  1. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International

  2. Church Podcast, where we seek to love all nations, equip the

  3. church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.

  4. We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever

  5. you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get

  6. your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe

  7. some tea, and get ready to receive.

  8. Let's get into it. Last few weeks we've been

  9. talking about the family that God intends, right?

  10. We've been talking about family matters.

  11. Somebody say family matters. We also understand that marriage

  12. matters. Somebody say marriage matters.

  13. We talked about the blessing. We talked about alignment.

  14. We talked about the ripple that our lives create.

  15. Good or bad, life or death. Somebody say the ripple, and I

  16. don't know about you, but I have been checked by the spirit is

  17. well liberated at the same time, because not that I blame my

  18. environment, my family, my trauma, but to be able to

  19. identify the root of or the origin of a behavior, especially

  20. a pattern, it liberates me because now I have identified

  21. the root issue of why this fruit is remaining in my life.

  22. Because what happens in a home does not stop in the home.

  23. It ripples. Somebody say it ripples, faith

  24. ripples, honor ripples, brokenness ripples, blessing

  25. ripples. What we build today becomes the

  26. story our children inherit tomorrow, and Scripture shows us

  27. this over and over again. When a father walks with God, it

  28. shapes generations. When a home forgets God, the

  29. ripple moves the other direction.

  30. We look at David, one of the clearest examples of this

  31. ripple. If you've been here for the last

  32. few weeks, we have looked at David's life, not only what his

  33. sons and daughters inherited, but also what he may have went

  34. through that could have caused some of the ripple in his life,

  35. like being overlooked, being misunderstood, being left out of

  36. the equation. When the anointing came to his

  37. house, when it was time to anoint one of the sons, he was

  38. not invited to the party. So we see how throughout time,

  39. patterns are generated for generations.

  40. And I'm here to tell everybody in here, your family is not

  41. doing anything new unless you do it.

  42. Meaning the devil been tracing your tracks.

  43. The enemy knows some of the patterns in your bloodline way

  44. better than you do. And So what he loves and he's

  45. banking on is that you remain ignorant to why you are the way

  46. you are. That you say this ignorant

  47. statement is just who I am, and it may not be your fault that

  48. you inherited it, but it is your fault that you won't change it.

  49. David, watch this scripture tells us that David was not

  50. perfect. Amen.

  51. David had failures. Amen.

  52. David had messes. David had moments that damaged

  53. his household, but Scripture still says something remarkable

  54. about David and it says this clean statement.

  55. David is a man after God's own heart.

  56. How you murder somebody? How do you commit adultery?

  57. OK, you commit adultery with one of your soldiers wives, then you

  58. kill him, then you marry her, then your daughter gets raped by

  59. your first son. You do nothing about it.

  60. He is one of the worst sinners by you know, if we was the judge

  61. sin because you know, we put sin on different levels.

  62. He murdered, he committed adultery, and he goes down in

  63. the Bible as a man after God's own heart.

  64. How do you murder? How do you commit adultery?

  65. How do you covet and go down in history as a man after God's own

  66. heart and then put your name as Jesus Godfather or step up like

  67. like like Jesus son of David. That would be like Jesus son of

  68. Adam, Jesus son of Terence, Jesus son of Jasmine.

  69. That was just David guys wasn't an Angel.

  70. It wasn't Jesus, it was David shepherd boy commit adultery

  71. murders, he goes down and his name is in history Jesus, son of

  72. David in the same sentence as not just Jesus, but in the same

  73. sentence as have mercy on me. So we would be foolish to just

  74. look at the ripple in David's bloodline, but not really hone

  75. in on although David had this craziness in his family, how is

  76. he a man after? How is God like?

  77. If there's anybody I want y'all to be like, I want you to be

  78. like David. So are you saying God, you want

  79. me to go kill somebody? So you want me to commit

  80. adultery? What about David has that watch

  81. this. That is David's obituary, that

  82. that's how we remember David when we look at David's sin.

  83. That's the way in the Old Testament David's life is pulled

  84. into Jesus walk. David's life is pulled in.

  85. They approached him that way. They didn't say Jesus, son of

  86. God. They didn't say Jesus lion of

  87. Judah. They said, Jesus, son of David

  88. and son of David, please have mercy on me.

  89. Why? Because David had a reflex that

  90. a lot of us don't have. When David sinned, he returned.

  91. When David was overwhelmed, he worshipped.

  92. And when David faced battles, he remembered the faithfulness of

  93. God. See it all through the Psalms.

  94. Watch this. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and

  95. forget, not forget, not forget, not forget.

  96. Not all of his benefits. Unfortunately, there are some

  97. people in here. You are dead tired today.

  98. When I say tired, not just physically, but mentally,

  99. because you have forgotten. It's not the devil, it's your

  100. memory. David constantly remembered and

  101. the remembrance turned into a praise.

  102. Remembrance. Family protects the ripple

  103. because when a house remembers what God has done, gratitude

  104. fills the home. Praise fills the home, faith

  105. fills the home. But when remembrance disappears,

  106. gratitude fades, praise grows quiet, and slowly but surely the

  107. story of God disappears from your house.

  108. Luke 17 says this. Then Jesus asked.

  109. We're not ten of you cleansed. Where's the other 9?

  110. Why did only one return? Why is only one got a praise?

  111. Did not bless all y'all. Why only one of y'all passionate

  112. about my grace. Did not bless all y'all family

  113. watch this. 10 experienced 10 experienced mercy. 10 received a

  114. miracle, but only one, somebody, say 11, return to honor the one

  115. who did it. Families.

  116. Here we go. Families tend to drift into

  117. forgetfulness. Over the last few weeks, we have

  118. been building something intentional in this house.

  119. We have been talking about family blessing, generational

  120. alignment, and the kind of culture Heaven intends to live

  121. inside a home. Because watch this.

  122. Families do not drift into health.

  123. You do not drift. No one drifts into help.

  124. No one drifts into better. No one drifts into deliverance.

  125. You don't drift into freedom. Families tend to drift into

  126. forgetfulness. We remember disappointments.

  127. Yeah, we do. We remember the let downs.

  128. Yeah, we do. We remember the failures.

  129. Yeah, we do. We remember the persecution.

  130. Yeah, we do. We remember the abandonment.

  131. Yeah, we do. But we forget the faithfulness.

  132. If you had some type of AI tracking how much you remember

  133. his goodness versus how much you complaining or worried about

  134. what's next, what would that feedback be?

  135. Forgetfulness is dangerous. God never asked us to erase the

  136. past. He invites us forward with our

  137. eyes on Him. But along the way, the Father

  138. keeps whispering. Remember my hand, remember my

  139. heart, remember my love, remember my character, remember

  140. my promises. Watch this because when you

  141. remember who God has been, you regain confidence in who God

  142. will be. Yeah.

  143. Forgetfulness makes you think you survived because you were

  144. strong. Forgetfulness makes you think

  145. the breakthrough came because you were smart.

  146. Forgetfulness makes you interpret mercy as normal.

  147. So today, before we ask God for the next thing, people, before

  148. we pray for the next door, before we talk about the next

  149. miracle, today we are going to do something very holy and

  150. royal. We are going to count them up.

  151. Somebody say count them up. Somebody say count them up,

  152. count them up, count them up, count them up.

  153. All you got to do is turn around.

  154. All you got to do is turn around.

  155. What if I told you all you got to do is turn around?

  156. Where family matters, praise matters.

  157. I want you to pause for a second and I want you to think for like

  158. maybe 30 seconds. If you can pull your mind to

  159. that 30 seconds of all the Lord has done.

  160. Now you couldn't take do that in 30 seconds.

  161. Can you at least think of one thing God has done?

  162. And if you can't think of nothing, think you got here

  163. safe? You're worshipping with a roof

  164. over your head. Anybody, I think everybody,

  165. everybody ate at least last night or at least this week.

  166. You got food on your table, everybody looking good, you got

  167. clothes. Nobody in here naked like you.

  168. You good. Take 30 seconds and just pause

  169. and everything the Holy Spirit brings up, just say thank you.

  170. Just say thank you. You should be thank you, thank

  171. you, thank you, thank you. But just say thank you.

  172. And I want you to think of all the Lord has done.

  173. Hallelujah. Deep praise, deep praise, deep

  174. praise be praise be praise be praise forever.

  175. All he brought us out of pause, all he kept you from all the

  176. prayers he answered, all the doors he opened.

  177. Watch this and all the doors he closed that would have destroyed

  178. you. Yeah, it's it's it's pretty

  179. crazy that that that we only praise him or not for the things

  180. we're aware of. We don't realize that the devil

  181. had a plan too. While you was driving here

  182. today, the devil had a plan too. While you were asleep last

  183. night, the devil had a plan too. And for the things that God did

  184. not allow to destroy us there, that deserves a praise.

  185. I, I know I got some. So I I know I got some survivors

  186. in here that should be dead, that should be in jail.

  187. It should have took you out. It should have took you out.

  188. It should have tell your neighbor.

  189. It should have took you out. Yeah.

  190. What? There's a question for you.

  191. What did God keep you from that you never even saw?

  192. Like, can you just take your mind off of what you saw?

  193. What did God keep you from that you didn't see?

  194. I don't know about you. I know I'm not the only person

  195. that was looking for some stuff to happen, but it never showed

  196. up. Yeah, I was looking for a bad

  197. doctor report, but it never showed up.

  198. I was. I was looking for people to

  199. flake on me, but it never showed up.

  200. I was looking for people to give up on me, but it never showed

  201. up. I was, I was looking, I was

  202. looking to get caught when I was sneaking around in the streets

  203. doing criminal things, but it never showed up.

  204. I'm not praising doing criminal things, but I praise God for the

  205. things I didn't get caught doing.

  206. I'm not talking about getting away with it from God.

  207. I'm not talking watch this. I'm not talking about things my

  208. wife still don't know. She know everything.

  209. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know.

  210. But what I am talking about is the things that didn't punish

  211. me, the things that didn't enter my life.

  212. And then it just destroyed my family.

  213. It destroyed my mind. I I got high, but I still got my

  214. mind. So I'm not going.

  215. I'm not going to play with my life no more.

  216. But thank God, when I did get high, it wasn't the one high

  217. that killed me. It wasn't the one pill you

  218. popped that put you in the hospital.

  219. What did God keep you from that you never saw?

  220. You might have got COVID, but you didn't see cancer.

  221. You might have saw cancer, but you didn't see death.

  222. What did God keep us from that we never ever saw?

  223. Can somebody just right there say thank you, Jesus?

  224. What did he keep us from? What, What, what accidents never

  225. happened? You ever, you ever drove by that

  226. car accident on the highway that just happened?

  227. You, you ever been by something that hit something and didn't

  228. hit you? You ever been in the hospital

  229. for something you did or just you were sick, but next to you

  230. somebody was dying? That's death on the other side

  231. of the curtain. What accident never happened?

  232. What betrayal never reached you? They could talk about you, but

  233. but, but the darts didn't reach you.

  234. He's just like, oh, there's all these darts around me.

  235. It's darts that people shot but they didn't reach.

  236. Or they hit you, but they didn't stick.

  237. They they talked about you, but they didn't Pierce.

  238. They gave up on you, but they didn't stick.

  239. What what betrayal never reached you?

  240. What, what disaster never formed because the hand of God

  241. protected you. No weapon formed against you

  242. shall prosper. Those are weapons that formed

  243. that didn't prosper. What about the weapons that

  244. couldn't form? Watch this.

  245. The enemy tried to form a weapon, but he fumble it.

  246. He tried to pull it back, but it didn't.

  247. It didn't quite stick. What?

  248. What momentum God didn't allow to build to take you out.

  249. Well, did God interrupt immediately?

  250. It was inconvenient, but it was immediately graceful.

  251. Some of the greatest miracles in your life are the disasters God

  252. prevented. Yeah, right.

  253. We only count miracles. Like I was blind.

  254. Now I see. What about?

  255. I never got blind. Yeah, I was lame.

  256. But now I walk. What about you?

  257. Still got good legs. Why why why are miracles stuck

  258. in the department of God rescued me.

  259. What what the what, what if what if What about the miracle that I

  260. don't got it? What about the miracle?

  261. Everybody was getting sick around me, but I didn't get sick

  262. right. Common flus have taken people

  263. out. OK, what?

  264. What about, oh, everybody getting sick around me?

  265. Everybody getting I God protected me?

  266. Yeah, question. What season should have broke

  267. you Count them up, count them up, count them up.

  268. But you still here. Like that's that.

  269. That's where I get happy. But I'm still here.

  270. Oh, I got I got seasons. I got seasons I can count that

  271. should have took me out. Some of them was my fault.

  272. Some of them was what? I ain't even giving the devil no

  273. credit. OK, No, it's seasons that should

  274. have taken me and my family out. Should have took my marriage

  275. out. Watch this.

  276. It can't wait. Here's here's here's here's

  277. where you get mature, Natalia. Here's where you get mature.

  278. When while I'm talking, you are like thinking about that season

  279. could have took my daughter out, that season could have took my

  280. son out, that season could have took my wife out, that season

  281. could have took my Mama out, but my mama's still here.

  282. So I got so much to praise God about what he brought me

  283. through. But let me tell you, if that

  284. thing would have killed my kid, it would have impacted me.

  285. So since God kept it from killing my kid, I got to put a

  286. praise on for what He did to you and what He did for you and what

  287. He did for you and how He kept you and how He kept you and how

  288. He kept you. The mature praise goes beyond

  289. what He's doing for me. What God's doing in Lily's life

  290. is what He's doing in my life. What God's doing in Judah's life

  291. is what He's doing in my life. When you prosper, I prosper.

  292. That's why I got you. Don't ever run out of appraise.

  293. If you can't thank him for something he even did for you,

  294. look around the room. When I think of what he's doing

  295. in Andrew's life, it's the impact in my life.

  296. Somebody shout out, I'm still here.

  297. You should have collapsed under that pressure.

  298. You should have lost your mind under that pressure.

  299. You you should have lost your identity under that persecution.

  300. You should have walked away. But somehow God sustains you.

  301. Come on, shout out. I'm still here.

  302. You've been grinding, you've been building, you've been

  303. believing, you've been planning, you've been faith in.

  304. And when life moves fast, it becomes easy to always look

  305. forward. Because all you got energy for

  306. is tomorrow. You don't even got energy for

  307. tomorrow if you don't got energy for now.

  308. If you ain't got energy for now, you ain't got energy for

  309. tomorrow. But the Kingdom teaches

  310. something. You guys different.

  311. We look forward with hope, but we look backwards with

  312. gratitude. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,

  313. no, no for me, Andrew, if you've done anything in this community,

  314. brother, this community should be a memorial.

  315. You, you, you. Every time you drive around this

  316. community, you should just maybe just ghost ride the whip, hop

  317. out the car one day right where you used to do what you do and

  318. put a praise on that spot. Reclaim the territory.

  319. I I dare you to go back to a place that held you captive and

  320. put a praise on it. I dare you, I dare you.

  321. I dare you. I dare you today if you got the

  322. ability to go to a bedroom that you used to be depressed in and

  323. go in that bedroom and turn around.

  324. Whoa, dance on that grave, dance on that grave, dance on that

  325. grave. When, when we go, when we go do

  326. shows at Gildan Co or clubs, man, you better, you better

  327. understand. When I go in the club, I'm not

  328. just going for no reason. Every time I walk in Gildan Co,

  329. I'm dancing on the grave that I once stood in.

  330. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Every time we do a show in the

  331. club, I go shake the the bartenders hands.

  332. I go say how you doing? Y'all?

  333. They don't know it, but y'all used to serve me the devil

  334. syrup, man. I went over to the bartender.

  335. I went and shook their hand at the end of the night the other

  336. day and they and the bartender was like, thank you all for

  337. coming back. You guys are phenomenal.

  338. I remember y'all was here the last time and I was hoping y'all

  339. would come back. It was phenomenal.

  340. Now the bartender knows this phenomenal from a different

  341. point of view, because when it's phenomenal, they keep they they

  342. buy more drinks. When it's phenomenal, people

  343. stick around so the bartender and you messing with their money

  344. because if it ain't phenomenal, they're not getting tipped.

  345. The bartender's like, I hope to see y'all again.

  346. Every last one of them. What?

  347. This is the place I used to stumble out of and now I go in

  348. there. If you was there, This is why

  349. people that don't understand why they going out are going out to

  350. the club. So the only holy thing you do is

  351. hand out food. So what about those people?

  352. How do you reach those people? Watch this.

  353. You give food to hungry people, right?

  354. Right. The people in the club ain't

  355. hungry. They're lost.

  356. So what do you give them? You give them music.

  357. That's what they showed up for. Music.

  358. What if we went to Guilton Co handing out sandwiches?

  359. They wouldn't look at us like we crazy.

  360. They like we don't need none of this.

  361. We're out to out for a good time, man, it was a moment.

  362. TVI love those faces because it's the moment.

  363. I don't want to get sidetracked, but I I think it's something to

  364. understand how God takes territory back because under for

  365. for several hours, for four hours, they were under our, our

  366. authority. So you might be like, oh, but

  367. how are they under your authority?

  368. And they were buying liquor. So God doesn't show up because

  369. there's liquor. So where did he meet you?

  370. When I really met God, it wasn't it wasn't it?

  371. Really. Look, I got to the altar because

  372. he met me in the club. No, no, no, he, he, I was, he

  373. was talking to me when I was getting high and he was still

  374. loving me when I woke up the next morning and hungover

  375. saying, I'm still here, son. Whenever you're ready to come

  376. home. I'm still here, son.

  377. So all we did was March into the club and tell God's children

  378. whenever you're ready, He's still here for you.

  379. He still loves you, right? We are a testimony.

  380. We are a testimony. We are a testimony and I

  381. remember the moment like the cool thing about those places is

  382. most of the people don't know your music.

  383. So you spend some of the time building relational equity.

  384. If you skillful in how you set up your set.

  385. So you're building relational equity.

  386. And then there comes a time if you do your job well, you got

  387. the room, man. It was.

  388. It was a time the whole room was screaming Yahweh.

  389. You, you just said the wrong name.

  390. Watch this, watch this, watch this.

  391. So, so I do read a scripture that that, that, that those that

  392. confess his name. Now, I'm not saying right there

  393. because your heart and your mouth got to be in alignment.

  394. But what I do understand is you can't say his name without

  395. heaven turning towards you, without something.

  396. We, we, we understand life and death is in the power of the

  397. tongue. The moment they cried out or

  398. screamed out Yahweh, what they drink Yahweh, right, Right.

  399. And So what you got to understand is you don't say his

  400. name. He's a covenant God.

  401. His name is covenant, you say a name that represents that is

  402. covenant. Every last one of those people

  403. received that seed, whether they know it or not.

  404. You have folks on the dance floor.

  405. Look, no, bring it down, bring it down.

  406. Bring it down. Bring it down, bring it down.

  407. You have to see what God is doing.

  408. Somebody you don't know, watch this.

  409. I was in the club, but my grandmama was praying me out.

  410. I wish somebody would have showed up at one of the clubs I

  411. was at and did dope music and was just like, I swagged out and

  412. it was just like, whoa, that's an encounter you don't

  413. understand. And then for those people to be

  414. like, we want more of that. What we're about to see is

  415. sometime the people out there get God more than the people in

  416. here. My, my, I got the privilege of

  417. having a wife who was an adult conversion versus growing up in

  418. church. She don't like playing the

  419. church people games. She because she didn't grow up

  420. in all of that. So she got a little different

  421. tolerance for church, but her conversion sometime I envy how

  422. she encountered God. I was born in it.

  423. So I don't know. It's like you born wealthy you

  424. that's all you know is wealth. I I was born in it.

  425. So I just been saved ever since I I came came out the womb.

  426. But man, for somebody to encounter Jesus and they broken

  427. this and I don't know about you, but you have a place that you

  428. have a reference point of his goodness.

  429. We are not turning back. We are building memorial.

  430. Let's look at this Scripture. While Jesus was on the way to

  431. Jerusalem, he was passing along the border between Samaria and

  432. Galilee. As he entered a village, he was

  433. met by 10. How many 10 lepers who stood at

  434. a distance? Why were they standing at a

  435. distance? Because it was Jewish customs or

  436. law that if you were a leper you could not be close.

  437. So they lepers were isolated people socially, spiritually and

  438. physically. Somebody say at a distance it

  439. may feel distant, but God still hears.

  440. And they raised their voices and called out Jesus, Master, have

  441. mercy on us. When he saw them, he said to

  442. them, go and show yourself to the priest.

  443. And as they went, they were miraculously healed and made

  444. clean. How many of them was it?

  445. 10, One of them, one of them when he saw that he was healed,

  446. turn back. All you got to do is turn

  447. around. 1 out of 10 turned around once he noticed God

  448. brought him out. Now I could challenge every

  449. person in here that God has brought you out of at least one

  450. thing in your life. This guy saw fit that it was

  451. worth turning back, and if you turn back, you're turning away

  452. from something. It was on his heart to turn

  453. back, glorifying and praising and honoring God with a what?

  454. Come on say. Loud voice with a loud voice.

  455. Loud voice. Yeah, loud voice.

  456. Shout out one time and he lay face downward on at Jesus feet

  457. thanking him, not only thanking him because he was healed, but

  458. watch this guy's. This is something that we may

  459. not really do when God touches us, heaven touches us, he bows

  460. representing noticing authority. Watch this.

  461. He was thanking him over and over again, not just one Sunday,

  462. not just when he feel like it, but over and over again.

  463. He was a Samaritan. Why is that important?

  464. Sometimes outsiders recognize grace faster than those that's

  465. on the inside. Jesus asked.

  466. We're not ten of you cleansed. Where are the other 9?

  467. Was there no one found to return and to give thanks and praise to

  468. God except this foreigner? Jesus said to him, get up and go

  469. on your way. Your faith, your personal trust

  470. in me and your confidence in God's power has restored you to

  471. health. Anything that you don't get in

  472. this, you can go listen to the stream this week from this

  473. morning. I'm going over that.

  474. But there's always things to continue to extract.

  475. But I want to keep moving through it so we can try and get

  476. a couple new things before we close.

  477. The miracle happened as they went.

  478. Somebody say as they went one more time, say as they went.

  479. It wasn't as they stuck around and was like God, like why you

  480. not doing nothing. It was as they went, as they

  481. kept being faithful, as they kept serving, as they kept

  482. sowing, as they kept loving, as they kept forgiving over and

  483. over again. Every time you forgive somebody

  484. that's saying thank you God over and over again.

  485. Every time you sow is saying thank you over and over again.

  486. Every time you get back up is saying is saying thank you over

  487. and over again. Every time you love your

  488. enemies, they're saying thank you over and over again.

  489. Somebody shout out over and over again.

  490. The miracle happened as they went.

  491. They obeyed. Before they saw the

  492. manifestation. They obeyed.

  493. Before change came, they obeyed. Before they saw the

  494. manifestation, they obeyed. Healing met them in motion.

  495. Healing met them in faith. Healing met them in motion.

  496. Somebody say motion. I'll say it again. 10

  497. experienced the same miracle, but only one came back.

  498. Why only 1? Here it is.

  499. The war is against remembrance. You, you see stuff on social

  500. media and now like, like they're, they're, they're, you

  501. know, selling some AI stuff, selling apps, selling things to

  502. help you strengthen your memory, your muscle memory and things of

  503. that nature. And I get it.

  504. There's science behind it. We're in the backwards talking

  505. about Alzheimer's and dementia. That to me, to me, to me, that's

  506. demonic. That's demonic.

  507. But when's the last time you came against it?

  508. Memory loss As you get older or as you are younger, the war is

  509. against your and I memory. 10 men were healed, 10 men

  510. experienced mercy, 10 men received a miracle, but only one

  511. returned. Only one returned.

  512. Only one honored or practice Thanksgiving.

  513. Only one honored Jesus. What happened to their memory?

  514. Luke 17 Jesus says where are the other 9?

  515. Didn't I heal all of you? Why only one of you saw fit to

  516. turn back? We could also look at this,

  517. watch this talk into the room. Why only some of y'all in this

  518. room find it fit to repent? Why don't some of y'all in here

  519. as good as God's been, don't find God's goodness enough to

  520. change? God's goodness enough to put

  521. that thing down? God's goodness enough to stop

  522. having potty mouth? God's goodness enough to stop

  523. having a nasty attitude? God, whatever it may be, why

  524. have you not saw fit to turn back?

  525. Him coming back. It's like God healed me in spite

  526. of my nastiness. We can look at leprosy as your

  527. sin and God still tells you why you thought that you and God

  528. wasn't close because of your filth.

  529. God still healed you. Is it when?

  530. When is it going to be the perfect time for you to turn

  531. back? The enemy does not just fight

  532. your future, he fights your memory of God's faithfulness,

  533. because memory fuels faith. Faith, faith don't just come by

  534. hearing. Watch this.

  535. Faith comes by hearing what I remember.

  536. There you go, John, right there, right there.

  537. That's a nugget for you. Rather, I rehearse negativity or

  538. rehearse the goodness of God. I will have faith for whatever I

  539. remember. But I even deeper, I will have

  540. faith for whatever I rehearse. I remember Jesus.

  541. If the enemy can get you to forget what God did, he can get

  542. you to question what God can and will do.

  543. How'd that cinnamon roll? See ya.

  544. It's good. They back there sharing having a

  545. cinnamon roll. Girl, where?

  546. Where's she at? Where's she at?

  547. Girl, you can bake. Watch this.

  548. This how this how good your bacon is.

  549. You got people not is willing not to hear the word for your

  550. cinnamon runs. They are distracted by your

  551. sugar. Amen.

  552. You girl, that's a compliment for you.

  553. That's a blessing. You are anointed, but they

  554. letting that sugar steal the word just it's right there.

  555. Amen, Amen. It's I love them.

  556. I love I love them. I tried to say I I wouldn't

  557. listen. Go buy all them cinnamon buns,

  558. girl, when I think of what OK, he had a cinnamon bun.

  559. Amen. Yes, Lord, Hallelujah.

  560. You can't hide, Lindsay. Why you go back for why you

  561. hiding way back there? Girl, just bring your cinnamon

  562. bun in church girl. She back there like oh,

  563. painting. That's that's crack right there

  564. when you hide and you're like, come on one more night with the

  565. frogs. Amen.

  566. Just one more night. Don't tell me you came off the

  567. camera for a cinnamon bug. Amen.

  568. She like Hallelujah, Hallelujah. It's all there's so much love.

  569. It's so much love. Watch this.

  570. I thank God that some of you have allowed me to be that in

  571. your life versus like all PT doing too much.

  572. No, it's it's it's actually love.

  573. I'm sorry. I actually value God's word.

  574. I want I I know that's the only thing that can save your life.

  575. You can set up a wisdom session all you want to.

  576. If you don't do it God's way, you wasting your time and my

  577. time. And we need more adults that

  578. care about the young ones because we going to read later.

  579. There was a whole generation put in the Bible and they were

  580. marked by they did not know God's goodness.

  581. I agree the cinnamon buns are great but the word is sweeter.

  582. Are you living like God is faithful or are you living like

  583. everything depends on you, huh? How y'all family's doing?

  584. How y'all, how y'all couples doing all right?

  585. Are you living like God's faith or are you living like it's all

  586. on you? All the provision is on you?

  587. All the change in your house is on you.

  588. All the success in your business is on you because when memory

  589. fades, pressure increases. Some of the pressure you're

  590. experiencing in your life is because you forgot that he

  591. brought you out when you didn't have nothing.

  592. Now you got more than you ever had in your life and you think

  593. you're the one going to sustain it.

  594. He said. Is it the Holy Ghost that

  595. brought you in and now all of a sudden you're going to work your

  596. salvation out with just yo you? When you was broke, he brought

  597. you out. When you was making $30,000 a

  598. year, he brought you out. Now you're making $100,000 a

  599. year. And now you are involved way

  600. more than you need to be. Yeah, God the the blessing of

  601. the Lord makes rich. It adds no sorrow.

  602. Watch this. Why is God when he blesses

  603. people in the Bible he always says, but do not forget me watch

  604. this, watch this, watch this Eji just thought about it because

  605. people think they remember him because they give him praise.

  606. But when you really remember him, it shows up.

  607. When pressure comes, you don't switch.

  608. I am still look before before this blessing and before this

  609. increase, I had a certain faithfulness to God's Kingdom or

  610. I had a certain faithfulness to God's church or I had a certain

  611. faithfulness to my spouse. But soon as increase come,

  612. here's how I know that I forgot is because now I have to manage

  613. what he blessed and that's not the stewards.

  614. Adam never was afraid to go without sin made him afraid.

  615. And a lot of times some of you are overworking because you

  616. don't think you are able to keep up.

  617. So you overwork because you don't trust you.

  618. Watch this because there's something in us that knows that

  619. we are not able to provide in the way that God impregnates us

  620. with. God will never impregnate you

  621. with a promise that only you can sustain.

  622. And some of you, some of our marriages, I remember that

  623. ministry, watch this as as, as as hard as we go in ministry.

  624. Ministry will never tear up my marriage ever.

  625. Never. Everything in my life, for the

  626. most part, I am doing what God needs me to do.

  627. And whenever he's like, Nah, Nah, Nah, Nah.

  628. If I can, I'll pull back. Some of you are working you,

  629. some of you are distracted. Watch this.

  630. Some of you are trying to keep up.

  631. Some of you are doing good stuff at the cost of peace.

  632. So how good? What is the profit a man to gain

  633. the whole world stuff but lose your soul.

  634. Rest you're not talking about lose your soul to hell.

  635. He could you could but what is it just for all to say folks,

  636. How does that scripture because sometimes when you save you

  637. think that Scripture ain't for you like when he talks about

  638. unequally yoked long as they save we equally.

  639. No, we ain't equally. Oh I didn't I didn't cheat on my

  640. spouse but you but but you committing adultery with God

  641. because you're not faithful to him.

  642. That's what he's talking about adultery in the Bible.

  643. So losing your soul, you ain't even got time for you.

  644. I was talking to a wise man the other day and all of us want

  645. that. Hopefully well done, thy good

  646. and faithful servant. One part of that is how did you

  647. tend my sheep? But Troy, what I got from this

  648. wise man the other day is how much of the well done thy good

  649. and faithful servant Natalia, will be.

  650. How well did you keep your soul? What if you showed up and you

  651. watched over everybody's soul but you?

  652. You show up to heaven's gates raggedy.

  653. Oh, I'm glad. I'm glad I made it to the pearly

  654. gates. Oh, life hard out there.

  655. That's how you're going to show up.

  656. No, when you watch over your soul, the well done is not just

  657. for how well I tend to you. Because the Bible tells me I'm

  658. not worthy of being a pastor or a Bishop if I can't take care of

  659. my own home. Why?

  660. So no wonder we have less disciple makers, because you

  661. don't want nobody to follow you. So today we reclaim remembrance.

  662. Yeah, the one who returned glorified God with a loud voice.

  663. Ain't that what he said? A loud voice?

  664. Somebody say loud voice with a loud voice with a loud voice.

  665. Watch this. Here it is guys.

  666. This is so powerful. Gratitude does not stay quiet

  667. that long. You, you ever, you ever bless

  668. somebody and they, they don't apologize.

  669. Let's talk about our kids and they, they, you give them

  670. something and they don't say thank you.

  671. And you be like what? You're welcome.

  672. And they say what you talking about.

  673. I did say thank you. Wait a minute.

  674. Your ask was louder than your thank you.

  675. How your praise disappeared now that I've broken through what

  676. you asked for. Gratitude does not stay quiet

  677. very long. When you remember what God

  678. brought you out of. When you remember the night you

  679. cried yourself to sleep. When you remember the diagnosis

  680. from the doctor. Am I?

  681. Am I talking? I'm going to save this message.

  682. I'm going to preach it in Louisiana or some or Atlanta or

  683. something. I'm going to pray preach it

  684. where somebody had been through something.

  685. I know ain't nobody in here been through nothing.

  686. Ain't nobody got no doubt this is heaven.

  687. Canada is heaven every. Ain't no sickness or disease,

  688. ain't no broken homes, ain't none of that.

  689. But I went. When you remember the night you

  690. cried yourself to sleep. Do people people ever cry they

  691. self to sleep? When you remember the diagnosis,

  692. when you remember the financial pressure, when you remember the

  693. addiction, when you remember the moment your life could have gone

  694. another direction? You you cannot whisper that

  695. praise. Yeah.

  696. Thank you God for keeping me. I thank you God for delivering

  697. me. I thank you God for freeing me.

  698. You freed my family, you freed my children, you freed you freed

  699. us. Some of y'all you ever lose a

  700. loved one? And that grief was so heavy,

  701. man, man, you didn't even know how you was going to make it.

  702. It felt like somebody sitting on your chest.

  703. You couldn't breathe. And now look at you.

  704. Your lungs is wide open. You look, you look vibrant.

  705. God has kept you. God has kept us.

  706. Come on, shout out. I'm still here.

  707. Watch this, watch this, watch this.

  708. There's some people are like, man, why you?

  709. Why you, you stir. Yeah, we've had people, I've had

  710. people say that's manipulation. Why you stir up the people,

  711. right? Would you, would you go to a

  712. concert And, and, and and the people at the concert, the

  713. person you paid $150.00 to seat came out like y'all don't be

  714. seated. Like what's up?

  715. How y'all doing? Like throw your hands in the air

  716. if you want to, but only if you want to.

  717. Only if you want to. No, no, no, no, start.

  718. Don't start, Don't start. All right, Don't start, Don't

  719. start. Don't start.

  720. Don't start, please. So, So what you got to

  721. understand is a part of the anointing.

  722. The the Bible tells that like, I'm anointed to stir, stir up

  723. the I'm not stirring you up for me.

  724. I'm stirring the whole, the gifts up the Holy Ghost.

  725. I'm stirring up your memory. I'm stirring up your memory and

  726. watch this, watch this, watch this.

  727. I am no different than that friend you just sat with for two

  728. hours gossiping. They stirred up your memory of

  729. what was bad, who was wrong, who did this, who did that.

  730. You wasn't saying why you stirring up negativity and then

  731. now because you don't feel like giving God a praise you like, Oh

  732. my God, PT just preach the message.

  733. We hear you, but you got two hours.

  734. You got No, no, no, no. I'm going to pay for that coffee

  735. for somebody to just stir up doubt.

  736. I'm here to stir up faith. You don't mind spending time.

  737. You got people, if they call you right now, you like, oh, they

  738. you got, you got that kind of time.

  739. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. You got it twisted.

  740. And that's what the devil is banking on is that you give your

  741. mind to more hours of darkness than you do liked.

  742. And so as we are praising God, as we are jogging each other,

  743. the Bible says to stir up, to spur, it is our job to get each

  744. other excited about God. Watch this, watch this, watch

  745. this, watch this, watch this, watch this.

  746. It's in the Bible. Angels cried out to one another,

  747. holy, holy, holy. And what, what would church look

  748. like if when we walked in those doors, it was a known thing.

  749. We put down whatever was outside.

  750. And the only thing we're going to talk about in here is the

  751. goodness of God. Like we walk in here, we get our

  752. coffee. God is good.

  753. Ain't he good? Yeah, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,

  754. yeah. How was your week, man?

  755. It was tough, but God. No.

  756. But nobody's telling you to deny your rough week.

  757. But can you end it with a but God?

  758. Can you end it with a but God? I got fired this week.

  759. But God, me and my wife ain't doing that good this week.

  760. But God, But God, somebody shout out.

  761. But God, Yeah, What, what, what can I ask you another question?

  762. What What did God deliver you from that you used to call

  763. normal? You used to call it normal,

  764. right? There's some stuff that I've, I

  765. mean, count them up. Count them up.

  766. There's some stuff that I was just watch this.

  767. Watch this, watch this. It's not normal.

  768. I don't care what you say. I don't care what you say.

  769. It is not normal to fly anywhere, let alone from here to

  770. Australia and land. Eat 3 meals in the air.

  771. No, the air for birds. I've always asked, I've become

  772. aware that I have this thing where even when I'm driving, I

  773. try not to let it transfer into anxiety, but but there's this

  774. awareness of my fragility. There's this awareness of how

  775. fragile my life is that it's not fear.

  776. It's this awareness that God, I got another day with my kids.

  777. See, the awareness allows you to be present with the blessing.

  778. When I'm with EJ, I can't just be so familiar that I'm not

  779. aware that, man, this is a gift in my life that he's spending

  780. his time with me and he's giving me.

  781. He's listening to me. This brother got more degrees

  782. than everybody in my family and he's listening to me.

  783. I'm his pastor. I don't want to become familiar

  784. with that. And that's how people, you get

  785. familiar with me, you get familiar with PJ.

  786. Oh, that's just PJ. That's just our pastor.

  787. You know how many people don't got a pastor?

  788. You know how many people don't got people praying for them?

  789. You know how many people don't have a church home to read the

  790. Bible where it's safe? There's people getting killed

  791. for reading the Bible publicly. How many things have you been

  792. blessed with or delivered from that you just call normal?

  793. No, it's thank you, Jesus. Every time I get out the

  794. airplane, Hallelujah. Every time my kids come home and

  795. make it from a flight or a drive, they every time my kids

  796. walk back in the you know how many parents are waiting at home

  797. for their kid to walk in the door, but they never will again.

  798. And then how quick families get attitude with each other when

  799. it's noisy in the house. Let them make noise.

  800. That noise ain't going. What you going to do when it's

  801. quiet in the house because they're not there?

  802. The blessing of having noisy children.

  803. The blessing of cleaning up spilled milk 30 times a day.

  804. One day you not going to have the chance to clean up milk.

  805. And then some parents, the stuff they stress over their kids and

  806. then one day all of a sudden a kid not here car accident and

  807. now they sleeping in their kids beds because they like if I had

  808. one more day with my kid, I would let them yell at me.

  809. I wish they had my kid in this house out man.

  810. They can put all their underwear all over the house and I'll pick

  811. them up If I could just have right.

  812. It's crazy how when you don't have it, you're willing to do

  813. anything to get it back. Let me tell you something.

  814. Every time we come here on Sunday, this is not normal, that

  815. you get to sit down and get a word right.

  816. And what the enemy wants you to do is judge and critique and

  817. who's preaching the word? He wants you to look at my

  818. frailties and my mistakes. So you can't hear the word.

  819. But watch this, no matter my mistakes, God's word still is

  820. true. And that's the problem.

  821. You're looking at me and you're not looking at God.

  822. If God can talk to a donkey, he can talk to Terrence.

  823. And I think I'm a little bit more annoying than a donkey.

  824. But how donkey ish is it of you to take gathering on Sunday for

  825. granted? We all should repent for just

  826. taking God for granted, taking blessing for granted.

  827. Oh I need AI, need a better car. What nice car?

  828. And you can have desires, but to the point where you just can't

  829. be grateful for just having what you got to every time you get in

  830. the car you like mad you driving in OK, So if if you mad at the

  831. car you got do me a favor today or tomorrow, give it away, sew

  832. it. Nah, Nah, PTI can't do that.

  833. I can't do that. So shut up or praise up however

  834. you want to do it. How, how, how can I do this do

  835. y'all? Can y'all give me a few, just a

  836. few minutes. I'm going to skip like 30 slides

  837. and I'm going to go give y'all something real quick that I need

  838. to give y'all. If if you want to hear this

  839. morning, I I need you to go listen this week.

  840. If if you want the word this week, no, I'm not going to do

  841. that. That's going to distract me.

  842. The Bible commands us to remember, create memorials.

  843. Psalm one O 3 says forget not right.

  844. Forgetfulness is not just emotional state, it's a posture.

  845. Forgetfulness is a posture, you hear me?

  846. In Scripture, God often instructs his people to mark his

  847. faithfulness. I want you families to see this.

  848. He tells them to take 12 Stones as they cross the Jordan.

  849. We only think promised land. We don't see process to promised

  850. land. We only see he parted the Red

  851. Sea. We don't see that they created a

  852. more. We only see Noah getting out,

  853. but we don't remember Noah made an altar and he said put the

  854. take these stones because your children one day go ask you what

  855. these stones are. In other words, I need you to do

  856. something that's going that's going to provoke a question and

  857. you going to tell them that the waters of the Jordan were cut

  858. off. God got us across in high

  859. season, high tide. There was no way that we were

  860. supposed to make it in that season, but God performed a

  861. miracle to assure our arrival at what He promised.

  862. Memorials marked the ground of God's faithfulness.

  863. Watch this question. If your children asked you

  864. today, what has God done in your family?

  865. What stories would you tell? Would they know about the

  866. miracles? Would they know about the

  867. prayers? Would they know about the nights

  868. God came through? See, when you're when you come

  869. out of a bloodline of slaves, then, then, then gratitude marks

  870. the bloodline. No matter, no matter what you

  871. say about a people, It's something about people who have

  872. been in slavery or have been treated in justly.

  873. Because the only way I made it through was a praise.

  874. But but then I knew the only way I made it out was his goodness.

  875. So even in some of the areas family may have been ignorant or

  876. less intelligent, One thing they had was a praise.

  877. And what I do understand, and I'm going to read this in the

  878. end, we we're in a region where you pride yourself on

  879. intelligence and you are more cognitive, you are more cerebral

  880. than you are a celebratory. And So what you have is a lot of

  881. celebration comes from people who come from different parts of

  882. the world because celebration is a part of their roots.

  883. This country's more Christian because people came here

  884. Christian because if we if we do not tell the story, the next

  885. generation will never know the faithfulness of God.

  886. Some of y'all afraid to close the chapter.

  887. That's why you can't start the praise because if you forget

  888. deliverance, guys, you drift back towards slavery.

  889. Romans 8 tells us we're no longer slaves.

  890. But when you forget, just know every time you forget, every

  891. time you get yourself in a complaining cycle, you're

  892. heading towards bondage. And here's the warning.

  893. Judges too says there was a generation grew up that didn't

  894. know anything of God. Watch this.

  895. We have a generation, some of us in here.

  896. We are raising families and your kids going to know how to work

  897. hard. But if money ain't there, they

  898. ain't going to know how to faith.

  899. They ain't going now to persevere under pressure.

  900. When people walk out on them, they're not going to know how to

  901. stand right. What are you teaching your kids

  902. confidences from? Where do your kids, where does

  903. your family get confidence from? What miracle have you slowly

  904. turned into an expectation? What miracle have you slowly

  905. turned into an expectation? What blessing became normal?

  906. What mercy became routine? Because familiarity with

  907. blessing slowly silence his gratitude.

  908. Can I give you 5 things that happen when you forget?

  909. She. She.

  910. Five things that happen when you forget #1 Entitlement replaces

  911. gratitude. You turn that off.

  912. Entitlement replaces gratitude. The Lord says my power and the

  913. might of my hand produce this wealth.

  914. This is called prosperity amnesia.

  915. You, you forget God did it. You forget God prospered, You,

  916. you forget. Man, let me tell you something

  917. right now I look, ain't it funny when somebody else realized how

  918. blessed you are and you try to deny it, right?

  919. It's this simple. Somebody tell you, you look good

  920. and you like stop. No, I don't, because you feel

  921. not beautiful, or you feel unhealthy or you feel whatever,

  922. you deny it. The same thing with God.

  923. You, you're a man. Ain't nobody in here not

  924. blessed. I don't care.

  925. Put everything you going through on the altar, run your list

  926. down, and then I'm gonna run God's down. yo-yo, what God has

  927. done for you in one day can't. You can't even match what you're

  928. going through. Not to deny what you're going

  929. through, but come on, magnify the Lord with me #2 What happens

  930. when we forget? Fear increases.

  931. Psalm 7711. That's why he says I will

  932. remember the deeds of the Lord. Why is this?

  933. In the Bible, fear grows when memory shrinks.

  934. He says they that you want to a man after God's own heart, no

  935. matter his sin, he never forgot. It's crazy because his son built

  936. God's a temple, right? This so.

  937. So no matter the sin that was inherited, no matter the

  938. negative ripple, faithfulness rippled as well #3 the third

  939. thing that happens when we forget.

  940. Idols multiply, idols multiply. Watch this substitutes for God

  941. up here. So substitutes for peace appear.

  942. Oh, I could just go do this and just calm down.

  943. Well, even when you calm down, they don't mean you got peace.

  944. Substitutes for financial provision instead of gyra.

  945. No, no, no, I'm going to go make this happen.

  946. Idols multiply #4 The fourth thing that happens when we

  947. forget Honor erodes. You see it in church all the

  948. time. People get familiar.

  949. And the church that she was excited about, now you're so

  950. familiar with in your murmur and complain and guess what You're

  951. doing Dishonor. Honor erodes.

  952. When gratitude disappears, honor disappears.

  953. You know that person in your life that that's such a blessing

  954. to your life, but you're focused on what they're not doing for

  955. you. What you're, you're you're

  956. you're complaining about how they're not showing up, but

  957. you're ignoring all of this. It's it's that Adam and Eve

  958. center. He just just don't eat from this

  959. one tree. Oh, you want to focus on this

  960. one thing that person's not doing for you.

  961. And now honor erodes. And now, before you know it, the

  962. enemy got your mind and now he can whisper to you.

  963. And when honor disappears, watch this relationships fracture.

  964. Yeah, you might like me, but you don't honor me.

  965. This might be your church home, but it don't mean you honor your

  966. church. If you honor your church, you

  967. had certain conversations you just wouldn't even allow to

  968. enter your life. If you honor your pastors, your

  969. elders, your friends, there's certain things you just wouldn't

  970. entertain, you wouldn't do. But there was a time you'd throw

  971. these things, but because you forgot, you forgot what this

  972. place meant to you. You forgot watch this.

  973. You forgot what God said this place meant to you.

  974. And #5 the fifth thing, when we forget, watch this very

  975. important testimony, culture dies.

  976. We should have AI see why grandma on every Saturday had

  977. prayer. Prayer wasn't just like sit

  978. there Father God. No, it was just like go around

  979. and say, can you tell me what God is doing?

  980. Well, he bought me my Tonka truck.

  981. Amen. He brought to your Tonka truck.

  982. OK, but but if no one tells the story, guys, this is what I know

  983. about next door. God's building a testimony and

  984. then guess what? You know how you go to museums,

  985. we're going to walk around and we're going to we're going to

  986. show you all them little places because why it takes so long?

  987. It must not going to be happening.

  988. It must know. No, it must be failing.

  989. It must be man, get get out of here.

  990. Do you know who's building the building God is?

  991. You know who's providing for the building?

  992. Even if you don't give, guess who is going to provide?

  993. God. Did you get what I'm saying?

  994. It's all God. You see how we said we think,

  995. well, if I don't give, then they ain't going to get it.

  996. Or if I do give, they get out of here.

  997. You missing out, but we're going to walk over there four years,

  998. four years, Troy, the people that were look, here's what I

  999. look across the street when you leave, go look across the

  1000. street. Ain't no way.

1001. I am declaring at minimum 50% new believers going to be living

1002. in there looking for a church. And because we're in BCA, lot of

1003. people like churches that's close to where they live.

1004. So even if people got a church over here and they drive an

1005. hour, they go, they might be like, oh, that's the nice church

1006. down there. I ain't got to drive over there.

1007. I go to this church. But do you know the people, the

1008. lost people? Do you know how many people

1009. moving over there? More than enough to fit our

1010. building. Yeah, If no one tells the story,

1011. faith becomes theory instead of memory.

1012. And then five things that happened when we do remember #1

1013. faith rises. Testimony is oxygen to faith.

1014. Testimony is oxygen to faith. My lungs expand when I begin to

1015. testify. That's in the Bible.

1016. My lungs expand when I put the praise of God on my lips.

1017. Testifying helps me breathe better.

1018. Testimony is oxygen for faith #2 Second thing that happens is joy

1019. stabilizes when we remember the joy of the Lord is your strength

1020. and your stronghold. Number three thing.

1021. The third thing that happens when we remember is worship

1022. becomes strong, praise becomes right.

1023. It's totally different when you worship from revelation.

1024. That's why some folks can't lift their hands because they don't

1025. got no revelation. Oh, these his hands, yes Sir,

1026. God's been good. Yes, I'm going to give him

1027. everything. If I can lift whatever I'm going

1028. to give it everything word should become strong.

1029. Praise becomes real, not hype, not music, but memory.

1030. How can I sit down when I remember his goodness?

1031. What the goodness of God should just cause like like what gets

1032. you excited? You get excited about going out

1033. to a nice dinner and you see you get that film excitement or that

1034. that good song man, come on the memory of the goodness of God.

1035. He's been faithful from generation to generation.

1036. Number four thing when we remember generations gain

1037. identity. Come on, come on.

1038. Can I give you a fist pump on this one, EJ?

1039. People don't understand that testimony forms character,

1040. right. My kids, my kids know the

1041. goodness of God. They're not just observing.

  1042. Oh, OK. What?

1043. No couch there now It's the couch there.

1044. OK, Well, I guess God did bless us.

1045. No, no, no, no, no. This is why I tell our stories

1046. in the house. And and sometimes our kids hear

1047. stories sitting there, but they hear it over and over.

1048. So you know when they get married, do you know the kind of

1049. hope they going to have when trouble hit their marriage?

1050. They didn't just see Mama be married.

1051. They heard of how we could have gave up.

1052. They heard of how it was hard. They heard about the first five

1053. years. There's things you all know

1054. about my life. They heard how God brought us

1055. out of them tents. You see how God blessed us and

1056. we didn't have to watch the tents this winter.

1057. Thank you, Sir. Thank you, Sir.

1058. Thank you, Sir. Thank you, Sir.

1059. Thank you, Sir. Right, right.

1060. People don't know why we shook their hand.

1061. Because there's a few young men in here.

1062. Overnight on a Saturday, they would sleep in the office and

1063. scrape snow off the tent because we lost some tents before.

1064. So it's a few young men. Young men, young men, young men.

1065. Pastor. And I didn't even have to ask

1066. them. They saw, oh, no, that's the

1067. House of God. But watch this, watch this.

1068. And then I got to go back because faithfulness ripples.

1069. No, no, it wasn't they, Mama and Daddy watching the tents, but

1070. they saw Mama and Daddy. You, you see the elders

1071. constantly here. Oh, oh, yes, Sir.

1072. Yes. We and their kids, they got

1073. faithfulness in their bones, right?

  1074. Right. You see?

1075. You see Judah? You see, you see Judah.

1076. He's faithful. You don't think this young man

1077. tired? You don't think this young man

1078. he tests all? You don't think this young man

1079. got temptation? You don't think when the wind

1080. blew, this young man wasn't tempted?

1081. You don't think he got friends? But where's his mom and his

  1082. daddy? Elder faithfulness.

  1083. What's this? What's this?

  1084. What's this? I, I I've only met Noel's

1085. parents one time. Met his mom one time, but boy, I

1086. don't got to meet them to know his parents was faithful, right?

1087. Faithful faithfulness. But watch when, when, when,

1088. when, when, when, when there ain't no quit in the bloodline.

1089. When your kids don't see quit and wavering and hopping all

1090. over the place and they don't see no, we need faithfulness in

1091. a generation. These I know their kids been

1092. seeing their parents get hurt. I've heard the stories.

1093. So how did mommy and daddy handle people hurting them?

1094. And then how how they handled it determine how they handled it

1095. and how they handled it taught them how to handle it when it

1096. happened to them when they gone. So is it worth fixing your

  1097. marriage? Absolutely.

1098. So you can get divorced out of your bloodline, So you and you

1099. and your wife might tolerate each other, but the next

1100. generation, they ain't going to have no intimacy.

1101. They ain't going to never know what public affection looks

1102. like. They ain't going to never hear

1103. that daddy called a Mama. Sweetie, honey, you OK?

1104. They ain't going to never see yo-yo Mama or your dad.

1105. No, you are modeling generation to generation.

1106. So it's worth fixing that marriage.

1107. It's worth fighting for your health.

1108. It's worth fighting for your mental health.

1109. It's worth your kids saying, I don't got to, I don't got to ask

1110. my kid to go out there and work out and and chase his NBA dreams

1111. when he was young. You can go back on Instagram.

1112. He saw his daddy on his treadmill, he saw his Mama, he

1113. saw his Mama and his daddy running.

1114. Was it matter if we wanted to or not?

1115. So now when he got to grind for what's his, when he got to fight

1116. for his health, he's not just like, how do I do that?

1117. Watch this, watch this. And the person that teaches your

1118. kids the basics might have the door to give them the poison.

1119. So sometimes daddy ain't never took daughter nowhere and some

1120. guy come along and take him. But they were that person

1121. because they never experienced that.

1122. That son never experienced affection.

1123. So the first person that show him affection now has his heart.

1124. And now once he has his heart, now I can testifying his

1125. protection as well. Generations gain identity lastly

1126. #5 identity becomes firm. What a shame it would be if we

1127. drag our kids to church, raise our kids in church.

1128. They get older and they walk away from church because it was

1129. just church. See, church don't keep people

1130. like that. But when people understand the

1131. God that they serve, like think about what the Bible is, it's

1132. listen, people want to argue about the Bible and really it's

1133. God just left us a testimony. OK, Old Testament, New

  1134. Testament. It's showing God's faithfulness

  1135. throughout generations throughout history.

1136. And we sitting here arguing and can't just focus on what God's

1137. good in in judges got the oh that's wrong.

1138. You can't speak God's good. He's good in Genesis.

1139. He's good in Leviticus, He's good in Exodus, he's good in

  1140. Deuteronomy. He's good.

1141. He's good in January, he's good in April.

1142. May, he's good. Ain't that the good news?

  1143. British Columbia. That was a I'm sorry, I

1144. shouldn't have left that in there.

1145. That was that was options graphic.

  1146. I didn't want to. Yeah.

1147. Thank you. That that wasn't a part of it.

1148. Amen. They like, what's that?

1149. OK, OK. But I kept it in there so I can

1150. save the colors. It's that Campbell game right

1151. there. It's that Campbell game right

  1152. there. What's this?

1153. British Columbia? We have a quiet form of

  1154. unbelief. It's not loud rebellion, it's

1155. just quiet independence. Life becomes comfortable for us

1156. and faith becomes private. Gratitude becomes silent.

1157. But in this house, I believe we just a little bit different.

1158. We will be a house that remembers, a house that praises,

1159. a house that marks the ground of God's faithfulness.

1160. I want to ask you a question. Where has gratitude gone silent

1161. in your life? Where has gratitude gone silent

1162. in your life? Where have you under

1163. appreciated? Where you should even over

1164. appreciate where have you gotten so familiar is I don't even

1165. bring flowers. I don't even bring a balloon no

1166. more. It's just happy birthday.

1167. It's where have you in your marriage?

1168. Where are you just so familiar? That's just my husband.

1169. He he well, let me help some of your wives.

1170. Your husband like surprises too. And some husbands like flowers.

1171. It don't got to be a birthday. Let me help culture.

1172. Females ain't the only ones that like spontaneous gifts,

  1173. spontaneous attention. Don't.

1174. Don't celebrate me casually when you caught me with excitement.

1175. Culture wants you to think that one gender likes this more than

  1176. the others. Where?

1177. Where have you stopped celebrating your spouse?

1178. Watch this. Where are you tired of

1179. celebrating them? Be careful, even when they

1180. birthday come around, you kind of celebrate it, but you

1181. celebrate everybody's with like don't celebrate your kids more

1182. than you celebrate your spouse. Where has gratitude drifted?

1183. I just declare we're a House of praise and a house that marks

1184. the ground of God's faithfulness.

1185. We cannot stop remembering. We cannot stop remembering

1186. because I personally feel like a part of Love Quest's journey for

1187. these last eight years or however long it's been.

1188. It's been a long time for my wife and I, but it's like the

1189. children in the wilderness. I am just coming in the point,

  1190. I'll be honest, where I haven't stopped fighting, but I've let

1191. my faith rest. No, no, no, that that sounds.

1192. I haven't stopped faith thing. Elder Brett, I've just turned

1193. the deadline over to God. I'm not getting through the

1194. ribbon. He's going to bring me through

1195. the ribbon. And if it's five more years, if

1196. it's two more years, if it's two months, if it's two weeks, I am

1197. not waiting for anything but God.

1198. The pressures of meeting other people's expectations, can we

1199. put those down? Can you think as we close can

1200. you think of one thing one thing that God has brought you through

1201. or out of and if you're flooded with 10 every everyone thank you

1202. Lord, thank you Lord. But what I challenge you is as

1203. the Holy Spirit brings that memory back to the faithfulness

1204. of God. If you're if you're not ashamed,

1205. just give God some sort of praise.

  1206. Rather it's quiet, rather it's a shout, rather it's a dance,

1207. rather the music fits the pace, rather it's you lift your hands

1208. rather it's you on your knees. But today what I want to end is

1209. I want to memorialize this place.

1210. When we give our offering today, let it be a memorial offering.

1211. Let it be something that's saying God you did it before you

1212. going to do it again not you can do it again you going to do it

1213. again. I want to end this day with

  1214. grad. I don't care what you're going

1215. through. Watch this couples if you

1216. beefing with your spouse, maybe this is a time where you grab

1217. their hand and y'all be thankful together.

1218. I promise you, a house divided cannot stand.

1219. That's the Bible and God does not go back on His word.

1220. So So what? You showed up at church?

1221. If you don't leave unified, then you are giving the enemy.

1222. God healed me and God healed you.

1223. So are you OK taking the next couple of minutes to remember

1224. and those that are unashamed, let a let, let a let a worship

1225. rise from within your belly as the Holy Spirit brings to

  1226. remembrance. Ain't it funny?

1227. He says as often as you do this, do this in remembrance.

1228. There's something about the memory.

1229. Go for it. You at home, even if you want to

1230. write it down, however your brain works, you want to write

1232. responding with a praise. Respond with a worship, respond

1233. with gratitude. Today we are switching our

1234. posture. Negativity will not be the

1235. landlord of my mind. This is why the Bible hates and

  1236. shuns gossip. Because gossip.

1237. It causes you to forget the goodness of God that is in

1238. people, the goodness of God that God is doing in the land.

1239. With our phones, all we can do is look at negativity all day.

1240. So there's a fight for our memory.

1241. But right now I come against if it's in your bloodline.

1242. I come against dementia in the name of Jesus.
