  5. sure to subscribe, follow, and share

  6. with your friends. Now, let's join

  7. Pastor Charlie Branch with a word from

  8. God.

  9. Amen. Take God's word. Turn with me to

  10. the book of Genesis. Book of Genesis,

    Genesis 5 chapter mention

  11. chapter 5. When you find your place, if

  12. you would stand on reverence to the

  13. reading of God's word. Genesis, chapter

  14. number five. Appreciate you being here

  15. in the service today. And I thank the

  16. Lord for his mercy and for his grace.

  17. And I tell you what, church, he's good.

  18. And uh regardless whether you feel like

  19. it or not, he's good. He's worthy of

  20. praise. And I pray that you'll set

  21. everything aside right now in your mind

  22. and give us some time this morning to

  23. preach. I know there's a lot on our mind

  24. right now. Heavy hearts this morning.

  25. But I tell you this, if there's a lost

  26. sinner in this place, I tell you, I

  27. wouldn't want to hinder that. Amen. And

  28. you need to be saved this morning. Amen.

  29. And I want to make sure that we do what

  30. God wants us to in this service today.

  31. Genesis chapter number five. I want to

  32. read just a few verses this morning out

  33. of this text. The thought the Lord has

  34. laid upon my heart. And I kind of uh

  35. said something about this in Sunday

  36. school this morning, but I do believe

  37. the Lord is soon coming. Amen. And I

  38. really don't think it's going to be

  39. long. I believe it could be today. Amen.

  40. And I tell you this, I hope that's all

  41. right with you. Amen. And I'll tell you

  42. this, it's all right with me. Amen. And

  43. y'all can stay here if you want to, but

  44. I'm getting out of here. Amen. And uh I

  45. want to ready to go home and ready to be

  46. with Jesus, man. I'm telling you, I

  47. ain't got nothing nothing on this side

  48. holding me here. Amen. Hallelujah. Bless

  49. his name. I appreciate the goodness and

  50. the grace of God this morning. Genesis

    Genesis 5 chapter mention

  51. chapter 5. Let's read in verse number

  52. verse number 19. Genesis chapter number

  53. five. Begin reading there. Pray for us

  54. uh that God would help us. And if you're

  55. missing some glasses, let me put this

  56. out there to you. My little boy picked

  57. these up somewhere at some point in the

  58. past and they've been up here on the

  59. pull pit for a little while. And so if

  60. you're missing some glasses, amen, I'm

  61. sorry for the fingerprints, but just

  62. come get them. Amen. And uh Amen.

  63. Genesis 5 and we'll begin reading in

  64. verse number 19. And let's ask the Lord

  65. to help us this morning when we get

  66. done. Genesis 5 verse number 19. The

  67. Bible says, "And Jared lived after he

  68. begget Enoch 800 years. Begget sons and

  69. daughters." And all the days of Jared

  70. were 960 and two years and he died. And

  71. Enoch lived 60 and five years and begat

  72. Methuselah. And Enoch walked with God

  73. after he begat Methuselah 300 years and

  74. begat sons and daughters. And all the

  75. days of Enoch were 360 and five years.

  76. And Enoch walked with God and he was

  77. not. For God took him. And I want to

  78. look at this text this morning. Preach

  79. with the help of the Lord on this

  80. subject. The first rapture.

  81. The first rapture. Now, what you find in

  82. this text right here is the first man in

  83. history to ever leave this world without

  84. dying. But I want to remind you this

  85. morning, if you're saved by the grace of

  86. God, one of these days, if you don't go

  87. by the way of the clouds, Amen, you're

  88. going to go by the clouds. Amen.

  89. >> And you'll not die. You'll not see

  90. death. Amen. But when the Lord comes and

  91. we hear us, hear that trumpet sound and

  92. the voice of the archangel. Amen. And he

  93. calls us home, you know what? We'll

  94. never have to see the ground. But thank

  95. God, we'll be in glory. Amen. And I

  96. bless his name for it. Let's pray and

  97. ask God to help us this morning. Father,

  98. thank you for this good day for your

  99. grace and your mercy. And Lord, I

  100. appreciate your hand, God, in our lives

  101. this morning. I realize that if it were

  102. not for your grace, ain't a soul of us,

  103. it would be in this building. And Lord,

  104. probably none of us would never have met

  105. outside of salvation and by the grace of

  106. God. But Lord, you've brought us

  107. together to this service for such a time

  108. as this. And God, I pray today that you

  109. would be lifted up and exalted and

  110. glorified cuz Lord, you alone are worthy

  111. God of all praise, glory, and honor. And

  112. I pray today that you would be pleased

  113. with our worship. I pray that you'd

  114. touch, Lord, and bless the preaching of

  115. thy word, God, as we've come today to

  116. hear from the word. I pray you'd speak

  117. to my heart and speak to every heart

  118. that's here this morning. I pray we'd

  119. see no man save Jesus only. God, we

  120. would see and behold wondrous things out

  121. of thy law this morning. And God, for

  122. everyone that's hurted this morning, we

  123. know, God, there's heavy burdens on the

  124. hearts of your children. And God, I pray

  125. for a little while, you lift those

  126. burdens and give strength, God, and help

  127. where help is needed this morning. God,

  128. I pray, Lord, you touch my throat and

  129. touch my voice this morning. Give me

  130. liberty and uncction to preaching power

  131. and demonstration of the spirit of God.

  132. Help us today. Save that one nearest

  133. hell, Father. And for what you do, we'll

  134. give you thanks, all the honor and

  135. glory. For we ask it in Jesus' name. We

  136. do humbly pray. Amen. And amen. You can

  137. be seated. Thank you for standing this

  138. morning. Now, when we come to Genesis

  139. chapter number five this morning, we

  140. dealt with the beginning portion of this

  141. chapter in Sunday school this morning

  142. concerning the matter here, the

  143. genealogy of the sons of Adam. And we

  144. made the statement that Cain had been

  145. rejected because he himself rejected

  146. God. And let me say this this morning,

  147. God has never, and I repeat to you,

  148. never rejected anybody against their

  149. will. Amen. Cain rejected God. And so

  150. because Cain chose to go against God,

  151. God was against him. Amen. And let me

  152. say this to you this morning. If you're

  153. here in this place and you're lost

  154. without God, the Bible says that

  155. presently, even in this very moment

  156. right now, that the wrath of God abides

  157. on you because of your sin and and your

  158. INJUSTICE AGAINST GOD ALMIGHTY. Let me

  159. say this to not choose to choose to be

  160. against God. Amen. And I notice in this

  161. text this morning, we have the lineage

  162. of Adam's sons that came out of that

  163. line of Seth. And I'll just say this. I

  164. didn't preach it in Sunday school, but I

  165. wanted to shout when I was reading it.

  166. You understand that the devil thought if

  167. he took out Abel, friend, he thought he

  168. was going to doom and damn the human

  169. race because he figured that Jesus would

  170. come THROUGH THE SEED OF ABEL. But

  171. aren't you thankful that when God, hey

  172. friend, when the devil took out Abel by

  173. Cain's murder, amen, God had Seth that

  174. would come along behind and through him

  175. we would have the seed of our Lord Jesus

  176. Christ. And so in Genesis chapter number

  177. five, you see 10 generations. You see 10

  178. sons that are mentioned here in this

  179. chapter. Enoch here in the text. Of

  180. course, you notice by way of

  181. introduction this morning, I notice his

  182. birth. And verse number 18, the Bible

  183. says, "And Jared lived 160

  184. years and begat Enoch." And what you're

  185. going to find is that all of these men

  186. in this text, they are born, they live,

  187. they beget sons, and they die. But I

  188. notice in this story, you see Enoch's

  189. birth. You see his begetting. He begets

  190. a son by the name of Methusela. And this

  191. boy here in the text, the Bible says

  192. that Methuselah lived to be 969

  193. years old. The oldest man that ever

  194. lived was the son of Enoch. And I think

  195. about this text, you understand that

  196. every man before Enoch comes on the

  197. scene had died. And every man that would

  198. come on the scene after Enoch died. But

  199. the man in this text, our son Enoch here

  200. in the text, he did not die. HE DIDN'T

  201. GO BY THE WAY OF GRAVE. And you can

  202. notice in every one of these verses, he

  203. was born. He lived and he died. But

  204. Enoch, the Bible says in verse number

  205. 24, he was not for God took him. And I

  206. notice not only his birth, his beetting,

  207. his boy Methuselah, but I notice his

  208. blessing in this text. For the Bible

  209. says in verse number 22, "And Enoch,"

  210. notice this now, "walked with God."

  211. >> Amen.

  212. >> You understand what had to happen for

  213. him to get to this point?

  214. >> You're right.

  215. >> You realize just two chapters prior, God

  216. had banished Adam and Eve from the

  217. garden where you know what they had done

  218. before? What' they do every day? They

  219. walked with God. You're

  220. >> right.

  221. >> But you know what? Because of their sin,

  222. God had to banish them because of their

  223. choice to eat of that forbidden fruit.

  224. And so because of that, they lost

  225. fellowship with God. But because of the

  226. sacrifice, later on, chapter number

  227. five, it's revealed that then began men

  228. to call upon the name of the Lord. That

  229. God granted fellowship with him on the

  230. on the terms of a blood sacrifice. And

  231. Enoch, in this text, the Bible says that

  232. he walked with God. Let me say this to

  233. you this morning. The greatest blessing

  234. that you and I can have, the greatest

  235. privilege that you and I can know in

  236. this life is to have a relationship with

  237. a holy God. Have a relationship with the

  238. creator, with the king, with the

  239. sustainer. Amen. That loves you more

  240. than you can even fathom this morning.

  241. Amen.

  242. >> And it's a privilege. It is a blessing.

  243. But I thought about this in this text.

  244. What stands out to me about Enoch more

  245. than anything else is his faith. Now,

  246. people say, you say, "Preacher, well,

  247. faith didn't begin till the New

  248. Testament. Faith didn't begin till Jesus

  249. died on the cross." Well, I submit to

  250. you, that's just not the case.

  251. >> Come on.

  252. >> You see, faith was long before the

  253. cross.

  254. >> Faith was even in the beginning, the

  255. very beginning. Faith was there in the

  256. garden of Adam. When Adam and Eve, they

  257. had sinned there in the garden. And you

  258. know what they had to do? They had to

  259. believe the commandment of the Lord when

  260. he spoke to them,

  261. >> right?

  262. >> But you know what? Because they were

  263. weak in faith. That first Adam, you know

  264. what he did? Bible says in Adam all

  265. died,

  266. >> right?

  267. >> Because he did not believe God. Because

  268. he refused to have faith. You know what

  269. happened to him? He lost his rights to

  270. the garden.

  271. >> You're right.

  272. >> But I notice in this text, and what I'll

  273. say more about here in just a minute,

  274. that faith is a Bible thing. And Enoch

  275. is a man of faith. And I notice about

  276. his faith three things that I want to

  277. give to you this morning and preach on

  278. this thought. The first rapture. You

  279. see, he pictures to us a type of what

  280. you and I are going to experience one of

  281. these days when our Lord comes back to

  282. take us home with him. And this

  283. illustration here is given. And I'll say

  284. more about that in just a minute. But

  285. when I think about Enoch's faith, I

  286. number one think about where did it

  287. start? Where did Enoch's faith begin?

  288. Well, I notice in this text what is

  289. said. I need you to stay with me this

  290. morning. You'll miss the message if you

  291. don't stay with me. Look what the Bible

  292. says. Verse number 20. All the days of

  293. Jared were 960 and two years. This is

  294. Enoch's daddy. Verse 21. Enoch lived 60

  295. and 5 years and begat Methuselah. Notice

  296. verse 22. And Enoch walked with God.

  297. What's that next word?

  298. >> After. Enoch walked with God after he

  299. begat Methuselah 300 years. and begat

  300. sons and daughters. And when I look at

  301. this text and I think about Enoch this

  302. morning, I'm I see where it started. It

  303. start his faith started at the birth of

  304. this little boy. And you say, "What do

  305. you mean by that? Was it something that

  306. he saw in this son of his that made him

  307. realize that uh you know Jesus was the

  308. s? Was it something that made him

  309. realize and come to his senses?" I'll

  310. tell you this. I don't believe it was so

  311. much something that he saw in this boy,

  312. but I'll tell you this. There was an

  313. experience that Enoch had in his life

  314. that caused him to name this boy what he

  315. did.

  316. >> You say, "What do you mean?" Well, when

  317. you look up that word Methusela in your

  318. Strong's concordance, that word

  319. Methusela, that name, it means this. It

  320. means that he is the man of the dart.

  321. Or when he dies, it shall come.

  322. >> Right? And when Methuselah was born unto

  323. Enoch, evidently Enoch had had an

  324. experience with God. And he had realized

  325. that judgment was coming.

  326. His name literally means a you look it

  327. up. It's two Greek words you can look

  328. up, two separate words. And the first

  329. part speaks of a man and the last part

  330. speaks of a dart or a missile and

  331. signifying judgment. Stay with me. All

  332. right. Signifying judgment. And Enoch

  333. obviously had heard a word from God that

  334. judgment was coming. You say, "Preacher,

  335. how do you know that? That's not on the

  336. pages of scripture." Well, I submit to

  337. you it is. Listen to what Jude verse

  338. number 14 says. Jude verse number 14. Go

  339. to the book of Revelation, chapter

  340. number one. Turn back a page. You'll

  341. find the chapter of the book of Jude.

  342. Jude, of course, recording the record of

  343. Enoch's preaching. Notice what your

  344. Bible said. Jude verse number 14. The

  345. Bible said, "And Enoch also the seventh

  346. from Adam prophesied of these, saying,

  347. notice this, behold, the Lord cometh

  348. with 10 thousands of his saints, to

  349. execute judgment upon all, and to

  350. convince all that are ungodly among

  351. them, of all their ungodly deeds, which

  352. they have ungodly committed, and of all

  353. their hard speeches which ungodly

  354. sinners have spoken against him." You

  355. see, Enoch evidently had heard somewhere

  356. judgment was coming.

  357. >> You're right. And I'm here to tell you

  358. this morning, judgment's coming.

  359. >> You're right.

  360. >> Amen. Hey, friend, the Bible said, Jesus

  361. said, "As it was in the days of Noah, so

  362. shall it be also in the days when the

  363. coming of the Son of Man shall be." And

  364. let me remind you this morning, we're

  365. 2,000 years closer to that than we was

  366. at Calvary. Jesus could come back at any

  367. moment. You understand this morning,

  368. there's nothing left that has to be

  369. done, but judgment could fall ON THIS

  370. EARTH AT ANY POINT IN TIME. And you say,

  371. "PREACHER, WHAT'S THAT GOING TO BE

  372. PRECEDED BY?" WELL, IT'S GOING TO be

  373. preceded by the rapture of the church.

  374. Amen. The church is going to get out of

  375. here. AND YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOING TO

  376. HAPPEN WHEN THE CHURCH is removed and

  377. the spirit's work changes from

  378. convicting to convincing the lost that

  379. they're going to be all right.

  380. >> Come on.

  381. >> You say, "Preacher, how could a holy God

  382. do that?" Well, he's given opportunity

  383. after opportunity.

  384. >> You're right.

  385. >> Amen. For years and years and years, the

  386. opportunity has been laid out there for

  387. men to come to Christ. But the truth is,

  388. one of these days that door is going to

  389. be closed. You're

  390. >> right.

  391. >> And I notice in this text, Enoch has

  392. heard a word of God. And it started

  393. because Enoch believed the word of the

  394. Lord. You say, "Preacher, how do you

  395. know that he heard a word of God?" Well,

  396. Paul said this. He said, "Faith cometh

  397. by hearing."

  398. >> That's right.

  399. >> Faith that Enoch had had to come from

  400. something somebody told him.

  401. >> You're right. Faith cometh by hearing

  402. and hearing by what? The word of God.

  403. Amen. He Enoch had heard the message

  404. from God that judgment was coming and

  405. because OF THAT HE EXERCISED FAITH. He

  406. believed the word of the Lord and thus

  407. he names his son Methuselah that

  408. judgment was coming and the and the

  409. NECESSITY OF FOLLOWING THE LORD BEGAN.

  410. You see, at the birth of his son, God

  411. showed him that Methuselah, his son

  412. would be the one, THE LAST SOUL TO DIE

  413. before Noah and his family would enter

  414. into that ark, you can look it up and

  415. figure the numbers. The Bible literally

  416. teaches that that Methuselah died the

  417. very same year that Noah entered the

  418. ark.

  419. >> And Methuselah here is the

  420. representation, the final truth of God's

  421. judgment that was impending upon the

  422. world that was present. And I noticed

  423. Enoch's faith, it start, let me say

  424. this. You got to have a place where your

  425. faith starts.

  426. >> You're right.

  427. >> Amen. And you know what's going to

  428. happen? It's going to start when you

  429. hear that word.

  430. >> That's right.

  431. >> When God shows up and you hear that word

  432. in your life and you say, "Preacher, but

  433. I thought salvation was grace and a

  434. blessing." And it is. But you know what?

  435. You got to realize before you realize

  436. that YOU CAN BE SAVED, YOU GOT TO

  437. REALIZE THAT YOU'RE LOST. AMEN. YOU GOT

  438. TO REALIZE THAT THE WRATH OF GOD ABIDES

  439. ON YOU AND THAT JUDGMENT IS IMPENDING ON

  440. YOUR LIFE. AND THAT ANY MOMENT GOD COULD

  441. TAKE YOU OUT OF HERE AND BE COMPLETELY

  442. JUSTIFIED IN DOING SO, I'M SAYING,

  443. FRIEND, IF YOU'RE LOST THIS MORNING,

  444. JUDGMENT IS IMMINENT IN YOUR LIFE this

  445. morning.

  446. >> Say, preacher, you don't know that. I

  447. know what the Bible SAYS. AND HE SAID,

  448. "THE WRATH OF GOD ABIDES PRESENTLY

  449. >> on you this morning." Enoch's faith, it

  450. started at the birth of his son. And

  451. Edict's faith is expressed by his

  452. relationship to God because in in uh

  453. Hebrews chapter number 11, he said,

  454. "Without faith, it's impossible to

  455. please him." God is not pleased with

  456. anything other than our faith in him and

  457. simple trust.

  458. >> And I notice in this text, not only we

  459. consider Enoch's faith where it started,

  460. but I want you to notice, second of all,

  461. I want you to notice not only where it

  462. started, but notice why it stayed.

  463. You know what I You know, people say,

  464. "Well, you believe that once saved

  465. always saved stuff."

  466. >> Right?

  467. >> Let me tell you about that this morning.

  468. I believe the Bible says, "If any man be

  469. in Christ, he's a new creature."

  470. >> Right?

  471. >> And you know what Paul said after that?

  472. He said, "Old things are passed away."

  473. >> Yeah.

  474. >> So, you know what that means? You can't

  475. go back. That's

  476. >> right.

  477. >> Amen. Anybody glad you've been

  478. delivered? You've been passed from death

  479. unto life. You've been delivered from

  480. darkness. Amen. You were once a child of

  481. hell, but now you're a child of the king

  482. and of heaven. AMEN. ONCE YOU WERE

  483. HEADED TO DOOM and despair AND ETERNAL

  484. DARKNESS, BUT NOW YOU'RE HEADED TO A

  485. DIVINE CITY FULL OF GLORY AND BLESSING.

  486. I'M SAYING TO YOU THIS MORNING, THANK

  487. GOD WE'VE BEEN BROUGHT OUT. AMEN. AND

  488. THERE'S A REASON WHY we're not holding

  489. ON TO BE SAVED. WE'RE HOLDING ON BECAUSE

  490. WE ARE SAVED. SOMEBODY AMEN. SAY AMEN.

  491. THIS MORNING I I NOTICED NOT ONLY HIS

  492. FAITH WHERE IT STARTED, BUT NOTICE WHY

  493. IT stayed in verse number 22. The Bible

  494. says, "And Enoch walked,"

  495. >> Amen.

  496. >> with God,

  497. >> right?

  498. >> You see, his faith started at the birth

  499. of his baby boy. But I'll say this, it

  500. stayed for the entirety of his life. 300

  501. years, 65 years, Enoch begat his son

  502. Methuselah. And 300 years he walked with

  503. God. And I notice in this phrase, that

  504. phrase walk with God. I'm going to skim

  505. the surface of this. There's enough

  506. preaching this. I can preach five

  507. sermons on this text, but I'm not going

  508. to do that this morning. But I NOTICE

  509. WHY IT STAYED. NUMBER ONE, I WOULD SAY

  510. IT STAYED because of his conversation.

  511. >> Notice the verse. And Enoch walked

  512. with God. He walked with God. You know

  513. what that means? It means he lived it.

  514. >> You're right.

  515. The reason why so many people that are

  516. saved doubt their salvation is because

  517. they don't live it.

  518. >> Right?

  519. >> Amen. The reason why you have no

  520. assurance when you die where you're

  521. going to go is because you've never

  522. lived the Christian life, you're just as

  523. saved as I am, but you don't understand

  524. the truth that if you're going to live

  525. for Christ, if you're going to know that

  526. you're saved and live for Christ, you're

  527. going to HAVE TO CHOOSE THAT DAILY.

  528. That's

  529. >> right. And I thought about these verses.

  530. Paul told the Ephesian church in chapter

  531. number five of Ephesians verse number

  532. one that we're to walk in love. And he

  533. said in Ephesians 5 and verse number

  534. eight, we're to walk as children of

  535. light. And in verse 15, he said you're

  536. to walk circumspectly, redeeming the

  537. time because the days are evil. What was

  538. he talking about? He was talking about

  539. living the Christian life. HE WAS

  540. TALKING ABOUT LOVING OTHERS. He was

  541. talking about letting the light of the

  542. WORD OF GOD SHINE ON YOUR LIFE AND

  543. LETTING THE HOLY GHOST OF GOD KEEP YOU

  544. IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT CIRCUMSPECTLY. HE

  545. WAS TALKING ABOUT STAYING WHERE YOU'RE

  546. SUPPOSED TO BE.

  547. >> Let me say this to you this morning,

  548. church. If you're a member of Meta's

  549. Baptist Church, you're to be here every

  550. search.

  551. >> And yes, for those that don't like it,

  552. it is expected.

  553. >> Amen, friend. Hey, if you want to be if

  554. YOU WANT TO KNOW GOD AND BE BLESSED BY

  555. GOD, THE BIBLE SAYS, "FORSAKE NOT THE

  556. ASSEMBLING of yourselves together as the

  557. manner of some is, but exalting one

  558. another and so much the more AS YOU SEE

  559. THE DAY APPROACHING." THAT'S SUNDAY

  560. SCHOOL, THAT'S PREACHING, THAT'S SUNDAY

  561. NIGHT, THAT'S WEDNESDAY NIGHT, THAT'S

  562. EVERY OTHER SERVICE THAT WE HAVE. YOU

  563. OUGHT TO BE IN THE HOUSE OF GOD. AND YOU

  564. SAY, "PREACHER, WELL, I JUST CAN'T BE I

  565. GOT TO DO OTHER THINGS." LET ME TELL YOU

  566. THIS. YOU MISSING A BLESSING?

  567. >> YOU'RE RIGHT. AMEN.

  568. >> Knowing God.

  569. >> Amen.

  570. >> The difference comes down to this this

  571. morning. Look up this way this morning.

  572. I want you to understand something. When

  573. your life and mine, it gets down to the

  574. nitty-gritty. When you get to THE END OF

  575. YOUR DAYS, YOU'RE GOING TO WISH YOU'D

  576. HAVE BEEN HERE EVERY TIME THE DOORS WAS

  577. OPEN. YOU'RE GOING TO WISH YOU HIT THE

  578. ALTAR EVERY TIME THE PREACHER GAVE AN

  579. ALTAR CALL. YOU'RE GOING TO WISH YOU GOT

  580. HELP EVERY TIME IT WAS OFFERED FROM THE

  581. PULL PIT. DON'T YOU BLESS GOD FOR A MAN

  582. OF GOD. I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT ME, BUT I

  583. MAN I THINK ABOUT THOSE PREACHERS IN

  584. DAYS GONE BY THAT AFFECTED MY LIFE THAT

  585. PREACHED THE GOSPEL TO ME THAT GAVE ME

  586. HOPE WHEN I WAS HOPELESS THAT HELPED ME

  587. WHEN I FELT HELPLESS WHEN I THOUGHT I

  588. WAS GOING TO DIE BECAUSE OF MY

  589. WICKEDNESS. THEY GAVE ME PEACE AND THEY

  590. GAVE ME JOY IN A TIME WHEN I COULDN'T

  591. FIND IT ANYWHERE ELSE.

  592. >> And let me say this to you, you're not

  593. going to find help anywhere else.

  594. >> You're right.

  595. >> YOU'RE NOT GOING TO FIND HOPE ANYWHERE

  596. OUT THERE. YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  597. YOU CAN LOOK EVERYWHERE ELSE. BUT LET ME

  598. SAY THIS. EDICT WALKED WITH GOD. HIS

  599. CONVERSATION WAS IN HEAVEN WITH GOD.

  600. AMEN.

  601. >> RIGHT?

  602. >> He had fellowship with the father.

  603. His conversation

  604. was close to God. Peter said this in

  605. second Peter chapter 3 verse number 11.

    2 Peter 3 chapter mention

  606. Seeing then that all thing all these

  607. things shall be dissolved. speaking of

  608. the judgment of God. Seeing then that

  609. all these things shall be dissolved.

  610. What manner of persons ought you to be

  611. in all holy conversation

  612. and godliness. You see, there's a way

  613. that you're supposed to live in order

  614. for that faith to stay big in your life.

  615. >> I see not only is conversation, but I

  616. see his closeness. Look what the Bible

  617. says in verse 22. And Enoch walked with

  618. God. That word with literally means

  619. near.

  620. >> That's right.

  621. >> Enoch walked close to God. You know why

  622. we watch people that they fall out of

  623. the way and get out and sin. You know

  624. what they do? They quit being close to

  625. God.

  626. >> You're right.

  627. >> They got away from where they were

  628. supposed to be.

  629. >> They let something in their life

  630. discouraged them so much to the point

  631. that they lost hope in God. You say,

  632. "Preacher, how is that?" Well, Jeremiah

  633. the prophet, he said, "My hopes perish

  634. from the Lord."

  635. >> Right?

  636. >> Remember what he said? Lamentations 3,

  637. he said, "My hopes perish from the Lord.

  638. I've forgotten. I've left it. I don't

  639. believe anymore." BUT YOU KNOW WHAT

  640. JEREMIAH SAID? THAT DIDN'T STAY too

  641. long. AMEN. BECAUSE HE FOUND OUT THAT

  642. THE SAME ONE HE HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT

  643. STILL BELIEVED IN HIM, STILL TRUSTED HIM

  644. WITH THE GOSPEL. AND HE SAID THAT FIRE

  645. THAT SHUT UP IN MY BONES, IT WILL NOT

  646. STAY. I'M SAYING I'M THANKFUL FOR

  647. SOMETHING IN THE DARK DAYS, FOR

  648. SOMETHING IN THE DARK TIMES THAT THERE'S

  649. LIFE ON THE INSIDE THAT HOLDS ME UP WHEN

  650. EVERYTHING ELSE IS FALLING DOWN AROUND

  651. ME.

  652. >> There's life on the inside.

  653. >> He was close. Enoch stayed close to God.

  654. David said this in Psalm 119 and verse

  655. number 10. He said, "With my whole heart

  656. have I sought thee. Oh, let me not

  657. wander from thy commandments." And as

  658. the psalm says, "PRONE TO WONDER, LORD,

  659. I FEEL IT." PRONE TO LEAVE THE GOD I

  660. LOVE. TAKE MY HEART, LORD. TAKE AND SEAL

  661. IT. SEAL IT FOR HEY FRIEND, WE NEED SOME

  662. PEOPLE THIS MORNING THAT'LL DECIDE IN

  663. THEIR HEART THAT COME WHAT MAY, YOU'RE

  664. GOING TO STAY CLOSE TO GOD. AMEN.

  665. >> Close to God. near to his heart. Draw me

  666. nearer, NEARER, NEARER, BLESSED LORD, TO

  667. THY PRECIOUS BLEEDING SIDE. YOU GOT TO

  668. HAVE TO BE CLOSE TO God in these days.

  669. If you're going to have your faith stay,

  670. I notice not only is conversation is

  671. closeness, but I notice it's Christ in

  672. the verse.

  673. Bible says and Enoch walked with God.

  674. You say, "Well, that's God the Father."

  675. Well, let me ask you something. Bible

  676. says no man's ever seen God.

  677. speaking of God the Father.

  678. And that word God in the text in the

  679. Hebrew is Elohim. It's God the Father,

  680. God the Son, God the Holy Ghost. And the

  681. writer of Hebrews said this, that Christ

  682. is the express image of the invisible

  683. God.

  684. >> Right?

  685. >> And so if Enoch walked with God, you

  686. know who he was walking with?

  687. >> He's walking with Jesus.

  688. >> He had fellowship with Jesus. You see in

  689. his relationship with Elohim, this God,

  690. God is potentate. He is king. He's

  691. above. He's the one that we we go to

  692. Christ and Christ goes to God. You see,

  693. God is potentate. He is first in charge.

  694. Christ is his person. The one that lives

  695. on the inside. The Bible says, "And God

  696. said, let there be." You know what that

  697. was? That was the word. That word was

  698. Jesus. And Jesus is the one THAT WE HAVE

  699. FELLOWSHIP WITH. GOD IS POTENTATE.

  700. CHRIST IS HIS PERSON. And the spirit is

  701. his power. It's what allowed him to live

  702. the Christian life. WHAT ALLOWED HIM TO

  703. KEEP HIS FAITH.

  704. >> I give you this. If you're not going to

  705. help me preach this morning, I'm going

  706. to enjoy it myself.

  707. >> Come on, God.

  708. >> I noticed not only where it started and

  709. where it stayed, but let me show you

  710. where it stopped.

  711. >> Come on, preach.

  712. >> Is anybody in the building?

  713. >> Verse 24. Verse 23. And all the days of

  714. Enoch were 360 and5 years.

  715. Verse 24. And Enoch walked with God and

  716. he was not. What your Bible say? For God

  717. took him. Now, I don't know about you,

  718. but I'll say this. I'm going to tell you

  719. this. Actually, I do know about you.

  720. There ain't nothing else going to

  721. encourage you but this.

  722. >> Right. Amen.

  723. >> You're right.

  724. >> Look, I realize we're discouraged this

  725. morning. And let me just take time out

  726. right here for a minute.

  727. Do you think the lost world needs to see

  728. us beat down?

  729. >> No.

  730. >> We're not super human. That's right.

  731. >> But let me tell you this this morning.

  732. We got to have some faith.

  733. >> You're right.

  734. >> Believe God. That's

  735. >> right.

  736. >> You say, "WHAT'S COMING, PREACHER?"

  737. WELL, WHAT COME FOR ENOCH IN THIS TEXT

  738. IS WHAT'S COMING FOR YOU IF YOU'RE SAVED

  739. BY THE GRACE OF GOD. LOOK WHAT HE SAYS.

  740. I SAY HIS FAITH STOPPED SOMEWHERE.

  741. Notice what your Bible says. I see not

  742. only here in the text that his faith

  743. stayed, but it had it come to a day

  744. where it stopped. The Bible says, "And

  745. Enoch walked with God." His character is

  746. displayed. Once again, it said twice

  747. THAT ENOCH WALKED WITH GOD. HE WAS

  748. PROPHET FOR HIS GENERATION. HE PREACHED

  749. THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO JUDE. HE SHARED

  750. THE TRUTH. HE WAS PRIEST FOR HIS FAMILY.

  751. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE MAN IN these

  752. homes IN THE ANTIDOLIVIAN AGE WERE

  753. RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE SACRIFICES FOR THEIR

  754. FAMILY. HE WAS PROPHET. HE WAS PRIEST.

  755. BUT LET ME SAY THIS. THERE COME A DAY

  756. WHEN ALL OF THAT WAS OVER. THERE COME A

  757. DAY WHEN PRAYERS WILL NO LONGER TO BE

  758. MADE. THERE'S COMING A DAY WHEN THE

  759. PRIESTLY DUTIES IS GOING TO END. YOU

  760. SAY, "WHAT IS THAT FOR YOU AND I?" WELL,

  761. THERE'S COMING A DAY WHEN WE WON'T PRAY

  762. NO MORE PRAYERS. THERE'S COMING A DAY

  763. WHEN WE WON'T HAVE TO MAKE NO MORE

  764. SACRIFICES. THERE'S COMING A DAY WHEN

  765. EVERYTHING'S GOING TO BE OVER AND IT'S

  766. GOING TO BE DONE. AND THE BIBLE SAYS,

  767. "AND ENOCH WALKED WITH GOD AND HE WAS

  768. not

  769. >> for God took him." His character is

  770. displayed again. But I'll say this, his

  771. capture is described.

  772. >> Right?

  773. >> God took him

  774. >> right

  775. >> now. This is where I want to get to this

  776. morning.

  777. You see, there were some according to

  778. this verse who spent days looking for

  779. him. Look what the Bible says. And ain't

  780. it walked with God and he was not. Now,

  781. I've heard people preach that and they

  782. preach about all the things that In

  783. wasn't. You know, he wasn't a

  784. fornicator, an adulterer, you know, all

  785. that stuff. That ain't scripture. Okay?

  786. >> We don't know what In was,

  787. >> right? I tell you what this text says.

  788. The Bible literally says that Enoch was

  789. not found. That's

  790. >> right.

  791. >> Notice Hebrews chapter 11.

    Hebrews 11 chapter mention

  792. Should be in your margin. Hebrews

  793. chapter number 11.

  794. Listen. Verse 5. By faith Enoch was

  795. translated that he should not see death.

  796. What's those next four words? And was

  797. not found. because God had translated

  798. him.

  799. >> For before his translation, he had this

  800. testimony that he pleased God. You see,

  801. there were some that spent days looking

  802. for him. But you know what? They didn't

  803. find him.

  804. >> Right?

  805. >> But I'll say this. There was one who

  806. spent all his days with him.

  807. >> Right?

  808. >> One day, he took him home.

  809. >> Right?

  810. >> Come on, preacher.

  811. >> Let me ask you this. All right. This is

  812. how my mind works. Okay? How did they

  813. know God took him?

  814. How did his family know that God took

  815. him? How did they know that some

  816. ravishing beast didn't come take his

  817. life?

  818. >> And let me just say time out right

  819. there. You know what? There's a lot of

  820. things we don't know.

  821. >> That's right.

  822. >> Right.

  823. >> There's a lot of things we don't

  824. understand.

  825. >> Let me tell you this in this verse. I'll

  826. tell you how they knew God took him.

  827. They knew number one, they knew God took

  828. him number one because of what he said.

  829. >> That's right.

  830. Notice Jude 14 again.

  831. It's recorded in your Bible.

  832. You see, Enoch didn't leave them with an

  833. empty hope.

  834. I had a grandfather

  835. told the story here at the church

  836. before.

  837. He died

  838. an alcoholic

  839. 63, 64 years of age few years ago. Told

  840. me he was saved. His alcohol killed him.

  841. And I remember when he died, I remember

  842. that after he was gone, the Lord gave me

  843. a message on Udicus. Udicus fell out the

  844. window. And when he hit the ground, you

  845. know what? He was gone.

  846. >> Right.

  847. >> Bible says they took him up dead.

  848. >> Yeah.

  849. >> And I made this statement in that

  850. sermon. I said, you know, when Udicus

  851. was gone, he couldn't tell them where he

  852. went.

  853. >> Right.

  854. >> When my grandpa died, he told me he was

  855. saved, but he never lived it. He

  856. couldn't tell me where he's at.

  857. >> Right?

  858. >> I don't know where he's at to this day.

  859. But let me say this. If you're going to

  860. let people know where you're at, you're

  861. going to let them know why you're here.

  862. That's

  863. >> right.

  864. >> Jude verse 14 said this. And Enoch also

  865. the seventh from Adam prophesied of

  866. these, saying, "Behold, the Lord cometh

  867. with 10,000 of his saints."

  868. Enoch told him where he was going.

  869. That's

  870. >> right.

  871. >> Because God told him where he was going,

  872. >> right?

  873. >> That's good.

  874. >> He believed the word of the Lord. You

  875. know how they knew he was gone and he

  876. didn't die is because he told him he

  877. wasn't going to die.

  878. You're listening to a preacher this

  879. morning's telling you I'm not going to

  880. die.

  881. >> Amen. Amen.

  882. >> Come on, preacher.

  883. >> Hey, friend. If they some reason if

  884. y'all if I die young and y'all all still

  885. here and they roll me up here in a

  886. casket, you just know the man didn't

  887. die.

  888. >> That's right.

  889. >> The shell did. That's

  890. >> right.

  891. >> Let me say this. Enoch told him, "I'm

  892. leaving here."

  893. >> Yeah. You know why he said that? Because

  894. he walked with God.

  895. >> Amen.

  896. >> And you know what God told him? He said,

  897. "Look, I'm going I'm going to flood this

  898. earth." He named Methusela, "Judgment's

  899. coming."

  900. >> God told him, "Judgement's coming, ain't

  901. it, but you ain't going to see it,

  902. >> right?"

  903. >> Amen.

  904. >> They knew that God took him because of

  905. what he said. But I'll say this, they

  906. really knew that God took him not just

  907. because of what he said. They knew it

  908. because of how he lived.

  909. >> Amen.

  910. >> 300 years.

  911. >> Yes.

  912. >> Every day.

  913. >> Blessing.

  914. like clockwork. Walk with God.

  915. >> Amen.

  916. >> Had fellowship with God. You know what

  917. the greatest testimony to those around

  918. you is? That you love God. Steady

  919. faithfulness.

  920. >> Right?

  921. >> They knew that God took Enoch because of

  922. what he said. They knew that God took

  923. Enoch because of how he lived. But I'll

  924. tell you this, and this is what I like

  925. the best. They knew that God took Eno

  926. because he wasn't here anymore.

  927. >> Right?

  928. >> Amen.

  929. >> Let me say this. If if there's one of

  930. these days y'all don't see me no more.

  931. >> Come on now.

  932. >> And there ain't nobody on this earth can

  933. find me, I can tell you exactly where

  934. I'll be.

  935. >> Amen.

  936. >> Amen. Hey friend, this sh I may live my

  937. life and die of old age and lay in THE

  938. GROUND SOMEWHERE. BUT OH FRIEND, IF YOU

  939. FIND THE BODY, you dig up the bones. YOU

  940. JUST KNOW YOU'LL NOT FIND ME THERE.

  941. AMEN. YOU'LL NOT FIND ME IN THE GRAVE.

  942. BUT THANK GOD MY LORD AND SAVIOR TOOK ME

  943. HOME TO BE WITH HIM. AND ENOCH, FRIEND,

  944. HE WAS TRANSLATED. HE WAS CALLED AWAY.

  945. AND LET ME SAY THIS, THE APPLICATION

  946. SENSES THIS. YOU SEE, THERE'S COMING A

  947. DAY WHEN JESUS, WHEN THE LAST SOUL GETS

  948. SAVED, HE'S GOING TO COME BACK TO THIS

  949. EARTH. AND HE'S GOING TO CALL FOR HIS

  950. CHILDREN, AND THE DEAD IN CHRIST SHALL

  951. RISE. AND THEN WE WHICH ARE ALIVE AND

  952. REMAIN SHALL BE CAUGHT UP TOGETHER IN

  953. THE CLOUDS TO MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR.

  954. AND THE BIBLE SAYS, "SO SHALL WE EVER BE

  955. WITH THE LORD. AND JUST LIKE ENOCH,

  956. WE'RE GOING TO LEAVE THIS world and not

  957. die." Right?

  958. And all those who refuse to trust Christ

  959. will be left behind. You're

  960. >> right.

  961. >> You see, the truth is about Enoch's

  962. life. What Enoch believed, proclaimed,

  963. and performed in his life, he got to

  964. behold inside

  965. >> the moment he was delivered from death.

  966. And this is the message this morning.

  967. This is the first illustration of the

  968. rapture in our Bible. And you say, "How

  969. is it an illustration of the rapture?"

  970. Well, I've held it back to give you

  971. this, and some of you already know this.

  972. What happens a chapter later?

  973. >> Come on.

  974. >> Noah, the Bible says, is a just man,

  975. feared God. And the same description is

  976. given to Noah that was given to Enoch.

  977. What did it say? He walked with God.

  978. >> That's right.

  979. >> And you know what happened? God told

  980. Noah, Noah, you need to build an ark.

  981. >> Yeah.

  982. >> Judgment's coming.

  983. >> Told Enoch the same thing. But you know

  984. what the difference was?

  985. God come and got Enoch out before the

  986. judgment.

  987. >> Right?

  988. Enoch represents the church. That's

  989. >> right.

  990. >> Noah represents the Jew. That's

  991. >> right.

  992. >> You know what? Noah and his family got

  993. on that boat. And when the whole world

  994. was drowning,

  995. Noah floated across the judgment of God.

  996. >> You see, the wrath of God is what held

  997. that boat afloat. You say, "Preacher,

  998. what does that mean for us?" Well, I'll

  999. say this. For those of you that are

1000. saved here this morning, we're going to

  1001. be like Enoch,

  1002. >> right?

  1003. >> We preach that judgment's coming. Ain't

1004. it preached it? We preach it. We know

  1005. it's coming. And there's people say

1006. Peter said, he said, "There'll be those

1007. in the last days." Said, "Where is the

1008. promise of his coming since the fathers

1009. fell asleep, all things continue as they

1010. were from the beginning of the

1011. creation?" But here's what Peter said.

1012. He said, "You know, this is what they're

1013. ignorant of." He said, "They're ignorant

1014. of the fact that God brought judgment

  1015. one time before."

  1016. >> You're right.

1017. >> And you know what he did? He killed the

1018. whole human race, but one family.

  1019. >> That's right.

  1020. >> If you don't think judgment's coming,

1021. friend, you better think again.

  1022. >> Come on, pre.

1023. >> Cuz it could come. Amen. It could come

1024. before the day's over. And if you look

1025. at this world, if you watch the news,

1026. friend, you'd be scared to I'd be scared

1027. to death I was lost.

  1028. >> Amen.

1029. >> Looking at the news headlines,

  1030. >> right?

1031. >> Boy, I look at him, I say, "Thank God we

  1032. moving out."

  1033. >> Amen.

  1034. >> Enoch

1035. >> got to walk in sight. You You say,

1036. "Preacher, what what are you trying to

1037. display by that?" I'm saying Enoch got

  1038. to watch from heaven.

1039. >> Come on. Amen. Go ahead.

1040. >> He got to watch from heaven with his

1041. with his great great great great grandpa

  1042. Adam

1043. >> and Abel who was dying.

1044. >> He watched his grandson and his family.

  1045. >> Yes.

1046. >> Float across that water.

  1047. >> Amen.

1048. >> On the ark from the banister of heaven

1049. and saw them delivered. And Enoch says

1050. he didn't even leave me down there for

1051. it. He just took me home. That's

  1052. >> right.

  1053. >> You know what? That's the way we're

1054. going to be brought home.

  1055. >> I really believe it. I don't believe

1056. there's anybody in here that's going to

1057. die. I believe the rapture is going to

1058. take place and we're going to go home.

  1059. >> Amen.

  1060. >> If you're lost, you'll die. But I

1061. believe Jesus is coming. That's

  1062. >> right.

1063. >> Every head bowed and every eye closed

1064. this morning. What Enoch believed, he

1065. proclaimed and performed in his life. He

1066. got to behold in sight. And one of these

1067. days, our faith is going to become

1068. sight. Enoch believed it. Noah believed

1069. it. You say, "Preacher, but was the

1070. faith the same for Noah?" Yes, it was.

1071. Because you know what he had to knew had

1072. to believe God to build that ark. Never

1073. seen a drop of rain fall from the sky.

1074. He'd never seen a flood on the earth.

1075. But you know what? When them waters

1076. came, you know what was done? That boat

  1077. was finished.

1078. And when they went into that ark, God

1079. shut the door. They weren't going to get

1080. out for another year until those flood

1081. waters assuaged from off the earth.

1082. You say, "Preacher, what does that

1083. represent for me?" It represents the

  1084. judgment of God. Those

1085. waters that condemned an entirety of the

1086. human race aside from knowing his family

  1087. were because of sin.

1088. God saw that the wickedness of man's

1089. heart was thoughts of his heart were

  1090. only evil continually.

1091. And the truth is your life and mine this

1092. morning, we were that same way. You see,

1093. every one of us has failed God.

1094. Every one of us has missed the mark.

1095. Every one of us has said things, has

1096. done things that we ought not do.

1097. Let me tell you this this morning. Jesus

1098. died to forgive you of those things. And

1099. if you're tired of living and not having

  1100. peace,

1101. if you're tired of living and never

1102. being able to have victory,

1103. if you're tired of wondering when you

1104. lay your head on your pill at night

  1105. where you'd be,

1106. let me say this. Jesus can save you

  1107. today.

1108. There's nobody looking around at me. I

1109. want to ask you this morning. You say,

  1110. "Preacher,

1111. if I died right now, I don't know where

1112. I'd go. Never been saved.

1113. I don't know the Lord." Preacher, would

  1114. you pray for me?

1115. Hey, sinner. There's people praying for

1116. you on this altar right now. Say,

1117. "Preacher, would you pray for me? You

1118. just slip your hand up and I'll pray for

1119. you this morning. Preacher, I'm not

  1120. saved. I don't know the Lord.

1121. Preacher, would you pray for me? Just

1122. slip your hand up. I'll pray for you

1123. this morning. Hey, God knows your heart.

1124. God knows your heart. Jesus loves you.

1125. But if you die refusing his gift of

  1126. grace, you know what'll happen? You'll

  1127. enter that judgment

  1128. never to be freed.

1129. Let me remind you of this truth today.

1130. When you go to hell, you can't get out.

1131. When you end your life in that place,

  1132. you'll never escape.

1133. But Jesus made a way. And he's brought

1134. you the word this morning. It's been

1135. shared. JUDGMENT'S COMING. BUT JESUS

  1136. SAVES.

1137. We've heard the JOYFUL SOUND. JESUS

1138. SAVES. JESUS SAVES. HEY, IT STILL RINGS

1139. LOUD AND CLEAR IN 2026. THANK GOD HE'S

1140. STILL ABLE TO SAVE TO THE UTTERMOST THEM

1141. THAT WOULD CALL UPON HIM by faith.

  1142. >> Yes.

1143. >> And he wants to save you today.

1144. You say, "Preacher, I'm here. I'm saved.

1145. Preacher, I'm getting weary in this

1146. journey." Well, I'm reminded what Paul

1147. said. Galatians. He said, "Be not weary

  1148. and welloing.

1149. Keep on, child of God. Don't quit. Hey,

1150. when things get hard, when times get

1151. desperate and sorrowful, that's not time

1152. to leave. It's time to get in.

1153. >> It's not time to move. It's time to

  1154. stand,

1155. >> to stay. Hey friend, when you need help

1156. THE MOST, THAT'S WHY IS IT THAT WE run

1157. from the cross when we're broken? Why is

1158. it we leave? Why is it we WALK AWAY?

1159. IT'S BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT TO TACKLE THE

1160. TRUTH THAT OUR OWN SIN hinders us many

  1161. times.

  1162. >> Right?

1163. >> You see, trials have a way of bringing

  1164. out our own faults.

1165. And what you need to know this morning

1166. is that everything in your life,

1167. Jesus is in control. He's in control.

1168. Don't let the devil take your fault.

1169. Hey, if you're saved, child of God,

1170. don't let your trouble in your life make

1171. the faults, your past. Don't Don't go

1172. back to those things. Don't let the

1173. devil remind you of those things. God

1174. doesn't want you to remember that. He's

1175. forgotten it. Why would you Why would he

1176. want you to remember that?

1177. Give it to God. You say, "PREACHER, BUT

1178. IT WAS MY FAULT." BUT IF YOU ASK FOR

1179. FORGIVENESS, GOD FORGAVE THAT THING AND

  1180. IT'S OVER. IT'S DONE. IT'S FORGIVEN.

1181. FORGOTTEN FOREVER. And you can have

1182. peace today. Stick your finger in the

1183. face of the devil and remind him where

  1184. he's headed.

1185. >> His doom is set.

1186. His life is over. Don't let him take

1187. your joy. Don't let him take your peace.

1188. Man, I'm telling you, happiness and

1189. tranquility. I was talking to a preacher

1190. just the other day. He said, "So many

1191. people, they say they want joy and

1192. peace, but what they really want is

1193. happiness and tranquility. That stuff

  1194. comes and goes.

  1195. >> Life's not always tranquil. Life's not

1196. always happy, BUT JOY AND PEACE, THEY

1197. OVERRIDE the circumstances of life. HEY,

1198. YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE A SMILE ON

1199. YOUR FACE. BUT YOU CAN HAVE JOY IN YOUR

1200. HEART AND PEACE IN YOUR SOUL. YOUR LIFE

1201. MAY BE IN TURMOIL. YOU MAY BE ON THE

1202. STORM IN THE WAVES OF THE SEA TOSSED

1203. ABOUT. BUT YOU CAN STILL HAVE JOY and

  1204. still have peace.

1205. Father, I pray in Jesus name.

1206. Lord, I pray for that soul that's here

  1207. today and lost.

1208. God, I pray they wouldn't leave today

1209. without trusting you. God, I pray for

1210. that soul that's here today and

  1211. troubled.

1212. God, there's heavy burdens that we all

1213. bear. And Lord, help us not think we're

1214. the only one. God, we've all got

1215. problems. We've all got troubles. Lord,

1216. we get so we get so many times we get to

1217. looking at ourselves. God, forgive us of

1218. that. Lord, help us remember,

1219. Lord, that everybody we go through

1220. things. Lord, help us look every man on

  1221. the things of others.

1222. God, help us consider one another to

1223. provoke unto love and good works.

1224. Lord, Enoch made it because he walked

1225. with you. And Lord, there's no doubt in

1226. my mind that others made it because of

1227. his walk with you. Lord, I pray God

  1228. today,

1229. Lord, for each heart here today that we

1230. would be strengthened by this fact that

1231. we're getting out of here soon.

1232. We're going to leave here. We're going

1233. to go home and it's all going to be all

  1234. right.

1235. When you take us home, Lord, help us

  1236. today. I pray.

1237. Every head still bowed and every eye

1238. still closed. I just feel led. She's

1239. going to play another verse.

  1240. If you're here and you're lost, don't

  1241. wait.

  1242. Don't wait.

1243. Jesus died to save you. He promised to

1244. save you if you'll trust him. If you'll

1245. give your life to him, he'll make a

  1246. difference.

  1247. He'll make a difference.

1248. Hey, child of God, you don't have to let

1249. this trial take you out.

  1250. Stay with God.

  1251. Believe. Trust him.

1252. Hey, if he can save you from hell

1253. and deliver you from all your sin, don't

1254. you think he can handle that problem you

  1255. got?

1256. We talk about miracles a whole lot. Man,

1257. this one got healed from cancer and this

1258. one got healed from this disease. This

1259. baby survived, but you understand the

1260. greatest miracle that's ever took place

  1261. salvation

1262. of a sinner who had no hope for himself.

1263. And if you're here and you're saved,

1264. there is no greater miracle that can be

  1265. done than that.

  1266. >> Right?

1267. >> Just believe God. Believe God.

1268. Father, in Jesus name, thank you once

  1269. again,

1270. Lord. May we be thankful today for how

1271. good you've been to us. And I pray for

1272. those that struggling today that you

1273. would help them, encourage them,

1274. because God, we've got too much to gain

  1275. to lose.

1276. We've won. We're on the winning side.

  1277. We're not fighting for victory. We're

1278. fighting from victory. Lord, let us not

1279. let the troubles and trials of this life

1280. discourage us and dispel us from your

1281. truth. Lord, we love you. Thank you for

1282. loving us. We ask it in Jesus name.

  1283. Amen.
