I want to ask you today to turn with me
-
to the great book of Luke.
-
For you that
-
know me, this service will not be
-
strange at all. For you that don't know
-
me, it may be a little strange,
-
but just hang on. We going somewhere.
-
Amen.
-
The book of Luke, chapter number eight.
-
When you get there, shout glory.
-
>> There's a couple. I'll wait.
-
Brother Steve, so good to see you, son.
-
>> That fell back there that has some new
-
knees. I understand. So good to see you.
-
God bless y'all a little bit. Good to
-
see you. I want to thank brother
-
Michael. He came over
-
last week and helped us with a funeral.
-
And I want to thank him for coming and
-
being a servant to that family and for
-
pastor for letting him come.
-
St. Luke chapter 8, I want to begin
Luke 8 chapter mention
-
reading at verse number five.
-
A soul went out to sew his seed
-
and as he sowed,
-
some fell by the wayside.
-
It was trotten down and the fowls of the
-
air devour it. It's a very familiar
-
parable spoken by Jesus. And some fell
-
upon a rock,
-
and as soon as it was sprung up, it
-
withered away because it lacked
-
moisture.
-
Some fell among thorns, and the thorns
-
sprang up with it and choked it. and
-
others fell on good ground and sprang up
-
and bear fruit a hundfold.
-
And when he had said these things, he
-
cried, "He that hath ears to hear, let
-
him hear." And his disciples asked him,
-
saying, "What might this parable be?"
-
And he said unto them, "Unto you it is
-
given to the mysteries of the kingdom of
-
God,
-
but to others in parables
-
that seeing that they might not see and
-
hearing that they might not hear
-
or understand."
-
Now the parable is this. The seed is the
-
word of God.
-
Those by the wayside that hear that
-
word, they hear it, and then cometh the
-
devil, and he taketh away the word out
-
of their hearts, least they should
-
believe and be saved.
-
They are they on the rock are they which
-
when they hear, they receive the word
-
with joy. And these have no root, which
-
for a while believed, and in time of
-
temptation they fell away.
-
And that which fell among the thorns,
-
they are they which when they have heard
-
they go forth, they are choked with the
-
cares and riches and pleasures of this
-
life,
-
and they bring no food fruit to
-
perfection.
-
But that on the good ground are they,
-
which in a honest and good hearts,
-
having heard the word, they keep it, and
-
they bring forth fruit with patience.
-
Today, if you've not have yet received
-
it, you want to receive a bag of seeds.
-
When you get it, I want you to not open
-
it, please, but just hold it for a
-
little while because today, for a little
-
while, I want to preach on the subject
-
seeds in the hand of the swer.
-
I want you to bow your heads, please,
-
and let's go before the Lord. Heavenly
-
Father, thank you for allowing me and my
-
lady to return home once again. Thank
-
you for what you're doing in this great
-
house that bears your name. And there is
-
evidence of your spirit moving mightily
-
because we've already felt you so close
-
and so near today. Spirit of God, I
-
thank you in advance for what you will
-
be doing supernaturally
-
in our midst today. I ask that you come
-
and do what you're famous for. I ask for
-
you to save. I ask for you to heal. will
-
ask for you to restore and give us clear
-
direction and allow us to take what you
-
have given us and be good stewards over
-
your word. Please move upon everyone
-
under the sound of my voice and show us
-
great and mighty things and we will
-
forever praise you and we forever give
-
you honor for it. And all of God's
-
children said, "Amen and amen." and you
-
may be seated in the presence of God.
-
I want to echo what your pastor said
-
while ago concerning Pastor Kate Head.
-
I've talked with him several times
-
yesterday. I talked with him just before
-
we came to the tabernacle today and he's
-
really doing good. But it's hard to get
-
a pastor to admit that they need
-
something. But I want you to please
-
continue to pray for Pastor Katton Head.
-
He is a general of the faith. He is a
-
very close friend and we just absolutely
-
love him. We'll be going to be with him
-
and his lady Karen after the service
-
today. But I want you to be praying for
-
him that God would move in a special and
-
extraordinary way. And I'm sure that God
-
will give you great grace to do so. And
-
he'll bless you for remembering this
-
spir spiritual general in your prayer.
-
Before I get into the meat of the
-
message, I have something that I would
-
like to present to my son.
-
It's just a little book. There's not but
-
just a very few pages in it. As a matter
-
of fact, I don't think there's but about
-
120 or so pages in it, but it's written
-
by a man by the name of Henry Jordan.
-
Now, Henry Jordan, he is the uh senior
-
vice president of a little corporation
-
called the Walmart Corporation year
-
worldwide.
-
They don't have but about 2.5 million
-
employees. But this man wrote an amazing
-
book and it's about a commitment to
-
servant leadership
-
and yesterday he was in my home again
-
and with tears he gave me this book
-
pastor Jesse and I want to give it to
-
you this morning. I will ask you to take
-
it and read it. It'll bless your heart.
-
It's a man that is not only a man of
-
great authority and great position, but
-
he is saved and Holy Ghost filled. He
-
loves God with all of his heart. His
-
lady Caroline, she is what they call a
-
forensic accountant. Now, when I heard
-
that word, it scared me to death. But
-
she is a forensic accountant. And if you
-
go to Walmart,
-
uh time sooner or later, you'll see a
-
little yellow sticker on there with a
-
smiley face on it. Well, she is the
-
creator of that. And that probably tells
-
you why, one of the reasons that he's a
-
senior vice president of Walmart. I But
-
it it don't just end there. A few weeks
-
ago, me and my lady took them and we
-
went on a trip and we went up to uh our
-
Amish friends and we took them around
-
and as some as done here uh some is in
-
my in in hearing of my voice today, some
-
have said I can control myself. I I I
-
right, Sister Linda, I I I can control
-
myself. I don't just have to buy things.
-
But they were submitted to that same
-
spirit. And we spent some time with them
-
and my son has built them a custom home
-
in the past and they have now moved back
-
into the area and he's building them a
-
custom home now. But it was after us
-
going out in the countryside and visit
-
some of our Amish friends that we went
-
back and we had dinner that night. And
-
then we retired for the evening and we
-
went to our motel room and we beded
-
down. And as we were there, my phone
-
dinged and it was a text and it was from
-
Brother Henry. And he said, "Pastor," he
-
said, "I just felt like for some reason
-
I need to send you something, and I want
-
to send this to you, and I pray that it
-
blesses your heart." Now, he didn't know
-
nothing about the direction that God was
-
leading me in, but he sent me this and
-
it's actually a song and it was written
-
by Henry and Caroline Jordan and it's
-
called the sewer of seeds. And I want to
-
read this song to you. This is what they
-
wrote. It said, "The ser spreads the
-
seed seeds around as far as he can see
-
with hopes that each will find a place
-
where it can grow abundantly. Some seeds
-
will lie on rocky ground and by the
-
wayside some may fall. Some is received
-
for just a little while and some is
-
never received at all. But some seeds
-
will fall on good ground and then it
-
begins to grow. Then the swer will
-
rejoice because this is what he knows.
-
He's found a good and honest heart. He's
-
found an open door. Another life will be
-
changed. And that's what the seed is
-
for. A good and honest honest heart.
-
That's what the swer seeks. You know,
-
it's only takes a good and honest heart
-
for the seed to begin to grow. Now, the
-
swer, he can't do it all. There's ground
-
that he can't see. So, if the seed is
-
going to be spread there, you know it's
-
up to you and me. Some sea will lie on
-
rocky ground and by the wayside, some
-
will fall. Some will be received for
-
just a little while. and some is never
-
received at all. But some will fall on
-
good ground and then it begins to grow.
-
Then as a soul we will rejoice because
-
this is what we know. We found a good
-
and an honest heart. We found an open
-
door. Another life that will be changed.
-
That's what the seed is for. A good and
-
honest heart. That's what the soul
-
seeks. You know, it only takes a good
-
and honest heart for the seed to begin
-
to grow. It only takes a good and honest
-
heart for the seed to begin to grow. He
-
knew nothing about the intentions that I
-
was going to be preaching this message
-
today. But in this secret uh this season
-
of secret thresholds that that your
-
pastor is taking you into as a church
-
body, we understand that a threshold is
-
a point of contact or a specific place
-
where you're either entering into
-
something or you are exiting something.
-
In other words, you are either coming or
-
you're going somewhere. Either way,
-
either way, you are going somewhere.
-
You're crossing over or into something
-
that the Holy Ghost has prepared and a
-
direction, a season, a move of his
-
divine presence. The threshold is there
-
for many reason but pastor just wants to
-
come to you today and the going across
-
the threshold for a specific person
-
purpose and that is to sew spiritual
-
seeds because in Luke chapter number
-
eight the scripture we just read verse
-
number five it says a soul went out to
-
sew his seeds very quickly this morning
-
I have lost my My holy water rag. I
-
don't know where it went. Anybody see
-
it?
-
>> Yeah, it's my age, y'all.
-
But in Luke chapter number eight, in the
-
parable of that scripture verse number
-
one, Luke shows us that Jesus was going
-
into every city and he was going into
-
every village and he was preaching and
-
teaching the word of God. In those
-
meetings, pastor, all that were in
-
attendance, there was a number that some
-
theologian says that could not be
-
counted because down the streets of the
-
city, they would be filled with men and
-
women. But some that the the scripture
-
records that was there was the 12
-
disciples was there including Judas. He
-
was with him there in those meetings.
-
Luke chapter 2 shows us that certain
Luke 2 chapter mention
-
women was with Jesus. And then we see
-
the identification of the first woman
-
which was a woman which had been healed
-
of the pain and the effects of evil
-
spirits and the infirmities caused by
-
these evil spirits. She had been
-
burdened not only with seven demonic
-
spirits that was in her body before
-
Jesus set her through set her free, but
-
she was also carrying the scars and the
-
hurt and the pain that those demonic
-
experienced inflicted upon her. But the
-
scripture says that Jesus healed her.
-
Not only did her he set her free, but he
-
healed her as well. I think inside of
-
this, we see a pattern of the scripture
-
that shows us that God has the power to
-
set you free from anything and
-
everything that the enemy brings upon
-
your life. But he also has the power TO
-
HEAL YOU FROM THAT. He'll heal your mind
-
and he'll heal your body. He'll yield
-
the things that the weaponry of demonic
-
spirits has caused TO COME TO YOUR LIFE
-
IN YOUR HEART AND IN YOUR SPIRIT and in
-
your body. But that particular woman had
-
not left the side of Jesus from the day
-
that God had walked up and miraculously
-
set her free from all seven of those
-
demons. She had made it up in her mind
-
that she was not going to leave the
-
sight of Jesus. And she did not leave
-
him even until they took him to Calvar's
-
mountain. But she was there and her name
-
was Mary Magdalene. And her name meant
-
Magdala,
-
which is a little town on the eastern
-
side of Tiberius, which was known as a
-
city of great demonic oppression. And it
-
was there that she had first come in
-
contact with demon spirits that they had
-
come into her heart and come into her
-
life and she was captivated by those
-
demon spirits. But now she is there and
-
she is with God. I do know this that the
-
torture she suffered before her
-
deliverance was terrible to say the
-
least. But when she was set free by the
-
power and the presence of God, she was
-
also miraculously healed of those
-
effects. Some theologian says that even
-
in her private parts of her body, the
-
things that had been abused, it said
-
that God's power of deliverance was so
-
great that the presence of God went in
-
and delivered those those things that
-
had captivated her life and how that she
-
had been used by many many men and many
-
many witch doctors and many many other
-
things. But I I I got to tell you, I
-
love the fact that we can come to God
-
covered in our sin and covered in our
-
scars and covered in our mess and we can
-
bow down to HIM AND SAY, "FATHER,
-
forgive me of my sin." And all of a
-
sudden, the blood of Jesus comes in and
-
IT DOESN'T ONLY TRANSFORM US, BUT IT
-
CHANGES US FROM THE TOP OF OUR HEAD TO
-
THE SOLE of our feet. And we can get up
-
from an altar of prayer. And we can get
-
up from there being delivered by the
-
power AND THE GRACE OF GOD. AND THE
-
EFFECTS OF THAT SIN WILL NO LONGER BE ON
-
OUR LIFE BECAUSE HE SAID HE THAT THE SON
-
HAS SET free is free indeed. AND WE GOT
-
ANY FREE FOLKS in the house this
-
morning. God not only saved you, but he
-
set you free. He gave you a walk. He
-
gave you a talk. He gave you a
-
testimony. AND THE POWER AND THE GRACE
-
OF GOD has restored your life.
-
>> Shout. Amen.
-
>> But her name was Mary Mary Magdalene.
-
>> But it need we need to understand
-
the importance of verse number two.
-
It declares not only had she been set
-
free, but she had been healed of the
-
demonic effect on her body, mind, and
-
spirit. And that's why we must never
-
preach deliverance without preaching
-
healing.
-
>> We must never preach salvation without
-
preaching a change. We must never preach
-
God coming and his resurrection power
-
upon our life. and make us a son and
-
daughter of God without preaching
-
everything that the enemy tried to do
-
when to ME IN MY PAST is no longer
-
affecting my now present body. For I am
-
not the man I once was. I am not the
-
woman I once was. I am not the young
-
person I once was. I'm not the husband.
-
I'm not the wife I once was. I am now
-
bought by the blood of Jesus. Hallelujah
-
to God. AND BROTHER TRACY, WE ARE NOW
-
brand new creatures in Christ Jesus. Old
-
things are PASSED AWAY. AND I got to say
-
this. I wasn't going to try to be mean
-
this morning. I was just going to try to
-
love you because it's been a while. But
-
I want you to understand this. When you
-
come down to an altar and you give your
-
heart and life to Jesus, you ain't got
-
to go to to Dr. Spook and Spock or
-
anybody else. You ain't got to take the
-
Xanax. You ain't got to take all that
-
mess anymore. If you bound by drugs,
-
WHEN GOD SAVES YOU, HE DELIVERS YOU. HE
-
SETS YOU FREE. He makes you a new
-
creature.
-
He sets you free. He makes you a new
-
creature. And I know your pastor
-
preaches that.
-
>> He makes you a new creature in Christ
-
Jesus. But we need to understand
-
that not only had Mary Magdalene been
-
set free, but there were other women in
-
the crowd that had been set free. You
-
see, this is something new for the
-
disciples. For women were very limited
-
in their involvement in ministry by the
-
acknowledgment of Jesus at the beginning
-
of this verse. By him saying certain
-
women, he has now made this woman and
-
these certain women fellows with the men
-
of the kingdom of God. He has now made
-
them co-inhabitants in the ministry. And
-
I just want to flat out tell you, I know
-
some churches if it wasn't for the
-
women, they could close the door and
-
they could just close it up. Matter of
-
fact, where are my women in the house of
-
God today? I want you to stand to your
-
feet. I want to hear you. I want you to
-
understand you're important to the
-
kingdom of God. Don't let nobody shut
-
you up. Don't let nobody make you quiet.
-
Don't make nobody sit you down. I'm
-
telling you, you're important to the
-
kingdom of God.
-
You're important to the kingdom of God.
-
Now, because of the acknowledgment of
-
Christ, they are now grafted in to the
-
ministry. Understand this is something
-
that the disciples had never seen
-
before. Neither the people that had come
-
to hear the message preached from Jesus,
-
they had never seen it before. It was a
-
brand new facet of the ministry. Verse
-
number three shows us many other women
-
that were that were with Jesus. Two of
-
them in particular and they were named.
-
One of them being Joanna who was Herod
-
Stewart, King Herod is steward and his
-
wife Chuza who was a nobleman of
-
Capernium. Now this is this would be
-
Jesus wife who was named Joanna. This is
-
the same family whose son was healed by
-
Jesus. A woman by the name of Susanna is
-
named as well. And then Luke says that
-
there were many other women there and
-
they that ministered to Jesus. Then Luke
-
said in verse number four, when much
-
people had gathered together and came up
-
from the city that Jesus spoke a parable
-
unto them. As I've already said, this is
-
the first time ever that Jesus used a
-
parable in his ministry. Some
-
theologians that I have read behind said
-
that the parable of the seed and the
-
swer is the bedrock of every parable
-
that Jesus gave. It was there that he be
-
to break open to the minds of the hearer
-
the depths of God's word and he had to
-
use a parable because some would not
-
understand for the lack of time pastor
-
will hurry but Luke chapter number 8 4-8
-
we read together Jesus is speaking to
-
those that understood crops they
-
understood seed they understood planting
-
time and harvest
-
And Jesus tells them in this parable,
-
I'm going to make it to where you can
-
understand it. That's why I I pray every
-
time I go into a church, it does not
-
mean it does not mean that the pe people
-
are ignorant or it does not mean that
-
they don't have an education. But I'm
-
telling you, it should never be that a
-
pastor mounts a pullpit somewhere and he
-
preaches his theology above the head of
-
the hearer and they do not understand
-
and they do not under know do not know
-
but you have to preach it in a manner
-
that the seed of the word of God will be
-
placed in the heart of the hearer and
-
when it's placed there they will
-
understand and he all of a sudden hear
-
Jesus Jesus is now presenting to them a
-
parable so they'll understand what he's
-
preaching. And he he presents them in a
-
story of a farmer or a ser if you would.
-
A sewer scattering seeds across
-
different kinds of ground expecting a
-
harvest. The seeds represents the word
-
of God and the places where the seeds
-
are being sown represents different
-
types of the human heart. It represents
-
what the human heart is. Jesus speaks of
-
seeds sown by the wayside in this
-
parable. It's seeds that that you s they
-
sow your sew them by the wayside. It's a
-
place where many travel up and down the
-
lane if you would. The seed is trampled
-
on this welltraveled road or path and is
-
eaten up by the birds because it cannot
-
go into the soil. Why? Because the
-
ground is hard hard and the seed can't
-
seek into that ground and take root
-
because there's no moisture there at
-
all. The seed is baked by the sun.
-
That's why when your pastor preaches and
-
these other pastor preaches, brother
-
Cobb, we preach that the heart will
-
become acceptable to the word that the
-
Holy Ghost has given to us that it might
-
take ground and seed inside of the word
-
of God. Then Jesus speaks of being seeds
-
being sown on a rocky path. It grows
-
quickly but withers because they cannot
-
take root inside of rock. I have heard
-
many many people tell me and I guarantee
-
you they've told your your pastor as
-
well. They'll come and they'll say, "Oh
-
pastor, you got me today. Today the
-
preached word, it got my heart and it
-
planted something inside of me." But all
-
of a sudden next Sunday they not here.
-
Next Wednesday they not here. Next week
-
they not here. You want to know why?
-
They can stand up and say how great the
-
word is if they want to. But their heart
-
was so hard that even the word of God
-
could not penetrate the hardness of the
-
heart. I got to tell you, I don't care
-
how old or how young I may be. God, let
-
my heart always be a heart of flesh that
-
you can implant in my life and implant
-
in my spirit that that you desire for me
-
to have. I don't want to come in and
-
just hear good singing and praise and
-
worship that's needful and it must be.
-
But I want to hear what thus saith the
-
word of God. And I want my mouth to be
-
open and my heart to be turned towards
-
heaven that when that word comes,
-
watered by the Holy Ghost, it'll take
-
root and I'll step stand up and say,
-
"Oh, it was good to have been in the
-
house of the Lord because the WORD OF
-
GOD FED my soul.
-
>> It fed my soul."
-
Then Jesus speaks of seeds that were
-
sown among thorns.
-
When you do that,
-
how many of you's got your own opinion?
-
>> Got one good honest person.
-
>> I I've had I'll never forget it. I might
-
have told you, but I think this is a
-
good place to share it again. I was
-
preaching. I was pastoring a church. It
-
was the only one I really pastored other
-
than this one, but I was pastoring a
-
church and a lady was there and she had
-
two beautiful sets of twins. They were
-
beautiful young ladies and and and they
-
had been coming to a church at the
-
church for a long time. And all of a
-
sudden, I got to preaching on uh on
-
spiritual uh discipline, on how the
-
Lord, he will chasen those that he
-
loved. And I got carried away and I pull
-
my belt off. And I started looking at
-
mas and daddies. And I told them that,
-
you know, you do there's a nerve back
-
there that your child has right back
-
there somewhere. Y'all looking? It's
-
right back there. And if you touch that
-
nerve just right, it it'll register in
-
the brain and some things will fall back
-
in line the way it needs to fall back
-
into. Say amen, somebody. Amen.
-
Hallelujah. Say, pastor, my young throw
-
fit. I'm telling you, I throw a bigger
-
one. I don't care. I die. Yes, sir. I
-
don't believe in abuse, but that's kind
-
of what I don't want to preach on it,
-
but that's that's kind of what I was
-
talking about. And after after the
-
service, this wonderful lady, she was a
-
she was a single parent, and she was
-
trying to raise her children. I think
-
her children was maybe 17, 16 years of
-
age. They were beautiful ladies. and and
-
she come up to me in private after
-
service and she said, "Pastor, I got to
-
tell you, I'm leaving the church." I
-
said, "You are?" She said, "Yes." And
-
she had been coming for quite a while.
-
She said, "I can't sit under a pastor
-
that believes in the chastisement of
-
children." I said, "Let me tell you
-
something. Then you don't believe in the
-
word of God. And if that's how you feel,
-
you really need to go somewhere." I
-
said, "Because sounds like the word of
-
God got to you this morning." and she
-
left out and she took her children with
-
her about a week and a half later. I
-
remember getting a phone call and they
-
they summoned me and those two beautiful
-
young teenagers had been coming back
-
from Dothan, Alabama and on the curvy
-
road they they lost control of their car
-
and and both of those children were
-
killed. They died instantly. I got news
-
for you. You say, "Pastor, did that
-
happen?" because I mean because of what
-
she did. I'm not necessarily saying
-
that. But it wasn't hard for her to call
-
me and say, "Can you preach a funeral?"
-
I want you to understand, I don't want
-
the chastisement of God to come to my
-
life because I got a hard heart. I want
-
God to be able to touch my life and
-
change me and put me in position to be
-
blessed by his divine spirit.
-
Some speaks of seeds among thorns. It
-
seeds. It sprouts, but the thorns grow
-
up with it and they choke the plant.
-
Pastor, I'm preaching for you now.
-
That person sitting next to you, that
-
person sitting across the aisle from
-
you,
-
they don't need your help
-
and telling them what they can wear,
-
>> what they can't wear, how they look. You
-
old thorny thing. You sit there and keep
-
your mouth shut and you let God work
-
with them and they'll work out their own
-
soul salvation and they'll work it out
-
with fear and trembling. They don't need
-
your help. They doing the very best they
-
can. They just got saved. No, they ain't
-
GOT IT RIGHT. BUT MY GOD, THEY'RE TRYING
-
WITH EVERYTHING inside of them. Don't go
-
up to them and stick them with a thorn.
-
Pray for them, love them, encourage
-
them, and ask God to put his hand over
-
your shoulder and his hand over your
-
mouth.
-
>> If there's anything that needs to be
-
instructional when it comes to the NEW
-
SAINT, YOUR PASTOR will do it. Yes, it
-
will.
-
>> Your pastor will do it.
-
>> But Jesus speaks of seeds among thorns.
-
Starting to feel real good now.
-
Then lastly, Jesus speaks of seed sown
-
on good soil.
-
Everybody shout, "Good soil."
-
>> Good soil. Bailey,
-
Pastor I ain't doing this to embarrass
-
you, but I want you to stand up.
-
I want you to raise your hands and give
-
God praise for the deliverance that came
-
to your life just a few moments ago. You
-
give God praise for it. You get excited
-
about the fact the things I once worried
-
about, I ain't worrying about them no
-
more. I'M GOING TO TRUST GOD WITH
-
EVERYTHING in my life. Come on, CHURCH.
-
PRAISE GOD WITH HER. WHEN YOU SEE ONE,
-
REJOICE. We all need to rejoice.
-
>> Hallelujah.
-
>> But it says that
-
seeds were sown on good soil. It grows
-
and it produces a bountiful harvest
-
>> and it yields a hund times the amount of
-
the seed that was sown.
-
>> It yields back to your life a hund times
-
more. When you take that word of God and
-
you let it implant on good soil, you be
-
a good soil. That means you good for
-
heaven's sakes.
-
>> That means you're good. You treat your
-
neighbor right. You treat people right.
-
You love fervently. And you and you do
-
what this word says as much to your
-
knowledge that you're able to do it.
-
Then that seed will be sown. And every
-
time you sow something, God will
-
multiply it 100fold.
-
You hear that? That means if you gave at
-
that first fruit offering, YOU GET
-
READY. THERE'S A HUND TIME FO coming
-
back to your life.
-
But pastor, I don't give to receive.
-
You're ignorant.
-
>> Bless God. I give to receive.
-
>> Because his word said, "If I give, I
-
shall receive." Good measure pressed
-
down, shaken together, and running over.
-
He said, "If you do this," he said,
-
"I'll bless you in the city. I'll bless
-
you in the field. I'll bless you in the
-
marketplace. I'll bless you everywhere
-
you going. Everything your hand touches,
-
I will bless and I WILL DEFEAT THE
-
DEVOURER FOR YOUR SAKE. THAT RIGHT THERE
-
IS ENOUGH to make me want to obey the
-
word of God.
-
>> Oh, hallelujah.
-
>> Then he says something. He that hath
-
ears to hear, let him hear. I want you
-
to understand this is more than just a
-
statement, Brother Jerome. It's a
-
command,
-
>> but it's also a warning to hear.
-
>> He that will hear, let him hear. And
-
it's to the believer and non-believers
-
alike. It's to all of us, every one of
-
us. Paul said, "How shall they hear
-
without a preacher? And how shall they
-
preach unless they're sent?
-
>> Everybody shout, "Preach it, pastor."
-
>> This teaching from a parable that
-
had never been seen by the disciples
-
before. And their question was in verse
-
number nine, "What might this parable
-
be, master?"
-
And what an answer our Lord gives to
-
them.
-
>> Yes, he does.
-
>> Jesus responds and tells them, "You have
-
me with you."
-
>> Everybody look at me.
-
If you're, and I'll prove it to you
-
later, but if you're saved and you're
-
born again, the seed of God lives in
-
your heart.
-
>> It lives in your heart. And I want you
-
to listen. He responds and says to his
-
disciples, "Disciples,
-
you have me with you and I'll show you
-
and I'll give you the mysteries of the
-
kingdom of God." But for others, even
-
though they see, they can't really see.
-
>> They they they trying to see. They're
-
trying to look, but they can't really
-
see.
-
>> And even though they can hear, they
-
can't really hear. So I speak in
-
parables to them.
-
I speak in parables to them. Then Jesus
-
speaks privately to his disciples.
-
This is what he said. He said, "Now for
-
you, brother Robbie, the parable is
-
this." And we read it in Luke 8 11-15.
-
He said, "The seed I spoke of is the
-
word of God. The same seed is given to
-
all which is life and the messenger of
-
God's kingdom. But it's its effect
-
depends on the condition of which the
-
heart it is in when it receives it.
-
>> Everybody got that?
-
>> Then Jesus said the wayside I spoke of
-
is the hardened heart. Those are people
-
who hear, but the devil quickly snatches
-
away the word. It snatches it away. They
-
never truly believe or they are never
-
truly changed.
-
Then he said, "The rocky ground I spoke
-
of is a heart where there is no soil.
-
There's nothing there but stones and
-
rock. They receive the world with joy at
-
first, but they have no loot. When
-
testing or persecution comes, they fall
-
away.
-
And I'm going to say this. I was going
-
to say it some more later.
-
No,
-
I won't say it now.
-
Well, I might as well.
-
I'm gonna tell you something. I want you
-
to listen to me.
-
Christian television and programming
-
has lost 73.5%
-
of their viewership.
-
The dude down in Houston,
-
Mr. Joel Ostein
-
that tried to tell us and some of you,
-
oh, I'm home. I'm preaching.
-
>> I think there is Christians that have
-
been turned into nothing but suckers.
-
>> And they have took money and they've
-
shipped here and they shipped there and
-
they won't even put it in this man's
-
hands for him to do a work in the
-
community. Don't you listen to me.
-
>> Joel Ostein, his church in the past
-
seven months has lost in excess of
-
25,000
-
attendees.
-
You want to know why? Because life is
-
happening. Things are going on. Brother
-
Paul Jury, things are taking place. He's
-
up there telling everybody how good they
-
are, how blessed they are. All they got
-
to do is think positive. I got news for
-
you, sir. It's hard to think positive
-
when you're sitting in front of a doctor
-
and he tells you you got 30 days to
-
live. It's hard to think positive when
-
your son gets killed in an automobile
-
wreck. It's hard to think positive when
-
a man of God like this man and this
-
woman is going through what they going
-
through. Mama told me just a little
-
while ago that she can't understand it.
-
Baby, don't try to understand it. I
-
ain't going to make you understand it.
-
But I am going to tell you, you have
-
served a God year after year after year.
-
And pastor, HE AIN'T GOING TO FORSAKE
-
YOU NOW. He's going to take your hand
-
and lead you
-
>> every step of the way.
-
>> Every step of the way.
-
I know I don't watch it, but I can't
-
help it. It comes on commercials every
-
time on sometime on Fox News.
-
But he was saying the other day, I've
-
just wrote a new book.
-
You can send me a donation of any size
-
and I'll send you a copy.
-
You want to know how? You want to know
-
how why that's happening? Because
-
usually he puts a dollar mark beside it.
-
He's finding out that his money ain't
-
sustaining him. He's finding out what he
-
thought he had isn't good enough,
-
pastor. He's finding out that people are
-
needing more than just a little tickling
-
of the ears. They need the power and the
-
spirit of God to move when they walk
-
into the house of God. And I thank God
-
them people are leaving that place. And
-
I pray to God they get in a spiritfilled
-
bibleelving church and they get hooked
-
up TO THE WORD OF GOD AND A MOVING OF
-
THE spirit and the anointing of God
-
touches and change their lives.
-
>> Hallelujah.
-
>> But I got to tell you,
-
>> there's been a shift.
-
>> A shift has happened, brother Danny. And
-
I want to tell you
-
the shield started in CO. It didn't
-
manifest itself.
-
>> The only shield that manifested in CO
-
was Christians that said they were
-
Christians had an excuse not to go to
-
church and pay tithe anymore.
-
>> Oh, the government said we had to shut
-
it down. And God helped me. Your my son,
-
he he saw how I agonized over that. My
-
staff saw how I agonized over that.
-
having to close this house and my
-
platform family having to sing to empty
-
pews and look in the cameras and
-
preachers having to preach to empty pews
-
and looking in the cameras. But I'm
-
telling you, it it developed something
-
inside of the hearts of believers that
-
had nothing but a stony hard
-
experiencing God. And they said, "I
-
don't got to go to church no more. let's
-
go to the beach or let's do this or
-
let's do that and and and it begin to
-
take place and the enemy used that but
-
he don't really understand the evidence
-
of what is about and is happening. I
-
want you to know, beloved, it you you
-
look on well, don't look on it, but if
-
you go and look on Christian television,
-
you'll you'll see big name preachers,
-
they're not being mentioned no more.
-
You're not hearing about it anymore.
-
They it's not going on anymore. And
-
right up to about four months before
-
Charlie Kirk was assassinated, I felt it
-
then, Jesse. I I felt it then. I felt
-
things begin to move in my spirit as I
-
begin to pray over this house and other
-
over other churches. So, you know what
-
God's done? He has made a shift. And
-
there's a college down south that used
-
to have the name of the Assemblies of
-
God on it. It don't have it no more.
-
It's gone in in another direction. But
-
on that campus there is a revival that
-
has started there. The young men and
-
women are coming to the h to the house
-
of God and they getting down in
-
auditoriums and football fields and they
-
getting on their faces. They don't even
-
have much music. They don't even have
-
much praise and worship. They just
-
coming in and falling down on their face
-
and they crying out unto God and they're
-
confessing their sins.
-
>> They're confessing their sins.
-
>> THEY'RE CRYING OUT, "GOD, FORGIVE me
-
>> for abortion.
-
forgive me
-
>> for what I did. And they calling out
-
those sins.
-
>> And a wave of God's spirit is sweeping
-
through the land. I want you to
-
understand God because he's been driven
-
away by power and money and because
-
pastors and preachers can't can't keep
-
control of their body and their lustful
-
spirits and the things that they have
-
done. God said, "I'll save my flock
-
because if I have to, I'll remove the
-
shepherd to do it." And what he's doing,
-
Jess, Pastor Jesse, is he's taking those
-
young men and women, young mamas and
-
daddies, young people older as well, and
-
he's pulling them away from the place
-
that they're at. And he's giving them a
-
heart of flesh. And now they're crying
-
out, "God, do me. Doing me. Doing me
-
anything you want to do.
-
>> Anything. Yeah.
-
>> Anything,
-
>> anything
-
you want to do.
-
Thorny ground
-
choke the word.
-
But then comes good soil.
-
These that hear the word
-
will hold
-
fast to it.
-
The word you speak
-
will hold fast to it and they'll
-
preserve it in their heart. In my
-
office, I have a plaque that was hanging
-
in my office and a another pastor was in
-
there with me the other day and he is a
-
Hispanic pastor in a few days. I got to
-
preach with an interpreter. That ought
-
to be something.
-
But he said, "Pastor, what is these?"
-
And it was when Craig Dabney made me a
-
board. And it has about 12 different
-
messages that I preached on it. It has
-
an umbrella in there. And it has a
-
hammer. It has a nail. It has all kinds
-
of stuff. And he said, "Pastor, what is
-
these?" And I got to telling him about
-
it. And of course, I have to brag on my
-
church every time I do. But I got to
-
telling him about it. He said, "You mean
-
that that church remembered your
-
messages when you got done with it?" I'm
-
tell I'm telling you, the women are
-
carrying nails in their purses. They're
-
carrying spoons in their purses. They're
-
they're carrying rocks in their purses.
-
And if I could have come up with a way
-
with it and well, some of you are. I I'd
-
work it out to where they carry a gun in
-
their purse. Whatever the what whatever
-
God led me to do, I said and he said,
-
"Wow, that's an amazing." He said, "How
-
can that happen?" And I said, "Because
-
the heart of the hearer was ready to
-
receive the word of God, and it was
-
implanted inside of a good heart."
-
>> A good heart. And I'm hurt.
-
>> Oh, snap. It's 5 after 12.
-
Good. I didn't mean to say snap.
-
I should have said, "Oh, snot." It's 5
-
after 12.
-
I want you to hear me.
-
I'm going to speak about the seed for a
-
moment. I want you to take your seed and
-
I want you to look at it.
-
Hold it.
-
I'm going to say this now.
-
Look at your neighbor and say, "Name
-
your
-
>> seed.
-
I feel compelled
-
by the spirit
-
to hopefully touch you in just the
-
manner
-
in which I am speaking.
-
The Bible you hold in your hands some
-
284 different times it speaks of seed
-
or it speaks of speaks of seeds
-
and I want to tell you I've looked at
-
every one of them
-
I have looked at every one of them
-
you understand right that
-
a male can't give birth
-
That was that whole statement.
-
>> A male can't give birth.
-
>> And a woman can't plant a seed.
-
>> I want you to listen to me.
-
>> An apple seed.
-
It will produce apples. Brother Tommy,
-
isn't that something?
-
Seed corn will produce corn.
-
>> A lemon seed will produce a lemon tree
-
that will produce many, many lemons just
-
from one seed,
-
just from one.
-
Concerning the seed in the so in Mark
-
4:31 Jesus declared that a grain of
-
mustard seed which when it is sown in
-
the earth is less than all the seeds
-
that will ever be sown in the earth is
-
the most smallest seed pastor Scott that
-
you will ever be sown. But then Jesus
-
speaks of this little insignificant
-
tiny mustard seed in Matthew 17 and 20.
-
And he says, "If you have faith as a
-
grain of a mustard seed,
-
>> the seed that is less than all the seeds
-
that are sown in the entirety of the
-
earth, if you HAVE FAITH THE SIZE of a
-
mustard seed, you shall say unto this
-
mountain, REMOVE HENCE TO YONDER PLACE,
-
AND IT SHALL BE REMOVED, AND NOTHING
-
SHALL BE IMPOSSIBLE UNTO YOU.
-
NOTHING,
-
>> teeny teeny tiny,
-
>> nothing,
-
nothing shall be impossible to you
-
concerning those that you love. Isaiah
-
44:es
-
2-3, the word of God declares, "Thus
-
sayaith the Lord that made thee and
-
formed thee from thy from the womb,
-
which will help thee. Fear not, oh
-
Jacob, my servant, and thou Jezer, who
-
I've chosen. For I will pour water. I
-
WILL POUR WATER UPON the thirsty, and
-
floods upon the dry ground, AND I WILL
-
POUR MY SPIRIT UPON THY SEED. I will
-
POUR MY SPIRIT UPON thy seed.
-
EVERYBODY SHOUT SEED.
-
>> I will pour my spirit upon my seed and
-
my blessings upon thy offspring.
-
>> Yes, sir.
-
>> That's why I know Bailey's going to be
-
blessed. Terara's going to be blessed.
-
The other two are going to be blessed. I
-
know that you as a parent, if you live
-
for God, your seed going to be blessed.
-
You said, "Pastor, they ain't serving
-
for him now." Well, it ain't over, baby.
-
We still believe it. We still walk in
-
this walk out. We still going to be
-
faithful. We going to still believe the
-
word of God AND BELIEVE THAT GOD IS
-
GOING TO give us our children. DON'T YOU
-
QUIT, ROBBIE. DON'T YOU QUIT.
-
>> We still believe it. We still believe
-
it. If you have faith
-
concerning those we love, he said, "I
-
formed thee and I made thee." And guess
-
what? You just sew the seed. I'll water
-
it.
-
>> That's what he said. I'll water it.
-
David cries in Psalms 37. And I'm
-
hurrying y'all. 37 verses 23 and 36. He
-
said, "The steps of a good man are
-
ordered by the Lord, and he delightth in
-
this way. Though he fall, he shall
-
utterly he shall not be utterly cast
-
down. For the Lord upholds him with his
-
hand. For I've been young and now I am
-
old. Yet I have not seen the righteous
-
forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. He
-
is every merciful and he lendeth and his
-
seed is blessed.
-
>> LOOK AT YOUR SEED AND SAY, "YOU'RE GOING
-
TO BLESS ME."
-
>> This is a participation part. Look at
-
your seed and say, "You're going to
-
bless me."
-
>> Isaiah 55,
-
we see the giver of the seed.
-
He said, "Seek ye the Lord while he may
-
be found. Call you upon him while he is
-
near. Let the wicked forsake his way or
-
get the heart right. Get the soul right
-
and the unrighteous man his thoughts and
-
let him return unto the Lord. He will
-
have mercy upon him and to our God. He
-
will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts
-
are not your thoughts, neither are my
-
ways your ways, declares the Lord. For
-
as heaven is high, higher than the
-
earth, so are my ways higher than your
-
ways, and my thoughts higher than your
-
thoughts. For as the rain cometh down,
-
and the snow from heaven, and returns
-
not to the heavens, but waters the
-
earth, and makes it bring forth in bud,
-
that it may give seed to the ser and
-
bread to the eater. For my word shall
-
not return unto me void, but it will do
-
the purpose in which I have said it.
-
Baby, just keep sowing seeds. Yes.
-
>> Keep sewing seeds.
-
>> I want to do it this way. And I'm
-
getting ready to close.
-
I ain't going to do it, my lady. I'm
-
not.
-
She critiqued me this morning. So, I'm
-
not going to do it.
-
But concerning the seed and the origin
-
of the son of God, the great apostle
-
speaks in Romans chapter 1 verses 3 and
-
four concerning his son Jesus our Lord,
-
which was made of the sea of David
-
according to the flesh and declared to
-
be the son of God with power according
-
to the spirit of holiness by the
-
resurrection of the dead. Did you hear
-
that? The seed. The seed. Paul praises
-
the Lord of the Sabbath in Romans 9 and
-
29. He said, "If the Lord of the Sabbath
-
had not left us a seed, we would be at
-
Sodom and would have been likened unto
-
Gomorrah." But thank God, Brother
-
Cornby, he left us a seed in the
-
embodiment of Jesus Christ. He gave us
-
that seed. In 2 Corinthians 9 and verse
-
10, we see once again the provider of
-
the seed and the seeds produces bread.
-
For he said, "Now he that min seed, he
-
that ministers seed to the sewer both
-
ministers bread for your food and
-
multiplies your seed sown and increases
-
the fruit of your righteousness." He
-
will increase that fruit to the saints
-
of the church of Galatians in Galatians
Galatians 3 chapter mention
-
chapter 3 26- 29. This is what he said
-
for you all the children are the
-
children of God by faith in Christ
-
Jesus. For as many of you has been
-
baptized into Christ, you have put on
-
Christ. There is either there and for,
-
no Greek or Jew, nor bond or free.
-
There's neither male nor female. For you
-
are all in one Christ Jesus. And if you
-
be Christ, then ye are Abraham's seed
-
according to the promise. What Paul WAS
-
SAYING, IT DON'T MATTER IF you black. IT
-
DON'T MATTER IF YOU'RE WHITE. IT DON'T
-
MATTER IF you Asian. It don't matter if
-
you red. It don't matter if you fat. It
-
don't matter IF YOU SKINNY. IT DON'T
-
MATTER IF YOU BALD OR YOU GOT HAIR ON
-
YOUR HEAD. IT DON'T MATTER IF YOU A size
-
11 or a size 22. You are STILL THE SEA
-
OF GOD. And God loves you.
-
God loves you.
-
Platform family, if you would please
-
come.
-
It would make us make everybody feel
-
better.
-
I'm just going to say it this way.
-
Joe, come on. Come here. The pastor.
-
just turn sideways if you
-
I'm just going to
-
disperse with some of the scripture, but
-
I want to explain it to you like this.
-
God created man and woman.
-
He put them in the garden.
-
They had it made, y'all.
-
And I tell you what, all all you ladies,
-
when you get to heaven, if you want to
-
jack slap Eve, you go ahead.
-
I might do that.
-
Adam,
-
but the serpent came.
-
Somewhere in Eve's heart,
-
there was a flaw.
-
There was definitely a flaw in Adam's
-
heart because he didn't protect his
-
lady. He should have took his heel and
-
stomped his head. Said, "You ain't
-
messing with my woman." That's
-
>> what he should have done.
-
>> But because of sin, Jill,
-
they was expelled from the garden.
-
Sin first at that time entered into the
-
heart of God's perfect creation.
-
God looked at that
-
and he said, "There's got to be a
-
remedy."
-
So God takes
-
a holy seed
-
and he places it
-
in the womb of a virgin.
-
And in the process of time,
-
a child was born.
-
The child wasn't just any child.
-
It was the son of God
-
because the seed that was placed
-
came from God the father.
-
Angels
-
told of his birth.
-
For 30 years
-
he was under the school master.
-
Sister Gordon he
-
He learned things.
-
He cut himself. He fell. He bruised.
-
He was like any other man.
-
But yet
-
he was a holy seed.
-
After three years, three and a half
-
years of ministry,
-
he would walk into synagogues and he
-
would speak and they would say, "Did not
-
our heart burn within us?"
-
And they'd say things like, "We never
-
heard a man speak like that."
-
And then
-
They arrested him,
-
took it to the place of the pavement.
-
Those of his own blood
-
chose
-
a thief and a robber and a murderer by
-
the name of Barabus
-
over him.
-
And I wanted to get into that because
-
son I believe that's why Israel has
-
suffered so just that little choice
-
little choice.
-
Then they take Jill,
-
your son,
-
and they whip him
-
at a hitching post.
-
And a holy seed
-
was strapped to a whipping post.
-
And with a cat of nine tails,
-
his flesh was ripped from his bones.
-
And Jesus said,
-
your pastor said it this morning. He
-
said, "Healing is so easy for God."
-
Oh, it is now.
-
But it wasn't then
-
because he said by my stripes
-
you were made whole.
-
He didn't say you was going to be whole.
-
And it doesn't matter if you're made
-
whole by the sept accepting of that
-
blood
-
as your savior
-
or that blood instantly heals you. Now
-
you're made whole
-
by that blood.
-
And then mama, they take your son, your
-
holy seed.
-
They plant a crown of thorns on him.
-
They mock him,
-
pluck his beard.
-
Then they take him down to via delar
-
carrying his own cross.
-
And when he didn't have
-
strength to carry it no more,
-
they made Simon help him.
-
And that holy seed
-
looked at Simon and said, "Simon,
-
this blood is for you."
-
And they carried it to the place of the
-
skull, Galtha.
-
And there That holy thief
-
laid his body down on a cross.
-
They raised him up.
-
A Roman soldier
-
pierced
-
that holy seed side.
-
Blood fell to the ground mixed with
-
water.
-
But before
-
he was ever said is finished,
-
that holy seed said,
-
"I think I can produce one more seed."
-
And the thief on the cross turns to him
-
and says,
-
he calls him master.
-
He said, "Master, save thyself."
-
And Jesus
-
says, "Son, you said it in
-
one word.
-
You call me master."
-
He said, "Master,
-
can I be with you in paradise?"
-
And he looked at him and said, "This
-
day,
-
this very hour,
-
I'm going to produce another one like
-
myself.
-
You will be with me in paradise." And
-
the scripture says, he bowed his head
-
and he says, "It is finished. Thank you,
-
Jew."
-
They took his body,
-
carried it to the tomb
-
to Arythea,
-
placed him in that holy seed into a
-
tomb.
-
One day passed, two days passed, and on
-
the morning of the third day,
-
that holy seed
-
stepped out of the tomb
-
and he held up three keys and he says,
-
"I have the keys
-
of death, hell, and the grave."
-
I want you to stand to your feet,
-
please.
-
I want to say this to you.
-
It's something that John said in 1 John
1 John 3 chapter mention
-
chapter 3 and verse number N.
-
I apologize for going so long, but in 1
-
John 3:9, this is what
-
John recorded.
-
He said, "Little children,
-
be not deceived."
-
And let no man deceive you.
-
He that doeth righteousness is
-
righteous,
-
even as he is righteous.
-
And whosoever is born of God does not
-
commit sin.
-
You say, "Wait a minute. I I just can't
-
take the time to go into that." But it
-
it don't mean that we do not sin.
-
But it's of another
-
parable where he's speaking that you can
-
commit no sin that's great enough that I
-
cannot forgive you for
-
that I cannot forgive you for. He said
-
but whosoever is born of God does not
-
commit sin. Hear it now.
-
For the seed of God is in him,
-
and he cannot sin
-
because he is born of God.
-
Today, you hold in your hands some seeds
-
that my lady prepared.
-
Those seeds have been prayed over.
-
The last verse that we read together
-
that we read together in the passage
-
this morning records this
-
in verse number 15.
-
He said, "But that on the good ground
-
are they,
-
which is a honest and good heart,
-
having heard the word, keep it, and
-
bring forth fruit
-
with patience."
-
What you doing, pastor? I'm just
-
patiently waiting on God.
-
I'm patiently waiting on him.
-
All it takes is an honest and good
-
heart.
-
Having heard the word,
-
you keep it.
-
Brother Henry wrote, "An honest and good
-
heart
-
tells us that the problem is always with
-
our heart and not the circumstance.
-
God's guided, beloved.
-
He's guided. No matter what it is, God
-
has it.
-
>> No matter what it is, Wanda, he has it.
-
Just keep an honest and good heart.
-
Here's the alter call.
-
Hearing the word of God is not enough.
-
We must keep it as well.
-
We got to keep it.
-
And then when we hear the command to
-
bring forth much fruit with patience,
-
we just begin to sew.
-
We begin to sew.
-
We sow. We sow. We sow.
-
I want to ask you a question.
-
How many in here trust this pastor
-
today? You trust me? I want you to raise
-
your hand. You trust me as a man of God.
-
You trust me
-
that this word come from God. I'm fixing
-
to ask you to trust me.
-
Pastor Jesse, we supposed to have a
-
camera somewhere that maybe can follow
-
me.
-
I want to ask you to whatever's in your
-
hand
-
other than those seeds, I want you to
-
lay it down.
-
If you have anything else other than the
-
seed,
-
I want you to just lay it down.
-
Where's Brother David Ball at? Let's
-
see. Where's he at?
-
>> I need brother David if it's at all
-
possible
-
for just a moment.
-
I want you to search your heart.
-
If there's anything stony in it, I want
-
you to get it out
-
and all it takes is us asking.
-
Brother David,
-
I want to position you with Pastor Pet.
-
If there's anything in your heart
-
that's hard,
-
I mean, you just hard.
-
any spots
-
that's hard, I want you to get it out.
-
Just ask the Lord to forgive you and he
-
will. He'll do it instantly.
-
If there's anything thorny
-
in your heart, maybe it's a judgmental
-
spirit.
-
Maybe it's a micromanaging spirit.
-
Just ask God to turn it to flesh
-
right now.
-
I need some ushers to open the back
-
doors, please. Cuz what I'm about to do
-
may sound seem a little different.
-
Well, I want you to look at your seat.
-
I want you to name it.
-
If you need healing,
-
you say, "This seed's for healing.
-
This seed is for clearness of mind."
-
That seed there,
-
that's for the salvation of my family.
-
That seed there,
-
that is for every need in my life to be
-
met
-
by his riches and glory.
-
That seat there
-
is for me to talk to someone about what
-
God has done in my life.
-
That seed there is to invite Johnny and
-
Sally to church.
-
That seed there
-
is for me to have the courage
-
to walk up to strangers
-
and tell them
-
what Jesus has done for me.
-
You name your seed anything you want to
-
anything you need. peace in my home,
-
strength in my body.
-
Now, here comes the unusual part.
-
Those are spiritual seeds you have.
-
Even though
-
they're r seeds,
-
but they're spiritual seeds.
-
Now we got to sew them.
-
The soil we sow them in has got to be
-
good soil
-
out front of the sanctuary today.
-
There's a beautiful lawn.
-
Me and your pastor put the irrigation in
-
it.
-
My lady and Mac put the flag pole up.
-
We've spent a trillion dollars on the
-
grass that's out there.
-
But I got to tell you, it's good soil.
-
Why is it important that we sew it
-
there, pastor?
-
because it's the soil in which
-
this church was built upon.
-
And every time you come into this
-
magnificent building that represents the
-
house of God, you're going to walk by
-
your seat.
-
You're going to say, "Lord,
-
I'm patiently waiting."
-
What we fixing to do now? I didn't tell
-
your pastor this, but what we fixing to
-
do now, we all fixing to go outside.
-
Leave your stuff where it is. We will
-
watch over it.
-
But we going to go outside and we going
-
to line the sidewalks
-
around and you going to take that seed
-
and you're going to sew it in this
-
ground.
-
You're going to sew it in this ground.
-
And we're believing
-
the God of heaven and the God of the
-
harvest is going to bring you multiple
-
rewards.
-
Not just one or twofold, but a hundfold.
