Well, welcome everyone

and welcome to uh Meadows Baptist Church

Sunday morning service. Amen. Amen. Had

a good Sunday school hour this morning

and uh thank everyone for being here

this morning. If you're visiting with

us, we treat it as a privilege and glad

that you're here. And let's worship the

Lord together this morning. Amen. Let us

all stand, begin our service, and we'll

sing my Savior's love. And if you're

following in the himynel, it's page one.

We'll sing first, second, fourth, and

fifth verses.

I stand amazed in the presence

of Jesus Christ

and wonder how he could love me a sinner

condemned unleas.

How marvelous, how wonderful and my song

shall ever be. How marvelous, how

wonderful is my Savior's love for me.

I want to thank the Lord for

>> Amen.

>> saved me and for for his many blessings

and you know uh I come in this morning

and I was kind of kind of struggling in

my walk with Jesus. And uh you know I

just wasn't in the right mindset. And

Matthew, I want to thank you for that

Sunday school lesson that you know it

really blessed my heart. You know, I

started feeling more Jesus coming back

into my life and kind of get and the

more Matthew talked about rejoicing in

the Lord and stuff, you know what?

>> I I just felt better and better and

better. And that's what it happens

whenever we come to church.

>> Amen. And we get around other people

that are saved in our life.

>> It encourages us.

>> I went and went walking this morning at

Riverbluff. You know, you get out by

yourself. Sometimes old devil, like

Matthew was talking, he'll get into us.

That's right.

>> And he'll find a little weak spot and

he'll just draw that wig and he'll he'll

start putting thoughts in your mind and

things and your past and stuff like

that.

>> But you know what? I come to church. I

got around my brothers and sisters in

Christ. I got around my church family.

>> That's right.

>> You know, I I come in here, I wasn't

looking for encouragement or nothing

like that because old world had got it

just gotten just gotten there.

>> It does.

>> And all of a sudden, you know, I started

paying attention to God's word and I

started looking around and thinking, I

am so blessed.

>> So blessed to have a church that I can

come into.

>> Yes. and not look to get more

discouraged, but I got encouraged and

God started filling my heart. And that's

what we're here for. We're here to

rejoice and man

died for us.

>> That's right.

>> Bless you.

>> I fail him so much. But when I come to

church, I get such a great feeling

>> in my heart. And I get around brothers

and sisters. I go to Betty's Grocery. I

got brothers and sisters in Christ. I

went and watched my granddaughters play.

My kids are saved. I got around them. I

got to rejoice in you.

>> Praise the Lord.

>> But guess what? I got to hold by myself.

>> Yeah.

>> This morning. Amen.

>> And allow the devil to creep in. That's

>> right.

>> And that's what it says about being

around like faith drawing. That's right.

>> Drawing. I'm the draw of Matthew Sunday

school teacher. I'm to draw off of the

preaching. That's right.

>> I'm to draw off my brothers and sisters

in Christ come up and say, "Hey, I love

you, brother. You know, I thought about

you this week." That's the way we ought

to be. Hey, we draw energy. We draw

energy. And that's what he talks about.

We just need to draw energy from each

other and praise God and just hey, bless

the doors wide open. That's right. Enjoy

God's grace.

with assurance salvation for some time.

Lord.

going to preach this morning. I'm just

we're just going to go right on into it

uh today. And ushers, y'all come on this

way. We'll go ahead and take up an

offering. That'll be good, brother. I

appreciate it. We'll just go right into

the preaching this morning. I just feel

like that's what we need to do.

>> he is. And, uh, I tell you what, if

you're not ready to meet him, today be a

good day. Get saved by the grace of God.

And, uh, I appreciate the Holy Ghost

dealing with hearts. And I tell you

this, there's a lot of stuff going on.

We got plans today. I I realize every

bit of that, but I ain't worried about

it. All right. And we're going to go on

with a service this morning and we're

going to take up the offering and uh

yeah, let's do sing the hymn while they

take up the offering and then we'll go

straight into the preaching this

morning. But I do appreciate you being

here today. Thank the Lord for his

blessings. Let's pray and uh Christians

be praying the Lord would help us today.

All right. Father, thank you God for

this good day. Lord, thank you for

what's already took place in our midst

this morning. God, I thank you. Lord,

you're still saving sinners. And uh

Lord, I believe you're coming soon. And

uh I know it ain't going to be very

long. And God, I pray you'd help us this

morning. God, we stand in desperate

need. Lord, there's many heavy hearts in

our church, but God, I'm thankful in

spite of the heaviness, Lord, of the

hearts of your people. God, we have the

Holy Spirit of God, Lord, that has come

by to grace us with his presence today.

And I thank you for that, God. I ask you

humbly, God, that you would help us this

morning. I pray you'd exalt your son and

glorify yourself. And I pray you'd

encourage and strengthen the church of

God today. Lord, I ask you for whatever

needs are present in our midst today

that you'd give glory and honor unto

yourself. And Lord, be sure to give you

the thanks, all the praise and glory for

what you do. God, we thank you once

again for saving Miss Belt this morning.

I bless your name for it. Help us save

that other one that here today that's

nearest tail. Lord, if there's anybody

lost or if there's many lost this

morning, I pray you do a mighty work,

we'll give you thanks for what you do

because we ask it in Jesus name. Amen.

Amen. Thank you for singing this

morning. If you have your Bible, invite

you to turn with me to the book of

Genesis. Genesis chapter number 7. and

uh thankful for what God has already

done in our midst today. And I tell you

this, the Bible says faith cometh by

hearing and hearing by the word of God.

And I just believe this is what the Lord

would have us to do this morning. And I

want to preach what God has put on my

heart. Genesis chapter number 7. I want

to read just a few verses to you this

morning and preach a thought with the

help of the Lord out of Genesis chapter

number 7. I want to invite you to stand

with me once again, please. Honor

reverence to the reading of God's word.

Genesis chapter 7. It's good to have

Genesis 7 · chapter mention

brother Cliff Willis here in the service

with us today. Preacher, thank you for

being here coming by and visit us. It's

so good to have you and I appreciate you

being here as well as every visitor.

Thank you for being here in the house of

God. And you members, we love you and

appreciate each one of you. And man, I'm

thankful for what God's doing. And I

tell you this, church, don't forget what

you're seeing these days. Amen. And God

is blessing, God is moving, and uh

anywhere God is working, the devil's

working as well. And let me say this

this morning, whatever if there's

something in your heart that might

hinder this service, uh these altars are

open this morning. You can come get that

thing off of you this morning. You can

have liberty to enjoy uh the service,

the spirit of God this morning. And man,

I'm telling you, it's rich in here. I

feel his presence. And I'll tell you

this, you say, "Preacher, we don't go

all feelings." And you're right. But

boy, I'm thankful. Uh there's enough

days that I don't feel it, but I'm

thankful when I do. Amen. And I bless

his name for it this morning. Genesis

chapter number 7 verse number, let's

begin reading in verse number verse

number 11. Genesis chapter 7 verse

Genesis 7 · chapter mention

number 11. You Christians pray for us

this morning that God would help us.

Genesis 7 verse number 11. The Bible

says in the 600th year of Noah's life,

in the second month, the 17th day of the

month, the same day were all the

fountains of the great deep broken up

and the windows of heaven were opened.

And the rain was upon the earth 40 days

and 40 nights. in the selfs same day

entered Noah and Shim and Ham and

Japheth the sons of Noah and Noah's wife

and the three wives of his sons with

them into the ark. They and every beast

after his kind, and all the cattle after

their kind, and every creeping thing

that creepeth upon the earth after his

kind, and every foul after his kind,

every bird of every sort. Verse 15,

notice what your Bible says. And they

went in unto Noah into the ark, two and

two of all flesh, wherein is the breath

of life. And they that went in went in

male and female of all flesh, as God had

commanded him. And notice the last

phrase. And the Lord, what's your Bible

say? Shut him in. I don't know about you

this morning, but I'm thankful that

there are some things in my life and

yours that are sealed. Amen. My

salvation is the seal. It's the earnest

of the Holy Ghost in my heart, knowing

that one of these days, God's going to

come back and take us home with him. And

until then, I'm espoused to one husband,

the Lord Jesus Christ. And when he comes

and takes me home, the spirit of God is

going to lead me safely over those

waters, and I'll be in heaven's fair

land. But until then, we've got a

journey to do, and we're on a trip.

Amen. And I want to preach this morning

out of this text on Noah and the ark.

Amen. You say, "Preacher, that's not a

flamboyant title." Well, it's a

scriptural title. Amen. And so, we're

going to preach on that for just a

little while. Let's pray and ask the

Lord to help us for just a little while.

Father, thank you for allowing us to be

in the house of God. Thank you so much,

God, for what you've done in our midst

this morning. And Lord, you just

reminded me again, God, that it is not

in vain, Lord. And I THANK YOU. I BLESS

YOUR NAME for that, Lord, for the

sleepless nights and the prayers that's

been prayed. God, I thank you so much

for being so good and so blessed to us,

Father, in these DAYS AND SHINING YOUR

GRACE UPON US, LORD, making your face

glow upon your children. God, I ask

humbly, Lord, that you would help us

this morning, Lord. I thank you for

saving Miss Bella. And Lord, I'm going

to go ahead and thank you, Lord, for

saving those others that are in this

building this morning, lost without God.

And God, I pray you'd move in a mighty

way. Lord, help me to preach with power

and demonstration of the spirit this

morning. Remove every hindrance, God.

Bind the devil and the forces of hell,

Lord, that would hinder. You said they

overcame them by the blood of the lamb

and by the word of their testimony, and

they love not their lives, even under

the death. God, I plead the blood this

morning. Lord, as a dying man to dying

people, I pray you'd PREACH ME THIS

MORNING. GOD, WOULD YOU ACCOMPLISH ALL

YOUR WILL IN THIS service and do what

needs to be done? We'll thank you for it

because we ask it in Jesus' name. You

can be seated. Amen. And amen this

morning. Now, we've been looking here at

Genesis 6 over the last few weeks.

Several messages here that we've looked

at, and God dealt with my heart about

this portion of scripture. He woke me up

this morning with this on my mind. I was

it was on my heart yesterday, but I

didn't really know what direction the

Lord would have us to go in. But I

really believe this morning if there's

anything that I could lead off with in

this ser service uh sermon this morning,

I would say this morning that death is

certain.

>> Death is certain this morning. And the

reality of my life and yours is that if

we do not go by the way of the rapture

that there will come a day in our life

that death will come. But boy, I'm

thankful that while we're here, he's

given us life. Amen. And life more

abundantly to live for him. And I I want

to share with you some things out of

this text this morning. A little

different than what I would normally

preach, but it's been like that a whole

lot here lately. And so I'll just say

this. I'm thankful God don't have to

work like I want him to. Amen. God don't

have to operate the way that we think he

has to operate. Amen. He can preach

through us and to us however he wants

to. But I notice in this text this

morning, of course, this story beginning

in chapter number five, Noah is born

unto a man by the name of Lamech. And we

considered there in chapter number six

on last Sunday night the state of the

world at the time of Noah's presence

here on this earth and how that the

sinfulness and the shamefulness of man's

heart was exceeding great before the

Lord and God was great with an entire

generation of people and though they

were great in every way. They had great

strength and they had great size and

they had great social status. God didn't

care about any of that. But what he did

notice was that their sin was greater

than all of that. And let me say this to

you, just to repeat it again this

morning. God does not care how big you

are this morning. HE DOES NOT CARE HOW

GREAT YOU THINK YOU ARE in the flesh.

BUT LET ME SAY THIS, far greater than

you think you are this MORNING IS THE

SIN PROBLEM that's in your life. Amen.

And when I come to this text, the Bible

tells us that Noah was different in

spite of the defilement of the world.

Noah was different than all those around

him. And I want to preach it this

morning on Noah and the ark and give you

three things this morning. I want to

consider first of all, I'll give you the

outline and then let you go back in and

fill in this morning. But I want to

consider the man this morning. I want to

consider the miracles and I want to

consider the message this morning of

Noah and the ark out of Genesis 6 and

Genesis chapter number seven. Now we

looked there on last Sunday night

concerning the story of Noah and how the

years were intertwined that Methuselah

his name means when he when he dies it

shall come. Speaking of the judgment of

God and the flood upon the earth and

after Methuselah died after that event

had taken place that his daddy Enoch had

prophesied of. We know that that very

same year the flood came upon the earth.

And in that time period, in that day,

Noah and his family were preparing. The

Bible says here in the text that in the

midst of that sinful age, the Bible says

in verse number eight, "But Noah found

grace in the eyes of the Lord." AND WHEN

I THINK ABOUT the man Noah this morning,

the first thing that comes to my mind is

the favor of God that was on his life.

The Bible says that Noah found grace in

the eyes of the Lord. And you say,

"Preacher, what does that mean?" Well,

it means this. number one that God was

watching. You're

>> right.

>> Amen. You say, "Preacher, how is that?"

Well, notice Genesis chapter number

seven and verse number one. Look what

your Bible says. And the Lord said unto

Noah, "Come thou and all thy whole house

into the ark." Look what your Bible

says. For thee have I seen, notice that,

"For thee have I seen righteous before

me in this generation." God had noticed

what Noah's life consisted of. God had

taken notice of Noah's careful desire to

be righteous and be obedient to the

commandment of God. And because of that,

he received the favor of God. And let me

say this to you this morning. When it

comes to your life and mine, I

understand that there is no

righteousness within you and I. But the

righteousness that Noah possessed is the

same righteousness that you and I

possess. And it only comes upon terms in

faith in the word of God.

>> Right? He believed what God told him.

And the Bible says as Abraham's account

in Genesis 15 and verse number six, he

believed God and it was imputed unto

him. It was counted unto him for

righteousness. And so Noah had received

the favor of God. In verse number eight,

I notice not only Noah's favor, but I've

already alluded to this a little bit. We

notice also in verse number nine, Noah's

faith. Look what your Bible says. These

are the generations of Noah. Genesis

Genesis 6:9

6:9, Noah was a just man and perfect in

his generations. Notice your Bible. And

Noah walked with God. Now, there's only

two men in the entirety of the

antidolivian period that were described

this way. And it was Noah and his great

greatgrandfather Enoch. Amen. And they

were described this way. We know Enoch

was raptured out, but Noah here is

fixing to live through this period of

judgment. BUT I FIND NOAH'S FAITH IS

EXPRESSED. THE Bible says that he was a

just man. He was righteous before God.

And of course, we know that only becomes

upon the terms of faith. For without

faith, it's impossible to please him.

Let me remind you of this today, this

morning. If you've never trusted Christ,

there's no amount of good works you can

do to merit salvation. There's nothing

you can do to can do to attain turn

eternal life. Paul said this to the

church at Ephesus. For by grace are you

saved through faith, AND THAT NOT OF

YOURSELVES. It is THE GIFT OF GOD. WHAT

HE SAY? NOT OF WORKS, lest any man

should boast. And Noah's faith, it

caused an operation in his life of a

righteousness. Because faith WITHOUT

WORKS IS DEAD. SOMEBODY help me preach

this morning. Noah believed God. Noah

was faithful, he was righteous. The

Bible said he wasn't only righteous, but

he was perfect in his generations. And

that simply means this, that Noah was

consistent all throughout his life.

>> You're right. Noah was 500 years old

according to Genesis 5 when his sons

were born. 600 years old when the flood

of waters came upon the earth. And so

all of that time period Noah had been

faithful and God had this to say about

him. Inspired by the pen of the Holy

Ghost. He was perfect. He was spotless

and blameless before God in the

revolvings of time. And I noticed this.

Not only he was righteous and perfect in

the revolving of time, but he also

WALKED WITH GOD. HE HAD A RELATIONSHIP

with the Lord Jesus Christ. He had

fellowship with God Almighty. And let me

remind you this this morning. The truth

about your life and mine is all that

really matters is that relationship with

Jesus. You see, if that's not right,

nothing else in your life will be right.

Amen. Noah walked with God. I notice his

favor, his faith. I notice his family in

verse number 10. Noah begat three sons,

Shim, Ham, and Japheth. Shim of course

being the one through which the promised

seed of Israel would come through. Ham

being the seed of the Canaanite people

and Japheth it would dwell in the tents

of his brother Shim's children. They

would be servants unto them. And so

these three boys would be the three sons

through which the whole human race would

come from after THE ARK. BUT I NOTICE

this in the text and this is where I

want to get to. All right. I notice not

only his favor, his faith and his

family, but I notice in the text the

framing. You say, "What do you mean?"

Well, notice what the Bible says in

verse 13. The Bible said, "God said unto

Noah, the end of all flesh has come

before me, for the earth is filled with

violence through them, and behold, I

will destroy them with the earth."

Notice what your Bible said in verse 14.

Make thee an ark of gopher wood. room

shalt thou make in the ark and shalt

pitch it within and without with pitch.

And for the next several verses, God is

going to extru instruct this man Noah on

how to construct this ark. Amen. And you

say, "Preacher, where are you headed

with this this morning?" Well, I want to

tell you this this morning. When I look

at this text, I see this man Noah, of

course, he is an image here of a man

that's going to go through the

tribulation period in one sense, but

also I see that Noah is a type of

Christ.

>> You say, "How is that?" Well, the Bible

says God told him to make an ark. In

essence, in our terms, that means Noah,

you got to build a boat,

>> right?

>> And the Bible, we often compare it this

way. We call the church what? the old

ship

>> of Zion.

I want to preach on that thought for a

little minute this morning. Noah and the

ark as a type of Christ. You say, "How

is that?" Well, I notice his framing in

this text. God had designed this,

>> right?

>> So much preaching this, I ain't going to

be able to get it all out. But God had

instructed him to frame this arc. And

let me say this, this was a spiritual

work.

>> Right?

>> You say, "How is that, preacher?" It was

physical labor that Noah was doing. You

understand that if Noah had not built

the ark, the human race would have died

completely.

>> You're right.

>> There would have been no more human

race. And so God entrusted Noah with the

salvation of the human race. You're

>> right.

>> I really just dropping the hammer right

on the first point. Amen. I'm saying God

had entrusted this man Noah with the

salvation of the first part in this text

of the human race. And in this frame and

he follows directly the instructions of

God Almighty by the scriptures pinned

upon the pages of the word of God. You

can go up there north and see the the

the replica that they built of the ark.

But I really don't believe that there's

anybody that could do justice to what

this ark really was. And let me say this

to you today. There's been a lot of

people tried to build the church. Amen.

Outside of that Bible right there. But

you can have a building and you can have

people. But if you don't have the

presence and power of the Holy GHOST OF

GOD, YOU'VE GOT NOTHING MORE THAN A

SOCIAL CLUB and a secular fellowship.

Amen. Hey, they can build all the arks

that they want to build. But they won't

never be an ark like Noah's. Amen. Noah

built the ark. The Bible says Hebrews

said while it was preparing, he built IT

TO THE SAVING OF HIS HOUSE. AMEN.

>> And Jesus said, he said, "Upon this

rock, I'll build my church,

>> and the gates of hell shall not prevail

against it." Amen. Notice the miracles

in the text. We're going to move quickly

this morning. I see in this text, and it

always amazes me, there's so many

miracles that take place. Now, really,

in a sense, these are not miracles. But

to us, when we consider this this

morning, you know, we could talk about

the dimensions of the ark. I mean, it's

longer than a football field, a

humongous boat this was. And I want to

remind you of the truth this morning

that it never rained from the sky.

>> That's right.

>> Rain had never fallen out of the sky.

The Bible says that the earth was

watered with the dew that came up from

the ground. And the ground was kept by

that dew which arose from the earth. And

you understand Noah's building an ark.

And they've never seen it rain.

>> God is telling this generation, "Hey,

I'm going to flood the earth." And Noah

is preaching the whole time he's

building the ark. Somewhere between 25

and 75 years, Noah is building this ark.

And the whole time, the Bible calls him

a preacher of righteousness. He's a

preacher the whole time. Judgments are

coming. Judgments are coming. While he's

a hammering on that ark, he's a

hammering on the souls of men. THE

JUDGMENTS ARE COMING. AND I THINK ABOUT

this text. I consider the miracles here.

Number one, I think about the miracle of

the floating of the ark.

>> You say, "Preacher, what is that?" Well,

nobody ever built a boat like this.

>> And you think about this ark, what it's

sitting upon. You understand there was

enough water and even science tells us

today that there's still enough water in

Earth's atmosphere and on the land and

under the land that that it could

possibly flood the entire earth again.

But that'll never happen. Amen. Because

God said it's not going to happen. But

let me say this to you today. There this

boat stayed a flow through seas that

arose 15 ft over the top of the highest

mountain. You understand that must have

been tempestuous rain for 40 days and 40

nights. This arc stayed of flow. But let

me say to you this morning, the church

has weathered a whole lot more than the

ark did. Amen. It weathered the dark

ages and the middle ages, the times when

persecution was high and heavy. And let

me say this, we're still meeting here

2,000 years later after the cross. THE

CHURCH HAS WEATHERED THE STORMS. AMEN.

AMEN.

>> The word of God, men of God, children of

God have weathered the storms, the

miracle of the floating of the ark, the

miracle of the finding of the animals.

You think about this. God told Noah

there in chapter six, he says, "You get

two of every kind." Two of every kind,

Noah. And I don't know about you, but

that's a lot of animals.

>> Amen. You can look at the replica and

what what they believe the size of that

ark was and you say, "Preacher, well,

that may not be all that many animals."

Well, let me just say this to you. I

believe there was more animals before

the flood than there is now. That's

>> right.

>> Because there's many things that's went

extinct. All right? We ain't got time to

preach all that. I'm headed somewhere.

Stay with me. But he finds all these

animals. And I'll say more about that in

a minute. Let me say this. You

understand that the church has found a

convert in every generation,

>> right?

>> Every preacher in every generation. How

is that, preacher? Well, I'm I'm a

convert,

>> right?

>> And you know what? I can trace my

conversion all the way back to the days

of the early church.

>> In every generation, there's been

somebody who's gotten saved. God only

knows what he'll do with your life

>> because you got saved this morning.

>> What I'm saying is the miracle of the

finding of the animals. There's so much

I could preach on this, but I got to get

to the message. There's the floating of

the ark, the finding of the animals.

There's the food for them annually.

You think about this. The Bible teaches

that they were on the ark at least a

year. Actually, 14 months from what I

believe, they were on the ark for a year

and 14 months. And you know what? They

had enough food to supply the need the

entire time.

>> You're right.

>> Amen.

>> Come on, pre.

>> We ain't run out of bread. You're right.

Right.

>> It ain't changed. This is real simple,

but it's real good. Amen. It ain't cause

I'm preaching either. I'm just telling

you the truth. We still got the Bible.

>> And there's still plenty more where that

came from. Amen.

>> Notice this tonight. This morning, I see

the message. I see the miracles all this

time on the ark. So many more miracles I

could speak of, but I want to give you

the message this morning. Notice chapter

7, verse number 13.

The Bible says verse 12, "The rain was

upon the earth 40 days and 40 nights."

Verse 13, "In the selfsame day entered

Noah and Shem and Ham and Japheth, the

sons of Noah, Noah's wives, Noah's wife,

and the three wives of his sons with

them into the ark. they and every beast

after his kind, and all the cattle after

their kind, and every creeping thing

that creepeth upon the earth after his

kind, and every foul after his kind,

every bird of every sort. And they went

in unto an oa into the ark, two and two

of all flesh, wherein is the breath of

life. And they that went in went in male

and female, of all flesh, as God had

commanded him, and the Lord shut him in.

You see, in this text, what we discover

is Noah has built the ark. All right?

Not only we've discovered that Noah has

built the ark, but he's also born in the

ark. You're

>> right.

>> Aren't you thankful? When Jesus built

the church, he didn't leave it.

>> You're right.

>> He said, "I'll send you another

comforter

>> that he may abide with you forever, even

the spirit of truth. When he has come,

he'll guide you into all truth.

>> He'll teach you of all things whatsoever

I've spoken unto you."

>> He didn't only build the boat, but he

boarded the boat.

>> And the Bible says here in the text, and

I I'm going to give you a little nugget

here, and I'll give you the three

points, and we'll be done. You see the

Bible, we often think, how did Moah find

all those animals? Well, I submit to

you, he didn't find them. You're

>> right.

>> Notice the text. The Bible says in verse

number, notice verse number seven, Noah

went in, his sons and his wife and his

sons wives with him into the ark because

of the waters of the flood. So Noah and

his family are in the ark. Notice what

the Bible says in verse number eight, of

clean beasts, and of beasts that are not

clean, of fowls, and of everything that

creepeth upon the earth. Notice verse

nine. There went in two and two, what's

that next word? Unto. There went in two

and two unto Noah into the ark, the male

and the female, as God had commanded

Noah. Now, we've all seen the pictures.

All right, we've seen the picture

depictions of this. There's a big old

boat. Noah standing the door of it, and

the animals are marching, one beside the

other one, into the ark. You know what?

I really don't believe that's that's too

far from the truth. I believe God sent

them in there.

>> Amen. You see that man over there in

that boat, you go to where he is.

>> Right.

>> Oh my. Is anybody on board with me this

morning?

>> Hey friend, we didn't get into this

thing ourselves.

>> You're right.

>> Jesus come to where we was at.

>> And said, "You see that boat up there?"

>> HEY, JESUS IS UP THERE. THE HOLY GHOST

SAID, "HEY, COME." LOOK WHAT YOUR BIBLE

SAID in Genesis 7 and verse number one.

The Lord said unto Noah, "Come thou."

Amen. That's the MESSAGE OF THE HOLY

GHOST TO THIS GENERATION COME. AMEN. AND

THE BIBLE SAYS NOAH STOOD IN THE DOOR OF

THAT ARK AND TWO BY TWO EVERY animal of

every kind CAME UNTO HIM IN THAT ARK.

LET ME SAY THIS. EVERY SINNER THAT GOD

KNEW IN THE FORNOWLEDGE BEFORE THE

BEGINNING OF THIS WORLD. HE KNEW THAT

THEY WOULD BE SAVED. HE'S WATCHED EVERY

ONE OF THEM GO INTO THE ARK. AND THANK

GOD THERE AIN'T A ONE OF THEM GOT OUT.

AMEN. AND NOTICE THIS. All right. This

ain't the best part. Amen. Notice the

text. Verse number 13, the Bible says

that after the rain begins to descend,

that very same day entered Noah, Shem,

Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah,

Noah's wife, and his three wives of his

sons with them into the ark. Now, in the

message, I want you to note first of

all, the message of Noah and the ark is

seen in the entrance.

>> You say, "What do you mean, preacher?"

Well, this ark is a type of salvation

that rides upon the flood of God's

judgment. And the Bible says in verse

14, "They and every beast after his

kind, and all the cattle after their

kind, and every creeping thing that

creepeth upon the earth after his kind,

and every foul after his kind, every

bird of every sword, and they went in,

there's the word again, unto Noah into

the ark." You say, "Preacher, what do

you mean?" I'm saying THIS MORNING, THEY

DIDN'T all go in the same way.

>> You're right.

>> You know what? Them birds, they flew in.

>> Amen. them mammals. They walked in.

>> You know what? There was a snake on the

boat.

>> Right.

>> So, you know what it did?

>> Slithered in.

>> You say, "What's the truth you're trying

to tell me?" It don't matter how you get

in.

>> You're right.

>> It just matters that you get in.

>> You're right.

>> Amen. Hey, it don't matter if it's 15

minutes before preaching time on Sunday

morning. It don't matter if it's down at

McDonald's ON THE CORNER STREET IN

WANCO. IT DON'T MATTER IF IT'S BY A

BEDSIDE SOMEWHERE. IT DON'T MATTER IF

YOU SHED TEARS or if you weep and cry

for months AFTER YOU GET SAVED. IT'S NOT

ABOUT HOW YOU GET IN, BUT IT'S JUST

ABOUT THE FACT THAT YOU GOT IN. AREN'T

YOU THANKFUL FOR THE DAY THAT JESUS

SHOWED HIMSELF TO YOU? AND HE WASN'T

CONCERNED ABOUT WHO YOU ARE IN THE SENSE

OF HOW YOU'RE GOING TO GET IN. BUT HE

SAID, "IF YOU'LL JUST COME, COME UNTO ME

ALL YE THAT LABOR AND ARE HEAVY LADEN."

HE SAID, "I'LL GIVE YOU REST." HE SAID,

"TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU. THAT'S THE

SALVATION." HE SAID, "IT'S EASY AND MY

BURDEN IS LIGHT." AMEN.

>> Let me say this to you this morning. You

say, "Preacher, I don't believe that."

Everybody's got to be saved the same

way. Well, in a sense, it comes from

that truth right there.

>> You're right.

>> Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by

what?

>> So, that's true this morning. But let's

let's just think about scripture for a

minute.

>> Think about Zakius

>> and think about the Apostle Paul.

Zakius was up in a tree cuz he was

curious about the Lord. Jesus comes by

and you know what he does? He looks up

in that tree and says, "Zakius, come

down."

>> Right?

>> I'm going to your house today.

>> So, you know what Zakius moment of

salvation was?

>> Climbing down out of the tree.

>> Amen. Somebody asked Zakius if he were

to be here with us this morning. We

asked him, "How'd you get saved?" Well,

he said, "Come." And I climbed down.

Amen. THAT'S HOW HE GOT SAVED. BUT YOU

KNOW WHAT? THE APOSTLE PAUL, if he were

here this morning, he would take two

hours to share his testimony, who he was

with, where he was going, what he was

doing, he would tell us how the light

was so bright that it blinded him for

three days. And he couldn't sing,

COULDN'T WE, DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS

GOING TO DO, BUT HE HEARD A VOICE FROM

HEAVEN SAYING, "SAUL, SAUL, why

persecutest thou me?" And you know what

Jesus did that day on the Damascus ROAD?

THE VERY SAME THING HE DID FOR ZAKIUS,

HE SAVED HIM BY HIS GRACE. YOU SAY,

"PREACHER, I DON'T BELIEVE ZAKIUS GOT

SAVED." LET ME JUST GIVE YOU THE TRUTH

THIS MORNING. JESUS SAID WHEN HE WALKED

UP INTO HIS HOUSE, HE SAID, "THIS DAY IS

FAITH. Come to this house."

>> Amen.

>> That's good.

>> It's not about how you get in.

>> Amen.

>> The entrance is not what's necessary.

>> Amen.

>> It's not about whether you fly in.

Oh man, I wish y'all hook up with that

this morning. It's not about if you fly

in, man. You might come running,

weeping, but you know what? That five

little six-year-old kid, they probably

not going to do that,

>> right?

>> They might not even shed a tear,

>> right?

>> But you know what you'll see in them?

The same thing you'll see in that old

drunk that gets saved. You'll see that

burden lift,

>> right?

>> Amen.

>> Off of them.

>> Amen.

>> I think not only about the interest, but

I think about the entirety.

Notice the text. Verse 15. And they,

that's the animals,

all of that animal life. The Bible says,

"And they went in unto Noah into the

ark, two and two of all flesh." Notice

that, "Of all flesh, wherein is the

breath of life." You know what that

tells me this morning? There wasn't one

missed.

>> You're right.

>> Every animal that was supposed to be in

the ark

>> was in the ark.

>> You say, "Preacher, how does that

relate?" Well, let me say this. The

Bible says, "Whosoever will."

>> That's right.

>> But you realize not everybody's going to

be saved.

>> That's right.

>> But God knows

>> who will trust him.

>> That's right.

>> And who will reject him.

>> Amen.

>> And one of these days when that boat

gets boarded for the last time,

>> you know what? The entirety,

>> every soul that would be saved will be

saved. Right?

>> Jesus said this, "All that the father

has given to me," he said, "All the

father given to me will come to me, he

that cometh to me, I will in no wise

cast out."

>> Right?

>> He said, "And them that the father has

given me said, I've not lost none."

>> Yep. Amen.

>> So, I've not lost one.

>> That's right.

>> He's not going to let us go. That's

>> right.

>> What did he say? He said, "Them that's

in my father's hand, HE'S GREATER THAN

ALL. AND NO MAN IS ABLE TO PLUCK THEM

OUT OF MY FATHER'S HAND." AREN'T YOU

THANKFUL THIS MORNING TO BE IN THE

CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD? TO BE SAVED BY

GRACE. HEY FRIEND, I CAN'T GET OUT EVEN

IF I WANTED TO THIS MORNING.

>> But bless God, I don't want to.

>> Amen.

>> Thank God the entirety of the church

will be delivered on this ark. But the

Bible says this. We see the entrance. We

see the entirety. But notice the end in

verse 16. And they that went in went in

male and female of all flesh as God had

commanded him. Let me say this before I

give you the last thought. You know

what? Noah did everything that God told

him to do.

>> You're right.

>> You know what? Jesus has done everything

God told him to do.

>> Jesus was obedient to the will of the

father. He said, "My need is to do the

will of him that sent me and to finish

>> right

>> his work." Yeah.

>> And on Calvar's cross, what'd he say?

>> It's finished. He did everything God

told him to do. You know what? the day

the Bible says there in the text and the

Lord shut him in. You know what? When

that door closed, you know what? Noah

had done everything that he could do.

>> That's right.

>> And here's the truth to this

message this morning.

The message of Noah and the ark is there

came a day when the door closed.

>> You're right. Right.

>> And I want to say this to you, that

could be today.

>> You're right.

>> And you know what I've done as the

messenger?

I've given you one more opportunity.

>> You're right.

>> And I can tell you this, the Holy Ghost

is giving you another opportunity.

>> Right.

>> But the Bible says in Genesis 6, you

remember what God said? My spirit shall

not always strive with man. That's

>> right.

>> You know what? She might have been the

last soul had to get saved.

>> Right. Come on.

>> Before Jesus comes. You say, "Preacher,

but I'm lost." Well,

>> come on.

>> You going to trust him?

>> Amen.

Right.

>> You say, "Is there opportunity,

preacher? Are you breathing?"

>> That's right.

>> Yes. Go ahead.

>> Do you want to be saved?

>> Amen.

>> You can be saved this morning.

>> As we all stand, every head bowed and

every eye closed this morning.

Christians are praying.

The message of knowing the ark is this.

It doesn't matter how you get in. It

only matters that you are in.

And
