Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International
-
Church podcast, where we seek to love all nations, equip the
-
church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.
-
We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever
-
you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get
-
your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe
-
some tea, and get ready to receive.
-
Let's get into it. So today we celebrate family,
-
last week we celebrated marriage and every first Sunday we will
-
celebrate marriage and have Marriage Encounter.
-
How many people was here at last Sunday's Marriage Encounter?
-
Phenomenal every first Sunday, every first Sunday evening.
-
And there's childcare, Yeah, there's worship, there's games.
-
That meant it was phenomenal the other night.
-
And then every Wednesday for the next 7 weeks, we'll be faith and
-
family. We will watch this.
-
Invest in your family, don't just complain about it.
-
And I promise you, your family can have all the material things
-
in the world, but this world is in the condition it is because
-
families are in the conditions they are.
-
We talked about some stats in Canada at marriage, the marriage
-
matters last Sunday night. And man, the divorce rate is
-
very low in Canada. Watch this.
-
But the amount of people that want to get married is very low.
-
So it's not about divorce here in Canada.
-
It's about I'm just now fooling with marriage.
-
And then there's 30% of marriages where the couples are
-
in marriage but aren't happy. And the, the, the, the divorce
-
rate is the same in the world as it is in religious organizations
-
that should not be. Today is a call to families.
-
Today is a call to strengthen families.
-
Today is for those that are looking for family.
-
I believe you should first know what family is in God's terms.
-
We're in a time where the world is changing the definition of
-
family. I'm I'm sorry, but but a a child
-
was supposed to be born from the womb of a woman and the seed
-
from a man. Curriculum is telling kids they
-
have the choice and curriculums is telling families and there's
-
laws that are and will continue to protect kids to choose what
-
they want to choose. And church, at the end of the
-
day, we're not church if we don't teach on family, if we
-
don't teach on love, if we don't teach on marriage.
-
We're in a time where not only is the domestic family under
-
attack, but the church family is under attack, right?
-
Look at how we do church. We do it how we do family.
-
You get tired of people at your church, you leave and go find
-
another one and then watch this, put it on God.
-
But what if we did our domestic families that way?
-
Well, when I'm tired of my kids, I go get some different ones.
-
When I'm tired of my wife, I just choose to go get another
-
one. What about covenant, right.
-
But here we are. We are membership based more
-
than covenant base. And so our churches look like
-
our families do it overall, when I say overall, there's a lot of
-
healthy, amazing churches in this city.
-
And but when we're talking about what the church should
-
represent, it is a part of the family dynamic.
-
And so as we said in marriages the other night, as we work on
-
our marriages, this church can only be as strong as our
-
families, our marriages. And watch this.
-
We have to teach families how to fight for family.
-
We have to teach watch this. The family infrastructure in
-
church is being attacked. We want we watch this, Paul said
-
this. You have many teachers, very few
-
fathers. So we want to abolish the Oh,
-
that that language is weird spiritual.
-
Parents. Well, let's just go to the
-
Bible, right? Because the church was designed
-
to have parental our pastors aren't just accredited religious
-
workers. We, we, we, we the church should
-
be a family, not not a membership.
-
But when I find my church, I find my family.
-
And if I understand it's my family, then I understand I
-
don't run. From family, I fight for family,
-
I fight for unity. I hang in there, I get to know
-
you. Some of the stuff I run from you
-
for is because I don't know you. Some of the stuff I run from you
-
for is because I have undealt with trauma.
-
I have cultural biases. I have family hurt.
-
I have authority. Issues I got daddy issues in
-
these next 8 weeks 7 weeks we're going to.
-
Deal with all of that because I have unexpected or shall I say
-
unhealthy expectations for leadership based on family
-
dynamics and I believe the church should do a better job
-
at. Dealing with these issues head
-
on because right now we're under attack.
-
Watch this. But the enemy does an amazing
-
job at scattering us. Watch this.
-
Taking us to familiar not family.
-
Lot of people are looking for familiar comfortable not family
-
because family fight with anybody got siblings?
-
Have you have you I've seen some of y'all roll your eyes as soon
-
as you rose your raise your hand you.
-
I sure do. God, God, Oh my God, I can't
-
stand my sister. I hear you.
-
Some of us don't have good relationships with our parents.
-
Some of us have very tumultuous relationships, to be honest with
-
parents. And you, you, you watch this.
-
You got a lot of people who tolerate family, understand you
-
tolerate your family. But I believe that today and
-
these next several weeks can free us as a Kingdom community.
-
If we grab a hold, I believe there's some healing that's
-
going to take place, right? Because watch this, a lot of all
-
of our hurt in here has come from family.
-
And then we go out in the world and we hurt people or have
-
unhealthy expectations, no boundaries, too many boundaries,
-
walls. And then we bring on more hurt.
-
But if we just trace back to where the hurt started, somebody
-
that was supposed to love us, hurt us.
-
Psalm 127 says if God build the house, the builders only build
-
shacks. If God doesn't build the house,
-
the builders only build shacks. If God doesn't guard the city,
-
the night Watchmen might as well take a nap.
-
If God doesn't build the house, if he's not building your house,
-
if he's not building your marriage, then just consider
-
you're not building the house that God has planned for you to
-
build. If God doesn't guard the city,
-
then the night watchman might as well take a nap.
-
In other words, I could also say if the church is not in
-
authority in a city, then the the the city is doomed.
-
This word house in the Bible means family lineage, household
-
and legacy, Family lineage, household and legacy.
-
This scripture is telling us that God is the architect of our
-
household and our families. Not culture, not trauma, not
-
effort. Before we go.
-
Into the series guys, and we start dealing with wounds and we
-
start dealing with scars and we start dealing with patterns.
-
We start dealing, we going to deal with one topic one week
-
where we're dealing with it runs in the family.
-
Before we start dealing with cycles and trauma and
-
forgiveness and deliverance. We must go back.
-
Somebody say go back. We must go all the way back.
-
Back before the pain. Back before the dysfunction.
-
Back before the silent treatment.
-
Back before the patterns that chased us for years.
-
Back before the thief ever walked into the garden.
-
Back before the fights. Back before the fractures.
-
Back before the father wounds, the Mama aches, the missing
-
pieces. Before trauma touched you.
-
Before addiction marked you, before absence shaped you, and
-
before rejection named you. We got to go back to the
-
beginning. Because your story and my story
-
did not start where memories started.
-
Your family story did not begin where trauma.
-
Began. Your identity did not originate
-
where your insecurities showed up.
-
Your lineage did not begin where your lineage got broken.
-
Your story began in the mind of God.
-
Your story began in the mind of God.
-
Your family began in the imagination of heaven and your
-
destiny began in the blueprint of the Creator who never
-
improvises and He never reacts. Your story began way long before
-
the 1st scar, before the 1st spanking, before the 1st
-
rejection. It began in the mind of God.
-
You got to get that before we move on where you are today.
-
If it's not of God, it wasn't birth in God or through God.
-
You are. You are somewhere in your life
-
that God never planned. There's accesses in your life
-
that God never planned. You're moving places that God
-
never planned. God planned for you to stay in
-
the middle of the ring and fight that thing out and fight for
-
unity and have confidence and deal with your insecurities, Not
-
run from those insecurities when they're exposed.
-
Not run from your trust issues when they're exposed.
-
Family was God's first blueprint for blessing.
-
Family was God's first blueprint for blessing.
-
The first blessing that was ever spoken was spoken on family in
-
family for family. And that's why when you got an
-
independent spirit in the church and you in control of where you
-
want to go, what you want to do, you are also running from the
-
commanded blessing. This is why he says wherever
-
there's unity, I command the blessing.
-
Unity just does not happen. Unity is fought for, so he says.
-
I need unity to restore the blessing I commanded in the
-
garden. Come on somebody, because it in
-
the beginning. Me and Adam was on the same
-
page. Yeah.
-
Family was God's first blueprint for blessing.
-
Watch this Family was God's first blueprint for identity.
-
Family was God's first blueprint for purpose, and family was
-
God's first blueprint for generational impact.
-
Family was God's first institution.
-
Not school, not church. Oh, Oh yeah, yeah.
-
Not church, not systems, not children's church.
-
Family just was all in the village.
-
Didn't have to close your kids eyes because perversion was in
-
the earth. Family, it was nothing.
-
We had family. Kids was playing with the lions
-
and the bears. They was playing.
-
They wasn't running across the street when they saw, you know,
-
that was all blessing. Identity was blessing.
-
It wasn't Instagram if identity was from family, not Instagram.
-
Identity was not from your favorite author's book.
-
Your career was not based on what your daddy and your Mama
-
did. It was based on what God called
-
you to do. And Mama and daddy knew what God
-
called you to, and they raised you up in the way that God
-
called you to. Family is the reflection of
-
God's nature. God exists in relationship,
-
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He's a relational God, so
-
humanity is created for relationship.
-
Family carries generational purpose.
-
Watch this. You can't separate family from
-
destiny. Family is the 1st place.
-
Spiritual warfare attacks. If if if the devil is attacking
-
your job, it's because he is trying to bring poverty to your
-
family. It ain't because he's trying to
-
take money. The family it's the first place.
-
Spiritual warfare. Your household, your your
-
children. You can't be passive with your
-
kids. You can't just be their buddies.
-
Your house has a battlefield on it.
-
If Satan can break family, he can break future.
-
Family was not man's idea. Family was heaven's intention.
-
Before there was a curse. Watch this.
-
Before there was a curse, Troy, there was a calling.
-
Calling came before curse. Read it in the word.
-
Grace was not needed. Sin had no power.
-
Before there was dysfunction, watch this.
-
God created a design, and before there was sin, God spoke
-
strategy. Before there was brokenness, God
-
released a blessing. Before there was Sabbath, before
-
there was sacrifice, before there was church, before God
-
ever formed a nation, before he ever called Abraham, before he
-
established Israel, he established family.
-
Before there was a king, there was a son.
-
Before there was a queen, there was a daughter.
-
And the enemy has been trying to bury the beginning ever since.
-
Because if you ever rediscover where you started, you will no
-
longer accept where you settled. If you ever rediscover where you
-
started, you will never accept where you decided to settle.
-
If you ever rediscover what God intended, you will stop living
-
by what the world impose. If you ever rediscover the
-
divine blueprint for your life, you will not tolerate the
-
counterfeit pattern. Today we not starting with a
-
series to just talk about relationship goals and how you
-
can find this and find that. And no, no, no, we are stepping
-
into recovery mission, a generational renovation, a
-
spiritual excavation. We are digging past the rubble
-
of dysfunction to uncover the design beneath it.
-
The Bible does not start with trauma.
-
In the beginning there was trauma.
-
No, it wasn't. In the beginning there was the
-
Word. The Bible does not open with
-
betrayal. Now I'm asking you, in order to
-
receive healing, let this word go deep.
-
Some of you think you're healed because you're hard, but God
-
wants to unharden your heart today because you can be brave
-
while being broken, and it's in the tenderness of your heart
-
that God does miraculous things. Bible does not begin with
-
violence, silence, or shame. There's no shame in the garden.
-
Where'd you get that from? There's no trauma in the garden.
-
Where'd you get that from? But you settled.
-
That's just my life. There's no religious spirit in
-
the garden. There's no control, there's No
-
Fear in the garden. Where?
-
Where do we get that from? It starts with a family.
-
A man and woman was blessed by God, walking in purpose,
-
reflecting his image, stewarding his creation, living from his
-
presence, breathing his breath, carrying his likeness.
-
A family that was not fractured but fruitful.
-
A family that was not chaotic but called.
-
A family that was not reactive but ruling.
-
And a family that was not surviving but flourishing.
-
Sons and daughters. This is where God starts the
-
human story. Not what occurs, but with
-
covenant, not with dysfunction, but destiny, and not with cycles
-
but design. Watch this, he says.
-
Today before I heal what happened in their family, I must
-
reveal what I intended for your family.
-
Because if you watch this, if you think your family started
-
with pain, you will think pain is your portion.
-
And if you think your story began with brokenness, you will
-
believe brokenness is your identity.
-
If you think your lineage originated in chaos, you will
-
expect chaos to be normal. And there are people in this
-
room right now. You have settled with chaos in
-
your family. You think that's normal.
-
You think anxiety and mental illness.
-
You have settled up. I may, I may get it.
-
So let me live my life trying to prevent mental illness in fear
-
of it. No.
-
Let me help you today. You have a blood bought right?
-
To kick mental illness out of your family.
-
Because that was never God's plan, right?
-
Divorce was never God's plan. I'm sorry that you was braised
-
by a single parent. I'm sorry that your father
-
abandoned you. I'm sorry that uncle raped you.
-
I'm sorry that these two things took place.
-
But I'm here to tell you that if you do not heal, if you do not
-
understand what God's true intent was for you and accept
-
it, you cannot make the change for future generations in your
-
bloodline. But you are hearing this message
-
today because God says I am anointing you to make the
-
difference in your bloodline. I am anointing you to fight
-
demons that people didn't fight for you.
-
Yeah, Heaven is resetting the narrative for you today.
-
Laura, Heaven is resetting the narrative for you today.
-
Mark Heaven, watch this. He is refreshing memory.
-
He's refreshing memory all the way back.
-
He's about to speak to your spirit in such a way that you
-
remember being in the garden. There's going to be there's
-
going to be a witness inside of you during this series that say,
-
wait a minute, I, I remember, I kind of remember a place.
-
I, I don't, I can't describe it, but it's watch this.
-
Heaven is within us. If if Jesus is within you,
-
heaven is within you. So God is able to do a deep work
-
within us to call us back to the garden.
-
And that's called what it shows up in the form of Shalom.
-
Heaven is pulling you back to Eden today.
-
Back to design, back to intention, back to blueprint
-
that Hell has spent generations trying to bury.
-
Hell has spent generations to take you so far away from your
-
garden realities and you've accepted it.
-
Watch this and some of us will marry to have a partner to ride
-
the storm out with and then you marry somebody else who ain't
-
dealt with a trauma and y'all just re traumatizing one
-
another. How you going to marry somebody
-
that don't know they garden reality?
-
That's a red flag. A red flag and he didn't pay for
-
dinner. A red flag is he don't know
-
where he came from. A red flag is he don't know that
-
he was fearfully and wonderfully made.
-
A red flag is he don't know that God is a restorer and he don't
-
know that what the enemy That's the red flag.
-
A red flag is he don't know the word.
-
He don't know Jesus wept, that's a red flag.
-
He don't know on the third day he got up, that's a red flag.
-
Buy your own food. Treat him if he don't know
-
Jesus. Red flag.
-
Because from this day forward you will raise your children to
-
know that God is the Redeemer. God, He has the last say and if
-
we ain't in agreement that God is the way, the truth and the
-
life, if we ain't in agreement that he will open up a window
-
and pour us out a blessing. If he, if we ain't in agreement
-
that our children is going to be filled with the Holy Ghost, they
-
going to be baptized, they going to be believers, they going to
-
follow Jesus all the days of their life.
-
If we ain't in agreement then buy.
-
I buy my own lunchable. I don't care who my daughter
-
bring home. It's my job to resist the enemy.
-
I'm not. Oh, baby, it's OK.
-
No, no, no, no, no. Hell no.
-
No, no, no. What's this?
-
What's this? Because kids going to do what
-
they do. So I'm not going to agree with
-
it. No, he ain't coming in my house.
-
Now I'm not talking about a innocent, I'm talking about I'm
-
talking about like if somebody come home and and they willing
-
to listen. But if, if, but if if if, if you
-
were the man, that's. Contradicting how we raising
-
you? No, I'm not in agreement.
-
I'm cutting off the PayPal. I'm cutting off all that you,
-
you ain't getting no Uber Eats, none of that.
-
I don't know. We we, we need a sold one first.
-
I don't know his grand, I don't know I got to hang out with.
-
No, no, no, y'all don't think about that part.
-
Y'all have your child, have babies with them and now you got
-
to do Thanksgiving with that family, that family crazy.
-
I don't want my grandchild being babysat by that that family.
-
No, no, no. This is a family affair.
-
That's what we got to start fighting for.
-
This is why I understand the idea of arranged marriages.
-
It can be too much, but I understand.
-
I, I kind of understand. I'm like, I'm, I'm like, I, I'm
-
not going to do that, but I'm arrange a little bit.
-
I'm going to make a few arrangements in the shoot.
-
I'd rather arrange a wedding than a funeral.
-
Amen. Hallelujah.
-
All right, that that name wasn't even in this, in the, it wasn't
-
in the message. It's in my spirit though.
-
Amen. Yeah, this is not nostalgic,
-
guys. This is this is this is
-
revelation. Today God is saying to his
-
children, let me show you family, the family you were
-
always meant to carry, always meant to lead, always meant to
-
build and always meant to birth the family God intended is
-
today's Part 1 of family manners.
-
Generation to generation. We will talk about generational
-
healing. We're going to talk about we're
-
going to look in the Bible some areas where the father avoided
-
some battles. Watch this any any battle
-
avoided in a bloodline can lead to someone's life in the
-
bloodline, meaning death. We we will look at the
-
perversion in the Bible in families, right?
-
Yeah. How you get Ishmael and Isaac
-
impatient. So you going to create your own
-
family, not the one that God designed?
-
Hope you all ready man. The family that God intended.
-
There are three types of family. Somebody say 3.
-
Number one, the family you came from.
-
The family you came from, come on, even if you don't feel like
-
it, say Lord, thank you for the family you gave me yes,
-
Hallelujah. Some of y'all had trouble saying
-
that, but Amen. There's that.
-
We won't restore that today. Watch this because God, God, God
-
is using the family you was raised in for your story.
-
The family you came from watch this.
-
You came from something. Hallelujah.
-
You came from something, but you are not confined to it.
-
So you may have came from that family, but you're not confined
-
to that family. That This is why I wanted to
-
take the limits. Off of what you think your
-
future looks like based on the limitations your family had.
-
No, no, no, no. God's going to do greater,
-
better, take it further, wiser. You are the interruption of
-
stagnation in your bloodline. Hear me out.
-
You came from something, but you are not confined by it.
-
The family you came from. Watch this.
-
Imperfect. Yep, pattern formative.
-
Marked by both blessing and broken.
-
This is what people don't understand.
-
Although your family is broken, they are also marked by
-
blessing. OK, it's like the wells we
-
talked about Sunday. There is blessing in your
-
raggedy family. Guess what you got to do though?
-
Dig. You might just be called to be
-
the digger in your bloodline, but there is inheritance in your
-
family. There is goodness in your
-
family. Circumstances didn't allow Mama
-
and daddy, grandma or grandpa to do certain things, but now
-
you're aware. You got more knowledge, you got
-
more tools, you got more resources.
-
Now you got to dig to restore what God had planned for your
-
bloodline. I know no matter what my dad
-
life turned out to be, that was not God's design for my father.
-
So whatever the enemy stole from my father, I am going to make
-
sure it comes back to me and move forward to my children.
-
And that's what you got to see. For whatever reason, addiction,
-
whatever it may be, what God planned for your family is still
-
belongs to your family. Will you be the one to dig to
-
restore? Every family was blessed from
-
the beginning. So you're like man, mental
-
illness then wrecked my family. Watch this Kick It Out.
-
Because that wasn't God's design for your family.
-
You are the believer, you are the anointed 1.
-
You are the filled with the spirit 1.
-
And you can make a difference from this point forward.
-
This is the year that God rewrites the family story for
-
you. This is the year that God
-
rewrites the family story for you.
-
Come on, tell your neighbor. This is the year that God
-
rewrites the family story for you.
-
I'm gonna say it again. This is the year that God
-
rewrites the family story for you.
-
It's supposed to it's supposed to come up there.
-
It's supposed to come up. Is it the year that God rewrites
-
the family story for you? Come on, lift your hands and
-
until until the screen change is it.
-
This is the year that God rewrites the family story for
-
you. You see what you making these
-
people do? Why y'all raising your hand?
-
That pro presenter, there we go. Amen.
-
Hallelujah. They over there, right?
-
Now push the button. You're going there.
-
No, no. Amen.
-
Watch this. Here it is.
-
I got proof. I got proof.
-
I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust
-
has eaten, the hopping locusts, the stripping locusts, and the
-
crawling locusts. My great army, which I sent
-
among you, watch these. These locusts represent fruit
-
eaters. They have ate up your fruit that
-
belongs to you. And God says what I will
-
restore, Say he will restore. Number two.
-
Number two. You ready for this?
-
The second family is the family you create.
-
Watch this. Say I love the family I'm
-
creating. Amen.
-
The family you create. Watch this.
-
You got to get it. Every decision you make today
-
becomes the culture your children inherit tomorrow.
-
They don't. Watch this.
-
Your kids do not inherit decisions, they inherit culture.
-
You made the decision that started culture in your
-
household. Sheesh.
-
The family you create, your marriage, your children, your
-
decisions. Watch this and your household
-
habits. Watch this.
-
It is me and my wife fault that our kids stay up really late at
-
night time. So kudos to all the families
-
that go to bed at 7:00 and everybody laying in bed till 10
-
with their eyes open because it's just what time we go to
-
bed. Amen.
-
I listen. Our family, we we stay up late.
-
Bad habit. Good habit.
-
I don't know. I don't know.
-
There's people with amazing discipline turn out to be serial
-
killers. I don't, I can't.
-
I don't. I don't know.
-
You choose. Ain't no ain't no pattern.
-
It's your household. It's your household.
-
So stop. Don't, don't look, watch this.
-
Don't demonize families that don't do it.
-
How you do it right. I get it.
-
I get it. I'm going to say this in the
-
next 30. Why your kids?
-
I just awesome. Your kids eat nothing but
-
vegetables and drink water. Our kids eat chips.
-
Sometime don't demonize my kids because they eat chips and
-
sometime they eat healthy candy. OK, every household is
-
different, but I'll, I'll be at fault.
-
We, we, we, yeah. We, we stay up late.
-
We stay up late. We stay up late.
-
And we working on it. We've been working on it for
-
some years now, but we working on it.
-
Watch this. Your habits, your language, your
-
prayer life, your forgiveness, your forgiveness patterns create
-
a spiritual ecosystem. Am I talking to anybody today?
-
yo-yo kids watch. The other day my our kids was
-
teasing me and my wife and it was like y'all always laughing.
-
Yo. That's the part of the
-
ecosystem. We be playing with each other.
-
We flirt with each other and and and and and it just come an age.
-
But before my wife would be like stop it now we just old enough
-
to where it's like whatever, right?
-
It's a family. What is the sounds your kids
-
hear? What is the body language they
-
see? Do they see?
-
We notice when they we notice when daddy show Mama affection.
-
We notice when Mama show daddy affection.
-
Oh, we heard Mama and Daddy arguing.
-
Oh, but we saw daddy, we heard dad apologize, we heard mom
-
apologize. We didn't just hear mom and dad
-
yelling at each other. We actually heard them repent.
-
Oh, man, mom and dad used to go at each other throat.
-
Whoa, five years later. Wow, you guys.
-
Oh, they saw that they're they have hope that no matter what it
-
started like it ain't got to end up that way, right.
-
It's the family you create and you think they don't know
-
because they babies. No impartation.
-
Impartation. What kind of family are you
-
creating? The family you create this
-
family. Watch this.
-
This family reflects your stewardship.
-
Watch this. Be careful you can raise
-
insecure children. Watch this.
-
Some of the stuff you spank your kids about and point your finger
-
in their face and put them on time out about is because they
-
doing you. Some of the arguments you're
-
going to get with in with your kids is going to because you see
-
you and I just I asked you to do this just one time, one time
-
when you are disciplining your child for something you showed
-
them. I want you to repent for passing
-
that on to them. It is spank yourself and don't
-
ever do it again. Watch this.
-
Declare this with me, my house. Will.
-
Carry the aroma of heaven. Look at your neighbors.
-
Say no more stanky days. No more stanky days.
-
Hallelujah, like how hero passed that on like all nations.
-
When you say tell your neighbor, you more than likely are saying
-
something to somebody that really don't understand certain
-
things. I saw hero look over there and
-
she just she just looked her. She said no more stanky days,
-
right. If that was Grace or somebody to
-
see me like no more stanky days girl.
-
She like no more stanky days. Art pastor, our pastor.
-
Amen. Let my prayer be as the evening
-
sacrifice that burns like fragrant incense, rising as my
-
offering to you as I lift up my hands in surrendered worship.
-
May our family, may our house be a sweet Savior to your nostrils,
-
Lord, and #3 the family that God intended.
-
All you good note takers, what's the first family?
-
The family you was born into, The family you came from #2 was
-
the family you create. And then #3 very important.
-
Stop asking God to bless dysfunction.
-
Ask him to rebuild design. No, no no, some of us probably
-
could have some turn around in our families if we just went
-
with how it was meant to be versus asking God to put Cologne
-
or deodorant on stamp, right? We're asking God to bless areas
-
we're not. Willing to do the work to change
-
right understand any get any change God makes you got a house
-
it. So if you're not willing to
-
house the change, don't ask for the change.
-
Hallelujah the family that God intended.
-
Families thrive not because they are perfect, but because they
-
are aligned. Am I helping somebody?
-
Your families don't try to have a perfect family.
-
Watch this and stop hating on other families.
-
Promise you the IG families you see.
-
The family they not on, we might be the family that's not on
-
Instagram, It's the marriage that's not on Instagram.
-
The family that God intended is covenant centered.
-
It is identity aware, it is spirit LED.
-
It is generationally aligned built.
-
For greatness and built for purpose.
-
This is the family heaven designed by the Spirit, not by
-
trauma. The family that God intended was
-
not built by trauma. Watch this.
-
This is your declaration. We return to the blueprint of
-
God. Come on, say today, we return to
-
the blueprint of God. Now here we go.
-
Genesis 1. God created human beings.
-
He created them, God like reflecting God's nature.
-
He created them mail and what one more time He created them.
-
God blessed them. God did what blessed them.
-
He didn't say God blessed him. The blessing was on them, not
-
him. God blessed them.
-
Prosper, reproduce, feel the earth, take charge, be
-
responsible for fish in the sea and birds in the air, for every
-
living thing that moves on the face of the earth.
-
Watch this you guys. Made in His image and in His
-
likeness. The family is the foundational
-
unit of society. The family.
-
There is no better world without better families.
-
The plan of the enemy is to create a bunch of independent
-
spirited people and we were never made to be that way.
-
We need each other in his image next slide.
-
This thing is lagging. In his image identity was
-
transmitted when he says let us make man in our image.
-
Identity was transmitted through lineage, Legacy was secured
-
through offspring, and blessing was preserved through covenant
-
continuity. Understand.
-
Identity was transmitted through lineage.
-
Here it is. Take a daddy out the house, I
-
don't know who I am, part of me. Take a Mama out of the house.
-
I don't know who I am, part of me.
-
So I spent a lot of my years trying to find who I am as a
-
woman, as a man. And here humanity is because we
-
have not stewarded identity in the bloodline.
-
Watch this. This is one of the greatest
-
things I've learned since I moved here.
-
Now, some of you may not see this because this is your
-
homeland, but I grew up in a place in North America where you
-
raise your kids to be whatever they want to be.
-
And when they're 18, you put them out or that's when you're
-
selling them. It's time to get out, go in the
-
world, spend 4 years at least in college and pick up a bunch of
-
bad habits. Come home, go to church,
-
worship, have a good time, go back out there, figure it out,
-
date, do what you want to do, figure it out.
-
We got you home is safe and as good as you got that place.
-
But why is that the plan? And then I came to this country
-
and I see these big old houses, we'd like 3-4 generations living
-
in one house, not stacked up on top of each other.
-
But there's a, there's a, there's a, there's a quarter for
-
everybody. You got the, you got like 4
-
generations in one property and they taking care of each other
-
and they're taking care of grandma and they're taking care
-
of parents and the kids is helping with the family business
-
and they're investing in the property.
-
And then they're handing on tools as they're doing family
-
together. And for us, we push each other
-
out. And before we know it, Troy,
-
everybody in our family got a different plan.
-
They're raising a different house.
-
And then you go visit your grandkids with and your and your
-
daughter or your or your son, and you go over there for
-
Thanksgiving and you like what's going on here?
-
And that's what's happening. Then we teach our kids, you go
-
to this church and you go to that church.
-
You go here and you go there. Instead of teaching our kids to
-
learn how to be rooted, to be rooted in relationship, to
-
contend for love, contend for unity, to have the hard
-
conversations. Before we know it, our
-
grandkids. Is and watch this.
-
We respect each other. But what God intended for the
-
family has been lost in translation.
-
No, you go get that education and you you get out there and be
-
all you can not look at these other families.
-
I'm like, whoa, they're actually planning generationally, not
-
hoping generationally. And so for me, how I raised my
-
children now, man, it changed my mind.
-
Said that's why my wife is out there with Malachi.
-
That's why when he go away to college, we going to be right
-
there too. Some would say, oh, he going to
-
be soft for that. No, he ain't.
-
So tell me how it's worked out for those who didn't have the
-
support who didn't have went men in the beautiful right after a
-
game. If his heart meant the
-
conversations I'm able to have with my kids because he see I'm
-
a safe place and his Mama safe place.
-
We having some for real conversations.
-
Whoa, like for real watch this. I was somebody who who didn't
-
have a dad to talk to after the game when I had panic attack, I
-
didn't have a dad to tell me to lead me to show me the worship,
-
to show me how the family bloodline doing.
-
I didn't I didn't have that. But then we just like are afraid
-
because somehow culture has made us feel like if we if we do this
-
with our kids, it's harmful. No watch this.
-
The world is going to teach them enough.
-
They have school 6 hours a day. What you think they learning?
-
You think they learning what you want them to learn?
-
They they watching watch take their phones.
-
Guess what they looking at their friends phones watch this.
-
If your kids are under 13, they probably had access and seen
-
porn already and we don't want to do this.
-
No, spanking ain't the answer. They're exposed to it.
-
It's a different time. Your kid will see it if they got
-
a phone and if they got friends with phones and you can watch
-
this. You cannot get them a phone
-
today, 35 years old. Guess what?
-
They got friends. They got phones at 12.
-
But we're not contending. We're loose with family.
-
We're not guarding God's plan for bloodline.
-
Watch this. He's the God of Abraham.
-
He's the God of Isaac. He's the God of watch this.
-
Why would God repeat the covenant blessing to multiple
-
generations? The same 1.
-
He spoke to Abraham, he speaks to Isaac, the same one.
-
Why is God not switching the plan?
-
Why is God not switching? The lineage plan.
-
No, David, I asked you to build the temple.
-
Your son's going to build it, though.
-
I gave you the vision. Your son's going to build it.
-
But the way we do family in North America, this is Watch
-
this. The strength of the church is
-
being impacted with who we plant, who we pass the church
-
off to. You cannot build a family beyond
-
the image you carry. Hallelujah.
-
I need a sprinkler system up here, A water slide or
-
something. You give me a water slide or
-
something, Y'all tripping. Amen.
-
Hallelujah, No, we good, we good, we good.
-
I like sweating. I'm losing calories at the same
-
time, it's good. Don't be skinty after this he
-
says, and God bless them. Is that not what he say?
-
And God bless them. What does this mean?
-
And God bless them to empower, to speak into existence, to
-
authorize the he authorized you to prosper.
-
What are you doing in your family, Lily?
-
What are you doing? Like watch this.
-
Stop waiting for them lead the way.
-
You have been authorized to prosper.
-
The blessing is not emotional affirmation.
-
It is spiritual empowerment. Somebody say I'm blessed and God
-
said be fruitful. Is that not what he said?
-
What does that mean? To produce, grow and become
-
fertile? Watch this.
-
This is very important. This is not about reproduction.
-
When he says to multiply, it's not mere, oh, half a bunch of
-
babies. No, he's saying spread
-
influence. Influence must multiply from
-
your family. I just declare over you, over
-
you, you're blessed in the city, you're blessed in the field,
-
you're blessed coming in, you're blessed going out.
-
You're the head and not the tail.
-
You're, you're above and not beneath your lender, not the
-
borrower. In the name of Jesus, shout out,
-
My family is blessed. We'll end here at #6 We good.
-
The Lord bless you and watch, guard and keep you.
-
The Lord make His face to shine upon you and enlighten you, and
-
be gracious, kind, merciful, and giving favor to you.
-
The Lord lift up His approving countenance upon you and give
-
you peace, tranquility of heart and life continually and they
-
shall put my name upon the Israelites.
-
Watch this and I will bless them.
-
The scripture, the song says the Lord bless you Barack.
-
This is blessing is not comfort is blessing is capacity for the
-
Lord to bless you. He is bringing increase to your
-
family, to your bloodline to bless the Lord.
-
Bless. You.
-
To empower for success, fruitfulness and life.
-
Watch this. To empower for success.
-
Fruitfulness. And life as I was getting ready
-
this I'm like, yeah, yeah, yeah. What God has called my family to
-
do we going to do it Yeah, like now we going to prosper.
-
We're breaking the spirit of poverty.
-
We're breaking these limitations.
-
We're breaking divorce. No, no, not just marriage that
-
tolerate but man my sons in the name of Jesus going to have fun
-
with their wives. They going to love their wives.
-
They going to get married once they going to be affectionate
-
with their children. They they going to communicate
-
clearly? No.
-
Yeah, we're a blessed to be fruitful, to be a family of
-
influence. To guard, he says to keep watch
-
this Lord bless you and Lord what keep you, The Lord bless
-
you. So he's taking.
-
He's saying I'm going to bless you.
-
This is my blessing. And then he says the Lord keep
-
you. This is my keeping.
-
What does that mean? To guard, watch over, preserve,
-
hedge and protect. Ain't no way your family's
-
supposed to walk around not knowing that the Lord is with
-
y'all. No, you talk to a a a a son,
-
daughter. Guess what, man, it's the legion
-
of angels. I told my son the other day, I
-
say, hey, when you go out on that court, I know you playing
-
against the top player in the country, but guess what?
-
You know how many angels with you, buddy?
-
You do you know what upper hand you got?
-
There's some guys out there that's just out there by
-
themselves and they talent. But boy, you, you, you want the
-
top players in the country and you got angels with you.
-
You better go out there like you got angels with you.
-
Not you ain't just put in the work.
-
You also know somebody that knows somebody that knows
-
somebody. Yeah, the the angels, when we
-
when we fly, you're going to be aware.
-
There's angels that are following your family, that is
-
covering your family, that's protecting your family.
-
Your family is favored by God. That's an awareness that needs
-
so your daughters, so your, your sons and so your family is not
-
out there looking for affirmation in these other
-
places. And if they do, they do.
-
But guess what? It's not going to be because you
-
didn't teach them. Some attack is because of
-
ignorance. Some attack is because you know.
-
So now because you know, Troy, I need to get you to not believe
-
what you know because I messed up and let you know.
-
This means that my family is meant to be kept by God.
-
Watch this, not by resources. My family is meant to be kept by
-
God. Not about trauma, not about
-
walls, He says. May His face shine upon you.
-
What does that mean? That means nothing is distant
-
from God. That means access, favor,
-
relational nearness, nothing hidden.
-
He's always with you. And then lastly and give you
-
peace. I mean, you could live in a
-
chaotic house, but the question is, can you be that beacon of
-
peace in your house? Can you be a peacemaker?
-
Or are you carrier of anxiety and worry and worried about
-
money? You're worried about this and
-
you're worried about that. Just know that in the beginning,
-
His plan for your family was peace, wholeness, integration,
-
stability. Nothing missing, nothing broken
-
was the Father's plan for you. Nothing missing, nothing broken
-
was the Father's plan for you. In the name of Jesus, I just
-
declare every area of your family that God's design is
-
restored. Every area of blessing that you
-
forgot, God is restoring memory. Every structure built by fear,
-
by trauma, every survival mechanism, every leaning on
-
human wisdom be dismantled in the name of Jesus.
-
And May God original design of heaven be restored within your
-
household. Today we plead the blood of
-
Jesus. We re establish the bloodline
-
around your address, around your household, around your family,
-
around your mind. And we declare that death has no
-
power over your household. Disease has no access to your
-
household. No identity formed out of
-
rejection will stand, no pattern birthed out of brokenness will
-
remain. And no false version of you will
-
survive this moment. And God is restoring you back to
-
the image that He breathed in the name of Jesus.
-
I speak alignment over your family.
-
I speak alignment over your children.
-
I speak alignment over your marriage.
-
I speak alignment over your employment.
-
I speak alignment over your dreams.
-
I speak alignment over your thought life.
-
I speak alignment over your habits.
-
I speak alignment in the name of Jesus and everything that is not
-
of him. Be broken and loose now in the
-
name of Jesus. I speak restoration over your
-
bloodline now in the name of Jesus.
-
In the name of Jesus, every area you have been disappointed by
-
family, you've been. Hurt.
-
You've been bruised, you've been abused, you've been you've been
-
cheated on, you've been lied to, you've been manipulated.
-
You've been emotionally taken advantage of.
-
Every area where you have been your your your father, instead
-
of being kind and loving and tender with you, used
-
intimidation on you. Forgive him.
-
Forgive her in the name of Jesus.
-
You are not a timid little boy. I come against the rage that was
-
birthed through your father's abuse and anger and emotional
-
manipulation. I come against it.
-
Now, in the name of Jesus, I come against the trauma of rape
-
and molestation. In the name of Jesus and I
-
declare that you were fearfully and wonderfully made.
-
You were created and thought of whole.
-
In the name of Jesus, you were thought of and created with
-
nothing missing, nothing broken but wholeness in every area of
-
your life. I declare forgiveness becomes
-
your reality towards your mother, towards your father,
-
towards your uncle, towards your coworker, towards towards
-
government officials. I just I declare that trust in
-
authority figures that God have ordained will be restored in the
-
name of Jesus. I declare patience be restored.
-
I declare fear loses momentum in the name of Jesus.
-
I declare intimidation loses its grip in the name of Jesus.
-
I declare poor self identification loses its grip.
-
I declare confidence rises up now in the name of Jesus.
-
I declare Jesus becomes your portion.
-
I declare the blessing of the Lord that makes rich becomes
-
your portion. I declare every generational
-
curse be broken now in the name of Jesus.
-
From abuse, from addiction, from pharmakeia, be broken in the
-
name of Jesus. Sexual immorality be broken in
-
the name of Jesus. Fear be broken in the name of
-
Jesus. In the name of Jesus, take your
-
hands off of that son. Take your hand off of that
-
daughter. In the name of Jesus, delayed
-
purpose. In the name of Jesus, be broken.
-
Now you are called. You are called by God.
-
You are anointed by God in the name of Jesus.
-
They might have forgot about you, they might have talked down
-
to you, they might have walked out of your life.
-
But in the name of Jesus, fear not, for the Lord did not give
-
you the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.
-
In the mighty name of Jesus. You are anointed to prosper.
-
You are anointed to go. You are anointed to speak.
-
I declare where you have lost your voice, your voice be
-
restored in the name of Jesus. You have a voice, you are
-
confident, you are bold. Every religious spirit be broken
-
off of you, every political spirit be broken off of you in
-
the name of Jesus. You may have been sexually
-
abused, but you will not reoffend.
-
You will not hurt someone how you've been a hurt.
-
This is that year for you. You may have experienced
-
fatherlessness, but you will be a father for your children.
-
Fear not, you will be a husband to your wife.
-
Fear not, may not have a good relationship with your dad but
-
with your mom, but you can't trust those that God has put in
-
your life, Paul says. We have many teachers, very few
-
fathers, very few. And I will say that's one thing
-
the church is missing and that's one thing the enemy is fighting.
-
He just wants the church to be full of teachers and pastors.
-
But where's the fathers in the body of Christ?
-
Where's the spiritual parents in the body of Christ?
-
Because biological parents, you can only do so much, so long.
-
But my, my children besides me need spiritual covering.
-
They, they need spiritual aunties and uncles.
-
They need a spiritual family. Your spiritual family is not
-
there to fill. Holes.
-
That your parents left. No, no, no, no, no.
-
They're there to call you higher.
-
They're there to call you the purpose.
-
They're there to bring healing in your life.
-
Where, where, where, Where Your wholeness was broken.
-
So, Lord, I thank you that people that are wandering will
-
not just find churches, they will not just find programs,
-
they will not, but they will find their spiritual family.
-
Lord, strengthen the Church of British Columbia.
-
Strengthen the Church of Canada with spiritual authority,
-
spiritual covering, spiritual parents, strong spiritual
-
families, stronger than than programs, Lord, stronger than
-
systems. We need families in the church.
-
We thank you. We need families that show the
-
world how to hang in there and fight and love unconditionally.
-
Families that communicate well. I declare the enemy.
-
Your enemies are defeated, your enemies are defeated, your
-
family is restored. And if it just has to start with
-
you, I declare you are anointed to be the pioneer.
-
Look to some people yesterday around the table and I said,
-
man, we're the first generation of what we're doing right now.
-
So I know you can't find the strategy, you can't find the
-
blueprint. You're mad that somebody didn't
-
show you, but you're the first generation.
-
You are a pioneer, son, daughter, you are a pioneer.
-
You are anointed to start it. You are anointed to figure it
-
out. You are anointed to push through
-
disappointment. For God is doing a new thing in
-
the earth as He prepares His bride to come home.
-
Father, forgive us where we did not steward family.
-
Forgive us where we were not disciplined as a family where
-
you needed us disciplined. Forgive us where we gave our
-
children passes, where you called us to draw the line.
-
Forgive us for just being friends when they needed
-
parents. Forgive us.
-
Father, You've created boundaries in our lives.
-
You've disciplined us because you said you discipline knows
-
that you love. So Lord, may your church be a
-
beacon of light and community to restore family.
-
The reason why there's so much liberty to re identify family.
-
Is because the church may not be doing the greatest job to show
-
the world what family looks like.
-
We're just as divorced. We're just as running from
-
confrontation. Who are we?
-
You can't be anointed to break people free from something that
-
is holding you. How are we going to show the
-
world how to have the hard conversation if we don't want to
-
have it when there's healing in this room?
-
For some of you, it has to start with forgiveness.
-
Some of you you forgave, but you just don't know how to let go.
-
I will tell you that memories are not a sign that you're not
-
healed. You can remember and still be
-
healed. You can remember and still be
-
strong. You can remember and still be
-
whole. Watch this.
-
Jesus told us the love, guard proximity, family, friends, it
-
don't matter who it is. Guard proximity.
-
The reason why you got to create boundaries so that cycles can
-
die, calluses can fall off and moving forward with you.
-
Watch this. You're not just creating
-
boundaries for you, but you're creating boundaries so things
-
don't bleed into the next generation.
-
So lift your hands all over the room.
-
And as we sing this song together, let's have one thing
-
in mind. Let's be unified.
-
Let's be in faith that every family in here, and I know I'm
-
in Canada, there are people that are living in this country and
-
your family living across the world and you're believing for
-
your family. But I don't want you to be so in
-
pain for your family that you're not aware that God's doing a new
-
thing through you so that those that come after you will not
-
have to experience the same trauma you experienced.
-
You're not identified by your trauma.
-
Your parents experienced abuse. Your parents, some of us men,
-
our parents, all of us, our parents didn't know better.
-
Today we're just going to believe the best because that's
-
what love does. And we're just going to say,
-

-
And today I released them to you, Lord.
-
Lord, those are my dad is your son.
-
My mom is your mom. I mean your daughter.
-
Lord, I released them to you today.
-
I long I no longer carry that burden.
-
Lift your hands, sons and daughters, all over the room and
-
allow the Lord to minister to you.
-
