  1. Happy Memorial Day. It's Memorial Day. But did

  2. you know it's also Pentecost? About six of you

  3. knew that. That's good. Pentecost Sunday. Welcome.

  4. Are we sounding okay? Okay. Yeah, Pentecost,

  5. we... are here to celebrate the outpouring of

  6. the Holy Spirit. And you have to, just a fair

  7. warning, okay? Just a fair warning. I was in

  8. India, well, last week or whatever, ten days

  9. ago or something. And we did four sessions. No,

  10. no, four days, two sessions a day. Four or five

  11. hours each time. Sunday service was 9 a .m. to

  12. 3 p .m. So if you look back and it's like 12

  13. .05 and you feel that we're wrapping up, just

  14. know that the way maker is in the house and a

  15. miracle has happened. And with Jesse being gone,

  16. we can get a little leeway. But no, awesome to

  17. be here this morning. get the honor and opportunity

  18. to share the word on Pentecost Sunday. We, you

  19. know, it's Pentecost Sunday. Ironically, the

  20. Pentecostals on Pentecost Sunday were the ones

  21. outside of the upper room. Just a fun fact for

  22. you. Everyone celebrating Pentecost was outside

  23. the upper room. The only non -Pentecostals were

  24. the 120 in the upper room. You understand? So

  25. we don't celebrate Pentecost today. We celebrate

  26. the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. And in my

  27. mind and humble opinion, I believe it's just

  28. as important as the resurrection. Just as important

  29. as celebrating the resurrection, right? We celebrate

  30. Easter or Resurrection Sunday. I believe Pentecost

  31. Sunday, where we celebrate the outpouring of

  32. the Holy Spirit, is just as important. Because

  33. without the Holy Spirit, We can't be born again.

  34. We can't know the power of the resurrection without

  35. the Holy Spirit, right? So, hallelujah. What

  36. a day to celebrate. What a thing to celebrate.

  37. And so it just so happens also that we're in

  38. our year of supernatural kingdom expansion. And

  39. so if you're visiting with us, this has kind

  40. of been our theme for the year. So today, we're

  41. going to marry the two. supernatural expansion,

  42. plus the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and by

  43. God's special grace, I believe we're just going

  44. to go on a journey through the Word this morning.

  45. And I believe we're here together. We're here

  46. in the presence of God. Our lives are going to

  47. be changed forever. I'm here for that reason.

  48. Amen? So, are you hungry for the Word? Amen?

  49. Let's do this. Put your hand on your heart. Close

  50. your eyes. And just pray with me as we get started.

  51. Father, I'm hungry for the Word. Father, restore

  52. my appetite for the Word. Come on, we're praying.

  53. You can say it with me. Father, remove everything

  54. from my system that doesn't have an appetite

  55. for Your Word. I'm hungry for your word. I receive

  56. your word today. I want the word, and I receive

  57. it with my heart. Amen. It's just a little spiritual

  58. check up there, right? Okay. Let's open the Bible

  59. up to the book of Genesis. Genesis chapter 8.

    Genesis 8 chapter mention

  60. A few years ago, I was in the great nation of

  61. Cuba. And one fine, hot, muggy morning, I was

  62. sitting in the church. We were there ministering

  63. in the church in Amancio, Cuba. And we've been

  64. together, a few of us. And it was before service.

  65. Now, they can't really build like big church

  66. structures like we can. They don't have that

  67. liberty. So I'm sitting there in this like lean

  68. -to that's built onto a house. So there's no

  69. walls. So you can just see out. You get a little

  70. breeze, but it's hot and humid under this thing.

  71. It's early one day. We're having like a day session.

  72. In Cuba. And so people are starting to come and

  73. I'm just sitting like sitting in the pew, sitting

  74. in the chair. And of course, you know, Cuba been

  75. under communism for so long and the people, you

  76. know, without goes without saying they're living

  77. in a level of oppression. Commodities and things

  78. are scarce. So I'm sitting there. And the Lord

  79. begins to speak to me and show me some things

  80. about the power of the church. and the importance

  81. of the church. And the fact that this church

  82. there in the midst of this impoverished culture

  83. and society was opening their doors to bring

  84. people in to worship God in this community. It's

  85. like in the middle of a neighborhood and people

  86. are just coming in to have church, have service,

  87. right? And we're worshiping, we're hearing the

  88. Word, and the Lord began to show me that If that

  89. church was not there, it would be like taking

  90. away these people's opportunity to experience

  91. what God had for them, in a sense. Because the

  92. divine institution that God has established on

  93. the earth to bring about His blessing and His

  94. glory is the church. And He began to show me

  95. this. in scripture from that time to this and

  96. i've just been working through this i've never

  97. shared this before but let's take a journey and

  98. look at these three things okay you're going

  99. to find this pattern it's very powerful number

  100. one is encounters so this local church right

  101. in the middle of this city in cuba opened their

  102. church up for people to encounter the living

  103. god Whether through the Word, whether through,

  104. you know, worship, whether through just a spontaneous

  105. moment with the Lord. So, encounters, altars,

  106. and anointings. These three things. Can you just

  107. say them with me? Encounters, altars, and anointings.

  108. One more time. Encounters, altars, and anointings.

  109. This divine structure, this divine system. And

  110. we're just taking off, okay? So just bear with

  111. me. The plane is just taxiing. We're just taking

  112. off. And we're going to see how this feeds into

  113. the depths of Pentecost, the depths of the outpouring

  114. of the Holy Spirit. And we're going to peer into

  115. the mind, the brilliant, genius mind of Almighty

  116. God as He set these things up in place. You ready?

  117. Look at Genesis chapter 8. Look at verse... Are

    Genesis 8 chapter mention

  118. we going to get Scriptures on screen? Genesis

  119. 8. 15. Awesome. What translation you got? I didn't

  120. hear you. It's okay. 8 .15. Then God spoke to

  121. Noah, saying, Encounter. You see it? Right there.

  122. God spoke to Noah. Encounter. Make note of it.

  123. Go out of the ark, you and your wife, and your

  124. sons and your sons' wives with you. Bring out

  125. with you every living thing of all flesh that

  126. is with you. birds and cattle and every creeping

  127. thing that creeps on the earth, so that they

  128. may abound on the earth and be fruitful and multiply

  129. on the earth. Now take note of that language

  130. also. Blessing, fruit, multiply. Does that sound

  131. familiar? Isn't that the word that came to Adam?

  132. Okay. 19, every... So Noah went out and his sons

  133. and his wife's sons with him and every animal,

  134. every creepy thing, every bird and whatever creeps

  135. on the earth according to their families went

  136. out of the ark. Note here. Then Noah built an

  137. altar to the Lord. So Noah encountered the Lord.

  138. What happened? The Lord showed up and spoke to

  139. him. There's your encounter. What was Noah's

  140. response? Alter. Encounter, alter. And then what

  141. was the anointing? Be fruitful. Multiply. You

  142. get it? You guys are going to have to just feed

  143. back a little bit today. Okay. Encounter, altar,

  144. anointing. So that's the very first place in

  145. the Scripture where the word altar is used. So

  146. Noah just like spontaneously got this idea of

  147. altar. He was so moved by the encounter that

  148. he just said, I have to do something. I have

  149. to worship. I have to build something to worship

  150. God, to put a sacrifice to the Lord. Very important.

  151. Remember that. Alright, let's flip through here

  152. because we have several of these. I'm building

  153. my case. Genesis 12. We're going to talk about...

  154. Big Daddy Abe. Abram. Genesis 12, verse 7. Then

    Genesis 12:7

  155. the Lord appeared to Abram and said, Encounter.

  156. Right? The Lord appeared to him. He encountered

  157. him. Abram, to your descendants I will give this

  158. land. And what did Abram do? He responded by

  159. building an altar. Encounter. Altar. Now, let's

  160. go up a few verses here in that same chapter.

  161. Because this is important. Actually, let's read

  162. verse 1. Now the Lord had said to Abram, get

  163. out of your country from your family, from your

  164. father's house to a land that I will show you.

  165. I will make you a great nation. I will bless

  166. you. I will make your name great and you shall

  167. be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you

  168. and I will curse those who curse you. And in

  169. you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.

  170. Hallelujah. Does it feel like God's trying to

  171. get a message to Noah? And then to Abraham? something

  172. about blessing, something about multiplying,

  173. something about making someone great. And then

  174. he comes down in verse 7 and he appears to him

  175. again and he says, to your descendants I will

  176. give this land. And then Abram somehow says,

  177. I have to build an altar. And he responds. And

  178. then, of course, the Lord... encounters Abraham

  179. many times from this. He tells him, you know,

  180. your descendants will be like the sands of the

  181. sea, like the stars of the sky. He just really

  182. hammers this vision home for Abraham. And Abraham

  183. builds other altars and builds other places of

  184. worship to God. Does everyone understand what

  185. an altar is before we move on? Let me give you

  186. a definition of altar. Or what an altar is for.

  187. And this is why. You know, you go around the

  188. world, you go to other cultures and societies

  189. that have more history, the concept of altar

  190. is there. Like many other nations, like you drive

  191. down the road and they have an altar built to

  192. a stone. Or an altar built to a tree. Or an altar

  193. built to a cow. You understand? Now, when you

  194. get into the West, the concept of altar gets

  195. a little bit lost on us because we are sort of,

  196. now not us, okay? I'm just saying in general,

  197. a little more materialistic, right? These ancient

  198. spiritual structures and systems are foreign

  199. to us. But biblically and spiritually, they're

  200. very real. The concept of an altar is very real.

  201. It can be very powerful or it can be very dangerous.

  202. Because altars will open you up or people up

  203. to the realm of the Spirit. Okay, just with that,

  204. you see how important this is, can you? You see

  205. how vital this is that we understand this concept

  206. of altar. Has anyone ever heard of an altar call?

  207. Does anyone ever know what in the world that

  208. is supposed to be? Come to the altar. Well, okay.

  209. Is that where we just come up front and Miss

  210. Susie cries a little bit and we go back and don't

  211. really know what happened? What's an altar? What's

  212. an altar call? It's a very powerful thing. It's

  213. a very, very, very powerful spiritual system

  214. that God has set up. An altar is for worship,

  215. for sacrifices, and for memorials of encounters

  216. with Him. Altars mark places of consecration,

  217. thanksgiving, covenants, atonement, and divine

  218. intervention. So in other words, an altar is

  219. a place and a moment. Where the divine and the

  220. natural meet. It's a place of invoking the divine

  221. into the natural. Are we learning? So you see

  222. these old saints of God. They understood this

  223. concept. This idea where. hey, God encountered

  224. me, so what am I going to do? I'm going to respond

  225. by building a structure of worship where I, now

  226. this is the key, where I make a sacrifice. And

  227. there's something about a sacrifice that is irresistible

  228. to the Spirit of God. Can you see it? It's so

  229. important. I promise if you just stick with me

  230. today, this will absolutely shift the culture

  231. of your heart, the culture of your home, and

  232. hopefully the culture of our church. And I don't

  233. mean our church, but just the church. Okay, let's

  234. fast forward to... Book of Genesis. We're staying

  235. with Abraham here. We said Abraham had many other

  236. encounters with God. He built many other altars.

  237. There was many other sacrifices that Abraham

  238. made upon the altars that he built. And Abraham

  239. was so convinced of this system. Look what happens.

  240. He was so convinced. Now God spoke to him and

  241. said, I'm going to make you the father of many

  242. nations. Your seed is going to be mighty in the

  243. earth. I'm going to use your lineage to bless

  244. the whole entire world. And of course, Abraham

  245. was like, I don't even have a kid. And then God

  246. supernaturally brought him two kids. So now he's

  247. starting to see the fulfillment of the promise

  248. of God in his son, Isaac. But then God speaks

  249. to him and says something very crazy one day.

  250. After he'd already told him, through your seed,

  251. I'm going to bless the world. Then he'd given

  252. him the fulfillment of the promise of a son.

  253. Then in Genesis chapter 22, let's start in verse

    Genesis 22 chapter mention

  254. 8. Genesis 22, 8. He prepares his stuff. He's

  255. going up onto the mountain to make a sacrifice,

  256. to build an altar. Are we there? Abraham said,

  257. God, my son. So he's with Isaac. He's got Isaac

  258. on the mountain. And he says, what are we going

  259. to sacrifice, Pop? And Abraham says to Isaac,

  260. My son, God will provide for himself the lamb

  261. for a burnt offering. So the two of them went

  262. together. Then he came to the place of which

  263. God had told him, and Abraham built an altar

  264. there and placed the wood in order. Then, hey,

  265. what are you doing? He bound Isaac, his son,

  266. and laid him on the altar. Now think of it. Abraham,

  267. the father of our faith, was so persuaded that

  268. this system of altar and sacrifice would bring

  269. multiplication and blessing that this son of

  270. his, who is the fulfillment of the promise, he

  271. was willing to take him and put him on the altar.

  272. Because he knew, listen, whatever goes on this

  273. altar, the anointing will come upon and cause

  274. it to explode with blessing. He was so convinced.

  275. He said, I know God told me that my seed would

  276. inhabit the earth and fill the earth. He said,

  277. and I've got two sons, and this son was the son

  278. of promise. And I trust God knows what he's doing,

  279. and I'm going to fulfill my obligation to this

  280. system. Can you see it? Can you enter into what

  281. he might have been thinking there? He was convinced

  282. of the system. So powerful. And of course we

  283. know the rest, we'll just read it. Abraham stretched

  284. out his hand, took the knife to slay his son,

  285. but the angel of the Lord called to him from

  286. heaven and said, Abraham, Abraham. So he said,

  287. here I am. And he said, do not lay your hand

  288. on the lad or do anything to him, for now I know

  289. that you fear God since you have not withheld

  290. your son, your only son from me. And I think

  291. spiritually we could say that... actually he

  292. did put his son on the altar. In fact, Hebrews

  293. 11 shows us he actually put his son on the altar.

  294. And that was a moment where the anointing came

  295. upon that moment. The Spirit of God was so pleased

  296. with that sacrifice. He said he's willing to

  297. give, even give me the promise. You understand?

  298. Even give me the promise, promise seed on the

  299. altar. So much trust, so much faith, so much

  300. Belief in this spiritual system. Amen? Alright,

  301. let's fast forward. We're just taking off. We're

  302. at 5 ,000 feet and rising. Genesis 26. So here's

  303. that same Isaac that was on the altar that came

  304. off the altar. So it was Abraham. Now this is

  305. Isaac, his son. God prospered in many ways. You

  306. can read from that Genesis 22 to here. You can

  307. see where God just prospered him. God just blessed

  308. his socks off. He was so prosperous in calves

  309. and goats and sheep and all these things. By

  310. the way. Our church in India is doing great.

  311. Hallelujah. If you didn't know, you guys and

  312. we planted churches. We now have over 40 churches

  313. in India using these principles. I'm telling

  314. you today. So this is not just something that

  315. we just theory out in the stratosphere. These

  316. are spiritual principles that work. And they

  317. have a... So I was just there at our mission,

  318. our church in Rajasthan. It's actually in Banswara,

  319. Rajasthan, India. Last week was the hottest place

  320. on earth. It was like 150 ,000 degrees. We landed

  321. and I stepped outside. We had all day. We gathered

  322. our pastors and leaders. We have like 50 pastors

  323. and leaders that we support. And we stepped out

  324. into the heat. We traveled, you know, you travel

  325. like a long time to get there. And we finally

  326. got there after a four -hour car ride from the

  327. airport, and we stepped out, and the sun hit,

  328. and we knew, I mean, they don't have air conditioning,

  329. or, you know, they have a big pink tent in the

  330. field, you know, that's what we had. And they

  331. were all gathered, banging their drum, and we

  332. stepped out, and the sun hit, and I said, Lord,

  333. I don't, this may be it. Talking about altars,

  334. this may be the one. that ends it for me. I'm

  335. putting myself, but if I go, I'll go out doing

  336. what he wants me to do. But we ended up having

  337. great meetings, and it was just fine. I made

  338. it. Here I am. But we went back to dinner, and

  339. I've never seen this. I've been there many times.

  340. Michelle's been there. They have a vat of wheat

  341. that they actually harvest. you know, the wheat

  342. berries. Correct me if I'm not saying it right.

  343. I don't exactly know what I'm talking about.

  344. But it's a big thing of wheat that they harvest

  345. and they make bread. Chapati and paratha and

  346. all those different kinds of bread. And so I'd

  347. never seen it, but the guy that was with me was

  348. very inquisitive. And he noticed things that

  349. I didn't. So we said, what is this? So we opened

  350. it up and said, this is our wheat. The Indian,

  351. our main pastor, Pastor Lazarus. He's probably

  352. watching. So they have all these herbs and stuff

  353. in this vat of wheat that they put in there to

  354. keep bugs and stuff away. You know, they've got

  355. it down. This is like thousands of year old,

  356. you know, crunchiness. Their ultimate crunchy,

  357. organic and all that. And so they harvest this

  358. wheat they put in there and they said, well,

  359. when do you harvest it? Oh, we harvest it a few

  360. times a year. I said, well, how long does it

  361. last? They said, well, what do you mean? I said,

  362. how long does it last? It never runs out. Well,

  363. who all eats it? Everyone. Everyone from our

  364. tribe and village come. We never even think about

  365. it. They just reach in and grab the wheat and

  366. it never runs out. Isn't that awesome? Miracles

  367. of biblical proportions. They don't even think

  368. about it. It just keeps expanding in there. Because

  369. it's... They live on the altar. They live with

  370. the anointing. The Spirit of God is on everything

  371. because everything they do is on the altar of

  372. sacrifice. So it opens the channel for the Holy

  373. Spirit to come and hit their lives and expand

  374. and increase and grow everything that they do.

  375. This is real. It works. How could Jesus multiply

  376. the bread and the fish? Why was He even interested

  377. to do it? He was the Bethel. Open heavens over

  378. him. His life. Here I am, God, to do your will.

  379. That's what he said. And maybe we'll get there.

  380. Into the New Testament. Genesis 26, right? Okay.

  381. I don't want to leave you hanging. I'm trying

  382. my hardest to stick to this because I want to

  383. just journey through this with this. Genesis

  384. 26 and 12. We're on Isaac. I'm sorry, 28, 28.

  385. 28, 12. Oh, see, you guys got me off telling

  386. this story. 2624. If you were on Life 360 right

  387. now, navigating through the Bible, it'd be like

  388. this, just all over the place. 2624. This is

  389. Isaac. And the Lord appeared to him that same

  390. night. Encounter. Say encounter so I know you're

  391. awake. The Lord appeared to him that same night

  392. and said, I am the God of your father Abraham.

  393. Do not fear, for I am with you. I will bless

  394. you and multiply your descendants for my servant

  395. Abraham's sake. So he built an altar there and

  396. called on the name of the Lord and pitched his

  397. tent there. And there Isaac's servant dug a well.

  398. Encounter. The Lord encountered him. Isn't that

  399. interesting? The Lord encountered him and he

  400. said virtually the same thing. The same thing

  401. he said to Adam. The same thing he said to Noah.

  402. The same thing he said to Abraham. I'm going

  403. to bless you. I'm going to make you great. I'm

  404. going to prosper you. I'm going to show forth

  405. my glory through your life. And Isaac responded,

  406. I guess. His daddy Abe taught him how to respond,

  407. I guess, to build an altar. Now let's look at

  408. Genesis 28. Breathe in. Okay, I can handle this

  409. much Scripture, right? Okay, now we're on Jacob,

  410. right? Abraham, Isaac, Jacob. Let's see what

  411. happens. 28, let's start in 10. Now Jacob went

  412. out from Beersheba and went toward Haran. So

  413. he came to a certain place and stayed there all

  414. night. I love this story so much. because the

  415. sun had set. And he took one of the stones of

  416. that place and put it at his head, sleeping on

  417. a rock. And he lay down in that place to sleep.

  418. Then he had a dream, and behold, a ladder was

  419. set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven.

  420. And there the angels of God were ascending and

  421. descending on it. And behold, the Lord stood

  422. above it and said, I am the Lord God of Abraham,

  423. your father, and the God of Isaac. I love how

  424. God identifies himself that way. The land on

  425. which you lie, I will give to you and your descendants.

  426. Also, your descendants will be as the dust of

  427. the earth. Multiply, right? Blessing, multiplying,

  428. expansion. You shall spread abroad to the west,

  429. to the east, to the north, to the south. And

  430. in you and in your seed, all the families on

  431. earth shall be blessed. Isn't that awesome? Have

  432. you ever seen that before? Oh, I guess all of

  433. you have seen that. Okay, well maybe it's just

  434. new to me. Alright. Verse 15. Behold, I am with

  435. you, and will keep you wherever you go, and will

  436. bring you back to this land, for I will not leave

  437. you until I have done what I have spoken to you.

  438. Then Jacob woke up. He wipes the sleep out of

  439. his eyes and says, Whoa! I remember Grandpa telling

  440. me that God showed up to him this way. I remember

  441. Papa. telling me that God showed up to him this

  442. way. Now look, he shows up to me. I think that

  443. was a happy day for Jacob. I think that was a

  444. great moment. You know, because Jacob was a rascal.

  445. His name was Subplanter. You know, he was kind

  446. of a real fast guy. He was a little juking jiver.

  447. So he might have been a little worried. Is God

  448. going to continue this promise with me? This

  449. thing that he's done where he's encountered grandpa

  450. and dad. And he wakes up from this dream. In

  451. verse 16. And he says, surely the Lord is in

  452. this place. And I did not know it. And he was

  453. afraid and said, how awesome is this place. This

  454. is none other than the house of God. And this

  455. is the gate of heaven. Then Jacob rose early

  456. in the morning. Now look what he does. And took

  457. the stone that he put his head on. And he set

  458. up as an altar or pillar. And then he does something

  459. different. What does he do? Pours oil. Where

  460. did he get that? What is the oil representing?

  461. The anointing. He has an encounter. He builds

  462. an altar. Then the anointing. And he called that

  463. place Bethel, which is house of God. Now let's

  464. do one more, okay? In Genesis. One more. We're

  465. just kind of having a Bible study today. This

  466. is good. I probably haven't even gotten above

  467. 20 decibels with my voice. That's how you know

  468. I can sustain four or five hours when there's

  469. not much shouting. The record is 14 hours. 14

  470. hours with a tea break. you know and you don't

  471. even know it's it's so wonderful it's like what

  472. else would you do you guys i can tell you're

  473. getting really worried right now i got you right

  474. where i want you my dad used to preach and and

  475. me and valerie had this joke where he we would

  476. be sitting back there and just you know there's

  477. a lot to overcome in church right to like to

  478. really get blessed and and between social awkwardness

  479. and you know uh the music and uh and not liking

  480. things and not having donuts there's a lot to

  481. overcome right i'm gonna just be honest us americans

  482. there's a lot to overcome a lot of times it's

  483. like you're trying to worship and then brad sings

  484. a bad note and you're like oh man i was just

  485. kind of getting in the pocket and uh one thing

  486. that you shouldn't have to overcome is like The

  487. utter cringe factor of the minister. And my dad,

  488. bless him, he's not watching, thankfully. We

  489. would sit back in the back and just, Valerie

  490. and I, just endure. And we were hostages. It

  491. was like, 911, we got a hostage situation. And

  492. that was not, you know, that was like 45 minutes.

  493. Is that true, Valerie? We stayed married through

  494. a lot. That was one of our biggest trials. And

  495. some of you know. So I will not have you as hostage

  496. today, okay? I promise. But nevertheless, we're

  497. navigating through some important scripture here.

  498. Genesis 35, 11. This is still Jacob. Oh, let's

  499. go 9, 35, 9. Then God appeared to Jacob again

  500. when he came from Paddan Aram and blessed him.

  501. Yes, thank you, Lord. And God said to him, your

  502. name is Jacob. Your name shall not be called

  503. Jacob anymore, but Israel shall be your name.

  504. So he called his name Israel. Also God said to

  505. him, I am God Almighty. Be fruitful and multiply.

  506. There it is again. A nation and a company of

  507. nations shall proceed from you, and kings shall

  508. come from your body. The land which I gave Abraham

  509. and Isaac I give to you, and to your descendants

  510. after you I give this land. Then God went up

  511. from him in that place where he talked to him.

  512. So Jacob, what does he do? Set up a pillar. And

  513. that place where he talked with him, a pillar

  514. of stone, and he poured a drink offering on it,

  515. and he poured oil on it. And he called that place

  516. again, or that place was called Bethel. So you

  517. see there, once again, God encountered him. He

  518. said the same thing, virtually. Blessing, multiplication,

  519. expansion. So there was the encounter. There

  520. was the altar or the pillar. Then there's the

  521. anointing right there. Encounter, sacrifice,

  522. alter, anointing. Encounter, sacrifice, anointing.

  523. Encounter, alter, anointing. You see that pattern

  524. over and over again. And always coupled with

  525. this, be fruitful, multiply. Isn't that pertinent

  526. to our year of expansion? Isn't that pertinent

  527. to our lives? So what is he saying? What does

  528. this mean? What does it mean for us? What was

  529. the message from that little church in Cuba?

  530. That we create a space. The church is the entity

  531. where we create a space, an environment, for

  532. God to encounter His people. For there to be

  533. encounter. For God to show up. For God to meet

  534. with you. This is not just, you know, sing a

  535. few songs and hear some scripture. This is a

  536. place where you encounter God. Where God speaks

  537. to you. Where you meet with the Almighty. That's

  538. the idea. Where we open our doors, we open our

  539. arms, we open our hearts, and we just say, here

  540. we are, Lord. Come meet with us. Come show yourself

  541. strong in our lives. Speak to us. I have nothing

  542. else to do except for just encounter you. And

  543. then when He comes and He inevitably will come

  544. encounter you, He'll speak to you. He'll reveal

  545. Himself to you. Then you need to know how to

  546. respond. We need to know how to respond to the

  547. encounter. When there's something... There's

  548. something from heaven that hits your spirit and

  549. you know that you've come in contact with the

  550. divine. There's a breath of life on something.

  551. And it doesn't have to be here in the church,

  552. right? It can be in your home. That's what I

  553. said. This can shift the culture of your home,

  554. of even your workplace. Imagine you back there

  555. in your cubicle on your knees just praying, making

  556. a little altar. Starting a little fire back in

  557. the cubicle. And then the next thing you know,

  558. there's a blessing that comes on the business.

  559. And your boss says, I don't like you, but you're

  560. staying. I don't know what's happening. What

  561. happened when the ark was in, was it Obed? I

  562. just went blank. Obed -Edom, right? What happened?

  563. Blessing, blessing, blessing came, right? Why?

  564. Because He was some holy person? It's because

  565. the presence was there. God was there. So we

  566. can encounter God. We can encounter His Holy

  567. Spirit. We can encounter His presence. Be looking

  568. for. So what does it mean to seek the Lord? You

  569. know, He's a rewarder of those that diligently

  570. seek Him. What does He reward you with? Encounter,

  571. presence. A moment in time where you meet with

  572. the living God. I mean, imagine Jacob. He met

  573. with God. Abraham met with God. Isaac, have you

  574. ever met with God? Jesus said, you search the

  575. scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal

  576. life, but it's them which testify of me. And

  577. you won't come to me that I might give you life.

  578. It's not worshiping a Bible. It's worshiping

  579. the living God. It's encountering Him. He's a

  580. living God. He's a risen, living Christ. He's

  581. alive. He's in this place. We have to tune ourselves

  582. up with Him. Look for Him in the sanctuary. Seek

  583. His face. Listen for His voice. You see, Paul

  584. the Apostle, He was on the road, right? He was

  585. zealous for God. He was seeking God. He just

  586. didn't have the knowledge to seek God rightly.

  587. But he was zealous for God. He was so zealous

  588. for God, he was killing those he thought were

  589. opposed to God. Everybody know? And what happened?

  590. I mean, he had an encounter. But what was interesting

  591. about his encounter was, he saw Jesus. In fact,

  592. he said, this gospel that I received, I received

  593. from the revelation of Jesus. In other words,

  594. he didn't receive it from Jesus sitting with

  595. him and telling him everything. The message that

  596. Paul preached, the Pauline revelation that we

  597. call, the message of the new creation, he received

  598. from seeing Jesus. The whole message was, I saw

  599. the risen Christ and he was revealed to me. My

  600. encounter gave me the message that I now preach

  601. to you. But what was interesting about his encounter

  602. that really stands out to me, because he had

  603. a heart for God. He said, I'm the Hebrew of the

  604. Hebrews. I sat at the feet of Gamaliel, you know.

  605. He had all these credentials in God. Which, by

  606. the way, he said, I count them all as dung in

  607. comparison to knowing him. To encountering him

  608. and the power of his resurrection. It's all fluff

  609. and dung is what he said. But he was hungry,

  610. he was zealous, he was seeking the Lord. I can

  611. just picture him riding down the road to Damascus,

  612. you know, with a smile on his face because he

  613. just killed another Christian. He was happy with

  614. himself because he knew he had a real zeal. And

  615. then Jesus, bam, Paul, Paul, actually, Saul,

  616. Saul, why do you persecute me? Why do you kick

  617. against the goads? And he said, who art thou,

  618. Lord? That was his born -again moment, by the

  619. way, because he confessed Jesus as Lord. He recognized

  620. his moment, his encounter. He said, I don't know

  621. you, but I know your Lord. Who are you, Lord?

  622. Obviously, he didn't know him because he was

  623. working against him, but he said, I know this

  624. is the God I've been seeking. I keep saying this,

  625. but this is what was interesting about his encounter.

  626. He heard the voice. He saw Jesus, but there was

  627. people with him that didn't, See Him? And they

  628. heard something, but they said, what? It has

  629. to be thunder. We heard something. What does

  630. that tell you? They weren't ready. They were

  631. spiritually sleeping. They weren't seeking God.

  632. They weren't seeking that encounter. Amen? Let's

  633. not be like those. Let's be... Seeking. Let's

  634. be ready. Let's be tuned up and ready to meet

  635. with the Lord when we come into the house, when

  636. we come in anywhere, any moment. You know, He

  637. can just meet you in any moment. What if God

  638. showed up to you and started revealing destiny

  639. to you? That's what He wants to do. He wants

  640. to give you vision for your life. He wants to

  641. reveal purpose. He wants to give you a specific

  642. word. A sharp, pointed word. But see, now when

  643. that happens, and maybe it's happened already,

  644. but when that happens, what we can do is respond

  645. how? What are we going to do? We're going to

  646. build an altar. Now does that mean we're going

  647. to go to Home Depot, get some wood, we're going

  648. to have our goat ready so we can... It's a spiritual

  649. structure. It's a spiritual thing. The altar

  650. is the heart posture that follows the encounter.

  651. It's a response of sacrifice. Because what did

  652. he say? We all, let's put 2 Corinthians 3, the

  653. last verse. Are you feeling equipped a little

  654. bit? I mean, come on, just be honest. You feeling

  655. ready to encounter? Okay, I'm starting to see.

  656. I know what to do. The church is for equipping.

  657. Very last verse, please. But we all, with unveiled

  658. face, behold it. Can we go one verse before?

  659. Because you've got to see this one. This is good,

  660. too. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the

  661. Spirit of the Lord is, there's freedom. But we

  662. all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror

  663. the glory of the Lord, encountering, right, are

  664. being transformed into the same image from glory

  665. to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

  666. So he's saying that you encounter the glory.

  667. You encounter God. You encounter His glory. Even

  668. more than what Moses experienced. You can encounter

  669. the glory in this way. And when you see His glory,

  670. when you behold His glory, when you have that

  671. revelation of God, then there's a consecration.

  672. That's the altar. Right? There's a consecration.

  673. You say, I see you, Jesus, like Paul. Now, this

  674. revelation that you've given me, I consecrate

  675. myself to this revelation. I put myself on the

  676. altar, the sacrifice to this God that I've just

  677. encountered. But you're not going to encounter

  678. the fullness of His glory. You're going to go

  679. from glory to glory. Right? So with each glory,

  680. that's why you should be so excited to come to

  681. church. Be so excited to wake up and pray tomorrow.

  682. Be so excited to read my Bible. Why? Because

  683. I'm going to encounter the glory of God. I'm

  684. going to meet with the Lord. Meet with Jesus.

  685. Yes. What else is there? How exciting. When I

  686. die, if you're still alive, put on my tombstone,

  687. here lies a man who loved Jesus. That's all I

  688. want. I don't care. You know, some place they

  689. call me doctor, some place they call me apostle,

  690. some place they call me trash. I don't care.

  691. Just put my title as this man loved Jesus. Because

  692. I love him. And we get to encounter him, encounter

  693. his glory. And what he's saying is the transformation

  694. comes with when we encounter this glory, whatever

  695. it is, whatever it is, then we place ourselves.

  696. In consecration to this revelation. Then there's

  697. a new revelation. Right? Because he's Jehovah

  698. Jireh. He's Jehovah Nisi. He's Jehovah Shalom.

  699. He's provider. He's healer. There's a new revelation.

  700. So then that requires what? A new response. A

  701. fresh. A fresh consecration. Are you seeing?

  702. The power of the altar. Are you seeing why we

  703. want an altar? Why we want a response? It's not

  704. to coerce you to some emotional thing where everybody,

  705. you know, come up front. No, it doesn't matter.

  706. It's between you and God. But at least we get

  707. an opportunity for you to encounter God and an

  708. opportunity to consecrate yourself. To give yourself

  709. once again. And the question is, you know, okay,

  710. I'm a gospel preacher, okay? I am grace, grace,

  711. grace to the max. So, you know, don't hear what

  712. I'm not saying, right? This is not a works -based

  713. thing. This is just unveiling mysteries of the

  714. Spirit and mysteries of the kingdom because there

  715. are systems and principles that we can... Get

  716. into the flow of according to the scripture that

  717. will enact certain things because jesus said

  718. my people Well, he he said you will know the

  719. truth. The truth will make you free So what we

  720. don't know is our problem and the scripture says

  721. My people god's people are destroyed because

  722. what we don't know So we need to know that there's

  723. things like this that God has set up. There's

  724. spiritual systems that God has set up that are

  725. there and in place for our edification, for our

  726. blessing, and ultimately for His glory in this

  727. earth. We're going to get there. Just a moment.

  728. So, while we're there, Romans 12. You know this

  729. one. Romans 12, 1 and 2. I beseech you therefore,

  730. brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present

  731. your bodies. Present your bodies. Living sacrifice.

  732. What does he mean? What we've just been talking

  733. about, right? Present your bodies. He's talking

  734. about, and then look at verse 2. Don't be conformed

  735. to this world, but be transformed. That's the

  736. same word that he used in 2 Corinthians 3 at

  737. the last verse. He says, we are being metamorphosed.

  738. We're being transformed. We're changing state

  739. from glory to glory. How? We can't surpass the

  740. glory of God that we behold. And to behold the

  741. glory, we have to encounter the glory. Right?

  742. Are you seeing? So you encounter that glory.

  743. And he said, then you present yourself. Just

  744. put your body upon the altar as a living sacrifice.

  745. That is your reasonable service. That in your

  746. mortal flesh, the life of Jesus may be manifested.

  747. Put yourself on the altar so that the death of

  748. Christ and the life of Christ can be manifest

  749. through you. So you can be transformed. You can

  750. be morphed, changed into another person continually

  751. by the revelations of God. Amen? And what's going

  752. to happen as you place yourself upon the altar?

  753. Look at this. Oh, we're about 15 ,000 feet. No,

  754. no, no, no. We may be 20 ,000 feet. Cross -check

  755. for all call. What is it? Oh, that's when you

  756. take off. One time I said that, and I was totally

  757. wrong how I said it. What is it? Cross -check

  758. for all call? Yeah. Two of you know what I'm

  759. talking about. That's fine. Look at this, okay,

  760. Acts chapter 1. Are we digesting the Word a little

    Acts 1 chapter mention

  761. bit? Are we, you know, one, we have doctors in

  762. here, so I can't, you know, I can't, I've got

  763. to be careful I'm not wrong, because I'm probably

  764. wrong, but one thing that, you know, that your

  765. doctor will ask you, Well, how are you feeling?

  766. Oh, I don't know. I feel okay. Well, are you

  767. eating? How's your appetite? What does that mean

  768. if your appetite's not great? Oh, you could have

  769. something going on. Then you go back for a checkup.

  770. Oh, how have you been eating? How's your appetite?

  771. Oh, it's great. I've been eating everything.

  772. Well, then you're healthy. Good. Well, it's the

  773. same with the Word, you know. Sometimes if your

  774. appetite's less, you may want to check your spiritual

  775. system. That's why we prayed at the beginning

  776. because you've got to have an appetite, right?

  777. We've got to eat the Word. Let's be voracious.

  778. That's what we're doing today. Acts 1 and verse

  779. 8. Let's go 7. Okay, this is Jesus talking. I

  780. want to go to Luke. He said, all right, we'll

  781. just start here. And he said, It's not for you

  782. to know times or seasons which the Father has

  783. put in his own authority. This is Jesus. Okay,

  784. close it off, close it off, close it off. Because

  785. you'll start reading and you won't listen. This

  786. is, Jesus rose from the grave, and then what

  787. is Pentecost? 50 days, right? 50 days after the

  788. resurrection was the day of Pentecost. So there

  789. was 40 days where Jesus showed himself. Now the

  790. Bible says, if there's no one that's been saved

  791. in here today, just listen. The Bible says that

  792. Jesus showed himself to over 500 people after

  793. he rose from the grave. He said he also did many

  794. undeniable signs. After he rose from the grave,

  795. such as walking through walls, and he even fed

  796. the Pope some fish, Peter. And he did many, many,

  797. many miracles for the span of 40 days after he

  798. rose from the grave. And then he told his disciples,

  799. he said, now, here's what's going to happen.

  800. Go to Jerusalem. And Terry, wait until you be

  801. endued with power from on high. Now they thought,

  802. I don't even know what this is. Never heard anything

  803. like it. There's no precedent like this. But

  804. I promise you, if you see a man rise from the

  805. grave and then you see him walk through walls

  806. and then he does other miracles, you're going

  807. to be listening to what he has to say. And he

  808. said, go to Jerusalem and wait until you be endued

  809. with power from on high. So, right after he says

  810. this, we're going to pick it up, okay? In Acts

  811. 1 -7. Luke, the physician who wrote Luke and

  812. he wrote the book of Acts, he also records this.

  813. He says, he said unto them, now this is like

  814. day 40, okay? Of the 50. It's not for you to

  815. know times or seasons which the Father has put

  816. in his own authority. But you shall receive power.

  817. A reiteration of what he says was recorded in

  818. Luke. When the Holy Spirit has come upon you.

  819. Now listen to this, okay? You may not have ever

  820. considered this. You shall be witnesses to me

  821. in Jerusalem, Judea, all Judea, Samaria, and

  822. to the ends of the earth. Now, I can skim over

  823. that, but question. Does it sound suspiciously

  824. like what he said to Noah? And he said to Abraham,

  825. and he said to Isaac, and he said to Jacob? Can

  826. you pick the same spirit up of what he's saying?

  827. Yes, no, or I want to sleep. That's choice three.

  828. Can you see it? He said, the Spirit is going

  829. to come upon you. You'll be endued with power

  830. from on high. Why? To be witnesses of the resurrection

  831. all over the world. Now, to me, it sounds an

  832. awful lot like a reiteration of what he told

  833. Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob. And not only that,

  834. but a power to get it done. Yes? Go into all

  835. the world. What else could it mean? Go into all

  836. the world. Make disciples. Preach the gospel.

  837. Be witnesses. Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and

  838. to the uttermost parts of the world. This is

  839. a restitution. In fact, this is the word that

  840. came to Adam was meant for you. The word that

  841. came to Noah was meant for you. The word that

  842. came to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob was meant for you.

  843. Don't look at me like that. Come on. The word

  844. of expansion was meant for us. God has a dream

  845. of the whole earth will be filled with my glory.

  846. As the waters cover the sea, the whole earth

  847. will be filled with my glory. And he says, I'm

  848. going to give you power to witness, to testify

  849. to the glory of the risen Christ. And I want

  850. you to do it in all the world. Start where you

  851. are, then go out a little, out a little, out

  852. a little, until you just fill the earth with

  853. my glory. And he said, it's not just going to

  854. be your efforts, it's going to be my power. Because

  855. was anybody there when Jesus rose from the grave?

  856. I know the scripture says we were risen with

  857. Christ. I know. That's not what I'm asking. Did

  858. anyone see Jesus rise from the grave? Now, we

  859. go out into the world and we tell them, Jesus

  860. is alive, right? It's a message that's hard to

  861. understand. It's hard to believe unless you have

  862. the power. of the witness right so you weren't

  863. there but who was there this holy spirit who's

  864. going to come and fill you up he's going to be

  865. with you he's going to help you he's going to

  866. guide you he's going to empower you to be a witness

  867. he's going to empower your life to be a living

  868. epistle of the reality of the resurrection he's

  869. going to do what you can't do he's going to make

  870. I want to prophesy. He's going to make your business

  871. prosper. He's going to make everything you put

  872. your hands to, to be blessed. He's going to make

  873. intangible things happen in your life. How did

  874. this contract come? How did this opportunity

  875. come? It can only be explained by this blessing.

  876. Oh, I have to show you this. Galatians 3 .14.

  877. Just stick with me, okay? I promise you, this

  878. is so good. This is not just... I said it's Bible

  879. study, but it's not. I promise you, something

  880. is unlocking in your life. I promise you. If

  881. ever there was a question about... I will quit

  882. the ministry if something amazing doesn't happen

  883. in your life. If you just stick with this. This

  884. is unto something. Look at Galatians 3, 13, 14.

  885. Now remember what he said to Abraham, Isaac,

  886. Jacob. Remember that, okay? Go back and meditate

  887. that. Then he said, the Holy Spirit's going to

  888. come upon you and empower you. And now look what

  889. he says here in Galatians 3, 13, 14. Christ has

  890. redeemed us from the curse of the law. having

  891. become a curse for us, for it is written, cursed

  892. is everyone who hangs on a tree, that the blessing

  893. of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ

  894. Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the

  895. Spirit through faith. Now do you see, he marries

  896. the two. The encounter, the altar where the Spirit

  897. of God comes. Then the blessing that's going

  898. to take this thing throughout the whole world.

  899. You see it? What was the blessing? Be fruitful.

  900. Multiply. Your seed is going to be a blessing

  901. everywhere you go. Last time I was ministering,

  902. I don't remember where it was, but I was praying.

  903. I'm not a professional preacher, if you can't

  904. tell. I'm not interested in that whatsoever.

  905. I just want to help people. That's all I wanted.

  906. I just want to help people. Live the life that

  907. God has for them. And I was standing, getting

  908. ready to minister, and I didn't know, you know,

  909. many times I have no idea what I'm going to say.

  910. Sometimes I know where we're going to take off,

  911. and I know where we're going to land, but, you

  912. know, we're going to take a lot of this. But

  913. I said, Lord, I cried from my heart. I said,

  914. Lord, help me be a blessing to these people.

  915. It wasn't here, it was somewhere else. Help me

  916. just be a blessing. And the Lord spoke to me

  917. and said, I have blessed you that you will be

  918. a blessing. And it goes right with this, right?

  919. The same word that came to Abraham. That you

  920. will, you know, all these wonderful things, fruitful,

  921. multiply, all these things. And then he sends

  922. the Spirit of God to empower us. And he says,

  923. Jerusalem, Judea, all over the world. And then

  924. he reiterates it and makes it clear for us that

  925. the same blessing. that was on Abraham, that

  926. caused him to, you know, fulfill everything that

  927. God wanted him to, is now the same promise, the

  928. same spirit that we receive. Amen? Isn't that

  929. wonderful? Oh, okay. It's not 12 o 'clock yet.

  930. And I want to read you one more scripture, and

  931. then I promise you will close, okay? I'm going

  932. to leave you with this because I think this is

  933. going to invoke some further study for you. The

  934. book of Ezekiel. Matthew, Mark, Luke, Ezekiel.

    Ezekiel 28 chapter mention

  935. Chapter 28. I'm going to read this. We're going

  936. to work through it for like two minutes, and

  937. then we're going to pray, okay? And we're going

  938. to receive something this morning that's going

  939. to make a huge difference in our lives. I mean

  940. it, a huge difference. We're going to receive...

  941. Something from God. Okay. Ezekiel 28, verse 12.

    Ezekiel 28:12

  942. Son of man, take up lamentation for the king

  943. of Tyre and say to him, thus says the Lord God.

  944. Now, this is talking about Lucifer, okay? So

  945. just relax. You were the seal of perfection,

  946. full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were

  947. in Eden, the garden of God. Every precious stone

  948. was your covering. The sardius, topaz, and diamond,

  949. beryl, onyx, and jasper, sapphire, turquoise,

  950. and emerald with gold. The workmanship of your

  951. timbrels and pipes was prepared for you on the

  952. day you were created. Now listen to what he says.

  953. You were the anointed cherub who what? Covers.

  954. Now, God wants the whole earth to be covered.

  955. You were the anointed cherub who covers, literally

  956. spreads. Think of it like the foliage on the

  957. ground that just covers, it grows and just covers

  958. the earth. Now this is talking about Lucifer.

  959. The anointing that Lucifer received was not an

  960. unholy anointing. It was a holy anointing. But

  961. he corrupted his anointing. He received an anointing,

  962. which is a grace. It's a dimension of the Holy

  963. Spirit and a grace for a specific task. He received

  964. this anointing to cover, to spread. That means

  965. there is an anointing to cover. Are you with

  966. me? Or have you gone home? There's an anointing

  967. to spread. That means the anointing of God. that

  968. we thought was just for casting out demons and

  969. preaching the gospel, is much, much bigger than

  970. just that. The anointing that God has for us,

  971. if we want it, and the anointing that came at

  972. Pentecost was the anointing to spread. Can you

  973. see? Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria. It's the same

  974. anointing, the anointing to spread. There's no

  975. other, this is what's interesting here, there's

  976. no other time that this Hebrew word is used.

  977. It's the word mimshak. So I want you to remember

  978. that. Write it down. Mimshak. The mimshak anointing.

  979. The mimshak anointing that covers, that spreads.

  980. Theologians believe that Lucifer's task was worship,

  981. which is what? Spreading the glory of God. The

  982. worship would come to heaven or whatever, and

  983. he would be the administrator of the glory. You

  984. understand? So his task as worship leader was

  985. to literally spread and cover the earth with

  986. the glory of God. Because he had the anointing

  987. to cover and spread. That's why when Beyonce

  988. drops her greatest latest, what does it do? Come

  989. on, what does it do? Like a wildfire. It covers

  990. the earth. They'll be singing that in rural China.

  991. To the left, to the left. Is that the latest

  992. hit? I don't know. Don't laugh at that. Because

  993. Lucifer, he understands one thing. Covering the

  994. earth. This is something God's children, we have

  995. to get. For too long we've settled for an anointing

  996. to preach or to cast out demons or heal the sick

  997. or whatever. An anointing to administrate anything.

  998. But there's an anointing that covers. There's

  999. an anointing that spreads. And God wants us to

1000. receive that anointing to spread His glory throughout

1001. this earth. Spread His power. Witness to Him

1002. all over. It's not dependent upon our ability

1003. to administer and organize and do things for

1004. the Lord. It's dependent upon the anointing that

1005. spreads. Because those songs aren't any good,

  1006. right? No, it's because there's a supernatural

1007. element to it. We can receive that supernatural

1008. element for our business. You may have a little

1009. kiosk, but if you receive the anointing to cover,

1010. it can cause that thing to grow. You're thinking

1011. of examples right now. How does someone... You

1012. were here yesterday and now you're here. The

1013. thing just covered, just exploded. Right? It's

  1014. an anointing. It's a grace. It's an anointing

1015. to cover. It's an anointing to spread. Is anyone

1016. at all interested in that? Has anyone at all

1017. been frustrated with the speed and efficacy of

1018. their life? Has anyone felt stifled and like

1019. maybe things just ain't growing like they should?

1020. I want to do something for the Lord, but it's

1021. just not working. Anyone? Has anyone wondered,

1022. why is the church not taking more ground, doing

1023. more? We started in India four -ish years ago

1024. with 27 pastors and maybe a hundred person tribe

1025. or so. Now we have about 5 ,000 people. That's

  1026. about 1 ,000 people a year. And I promise you

1027. it has nothing to do with any good organization.

1028. Nothing good about, am I right? This is not like

1029. good planning and look what we've done. We've

1030. hit this mile. Nothing. It's all about this memshack.

1031. It's like that vat of wheat. It just, something

1032. hit it. It was placed upon the altar and something

1033. hit it. And there's an intangible power that

1034. just causes it to spread. How do you explain

1035. life? How does a tree grow? It's the same intangible

1036. force in the anointing that causes whatsoever

1037. you do shall prosper. Is that what the Word says?

1038. You will be like a tree planted by the rivers

1039. of water and everything that you do shall prosper.

1040. The blessing of Abraham. We have to not settle

1041. for small, small in this year of a kingdom expansion.

1042. We have to not settle for small, small. We need

1043. to go for it. I was with my father, not my hostage

1044. -holding father, which you might be accusing

1045. me of that here pretty soon. But this guy I consider

1046. a spiritual father. I've been with him for several

1047. days and just seen amazing things happen. He

1048. stopped time. He healed people with his shadow.

1049. Jesus is alive, you know, in that place. And

1050. I was just going to tell him bye. I was heading

1051. back home. And he was sitting in the chair, and

1052. I just knelt down just to shake his hand and

1053. say thank you. And he's got this Reinhard Bonnke

  1054. voice, just deep. I wish I had a preacher's voice

1055. like that. Just deep and strong, you know? And

1056. he looked at me. He was tired. He'd been preaching

1057. all day. And he looked at me and he said, Brad,

1058. go for it. Oh, it hit me so hard. Go for it.

1059. I said, yes, sir. I stood up like a man, you

1060. know, and I just started crying. Okay, I'm going

1061. to go for it. I'm going to go for it. But we've

1062. got to go for it. Anybody, let's just close our

  1063. eyes right here. We're closing. Let's pray. Let's

1064. go for it, guys. Let's encounter the living God.

1065. Let's respond with... putting ourselves upon

1066. the altar with each passing revelation of God

1067. and build from glory to glory. And then let's

1068. experience the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

1069. Let's expect the anointing, the anointing to

1070. spread, the anointing of God that breaks yokes,

1071. the anointing to build, the anointing to grow.

1072. Would you just hold your hands out right now

1073. in this moment? We're not going to have any atmosphere

1074. music. We're not going to have anything fancy.

1075. But something is going to come upon your life

1076. as you're genuine and authentic with the living

1077. God in this moment. And you say, Lord, I want

1078. to encounter you. Lord, I want to put myself

1079. on the altar today. And Lord, I want a fresh

1080. anointing on this fine Pentecost Sunday. I want

1081. a fresh memshak. Mimshack. I want it, Lord. And

1082. then you're going to go from this place and there's

1083. going to be doors of opportunity that open for

1084. you. There's going to be things that happen where

1085. heaven and earth... Your eyes are closed now,

1086. okay? We're receiving. Where heaven and earth

1087. will shift out of the way. Just like that one

1088. fish that Jesus said, come get on my hook. And

1089. there was money in its mouth. The things are

1090. going to move out of the way for your life. as

1091. you dedicate yourself to live for His glory,

1092. His glory will be seen and expressed through

1093. your life. So right now in this moment, receive

1094. the anointing for Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria,

1095. and the uttermost. Receive. You say, what does

1096. it mean? I'm just a homeschool mom. Receive the

1097. anointing, the memshak, to send your arrows.

1098. Think spreading. Think growth. Think life. We're

1099. praying, okay? We're still praying. Give us 30

1100. seconds. And just you're receiving. Something

1101. is soaking into your spirit right now. New dimensions

1102. are opening in your inner man right now to receive

1103. something from the living God. You're going to

1104. leave this place changed. And I speak and pray

1105. that something in your future, there's things

1106. waiting for you because of your choice to be

1107. here this morning and hear the word of God. And

1108. I pray that you begin to expect, expect those

1109. contracts, expect those things, expect that growth,

1110. expect that spreading. Not by power, not by might,

1111. but by the Spirit, says the Lord. Amen. Thank

1112. you guys so much for being willing and open to

1113. receive. I'm going to just stay up here. If you

1114. guys desire any further prayer or ministry, I'm

1115. open, but we are formally dismissed. I love you.
