  1. [SPEAKER_00]: The first John, if you forgotten, you didn't forget that, though, did you?

  2. [SPEAKER_00]: So they might remember some of the key words we've been talking about in first John so far.

  3. [SPEAKER_00]: Love?

  4. [SPEAKER_00]: Joy, light verses, light verses, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness, darkness,

  5. [SPEAKER_00]: life.

  6. [SPEAKER_00]: So what was that sequence?

  7. [SPEAKER_00]: Now you're going to remember the other key word.

  8. [SPEAKER_00]: The word, right?

  9. [SPEAKER_00]: So the word, when God created, He created life that created light.

  10. [SPEAKER_00]: You can't have light without life.

  11. [SPEAKER_00]: So it's a sequence.

  12. [SPEAKER_00]: So if John 1, first John 1, gets in the concept, the Jesus Christ is the word, eternal word,

  13. [SPEAKER_00]: that by him all things were created, and so the creation of all things came as a result of life.

  14. [SPEAKER_00]: And God literally spoke everything into existence.

  15. [SPEAKER_00]: He didn't need a bang theory.

  16. [SPEAKER_00]: He just spoke and bam, it was there.

  17. [SPEAKER_00]: So that's the bam, there we have.

  18. [SPEAKER_00]: And he spoke of right into existence, and it didn't take.

  19. [SPEAKER_00]: billions of years, as we've talked about last week, there isn't a gap between Genesis 1-1 and 1-2.

  20. [SPEAKER_00]: There's no theory there as they call it.

  21. [SPEAKER_00]: It says, oh, that's where there's billions of years.

  22. [SPEAKER_00]: And so that's where we can line up them with evolution because there's billions of years.

  23. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, now God didn't need billions of years.

  24. [SPEAKER_00]: And Genesis 1 is not a recreation of what he had already created.

  25. [SPEAKER_00]: It was the original creation.

  26. [SPEAKER_00]: And our fact, the eggs is Chapter 20, actually tells us that he says, in six days God created heaven's and earth.

    Isaiah 20 chapter mention

  27. [SPEAKER_00]: So you can't say, well, I have a relative, he's a more of a theistic evolution as the others got out there, but he made everything and then it all continues to evolve.

  28. [SPEAKER_00]: So he would be thrilled with the gap theory.

  29. [SPEAKER_00]: But, biblically, does anybody remember what we talked about out of second Corinthians four?

  30. [SPEAKER_00]: How God caulked,

  31. [SPEAKER_00]: talks to us about the original creation and what was symbolized when God created light from because there was darkness first.

  32. [SPEAKER_00]: Anybody remember what that was a symbolism of?

  33. [SPEAKER_00]: Salvation.

  34. [SPEAKER_00]: Because darkness is that picture of sin, as Jesus said, men are lovers of darkness rather than light, less their deeds would be reproved.

  35. [SPEAKER_00]: They love the darkness, they love the sim.

  36. [SPEAKER_00]: That's why a lot of people don't want to get safe.

  37. [SPEAKER_00]: And so it's like, don't change my life.

  38. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm happy the way I am.

  39. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, and I was there, you know, before I got saved, it's like, I don't want that any of that.

  40. [SPEAKER_00]: People would give me tracks or anything.

  41. [SPEAKER_00]: He's like, nope, I'm happy the way I am, but it wasn't.

  42. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if I thought it was.

  43. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, yeah, so God said, let there be light.

  44. [SPEAKER_00]: And so that light dissipated the darkness.

  45. [SPEAKER_00]: And remember, this wasn't the holders of light.

  46. [SPEAKER_00]: This is not the sun moon.

  47. [SPEAKER_00]: This is like literally God said, boom, there's light.

  48. [SPEAKER_00]: And it didn't take millions of years for it to get here.

  49. [SPEAKER_00]: It was immediate, just like matter and everything else that he had created.

  50. [SPEAKER_00]: Very good.

  51. [SPEAKER_00]: Second Corinthians 4 shows how creation is showing

  52. [SPEAKER_00]: What God was doing, they always go to this verse in God, there is no darkness, and we agree with that.

  53. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, how could God create darkness?

  54. [SPEAKER_00]: There was darkness.

  55. [SPEAKER_00]: He created light to take the darkness away.

  56. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, but people always had to come up with theories to make themselves sound really, really smart.

  57. [SPEAKER_00]: I figured out something that you haven't.

  58. [SPEAKER_00]: So that makes me smarter than you.

  59. [SPEAKER_00]: And actually, the Bible says you're wrong.

  60. [SPEAKER_00]: So just believe the Scriptures, keep it simple, and you'll do really, really well.

  61. [SPEAKER_00]: Good.

  62. [SPEAKER_00]: And then, we didn't have a chance to talk to about it a lot, but we're going to read it first, John, one, eight.

  63. [SPEAKER_00]: If we walk in the light, so the light versus darkness, darkness will be representation of falling and sin and wrong, or light is talking about God in His Word and what He's creating and where to walk in the light of Jesus Christ, in the of the Word of God.

  64. [SPEAKER_00]: And he is in the light.

  65. [SPEAKER_00]: So if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, then we have fellowship with who, with each other.

  66. [SPEAKER_00]: So when we're walking with Christ, we're walking in the Word, then we actually have a fellowship with each other.

  67. [SPEAKER_00]: So before we're going further, does anybody remember that we already talked in this text about fellowship and who we're having fellowship with?

  68. [SPEAKER_00]: With a father and with the son?

  69. [SPEAKER_00]: So when we were saved, we have a fellowship with God Himself, with the Father and with the Son, and now as we're walking in this light, now we're all walking in the light, we're walking in the same direction.

  70. [SPEAKER_00]: Now we have this camaraderie.

  71. [SPEAKER_00]: We have this working together in the fellowship with each other.

  72. [SPEAKER_00]: So let me ask you this, in the beginning of March, we're going to have our chili cook-off, and

  73. [SPEAKER_00]: It's awesome.

  74. [SPEAKER_00]: We have a great time.

  75. [SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to new members and things like it's really a great evening.

  76. [SPEAKER_00]: And we will call that usually a fellowship.

  77. [SPEAKER_00]: And usually when we say fellowship, that means, thank you.

  78. [SPEAKER_00]: Food, because you can't possibly have fellowship without food.

  79. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, biblically, yes, you can.

  80. [SPEAKER_00]: Because my word is bread.

  81. [SPEAKER_00]: My word is meat, he says.

  82. [SPEAKER_00]: My word is water.

  83. [SPEAKER_00]: It compares as the water, meat, bread.

  84. [SPEAKER_00]: So actually, when we're in the world together, we are technically fellowshiping right now because we interact.

  85. [SPEAKER_00]: We're learning from each other.

  86. [SPEAKER_00]: We're sharp in each other.

  87. [SPEAKER_00]: And we help each other in our walk with all of it.

  88. [SPEAKER_00]: This is fellowship.

  89. [SPEAKER_00]: This is really the greatest fellowship.

  90. [SPEAKER_00]: And I make no bones about it.

  91. [SPEAKER_00]: I love the small group rather than speaking to the hundreds.

  92. [SPEAKER_00]: because I feel we can get more done because you're able, wait a minute, I don't understand something you can ask a question tonight, or I have a cross reference, you know?

  93. [SPEAKER_00]: So, fellowship, you remember being not unequally yoke together with unbelievers for what fellowship has

  94. [SPEAKER_00]: Like with darkness, with the temple of God, with idols, you know, it's like, well, they can't have fellowship.

  95. [SPEAKER_00]: You can't have fellowship with the devil.

  96. [SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?

  97. [SPEAKER_00]: You can't have that.

  98. [SPEAKER_00]: So even Corinthians gets into this concept of fellowship is done because of a like-mindedness.

  99. [SPEAKER_00]: And when we get saved, we have a like-mindedness with God the Father and the Son.

  100. [SPEAKER_00]: So now we can have this relationship with Him.

  101. [SPEAKER_00]: So we have, as I mentioned, a couple of Sunday mornings, you go, when it got into the prayer time, talking about prayer, we have access to God that the lost world doesn't, because God has created, because we are in His sons, we are His children, we're His sons, because of that, we have the ear of God.

  102. [SPEAKER_00]: He's listening to us, he obligates himself to talk to us and to listen to us.

  103. [SPEAKER_00]: And so that's where this fellowship comes, where the lost world, they're just trying to figure out who he is, which one it is, which one do I believe in?

  104. [SPEAKER_00]: Is it all of us, you know, Hinduism, is it, you know, Buddhist, you know, who's got the right God out there?

  105. [SPEAKER_00]: Or we can go with, you know, to go Hindu and they got 300,000 of them, or more.

  106. [SPEAKER_00]: They probably are coming up with new ones every day.

  107. [SPEAKER_00]: And so we have all of this confusion that the world is seeing in religions.

  108. [SPEAKER_00]: And what you'll find with all the religions of the world is that they are based on works for their God to bless them or approve them.

  109. [SPEAKER_00]: Our belief is 180 from that.

  110. [SPEAKER_00]: You and I are not worthy.

  111. [SPEAKER_00]: We can't do something in works to create worth.

  112. [SPEAKER_00]: Instead, God says, I'm going to do the work for you.

  113. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to send my only son to you.

  114. [SPEAKER_00]: And when I send my only son to you, the first born who created all things, the preeminent one, he is coming to ultimately die on the cross as my lamb, and his body is going to be broken, his blood is going to be shed, and he is going to a tone.

  115. [SPEAKER_00]: for the world, and whoever believes they are now worthy.

  116. [SPEAKER_00]: They are justified to declare righteous in my sight.

  117. [SPEAKER_00]: So the religions of the world, and sadly some Christians, look at is, well, I'm going to keep the 10 Commandments and I'm going to get in.

  118. [SPEAKER_00]: False.

  119. [SPEAKER_00]: You can't get in by works of righteousness.

  120. [SPEAKER_00]: That's what Titus 35 says, not by works of righteousness, which we have done, but according to His mercy, He says us by the washing and renewing of a Holy Spirit.

  121. [SPEAKER_00]: So the Spirit of God regines us.

  122. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's what Jesus is, sorry I'm going, I'm getting old pre-jour on you here.

  123. [SPEAKER_00]: But that's what he talks about.

  124. [SPEAKER_00]: Jesus said in John chapter 3, I have to redeem you, Nick Ademis.

    John 3 chapter mention

  125. [SPEAKER_00]: and is done by the Spirit.

  126. [SPEAKER_00]: There's a physical birth, and there's a spiritual birth, and that's a tie to three-five is getting at, but it's not based on our works.

  127. [SPEAKER_00]: So he tells Nicodemus, that's why God's the love of the world that it gave us only and we got in the sun, to whoever believed in Him won't perish, but have everlasting life.

  128. [SPEAKER_00]: It's there.

  129. [SPEAKER_00]: It's all through scripture.

  130. [SPEAKER_00]: Scripture's woven from Genesis the whole way to the end.

  131. [SPEAKER_00]: And so here we are looking at this and saying, wow, God, you're amazing.

  132. [SPEAKER_00]: Versus, boy, am I worthy?

  133. [SPEAKER_00]: look what I've done.

  134. [SPEAKER_00]: See the difference?

  135. [SPEAKER_00]: So that's pride.

  136. [SPEAKER_00]: So there's the fellowship.

  137. [SPEAKER_00]: So we're to walk down in this light that we've talked about earlier that God is light, no darkness in him.

  138. [SPEAKER_00]: He created this light.

  139. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, and who the God of this world is blind to the minds of them, which believe not less the light of the glorious gospel Christ should shine under them.

  140. [SPEAKER_00]: Second Corinthians, four, four.

  141. [SPEAKER_00]: So.

  142. [SPEAKER_00]: Now, we get into the heart of tonight's lesson.

  143. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't know if I'm going to get it done, but we're going to try.

  144. [SPEAKER_00]: So we have this fellowship one with another.

  145. [SPEAKER_00]: The last part of verse seven, the blood of Jesus Christ, his son cleanses us from all sin.

  146. [SPEAKER_00]: That's verse, I'm sorry, that's verse seven, not verse eight if I said eight earlier.

  147. [SPEAKER_00]: Now we're in verse number eight.

  148. [SPEAKER_00]: If we say, stop, let's break this down.

  149. [SPEAKER_00]: Conditionally, if we, so who's the we in the text of first John chapter number one?

  150. [SPEAKER_00]: The lost world or Christians?

  151. [SPEAKER_00]: Are you sure?

  152. [SPEAKER_00]: How would you know that?

  153. [SPEAKER_00]: Why would you say definitively he's talking to Christians in this text?

  154. [SPEAKER_00]: Because I have people that I know, say no, this is talking about the lost world and salvation.

  155. [SPEAKER_00]: But they're saying, oh, no, if the lost person confesses their sin, the blood of Jesus cleanses them, and that's how they're saved.

  156. [SPEAKER_00]: So they apply this text to lost people, not you, because they believe you as a Christian never sin.

  157. [SPEAKER_00]: You don't have to confess your sins.

  158. [SPEAKER_00]: because this is one of the key places that we as Christians go to is first John 1, 8 through 10.

  159. [SPEAKER_00]: And they're saying, no, when you are sanctified by God, you are sinless and therefore you cannot sin.

  160. [SPEAKER_00]: You are sinless as a Christian.

  161. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm smiling because let's talk about this.

  162. [SPEAKER_00]: because there are those that will pose you.

  163. [SPEAKER_00]: I've agreed 100%.

  164. [SPEAKER_00]: How do we know this text is talking about we as Christians in this verse?

  165. [SPEAKER_00]: What did he just talk about?

  166. [SPEAKER_00]: fellowship with the Father, fellowship with the Son, we're walking in the light, the blood of Jesus Christ's Son cleanses us as Christians, and because of all of this, we have fellowshiped them with each other because we are walking in this light, so therefore we are right now fellowshiping, we all have the Holy Spirit inside of us, giving us the understanding of the text of the Word.

  167. [SPEAKER_00]: And if you have a study to now, now it's like, oh, that's how to study the Bible.

  168. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's how you come to a conclusion of what the text is talking about, very good.

  169. [SPEAKER_00]: You gave all of the evidence that this text is talking about Christians.

  170. [SPEAKER_00]: So I told you the story, some of you were new into the church, so I get to tell the story again.

  171. [SPEAKER_00]: So if you know the story, act like you never heard it before.

  172. [SPEAKER_00]: But it's classic with this tech.

  173. [SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, just a young...

  174. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, Christian, you know, I'm getting into a word enough, and I'm starting to know my way around.

  175. [SPEAKER_00]: And so I'm one of the bus ministry, you know?

  176. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm out knocking on doors, trying to get Jesus to kids, you know?

  177. [SPEAKER_00]: And so I went to this one, ladies house, she knew me, a little bit, she goes, oh, my pastor, though, he lives right down the road.

  178. [SPEAKER_00]: I want you to go talk with him.

  179. [SPEAKER_00]: I like buying.

  180. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm here for that, but fine.

  181. [SPEAKER_00]: So I go into this guy's mobile home and single guy.

  182. [SPEAKER_00]: and he was the guy had the shirt button to hold way up, long sleeve, you know, in a summertime.

  183. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm out with a polo shirt, one.

  184. [SPEAKER_00]: It's 80 degrees up, I don't like summer.

  185. [SPEAKER_00]: It's hot, I'm gonna wear a sore sleeve shirt.

  186. [SPEAKER_00]: So he sits down, I don't remember you offer me anything, but he began right away saying, now you have to understand, you're not saved.

  187. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't like, oh, I, he goes, because you're showing your nakedness.

  188. [SPEAKER_00]: You see me?

  189. [SPEAKER_00]: I have my nakedness covered up to here.

  190. [SPEAKER_00]: and you have your top button opened up and you are in sin.

  191. [SPEAKER_00]: So therefore you're going to hell.

  192. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, wow, I didn't ever learn that in a Bible.

  193. [SPEAKER_00]: So he's talking about himself.

  194. [SPEAKER_00]: And he says, I do not sin ever.

  195. [SPEAKER_00]: I got the second blessing.

  196. [SPEAKER_00]: And because of that, I got all the Holy Spirit and as soon as you get all the Holy Spirit, you become sinless.

  197. [SPEAKER_00]: You're never tempted ever again.

  198. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, he didn't say he wasn't tempted, but he'd never, ever would yield to the temptation.

  199. [SPEAKER_00]: He said, I never, ever sin.

  200. [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't ask him, what would happen if you did?

  201. [SPEAKER_00]: Because he would have to say, I have to get saved again.

  202. [SPEAKER_00]: Because if you do anything wrong, your loss you're going to hell.

  203. [SPEAKER_00]: So you gotta get saved over again.

  204. [SPEAKER_00]: There's not only two problems with that, Christians.

  205. [SPEAKER_00]: Number one, show me one person that was saved for sure, lost her salvation and got saved the second time.

  206. [SPEAKER_00]: Guess what?

  207. [SPEAKER_00]: You're not going to find it.

  208. [SPEAKER_00]: Number two, if you go to Hebrews in chapter 6 where he talks about apostasy, it was those who were once enlightened and then they turn away from it, it says this in that text, it is impossible for those who were once enlightened to bring them back to repentance again.

  209. [SPEAKER_00]: So if you can lose it, that means you can't get a second

  210. [SPEAKER_00]: Can't you get born a second time, like Nicodemus asked?

  211. [SPEAKER_00]: So therefore, we are spiritually birthed one time, and you can't get unborn.

  212. [SPEAKER_00]: If a child dies, they're still born.

  213. [SPEAKER_00]: You follow me?

  214. [SPEAKER_00]: They're still alive.

  215. [SPEAKER_00]: So, oh, they're low-county.

  216. [SPEAKER_00]: So, I ask him.

  217. [SPEAKER_00]: I said, can you ask, answer your question.

  218. [SPEAKER_00]: I said, he is, yeah, I said, first on chapter one.

  219. [SPEAKER_00]: He said, if we say that we have no sin, we see it for ourselves, the truth is not us, and if we confess our sins, he's faithful and just, forgive us our sins, and they cleanse us from all one righteousness.

  220. [SPEAKER_00]: If we say that we have not sin, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

  221. [SPEAKER_00]: My little children are right.

  222. [SPEAKER_00]: These things unto you that you sinned not, but if any man sinned, we have an advocate with a father as Jesus Christ or righteous.

  223. [SPEAKER_00]: And he's the perpetuation for the sin of the world, but not for the sin of the world.

  224. [SPEAKER_00]: for our sins, but not for ours only, but for the sins of the whole world I just gave you where we're going.

  225. [SPEAKER_00]: He said, I'll have to check that out in the Greek.

  226. [SPEAKER_00]: That's literally what he said, and that was it, I left.

  227. [SPEAKER_00]: And the truth is, he didn't know the word, but he was able to put his people in slavery.

  228. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's what it's all about.

  229. [SPEAKER_00]: It's I'm gonna control you, and I'm gonna tell you what is sin and what is and based on my traditions, not with it.

  230. [SPEAKER_00]: And I felt like saying, can you show me in the Bible where I have to wear a long sleeve shirt?

  231. [SPEAKER_00]: And what's that girding of the loins of men when they're running?

  232. [SPEAKER_00]: That would show nakedness.

  233. [SPEAKER_00]: How about David when he's dancing before God?

  234. [SPEAKER_00]: When the worshiping, remember that?

  235. [SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, yeah, dude, that doesn't make and all that joy you people are wearing and women, you know, the rings and everything.

  236. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you're a wicked sin because if you have that and if you women cut your hair, first Corinthians 11, you know, you cut your hair, you're going to hell.

  237. [SPEAKER_00]: If you don't have a doily on top of your head, you're going to hell, you know?

  238. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, dude, you really don't know the Bible very well.

  239. [SPEAKER_00]: So anyways, then I learned the Bible more.

  240. [SPEAKER_00]: See, in the following me, I tell you that story to help you realize shouldn't these people who cause us to question what we know or think we know in the Bible shouldn't that drive us back to the word?

  241. [SPEAKER_00]: to solidify what we believe and why we believe it.

  242. [SPEAKER_00]: So if we're true disciples, we're going to realize not only is this for Christians, but why is it here for Christians?

  243. [SPEAKER_00]: Why is this whole chapter here dealing with us who are already believers, not John 3, bringing nicodemus to the faith?

  244. [SPEAKER_00]: And so hopefully that helps you to realize just like the Pharisees,

  245. [SPEAKER_00]: People have all these laws that they are coming up with and putting people into slavery and people literally are living in fear of their teachers and preachers because they don't know the word well.

  246. [SPEAKER_00]: They are trusting that that leader is telling them the truth.

  247. [SPEAKER_00]: And the truth is, they're not telling them the truth, they're doing the same thing for the Pharisees.

  248. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'll listen, you better do this and don't do that, and I love how Jesus says, and yet they won't lift one finger to do it themselves.

  249. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, great.

  250. [SPEAKER_00]: So we'll read Matthew 23 that will help you.

  251. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, yeah.

  252. [SPEAKER_00]: My effect will reference one of those places in a little bit.

  253. [SPEAKER_00]: Any questions so far?

  254. [SPEAKER_00]: You hanging in there?

  255. [SPEAKER_00]: I know I'm throwing you a lot of scriptures yesterday.

  256. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's what the Pharisees, Sadducees, described all that they were about.

  257. [SPEAKER_00]: We're imprisoning and putting people in fear of them more than God.

  258. [SPEAKER_00]: that that gives them the power.

  259. [SPEAKER_00]: And these guys are lifted up with pride.

  260. [SPEAKER_00]: False teachers, they are.

  261. [SPEAKER_00]: Because they're definitely not.

  262. [SPEAKER_00]: You think that guy was saved.

  263. [SPEAKER_00]: How could he be if he's depending upon himself to get the heaven?

  264. [SPEAKER_00]: He just took Ephesians 2, 8, 9, Titus, chapter 3, verse 5, first, John, chapter 5.

Titus 3:5 John 5 chapter mention

  265. [SPEAKER_00]: I could give you a list of them.

  266. [SPEAKER_00]: And I could go on and on.

  267. [SPEAKER_00]: And so,

  268. [SPEAKER_00]: He said, but aren't we supposed to do good works?

  269. [SPEAKER_00]: I am so glad you asked that because we're probably going to get into that.

  270. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, why didn't first join?

  271. [SPEAKER_00]: Because we are saved.

  272. [SPEAKER_00]: What do you remember, chapter two, one of the key phrases that he says, if we love him, what are we going to do?

  273. [SPEAKER_00]: We're going to keep his commandments.

  274. [SPEAKER_00]: We want to do what he wants to do, but it's not four salvation.

  275. [SPEAKER_00]: Because we're saved, we want to do these good works.

  276. [SPEAKER_00]: We want to do that.

  277. [SPEAKER_00]: Good.

  278. [SPEAKER_00]: So now we're going to get into the text, who, well, not going to get it done tonight.

  279. [SPEAKER_00]: That's OK.

  280. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to hurry.

  281. [SPEAKER_00]: If we Christians say that we have no sin question, what's the tense right there, the time of that?

  282. [SPEAKER_00]: Past, present, or future?

  283. [SPEAKER_00]: Present.

  284. [SPEAKER_00]: So right now is you and I are seated.

  285. [SPEAKER_00]: If we are saying within ourselves, I am sinless.

  286. [SPEAKER_00]: I have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and what's not in us.

  287. [SPEAKER_00]: Truth is the key.

  288. [SPEAKER_00]: So we're lying to ourselves to say, I have arrived that there's nothing that needs to change inside of me.

  289. [SPEAKER_00]: I call this self-deception.

  290. [SPEAKER_00]: If I say I have no present sin inside of me, what else than according to this verse is not in me.

  291. [SPEAKER_00]: I agree, holy spirit, there's something wrong.

  292. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not listening to all of you.

  293. [SPEAKER_00]: And we're dealing with Christians, right?

  294. [SPEAKER_00]: So spirit will be in me, but in the verse, what is he saying?

  295. [SPEAKER_00]: Truth.

  296. [SPEAKER_00]: So I believe in myself,

  297. [SPEAKER_00]: And I am not walking in truth as a result of lying about my actual walk in the light, having fellowship with other people.

  298. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm saying, if I say to you, I have perfection inside of me.

  299. [SPEAKER_00]: There's absolutely nothing that needs to change in me.

  300. [SPEAKER_00]: Basically, I am a liar.

  301. [SPEAKER_00]: And there's no truth in me.

  302. [SPEAKER_00]: And what is the result of me saying, I have no sin in me, therefore, God says, there's no truth in either, you're lying.

  303. [SPEAKER_00]: So what is my state?

  304. [SPEAKER_00]: Now, remember, we're talking about Christians here.

  305. [SPEAKER_00]: Not the lost world, yet to keep that focus.

  306. [SPEAKER_00]: So what position am I continually in, if I say,

  307. [SPEAKER_00]: amount of fellowship.

  308. [SPEAKER_00]: And what won't I do if I think I'm sinless?

  309. [SPEAKER_00]: I won't confess my sin.

  310. [SPEAKER_00]: And if I don't confess my sin, in God's say, am I them forgiven?

  311. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm literally as a Christian walking around in sin because I won't recognize my own sin because I'm too proud.

  312. [SPEAKER_00]: That's dangerous.

  313. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna talk about the lost world that you know, I have sinless perfection.

  314. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm getting to have him because of my works.

  315. [SPEAKER_00]: We're not talking about that.

  316. [SPEAKER_00]: In this text, we're dealing with true born again people who we're saying, I don't need to confess my sin to God.

  317. [SPEAKER_00]: And God says, well, my friend, you're in trouble.

  318. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I would say I would use carnal.

  319. [SPEAKER_00]: They're acting like the world, you know, it's me, I have accomplished this.

  320. [SPEAKER_00]: Look at all the things that I've done in the church and I've done for everybody else and they're looking at their words and saying I have nothing.

  321. [SPEAKER_00]: So here, let's park here a little bit.

  322. [SPEAKER_00]: So how can Christians, you and I, how can we sin?

  323. [SPEAKER_00]: What are some of the things that we do that God says?

  324. [SPEAKER_00]: don't do that.

  325. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, pride, right?

  326. [SPEAKER_00]: So do most people that are lifted up with pride recognize pride in themselves.

  327. [SPEAKER_00]: Do they see it in you though?

  328. [SPEAKER_00]: You're a proud person.

  329. [SPEAKER_00]: And if you say so or you, no, I'm not, they literally will never recognize their own personal sin.

  330. [SPEAKER_00]: So, we have, we're talking about sins that happen within us, right?

  331. [SPEAKER_00]: It's, it's, it's, with the mind, it's with the spirit, who, who we really are, and yes, they have a Holy Spirit, but it's almost like, they're just hardened towards all of that.

  332. [SPEAKER_00]: So, is Angerus in?

  333. [SPEAKER_00]: Are you sure?

  334. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay,

  335. [SPEAKER_00]: All right, don't let the sun get down on your grass.

  336. [SPEAKER_00]: We have all these verses about anger.

  337. [SPEAKER_00]: The works of the flesh and glatius five deals with that.

  338. [SPEAKER_00]: I agree.

  339. [SPEAKER_00]: So can I tell if you're angry all the time?

  340. [SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes we can budge through it, right?

  341. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe we don't do anything.

  342. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, man, I'm just angry.

  343. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm angry.

  344. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm like the Hulk.

  345. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just angry all the time.

  346. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, I just want to blow up one song, but I want to just go after something.

  347. [SPEAKER_00]: No, just angry.

  348. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, a proverb says, don't hang out with an angry people because you might learn their ways, because they acted out to keep acting that way.

  349. [SPEAKER_00]: And so what we have to do is be careful, we're not learning that trait, a learned trait.

  350. [SPEAKER_00]: That's why angry parents could produce angry children.

  351. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's who we're seeing in the street right now.

  352. [SPEAKER_00]: Hating police officers that are there to protect them, and they hate them, they're angry.

  353. [SPEAKER_00]: We're young, we're angry, we won't change, all of that mindset that we've been seeing.

  354. [SPEAKER_00]: And we're like, that's a lost world.

  355. [SPEAKER_00]: But do you think we also could have to be angry about things?

  356. [SPEAKER_00]: So what happens if we don't walk in the spirit?

  357. [SPEAKER_00]: So, isn't that the love joy piece, long-suffering, generous goodness, fake meekness, tempers?

  358. [SPEAKER_00]: All of that stuff within, inside, that is manifested then outwardly.

  359. [SPEAKER_00]: But it all starts because the Spirit of God is inside of us, creamed this joy, love, and all these things.

  360. [SPEAKER_00]: And so if I'm not walking in the spirit, he says I'm going to be doing the things that the lost world does.

  361. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to be acting like the world, I'm going to be carnal in my walk.

  362. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's why he says there's divisions, there's fighting among you, there's variants, all those things.

  363. [SPEAKER_00]: He says you're not walking in the spirit, so the person that comes in and wants to split a church because they want to control it.

  364. [SPEAKER_00]: Are in sin, now listen to me, and yet they think they're doing God's service.

  365. [SPEAKER_00]: and they will not recognize that it is sin, and they would never, ever confess it.

  366. [SPEAKER_00]: God told me to do this, I'm bringing holiness to this church, is usually the defense.

  367. [SPEAKER_00]: this man.

  368. [SPEAKER_00]: And the thing I fear with people that have this pride, this anger, control, Pharisee mindset, I have seen some of them do this and God took them to the wood shed.

  369. [SPEAKER_00]: And I mean God took them to the wood shed.

  370. [SPEAKER_00]: And I've seen others get away with it.

  371. [SPEAKER_00]: because Hebrews chapter 12 says, whom the Lord loves, he what chasens.

    Hebrews 12 chapter mention

  372. [SPEAKER_00]: And if you are at, without chastisement, then are you illegitimate children and not sons?

  373. [SPEAKER_00]: Y'all been to the wood shed by, with God, like all the time, me, always God's just like, Carl, Carl, you know?

  374. [SPEAKER_00]: So all of the fruit of the Spirit, like that walking and love, walking and joy, walking and the self-control, all of the things that's talked about there, when we're out of that, then we're out of fellowship with God, right?

  375. [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't get there yet, but thank you.

  376. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm serious, that's the comment, no, read it, what we're gonna go read to it, if I what?

  377. [SPEAKER_00]: So if I say I'm not, I've no sin and then I'm gonna start praying.

  378. [SPEAKER_00]: Guys, like, I am not obligating myself to answer your prayers because you're not right with me.

  379. [SPEAKER_00]: Just like me with my parents when I was kid.

  380. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, I played when I wasn't told to.

  381. [SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't that was told not to, don't play with that ball in the house, you're going to break something, and sure enough, I don't listen, I play with the ball, and I break something, and I'm in big trouble.

  382. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm in big trouble, Mr. Inel Mama is not happy with me.

  383. [SPEAKER_00]: And you know what, I lost that trust that Mom cared and everything, so I wouldn't ask for anything for a long time because I knew my mom was upset with me because I disobeyed.

  384. [SPEAKER_00]: But if I say, I don't care what you do to whatever I want to do, well, guess what?

  385. [SPEAKER_00]: Mom, mom is not going to obligate herself to do something for me.

  386. [SPEAKER_00]: But interesting, we're going to get into this one Tuesday mornings, Moses, in Exodus, and then we're going to get into the wilderness wandering for 40 years.

  387. [SPEAKER_00]: You say he's going to take it 40 years to get through it.

  388. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think so, but it'll take a little while, but there's a lot of powerful stories in that.

  389. [SPEAKER_00]: So question, for 40 years, was Israel in the will of God?

  390. [SPEAKER_00]: And the promised land, and but because of their sin, guys, you're not going in.

  391. [SPEAKER_00]: Just reading it, they're like, oh, you know, I know we should have trusted you and believed in you and going in because you said you'd fight for us.

  392. [SPEAKER_00]: So now we're going to go in and fight.

  393. [SPEAKER_00]: And they got into flesh again.

  394. [SPEAKER_00]: It's like, now you're going to lose.

  395. [SPEAKER_00]: And it's like, forget the phrase.

  396. [SPEAKER_00]: It's almost like when they went in, the enemy came after them like bees.

  397. [SPEAKER_00]: just kicking them right out of their land.

  398. [SPEAKER_00]: And then 40 years later, God's like, okay, you're gonna go in, not you Moses because you disobeyed too.

  399. [SPEAKER_00]: And instead, Joshua's gonna take them.

  400. [SPEAKER_00]: And then finally, they were in the will of God.

  401. [SPEAKER_00]: Hebrews chapter three.

  402. [SPEAKER_00]: They didn't enter, enter in because of the sin of unbelief.

  403. [SPEAKER_00]: They didn't believe God.

  404. [SPEAKER_00]: So that unbelief cause the sin.

  405. [SPEAKER_00]: But question for you.

  406. [SPEAKER_00]: that God still give him water, didn't that something?

  407. [SPEAKER_00]: So God still take care of him.

  408. [SPEAKER_00]: Even though they were off, they were doing sacrifices.

  409. [SPEAKER_00]: The tent was up and running.

  410. [SPEAKER_00]: I think it was in Shiedlow if I remember the majority of the time.

  411. [SPEAKER_00]: And so we learned a lot from them.

  412. [SPEAKER_00]: So if there's a self-awareness,

  413. [SPEAKER_00]: that I have done something wrong.

  414. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm actually telling the truth.

  415. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm recognizing it within me, and then that's going to cause me to do verse number nine, which has confessed my sin.

  416. [SPEAKER_00]: But if I think I have no sin, I won't confess it.

  417. [SPEAKER_00]: And therefore, I will not be forgiven.

  418. [SPEAKER_00]: What happens to Christians that are living in unconfessed sin

  419. [SPEAKER_00]: They're a believer, they may say they have the Holy Spirit, they have the eternal life, they have the first John one, they have Romans 623, the wages of sin of death, the gift of God, the eternal life through Jesus Christ, our Lord said they have the gift of eternal life.

  420. [SPEAKER_00]: So they're going to heaven, but what they're walk with the Lord, their fellowship with God and other people was sad because they just would never recognize this, I'm wrong.

  421. [SPEAKER_00]: The hardest thing for us, especially we men, to say is, I was wrong, because we're so lifted up with pride.

  422. [SPEAKER_00]: So what happens to a child of God when they stand before God with not getting things right with the Lord?

  423. [SPEAKER_00]: They lose rewards.

  424. [SPEAKER_00]: That's why 1 Corinthians 3 is in there.

  425. [SPEAKER_00]: Our works, everything, why our motives are going to be tried by fire, just see what they were really were made of, and then God says, I'm going to reward you base on the trial of fire, purging our works, and then that's where we get our crown.

  426. [SPEAKER_00]: So we could actually suffer loss.

  427. [SPEAKER_00]: Interestingly, in that tax, you ready for this?

  428. [SPEAKER_00]: The same fire that judges them, it says, and yet they themselves will be saved by fire.

  429. [SPEAKER_00]: Ooh, they're cool.

  430. [SPEAKER_00]: So he's saying, yeah, they're going to be in heaven.

  431. [SPEAKER_00]: But buddy, are they going to be wishing they would serve me and kept things right the way they should have one earth because they're going to suffer loss once they are there.

  432. [SPEAKER_00]: First Corinthians 3, you want to read through that.

  433. [SPEAKER_00]: Ten and ten following.

  434. [SPEAKER_00]: So he does say, even though they didn't get reward, they're still literally forgiven, saved, and going to be in heaven.

  435. [SPEAKER_00]: Now, I'm going to jump to verse number 10 now.

  436. [SPEAKER_00]: what's the tense.

  437. [SPEAKER_00]: Now we're dealing with the past, but I didn't do any wrong.

  438. [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't do that wrong.

  439. [SPEAKER_00]: I never recognized it as wrong.

  440. [SPEAKER_00]: So then what are they saying about what does God saying telling us that they're saying about God?

  441. [SPEAKER_00]: God you're a liar.

  442. [SPEAKER_00]: That's think about that.

  443. [SPEAKER_00]: That's really bold.

  444. [SPEAKER_00]: God you're a liar.

  445. [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't do anything wrong back there.

  446. [SPEAKER_00]: was going to know more than God, and then I didn't do anything wrong.

  447. [SPEAKER_00]: So let me park here and then we'll stop, and then I'll get into my second page next week, Lord One.

  448. [SPEAKER_00]: One of the hardest things for us to do is admit one more wrong.

  449. [SPEAKER_00]: No, I didn't.

  450. [SPEAKER_00]: Did you steal that cookie from the cookie jar?

  451. [SPEAKER_00]: Even though you have chocolate chip all over your face, I did not take the cookie.

  452. [SPEAKER_00]: And yes, I use that voice on purpose.

  453. [SPEAKER_00]: I did not, okay, liar.

  454. [SPEAKER_00]: And yet the world looks at this and says, oh, it's funny.

  455. [SPEAKER_00]: Hopefully he gets away with it.

  456. [SPEAKER_00]: And he did.

  457. [SPEAKER_00]: And taught the teenagers at that time, sex education from the president is all over the news, everywhere.

  458. [SPEAKER_00]: politicians have a hard time with it, preachers have a hard time with it.

  459. [SPEAKER_00]: Everybody has a hard time with it, leadership, anywhere.

  460. [SPEAKER_00]: Why is it so hard for us to tell somebody, I was wrong, I'm sorry.

  461. [SPEAKER_00]: Why is that so hard for us, pride, right?

  462. [SPEAKER_00]: So where did that start?

  463. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't answer it, Mike.

  464. [SPEAKER_00]: Where did that whole mindset start?

  465. [SPEAKER_00]: Because of pride, right?

  466. [SPEAKER_00]: And then we're getting into, I didn't do anything wrong, mindset.

  467. [SPEAKER_00]: So go a little further in the chapter three.

  468. [SPEAKER_00]: That woman that you gave me, I didn't ask for, you gave her to me, it was her fault.

  469. [SPEAKER_00]: So did he actually say, God, you're absolutely right.

  470. [SPEAKER_00]: I should never have done that.

  471. [SPEAKER_00]: In that text, that has never said.

  472. [SPEAKER_00]: And then he goes to the woman.

  473. [SPEAKER_00]: It was a devil's fault.

  474. [SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't me, the devil made me do it.

  475. [SPEAKER_00]: That's what I came from.

  476. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not a good line, by the way.

  477. [SPEAKER_00]: And then the curse comes on each of them after that.

  478. [SPEAKER_00]: So that is our tendency to justify our sin.

  479. [SPEAKER_00]: We won't just say it sin, we will pass it off to somebody else.

  480. [SPEAKER_00]: We are watching the politicians do that left and right.

  481. [SPEAKER_00]: Instead of saying, you're absolutely right, the question is, yours, me, this is what I said, this was my actions, and you were right.

  482. [SPEAKER_00]: Instead, well, you know, if that other side wouldn't have done that, I would tell we always blame, that's our nature.

  483. [SPEAKER_00]: When confronted, we will usually, not always, or defend ourselves first, we'll get angry.

  484. [SPEAKER_00]: Will you did this?

  485. [SPEAKER_00]: instead of just looking at myself to say, you're right, that's what I did in that was wrong.

  486. [SPEAKER_00]: We'll start putting the blame on the other person and then we get into what I call the scales.

  487. [SPEAKER_00]: We, you did wrong too, punk, even though I did wrong, punk, but you did this, punk, well, you did that.

  488. [SPEAKER_00]: And it's just bantering back and forth to find out who's the biggest villain

  489. [SPEAKER_00]: And we're looking at them and saying, you're both right and you're both wrong.

  490. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's why they can't come to a place of forgiveness and restoration because it's all about the blame game, instead of saying, I'm wrong.

  491. [SPEAKER_00]: Now follow me, please, I'm going to help homes.

  492. [SPEAKER_00]: My job is not to fix my wife if I see there's something wrong with her.

  493. [SPEAKER_00]: That's God's job.

  494. [SPEAKER_00]: The only one I can fix

  495. [SPEAKER_00]: is me.

  496. [SPEAKER_00]: That's who I'm supposed to be focusing on.

  497. [SPEAKER_00]: And I believe when I get right, it will then be a work in my spouse's heart.

  498. [SPEAKER_00]: When they see me walking with a Lord and trying my best, hey, you know what?

  499. [SPEAKER_00]: I forgot to do that honey before you even tell me I did it.

  500. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry, I did that, and I apologize for that.

  501. [SPEAKER_00]: Well yeah, you did wrong, well, okay.

  502. [SPEAKER_00]: They're walking closer to Lord than I am maybe I ought to get things straightened up to with my life and then they start changing and then before long there's not a lot of apologizing and blaming going on because both are

  503. [SPEAKER_00]: walking with a Lord, and they're walking with each other.

  504. [SPEAKER_00]: And the fellowship is there.

  505. [SPEAKER_00]: It happens in relationships.

  506. [SPEAKER_00]: It happens in church relationships.

  507. [SPEAKER_00]: It happens everywhere.

  508. [SPEAKER_00]: Typically, when we think of a Christian doing sin, okay, they make middle adultery, or they got drunk, or they fell and they did drugs.

  509. [SPEAKER_00]: And they, you know, they have these outward things that that happen.

  510. [SPEAKER_00]: I guess my point is this, I think it all starts with the sin of the heart, the internal, and then it manifests itself in the physical.

  511. [SPEAKER_00]: And so we have to zero in on the heart, and I'll tell you this right now, I have my experience with my pastor when he started teaching on this in the church, they wanted to fire him.

  512. [SPEAKER_00]: I could not.

  513. [SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, no, you don't talk about that stuff walking in the spirit, no, no, you need to preach and go into movies and go into bars and basically all the things that the world out there is doing, don't tell us about our sin, that's not your place.

  514. [SPEAKER_00]: And yet, it's right in the Bible.

  515. [SPEAKER_00]: And so that's why I say we all, including your preacher, we have to guard our heart.

  516. [SPEAKER_00]: And when I find that, yeah, there's some, I'm not fellowship with Lord, I'm fellowship with my wife or whatever I need to go and say, I'm sorry, I was wrong and then immediately restoration happens.

  517. [SPEAKER_00]: But if I regard iniquity in my heart, I know it's there and I don't do anything about it.

  518. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not forgiven.

  519. [SPEAKER_00]: So we have to confess it.

  520. [SPEAKER_00]: Just get it right.

  521. [SPEAKER_00]: And so we got a lot more to cover on this, believe it or not, I fear sometimes Christians in their life are acting just like the Israelites for 40 years.

  522. [SPEAKER_00]: They're in the wilderness wanderings.

  523. [SPEAKER_00]: And they're not in Cain and Lamb, they should be because they just won't get, they just didn't get right with the Lord.

  524. [SPEAKER_00]: And they're walking into flesh, all they're doing is, oh, I didn't like that.

  525. [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't like that.

  526. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, even that food wasn't that good.

  527. [SPEAKER_00]: And it's like seriously, you're worried about the flavor of the food rather than what is actually going on in church.

  528. [SPEAKER_00]: But that's the critical spirit, that's the carnality.

  529. [SPEAKER_00]: We are tired of me in a, we don't like, we're thirsty.

  530. [SPEAKER_00]: Wish we were back in the world in Egypt.

  531. [SPEAKER_00]: But remember all those wonderful garlic and all the fruit and all, it was so wonderful back there.

  532. [SPEAKER_00]: And easily that's carnality.

  533. [SPEAKER_00]: And so that's why you hear me hammering on everybody, including myself, hey, gossiping is sin, going out in the foyer and talking about everybody and including the preacher and everybody else, you realize that's sin, right?

  534. [SPEAKER_00]: And yet it happens, it has happened.

  535. [SPEAKER_00]: I've had this one lady, sweetest could be.

  536. [SPEAKER_00]: She just got saved, her husband just got saved.

  537. [SPEAKER_00]: And she says she's in the foyer, this is called 13 years ago.

  538. [SPEAKER_00]: And she says to me, she says,

  539. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm out there and hear all these spiritual leaders that's trustee and there's all these people and leadership and all they're doing is sitting and talking about you and talking about music and talking about your wife and belittling everybody and I'm standing right there.

  540. [SPEAKER_00]: And she said, I was, I felt so awkward, she goes,

  541. [SPEAKER_00]: What I wanted to do was say, that's wrong and that's sin.

  542. [SPEAKER_00]: And she said, but I'm a brand new believer in their spiritual people, their teachers in this church.

  543. [SPEAKER_00]: I could never confront them about it and she turned away and walked away.

  544. [SPEAKER_00]: And I told her, I said, well, the next time you hear that going on, you go to them and say, that's very wicked.

  545. [SPEAKER_00]: What you were doing is wrong.

  546. [SPEAKER_00]: And now it has saved me a lot of headaches, had she, because they were after me.

  547. [SPEAKER_00]: Nothing new under the sun folks, they did it to Moses, they did it to Paul, they did it, you know, nothing new under the sun, it's just, don't be part of that.

  548. [SPEAKER_00]: Can I say it this way, grow up, you're actually like a little junior higher, can't help, it's like, really, and how old are you?

  549. [SPEAKER_00]: And it says, like, we have so much joy in our lives as Christians.

  550. [SPEAKER_00]: We should be focusing on what God is doing and answer to prayer.

  551. [SPEAKER_00]: What do you learn in the Word?

  552. [SPEAKER_00]: What's God challenging you in?

  553. [SPEAKER_00]: And you're going to have fellowship.

  554. [SPEAKER_00]: And an hour is going to go by.

  555. [SPEAKER_00]: It's like, man, that was awesome.

  556. [SPEAKER_00]: And we're building each other up and encouraging each other, but the easiest thing to do, ladies and gentlemen, is sin.

  557. [SPEAKER_00]: The easiest thing is to get into flesh.

  558. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, I have ever right to say that about them.

  559. [SPEAKER_00]: You know what they did to me.

  560. [SPEAKER_00]: I have ever right to say that about them.

  561. [SPEAKER_00]: And we justify our sin.

  562. [SPEAKER_00]: And we don't recognize it as such.

  563. [SPEAKER_00]: And then we walk a coronal life.

  564. [SPEAKER_00]: And spiritually, as I talked about Sunday morning,

  565. [SPEAKER_00]: a fruitless life and I do not want that for you and I'm watching some of you, some of you guys got saved in the last years and I'm watching you grow, you're helping, you're serving the speed of spirit in the world and God is using you and I'm just sitting back on this and so awesome.

  566. [SPEAKER_00]: This and so awesome, I'm watching you guys do this.

  567. [SPEAKER_00]: and then before long, they're gonna be like, man, these guys really love the Lord.

  568. [SPEAKER_00]: Man, they're God's disciples.

  569. [SPEAKER_00]: Man, I want to be part of that, and it grows it.

  570. [SPEAKER_00]: So when we do wrong, thank you, Val, it frees us.

  571. [SPEAKER_00]: When we just admit it, because my wife is here, I've had to apologize in my wife a thousand plus times and 46 years, okay?

  572. [SPEAKER_00]: 10s of thousands.

  573. [SPEAKER_00]: and she had to apologize like three times.

  574. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, you know, it's, it's, but each time it's like we recognize it, we're like, yeah, you're right.

  575. [SPEAKER_00]: And then we get things right, and we move on.

  576. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's what you do, thank you.

  577. [SPEAKER_00]: Faresys, putting people in bondage, and it's putting you in bondage.

  578. [SPEAKER_00]: And if there is freedom, what the spirit of Lord is, there's liberty,

  579. [SPEAKER_00]: And, and if we get a hold of this, it's like, if I know I've hurt Pam and, and I realize I've grieved her, you know, I've heard her with something that she's doing for the Lord, and I realize that, God says, if you know you've caught the fence, you go to that person and get things restored.

  580. [SPEAKER_00]: And by the way, this is where we're heading to with this, because we have to deal with forgiveness in a lot of facets of life.

  581. [SPEAKER_00]: And vice versa, God says, in Matthew Jesus, and if I know, Pam has something against me, guess who's supposed to go?

  582. [SPEAKER_00]: I am.

  583. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm supposed to go to Pam.

  584. [SPEAKER_00]: So if I know I've heard Pam, I'm to go to her.

  585. [SPEAKER_00]: If I know, and she's hurt me, I'm supposed to go.

  586. [SPEAKER_00]: For cool huh.

  587. [SPEAKER_00]: So the responsibility of Christ says is on me to go, and that's why I bow when you went.

  588. [SPEAKER_00]: You were freed from it.

  589. [SPEAKER_00]: And now here's a question I want to think about.

  590. [SPEAKER_00]: What if this other Christian would love you and say, I will never forgive you what you did to me.

  591. [SPEAKER_00]: Ooh, next week.

  592. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, if we love you, you're amazing.

  593. [SPEAKER_00]: You're word is amazing.

  594. [SPEAKER_00]: It governs us.

  595. [SPEAKER_00]: It gives us the word, the principles to live by we would call it commandments.

  596. [SPEAKER_00]: So that we can live a free life just as vows bringing up.

  597. [SPEAKER_00]: that aren't living guilt.

  598. [SPEAKER_00]: And so Lord, we thank you that you do forgive and teach us to do the same.

  599. [SPEAKER_00]: I pray that you'll use this to challenge our hearts and maybe some others would need to talk with each other.

  600. [SPEAKER_00]: They know they've hurt each other.

  601. [SPEAKER_00]: I pray that things will be corrected and maybe we be quick to forgive, quick to restore

  602. [SPEAKER_00]: and I pray that you'll use this time and help us lower to grow in you and take us home safely and we'll thank you for what you'll do and use a name of prayer.

  603. [SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
