  1. [SPEAKER_00]: We're in the first John chapter 3, we're going to pick up in verse 11.

    1 John 3 chapter mention

  2. [SPEAKER_00]: But I do want to read the last phrase of chapter 10, talking about the difference into distinctions between those who are born again to children of God versus the children of the devil.

  3. [SPEAKER_00]: And the last thing he says is that those who are not of God are, you know, they don't do righteousness, but he says neither he that loves not his brother.

  4. [SPEAKER_00]: It's like, where did that come from?

  5. [SPEAKER_00]: It's like he's going through all this stuff about the distinction between the laws and the saved and how we live for him and how we're a changed life.

  6. [SPEAKER_00]: And then he does this phrase in here that doesn't seem to be really related, but it's to take us from those of us who are saved

  7. [SPEAKER_00]: And so with that, he uses this phrase to say, you know, the lost world, you know, they have no problem with hating somebody.

  8. [SPEAKER_00]: They have no problem with hating you.

  9. [SPEAKER_00]: They hate Jesus.

  10. [SPEAKER_00]: This is their lifestyle.

  11. [SPEAKER_00]: But any saying, those who are not born again, those who are not saved, they take the brotherhood,

  12. [SPEAKER_00]: And they don't even love, but you and I, on the other side, do have a love for the brotherhood.

  13. [SPEAKER_00]: And in verse 11 now, we pick up.

  14. [SPEAKER_00]: This is the message you've heard from the beginning that we should love one another.

  15. [SPEAKER_00]: Now he's going to give us an old testament example of a guy that didn't love his brother.

  16. [SPEAKER_00]: Not as cane, who was of that wicked one.

  17. [SPEAKER_00]: Now we understand, when somebody, you know the story, but if not, we'll get to it.

  18. [SPEAKER_00]: Those who murder are literally following satanic forces.

  19. [SPEAKER_00]: The abortion is satanic folks.

  20. [SPEAKER_00]: Is it, was there a new law, was it Massachusetts, right?

  21. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I'm seeing this, but I don't always believe what I see until I know, you know, they're saying, no, it was put into law that now they can kill the child, their Massachusetts right up to where it's born.

  22. [SPEAKER_00]: And then if it's still alive, after it comes out, then they'll just let the baby die.

  23. [SPEAKER_00]: It's what I'm hearing.

  24. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

  25. [SPEAKER_00]: That's satanic.

  26. [SPEAKER_00]: You'll watch a human being there, a child that could be loved and nurtured and they're going to like to kill it.

  27. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, make it a hard stop.

  28. [SPEAKER_00]: So that's satanic.

  29. [SPEAKER_00]: You understand?

  30. [SPEAKER_00]: Those who were in my class last week, we were talking about the fear of the Lord is the hate evil.

  31. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

  32. [SPEAKER_00]: We're not the same.

  33. [SPEAKER_00]: We hate the people.

  34. [SPEAKER_00]: We hate the evil way.

  35. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's

  36. [SPEAKER_00]: And we hate death, but Satan is about loving death.

  37. [SPEAKER_00]: So he uses cane, now we move on.

  38. [SPEAKER_00]: Who slew his brother, and wherefore, a wise slew him?

  39. [SPEAKER_00]: And here's the question, because his own works were evil and his brother's righteous.

  40. [SPEAKER_00]: Now he's going to bring this to us.

  41. [SPEAKER_00]: Now, Mark will not, or don't be surprised, my brethren, if the world hates you, right?

  42. [SPEAKER_00]: And it, well, the world does hate us.

  43. [SPEAKER_00]: And we know that we, the believers, have passed from death on the life.

  44. [SPEAKER_00]: Jerry, there's another verse we were talking about before I became in here.

  45. [SPEAKER_00]: By that passing from death to life, John 524, and here's the same thing.

  46. [SPEAKER_00]: Jerry, just by Christ in his heart a few weeks ago, he's gonna be getting baptized Sunday morning, get the know this young man and encourage him.

  47. [SPEAKER_00]: New believer, all right?

  48. [SPEAKER_00]: And we're for you, brother.

  49. [SPEAKER_00]: We're behind you.

  50. [SPEAKER_00]: And here he is, and church wanted to be in the word and growing, and we're behind you.

  51. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay?

  52. [SPEAKER_00]: So you passed from death to life just like I did with 19, okay?

  53. [SPEAKER_00]: Because, now notice us, we love the brethren.

  54. [SPEAKER_00]: He that loves not his brother, abides in death, just like, came verse 15. Who's here's a going?

  55. [SPEAKER_00]: Who's so ever hates his brother is a murderer?

  56. [SPEAKER_00]: Wow, just like, came murder his brother?

  57. [SPEAKER_00]: He physically did it, but if I hate somebody in my heart, it's as though I'm murdering that person.

  58. [SPEAKER_00]: That's how God sees it.

  59. [SPEAKER_00]: And you know that no murder has eternal life abiding in him.

  60. [SPEAKER_00]: So what that saying is, if a person is, oh, how I love Jesus, oh, how I hate you, doesn't work that way.

  61. [SPEAKER_00]: We have no privilege to hate.

  62. [SPEAKER_00]: Even our enemy, what are we supposed to do?

  63. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.

  64. [SPEAKER_00]: Verse 16, hereby perceive we the love of God, because he, Jesus laid down his life for us.

  65. [SPEAKER_00]: We ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

  66. [SPEAKER_00]: So when I see people, you know, they're forced to go to church or kids, you know, and I can't wait to get out of this place.

  67. [SPEAKER_00]: I hate these Christians.

  68. [SPEAKER_00]: They're all bunch of hypocrites and I'm going to go out and I'm going to go to the bar.

  69. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to do drugs and do whatever I want because these are good to real people.

  70. [SPEAKER_00]: But I want to be with, and I hate Christians that just reveal their heart.

  71. [SPEAKER_00]: They don't want to see you, they don't want to talk to you.

  72. [SPEAKER_00]: You're just a nuisance to them.

  73. [SPEAKER_00]: You're just annoying because you're here at church and wanting to go to church and praise God.

  74. [SPEAKER_00]: It's like, no, I love me.

  75. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to do whatever I want.

  76. [SPEAKER_00]: And they literally turn from and they never return.

  77. [SPEAKER_00]: They're gone.

  78. [SPEAKER_00]: That revealed their heart.

  79. [SPEAKER_00]: That they were never truly born again.

  80. [SPEAKER_00]: You say, does it happen?

  81. [SPEAKER_00]: You want me to give you names?

  82. [SPEAKER_00]: of people to sat all over here, they're done.

  83. [SPEAKER_00]: I hate God, I hate Christians, I hate church, hate government, hate it all.

  84. [SPEAKER_00]: You say, how does this happen?

  85. [SPEAKER_00]: Because they were never truly born again.

  86. [SPEAKER_00]: So there's an evidence of the new birth.

  87. [SPEAKER_00]: It's a relationship with the body of Christ.

  88. [SPEAKER_00]: We need each other.

  89. [SPEAKER_00]: We help each other.

  90. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, verse 11, he gives us an example of love for the brotherhood, has always been God's plan.

  91. [SPEAKER_00]: Look with me, and I got a lot to bust through here, so we got some good verses to look at.

  92. [SPEAKER_00]: Look with me to John 13,

  93. [SPEAKER_00]: And this is not an exhaustive study folks.

  94. [SPEAKER_00]: And you're going to have verses, you say, well, I have this verse and that verse, and you're absolutely right.

  95. [SPEAKER_00]: There's all kinds of verses that bring this up.

  96. [SPEAKER_00]: But here is the way Jesus said it, John 1334.

  97. [SPEAKER_00]: A new commandment I give unto you.

  98. [SPEAKER_00]: that you should love, but you love one another as I have loved you.

  99. [SPEAKER_00]: That's the newness that Chris example that you should also love one another.

  100. [SPEAKER_00]: Now notice this by this shall all men know that you are my disciples if you have love one to another and that's the key.

  101. [SPEAKER_00]: I have a big star beside that one.

  102. [SPEAKER_00]: So that's the key that we have this going on and that's how the lost world says something different about you all.

  103. [SPEAKER_00]: Why do you like each other?

  104. [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, like people.

  105. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to be around people.

  106. [SPEAKER_00]: Lies is paid.

  107. [SPEAKER_00]: Play it the other day.

  108. [SPEAKER_00]: I saw it.

  109. [SPEAKER_00]: I hate people.

  110. [SPEAKER_00]: They just, I hate.

  111. [SPEAKER_00]: That's what we're talking about.

  112. [SPEAKER_00]: You say, I don't understand that.

  113. [SPEAKER_00]: Guess what?

  114. [SPEAKER_00]: That's what the whole lesson is about tonight.

  115. [SPEAKER_00]: We as Christians, like, yeah, we don't always get along.

  116. [SPEAKER_00]: We don't always see things the exact same way, but I don't hate you for it.

  117. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

  118. [SPEAKER_00]: So, who else are we supposed to love?

  119. [SPEAKER_00]: You mentioned earlier?

  120. [SPEAKER_00]: Enemies, right?

  121. [SPEAKER_00]: Never, or we're supposed to hate and be angry.

  122. [SPEAKER_00]: Because if we do, there's definitely something going on in our hearts.

  123. [SPEAKER_00]: So let's go to the Matthew now.

  124. [SPEAKER_00]: See Matthew's version of how Jesus talked on the subject here.

  125. [SPEAKER_00]: So we're going to Matthew chapter five.

  126. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to go and reverse order.

  127. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry, I'm going to go to John 543 first.

  128. [SPEAKER_00]: So John, I'm sorry, Matthew 543.

  129. [SPEAKER_00]: You have heard this been said, thou shout, love thy neighbor and hate thy enemy.

  130. [SPEAKER_00]: But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them, the curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them, which despitefully use you, and persecute you.

  131. [SPEAKER_00]: Was Jesus hated, and yet he blessed.

  132. [SPEAKER_00]: He even has very enemy.

  133. [SPEAKER_00]: And then, he was persecuted.

  134. [SPEAKER_00]: So he gets it.

  135. [SPEAKER_00]: Now notice the verse 45, that you may know, you have sorry, that you may be the children of your father, which is in heaven, for he make of his son to rise on the evil and on the good.

  136. [SPEAKER_00]: He sends his reign on the just and the unjust.

  137. [SPEAKER_00]: So guess what, on this earth, we are equal.

  138. [SPEAKER_00]: to say, you brought up Christians home to get hit by tornadoes and storms too.

  139. [SPEAKER_00]: That God doesn't just like, well, then go around.

  140. [SPEAKER_00]: Although people have said, oh, you know, it's amazing how the storm didn't hit my house.

  141. [SPEAKER_00]: And that does happen, but I know of Christians, their houses have been destroyed, houses burned down.

  142. [SPEAKER_00]: people die of cancer, that are Christians, you follow me, the sinful nature is here, okay?

  143. [SPEAKER_00]: So that's why he's saying, understand the equality and when people do hate us, we're still to love them, pray for them, et cetera.

  144. [SPEAKER_00]: Now, same chapter, five, 21, we're gonna pick up.

  145. [SPEAKER_00]: You'll notice a theme here.

  146. [SPEAKER_00]: You have heard that it was said, why does he keep saying that?

  147. [SPEAKER_00]: Old Testament, you've heard it said, in other words, from old.

  148. [SPEAKER_00]: And yet, we understand that God does want us to love.

  149. [SPEAKER_00]: God even's brought in the law.

  150. [SPEAKER_00]: We were talking about it too the morning about how God even loved the Gentiles and woke within His law, how the Jews were to take care of the Gentiles coming in.

  151. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, yeah, it's always been the world, the God love.

  152. [SPEAKER_00]: So verse 1, 1.

  153. [SPEAKER_00]: If heard was said by Dumbledore, thou shout, not kill, who so ever shall kill shall be in danger of judgment?

  154. [SPEAKER_00]: So if you murder somebody, you're in trouble with God.

  155. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's true, even pre-law, you kill somebody, you're in trouble.

  156. [SPEAKER_00]: You shut man's blood.

  157. [SPEAKER_00]: That man's blood is going to be required then, okay?

  158. [SPEAKER_00]: You say that you think that she's still be happening?

  159. [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, there are many people that should not be sitting in a jail right now for 30 years, getting free meals every day.

  160. [SPEAKER_00]: While the family is still mourning over the loss of their loved one.

  161. [SPEAKER_00]: See, you're cruel, no?

  162. [SPEAKER_00]: I just believe that man is made in the likeness image of God, not like killing a deer, not like killing a fish, and eating it.

  163. [SPEAKER_00]: they're animal or they're fish.

  164. [SPEAKER_00]: They're a bird.

  165. [SPEAKER_00]: We, yeah, we are made in God's image.

  166. [SPEAKER_00]: We are completely different than everything that God created, okay?

  167. [SPEAKER_00]: We.

  168. [SPEAKER_00]: Now it gets really good.

  169. [SPEAKER_00]: Verse 22, I say unto you, okay, you used to hear this, you know, you person does this, you know, they're in big trouble with God, they're going to be judged, okay, but let me give you a my version of the word that whosoever is angry with his brother, without a cause, shall be in danger of judgment, whosoever shall say to his brother, Rika,

  170. [SPEAKER_00]: shall be in danger of counsel, but who should I say that full shall be in danger of hellfire?

  171. [SPEAKER_00]: Therefore, if thou bring thy gift to the older, remember that thy brother has ought against thee, leave, there the gift before the older, go your way, first be recognized out to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

  172. [SPEAKER_00]: So, God says, this relationship affects this

  173. [SPEAKER_00]: My relationship with God is important, but if my relationship this way with man is not right, then it hinders my relationship with God.

  174. [SPEAKER_00]: And somebody will say, I'm glad to hate you and I love Jesus so much.

  175. [SPEAKER_00]: Doesn't work that way.

  176. [SPEAKER_00]: I just rip this person to shreds over the phone, and I just, I can't say, I can't believe they did this.

  177. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, I don't know, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't,

  178. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about the spiritual blessing that come from God, the peace of God, the surpasses the understanding, all this relationship with God thing is going to be out of sync if we don't have this right between husbands and wives, children, parents, each other within the church.

  179. [SPEAKER_00]: And so verse 22 is really, really important now.

  180. [SPEAKER_00]: So I say to you, whoever is angry with his brother.

  181. [SPEAKER_00]: cane.

  182. [SPEAKER_00]: Why is your countenance so angry cane?

  183. [SPEAKER_00]: Where's your brother at?

  184. [SPEAKER_00]: You know?

  185. [SPEAKER_00]: So there's this thing going on between cane and the able, and you can see this anger.

  186. [SPEAKER_00]: Now, I quickly read it the first time, and I want you to think about the next phrase.

  187. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to let you read it.

  188. [SPEAKER_00]: Whose lover is angry with his brother, notice the next phrase, that's the key to this whole text.

  189. [SPEAKER_00]: Without a cause, did Abel do anything to King to deserve death?

  190. [SPEAKER_00]: Nothing.

  191. [SPEAKER_00]: I just hate you because I hate you.

  192. [SPEAKER_00]: What the Jesus was he murdered nail to a tree

  193. [SPEAKER_00]: because he did something wrong.

  194. [SPEAKER_00]: Was there a cause?

  195. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's the key phrase in the old and New Testament that without a cause.

  196. [SPEAKER_00]: So that's what, that's why it's satanic.

  197. [SPEAKER_00]: He just had, why do these gangs decide they're gonna go down and just shoot up a bunch of innocent people was a strong avenue about a year or so ago and town.

  198. [SPEAKER_00]: They just come out.

  199. [SPEAKER_00]: I saw the photo job it.

  200. [SPEAKER_00]: I heard it more than anything, and you probably have one of the switches on their guns.

  201. [SPEAKER_00]: And it was sound like machine gun going prrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  202. [SPEAKER_00]: And what did I do to them?

  203. [SPEAKER_00]: Nothing.

  204. [SPEAKER_00]: I just exist.

  205. [SPEAKER_00]: And there's something, I'm sorry, but there's something wrong with brains.

  206. [SPEAKER_00]: It's filled with demonic thoughts.

  207. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's why that doctor that killed all those babies and put them in bottles,

  208. [SPEAKER_00]: in South Bend, and it was after he died, right?

  209. [SPEAKER_00]: They found all of this, which I think I only saw one little snippet on national news.

  210. [SPEAKER_00]: One, we little snippet.

  211. [SPEAKER_00]: I asked my brother, do you ever hear about it?

  212. [SPEAKER_00]: What are you talking about?

  213. [SPEAKER_00]: I said, now, if they would have been puppies, it'd have been all over the world.

  214. [SPEAKER_00]: They would have been little kitty cats, at probably even if they were been rats, might have gotten a little bit of attention.

  215. [SPEAKER_00]: Over 2,000 babies, in jars, that he, I'm sorry, okay, and so all of these lives, and the world doesn't care, it's like who cares, and they don't see it as a soul, oh you can research, if you didn't hear that, if you didn't hear this, oh yeah, that's why this is just a sound bend in Illinois in his home, thank you for clarifying that.

  216. [SPEAKER_00]: Serena who we support she found this grace and they have a fundraiser coming up here in this matter of weeks and you know they got the home, praise the Lord, they can help these women to not at war.

  217. [SPEAKER_00]: So this is this is the stuff that we can connect in our day and age how they're angry.

  218. [SPEAKER_00]: You know I saw the little clip of that them, the women signing in Massachusetts killed the babies and they're like,

  219. [SPEAKER_00]: We're for women's rights, but what if the baby is a woman?

  220. [SPEAKER_00]: What happened to the baby's rights?

  221. [SPEAKER_00]: But that's hypocrisy, they say, you hate me, because I say that, because I'm revealing their sin.

  222. [SPEAKER_00]: I hope so, without a cause.

  223. [SPEAKER_00]: That person could be in trouble with God, judgment,

  224. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, you don't, and, and, you know, so it says, if you call a person a fool, you're in trouble of hell, like wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, I've read Proverbs and God calls people fools all the time, right?

  225. [SPEAKER_00]: People have like, yeah, you've.

  226. [SPEAKER_00]: You're a few bricks, shy of a load, buddy, you know, one French fries shy of a happy meal at all.

  227. [SPEAKER_00]: And so on my, what is wrong, you know?

  228. [SPEAKER_00]: And God says, you know, this person's a fool if they're lazy, they won't work, this person's a fool, you know, and all of the philosophies that God chose.

  229. [SPEAKER_00]: And this is distinction between a fool and a wise person, okay?

  230. [SPEAKER_00]: And so it's like, what, you know, so if I ever call somebody a fool I'm going to hell, that's, can you sense in this text, the angry, without a cause, scolding, you're a fool.

  231. [SPEAKER_00]: It's this attack, like, King did with Abel, okay?

  232. [SPEAKER_00]: You start, hopefully I'm helping you with the sense.

  233. [SPEAKER_00]: Everybody have a thoughts, so also on that verse, you studied it out.

  234. [SPEAKER_00]: So I got a verse for that.

  235. [SPEAKER_00]: Ephesians, I can't remember his five, which one it says, as much as lies within us live peaceably with all men.

  236. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, cool verse.

  237. [SPEAKER_00]: I made sure I memorized that and checked in the Greek.

  238. [SPEAKER_00]: It does mean mother-in-laws.

  239. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to make sure there is no exclusion here, right?

  240. [SPEAKER_00]: So literally as much as we can, we live at peace.

  241. [SPEAKER_00]: Christ says, we are to be peacemakers.

  242. [SPEAKER_00]: So everything we can, that's why a lot of times in situations with family and everything, you'll see, if you were there, you'd be like, why aren't you saying something, Carl?

  243. [SPEAKER_00]: Because I'm a peacemaker.

  244. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to fight.

  245. [SPEAKER_00]: It's like, okay, you all go off on your tangents or whatever, and I'll just sit here, and they don't bug me because I'm quiet, because I'm not saying, you know, I have an opinion here too, and you're just putting fuel on a fire, and that's what they want is to fight.

  246. [SPEAKER_00]: There are certain people that they just love to debate, fight, and everything.

  247. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm too old.

  248. [SPEAKER_00]: have fun with that.

  249. [SPEAKER_00]: I just love peace and tranquility, where some people, they just, if they're not angry about something, no find something to get angry about, that's just their nature.

  250. [SPEAKER_00]: So I live at peace as best as I can, but what I don't do is intentionally want to be there, make sure I'm there around them all the time, but there will be times I need to be,

  251. [SPEAKER_00]: there, but I'm going to be very careful that I'm not letting them influence me for bad, because proverb says, do not hang out with angry people or you'll learn their ways.

  252. [SPEAKER_00]: this blowing up, this anger, this rage, has been passed down from generation to generation.

  253. [SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, hey, mum got away with it.

  254. [SPEAKER_00]: Dad got away with it.

  255. [SPEAKER_00]: They yell on the screen and then they get their way.

  256. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, so if I yell on the screen, I get my way.

  257. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, look at that kid taking a tantrum on to floor.

  258. [SPEAKER_00]: They're all angry and screaming.

  259. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, they got the lollipop anyways.

  260. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm as we just lay on the floor and scream and holler.

  261. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't have to act like them.

  262. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't have to participate, and so what I have found in my life is I try to apply the word.

  263. [SPEAKER_00]: I try to be at peace with everybody I possibly can, but

  264. [SPEAKER_00]: The closeness is probably not going to be there.

  265. [SPEAKER_00]: I have a guard up, not a wall, but there's a guard that I put up to watch out that they're not influencing me, that they're causing me to get angry, they're not causing me, to do something, say something or to be involved and do the exact same thing.

  266. [SPEAKER_00]: So there's certain times Christians haven't learned the word enough to understand their traditions and everything like that.

  267. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not biblical.

  268. [SPEAKER_00]: And so they love Jesus.

  269. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying they don't, they go to church, they're in the Word and all of that kind of stuff.

  270. [SPEAKER_00]: But they've not learned the biblical concept yet.

  271. [SPEAKER_00]: And oftentimes in our sister, they're going to make it all about them and they'll attack everybody.

  272. [SPEAKER_00]: And so there's a personality, what you're talking about is a personality conflict.

  273. [SPEAKER_00]: If I'll let me know that.

  274. [SPEAKER_00]: So there are personality conflicts.

  275. [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't, okay, you want to answer her because you followed.

  276. [SPEAKER_00]: So you have a Christian that loves the Lord and they rub your arm.

  277. [SPEAKER_00]: That's what I'm talking about.

  278. [SPEAKER_00]: They rub you wrong because they're doing stuff, saying soft, no.

  279. [SPEAKER_00]: But they're doing something with the personality, this rubbing you.

  280. [SPEAKER_00]: They're not just standing there, that's what I'm talking about.

  281. [SPEAKER_00]: That the answer was right.

  282. [SPEAKER_00]: So you have to apply, they don't just irritate you or whatever because they're standing there and having a cup of coffee.

  283. [SPEAKER_00]: So they're doing something saying something.

  284. [SPEAKER_00]: They're talking about some of their, whatever they're doing, that's what you have to make sure you're separating yourself from.

  285. [SPEAKER_00]: But not doesn't mean you're not with them or don't love them off times I'm just,

  286. [SPEAKER_00]: why it with people that, so I know they're rubbing wrong, but it's because they're doing something, that's irritating you, the personality conflict, as much as lies within you live peaceably with all people.

  287. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so whatever it is, I just gave you my for instances of people that drive me Puzzucca because I just just be quiet, you know, and so all the old guys are going Yeah, and so yeah, so it's one of those, one of those things, so some, you know, Could you give me a for instance of what they do that irritate you?

  288. [SPEAKER_00]: They talk a lot, I know it all, got a control over conversation, make it about them

  289. [SPEAKER_00]: Yet the patience with people, the long-suffering, and all of that that needs to be there.

  290. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

  291. [SPEAKER_00]: So here we are, thank you.

  292. [SPEAKER_00]: Because here we are as Christians, trying to create a way of being a bridge, or if it's the lost world, you know what they're gonna do?

  293. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't even talk to me again.

  294. [SPEAKER_00]: Even if it's my own mom, don't you ever talk to me again, I'm cutting you off.

  295. [SPEAKER_00]: Take me out of the way, I don't care.

  296. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't want your money.

  297. [SPEAKER_00]: and that there's so much anger and hatred with him family and it's because they don't want to have a bee peacemakers.

  298. [SPEAKER_00]: They, you know, you're seeing how can I be at peace?

  299. [SPEAKER_00]: So that's what we're talking about tonight.

  300. [SPEAKER_00]: We're doing the first Corinthians 11.

  301. [SPEAKER_00]: We want to love them the way God loves us.

  302. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not angry at them.

  303. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't want them to die.

  304. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't want them to have a flat tire.

  305. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not wishing it'll towards them.

  306. [SPEAKER_00]: I love them.

  307. [SPEAKER_00]: If they're there, they need me.

  308. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna be there to help them.

  309. [SPEAKER_00]: But as first that sonny says, study to be quiet and work with your own hands that which is good.

  310. [SPEAKER_00]: There's times you just, nothing.

  311. [SPEAKER_00]: I have people smiling as big as they can at me right now because they get it.

  312. [SPEAKER_00]: There's times you just have to not say anything because anything you say will be used against you in a court of law.

  313. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, they are looking for something to attack because they're talking, I'm gonna throw here, I'm talking here, don't take the bait, there it is, yeah, they're trying to draw you in, they're trying to get you into their boat, you know, as like, yeah, no, I'm not gonna, I'm like, yeah, I gotta go there, yeah.

  314. [SPEAKER_00]: And so some are ears and some are hands and feet.

  315. [SPEAKER_00]: Yep, we're all unique.

  316. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's why we need each other, even though we're different than each other.

  317. [SPEAKER_00]: We process things different.

  318. [SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, I got people in this church folks, I know their brain acts.

  319. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I mean, they're really, really smart.

  320. [SPEAKER_00]: Really smart.

  321. [SPEAKER_00]: And I still wonder, why do you sit under my ministry?

  322. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't understand why they're here, but they're like, no, we're growing.

  323. [SPEAKER_00]: It's good.

  324. [SPEAKER_00]: But they know the Bible better than I do.

  325. [SPEAKER_00]: And they know everything that I'm going to say, they could tell you where I should be going in the scriptures.

  326. [SPEAKER_00]: because they visited it in a thousand times and maybe even have it memorized, okay?

  327. [SPEAKER_00]: So there's those people here and then we have people that just invited Jesus into their heart and they don't know Jesus' wept is the shortest person that Bible.

  328. [SPEAKER_00]: And we have everything in between.

  329. [SPEAKER_00]: How can we all get along when we're so diverse?

  330. [SPEAKER_00]: Because it's not about what we know it's not about the individual, it's not about that, it is about it's a fellowship.

  331. [SPEAKER_00]: And then you do your part, and those who are brand new are learning how to do their part, and it's a brotherhood and that the body literally takes care of itself, and that's what Ephesians 4 gets into, is to know that a church is mature, is that when it comes to a point where it edifies itself in love, the 1st Corinthians 13 principle.

  332. [SPEAKER_00]: It is not, oh, I love you.

  333. [SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, it's put into action, and that's three weeks from now.

  334. [SPEAKER_00]: Now, because I'm not going to get done enough.

  335. [SPEAKER_00]: If you're fault, okay, I didn't even get the cane yet.

  336. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm in Genesis 4, but we didn't get there yet, right?

  337. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, yeah, and then it's like, how do we demonstrate it?

  338. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's where he says, well, if you see your brother's sister in need, and you're like, yeah, now.

  339. [SPEAKER_00]: then it's like you're not showing your love through action.

  340. [SPEAKER_00]: So that's where James gets into the same thing.

  341. [SPEAKER_00]: You show your Facebook artwork.

  342. [SPEAKER_00]: I'll show you my fake Bible works.

  343. [SPEAKER_00]: We show our love by our works and things along that line.

  344. [SPEAKER_00]: So find the balance.

  345. [SPEAKER_00]: So go to Genesis 4 and we will do our best of getting through this.

  346. [SPEAKER_00]: Genesis chapter number 4 and that's when first John 3

  347. [SPEAKER_00]: OK, so that's why we're going to Genesis 4, not like King.

  348. [SPEAKER_00]: So who was order, King or Abel?

  349. [SPEAKER_00]: Mike, King, we had a mixed view here.

  350. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so you say, why did you bring that up?

  351. [SPEAKER_00]: Because he's the big brother.

  352. [SPEAKER_00]: That's why I brought it up.

  353. [SPEAKER_00]: So the big brother has a little brother.

  354. [SPEAKER_00]: Kind of like a lot of other guys in the Scriptures, the little brothers were just nuisance, if you will, you know.

  355. [SPEAKER_00]: So we have the big brother.

  356. [SPEAKER_00]: And so verse three, process is time.

  357. [SPEAKER_00]: It came to pass that cane.

  358. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry, verse two is what I wanted.

  359. [SPEAKER_00]: And she bears, she, he bears his brother Abel, Abel, was a keeper of sheep.

  360. [SPEAKER_00]: That's why we know what he is bringing to the offering.

  361. [SPEAKER_00]: Cain was a pillar of the ground.

  362. [SPEAKER_00]: That's why we know what he brought as the offering to God.

  363. [SPEAKER_00]: Processes of time, verse 3, came to pass that cane brought of the fruit of the ground and offering unto the Lord.

  364. [SPEAKER_00]: Abel, he also brought of the first wings of his flock and the fat thereof, and the Lord had respect unto Abel and his offering.

  365. [SPEAKER_00]: But unto Cain and his offering, he had not respect, and Cain was very here it is, Roth angry, and his countenance fell.

  366. [SPEAKER_00]: Boy, you ever see that with your kids?

  367. [SPEAKER_00]: You just see it all over their face.

  368. [SPEAKER_00]: You know their fight and you don't even have to hear them.

  369. [SPEAKER_00]: You just know by the countenance of the face, right?

  370. [SPEAKER_00]: So here's what we see.

  371. [SPEAKER_00]: Cain is an example of first John 11, a three, 11, or he is talking about a love for the brotherhood.

  372. [SPEAKER_00]: So we have Cain being given as an example.

  373. [SPEAKER_00]: Able, though, is also an example.

  374. [SPEAKER_00]: So they're both being examples to us.

  375. [SPEAKER_00]: Then we see, both are religious.

  376. [SPEAKER_00]: Both are bringing and offering to God.

  377. [SPEAKER_00]: True or false?

  378. [SPEAKER_00]: True.

  379. [SPEAKER_00]: When we see came being a pillar of the ground, offering from the ground what was produced, the weeds, the herbs, and all these things that he's bringing as an offering to God, what does cane's offering picture?

  380. [SPEAKER_00]: Works.

  381. [SPEAKER_00]: I produce this.

  382. [SPEAKER_00]: I tell the ground, I plan to see, God, I'm giving you back what I have produced.

  383. [SPEAKER_00]: It's a picture of self-righteousness.

  384. [SPEAKER_00]: works, right?

  385. [SPEAKER_00]: My, my, and pride.

  386. [SPEAKER_00]: Yep, I've done it.

  387. [SPEAKER_00]: So there's a lot of words, edges we could use to describe this guy, right?

  388. [SPEAKER_00]: So itself, right, just this is pride.

  389. [SPEAKER_00]: It's me what I have done, okay?

  390. [SPEAKER_00]: So it's a picture of man's works, right?

  391. [SPEAKER_00]: Now question, what he brought as an offering being the fruit of the ground, the weed, seeds, herbs,

  392. [SPEAKER_00]: by God, to be brought to Him as an offering.

  393. [SPEAKER_00]: Isn't that interesting?

  394. [SPEAKER_00]: So, under the law, there was the meal offering.

  395. [SPEAKER_00]: There were the offerings that were brought that involved what came brought, okay?

  396. [SPEAKER_00]: So, Leviticus II, the first fruits

  397. [SPEAKER_00]: That which was produced was to be brought to God, right?

  398. [SPEAKER_00]: We have the wave offering, this is on Leviticus, the drink offering, none of those involved in animal dying.

  399. [SPEAKER_00]: In sense, no offering for that.

  400. [SPEAKER_00]: There was money and silver to be offered to God that had nothing to do with a lamb dying.

  401. [SPEAKER_00]: And there are others, that's not an exhaustive list.

  402. [SPEAKER_00]: And so the meal offering was part of the green offerings, if you will.

  403. [SPEAKER_00]: So now we're seeing, I'm hoping you're starting to see, it wasn't just what he brought, it was the pride, it was the self-righteousness, and it always goes back to the matter of the heart, right?

  404. [SPEAKER_00]: What was going on inside of this guy?

  405. [SPEAKER_00]: And so that's why God says, no respect for what you're bringing to me.

  406. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's why when we see what Abel brought, it was of the flock.

  407. [SPEAKER_00]: So what's the difference in what was being offered between grains, verses, and animal?

  408. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, but later on we had these great offerings as worship and everything to God.

  409. [SPEAKER_00]: So we have all kinds of hands going up.

  410. [SPEAKER_00]: There's a blood requirement, right, right?

  411. [SPEAKER_00]: Be specific, was it a, oh, that lamb deserved to die.

  412. [SPEAKER_00]: Without a cause, this innocent lamb dies, right?

  413. [SPEAKER_00]: So somebody had to die, Terry?

  414. [SPEAKER_00]: That's how the priests were taken care of.

  415. [SPEAKER_00]: Putting in a storehouse, that's helping with a malachive principles, and stuff, yep.

  416. [SPEAKER_00]: So if we're seeing this as a picture of salvation, which I think we can, it is either I'm going to give to God what I have produced as my works or it's going to be an innocent spotless lamb that dies and is sacrificed for my sin.

  417. [SPEAKER_00]: So we know that the blood is what covers.

  418. [SPEAKER_00]: It's a picture of salvation.

  419. [SPEAKER_00]: People are either going to God in their religion by self-righteousness and works.

  420. [SPEAKER_00]: I keep the 10 commandments.

  421. [SPEAKER_00]: I do these things.

  422. [SPEAKER_00]: I do these things.

  423. [SPEAKER_00]: Or,

  424. [SPEAKER_00]: I do nothing, God.

  425. [SPEAKER_00]: Jesus did it all.

  426. [SPEAKER_00]: He's my lamb.

  427. [SPEAKER_00]: He died.

  428. [SPEAKER_00]: His blood was shed.

  429. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's how I'm coming to you, God, is through the blood.

  430. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's right on the money.

  431. [SPEAKER_00]: That's right on the money.

  432. [SPEAKER_00]: So that's how we see it.

  433. [SPEAKER_00]: I know Dave, he shared, he was at a church.

  434. [SPEAKER_00]: Remember that little story you told me years ago?

  435. [SPEAKER_00]: You want to tell a bridge version of it?

  436. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's what religion does is intellectualism.

  437. [SPEAKER_00]: And it's what we know is degrees in what I've done and produced.

  438. [SPEAKER_00]: And so yeah, Mike, it even doesn't say that in the scriptures.

  439. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we have to be careful.

  440. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, it doesn't say that we definitely know it comes back to the heart.

  441. [SPEAKER_00]: It's, okay, now here's my question.

  442. [SPEAKER_00]: How would able have known to bring a lamb to sacrifice

  443. [SPEAKER_00]: I hear, but I didn't hear.

  444. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he learned it from Dad because his Dad told him what?

  445. [SPEAKER_00]: About God, God performed the first sacrifice to cover them, right?

  446. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, remember I was talking about all these intelligent people that know where I'm going to be for.

  447. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, there's all people all over the place here that know that we're really, really well.

  448. [SPEAKER_00]: And it's really great.

  449. [SPEAKER_00]: We're a blessed church.

  450. [SPEAKER_00]: All the guys that teach on Sunday nights, and that, you know, just Sunday school teachers, we are very blessed church guys and never take that for granted.

  451. [SPEAKER_00]: They know the word well.

  452. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, this would have been handed down

  453. [SPEAKER_00]: I agree it was from Adam, but he had to learn it from God.

  454. [SPEAKER_00]: God pre-determined the plan of salvation, man didn't.

  455. [SPEAKER_00]: God didn't be, he didn't determine, well, I'm gonna save you, I'm not gonna save you, I might save you, now I'm not gonna save you, I'm gonna save you, that's not what God did.

  456. [SPEAKER_00]: What he said is, whoever believes in my plan, I will save.

  457. [SPEAKER_00]: Whoever calls on the name of Lord, I will save.

  458. [SPEAKER_00]: That's what was predetermined.

  459. [SPEAKER_00]: Then Genesis 315, the plan of God to rescue the souls of men.

  460. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, so here,

  461. [SPEAKER_00]: is able, saying, God, again, I'm doing what you did for my dad.

  462. [SPEAKER_00]: And this is what you've done for me.

  463. [SPEAKER_00]: Let me deal with able quickly, because I'm going to be out of time.

  464. [SPEAKER_00]: 17, Leviticus, 17, 11 for those who take notes, that is a summary of it for sure.

  465. [SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.

  466. [SPEAKER_00]: So we're getting away from Caine, we're on Abel.

  467. [SPEAKER_00]: I was actually not going to get into Abel.

  468. [SPEAKER_00]: I wanted to get into Caine because first John is not talking about Abel.

  469. [SPEAKER_00]: It's talking about...

  470. [SPEAKER_00]: the bad guy.

  471. [SPEAKER_00]: But you know what, that's what we do around here.

  472. [SPEAKER_00]: And so that's okay.

  473. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to go to my next point, which is Abel, which is shorter, and then we'll go back to Caine, Lord willing, next week.

  474. [SPEAKER_00]: Go with me to the book of Hebrews.

  475. [SPEAKER_00]: And some of you knew we were going to go there.

  476. [SPEAKER_00]: So Hebrews chapter number 11, and verse number four.

  477. [SPEAKER_00]: By faith,

  478. [SPEAKER_00]: Abel offered, stop, that's what you need to see.

  479. [SPEAKER_00]: That's the highlight of it all, right?

  480. [SPEAKER_00]: So we're dealing with the man, he brought of the flock, the animal, innocent animal, dies.

  481. [SPEAKER_00]: The blood is there, life is in a blood, everything you shared.

  482. [SPEAKER_00]: But now, he gets back to what we've been talking about at the very beginning.

  483. [SPEAKER_00]: It's all about the what?

  484. [SPEAKER_00]: The heart, the heart of Abel was faith.

  485. [SPEAKER_00]: The heart of cane was me, works, right?

  486. [SPEAKER_00]: Thoughts?

  487. [SPEAKER_00]: No?

  488. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

  489. [SPEAKER_00]: So, bye, faith.

  490. [SPEAKER_00]: Some rise faith for those who are new or Christians.

  491. [SPEAKER_00]: Some rise faith.

  492. [SPEAKER_00]: What is faith?

  493. [SPEAKER_00]: Come on, Christians.

  494. [SPEAKER_00]: We know we use the word all the time.

  495. [SPEAKER_00]: Really simply, what's faith?

  496. [SPEAKER_00]: Hope for you.

  497. [SPEAKER_00]: The evidence of things, not see.

  498. [SPEAKER_00]: Guess where that's at.

  499. [SPEAKER_00]: Hebrews 11 verse 1.

    Hebrews 11:1

  500. [SPEAKER_00]: OK, I hope when you guys were going to be like, of course, he's going to go to Hebrews to find faith because Hebrews is the place we go to to find faith, right?

  501. [SPEAKER_00]: Is the substance of things, hope for the evidence of things not see.

  502. [SPEAKER_00]: Other people were talking about faith.

  503. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you were reading the verse, okay?

  504. [SPEAKER_00]: What is, how do you summarize fate, okay?

  505. [SPEAKER_00]: Believing in what you haven't seen?

  506. [SPEAKER_00]: So it's not something physically that I see, but it's believing in something or someone, obviously, that I haven't seen.

  507. [SPEAKER_00]: Even though I've not seen Jesus, I believe in Him, and it actually says, even though you haven't seen, you love.

  508. [SPEAKER_00]: We even love the one we haven't seen yet, right?

  509. [SPEAKER_00]: That's where we worship.

  510. [SPEAKER_00]: That's where the adoration for Christ.

  511. [SPEAKER_00]: We fall down before him, right?

  512. [SPEAKER_00]: So this guy by faith is offering on to God a more excellent sacrifice than King.

  513. [SPEAKER_00]: Now we know why, King, no faith, his works, able faith without works,

  514. [SPEAKER_00]: the innocent animal all picture in Christ, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, that is able, God testifying of his gifts in the Word in Genesis 4, and by it, he being dead yet speaketh.

  515. [SPEAKER_00]: Life is in the blood.

  516. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for bringing that verse up.

  517. [SPEAKER_00]: And even though he was dead, how did God say it to King after he killed him?

  518. [SPEAKER_00]: Your blood is crying out to me, life is in the blood.

  519. [SPEAKER_00]: Every kid that's killed in Chicago this week, in South Bend and El Cart now days, God knows the life that's in that person whether they're saved or not.

  520. [SPEAKER_00]: And it cries to God, the death.

  521. [SPEAKER_00]: Every child aboard this week.

  522. [SPEAKER_00]: every person that's murdered or the person I'll just stop there.

  523. [SPEAKER_00]: So, you're ready for the Colvers?

  524. [SPEAKER_00]: Guess what book it's in?

  525. [SPEAKER_00]: Good, go to the next chapter, chapter number 12.

  526. [SPEAKER_00]: I think it took me three years to teach Hebrews years ago.

  527. [SPEAKER_00]: It took a long time to get through this book.

  528. [SPEAKER_00]: I doubt that one time in my life so I'm happy.

  529. [SPEAKER_00]: Hebrews 1224.

  530. [SPEAKER_00]: Enter Jesus, the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

  531. [SPEAKER_00]: What do you think that means?

  532. [SPEAKER_00]: Hebrews is known as the better book, better than, better than the Moses, better than creation, better than the high priest, better than the lambs, better than because Hebrews 12, the time, Xubi 10, I preach on this on Sunday mornings, the Old Testament offerings, Colossians said, like those things weren't the real thing,

  533. [SPEAKER_00]: and shadow and Hebrew's tenses.

  534. [SPEAKER_00]: Those sacrifices were a shadow of the real thing been later on in Hebrews.

  535. [SPEAKER_00]: It's an in those Old Testament sacrifices, even Ables couldn't continually make them perfect or else after Ables sacrificed one lamb, it would have been a done deal.

  536. [SPEAKER_00]: But they would have to keep on sacrificing because that didn't really do the job.

  537. [SPEAKER_00]: But then Hebrews 10 says, but when Jesus died, you're gonna finish it for me.

  538. [SPEAKER_00]: Jesus died once, once for some or once for all.

  539. [SPEAKER_00]: What does all mean?

  540. [SPEAKER_00]: Very good.

  541. [SPEAKER_00]: But I think somebody said it.

  542. [SPEAKER_00]: The whole world, starting from when, Adam and Eve, through all the rest of human beings being born that need to be saved, Christ died once for all every in Adam, all die.

  543. [SPEAKER_00]: In Christ, all can, they can live.

  544. [SPEAKER_00]: So, Christ is life-giver when Christ, who with my life, he'll appear out, we are also with Him in glory, life.

  545. [SPEAKER_00]: He's life-life-life, and it's because He loves us.

  546. [SPEAKER_00]: He gives us life, going from death to life.

  547. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

  548. [SPEAKER_00]: So, the innocent animals, the body, the blood, the fat, all that was offered, did indeed, please God, because it pictured Christ.

  549. [SPEAKER_00]: King, God had not that same respect because it was bloodless.

  550. [SPEAKER_00]: It was His pride.

  551. [SPEAKER_00]: It was His works.

  552. [SPEAKER_00]: It's His self-righteousness.

  553. [SPEAKER_00]: It's what He has done.

  554. [SPEAKER_00]: And yes, He could have gotten a lamb.

  555. [SPEAKER_00]: He could have gotten one and sacrifices.

  556. [SPEAKER_00]: But it was a choice because of His heart.

  557. [SPEAKER_00]: Because He didn't believe God.

  558. [SPEAKER_00]: He didn't believe with that told him.

  559. [SPEAKER_00]: He brought it and did it his own way.

  560. [SPEAKER_00]: King, who offers his works, did it wrong.

  561. [SPEAKER_00]: Why was his sacrifice then not accepted?

  562. [SPEAKER_00]: No blood?

  563. [SPEAKER_00]: He did, he later on said, if you do, if you do what's right, all's gonna be well.

  564. [SPEAKER_00]: In other words, you can go back and make it right.

  565. [SPEAKER_00]: And so he, no, he didn't do that either.

  566. [SPEAKER_00]: John, pride, right?

  567. [SPEAKER_00]: Yep, very good.

  568. [SPEAKER_00]: All the things.

  569. [SPEAKER_00]: So why did God not accept Cain's offering?

  570. [SPEAKER_00]: Pride, his own works, no blood.

  571. [SPEAKER_00]: the heart.

  572. [SPEAKER_00]: What's that?

  573. [SPEAKER_00]: Hatred was there, that's right.

  574. [SPEAKER_00]: But there's one word you're missing.

  575. [SPEAKER_00]: Haberous chapter, able, believed God, right?

  576. [SPEAKER_00]: It was about the heart versus no faith at all.

  577. [SPEAKER_00]: There are no works.

  578. [SPEAKER_00]: If it's works, there is no faith.

  579. [SPEAKER_00]: And this is what's happening in churches across the world.

  580. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm sacrificing.

  581. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm bringing, I have one guy here who's a awesome story.

  582. [SPEAKER_00]: Gary, love Gary, but he said, he was witnessing his brother.

  583. [SPEAKER_00]: And he's like, don't tell me all about Jesus.

  584. [SPEAKER_00]: I got every, God and I have an arrangement.

  585. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I got all fixed.

  586. [SPEAKER_00]: And finally, he said, what in the world, how?

  587. [SPEAKER_00]: He goes, oh, well, I donated an expensive piano to the church.

  588. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm covered.

  589. [SPEAKER_00]: What's missing in that story?

  590. [SPEAKER_00]: But was really nice that he gave the church a expensive piano, and you know, he could have not done that.

  591. [SPEAKER_00]: It was nice, and I'm sure they're still using that piano, right?

  592. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, it was for worship as part of God's service.

  593. [SPEAKER_00]: So obviously he's doing it, but it is all like King.

  594. [SPEAKER_00]: Look what I produced, I worked hard, I saved up, I paid for it, I did everything and now I'm offering this so therefore God has to accept it because look at what I have done for him and God says nope, your righteousness is as filthy rags we're sinful and we need as was articulated by the ladies the blood without blood there's no life and so yeah, that's that's the

  595. [SPEAKER_00]: the summary.

  596. [SPEAKER_00]: So, the anger.

  597. [SPEAKER_00]: If any man is angry with his brother, remember what Jesus said?

  598. [SPEAKER_00]: I wonder if he had came in his mind when he gave that.

  599. [SPEAKER_00]: If you're angry with your

  600. [SPEAKER_00]: It was also, it was also a heart of jealousy.

  601. [SPEAKER_00]: You accepted his and not mine, but wrong with you, God.

  602. [SPEAKER_00]: This is what I've done.

  603. [SPEAKER_00]: Look at all that I've done.

  604. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm sweating now because of my dad.

  605. [SPEAKER_00]: I've got cuts on my hands.

  606. [SPEAKER_00]: I've got blisters all over.

  607. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm doing all this work.

  608. [SPEAKER_00]: You have to accept it.

  609. [SPEAKER_00]: I've got blood on my knees.

  610. [SPEAKER_00]: I've done this sacrifice.

  611. [SPEAKER_00]: and he got angry, and then he murders, he murders because of the hate and the jealousy.

  612. [SPEAKER_00]: This success, the hand of God on him, on his brother.

  613. [SPEAKER_00]: Bibliically, and it is today, the self-righteous, always, always persecute faith.

  614. [SPEAKER_00]: The Pharisees and Sadducees, the self-righteous, hated or jealous towards Jesus Christ and they had him murdered and they did the exact same thing that came to the table.

  615. [SPEAKER_00]: And we're seeing in the attacks on churches around the world is oftentimes done by religious people that are self-righteous and they hate faith.

  616. [SPEAKER_00]: I've had people say, yo, you people, you just believe in God, and you think you're going to heaven.

  617. [SPEAKER_00]: You're absolutely right.

  618. [SPEAKER_00]: And they will, there's more to it than just that than I worry for your soul.

  619. [SPEAKER_00]: Because if you're depending upon you and a little Jesus, you can't add works and faith.

  620. [SPEAKER_00]: is either faith alone, or it's works alone, and you say, how do you know that?

  621. [SPEAKER_00]: Read Galatians.

  622. [SPEAKER_00]: There it is.

  623. [SPEAKER_00]: Constantly, over and over again, we could quote, the faith versus Romans 4 says that this way, what did Abraham find pertaining to flesh?

  624. [SPEAKER_00]: In other words, when he's talking about works and everything, it says, you know what Abraham figured out?

  625. [SPEAKER_00]: He believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

  626. [SPEAKER_00]: Pre-law or post-law.

  627. [SPEAKER_00]: Pre-law, Abraham was saved by faith.

  628. [SPEAKER_00]: Benus says, even David describes the same concept that blessed as a man who God does not impute sin under his account.

  629. [SPEAKER_00]: David, pre-law or post-law.

  630. [SPEAKER_00]: It's always been, pre-law, post-law.

  631. [SPEAKER_00]: It's always been faith, always been faith.

  632. [SPEAKER_00]: And so that's my preaching.

  633. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, why do you preach way you do?

  634. [SPEAKER_00]: It's in our faces constantly by God.

  635. [SPEAKER_00]: If we get it wrong, if we get this one wrong, as he says, you're in danger of hellfire.

  636. [SPEAKER_00]: That's why you say, but I go to church.

  637. [SPEAKER_00]: I've been in the choir, I do all these things.

  638. [SPEAKER_00]: I thought, so I just go, I do what I want.

  639. [SPEAKER_00]: I've been there, I've been dusting that pew for 45 years.

  640. [SPEAKER_00]: That's my pew.

  641. [SPEAKER_00]: You don't understand how important I am to this church.

  642. [SPEAKER_00]: You don't know what I have done through all these years day after day in the church and cleaning and doing all these things.

  643. [SPEAKER_00]: And God's goes, because you're boasting when you.

  644. [SPEAKER_00]: And then you got the guy that was alongside the Pharisee in the synagogue, and he smites his chest as says, what?

  645. [SPEAKER_00]: Have mercy on me, I'm a sinner, and God says, that man walked away righteous, and the self-righteous guy walked out, unjustified, and going to hell?

  646. [SPEAKER_00]: Yet the world says, be a good person.

  647. [SPEAKER_00]: That's Satanic.

  648. [SPEAKER_00]: But she has a hate and go after faith.

  649. [SPEAKER_00]: Love, back in our text, is the evidence of life.

  650. [SPEAKER_00]: Hate is the evidence of death.

  651. [SPEAKER_00]: It is possible, ladies and gentlemen, that he says, in first John, and I highlighted it, that if I hate a brother in Christ,

  652. [SPEAKER_00]: I've murdered them in my heart as God sees it.

  653. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't hate anybody.

  654. [SPEAKER_00]: Anybody.

  655. [SPEAKER_00]: I have enemies, I've had enemies, I still have enemies.

  656. [SPEAKER_00]: You have enemies.

  657. [SPEAKER_00]: We all have them.

  658. [SPEAKER_00]: If you're serving Jesus, you got people that don't like you.

  659. [SPEAKER_00]: What do we do with that?

  660. [SPEAKER_00]: Love them.

  661. [SPEAKER_00]: True.

  662. [SPEAKER_00]: But biblically, God says, love your enemies.

  663. [SPEAKER_00]: Secondly, pray for them.

  664. [SPEAKER_00]: Not God kill them.

  665. [SPEAKER_00]: God bless them.

  666. [SPEAKER_00]: Jesus is the example of love because He gave His life.

  667. [SPEAKER_00]: So I don't like talking about me, but I'm going to give you a picture from many, many years ago that our last house we were at,

  668. [SPEAKER_00]: at the table and Lori walks in and, you know, I'm just praying.

  669. [SPEAKER_00]: I have a Bible in front of me.

  670. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just praying.

  671. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, she didn't know what I was doing, so she takes a little picture and puts her own Facebook.

  672. [SPEAKER_00]: This is a caro at home, praying.

  673. [SPEAKER_00]: And everybody's, oh, I love, you know, it's great.

  674. [SPEAKER_00]: It was a good thing, she encouraged me, you know, and she wanted you all to know, caro praise for you.

  675. [SPEAKER_00]: But what she didn't know is who I was praying for at that moment.

  676. [SPEAKER_00]: I have a whole list of people hate my guts.

  677. [SPEAKER_00]: They call me a false prophet, false feature.

  678. [SPEAKER_00]: Try to get me fired because I don't do it their way.

  679. [SPEAKER_00]: Then go over to all of their holy huddles that they created, expect me to go to everything that they created.

  680. [SPEAKER_00]: And so they came after me.

  681. [SPEAKER_00]: Some have died since, some almost died.

  682. [SPEAKER_00]: And I go through my list of them.

  683. [SPEAKER_00]: And if I see them hurting, I see them on the street.

  684. [SPEAKER_00]: I make sure I go to them.

  685. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't do that.

  686. [SPEAKER_00]: So this week, a person that went through a divorce because the husband was punching her for years and beaten her up and then lying and then committed adultery.

  687. [SPEAKER_00]: and the whole church, side it up with him.

  688. [SPEAKER_00]: How dare you, it doesn't matter he punches you, you're a woman.

  689. [SPEAKER_00]: Doesn't matter, you need to forgive him for committing adultery over and over again.

  690. [SPEAKER_00]: Even though Jesus put a clause in there, and for Corinthians seven, there's other places I can go to, if they don't know the Bible well.

  691. [SPEAKER_00]: And there was a time for whatever reason, I don't know what it was, but they went to the church and they sat down and people that were part of that whole group was right here and they literally went like this and moved to the other side of the church.

  692. [SPEAKER_00]: I know, that's what I say.

  693. [SPEAKER_00]: Wow.

  694. [SPEAKER_00]: there is such hatred inside of religion because you don't equal to you have to do what I said you you better get my consultation before you do anything because I know because I am a Pharisee that's all they are and I really really according to first John I didn't even know if they're saved I'm sorry there is something wrong with their heart they go to church

  695. [SPEAKER_00]: They're leaders, and they're a son sick about people that have that kind of hatred.

  696. [SPEAKER_00]: And what did Christ do with the woman who over and over and over again went through men?

  697. [SPEAKER_00]: And Jesus says, hey, why should I go have your husband come?

  698. [SPEAKER_00]: How did he treat her?

  699. [SPEAKER_00]: Fuck you.

  700. [SPEAKER_00]: You don't deserve to go to heaven with me.

  701. [SPEAKER_00]: They don't know Christ, they don't know the Spirit of Christ, they don't understand the Spirit of the Law.

  702. [SPEAKER_00]: There's nothing inside of them that is spiritual, because it's me, it is myself righteousness, and I'm going to condemn you, condemn you, and I'm going to hate you, and you're doing the same thing because you're a murderer, just like King.

  703. [SPEAKER_00]: And if you could get away with it, I think some of them want to kill me, self-righteous.

  704. [SPEAKER_00]: May we guard our hearts, folks, because we could do the same thing.

  705. [SPEAKER_00]: Anything that the lost world is capable of doing, every Christian is capable of doing.

  706. [SPEAKER_00]: If it's one thing that I have seen woven throughout the world of God is like David, I will not go after God's anointed.

  707. [SPEAKER_00]: Touch, not mine anointed, to do my prophets no harm, no the word.

  708. [SPEAKER_00]: and yet Saul could have been killed by David, and he would have been justified in most of our minds had he done it, but I will not touch because he understood love your enemies in the Old Testament.

  709. [SPEAKER_00]: When his son, Apsalam, would have killed David,

  710. [SPEAKER_00]: And then finally, He, Absalom, is killed.

  711. [SPEAKER_00]: David Weeps, Oh, Absalom, Absalom, Absalom.

  712. [SPEAKER_00]: He weeps and cries to God because his enemy, his own son, had died.

  713. [SPEAKER_00]: Finally, his leader comes in and says, listen to David, you got to get off your knees.

  714. [SPEAKER_00]: We're interpreting in this, you have been happier if we would have died, and we're the ones on your side and your enemy is dead, and you're weeping, you should be happy, we did this for you, but didn't understand the heart of David.

  715. [SPEAKER_00]: We're going to get into that next year, Lord Welles.

  716. [SPEAKER_00]: David is my hero.

  717. [SPEAKER_00]: He's the guy.

  718. [SPEAKER_00]: Next year is literally a year of redemption for me.

  719. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm not going to talk to you why.

  720. [SPEAKER_00]: So I pray I live long enough to do it, you know?

  721. [SPEAKER_00]: I love you folks, and I want to see you getting rewards in heaven.

  722. [SPEAKER_00]: And maybe we guard our hearts.

  723. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe we not hate.

  724. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe we not become self-righteous Pharisees.

  725. [SPEAKER_00]: And the order we get, the more we know about the Bible,

  726. [SPEAKER_00]: And we can be the judges, and we have to really, really guard our hearts that we don't become like gay, gay.

  727. [SPEAKER_00]: Father, your words amazing, and I pray that you'll use the word in our hearts, and forgive me when I fail you because I know I do in all of these areas.

  728. [SPEAKER_00]: There's times I do get angry, and it's without a cause.

  729. [SPEAKER_00]: It's things I imagine.

  730. [SPEAKER_00]: God, forgive me when I do.

  731. [SPEAKER_00]: May I never feel ill towards somebody else, but rather pray for them, that you will bless them, and you'll pull them back to yourself.

  732. [SPEAKER_00]: Lord, it is hard because we saw you with the Pharisees and how you had to deal with them.

  733. [SPEAKER_00]: It was hard.

  734. [SPEAKER_00]: condemning Matthew 23 is full of Lord Jesus, full of your anger toward self-righteousness.

  735. [SPEAKER_00]: The Lord, we like to think I accomplished it.

  736. [SPEAKER_00]: Lord, we're here to say God, I accomplished nothing.

  737. [SPEAKER_00]: You Lord Jesus, the spotless lamb accomplished it all for us.

  738. [SPEAKER_00]: And now Lord, my works are going to be like you, Lord Jesus.

  739. [SPEAKER_00]: The example, who laid your life down for us.

  740. [SPEAKER_00]: May we also lay down our life for others.

  741. [SPEAKER_00]: May we not be condemned.

  742. [SPEAKER_00]: May we not be rationed, harsh with our judgments.

  743. [SPEAKER_00]: May we, without a cause, just be angry with people.

  744. [SPEAKER_00]: That's what we're seeing in this world right now.

  745. [SPEAKER_00]: They love anger and hate.

  746. [SPEAKER_00]: They're a pausing death.

  747. [SPEAKER_00]: help our President, our Vice President, our governors are sending the Congress judges all that are part of a system that we've created.

  748. [SPEAKER_00]: We pray for justice, too.

  749. [SPEAKER_00]: Also, Lord protect our people around the globe because they are hated.

  750. [SPEAKER_00]: And as you tell us, don't be surprised at the world hates you.

  751. [SPEAKER_00]: And yet we are.

  752. [SPEAKER_00]: Forgive us where we lack in faith.

  753. [SPEAKER_00]: Forgive us when we don't obey what we know we should be obeying.

  754. [SPEAKER_00]: And I pray that Lord this night will create a revival in a heart.

  755. [SPEAKER_00]: And may it begin with mine.

  756. [SPEAKER_00]: Take these good folks home safely, Lord.

  757. [SPEAKER_00]: I've kept them late this night.

  758. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm happy to get up early, early for work.

  759. [SPEAKER_00]: And I pray that you'll give them at its strength.

  760. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for all that you've done for us.

  761. [SPEAKER_00]: And we praise your name, and we love you.

  762. [SPEAKER_00]: Jesus name of pray.

  763. [SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
