Come on, one more. Time happy new year.

You could be seated in the presence of a mighty mighty,

mighty God. Hallelujah.

Well, some of y'all just made it right on time.

I'm just letting you know we going to change things a little

bit and for those people that like, you know, just straggling

in and just like whatever we are starting off the morning, every

experience with some exhortation that will lead us into some

organic praise. We don't know what we singing at

the top. We always going to be prepared,

but we're going to start off with the word.

We're going to start off with exhortation.

This is a House of prayer. If it's if it's not a House of

prayer, it's not a House of miracles.

In the beginning was the word and the word was God and the

word was with God. I've come to find out that in

this region we're just super casual with the presence of God.

We show up whenever we like. Oh, they just singing songs.

We can come in a little later. That's on you.

What I do realize is by the time we get to the word there,

there's not enough hunger and thirst from a lot of us.

And so I feel like on one end, we want to break the familiarity

of, oh, we just singing, we, we drinking coffee while we

worship. And we're not necessarily you

get what I'm saying? There's nothing wrong.

I don't want to mess with your coffee, but I'm I'm we're in the

presence of a King, right? And and we wonder why certain

continents see the glory of God all the time.

It's because they have understood that without him,

it's death like God is truly life or death for some people.

So when they have a chance to meet with him again as

especially come together with brothers and sisters and and the

faith is higher than it is, then when I'm by myself, there's a

reference, There's an expectation.

And in Northern America, we don't come with expectation.

We just casual. We just like, I'm going to

church to see my friends and it's almost like a gym.

Like when you go to church to see your friends at the gym or

whatever, you know what I'm saying?

And I'm just like, man, I don't want to be that church.

I don't want to be the church where we start off and then take

a break. Go get your coffee, shake a few

hands, then come back and get a cute little message.

People are dying right in that alleyway.

We need prayer warriors, we need prophetic words from God.

We we need God to move. And so we got to create an

atmosphere for that. And so right at 9:00, we are

starting off with exhortation and then we going to see where

it goes. But the word is always going to

be at the top and worship will be a response to the word.

So you not staring at our worship team no more.

It is not the worship team Job. I, I, I get it, but we have

caused and forced churches to entertain you and worship has

become something we do until everybody get in the church.

No, no, no, no, no, you need to, you need to be here early

praying and preparing your heart and like, no, no, no, no, what,

what this anointing from our worship team, It's, it's too

precious to just come up here and beg people to engage.

And so we're going to start off and exhort because that's going

to draw the people who really want presents.

And then we going to go from exhortation to the Word, and

then we'll see where we go on the back end.

But we going to do worship from faith, not from observation.

I'm done. This is God's house.

This is the. Temple of the Most High this is,

this is a House of miracles. You could play with them if you

want to, but I, I am believing for this city to know Jesus.

I am believing that somewhere across the world people will

hear about a revival that has broken out in, in in wall-e and

they going to fly out here because there's people that is

stewarding the fire of God. And I get it, we got a lot of

spectators, but all I need is a few more people to take the

presence of God serious. And so meet us here at a little

before 9. Get in your seat, get here, get

cozy. You want a coffee?

Not playing with God's presence. He is holy.

He deserves our attention. He deserves our best outfit.

He deserves our best, our best energy.

God is, He's faithful, He's everything, and in this dying

world, if you don't know how to Revere God, you will be lost, I

promise you. And calling on somebody you

don't know when you in trouble is torture.

I don't got to guess if God is with me.

Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Amen. Can I get a few more

hallelujahs? Yes, come on, just lift your

hands right where you are and invite them into your seat.

Invite them into your neighbor's seat.

Vitamin to your heart. I'm excited we jumping in the

word. I feel anticipation in here.

I feel like there's some people in here ready for not just a new

year, but a dominant year, but a dominant year.

Somebody say dominant. Lord, I thank you for ears to

hear and eyes to see us. Thank you.

We're free from air. I thank you that our hearts is

good soil, good ground. It produces, it produces, Lord,

this room is prepared for you. Have your way, Lord God, have

your way. Expose our blind spots.

Lord God, forgive us for being too comfortable, too familiar,

too casual with the Creator of the earth.

Oh God, thank you for this time. I thank you for freedom, Thank

you for salvation today in Jesus name in Jesus name today I'm

talking to you from we understand those that wasn't

here New Year's Eve. We started the the word for New

Year's Eve is the year of the host the the year of the host,

the Lord of hosts. And sure, on one aspect we are

hosting his presence, but what I've come to realize is there

needs to be a change of thought. He's actually hosting us this

his house. You get that?

This is his house. So if anybody hosting, he is

hosting us and we are hosting our preparation.

We are stewarding our preparation, OK.

We are making sure that we are postured in such a way that as

God attends to us, as God sees us, as God communes with us and

and inhabits our praise, we are prepared to not just sit in his

presence, but receive from his presence.

And so today I just want to start off talking from this

conversation, this topic of. Open up the gates, Psalm 24.

Lift up your heads, oh you gates, and be lifted up you age

abiding doors, that the King of glory may come in.

Who is the King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the

Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates.

Yes, lift them up, you age abiding doors, that the King of

glory may come in. This is not verse 8 again, this

is the next verse. Who is he then?

This King of glory, the Lord of hosts.

He is the King of glory. Say LA pause and think of that.

Say He is the King of glory. We did not start this year by

asking God to bless it. No, no, no, we started it by

opening the gates. We did not start the year by

asking God bless it, bless it, bless it, bless us, bless us.

We started this year off and we are starting off this year

opening the gates. Say, open up the gates, because

this is the year of the hosts. The gates weren't lifted to let

him in. He was already coming.

Watch this. This was not a private devotion,

but a corporate enthronement. What we have to see here is that

this is how they dealt with a king or someone of authority

arriving. They weren't second guessing.

They weren't doubting if it was a king.

It's kind of like when I say God is good all the time, or it's

like if we was hanging out. If if you ever ask somebody a

question, knowing the answer, but it's a call and response

question, it's not a wondering thing.

It's a question that's making an announcement.

Who is the king of glory? There's people talking to the

gates and then there's people responding.

Who is the king of glory, right? But they say right there, it's a

call and response. It's not a doubt it's an

announcement. This scripture is all about an

announcement. The king has arrived, so he's

telling us, since he's coming, since he's arriving, lift up

your heads, O you Gates. So I'm not just lifting my head,

I'm also opening my heart. Hallelujah, we see this is an

invitation to make Rome. It's not an invitation.

It is an announcement of takeover.

If he was here Sunday, I mean a New Year's Eve, this is

continuation. This is not your year.

This is his year. And if it's my father's year,

then he got his kids in mine. This is not about you being

promoted. This is not a year about you

blowing up. This is not about your business.

This is the year that God is going to show up in your life

and He's going to do things that cause you to give him the glory.

This is a year where God gets the glory, not you get

recognition. Come on.

This is and when you fix your heart on making sure this is the

year he going to get glory out of my life by any means

necessary. It's going to go well for you.

So Psalm 24 is saying lift up your heads, O ye gates open up.

The king has arrived. Watch this.

He didn't come because we invited him, He's come because

he's decided to come. Lift up your heads, O ye gates.

This signifies that authority is coming through the gates.

This is access control. This is this is about who you're

allowing in. Gates at that time wasn't just

about architecture. It was it was about these

ancient gates represented who was coming in and who was going

out. You just wasn't walking through

the gates with any old status. OK, let me let me just modernize

it for you. Not everybody get in VIP line.

Not, not not everybody. You don't know sometime the

most, one of the most famous people in the world could be in

the restaurant. But they got a entrance in the

back and they got a dining hall in the back.

You didn't even know, but they got a different entrance.

They got a different gate. This is not like you.

You pull through that, you're not going to see Deacon Roger.

Well, maybe you will, maybe you will, but it's not that gate.

This is the gate, the King. Comes.

Through and they're acknowledging it.

Lift up your heads O you gates. We are the gates people.

We are the gates and what he's saying to us.

It is time that we are being told to realign existing

structures must expand and current posture is insufficient

for who is coming. If you are here today and you

still got 2025 mindset and you're not doing anything to

interrupt it, you not ready. So the verse says lift up your

heads. It's a new year or I'm doing a

new thing. Do you not discern it?

We're in the new year and I've been walking through yesterday,

today. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

The same way we're interrupting a lack of excellence, we're

interrupting mindsets that interrupt the glory of God in my

mind. No, no, no, He gave me a word

about peace. Anything that comes against my

peace, I'm going to open my mouth.

No, it stops right now. I'm not going to get to my peace

in two hours right now. If I don't got peace, we ain't

meeting and we not moving forward till my peace.

I realign my mind with peace. Hallelujah age abiding doors,

everlasting doors. These doors means and represents

old systems, old way of doing things, traditional patterns,

ancient structures. Watch this super practical.

We're not starting service the same no more.

Ancient patterns like this. Real time stuff, y'all.

What have you decided to do since the new year has come?

Different? What habits have you

interrupted? Look, look.

Some of y'all, some of y'all may have changed your furniture and

your house around, but have you changed some habits around?

Have you changed some relationships around?

Amen. Look at your neighbors, say you

need to smile a little bit. You scaring PT?

Yeah, you scaring PT? Anybody that can frown in the

presence of the Lord. Something wrong?

Amen. I don't need to see your teeth,

but I for sure don't need to see your wrinkles on your forehead.

Don't you, man? Hallelujah.

Watch this. God's presence requires space.

Beyond old limitations, God's presence requires space.

What? Are you moving right?

I was talking to somebody yesterday, or I was.

I forget what day it was, but I put the alcohol down because I

want it more than God. I wanted more of God.

I understood where God was calling me to.

That couldn't go with me. Watch this.

The alcohol was taking up space. The weed was taking up space.

For some of you, the pornography is taking up space.

Watch this. You think it's about

pornography? It's really about space.

You think it's about that girl or that boy?

No, it's about space. God is like man, please, I

already died for you. The blood covers your addiction.

You didn't hear that The blood covers your addiction.

I actually want relationship. I don't want behavior

modification. So the priority is you not

stopping that habit. The priority is you making space

for me and that habit is in the way of me and you.

So when I realized that I needed to put that down to be closer to

him, that's a way bigger why then I need to stop because it's

a bad habit. Covenant always Trump's habits.

If your why is just about habits, then guess what?

You're going to find a new habit.

But if your why is about creating space, then even that

new habit showing up can't find space because the space is

taken. Somebody say I'm taken.

Age abiding doors. What worked before is not tall

enough. It's not wide enough or even

strong enough for what's coming. Guys, God's presence requires

space. Watch this.

When the King of Glory walks through the door, he shows up as

victory. So when God shows up, I'm not

praying for victory. Victory showed up.

Matter of fact, I'm praying to victory.

So if I'm praying to like if, if, if I'm in a swimming pool,

I'm not asking the pool to make me wet.

No, no, no, no, no, no Pool is wet.

White water is wet. Got to got what I'm saying.

So you got to understand when I'm praying to victory, I don't

got to ask for victory. All I need to do is make space

for him. Right, some of y'all won't

healing, but you ain't making space for he the healer.

He is healing. He not he not Santa Claus, he

not just he don't just got a bag of healing.

The woman touched the hem of his garment.

He is healing. Hallelujah.

He arrives as victory and triumphant king.

Watch this, this scripture David is writing.

Watch this. And this is what they're they're

bringing the ark through the gates.

Second, second Samuel. They're carrying the ark into

the city. They're carrying presents and

David writes this and he says, who is the king of glory?

He's entering the city. And when we go back to second

Samuel and we see what happens when he brought the presents,

the ark into the city, the joy he had, we will sing.

We will dance right with these not these songs, guys, we're

dancing because the king is here.

Like what are you? And this is what I'm saying,

folks, this the king is here, right?

Like I can't show up in 2025 with the same the king is here.

I got new revelation. That's how the devil messed up,

because I shouldn't have ever found out that the king is that

despite my falls, despite my mistakes, the king is here

triumphant in victory. So the Ark represents someone

who's already won the battle. They're not carrying around a

battle. They're carrying around the king

who won the battle. Hallelujah.

Yeah, it is. Yeah, it is.

This, this, this. And then we see it.

Repeat. Somebody say repeat, repeat.

When you see a repeat, it's to escalate it.

It is to bring finality and to let you know it's urgent.

He's here he not showing up for you to just to get a job.

You think the king is showing up so you can you can make two more

dollars an hour. You think the King's showing up

so you can get a car? Watch this You think the King's

showing up so you can get a spouse.

What if that barren womb? Is the very thing that God

allowed so you can keep space for Him.

Because he knew you would make your baby a idol.

Hallelujah, he repeats it. Somebody say he repeats it.

The first command addressed external resistance.

The second is internal reluctance, and as I write here,

Grace speaks again. I don't know about you, but

thank God he repeated itself. I don't know about you, but I

ran from God a long time and he kept reminding me he still

called me. I doubt it if he loves me.

Thank God he repeated himself as his son.

I'm not going nowhere. Can can anybody thank God for

him repeating himself? Right, not not leaving you

wandering, but he repeated himself to, to, to help you

understand how urgent being prepared is how, how urgent it

is for you to be ready for him. God showing up.

See, a lot of people want God to come through.

A lot of people want revival. What would you do?

Some of us don't have space. We too busy for revival.

Hallelujah. Have you ever thought about if

God just like broke out? Like I got, I got.

Friends who's willing to leave their careers, not their job,

leave their careers the moment God say so to answer the call.

How many people in here, if revival broke out today and God

said yeah, you, you, you going to keep the fire lit or what?

What you what? What have you made space to do

to respond to revival? I promise you, half the room

would empty, be gone after a while because we got to get back

to to work. We got to get back to all the

stuff we've crowded around us. Right for all you entrepreneurs,

one of your biggest whys for your business is so that you

have more space for God. The the reason you want your own

business is so you have more flexibility to do what God needs

you to do at any time because you running the you run the

thing. The number one priority is not

more money, even if it's more money, it's so that I can do

more in the Kingdom. But a part of God blessing

entrepreneurs in the Kingdom is so that you not only have

financial freedom, but you also have freedom.

To go where he needs you to go. Thank God for the grace nudge,

it says. Who is he then, this king of

glory? They asked this question.

It wasn't doubt, it wasn't wandering.

They knew exactly who was in it would say.

They would say, who is then this king of glory?

I can, I can hear like a, like a cheerleading squad doing this.

Who is the king of glory? Who is the king of glory?

Who is the King of Glory? Who is the King of Dory?

The Lord of Host, The Lord of No, No, no, no, no.

UCLA though you UCLAUCLA. Amen.

The Lord of hosts, that's how it was.

It's called a response. It's like if you said.

Who said I wasn't going to make it?

Like it's not like you doubting yourself.

You're asking a question so the answer can be revealed.

The the Lord of hosts, He is the king of glory.

He's the ruler of the heavens. The Ark did not carry a tribal

God. It carried the commander of

heaven's armies. Yeah, I think so.

Thank you, Sir. The, the ark didn't carry a

tribal God. It carried the commander of

heaven's armies. We are not hosting a feeling in

2026 or, or a or a season. We are yielding to a governing

king. We are yielding to a governing

king. This will not be this will watch

this. This will be some of y'all's

least emotional year. Yeah, some of y'all need to

receive that with your emotional self.

Some of y'all need to see that you cried too.

Yo, please keep crying. But you be dramatically crying.

No tears, no tears. You just make the face and then

you realize no tears come out. So you get all eating in.

Yeah, you dramatic. You are dramatic.

Stop it. This will be your least

emotional year. Watch out.

You will not need the closure. You thought you need it.

You will not need the approval you thought you need it, right?

Watch this. You will not have manipulative

tears that hits that hit home for some people.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

We not we not throwing adult tantrums.

Watch this. Here's an emotional reaction

when my emotions is going. The dreaks keep coming.

You might not be crying, but you crutch it.

That's an emotional reaction. So when I say this will be your

least emotional year, your responses?

To your emotions will be different.

Hallelujah. Thank, thank you, thank you.

Can I give you a high 5? Can I give you a high five?

You can give give your neighbor a high 5 because, because,

because they need the support. They need the support.

They need to support and watch this.

If they didn't want to give you a high 5, they're just having an

emotional tantrum right now. That's it, That's it.

They didn't want to participate. That's OK, that's OK.

But there's breaking in participation.

We are not hosting this feeling. We can't be governed by our

feelings. Psalm 24 is not an invitation.

It is an announcement of takeover.

God is taking over. If you don't I, I think some of

your greatest problems this year will come from the areas you

don't let God take over. That is a word.

Yeah. Yeah.

You don't want to box with God this year.

You don't want to box with God this year.

Watch this because he ain't going to box with you.

This is crazy. When he wrestling with you,

that's good news. When God stop wrestling with

you, that's dangerous. This ain't the year.

God begging you or wrestling with you, He's coming to

produce. He wrestled with you last year.

Some of y'all he'd been wrestling for 10 years.

The wrestling match is over. Ding Ding Ding Ding is over.

The Lord of hosts. He is the king of glory.

Watch this First Kings eight first Kings 8 When the priests

had come out of the holy place, she goodbye.

Lift our hands real quick. Those that don't mind, lift your

hands real quick. The King of Glory is here, Lord,

We take a moment to just acknowledge your presence.

Lord, there's safety wrapped around us, there is favor

wrapped around us, there is peace abiding within us and it

is all because of you. We pause.

We acknowledge your presence. We say LA or we we.

We will not miss it this year. What you're about to do in this

year is going to take us into 5 generations, a favor, abundance,

blessing and glory. When the priest had come out of

the holy place, When the priest had come out of the holy place,

the cloud filled the Lord's house.

So the priest could not stand to minister because of the cloud.

For the glory of the Lord have filled the Lord's house.

Man, I love this. This is not just a picture.

This is like for real glory. This is a people who prepared a

place for the glory to come in the house.

And God kissed the altar like I was saying this last week.

I don't know how many people actually really hungry for

presents, how many really pursuing.

And that's why we can't do church the same.

Watch this. When we put presents first,

we're more efficient. No, it's all about him.

It's not about entertaining people.

It's about his presence. Watch this.

When the priests had come out of the holy place, the cloud filled

the Lord's house, so the priest could not stand.

They couldn't stand. The Lord of hosts hosted their

preparation. Watch this when the priest had

come out of the holy place means he inhabits.

Our preparation What? What if I told you praise was

preparation, not just a song? We sing songs.

We sing for 20 minutes and then we sit down and yeah, yeah,

yeah. He inhabits our preparation.

Watch this. If you're not preparing for him,

you're not praising him. If you are not preparing for

him, you are not praising him. The Lord of hosts hosted their

preparation. Watch this.

Everything depends on who you believe is entering the room.

I see more people turning to see who's at church then checking to

see if God is here. For some of us, church was good

based on how many of our friends showed up, based on how good the

latte was. Well, guess what?

The Lord's here every single week.

Guess what, This is his house. So He here when you ain't here,

but guess where else He is wherever you go.

But if you do not perceive you, I thought that I was back in the

day. I'm like, whoa, that's a scary

thing when you can send and not blink about it.

Because what happened in your mind, you had no awareness that

the Lord lives here. You actually what it takes to

the darkness you have to live in to override his presence, to

ignore the person to ignore your Savior and that it might grieve

him override that. Matthew 6 calls that like gross

darkness to be like, Nah, I'm about to cuss you out anyway.

I don't care who you is. I don't care if God, this ain't

you. You're not even thinking this is

God's house. You're not even thinking this is

God's tongue. He's just like, this is my

tongue right now. And he's like, sure, go ahead.

Who do men? This is like, Who is the king of

glory? And then we see the king say,

Who do men say I am? Who do men say that I am?

Because when you know who just walked in, you understand why

everything is about to change. Yeah.

When you know who walked in the room, that's why we can walk up

here and be bold like God's about to do something.

Because I know who walked in the room.

That's why I can confidently say healing is in this place.

Because I know who walked in the room.

That's why I can say the depression you walked in with

today, you absolutely don't have to walk out with it because I

know who walked in the room. That's why I can declare that

there will be household salvation for your family

because I know who walked in the room.

When you know who walks in the room and you understand why

everything has changed, right? When you when you get on the

airplane and it's turbulence, you're not freaked out.

Why? Because you know who walked in

the room with you? You know who's on the plane with

you. When people walk out your life,

you're not thinking it's the end of your life.

You're not chasing after toxicity because you know who is

with you. It is important in 2026, if

we're talking about the King of Glory, that you know who the

King of glory is. You know who's going to bring

your blessing? You know who's going to heal

you. No, no, it's not Doctor Tom.

It's the Lord. It's the King of glory.

It wasn't your great driving skills.

It was the Angel army protecting you.

Wasn't you that saved your marriage.

It was the loving God who saved your marriage.

It wasn't the IT wasn't you or it wasn't your smarts who saved

your child. It was the saving grace of God

who saved your child. It is important to know The Who.

How am I going to make it without this crutch?

That means you don't know who's in your life.

You don't know once he walks in your life, you don't need no

vices. You don't need no crutches

today. I'm not here arguing a point,

people. I'm not here to teach framework.

I'm not here to give you any steps today.

I'm not here to give you instructions today.

I'm actually here to help us understand The Who.

The first Sunday of this year we going to understand who Matthew

1613, he says. Who do they say that I am?

And then he says, watch this before he gave keys or

authority, before he announced keys or authority, he announced

keys and authority to the one who knew.

Who he was, because he said you don't got keys if you don't know

The Who. You don't got authority if you

don't know The Who. So he asked this question.

So what if I told you that everything God is going to do

today, today, and beyond is going to depend on if you know

who? Scripture does not introduce him

here as helper or motivator or consultant.

It introduced him in Psalm 24 as the Lord of hosts.

He is the King of glory. That title, the Lord of Hosts,

is in Scripture over 250 times. Host means armies, ordered,

ranks, forces, powers. He is the one who commands

angelic hosts, Psalm One O 320 says.

He is the one that is the heavenly council, Daniel 710

says. And he is ruling all unseen

authorities. Colossians 116 says this is

command authority, this is governmental authority.

When the Lord of hosts enters a space, he does not negotiate

with resistance. He establishes rule.

He he does not negotiate with resistance or rebellion.

He establishes rule. The Lord of Hosts is not just a

fighter, he is a governor. You can put the title slide up.

There will be no more slides. The Lord of Hosts is not just a

fighter, he is a governor. That's why Scripture holds two

names together without contradiction, the Lord of Hosts

and the Prince of Peace. If, if, if you want peace, you

got to let him be Lord of Hosts. My peace does not come without a

battle being won. But the battle's not mines, it's

the Lord's. He wages war against what steals

peace, so peace can rule within covenant people.

When he governs, anxiety loses authority, striving expires and

peace becomes the the arbiter. Watch this because he rules some

of you praying for peace. What if I told you don't got to

pray for peace, you just got to let him rule, right?

So you want to do the traditional religious thing

because it feels funny not praying.

No pray. But the Bible tells us exactly

how to pray. Our Father who art in heaven,

hallowed be thy name, thy Kingdom come.

You are to pray with Thanksgiving and with praise.

Watch this and knowing who. That's why he says pray like

this. Our Father who art in heaven,

hallowed be thy who exactly how you praying and don't know who

watch this Who is at the top of the prayer.

So no wonder you can't pray past two minutes because you don't

know who and you if you don't know who, you ain't praying with

gratitude. He fights so his people can

rest. Now watch this.

I'm going to brag on him for a bit.

This is the God who part sees when his people were trapped

sin gets birthed, if I learn to long for herd I might start not

feeling like it, I might not start feeling like loving.

But I will give birth to a shift and before I know it, because I

lusted after her. I lusted to honor her and honor

God like I was pursuing. I lusted to be a great father.

See, even when you say the word lust, it just sounds nasty

because you've tied lust with sex.

you like, oh, they nasty. They sleeping around.

OK, what you you eat a lot. What you.

Doing in secret, right? You lusting after a career.

You thirsty? You want somebody to look at you

and love you and make you feel cute?

It's lust, focus on preparing a room for God and I promise you

he'll fill the gaps that trauma created and boy, you'll find out

your life is satisfied and by the time whatever it is you

desire. Desires aren't evil.

But that's why he says delight in me.

I'll give you the desires of your heart.

Seek me first. All these things will be added.
