Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Love Quest International
-
Church Podcast, where we seek to love all nations, equip the
-
church, mobilize the equipped, and serve all.
-
We're super glad you're joining us from whenever and wherever
-
you're at in the world. Welcome to the family to get
-
your Bibles ready, get some water, get some coffee, maybe
-
some tea, and get ready to receive.
-
Let's get into it. Last week we celebrated what the
-
world calls Easter, but we know it as Resurrection Sunday.
-
It's not a moment, it's not a holiday, but to some people it
-
is. You get an extra day off of
-
work. For some people it's just a
-
moment where we get dressed up. That's our best dressed day.
-
And then to others it's just tradition.
-
But for some people, Resurrection Sunday is a
-
everyday reality. I would like to say that it's
-
our reality. If you are a believer, it's a
-
heavenly reality. Jesus didn't almost rise and He
-
didn't spiritually arise. He got up.
-
But let me say it the way I want to say it and the way I feel it.
-
He didn't just get up. Watch this, but he relocated.
-
He's not there anymore. But often times Easter Sunday
-
comes that represents a relocation of a person, a body,
-
a a, a, a anxiety, a death, a fear, a depression.
-
And then Sunday comes. He got up and then next Thursday
-
we go back to the tomb. But if you are a believer, you
-
understand the revelation that once he got up, he never went
-
back. Once he got up, he never stayed
-
there. He got up and he relocated.
-
He's not there anymore. And because he's not there, I
-
can't stay there. Now, I don't know what you're
-
there is, but I know I've experienced anxiety, depression,
-
drugs, alcohol, partying, and because he got up, I can't stay
-
there. Everybody has a tune, but if you
-
believe he got up, then you understand that I'm I'm ahead of
-
myself. But he didn't get up merely for.
-
Him. He got up as you.
-
I just was on this week. I'm like, Oh no, how quick we
-
going to forget. After we celebrate getting up,
-
we going to go lay back down, not knowing that that day was
-
the beginning of a promise. And in 50 days from there we
-
going to all be filled with the Holy Ghost.
-
Pentecost Sunday. You can't keep me in a place he
-
already vacated. Somebody say he gone and because
-
he gone, I'm gone. Look at somebody else.
-
I don't care if they don't want to talk to you, too bad.
-
They shouldn't have came to this church.
-
If he if he gone, I'm gone. Look at somebody else say don't
-
forget you just said we alive. Some of you would be out of your
-
circumstances quicker if you realize Jesus already left them.
-
Hallelujah Luke 20, 416 It says they came to a tomb.
-
Angel says this. He says why are you looking
-
amongst the dead? Why are you looking for someone
-
who's alive amongst the dead? Why are you looking for me?
-
And a lot of times you allow family and friends and culture
-
to keep you places You left because you forgot God brought
-
you out of there. So they come reminding you of
-
who you used to be. They come reminding you of your
-
bad character. You're trying to get off this
-
drug you you've been trying to because they're afraid of your
-
relapse. You think you have relapsed.
-
Come on, come on. Because they looking for you in
-
the last place they knew you, the tomb, they didn't realize
-
that God got you up and reloaded, located you.
-
And if they just have some patience with your
-
transformation, they will get a revelation of who God had
-
created from the beginning. So sometimes you got to let
-
people walk out your life because they don't have enough
-
patience to wait for your new life to show up.
-
Hallelujah. They came prepared.
-
They came with spices. They came prepared for death.
-
But heaven had already decided life.
-
Is that anybody in here? Heaven, Come on, say that over
-
yourself. I don't care what you think
-
about me. God has already decided I'm
-
alive. God has already decided my
-
transformation. Come on.
-
We're not going to stay here that long.
-
We're not going to stay here that long.
-
Watch this. The stone was not rolled away so
-
Jesus could get out. Read your Bible.
-
It didn't say the stone rolled away.
-
He walked out. The stone rolled away.
-
Not so he can get out. It was so we could see in.
-
Come on. Come.
-
On. That stone revelates.
-
That stone represents God opening your eyes to see that he
-
got up. OK, let me give you a let me
-
give you a similar thing. The prodigal son came to
-
himself. God opened his eyes and he saw I
-
no longer have to stay in this pig pen.
-
I got a choice. Somebody say I got a choice.
-
It was rolled away so you and I could see in watch this before
-
the stone was rolled away. He was already gone.
-
Come on, come on. Tell, tell, tell whoever.
-
You're not going to look at your neighbor because they tired of
-
you already, but you just going to say it so they can hear it.
-
Say, say, say, say, I'm sorry to tell you, but I'm already gone.
-
I'm already gone. I'm already gone.
-
He was already gone before the stone moved.
-
And sometimes people don't even see how quickly God has changed
-
you. You got a revelation of what
-
he's done in your soul. They That's why trying to
-
explain your new man before your new man is revealed to people is
-
absolutely ludicrous, because you have a revelation.
-
You've changed. You still need transformation so
-
they can see the change, but although people see the change,
-
sometime they can't see the change because they are
-
spiritually blind and they don't want to admit that you ain't
-
there no more. Family want to pull you back to
-
who they knew when you was younger, but you got to put
-
these words in your mouth moving forward.
-
Mama, I'm sorry, Daddy, I'm sorry.
-
Brother, I'm sorry. Wife, husband, I'm sorry.
-
But I I know you knew me as a thief.
-
I know you knew me as a liar. I know you knew me as a
-
manipulator. I know you knew me as that.
-
But I ain't there no more. As of today, I'm not there no
-
more. I'm not accepting these grave
-
clothes that you trying to put on me no more.
-
Yeah. God did not move the stone to
-
free Jesus. He moved it to prove.
-
Death could not hold him. Now watch this.
-
And when they looked inside, they saw something else.
-
If you read your Bible you will see when they looked inside the
-
empty tomb there was a cloth folded.
-
Yeah, so again, watch this. The cloth was folded.
-
You see what kind of time that took?
-
Wait a minute. Come on.
-
Jesus was taking his time. See, we envision resurrection as
-
chaotic. No, the the, the, the, the towel
-
was not was not thrown. It was not chaotic, nor did
-
Jesus rush out the tomb. You like you like What are you
-
talking about? Watch this when God transitions
-
you, it will not be chaotic. Some of y'all have chaotic
-
transitions and let me help you whenever you transition messy.
-
It's not God. All of God's transitions,
-
whether you walk in it or not, carry peace, not division, not
-
confusion. It was not.
-
He folded a towel. Watch this.
-
He folded A napkin. Nothing about resurrection was
-
chaotic Because I know this. Watch this.
-
Here's evidence. They said somebody robbed the
-
grave. Whoa.
-
Grave robbers don't fold towels. Ain't no time to fold a towel if
-
I'm stealing something. And dead men don't organize
-
fabric, right? And dead men don't or no watch
-
this. It wasn't just folded, it was
-
placed neatly. God is trying to seal your past
-
neatly. He works everything together for
-
my good. Somebody shout out neatly,
-
there's this idea that all transitions and breakups and
-
obeying God got to be messy. I got to hurt somebody.
-
I got to lie. I got to do something on.
-
When God calls, you let them freak out.
-
But there's nothing about a move of God that is going to bring
-
chaos to your life. Watch this.
-
Every disruption is not chaotic. That means when he got up, he
-
wasn't struggling. Why?
-
Your transition got to be struggling.
-
When he got up, he wasn't rushing.
-
Where are you rushing to next? OK, God called you.
-
He got you. He gave you got a word.
-
He told you. It's time to start the business.
-
Why you rushing though? Peace brought you revelation and
-
now you're going to allow chaos to destroy it.
-
He wasn't fighting to get out the tomb because he he
-
understood that no man, no matter if you close the door or
-
not, when it's time for me to transition and go, God will find
-
a way for me to go. He got up with intention.
-
He did not just rise, He relocated.
-
The. Grave still had his clothes.
-
Why some of y'all in the spirit we can look.
-
You say you knew, but in your purse is some remnants from your
-
past. He left his grave close.
-
Let the grave hold the grave close.
-
Let your pass. Hold your pass.
-
Why you still holding it? The grave still had his clothes,
-
but the grave did not have his body.
-
If he had time to fold the cloth, pay attention.
-
If he had time to fold the cloth.
-
Then death was never in control. Come on, EJI, don't know who
-
watching right now. I know it seems hard right now
-
or you going through a season. It seem like you can nothing is
-
changing. It seems like everything's
-
against you. But I'm here to announce the
-
death anxiety, depression, fear. It does not have control.
-
God has control. God has control.
-
After all of that stone rolled cloth was folded, you got
-
evidence everywhere. They still came with spices.
-
Why? Because you and I can see
-
evidence and still live like it never happened.
-
Some of y'all can see all the evidence of God's goodness.
-
But let a little pressure walk in your life.
-
You forgot how good he was. You forgot what he's brought you
-
through. You forgot in spite of bad
-
childhood, in spite of abuse, in spite of God.
-
Still, if you look for his hands, you'll find it.
-
Watch this. It ain't hard to find God's
-
hand. But not today.
-
When when he got up, we got up. We're not trying to get up.
-
We up. It's it's up from here.
-
Somebody say it's up from here. It's it's up from here.
-
He didn't just get up for you. He got up as you.
-
You got to get that. He got up as you.
-
He didn't get it. What did he need to die or get
-
up for? He didn't do nothing.
-
He died for you and he got up as you.
-
And if you read your Bible, the Bible say he didn't just get up
-
as us, but we are sitting with him.
-
Somebody say it's up from here. So, so I'm not thinking Lo, no,
-
MO, I'm not living. No, no.
-
What's this? You got to watch this.
-
Even if you are in the middle of your struggle.
-
Stop letting people talk down to you.
-
I don't care if it's a spouse. Stop letting them talk down to
-
you. But don't you talk down back.
-
Let them sound stupid. Watch this.
-
Watch this. Next time your spouse talk down
-
to you, say you don't you. You must not know me yet.
-
I'm sorry. I'm in the way of you really
-
knowing who I am. I'm sorry.
-
But if you just wait around, you'll see and watch this.
-
Tell them you better start changing yourself.
-
Because by the time I catch up to my new man, you better not be
-
Ratchet. All right, then.
-
Walk away. Walk away.
-
Bless him. Cook something for him.
-
Don't leave it at that. But when I'm standing up, the
-
devil can't stand a chance. When I'm standing, when I
-
finally decide to stand up, the devil can't stand a chance.
-
Watch this. Your excuses will never bring
-
breakthrough. Because I'm not standing alone.
-
I'm standing in resurrection power.
-
Good Friday washed us, Easter raised us, and Pentecost will
-
fill us. I'm not carrying shame, I'm not
-
staying down. I'm not running empty.
-
I'm clean, I'm up. I'm full.
-
I'm clean. That's that's what Good Friday
-
did. Clean me.
-
Easter. I'm up.
-
Pentecost. I'm full.
-
I'm clean. I'm up.
-
I'm full. Somebody say that I'm clean.
-
I'm up. I'm full.
-
I'm washed by the blood raised by power, filled with the fire.
-
He gone. So I'm gone.
-
It's up from here. If you believe you're not who
-
used to be. If you believe you're not where
-
you used to be, if you believe you're not staying where you
-
used to pee, just say I've relocated.
-
You can write it down. Colossians 3 tells us.
-
If then you were raised with Jesus, then seek those things
-
that are above. Seek those heavenly realities.
-
Set your mind on things that are above.
-
For you died and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
-
So now you have a new position because you was raised.
-
You have a new perspective because you have set your mind
-
on Jesus, and you have new placement because you are hidden
-
in Jesus. Christ.
-
You have a proclamation mandate because as he told the woman, he
-
said, Mary, go and tell them I'm alive.
-
I'm not there no more. And I think we not we need, we
-
going to spend the next one, maybe one minute in a second,
-
the next one minute in a second and we are going to proclaim our
-
liberty and our new life. So the proof is in the tomb.
-
The position is in Christ, there's power in me and then
-
there's a proclamation on me. Before we get in today's
-
message, we going to take one to two minutes because I don't want
-
to listen to another message this year.
-
I don't want to worship another song this year going back and
-
forth to the tomb. I just wanted to pause for a
-
minute and remind us it's up from here.
-
There's no more tomb days in our lives.
-
I've left my grave clothes in the grave and now it's just up
-
from here. Somebody say it's up from here.
-
If you believe that, just stand to your feet and just begin to
-
proclaim your liberty. Begin to proclaim your freedom.
-
Begin to proclaim on it. Put on your new clothes.
-
Come on, lift your hands. And lift your voice.
-
If you came in here with grave clothes, take them off.
-
It's up from here. Hallelujah, it's up from here.
-
Death could not hold you. The veil torn before you.
-
Yeah, come on, 30 more seconds. With authority.
-
With authority. With authority.
-
Hallelujah, Hallelujah. 10 more seconds. 10 more seconds.
-
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Come on, somebody say three
-
times I'm alive, I'm alive, I'm alive.
-
Come on, come on, Say I'm no longer there.
-
Somebody say it's up. From here, come on, say I've
-
relocated. Come on, say Death cannot hold
-
me because he got up. I got up.
-
Look to your neighbors. Say because he got up, you got
-
up. Shout out.
-
It's up from here. Come on.
-
Have a seat. It's up from here.
-
Yeah. Come on.
-
I want to encourage you. Keep your head up.
-
Put your shoulders back. We all going through this human
-
experience, but it's up from here.
-
The Redeemer. Real redeem.
-
He's working everything together for my good.
-
Yes, he got up, he stayed up, he relocated and when he got up, we
-
got up and we relocated. That is the good news.
-
I'm. Going to talk to you for a few
-
minutes today about this. Thought I had those, no?
-
Went to we. Were in Toronto and I just had
-
this revelation as I was walking with, we was walking through our
-
sun through, you know, competition.
-
I'm going to just say competition and a lot of you
-
were watching the game and you know that we were upset and we
-
did not win the championship like we wanted to.
-
We were upset. Meaning we not, we were mad, we
-
were mad, but we're not mad like that.
-
But we were a team that shouldn't have beat us, beat us.
-
But kudos to them. They played very well.
-
But I had a revelation because we beat them three times
-
already, 2 times already. This would have been the third.
-
We beat them already. Somebody say we beat them.
-
We didn't just beat them, we dominated them.
-
And then when we lost, we, we lost they, they dominated us.
-
And I was sitting there, Andrew and I was in in the stands
-
thinking about this. And I was like, we approached
-
that game as though we were David, not knowing we were
-
Goliath. But we came in as David.
-
And a lot of times we look at David because of his triumph in
-
victory, but we don't walk in David's triumph.
-
We often walk in his belittling smallness.
-
The way we shake David is like we're the we're the comeback
-
story. We're we're the overlooked.
-
We often victimize David. So most of us in here, when we
-
connect to David, it's as a victim.
-
And I'm like, whoa. Because they came in the game as
-
they was Goliath and the team they played because they was
-
dominated before they had a right to be David.
-
So their David approach worked for them because the odds were
-
against them. So David was their reality.
-
But sometime David is not your reality.
-
Sometime Goliath, in the sense of power and strength is your
-
reality. And you try to play the victim
-
when God puts you in a position to dominate.
-
And I said if we would have approached it as though we beat
-
up Goliath twice, we can't do the same thing.
-
We beat up David twice, we can't approach it the same way.
-
But a lot of times you are the dominant one, but you want to
-
play victim. And so today I got a message for
-
you. I'll see how far we can get.
-
It says what's so bad about Goliath?
-
A lot of times we just take one sided stories and we just like
-
Goliath is terrible. It's just like in the world, the
-
world is just evil and demonic. But let me help you.
-
Let me help you with this. They do a lot of stuff better
-
than the church. So did God say you can't learn
-
from the world or you don't depend on the world?
-
And so a lot of times God will put people in front of us.
-
That's donkeys. And we like you a donkey.
-
So I can't listen to you or you an adulterer, so I can't talk to
-
you. But in that God is teaching us a
-
lesson. First Samuel 17 says this
-
Goliath says, he said to David, am IA dog, I want you to
-
remember that am IA dog, that you come at me with sticks.
-
And the Philistine cursed David by his gods.
-
Come here, he said, and I'll give you your flesh to the birds
-
and the wild animals. You come over here.
-
This is this is Goliath talking. You come over here, it's over.
-
You come over here, it's a wrap. You come over here.
-
I own you. I've been taunting y'all for 40
-
days. I own you, I own your psyche,
-
it's over. I dominate you.
-
Come over here and see what happened, David said.
-
David said, So we hear what Goliath said.
-
Goliath said I'm big, bad. I'm I'm the giant, I dominate
-
you. David said to the Philistine.
-
You come against me with the sword and spear and javelin, but
-
I come against you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the Lord
-
Almighty Saba oath, the God of the armies of Israel whom you
-
have defied this day. The Lord will deliver you into
-
my hands. Goliath say I'm going to handle
-
it. David say God don't handle it.
-
Psalm 27 verse 7 says this. Some trust in Chariots and some
-
in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God when
-
the Bible says Chariots. This is not casual language.
-
Chariots were the most advanced military system of ancient
-
world. Speed, power, elevation,
-
strategy. They gave nations dominance.
-
They represent systems and strategy, visible advantage and
-
what man builds to win. OK.
-
And horses, they represent strength and speed and force and
-
power and dominance. Some trust in Chariots and some
-
trust in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.
-
Some trust what they've built. Come in here, in this room, in
-
this room, Families, friends. Some of us trust in what we
-
built. Some of us trust in what we can
-
control. Some of us trust in what gives
-
us an edge. Some of us trust in our
-
abilities. Some of us trust in our
-
connection. Some of us trust in our bank
-
account. Some of us trust in our talents.
-
Watch this. This situation with Goliath and
-
David. This is not weak versus strong.
-
This is strong versus strong. One is trusting systems, another
-
is trusting source. One is trusting what they have,
-
and the other is trusting who God is.
-
As for me and my house, we going what serve the Lord.
-
Watch this. It is not wrong to have
-
Chariots. It is wrong to trust them more
-
than God. So this is not condemning your
-
ability. God gave it to you.
-
This is not condemning your business.
-
God gave it to you. This is not condemning your
-
looks. God gave it to you.
-
But when you depend on it more, whatever your source of joy is,
-
when you depend on it more, it's not the Chariots, it's not the
-
horses, it's not by Mike nor by power, but it is by his what
-
spirit? Watch it.
-
David and Goliath was not just a conversation we just read.
-
That was a collision, Elder John of two systems, two sources, two
-
different identities. Goliath said this people, I will
-
look at me, look at what I have. David said the Lord will this is
-
about him. This is for his name.
-
David said the battle that I'm in is about God.
-
The glory is for him. The the situation you're going
-
through. What if you just said no, this
-
is about God, this is for him and this is the Lord's will for
-
my life says watch this. Everybody wants to be David.
-
Everybody wants to be David. But if you're not careful, you
-
will put on the wrong identity because watch this as much as
-
you think is working against you is really not there is actually
-
more working for you that is working against you.
-
Watch this. We want to be like David look
-
good, right underdog, right overlook whenever we think of
-
David's stories, it's always from being overlooked Underdog.
-
We was forgotten. We the little man.
-
It's defeat, but you ain't going to beat me.
-
No, no, no, whenever and and we're we're we're we're talked
-
about. We're persecuted.
-
We always put on the victim side.
-
We love that story. Let's go in a little deeper for
-
you guys. You have at times in your life,
-
Goliath level strength, Goliath level abilities, Goliath level
-
influence, Goliath level. Watch this opportunities.
-
But you're still standing where David started.
-
You see the situation, you hear voices.
-
You got family thinking, you crazy you.
-
You got other people in your life offering you other options,
-
other armor. You even know what God said
-
about your life, but you haven't stepped into authority yet.
-
You're aware, but you're not yet authoritative.
-
You're aware of what he said. You're aware that he could fix
-
the situation, but you haven't yet stepped into the authority
-
that he's put on you. Or you've stepped into strength.
-
You've stepped into influence. But somewhere along the way you
-
stop depending on God. You know our life with God, we
-
walk by faith. God is with us from the cradle
-
to the grave. You don't just walk with God
-
till you get breakthrough or until you get healed and then
-
all of a sudden you, you just head back to your tomb.
-
Let me let me help everybody. If you ain't walking with God,
-
you in a tomb, super simple. You ain't walking with God.
-
You in a tomb. Now your confidence is in what
-
you have. It is in what you've built.
-
It is what you can do so then when God is trying to God
-
blesses you with something, then watch this.
-
I want to help everybody in here.
-
Once God bless you with something, he's going to ask you
-
to put it on the altar. Some of y'all he didn't bless
-
you with something and you still holding tight to it.
-
Watch this one finger on it is still disobedience.
-
Some of y'all standing like this one hand on the God I stepped, I
-
came closer to you. I draw nigh.
-
So on one side people won't step into authority and on the other
-
side people have stepped into authority but stepped out of
-
submission. Can I help somebody in here?
-
Oh, you Holy Ghost filled you. You walk in authority.
-
You know how to pray. Now some of y'all in here have
-
upgraded your prayer life, but then you still struggle with
-
submission. Watch this.
-
Let me help you. What submission is submission is
-
not just to God because we got a lot of I I I submit to God
-
people. But if you submit to God, you
-
also submit to the delegated authority he put in your life.
-
So watch this if you're married and God say the husband is the
-
priest of the home. I don't I I I I'm sorry ladies,
-
I don't really care, but you still got I don't care how much
-
he tweaking now don't take abuse.
-
Don't take abuse of no kind but if he just making mistakes who
-
are you to be down on him help meet.
-
No, I get it. He ain't worth honoring.
-
He don't pray, he don't want a tithe I get it.
-
But as you walk with God for His Son, what's required of you is
-
the submit. Submission is not a cuss word.
-
It's a Kingdom word. So take the word submission out
-
of hell and put it back where it belongs.
-
Submission is a word of authority.
-
You see, one is hesitation, David.
-
The other is pride. One is hesitation.
-
David hesitates. He's observing.
-
He's in conversation, he's calculating.
-
And then the other is pride, the life.
-
And neither one reflects David, though watch this.
-
Neither one of these reflect David.
-
We hesitate. We we, we struggle with pride.
-
But when it comes to really reflecting David, why, why, why
-
are we using this title? What's wrong?
-
What's so bad about Goliath? I get ahead of myself, but do
-
you notice the Bible did not rebuke Goliath's skill?
-
The Bible did not rebuke Goliath's ability.
-
The Bible did not rebuke the Philistines wealth.
-
What is God rebuking? Who's governing Goliath's life?
-
He's a man depending on his own, so it's not God made him 9 feet
-
and a half. God not mad, he tall.
-
God not trying to shrink him. God, watch this.
-
God not even trying to make Goliath think less of himself.
-
God is just trying to make Goliath think more of God.
-
Yeah, it is. You are called to walk in
-
dominion, but dominion only works when you stay submitted to
-
God. Goliath had power.
-
David had authority. You want power or authority?
-
See, see one. When you got power, you got to
-
talk about it. When you got authority, you can
-
be quiet. Your presence has authority, and
-
heaven only backs what is under authority.
-
You were never called to be weak.
-
You were only called to be submitted because power without
-
submission will always drift to pride.
-
Yeah, you, you weren't just called to live on your own and
-
walk in your own ability and on your own schedule and on your
-
own time and on your own thoughts and on your own will.
-
You was never called to do that. You were called to submit
-
because power without submission will always drift into pride.
-
Here's what I see with a lot of young people.
-
God is moving on young people in this last day, but because they
-
struggle with submission, then they're dealing with pride and
-
the power and anointing that's on them.
-
It's drawing and influencing people, but for the work of
-
darkness, can can, can God have power on you?
-
And because you're not submitted, it's being misused.
-
Yeah, yeah, your business is successful, but it might not be
-
God. It just means God is not going
-
to take what he put on you back. Could you actually be successful
-
without God? What?
-
First of all, you can never be successful without God and be a
-
child of God because he put it on you.
-
But if you define success success on things, then sure.
-
But if you. You define success as God being
-
pleased with you, not your stuff.
-
That's a whole different definition.
-
And many of us think success is about mammon and you have not
-
paused yet and said God, are you pleased with me?
-
I know I got accolades, but are you pleased with me?
-
I know my savings account is good, but are you pleased with
-
me? I know I stopped smoking, but
-
are you pleased with me? There, there's evil people,
-
there's people that don't follow God that stopped bad habits.
-
They're disciplined. It don't mean they're submitted.
-
And some of y'all have pride in the area of your discipline
-
because you think you'll watch this.
-
Some of y'all idolize. You have made discipline and
-
idol. You pride yourself in
-
discipline, but you don't pride yourself in submission.
-
So you skillful, you do what you do real good.
-
But I'm here to tell you, if God don't have you, he's not pleased
-
with you. Are you OK with that?
-
What is the profit? A man, it's a game in the world,
-
but lose his soul. You, you were, you were, you
-
weren't called to be weak. You were called to be submitted.
-
Watch this and submission without stepping up.
-
So there's the other side, EJ, there's the other side.
-
There's people who have submitted, but you'd want to
-
drop in the background and be like, I'm good.
-
They could do that. It's not my time yet.
-
Submission without stepping up will always drift into
-
passivity. Some of y'all way too passive
-
about your call. You think you got a whole lot of
-
time on this earth, huh? Yeah.
-
When you're sitting in that Gurney, when you're sitting in
-
that bed, when that stroke hits your body, when that heart
-
attack hits your body, it's not it's not the time to be like,
-
OK, God put me on the put me on the mission field.
-
I'll speak now, God. And I'm not wishing that on
-
nobody. But I'm just saying we in this
-
life, you don't know what tomorrow going to look like.
-
Your whole world could get flipped upside down.
-
Then you going to run to God and be like, OK, OK, OK, that's bad.
-
God always sends accountability. Because my Mama told me this,
-
it's better your pastor or your parents correct you than God.
-
That's the part we forget. When you like, I'm cool with
-
just God. So you mean you want God to
-
correct you? Like you want God to allow that
-
thing to take you out because you don't want to listen to
-
somebody? No, no, no, I've seen it.
-
It's a real thing. That's why God sends parents and
-
pastors and they, they, you got to understand, parents and
-
pastors are intercessors. God say, hey, tell that child
-
they better stop. Tell that child they better
-
stop. And then one day he said, OK, be
-
quiet enough. Move out the way.
-
I'll let him know it's time to stop.
-
I've been down that road one time.
-
Lord, don't ever, don't ever, don't.
-
I don't ever want God to have to correct me.
-
No, I don't want that in my relationship with my father,
-
right? Watch this if you're a parent.
-
It's not fun having to always correct your kids.
-
Sometimes you like, I just want to hang out with you.
-
This God just wants to watch this.
-
God said I want to abide with you.
-
Why do I always got to correct you?
-
Can't we just hang out? Can't we just watch a movie
-
uninterrupted called Goodness and Mercy?
-
Can't you just focus on me and my goodness and I focus on you,
-
my greatest creation? And can't we just walk through
-
this life and I can easily be like, hey, son, go over here and
-
do that. Say that daughter and, and, and
-
you do it. Why?
-
Why all the pride? How long it's going to take?
-
God didn't call you to choose between power and humility.
-
He called you to carry both, Danny.
-
So then it's the humble people that's always trying to calm the
-
powerful people down. Like it ain't room for both in
-
my life. God is not telling you to choose
-
humility or power. Watch this.
-
You can't walk in true humility without power.
-
Yeah, it's not wrong to have power.
-
It's wrong to trust power more than God.
-
Goliath had domination, David had dominion.
-
Watch this some of y'all now. And one day you're going to be
-
able to buy whatever you want in this world but couldn't cast a
-
demon out of your child. How you got all that money and
-
that good job and your child is running around obsessed with
-
demons. How how you don't got no
-
authority in your own home? How you happy with that?
-
How how you got how you got real good job, but your marriage is
-
not real good. So you doing good to people,
-
you're doing better than your daddy did.
-
But if you ask God today, does he have your soul?
-
Does he have control? Does he have full way in your
-
life? What would that conversation
-
sound like? So what's so bad about Goliath?
-
Here is the real issue. His issue was not strength.
-
His issue was source I I believe this is going to help about two
-
or three people, maybe 5 his His issue was not strength.
-
His issue was source. There is so much untapped power
-
in your life because you still think it won't happen unless you
-
do. Let me help you.
-
It won't happen unless you just be being does not mean don't
-
work hard. His issue was not strength, it
-
was Source First Samuel 17 four says and a champion went out of
-
the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath of God, whose
-
height was. 6. Cubits and a span almost 10
-
feet. The brother was almost 10 feet.
-
This ain't no parable. 10 feet and he had a bronze helmet.
-
If I'm 10 feet, do I need a helmet?
-
He was strong and protected and he had a bronze helmet on his
-
head and wore a coat of mail and the coat weighed 5000 shekels of
-
bronze bronze. Not napkins, Bronze.
-
You know how big and strong you got to be to carry 5000 shekels
-
of bronze? He had bronze shin armor on his
-
legs and a bronze javelin across his shoulders, and the shaft of
-
his spear was like a weaver's beam.
-
His spear's head weighed 600 shekels of iron and a shield
-
bearer went before him. What, David?
-
What about 58? With heels on, so in the spirit
-
and prophetically, you got to understand that there's more for
-
us than against us. So you got to understand to the
-
enemy, you look 9 feet 5, you got all kind of protection
-
around you to the enemy and there's some areas in your life
-
where you're approaching the battle.
-
Like the odds are against you? What if there's more for us than
-
who can be against us? God open their eyes to show them
-
they're more for us than are against us.
-
If one can put 1000 of flight then two can put 10.
-
What there is more? If God be for us, then who can
-
be against us? I'm blessed coming in, I'm
-
blessed coming out. I'm the head, not the tail.
-
What are we talking about? So in the spirit realm, there is
-
a What's wrong with Goliath's size?
-
Nothing. What's wrong with his skill?
-
Nothing. What's wrong with his help?
-
Nothing. What's wrong with his systems?
-
Nothing. But what's wrong with his soul?
-
Everything he's. Not submitted.
-
His brother is 9 feet covered in bronze, carrying weapons heavier
-
than most men could fit. Goliath, watch this.
-
The Bible does not rebuke his excellence.
-
So then what's the problem? Verse 10 says this.
-
You guys and the Philistines said I define the ranks of
-
Israel this day. Give me a man that we might may
-
fight together. Goliath.
-
He didn't just challenge Israel, he challenged the God of Israel.
-
He wasn't just challenging David.
-
Watch this. And David had that revelation.
-
Who you talk, you ain't you ain't talking to me.
-
That's what y'all got to stop taking it personal like you.
-
You ain't talking to me. I don't care if it's your Mama,
-
daddy, your granny, your your husband, your wife, your kid,
-
even your little kids. Spook them out one day.
-
Who you talking to? You see all them angels behind
-
me, right? Who are you talking to?
-
He had a revelation, so he wasn't easily offended.
-
How are you easily offended when you know somebody that's talking
-
crazy to you? Ain't really just talking to
-
you. You talking to the God of
-
Terence? You talking to the God of Elder
-
John? You talking to the God of Seon?
-
You talking to the God of Love Quest?
-
You talking to the God? You talking to the God of Great?
-
Who are you talking to? 'Cause you know what I need to
-
pray for you, 'cause you clearly don't got your eyes open if you
-
knew who you was talking to. That's what they say about you.
-
If you knew who you was putting on the cross.
-
Not taking it personal no more. I'm going to do my best.
-
I know it's easier to set them, but let's not take it personal
-
no more. Let's not be easily offended.
-
I ain't got time to be offended. Here's the issue, Goliath.
-
Strength without submission, power without covering, and
-
authority without alignment. Here's the issue.
-
You're blessed. No covering.
-
Watch this because you go to church.
-
Don't mean you're covered. If you ain't submitted, you
-
ain't covered. Watch this.
-
If I throw a blanket on you and you get from under it, guess
-
what? You ain't covered.
-
Guess what? Put a blanket over you.
-
But guess what you did. You got from under the covering
-
because you you're going to keep yourself warm.
-
All right? Sure.
-
Right. It's not realistic.
-
I was just really quickly giving a given a data check to see if
-
this would be a good example. Let's try it.
-
OK. It's not good.
-
Like me and my wife cannot sleep through the whole night if I
-
keep her warm. So you have blankets on the bed,
-
right? So I can't just cuddle with her
-
all night and she get a good night's sleep.
-
So she gets covered and kept warm by what?
-
Blankets. Watch this.
-
You think God is always going to just talk to you?
-
You think God is always going to walk with you?
-
Like God, I don't need nobody. I don't need no pastor.
-
I don't need nobody. But God gives blankets.
-
He gives pastors. He gives pastors after his own
-
heart. Watch this.
-
God know what kind of pastor you need better than you know.
-
Yeah. So he gives blankets, He gives
-
evangelists blankets. He gives pastors blankets, he
-
gives, he gives children parents blankets.
-
And on his behalf, we cover you. So when you can't sense God's
-
presence, he still has a covering.
-
When you don't experience His touch, he still has covering.
-
So you might have strength, but you ain't got submission.
-
You might got power, influence, and impact, and people know you,
-
but you don't got no covering. And you might have authority,
-
but it's without alignment. So if you're out of alignment,
-
your power is misaligned. And if God ain't getting the
-
power usage, then who else is? You don't lose.
-
Watch this. You don't lose to giants first
-
with actions. You lose with agreement.
-
Yeah, that giant in your life wasn't because the giant
-
actually defeated you. The giant cannot defeat you
-
without agreement. That giant thought that you keep
-
getting plagued with. You found agreement somewhere
-
you you kind of consider and is that true about you?
-
And that's where the enemy wears this down.
-
He's tried to, he brings he, he has familiar spirits.
-
And although it is different people saying the thing, it's
-
multiple people saying the same thing.
-
Watch this. At one point in your life, it
-
was true. At one point in your life, it
-
was your motive. At one point in your life, it
-
was your heart. But you have to get the
-
revelation and God actually has changed you, and that's not you
-
no more. And so people will misunderstand
-
you, mislabel you, misalign you, misappropriate you.
-
But guess what? You have to know that that is
-
the liar, the enemy trying to keep you or get you back to your
-
tomb. And you have to understand, no,
-
I got up, I've relocated. I'm no longer there.
-
No more. My grave clothes have been
-
behind. I have no remnants of my past.
-
I am a new man. I am loved.
-
I am seen. I am transformed by the renewing
-
of my mind. My labor is not in vain.
-
My love is not in vain. My sewing is not in vain.
-
I have been changed from the inside out.
-
I might not be where I'm going to be, but I'm shown not where I
-
used to be. Where I used to be on drugs and
-
anxiety and depression. I believe the lies.
-
I was insecure. I had poor self-image.
-
I am no longer in that tomb. I am not there, there, I am
-
here. So if you want to keep on
-
looking for me in the tomb, I'm here to tell you that Terence
-
Richmond is alive and I'm no longer where you used to know
-
me. I'm not who I used to be 5 years
-
ago. I'm not who I used to be. 5
-
months. Ago.
-
I'm not who I used to be 5 weeks ago.
-
I'm not who I used to be 5 days ago.
-
Heck, I'm not who I used to be 5 minutes ago.
-
Because when God walks in the room, everything changed.
-
Even stuff that was here 60 seconds ago.
-
If God moves in the room, it all changes.
-
I want you to see something guys.
-
First Samuel 17 reveals something if you pay attention.
-
Here's another problem with him. He says I'll give my flesh I'm
-
I'm I'm about this is bully talking.
-
Watch this. He's loud, but he's not secure
-
in himself. Spot when the accuser or the
-
persecutor is talking from. They fear and insecurity of you.
-
A lot of times the people that's putting their mouth on you, it
-
ain't them. It's a spirit in them and that
-
spirit is afraid of you. So what that spirit's trying to
-
do is get you away from them because they know the longer
-
they stay around you, something got to change.
-
So let me push you as far as I can away from my life.
-
Let me make you mad at me so you don't declare.
-
I want to make you so mad. You don't even pray for me no
-
more and if I could get you to forget about me, please.
-
Because that enemy knows every time that person comes around
-
you as only a matter of time, they are going to change.
-
So This is why the enemy wants you offended.
-
You notice how you don't get offended from the people who
-
ain't good for you. You'll stay longer in darkness
-
than you will in lights. That's the enemy trying to get
-
you back in that tomb. He cannot stand you being out of
-
the tomb too long. He couldn't stop the
-
resurrection, but he can slow down new life progress.
-
And if his slow Down's too long, watch this.
-
You might not go back to the grave, but the grave will catch
-
up to you. Secure people, watch this.
-
Secure people don't need to announce themselves.
-
Goliath's identity was built on what he had and what he could
-
do. His boldness was covering his
-
insecurity. Knowing people loud because they
-
don't trust their silence. Knowing people loud because
-
they're projecting. Knowing people loud because
-
they're projecting. Knowing people loud because
-
they're afraid If you ain't If they give you the mic revelation
-
might come. His boldness was covering
-
insecurity. He said watch this.
-
Here's an insecure statement. Am IA dog or something?
-
You you think I'm a dog? He's projecting.
-
No, nobody said you was a dog. I just showed up Little old me.
-
I haven't said nothing to you, Goliath.
-
Why did Where did you get that from?
-
So look, see, see, You got to understand competitive game.
-
It's mental. So what's coming out of your
-
opponent's mouth? You think I'm a dog, Sir?
-
I, I just walked on the scene. I'm half the size as you, and
-
all I got is a stone in my hand. You got on all this armor and
-
you asking me if I think you're a dog, Sir?
-
If I was honest, I'm quite scared right now.
-
So I got to be quiet until God puts His words on my mouth.
-
Oh, I got a revelation. You ain't talking to me.
-
You talking to him. You're not messing with me, you
-
messing with him. I'm his child, I'm his son.
-
You come with sword, but I come in.
-
The name of the Lord is what he says this day.
-
The Lord will deliver you this day.
-
The Lord will breakthrough for you this day.
-
The Lord will break anxiety off of you this day.
-
The Lord will break bondage off of you this day.
-
The Lord will reconcile your marriage this day.
-
The Lord will heal you from cancer this day.
-
The Lord will heal your tumors this day, The Lord will heal
-
this day. The Lord will heal this.
-
Is the day the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad
-
it is. That's a song for battle lines.
-
Show up to the battle and this is the day that the Lord has
-
made. The Lord will do it.
-
Come on, say that the Lord will do it.
-
Goliath's trusted resources. David trusted revelation.
-
David trusted revelation. So.
-
Goliath trusted what he had, He trusted in his size, he trusted
-
in his ability, and David trusted in God's ability.
-
David trusted in sonship. David trusted in the power of
-
God. David trusted in the Angel army.
-
Questioning you is who you trust.
-
It's easy to throw around. I trust God, it's easy.
-
Stop. Can we stop?
-
Let's just look at our actions and look at our reactions.
-
Do you trust God? Some of y'all can blatantly say
-
right now, Nope. OK, something better change
-
quick. I promise you, as much as cool
-
as you are, you can't save yourself.
-
As cool as you are, whatever's coming down the pipe for your
-
future, you will not be strong enough and you will not have
-
enough resources to bring you out of that situation.
-
What's wrong with Goliath? Nothing's wrong with his
-
strength. Nothing's wrong with his
-
resources, nothing wrong with his size, nothing is wrong with
-
his. Nothing is wrong with his
-
confidence. But God's not governing his
-
soul. There's a lot of people even in
-
the church that are intimidated of your confidence in the Lord.
-
Keep it in the Lord. If it's in the Lord.
-
Don't listen to nobody that tell you you too loud.
-
If you shouting with a voice of triumph because you love God and
-
you shouting from revelation that he's good.
-
I don't care how much you get on somebody nerves shout with a
-
voice of triumph. If people say you do too much
-
because you dance, make sure you dancing for Revelation, not
-
attention, because people show up in church in here too.
-
And I'll call it out one day. I see, I see you shaking your
-
twats and your twits and all all this stuff.
-
And it's not for God, it's for attention, right?
-
Because when it's for God, dancing for God leads to
-
transformation, right? So you going to dance and you
-
going to start looking different.
-
You going to start dressing different, you going to start
-
talking different. But when you stay the same and
-
you going that away, no, you've been dancing for attention.
-
And so you need to go to somebody and just say I'm broken
-
and I want some attention. But praise breaks ain't time for
-
attention. It's time for encounter.
-
Goliath trusted resources. David trusted revelation.
-
So we are called to have dominion.
-
We are called to be a free people.
-
We are called to walk in power. We are called to walk in
-
dominion. When he got up, we got up.
-
And he didn't just get up for himself, he got up as us, right?
-
Watch this. Because if he defeated the
-
grave, guess what? You defeated the grave.
-
If he defeated death, you defeated death.
-
If death couldn't hold him, death can't hold you.
-
If sickness couldn't hold him, sickness can't hold you.
-
If poverty couldn't hold him, poverty couldn't hold you.
-
If persecution couldn't hold him, persecution can't hold you.
-
If lies couldn't fool him, lies can't fool you.
-
It don't matter what people say about you.
-
It don't matter what things happen around you.
-
It don't matter what's happening around you, under you, above
-
you. God is working everything
-
together for his good. Rather people understand it or
-
not rather. People see it or not.
-
God is working everything together for His good.
-
God is working everything together for His good.
-
I will not back down. I will not quiet up.
-
I will not turn around. I'm going forward.
-
It's up from here. God's been good.
-
God's always good. God is faithful.
-
God is amazing. God is glorious.
-
He deserves the glory. He deserves the honor.
-
He deserves the praise. And that's when we come to the
-
subtitle. I'm just built different.
-
I can walk in humility and power.
-
I'm sorry if my awareness of who I am gets on your nerves, but in
-
the name of Jesus, the power of the Holy Ghost is in me.
-
Just built different. David had power.
-
David had resources, and it's just because his resources
-
wasn't bronze and it was a stone.
-
When you take your little resource and put it in the
-
source hands, then it knocks down giants with his bronze.
-
Everything fell when Goliath fell, not watch this.
-
Not only did Goliath get taken out, it says that all his people
-
EJ took off running. So you've been trying to deal
-
with little demons, deal with the Goliath in your life,
-
because when, when the little demons general get taken out,
-
then they got to go, they got to run.
-
So what is your Goliath in your life?
-
What is that thing that has been taunting you?
-
What is that insecurity? What is that mountain you can't
-
overcome yet? What is that?
-
What? What is what is that plague in
-
your soul? No, you don't need to stop
-
smoking. Yeah, wait, wait a minute.
-
You don't need to stop drinking. That's not Goliath.
-
That's a fruit of Goliath. Deal with your rage.
-
Deal with your. Deal with your neglect.
-
Deal with your abandonment. Deal with your rejection issues.
-
Did deal with whatever, wherever that rape left you.
-
Deal with whatever the parents walking out on you left you deal
-
with that. Because if you don't deal with
-
Goliath, all the fruit will remain.
-
Today, we, we, we, we stand against.
-
We show up to the battlefield understanding that all power is
-
on our side through Jesus Christ, in the name of the Lord
-
of hosts, in the name of Jesus. And if you've overcome
-
everything, then pray for somebody else to overcome
-
something. But what I read in the Bible,
-
David didn't look at Goliath. He said something.
-
So you can't think about your giants.
-
You got to talk to it. No, no, this isn't watch this.
-
This is not a dialogue. I am not going back and forth
-
with my giants. It's a one way conversation.
-
Today is over for you. So open your mouth and begin to
-
declare. Come on, you know what it is.
-
Be specific. Be specific.
-
Be specific. Be specific.
-
If it's your finances, whatever the idol is, whatever it is, be
-
specific and leave it at the tomb.
-
Leave it at the tomb. Come on, open your mouth.
-
A few unashamed people. You can start by praying in the
-
spirit. Yeah.
-
It's up from here. It is up from here.
-
For some of y'all. For some of y'all.
-
It's up from here. Clarity is here.
-
Renewed strength is here. Come on, come on.
-
Some of y'all have been so tired and fatigued in your soul.
-
You've been sleeping but can't find no strength.
-
You've been taking naps but can't find no rest.
-
Come on, renewed strength today. You about to mount up like wings
-
on eagles today. He is going to renew your
-
strength right now in the name of Jesus.
-
Come on Father, we cast that weight down in the name of
-
Jesus. We cast that burden down in the
-
name of Jesus. We cast those lies down in the
-
name of Jesus. When we cast those fears down in
-
the name of Jesus, we cast that anxiety down in the name of
-
Jesus. We cast unforgiveness down in
-
the name of Jesus. We cast offense down in the name
-
of Jesus. When we pick up peace, we pick
-
up strength. We pick up power, We pick up
-
grace, pick up kindness, We walk in patience.
-
We walk by faith and not by sight.
-
Our emotions will not govern us, but the Holy Ghost will govern
-
us. As we walk into the day of
-
Pentecost, Pentecost, Sunday. Lord, we will choose to walk in
-
power and we will choose to walk in humility with our hearts and
-
our minds. Surrender to You.
-
We're anointed to build and battle.
-
We're anointed to walk in power and humility.
-
Yeah. Take a moment.
-
Take a moment. Every giant that shows up is
-
here to teach you something. Are you learning from your
-
giant? Watch this.
-
Instead of worshipping your giants, you should learn from
-
your giants. What is your giant showing up to
-
reveal? That's in you.
-
But I love it because the giant didn't show up for David's
-
defeat. The giant showed up so David
-
could dig in EJ. He had to dig in and find
-
something. Greater is he that is in him
-
than he that he had to find something.
-
But I love it because David in order to step in authority, he
-
had to remember the hand of God previously.
-
So I love it. He showed up to the battlefield
-
with a testimony. Watch this.
-
His testimony gave his Pebble power.
-
So it don't matter how small your weapon is, the biggest
-
weapon you have is your testimony.
-
Come on, don't stare at your giant.
-
Open your mouth and speak of the goodness of God.
-
He's been faithful through generations.
-
It's up from here, my bloodline. It's up from here.
-
It's up from here, it is up from here, It is up from here.
-
Bible says glory to glory up from here, faith to faith up
-
from here, It is up from here. It's going to get sweeter.
-
It's watch this in the presence of my enemies, it's still going
-
to be sweet. In the hardest times of my life,
-
there is still going to be sweetness.
-
He prepares a table in the presence of your enemies.
-
He did not say the enemies had a seat at the table.
-
He just said the enemies will witness what's happening at the
-
table and what will they see at the table.
-
They will see a covenant that they once had that now you.
-
Have you are a son and you are a daughter of the Most High God.
-
Don't fear an enemy that envies you.
-
The devil thought he had you. That's the good news.
-
The devil wish it was over, but it's too late.
-
The the devil knows he missed an opportunity.
-
That's that's what I'm dancing on.
-
The devil is mad because he missed an opportunity.
-
He he missed an opportunity. Can you just think for a minute
-
the opportunity he really could have had, you should have had
-
you. Can you think of that season in
-
your life where he could have? I want you to go there.
-
Where where could you agree that he really actually should have
-
took you out there and then after like 60 seconds when you
-
fill it in your Holy Ghost, I want you to look at that moment
-
where he should have took you out.
-
Watch this. Some of y'all handed him the
-
keys and said you can take it. The moment you said God end it
-
now. That's when you was telling the
-
devil he can have you now. But then I want you to get get
-
get. Real quick and in your spirit
-
that you're here now, you're not where you used to be and the
-
devil missed out on this opportunity.
-
The devil missed out on this opportunity.
-
Here's the revelation is they did not know they buried a seed.
-
Yeah. What do seeds do?
-
Multiply. So it may seem like you've been
-
buried for death, but I'm here to announce to you.
-
Lift your hands. You have been buried for
-
multiplication. The devil did not still do not
-
understand who he's messing with.
-
So when it seems like you're in darkness, you can't see.
-
You don't know what's next. The walls are closing in on you.
-
You feel buried. You feel like you're in a tomb.
-
Jesus got up because he was planted, not buried.
-
The devil thought he buried you. Watch this.
-
The devil. The devil buried him in a tomb.
-
God planted him in a tomb. I want to tell you where you are
-
right now. God has planted you there
-
because he has plans to multiply you out of there.
-
Whoever can receive that, put that on your lips.
-
It may feel like you've been buried, but God had intentions
-
to plant you. Yeah.
-
Jesus was planted in the wilderness to be tested, to be
-
proven. It's sprouting season.
-
It is sprouting season. And I'm here to tell you, man,
-
the manifestation of the new is not going to come in the new
-
car, a new husband, a new wife. It ain't going to come in
-
nothing monetary. It is going to show up first by
-
a spring of joy, a springing of joy, a springing of laughter.
-
But watch this even now for some of you, there is a weight
-
lifting up off of you. Let the Lord take it.
-
Let the Lord do it. Let the Lord have it.
-
Lift your hands where you are there that.
-
That's where it's manifesting first.
-
The promise is attracted to joy. The promise ain't going to bring
-
you joy. You're going to go in the
-
promised land dancing. You're going to go in the
-
promised land full of joy. You're going to go in the
-
promised land leaping. Come on in the name of Jesus,
-
break it Lord, break it, break it, break it, break it, break
-
the reoccurring anxiety today. I'm here to declare over your
-
life. Don't get used to breaks from
-
anxiety. Get used to anxiety being broken
-
from this day forward. No, no, no, Jesus say didn't die
-
for breaks from he died to break you through too.
-
So I don't want to break from depression.
-
Then in six weeks I'm depressed again.
-
So right now we speak, we pray, we declare the Breakers
-
anointing in this place, break the spirit of confusion now over
-
your mind. We break the power of Leviathan.
-
He comes. Leviathan comes to cause
-
confusion to to to fatigue your mind, to cause you to second
-
guess, to cause decision fatigue.
-
We break the grip of Leviathan. In the name of Jesus, peace come
-
sound mind come. No more double mindedness.
-
In the name of Jesus my mind is sharp because I have the mind of
-
Christ. Peace, peace will nest in my
-
soul because I have the mind of Christ.
-
No more second guessing yourself, no more whoever that's
-
for. No more second guessing
-
yourself. No more dialogues with your
-
giants side. It's a one way street.
-
I speak to my mountains. I don't conversate with my
-
mountains. Hallelujah.
-
Tell that mountain to move. That's what the Bible said,
-
didn't it? Tell that mountain to move.
-
Tell that. Watch this and the Bible told
-
you to tell it where to go. Don't just tell it to move, tell
-
it where to go. Tell that mountain.
-
Get out of my house. Get out of my children
-
confusion. Get out of my get out of my
-
life. Come on, get out now.
-
In the name of Jesus, get back into hell where you came from.
-
Tell it where to go. You got to get out of here
-
today. Tell those lies where to go.
-
You got to get out of here today.
-
Got to go find some pigs to get in.
-
But you can't stay here today. You're not welcome.
-
Somebody tell that thing you made agreement with you're no
-
longer welcome. Come on.
-
I need you to give. I need you.
-
And I need you to look at them with joy.
-
And I need you to find three people, give them a high 5 and
-
say the victory is yours. Come on.
-
The victory is yours. Come on.
-
The victory is yours. The victory is yours.
-
The victory is yours. The victory is yours.
-
Come on. The victory is yours.
-
Come on. The victory is yours.
-
The victory is yours. The victory is yours.
-
Victory is mine. The victory is mine.
-
Come on, shout it out. The victory is mine.
-
Yes, yes. The victory is my household.
-
The victory is love. Questions.
-
The victory is ours. You don't matter what it looks
-
like. The victory is yours.
-
The victory is yours. The victory is yours.
-
The victory is yours. The victory is yours.
-
The victory is yours. The victory is yours.
-
Yeah, yeah. Come on, let's own it.
-
Own it. Own it.
-
Own it. Own it.
-
You've been living in defeat too long.
-
You've been living underneath too long.
-
You've been living in inferiority too long.
-
The victory is mine. Stop letting insecurity stick
-
around some of you, even in your praise.
-
You're so passive. You're trying to be cute.
-
You're so bound. You can't lift your hands, You
-
can't open your mouth. Some of you open your mouth is
-
why does it take to smoke a cigarette?
-
Open your mouth wide with a voice of triumph and watch this
-
I am speaking as loud as those lies speak to you.
-
There's a sword in your mouth and you've condemned yourself
-
too long. You've cussed too long, you've
-
talking death too long. And you mean you can't take 5
-
minutes to open your mouth with some volume and speak what God
-
says? That's what David did.
-
That's the only way the giant came up.
-
And you? Think the giant fell because of
-
a little stone he had bronze Shields on.
-
David threw a rock. There was power coming out of
-
his mouth. You know, back in the day, I
-
don't know if it worked, but we used to.
-
Somebody would tell the dog sick them.
-
See, when we praise, it's like the Angel sick them.
-
Like speak to your mountain. It doesn't mean just mere words
-
are going to move the mountain. It means words are going to
-
activate the angelic host of God that is going to move the
-
mountain. Come on.
-
Why, Why, why, why? Why?
-
Watch this, Watch it. I get it, I get it, I get it.
-
But I really don't care. I got some revelation for you.
-
Why am I more passionate about your bondage?
-
Why? Why my mouth?
-
Why is my mouth wider than your mouth?
-
For your. Bondage.
-
This is Jesus. Why am I?
-
Why am I more excited to get on the cross for you than you are
-
to get up out your grave? How you going to let somebody be
-
more excited about your victory? Are you that depressed?
-
Are you that blind? Well, Pastor Tia, don't take all
-
that. Show me in the Bible where give
-
me give me two verses that say it.
-
Don't take all that and I'm going to give you a more than
-
100 verses. I'm going to give you 150 clips
-
from Psalms that tell you that noise works.
-
I'm I'm going to turn to the pages then in in second
-
Chronicles and show you how God said you got to show up to the
-
war, but I'm going to put a choir in front of the army now.
-
Then you show me your scriptures that say silence, silence,
-
silence moves mountain. Show me and some of you are
-
willing to take a break on your freedom because you're too
-
prideful or bound to open your mouth because you think that
-
that. Watch this.
-
You think noise is cultural. You think noise is cultural and
-
you didn't understand that noise is biblical.
-
Watch this. You make noise every day.
-
You just make the wrong noise. So clearly you don't got a
-
problem with noise, you got a problem with life.
-
Yeah, I'm going to get on now. I'm not going to watch this.
-
I ain't talking to nobody in here.
-
I'm talking to the spirits that some of y'all host watch this.
-
I don't get a chance. I don't get a chance.
-
I'm sweating because we don't preach next week.
-
We didn't do 9 this morning. So we ain't going to see you for
-
two more weeks. And some of y'all ain't going to
-
get in the word until two weeks from now.
-
And some of y'all might watch the word on YouTube, but that
-
pastor wasn't called to you. So the words that's coming out
-
of my mouth is for you to you, from God, for you to you.
-
Then we're going to leave. We're going to dip a couple
-
people in the water. Then we're going to have
-
marriage matters tonight, and then we're going to have Church
-
in the Wild next week. No, no, we ain't promoting right
-
now. But that's the dope flyer.
-
But we ain't promoting right now.
-
Take it down. Thank you.
-
I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not manipulating you
-
emotionally. I'm doing what the Bible says.
-
See, the good news is that I had I I should have had my mouth
-
shut. The good news is the
-
resurrection. Open my mouth back up.
-
It's crazy. Watch this, watch this, watch
-
this. Kanye sold out two concerts in
-
LA 80,000. Some people promise you at least
-
50% of people was Christians. OK watch this.
-
Jay-Z sold out Yankee Stadium 3 days in a row within minutes.
-
Concert didn't came yet sold out.
-
And if you ever go to one of them concerts everybody shaking
-
and moving it don't even bother us.
-
Watch this we we will demonize the church for having excellence
-
and lights and cameras, But then we'll go to a Kanye concert.
-
We'll we'll go to don't don't look at me crazy because I know
-
y'all didn't been everybody in here that have been to some
-
concert with somebody that's ain't safe or struggling with
-
their salvation. So don't don't look at me funny.
-
Some of y'all listen to non Christian music all the time and
-
you sing along with it. Stop it.
-
Don't nobody in here work out the Hillsong.
-
Stop it. I'm.
-
Trying to help a few people in here watch this praise with save
-
a few wisdom sessions. You want to come run your mouth
-
for an hour and talk about your problems, but you don't want to
-
praise for 15 minutes. You know complaining is a noise.
-
OK. How many people complained in
-
the last week? Me exactly.
-
So everybody that raised their hand to complain, raise your
-
hand because you opened your mouth to complain.
-
Guess what you should be doing? Yeah.
-
You don't got a praise. You don't got a praise tongue
-
and a complainant tongue. So you can't do that.
-
It's one tongue, same tongue. James talked about that.
-
So we going to take two minutes. You can put it up on the clock.
-
Oh, you got 3 minutes. There we go.
-
You got 3 minutes. We'll use that 3 minutes.
-
And here is what we'll do. I'm done.
-
So if you don't have revelation of the power of your praise then
-
you could do it by faith. I'm not even telling you to
-
yell, but when I look around this room some of y'all jaws is
-
locked. You ain't letting no life
-
through and you're going to walk out of here and be mad because
-
you think God ain't helping you. He is.
-
He's giving you. I'm going to talk about this in
-
the next few weeks. Details.
-
Every promise is hidden in a detail, and some of us leave
-
details out of obedience. Noah would not have survived and
-
we would not be here if he didn't make that ark exactly how
-
God told him to. And so now God's given an
-
instruction because your problem is not lack.
-
Your problem is loyalty. Praise is biblical.
-
I can give you hundreds of scriptures that have volume in
-
them. Jericho famous stories Jesus if
-
you follow Jesus Bible talks about him turning around rejoice
-
it Jesus don't aren't these all Jesus followers in here?
-
Jesus followers or Christians? Dang yes Lord the praise moment
-
has passed. See, God sends people that stand
-
between him and you. But now he didn't say the moment
-
for breakthrough pass, but that moment has passed.
-
We still don't have 3 minutes for you to do what you want to
-
do with it. But let's not come after
-
Resurrection Sunday. My question to you and we'll
-
worship last week. Did you get up or did we just
-
talk about somebody that did? Did you get a revelation at
-
Easter? We're going to take 3 minutes
-
right in this moment, in this space, this vibe.
-
We're going to open our mouths. You can count that clock down,
-
and we're going to baptize the two people and we're going to go
-
home. But I will tell you, one of the
-
greatest weapons you have is your testimony and your praise,
-
and they both go together. Go right ahead.
-
Yeah, it's on you. It's on you.
-
This is your salvation. None.
-
Come on, one more minute. 4040 seconds. 40 seconds.
-
Come on, 20 more seconds, 20 more seconds.
-
Come on. In the name of Jesus.
-
Come on, shout out. It's up from here.
-
Come on, give God a big old shout out of praise.
-
Hallelujah. Really quickly.
-
Be seated. Some of you guys might laugh at
-
this, but in some cases is not a laughing matter because we got
-
to be very careful. We got to guard the pulpit and
-
you never know how people hear what they hear as well as
-
intentions. And so earlier when I was going
-
in or whatever, I think I said tweet or something.
-
Yeah, a couple T words. You, I don't know if you
-
remember that, but you might have heard it as something
-
provocative or something. I don't even really remember,
-
but I take responsibility. I was not talking about you.
-
You know, I got my Invisalign in too, so that messes with my
-
pronunciation sometime. But that's not what I was
-
saying. I was not.
-
If it offended anybody, I apologize.
-
You can ask my wife, you can ask my children.
-
I don't be cussing. I don't, I don't cuss.
-
So. But.
-
When things are just being shot out, you say tater tots and you
-
know somebody hear something else and so please forgive me if
-
it hits your ears if you didn't hear some of y'all might be like
-
what? What are you talking about?
-
That's fine too, but you'd be surprised what not only people
-
think they hear, but also what the enemy mountain magnifies out
-
of all that's being said. You hear something, you'd be
-
like, oh, pastor, did you hear all the other stuff that I said?
-
But that was not my intention. That's not what I was trying to
-
say or if it offended anybody. And if you don't know what I
-
said, awesome. Keep praying for me too.
-
I got a few more months for these Invisalign and we'll be
-
done. Is that cool?
-
All right. I want to make sure it's all all
-
good, Father. Thank you for quickening.
-
Our spirit, we pray for error, we pay, we don't want to offend
-
anyone. We don't want to mislead ever.
-
And we, as the word said, we can walk in power and humility.
-
And so, Lord, we thank you for power, we thank you for
-
humility, we thank you for your love that's present.
-
And for those that are going in the water, we thank you for
-
them. We thank you for when you got
-
up, we got up, and when you got up, you got up as us.
-
You didn't do nothing wrong to deserve death.
-
It was us. We're still still in.
-
Yet you died. But death could not hold.
-
You cannot declare over every person in this place that death
-
cannot hold you, anxiety cannot hold you, fear cannot hold you,
-
depression cannot hold you, sickness and disease cannot hold
-
you. So we speak to you and say, come
-
out of that grave now and leave your grave clothes in that
-
grave, for you will have no need of your grave clothes where God
-
is about to take you in Jesus name, Amen.
-
Thank you so much for tuning in to this week's sermon.
