've smoked, I've partied, I've done, I've done all of that.

  134. I'm telling you ain't never. That was the.

  135. Counterfeit. And that's why you can't put

  136. this fire out because you didn't give it to me.

  137. See, when I smoke weed, although weed brought me a certain

  138. satisfaction, when people looked at me a certain way, I was like,

  139. oh, you took my high, it's counterfeit.

  140. When somebody could take it, it's the fake thing.

  141. Yeah. So I have to smoke again to get

  142. high again. But this joy, look at me all you

  143. want to, I got that real thing. You can't take it.

  144. This is not a high that goes down because God cannot do the

  145. first hit. That's why you're addicted to

  146. other stuff, because you're chasing the first experience.

  147. So eventually you graduate to other drugs.

  148. Why? Because this drug no longer gets

  149. you high, but with God, He takes you from glory to glory to

  150. glory. To glory.

  151. This is the good news that I don't need what the world

  152. provides for joy. I don't even need the world's

  153. economy because the Kingdom of God has its own economy.

  154. So I partnered with God financially.

  155. So when COVID come, I'm not begging the government to mail

  156. me a check because they're not my supplier.

  157. And somehow this church brought in more money at the time than

  158. it ever had when we weren't gathering like that.

  159. Why? Because we're a sewing church.

  160. While folks was. Losing their mind trying to get

  161. the EI and the AIAIOU and all that stuff.

  162. You're depending on the government and the Bible tells

  163. you in Second Corinthians. So you have no need.

  164. For aid or support, you're not dependent.

  165. It doesn't matter who prime. It doesn't matter.

  166. It don't matter who's in. Pray for government.

  167. Why do I pray for government? Because they're people who God

  168. is after. I'm not praying for the

  169. administration to prosper. No, no, no, no, whatever.

  170. This is not political. This is a Kingdom and we have a

  171. Kingdom that Trump's any Kingdom and it's going to be the only

  172. Kingdom standing in the end. So I'm not wasting my time

  173. trying to better a place that is meant to crumble.

  174. Read your Bible. I'm looking around.

  175. I'm sorry, son, I got to testify.

  176. Can I just testify? You shouldn't be such a cool

  177. son. Are we over there worshipping?

  178. And he grabbed me and we just. Worship, he said.

  179. Look, he said, Dad, thank you taking me across the finish

  180. line. He said, listen, listen.

  181. He said, look around the church just started with eleven of us.

  182. He said, look at it now look at the people.

  183. Look, that's my son saying look, and when I look the sounds he

  184. they all lost enough and I'm sitting see you got you got to

  185. understand prophetic movement. You got to be you got to you got

  186. to be able to identify freedom. You know, I've seen you guys and

  187. I'm like, there's, there's, you know, Annabeth that hit you with

  188. the. And she just bouncing.

  189. Now, now, look when you when when we met Annabeth.

  190. She was just this. Passive, shy, damn good, like,

  191. oh, like Nicole, Danny like, and these people are out here and

  192. consumed by freedom. Right.

  193. And the testimony starts with them, but it bleeds into their

  194. families. Are you right to have your 17

  195. year old come up to you and prophecy and say, dad, look, he

  196. was just about 8 years old when we moved here and he said he was

  197. one of the 11. He was he said it was only 11 of

  198. us Pops look and how your son say it started with you dad,

  199. like thank you for carrying us to the finish line.

  200. Yeah, Matthew, I'll take this, I'll take that, I'll take that.

  201. I'll take that up there. That's the whole, that's the

  202. fruit. The fruit ain't you going out

  203. missing God for some money, you know what I'm saying?

  204. My son can can prophecy and we ain't broke.

  205. Like what you may think, saying no a few times and following

  206. Jesus and starving your flesh a little bit is not prosperous,

  207. right? To live in a way that your

  208. children can identify the authentic thing in a world where

  209. they're being presented the false thing all the time.

  210. And some of you adults, it's still falling for the okey doke.

  211. I'm like, boy, you chill, handsome self, you can stay,

  212. stay, stay pure. Don't give it to no girl.

  213. I don't care how much she is after you don't care how fine

  214. she is. Boy, you get you walk down that

  215. aisle and you give that woman the greatest gift that she God

  216. could ever give her. You.

  217. You don't let no, you can be a basketball superstar, you can be

  218. a virgin. You can know God.

  219. You can preach the gospel, you can make disciples and you can

  220. have a clothing line and you can still still prosper.

  221. Scared to raise our kids in the way they should go because we

  222. trying to be their buddies. Not on my clock.

  223. If you do something foolish, it ain't going to be because I kind

  224. of gave you permission. You gone crazy.

  225. Help your kids understand you don't need the title girlfriend.

  226. What that mean? That mean ownership that mean

  227. right? What's the title?

  228. You're not get in my car and be like, oh, that's my girlfriend.

  229. Nah, we're going to teach you how to date Kingdom style and

  230. you're going to honor her. You're going to honor her father

  231. and you're going to honor her mother and you're going to honor

  232. her family and you're going to and vice versa.

  233. I believe our young people can marry right once early, but you

  234. you talking about well, you got to get all your ducks in the

  235. rope. You know how long it take to get

  236. ducks in the rope? Ducks be moving, man.

  237. I'm helping somebody right now because we've been messed up and

  238. you like no live your life, try it out, get your money right.

  239. OK, now you 30. I understand fixed marriages,

  240. but not to the extreme. We got a responsibility to guide

  241. our children and guide this generation and show them the

  242. way. You don't got to have all your

  243. ducks in the row. You don't have to have all your

  244. money, your bags. You got to have Jesus.

  245. You got to have faith, you got to have some financial stability

  246. and then you if God blesses you with your partner early, you

  247. guys wait right, you wait well, you obey your parents and watch

  248. what God does. If you allow the people in your

  249. life to guide you to that altar, it will never be broken.

  250. It will never be trashed. You know come on right, all all

  251. the stuff you going to experience by 30 then you get

  252. you do it right and you get married early man what what

  253. y'all got to figure out? You know what I'm saying?

  254. The reason why you got a date so long now because you're 35 and

  255. you just slept around. You got all kinds of baggage.

  256. So you got a lot of stuff to figure out.

  257. Not next generate right. We call to do different stuff

  258. that's unpopular. It's a peculiar people.

  259. Man, I ain't never met so many virgins till we got our worship

  260. team. I'm like, what's going on?

  261. I get it. I get or or or the virgin.

  262. Now if you ain't no virgin, don't don't raise your hand.

  263. I ain't never did that. I've been waiting for the Lord

  264. to. To no, I can't do it because

  265. then if you don't raise your hand, then people are going to

  266. be like, ah, you ain't a virgin. So I can't do that.

  267. I know who the virgins is, OK. And they all got oil.

  268. Full flash full of oil. They ready.

  269. Hallelujah. All right, all right, all right.

  270. We got a lot of virgins. OK, That's all I'm going to say.

  271. We really do. And I think that's God ordained,

  272. that's being this worship so good.

  273. We got some little pure little babies up here.

  274. That's why we say certain stuff they like.

  275. I don't know what you talking about Pass AT.

  276. Hey, it's a blessing when you grew up, when the choirs sleep

  277. with each other, the praise team sleep around each other, and

  278. then after church folks go to the club.

  279. It's refreshing to be in a house with pure help for your pure

  280. hearts. They can do 24 hour prayer

  281. because they don't care about going to the club, said Hearken

  282. all Judah, you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you came.

  283. Jehoshaphat, the Lord says this to you.

  284. Be not afraid or dismayed at this great multitude, this, this

  285. lofty task, this call, this mountain in front of you, the

  286. things that are not going your way.

  287. The battle is not yours. Whoever that for the battle is

  288. not yours, but it's God's tomorrow.

  289. Somebody say tomorrow, somebody say God has a strategy for

  290. tomorrow. Go down to them.

  291. Behold, they will come up by the ascent of Ziz and, and I mean

  292. for some of you is that like Ziz it or ZZ?

  293. How you is how you say that in Canadian is ZZ?

  294. Did I say it wrong? Is ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ and

  295. you will find them at the end of The Raven.

  296. Before the wilderness of Jerry L You shall not need to.

  297. Although although this season requires a fighting posture, it

  298. does not mean you will have to swing.

  299. Am I talking to you, Andrew? Am I talking to somebody right

  300. now? Like, like, like God.

  301. Want to see this? Don't mean.

  302. Oh, God, go ahead. You fight my battles.

  303. No, I mean, let's go. I'm, I'm, I'm at attention.

  304. You shall not need to fight in this battle.

  305. Take your positions, stand still and see the glory or the

  306. deliverance of the Lord who is with you.

  307. Love quests. Fear not nor be dismayed.

  308. Tomorrow, somebody say tomorrow go out against him.

  309. You got to listen to instructions, he said.

  310. You're not going to need to fight, but you got to show up to

  311. the fight. So it's awesome you let you cast

  312. your cares at the altar. Now, now, now, get up and still

  313. show up to the fight, for the Lord is with you.

  314. Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground.

  315. And all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell

  316. down before the Lord. What was they doing?

  317. Worship. It sounds like the fear of God.

  318. Some Levites of the Kohathites Korah Heights stood up to praise

  319. the Lord. God of Israel, is that just

  320. another place that just says loud, a very loud voice?

  321. And they rose early in the morning and went out into the

  322. wilderness of Toccoa. And as they went out,

  323. Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear.

  324. Me, PT said. Hear me, you inhabitants of

  325. Surrey and British Columbia, you shall.

  326. I love this EJ, he said. Rest from fighting, and when you

  327. rest from fighting, you'll be established.

  328. You can labor hard as you want to and get a counterfeit rest,

  329. or you can labor to get into the rest of God and be truly

  330. established for generations to come.

  331. Believe and remain steadfast to His prophets, and you shall what

  332. prosper. That's important because we do

  333. not have a generation that hears the Word and takes heed.

  334. To the men and women of God, that God puts his word in their

  335. mouths and take it for what it really is when he had to consult

  336. with the people he appoint. He had to appoint singers to

  337. sing to the Lord and praise Him in their holy priestly garments

  338. as they went out before the army saying give thanks to the Lord,

  339. right? This wasn't no somber stuff,

  340. right? Here is what the Lord please

  341. take wretched me. I'm undeserving.

  342. I'm a rag. Filthy rag.

  343. No, he said. Go out and give thanks for his

  344. mercy and loving kindness. Endure forever.

  345. And when they begin to what? Sing, not swing?

  346. And to what? I love that we're a House of

  347. praise, not a House of somber. The anointing on our house

  348. speaks to the assignment the House has.

  349. So while other people are sitting face down Gideon all the

  350. time, just wanting to sing in like slow music, just slow

  351. music, just strings and laughing and ha ha ha and and goosebumps.

  352. And and while you're doing that, there's a people in the city.

  353. That is warring for you because you got your head down.

  354. You're not a warrior, you just want to be.

  355. Held by God, not necessarily fight with God.

  356. And there's a time and place. We did it yesterday.

  357. If you were here you would have seen we we know how to be face

  358. down. There's a time and place for it.

  359. And it says the Lord said ambushment against the men who

  360. did. And if you keep reading for the

  361. for the sake of time, I'm not going to keep reading.

  362. They turned on themselves. Somebody say turn on yourself.

  363. The enemy that was pursuing them turned on himself because the

  364. praise confused the enemy. When they should have been

  365. scared, they had a praise. When they should have been

  366. quitting, they had a praise. When they should have been

  367. making excuses they had a praise.

  368. When they should have been procrastinating they had a

  369. praise. When they should have been

  370. fearful, they had a praise. And understand praise is a

  371. weapon. Oh why y'all be praising so

  372. much? Because we fight so much for

  373. you. That's what we're called to do

  374. in this city because when's the last time a praising church

  375. showed up in the middle of wall-e and said let's go.

  376. When's the last time before Love Quest showed up?

  377. You came down here and walked around this community and took

  378. it back from Pharmakeia. Oh, there's a scripture you

  379. could read in your own time. Matthew 18, three.

  380. Now you can put it up. I think I got a little bit.

  381. I got a little time. I got one more scripture and I'm

  382. going to give it to you. I'm not going to get to these

  383. notes. I pray.

  384. Can you? Was it when was the night I did

  385. Turning Point? Noel, did we record Wednesday

  386. and Thursday? Can we post that this week?

  387. Can you give it to Troy or whoever?

  388. And if they can edit just the sermon and can we get that too

  389. on Spotify? It it'll be available for you

  390. within the next 48 hours. It was a word released and you

  391. got to go get it. OK as well listened to this

  392. morning. I'm I'm just going off a script

  393. right now and so I will not get to those slides.

  394. OK, not yet. I need that, he said.

  395. Truly, I say to you, unless you repent, change, turn about and

  396. become like little children, I wish my kids would come to me

  397. like this. Dad, what we eating for dinner?

  398. Dad, can you can I get some? Just just a couple more

  399. meatballs please. With my spaghetti please.

  400. Dad, can you make me a smoothie? I need a smoothie.

  401. Dad, can you take me to basketball practice, please?

  402. Can you tell? I know.

  403. I know you're busy. I know you work so hard and I'm

  404. undeserving, but I need a right to practice.

  405. Thank you so much. You're so good to me.

  406. You're so good. But how do kids come to their

  407. parents? I mean they like.

  408. Stiffing a What were we eating tonight?

  409. Right? Unless you just a horrible

  410. parent, the kids don't have no worries.

  411. They're just like they ask stupid questions just for no

  412. reason. They're not thinking and like,

  413. are we? Are we going to eat tonight?

  414. But have you never not eaten right?

  415. Kids can just walk up in the crawl up in the bed and just lay

  416. down and just and just think that stay bad, right?

  417. Think of the faith of kids. They walk in stores and walk out

  418. with stuff that we did not ring up No, in their mind, I don't

  419. think they're stealing. I think they're just like my mom

  420. gonna pay for it, but I didn't even see you grab it.

  421. That's not stealing. That's faith.

  422. They like substance of things hoped for and the evidence of

  423. things not seen. I'm.

  424. But but look what he says. Here's what you changed into

  425. repent and become like a child. So how long you going to live in

  426. your trauma? How long you going to have a

  427. hard heart? This, this.

  428. It'd be weird. It's kind of weird sometimes I

  429. think about it. You spank your kids or you'd be

  430. like you, you'll yell at them. I know some of y'all don't.

  431. That's OK, You yell. I can't spank my kids now these

  432. days. I threatened a lot though.

  433. I threaten a lot these days. I do.

  434. I do even Mike. I'm like Dang bro, I got to

  435. punch you. You like big.

  436. And he's strong too, like Micah got.

  437. I think Micah got some moves he'd be working on by his self.

  438. But but, but that, what was I saying?

  439. Punch Michael. No.

  440. You just like fighting. That's what your problem is,

  441. huh? Yeah.

  442. Yeah, yeah. Come, bully.

  443. No, I was saying something else. Maybe I was thinking that.

  444. I didn't release it yet. Huh, huh, huh.

  445. How long you going to stay in that trauma?

  446. Yeah, I I still forgot. Whatever.

  447. Thank you. And so I'm like.

  448. We, we, we are too. So, so in all of our

  449. transformation, there's a dependency, childlike dependency

  450. that we should end up as a child.

  451. My, my, my, my son can't wait to get to church.

  452. He'll go before us. And he there's pictures video of

  453. him little unloading EU Haul. When we say our kids planted the

  454. church, they planted the church, but there's no like how long we

  455. going to be serving that? There's no planning center or to

  456. deny a Sunday as children. They just have bought into their

  457. parents rhythm for their life. And if they don't like where

  458. they go and all they care about is having some snacks and these

  459. days of foam, he says. So when I'm looking around the

  460. room and I'm seeing God. 'S children just like, like man

  461. you, I don't know how you look at the room, but when you see

  462. like kids play, that's how God's kids play.

  463. They praise, they dance around. When you see these pictures of

  464. angels, they're crazing around the throne and in the North

  465. American church. I know Kenny don't want to

  466. relate to anything with the word American in it, but sorry,

  467. you're part of North America and the way we do church, You're

  468. soft. Some believers in other parts of

  469. the world would call you fake. Any amount of pressure.

  470. We run. We don't know how to pray.

  471. Our prayer meetings are an arrested they're then they're

  472. they're they're they're they're they're unhealthy.

  473. They're there are prayer meetings.

  474. There's no interest. But on Sunday we fill the seats

  475. five days, maybe 6. The world gets it.

  476. They get all of you, they get your time.

  477. You up late at night, write notes for your meetings and

  478. planning and then when they come to church, it's like all right,

  479. start around that 2 hour time because.

  480. You got a little bit of capacity if you come to local around that

  481. 2 hour time you start want to get tea in the back and water

  482. and stretching your legs. Some of y'all don't ever make it

  483. back to your seat. I can tell us a few of you guys

  484. do it all the time. You disengage after a certain

  485. amount of time or when a certain message get real tense.

  486. Start walking around getting uncomfortable.

  487. The capacity of today's church. There's parts of this world they

  488. are walking hours and they will be mad if a preacher preaches

  489. any less than two hours. I didn't walk 4 hours to get a

  490. 30 minute message. You crazy?

  491. Here we got you don't even got nothing to do.

  492. You don't cook like that. Where I came from, we cook like

  493. that. I think Deborah one of them

  494. people that cook like that like beans probably on right now at

  495. the house, right We smothering chicken.

  496. We like we and we cooking for like a whole House of people who

  497. are eating between services to go back to night service.

  498. Where have we? Where did you get your

  499. Christianity from? Who trained us?

  500. It's not the Holy Ghost capacity.

  501. And then we're stubborn because we get to pick and choose

  502. whatever church, forget the one God called us to.

  503. Which one is closest to my house?

  504. Which one actually has a service at the time that I can go?

  505. Which one has the best worship? Which one teaches in a way that

  506. I best understand because God made me to understand like this.

  507. When I go to that other church, he's like over here sometime and

  508. he's like over here sometimes kind of sound like the Holy

  509. Spirit, kind of sound like you're not the only one that God

  510. wants to talk to. So there's someone over here

  511. who's pulling on the anointing, and then there's a way that we

  512. God did me like somebody else is over here.

  513. I think one of the greatest gifts of a great communicator is

  514. that they can reach as many people in the room.

  515. Now, I can get 100% of you to understand a miss message in

  516. simplicity, but it doesn't mean I helped most of you.

  517. I'm not here to make sure everybody understand everything

  518. I say. That's between you and the Holy

  519. Ghost, Bereans. Go study the word, take notes,

  520. go listen to the message and squeeze and pull out the word.

  521. And that's the Holy Ghost. What does this word mean for my

  522. life But boy? You get a bunch of Christians

  523. come, don't take notes, they just look at you like

  524. interesting. Let me write that down and go

  525. ask my other pastor friend if this is theologically sound.

  526. My YouTube pastor doesn't is not saying that's what God's doing

  527. today. What are we doing?

  528. I'm here to let you guys know that we don't do worship for

  529. you. Worship time is actually God's

  530. children worshipping Him, not singing your favorite song or

  531. gospel or CCM or black music or white music or whatever that

  532. stupidity is. You don't go.

  533. To church for a genre of music. I have somebody that was shocked

  534. at a couple who goes to our church.

  535. They don't look like they should go here, I guess.

  536. And and it was the man that that is not a part of the Christian

  537. faith who said to them, you go to that.

  538. Church. The black church.

  539. So our whole church is black because I'm black?

  540. That's wild. A lot of us probably would have

  541. thought the little moment of praise there was charismatic and

  542. Pentecostal. No, it was just joy.

  543. It's just freedom is what freedom looks like.

  544. And if if freedom looks like black, then first of all thank

  545. you. But but at the same time, I'm

  546. like, I'm like, why would you want to hand freedom to one

  547. group of people? I'm here to tell you, this

  548. brother is telling you that this joy that I have, you can have it

  549. as well. It's a choice.

  550. It's a choice. I'll close with this Hebrews 11

  551. and 29 and I saw this, and I pray it blesses you.

  552. Hebrews 11/29 I just saw the. Scripture in a.

  553. Different way. We've all heard of the story of

  554. the Red Sea. Yeah.

  555. If not, I mean, come on. Like, there's cartoons, there's

  556. there's 10 commandments. Like, if you ain't like right,

  557. there's every, like you at least have heard of the Red Sea.

  558. OK. I want you to see something that

  559. I did not see. Urged on by faith, say by faith,

  560. say, urged on. The people crossed the Red Sea

  561. as though on dry land. I want you to hear this in

  562. reality. It was dry for God's children.

  563. It was not dry for the enemy to go across, and because what it

  564. was for you, the arrogance of the enemy thought he had the

  565. same access. But when the Egyptians tried to

  566. do the same thing, they were swallowed up by the sea.

  567. Now, not to throw a damper in there, but I had an uncle on my

  568. dad's side who was set up. By female and he was murdered in

  569. my young age and. It was a young.

  570. Lady he was dating and she called him to the house and said

  571. come over and and his fate was there.

  572. He showed up and her president, boyfriend or whatever murdered

  573. him and it was this like setup. It was this, this, this.

  574. He thought he was going for one reason to and then to find out

  575. he would be swallowed up by death.

  576. Now this isn't a somber thing, but but it's it's somber for the

  577. Egyptians because we see this story about the Red Sea being

  578. for us. And I have now seen that the Red

  579. Sea was God's strategy to swallow up the enemy more than

  580. it was about getting us across. OK, because in Egypt I still had

  581. freedom. Sometimes God will take you

  582. peculiar routes because there's an enemy pursuing you, and the

  583. route he's called you to take is really not about you.

  584. That's why you're frustrated with the route.

  585. But there's an enemy on your tail that he is seducing to come

  586. away, and God is setting him up because there is some enemies in

  587. your life in 2025 that are about to be swallowed up.

  588. Somebody shout out, swallowed up that sea wasn't merely in the.

  589. Children of Israel's way it was opened up, or a foolish devil

  590. who was about to try and touch God's anointed, and God is

  591. trying to show you what he will do to get you out.

  592. But if God. Goes through all these measures

  593. to get you out. Understand he is also on the

  594. back end putting a end to what has been tormenting your life.

  595. Here it is. But are you willing and I can go

  596. through so many scriptures. Are you willing to do the

  597. abnormal to experience a lifestyle of supernatural once?

  598. You walk across a dry sea. There is no denying that God is

  599. God and I believe this is what God wants to do in our lives is

  600. something so supernatural, but he's looking for some Moses that

  601. are willing stick their rod out and lead the people across.

  602. He's looking for some Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and as much

  603. as it doesn't make sense go on the fiery furnace so he can put

  604. it because it's about his glory. He's looking for a Mary to say.

  605. I know it don't make sense but I needed to.

  606. Find a virgin because I need to. Birth a savior and you are the

  607. perfect candidate. You've been serving me.

  608. I need your womb because I hear it is.

  609. I need your womb to get something in the earth for the

  610. world. I don't see too many normal ways

  611. God answers. Here it is.

  612. I'm not talking about day-to-day answers.

  613. If you truly want to see your your city know Jesus.

  614. There's no normal way to get them to know Jesus.

  615. I've got this in my spirit a few years back.

  616. God if you don't do something supernatural, your these

  617. children, these people will be lost because coming up here

  618. preaching every week, I promise you it's anointed.

  619. But why is it more people responding to the word?

  620. God has to do something. Signs and wonders is to bring

  621. color back in the picture. It's not for the believer to

  622. just sit around and just be hyper spiritual and always want

  623. to see legs growing in gold dust.

  624. And, and a lot of times we want revival to to, to so heaven can

  625. tickle us. We not really want revival to

  626. change our city and so love quest.

  627. It's been in my spirit, it's on my heart.

  628. We going to do something different.

  629. I as your leader will not continue to let us be too

  630. familiar with God. We stroll in late, the church

  631. come for prayer, we get like 15 people, same people.

  632. And I'm telling you, this is 7 years here and this is going to

  633. other churches. It's a pattern.

  634. But there's parts of the world, folks show up hours early to

  635. church and they're all in there praying before the worship team

  636. come out. Like the people here take an

  637. initiative to get the atmosphere ready and by the time the

  638. worship team come out, they ain't got nothing.

  639. For what? So we come like we're going to a

  640. production, a movie, and then you wait for the worst routine

  641. to come out and then Elder John or somebody got to pray.

  642. Come on, isn't God good? Come on, clap your hands.

  643. All right, Hold on, Judy. Hold on, Judy.

  644. Has God done any like we got to do that?

  645. Over and over. Is there like anybody aside from

  646. leaders that will come in early enough and you lead the way and

  647. come in here and be on your knees and come in here and lift

  648. your hands and come in here and spark a fire and God's like I am

  649. just looking for. People that's willing to do the

  650. abnormal because I have a strategy for revival.

  651. Thank you God, but we got to let the soil rest.

  652. One thing when God says let the soil rest, he is saying that you

  653. guys have sown. You're a sewing church and we

  654. pursue God, We pursue them here, we pursue them back there, we

  655. pursue God. So the issue is not that, but

  656. what we will not do is we will not let people make this into

  657. some North American punked out church where you just kind of

  658. throw fits when it's too long or when if you don't like

  659. something, you go to another church.

  660. Good go. But if there's a people here

  661. that are willing to be tried by the fire and be hungry and

  662. thirsty and pursue Jesus for generations to come, and for

  663. your city and for your region and for your nation, and you're

  664. willing to. To sometimes look silly for the

  665. glory of God when I read these stories.

  666. Hey. Hey, Ezekiel, You think these

  667. bones can live? Bro, I ain't never looked at no

  668. chicken that I just demolished and looked at them bones and

  669. like, man, you think some meat going to hop back on them bones?

  670. No, once I get yeah, I'm done. Can you imagine God lead you out

  671. into a valley a dry bones. This wasn't even Lazarus with

  672. just stinking body dead. He's no meat dead.

  673. He like you think them can live and I love his answer.

  674. He like you know, and then God said, because you put your faith

  675. in me and you know, I know I'm. Going to put my words of knowing

  676. on your tongue. His brother speaks to these

  677. bones and prophecy. And then there was he.

  678. He told him to speak to him first any toll that came

  679. together and then he he said now now prophesied that the wind

  680. comes. Bury famine, go sow in that

  681. land. I know it don't make sense, it's

  682. famine. But in the same year in the same

  683. land, you're going to receive 1000 times back.

  684. Come on, 2 fish, 5 loaves. I know it's 10,000 plus people

  685. that need to get fed and we only got 2 fish, 5 loaves.

  686. Just put it in my hands. Just put it in my hands.

  687. Put your plans in my hands and we could just shout out all

  688. these Elijah calls down rain. Abraham, go kill your son.

  689. No, no, no, no, no, no. I got a sacrifice.

  690. I just want to see if you was willing.

  691. I was just trying to find somebody in the earth that that

  692. is agile and that is not afraid of people, but more fear God

  693. than they do man. And somebody that I can set up

  694. generations for, that I can get some things through the earth

  695. that is free unto me. We can go on and on and on and

  696. on. Jesus, Hey, go, go, go ask your

  697. son if he can revitalize this water and turn it into wine.

  698. Strategy. Hey, get me some buckets.

  699. Like there's all nothing but strategy.

  700. There's just nothing but weird stuff.

  701. Unpopular stuff. When was the last time you seen

  702. a church? And I know they're out there.

  703. How many, you know that do unpopular stuff?

  704. Everything's programmed to be convenient for the family and

  705. for you to check in, check out, and is administratively perfect.

  706. And it's all these things and there's a place for all that.

  707. But we have let it take the place of presence.

  708. When's the last time we paid that much attention to detail?

  709. See, I'm pursuing God and He's given me some details about His

  710. presence and there might be somebody administratively better

  711. than me, but where I'm at I am going to always put presents

  712. 1st. And I think that's why he picked

  713. people who wasn't the smartest, but they were intelligent and

  714. they were willing to follow Jesus.

  715. What a strategy I'm. Going to go get these fishermen

  716. to get the gospel to the rest of the world.

  717. I'm going to go get this murderer who murdered Christians

  718. and I'm going to get him to write letters to the church

  719. about love. Somebody who hated Christians.

  720. I want his pen to tell the church how how to love.

  721. Can you please find me something normal in the Bible, please?

  722. And then we trying to normalize Jesus and we have we have

  723. normalized his presence out. So what Love Quest is going to

  724. do is next Sunday, next weekend will be our first, our last full

  725. weekend for about 3 weeks. I think it's three weeks.

  726. So next Saturday we have our pop up shop and that finance, those

  727. finances are going fully to our remnant project.

  728. We got some fine clothes. It's going to be set up next

  729. door. Team is working hard.

  730. We'll have music in there. We'll have food truck here.

  731. Please come out and support. It's going to be some nice

  732. clothes. And I'm telling you, look, if

  733. you buy some of my clothes, just come ask me how to rock it.

  734. Because if I see you wearing it all jacked up, I might, I might

  735. buy it back from you because Amen.

  736. Please, please don't. I don't want to look at you and

  737. be like, no, don't come talking to me, bro.

  738. You got my pants all you can't even fit them pants.

  739. What are you doing? So that's Saturday and then the

  740. next day we have we'll have our two morning experiences.

  741. Believe, invite, pack it out so that people can encounter the

  742. joy, the Lord, the life of the bride, and then we'll have our

  743. pop up shop in between both experiences.

  744. Then in the evening we're calling all creatives.

  745. God has pressed on my heart that in this year I need to really

  746. focus on gathering the creatives.

  747. There's a revival, there's a fresh win for Kingdom Art and

  748. it's artists. Artists is a prophetic weapon

  749. and voice for the Kingdom of God and it's why during COVID who

  750. suffered the most? I get it, it was a lot of

  751. suffering but just speaking culture, the arts suffered big

  752. time right? The enemy muzzled muzzled the

  753. mouth as much as he could. OK, all you creatives in here,

  754. it is not God's plan that you take your gifts to the world and

  755. let them pervert it. I apologize that the church has

  756. not created a space for creatives that does not just use

  757. you for Sunday or want to turn you into a worship leader or

  758. make you be Jesus or merry on Christmas or Easter.

  759. Like there's more for your gift than that.

  760. We are a church that's called to the marketplace and we will have

  761. production company that the world will come and try and get

  762. jobs. We will have music a record

  763. late. We will have all of that.

  764. At a very high capacity. And so next Sunday night it will

  765. play as the after party of the pop up shop.

  766. We'll meet in here. We're we're flipping the room.

  767. It's going to be lounge like it's going to be dope and we

  768. have some super creative fun stuff.

  769. And then we're bringing Tommy Zuko from Cali out here.

  770. And if you've ever seen heard his music or seen him before

  771. perform live, he that that brother got all all kind of

  772. sauce. That brother is too cool and

  773. he's fired. They'll put the flyer up in the

  774. mid. That's not Tommy Zuko, guys,

  775. That's I don't know who she is. There you go.

  776. You see Tom, Hey, he's saved too.

  777. He's saved too. So don't be acting like because

  778. he wearing shades and got got swag, he ain't saved right.

  779. We taking all that back for our creatives like keep your swag,

  780. keep your drip, keep keep your fine, keep your handsome.

  781. God made you that way. Bible said David was a handsome

  782. one. Come on, somebody just say I'm

  783. handsome. Not me, but you, right?

  784. You know what I'm saying. What you and he's married to Mel

  785. elder Roseanne want to make sure you ladies knew he was married,

  786. OK? Amen.

  787. Hallelujah. A part of the reason he's coming

  788. out here is because also he and I made I think we got 1.

  789. So so so listen y'all, I've been cooking.

  790. I got a book coming out. I'm going to have to push the

  791. day back, but I also have a album coming out.

  792. So a lot of y'all and never seen me like like really get out and

  793. I'm telling you, I'm Pastor T but but like like show me your

  794. favorite rapper and I promise you I'll go toe to toe with your

  795. favorite rapper. OK, All right, I'll write some

  796. good. I really good songs, OK, right.

  797. And that's why the kings, the three kings been asking me to

  798. come up and do stuff and I'm like, no, because I'm just when

  799. I come out, I'm I'm about to smack you over the head.

  800. I'm telling you right, I'm telling you.

  801. So I know it's time because as God releases me, I understand my

  802. gift is because he's ready to activate a generation and and

  803. man, I think we got one. Like I think yesterday I

  804. recorded my 29th song and and I'm all 29 is firing man.

  805. Can we make some noise for Adam Stanton?

  806. And thank you, Sir. Thank you, Sir.

  807. All right, all right, all right, sit down because I still got

  808. some more. He's he's he's one of the best

  809. engineers in the city and probably the province and he's

  810. he's like top notch and he is the husband of Carolyn, who was

  811. a day Warner and their beautiful family.

  812. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And he and I have some really,

  813. really dope chemistry and it's really good is to be like a

  814. third album or so. He and I worked on this to be

  815. like my 13th album that I've ever put out.

  816. I have put out a lot of albums before there was Instagram.

  817. So don't age me, but look, it's good.

  818. But but Tommy's coming here so we can shoot a music video for

  819. one of our songs. And I promise you it's like

  820. it's, it's, it's a it's so good. And we're going to shoot a video

  821. at the hub and we're calling people out because we need to

  822. turn the hub into a club. And we want to get at least 80

  823. people in there. We'll do 100, but we want to at

  824. least get 80. Now, look, this is not a yoga

  825. pants night. Like you got it.

  826. You got to do elevated urban. You got to, this is the only

  827. analogy I can get. You got to come out like you

  828. going to, all right. Let me, let me just let me, let

  829. me just say this, OK? Stop shaking your head, babe.

  830. No, OK, because I'm not about to say nothing bad.

  831. Have you have you guys ever heard of the song Past the

  832. Courvoisier by Busta Rhymes or whatever?

  833. OK, it's the secular song. Whatever.

  834. So what? Don't judge me.

  835. I don't really care. You look at worse stuff than

  836. that, right. Anyway, but but it's like

  837. elevated. It's like, you know how when

  838. they do these music videos and and there's like they're like

  839. dressed up and it's fun. They're out there elegant.

  840. It's it's fun. That's the kind of party is

  841. going to be like, but but it's from that era, like the what

  842. year was that 90s like 2002 thousands like like you can find

  843. me that a that that time right there.

  844. So big glasses and big hair and like fun and we going to shoot a

  845. music video. That's going to be dope.

  846. And guess what that's going to do?

  847. We going to get out there to the world and they're going to be

  848. like, wow, these people look good and they have so much joy.

  849. It's a church, yeah. The lyrics are wholesome.

  850. Where they at? Canada is the pastor.

  851. Where they at? Vancouver, Canada right now is

  852. waiting I guess a wide open spot for us y'all.

  853. So we'll give you some info next week, but we looking for some

  854. folks to help us pack the place out and it's going to be dope.

  855. That's going to be for next Saturday night.

  856. After that weekend, there will be no Saturdays, no Sundays.

  857. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, we're going to

  858. be right here. And what it's going to look

  859. like. It's going to look like prayer

  860. and worship like you did before the week of revival.

  861. OK, Don't come in. We're going to pray.

  862. Why? God promised that there will be

  863. a revival of prayer in this house.

  864. And so we're getting rid of the idol of Sunday.

  865. Are we going to see who really love church?

  866. Who really, or let me put it this way, is going to obey the

  867. word when it says don't forsake the gathering of the Saints?

  868. And then are you going to be like the people who made

  869. excuses? I got a job, I got a new

  870. property, I got a house, I got to work.

  871. I'm too far. Are you going to be one of them

  872. people? Are you going to start moving

  873. stuff around like you move stuff around for other stuff?

  874. I'm sorry. But the gathering of the Saints

  875. and God's church is a part of loving Jesus.

  876. So stop trying to separate the two.

  877. And be like, God knows my heart. He knows you don't want to obey

  878. his word. You want to pick and choose what

  879. you want to obey. And as I said, if you want to

  880. use those Sundays to go to another church, if you're

  881. looking for another church, if you feel God's taking you out of

  882. this church, man, it's the perfect time to do that.

  883. But for those that really say God's called me here from 9:00

  884. AM to 10:00 AM in your private space, you are going to worship.

  885. You're going to read a scripture or two or study some of the Word

  886. in the house, and you're going to pray, and you're going to

  887. know from 9:00 to 10:00 your church is doing the same thing

  888. wherever they are on Sunday. So not next Sunday, but the

  889. three Sundays following. That's what we're doing.

  890. I pushed out. I canceled traveling.

  891. Zuko was supposed to come. We were supposed to go there.

  892. I pushed our anniversary celebration into March because

  893. it's all belongs to him. You can't tell me.

  894. That if this is your church. Home you can't at least come

  895. twice a week out of five. That's what we doing.

  896. And if I don't see you, I'll see you when we get back to Sundays.

  897. But just remember and examine your heart.

  898. Why have you only given God one day, 2 hours, 3 hours?

  899. And then when you go to work every day, when you up at night

  900. worried about promotions, school, whatever, I believe God

  901. has given us something. And he said, son, will you trust

  902. me? Will you do something abnormal?

  903. I know your biggest attendance in church is Sundays, but I'm

  904. your biggest supporter. I know most people just give on

  905. Sundays, but I'm your supplier, I'm your provider.

  906. Will you trust me? And so I say yes, Dad, yes,

  907. Father, I'm going to trust you from 9:00 to 10:00.

  908. I'm going to be right in my secret place being unified by

  909. the Spirit with those that feel called and know they're called

  910. to this church and go take this time serious.

  911. Some will be fasting during that time, but we are not calling a

  912. fast as a church. We encourage you to, but God

  913. also said you need to fast beyond when the church calls a

  914. fast. You need to worship.

  915. Beyond when the church tells you to lift your hands, then our

  916. teams will be meeting once out of those three weeks just to get

  917. together, pray, search their hearts as a ministry and come

  918. back different, come back burning.

  919. We will not go next door into this building the same.

  920. We are being trusted with something very holy and very

  921. precious, and we have a responsibility to carry it to

  922. the next generation. And I do believe that.

  923. I have a few people in this house that says, pastor, we got

  924. your back, your front, and we are with you.

  925. Yeah, those, those, those as we close this fast, this is not to

  926. separate or divide, but I do want to pray for those that do

  927. feel they want to take the gospel serious and they want to

  928. take the vision and mission of their church serious.

  929. I'm going to have Elder John come up.

  930. I'm going to have my wife come up and I'll have you guys pray

  931. as a closing prayer specifically over those that says, man, I

  932. want to see different as well. I can admit I've contributed to

  933. the lukewarmness of the church, but I do believe that God has

  934. sent us some people. That's like, let's carry the

  935. urgency. Let's advance the body of Christ

  936. through the strength he gives us and they know anything he gives

  937. us and then we'll close. But the days of begging people

  938. to give, begging people to serve, begging people to stay.

  939. Fear of man is is dead cannot have fear of God and the fear of

  940. man. They do not go inside and this

  941. joy that we have here. I believe that God is he's just,

  942. he's just getting our roots very deep.

  943. I think there's something he's doing in this place and in this

  944. city that no government, no, no demon could ever destroy.

  945. May the work in this church be an offering to our King.

  946. And when he returns, may he find us in faith.

  947. May he find our children in faith.

  948. How far are we entering this moment?

  949. Because 24 hours fasting and praying, Love quest.

  950. Let me tell you something. Not every church, not every

  951. Christian is setting aside 21 days and ending it with 24

  952. hours. There's a true hunger in this

  953. church for more. And it's not more stuff.

  954. It's not. Hurry up and get us in the

  955. building. I see you guys dancing and I

  956. see, I know the testimonies. It doesn't mean that everyone

  957. serves the same hours and as many hours, but it's not just

  958. about these four walls. We actually need everybody to do

  959. the work inside and outside. So I want to say as we close

  960. this time, it's 24 hours. Thank you for those that

  961. couldn't even make it, but you were praying for us and you were

  962. praying with us. I understand life, I understand

  963. work, I understand family. But I'm telling you these

  964. things. I'm speaking to the excuses, not

  965. the reality of your situations. I want to make sure you purify

  966. and sift through what's an excuse?

  967. Where can I make more room for God and His church not being

  968. insensitive to daily life. Things happen.

  969. You got to go out of town. I have kids, I get it.

  970. But there are some sacrifices my my wife and I like.

  971. My wife is about to fly out with my boys in a few hours to go be

  972. in Calgary. And I got to be here because I'm

  973. called here and I miss my wife and I miss my children.

  974. And in this time, our family is separated, our daughters in

  975. Arizona, my wife and two sons are in Calgary.

  976. And I'm here because I have an assignment like I'm walking this

  977. thing with y'all. But why we have peace in our

  978. family is because we know that to obey God is way better than

  979. sacrifice. So when you wonder why there's

  980. the anointing and you wonder why our marriage is what it is, you

  981. wonder why our kids make pride and paying the cost.

  982. That's not a brag. I'm just being real with you.

  983. It hurts sometimes. I want to hop on that plane.

  984. I was joking What I said. Babe, I don't want you to go.

  985. I really don't want her to go, but she has to.

  986. And she really don't want me to stay.

  987. But I have to. And why?

  988. Because as much as I'm called to them, I'm called to you.

  989. And that's why I can't play with you, especially if you don't

  990. understand what it costs for us to be here, for you to have

  991. leaders who say God, whatever you need, found some.

  992. I want you to understand it's our call.

  993. And I understand it's not everybody's call, but pay the

  994. price for what your call costs. And I'm forever grateful for the

  995. ones that hold our family down. That's not separation, but those

  996. that really pray for us. Stand in the gap, make it easy

  997. to lead. Thank you for holding us up and

  998. not pulling us down. And as we end this fast, thank

  999. you for those that helped carry the rate, the weight and the

1000. burden of the vision and mission.

1001. Elder John, after Julia, come on over here.

1002. Thank you so much for tuning into this week's sermon.

1003. We pray you were challenged, equipped and encouraged.

1004. Make sure to follow us on all platforms.

1005. That's love quest Intl church. We out here for real.

1006. We're really doing it. That's Facebook, Instagram,

1007. YouTube and TikTok. You can find us anywhere you

1008. need to find us. But until next time, you know

1009. the drill. You know the motto, get your

1010. love fixed man and we'll see y'all real soon.

1011. There is a river of life flowing down from the world.

  1012. Can you see? Earth.

1013. There is a sound off the shore, far from heaven.
