Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International
-
Church Podcast, where we seek to love all nations, equip the
-
church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.
-
We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever
-
you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get
-
your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe
-
some tea, and get ready to receive.
-
Let's get into it. Look at your neighbor and say
-
today is going to be one of those days.
-
I don't know what that day going to be, but it's one of those
-
days. It's one of those days.
-
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for your spirit.
-
I thank you for the Spirit of revelation, the Spirit of
-
wisdom. Lord, open our minds like only
-
you can do. Open the eyes of my heart, Lord.
-
Open the eyes of my. I want to see.
-
Yeah, I want to see. Open the eyes.
-
Open the eyes of my heart. Open the eyes of my heart.
-
I want to see most friends. I want to see to see you how you
-
lived it up.
-
Shine in the light of you as we sing holy.
-
The holy, holy, holy, holy. Evil I want to see.
-
I. Want to see.
-
I want to see. I want to see.
-
I want to see. I want to say the last few weeks
-
we've been talking about the family that God intends, family
-
matters. Somebody say family matters.
-
We've talked about the blessing. We've talked about alignment.
-
We've talked about the ripple that our lives create rather
-
that is good or bad, life or death.
-
Because what happens in a home does not stop in that home.
-
Amen. But it ripples.
-
Somebody said it ripples. Faith ripples.
-
Honor ripples. Brokenness ripples.
-
Blessing ripples. And what we build today becomes
-
the story of our children's inheritance tomorrow.
-
And Scripture shows us this over and over again.
-
When a father walks with God, it shapes generations.
-
When a husband walks with God, it shapes a household.
-
When a home forgets God, the ripple moves the other
-
direction. Let's think about David.
-
We've mentioned David over the last few weeks and how his sin
-
rippled throughout generations. We also glanced at David as a
-
young man experiencing being underlooked and left in the
-
backfield, not invited to the party, but still God chose him.
-
Say God chose him, and I think a part of the enemy's plan to look
-
over you is to hopefully get you to look over yourself.
-
OK, One of the clearest examples of this ripple is David.
-
David was not perfect. David had failures.
-
David had messes. David had moments that damaged
-
his house. Watch this.
-
A lot of us relate to David more in his messiness than we do his
-
praise. I can relate to David's sin more
-
than I can relate to David's dance.
-
It really shouldn't be that way, but Scripture still says
-
something remarkable about David.
-
Watch this in First Samuel 1314. It says that David was a man
-
after God's own heart. Wait a minute.
-
This is the same man we've been reading about who send adultery.
-
Murder didn't protect his child Didn't didn't administer justice
-
for his daughter being raped and God saw fit to market in history
-
that David is a man after God's own heart.
-
And for us to overlook that is absolutely irresponsible.
-
To highlight his sin so that we can have a powerful man to
-
relate to but not highlight why he's a man after God's own heart
-
when he was one of the most sinful men to ever walk the
-
earth. Watch this you.
-
You don't just abandoned ministry call post, you then
-
sleep with one of your soldiers acquaintances, your homies wife,
-
then you kill him, then you marry her and you got tons of
-
wives. Bad bad bad bad bad man.
-
But still. And yet he's a man after God's
-
own heart. And here we are and we feel bad
-
about not giving somebody something or we feel bad about a
-
sin we've done. And sometimes the the guilt of
-
our sin will cause us to be stuck for years.
-
Here it is a man that God sought fit to say you're You're the
-
model. Even so, in history, Jesus,
-
watch this, he's not only the model, but he's the bloodline
-
that Jesus came through, had to come through.
-
Then you hear blind Bartimaeus, blind Bartimaeus say Jesus son
-
of David Wall. What if in history 2000 years
-
from now, people cried out to Jesus, said Jesus son of Troy?
-
How does Troy and Jesus go together, let alone as like a
-
godfather? Not Jesus, daddy or David, uncle
-
of David son of David? Because David had a reflex that
-
a lot of us don't have. When David sinned, he returned.
-
When David was overwhelmed, he worshipped.
-
When David faced battles, he remembered the faithfulness of
-
God. You see it all through the
-
Psalms. Bless the Lord, Oh my soul, and
-
forget not all of his benefits. Forget not is the hardest part
-
we struggle with. Watch this.
-
Forget not is the warfare. David constantly remembered God,
-
and that remembrance turned, the remembrance turned in, the
-
remembrance turned into praise. Remembrance protects the ripple
-
because when a house remembers what God has done, gratitude
-
fills the home. Praise fills the home, faith
-
fills the home. But when remembrance disappears,
-
gratitude fades. Praise grows quiet and slowly
-
the story of God disappears from the house.
-
It's very important. The story of God disappears from
-
the house. How do you have so many people
-
say, yeah, I used to go to my Mama 10 years ago, 20 years ago,
-
I think my Auntie Nem went to church.
-
My great. How do a bloodline eventually
-
fade away from God? How are you, some of you, some
-
of the first people in your family?
-
I would guarantee 100% of the people in here, somebody in your
-
family way back when, followed God.
-
How does a bloodline drift? Luke 17 Then Jesus asked.
-
We're not ten of you clenched. We're not ten of you healed.
-
Where are the other nine? This is a question that still
-
echoes today. Where are the others?
-
10 experienced mercy. 10 received a miracle, but only one
-
returned to honor the one who did it. 10 experienced the power
-
of God. One return.
-
Over the last few weeks we have been building something
-
intentional in this house. We have been talking about
-
family blessing, generational alignment, and the kind of
-
culture Heaven intends to live inside of our home.
-
Because families do not drift into health.
-
You do not drift into health. Families tend to drift into
-
forgetfulness. Yeah, this is going to be one of
-
them days. We remember disappointments.
-
We remember let downs. We remember failures.
-
We remember persecution. We remember abandonment, but we
-
forget faithfulness. We remember abandonment.
-
We remember the rape. We remember Daddy wasn't there.
-
We remember poverty. But we forget the faithfulness
-
of God. And forgetfulness is dangerous.
-
God never asked us to erase the past.
-
God forbid anything bad happened in 2025.
-
You threw out the whole year because of a few things did not
-
go your way in one year. You threw out the whole year and
-
didn't take remembrance into 2026.
-
God never asked us to erase the past.
-
He invites us forward with our eyes on Him.
-
Watch this. But along the way, the Father
-
keeps on whispering. Remember my hand, remember my
-
heart, remember my love, remember my character, remember
-
my promises. Because when you remember who
-
God has been, you regain confidence in who He will be.
-
I hope you're tracking today. God is constantly saying just
-
keep your eyes fixed on me. Remember my hand.
-
Just if you, I know you're going to go through some things, but
-
even when you fall, Remember Me. Even when it hurts, Remember Me.
-
Because when you remember who I am, you will always remember who
-
I will be. Forgetfulness makes you think.
-
Watch this. Forgetfulness makes you think
-
you survive because you were strong.
-
Forgetfulness make you think the breakthrough came because you
-
were smart. Forgetfulness makes you
-
interpret mercy as normal. So today, before I ask, we ask
-
God for the next thing. We ask God to open the next
-
door. We ask God to do the the next
-
miracle, to give us the next promotion, to give us another
-
healing. Today we're going to do
-
something very holy and royal. Why holy and royal?
-
Because we are a holy nation, a royal priesthood.
-
What we're about to do today is holy and royal.
-
It's what royalty does. We are going to count them up.
-
We are going to count them up. We are going to this is holy and
-
royalty count them up. David is who he is because he
-
count them up. No matter how how many times he
-
fell, he counted the goodness of God, He counted the faithfulness
-
of God. He counted him up.
-
He didn't allow him. No matter where he was pressed,
-
no matter how dark it got. He counted up the blessing of
-
God. He counted up the faithfulness
-
of God. We're going to count him up.
-
Somebody shout out. Count him up.
-
What if I told you as our subtitle?
-
All you got to do is turn around.
-
All you got to do is turn around Something we're afraid to do.
-
What? We'll use.
-
We'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll use.
-
Why is this name slipping my mind?
-
We'll, we'll use. What's the name's wife?
-
Oh, don't look back. Yeah, I heard you.
-
Thank you. Don't.
-
Don't look back. We're raised to not look.
-
And I remember a few months ago I was like, no, go through the
-
valley and look like when you go on the roller coaster.
-
I learned if I got to close my eyes, I'm not getting on the
-
roller coaster. The whole point is to see how
-
high I am. I need to see how scary it feels
-
and in the drop, I need to get all the adrenaline.
-
If you're going to go through the scary house at at Disneyland
-
or where at the carnival, don't go through the scary house with
-
your eyes closed. That's a waste of 15 minutes,
-
right? You can't get strong with your
-
eyes closed. He didn't say keep your eyes
-
closed. He says keep your eyes fixed on
-
me. Fixed on me.
-
All you got to do is turn around.
-
Somebody say turn around, turn around.
-
Because we're family matters. Praise matters.
-
Yeah, we're family matters. Praise matters.
-
So let's let's pause for a minute.
-
Let's pause for a minute. Don't you take just 30 seconds
-
to think. You know it it it would take
-
more than 30 seconds. But allow yourself to drift into
-
how good God has been. 30 seconds.
-
And if you can't find nothing, he woke you up this morning.
-
You can't find nothing else. He brought you here safely.
-
Can't find nothing else. You in a you in a, a semi warm
-
room, but it's warmer than some people who's still who's still
-
sitting on the corner. We we can go on and on.
-
Can you? Can you pause and think of all
-
the Lord has brought you through?
-
Can you think of all the Lord has done?
-
Can you pause all that He's brought you out of?
-
All He kept you from, all the prayers He answered, all the
-
doors He's opened, all the doors He closed that would have
-
destroyed you? Can you praise Him for the doors
-
He closed? Can you just pause and think for
-
a moment and thank him for the doors he closed?
-
This is holy and royal. The doors he closed that would
-
have destroyed you. How quick he snatched you out of
-
that situation and though it hurt and though though you you
-
needed closure, but if he had not, you'd be dead right now.
-
You'd be in, you'd be sick right now.
-
You'd be in the hospital right now.
-
Can you just pause? Instead of thinking of how bad
-
it was, think of how good he is and snatching you or keeping you
-
or protecting you. That storm didn't hit your
-
house. Here's a question for you.
-
What did God keep you from that you never even saw?
-
Come on, somebody say. Question, what did God keep you
-
from that you never even saw? We're so see and saw people.
-
We don't count what he didn't allow us to see.
-
What he didn't watch. This what he didn't allow us to
-
feel. You might have felt.
-
Pain from abandonment, but you didn't feel pain from getting
-
stabbed. You didn't get pain from chemo.
-
You didn't get pain from. There's levels to pain and
-
there's things that he has kept you from seeing, feeling,
-
experiencing. Can you just pause instead of
-
only counting what you saw in touch?
-
Can you thank him and count what he kept you from?
-
Because even if some of y'all saw it, you'd be drifting.
-
If you felt it, you would have gave up and that would have been
-
a testimony you passed on. Don't go over there because when
-
you go over there, no, when you went over there, that happened.
-
What did God keep? You from that you never saw
-
watch this? What accident never happened?
-
What? What?
-
Watch this. How many accidents have you
-
drove past that that you was minutes from?
-
What betrayal never reached you? What?
-
What disaster never formed because the hand of God
-
protected you? Are you with me this morning?
-
Some of the greatest miracles in your life are the disasters God
-
prevented from happening. Watch this miracles isn't just
-
what God took from you or off you.
-
It's also what He didn't allow to touch you, what He didn't
-
allow in your vicinity. I call it the Psalm 91 miracle.
-
Those that are hiding under the wing that the enemy can't even
-
get close to you. The enemy can't even sniff you,
-
the enemy can't even get a trace on you.
-
What about the things God kept out of your life versus what He
-
had to take out of your life? Watch this a lot.
-
Of the stuff that God had to save us from wasn't even stuff
-
God put in our life, it was stuff he took that we brought.
-
Somebody just say I'm. Grateful.
-
What's this question? What season should have broken
-
you? But you still here?
-
What? What season?
-
Can you look back and be like that?
-
Should have talk took me out, but I'm still here.
-
Some of y'all in here this morning and you ain't out the
-
season all the way. But you feel your life coming
-
back. You feel your strength coming
-
back. You feel your hope coming back.
-
You feel that temptation weakening in your life.
-
Yeah, you, you, you feel your strength coming back.
-
It's like the lame boy, it said as he went, he got strength.
-
I'm here to declare as you go day by day, God is going to give
-
you strength after strength after strength after strength.
-
Come on, give him some praise for it now in advance.
-
You. You.
-
Should have collapsed under the pressure.
-
You should have lost your mind. You should have walked away.
-
But God sustained you. God sustained you.
-
Come on. You should've.
-
You should've. You should've.
-
You should've pulled that trigger.
-
You should've sliced your wrist. You should have.
-
You were right there. You pulled the knife out.
-
You pulled the gun out. You went to the ledge.
-
You went to the bridge. You thought about driving off
-
the road, but God sustained you. You took the.
-
Pills, but they didn't work. God sustained you.
-
You drank the alcohol, but God sustained you.
-
You took the drugs, but God sustained you.
-
You've been grinding. You've been building.
-
You've been believing. You've been planning.
-
You've been faith thing forward. And when?
-
Life moves fast, it becomes easy to always just look forward.
-
The Life of. The Father is one that keeps
-
their eyes on Him, so we often think faith is all about
-
forward. But the Kingdom teaches
-
something different. The Kingdom teaches us that we
-
look forward with hope, but we look backwards with gratitude.
-
Come on, we we look. Forward with hope, we look
-
backwards with gratitude. Faith is forward, but faith does
-
not get strengthened without looking backwards.
-
We are not turning. Back today.
-
We are building a. Memorial today.
-
Noah. Didn't stay on the ark.
-
And then when he got. Off he just went back to
-
business. Moses didn't just cross the Red
-
Sea and when he got across the Red Sea, he just went back to
-
business. Joshua and the 12 tribes didn't
-
just cross the Jordan and just be about business.
-
Over and over and over. God tells us to do something
-
that will help us keep sanity. Pause and remember.
-
While Jesus was. On the way to Jerusalem, let's
-
unlock this. Let's unpack this.
-
While Jesus was on the way to Jerusalem, he was passing along
-
the border between Samaria and Galilee.
-
As he entered a village, he was met by 10.
-
How many 10 lepers who stood at a distance, stood at a distance
-
really quickly. They stood at a distance because
-
in in Jewish culture and law, leprosy isolated people
-
socially, spiritually, and physically.
-
They had a skin disease. They had to stay distant from
-
the miracle worker. So 10.
-
Lepers drew as close as they could to Jesus, but they had to,
-
by law, stay at a distance. Say a distance.
-
Say his word reaches. Say his blood reaches.
-
What's this and they? Raised their voices and called
-
out Jesus. Master, have mercy on us.
-
When he saw them, he said to them, go and show yourselves to
-
the priests. Why?
-
It don't matter how far you feel from Jesus, when he gives an
-
instruction from distance, it's going to automatically bring you
-
closer to Him by way of word. Go and.
-
Show yourselves to the priest and as they went, as they went,
-
somebody just shout out as they went, as they went, as they
-
obeyed the word of God, as they kept going.
-
They were miraculously healed and made clean as they went.
-
Want you to see this? They were healed.
-
And made clean. When as they went one of them?
-
How many? How many?
-
How many of them was it one of? Them when?
-
He saw that he was healed when he noticed that something
-
changed. When he noticed that the blood
-
still worked. When he noticed that God kept
-
him. When he noticed God woke him up
-
this morning. When he noticed that God
-
protected him. When he noticed that God's grace
-
was there, not his not shame. When he noticed that God still
-
loved him, when he when he noticed God was faithful, he
-
turned back. He.
-
Saw that he was healed and he turned back and he didn't just
-
look back, he turned back glorifying and praising and
-
honoring God. Watch this with a loud voice.
-
With a loud voice, Somebody. Say with a loud voice.
-
With a loud voice. No, I was saying with a loud
-
voice. With a loud voice.
-
And I say it twice. There we go with a loud.
-
Voice. Watch this Watch this.
-
He says and he lay face downward at Jesus feet, which represents
-
he recognized authority, not just provision.
-
It wasn't just the God. Who did something for me?
-
It is the God who has all power in his hand.
-
Watch this. This is Jehovah Sabaoth.
-
This is the God who? Is hosting my healing in his
-
hand. He is hosting my breakthrough in
-
his hand. He is hosting my freedom in his
-
hand. Watch.
-
This he was a. Samaritan, you got to pay
-
attention. You just can't.
-
Oh, he was. This is not historical.
-
This is revelatory because sometimes outsiders recognize
-
grace faster than insiders. Some sometimes.
-
People that didn't come to church, don't go to church,
-
don't know Jesus, recognize that God did something different on
-
your life and you ain't even recognize something different on
-
your life. This was.
-
The outsider who returned. Then Jesus asked this question.
-
We're not ten of you cleansed. Wait a minute, I.
-
Just saw this, it's called Revelation.
-
When they were lepers. They were at a distance.
-
What I see here is him and Jesus talking and this is the healed
-
leper he like where are your other nine buddies?
-
OK OK some of y'all get that letter so hey Jesus have.
-
Mercy. God shouts back a word to him.
-
He goes as they go. They're healed.
-
He returns. Now.
-
Now he's sitting with. Jesus having a conversation with
-
Jesus. Now intimacy comes on the other
-
side of my breakthrough, right? Watch this.
-
Healing does not just make me feel better, it closes the gap
-
between me and Jesus. This is why the enemy wants you.
-
Stuck because you will always feel distant as long as you are
-
hosting illness. Watch this.
-
Where are the other 9? Was there no one found to
-
return? And to give thanks.
-
And praise to God, except this foreigner.
-
Where's the other 9? What's this?
-
Where's their praise? It's how I feel sometime when I
-
come to church. Where's your praise at?
-
Now his praise wasn't. Just just it said his praise was
-
what? You got nerves and sit there
-
and. Look at me like God only been
-
good to me. Or maybe I get the.
-
Revelation because when I saw I praised what you looking for.
-
Maybe the difference is is I paused, you didn't.
-
And sometimes a testimony. That's why I get up here and I'm
-
vulnerable and I, I, I'm transparent because I realize
-
where I've come from. I I.
-
Yeah, I've been in. I've.
-
Been behind bars before, I've womanized before, I've had a
-
foul mouth before, I've been rebellious before, but God.
-
So I can't sit here and look. At what he has brought me from
-
and sit here and try to be all cute.
-
Praise ain't cute baby. Because where he brought me from
-
was not cute. Except the foreigner.
-
Jesus said to him, Get up, get up and go on your way.
-
Your faith, your personal trust in me and your confidence.
-
This brother went from standing at a distance to sitting at his
-
feet. Your faith, your.
-
Personal man, there's so much to there.
-
Your personal trust in me and your confidence in God's power
-
has restored you to help somebody.
-
Say, restored you to help. I want you to.
-
I want. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
-
Restored you to help. The miracle happened as they
-
went. The miracle happened as they
-
went. They obeyed before they saw the
-
manifestation. Before your family is restored,
-
before you are whole, there is an obedience that is available,
-
not required, available. There's an obedience available
-
for you. Healing.
-
Come on, somebody healing met them in motion.
-
Sometimes. We are waiting for God to move
-
before we move. 10. Experience the same miracle but
-
only came back. Can.
-
Experience the goodness of God, but only one saw it.
-
Watch this What? If I told you that one.
-
Of the greatest wars. In your family is a war against
-
remembrance. There's this you probably see.
-
It because it's all over social media.
-
They're they're, they're, they're trying to call people.
-
I'll just put it simple. They're trying to call people
-
stupid that don't have good memory, right?
-
There's all these little commercials that maybe it's just
-
my algorithm, I don't know. But they're just, it's primarily
-
this Asian guy that they're, they're, but they're selling
-
something, right? There's these, if you do 10
-
minutes a day on this, you will strengthen your memory, right?
-
There's this big movement on memory and memory loss.
-
And, and what's why there is memory loss.
-
You have a flabby brain. If you forget right away,
-
they'll, they'll sometimes say stuff like if you forget
-
somebody's name soon as you walk away, right?
-
The Bible even says if you look in the mirror and you walk away
-
and forget, right? If there's this thing about
-
memory that God gave us. But the enemy uses.
-
It's not that you don't. Remember you're.
-
Just allowing yourself. To remember what's not edifying
-
you what's. Not strengthening.
-
You, you pause and remember. Hurt, disappointment, the war
-
against remembrance. Watch this 10 men.
-
I can't get tired of this. 10 men were healed. 10 experienced
-
mercy, 10 received a miracle, but only one returned.
-
Honor was practiced by 1. Honor was.
-
Practiced by 1. Honor was practiced by how many?
-
One? The healing was given to 10, but
-
honor was practiced by one. What happened to their memory?
-
Luke, 1717. Says where are the other nine?
-
In other words, Jesus is saying what happened to their memory.
-
What? What did they?
-
Where are the other? 9 Watch this.
-
The enemy does not just fight your future, he fights your
-
memory of God's faithfulness. Watch this because memory fuels
-
faith. Am I talking to this side over
-
here? Memory fuels faith.
-
Somebody say memory fuels faith? Hallelujah, the enemy is.
-
After your memory he's after taking your mind he's at This is
-
why Jesus says fix your mind on me and I will give you perfect
-
peace. Why does God say I need my peace
-
to guard your mind? Why doesn't my mind?
-
Need Garrison? Why does my mind need a strong
-
fortress around it? And Jesus said I died to make
-
sure your mind was protected. Why?
-
Why is my mind so important? Because that's your soul.
-
Your soul is your thinker. Your filler, your chooser,
-
that's what he died for, so he protects it.
-
So watch. This whatever has.
-
Your mind has your soul. If the enemy can get you.
-
To forget what God did. He can get you to.
-
Question what God will do. If he can get you to.
-
Forget what God did, He can get you to question what God can do
-
He. Can get you to question.
-
God's ability because memory fuels faith.
-
Somebody say memory fuels faith question.
-
A lot of questions. Why questions make your memory?
-
Are you living like God is faithful?
-
No, Be honest with yourself. Are you?
-
Are you living? Like God is faithful.
-
Or living like. Everything depends on you.
-
Because when memory. Fades, Pressure increases, but
-
when remembrance rises, faith returns.
-
Today we reclaim. Come on, say that over your
-
safe. Itself.
-
Today I reclaim a remembrance. Come on, come on, just say about
-
3 to 5 things about God right now.
-
Come on, reclaim. He brought you out.
-
He, he kept me, He protected me. Come on, take like 1015 seconds
-
and just jog your memory real quick.
-
Tell yourself, encourage yourself.
-
He strengthened me when I didn't.
-
Even want strength. He loved me when I didn't even
-
want to be loved. He kept me when I didn't want to
-
be kept. I remember he paid and made and
-
paid. He fed me when I didn't have no
-
money. He kept up.
-
Yes, God bless me. Watch this.
-
The one who returned glorified God with a loud voice.
-
That's what the scriptures say, right?
-
He turned back. He glorified praise and honor
-
God with a what? Loud voice?
-
Somebody say a loud voice with a loud voice.
-
Yes, you got it, You got it. Gratitude.
-
Watch this. He praised Him with a loud
-
voice. Gratitude does not stay quiet
-
very long. Oh, watch.
-
This, this side you, you cannot keep quiet too long when you're
-
grateful. Watch this.
-
Gratitude. Don't whisper much.
-
Gratitude. Is watch this gratitude
-
sometimes comes off disrespectful to people's quiet
-
space. You're doing too much turn down
-
South. So for a house like this, we not
-
just loud because we loud, but I believe we loud because we got
-
some people aware of God's goodness.
-
Unashamed. Unashamed.
-
Unashamed of the gospel. Your gratitude does.
-
Not stay quiet very long. When you remember what God
-
brought you out of. When you remember the night you
-
cried yourself to sleep. When you remember the diagnosis
-
the doctor gave you. When you remember the financial
-
pressure. When you remember the addiction.
-
When you remember the moment your life could have gone
-
another direction. When you remember when you made
-
decisions in secret and God didn't allow you to be exposed
-
publicly, He just dealt with you in private.
-
When you remember even God kept a secret, all he asks you to do
-
is return God not trying to expose his children.
-
He always exposes you one-on-one.
-
You remember how he has kept you.
-
You cannot whisper the praise. You, you.
-
You can't. How how long you going?
-
You going to pass out if you Hallelujah, Hallelujah,
-
Hallelujah, Hallelujah. It is harder to whisper for a
-
long time than to just let it out.
-
Come on, somebody shout out. Count them.
-
Up. That that kind of praise.
-
Has volume. This is what we say and his
-
praise had volume. So much volume.
-
It got Jesus attention. It activated power.
-
The fervent, ineffectual prayers of the righteous make tremendous
-
power available. What did God deliver you from
-
question pause. What did God deliver you from
-
that you used to call normal? You was.
-
You was in your. You was.
-
In your saddle, you was you were settled in that you even know
-
you need deliverance from it because it was just normal.
-
It was watch this. It wasn't my fault I was born
-
like this. You just going to have to deal
-
with this and then all of a sudden one day what people used
-
to have to deal with, you ain't got to deal with no more.
-
If it's something I got to deal with, it's something you got to
-
deal with. You got to deal with it every
-
day I get to go home or I get to go to sleep and turn myself off
-
from you. What did God?
-
Deliver you. From that you used to call
-
normal. Look, look, look.
-
Look, some of you used to live in anxiety.
-
It was normal. Addiction.
-
It was normal, some of you. Used to live in cycles.
-
That almost destroyed your life. But look at you now.
-
Look at you. Look at you now.
-
Look at your neighbor. Say look at me now.
-
Look at me now. Watch this Watch this Watch
-
this. Watch this tell your neighbor if
-
you if I told you where I came from, you'd be scared to sit
-
next to me. Glad you didn't hear about my
-
old. Man first.
-
Yeah. Somebody say look at me now.
-
Somebody shout out. I'm still standing.
-
Yeah, you can shout. About that one, I'm still
-
standing. I'm still standing.
-
I'm still standing. I'm.
-
Still. I'm still.
-
Standing. I'm still.
-
Standing. Yeah, you can.
-
You can save that you. Can save that.
-
Come on, Bring it down. Bring it down.
-
Come on, come on. Have a seat.
-
Have a seat. I'm telling you, I'm still
-
standing. The enemy don't like that I'm
-
still standing. The.
-
None. Look at me now.
-
Look at me now. Look at me now, Look at me now.
-
Look at me now. Look at me now.
-
Look at me now. Look at me now.
-
When all 10, all 10, all ten were healed.
-
But the one who returned? You got to get this.
-
All ten were healed, but the one that returned was made whole.
-
No, we're going. We're going to look at this.
-
We're. Going to look at this.
-
We're going to look at this in the next experience too.
-
All ten were healed, but the one that returned was made whole.
-
Some of y'all. Think.
-
Jesus want to stop at healing? No, no, no, no.
-
The woman with the issue of blood was made whole.
-
Watch this. She returned because gratitude
-
unlocks deeper restoration. Watch this your.
-
Faith, your personal trust in me and your confidence in God's
-
power has restored you to health.
-
Get up and go. When Jesus?
-
Cleansed them. Their disease disappeared, their
-
exclusion ended and their life restarted.
-
All 10 received this Watch this. All 10 received the the Basic
-
package. You know how you can get the
-
basic? Package.
-
All 10 received this See, I'm the kind of person if you give
-
me the basic package like when you flare you got the basic
-
package or anything, They got the basic package, the value
-
packages in the most popular package, then you can get the
-
elite package, the supreme package.
-
I might not be able to afford afford it but I always want
-
everything if. It's available.
-
I want it. Somebody say if it's available,
-
I want it. This is the same thing with God.
-
Why are you just want your legs to heal?
-
But I'm going to deal with migraines.
-
Some of y'all in here you believe?
-
In for one thing to be better, and the same faith and the same
-
prayer is what it takes to believe God to heal all of this.
-
Heal all of. This.
-
Right, Lord, I don't want you. To just heal my knee, heal my
-
crazy, heal my crazy. Some of y'all got to heal me,
-
but you still crazy. No no no no.
-
Put the knee on pause. Get your mind back.
-
All 10. Received this.
-
All ten were cleansed, but cleansing was not the end of the
-
story. Watch this.
-
Salvation was not the end. The blood was not the end of the
-
you. You getting saved was not the
-
end of the story you find in a church home was not the end of
-
the story come on, it's not the end of the story this word right
-
here cleansed in the Greek meant they were ritually purified
-
that. It it is the healing.
-
That allowed them now to go closer to people they were.
-
They were ritually purified. Follow me.
-
He sees it. He saw the miracle of God.
-
He recognizes mercy, and he turns around, Say he turned
-
around. Because recognition triggered
-
remembrance, and praise always begins with recognition.
-
The praise that's. Exploding and ready to explode
-
in here is because we have had a few intentional moments to pause
-
and remember. One of them when he.
-
Saw that he was healed. Watch this this word healing.
-
This is talking about the one the first healing was talking
-
about the 10. This healing is talking about
-
the one one of them when he saw that he was healed.
-
Healing. This refers to physical
-
restoration. He was not just.
-
Ritually cleansed and purified, he was also restored physically.
-
Says when he. Saw he turned back watch this he
-
turned back and recognition triggered remembrance again
-
praise always begins with recognition verse 15 says one of
-
them when he saw that one of them who was.
-
Healed like the other. 9 But the one that saw and returned, he
-
was healed. Watch this.
-
This refers to physical restoration.
-
And then this other one. Sorry, this other one.
-
Let me backtrack. Going too fast.
-
He turned back. Can I start there?
-
He turned back one of them when he saw that he was healed.
-
Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is not run
-
faster to the next day. Sometimes all you got to do is
-
what? Turn around.
-
Somebody say turn around. Somebody say turn around.
-
Somebody say turn around. Somebody say turn around.
-
That's sometimes instead of instead of whoa, what's next?
-
All you got to do is pivot and. Just pause sometimes, be still
-
and know that. He is God.
-
That's what he's talking about. Be still, shut up, be still.
-
Maybe God is slowing you down in this season because He needs you
-
to remember before you go forward.
-
Why is it OK it's? How we teach our kids.
-
Wait a minute, you asking me for something else and you ain't
-
even took care of that? Finish what's on your plate.
-
You ain't even said thank you for me taking you over here now
-
you asked me to get you some V bucks.
-
There's some. There's some.
-
Grown people in here that know what V Bucks is and I, I don't
-
know, I'm going to pray for you after this.
-
Hey, man. Don't figure out.
-
What V bucks is later? Don't, don't, don't come on.
-
Stay focused. Stay focused.
-
Stay focused. Watch this.
-
Watch this. Ten were cleanse.
-
Ten were healed, but only one was made whole.
-
Only one was made whole. Only one return, and only one
-
was made whole. There, there, there.
-
There is a depth of healing and salvation in the life of
-
appraiser. Watch this, verse 19 says.
-
Your faith has made you well. What this means here is
-
wholeness, same word as Sozo salvation.
-
This means that your, your, your.
-
Your faith has made you. It saved you.
-
Your faith delivered you, restored you.
-
Watch this. And your faith has made you
-
whole. Your faith made you whole.
-
At first you all 10. Asked to be healed and he sent
-
them and said go on your way and as you went you were healed.
-
But then the one that returned experienced the salvation of the
-
Lord. Watch this.
-
God is still blessing non saved people.
-
But the ones who return? Home there's a different type of
-
blessing right, right, right. People are still blessed watch
-
you. You might not be saved, but that
-
wealth you got the Lord has permitted you to have and he is
-
using it for all things work together for his good.
-
What what get? Get that, get that.
-
But that person with the wealth don't got the same peace that
-
someone who returned home got. Right.
-
And so now you're. Within the tribe, when you're
-
within the fold, there's also still returning.
-
There's still returning. There's people in this room, you
-
say, stuck out there and wonder why other people are advancing.
-
Because maybe you're not returning.
-
Maybe you're not pausing. Maybe you're not paying
-
attention to all that God has done.
-
Gratitude brought him. Back to the presence of Jesus,
-
and the presence of Jesus gave him more than the miracle.
-
The presence gave him wholeness. 1 Bible repeatedly commands
-
God's people to remember because the moment people stop
-
remembering, we start drifting. It's no different.
-
You come to this church, you're exciting you like I know God
-
called me here. And then you start remembering
-
why he called you here. You stop forgetting why you came
-
here. You stop forgetting how good it
-
really is. And then you start drifting
-
because you stop remembering. You stop remembering how sweet
-
your wife is was. You stop forgetting how much
-
y'all was in love and you start and now.
-
We start trying to produce. Performance, but.
-
Performance. Never.
-
Got you here, God brought you here.
-
Psalm one O 3 says forget not any of his benefits.
-
Why is this in the Bible? Troy forget not any of his
-
benefits. Because watch this forgetfulness
-
is. Not just emotional state.
-
It is a posture of warfare. Forgetfulness is a posture in
-
scripture, God often instructs his people to mark his
-
faithfulness. Yes he does Joshua Ford watch
-
this powerful guys Joshua Ford they crossing over and he tells
-
Joshua each of you take up a stone on his shoulder according
-
to the number of tribes which is 12.
-
So watch this take a stone as you crossover the Jordan so that
-
this may be a sign among you. Watch this guy's very important
-
when your children ask you later what?
-
Do these stones mean? Mama.
-
Mama, what do these stones? Mean, daddy, what do these
-
stones mean? He said.
-
Grab these stones, have them, and later your children go see
-
them and they're going to ask you what they mean.
-
Build a remark memorial. So people, people are going to
-
Europe all the time and there's memorials and they come and get
-
here, they put the headphones on and they try to understand what
-
does this mean? And then when you ask that
-
question, it unlocks history. It unlocks the history of
-
faithfulness. Verse 7 says.
-
Then you shall say to them that the waters of the Jordan were
-
cut off. In other words, God provided for
-
us. What do these stones mean, Mama?
-
Well, back in the day when you was just a little baby, you
-
didn't have no knowledge of it. But we didn't even have no
-
money. You didn't even know the lights
-
was cut off. You didn't even know we have to
-
feed you this way. But God kept us.
-
The the heat was cut off, but God kept us.
-
What are these stones? What does this memorial mean?
-
What does this praise mean, Mama?
-
This praise means that your daddy almost lost his mind.
-
This praise mean that your daddy was a whore.
-
This, that, this, that. Yes, I didn't say it was a This
-
praise means that I almost lost my life.
-
I wanted to commit suicide. This praise, this stone means
-
that I was sick. The doctor diagnosed me with
-
cancer, but God healed me. This praise means this.
-
God healed me. God brought.
-
Me through God protected me. Mama, What do these stones mean?
-
So these stones shall become. A memorial for Israel forever.
-
Watch this guy's. Memorials mark the ground of
-
God's faithfulness. You can look at me scriptures on
-
your own time. It's all through the Bible.
-
But we overlooked this. We have worship nights.
-
But we don't have memorial days. Even Canada.
-
Have Remembrance Day question. If your trial asks you today,
-
your Co worker asks you today, what has God done in your
-
family? What would the testimony be?
-
Or would you have to think of something?
-
Do you live with a testimony on the tip of your tongue?
-
What stories would you tell? Would you know about the
-
miracles? Would they know about the
-
miracles? Would they know about the
-
prayers? Would they know about the nights
-
God came through? Better yet, what if you wouldn't
-
ask somebody else's child? Like if you just went behind my.
-
Back and asked my children. How have God kept your family?
-
Would my children be able to say how God has kept us based on
-
their parents planting those stones, not throwing them?
-
Because if we do not tell the story, watch this very
-
important, the next generation will never know the faithfulness
-
of God. You, you got to see that you got
-
to see this Lord you got you guys got to see this.
-
You guys got to see this. If we don't tell the story, if
-
we don't become a church who celebrates often if we don't
-
become a church who, who, who is excited about the goodness of
-
God despite what we're going through.
-
Watch this watch this. There's a generation that will
-
not know God. And if there's a generation that
-
don't know God, the world is. And I came to tell y'all.
-
I got this in my time but some of y'all are afraid to close the
-
chapter that's why you can't start the praise.
-
Do you know that you are a watch this?
-
What do I mean by that? Some of y'all hoping you get
-
back with him or her. You can't.
-
Start the praise on. How he brought you out because
-
you still there. Some of you are afraid that.
-
The sickness will come back. You can't start the praise
-
because you still think it might come back.
-
You're looking back in fear versus declaring, no, I'm out of
-
that. Like I'm, I'm not even the, I'm
-
not tethered to that anymore. No, no, no, no.
-
God can give me another man. God can give me a you can't.
-
You can't forgive somebody, so you can't start the praise.
-
You living in regret. So you can't start the praise.
-
But what if you chose? Today some.
-
Of you may struggle with drinking.
-
You can actually make a choice today and put a praise on it
-
today, like your praise can be your down payment on your
-
commitment to being sober. You you can actually make a.
-
Choice today and quote God. Don't wait for you to prove it.
-
He's already proof. Proof is in the blood, not the
-
pudding. It's in the blood.
-
And So what you got to understand the moment you make a
-
decisive decision in your heart, you can put a praise on it
-
today. You don't got to wait till till
-
you act right to put a praise on it.
-
That's what the blood has done today.
-
You can make a decision. I am done with that chapter.
-
I'm not even going to call them and tell them I'm done.
-
I'm just done. I'm not.
-
If they do call me, I'm not answering the phone to tell them
-
I'm done. I'm done and now I'm moving
-
forward and I'm going to put a praise on it today.
-
Because if you forgot. Deliverance, you drift back
-
towards slavery. Don't.
-
Don't you dare. Don't you dare play with what
-
God brought. Don't you get that foot out of
-
Egypt? Get that foot out of Egypt.
-
Get. That get that foot out of Egypt
-
because if you forget deliverance, you drift back
-
towards slavery. Here's the warning and I could
-
not leave today without giving it to you.
-
Some of you would have came back and got it, but some of you will
-
not. The warning.
-
Eventually. That entire generation died and
-
was buried. Watch this guy's super powerful.
-
Then another generation grew up that didn't know anything of God
-
or the work he had done in your life.
-
Was you raised in houses? Even with Christians who
-
complain more than they praised. Some of y'all watch pastors and.
-
Parents preach and then come home and be super negative and
-
now you inherited confusion. They didn't know anything.
-
Now, now for me, a part of me, I'm sorry, we could have left on
-
high praise 10 minutes ago, but then you would have left not
-
understanding that we can praise but if you don't understand why
-
you praising, there's a generation that actually you're
-
not just praising for yourself. There's a.
-
Generation that. Actually needs to know about the
-
goodness of God. It needs to echo from generation
-
to generation. And so if God put the warning in
-
the book, we need to read it. What miracle?
-
Have you slowly turned into expectation?
-
Like you just expect it to happen, but it's actually a
-
miracle? Like to have a church home, a
-
good one is a miracle, but you just expect you could just find
-
any good church home to to be loved is a miracle.
-
To watch this, to read the word in safety is a miracle.
-
But it's just normal to us, right?
-
What, what, what? What have you allowed to just
-
become normal? Watch this.
-
Instead of it being a miracle, now you're entitled to it.
-
Watch this, you can't be grateful.
-
For something you think you're entitled to?
-
You. You watch this, you ain't
-
supposed. To woke up this morning, but
-
it's. Just normal.
-
I see you. In the morning, there's.
-
Times, man, I'll go. Go to sleep or struggle morning
-
to sleep and I wake up the next morning, I'm like, whoa, I'm
-
still here because the thoughts that I was that was hitting my
-
head at night. I'm like.
-
No, like I, I. Could just go to sleep and not
-
wake up. There's many children who have
-
lost. Their parents that way, many
-
fathers, many who am. I one month year old can just.
-
Pass away, Who am I? You hear about unexpected stuff
-
all. That who am I?
-
Who are you to just think you supposed to wake up?
-
Yeah, you healthy, healthy people folks was like, what
-
happened to them? They were strong.
-
They just ran 10 miles. Who are you to just think you
-
supposed? To wake up so you supposed to
-
get another day you. Supposed to drive and.
-
No car hit you? Who?
-
Are you you? Supposed to go in the air and
-
fly all the miles and you supposed to land.
-
While some other families. Lost their Mama or lost their
-
children and then plane crashes. His baby's in there.
-
So who are you to think you owed another day?
-
See, when you you, you can't be thankful for one more day when
-
you think you owed one more day. See, I'm helpful hopefully
-
today. We are bringing our memory.
-
We are realigning our memory like you're not.
-
Old you're not. Old to drive from this church.
-
Drive back to Vancouver safe. I know you a good driver, clean
-
driving record but. But but not all.
-
Accidents happen because you don't know how to drive.
-
Somebody out there driving drunk?
-
Somebody driving blind, Somebody driving that shouldn't be
-
driving. Some of y'all serving today and
-
you. Got family on the way here.
-
Who are you that just think your family's supposed to pop in here
-
versus when you see them pull in the driveway you like?
-
Thank you. Jesus.
-
Hey, sweetie. Hey.
-
Hey, baby. That kind of attitude.
-
Towards life. Watch this and it's not fear.
-
I'm very mindful of how fragile life is.
-
Bible tells me that. Therefore, my awareness.
-
Of fragility allows me to be grateful, not from fear.
-
But from love, he loves me so. Much he invested another day in
-
me. So then how will I spend this
-
day? Because I realize it's a
-
blessing. I wish y'all was double dip and
-
stuff. Y'all double dip.
-
We going dip, dip. I'm sorry, but the next.
-
Experience we going to really bust open and praise is just
-
going to really happen in there. But you have anybody got
-
anything this morning? Come on.
-
I declare this over you. He turned around.
-
Love Quest. Some of us need to stop rushing
-
to the next thing and just turn around and look.
-
Somebody shout out, count them up.
-
As I'm declaring this over you just.
-
Think of one thing God has brought you through this year,
-
one thing He protected you from. Your response will be counting.
-
Up God healed you. God provided.
-
God protected you. God restored you.
-
God delivered you. Come on 12345678910.
-
Count them up. Who's still standing because God
-
sustained you? Count them up who's still
-
standing because God healed you? Who's still standing because God
-
healed you? Who's still standing because God
-
gave you a word? Come on.
-
Who's still standing because God walked with you?
-
Who's still standing because God LED you?
-
12345678910 Count them up. Somebody shout out, count them
-
up. Lift your hands right where you.
-
Are. I declare wholeness over.
-
You because you returned. I declare freedom over you.
-
Because you returned. I declare the chains.
-
Have no power to stay on your soul because you returned.
-
I declare the favor of the Lord. Surrounds you like a shield.
-
Because you returned watch. This some people going to.
-
Wonder why things are working out differently for you?
-
You going to say because I counted it up, I return.
-
That's why I've looked back at the goodness of God.
-
