  1. haven't found that out yet.

  2. Alright, guys, so the topic today is Rehoboth,

  3. but we're gonna talk about healing.

  4. Rehoboth, and we're gonna talk about healing.

  5. So whenever a church,

  6. whenever God would bring in a new commission to Israel,

  7. He usually would provide them a new location

  8. or a new tabernacle,

  9. and then He would change the operating system

  10. of the priesthood.

  11. In the Old Testament, you would see this.

  12. Whenever there was a new commission or a reformation

  13. that God would bring about in Israel,

  14. He would provide them a new location

  15. or sometimes even a new tabernacle,

  16. and He would change the way the priesthood function.

  17. It was like almost a new operating system.

  18. And so be it the Levites or be it how David configured

  19. things which we talked about last week.

  20. This is something God used to do.

  21. And so if you go back, and surprisingly,

  22. I was asking the Lord, Father, what should I speak about?

  23. This is something that we had spoken about in 2019

  24. that I, that again talked about Rehoboth,

  25. and I felt we should go down this road.

  26. So one of the things God wants to do for us

  27. is the Lord, the Lord wants to give us room in this land.

  28. The Lord wants to give us room in this land

  29. by pouring out His mercy through healing,

  30. by pouring out His mercy through healing.

  31. The Lord will give us room, not wants to,

  32. the Lord will give us room in this land

  33. by pouring out His mercy through us,

  34. but the dominant way of pouring out mercy

  35. upon this land will be through physical

  36. and spiritual healing.

  37. I wish every time I said something like this,

  38. God would come up with a sign to validate what I'm saying.

  39. But if anything happens behind me, let me know.

  40. But here's the thing I want to say,

  41. that the Lord is going to give us room in this land

  42. by having us pour out His mercy,

  43. but it'll be dominantly through physical healing.

  44. As central as faith is for healing,

  45. as central as faith is for healing,

  46. mercy is another scriptural approach to healing.

  47. The mercy of God triggers healing.

  48. The mercy of God triggers healing.

  49. The mercy of God triggers healing.

  50. So if you look at these New Testament scriptures

  51. in Matthew 15-22, this woman comes to Jesus and says,

  52. son of David have mercy on me.

  53. She had a daughter who was demonized.

  54. In Matthew 17-15, there is a boy who's been thrown

  55. into fits and his dad comes and says,

  56. Jesus please have mercy on my son.

  57. The famous passage of Matthew 20-30,

  58. where there's a blind man and he comes and says,

  59. son of David have mercy on me.

  60. In Mark 5-19, it's beautiful.

  61. Jesus turns around and says to the demoniac

  62. who's been delivered in the gatherings,

  63. saying go tell the people in Decapolis

  64. of the mercy that I the Lord have shown you.

  65. He healed the man, delivered the man,

  66. but the words he uses, go to Mark 5-19.

  67. Mark 5-19.

  68. And it says that Jesus did not let him go with him,

  69. but said, go home to your own people

  70. and tell them how much the Lord has done for you

  71. and how he has had mercy on you.

  72. And so there is this idea of mercy that seems to track.

  73. And then you know the famous story of Luke 17 verse 19,

    Luke 17:19

  74. verse 13, where the lepers are standing there

  75. and they're calling out saying,

  76. Lord have mercy on us, Lord have mercy on us.

  77. The 10 lepers.

  78. And then you even have the story of Epaphroditus

  79. in Philippians 2 verse 27,

    Philippians 2:27

  80. where Paul says to the church in Philippi,

  81. that listen guys, you need to know that Epaphroditus

  82. was nearly dying, but thank God for his mercies.

  83. It was his mercies that healed him.

  84. So even as much as faith is critical to healing,

  85. another scriptural approach to healing is the mercy of God.

  86. It does not replace faith, it complements faith.

  87. Psalm 6 verse two, David is crying out and he's saying,

  88. be merciful to me and heal me.

  89. Hi guys.

  90. Be merciful to me and heal me.

  91. One of the things guys,

  92. oh, a tear.

  93. Be merciful to me and heal me.

  94. One of the things that goes wrong when we go down the route

  95. of finding out the roots of diseases is that it's okay.

  96. There is validity to finding out why a disease

  97. may be caused, but in the process, mercy usually exits.

  98. And because I came out of that school of thinking,

  99. I have to sometimes fight to recover mercy

  100. because I can discern the root of a sickness easily,

  101. but I'm not showing mercy as I deal with it.

  102. I'm dealing with it as you fix this, you'll get well,

  103. which may be true, but it seems to suck the mercy

  104. out of the process.

  105. And I say, unless you reintroduce mercy into the process,

  106. finding out roots and dealing with it

  107. will become a forensic audit, not a divine audit.

  108. Reintroduce mercy into finding out roots too.

  109. Otherwise it gets too clinical.

  110. It is, this is the reason why this is happening, fix it.

  111. And if you fix it, God will heal you.

  112. And it is true, some things need to be fixed.

  113. Jesus himself said to some of the ones he was sealing,

  114. listen, do not sin anymore, otherwise this will happen,

  115. but mercy goes out of it.

  116. I've done that to people,

  117. and I don't wanna keep doing that to people.

  118. Any questions before we go on?

  119. Man, my handwriting sucks in this.

  120. On the board it was better,

  121. I think it needs to be at an angle, yeah.

  122. Yeah, my mom did want me to be a doctor.

  123. At least she got this bit.

  124. Rest of the son didn't work out, but his handwriting did.

  125. Guys, any questions?

  126. So the Lord will give us room in this land

  127. by pouring out his mercy through us,

  128. but the mercy that he pours out,

  129. the dominant way of pouring out mercy upon this land

  130. will be through physical healing.

  131. Let me go back to the first one.

  132. The Lord wants to give us room in the land

  133. by pouring out his mercy through healing.

  134. That'll be the dominant way he'll show his mercy.

  135. Dominant way of showing mercy

  136. will be through having us heal.

  137. If you go to Hebrews 4.16,

  138. I know it talks about us approaching God,

  139. where he says approach the throne of grace with confidence,

  140. but now God is saying,

  141. listen, why don't you take Hebrews 4.16

  142. and use it on their behalf?

  143. So he's basically saying,

  144. hey, I'm commanding you to go to people out there

  145. so that they can approach the throne of grace

  146. with confidence, so that they can receive mercy,

  147. so that they can find grace to help in their time of need.

  148. So set your eyes on mercy.

  149. Habakkuk 3.2, remember that, no, you won't remember it.

  150. Only old timers will remember this song.

  151. It was,

  152. Lord, I have heard of your fame.

  153. I stand in awe of your deeds.

  154. Don't know that song, right?

  155. Okay, it's from Habakkuk 3.2.

  156. Lord, I've heard of your fame.

  157. I stand in awe of your deeds.

  158. O Lord, renew them in our day.

  159. In our time, make them known.

  160. Instead of wrath, remember mercy.

  161. I want us to be ones that leave this place after communion,

  162. going with a sure knowledge that if this is God,

  163. and it's not too hard to figure out if this is God.

  164. This is what God has always been doing in the New Testament,

  165. in the gospels, in the book of Acts.

  166. It's just that we haven't been able to dive into it

  167. or participate with him.

  168. So is this the nature of God?

  169. Absolutely.

  170. Is this what he likes doing?

  171. Absolutely.

  172. Is this what he wants to do through us?

  173. Absolutely.

  174. I'm saying that the time has come

  175. and we need to take on this robe of mercy

  176. and add it to the faith that we have

  177. and the desire we have to bring this to pass here

  178. in the city.

  179. God is giving us room in this land by pouring out mercy

  180. and the dominant way of expressing his mercy

  181. will be through healing others.

  182. Any questions?

  183. Would our faith as people who bring healing

  184. impact a new philosophy?

  185. Yes.

  186. Proclamation of healing must have faith in it too.

  187. Agree.

  188. But God is saying, I would suggest,

  189. and this is my sneaky suspicion,

  190. that God doesn't think we lack faith,

  191. but God wants to add to our faith mercy.

  192. So he doesn't think there's a lack of faith.

  193. I think this church has been steeped in healing

  194. and faith for many, many years,

  195. so I don't think there's a lack of faith.

  196. There might be doubt that creeps

  197. and there might be a lack of evidence often

  198. or waiting a long time before we see things happen.

  199. And yet, and I remember doing this in church

  200. two or three years ago,

  201. there was one service where we asked people in the church

  202. to stand up if they've had a healing from God.

  203. And at that time in the church there were about 40 people

  204. and every one of them stood up and testified

  205. to at least one incident of healing.

  206. And if we had continued,

  207. they could have come up with two or three or four incidents.

  208. You know, I wanna share this in a boastful way,

  209. but it's a boast to the Lord.

  210. When I had to register for this vaccine,

  211. they said they need my care card number or MSP or whatever.

  212. I couldn't find it.

  213. And so I called them up and they couldn't find it.

  214. One of the reasons they couldn't find it

  215. is because for the last 32 years

  216. I haven't used it.

  217. So they finally asked me to call someone in Victoria

  218. and I did.

  219. And they said, give us the address you stayed in.

  220. And I didn't remember the address.

  221. The first time I came to Canada.

  222. Then they gave me the last three numbers

  223. of the phone number of the place that I stayed in.

  224. I didn't have an idea.

  225. And then they got a few other IDs

  226. and finally they gave me this amazing number.

  227. I don't have it on my license

  228. because I didn't have it

  229. when I went to get my license renewed.

  230. Why am I sharing this?

  231. And why did I call it a boastful share?

  232. Because I boast in the Lord

  233. that it is possible for him to heal and keep healthy.

  234. And so I think there's, not I think,

  235. I'm very sure that there is enough faith

  236. in this church for healing.

  237. And now he wants to compliment that faith with mercy

  238. for people there.

  239. But it's gonna be his dominant way

  240. of showing mercy to the land.

  241. Any questions?

  242. Set your eye on his mercy.

  243. Lord, I have heard of your fame.

  244. This is such a prayer of mine

  245. because I want it to be so normal

  246. that every time you come back on a Sunday

  247. or come back on a Tuesday or Wednesday

  248. or whenever you guys do HC or hub,

  249. it'll be like, not today, man.

  250. We've got too many healing testimonies.

  251. It's like Moses saying, don't bring any more money.

  252. I want this to happen for us,

  253. which is why Habakkuk 3.2 really grabs me

  254. when it says, Lord, I have heard of your fame.

  255. Guys, I've heard of his fame.

  256. The moment I became a believer,

  257. I started hearing of his fame.

  258. I began to hear of how he's a healer.

  259. I'm so fascinated that this God can heal.

  260. I think I told you the first time,

  261. I wasn't even in a proper church.

  262. I was in a very mainline church.

  263. And I was like, I'm not gonna do this.

  264. I'm not gonna do this in a church.

  265. And I'm hearing about this God who heals.

  266. I'm reading about this God who heals in the gospels.

  267. And I'm thinking to myself,

  268. but how can the blind beggar sit outside the church

  269. if he's healing?

  270. So I've got to go heal him.

  271. But I don't know how to heal.

  272. And it's a Muslim country,

  273. so I'm throwing coins into his bowl

  274. and saying, in the name of Jesus Christ,

  275. see, the guy was super rich, but he stayed blind.

  276. Because I went multiple times

  277. to throw money into his bowl and he didn't.

  278. And that is when I thought,

  279. I've got to find out how this worked.

  280. Our God is a God of great fame.

  281. Problem is, people don't know of his reputation now.

  282. And yet, if I allowed us to speak right now,

  283. each of you would stand up and testify.

  284. Lydia would, Ruth would, Renita would, I would, Nick would.

  285. There's nobody in this room

  286. that couldn't stand up and testify saying,

  287. Jesus has healed me.

  288. And it was not because of medicine

  289. since he intervened and he healed me.

  290. There's nobody in this room.

  291. He's very famous in this room.

  292. But it ain't enough.

  293. I have heard of your fame.

  294. I stand in awe of your deeds, O Lord.

  295. Renew them in our day, in our time.

  296. Make them known.

  297. Instead of wrath, remember mercy.

  298. That's an Old Testament statement.

  299. For us, even that doesn't apply.

  300. Remember mercy, O God.

  301. Renew them.

  302. Make known on earth your awesome mercy

  303. in the form of divine healings

  304. and bring it to pass in the land through us.

  305. And remember, God,

  306. we are not going to let you down.

  307. We are going to let you down.

  308. We are going to let you pass in the land through us.

  309. Wait, say an amen, no?

  310. So how is the power and mercy of the king

  311. going to be unleashed in this present age?

  312. What is it that Acts 29 has missing

  313. that prevents us from stepping into it

  314. the way we really want to?

  315. One of the ways we release this power and mercy of the king

  316. into this present age

  317. is by announcing the things Jesus announces.

  318. Let me try writing better.

  319. Announcing the things Jesus announces.

  320. Announcing the things Jesus announces.

  321. By announcing the things Jesus announces.

  322. It's important that I agree with Jesus even with his words.

  323. Because Jesus was very measured in his words.

  324. He wouldn't waste words.

  325. Why not use the words he uses?

  326. Announcing the things Jesus announces.

  327. In the gospels, proclamation is synonymous with healing.

  328. In the gospels, proclamation is synonymous with healing.

  329. Proclamation is synonymous with healing.

  330. In the gospels, guys this is important.

  331. If we have to spend time here, we'll spend time here.

  332. In the gospels, proclamation is synonymous with healing.

  333. The leper was healed because Jesus proclaimed,

  334. I am willing.

  335. In the gospels, proclamation is synonymous with healing.

  336. Therefore it is important that I proclaim

  337. what I believe needs to happen

  338. because this is the nature of God

  339. and this is what God is directing me to.

  340. Proclamation is synonymous with healing.

  341. So when it comes to the leper,

  342. the leper was healed because Jesus proclaimed,

  343. I am willing.

  344. The lame man walked because Jesus proclaimed, arise.

  345. When Jesus proclaimed, go, the demons went.

  346. So it is important to speak the word before you heal

  347. because especially when you're dealing with others

  348. in the world, use words, proclaim.

  349. Proclamation is synonymous with healing.

  350. Proclamation is synonymous with healing.

  351. And then you see something else that Jesus does.

  352. If you go to Matthew 10, seven and eight,

  353. Matthew 10, seven and eight,

  354. you'll hear Jesus saying as you go, preach,

  355. saying this message, the kingdom of heaven is near,

  356. heal the sick, raise the dead,

  357. cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons.

  358. The kingdom of heaven is near.

  359. This is what Jesus said.

  360. The kingdom of heaven is near, heal the sick,

  361. raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy,

  362. drive out demons.

  363. Guys, it's odd how later on in the translations

  364. of the Bible that were written 200, 300 years after,

  365. that were rewritten, you'll find that the raising of dead

  366. is no longer found in those scriptures.

  367. And many think it was because of the church's embarrassment

  368. and nobody being raised from the dead

  369. that they kind of left it out in the older versions,

  370. as in the later versions.

  371. And I'm saying to you,

  372. the same thing is beginning to happen now.

  373. Raising the dead is not even pondered on

  374. because it's an embarrassment.

  375. We do not hear of these things anymore.

  376. Thank God we have a live specimen here in church

  377. that proves that the dead can be raised only.

  378. He's not here today, but he's here often.

  379. Marcus.

  380. The kingdom of heaven is near, heal the sick,

  381. raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy,

  382. drive out demons.

  383. Jesus' initial proclamation of the kingdom,

  384. the initial proclamation of the kingdom

  385. is with respect to the dead.

  386. Is with words.

  387. Initial proclamation is with words.

  388. But it is followed by the proclamation of works.

  389. Initial proclamation is out of words,

  390. but it is followed by the proclamation

  391. of the kingdom by works.

  392. And what is it proclaiming?

  393. Look at what Jesus is saying when he's saying,

  394. heal the sick, raise the dead,

  395. cleanse the lepers, cast out demons.

  396. Look at what he's saying.

  397. He's saying, listen, the kingdom of God,

  398. as in my rule is here.

  399. Go preach that.

  400. So first it is go preach it, Jacob.

  401. And here is where Christianity, Acts 29, I fail.

  402. We do not preach the message of God

  403. that clearly.

  404. The listen, the rule of God is here.

  405. Because the moment you say the rule of God is here,

  406. then there's another thing that has to come into play.

  407. The rule of God is here, therefore repent and believe.

  408. These are two things that this church rarely says

  409. on an individual or corporate basis.

  410. The rule of God is here, therefore repent and believe.

  411. When was the last time you used different phraseology

  412. that is perhaps more acceptable,

  413. but went for the jugular and said repent and believe?

  414. This is the message that Jesus asked us to proclaim

  415. and it is not proclaimed nowadays.

  416. Repent and believe is not proclaimed.

  417. I'm going ahead of myself, but it bothers me that

  418. it's been there all along and even though I kind of know it,

  419. I've not honed in on it.

  420. So what is a proclamation of the kingdom?

  421. Listen, I've come to end the works of Satan,

  422. cast out demons.

  423. Listen, I've come to bring recovery to the sick.

  424. Heal.

  425. Listen, I've come to put an end to chaos and death.

  426. Raise.

  427. Listen, I've come to include or restore people

  428. to community.

  429. Cleanse the lepers.

  430. Leprosy was an excommunicable disease.

  431. Once you were a leper, you were done.

  432. And Jesus is saying, this is what my kingdom looks like.

  433. Go, here's the message of the kingdom.

  434. Here's the message that I want you to proclaim, Acts 29,

  435. in present-day Vancouver, in present-day wherever you go.

  436. Whoever's listening to me, this is the message

  437. I want you to proclaim, that my rule, my rule,

  438. Jesus' rule has come.

  439. It is here.

  440. It's no longer near, it is here.

  441. Therefore, I'm telling you to go tell them that

  442. and then tell them that I'm here to end Satan's rule.

  443. I'm here to bring recovery to the sick.

  444. I'm here to restore people back into the community

  445. and I'm here to end chaos and death.

  446. Here, I'm here to end chaos and death.

  447. Tell them this, tell them this.

  448. He's saying, tell them this.

  449. And then he's saying,

  450. if you tell them this, you also have to then follow it

  451. by saying, repent and believe.

  452. Look at scriptures, look at Mark 6-12, Mark 6-12.

  453. This is the disciples doing it.

  454. Jesus sends them out and then they go out,

  455. they went out and preach that people should repent.

  456. Look at Matthew 3-2, this is when John the Baptist,

  457. who came before Jesus was preaching,

  458. Matthew 3-2, in those days, John the Baptist came preaching

  459. in the wilderness of Judea and saying,

  460. repent for the kingdom of God has come near you.

  461. Go to Matthew 4-17, you'll see Jesus saying it.

  462. Matthew 4-17, from that time on, Jesus began to preach,

  463. repent for the kingdom of heaven has come near.

  464. Let's go to Acts chapter two, 38-43.

  465. You'll see the apostles preaching it.

  466. Peter replied, repent and be baptized every one of you

  467. in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness

  468. of your sins and you will receive the gift

  469. of the Holy Spirit.

  470. Verse 41, those who accepted this message were baptized

  471. and about 3,000 were added to their number that day.

  472. Verse 42, they devoted themselves to apostles

  473. teaching fellowship, breaking of bread and prayer.

  474. Verse 43, everyone is filled with all the many wonders

  475. and signs performed by the apostles.

  476. There seems to be a pattern and the pattern is, listen,

  477. tell them the kingdom is here, tell them this is what

  478. I've come to do, tell them that they need to now repent

  479. and believe because I am here and if you do this,

  480. then these things will follow.

  481. We want the things that follow to happen without us

  482. announcing what Jesus is asking us to do.

  483. There is a pattern here that must be followed.

  484. Yeah, so here's the pattern.

  485. Here's what Jesus expects us to say.

  486. My rule is here.

  487. You can use your own words, that's one.

  488. Two, I have come to heal, raise,

  489. cleanse, drive out.

  490. Three, therefore, do you repent?

  491. Do you believe?

  492. And this third part is what we rarely get to.

  493. Almost never get to.

  494. When was the last time we even asked someone, do you repent?

  495. As in, do you turn away comprehensively from your past?

  496. Do you turn away from it?

  497. And the believing would always follow repentance.

  498. And why did Jesus say this?

  499. Jesus is saying, listen, my rule is in your midst.

  500. In the face of this new rule that I am bringing

  501. and willing to introduce into your life,

  502. repent and believe.

  503. And if they didn't, he would still do what he had to do,

  504. but he would never go ahead till he had preached this.

  505. And the disciples did the same.

  506. This is the hardest part.

  507. Therefore, do you repent?

  508. Do you believe?

  509. In today's world, asking these two questions

  510. is very difficult.

  511. This is really difficult, this is less difficult,

  512. because everyone is willing to believe something.

  513. But the repent part, use whatever word.

  514. Do you wish to have your life converted?

  515. Do you wish to have your life changed?

  516. Do you wish to turn from your past?

  517. Do you wish to walk away from your past?

  518. Whatever words you wanna use, you can use, but we don't.

  519. At least I don't.

  520. Christian faith is always repentant faith

  521. in terms of coming to the Lord.

  522. If we say these words, Jesus said,

  523. then sick will recover,

  524. dead will rise,

  525. demons will rise,

  526. people will flee,

  527. people will be cleansed and restored.

  528. Then he goes on to say,

  529. this will prove that my rule is here.

  530. When these things happen,

  531. people will believe that my rule is here.

  532. So it's a strange way he's saying this.

  533. He's saying, first go say this.

  534. When you say this, I will do this.

  535. When I do this, they will believe what you said.

  536. Let me say it again.

  537. Jesus is saying, it's step one, two, three.

  538. He's not complicated.

  539. Step one, Jacob, go tell them that my rule is here,

  540. that I, Jesus Christ, the God of the universe,

  541. I'm here to forgive your sins

  542. and to introduce my rule in your life.

  543. Tell them that I heal, that I raise the dead,

  544. that I cleanse the lepers,

  545. that I drive out demons,

  546. and I do it through you.

  547. That is now becoming more frightening.

  548. The first part was easy.

  549. Jesus' rule is here.

  550. That's his problem.

  551. But now it is, I just want to tell you

  552. that Jesus does this and he does it through me.

  553. Then the third part is,

  554. therefore, since Jesus' rule is here,

  555. would you like to repent, Dilna?

  556. Get on your knees right away.

  557. So would you like to repent, Dilna?

  558. And would you like, do you believe?

  559. Do you repent and do you believe?

  560. Or are you willing to change and are you willing to believe?

  561. Are you willing to be converted

  562. and are you willing to believe?

  563. Are you willing to leave your past behind

  564. and are you willing to believe?

  565. This is why Peter and the disciples,

  566. they leave their nets, leave their families,

  567. leave everything,

  568. because there's no following without leaving.

  569. You cannot take with you and say, I'm following.

  570. You either, you have to leave before you, follow.

  571. People like holding both.

  572. This is why in Romans chapter seven,

  573. Paul puts it this way,

  574. a man, as long as he's married to a woman, is bound to her.

  575. But once the wife dies,

  576. he is now free to be married to another.

  577. Meaning, you cannot enter into another relationship

  578. while you're still married.

  579. You have to leave to follow.

  580. So Jesus says, this is the message of the kingdom.

  581. This is the message of the kingdom.

  582. And if you say these things, Jacob,

  583. then the fourth step is, I'll do this through you.

  584. And when I do this through you,

  585. they will know that my kingdom is actually here,

  586. because the kingdom must have manifest evidence.

  587. It cannot be in the sweet buy and buy only.

  588. Which is why then if you look at Luke chapter 10, verse nine,

    Luke 10 chapter mention

  589. look at how beautifully Jesus says in Luke 10, verse nine,

  590. Jesus says, heal the sick,

  591. and then say to them, the kingdom of God has come.

  592. So there's an after statement also after someone is healed.

  593. So I go heal Nick, and Nick is healed.

  594. And I say to Nick after healing,

  595. hey Nick, I just want you to know

  596. that Jesus is healing.

  597. I just want you to know that Jesus Christ's rule

  598. has just made this happen.

  599. You can use different phrases, but you've got to say,

  600. because there was a statement after too,

  601. that Jesus wants you to make.

  602. This is the evidence that I am here.

  603. Any questions?

  604. Yep.

  605. That's a strange thing. Jesus would heal people whether they did or did not.

  606. But what we will find as a church is that

  607. if we do not announce what Jesus wanted to announce,

  608. we will not see the results that Jesus wants us to see.

  609. If we do not announce what Jesus wanted to announce,

  610. we will not see the results that Jesus wants us to see.

  611. When it came to unbelievers, always.

  612. Look at the book of Acts, it was repent and believe.

  613. No, even if they prayed for healing,

  614. they would still say repent and believe.

  615. The problem with Acts 29 is this,

  616. It is not settled in our minds that I'm hugely responsible for that.

  617. It is not settled in our minds that the necessity to announce the kingdom is super important.

  618. What is settled in our hearts is Jesus is the healer and he heals and we should pray for people's healing.

  619. It is not settled in our minds that the message of the kingdom is not settled in my mind at least.

  620. I do not go with the active thought that I got to go and tell Diana who is an unbeliever that listen,

  621. Jesus is here and his rule or whatever way that you will understand is here to help you.

  622. I just want you to know that he can do these four things for you.

  623. I'm going to pray for you and you will see it happen.

  624. Do you want to repent? Do you want to believe? Do you want to repent of your ways? Do you want to believe?

  625. You may say no, I'll still pray for you and then you will suddenly see these things happening and I'll ask you again,

  626. do you want to repent? Do you want to believe?

  627. It's not that this pattern must be stuck one, two, three, four.

  628. I can ask you before and I can pray for you before.

  629. The thing is we as a people are scared to ask the question, do you repent and do you believe?

  630. We want to present to everybody Jesus as a wonderful friend,

  631. but we do not expect these two questions, repent and believe.

  632. And the strange thing is people can walk away with healing and die.

  633. It's our Protestant version of purgatory.

  634. Listen, Jesus is your friend, go healed, but when you die, you'll die in hell anyways.

  635. So we've got to begin to understand that we have a problem in this area.

  636. You could ask Diana this question if she was an unbeliever and she says no,

  637. and you still pray for her and she gets healed or she rises up from the dead or demons get cast out of her

  638. or she's restored into the community of believers.

  639. And then you go back to this and say, hey, do you want to give away your old way of life

  640. and do you want to believe in Jesus Christ?

  641. Sometimes some Diana's will do this before, some Diana's will do this after.

  642. But what will happen is we now are announcing what Jesus asked us to announce,

  643. and I'm saying that we don't.

  644. Whether the Diana's say yes before or after is the Diana's problem,

  645. and Jesus, remember we're taking mercy to the people.

  646. But this is an announcement we have to make.

  647. Even though we've talked about the kingdom before,

  648. we don't realize that this was Jesus' critical message,

  649. that listen guys, I'm here, my rule is here, and I want you to announce my rule.

  650. I want people to enter the kingdom. I don't want people to enter the church.

  651. The church is the place where kingdom truths are trained.

  652. I want people to enter the kingdom. I used to have a kingdom before.

  653. I made Adam the vice regent of that kingdom.

  654. An enemy king came in. He took my Adam's authority.

  655. Since then he's distorted everything.

  656. The kingdom that I once had, Adam sold to the enemy king.

  657. I sent my son. He won back the thing.

  658. I was offered on a mountain the choice of bowing before the devil,

  659. and if I did he would give me back the kingdom.

  660. That's not the way I want it back.

  661. I want it back with flesh and blood and dying on a cross.

  662. Now that I've had it restored and I've given it to you,

  663. you go and tell them that the kingdom is back.

  664. That I've always been a king from everlasting to everlasting.

  665. I've had a kingdom from everlasting to everlasting.

  666. I started with a kingdom. I'm going to end with a kingdom.

  667. We'll explore this over the next few weeks.

  668. I'm kind of getting like salivating over it.

  669. Because there's so much there we can...

  670. Sometimes if we get it, it'll change the way we walk.

  671. Like your actual gait will change.

  672. Jesus spoke about this 40 days after he rose again.

  673. He spent 40 days speaking about the kingdom.

  674. Paul spoke about it the last two years of his life in Jerusalem.

  675. That's all he spoke about.

  676. Read Acts chapter 28, the last two verses.

    Acts 28 chapter mention

  677. This is what he spoke about.

  678. And this is what we announce.

  679. So the first proclamation or announcement is,

  680. the reign of God is here.

  681. It requires a response of repentance and faith.

  682. Betty brought two friends for prayer,

  683. her husband and her wife, to Pilgrim.

  684. I remember praying for them.

  685. I remember praying for them.

  686. The husband's hand was hardly moving.

  687. I prayed for him, prayed for his wife,

  688. but not once during that prayer,

  689. even though I said I'll be praying in the name of Jesus

  690. and all that stuff.

  691. Never during the prayer did I even remotely bring up,

  692. do you want to believe in Jesus?

  693. Do you want to repent of your sins?

  694. Because in my mind it was, you have come for prayer.

  695. I've got to be nice to you.

  696. I've got to present Jesus as a healer.

  697. And perhaps one day you will think about it.

  698. But that was not the way Jesus or the apostles

  699. or the disciples in the Gospels or the book of Acts

  700. went about it.

  701. It is the way that I go about it.

  702. And it must stop.

  703. It's become a habit.

  704. It's become a culture.

  705. There is an opposing king who's getting away with murder.

  706. He can say anything he wants, and he makes it normal.

  707. He makes evil good and good evil.

  708. He's going about it without any shame.

  709. What is the first proclamation?

  710. The reign of God is here.

  711. It requires response of repentance of faith.

  712. Faced with God's presence or in breaking rule now,

  713. do you repent of your past?

  714. Do you believe that Christ has come to set things right?

  715. These are questions that are seldom asked anymore.

  716. Jesus expects us to make the same announcement.

  717. You know, in the New Testament, the thing was

  718. given Jesus' wide reputation for supernatural acts,

  719. people would have expected his representatives to do likewise.

  720. So in Matthew 17, Jesus is up on Mount of Transfiguration

  721. with Peter, James, and John.

  722. And some of his disciples are down there.

  723. And a man brings his son.

  724. And he says to the disciples, heal him.

  725. Why?

  726. Because there was an expectation that if your Jesus,

  727. your rabbi, your master has indulged in so many supernatural acts,

  728. surely you as his representatives would do the same.

  729. And they bring the boy to the disciples.

  730. They cannot heal him.

  731. And they say when Jesus comes down the mountain,

  732. we brought them to your disciples,

  733. and they couldn't do anything.

  734. It was like we are surprised they couldn't

  735. because they are your disciples.

  736. That is no longer the expectation.

  737. Neither do people expect Jesus to heal,

  738. and they definitely don't expect Jesus' representatives to heal.

  739. And Jesus' representatives have come up with theory after theory

  740. and theology after theology to certify that healing

  741. is no longer available through Jesus.

  742. Now, open spaces.

  743. Yesterday, Mark, it was funny.

  744. I was in a conversation where there was a person,

  745. Mark and me, and Mark kept saying,

  746. yeah, and when God takes us somewhere and we trust him,

  747. God blesses us spiritually, but he also blesses us financially.

  748. And the guy is saying, yes, he does bless us spiritually,

  749. but not financially.

  750. He blesses us spiritually.

  751. Mark keeps insisting, no, but he blesses us spiritually,

  752. and he blesses us financially.

  753. And the person is trying to introduce to Mark

  754. a new way of thinking, and Mark is so dull to it

  755. that he insists that God blesses both spiritually and financially.

  756. And I'm moving away and looking out of the window

  757. and sprinkling salt on my benny

  758. because I'm thinking to myself, good luck with Mark.

  759. Because we are always trying to take these things

  760. and we are always trying to take them and we are always trying

  761. to take the edge of Jesus so that if Jesus fails,

  762. we won't be disappointed.

  763. Who's the best person to help you with disappointment?

  764. Jesus.

  765. Yep.

  766. Hey, can you turn the fans off?

  767. Just the fan.

  768. Yeah, go ahead.

  769. I just wanted to share about a group of people

  770. who I called Impact Nations, and I went on my only mission ship ever.

  771. And the guy came to this church and he said,

  772. if you come with us, you get to do this stuff.

  773. I guarantee you that if you come with us,

  774. you will pray for people and people will be healed.

  775. And 50 people from around the world came to Nicaragua with me in 2013.

  776. And yeah, we went to the prisons, we fed the people,

  777. he preached the gospel, and people were healed.

  778. Like, I was surprised.

  779. I didn't feel anything.

  780. People would come up to me and ask for prayer,

  781. and they would walk away and they would be healed.

  782. And it was like the prisoners had more faith than I did.

  783. It was like, yeah, that's good.

  784. I was like, really?

  785. Anyway, the thing about this place was just that it was such a...

  786. He was all about the justice, the Isaiah 58 thing.

  787. Let these things happen.

  788. Let's do the justice, all that kind of stuff.

  789. And he was feeding the poor, doing all those things.

  790. And they're still doing it.

  791. And it's like, I don't know, you get to do the stuff,

  792. and it's just healing left and right.

  793. And my friends, I didn't know this didn't happen to me,

  794. but she prayed for somebody, and then the eye,

  795. it was white, and it came back in her sight.

  796. Yeah, I'm getting tired of talking.

  797. I want to see these things happen.

  798. How much more can you teach about healing?

  799. Hey, that chair is supposed to be the pastor's chair.

  800. I don't know how it landed up there, Manoj.

  801. I've been looking for something to sit on.

  802. I was thinking to myself, there was a chair here,

  803. and then it disappeared.

  804. But I shall sacrifice for the sake of the greater good.

  805. Who turned the fans off?

  806. Manoj, turn the fans on, man.

  807. Thanks.

  808. So, yeah, we must see this, man.

  809. Harass God, guys. Harass God.

  810. Harass them so that wherever there's lack in our ways of doing things,

  811. you say, oh my God, it's those guys again.

  812. Tell them what they need so that we get it right.

  813. Harass us. Harass God, till he says, okay.

  814. Here.

  815. If we go down this route, guys, the Holy Spirit will begin to disclose his gifts,

  816. healings, miracles, word of knowledge, prophecy, faith,

  817. and we will end up doing the works of Jesus,

  818. and we will end up doing greater works than Jesus.

  819. I know these words sound so hollow, but just look at your own lives.

  820. When you look at your own lives, you realize this is possible.

  821. You haven't had much success with other lives, perhaps,

  822. but it's just around the corner.

  823. Mark, just come up and share that story.

  824. Hello, everyone.

  825. Is this mic on?

  826. Looks like it's on.

  827. Soren, as we moved to Lake Country, we made friends with our neighbor,

  828. and I chatted with him.

  829. Can you hear him, guys?

  830. Can you hear me? Okay.

  831. So I chat with our neighbor quite often,

  832. and so we sit and chat for most days, for a while,

  833. and about a month ago, then, he had to have a test done,

  834. and that test came back saying that some of the cells that came back were cancerous,

  835. and him being wise in the medical field and Rhonda also being wise in the medical field,

  836. he said he understands how bad this is, and my response was,

  837. well, I had been listening to what Jacob was preaching and saying,

  838. I will say the name, and I said, you know what?

  839. Well, I follow this God that does really amazing things,

  840. and I've seen Jesus do stuff like this all the time,

  841. and he deals with this stuff, and this isn't intended,

  842. and so I prayed for him and prayed in the name of Jesus

  843. that it would be similar to what Philip had,

  844. that he was walking down a road on this place,

  845. and then all of a sudden he was at this place,

  846. and that the cancer that was, he was going down this road of cancer,

  847. and then suddenly he'd be over here and there would be no cancer.

  848. So I prayed that and went inside because the kid said it's suppertime and all that sort of stuff,

  849. and he went inside and that was it.

  850. And then I got a text from him yesterday saying that all the biopsies came back negative,

  851. everything seems to be that he's clear of cancer,

  852. and that he also acknowledged those prayers seemed to do the trick,

  853. that he acknowledged that that was something that happened.

  854. I know Rhonda prayed for him and I prayed for him.

  855. Rhonda had also given him a ride in for a couple of these tests that he had to do.

  856. So it is real that God is doing this stuff,

  857. like he's wanting to do these things, that he's looking for people.

  858. He still calls out saying, whom shall I send?

  859. So now we add that extra layer to it, do you believe, do you repent?

  860. And in his own phrase, not in a way that will cut off the neighbor forever,

  861. but in a way that it's an invitation, it's not a demand.

  862. Now that you know that Jesus is here and his rule has done this for you,

  863. would you like me to help you with letting go of your past life,

  864. regardless of how difficult it is,

  865. and would you like me to help you figure out this Jesus like I have over the last many years?

  866. This is what do you repent, do you believe sounds like.

  867. Because the word repent is such a dynamite word that you use that word, you can lose friends.

  868. Because the only time the word repent is used is by fiery looking Bible thumpers.

  869. And it's made a parody of, so use different words but do not avoid it.

  870. Guys, clumsiness never drives people away.

  871. When you think you are smart, they really think you are clumsy anyways.

  872. So clumsiness is not what drives people away.

  873. Your inability to present something articulately has never driven people away.

  874. Only business deals fall through when you can't.

  875. But these kind of real things are always presented clumsily and inarticulately.

  876. Because it's the sheer work of the Spirit of God.

  877. Remember that he is the one who wooed you.

  878. How many here were actually convinced because of some great articulate message?

  879. Mine was very simple, child of darkness, if you do not repent,

  880. you will not get the scraps that follow the table.

  881. I repented. That's how I came to the Lord.

  882. All the other nice speeches about the Lord really loves you didn't work with me.

  883. There's one guy called Paul Daniel chasing me around the campus saying,

  884. child of darkness, repent, otherwise you won't get the scraps on the table.

  885. And I'm cursing him. But inside me my heart is going thump, thump, thump, thump, thump,

  886. because I know he's right.

  887. You never know what works with people, guys.

  888. Don't try it on people unless you're very sure you want to lose them, eh?

  889. Because that guy couldn't care less.

  890. I've done so much harm to him.

  891. I once soaked a naan in sambar and curry and threw it at him.

  892. But he would still come back.

  893. Didn't matter. I mean, this guy, he was an economics professor.

  894. People would throw things at him, but he would not back off.

  895. He would continuously keep coming after you.

  896. And the number of people that he saved on campus was nuts.

  897. Salvation Army guy.

  898. Let me conclude.

  899. Faith or persuasion must precede proclamation.

  900. So you need to have faith like the question Betty asked.

  901. Guys, faith in this situation is actually entering into what God is doing.

  902. The name Emmanuel, God with us, really helps sometimes when you're feeling afraid.

  903. Faith in this situation where you're telling someone that, oh shucks, that got wiped away.

  904. Faith in this situation when you're telling someone, hey, the rule of God is here.

  905. He wants to cleanse, heal, raise the dead, and cast out demons.

  906. He wants to do it through me.

  907. What bold statements.

  908. You make a statement like that, that faith is easy to enter into if you think along the lines of,

  909. I'm entering into what God really wants to do.

  910. There's nothing you can do to make any of these four things happen, guys.

  911. Nothing.

  912. There's nothing you can do to make any of these things happen.

  913. Even your smart prayer won't help.

  914. Nothing you can do.

  915. But to say this, and say this as many times as you can so that you are so foolish now that you've got no reputation left.

  916. But faith is required.

  917. And it's these times when I think of Emmanuel and I think of him fondly because Emmanuel is God with us.

  918. Faith is entering into what God wants to do with me.

  919. What God wants to do with me.

  920. And so my expectations of King Jesus affects the largeness of his reign.

  921. My expectations.

  922. Let me try writing bold.

  923. Cap caps.

  924. My expectations.

  925. Huh, looking slightly better.

  926. My expectations of King Jesus.

  927. Nice.

  928. My expectations of King Jesus affects the largeness.

  929. This is fun.

  930. This is looking much better.

  931. Affects the largeness of his reign through me.

  932. So increase in your expectations.

  933. Increase in your expectations.

  934. Do not be discouraged, guys.

  935. Remember that much of the resistance is coming not from your failure or inadequacy because you're a failure and inadequacy anyways when it comes to these four things of healing, sickness, raising the dead.

  936. You're absolutely inadequate for it.

  937. There's nothing you have that makes it happen.

  938. So do not be discouraged by your inadequacy or failure.

  939. Remember there's a, there are so many things at work.

  940. There is an entire kingdom that has brought these things about death, chaos, sickness, excommunication, all those things that I mentioned.

  941. There's a kingdom that opposes you.

  942. But there is a God who is bigger that can handle the entire kingdom in the end with a blast of his nostrils.

  943. That's how this war ends.

  944. It's a very, it's not a movie that ends in a, it's so anticlimactic.

  945. And so after all this happens, you think the hero's going to beat the guy up and he just breathes a little harder than usual and goes, and the entire thing is over.

  946. That's how it ends.

  947. And God breathed through his nostrils and the devil was done.

  948. That is how simple this is.

  949. So go as failures, as inadequate, foolish people, and just keep repeating your foolishness.

  950. Keep repeating your foolishness.

  951. Always remember this equation, guys.

  952. Some of you know it by heart, some of you don't.

  953. And that is foolishness provokes the Holy Spirit.

  954. There's no inflow of the Spirit.

  955. Without outflow of his power.

  956. Outflow requires foolishness.

  957. So please, railroad, open spaces to be foolish.

  958. Again and again and again and again.

  959. Foolishness provokes the Holy Spirit.

  960. There's no inflow without outflow.

  961. As in, if you want the Holy Spirit to flow into you, you have to let him flow out of you.

  962. As in, you have to do something.

  963. Outflow requires foolishness.

  964. Sorry?

  965. Foolishness provokes the Holy Spirit.

  966. As in, every time you're foolish for the sake of obeying what Jesus has said,

  967. the Holy Spirit says, oops, now I've got to go into action.

  968. You just provoked me to do something.

  969. So don't go by what you feel or what you wish.

  970. Don't go by, begin to proclaim these things.

  971. Remember, initial proclamation is words, but it's followed by works.

  972. Look at what Jesus' intent is.

  973. End the works of Satan, recover the sick, end chaos and death, restore people to community.

  974. Never forget this.

  975. This is the main thing though.

  976. Hey guys, go and say this message.

  977. Go and say and speak and pronounce and announce and proclaim this message that I, Jesus, am here.

  978. Came 2,000 years ago, but I am here now for you.

  979. I come to cleanse, I come to heal, I come to raise the dead, I come to cast out demons,

  980. and I'm going to do it through Jacob or Sam or Wayne.

  981. I'm going to do it through these guys.

  982. Would you like to believe that I can do this?

  983. Would you like to turn away from your old ways so that you can begin a new life with me?

  984. Yes, no.

  985. Great.

  986. Let's pray.

  987. Sick recover, dead will rise, demons flee, people will be restored.

  988. Do you believe?

  989. Do you repent?

  990. That's how it works.

  991. Any questions?

  992. You know this guy called Keith Abraham who is no longer in town.

  993. He once, and I know I've said this so many times,

  994. he said, dig up the wells of healings that are present in this church.

  995. Dig up the wells of healings.

  996. I've always repeated it.

  997. I want to see it.

  998. Dig up wells of healings present in your midst.

  999. Dig up wells of healings present in your midst.

1000. He didn't even know me.

1001. Someone else from this church went and met him.

  1002. He didn't know Acts 29.

1003. We'll have communion now, but any questions, guys?

  1004. No questions.

  1005. Okay.

  1006. Let's go to Matthew 10, 7, 8 and just read that.

  1007. Matthew 10, 7, 8.

  1008. I have a question about this.

  1009. Yeah.

1010. When we're playing over unbelievers as well, is it?

1011. With believers, we don't need to take them through repentance and believing

  1012. because they already do.

1013. So with believers, it'll be anoint with oil and pray or call the elders and pray

1014. or lay hands and pray, go about it that way.

  1015. Yeah.

  1016. Remember our initial statement.

1017. Our initial statement was the Lord wants us, the Lord wants to give us room in the land

1018. by pouring out his mercy through healing.

1019. It's going to be his dominant way of showing mercy.

1020. That is what is important.

1021. The Lord wants us to give, wants to give us room in this land by pouring out his mercy

1022. through healing and it's going to be his dominant way of showing mercy.

  1023. Matthew 10.

1024. So Jesus sends out people and these are his instructions.

1025. As you go, proclaim this message.

1026. The kingdom of God or the kingdom of heaven has come near.

1027. After he rose again, it's not any longer come near, it is here.

1028. As you go, proclaim this message.

1029. The kingdom of heaven is here.

1030. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons.

1031. And I love the next line, freely you have received, freely give, freely you have received, freely give.

1032. Let's break bread and while we break bread, this is a message I want to keep proclaiming that

1033. as we break bread, here's how we're going to do it.

1034. Once you have your peace, once you have your peace, take it and freely give it to someone.

1035. And in giving it, quote your own version of Matthew 10, 7 and 8, saying this is what I'm about to do.

1036. I'm receiving this bread today not to eat here, I'm receiving this bread today and as I give it to you freely,

1037. I'm saying to you that I am going to be going out and freely giving what Jesus has asked me to give.

1038. Take this message, put it in your own words, move around this room sharing it with people.

1039. Yeah, that's how we're going to break bread.

1040. Matthew 10, 7 and 8, can we put Matthew 10, 7 and 8 on the screen if possible?

1041. Matthew 10, 7 and 8 if you could put it on the screen.

1042. And then after we've done that, if there is anybody who wants to, this is an odd way to put it,

1043. but for the year ahead if you want to prophesy into the year ahead with regard to this healing

1044. and you have a word that you want to prophesy, feel free to come up and then we'll end with a song.

1045. So once you get the thing, break it and go give it to someone and speak.

1046. You've got to start speaking here itself.

1047. So for instance, if I had a piece,

1048. so for instance if I had a piece, I'd break it and I'd say, hey, freely I have received, freely I give.

1049. I've received so much healing from God, I want to start giving it away.

1050. And in this act, I'm giving away what I have received and I really believe that Jesus is going to use me

1051. to heal the sick, to raise the dead, to cleanse lepers, to cast out demons.

1052. And I'm going to tell people from now on that Jesus is here.

1053. Do you want to believe him too like I believe?

1054. Do you want to turn away from your old life like I have?

1055. I'm not going to avoid this message anymore.

1056. As I break bread today, I remember the Jesus of the Gospels and what he has commanded us to.

  1057. He said, remember me.

1058. And we are remembering him. We are remembering who he was in the Gospels.

  1059. That's what we're doing. Yeah?

1060. Then feel free to eat and then we'll drink from the cup.

1061. So feel free to get up and move around and break.

  1062. And yeah.

1063. Sam, freely, can you turn my mic off guys for now?

  1064. Sam, free.

  1065. Yeah.

  1066. Yeah.

  1067. Yeah.

  1068. Yeah.

  1069. Yeah.

  1070. Yeah.

  1071. Yeah.

  1072. Yeah.

  1073. Jesus.

  1074. Jesus.

  1075. Jesus.

1076. We have circumvented the message of the kingdom in this church,

1077. even though we know about the kingdom quite a lot,

1078. Quite a lot, we've talked about it, but we've skirted around it, not totally deliberately,

1079. but we have skirted around it.

1080. So as we drink of this cup, we want to return to the original blueprint.

1081. Mighty King, Almighty God, King.

1082. In the end, when you come riding on that white horse, you have King of Kings and Lord of

1083. Lords written on a sash around you.

1084. So what do we want to say as we drink this cup?

1085. Father, you are sending us to announce the message of the kingdom, which is very simple.

1086. Jesus is here, his rule is here, and this is what his rule entails.

1087. Would you like to have this rule enter your life?

1088. You can do that by letting go of your past and stepping into and believing who Christ

  1089. is.

1090. I do not want to avoid this message.

1091. This church doesn't want to avoid this message.

1092. We have been sent to announce it.

1093. If we announce it, you will resource us with everything that the kingdom must manifest.

1094. So it is to that we drink.

1095. It's our helpless but heartfelt pledge that we change in this.

1096. Holy Spirit, would you change this?

1097. We have developed a culture of avoidance, partly because of the environment we live

1098. in, partly because we haven't emphasized that.

  1099. So today we repent.

1100. We repent and we change.

1101. We have our hearts converted today.

1102. We ask in helplessness, asking Holy Spirit for your help to change this culture, this

1103. church, my life and our lives.

1104. Saying there's a message that needs to be announced, it is the only message that gets

  1105. a person saved.

1106. One is born again not to enter a church, one is born again to enter a kingdom.

1107. Unless you be born again, you cannot enter the kingdom of God.

1108. Therefore, even though all these things in the kingdom are free, because you are a benevolent

1109. king, we will carry the message with the free gifts.

1110. This church will do that and it will see a difference in how we function.

1111. A new commission, a new location or tabernacle, a new operating system for its priesthood.

1112. So we thank you Jesus for making all this possible by dying on the cross and allowing

1113. us to now take what you did and give it to others.

1114. The mercy that was shown to us and to the world, we now will take and spread to others.

1115. We drink to that now, in Jesus' name, amen.

1116. Let it be so, Lord.

1117. Alrighty, so we'll sing this really old song that Jane knows and then we'll end it with

1118. the chorus of a newer song.

1119. And then if there is anybody who thinks they can prophesy into this, feel free to come

1120. up and prophesy into it.

1121. How does that work, Jacob?

  1122. That works this way.

1123. You feel God saying, this is what I'm doing, you've heard what I've taught, now this is

1124. what I want you to speak out loud over the church because this is my word for the church.

  1125. That's how it works.

  1126. Yeah?

  1127. Here, Joe.

1128. The pastor is the last one people pay attention to.

  1129. Thanks.

  1130. Sorry.

  1131. Liddy, liddy.

  1132. Should I say something?

1133. Betty, could you give him your mic?

  1134. Hi.

1135. I don't know how this is going to go, but this week I was kind of going through just

1136. things have been getting more stressful with just trying to get established here.

1137. I felt like just this attack on me and it just kept building.

1138. I guess Tuesday night or something I had a Graham Cook message just pop up that I downloaded

1139. about two years ago, just randomly started playing about resting in the Lord.

1140. So I said, okay, I better just listen to this.

1141. So I started listening to it.

1142. One of the things he was saying is our job as Christians is not to react to the situations

1143. around us, but to respond to the voice within us.

1144. And I just said, okay, Lord, I repent.

1145. I repent of just worrying about all the things that I think I need to worry about and just

  1146. calm me down, Lord.

1147. And so as that night I was calming down my spirit, the Lord just said to me, now that

1148. you've stopped worrying about all the stuff that you need to worry about, how about you

1149. just listen to what I have for this church and for you.

1150. And he actually brought me to the, he told me to read the story of the flood.

1151. And this is what I wrote down.

1152. I just feel like this is what God has been saying to my situation and this church.

1153. And he said, as I was reading the story of the flood, the Father gave me this revelation how

1154. this story is a picture of what he is doing with this church.

1155. So just like Noah and his family were preparing for a flood, I know this family has been

1156. building and preparing for a flood.

1157. And now God is saying once more I'm about to break forth the wells of the deep.

1158. Except this time these wells are not hidden underneath the earth waiting to bring judgment.

1159. These wells are set to break forth from inside the walls of his ark so that his church will

1160. bring restoration to the land.

1161. So get ready to not just get wet.

1162. He literally wants to drown us in his love and power.

1163. Right now he has sent out a call to say to all the animals, me being one of them, to

  1164. all aboard.

  1165. The ark is ready.

1166. It is ready to go.

  1167. It's done.

1168. I find it so cool that basically I arrived here and got here at the time you guys got into this

  1169. building.

1170. I believe this is the appointed time is here.

1171. God is about to be unleashed.

1172. The power of God is about to be unleashed until this ship rises high above the earth and finds

1173. its resting place on the mountains.

1174. And just last night I thought it was so cool that even before I came out here, I guess a week

1175. before I came out here, an older lady in Verdun was praying for me about some issues, strongholds

1176. in my life and things that I haven't had victory over that has stopped me from prospering the way

1177. I know God wants me to.

1178. And as she was praying for me, she said, I see you beside Jesus on a ship.

1179. And I just believe that what God wants to do in my life is like it's here.

1180. The yoke is ready to be broken.

1181. It's just around the corner.

  1182. So amen.

  1183. Amen.

  1184. Maranatha music.

1185. Remember, they used to come in cassettes with weird modern art designs on it.

1186. Could you put five on that?

  1187. That's a probation board.

  1188. That's a probation board.

1189. There's one that goes up by one.

  1190. God forgive my sin.

1191. In Jesus' name I've been born again.

1192. In Jesus' name, in Jesus' name I come to you to share His love as He told me to.

  1193. God forgave my sin.

1194. In Jesus' name I've been born again.

1195. In Jesus' name, and in Jesus' name I come to you to share His love as He told me to.

1196. He said freely, freely you have received, freely, freely there.

1197. Go in my name and because you believe, others will know about it.

1198. All power in heaven, in Jesus' name.

1199. In earth and heaven, in Jesus' name.

1200. And in Jesus' name I come to you to share His power as He told me to.

1201. He said freely, freely you have received, freely, freely there.

1202. Go in my name and because you believe, others will know that I live.

  1203. Next please.

  1204. Is there another bit?

  1205. Yes.

  1206. Oh.

  1207. God gives us life.

1208. In Jesus' name He lives in us.

1209. In Jesus' name, and in Jesus' name I come to you to share His peace as He told me to.

1210. He said freely, freely you have received, freely, freely there.

1211. Go in His name and because you believe, others will know that I live.

1212. Freely, freely you have received, freely, freely there.

  1213. Go in His name.

1214. Go in His name and because you believe, others will know that I live.

  1215. That's the first verse.

  1216. Just lower it.

  1217. God forgive my sin.

1218. In Jesus' name I've been born again.

1219. In Jesus' name, and in Jesus' name I come to you to share His love as He told me to.

  1220. Chorus one last time.

1221. He said freely, freely you have received, freely, freely there.

  1222. Go in My name.

1223. Go in My name and because you believe, others will know that I live.

1224. Awesome Father, what an old, apt song.

1225. So as we go now, what's the right benediction?

  1226. Mark 16, 19 and 20.

  1227. Mark 16, 19 and 20.

1228. After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven and He sat at the right hand of God.

1229. Then the disciples at Acts 29 went out and preached everywhere.

1230. The Lord worked with the disciples at Acts 29, confirmed His word by signs that accompanied it.

1231. Let's just pray a blessing on Heidi as she goes to Germany.

1232. Father, as Heidi goes to Germany we pray that she will be wisdom, she will be healing.

1233. She will be order, she will be strength to her family, preparing them in your ways.

  1234. In Jesus' name, Amen.

  1235. Bless you guys.
