  4. today. If you enjoy today's message, be

  5. sure to subscribe, follow, and share

  6. with your friends. Now, let's join

  7. Pastor Charlie Branch with a word from

  8. God.

  9. Amen. I hope heaven's your home. Amen.

  10. And uh I'm going to tell you this, if

  11. you're not fighting down here, you

  12. probably ain't going to feast up there.

  13. Amen.

  14. >> And the truth is, if we're here, we

  15. going to be waring. Amen. Paul told

  16. Timothy, he said, "No soldier that warth

  17. and tangleth himself with the affairs of

  18. this life, and he may please him who

  19. have chosen him to be a soldier." I tell

  20. you this, we're way too tangled up in

  21. these days uh in this world. Amen. We

  22. need to get separated and get set apart.

  23. Amen. get serious about serving God.

  24. Amen. And I do appreciate the good hand

  25. of the Lord. And thank God it's time for

  26. me to preach. Hallelujah. I think I've

  27. heard about 15 sermons this week and I'm

  28. about to die. Amen. So y'all just buckle

  29. up. All right. Proverbs chapter 15. Want

    Proverbs 15 chapter mention

  30. you to stand in honor reverence to the

  31. reading of God's word. When you find

  32. your place, Proverbs chapter number 15.

  33. I want to read one verse this morning.

  34. what the Lord has put on my heart. And

  35. then I'll give you the maybe a little

  36. bit of the backstory of this. And uh

  37. God's been working this in my heart all

  38. week long. And I tell you this, there's

  39. nothing like a good camp meeting, a good

  40. youth camp uh to give you some fire and

  41. put some scripture in your mind, in your

  42. heart, stir you up. And uh I want to

  43. read one verse, Proverbs 15, verse

  44. number three. Verse you've all heard. I

  45. quote it probably all the time, but

  46. we're going to preach from it today.

  47. It's what the Lord has put on my heart

  48. for this hour. Proverbs 15 verse number

  49. three, the Bible says, "The eyes of the

  50. Lord are in every place

  51. beholding

  52. the evil

  53. and the good." Verse number three, let's

  54. let's read it again, church. The eyes of

  55. the Lord are in every place, beholding

  56. the evil and the good. Now, Father, I

  57. ask you humbly for just a little while,

  58. God, that you would help us. Lord, I

  59. realize, Father, Lord, that without you,

  60. we're nothing. And so, Lord, I pray,

  61. God, that you would cleanse us of sin

  62. and of self this morning, Lord, that you

  63. would help us. You would strengthen us,

  64. give us wisdom. And Lord, I pray,

  65. Father, today, Father, we would open our

  66. ears and our eyes that we might behold

  67. wondrous things in thy law, and help us

  68. to receive with meekness the engrafted

  69. word. And Lord, I ask you, God, today

  70. for whatever needs are present, Lord, I

  71. know there are many. And God, I don't

  72. know how many and I don't know what all

  73. is needed, but Lord, you do. And so,

  74. God, we commit this service unto you,

  75. this sermon. But Lord, I pray, Father,

  76. the Holy Ghost, Father, more than

  77. anything would have free course and

  78. liberty to work in this service, save

  79. the sinner nearest hell. And we'll be

  80. sure to thank you for what you do

  81. because we ask it in Jesus name. God's

  82. children said, "Amen."

  83. >> Amen. Now, it's a very carnal

  84. illustration this morning, but when I

  85. think about this verse, I think about

  86. the fact, and if you want a title for

  87. the message this morning, I'm preaching

  88. on the sight of the sovereign, the sight

  89. of the sovereign. This morning, your

  90. Bible says that the eyes of the Lord are

  91. in every place. Behold him, the evil and

  92. the good. And I'm reminded of the young

  93. the little boy. Uh the story goes that

  94. this little boy had went outside and uh

  95. he was going to relieve himself and his

  96. mother came out the door and found him

  97. outside. All right, y'all going to have

  98. to lighten up a little bit. All right,

  99. I'm going to tell the story whether you

  100. like it or not, but he went outside and

  101. the and the boy's mother come out on the

  102. front porch and she saw the young man

  103. right out in the middle of the yard.

  104. There's no place to hide, not a thing.

  105. And she hollers at him, says, "Son, what

  106. are you doing? Why aren't you hiding?"

  107. And he says, "Well, I got my eyes

  108. closed."

  109. >> And the truth is, that's the way a lot

  110. of us live.

  111. >> Our sin, our life is right out in the

  112. open.

  113. >> And the fact of the matter is, we've got

  114. our eyes closed thinking that nobody can

  115. see us.

  116. >> But the truth is this morning, we ought

  117. to be very well aware of the fact that

  118. nobody else might see,

  119. >> right?

  120. >> But the truth is, there's one who always

  121. will.

  122. And your Bible says in verse number

  123. three of Proverbs 15 that the eyes of

  124. the Lord are in every place beholding

  125. the evil and the good. Now verses 1

  126. through3 this week was my memory verse

  127. as a counselor. I had to memorize these

  128. three verses this week at youth camp.

  129. And you know it's a good youth camp when

  130. there's memory verses not just for the

  131. kids but for the counselors too. Amen.

  132. And we memorize these verses this week.

  133. And this verse, every time I read, every

  134. time I read this verse, even before camp

  135. this week, just jumps off the page at me

  136. because it it uh I want to say it

  137. describes the essence of God's

  138. omniscience that he is all knowing. And

  139. Proverbs begins then chapter number one

  140. verse number six, I believe it is. It

  141. says, "The fear of the Lord is the

  142. beginning of knowledge." And when we

  143. think about knowledge, the first thing

  144. that comes to mind is that faith cometh

  145. by hearing and hearing by the word of

  146. God. And it is the knowledge of the

  147. scriptures and the knowledge of the

  148. savior that bring us to a knowledge of

  149. salvation. And it is that salvation that

  150. produces in us the fear of the lord.

  151. That is the beginning of the beginning

  152. of wisdom according to what proverbs

    Proverbs 1 chapter mention

  153. chapter 1 says. But I think when we when

  154. we realize the fear of the lord when we

  155. remember what that is not that we should

  156. be afraid of him but we have a

  157. reverential awe for who he is and all

  158. that he does. But really more than

  159. anything, what he says. I'll tell you

  160. this. You say, "Preacher, well, I fear

  161. God." Well, I can determine how much you

  162. fear God by how you treat this book.

  163. >> Amen. I can determine it by how you

  164. treat it physically. Amen. The way that

  165. you throw it around, leave it in the

  166. dash of your car for the son to bake it

  167. all week to pick it up the next Sunday

  168. when you go to church. I can determine

  169. how you re revere or fear the Lord, not

  170. just by you treat it physically, but how

  171. you obey it spiritually. Amen. How many

  172. of its truths are you employing in your

  173. life? How much of the word of God are

  174. you being obedient to? Because we know

  175. that obedience is the primary purpose of

  176. the child of God. We are designed to

  177. obey. You were never designed to rebel

  178. against God. But you have been designed,

  179. you have been created, God made you in

  180. such a way that you would have to obey

  181. something. Amen. And let me say this. If

  182. you're not obeying God, you're obeying

  183. the devil. You're obeying your flesh.

  184. Amen. and you're obeying this world and

  185. you say, "Preacher, well, I'm not in

  186. love with this world." Well, let me tell

  187. you, if you're not in love with Jesus,

  188. amen, there's nothing else to be in love

  189. with. Amen. But the world. And I notice

  190. in this text, the Bible tells us that

  191. the eyes of the Lord are in every place.

  192. And I want to give you three truths out

  193. of this text. And before we get to the

  194. message, I want you to think about this.

  195. This idea is seen all throughout the

  196. scriptures that the eyes of God are

  197. always watching. And we I think about

  198. creation. And we go all the way back to

  199. Genesis 1. And the Bible says that the

  200. Lord saw what he had made and that it

  201. was good. Amen. When he looked at man,

  202. he saw that man was very good. Amen. In

  203. his eyes. And God was watching. We think

  204. about Noah. We preached about him some

  205. months ago here at the church that Noah

  206. found grace where? In the eyes of the

  207. Lord. Amen. And God told him a chapter

  208. over. He said, "Thee have I seen

  209. righteous before me in this generation."

  210. And so God is watching. God was watching

  211. Abraham. And God was watching Isaac. And

  212. God was watching Jacob. And all the time

  213. that Joseph was suffering, when he was

  214. in prison, when he was in Piper's house,

  215. and when he was in the palace until the

  216. day that his brethren came to meet him

  217. there in Egypt in that famine, God was

  218. watching. When he was thrown in the pit

  219. at the beginning, all the way till his

  220. death, God was watching his life. You

  221. understand? God has never taken his eyes

  222. off of the children of men. God is

  223. always watching. Amen.

  224. Some verses you could put in your margin

  225. 2 Chronicles chapter 16 and verse number

    2 Chronicles 16 chapter mention

  226. nine Hannah the seir tells Asa the king

  227. in the text that God is watching the

  228. writer of Hebrews in Hebrews chapter 4

    Hebrews 4 chapter mention

  229. and verse number 13 says that everything

  230. is naked in the eyes of God there is

  231. nothing that can be withheld from him

  232. and I'm reminded of this fact that when

  233. we turn to the book of Revelation that

  234. when John looked on Jesus in Revelation

    Revelation 1 chapter mention

  235. chapter 1 the first thing that John saw.

  236. You remember what he said in Revelation

  237. 1 and I believe it's about verse 14. He

  238. said he had eyes as it were a flame of

  239. fire.

  240. >> Yeah,

  241. >> that was the first thing he saw. It's

  242. preeminent in the nature of God that

  243. he's watching. His eyes. Let me say this

  244. sinner. God sees you.

  245. >> You're not hiding.

  246. >> Amen.

  247. >> You know what you're doing? You just

  248. closing your eyes hoping nobody sees

  249. you.

  250. >> Right?

  251. >> But God sees you. Yeah.

  252. >> And beyond what you like to think, this

  253. preacher sees you.

  254. >> These other people in this church see

  255. you as well.

  256. >> I want tell you this. Don't think you're

  257. hiding. Cuz if none of us see you, God

  258. does.

  259. >> Let me say this, child of God. God sees

  260. you, too.

  261. >> Amen.

  262. >> Let me say this. He don't just look at

  263. you from the outside, but he looks at

  264. you from the inside.

  265. >> Right.

  266. >> Amen. Bible says when you got saved, the

  267. Holy Ghost

  268. >> put it put within

  269. That is God's representative on the

  270. inside.

  271. >> He is watching. And I notice in this

  272. text, three things I want to give you

  273. here in the text. And I, you know, I

  274. thought about, you know, God when we

  275. think about his sight, the sight of the

  276. sovereign. I think about the fact that

  277. he views all places. There's no location

  278. that you can find yourself in where God

  279. is not able to see you. He views all

  280. periods. He doesn't only view all

  281. places. But he views all places in all

  282. periods, all time frames. There's never

  283. been a day in history, nor will there

  284. ever be a day in future where there be a

  285. place or where there be a period that

  286. God cannot see. He views all

  287. pilgrimages. And I use that for sake of

  288. alliteration, but this is what I want to

  289. emphasize that as is God views every

  290. man's life. You see, right now, you are

  291. living on this day, June the 28, 2026.

  292. But do you understand that God in this

  293. moment views this day, but every day in

  294. your past all the way to the time you

  295. was conceived in your mother's womb, but

  296. at this moment he doesn't only view all

  297. the all the way back to your conception,

  298. but he views all the way to the end of

  299. your days where you will die and take

  300. your last breath. I'm saying he views

  301. every life. He knows what you're going

  302. to do tomorrow and the day after that

  303. and the day after that and the day after

  304. that. But more than that, all the things

  305. that you've forgotten about, all the

  306. places you've been, all the people

  307. you've seen, all the things that you've

  308. done, all the things that you've

  309. forgotten about, God's aware of every

  310. one of them.

  311. >> He views all places, all periods, all

  312. pilgrimages. And I put this in there as

  313. well. He views all people.

  314. >> You know what? They're they're really

  315. seriously talking about putting men on

  316. Mars.

  317. They're talking about it. But I tell you

  318. this, they can find the furthest planet

  319. and the furthest galaxy

  320. >> and the furthest of the furthest of the

  321. furthest away. And if they get a man to

  322. that place, you know what? They're going

  323. to find God was there before he got

  324. there.

  325. >> And after he dies and rots on that

  326. planet, amen, God's still going to be

  327. there. Amen. I don't know about you, but

  328. this is a helping me this morning. Amen.

  329. I'm saying he views all places. HE VIEWS

  330. ALL PERIODS AND HE views all people this

  331. morning.

  332. >> God sees you this morning. You say,

  333. "Preacher, that's awful intimidating."

  334. Well, I'm thankful that he doesn't just

  335. view us. Amen.

  336. >> But he loves us.

  337. >> Amen.

  338. >> I want to give you these three thoughts

  339. this morning. I'll be done. I see in

  340. this verse number one, I see the vision

  341. of the sovereign here that's mentioned.

  342. You say, "What do you mean?" Well, verse

  343. three, the Bible says the eyes of the

  344. Lord, capital L, capital O, capital R,

  345. capital D, that is Jehovah God. You know

  346. what that means? That means he is the

  347. self-sufficient one.

  348. >> You know what? Your eyes were created

  349. eyes.

  350. >> You hearing me preach?

  351. >> Your eyes are are eyes that were

  352. created. They were conceived in the womb

  353. of your mother. Amen. and through that

  354. birth process and you came to be out in

  355. this world and there was a day when mama

  356. for the first time looked into the eyes

  357. of that little baby. But do you

  358. understand that God's eyes are not

  359. created eyes?

  360. >> That's right.

  361. >> But they are eternal eyes. Amen. They're

  362. eyes that never will cease to exist, nor

  363. did they ever come into being, but

  364. they've always been.

  365. >> Capital L, capital O, capital R, capital

  366. D. It is the sovereign's vision. The

  367. eyes of the Lord. Hey, he don't have

  368. eyeglasses.

  369. >> Amen.

  370. >> Amen. His vision's not waning. Amen.

  371. Because he don't get older.

  372. >> Amen. His vision's just as clear this

  373. morning as it was 3,000, 4,000, even to

  374. the beginning of time, 6,000 some odd

  375. years ago. His vision still just as

  376. clear. Amen. I'm saying it is the sight

  377. of the sovereign and that he is our

  378. creator. The eyes of the Lord are in

  379. every place. This vision is sovereign.

  380. But I'll say this, this is the Savior's

  381. vision. You say, "How do you know that?"

  382. Well, it says the eyes of the Lord. The

  383. Lord, who's the Lord? That's Jesus.

  384. >> You know, the Bible tells us in John

  385. chapter number one that by him he made

  386. all things. That is, creation was made

  387. by the word of God. And who is the word?

  388. Jesus. Amen. John 1, in the beginning

  389. was the word, and the word was with God,

  390. and the word was God. The same was in

  391. the beginning with God. All things were

  392. made by him. Without him was not made.

  393. Was there not made anything that was

  394. made on the earth? And so these are the

  395. eyes not just of the sovereign, that is

  396. the father, but these are the eyes of

  397. the savior. You understand? Just as God

  398. the father has existed in eternity past

  399. and will exist in eternity future. Jesus

  400. has always existed. Amen. He's always

  401. been. Amen. And it's his eyes. It's the

  402. loving eyes of our savior. It is his

  403. eyes looking upon us that bring us

  404. salvation. And he tells us Isaiah 45

  405. verse number 22, the invitation is look

  406. unto me and be you saved all the ends of

  407. the earth. Why did he say that? He said

  408. that because he was looking at all the

  409. ends of the earth. And he says from

  410. wherever you're looking at, oh friend,

  411. I'm about to feel happy this morning.

  412. Amen. From wherever you're looking at,

  413. if you look to him, you know what you're

  414. going to meet up with? Your eyes is

  415. going to lock with the eyes of the

  416. savior. Amen. Because it don't matter

  417. where you go, he's looking at you. Amen.

  418. And whenever it is you finally decide to

  419. look to him, you're going to find not

  420. THAT YOU'RE LOOKING AT HIS HAND. NOT

  421. THAT YOU'RE LOOKING AT HIS FEET, but

  422. you're going to look up and you're going

  423. to LOOK RIGHT INTO HIS EYES. AMEN.

  424. >> Cuz he's looking at you.

  425. >> I see the Savior in this vision, but I

  426. also see the spirit in this vision.

  427. >> The eyes of the Lord are in every place.

  428. You see, it's the spirit of God. already

  429. alluded to this, but he is the personal

  430. representative in the heart of the

  431. believer. But I'll say this, when we

  432. think about the ministry of the spirit

  433. of God, it is his ministry that produces

  434. conviction in the life of the sinner.

  435. And so everywhere there is conviction,

  436. there is the spirit of God.

  437. >> And you know what the Bible tells us?

  438. That the grace of God that bringeth

  439. salvation hath appeared to what?

  440. >> So you know what? The spirit

  441. >> it's everywhere. Right?

  442. >> You see, this is the essence of who God

  443. is.

  444. He's everywhere. God the Father, God the

  445. Son, God the Holy Ghost. He is present

  446. everywhere.

  447. So his vision is what? Unlimited, isn't

  448. it?

  449. >> His vision is unaffected.

  450. >> Amen.

  451. >> Amen. Because if he's everywhere,

  452. there's no place he can go where his

  453. vision can be blocked.

  454. >> Amen.

  455. This will help you if you let it. Amen.

  456. His vision's unlimited. His vision's

  457. unaffected. But I'll tell you this, his

  458. vision is the ultimate vision. You're

  459. >> right.

  460. >> Cuz when you think about his vision,

  461. there's no limitation to it.

  462. >> He can see through beyond and even

  463. what's not there.

  464. >> You see, the thing about it is is God

  465. looks into the physical world, but you

  466. know where he lives? He lives in the

  467. spiritual world.

  468. >> Amen.

  469. >> And he sees time. He sees eternity. He

  470. sees the earth and he sees heaven. But

  471. I'll tell you this, he sees your body

  472. and he sees your soul as well.

  473. >> That's right.

  474. >> Amen. And long after this body's gone,

  475. thank God, my soul's going to be resting

  476. in the sight of one whose vision didn't

  477. just affect the earth, but it affects

  478. heaven. Amen.

  479. >> Verse number three, the eyes of the

  480. Lord, I see his vision in the text. I

  481. want you to notice second of all this

  482. morning, not only his vision, but I see

  483. his vigilance in the text. Say, what do

  484. you mean? Well, notice it again. The

  485. eyes of the Lord are in every place.

  486. It's vigilance. What's vigilance means?

  487. It means a

  488. put it this way. All right. The

  489. definition of it is good, but I like I

  490. like my definition of it better. Amen.

  491. You say, "Preacher, you're warping the

  492. scripture." No, I'm not. I'm giving you

  493. the message. Amen.

  494. >> Just hush and listen. All right.

  495. >> Vigilance. When you think about what

  496. does the Bible say about vigilance? Be

  497. be sober. Be vigilant. He tells Peter

  498. tells the church because your adversary

  499. the devil is as a roaring lion walking

  500. about seeking whom he may devour. You

  501. know why he says be vigilant? He's

  502. saying be watching.

  503. >> That's right.

  504. >> Amen.

  505. >> Nobody's more vigilant than God.

  506. >> Cuz he said the eyes of the Lord are in

  507. every place. You say, "Preacher, that's

  508. not a deep statement." Oh, but it is.

  509. You say, "Why is that deep?" Well, I

  510. would say this. Number one, it denotes

  511. his presence. The eyes of the Lord are

  512. what? in. You ever thought about this?

  513. Why does that verse not say on every

  514. place?

  515. God's not watching from afar.

  516. >> God's not seated up in heaven and

  517. looking down on men,

  518. >> but it says the eyes of the Lord are in

  519. every place. You know what? God doesn't

  520. look down from heaven and see the

  521. outside of your body.

  522. >> But God from the inside of you looks out

  523. and sees everything that's around you.

  524. >> Amen.

  525. His

  526. presence you know you know that's his

  527. presence

  528. >> he's present everywhere it's in it's not

  529. on I see not only his vigilance is

  530. expressed is expressed by his presence

  531. but his vigilance is expressed in his

  532. pre pleenary presence notice that in

  533. verse number three in every every you

  534. know what we talk about we believe the

  535. King James Bible don't we

  536. >> amen you know what we talk about when we

  537. say verbal plenary inspiration you know

  538. what that means that word plenary means

  539. complete complete entirety. When we say

  540. we believe in the verbal pleary

  541. inspiration of the King James Bible, we

  542. believe that every word complete Genesis

    Genesis 1:1

  543. 1:1 all the re all the way to Revelation

  544. 22

  545. >> is completely inspired by God.

  546. >> And when he says the eyes of the Lord

  547. are in every place, you know what he's

  548. saying? His vision's complete.

  549. >> In every place. Every. There's not a

  550. place you can go where he's not found.

  551. There's not a place where he can be

  552. where he cannot see. It's plenary. His

  553. vision vigilance is plenary. But I'll

  554. say this, it goes not just from his

  555. presence to the pl the being plenary in

  556. his vigilance. But there's a point.

  557. Notice that in verse three, the eyes of

  558. the Lord are in every place. I want you

  559. to think about this. Though God sees

  560. all.

  561. All right? That's the field of his view.

  562. You ever heard hunters? You ever heard

  563. hunters talk about the field of view?

  564. When you look out and you're deer

  565. hunting, you know what you're doing.

  566. Before you put that rifle up there and

  567. look through that scope, you got a field

  568. of vision.

  569. God has a pleinary vigilance of his

  570. view. What does that mean? That means

  571. that God sees the complete field.

  572. >> But you know what? When it comes down to

  573. it, he said the eyes of the Lord are in

  574. every place. So it's not just the field

  575. of his vision, but there is a focus of

  576. his vision.

  577. >> Amen.

  578. >> You know how we look through a scope at

  579. that deer? You know what we do? We got

  580. them crosshairs. We line that thing up

  581. cuz you know what we're going to do?

  582. We're going to drop Bambi, ain't we? You

  583. know what that means? That means from

  584. the field of vision, we had to come from

  585. the field to a singular focus. But you

  586. know what? God sees it all. The field

  587. and focuses on it at the same time.

  588. >> You're right.

  589. >> He don't have to stop seeing the big

  590. picture to get the little minute

  591. details.

  592. >> Well, that's good, ain't it? I'm telling

  593. you, I was reading this this morning. I

  594. I thought the the Holy Ghost is about to

  595. blow me up reading this this morning.

  596. I'm saying, friend, he sees the big

  597. picture of your life, but he knows down

  598. to the smallest minute details. His Hey,

  599. friend, the field of vision. You think

  600. about what God has to look at. the

  601. millions upon billions of souls that

  602. have lived on this earth from the

  603. beginning of time. But yet, oh, his

  604. field of vision is so large, his focus

  605. is so small THAT HE WOULD SEE LITTLE old

  606. me and little old you AND THIS DAY AND

  607. TIME AND care and and even care about

  608. YOU AND I. I'M SAYING, AREN'T YOU

  609. THANKFUL THAT EVEN IN SPITE OF ALL THAT

  610. HE SEES, HE WOULD STILL TAKE TIME TO

  611. LOOK AND FOCUS ON YOU AND I, NOT JUST

  612. TOGETHER, BUT INDIVIDUALLY. AMEN.

  613. He's watching in every place. You know

  614. what that does for me? That encourages

  615. me. But I'll tell you this. If you're a

  616. sinner this morning, that'll scare you

  617. to death.

  618. >> You will stand before him one of these

  619. days individually.

  620. >> You won't stand with your mama. You

  621. won't stand with your daddy. And as much

  622. as I would love to stand there with my

  623. wife because we've tried to give our

  624. life to Jesus to serve him, I'm not

  625. going to be able to stand there with her

  626. and she's not going to be able to stand

  627. there with me. I'm telling you this. We

  628. will stand there for oursel as ourself

  629. by ourself before Jesus because he

  630. judges us individually.

  631. >> If you're lost without God, you'll stand

  632. before him at the great white throne

  633. individually. But let me say this. If

  634. you're saved, you will stand before

  635. Jesus at the judgment seat individually

  636. because the eyes of the Lord are in

  637. every place. You know what? There's

  638. nobody here that knows every detail of

  639. my life.

  640. >> You know why that is? Because I don't

  641. even know every detail of my life.

  642. >> But there's one that does.

  643. >> And he's the one

  644. >> that our judgment's committed to.

  645. >> Right?

  646. >> Notice this. I see not only the vision

  647. and I see not only the vigilance here

  648. that his presence is in his plenary is

  649. seen in the every and then the point is

  650. seen in the place he had the field does

  651. not denote does not change his focus

  652. amen but I want you to notice this

  653. there's the vision there's the vigilance

  654. but then I see his view in the text look

  655. what the Bible said why you preacher why

  656. you say it's a view what's the next word

  657. in the verse beholding

  658. beholding you know what that means means

  659. to Look means to gaze at means to view.

  660. And when he says in the text that the

  661. eyes of the Lord are in every place

  662. beholding the evil and the good, what is

  663. he saying? He's saying, well, his vision

  664. is sufficient to see all. His vigilance

  665. is is sufficient for all periods that he

  666. never misses a detail. But I'll say

  667. this, his view is described. And not

  668. that he just beholds things that are,

  669. but he holds the things that should be.

  670. Say, "What do you mean?" Well, God

  671. doesn't just see history and the future

  672. as it's going to be, but he sees history

  673. and the future as it should have be as

  674. it should be. You say, "What do you mean

  675. by that?" Well, you think about this.

  676. Just to make it simply put, we go back

  677. to the garden, Adam and Eve.

  678. God knows what it would have been like

  679. if Adam and Eve hadn't sinned.

  680. >> You say, "Preacher, do you know?

  681. I know this. If they hadn't messed it

  682. up, probably one of us down the way

  683. would have."

  684. >> But God knows what could have happened.

  685. >> God knows what should have happened.

  686. >> You say, "How is that?" Well, notice the

  687. text.

  688. He sees verse three, beholding the evil

  689. and the good. He sees the wrongdoing,

  690. but he sees the right doing. He sees the

  691. bad decisions, but he sees the good

  692. decisions. He sees those who are right

  693. with him, but he also sees those who die

  694. wrong with him. He sees those who've

  695. messed their family up. And he also sees

  696. those who've loved their family until

  697. the end. I'm saying, God beholds it all.

  698. >> Let me ask you something. I've seen

  699. enough in the last week to make me

  700. depressed enough for the rest of my life

  701. if I dwelled on it. But you know what?

  702. God sees eternity.

  703. >> The good, the bad, and the ugly. And you

  704. know what? It has not changed it.

  705. >> That's right.

  706. >> Amen.

  707. >> You know what happens to us? What we

  708. see? It makes us depressed, don't it?

  709. >> What we see drags us down. But I'll tell

  710. you this, it ain't it. Hey, he saw the

  711. darkest thing there ever was. And you

  712. know what he did? The only place God

  713. ever turned his back away from anybody

  714. is when he looked down and saw his son

  715. >> in sin,

  716. bearing the weight of your sin and my

  717. sin. And what does the Bible say? The

  718. earth went black. God the father turned

  719. his back on his son. And you know what?

  720. Even in all of that, God, his visions

  721. never changed.

  722. >> Amen.

  723. >> You say, "Preacher, what what do you

  724. mean he's beholding the evil of good?"

  725. Well, I think about the fact his

  726. vigilant vision, it views many things in

  727. this life. God sees the heart,

  728. the innermost being of man. Hebrews

    Hebrews 4:12

  729. 4:12, the Bible said, "For the word of

  730. God is quick and powerful and sharper

  731. than any two-edged sword, piercing even

  732. under the dividing of sunder of soul and

  733. spirit, and is a discerner of the

  734. thoughts and intents of the heart." You

  735. know what that word discern means? It

  736. means to see.

  737. He sees it. The deepest part of man, God

  738. sees it.

  739. >> But yet at the same moment, he views the

  740. heart. He views the whole universe.

  741. He views all of time, but yet he views a

  742. decision made in a split second.

  743. >> He views all of eternity, but yet in a

  744. moment, he knows when a sinner goes from

  745. being a sinner to being a saint through

  746. the redemptive power of Jesus Christ.

  747. I'm saying there is no limit to his

  748. vision. He views the heart. He sees what

  749. your hope is in. What are you trusting

  750. in? He sees whether or not there is

  751. holiness in your life. Whether you've

  752. ever trusted Christ, whether there's

  753. positional holiness in your salvation,

  754. whether there's practical holiness in

  755. your life, in your sanctification, GOD

  756. KNOWS WHERE you're at with him this

  757. morning.

  758. >> He sees it. Let me say, Daddy, he sees

  759. your home.

  760. >> NOBODY ELSE MAY KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON

  761. DOWN AT YOUR HOUSE, BUT GOD DOES. AMEN.

  762. >> GOD KNOWS WHAT'S SAID. GOD KNOWS WHAT'S

  763. DONE. AND YOU CAN SAY WHATEVER YOU WANT.

  764. PAINT IT HOWEVER PRETTY YOU WANT TO. GOD

  765. KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON DOWN AT YOUR

  766. HOUSE. LET ME SAY THIS, FRIEND. JUST AS

  767. MUCH AS HE KNOWS YOUR HOUSE, HE knows

  768. your heart this morning.

  769. >> He sees what you love.

  770. He sees how you live. He sees what you

  771. lust after. He sees every location that

  772. you find yourself. Let me say this to

  773. those of you that's struggling this

  774. morning. He sees the sin that you're in,

  775. the sorrow that you feel, the shame

  776. that's upon you. He sees your suffering.

  777. GOD KNOWS WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH THIS

  778. MORNING.

  779. >> He sees it.

  780. Notice it in the text. Beholding the

  781. evil. Notice that how that's first.

  782. Holding the evil. You know what man is?

  783. >> We're primarily evil, aren't we?

  784. >> Right.

  785. >> God commendeth his love toward us in

  786. that while we were yet sinners. You know

  787. what? We never lose

  788. being in the flesh that title. Now, you

  789. you can disagree with me this, but but

  790. we believe there's only two type of

  791. people in the world. That's law sinners

  792. and saved sinners.

  793. >> Amen.

  794. Now, I know positionally in Christ, I'm

  795. not a sinner anymore, but practically

  796. speaking, you know what we do? What do

  797. we do? We fail every day, don't we,

  798. brother Todd?

  799. >> So, you know what? When God sees us, you

  800. know what he sees? When he looks at who

  801. we are in the flesh, it's evil.

  802. >> Sees the carnality. Sees the flesh. But

  803. the Bible says he don't stop at just the

  804. evil. He sees the evil and the good.

  805. >> Amen.

  806. >> He sees what's wrong, but he also sees

  807. what's right. You say, "Preacher, well,

  808. what does God desire to see?"

  809. Well, I thought of three things

  810. particularly God desires to see.

  811. These are just topical thoughts.

  812. When God never desires to see evil, I'll

  813. tell you this. All right?

  814. You understand God has orchestrated this

  815. thing to where the perfection of his

  816. holiness is always exalted in spite of

  817. what man does,

  818. >> right?

  819. >> Because you know what? Every sin that we

  820. commit, every time that we walk against

  821. God, not just for those who are saved,

  822. but those who are lost has been paid

  823. for.

  824. >> That's exactly

  825. >> in the blood of Jesus Christ. And so

  826. when someone sins, you know what? God is

  827. glorified not by their sin, but by the

  828. payment for that sin

  829. >> in Christ.

  830. Everything glorifies God.

  831. The will of God glorifies him when it's

  832. done and when it's not. Say, "Preacher,

  833. I don't understand that." I don't

  834. either, but that's what the Bible says.

  835. Notice this. What does God desire? Well,

  836. I'd say it's number one. God desires

  837. number one that wisdom be sought for.

  838. Say, "What do you mean?" Well, the

  839. primary purpose

  840. of our life is to seek out the wisdom

  841. that God alone induced. Listen to what

  842. Solomon says. Proverbs chapter 2.

    Proverbs 2 chapter mention

  843. Proverbs 2:es 1-7.

  844. Solomon said, "My son, if thou will

  845. receive my words, and hide my

  846. commandments with thee, so that thou

  847. incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply

  848. thine heart to understanding. Yeah, if

  849. thou cries after knowledge, and liftest

  850. up thy voice for understanding, if thou

  851. seekest her as silver, and searchest for

  852. her as for hid treas treasures, then

  853. shalt thou understand the fear of the

  854. Lord, and find the knowledge of God. For

  855. the Lord giveth wisdom, out of his mouth

  856. cometh knowledge and understanding. He

  857. layeth up sound wisdom for the

  858. righteous. He is a buckler to them that

  859. walk uprightly.

  860. You know what God desires for you and I

  861. this morning more than anything else is

  862. that we would seek him

  863. >> for the one thing that we cannot obtain?

  864. That's his wisdom.

  865. >> What did James say in James chapter 1?

    James 1 chapter mention

  866. He said, "If any of you lack wisdom, any

  867. of you, let him if any man lack wisdom,

  868. let him ask of God that giveth to all

  869. men liberally." The only thing God's

  870. liberal in is his wisdom that he gives

  871. to us.

  872. He gives it to all men libery and

  873. upgradeth not. He's not going to resist

  874. you when you come desiring for wisdom.

  875. You know why Solomon was blessed by God?

  876. Because when God said, "You ask whatever

  877. you want," Solomon said, "I want

  878. wisdom."

  879. >> That's right.

  880. You know, the reason why people have no

  881. common sense in this day and time is

  882. because we're not seeking wisdom.

  883. >> We're not seeking wisdom. You know what

  884. God wants? He's beholding the good. You

  885. know what the good is? That's seeking

  886. wisdom.

  887. >> Wisdom that is sought for. Number two, I

  888. would say this. Let me say this. I made

  889. a statement there a minute ago, and I

  890. need I need you to clarify this. You

  891. understand when I say God has

  892. orchestrated everything that he gets

  893. glory out of it. If you go out and sin,

  894. God's not going to get glory out of

  895. that. That's right.

  896. >> All right. You need to hear what I'm

  897. saying to you. Okay? This is the way it

  898. works. Your sin is paid for by Jesus.

  899. And what is better said and better

  900. understood is this is that the cross of

  901. Calvary makes it possible for God to get

  902. glory in everything.

  903. >> Because everything's already taken care

  904. of.

  905. >> You get a hold of that, that'll help you

  906. with a sense in your life. the fact that

  907. it's already been paid for.

  908. >> Sinners sometimes can't grasp, preacher,

  909. I've just done too much. Jesus already

  910. paid for.

  911. >> That's right.

  912. >> Amen.

  913. >> Amen. Hey saints, you're not too far out

  914. in sin. Jesus already paid for it.

  915. >> That's right.

  916. >> He is the propitiation. Not for our sins

  917. only, but for the sins of the whole

  918. world. You know what that is? That's not

  919. just the world in itself in its

  920. existence, but that's the world in

  921. future, the world in past, that's the

  922. world present. That's all sin. every sin

  923. was placed on him. And he is the

  924. sacrifice. He satisfies the father.

  925. >> That's how God gets glory out of the

  926. cross. Number two, I hope that makes

  927. sense. Wisdom that's sought for. Number

  928. two, what God desires is not only that

  929. wisdom be sought for, but worship be

  930. sacrificed for. So, what do you mean?

  931. Well, listen to what David said. Psalm

  932. 99.

  933. Psalm we don't hear about much. We hear

  934. Psalm 100 all the time. Listen to what

  935. Psalm 99 says. Psalm 99 verse number

  936. five. Exalt ye the Lord our God and

  937. worship at his foottool for he is

  938. holy.

  939. >> Amen.

  940. >> You know what God desires? He desires

  941. his people to worship him.

  942. >> Amen. The Bible said John told that

  943. woman at the well, God is a spirit and

  944. they that worship him must worship him

  945. in spirit and in truth. You know what?

  946. We always put the must on the spirit and

  947. truth part. But you know what? The must

  948. is just as much on the worship part as

  949. it is the spirit and truth part.

  950. >> Amen. I think we miss that fact a lot of

  951. time. We are called rather we are

  952. commanded to worship him. Amen.

  953. >> Oh, LIFT UP YOUR HANDS IN THE SANCTUARY

  954. AND BLESS THE LORD ALL YE PEOPLE OF THE

  955. LORD. AMEN. OH, BLESS THE LORD, OH MY

  956. SOUL, AND ALL THAT IS WITHIN ME. BLESS

  957. HIS HOLY NAME. WE ARE COMMANDED. WE ARE

  958. COMMANDED. WE ARE COMMANDED TO WORSHIP

  959. HIM. AMEN.

  960. >> AMEN.

  961. Psalm 99:9,

    Psalms 99:9

  962. "Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at

  963. his holy hill, for the Lord our God is

  964. holy."

  965. >> Amen.

  966. >> He desires that we offer the sacrifice

  967. of praise

  968. unto him. That is the fruit of our lips.

  969. Writer of Hebrews said, "Giving thanks

  970. to his name."

  971. >> Amen. Worship him. Worship him. worship

  972. him. Bless his holy name. That's what

  973. we're commanded to do.

  974. >> We are called to, but we are commanded

  975. to. Amen.

  976. >> Let me say this. We're real behind on

  977. that.

  978. >> Psalm 100, make a joyful noise unto the

  979. Lord, all ye lands.

  980. Serve the Lord with gladness. Come

  981. before his presence with singing. Know

  982. ye that the Lord, he is God. It is he

  983. that hath made us, and not we ourselves.

  984. We are his people and the sheep of his

  985. pasture. Enter into his gates with

  986. thanksgiving and into his courts WITH

  987. PRAISE. BE THANKFUL unto him and bless

  988. his name. For the Lord is good. His

  989. mercy is everlasting and his truth

  990. endureth to ALL GENERATIONS. WE ARE

  991. COMMANDED TO WORSHIP him and that is

  992. what God sees. That's good.

  993. >> Those that seek wisdom and those that

  994. give the sacrifice of worship.

  995. I'm done.

  996. Beholding the evil and the good. You

  997. say, "Preacher, you said three things."

  998. Well, here's the third one. God desires.

  999. If you want God to see good in your

1000. life, there's going to have to be wisdom

1001. that's sought for. There's going to have

1002. to be worship that sacrificed for. Let

1003. me say this. There's going to have to be

1004. works that are a service.

  1005. >> Amen.

  1006. >> For the Lord.

1007. Say, "What do you mean, preacher?" Well,

1008. if you ain't doing nothing, you ain't

  1009. getting nowhere with God.

1010. >> Amen. Amen. You say, "Preacher, do I got

1011. to preach a sermon?" No. "Preacher, do I

1012. got to teach a Sunday school class?" No.

1013. Some of you ought to. Amen. Not all of

  1014. you have to, though.

1015. >> Let me ask you this. When's the last

1016. time you told the Lord, "Lord, I'll do

1017. whatever you want me to do

  1018. >> and meant it."

1019. >> Some of you may have said it, but you

  1020. didn't mean it.

1021. When's the last time you looked at God

1022. and said, "Whatever, WHENEVER, WHEREVER,

1023. HOWEVER, WHATEVER YOU WANT ME TO DO,

1024. LORD, I WILL DO IT."

1025. >> That's the good. See, we like the the

1026. worship. We like that. Oh, I'll lift my

1027. hands, preacher. I'll praise his name.

1028. We don't like the work part. Solomon

1029. said it this way. Ecclesiastes chapter

    Ecclesiastes 9 chapter mention

1030. 9, verse number 10. He said, "Whatsoever

1031. thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy

1032. might." You know what that is? That's as

  1033. unto the Lord.

  1034. >> Colossians chapter 3 and verse number 23

    Colossians 3 chapter mention

1035. says, "Whatsoever you do, do it as do it

1036. as unto the Lord and not unto men."

  1037. >> Right?

1038. >> Whether you eat or drink or whatsoever

1039. you do, do it as unto the Lord and not

1040. unto men. We are commanded to work in

1041. service for him. You know why? Because

  1042. God's watching,

  1043. >> right?

1044. >> Amen. He's watching. You say, "Preacher,

1045. but I've never served God and I've lived

1046. most of my life." Well, let me say this.

  1047. God's not quit watching.

  1048. >> Say, "Preacher, well, I don't have much

1049. to give." Well, you could give what you

  1050. got.

  1051. >> Preacher, I don't have much to offer.

1052. Let me tell you this. I didn't have

  1053. nothing to offer.

  1054. >> Amen.

1055. >> You know what? Until you get to the

1056. place where you realize that you had you

1057. didn't have nothing to offer either, you

1058. ain't going to be fit to serve it. Amen.

1059. >> God doesn't call the qualified. He

  1060. qualifies the caught.

1061. >> Amen. Let me say this. When you got

1062. saved, God, the Holy Ghost took up

1063. residence in your heart, and he supplies

1064. you everything that you need to serve

  1065. him.

1066. >> He's given us all things that pertain

1067. unto life and godliness. You realize

1068. none of you are lacking anything this

  1069. morning.

  1070. >> Amen.

1071. >> As far as the father's endowment is

1072. concerned, we've all got the same amount

  1073. of Holy Ghost.

  1074. >> Amen. Amen.

1075. We've all got the same amount of Bible.

1076. 66 books inspired, preserved for you and

1077. I to study, know, and read.

  1078. >> Amen.

1079. >> And to live by.

1080. >> We got the same Bible, the same Holy

1081. Ghost. You know what the difference is?

  1082. You're not employing it.

  1083. >> Amen.

1084. >> Billy Graham had the same amount of

  1085. Bible. And I don't really like

1086. everything that he did, but I'll tell

1087. you this, God used him for a long time.

1088. >> He had the same Bible I have. He got the

1089. same Bible. It's in your hand right

1090. there. Till he got later on his years

1091. and decided to go crazy. Amen. I'll tell

1092. you this. DL Moody, CH Spurgeon, all

1093. those great men of God we talk about,

1094. they had the same Bible, the same Holy

  1095. Ghost that you got.

  1096. >> You know what? God's watching.

  1097. >> Amen.

1098. >> I say this. I told Sunday school this

1099. this morning. I'm going to tell the rest

1100. of you. You know better. Right.

1101. Y'all want me to go back over that

  1102. again?

  1103. You know better.

1104. John looked at that church in 1 John

1105. chapter number two. And you know what?

1106. That church didn't have a Bible. They

1107. didn't have what you got. They didn't

1108. have 66 books. They might have had the

1109. first five. Amen. Sometimes I get in the

1110. first one and get confused.

1111. Really confused about Genesis 6.

1112. Somebody say amen right there. But they

1113. had the first five books and John looked

1114. at him and said, "You have an uncction

1115. from the Holy One, and you know all

  1116. things."

  1117. >> They didn't even have a Bible.

1118. >> John said, "You know better."

1119. >> Let me say this to you, child of God,

1120. this morning. You know you ought to be

1121. at church every time the doors open.

1122. >> You know you ought not fuss and cuss and

1123. do all the rest of that.

1124. >> You all, you know you ought not be in

  1125. fornication. Amen.

1126. >> You know you ought not be involved in

  1127. adultery.

1128. >> You know better. You know better. Why is

  1129. that?

1130. >> And if you didn't have that.

  1131. He's in here.

  1132. >> That's right.

  1133. >> If you're saved, he's in here.

  1134. >> He's watching

1135. >> the side of the sovereign. Every head

  1136. bowed, every eye closed.

1137. Sister Melody is going to begin to play

1138. here in just a minute. I want to ask you

  1139. something.

1140. How long's it been since you realized

  1141. God's watching?

1142. Let me say this. If it's been a day,

  1143. it's been too long.

  1144. He's watching.

  1145. Say, "Preacher,

  1146. I'm save. I I'm saved." And

1147. and I believe that preacher, I believe

1148. God's watching. Let me ask you ask Let

  1149. me ask you something.

1150. Why? Why are you not living it?

1151. Why? Tell me. Cuz let me say this. It'll

1152. be a lot easier to tell me here than it

1153. will be to tell him there.

1154. Cuz you know what? I can relate to you.

  1155. I can say, "I understand. I know how

1156. hard it is sometimes to do what he

1157. says." But let me say this. When you

1158. stand before him, he's perfect.

1159. Let me ask you something.

1160. Are you going to choose to live like

1161. he's watching? Are you going to choose

1162. to continue walking around with your

  1163. eyes closed,

1164. thinking that nobody sees you cuz you

  1165. can't see nobody else?

1166. You need to realize and be assured that

1167. one of these days you will stand before

1168. him and you will give an account

1169. for what he has sought.

1170. He's going to bring up things that you

1171. can't even remember and you going to

1172. have to give an account for it.

1173. You know, I've thought about that a lot

1174. of times. You know, a lot of things I

1175. don't even remember. I'm going to look

1176. back at that and I'm not going to know

1177. why. You know, I'm going to have to tell

  1178. him, "Lord, I don't know, but I know

  1179. this. I'm a sinner."

1180. But here's what I'm glad about. You see,

1181. since I'm saved, I'll stand before the

1182. judgment seat, and it'll just be me and

1183. Jesus there. And you know what he'll do?

1184. He'll look at the works in my life, and

1185. this is what he'll say, "You failed

1186. here, but I covered that.

1187. You messed up here, but the blood took

  1188. care of that."

1189. And at the end of that judgment seat,

1190. he's going to burn up all of those evil

1191. works that he saw. And I'm going to come

1192. through that fire with that gold,

1193. silver, and precious stones. All those

1194. good things, that wisdom that sought

1195. for, that worship that sacrificed for,

1196. and those works that are service for our

1197. Lord. Let me ask you, how much are you

  1198. going to have?

1199. How much you gonna have to stand before

  1200. him with?

1201. Say, "Preacher, I'm not saved.

1202. Preacher, what you've told me this

1203. morning scares me to death." Well, I'll

1204. be honest with you. It should. It should

1205. scare you to death. Cuz I'll tell you

  1206. this, nobody

1207. will want to stand before a holy,

1208. perfect, and just God and have to try to

1209. answer for all the times that they

1210. rejected his love and his offer of

1211. salvation. You know what you can do

1212. today? You can stop lying and start

  1213. living.

  1214. You can stop hiding

1215. and start having real joy.

  1216. You can stop faking

1217. and have the real thing.

1218. He's watching. Say, "Preacher, would you

1219. pray for me? I'm not saved."

1220. Preacher, would you pray for me? I'm not

1221. saved. Ain't nobody looking around but

1222. me and God. You be honest this morning.

1223. Preacher, I'm not saved. You just slip

1224. your hand up and I'll pray for you this

  1225. morning.

  1226. Preacher, I'm not saved. Somebody's

1227. written all over your face.

1228. You've sat there and gripped that pew

1229. long enough. Why don't you come out and

  1230. get out and come

1231. say, "Preacher, nobody knows I'm lost."

1232. LET ME TELL YOU, GOD DOES.

1233. And you know what? He's showing you this

  1234. morning that you are.

1235. And so, you know what? Now that you know

1236. that you're lost, cuz God showed you,

1237. won't you come to him? Won't you come to

1238. him? Just slip out your seat and come.

1239. He'll save you. He'll forgive you. And

1240. you know what? But then you won't have

1241. to worry so much about God watching you

1242. no more. Cuz you know what? He's not

1243. going to be looking at you through eyes

1244. of judgment. But he's going to be

1245. looking at you through eyes of love.

1246. He can forgive any sin that's ever been

  1247. committed.

  1248. You say, "Preacher, I don't believe

1249. that." Well, I'll tell you this. If

1250. Adolf Hitler somewhere before his death

1251. asked God to save him and forgive him,

1252. you know what? He's in heaven today if

  1253. he asked for that.

1254. There is no amount of sin. There is no

1255. size of sin that God cannot forgive.

1256. Not a one. And there's some people in

  1257. here that's testimony, a lit literal

1258. walking, breathing testimony of that

1259. fact that God can forgive anything and

  1260. anybody.

1261. Let me say this. He does. He just It's

1262. not that he just can. He He wants to. He

1263. wants to this morning. Father, thank you

1264. so much for this truth this morning.

  1265. God, thank you that

1266. your eyes are in every place.

1267. And God, I know this morning that I'll

1268. give an account for this message that

1269. I've preached today. And Lord, I pray,

1270. Father, that you would help every heart

  1271. this morning

1272. to hear the truth. But not just to hear

1273. it, but to obey it.

1274. Because Lord, obedience is the very best

1275. way to show that we believe. You told

1276. those disciples, he said, "The world

1277. shall know that you're my disciples

1278. because you have love one to another."

1279. And Lord, I pray, Father, this morning,

1280. Lord, if there's any bitterness, Lord,

1281. between anybody this morning, they'd get

1282. it settled cuz you're watching. Lord, if

1283. there's any broken hearts this morning,

1284. I pray they'd come, Lord, cuz that you

1285. see them. you see where they're at and

1286. you want to mend it. Lord, I pray they'd

1287. come. God, if there's any burdens here

  1288. today,

1289. Lord, that people's been carrying around

1290. too long, I pray, God, that they would

1291. come realizing that you've seen that

1292. and you want to help them.

1293. And Lord, I pray most of all if there's

  1294. anybody here that's lost,

1295. but I pray they wouldn't leave this

  1296. place that way today.

  1297. I pray they wouldn't walk away

  1298. not knowing you

  1299. not trusting you.

1300. Lord, don't let a sinner walk out of

  1301. this place lost today

1302. as every heads bowed and every his eyes

1303. closed still for just a few moments.

1304. God's giving you another chance, sinner.

1305. He's giving you another chance. You need

1306. to be saved today. Won't you get up and

  1307. come? Won't you come?

1308. These are praying this morning. Others

1309. need to come. Say, "Preacher, I got a

1310. situation I can't handle." God sees it.

1311. God sees it. He can fix it.

1312. He can help you with it.

1313. Won't you come get some help this

  1314. morning?

  1315. Look, I don't I don't I don't want these

1316. altars to fill up to stroke my ego. I

1317. want these altars to fill up so you can

1318. get some help. Wouldn't that be a shame

1319. you to walk out of here and spurn the

1320. only place you can get help? You say,

1321. "Preacher, well, I can pray when I get

1322. out of here." Well, let me tell you

1323. this. There's something special about

1324. coming to an altar and humbling yourself

1325. and getting that pride out of the way,

1326. realizing you need some help. I'll tell

1327. you this. You'll find some help if

  1328. you'll come get it.

1329. You've sit there too long. You sit there

1330. too long. You sit there too many

1331. services, won't you get some help?

  1332. There's nobody looking. Nobody's going

1333. to judge you. Come get you some help.

1334. I'll ask you this. We're not no hurry.

1335. Can you honestly say you've done what

1336. God told you to do?

1337. Can you in your heart of hearts tell God

1338. right now, "Lord, I've done what you

  1339. asked me to.

  1340. You know you haven't.

1341. You know you have. Why? Why you doing

  1342. that?

1343. The Holy Ghost is real this morning.

1344. He's fresh in here. I felt him all week

1345. this week just like this. And he stopped

1346. by to give you another chance.

  1347. Father, in Jesus name.

1348. Lord, I thank you so much for gracing

1349. us, for your presence today.

1350. Thank you for being real.

1351. Lord, thank you for just being who you

1352. are. Cuz Lord, we can't change you,

1353. Lord. We can't adjust you. We can't

1354. we can't conjure you up, Lord. We we

1355. can't do anything to change who you are.

1356. And Lord, I rejoice in that. Thank you

1357. for not being a God that fits my mold

  1358. or anybody's mold.

1359. Thank you for being the God of that

1360. blessed Bible and you told us right. You

1361. said you honored that book above your

  1362. name.

1363. Lord, would you help us to do that?

1364. Lord, there's people here leaving today

1365. that's not obedient to you. God, I pray

1366. that you wouldn't let them get out of

1367. the parking lot today in disobedience.

1368. Lord, may they have to run back to this

1369. altar and get right with you.

1370. Lord, I love you and I ask it in Jesus

  1371. name. Amen.
