Well, my name is Joe Daniels.

I'm the student pastor here, and I have the privilege of bringing the word.

And I want you guys to know Pastor Rick loves you, and he will be back next Sunday to start our series on Jonah.

You don't want to miss it.

But as we're getting into the message, I would like to have all the husbands stand up.

So if you're a husband, I need you to stand up.

Let's give it up for the husbands.

Alright, that's what I want to do.

That's what I want to do.

Husband, I want you to turn to your wife.

If she's here.

And if you're able to, I want you to get down on one knee if you're able.

If not, it's alright.

It's alright if you're not able.

And we're gonna sing to our wife.

My wife is somewhere.

I don't see her, but I'm still gonna sing to her.

I want you to sing to your wife.

You are so beautiful to me.

That was beautiful, beautiful.

Um, well, that has nothing to do with the sermon, but I just thought, you know, hey, why not have some fun?

I I like uh, there's a guy named a pastor named Adrian, and every time he preaches, he has the husbands say something to their wives.

Um, and the his reason for doing that is to remind us men that it is manly to love your spouse, right?

Uh a lot of times we have a hard time being goo-goo-ga-ga with our spouse because we think it's not tough, but Jesus is the toughest man there is, and he loves his church.

Um, so as we get into this message, um, by a raise of hand, have you ever had pain in your life, physical or emotional?

Right?

Everybody, okay, keep your hand up, keep your hand up.

Some of y'all lying.

Um it's alright, it's alright.

I want you to look around.

Everybody, look around.

See?

I want y'all to know this.

You can put your hand down.

You're not alone.

Okay, I want to remind you that everybody goes through things.

Um, but it's what we do with those things that matters.

Um, so everyone has pain, whether it's physical or emotional, right?

Um, it doesn't matter what color skin you have, it doesn't matter how much money you have, it doesn't matter any of those things.

We're all gonna go through pain in our lives.

Um and I I was looking at this and I looked up seven facts about pain.

And I got these answers from Google, so they may not be right, whatever.

But if you believe it, cool.

If not, it's all right.

Uh the first thing is this that some animals are immune to pain.

Um, I looked that up, my wife looked it up, and she found out that naked mole rats don't feel pain, right?

That's pretty cool.

Uh the next thing is this that pain can be emotional and physical.

And I think we would all agree with that.

And the next one is you can feel heartbreak.

And I know that's true.

There was an older couple in my my life uh when I was younger, um, and the spout the wife had passed away, and literally a week later, her husband, who was perfectly healthy, he died of heartbreak.

Um, the next thing is that you can distract yourself from pain, right?

I agree with that.

You ever stubbed your toe, right, and then you do something else to hurt yourself?

You forget about the pain of your toe because the other, you're thinking the other pain, right?

Uh my one time I was running through my house and my mom told me to stop running and I didn't listen.

I stubbed my toe and she smacked me in the back of the neck.

I forgot that my toe hurt because my neck was hurting, right?

You can distract yourself from pain.

This next one, I I think uh you know, women would agree with this, um, but women can feel more pain than men.

Okay, I I don't know.

I know that when I have the flu, ain't nothing like that, okay?

But women, when y'all get the flu, y'all still can clean, cook, take care of the family, get everybody to practice, right?

Y'all are able to do everything when you're still sick, but there's nothing like childbirth.

Right?

So I agree with that.

And the next one says, no brain, no pain, which probably is why women feel more pain because they have bigger brains than men.

That's okay, that's okay.

Uh, the last thing is this that pain can be good.

Um, and that that's a good way to segue into our message.

Um, Tim Keller said it this way: He said, one of the main ways we move from an abstract knowledge about God to a personal encounter with him as a living reality is through the furnace of affliction.

And I believe it is by how you deal with your pain that you can be one of the greatest testimonies to Jesus.

Um, so if you guys have your Bibles, we're gonna turn to Mark chapter 5.

Mark 5 · chapter mention

I'm I'm gonna pray and then we're gonna get started.

Um, dearly Father, God, we need you.

Um God, we just we need you to touch down.

Um, Holy Spirit, that you would allow us to feel your presence.

I'm God, that you would allow us, Lord, to see your perspective on pain.

I'm God, that that you would change our mindset about it.

I'm God, that we would not allow the pain to be missed, the the opportunity for a testimony to come out of a pain.

And so, Lord, as we get into the word, I pray that you would uh just just speak through me, Lord.

Help me to hide behind the cross.

Help me to hide behind you, Lord, and I pray that your words will be heard and not mine.

And it's in Jesus' name we pray.

Amen.

Sorry, I gotta get some water.

I was singing and now I'm preaching.

I told Benji you can't do that again.

Um so if you guys can turn to Mark chapter 5, verse 21.

Mark 5:21

Um, if you guys would like to stand, if you're able, as we read God's word.

All right, verse 21 says this.

Now, when Jesus had crossed over again by boat to the other side, a great multitude gathered to him, and he was by the sea.

And behold, one of the rulers of the synagogue came, Jarius by name, and when he had saw him, he fell at his feet, and he begged him earnestly, saying, My little daughter lies at the point of death.

Come and lay your hands on her that she may be healed, and she will live.

Verse 24.

So Jesus went with him, and a great multitude followed him and thronged him.

And and now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, and had suffered many things from many physicians, and she had spent all that she had, and was no better, but rather grew worse.

And when she had heard about Jesus, she came behind him in the crowd and touched his garment.

For she said, If only I may touch his clothes, I shall be made well.

Alright, you guys may be seated.

Um so as we look at this story, um, we're gonna be focusing on the nameless woman.

Right?

So, according to the scripture, it says that she had a flow of blood.

Um this the medical term for that would have been hemorrhaging.

So for twelve years, this flow of blood, and you could imagine how sick this lady would have been, constantly losing blood for 12 years.

And it said that she had suffered many things from many physicians and spent all that she had.

So not only was she sick, but now she's poor because she spent all the money that she had trying to get better.

And according to Leviticus, uh, this flow of blood would have made her unclean, right?

So on top of being sick and on top of having no money, she couldn't have relationships, right?

According to Leviticus 15, that anyone who touched this woman would be made unclean for a whole day.

Anyone who touched anything that she sat on would have been unclean.

And so you could imagine her being separated from her family, uh, quarantined for 12 years.

And I don't know about you guys, but I'm an extrovert.

So I couldn't imagine not having relationships for 12 years.

Everywhere I go, people are thinking I have the cooties, right?

They don't want to touch me, they don't want to be around me.

And so this woman doesn't just have physical pain, but you gotta think she has emotional pain as well.

Right?

The closest people to her wouldn't even be allowed to spend time with her.

And it made me think, you know, pain makes us desperate, right?

When we're hurting, when we're sick, we want to be comforted, we want to be healed.

And I remember I was about 15 years old.

Um in the, and you got to understand the house I grew up in, uh, our medicine was sprite, vapor rub.

My when I when I would sprain my ankle or anything like that, my mom would get these long white tube socks and put rice in it, tie it up, and throw it in a microwave and put it on us, right?

That's the kind of healing my mom was trying to do in our lives.

So you can imagine how jacked up I was in my life, right?

Um, and so I remember there was a time that I had an earache and I just wanted the pain to end.

Now, my my mom and my grandmother and all them, they grew up uh in Louisiana.

So you can understand there's some weird stuff that they have as far as medicine.

Um so my mom, I came to her, I'm like, mom, I want to feel better.

So I got just the thing for you.

You got an earache?

Yeah, I got a I got a home remedy for you.

So she tells me to go into the bathroom and use the bathroom in a little cup.

I'm trying to figure out where is this going, right?

Some of y'all are thinking the same thing.

So then she says, All right, you got your cup, get some toilet paper, roll it up.

I'm like, how is this gonna help me?

Right?

So she made me dip it in a cup, and she said, Turn your head.

And she put it in my ear, okay?

I know, don't judge me.

I just wanted to be better.

I wanted to feel better.

Um, but but she put it in my ear for about two minutes, and to my dismay, it didn't work.

Right?

Some of y'all were thinking it was gonna work.

You're gonna try it at home.

No, it did not work, it didn't work, and I actually felt worse.

I'm just sitting there and stuff dripping out of my ear, right?

It was terrible.

But in life, sometimes pain makes us do crazy things because we want to be healed.

This woman spent 12 years going anywhere and everywhere that would open the doors for her to come in and try to get healing.

And it's got me wondering, how are you dealing with your pain?

How are you dealing with your heartbreak?

It may not be to the extreme of what I just explained, but are you dealing with it in a way that would please God?

Or are you pursuing things to try to make yourself better?

I know as a teenager when I was struggling with depression and I was struggling with being lonely, I thought, man, maybe if I can go to parties, then I'll feel better.

I'll feel something.

But after the party was over, I still I still felt lonely.

I thought, maybe, maybe if I start looking at things on the internet, then I'll feel something.

And then it just pushed me into even more sin.

And so, where are you at with your suffering?

May it be physical or mental, how are you dealing with it?

So when we look at this woman and what she did, let's go to verse 27.

And it says this when she had heard about Jesus, she came behind him in the crowd and touched his garment.

For she said, If only I may touch his clothes, I shall be made well.

First point is this hear about Jesus.

Now we got to look at context, right?

Uh so if you look at the earlier chapters of Mark, what's going on is uh Jesus in chapter three, he had healed a man in the synagogue on the Sabbath.

And it said, after that, a great multitude had followed him.

So Jesus is healing people, and his fame is going out throughout the land, right?

People are wanting what Jesus has.

So he healed a lot of people, and then uh he spoke um with great authority, and people were hearing his word and believing.

Right?

Then it says he crossed over to the other side, and as they were going to the other side, a great storm happened, right?

And the disciples are freaking out, what are we gonna do?

What are we gonna do?

And Jesus wakes up, goes to the storm, and he just he calls it out and he says, Peace be still.

And so then the disciples are saying, Who is this man that even the waves and the sea obey him?

So then he continues to the other side, and when he gets there, there's a man who's demon-possessed, right?

And the man comes up and he meets them as they get off the boat, and Jesus heals this man of demons.

And this man goes back to his family and he tells them what Jesus has done.

So you got to understand this woman for 12 years was searching in all these places, and the moment that she heard Jesus was healing people, the light bulb went off.

She said, if I can just get to him, if I can just touch the hem of his garment, then I'll be healed.

She heard about Jesus.

The Bible says, How can one believe unless he has heard?

So I want to know in your life, as you're dealing with your pain, as you're dealing with your suffering, depression, the things that you're going through, what are you hearing?

What are you listening to?

Sometimes it's the pain that we hear.

We let the pain just overshadow everything in our lives, and we're only listening to what we're going through.

Sometimes it's the enemy, right?

Maybe if you're dealing with depression and you're thinking, you know, whatever the enemy is telling you, like that you're not good enough, that you you shouldn't even be alive.

I remember in 2012, before I got saved, I had a deep dark depression.

And I remember just hearing these voices that I should kill myself.

And I remember just this weight.

And there were multiple times where I was at the point where I just wanted to end it all.

I was listening to the pain.

I was listening to the voice of the enemy.

And it wasn't until I got to church and I heard about a man named Jesus that was stretched high and wide for me.

I heard about the man Jesus that wanted me to be in his family, that paid the price that I deserved so that I could have a relationship with him.

What are you listening to?

Are you listening to the world?

When they say that you should just party it up, just live for you.

Do you have friends that aren't believers that are speaking death into your family?

I had a couple times in my life where I've had to minister to people and their friends, it was a couple that was married, their friends were telling them that they should get a divorce.

And they were entertaining that.

But I had to keep reminding them, no, no, no, you need to get in God's word.

That is not his plan for you.

So what are you listening to?

And I want to uh continue in verse 27.

Or actually, let's go to 28.

Um it said, for she said, if only I may touch his clothes, I shall be made well.

What are you saying to yourself?

Because she reminded herself, right?

She heard about what Jesus can do, and then she said to herself, that if only I can touch the hem of his garment.

A lot of times it's not the people around us that are speaking the negativity.

Sometimes it's our own thoughts that we're listening to.

Sometimes it's our own perspective that is causing us to walk away from the things that God is calling us to.

She spoke to herself and said, If only I could touch the hem of his garment.

So my point A is this that Jesus is a healer.

She heard about all that he was doing, and because of that, she went to where he was.

Point B is she learned that Jesus is available.

And I just want to remind y'all that Jesus is available to you now.

Right?

Not just when you come to church, not just when your Christian friends are around, but Jesus wants to do something in your life today.

In the midnight hour, when it's just you, when it's just you and your thoughts, he's saying, I'm here.

Psalm 121 talks about how Jesus or how God never sleeps nor slumbers.

But in the midnight hour, he is available for you.

And it's not like the old times.

Back in the Old Testament, they had to go to the temple to get to Jesus, right?

To get to God.

They had to go through a high priest, but he's saying, no, no, no.

You can come to me directly.

I'm available for you directly right now.

If you have a relationship with me, you can come straight to me.

You don't need a priest.

And so I want to know when you're dealing with your pain, are you seeing that Jesus can heal you of that thing?

And are you seeing that he's available to you right now?

There was a testimony on Caleb of this man who in 2009 had lost everything.

Right?

He lost his job and he feared that he was going to lose his wife and his kids.

And so he decided to get into his car and to drive far away and end his life.

And he had Caleb on and he heard this song, Cry Out to Jesus.

And this man put the gun down and he lived.

And he accepted Jesus Christ right there.

I want y'all to know that Jesus is closest when we're hurting.

Right?

In those moments where we feel like nobody can see our pain, Jesus is there.

This woman, if you just looked at her, you wouldn't know that she had a struggle.

You wouldn't know that she was hemorrhaging of blood for 12 years.

But Jesus knew.

And as he was walking to go heal another woman, she touched the hem of his garment.

Verse 29.

Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction.

Jesus did in one moment what doctors couldn't do in 12 years.

I'm telling you, I want you to know that Jesus can do in a moment what you couldn't do in a lifetime.

One touch is what we need.

But first she had to hear what Jesus could do.

Then she had to remind herself of what he can do.

Right?

Point two is this that after we've done those things, after we've heard about Jesus' power, after we heard and told ourselves of what of who he is, we then have to go.

Point two is to go to Jesus.

Now I want you to see something.

Because of her uncleanliness, right, according to the law, every person that she was bumping up against to get to, she was making unclean.

Even Jesus, who she touched, according to the law, she was making unclean.

But she didn't care.

She was so desperate to get to Jesus.

That she would do whatever it took to get to my Jesus.

And I want to know where you're at and you're suffering.

What's getting in the way of you getting to Jesus?

What's keeping you from touching the hem of his garment and getting your healing?

Is it money?

Is it work?

Is it the things of this world that are catching your attention?

Or she would not let no one stop her from getting to Jesus, even though she could have lost her life.

And I want to know for you in your life and in your pain, are you willing to push everything aside to just get to Jesus?

Are you willing to die to get to Jesus?

Because they could have stoned her.

She could have died right then and there.

But she was tunnel vision.

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.

And I hope that's you and me, right?

Because of what we've seen him do in our lives, that that Jesus is more important than anything.

So she went to Jesus.

Point A is this that she reached for Jesus.

It wouldn't have been enough if she would have just showed up to where Jesus was at.

Okay?

A lot of times people they come to church because they know that's what they're supposed to do.

But just stepping foot in a church doesn't make you saved.

Right?

Just being around Jesus doesn't save you.

Y'all know about Judas.

He was with Jesus.

He watched him do all these miracles, heard him preach all these amazing messages, and yet still turn Jesus in for a little bit of money.

In the midst of your pain and your suffering and your trials, are you going to Jesus?

But once you get to him, are you reaching for Jesus?

She would have never got her healing if she just would have showed up.

Right?

If she just would have seen Jesus walk by, hey, there's Jesus.

Right?

She would have never got healed.

Listen, if you just come to church and you hear a preacher preach a good word and you don't do anything about it, what does it matter?

I remember when I started going to church, I was uh a senior in high school, and the pastor would preach these awesome messages.

Awesome.

And I remember every time I'm thinking to myself, like, how does he know what's going on in my life?

Like I felt like he was in my room listening to me cry out to God.

I'm like, how does he know?

And I would go back and I would get back into my situation, nothing would change.

I would go back to church, I'd hear this message, get back, and nothing would change.

And then finally, I realized I had to reach out to Jesus.

I couldn't just hear about him.

Right?

A lot of times we hear testimonies, we hear people preach, we hear worship songs, but it's not enough if I just hear that he's good.

But it means something if I reach out and I grab him.

She was healed because she heard about Jesus and her faith prompted her to reach out to him.

But what happened after that?

Verse 29, immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt her body, in her body, that she was healed of affliction.

Verse 30, and Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that power had gone out of him, turned around in the crowd and he said, Who touched my clothes?

Right?

So we saw in verse 21 that it said that a great multitude gathered around Jesus and they thronged him.

So they're all bumping up next to Jesus.

But the power didn't go out.

It wasn't until somebody's faith activated Jesus.

Come on, I want you to know that your faith gets the attention of your God.

It was faith that healed her.

Faith in Jesus and Jesus alone.

What if she would have listened to what the doctor said?

For 12 years, all the doctors were saying, I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do.

What if she would have stayed in that moment?

She would have never changed.

But the fact that she heard about Jesus and he was close enough and he was available and she reached out and touched him in faith.

And he healed her.

And he turned around and said, Who touched my clothes?

And the disciples, just like we would have been, they said, You see the multitude thronging you, and you say, Who touched me?

Everybody's touching you, Jesus.

What are you talking about?

He said, and he looked around to see her who had done this thing.

But this woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before him and told her the whole truth.

And he said to her, Daughter, your faith has made you well.

Go in peace and be healed of your affliction.

Her faith caused her to reach out for Jesus.

Point two is this that we need to reveal ourselves to Jesus.

I want you to know, Jesus already knows what you're going through.

He knows it.

But in Scripture, he tells us to cast our cares upon him because he cares for us.

Right?

He wants us to activate our faith by trusting him, by revealing the things that we're going through to him.

And I was talking to Miss Iris this week after our prayer, and she had reminded me something of something that was so amazing.

Jesus knew who touched him.

Okay, he's God.

Right?

He knows everything.

But what he wanted to do was let everybody know that he accepts this woman.

Right?

This woman who had been unclean, everybody knew who she was.

And he wanted people to know, I affirm you.

I accept you.

He called her daughter.

This was showing that the kingdom is at hand.

Right?

No longer do you have to go to a temple, no longer do you have to be clean to get to God.

But he's saying, No, I have come to you.

And I'm not ashamed of you.

I want y'all to know that this morning.

Jesus knew what you would do even after he went to the cross.

Right?

Before he went to the cross, he knew what you do, after he knew what you do, and still he is saying to us, daughter, son.

This woman had no name.

She was only known by her disease.

But at the end of her suffering, when she met Jesus, she was known as daughter.

Jesus affirmed this woman in front of everybody.

That's the type of God we serve.

That even when you're struggling with sin, and he says, You bring it to me.

And yes, it's going to hurt, right?

There's consequences for sin, but I want you to know that I still love you.

That you're still my daughter.

You're still my son.

I don't know where you're at in your walk.

I don't know what you've done with your pain.

Y'all have heard the saying before that hurt people, hurt people.

Right?

I don't know who you've hurt in the past.

I don't know what kind of uh alcohol or or drugs that you've gotten into because of your pain.

But I know one thing that Jesus says, come.

All who are weary and heavy laden, come and I'll give you rest.

I know that you in your pain have done all these things.

But come.

I know that when you were suffering, you you stepped out on your spouse.

But come.

I know in your depression you were cutting yourself.

But come.

I know that you had an abortion.

But come.

Because I'm for you.

Jesus wants us to reveal ourselves to him so that he can do a work in our lives.

And my last point is this to go in peace.

And as I was thinking about this woman's healing, and in our lives, sometimes we don't have that empty or that uh happy ending.

Sometimes we go and we we ask Jesus to do these things for us and it doesn't happen how we wish it would.

But God gives us a peace that surpasses all understanding.

Even if I'm not healed of my affliction, he gives me peace.

Right?

In in uh uh 1 Corinthians, um, Paul is talking about how he had this thorn in the flesh, and it said he prayed three times for God to take it away, but Jesus' response was, My strength is made perfect in your weakness.

That even when you're weak, I'm strong.

And so, Paul, his response changed.

He stopped asking God to heal him of this affliction.

He started saying, I will boast in my affliction, I'll boast in my suffering, in my weakness, because when I'm weak, through me, God is seen as strong.

And so, what I want to want you guys to know today that even if you don't get that thing you're praying for, let God use your suffering.

Don't let your pain go to waste because there's a testimony to come from it.

I said this before that that God gives us a test so that we can have a testimony.

Right?

You don't get a testimony without a test.

And so this woman, after she got healed, he said to go in peace.

But I was thinking in my own life.

I've had moments like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, right?

When they're about to get thrown into the fire and they said that our God can deliver us.

But even if he doesn't, we won't bow down.

And what God wants from us, what Jesus wants to do in our times of suffering, is he wants to give us a peace that even if we continue to suffer, that we know we're not suffering alone.

Right?

That even in my suffering, I can give glory to God.

I can still give him praise in my pain because I know that he walks with me.

As I'm getting ready to close, there was a time in my life where my wife and I, um, she had just gotten uh pregnant, and I remember you know being so excited.

Um we posted on Facebook and you know, we bought some baby clothes and we bought a crib and we were just like you know, excited.

Um we went to one of our appointments and the lady's like, you know, I don't see a heartbeat.

I'm like, well, okay, you know, maybe the baby's not as far along as we thought, you know, maybe you know, we need a little bit more time.

Um, and and the next week my wife started getting sick.

Um and I remember us going to the hospital and them telling us that we had she had lost the baby.

Um and I remember just crying out to God, screaming like, why?

And I started thinking about all my friends who who weren't believers that had kids, and I started thinking about people who didn't even want their kids who were having a lot of kids, and I just struggled, and I'm like, God, why?

And I remember my my wife had gone um home to spend time with family, and I I had to work, um, and I called one of my friends over to my house, and we just started worshiping, and there's a song um called Though You Slay Me.

And I remember I had my guitar and I was weeping, and God gave me this song.

I remember just being so upset, but yet having this peace over me.

And I remember God said to me in that moment, He said, Son, I know what it's like to lose.

He said, I lost my son.

And so I can walk with you through this.

And then he gave me this song.

I come, God, I come, I return to the Lord, the one who's broken, the one who's torn me apart, you strike down to bind me up, you say do it all in love that I might know you in your suffering, and though you slay me, yet I will praise you, though you take from me, I will bless your name, though you still I will worship and sing a song to the one whose all I need though you slay me, yet I will pray, though you take from me, I will bless your name, though you ruin me, still I will worship, sing a song to the one whose home I need.

And I remember in that moment just crying out to God and saying, Though you slay me, yet I will praise you.

And he gave me the scripture of Job, who had just lost all that he had.

He said, He gives and he takes.

Blessed be his name.

I just want to remind you this this morning that your suffering, God wants to use it.

He wants to make beauty out of ashes.

So I would like if you guys could close your eyes as we get ready to enter to a time of altar call, and if the band could come up.

And maybe um maybe you're like me and my wife who have lost.

And you just need to be reminded that God walks with us.

That in the midnight hour, in the middle of your suffering, that he says, I'm closer than a brother.

With every head bowed and every eye closed, maybe you're here this morning.

And you just need a touch from God.

Maybe you're here and you're saying, Pastor Joe, you know, I have just suffered and suffered so long and I don't know what to do.

And I've called out to God, but I've not seen him move.

And I just feel like giving up.

And God is saying to you, he is saying that he is here.

That he is for you, that he'll never leave you nor forsake you.

Come on, I just want to take a moment.

And I just want you just to give God your hurt.

Maybe it's a spouse that hurts you, maybe it's a family member, a coworker, maybe a church friend, or maybe it's something that you did to yourself.

But I want to take a couple seconds for you to give it to Jesus.

Come on, give it to him and leave it there.

Alright, if you guys could stand up, we're gonna have a time of altar.

God just wants you to bring your pain, bring your hurt.

Maybe you need to go with somebody who you hurt.

But we're gonna have a time of altar call and let just let God move how He can, how He will in your lives.

And we're gonna sing the same God.

So the altar is open.

I'm calling on the God of Jesus whose love indoors through Jesus.

I know that you will keep your God.

I'm standing on your faithfulness.

On your faithfulness.

God, right now.

God, we're standing on your faithfulness, Lord.

And God, I pray for those here who are just hurting, God.

God, that need a touch from you.

God, I pray, Lord, right now, God, that you would move.

Lord, and I pray if there's anyone here that does not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, God, with every eye closed and every head bowed, maybe just say today that you do not have a real relationship with Jesus.

If you could just raise your hand.

For you to know the God that we were just talking about.

The God that can heal you in an instant.

Alright, I'm going to pray.

If we could have our ushers come up.

God, I just thank you so much, Lord, for God, your faithfulness to us.

God, I thank you that you are good in all situations.

God, I thank you for your word that you you say that you're going to work all things together for our good.

And Lord, I pray for the one here, Lord, that is just struggling.

God, maybe their marriage isn't going how they planned it would.

God, they need to know that you are there for them, God.

So Lord, I pray for them.

God, I pray for the person here who has physical ailments.

God, that you would touch their body.

God, and even if they're not healed, God, that they would know.

God, that they have peace in you.

And so, Lord, as we um get ready to take up the offering, Lord, I pray that you would use, God, our seed.

God, that you would use our little bit of bread and our little bit of fish, and that you would multiply it.

God, that you would do what only you can do, Lord.

Help us to further your kingdom.

God, we love you and we thank you and praise you in Jesus' name.

Amen.
