Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International
-
Church Podcast, where we seek to love all nations, equip the
-
church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.
-
We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever
-
you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get
-
your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe
-
some tea, and get ready to receive.
-
It's go time. Let's get into it.
-
How? You guys doing what?
-
A powerful. Yeah, Go ahead, go ahead, go
-
ahead. Woo.
-
Powerful morning this morning and the first experience and I I
-
believe there's some overflow and just want to I'm going to
-
move a little different today. I'm going to share something
-
really quickly just to get our minds and hearts in position and
-
then EJ is going to come up here and share and then we're going
-
to sing a little bit. Then I'm going to come up in and
-
share. We're in a very particular hour
-
of, of the world and the Kingdom of heaven.
-
I, I kind of look at it like this, but can a, a, a JT, can I
-
ask justice? Come up here real quick.
-
Come here, come here real quick. Come on, buddy, come here, come
-
here. So we're in an hour, we're in an
-
hour like, like God, God is really cool.
-
He'll let us like dress ourselves right.
-
He'll let us kind of make our own decisions and things of that
-
nature. But there's a, there's a time
-
where God gets very picky about our lives and very intentional
-
about our lives. And it kind of looks like this
-
is the hour I get where God is looking for sons and daughters
-
that will approach him with innocence and a pureness of
-
heart and desire for the Father's touch, right.
-
And it and it's kind of looks like this where the kid buttoned
-
up his own shirt. But then God comes in and it's a
-
season of details. He just right.
-
You ever have your parent tie your shoes?
-
You know how to tie your shoes, but they come and fix it for you
-
and he all right, all right, love you, boy, Go go bye.
-
More than that, or if you've ever seen you've ever like a kid
-
will poop on themselves and you're changing their diaper and
-
they're fighting you from getting the poop off of them.
-
We're in a very deep, a very specific hour, and not one
-
person in this house is smart enough, intelligent enough,
-
spiritual enough to overcome what God warns us about in the
-
last days. Without him and in, in the
-
fullness and the full counsel of His Word, there is going to be a
-
intellectual pride that rises up in the church, not merely the
-
world, the church. The Bible warns us that the very
-
elect, believers, leaders, people that was on fire, the
-
very elect in the last days will turn away.
-
There's levels to turning away. One is fully turning away from
-
the faith #2 there is a level of turning away where you have
-
tasted the pure truth, the holy truth, and nothing but the
-
truth. But as your journey goes, you
-
begin to mix truth. There's a third layer that you
-
begin. You don't walk away from the
-
faith, but your heart waxes cold and you become lukewarm.
-
You become independent. You become a doer of your own
-
thing, right? God has put the local church in
-
place for a reason, and he has given us gifts.
-
Somebody say gifts. He hasn't just given us men,
-
He's given us gifts. And the gifts he gave us, He
-
gave us 5. And those 5 gifts were for the
-
perfecting or the maturing of the Saints.
-
OK. He's given us the gifts.
-
He's given us the armor. And so today I believe the Lord
-
is speaking in a special way. I believe that all of us hear
-
differently. Holy Spirit helps us all here,
-
what God is saying in this moment, but we all have
-
different lenses, we have different contexts, we have
-
different processes of hearing. But what I do know is there's a
-
way that God talks to all of us that the average ear cannot
-
catch. Like like your ears cannot.
-
This is he doesn't. We're not hearing the same way.
-
So I'm gonna read a couple scriptures just to kind of set
-
the atmosphere in the sense of how your posture should be.
-
These are scriptures about posture.
-
OK, Psalm 24. Can you throw that up there
-
really quickly? And then I'm gonna put my phone
-
away. You just go through.
-
Who shall go up into the mountain of the Lord or who
-
shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a
-
pure heart, who has not lifted himself up to falsehood, pride,
-
or ego, or what or or to what is false, nor sworn deceitfully, he
-
shall receive blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the
-
God of His salvation. This is the generation
-
description. Watch this of those who seek
-
Him, who inquire of Him, who inquire for Him, and make
-
necessity of Him. Let me help you.
-
You cannot require, inquire, or make of necessity God without
-
making necessity of his entire council.
-
We don't. We don't pick and choose.
-
It's the entire council. It's the entire It's his blood,
-
it's his spirit, it's His Word, it's his name, it's his image,
-
it's his likeness, it's his fruit, it's his character, it's
-
his gift, It's all of him. OK.
-
And he said that it's going to be a group of people that seek
-
his face. OK, somebody say seek his face.
-
Next Scripture. No, no, no.
-
The other scriptures I gave you from this morning, Matthew 1617.
-
He tells Peter, flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but
-
it was my Father in heaven, or the Holy Spirit revealed this to
-
you, say revelation. And then in Zechariah 4/6 it
-
says not by might nor by power, but by your spirit, not by
-
might, not by ability, not by status, not by intelligence, not
-
by power, but by your spirit. There, there is a, there is
-
levels of receiving hearing intellect, but there is a level
-
that God speaks that you can only receive and only hear by
-
spirit. And those that are around you
-
are at the same frequency. Ephesians 117 hears the prayer
-
for today. Pray always that the God of our
-
Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that he may grant you a
-
spirit of wisdom. OK, I want to be careful with
-
this not wisdom there. The wisdom Solomon asked for was
-
to handle the affairs of the day.
-
Lord, how do I deal with this team?
-
How do I deal with this money? How do I deal?
-
It was practical wisdom that God says Any man that asked for
-
wisdom, he shows no partiality. He will give you wisdom how to
-
handle things. Then the Spirit of wisdom is God
-
Himself, His mind, which you cannot tear apart from the full
-
counsel of His Word. It is the Spirit of wisdom here.
-
It is. This wisdom requires revelation.
-
The way this is coupled is like the gift of tongues and the gift
-
of interpretation. You need both because together
-
they are prophecy, the spirit of wisdom and revelation, of
-
insight into mysteries and secrets in the deep and intimate
-
knowledge of Him. By having the eyes of my heart,
-
not the eyes of what my eyes can see, the eyes of my heart
-
flooded with light so that you can know and understand the hope
-
to which He has called you. You see the progression.
-
There is this encounter, then there's this knowing.
-
There's not this knowing to encounter.
-
There's this walking in the light, there is this walking
-
with Jesus. There is knowing his nature and
-
there is receiving the fullness of what he says we need.
-
What He has for us goes back to the five He says, so that you
-
may know and understand the hope to which has called He has
-
called you, and how rich He is, His glorious inheritance in the
-
Saints, and so that you can know and understand what is the
-
immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His
-
power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working
-
of His mighty strength today. My prayer is that you hear
-
beyond your intellect and you hear beyond your ability to
-
digest it how you digest daily information.
-
We're in a time the, the, the, the reason why I would say my
-
grandparents, great grandparents, their faith was so
-
strong. They didn't have as many
-
distractions. They didn't have as many voices.
-
They didn't have have as many resources.
-
They didn't have many options. There was a group of people, all
-
they had was Jesus. They, they couldn't call nobody.
-
They, they had to know Jesus right now.
-
They couldn't text, they couldn't do anything.
-
All they had was Jesus. There's parts of this earth
-
where the people, all they have is Jesus for us.
-
Jesus is not Northern American. They they, I was talking to the
-
team in the back, the privilege that North American Christianity
-
feels or has. Like there are people who will
-
walk five hours and beg the speaker to preach for five hours
-
only to walk back for five more hours in extreme heat, no shoes
-
to burn all that energy and only be able to eat very little.
-
Us, we in church too long. We're in a rush to get back in
-
our air conditioned cars, to go to an air conditioned house or
-
to sit down at some nice restaurant and eat some real
-
good food and and sleep. And the followers of Christ in
-
this city and in this country look a little bit different than
-
those who only have Jesus. And if not Jesus, their lives
-
are done. Paul writes letters from prison
-
with shackles on his wrist. We're in a time, guys, where we
-
have to be able to see clearly like never before.
-
We're in a time where we actually need the gifts that God
-
has called us to. I need my wife for wife things.
-
I need my pastor for pastor things.
-
I need my Mama for Mama things. I love how God gave me a Mama,
-
He gave me a pastor, He gave me a wife, He gave me kids, He gave
-
me elders and everybody plays a role in my life.
-
I don't got 2 wives, I don't got 2 pastors.
-
Be careful what you make your independent journey.
-
The things that God uses examples of, let's pay
-
attention, let's hear what Elder John, what God has to say, what
-
the Spirit of God has to say through this prophet.
-
I don't think we've ever done this before where he he, he took
-
some time to preach. I'm took take some time, but I
-
want you to understand there is a double anointing that is
-
speaking today and God is trying to really get something through.
-
I didn't know what he was going to preach about.
-
He didn't know what I was going to preach about.
-
He didn't know he was preaching until 15 minutes before service.
-
I ask that you, dear Lord, help us, help us this morning.
-
Let us have hearts of repentance.
-
Let us have eyes to see, let us have ears to hear.
-
In Jesus name, Amen. EJ.
-
Amen, Amen. That's worthy of a handclap.
-
And and again, Pastor, I thank you for the opportunity.
-
You know, it's, it's not often there's only very few people who
-
can say I play with greats. It's good that we got greats in
-
this house and I appreciate the opportunity to play with greats.
-
Thank you, Pastor, for giving me the opportunity to play with
-
you. As we share this word today.
-
The the context I want to give is perfecting the Saints.
-
We've been talking about that through Lush and things like
-
that. My title to anchor your thoughts
-
about what I'm talking about today is maturing, the maturing
-
for the wild and in the wild, Perfecting means to mature and
-
there's places you mature that are not in the wild.
-
That's for the wild, but you have to also mature in the wild.
-
That's one of the reasons I gave this picture here of this busy
-
intersection, because perfecting isn't always that thing you set
-
aside to do. It's something you have to learn
-
how to do even as you go, and so it takes a different skill, a
-
different approach. I want to start with the
-
Scripture of the foundation the pastors shared.
-
I'm going to share it with us again, Ephesians 4 verse,
-
starting in verse 11, it says this.
-
And he gave some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some
-
pastors and teachers Speaking of Jesus for the perfecting of the
-
Saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of
-
the body of Christ. Till we all come in the unity of
-
the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God.
-
Unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the
-
fullness of Christ. That henceforth meaning from
-
this time forward be no more children.
-
The idea is that once you move on, you don't go back to being a
-
child, that you don't go back to milk, that you don't go
-
backwards. It's not.
-
Jesus didn't build us backwards. That's why our eyes are in the
-
front, our ears are faced forward.
-
We walk this way, we're built to move forward, that henceforth be
-
no more children tossed to and fro and carried about with every
-
wind of doctrine by the slight of men and cunning craftiness of
-
men, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.
-
And I read the rest of this verse in the King James Version.
-
I also have it in NIV. I'm gonna go straight to the NIV
-
version. So instead speaking the truth in
-
love, we will grow to become in every respect.
-
The purpose of the perfecting in the body is to help you learn
-
how to speak the truth in love. We will grow to become in every
-
respect the mature body of Him who is the head that is Christ.
-
From Him the whole body joined and held together, but every
-
supporting ligament grows and built itself up in love as each
-
part does its work. We are part of a body.
-
We not as so disassociated from the head and never will be.
-
Now I want to focus a little bit on this verse 11.
-
And he said he gave some apostles, some prophets, some
-
evangelists, some pastors and teachers for the perfecting of
-
the Saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of
-
the body of Christ. Now, I think it's important to
-
understand you can have these giftings and work outside the
-
church, but it's important to understand the primary purpose
-
of these giftings was for the church, for the local body, for
-
the perfecting of people in this context.
-
OK, then those perfected people go out into other contexts, and
-
then that perfection shines and that's what draws.
-
It doesn't say for the perfecting of the Saint.
-
It says for the perfecting of the Saints.
-
You cannot be fully perfected on your own.
-
You cannot. It's not an independent study.
-
It's not I got I can do this on my own and by myself.
-
There's a perfection that comes within the context of us as a
-
community that you will never realize.
-
And when you find yourself trying to perfect yourself
-
outside of the context of the body, what happens is you are
-
you are changed. But when you come back to the
-
body, the bodies change and you don't fit the same way you used
-
to. And not because it wasn't
-
designed for you to fit. There was a place, but there's
-
some perfecting that comes only within the context of the body.
-
It doesn't say and I wouldn't you ready this if if if the
-
child is growing and their head is being perfected faster than
-
their body. One part perfecting apart from
-
the full context of the body usually say let's go to the
-
doctor. I don't know why your head is
-
bigger than the rest of your body.
-
That's an indication of a problem.
-
I don't know why your leg is bigger than the rest of the
-
body. That's an indication of the
-
problem of a problem. When there's an attempt to
-
perfect one piece on its own by itself apart from the context of
-
the body, it's usually an indication of a lack of health
-
within the context of the body. Perfecting is not an individual
-
work. As I said, it doesn't say also
-
for the perfecting of the Saints faith.
-
You can put the blank in there. It says for the perfecting of
-
the Saints, not of the Saints faith, not of the Saints hope,
-
not even of the Saints love. It's for the perfecting of the
-
Saint for the you. It's not for what you do.
-
That requires a different investment.
-
I can study and do things but not give myself to what I'm
-
doing. I can hide behind intelligence,
-
hide behind accolade, an accomplishment, and not give
-
myself to what I'm doing. But that's perfecting the craft,
-
not perfecting me, perfecting my performance, not perfecting me.
-
I'll say it this way, from Genesis, that's perfecting my
-
fig leaf, not perfecting me. You can perfect a lot of stuff,
-
but not perfect you. The perfecting of the Saints.
-
What these gifts are designed to do is perfect you, perfect us,
-
and perfect us collectively. Why is it important for us to be
-
together collectively? So I like American football.
-
Amen. Amen.
-
Myself, y'all too slow, Amen. I like American football.
-
And usually when they talk about football, they talk about
-
positions. There's a quarterback room where
-
all the quarterbacks are. There's a running back room
-
where all the running backs are. Why?
-
Because when I'm perfecting in the context of a team, I can
-
look at other people who like me and see, you mean you go through
-
this too? You mean I'm not the only one?
-
You mean I got context to ask questions and then understand
-
what happens. And usually in the quarterback
-
room as a quarterback coach, he's one of the people disciple
-
in the quarterbacks. So if the quarterback got a
-
question, sure I can ask my Co quarterback, but they don't run
-
the team. I can ask the quarterback coach
-
as a different context and for me to try to only listen to my
-
Co quarterbacks but not my quarterback coach.
-
I am really short circuiting my development and therefore really
-
hurting the team. It doesn't say for the
-
perfecting of the Saints faith, it's just for the perfecting of
-
the Saints. Perfecting is a relational soul,
-
inner man, posture, character, affection, identity, a being
-
sonship matter first and foremost.
-
God is after your identity in your in your heart.
-
That's what he's looking for first and foremost.
-
That's where the perfection is coming within the household of
-
faith, within the context of the body he's giving you.
-
It's about this. This is stuff you can't always
-
touch and feel, but you can sense when it's there.
-
OK, sometimes I don't. How does a doctor know that you
-
got a that you, that you sick? What's 1 of the things they do?
-
They look for symptoms, right? What's 1 of the ways you look
-
for symptoms? They'll touch your forehead.
-
How can you? How can I touch your forehead to
-
see if you got a fever if you're not close enough for me to
-
touch? Now you can go on Google,
-
diagnose yourself. Where is that going to lead you
-
to questions? See.
-
Think about Google. Is Google not going to give you
-
hope that you're going to live when you get to your diagnosis?
-
But when you look, when you go to the doctor, the context and
-
then you get your diagnosis there, what happens is that
-
doctor says, I understand this, I've seen this, I've got hope
-
for you as we're diagnosing. That gives you peace and rest to
-
be able to receive your healing. Perfecting is a relational
-
matter. It's a heart posture.
-
It's not about how much you hear or not hear.
-
It's about a heart posture. It's a heart matter.
-
It's the internal thing God is after.
-
Now discipleship is a strategy for perfecting the Saints and
-
discipleship begins with the Word.
-
The question is this, are you willing to let the Word disciple
-
you first and foremost? Pastor's already mentioned that.
-
Are you letting the full counsel of the Word disciple you, All of
-
the Word disciple you? The easy parts, the hard parts
-
you skip over the hard parts. I don't understand that.
-
Let me get to what I enjoy now. The Word is not is the Bible,
-
but it's also the messages that come forth from the platform and
-
what's heard and spoken on Wednesdays or Tuesdays or
-
whenever we gather together. All of that is the word of God.
-
Are you willing to submit to that?
-
Let that disciple you. Are you willing to say God?
-
If you said it, then I'm under it.
-
There's another aspect of the word of God too, is the
-
prophetic word to the house. God will send the prophetic
-
word, gets back to the gifts. Send the prophetic word to the
-
house. A word of warning, a word of
-
comfort, a word of exhortation, all for the purpose of edifying
-
you. Now, I will tell you this, if
-
you're not in the house, you don't hear the prophetic words.
-
You can read the Bible for the written word.
-
You can look online maybe for the messages and sometimes
-
capture the prophetic words. But to be in the atmosphere when
-
the word is given hit different to say, I was in the stadium
-
when Jordan did the flute game. Hit different than say, I saw it
-
on YouTube, the prophetic words in the house.
-
I want to read a prophetic word here.
-
Are you willing to submit to this?
-
That's the word given in our house.
-
He is perfecting because the wind is about to blow.
-
He is equipping because the harvest is about to storm in.
-
He is cleaning His house because the wind is about to blow.
-
It is His grace and it is His mercy that He is giving His
-
children time to turn around. Before the Savior stepped out,
-
there stepped out. There was a warning in the
-
wilderness, and that warning was repent, for the Kingdom of
-
heaven is at hand. God is gracious to warn, to
-
compel, to send a Clarion call before the wind blows.
-
He is perfecting because the wind is about to blow.
-
The call costs. He is perfecting because the
-
wind is about to blow. The power of God's Word is meant
-
to bring about transformation. He is perfecting because the
-
wind is about to blow. There's been a warning about
-
being too busy. There's been warning about who
-
you're getting in covenant with. There's been warning about some
-
of the tricks of the enemy in 2025.
-
Why? Because the wind is about to
-
blow. We get so focused on harvest
-
time, we don't focus on routine time.
-
The dangers about compelling you about the promise is you begin
-
to get hyper promise and think anything good that comes is
-
promised because this is the year.
-
Not knowing this loud voice about promise on the flip side
-
is a warning to brace yourself because the wind is about to
-
blow. So in these convos, there's
-
going to be a stirring of the gifts.
-
God is shifting your seasons, He is disturbing your rhythms, He
-
is silence in your comforts, He is transplanting your desires,
-
and He is releasing you to your pride.
-
He does not free you from your pride.
-
You do that, but He will, when it's time, release you to your
-
pride. This is about to be a dusty
-
season. God owes no one an explanation.
-
We're in a season where you have to be OK making decisions
-
without an explanation. We're in a season where the
-
wind's going to blow and you got to be ready to go.
-
Well, God speaks. Be quick to obey.
-
If you misstep, be quick to repent.
-
He has prepared you for the day of the wind.
-
If the wind takes you out, it's because you didn't take the
-
quipping season seriously. This is a season to be very
-
careful, to be distracted by contentious conversations,
-
battles, unnecessary weight, unnecessary quarrels,
-
unnecessary arguments. In this season, there's an
-
anointing to make peace and be empowered.
-
Without closure. An explanation will not heal
-
you. An explanation will not get rid
-
of your insecurities. An explanation will not make you
-
trust somebody. This is a season where God is
-
going to do the healing and you need to take that passion and
-
that energy and that love and put it towards God but also show
-
the same love that He showed you to people.
-
But I'm telling you, waiting for an explanation and closure is
-
going to rob you of necessary energy that you need for the
-
divine moment. We are stepping in.
-
You don't need closure. The wind's about to blow.
-
The wind's about to blow. He's equipping you because the
-
wind is about to blow. Like fishing in this season, God
-
is throwing His net into the sea of Saints, and as the wind is
-
blowing, the net's going to come out the water.
-
Is God's love bait enough? Is His word bait enough for you
-
to repent? Are you willing to let that word
-
disciple you had someone shared, had an experience with them,
-
walked through an experience, they came up to me.
-
We're good, we're good, relationship was good, but they
-
carried that prophetic word and they said I got to come up and
-
talk to you. He said I got I need to need to
-
repent, need to apologize. Why?
-
Because as I looked at that word, I can see God was telling
-
me something and I just ran past that in my, my, my, my
-
conversation with you. Are you willing to let that word
-
also disciple you before the person comes?
-
Because those that are disciple you individually are carrying
-
the written word, carrying the message of the word, carrying
-
the prophetic word. And if you're not going to
-
listen to that word, as Jesus said, even if someone raised
-
from the dead came back and talked to your brothers, you're
-
not going to listen to them if the word ain't enough for you.
-
The purpose of perfecting is the plant, not the fruit.
-
It's to mature the plant. It's not to get mature fruit.
-
An apple tree is not trying to produce apples, it's trying to
-
produce more apple trees, and the seeds of the tree happen to
-
be in the fruit. God is after us, maturing us not
-
for the fruit, but so that we can produce more of the kind of
-
disciples that He's making in us.
-
The purpose of perfecting is not to overtly reach the lost, but
-
to create a mature body so loving and united with the
-
Father and each other that the world is compelled to ask, what
-
must I do to experience this? Perfecting is focus on the body,
-
not out ministry. He didn't say I'm perfecting the
-
Saints for the ministry to the lost.
-
I'm perfecting the Saints for the ministry to the body.
-
So if there's any perfecting, you owe the body that
-
perfecting. You owe the body that ministry
-
and the there's a universal body, but there's a local body.
-
God plugs you in too. How dare you take your
-
perfecting and put it on, folks. Ain't part of your body.
-
Well, that was the purpose for the perfecting.
-
It's not that you don't reach other people, but when your
-
priority is lost. When I'm giving everyone outside
-
my home my warm hellos, but I give my wife a cold shoulder and
-
a distance, I got to twist it. If I got a warm water, warm
-
hello, she ought to get it. Not much.
-
Not the people I work with perfecting his processes as
-
well. Suffering is the beginning of
-
maturing the hope. Suffering is one of the
-
processes of perfecting you, maturing you in hope.
-
Romans 5 says this. Therefore, I'm gonna go to
-
Romans the second part, verse 3. Not only so, talk about the
-
grace and the glory of God we've given, but not only so, we'll be
-
glory in our sufferings because we know that suffering produces
-
perseverance, perseverance, character, and character hope.
-
And hope does not put us to shame because God's love has
-
been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who's
-
been given unto us. Suffering leads to a perfected
-
hope, perfected suffering. And God joins us in our
-
community with people to help us walk through that perfected
-
suffering. He sent them out two by two.
-
He didn't send them out one by one to go out.
-
Usually what you have is also a process to maturing.
-
It helps you to know right from wrong and understand
-
righteousness. Hebrews 5 says this. 11 but we
-
have much to say about this. But it's hard to make it clear
-
to you because you no longer try to understand.
-
One time you did try to understand, but now you no
-
longer try to understand. You no longer try.
-
In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers.
-
You need someone to teach you elementary truths of God's Word
-
all over again. You need milk, not solid food.
-
Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not
-
acquainted with the teaching about righteousness.
-
So righteousness, understanding your righteousness, is meat, not
-
milk. There's a quality of getting
-
beyond the milk. You need to do perfecting beyond
-
the milk. To even understand some of the
-
fullness of what God has beside the food is for the mature who
-
by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good
-
from evil. So while you're on the milk, you
-
work in your milk and then work in your milk.
-
Then you understand how to discern good from evil.
-
Then you understand how to discern the different kinds of
-
things. It's what you use, what God is
-
doing. If you're not using the Bible,
-
if you're not using the messages preached, if you're not using
-
the prophetic words given, then when you come to me for
-
discipleship, you ain't got no understanding of good and evil.
-
So I'm gonna have to just feed you with a bottle now.
-
And that's not where God attended you to be.
-
If you understand the context of this scripture as well.
-
I'm a read out of Amplified Classic.
-
Concerning this, we have much to say, which is hard to explain
-
since you have become dull in your spiritual hearing and
-
sluggish, even slothful and achieving spiritual insight.
-
These are choices that have been made, but even though by this
-
time you ought to be teaching others, you actually need
-
someone to teach you over again the very first principles of
-
God's Word. You have come to eat milk, not
-
solid food. This is what I got as I was
-
meditating on this more. See what God is saying is this
-
is the Benjamin Button scripture.
-
If you know the movie Benjamin Button, it starts with a guy
-
who's old and over the course of the movie he ages backwards, OK,
-
He gets younger and younger and younger.
-
What the scripture is saying. You can start out with the
-
understanding, get the place of maturity.
-
And because you stop trying to understand, you stop fighting
-
for unity. You stop fighting with the
-
context of the people you have with you because you choose to
-
get sluggish and slothful about engaging the Word of God, coming
-
in with complacency rather than reverence, You can find yourself
-
going backwards into being a childlike state to the point we
-
got to begin all over again. And that's a difficult place to
-
be when there's so much work for us to do.
-
And you know the great thing that God wants to show you some
-
things that only the mature can see.
-
So God has to sometimes wait to show you the joys of what He's
-
created and what He desires in ministry within your body and
-
for your life because you keep wanting to go back to the bottle
-
again. God is calling us to maturity,
-
which means He's calling us to perfecting which He's calling us
-
to do the hard work of engaging and listening to what He's
-
saying. Let's pray.
-
Father, we thank you for your word.
-
We thank you, we have ears to hear.
-
We thank you, Lord God, that in hearing your Word, we're
-
choosing to do it with an open heart.
-
The Bible declares as the word was preached, their hearts were
-
open. Father, our hearts have been
-
open to receive. We're not trying to understand
-
it before we receive it. We're not trying to judge it
-
before we receive it. We're not trying to cancel out
-
weight of measure before we receive it.
-
God, we're trusting that you're putting a word in our heart to
-
transform our lives. So transform away.
-
God, we give you liberty to go into any place, anywhere.
-
Take that word. God is searched.
-
God, there are places where we don't even know what's going on.
-
We don't even know how wise to explain why we do what we do.
-
But we thank you, Lord, that in doing that, you are bringing
-
freedom. And we don't need no
-
explanation. We're giving you the opportunity
-
to work in our hearts according to your grace, according to your
-
pace and your rhythm. We give you praise and glory for
-
this Father in Jesus mighty name, Amen.
-
Ephesians 4. That's where EJ left off, or
-
started off, shall I say. He gave us apostles, prophets,
-
teachers, evangelists, pastors. There is no perfecting.
-
If there's just one working in our life, say it again.
-
The body is in the shape it's in.
-
It's because we've acknowledged, honored, sat under, and really
-
only had space for teachers and pastors.
-
There is no full maturing without all 5 gifts active in
-
our lives. Let me say it one more time.
-
He gave apostles, He gave prophets, He gave teachers, He
-
gave evangelists, He gave pastors as gifts.
-
These can all be also be called Ascension gifts.
-
As he was ascending, he released to his church these gifts.
-
It's very important. There are my wife, my mom, my
-
dad, my friends. Iron sharpens iron.
-
That's what the body does. That's what affiliation does,
-
that's what friendships do, and that's what certain
-
relationships do. The only gifts that were given
-
to bring me to perfection, perfecting shall I say maturing
-
apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, evangelists.
-
Now we would all say we love Jesus.
-
What you have to understand is these 5 gifts are 5
-
manifestations of Jesus's mantels.
-
So you cannot say you love Jesus but resist the gifts he put in
-
your life. Watch this.
-
This would be this is what some of us would say we want.
-
What if God did this right? Because a lot of sorry, a lot of
-
people would say I have his word.
-
That's all I need. You're just like me.
-
If that's the case, why did he send gifts?
-
Why didn't he just do this now? Live your life because that's
-
all you need. Sobering.
-
Is that all we need in that form right there is all we need is
-
our app is all we need is our own devotional time.
-
Right. There are people in your life
-
that sharpen you. There are people in your life
-
that mature. You actually have the
-
responsibility by God assigned to you.
-
OK, here's here's what we have to see.
-
You can keep it. Here's what we have to see.
-
How many people love going to the doctor?
-
Nobody. How many people love going to
-
the dentist? We love the results of being
-
fixed in these places. How many people love sitting on
-
the surgery table taking some medicine from a doctor?
-
We don't know. He just got a certificate and
-
you have signed a piece of paper to say give me drugs, I'm gonna
-
fall asleep and I'm going to lay my life down for you to cut me
-
open. You will do anything to save
-
your physical body. But are you willing to lay down
-
the same way you lay down for a doctor?
-
How many people know there's fake money out there and there's
-
fake certificates on walls and I don't want to get cut open by
-
honorary Dr. Here's what we understand.
-
EJ alluded to this. This thing right here has been
-
weaponized by pride. As long as I got this, I don't
-
need you. Now be a Berean.
-
What we mistake here, the Bereans weren't people who were
-
full of pride. They were stewards.
-
There's some. So when you hear from EJ, what
-
he read was a prophetic word that was released in this house.
-
But we are saying, if we're saying that this, this is the
-
final authority, but watch this, You are living epistles.
-
You are an actual word when perfected Bible calls us living
-
epistles. There's many that won't ever
-
read this but will talk to you. Jesus word became what flesh.
-
There is the logos word and there is what Rhema word?
-
What is Rhema word? Over 50% of the believers in
-
this room don't know. So let me ask you, how do you
-
hear God then? He gave us gifts and this is
-
something we need to be in. Read your Bible.
-
Please do not believe me, don't believe EJ, Read your Bible, OK?
-
But do not let this make you independent of the help he sent
-
you. I think God's, he got God's
-
powerful enough to have saved us without the word becoming flesh.
-
From day one, God has been sending us leaders.
-
What? What happened to the children of
-
Israel because they was too impatient and didn't want to
-
listen to Moses, right? It's very important.
-
Why am I, why am I harping on this?
-
Because there is a part in Ephesians 4, remember?
-
I just want to say for the record, please read your word.
-
OK Study your word. You have a Direct Line with God.
-
The Old Testament days is over. You get to you get to God
-
through Jesus, not through me, not through him.
-
Read your words. Study your word to show yourself
-
approved you please go be a student of this word, but not to
-
become the excuse of why you do not like to follow or listen.
-
Watch this. Here's the part my heart was so
-
heavy over there. Here's the part.
-
There's the maturing and then it says until we all come into the
-
unity. You know what breaks God's heart
-
the most is that even in this room, there's division and we
-
are so fixed on our way. But this right with growing up
-
is this 5 gifts who God put in the earth to unify the body to
-
properly right How many how many food groups is right?
-
We should on our plate should look like what?
-
Like we should have veggies and we should have protein and we
-
should right? What if you just ate right?
-
You got the carbs. Come on, talk to me loud because
-
I don't know. I don't know carbs, protein,
-
vegetables, right. There's this well-rounded you
-
need what right, huh. They keeps right.
-
So so so here's look, folks are like, Oh yeah, I forgot that on
-
my plate. OK, right.
-
Russ, this watch this, watch this.
-
So for your body, for your physical body, you need these
-
food gifts to actually have to, to, to try and get you need to
-
exercise and things that but for optimal help, there's there's
-
also you can't just exercise and not eat right.
-
You can't just eat right, not exercise.
-
So why did God use body? Why he calls us a body?
-
Well, there's there's also gifts he gave us so that our spiritual
-
lives and our soul can thrive. I need the apostle in the land.
-
We need the prophet in the land and we need the apostle and
-
prophet to work together. We we need the T.
-
All you information junkies need more than teacher.
-
All you codependent people need more than a pastor.
-
You you need a spurring. The pastor isn't necessarily
-
gifted and anointed to get the body back in order.
-
The evangelist isn't meant to counsel every day.
-
That's the pastor, the shepherd, he tends to the sheep.
-
The evangelist is meant to go and gather, bring them home, not
-
start your own ministry, right? Every gift has a purpose.
-
Every gift has a purpose. And a lot of times if you're not
-
careful, you will build your own All Star team and you might just
-
surround yourself with five pastors.
-
You you might have 555 Christian gifts around you, but it's only
-
two of the gifts really speaking in your life.
-
Here's what you got to understand.
-
And all 5 gifts don't see this different in error.
-
They see it different in application.
-
Matthew saw it different, Mark saw it different, Luke had a
-
different account. It's the, we these, these 5
-
gifts have a different account. And so when we're only seeing
-
one side of it, when we're only being patched up and banded up
-
and getting Vaseline on our cuts and we just stay there with
-
bandages on us. When we only be been won and
-
evangelized and we just want to hear about Jesus and what the
-
cross did for us right in the latter days.
-
There's going to be a strong apostle and prophet gift in the
-
earth. And it is your job to have eyes
-
to see. Here's the warning.
-
And many will go from teacher to teacher to scratch their little
-
inch. Send Timothy.
-
Check it out. So he encourages Timothy to
-
preach in season out of season. Now you got to pull the
-
scripture up now. You got to pull it up now.
-
Because I will say the apostles and the prophets in the last
-
days is going to get great persecution because what the
-
devil doesn't want is the church back in order.
-
Because what order leads to is actual peace.
-
You did know that the whole purpose of Jesus coming is to
-
restore peace. It wasn't to to blow your life
-
up. It wasn't to promote you.
-
It wasn't so you can get all these cool things in life.
-
It was actually so you can have his peace.
-
He said, I'll tell you all these things so you can have my peace.
-
Can you put that up, please? And This is why I understand
-
that in this last hour many will not answer the call.
-
Watch this, you will do great things.
-
Watch it that God can use. But there will be many people
-
who will tiptoe around the call on their lives.
-
For for for the time is coming. Now can we go to herald?
-
I like saying herald verse 2. I think it is.
-
Is it for verse four? Oh, there we go, Herald and
-
preach the word. Keep your sense.
-
Watch this, watch this, watch this.
-
This is this is this is what gives me rest.
-
And this is what disturbs other people.
-
PT, you doing too much, EJ, why are you raising your voice?
-
Why are you in my business? Why are you doing this?
-
Keep your sense of urgency. Wait a minute.
-
Who is he talking to? Oh, he's only talking to
-
pastors. He's only talking to people in
-
the pulpit. No Saints.
-
Keep your sense of urgency. Stand by.
-
Oh, he wants me on call. He he's like, oh you ain't got
-
always got time to understand. Sometimes y'all just need to be
-
able to say hey son, let's go right.
-
How many people does God got on call?
-
Stand by, be at hand, and be ready.
-
Whether the opportunity seems to be favorable or unfavorable,
-
watch this. Whether it is convenient or
-
inconvenient, whether it is welcome or on, whether people
-
receive you or not. The enemy is after your urgency.
-
Jeremiah said it like this, JT God, these folks out here ain't
-
listening. These folks mocking me.
-
I'm being hurt by friends. I'm being hurt by family.
-
Folks, turn it, he says. God, are you going to do
-
something? Because I'm ready to give up.
-
Watch this. But it's like fire.
-
Shut up in my bones. The enemy wants to put your fire
-
out so you can have friends. The enemy wants you around
-
lukewarm. The enemy don't want you with
-
passion and urgency and, and, and the ability to block the
-
wind that came to put the fire out.
-
The enemy wants you around damp wood, he said.
-
But keep the urgency. Go back.
-
Keep the urgency. Watch this.
-
No, no, no, stay there. This is good and I am weary of
-
enduring and holding it in. So he's like, look, I'm I'm, I'm
-
this sucks. I got to, I got to I got to be
-
isolated. It sucks that I got to get
-
persecuted. It sucks that I got to be the
-
hater. It sucks, but what's in me
-
overrides the suck, so I can't shut my mouth.
-
I can't stop. The real believer is supposed to
-
be disruptive to the carnal life, right?
-
There is nothing comfortable about the Word of God.
-
The word of God says go to your enemies and bless them.
-
The Word of God says forgive your enemies.
-
The word of God, it's nothing comfortable.
-
He says, face your fears, love those who don't love you, bless
-
those who don't bless you. What's this?
-
Go back the urgency in the church.
-
Watch it Timothy, please pass that he says you as preacher of
-
the word are to show people any crazy how obedient people get
-
frowned upon by believers. It's just like Christian rappers
-
get persecuted by Christians because they out there doing
-
what God told them to do and it's crazy how obedient men and
-
women of God, the ones that actually will just tell you how
-
Jesus said it, that will challenge us.
-
They tripping. A Christian mother or Christian
-
father that is holding the standard in their household is
-
tripping. A wife that is holding the
-
standard towards her husband is tripping.
-
A husband that got a wife that's filled with the Holy Ghost and
-
say babe I can't promote your pride.
-
I can't support your pride. You wrong in this situation it's
-
tripping. A prophet that is obeying God
-
and giving the people the word is tripping.
-
Here's what y'all watch this. How much time you think the
-
children of Israel had to go through the Red Sea when Moses
-
stuck his? Did they have time to process
-
it? Wait, wait, wait.
-
Thank you God for sending Moses right.
-
What What some of y'all be like? Well, what you doing?
-
OK, let me find out what the stick mean.
-
Laura, can you interpret what the stick mean in his hand?
-
You would have looked and you'd be like, no, no, no, that ain't
-
the way that watch this. You would have looked at the Red
-
Sea and said that's deception. That's a trap, that water for
-
show. Watch this, watch this, watch
-
this, watch this, he says. Show people in what way their
-
lives are wrong and convince them.
-
Convince them. But that man, I don't want to do
-
that no more. I don't want to try to convince
-
those that don't want to be convinced or I don't want to
-
convince those who convince with themselves, right?
-
But then I'm not being obedient and then I'm not just called to
-
convince those that's easy. And we'll listen to everything.
-
All those those are you guys are the rewards of the labor to have
-
the people who make it easy to lead.
-
But then you're not just called to those, You're called to
-
everybody that you called to. Jesus was called to Judas.
-
Judas didn't know he was Judas. Peter didn't know he was going
-
to be denying Peter. What Jesus did and what did
-
Jesus do before denial and betrayal warned them?
-
They like, I don't know who he talking about.
-
That ain't me. And then that, that, that, that
-
crow, that cock crow, however you put it, the, the crow made
-
the noise, the rooster crowed. And then Peter was like, oh,
-
the, the pressure, the wind blew and Peter got to deny it, but
-
watch it. The wind had to blow in order
-
for Peter to know that betrayal was in his soul.
-
Judas had to experience the wind in order to realize that, oh
-
crap, I'm the one. The wind has to blow, not just
-
for harvest, but it's an unveiling of the true who you
-
are, the true motives of all of us, even me.
-
And here's the crazy part. I actually need the wind, the
-
blow, because I understand. I don't know me as well as God.
-
I understand that there's parts of me that I don't see, but EJ
-
see and sometime when I don't listen to EJ, the wind just got
-
a blow. Sometime the the the wind blows
-
through E JS breath. That's that's wind.
-
So he sends a word PT you're tripping.
-
Pride comes before the No, it doesn't.
-
Come on, we growing today. We, we growing today.
-
That's what the devil want to do is get the word twisted.
-
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. It comes before destruction.
-
There's grace before destruction.
-
Pride does not come before the fall.
-
A hottie spirit comes before the fall.
-
And then grace picks you up, 'cause you can get back up when
-
you what, fall, but you can't get back up once you've been
-
destroyed. So then here comes God.
-
He allows your haughty spirit. You think you know it all.
-
You don't need no leader. You don't need no counsel.
-
You think they hate, No, you think they tripping.
-
And he's like, you know what? Now it's time to shut up because
-
you've obeyed my word. What's this?
-
And then he lets you fall. And then here's what the pride
-
does. I'll be all right.
-
I'll do it again. I'm going to be good.
-
It's almost like the fall wasn't enough.
-
So you, you get back up. Almost like I could take that
-
fall, right? And watch this.
-
I want to make sure people stay listening.
-
This message is not about you. This message is for you.
-
Ain't about you. So don't allow offense to get in
-
your heart and stop you from hearing what God is saying to
-
you today because you ain't the only one stubborn.
-
You ain't the only one that got blind spots.
-
I got blind spots. I got stubborn spots.
-
This word is for the body. So I rebuke the enemy in the
-
name of Jesus. Get under my feet.
-
But if you go to any church across the world, the days and
-
times we are in, if you find Apostolic nature in a church.
-
And the beautiful thing I love about this church is because,
-
man, we didn't laugh together. We didn't talked about milk.
-
We we didn't eat, we didn't eat cereal to get like you never
-
saying we didn't. We didn't talked about all the
-
soft stuff we didn't talked about.
-
And then I love it because the full counsel of the word.
-
There's times where he comes and it just it just goes straight to
-
the we ain't not playing word says and convince them.
-
Rebuking, correcting, warning, urging, encouraging, being
-
unflagging and inexhaustible. Don't let this task wear you
-
out. Be patient in teaching for the
-
time is coming. Somebody say the time is here
-
when people will not tolerate sound and wholesome instruction.
-
We arguing over doctrine. God's trying to give Rhema
-
instruction. But watch this having ears
-
itching for something pleasing and gratifying.
-
They will gather to themselves one IG page, one YouTube page
-
like and describe after another, one coffee meeting after another
-
to a considerable number chosen to satisfy their own liking and
-
to foster. Watch this, the errors they hold
-
and they will turn aside from hearing the truth.
-
Watch this and wander. Wandering starts in the heart.
-
It then impacts your affect. I know who's wandering in the
-
church. Your affect has changed.
-
It's clockwork. Why do sometimes God have these
-
conversations? Because sheep are at risk.
-
I, I got some friends who, who just, they didn't ask for it,
-
but but I guess God bless them with a farm.
-
It's not they farm, but they got to manage it.
-
And so they got 1000 chickens now and a bunch of sheep and,
-
and God is really preaching to them because when you ask non
-
farmers and, and, and non shepherds to tend to sheep, you
-
lose 2 in about a month. And if you go ask them about the
-
revelation of shepherding, not everybody's called to be a
-
shepherd. So be careful who you try to
-
make your shepherd because the assigned shepherds to us have a
-
grace and capacity to handle us. I'm still being pastored as a
-
pastor, say. They'll turn aside and they'll
-
wander off into myths and man made fictions all built around
-
the world. As for you, be calm, cool,
-
steady, Accept and suffer unflinching, unflinchingly every
-
hardship. Do the work of an evangelist.
-
In other words, you're always winning souls.
-
Fully perform, fully perform all the duties of your ministry.
-
I got to hop on a flight to Calgary in a couple days because
-
I have to fully perform all the duties of my ministry.
-
The ministry isn't this one thing over here.
-
The ministry is the call inside of me.
-
And I got the capacity to go and, and pastor and priest and,
-
and, and tend to the flock in in Calgary called my wife and my
-
children. And then there's capacity to
-
come in here and, and, and, and tend to you.
-
And then there's the worship team and then there whatever he
-
calls, whether it's one-on-one. But we short circuit it because
-
we think that our ministry is connected to our careers.
-
It's connected to our talent. It's connected to our ability,
-
Your gift, your talent, two different things.
-
Your purpose is different than your gift and your talent.
-
And we rob God because we make ourselves have this little bitty
-
capacity instead of no, I'm fully here today.
-
I'm fully here today, fully here.
-
Last night I was dumb tired. I was meant to so tired.
-
And this morning I do. You know when you go to bed and
-
you think you set your alarm? No, I'm not talking about the
-
ones that sleep through the alarm.
-
Two different things. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
-
You forget to set it, but you, the phone was in your hand and
-
you just fell asleep and you swore and you looked at your
-
phone and, and you, you kind of know the, the, how bright the
-
sun is that it's past like, that ain't 6:00 AM light.
-
That's 730 lights, right? So that happened to me this
-
morning and I wake up 40 minutes before my my, my, my ride picks
-
me up. Watch this, watch this.
-
I'm going to share something. Just say pastor, be vulnerable,
-
be vulnerable. Watch this.
-
So I miss my study time. Wow, so much judgement, right?
-
Watch, watch this, watch this, you see how you have made
-
walking with God and your ministry all about you preparing
-
the message versus living on call.
-
So when you walk with God and you live on call, you are
-
available for any assignment anytime.
-
Somebody say the power of the anointing.
-
The anointing does not excuse you from preparation, but
-
preparation starts way before the night before a sermon is
-
preached. And that's the problem.
-
Some of you, you, you prepare for an assignment.
-
You don't prepare for life, right?
-
You don't prepare for him to pour through you.
-
You prepare for that 30 minutes. You're asked to preach because
-
you don't want to look stupid. Preparing not to look stupid is
-
different, right? That's like playing not to lose.
-
Watch this Matthew 13. We read this morning about
-
Darnell. Anybody here about Darnell?
-
Anybody know about Darnell? Darnell is is this type of
-
wheats right? Go Mark, go go there again real
-
quick, real quick, real quick, real quick.
-
The Lord just speaking to us today.
-
Watch this, watch this, watch this Matthew.
-
But while while he he was like, he was like God.
-
We the Kingdom is like go, but go, go where Kingdom is like
-
another parable. He set forth before them saying
-
wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait,
-
wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
-
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No.
-
Yeah, yeah. But I'm I'm looking for the for
-
the what you have, he will take remember that one, huh.
-
That's in there. That's in the same passage,
-
correct? That let's, let's let's no, no,
-
no, no, no, no, no. I'm looking for for something
-
else. Remember what, what, what you
-
have the ears to hear, eyes to see.
-
That was where did that go? I'm just this is a test.
-
This is where the students was. Did y'all take notes?
-
Ears to hear, eyes to see. It was yes.
-
It was referencing Isaiah. Where'd you go?
-
Huh. No, no, no, no.
-
It was from the Gospels. It was referencing Isaiah.
-
Sorry. Huh.
-
Who? Yes.
-
Why is this disappeared out of my I guess Satan stole the word
-
after church. Amen.
-
OK, Huh, it was. Text it to them.
-
All right, I'm going to read this for whoever has spiritual
-
knowledge to him. No.
-
OK, You there. Go back to Darnell.
-
OK. Not yet.
-
We're going to go there next. OK.
-
Don't let me forget another parable.
-
He sat forth before them saying the Kingdom of heaven.
-
The king. Somebody say the Kingdom of
-
heaven, he's trying to give us insight to how the Kingdom of
-
heaven operates is like a man who sold seed in his field,
-
right? God has put he has sold us into
-
this earth. He has sold us into people's
-
lives. But while he was sleeping, his
-
enemy came and sold also Darnell weeds resembling somebody say
-
resemble. Oh, good wisdom, good
-
information resembling as truth, right?
-
Somebody say resemble like like a imitation Gucci purse
-
resembles what a real one until that till the wind blows and
-
authentication, right? Like if you got some really good
-
dentures, they they resemble healthy teeth until you get
-
excited and they start coming out of your mouth.
-
You get what I'm saying, right? Somebody say resemble, right?
-
How many people have ever got into some stuff that resembled
-
the Promise, right? I got, I got AI, got AI got AI
-
got a girl's name on my chest. I'm not with her no more because
-
at the time she resembled the Promise.
-
She was an amazing idea. Yeah, my wife know about this
-
right here. But I remember when I when I
-
first got my wife, I used to I used I used to just it's on my
-
left side, right. It's on my left side.
-
So I remember whenever if when I whenever I had my try have my
-
shirt, well, I didn't like take my shirt off, but whenever I had
-
my shirt off, I just pull up on her on this side.
-
So she didn't see this side. See.
-
Yeah, right. Now this was before tattoos is
-
like really, really dope. Like really good.
-
So the, the blessing was was the, the, the, the ink kind of
-
blended into my dark skin. Right, right.
-
Hallelujah. Somebody say Hallelujah.
-
Yeah, Hallelujah in Jesus name. Now, now my daughter is a
-
hilarious like our family, we love joking.
-
We clown each other right? So the girls the girls name on
-
here is Naomi. So so my daughter one day said,
-
hey babe, not babe, but dad, instead of getting surgery, you
-
could just add roof on your chest.
-
I'm like, all right, just add in Ruth.
-
Wow. Right, the the things, the
-
things that we will do because it resembles, right?
-
Resemblance is meant to draw you, but resemblance can't keep
-
you, right? You, you see somebody that got
-
some real Jordans and you, you, you just.
-
And only time can reveal authentication.
-
Gee, watch this, he said. By what?
-
While he was sleeping, his enemy came and sold weeds resembling
-
weeds. Oh, This is why we need
-
apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, why we need the whole
-
council. I used to walk in church like,
-
like, like, Lord, speak to me like.
-
I want you to expose me, God, do it nicely, but expose me.
-
But but how many people on their way to churches like God?
-
I don't care if if I got to battle shame or embarrassment,
-
but I actually don't want to stay hidden, right?
-
This is the prayer of David. Lord, I hide your word.
-
Right. Expose me, God, I, I, I need a
-
word. When I go to hear Elder John,
-
I'm sitting knowing that he's a gift sent by God.
-
God put a word in his heart and I need Elder John to preach the
-
word boldly. I don't need him to preach it
-
softly. I don't need him to preach it
-
tip it on toes. I need it to cut because I can't
-
walk out here in this world and be unsure.
-
I don't want to hide another day.
-
I don't want to be in offense another day.
-
I don't want to overlook repenting another day.
-
I need to straighten up today. I need things to be right today.
-
Today I'm not going to sleep with the frogs another night.
-
And oh, how quick we are willing to put off reconciliation and
-
repentance and live with bitterness and live with offense
-
and live with sin. We're So when you're comfortable
-
with it, that's a bad place to be, especially with the ones
-
you're called to walk with, he says next next verse.
-
So when plants when the plants sprouted and formed grain, the
-
Darnell Darnell popped up. Mind you, God didn't put that in
-
the ground. That farmer didn't sow bad seed.
-
His servants knew, right? Love, questions, word and
-
encounters. And this is a church.
-
We're trying to figure out what God's doing.
-
So we're willing to do crazy stuff and unconventional stuff.
-
No Sundays for a month, just we going to do church every day.
-
We're going to fast for 40 days. We going we going to fast in the
-
in the first year of COVID until COVID till they let us go back
-
to normal. All right, this is going too
-
long. No more fast long long enough,
-
long enough. Lord is well pleased.
-
He's pleased. Hallelujah folks come to church
-
super skinny looking at PT light.
-
If I show y'all some pictures of back in the day, Oh my God, Lord
-
help us watch this. And the servants of the owner
-
came to him and said, Yo, did you not sow good seed in the
-
field? Didn't how how Darnell get up in
-
here practical. What?
-
What what wasn't Wasn't she at airy service?
-
Didn't she come to Wednesdays? Didn't didn't she serve?
-
How's she? Still anxious?
-
You've been rooted in? Why are you still insecure?
-
Haven't God been good to you? Heaven.
-
Didn't he wake you up? Didn't he?
-
Didn't he pull you out? That last situation?
-
How are you back? He said Enemy does not.
-
Enemy has done this. Not God, Not your brother and
-
sister, he says the servant said to him, then do you want us to
-
go and weed them out? This is this is as you leaders
-
grow understanding that by the time God has a man or woman of
-
God come and address something, they've had this conversation.
-
By the time God is voicing things like this where he's, it
-
feels like he's pulling weeds out of heart now, it's because
-
it's harvest time. But he says no, no, no, no, no,
-
don't pull him out less, less. In gathering the wild weeds, you
-
root up the true wheat along with it.
-
So there's times where you got to be aware of harvest that has
-
come and folks can't be punished because others are acting a fool
-
in the spirit. So there's some stuff you cannot
-
address because the stuff you want to address, the new folks
-
and the new harvest that God has sent, he they like.
-
But I ain't did nothing wrong. I'm hungry.
-
I want to be LED. So why are you spending time
-
talking about those that don't want to be LED when there's
-
people here that want to be LED? So God's like, no, no, no, no,
-
you can't address it till it's harvest time.
-
So the ones that are new, the harvest is the pace, not the
-
pacemakers. The pacesetters got to get
-
rooted. So this is good news for the new
-
harvest and the pacesetters and the ones in the prophetic word
-
where God said you're going to be surprised who who who walks
-
away and you're going to be surprised who stays harvest
-
time. There's about to be a revealing
-
of those pacesetters, those new the new harvest and you go see
-
folks, give it time. You go give it time, give it
-
time. You can put this in our
-
prophetic book, type it. There are going to be sons and
-
daughters of the house who within the next year you will
-
not see them again. Let the wind blow.
-
You will not see them again. You'll see them again out there
-
or whatever, but you will not see them again.
-
Darnell is going to choke the word out of their hearts.
-
Deception will come. How do I know?
-
Not just because I'm up here. No, God's been warning us for a
-
while. You're going to start seeing
-
people who was on fire get lukewarm quick.
-
You're going to start looking at people in their eyes, and you're
-
going to be like, man, that's not the same person I knew.
-
This, this, this is when Apostolic and prophetic grace
-
hits the earth. You're going to start hearing
-
more conversations like this in the church, and it's going to be
-
less about a popular series that keeps you coming.
-
And it's going to be more about what is God saying right now,
-
today, He's trying to get his house in order, not trying to
-
put makeup on. His bride says let him grow
-
together, God. But why grow together?
-
Because we build relationships together.
-
You mean to tell me I'm going to grow together with somebody?
-
And then you going, it's going to be a time where you call them
-
away. My heart ain't ready for that.
-
In season, out of season, it's all works together.
-
Old Testament, New Testament, in the last days, there will be
-
doctrine of demons. It will be great deception.
-
It'll be electable, drawn away. This is why we're in a season
-
where the fear of God has to be the priority.
-
Healing has to be the priority. Getting free has to be the
-
priority. And I'm talking about freedom to
-
the depths that God wants to deal with has to be the
-
priority. Jesus has to be the priority.
-
His church has to be the priority because He's coming.
-
Watch what he says. Let them grow together and at
-
harvest time, I will say to the reapers, the harvesters gather
-
the Darnell first. So if we can't even get the
-
fruit until we deal with the. So when you see God dealing with
-
stuff aggressively, it's almost like he's poking a fight.
-
He's not, he's wedding. Don't get offended with that.
-
Check your heart and decide to be be a part of what God has
-
called you to be a part of because here it is for the
-
perfecting of the Saints until the the we're tossed no longer
-
to and fro. Root it and we are in the unity.
-
Who's contending for unity? Let's put let's put our stones
-
down, let's put our opinions down and let's talk about love.
-
Can we walk together? Can we walk together?
-
And what I do know is in this season, the people that that are
-
being purged, it is not because the Lord, it's his will.
-
That's not what the prophetic word said.
-
There has been some seasons where we've seen purging and it
-
was God uprooting some some some some demonic stuff, some, some
-
some spirits people were hosting.
-
But then there's times where purging happens because of
-
deception and offense, not because of God.
-
So he will leap. I think he, he read this word
-
earlier. He said in this season when the
-
wind blows, he is also going to release you to your pride, To me
-
man, I will go to the Lord. And I'm like, Lord, please, if I
-
am, if if I'm dealing with pride, I repent, I lay it down,
-
then I'll go to EJ, I'll go to grace, I'll go to whoever and
-
I'm like, I'm sorry and I'm contending for love.
-
I'm contending for the body. There is no family without tough
-
conversations. There is no family without
-
accountability. Y'all saw justice walk up here
-
earlier? If you could have saw his eyes,
-
wide eyed and mystified. No pride, no ego, no notepad.
-
Just like what do you want cow like.
-
And This is why it's important that you find who God has called
-
you to and them to you so that you can be free from always
-
resisting. You can't you can't grow that
-
way. There has to be people in your
-
life that they can instruct you. And you say, OK, right.
-
The fearful heard that like, no, I ain't going to I ain't going
-
to EJ not going to tell me something.
-
It's going to be that easy. And I'm just going to be like,
-
yes, Sir. Hey, hey, Lord, can I follow
-
you? But before I follow you, can I
-
go bury my dad? You want to follow me or you
-
want to bury your dad, right? He's drawn A distinction.
-
And talking about the urgency, do you really want to follow
-
him? And in some people's mind,
-
you're like, yeah, I want to follow him, Not you guys.
-
He gave some apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, evangelists,
-
they're all under shepherds, they're all under evangelists,
-
they're all under, they're under representatives.
-
I would not be here if I didn't have leaders that I followed.
-
Here's what I did know and understood that God is really
-
big enough. Watch this, that if I get in the
-
fiery furnace, or if I am following abuse out of a pure
-
heart of not the fear of man, but obeying who God divinely
-
sent me, God will protect me from the hurt and He will heal
-
me. Sometimes it's not.
-
Do I trust you? Sometimes my lack of trusting
-
you represents my lack of trust in God because I don't trust God
-
sent you to me and this is not me.
-
This is wherever you may go. You may be a visitor here when
-
you go back to your church and you, that person that just sit
-
in the pews and you just come for a word and leave.
-
You don't have no rootedness. You don't have no connection.
-
You just come and get fed. You just eat, eat, eat, eat,
-
eat, eat. And some of you don't eat, eat,
-
eat. You just I don't like that.
-
I don't like that. That's for my uncle.
-
That's not a word for me. Where you take it off the plate,
-
put it in a Ziploc bag and freeze it
-
so it's harvest time. And I will say this, I need
-
every last one of you. I'm I'm let me tell you
-
something. I don't just need my pastor.
-
I actually need y'all to fulfill the call on my life.
-
I need EJ to be a great husband. I mean, I need EJ in my life to
-
be for me to be a great husband, right?
-
My wife needs Elder Roseanne. I'm not so up here where I'm
-
like I'm, I'm the pet man. I actually really need y'all.
-
God gave me a vision long time ago and he came here.
-
I didn't know none of y'all you might have the vision he gave me
-
in 2008 might have he had my family leave everything we know
-
to meet you to just share a vision with you that your gifts
-
and talents can be a part of and that we do this thing together
-
and impact the city and impact culture.
-
Do you think I'm just here and it's just about me and all that
-
know You know you think you got a part in my life and in my call
-
and you don't think I got a part in your life and you'll call you
-
don't body. You don't think this finger
-
needs a you don't think this hand need a wrist?
-
Try that one. You don't think this back need a
-
spine body? I can tell you I actually need
-
every last one of y'all, even the ones I don't know.
-
I need you. The Father needs you.
-
We actually need each other. We can make each other's calls.
-
Hell, we can make it hard to be LED.
-
We we can make people that are called in our lives chase us.
-
But it but John the Baptist voice was only given a little
-
while. I want you to see this.
-
We'll end on the one Scripture, please eyes to see right where
-
we started, John the Baptist. God gave people an opportunity
-
to really hear. So he sent this man John to yell
-
repent, and then the brother gets locked up.
-
He ain't mad at Jesus. You're not going to come visit
-
me. Do you understand him?
-
Visiting him would have been out of order.
-
John didn't realize he was a living epistle.
-
That's what you got to understand.
-
You're a word. Put in the earth, people.
-
Read your life, hopefully. See Jesus.
-
Watch this and then Jesus comes and then watch how Jesus talks
-
to people. There's a time where he'll send
-
John the Baptist and just make it plain, hey, repent, turn a
-
king is coming, the wind is about to blow and then you'll
-
get Jesus. Watch this.
-
He he replied to them to you. No.
-
Can you go verse before it's TPT Right TPT.
-
Then his disciples approached Jesus and asked, Why do you
-
always speak to people in these hard to understand parables?
-
You mean Jesus ain't gonna make it plain?
-
Watch this, he explained. Let me explain.
-
You've been given the intimate experience of insight into the
-
hidden truths and mysteries of the realm of Heaven's Kingdom.
-
But they have not for everyone who listens with an open,
-
teachable heart. No teachable He sent What
-
teachers so he still he was a teacher, he was an apostle, he
-
was a pat, he was a shepherd, he was he was an evangelist.
-
He was all 5 teachable heart. Even the understanding that they
-
think resemble they have will be taken from them.
-
That's why. See, here's the difference.
-
I want you to be. I want you to understand this
-
powerful logos. Atheists have read this, but it
-
meant nothing to them. Watch it what he is telling you.
-
You might remember what he says, but the life that was on the
-
words will be taken. I mean, he can remember a
-
scripture, but it's not until a specific context happens that
-
that scripture comes alive. God is asking us to guard the
-
revelation, not the mere passage.
-
He's asking you to guard what comes off the page into your
-
heart. He said what you think you
-
understand that's even will be taken.
-
That's why I teach the people using parables because they
-
think they're looking for truth, yet because their hearts are
-
unteachable. How many know that people who
-
are unteachable think they're what teachable?
-
Amen. You guys can preach y'all
-
preaching. I have thoughts.
-
I was teachable but didn't know that I had a stubborn heart
-
because although I would listen to you, I would pick what I
-
wanted to hear, that's not teachable.
-
OK? When I go to college and I sign
-
up to play for a team because this the school I'm supposed to
-
go to, I don't get to go into the gym and tell the coach what
-
we doing. No, we're not running lines
-
today, Sir. OK, I'll do lines, but I'm going
-
to jog. No, I don't need to shoot my
-
jump shot already. Good.
-
How many things in our lives will walk in and and and and and
-
just align right? I remember going into one nice
-
restaurant. It was like, Sir, no hats.
-
What I'm about to pay you isn't my I didn't like any hat.
-
My hat go with my fin. But guess what I did?
-
I took my hat off because I wanted to eat there.
-
None of us have a a problem conforming.
-
We choose what we'll conform to. They never watch this because of
-
an unteachable heart. They never discover it, although
-
they will listen to me watch it. They never fully perceive the
-
message I speak. They don't understand a thing I
-
say. They look at, They look sorry
-
and pretend to see, but the eyes of their what hearts are closed,
-
their minds are dull and slow. Remember he was talking about
-
meats and milk. Dull and slow to perceive.
-
Their ears are plugged and are hard of hearing and they have
-
deliberately shut their eyes to the truth.
-
Otherwise they would open their eyes to see and open their ears
-
to hear and open their minds to understand.
-
Then they would turn to me and let me instantly heal them.
-
Whoa, wait a minute, God plan for Jesus to die in the midst of
-
all these people being lost. So how is He present today,
-
helping our eyes open? Apostle, prophet, pastors,
-
teachers, evangelists, For the record, please study yourself to
-
be approved. But let me say this, when you
-
start tearing pages out the Bible, you're not seeking truth.
-
Let's read this part of go back to Scriptures, since the
-
prophecy of Isaiah describes them perfectly, although they
-
listen carefully to everything I speak.
-
How did he say they listen? Come on, How did they say they
-
listen? Yeah, right.
-
That's good, right? You hear that in church?
-
That's good. That's good.
-
They listen carefully to everything I speak.
-
They don't understand a thing I say.
-
He said what he's telling you. It's not about the farmer.
-
It's not literally about that seed.
-
Do you know what the seed represents?
-
Do you know what the farmer represents?
-
Do you understand what Darnell represents?
-
He's saying it's like a farmer because the unders he can't just
-
talk to us about the Kingdom without coming down to what we
-
understand. But he's coming to our level of
-
understanding, hopefully to bring us to his level of
-
understanding. So when I am getting counsel
-
from of someone, when it comes to biblical counsel, I cannot
-
receive it from a just practical level.
-
Watch this, this part crazy. They look and pretend to see,
-
but the eyes of their hearts are closed, their minds are dull,
-
slow to perceive, and their ears are plugged and are hard of
-
hearing, and they have deliberately shut their eyes to
-
the truth. Otherwise they would open their
-
eyes to see and the ends was then they would turn to me.
-
Then there's this group of people who actually pursue him
-
for understanding and watch what he tells them.
-
Watch what he tells him he says, but your eyes are privileged for
-
they see. It sounds like what he told
-
Thomas. Thomas he he gave.
-
He's like, all right, Thomas, you need to see to have faith.
-
You need to see. I'll show you, he said.
-
The ones that really got faith is those that don't need to see.
-
I don't always need a sign. That's what faith is for.
-
And when we walk together, sometimes I got to trust you,
-
right? That's in their marriage.
-
My wife leads a lot that don't make me less a man.
-
No, I need her to leave. There are certain things that
-
she see I don't see and I can't be like, well no, you're a
-
woman, let me go fact checked it.
-
Let me go, let me go. No, she filled with the Holy
-
Ghost. I trust God put her in my life.
-
That's the beautiful part, he says.
-
Delighted are your eyes for they are open to hear.
-
I loved it. I talked about this Wednesday,
-
he said. Delighted are your ears for it.
-
No. Last two Wednesdays or last
-
Sunday, it was when you when it's hard for you to see, it
-
impacts how you hear. There's a couple folks in here
-
when they like Effie. I think Effie told me one time
-
she didn't have her glasses. She is like PT what you say and
-
I can't I think what what I think was Jewel too.
-
I think it was Jewel too. I was thinking that a rehearsal,
-
she had her glasses on and she was like PTI don't know why I
-
can't hear you because I ain't got my glasses on, huh?
-
Like what my eyes got to do with my hearing though, right?
-
Shouldn't you do this if you can't hear, why are you doing
-
this? Should you be doing this?
-
I can't hear you, PT, but why when it's hard to eat?
-
Why when it's hard to hear you? Try to see
-
the eyes of our hearts. I challenge you today, starting
-
with me, to humble yourself. And really desire to see and
-
hear from the Lord. I got one word last night or
-
this morning, I don't remember, but it was in the last 24 hours
-
is the Lord said tell my people it's time to respond.
-
There's a call to the reconciliation of peace.
-
Avoidance, tolerance, and passivity is not peace.
-
The peace of God is found only in the rest of God, and the
-
peace of God is when striving ceases, the love of God reigns,
-
and the full counsel of God's Word becomes final authority.
-
True peace does not exist outside of order being
-
established. Perfecting is God's way to
-
restore order in our lives. Order is not.
-
At 6:00 AM, I'm gonna get up and pray.
-
At 7:00 AM, I'm going to do this.
-
At 8:00 AM, I'm going to do this.
-
No, order is what it was. In the garden.
-
It was you and Him. It was peace, undisturbed.
-
Perfecting is God's way to restore order.
-
Order is God's way to restore peace. close with Second
-
Thessalonians 316. This is the promise.
-
Watch this, Watch this please. Manna not manna.
-
Mammon has nothing to do with the promise.
-
Material things, OK, the promise is not tied up in things that
-
will be left when you leave. If that ain't the promise, then
-
what is? Because every day what we are
-
working our butts off for is monetary blessing.
-
Watch this now. May the Lord of peace himself
-
grant you His peace. So if it's his peace, there must
-
be another peace, right? His peace, the peace.
-
The world didn't give you the peace.
-
The job didn't give you the peace.
-
Financial security didn't give you the peace of His Kingdom At
-
all times. How many times, all times, and
-
in all ways? How many ways?
-
Always, under all circumstances, How many circumstances?
-
All circumstances, under all conditions, how many conditions?
-
All conditions. Whatever comes, somebody say.
-
Whatever comes somebody say, bring it on.
-
In other words, there is nothing that can disturb the peace of
-
God. You want to talk about promise?
-
Is that what she's striving after?
-
If you're striving for God's peace, You Can Dance with God.
-
If you're striving for God's peace, You Can Dance with God,
-
He said The Lord be what you are.
-
Lift your hands. Lift your hands.
-
May the peace of God be your number one desire.
-
He is the Prince of Peace. May Jesus be enough for you in
-
this hour. May you be satisfied with Jesus
-
and Jesus alone. May you have eyes to see the
-
village, the tribe, the family, the friends, you're the business
-
partners that God has put in your life.
-
In this hour. Wind blow, you can open your
-
mouths and begin to pray. If the Word has spoken to you in
-
any way, begin. Begin to let it take root.
-
Wind blow, Holy Spirit exposed in our hearts exposed blind
-
spots. Lord, we repent today.
-
Lord, we turn today. Lord, we bow down today.
-
Lord, we cast our crowns today. We cast our talents today.
-
We cast our our gifts today. Lord, we cast our families at
-
your feet. We cast our businesses at your
-
feet. We cast our ministries at your
-
feet. Lord God, come on.
-
Open your mouth, Saints. Mature us today, Lord God.
-
Mature us today, Lord God. Mature us today, Lord God, Come
-
on. What the devil has put together,
-
let no man put asunder. What God has put together, let
-
no man put asunder. What God has put together, let
-
no man put asunder. What God put together, let no
-
man divide, Let no man tear apart, Let no man divide, Let no
-
man split up. What God has put together, What
-
God has brought into our lives, let not one of us take it away.
-
Which you have brought us, holy Lord God.
-
Which you have brought us holy. Come on.
-
Open your mouth, Saints. Come on.
-
Open your mouth, Saints. Come on.
-
Brett, I need you to come up here and pray.
-
Come on. This is going to be a moment of
-
intercession. A moment of intercession.
-
Come on. Lift your hands.
-
Just just. We can ask for the fear of God
-
to be. We need the fear of God in our
-
lives. There's such a powerful song out
-
there in the earth. There's something about spirit
-
and wisdom, Spirit, and we need to fear such a power.
-
Forget the we were singing it earlier.
-
I don't think we've released that song in our house, but I
-
believe that's the cry. I believe that's the cry that
-
the church has to get on. It has to be you.
-
You got a desire to fear of God. You can't be afraid of
-
correction. You can't be afraid of checking.
-
If we're going to be a holy people, we're going to have to
-
be a purged people. The Bible says He always is
-
purging continuously urgent. God is not playing around.
-
He has lost children walking the earth.
-
He is not playing around. What if you was a mother and
-
father and you lost your child? How much would you play around?
-
It is serious. It may not be your child, but it
-
is God's child. It may not be your son or
-
daughter, but it is God's son and daughter.
-
He is not playing in this hour. We need the fear of God.
-
I see the tale of a defeated serpent leaving the garden.
-
Now. If this is you, there is
-
deliverance in this moment for you.
-
Confusion, a spirit of confusion, not like, ah, what
-
kind of ice cream I want. I don't know if I want a
-
chocolate or I'm talking about you can acknowledge it's a
-
spiritual thing. Confusion, like high level
-
confusion. Like the Bible says, when I want
-
to do good, evil is always present.
-
Double minded. You experience resistance to do
-
what you know what's right, so you don't do what's right.
-
Lord wants to free you right now even from decision fatigue.
-
You just don't. You just put off making
-
decisions whether it's fear rather it's insecurity rather
-
you're just burnt out from making decisions.
-
But there's a spirit that has called caused us watch this not
-
to see or hear, even though we have the discipline of
-
listening. It's funny how he says they
-
listen intently, they listen carefully, they take notes.
-
But what he was trying to say through what you wrote, you're
-
not getting that Bible talks about a deaf, DEAF spirit.
-
Your inner man is not hearing. Some would say antennas are
-
cross. It's kind of like the world.
-
Good is evil now and evil is good.
-
If you experience that conflict in your soul, you're going to go
-
into whatever they're going to sing.
-
And you don't need to walk up here.
-
We don't need to lay hands on you.
-
Your hunger and thirst combined with your faith will free you.
-
What I realized is there is a desperation to be free in order
-
to get free. And not everybody want to be
-
free. They just like the idea of it.
-
So you'll find him saying, well, what do you?
-
What do you want? Do you really want to be free?
-
If you do, then you there's a desperation that you can stir
-
up. You can have a fed up this You
-
ever get mad at something and then you keep looking at it and
-
talking about it and you get madder?
-
Yeah. You fueled your own anger.
-
All you had was a seed of anger. That anger grew because you kept
-
on feeding it. So guess what you can do right
-
now? You can You can feed your faith.
-
You can feed your frustration with how things are, your family
-
being attacked. You can be frustrated with that,
-
the enemy constantly stealing from you, relationships,
-
cowardice, lie, whatever it may be.
-
Are you going to be frustrated about it and do something about
-
it? Or are you just going to be
-
like, hey God, take this from me.
-
Well, it seems like you comfortable holding it.
-
Holy frustration. I'm talking about a frustration
-
that caused the Father to send his son to die.
-
God wasn't up there like man, why y'all keep sinning?
-
For God so loved the world that he offered his best.
-
So you might be one of those people in here, but what are you
-
going to offer this moment? Are you going to offer your
-
pride? Are you going to offer your
-
fear? Are you going?
-
What are you going to offer? What are you going to lay down?
-
And then guess what about freedom.
-
It's not like you just pop up and then the enemy gone forever.
-
Guess what you have to go out there and do.
-
You're going to have to stand on the word to keep your freedom
-
and mature. Because here's the truth about
-
it. Even right now, in your
-
conflict, through the blood of Jesus, you are free.
-
So we go into this next song knowing we're free, but there
-
has to be an urgency to make things right.
-
I would never let a day go by where me and the elders or me
-
and my wife or like that's just, we had art.
-
I'm just going to withhold it. I'm just lying.
-
It's the past. No, get that crap out our soul.
-
So you deal with severe confusion.
-
You find yourself always confused.
-
You find yourself with, you know, kind of always falling for
-
the enemy's lies, like accuser to brethren or he twists words.
-
And I know that the enemy's after mental health in these
-
last days. If that's you, man, you got to
-
do something. You're going to either raise
-
your hands, you're going to bow, you're going to kneel, not
-
asking you to come forward. What I'm asking you to do is I'm
-
asking you to enter in because you've been called to have peace
-
that transcends all understanding.
-
You've been called to enter into his rest.
-
And do not be desperate in vain believe God has done the work
-
and now let's walk in and the wind is blowing.
-
God wants to loose you from this Python, this this this this
-
entanglement of Leviathan, this this this thing that comes to
-
the Bible, says it this way that that the word gets choked and it
-
becomes not fruitful. So you heard it, he took notes
-
and after a while that word has no more life.
-
Therefore you're not producing if that's you, man, if you just
-
been feeling attacked in your mind, this is this is the
-
moment. And for those that are newer or
-
whatever you may say, what is what is he doing over there?
-
And why aren't we? Why didn't we just close?
-
I'm I'm listening. We, we, we gather for God, not
-
for inspiration. We gather for him and there's
-
people in this room hurting. And so we'll sing, we'll pray
-
and we'll go. But I, I believe if the, if the
-
chain breaker is in here, for one thing, he's not a topical
-
trained tank breaker. If, if he's here, he might be
-
announcing one thing. So your faith can be connected
-
to the word. But if the chain breaker is in
-
here, the chain breaker is in here.
-
So if you hungry or thirsty, don't nobody got to know what
-
you, but God knows what you're struggling with.
-
God knows what's tormenting you. You can go and have pray right
-
now. God knows, God knows, our Father
-
knows. So we'll take these next few
-
moments and let's not go into this week the same.
-
Come on, go ahead and begin to open your mouth and I want you
-
to deal with this specific thing.
-
This is not a general moment. This is a specific thing.
-
Lord, take it away. Lord, take it away.
-
Lord. Lord, take it away.
-
Lord, I lay it down, now take it away.
-
Lord, I lay down pride now take it away.
-
Lord, I lay down ignorance, now take it away.
-
Lord, I lay down double mindedness, now take it away.
-
Lord, I lay down doubt and unbelief, now take it away.
-
Lord, I lay down fear, now take it away.
-
For you did not give me the spirit of fear, but of power,
-
love, and a sound mind, Lord, I lay down my illness, take it
-
away, Lord. I lay down division, take it
-
away, Lord. I lay down a murmuring spirit
-
now take it away, Lord. I lay down procrastination, take
-
it away, Lord. I lay down addiction, take it
-
away, Lord. I lay down divorce, take it
-
away, Lord. I lay down my trauma, take it
-
away. Molestation, take it away.
-
Abuse Take it away. Lord, I lay down.
-
The excuses. Take it away.
-
Take it away. Take it away.
-
Take it away. I lay down.
-
Manipulation Take it away. I lay down.
-
Blind eyes. Take it away.
-
I lay down. Deaf ears.
-
Take it away. Take it away.
-
Take it away. Take it away.
-
Take it away. Take it away.
-
Take it away. Take it away.
-
Take it away. Take it away.
-
Take it away, Take it away. I lay down a lion tongue.
-
Take it away. I lay down promiscuity.
-
Take it away. I lay down sexual perversion.
-
Take it away, Lord God. Take it away.
-
Take it away. Take it away.
-
Take it away. Take it away.
-
Take it away. Take it away.
-
Take it away. Take it away, God, take it away.
-
Take it away. Take it away, take it away.
-
I lay down every idol in the name of Jesus.
-
Take it away. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
-
Lord says some of you don't see this as a chain, but old good
-
things, Old good things, right? I was thinking about the
-
reindeer's antlers. They get new antlers every year
-
and this one thing that served them for a season, good thing
-
now becomes a dangerous thing, an old thing.
-
And it gets real bloody with how they get rid of them.
-
It looks like they're beating their heads and but what they're
-
fighting for is the new, they're making room for the new.
-
And I know, I know you used to see me with the MO always, and I
-
know it's going to look crazy for a while without my antlers.
-
But when my new antlers show up, I got new power, I got new
-
strength. Break every chain.
-
Come on, lift your hands up. Watch this.
-
Not everything that God takes is bad.
-
It just may not be necessary to have.
-
See. See, we don't consider what He
-
needs, we only consider what we need.
-
But what if God is saying what I am taking is in my way?
-
You can live with it. I can't live with it.
-
So now those antlers become something that provides
-
provision for communities who find those antlers.
-
Right skin that's shed from certain reptiles become a way of
-
provision. So what's old to someone else
-
now becomes new for someone else.
-
My prayer today, my greatest prayer.
-
I think a part of that word you gave as well.
-
Wow, I was sitting there. I forgot that that that word
-
came through your your boy. And I was listening to the word
-
and I'm like, man, OK, that's good.
-
But then he says closure, closure, closure in this season
-
will cause delay. The need foreclosure will cause
-
delay. There's sometimes that if I go
-
back home, I haven't seen somebody for years and we end up
-
seeing each other at a conference and I forgot and they
-
come up and they'd be like, man, I apologize for that one time
-
that remember I did well, OK, I will.
-
I'll forgive you. I don't remember when you
-
talking about the news here, The news not
-
coming. It's here.
-
The winds not about to blow. It's blowing when the harvest is
-
not coming. It's upon us.
-
Monetary harvest has a way of surprising you.
-
I want you to notice the harvest of your new man.
-
I want you to see this week when somebody come at you sideways, I
-
want you to pay attention to your response and your response
-
of peace is going to surprise you.
-
But when you realize your response is different, I want
-
you to say the harvest is here. Remember it's not behavior
-
modification. So your peace is not you saying
-
I'm not tripping off of that. Your piece is like, I'm looking
-
at that. Yeah, you get on my nerves, but
-
I'm not going to be. I'm not going to allow my soul
-
to get in tangled to that mess. Peace, the peace of God, does
-
not come from avoidance. No, it comes through going
-
through that, that storm. It comes from going through
-
facing that giant, getting in that furnace, getting in that
-
lion's den. But I will trust you, Lord, even
-
if He don't get you out. I pray this will be a week of
-
mending divine relationships. I pray this will be a week of
-
repentance. Remember, repentance always
-
leads to fruitfulness and so I pray this will be a week where
-
you find yourself repenting and you find people repented.
-
You will see repentance in the hearts of men.
-
I pray this will be a very prosperous week, soul
-
prospering. I pray in the name of Jesus and
-
declare over you and this room that you shall live and not die.
-
No, no, no, you shall not just be alive.
-
You shall live. You shall live and not die.
-
You shall live alive, you shall come alive, you shall live
-
alive, you shall live the abundant life.
-
For the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy.
-
But I have come that you might have life to the full in
-
abundance. Fill it overflow.
-
I declare this week you will experience life to the full in
-
abundance till it overflows. Get ready for unexpected phone
-
calls, unexpected opportunities, unexpected financial
-
breakthrough, unexpected permits, unexpected
-
relationships. This will be the week that the
-
double Ripper will flood your life in the name of Jesus.
-
In the name of Jesus, life, life, life, you shall live.
-
You shall not just be alive, you shall live.
-
You shall not just exist, you shall live.
-
You shall not just survive, but you shall live.
-
You shall not just barely hang on.
-
I declare that your testimony is changing.
-
When somebody say how you doing you not go say barely hanging
-
on, you go say I'm living to the full till it overflows.
-
I got life to offer. I'm not barely hanging on.
-
I got life to offer. I got life overflowing.
-
I got joy overflowing. I got peace overflowing.
-
I got faith overflowing. I got hope overflowing.
-
My barely hanging on days is over.
-
My barely making it days is over.
-
I'm coming out of my pit. I'm coming out of my sorrow.
-
I'm coming out of my depression. I'm coming out of my
-
hopelessness. My poor me days is over.
-
This is my fearfully and wonderfully made days.
-
This is my more than a conqueror days.
-
This is my you can't disturb my peace days.
-
You can't have my hope days. You can't have my faith days.
-
You can't have my love days. You can't have my joy days.
-
These are the days of Elijah, the days of power, these are the
-
days, these are the days, these are the days, these are the
-
days, these are the days. These are the days where I will
-
see a Dixon broken off of my father right now in Jesus name.
-
These are the days that sexual immorality would not tear my
-
family apart no more. These are the days, these are
-
the days, these are the days, these are the days.
-
The Lord says these are the days.
-
Look for it expected. The Lord's going to ask you this
-
question very soon. What do you see?
-
The wind's going to blow. And then you're going to get
-
that strange question. The Lord's going to say, what do
-
you see, Anna? OK, OK, OK.
-
You'll see. See.
-
It Wasn't He saw wrong that that first inspection was to show his
-
eyes were changing right when the when the mucus is in your
-
eyes, when you went from blind to see the first time you see
-
you don't see clear there's build up.
-
The good news is, as you can see, you're going to see color
-
again. You're going to have better
-
views and God's going to say, what do you see?
-
Watch this. You're going to sit down.
-
It's going to happen like this. You're going to be sitting with
-
your dad. We're that family member that
-
you had art with. Watch, Effie.
-
You're going to be sitting with your dad.
-
When you're sitting at dinner, you're going to the Lord's going
-
to say, what do you see? You, you're not going to see
-
your father. You're going to see your
-
father's son. You somebody going, you going,
-
you going, somebody. You're going to be sitting at
-
dinner before the year over. You're going to be sitting at
-
dinner, breakfast, lunch with somebody who raped you or
-
molested. You're a family member.
-
The Lord's going to say, What do you see?
-
See what you see is an indication of what's in your
-
heart. And because now you're going to
-
see son instead of a instead of offender, you're going to see
-
son instead of sex offender. You're going to know your
-
heart's being changed. Some of you are going to see
-
your baby daddy and y'all can't get along for nothing.
-
And you or your baby Mama, you and me on the phone, the Lord's
-
going to say, what do you see? And it's going to break your
-
heart in such a good way. Some of you, one day, you going
-
to look at me or you going to look at PJ or you going to look
-
at the elders. And the Lord's going to say,
-
what do you see? And for the first time you going
-
to say, that's my pastor. I remember the first day I
-
looked at my pastor who I thought was just another man
-
that helped me or replace my daddy or help me with my daddy
-
issues that I remember today, I said, that's my shepherd.
-
Do you know when God shifted that perspective, the healing
-
that took place in my heart when I had proper perspective when I
-
saw my wife one day I remember looking at my wife and Lord
-
said, what do you see? And I said, father, I see your
-
daughter, not my chef, not my wife.
-
She was your daughter before she was my wife.
-
Get it in order that parents you mad at they were God's father,
-
that I mean God's God's son or daughter before they was your
-
parents. When you can see them who they
-
were in the garden, then that's creating a highway for God to
-
that sibling that you just don't get along with Lord's asking you
-
right now. Look again, that barren sea that
-
you used to fish in, the Lord says, drop the net again because
-
the wind's blowing. And so God's taken away how you
-
saw before. Watch, watch this, watch this,
-
watch this. Today you're going to go look in
-
the mirror and Anna, the Lord's going to say, who do you see?
-
And for the first time, you're going to see a daughter worthy.
-
You're going to see a son worthy.
-
You're not going to look in the mirror.
-
And when God says who do you see?
-
You hear? What do you see?
-
And because you've been hearing what do you see, it's giving you
-
permission to answer. Through failures, through hurt,
-
through trauma. I see a hurt girl.
-
I see my daughter without a father.
-
I see. Right.
-
You've been seeing a victim. Can you give yourself permission
-
to see what God sees? The wind is blowing, the climate
-
is changing, the soil is turning, the seasons are
-
changing. Watch this.
-
The cycles are breaking, the Father is speaking, and then
-
this season the wind is from the Lord of hosts.
-
Stay out of the way because he is fighting for you.
-
Don't think because he called you to show up to the battle,
-
He's asked you to fight the battle.
-
The battle is not yours, it is the Lord's.
-
If if I had to put this harvest into one word, if I had to label
-
this season, it would be in this one word victory.
-
It's not job promotion, It's victory.
-
It's not healing, it's victory. It's not wife or husband.
-
It's victory. It is not a job opportunity.
-
It is not money. It is not moving.
-
It is victory. So show it to the battle with a
-
praise, show up to the battle with the worship, show up to the
-
battle with an offering, because the battle has been won.
-
To show up to the battle. Let it go, let it fall, let them
-
go, let it fall. The wind blowing for everybody.
-
The wind is blowing for the saved and the unsaved.
-
The wind is blowing for your husband.
-
The wind is blowing for your what I'm talking about to to the
-
married people right now. You don't have to fight with
-
your spouse no more. The wind is blowing and the wind
-
