  8. God.

  9. Amen. Thank you for singing this

  10. morning. If you have your Bible, invite

  11. you to turn with me to the book of

  12. Genesis. Genesis chapter number 7. And

  13. uh thankful for what God has already

  14. done in our midst today. And I tell you

  15. this, the Bible says faith cometh by

  16. hearing and hearing by the word of God.

  17. And I just believe this is what the Lord

  18. would have us to do this morning. And I

  19. want to preach what God has put on my

  20. heart. Genesis chapter number seven. I

  21. want to read just a few verses to you

  22. this morning and preach a thought with

  23. the help of the Lord out of Genesis

  24. chapter number 7. I want to invite you

  25. to stand with me once again please on a

  26. reverence to the reading of God's word.

  27. Genesis chapter 7. It's good to have

    Genesis 7 chapter mention

  28. brother Cliff Willis here in the service

  29. with us today. Preacher, thank you for

  30. being here coming by and visit us. It's

  31. so good to have you and appreciate you

  32. being here as well as every visitor.

  33. Thank you for being here in the house of

  34. God and you members. We love you and

  35. appreciate each one of you. And man, I'm

  36. thankful for what God's doing. And I

  37. tell you this, church, don't forget what

  38. you're seeing these days. Amen. And God

  39. is blessing. God is moving. And uh

  40. anywhere God is working, the devil's

  41. working as well. And let me say this

  42. this morning. Whatever if there's

  43. something in your heart that might

  44. hinder this service, uh these altars are

  45. open this morning. You can come get that

  46. thing off of you this morning. You can

  47. have liberty to enjoy uh the service,

  48. the spirit of God this morning. And man,

  49. I'm telling you, it's rich in here. I

  50. feel his presence. And I'll tell you

  51. this. You say, "Preacher, we don't go

  52. all feelings." And you're right. But

  53. boy, I'm thankful. Uh there's enough

  54. days that I don't feel it, but I'm

  55. thankful when I do. Amen. And I bless

  56. his name for it this morning. Genesis

  57. chapter number 7 verse number Let's

  58. begin reading in verse number verse

  59. number 11. Genesis chapter 7. Verse

    Genesis 7 chapter mention

  60. number 11. You Christians pray for us

  61. this morning that God would help us.

  62. Genesis 7 verse number 11. The Bible

  63. says, "In the 600th year of Noah's life,

  64. in the second month, the 17th day of the

  65. month, the same day were all the

  66. fountains of the great deep broken up

  67. and the windows of heaven were opened.

  68. And the rain was upon the earth 40 days

  69. and 40 nights. in the selfs same day

  70. entered Noah and Shim and Ham and

  71. Japheth the sons of Noah and Noah's wife

  72. and the three wives of his sons with

  73. them into the ark they and every beast

  74. after his kind and all the cattle after

  75. their kind and every creeping thing that

  76. creepeth upon the earth after his kind

  77. and every foul after his kind every bird

  78. of every sort. Verse 15, notice what

  79. your Bible says. And they went in unto

  80. Noah into the ark, two and two of all

  81. flesh, wherein is the breath of life.

  82. And they that went in went in male and

  83. female of all flesh, as God had

  84. commanded him. And notice the last

  85. phrase. And the Lord, what's your Bible

  86. say? Shut him in. I don't know about you

  87. this morning, but I'm thankful that

  88. there are some things in my life and

  89. yours that are sealed. Amen. My

  90. salvation is the seal. It's the earnest

  91. of the Holy Ghost in my heart, knowing

  92. that one of these days, God's going to

  93. come back and take us home with him. And

  94. until then, I'm espoused to one husband,

  95. the Lord Jesus Christ. And when he comes

  96. and takes me home, the spirit of God is

  97. going to lead me safely over those

  98. waters, and I'll be in heaven's fair

  99. land. But until then, we've got a

  100. journey to do, and we're on a trip.

  101. Amen. And I want to preach this morning

  102. out of this text on Noah and the ark.

  103. Amen. You say, "Preacher, that's not a

  104. flamboyant title." Well, it's a

  105. scriptural title. Amen. And so, we're

  106. going to preach on that for just a

  107. little while. Let's pray and ask the

  108. Lord to help us for just a little while.

  109. Father, thank you for allowing us to be

  110. in the house of God. Thank you so much,

  111. God, for what you've done in our midst

  112. this morning. And Lord, you just

  113. reminded me again, God, that it is not

  114. in vain, Lord. And I THANK YOU. I BLESS

  115. your name for that, Lord, for the

  116. sleepless nights and the prayers that's

  117. been prayed. God, I thank you so much

  118. for being so good and so blessed to us,

  119. Father, in these DAYS AND SHINING YOUR

  120. GRACE UPON US, LORD, making your face

  121. glow upon your children. God, I ask

  122. humbly, Lord, that you would help us

  123. this morning, Lord. I thank you for

  124. saving Miss Bella. And Lord, I'm going

  125. to go ahead and thank you, Lord, for

  126. saving those others that are in this

  127. building this morning, lost without God.

  128. And God, I pray you'd move in a mighty

  129. way. Lord, help me to preach with power

  130. and demonstration of the spirit this

  131. morning. Remove every hindrance, God.

  132. Bind the devil and the forces of hell,

  133. Lord, that would hinder. You said they

  134. overcame them by the blood of the lamb

  135. and by the word of their testimony, and

  136. they love not their lives, even under

  137. the death. God, I plead the blood this

  138. morning. Lord, as a dying man to dying

  139. people, I pray you'd PREACH ME THIS

  140. MORNING. GOD, WOULD YOU ACCOMPLISH ALL

  141. YOUR WILL IN THIS service and do what

  142. needs to be done? We'll thank you for it

  143. because we ask it in Jesus' name. You

  144. can be seated. Amen. And amen this

  145. morning. Now, we've been looking here at

  146. Genesis 6 over the last few weeks.

  147. Several messages here that we've looked

  148. at, and God dealt with my heart about

  149. this portion of scripture. He woke me up

  150. this morning with this on my mind. I was

  151. it was on my heart yesterday, but I

  152. didn't really know what direction the

  153. Lord would have us to go in. But I

  154. really believe this morning if there's

  155. anything that I could lead off with in

  156. this ser service uh sermon this morning,

  157. I would say this morning that death is

  158. certain.

  159. >> Death is certain this morning. And the

  160. reality of my life and yours is that if

  161. we do not go by the way of the rapture

  162. that there will come a day in our life

  163. that death will come. But boy, I'm

  164. thankful that while we're here, he's

  165. given us life. Amen. And life more

  166. abundantly to live for him. And I I want

  167. to share with you some things out of

  168. this text this morning. A little

  169. different than what I would normally

  170. preach, but it's been like that a whole

  171. lot here lately. And so I'll just say

  172. this. I'm thankful God don't have to

  173. work like I want him to. Amen. God don't

  174. have to operate the way that we think he

  175. has to operate. Amen. He can preach

  176. through us and to us however he wants

  177. to. But I notice in this text this

  178. morning, of course, this story beginning

  179. in chapter number five, Noah is born

  180. unto a man by the name of Lamech. And we

  181. considered there in chapter number six

  182. on last Sunday night the state of the

  183. world at the time of Noah's presence

  184. here on this earth and how that the

  185. sinfulness and the shamefulness of man's

  186. heart was exceeding great before the

  187. Lord and God was great with an entire

  188. generation of people and though they

  189. were great in every way. They had great

  190. strength and they had great size and

  191. they had great social status. God didn't

  192. care about any of that. But what he did

  193. notice was that their sin was greater

  194. than all of that. And let me say this to

  195. you, just to repeat it again this

  196. morning. God does not care how big you

  197. are this morning. HE DOES NOT CARE HOW

  198. GREAT YOU THINK YOU ARE IN THE FLESH.

  199. But let me say this, far greater than

  200. you think you are this MORNING IS THE

  201. SIN PROBLEM that's in your life. Amen.

  202. And when I come to this text, the Bible

  203. tells us that Noah was different in

  204. spite of the defilement of the world.

  205. Noah was different than all those around

  206. him. And I want to preach it this

  207. morning on Noah and the ark and give you

  208. three things this morning. I want to

  209. consider first of all, I'll give you the

  210. outline and then let you go back in and

  211. fill in this morning. But I want to

  212. consider the man this morning. I want to

  213. consider the miracles and I want to

  214. consider the message this morning of

  215. Noah and the ark out of Genesis 6 and

  216. Genesis chapter number 7. Now, we looked

  217. there on last Sunday night concerning

  218. the story of Noah and how the years were

  219. intertwined that Methuselah, his name

  220. means when he when he dies, it shall

  221. come. Speaking of the judgment of God

  222. and the flood upon the earth and after

  223. Methuselah died, after that event had

  224. taken place that his daddy Enoch had

  225. prophesied of, we know that that very

  226. same year, the flood came upon the

  227. earth. And in that time period, in that

  228. day, Noah and his family were preparing.

  229. The Bible says here in the text that in

  230. the midst of that sinful age, the Bible

  231. says in verse number eight, "But Noah

  232. found grace in the eyes of the Lord."

  233. AND WHEN I THINK ABOUT the man Noah this

  234. morning, the first thing that comes to

  235. my mind is the favor of God that was on

  236. his life. The Bible says that Noah found

  237. grace in the eyes of the Lord. And you

  238. say, "Preacher, what does that mean?"

  239. Well, it means this. number one that God

  240. was watching. You're

  241. >> right.

  242. >> Amen. You say, "Preacher, how is that?"

  243. Well, notice Genesis chapter number

  244. seven and verse number one. Look what

  245. your Bible says. And the Lord said unto

  246. Noah, "Come thou and all thy whole house

  247. into the ark." Look what your Bible

  248. says. For thee have I seen. Notice that.

  249. For thee have I seen righteous before me

  250. in this generation. God had noticed what

  251. Noah's life consisted of. God had taken

  252. notice of Noah's careful desire to be

  253. righteous and be obedient to the

  254. commandment of God. And because of that,

  255. he received the favor of God. And let me

  256. say this to you THIS MORNING. WHEN IT

  257. COMES TO YOUR life and mine, I

  258. understand that there is no

  259. righteousness within you and I. But the

  260. righteousness that Noah possessed is the

  261. same righteousness that you and I

  262. possess. And it only comes upon terms in

  263. faith in the word of God.

  264. >> Right? He believed what God told him.

  265. And the Bible says as Abraham's account

  266. in Genesis 15 and verse number six, he

  267. believed God and it was imputed unto

  268. him. It was counted unto him for

  269. righteousness. And so Noah had received

  270. the favor of God. In verse number eight,

  271. I notice not only Noah's favor, but I've

  272. already alluded to this a little bit. We

  273. notice also in verse number nine, Noah's

  274. faith. Look what your Bible says. These

  275. are the generations of Noah. Genesis

    Genesis 6:9

  276. 6:9, Noah was a just man and perfect in

  277. his generations. Notice your Bible. And

  278. Noah walked with God. Now, there's only

  279. two men in the entirety of the

  280. antidolivian period that were described

  281. this way. And it was Noah and his great

  282. greatgrandfather Enoch. Amen. And they

  283. were described this way. We know Enoch

  284. was raptured out, but Noah here is

  285. fixing to live through this period of

  286. judgment. BUT I FIND NOAH'S FAITH IS

  287. EXPRESSED. THE Bible says that he was a

  288. just man. He was righteous before God.

  289. And of course, we know that only becomes

  290. upon the terms of faith. For without

  291. faith, it's impossible to please him.

  292. Let me remind you of this today, this

  293. morning. If you've never trusted Christ,

  294. there's no amount of good works you can

  295. do to merit salvation. There's nothing

  296. you can do to can do to attain turn

  297. eternal life. Paul said this to the

  298. church at Ephesus. For by grace are you

  299. saved through faith, AND THAT NOT of

  300. yourselves. IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD. WHAT

  301. DID HE SAY? NOT OF WORKS, lest any man

  302. should boast. And Noah's faith, it

  303. caused an operation in his life of a

  304. righteousness because faith without

  305. works is dead. Somebody help me preach

  306. this morning. Noah believed God. Noah

  307. was faithful, he was righteous. The

  308. Bible said he wasn't only righteous, but

  309. he was perfect in his generations. And

  310. that simply means this, that Noah was

  311. consistent all throughout his life.

  312. >> You're right. Noah was 500 years old

  313. according to Genesis 5 when his sons

  314. were born. 600 years old when the flood

  315. of waters came upon the earth. And so

  316. all of that time period, Noah had been

  317. faithful in God. Had this to say about

  318. him, inspired by the pen of the Holy

  319. Ghost. He was perfect. He was spotless

  320. and blameless before God in the

  321. revolvings of time. And I noticed this.

  322. Not only he was righteous and perfect in

  323. the revolving of time, but he also

  324. walked with God. He had a relationship

  325. with the Lord Jesus Christ. He had

  326. fellowship with God Almighty. And let me

  327. remind you this this morning. The truth

  328. about your life and mine is all that

  329. really matters is that relationship with

  330. Jesus. You see, if that's not right,

  331. nothing else in your life will be right.

  332. Amen. Noah walked with God. I notice his

  333. favor, his faith. I notice his family in

  334. verse number 10. Noah begat three sons,

  335. Shim, Ham, and Japheth. Shim of course

  336. being the one through which the promised

  337. seed of Israel would come through. Ham

  338. being the seed of the Canaanite people

  339. and Japheth it would dwell in the tents

  340. of his brother Shim's children. They

  341. would be servants unto them. And so

  342. these three boys would be the three sons

  343. through which the whole human race would

  344. come from after THE ARK. BUT I NOTICE

  345. this in the text and this is where I

  346. want to get to. All right. I notice not

  347. only his favor, his faith and his

  348. family, but I notice in the text the

  349. framing. You say, "What do you mean?"

  350. Well, notice what the Bible says in

  351. verse 13. The Bible said, "God said unto

  352. Noah, "The end of all flesh has come

  353. before me, for the earth is filled with

  354. violence through them, and behold, I

  355. will destroy them with the earth."

  356. Notice what your Bible said in verse 14.

  357. Make thee an ark of gopher wood. room

  358. shalt thou make in the ark and shalt

  359. pitch it within and without with pitch.

  360. And for the next several verses, God is

  361. going to extru instruct this man Noah on

  362. how to construct this ark. Amen. And you

  363. say, "Preacher, where are you headed

  364. with this this morning?" Well, I want to

  365. tell you this this morning. When I look

  366. at this text, I see this man Noah. Of

  367. course, he is an image here of a man

  368. that's going to go through the

  369. tribulation period in one sense, but

  370. also I see that Noah is a type of

  371. Christ.

  372. >> You say, "How is that?" Well, the Bible

  373. says God told him to make an ark. In

  374. essence, in our terms, that means Noah,

  375. you got to build a boat,

  376. >> right?

  377. >> And the Bible, we often compare it this

  378. way. We call the church what? the old

  379. ship

  380. >> of Zion.

  381. And I want to preach on that thought for

  382. a little minute this morning. Noah and

  383. the ark as a type of Christ. You say,

  384. "How is that?" Well, I notice his

  385. framing in this text. God had designed

  386. this,

  387. >> right?

  388. >> I so much preaching this, I ain't going

  389. to be able to get it all out. But God

  390. had instructed him to frame this arc.

  391. And let me say this, this was a

  392. spiritual work.

  393. >> Right?

  394. >> You say, "How is that, preacher? It was

  395. physical labor that Noah was doing." You

  396. understand that if Noah had not built

  397. the ark, the human race would have died

  398. completely.

  399. >> You're right.

  400. >> Amen.

  401. >> There would have been no more human

  402. race. And so God entrusted Noah with the

  403. salvation of the human race. You're

  404. >> right.

  405. >> I really just dropping the hammer right

  406. on the first point. Amen. I'm saying God

  407. had entrusted this man Noah with the

  408. salvation of the first part in this text

  409. of the human race. And in this frame and

  410. he follows directly the instructions of

  411. God Almighty by the scriptures pinned

  412. upon the pages of the word of God. You

  413. can go up there north and see the the

  414. the replica that they built of the ark.

  415. But I really don't believe that there's

  416. anybody that could do justice to what

  417. this ark really was. And let me say this

  418. to you today. There's been a lot of

  419. people tried to build the church. Amen.

  420. Outside of that Bible right there. But

  421. you can have a building and you can have

  422. people. But if you don't have the

  423. presence and power of the HOLY GHOST OF

  424. GOD, YOU'VE GOT NOTHING more than a

  425. social club and a secular fellowship.

  426. Amen. Hey, they can build all the arks

  427. that they want to build. But they won't

  428. never be an ark like Noah's. Amen. Noah

  429. built the ark. The Bible says Hebrews

  430. said while it was preparing, he built it

  431. to THE SAVING OF HIS HOUSE. AMEN.

  432. >> And Jesus said, he said, "Upon this

  433. rock, I'll build my church,

  434. >> and the gates of hell shall not prevail

  435. against it." Amen. Notice the miracles

  436. in the text. We're going to move quickly

  437. this morning. I see in this text, and it

  438. always amazes me, there's so many

  439. miracles that take place. Now, really,

  440. in a sense, these are not miracles. But

  441. to us, when we consider this this

  442. morning, you know, we could talk about

  443. the dimensions of the ark. I mean, it's

  444. longer than a football field, a

  445. humongous boat this was. And I want to

  446. remind you of the truth this morning

  447. that it never rained from the sky.

  448. >> That's right.

  449. >> Rain had never fallen out of the sky.

  450. The Bible says that the earth was

  451. watered with the dew that came up from

  452. the ground. And the ground was kept by

  453. that dew which arose from the earth. And

  454. you understand Noah's building an ark.

  455. And they've never seen it rain.

  456. >> God is telling this generation, "Hey,

  457. I'm going to flood the earth." And Noah

  458. is preaching the whole time he's

  459. building the ark. Somewhere between 25

  460. and 75 years, Noah is building this ark.

  461. And the whole time the Bible calls him a

  462. preacher of righteousness. He's a

  463. preacher. the whole time. Judgments are

  464. coming. Judgments are coming. While he's

  465. a hammering on that ark, he's a

  466. hammering on the souls of men THAT

  467. JUDGMENTS ARE COMING. AND I THINK ABOUT

  468. THIS TEXT. I consider the miracles here.

  469. Number one, I think about the miracle of

  470. the floating of the ark.

  471. >> You say, "Preacher, what is that?" Well,

  472. nobody ever built a boat like this.

  473. >> And you think about this ark, what it's

  474. sitting upon. You understand there was

  475. enough water. And even science tells us

  476. today that there's still enough water in

  477. Earth's atmosphere and on the land and

  478. under the land that that it could

  479. possibly flood the entire earth again.

  480. But that'll never happen. Amen. Because

  481. God said it's not going to happen. Well,

  482. let me say this to you today there. This

  483. boat stayed flow through seas that arose

  484. 15 feet over the top of the highest

  485. mountain. You understand that must have

  486. been tempestuous rain for 40 days and 40

  487. nights. this arc state of flow. But let

  488. me say to you this morning, the church

  489. has weathered a whole lot more than the

  490. ark did. Amen. It weathered the dark

  491. ages and the Middle Ages, the times when

  492. persecution was high and heavy. And let

  493. me say this, we're still meeting here

  494. 2,000 years later after the cross. THE

  495. CHURCH HAS WEATHERED THE STORMS. AMEN.

  496. >> The word of God, men of God, children of

  497. God have weathered the storms. The

  498. miracle of the floating of the ark, the

  499. miracle of the finding of the animals.

  500. You think about this. God told Noah

  501. there in chapter six, he says, "You get

  502. two of every kind." Two of every kind,

  503. Noah. And I don't know about you, but

  504. that's a lot of animals.

  505. >> Amen.

  506. >> You can look at the replica and what

  507. what they believe the size of that ark

  508. was, and you say, "Preacher, well, that

  509. may not be all that many animals." Well,

  510. let me just say this to you. I believe

  511. there was more animals before the flood

  512. than there is now. That's

  513. >> right.

  514. >> Because there's many things that's went

  515. extinct. All right, we ain't got time to

  516. preach all that. I'm headed somewhere.

  517. Stay with me. But he finds all these

  518. animals. And I'll say more about that in

  519. a minute. Let me say this. You

  520. understand that the church has found a

  521. convert in every generation,

  522. >> right?

  523. >> Every preacher in every generation. How

  524. is that, preacher? Well, I'm I'm a

  525. convert,

  526. >> right?

  527. >> And you know what? I can trace my

  528. conversion all the way back to the days

  529. of the early church.

  530. >> In every generation, there's been

  531. somebody who's gotten saved. God only

  532. knows what he'll do with your life

  533. >> because you got saved this morning.

  534. >> What I'm saying is the miracle of the

  535. finding of the animals. There's so much

  536. I could preach on this, but I got to get

  537. to the message. There's the floating of

  538. the ark, the finding of the animals.

  539. There's the food for them annually.

  540. You think about this. The Bible teaches

  541. that they were on the ark at least a

  542. year. Actually 14 months from what I

  543. believe they were on the ark for a year

  544. and 14 months. And you know what? They

  545. had enough food to supply the need the

  546. entire time.

  547. >> You're right.

  548. >> Amen.

  549. >> Come on.

  550. >> We ain't run out of bread.

  551. >> You're right. Right.

  552. >> It ain't changed. This is real simple,

  553. but it's real good. Amen. It ain't cause

  554. I'm preaching either. I'm just telling

  555. you the truth. We still got the Bible.

  556. >> And there's still plenty more where that

  557. came from. Amen.

  558. >> Notice this tonight. This morning, I see

  559. the message. I see the miracles all this

  560. time on the ark. So many more miracles I

  561. could speak of, but I want to give you

  562. the message this morning. Notice chapter

  563. 7 verse number 13.

  564. The Bible says verse 12, the rain was

  565. upon the earth 40 days and 40 nights.

  566. Verse 13. In the self-same day entered

  567. Noah and Shem and Ham and Japheth, the

  568. sons of Noah, Noah's wives, Noah's wife,

  569. and the three wives of his sons with

  570. them into the ark. They and every beast

  571. after his kind, and all the cattle after

  572. their kind, and every creeping thing

  573. that creepeth upon the earth after his

  574. kind, and every foul after his kind,

  575. every bird of every sort. And they went

  576. in unto an oa into the ark, two and two

  577. of all flesh, wherein is the breath of

  578. life. And they that went in went in male

  579. and female of all flesh, as God had

  580. commanded him, and the Lord shut him in.

  581. You see, in this text, what we discover

  582. is Noah has built the ark. All right?

  583. Not only we've discovered that Noah has

  584. built the ark, but he's also born in the

  585. ark.

  586. >> You're right.

  587. >> Aren't you thankful when Jesus built the

  588. church, he didn't leave it?

  589. >> You're right. Amen.

  590. >> He said, "I'll send you another

  591. comforter

  592. >> that he may abide with you forever, even

  593. the spirit of truth. When he has come,

  594. he'll guide you into all truth.

  595. >> He'll teach you of all things whatsoever

  596. I've spoken unto you."

  597. >> He didn't only build the boat, but he

  598. boarded the boat.

  599. >> And the Bible says here in the text, and

  600. I I'm going to give you a little nugget

  601. here, and I'll give you the three

  602. points, and we'll be done. You see, the

  603. Bible, we often think, how did Moah find

  604. all those animals? Well, I submit to

  605. you, he didn't find them.

  606. >> You're right.

  607. >> Notice the text. The Bible says in verse

  608. number, notice verse number seven, Noah

  609. went in his sons and his wife and his

  610. son's wives with him into the ark

  611. because of the waters of the flood. So

  612. Noah and his family are in the ark.

  613. Notice what the Bible says in verse

  614. number eight, of clean beasts, and of

  615. beasts that are not clean, of thousand,

  616. of everything that creepeth upon the

  617. earth. Notice verse nine. There went in

  618. two and two. What's that next word?

  619. Unto. There went in two and two. unto

  620. Noah into the ark, the male and the

  621. female, as God had commanded Noah. Now,

  622. we've all seen the pictures, all right?

  623. We've seen the picture depictions of

  624. this. There's a big old boat. Noah

  625. standing the door of it, and the animals

  626. are marching, one beside the other one,

  627. into the ark. You know what? I really

  628. don't believe that's that's too far from

  629. the truth. I believe God sent him in

  630. there.

  631. >> You see that man over there in that

  632. boat, you go to where he is,

  633. >> right?

  634. >> Oh my. Is anybody on board with me this

  635. morning?

  636. >> Hey friend, we didn't get into this

  637. thing ourselves.

  638. >> You're right.

  639. >> Jesus come to where we was at.

  640. >> And said, "You see that boat up there?"

  641. >> AMEN.

  642. >> HEY, JESUS IS UP THERE. THE HOLY GHOST

  643. SAID, "HEY, COME." LOOK WHAT YOUR BIBLE

  644. SAID in Genesis 7 and verse number one.

  645. The Lord said unto Noah, "Come thou."

  646. Amen. That's the MESSAGE OF THE HOLY

  647. GHOST TO THIS GENERATION. COME. AMEN.

  648. AND THE BIBLE SAYS NOAH STOOD IN THE

  649. DOOR OF THAT ARK AND TWO BY TWO EVERY

  650. ANIMAL of every kind CAME UNTO HIM IN

  651. THAT ARK. LET ME SAY THIS. EVERY SINNER

  652. THAT GOD KNEW IN THE FORNOWLEDGE BEFORE

  653. THE BEGINNING OF THIS WORLD. HE KNEW

  654. THAT THEY WOULD BE SAVED. HE'S WATCHED

  655. EVERY ONE OF THEM GO INTO THE ARK. AND

  656. THANK GOD THERE AIN'T A ONE OF THEM GOT

  657. OUT. AMEN. AND NOTICE THIS. ALL RIGHT.

  658. This ain't the best part. Amen. Notice

  659. the text. VERSE NUMBER 13. THE BIBLE

  660. says that after the rain begins to

  661. descend, that very same day entered

  662. Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, the sons

  663. of Noah, Noah's wife, and his three

  664. wives of his sons with them into the

  665. ark. Now, in the message, I want you to

  666. note, first of all, the message of Noah

  667. and the ark is seen in the entrance.

  668. >> You say, "What do YOU MEAN, PREACHER?"

  669. WELL, THIS ARK is a type of salvation

  670. that rides upon the flood of God's

  671. judgment. And the Bible says in verse

  672. 14, "They and every beast after his

  673. kind, and all the cattle after their

  674. kind, and every creeping thing that

  675. creepeth upon the earth after his kind,

  676. and every foul after his kind, every

  677. bird of every sword, and they went in,

  678. there's the word again, unto Noah into

  679. the ark." You say, "Preacher, what do

  680. you mean?" I'm saying THIS MORNING, THEY

  681. DIDN'T ALL GO in the same way.

  682. >> You're right.

  683. >> You know what? Them birds, they flew in.

  684. >> Amen. them mammals. They walked in.

  685. >> That's right.

  686. >> You know what? There was a snake on the

  687. boat.

  688. >> Right.

  689. >> So, you know what it did?

  690. >> Slithered in.

  691. >> You say, "What's the truth you're trying

  692. to tell me?" It don't matter how you get

  693. in.

  694. >> You're right.

  695. >> It just matters that you get in.

  696. >> You're right.

  697. >> Amen. Hey, it don't matter if it's 15

  698. minutes before preaching time on Sunday

  699. morning. It don't matter if it's down at

  700. McDonald's ON THE CORNER STREET AND WANT

  701. TO CO. IT DON'T MATTER IF IT'S BY A

  702. BEDSIDE SOMEWHERE. IT DON'T MATTER IF

  703. YOU SHED TEARS or if you weep and cry

  704. for months after YOU GET SAVED. IT'S NOT

  705. ABOUT HOW YOU GET IN, BUT IT'S JUST

  706. ABOUT THE FACT THAT YOU GOT IN. AREN'T

  707. YOU THANKFUL FOR THE DAY THAT JESUS

  708. SHOWED HIMSELF TO YOU? AND HE WASN'T

  709. CONCERNED ABOUT WHO YOU ARE IN THE SENSE

  710. OF HOW YOU'RE GOING TO GET IN. BUT HE

  711. SAID, "IF YOU'LL JUST COME, COME UNTO ME

  712. ALL YE THAT LABOR AND ARE HEAVY LADEN."

  713. HE SAID, "I'LL GIVE YOU REST." HE SAID,

  714. "TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU. THAT'S THE

  715. SALVATION." HE SAID, "IT'S EASY AND MY

  716. BURDEN IS LIGHT." AMEN.

  717. >> Let me say this to you this morning. You

  718. say, "Preacher, I don't believe that."

  719. Everybody's got to be saved the same

  720. way. Well, in a sense, it comes from

  721. that truth right there.

  722. >> You're right.

  723. >> Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by

  724. what?

  725. >> So, that's true this morning. But let's

  726. let's just think about scripture for a

  727. minute.

  728. >> Think about Zakius

  729. >> and think about the Apostle Paul.

  730. Zakius was up in a tree cuz he was

  731. curious about the Lord. Jesus comes by

  732. and you know what he does? He looks up

  733. in that tree and says, "Zakius, come

  734. down." That's

  735. >> right.

  736. >> I'm going to your house today.

  737. >> So, you know what Zakius moment of

  738. salvation was?

  739. >> Climbing down out of the tree.

  740. >> Amen. Somebody asked Zakius if he were

  741. to be here with us this morning. We

  742. asked him, "How'd you get saved?" Well,

  743. he said, "Come." And I climbed DOWN.

  744. AMEN. THAT'S HOW HE GOT SAVED. BUT YOU

  745. KNOW WHAT? THE APOSTLE PAUL, if he were

  746. here this morning, he would take two

  747. hours to share his testimony, who he was

  748. with, where he was going, what he was

  749. doing. He would tell us how the light

  750. was so bright that it blinded him for

  751. three days. And he couldn't see,

  752. COULDN'T WE, DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS

  753. GOING TO DO, BUT HE HEARD A VOICE FROM

  754. HEAVEN SAYING, "SAUL, SAUL, why

  755. persecutest thou me?" And you know what

  756. Jesus did that day on the Damascus ROAD?

  757. THE VERY SAME THING HE DID FOR ZAKIUS,

  758. HE SAVED HIM BY his grace. YOU SAY,

  759. "PREACHER, I DON'T BELIEVE ZAKIUS GOT

  760. SAVED." LET ME JUST GIVE YOU THE TRUTH

  761. THIS MORNING. JESUS SAID WHEN HE WALKED

  762. UP INTO HIS HOUSE, HE SAID, "THIS DAY IS

  763. FAITH. Come to this house."

  764. >> Amen.

  765. >> That's good.

  766. >> It's not about how you get in.

  767. >> Amen.

  768. >> The entrance is not what's necessary.

  769. >> Amen.

  770. >> It's not about whether you fly in.

  771. Oh man, I wish y'all hook up with that

  772. this morning. It's not about if you fly

  773. in, man. You might come running,

  774. weeping. But you know what? That five

  775. little six-year-old kid, they probably

  776. not going to do that,

  777. >> right?

  778. >> They might not even shed a tear,

  779. >> right?

  780. >> But you know what you'll see in them?

  781. The same thing you'll see in that old

  782. drunk that gets saved. You'll see that

  783. burden lift,

  784. >> right?

  785. >> Amen.

  786. >> Off of them.

  787. >> Amen.

  788. >> I think not only about the interest, but

  789. I think about the entirety.

  790. Notice the text. Verse 15. And they,

  791. that's the animals,

  792. all of that animal life. The Bible says,

  793. "And they went in unto Noah into the

  794. ark, two and two of all flesh." Notice

  795. that of all flesh, wherein is the breath

  796. of life. You know what that tells me

  797. this morning? There wasn't one missed.

  798. >> Right.

  799. >> You're right.

  800. >> Every animal that was supposed to be in

  801. the ark

  802. >> was in the ark.

  803. >> You say, "Preacher, how does that

  804. relate?" Well, let me say this. The

  805. Bible says, "Whosoever will."

  806. >> That's right.

  807. >> But you realize not everybody's going to

  808. be saved.

  809. >> That's right.

  810. >> But God knows who will trust him.

  811. >> That's right.

  812. >> And who will reject him.

  813. >> Amen.

  814. >> And one of these days when that boat

  815. gets boarded for the last time,

  816. >> you know what? The entirety,

  817. >> every soul that would be saved will be

  818. saved. Right?

  819. >> Jesus said this, "All that the father

  820. has given to me," he said, "All the

  821. father given to me will come to me. He

  822. that cometh to me, I will in no wise

  823. cast out."

  824. >> Right?

  825. >> He said, "And them that the father has

  826. given me said, I've not lost none."

  827. >> Yeah. Amen.

  828. >> I've not lost one.

  829. >> That's right.

  830. >> He's not going to let us go. That's

  831. >> right.

  832. >> What did he say? He said, "Them that's

  833. in my father's hand, HE'S GREATER THAN

  834. ALL. AND NO MAN IS ABLE TO PLUCK THEM

  835. OUT OF MY FATHER'S HAND." AREN'T YOU

  836. THANKFUL THIS MORNING TO BE IN THE

  837. CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD? TO BE SAVED BY

  838. GRACE. HEY FRIEND, I CAN'T GET OUT EVEN

  839. IF I WANTED TO THIS MORNING.

  840. >> But bless God, I don't want to.

  841. >> Amen.

  842. >> Thank God the entirety of the church

  843. will be delivered on this ark. But the

  844. Bible says this. We see the entrance. We

  845. see the entirety. But notice the end in

  846. verse 16. And they that went in went in

  847. male and female of all flesh as God had

  848. commanded him. Let me say this before I

  849. give you the last thought. You know

  850. what? Noah did everything that God told

  851. him to do.

  852. >> You're right.

  853. >> You know what? Jesus has done everything

  854. God told him to do.

  855. >> Jesus was obedient to the will of the

  856. father. He said, "My need is to do the

  857. will of him that sent me and to finish

  858. >> right

  859. >> his work." Yeah.

  860. >> And on Calvar's cross, what'd he say?

  861. >> It's finished. He did everything God

  862. told him to do. You know what? the day

  863. the Bible says there in the text and the

  864. Lord shut him in. You know what? When

  865. that door closed, you know what? Noah

  866. had done everything that he could do.

  867. >> That's right.

  868. >> And here's the truth to this

  869. message this morning.

  870. The message of Noah and the ark is there

  871. came a day when the door closed.

  872. >> You're right.

  873. >> Right.

  874. >> And I want to say this to you, that

  875. could be today.

  876. >> You're right.

  877. >> And you know what I've done as the

  878. messenger?

  879. I've given you one more opportunity.

  880. You're

  881. >> right.

  882. >> And I can tell you this, the Holy Ghost

  883. is giving you another opportunity.

  884. >> Right.

  885. >> But the Bible says in Genesis 6, you

  886. remember what God said? My spirit shall

  887. not always strive with man. That's

  888. >> right.

  889. >> You know what? She might have been the

  890. last soul had to get saved.

  891. >> Right. Come on.

  892. >> Before Jesus comes. You say, "Preacher,

  893. but I'm lost." Well,

  894. >> come on.

  895. >> You going to trust him?

  896. >> Amen.

  897. Right.

  898. >> You say, "Is there opportunity,

  899. preacher, are you breathing?"

  900. >> That's right.

  901. >> Yes. Go ahead.

  902. >> Do you want to be saved?

  903. >> Amen.

  904. >> You can be saved this morning.

  905. >> As we all stand, every head bowed and

  906. every eye closed this morning,

  907. Christians are praying.

  908. The message of knowing the ark is this.

  909. It doesn't matter how you get in. It

  910. only matters that you are in.
