Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International

Church Podcast where we seek to love all nations, equip the

church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.

We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever

you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get

your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe

some tea, and get ready to receive.

It's go time. Let's get into it.

Well, Lord, we thank you for your word today.

We thank you that You have created us to live in such a

time as this. Thank you that you are raising

up a generation of fearless, uncompromising Saints, unashamed

of the gospel, spirit filled, tongue talking, obedient, God

fearing generation. Lord, ask you today, really ask

for your help today. We ask that by your Spirit we

hear like we've never heard before.

The type of hearing that Jesus said it requires to understand

his parables. As the times get darker, the

Church should be brighter, and as the times get more confusing,

the Church need better sight. Today, Holy Spirit speak to us

in an Apostolic way, in a prophetic way.

May our spirits not reject the Word today.

May we have ears to hear today for God.

I'm convinced that you know what we need more than we know, and I

thank you. I serve a God that knows me

better than myself, that loves me more than I love myself.

We come against error being preached, but we also come

against error being heard. We muzzle the mouth of the liar.

We muzzle the mouth of the accuser of the brethren.

We muzzle the mouth of the Author of Confusion.

We muzzle the mouth of the False Prophet.

We muzzle the mouth of the Antichrist.

We muzzle the mouth of Jezebel. We muzzle the mouth and Lord.

We are free to hear today. This is the day the Lord has

made. The good news is that we get to

hear from you today. So may we receive your word with

excitement. Like a little baby that's

getting ready to eat. Don't know what they about to

eat, just they know their parents have something good for

them. May we hear with excitement,

receive with excitement, may we respond with urgency, starting

with what you have for our lives personally.

Thank you Elder Brett for holding it down in the word last

week. Absolutely.

Churches being equipped and Lord knows we need more equipped

people in the body of Christ. Man, I discovered readers the

other day and I put them glasses on and I'm like.

Wow. I used to, I used to be like you

crazy, you need readers. This lady when I was buying

these readers, she was like you, too young to need readers.

I'm like, do you know how old I am?

But at the end of the day, you see little 2 year olds with

glasses these days. So I'm going to put these on and

then if I say a few hallelujahs in between taking them off and

saying the next word is because of my eyes are adjusting.

OK, If you had to have a title for today, where it's from the

perfecting of the Saints is from the lush topic.

But I just want it. I don't know, I, I just I'm

going to talk to you out of my spirit and what God has been

dumping in my spirit. Now before I go, the border has

not protected you from what events that happen in other

countries. It a border does not protect you

from spiritual warfare. So what you saw happen in

America directly impacts the entire world, not only the one

event rather brother that was hung, rather the school that was

shot up. Death is happening every day.

Tragedy is happening every day. But what we have to understand

is that Canada, in the Kingdom of God, that includes the world.

You're not protected from what the devil is doing because

you're in Canada. I'm very excited that or or

thankful that God did not allow me to step to this pulpit last

week. I feel sorry for a lot of the

leaders who felt they had to rush and give you something in

response to the events that happened.

And then I know there's people who always wonder, man, I wonder

what this person has to say. I wonder what PT think.

And I but just sitting and watching and if you've ever

listened to this word lately, it prepared you for that.

Great to say. You look throughout social

media, everybody got an opinion and they're Christians and a lot

of the opinions are different. Let you know how confused the

body is in Ephesians 4. We're going to equip until we

come into the unity of the faith.

It ain't even about everything that everybody is making it.

Everything that everybody is making.

It is a part of the latter day plan of the enemy, and that's to

distract us, divide us by deceiving us.

We're focused on all the wrong stuff a political and religious

spirit is flooding the church with.

You're a Kingdom citizen. You have no business being moved

by politics. You should be governing.

You were given authority that's greater than any politician you

want to put in office. And we are more heated about

politics in the Church than we are warring for our marriages,

warring for our families, warring for our cities, and

warring for our. Own mental health like just

warring. We're more political than we are

holy. We have a righteousness that was

paid for us by Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone, but still

and yet we are hoping that somebody gets in office,

somebody passes this law, somebody passes this policy to

make the world a better place. I promise you all, you that

carry a political spirit, there is no government in the world

that will make the world a better place because sin will

always mess it up. The only thing that will make

the world a better place is the blood of Jesus Christ.

And if the blood ain't enough for some of y'all, trust me, a

president or a politician is not going to make nothing better.

And when you allow yourself to look through the world through

law eyes versus grace eyes, you will always distort what God is

saying. In any given time.

And So what, what, what, what the body really has a

responsibility to do when they touch this pulpit is to bring

clarity to what God is saying, not feeling like you have to

choose a side to be politically correct.

Because in every church there's different sides.

You can come up and take one person's side, but there's

people in your audience who feel betrayed by the person you've

taken up for. And This is why we have to

understand that love holds the tension like spine holds the

back. Love is the only thing that can

stand in the middle and not be confused and not be double

minded. Love is the only thing that will

win in these last days. But here's what I understand.

50% at least in this room do not really know what love is.

And so right now if you watch any, any of these events and

commentary, you got one party saying this, you got one party

saying that. You got racism on this side, you

got intellects on this side. You got the left, you got the

right. You got the Republic, you got

the Democrat, you got all these things.

And you're like, wait a minute, Was this a good person?

Was this a bad person? Was this racism?

Was this prejudice? Was this a Christian?

Was this Jesus? Was what?

What is it? And the answer is not to come to

no conclusion, but what we've done is we've went to social

media and YouTube to find our answers and not the Holy Ghost.

And you will not find. That's why he says I'm giving

you parables. I'm going to allow confusion.

I'm going to allow great deception.

And the only way you will get to the bottom of any of it is me.

But man, I, I, I, I see. I'm just like, I praise God that

I can see. But the more I can see, I

realized how many people can't see.

Don't make me better than nobody else.

But as a Good Shepherd, you should be able to see how many

blind sheep you over. And there's here's the crazy

part. Many blind folks think they're

right. So we have an opinion based

faith more than a word based faith.

And then because there's opinion base, then we look for whoever

supports our opinion. And our feelings.

Today's like title, yes, perfecting the Saints, but I got

you can write it down. Troy.

You don't have to write all these on YouTube, but nothing

like when you're taught. Just keep it what it is.

But perfecting other Saints grow up quick.

Don't play with your life or mines or ours.

Look at your neighbors say don't play with my life.

So so grow up quick, don't play with your life or ours.

This is not a game. Get ready, the King is coming.

You won't find too many words that need to come to pass for

Jesus to return. Now.

He he's closer than he was. I'm I'm almost convinced he

going to come. If I live 100 years, 100 years

old, I'm almost convinced he going to come.

Before I go. Because we're going to see in

the Bible that he says it's going to get so bad that that

time period, the great tribulation, it has to be cut

short or he runs the risk of losing even his elect.

So he got to hurry up and come back because some of y'all, if

this, if you're dealt with this pressure for too long, you will

be lost. So he's like, I got to come back

quick. Or some of the people that's

worshipping, some of the people that's preaching, some of the

people that's serving all the pressure, all the confusion.

They're going to lose their soul.

the Son of God, that we might arrive at really mature manhood,

standard height of Christ's own perfection.

The measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and

the completeness found in Him. The maturity, the character, the

integrity, the patience, the long-suffering, the the wisdom,

the until we come into the completeness that is only found

in Him. There's no wholeness aside from

Him. My wife don't make me complete.

She ain't my other half. So then we may no longer be

children. Toss to and fro between website,

YouTube page, inspirational speaker, IG page.

We're no longer tossed when events happen.

I'm not moved. Whoever's in politics, I'm not

moved. Whoever's Prime Minister, I'm

not moved. Whatever sickness hits the world

and we we got to shut stuff down.

I'm not moved. The times don't move me.

Emotions don't move me. Jesus is enough.

I don't need a man. I don't need a woman.

I don't need kids. I don't need a business.

I don't need anything. Jesus is enough.

Children are dissatisfied all the time.

They always need more. It's never enough.

They are entitled. This all we eaten yet?

It's all we eaten. You don't need seconds.

You don't need steak tonight. You don't need orange juice

today. Drink what?

It's never enough. OK, Where's the ice cream?

Where's the dessert? OK, I ate all my You know, the

kids will eat what they what you tell them to eat so they can eat

what they want to eat. And some of y'all just like that

with God. You do what he asks you to do

only because you need him to do what you want Your kids in that

way, our relationship with Jesus is transactional.

I'm going to be faithful because I need this.

Instead, I'm going to be faithful because he was.

And so when pressure comes, the Bible talks that here's the time

where you going to find out what kind of soil your heart is

because he said, you going to know the wind going to blow and

you're going to find out who was good soil.

Because when the real pressure comes, that has to come, you go

see who was excited about receiving the words, who took

notes, who hallelujahed who, PT Ed who, who, all these things.

And then when real pressure came, you're going to find out

there was no root in them, tossed like ships to and fro

Let me help y'all. Our doctrine ain't that long.

It's it's pretty. Simple, it's pretty.

It's like you you could put on 1/2 a page what our doctrine is.

Some of you guys are like, well. What's the doctrine?

Go find out, Christians all. Right.

You got a Bible. It's pretty basic.

I will tell you this, our doctrine is not over most of the

stuff we argue about. Jesus, like I don't even.

Care about that I. Don't care if y'all got T.

VS I don't care if y'all use the TPT, I don't care if y'all I

much rather a spirit filled church that follows me use the

TPT than a stale church that use the KJV.

And I I much rather take that that obedient church, that

spirit filled church. Like I did some of the stuff

y'all arguing about translations y'all talking about how long

service is, how short it is, what day it's on, when you

should heal, what's revived. Like the stuff we arguing about

with the enemy and what religious spirit and.

A political spirit has us arguing about, feuding against

and here's what you got to be scared of or worried about is

because the Bible says the Kingdom or house that's against

itself cannot stand. The Church is destroying.

Itself, We the ones arguing in the comments, we the ones

exposing each other. Hey, you got a problem with that

pastor? Hey, you know what church he

had? Buy a ticket, go fly out there

after he preached. Ask can you talk to him?

Why are you trying to call? Them out on Instagram.

Why you, You you. Look at these comments, it's

disgusting and it's all Christians.

And then the world's up. In the comments like yeah I'd

rather go be Muslim. They seem more unified.

They actually seem like. They believe they God because

look at what they sacrifice. Right, the religions we.

Laugh at and say doing it wrong. They got discipline.

Down. They got faithfulness.

Down Watch this and they got sanctification down.

They know how to separate. Themselves, Christians is the

loosest religion in the world. You don't.

Find other. Religious women.

Hey, where's? No, you don't find thirsty

women. You don't find thirsty men.

They're focused on the God. They're focused now all the way

to the left or to the right, however you want to slice it.

But we lukewarm. That's why God said I'd much

rather you cold or hot. So why you laughing at?

Them why you talking about them and telling them they doing it

wrong? How you doing it right?

And This is why. People will go to these other

religions because deep down inside we want the discipline

and we want sold outness. Lukewarm is.

Actually an instability. Lukewarmness.

Compromises integrity and faith. Right, lukewarm.

Don't even work in the streets. Somebody sniff.

Lukewarm. They like you with us, bro.

Are you a snitch? Which one are you?

Because you hanging out with. Us in the car, but I saw you the

other day over there doing the besides you on.

That's what God is saying. Just make it clear you crippled

blood. You red or blue?

Which one don't come in purple? So so.

Then we may no longer be tossed right here.

Watch this, watch this. The prey of the cunning and

cleverness of unscrupulous men in every shifting form of

trickery in inventing errors. I I need.

You guys, I know the backdrop of what happened 2 weeks ago is.

I'm American, so. It's, it's in my mind.

It happened to my people. What's happening in America

impacts my family. It impacts my friends.

It impacts the world I grew up in.

It's, you know, where I grew up. They got the National Guard's

there because this old, you know it, it's crazy.

Like Oakland's not that bad Mark crime, murder rate is down.

But Mr. President, want to send to like 5 cities, some

Washington and couple others and it's only for gentrification,

right? You got to bring in the national

security guards and you got to deem a place out of control.

Then property value goes down, the wealthy can come in and buy

the property and then they change the whole city.

Like, we get it, it's been done. But then God called me.

Here. So the word in my belly.

Is for y'all. It's very dark.

Right now, church. He said rather.

Let our lives lovingly express the truth.

Let our lives watch this. Watch this.

OK. Let let.

Me get this out the way for some of y'all what happened to

brother Charlie not OK we pray for his family.

We pray for everybody that's been impacted by it.

OK argument of his if he's a martyr or if he's.

If if he was. Courageous and bold and repping

Jesus, all these things. There's opinions out.

There right, one group of people experienced it this way, another

group of people experienced it that way and depending on what

side you want to choose, you just going to be biased and

choose it right versus Jesus. It can hold the tension.

He could say, man, that was this was good.

When he was talking like this, this was good.

This over here Jesus would be like, I wouldn't have put it

that way. Right, Jesus.

Can hold the tension. Love can hold the.

Tension. But if we're not careful, I have

a responsibility for this congregation.

So so so. What I have to expose is a few

things I want to stay on track. That's why I don't have no

slides. I wrote a lot.

It's #1 latter day evangelism ain't that method.

Maybe in the next couple. Of weeks we're going to look at

what God says about arguing. We're going to look at.

What God says about sowing discord.

There is no deception without the presentation of truth and

good. And where we get.

Caught up is it's just like this is not, I'm not a political

person like that. OK, So when I'm saying certain

things, I'm addressing things that impact people in this room.

But I will never vote for a person that's throwing me a

couple laws, laws, laws. That are.

Christian. That's not the.

Motive for a Christian to vote Jesus character is more of a

reason to vote for someone than law.

Watch this. Jesus himself, God himself gave

people choice. God's love never forces a law on

someone. Never he says choose ye this

day, life or death. My suggestion choose life.

So when you are trying to make laws to force people to do

something, it is not of God. That is not.

Love, love God gave us. If.

If that was God, he would have from the gate.

He he wouldn't even put a tree in there.

He's like, no, you ain't eating from this tree.

He's like, no, here's the tree. Now this is a love you're.

Going to choose. You don't choose sin.

But don't choose love. And So what we want.

To do is we want to turn the world with our Christian selves,

all the president or primary need to do is throw us a few

carrots and say I'm Christian. Is there character Jesus?

But we're deceived. We're not a spiritual bride.

We're not open following Jesus. And we see how.

Jesus dealt with politics and religion.

How did he do it? He said.

Here all these loves, OK, all these loves, all these laws

good, but but you forgot what the law was for.

The law wasn't. To control people, the law was

to expose sin. It was to let you.

Know this is what sin is, because if I never told you what

it was, I couldn't hold you accountable to it.

So so then here's the. Other thing #2 and.

I've been looking. All over have I heard this.

And I still got to do. Some more digging but watch

this. Two weeks ago was a casualty.

Here it is of A5 Fold ministry gift not being equipped, we lost

an evangelist. We we lost an.

Event we lost somebody who actually really cared about

souls. So as I'm watching this.

Thing play out, I'm like, oh. That's an.

Evangelist. He was so.

Winning. But this is what happens.

When all of our gifts. Will go without.

Accountability and equipping and rootedness under a greater

authority. Watch it.

No, I don't. You know what?

I don't have the time to clean up and, and, and give the word

for what you might have heard or whatever.

This ain't what happens, right? It's going to happen.

That's what happens. No, no, no, no.

What I'm telling you is. Love has.

To be the lens. We can't just.

Call we did because we used Jesus name.

We can't just say Jesus was in it.

Jesus was used. Jesus was brought up.

Jesus was a. Part of the conversation, but

was that his heart? Come on, watch this.

So then we may no longer be. Rather, let our lives lovingly

express the truth. Watch it infolded, infolded in

love. Let us grow up in every way.

And in all things and to. Him Who is the head?

What's? This so that the entire.

Body with as many members that everybody start to function

fully how they. Supposed to What's this?

My prayer today is God. I pray that you may.

Grant. Us the spirit of.

Wisdom. Revelation of insight.

Into mysteries and secrets. In the deep and.

Intimate knowledge of you by having our eyes.

Flooded with. Light so that you can know and

understand the hope, and that we can know and understand the hope

to which He has called us and how.

Rich. Is his glorious inheritance to

the set apart. Ones.

So that you know. And understand what is the

immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His

power in and for us who believe has demonstrated in working of

his mighty power. I'm glad that I wasn't here a

week. Ago so that I have time to.

Seek truth and override emotions and understand Kingdom context

and where God is standing in all of us.

The place that I sit. That a lot of you don't sit.

Is I have to? Turn on IG and hear a lot of

people that look like me paint one picture that this person is

a racist. And we get little clips.

And sound bites, you're like, yeah, he races.

And then there's clips where. It's like, oh, with context,

that's I would have said it a little different, but that ain't

just the way you meant it was raised.

He's bringing. He was just pretty because a lot

of times when we hear like just straight truths or straight

statements, we're like, whoa, that was pretty blunt, but it

was sobering and. Then you got people.

Defending you got colored people defending this and you got us

tearing down MLK and we defining what a martyr and we, and I'm

like, there's so much, it's too much.

So then I'm glad that I'm able to understand my context before

I come up because I have counterparts in the states who

are talking to 99% African American congregations and the

race side of things is very real.

So how they are shepherding their congregation is based on

their context. See, I'm like God, I'm in.

I'm in, I'm in, I'm in, I'm in Canada.

Far from. All black community.

And there's all kinds of. People in here, there's folks in

here who think he was a martyr. There's folks in here who, who,

who would vote for Trump. There's folks in here who would

vote for Barack. There's folks in here who

wouldn't vote at all. There's folks in here who, who,

who think that the civil rights thing was, was, was, was a mess.

Just like he thought, Like there's people who who really

have these ideologies. How do you talk to a?

Room with all these ideas. What God said See, see, see

what? God said got there that that

that we are in a prophetic moment and what happened 2 weeks

ago is speaking same way that came blood or able blood spoke.

And what I got a. Responsibility to do since we're

in this equipping series is like, I will say straight up

that model of witnessing. Will push more.

People away from where the narrative is like more people

going to church because of this situation.

Some people bought a Bible because this this person was

assassinated. People been buying a Bible every

Sunday. People been coming to church.

There's been an uprise of people returning to church, especially

the young generation. For a long time now, revival has

been hitting in places in the world.

If we're not careful, we will call a thing that's not a thing.

We will call courage. Something that it's not right.

I don't know who saw this. I'm going to read it.

I'm going to read it. And then I got a lot of reading

to do, but I'm going to read this right here.

Come on, I hope it's still. Here some of you might have saw

Understood that John the Baptist death was a part of the order of

God. Because Jesus.

Understood that that ministry of John the Baptist looks over it

came to an end. For whatever reason, it was the

end of something old and something new was beginning.

How long he stuck, how long he stayed, stayed down.

Right. And they was mad because Jesus

didn't do what? Say nothing, show up.

Right now generate. On Instagram, right folks that

did Hey, where your pastor? If your pastor ain't, you said

Charlie Kirk, then you need to leave that church.

Go right ahead, but that's where the church.

Is though That's us. That's the body of Christ.

James says, quick to listen. Right.

Why? Because.

We wrestle not against flesh and blood.

Ephesians 612. Says For we are not wrestling

against flesh and blood, contending only with physical

opponents, but against the depotisms, against the powers,

against the master spirits who are the world rulers of this

present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in

the heavenly supernatural sphere, world rulers.

Why do we got to shut? Up and pay attention because

first, John 41 says, Beloved, do not put faith in every spirit,

but prove test the spirits to discover whether they proceed

from God, for many false prophets have gone forth into

the world. With signs and.

Wonders and millions of followers.

You will know them. By their fruits, not by their

followers. The fruit he's.

Talking about is not the followers.

He's talking about the character.

He's talking about the the the the spirit of a person.

What's this? First Corinthians 12/10.

Says this to another, the working of miracles, right?

Watch this to another, the working of miracles.

Here's the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Watch what one of them is to another prophetic insight, the

gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose.

Watch this to another the ability to discern and

distinguish between the utterances of true spirits and

false ones. It's the gift.

It's not just, it's not discernment.

It's the gift. Of discerning of spirits.

Not the. The nosy spirit.

Not a messy. Spirit, not a spirit that I just

want to know what's going on. Not a not a spirit of not

trusting people, not a spirit of, of of of of of skepticism.

It's the Spirit. The gift of the Spirit of the

discerning of spirits. And This is why we need to.

Be a part of the body because everybody, God can use different

people with different gifts. And if I'm only left with my

gift? We need each other.

We need each other rooted, we need each other spirit filled.

We need each other obedient. Because there's some stuff that

you blind about. Because who you refuse to be

around? Some of y'all love.

Hanging out with blind people because blind people don't hold

you accountable. Blind people just see you happy.

So they want to encourage. You and because you so so low

self, so so low self esteem, you need encouraging friends.

So your friends is. Based on who agree with you, who

like you, and who going to lift you up all the time.

Sometimes accountability ain't not lifting you up.

It's actually holding. You up when you can't hold

yourself up. Hallelujah.

Hallelujah, in this season the right word changes everything

and the right word keeps us rooted.

The right word some of y'all. The way you addicted to

Instagram you probably need to think about today.

Not fasting from it, just getting off of it.

Because your. Spirit, you, you are you.

You are taking in. Although you don't like stuff,

don't mean you don't ingest stuff.

The Bible says a man. Has joy by the answer of his

mouth. But a word.

To any church because it's convenient.

If the right church. Is an hour away.

Because how I hear determines how I see.

That's why when you hear. Something but don't see it You

You hear determines how you see. Here we go, Matthew 2211 through

Entered Now this is a setup scripture before I get into

verse 24, but I find it very interesting that 22 leads us
