  1. So tonight, um I the Lord, this message

  2. was birthed out of a challenge that I

  3. received from the word of God. Um so I I

  4. don't want you to think that as I bring

  5. this challenge to you that I'm just

  6. throwing it at you. I've had to chew on

  7. this for several days myself. Um and

  8. I'll be honest, I'm still navigating

  9. this myself. So I'm believing the Lord

  10. is going to continue to speak to me

  11. through the word of God on how to deal

  12. with this certain subject. Um because I

  13. feel like in the life of believers that

  14. there are certain things that God speaks

  15. to us. Um but then in the midst of his

  16. voice speaking, I believe that the enemy

  17. will come along the other side and start

  18. to rare his voice up and begin to just

  19. whisper in our ear on this side. Right?

  20. And and and it strikes something in our

  21. heart that we're going to talk about

  22. tonight. Uh but I've got a fresh

  23. perspective on it. And I I want you to

  24. understand that I feel like for where

  25. we're going as a church, uh for where

  26. the Lord is taking us, for the steps

  27. that he is ordering and the divine or

  28. sacred thresholds that he has ahead of

  29. this house, that the Lord is instructing

  30. me on these Wednesday nights to uh

  31. stretch our wines skins, if you will,

  32. get us prepared for what he has coming.

  33. Uh because we don't want to slip into a

  34. season and not be ready for what is

  35. coming. Now, we don't have to know all

  36. the information. Come on, somebody. Uh

  37. to trust the Lord.

  38. >> If if we had to know the whole story, we

  39. would never trust God.

  40. >> That's right.

  41. >> Uh because I'll be honest with you, you

  42. could take my brother Joseph from from

  43. Old Testament. Uh he he was able to

  44. trust God in every step. And bro was

  45. getting accused, getting lied about,

  46. come on. Getting beaten, left for dead,

  47. and wondering God, where are you at? But

  48. yet he chose to trust the Lord. And in

  49. the end, he was able to look at his

  50. brother and say, "Don't be angry that

  51. you sold me." Hey, come on. Don't be

  52. angry that you sold me because you meant

  53. it for evil, but God meant it to

  54. preserve life. And and so here's the

  55. beauty of it. As we take steps um in

  56. that obedience, it's going to take some

  57. stretching of our comfort zone, some

  58. stretching of our wine skin, if you

  59. will, because we're not called just to

  60. house old wine. And God is calling us to

  61. house new wine. And I believe God's

  62. going to pour that out on us. So, let me

  63. quickly at this is not in direct

  64. correlation to where I feel like the

  65. Holy Spirit would take us tonight, but

  66. in an attempt to stretch our wine skins

  67. to get prepared for the word of God, I

  68. want to run down three scriptures real

  69. quick. In Psalm 34, u, if you want to

  70. turn there, you can, or mark it down so

  71. you can look at it later. Psalm chapter

    Psalms 34 chapter mention

  72. 34. The writer said it like this. I will

  73. bless the Lord at all times. His praise

  74. shall continually be in my mouth. My

  75. soul shall make its boast in the Lord.

  76. The humble shall hear of it and be glad.

  77. And then he says something significant.

  78. Oh, magnify the Lord with me and let us

  79. exalt his name together. He he was

  80. saying, "Oh, magnify the Lord with me

  81. and let us exalt his name together." And

  82. here's the reason why. Because David

  83. knew the secret that if I take the

  84. magnifying glass of my perspective and I

  85. see the problem and I make it bigger in

  86. my perspective than God is. Watch this.

  87. It doesn't mean the problem's bigger

  88. than God.

  89. You can but you can shift the

  90. perspective of your life and you can

  91. view your problem as bigger than God.

  92. You can magnify your problem. So David

  93. was instructing the people. So he said,

  94. "We're going to praise God at all times.

  95. Always going to be a praise on my lips."

  96. So that means this to us that we have

  97. the choice tonight whether to magnify

  98. the problems or the things or the fear

  99. or the uh the assault, the hurt, the

  100. things we've been through, the abuse. We

  101. can magnify all of those things if we

  102. choose to. And in our perspective, it

  103. will seem like it's bigger than God. Or

  104. we can shift like David said, "Oh,

  105. magnify not the problem, but magnify the

  106. Lord with me." And so tonight, this

  107. message is an invitation to each one in

  108. this house to magnify the Lord more than

  109. you magnify the fear that the enemy

  110. tries to place on your life.

  111. So in that vein, I want to invite you

  112. into a moment to be able to see what the

  113. Holy Spirit is saying to you currently

  114. and what the Holy Spirit is saying to

  115. our church as we take these next steps

  116. towards sacred thresholds. So if you're

  117. ready for the word tonight, shout, "I'm

  118. ready."

  119. >> I'm ready.

  120. >> Now, I want you to stand to your feet.

  121. We're going to read some scripture

  122. together. 1 John chapter 4 and 2 Timothy

1 John 4 chapter mention 2 Timothy 1 chapter mention

  123. chapter 1. 1 John chapter number four.

  124. and and throughout the night I will be

  125. reading from uh the New King James

  126. Version. And I'm I think there's a

  127. couple spots in here where I inserted

  128. some other versions. Um I may have

  129. marked them in my notes. I may not have.

  130. So if it doesn't look exactly like it it

  131. does in your Bible. Just hey, just uh

  132. humor me for a few moments and let me

  133. get through that. Uh because I this is

  134. all fresh that the Lord put on me today

  135. as I was bringing this together through

  136. the power of the Holy Spirit. First John

    1 John 4 chapter mention

  137. chapter 4. When you get there, say, "I

  138. got it."

  139. >> All right. Go to verse number uh 17 of

  140. that chapter. Bible says, "Love has been

  141. perfected among us in this that we may

  142. have boldness in the day of judgment

  143. because as he is, so are we in this

  144. world." The Bible says in verse 18,

  145. "There is no fear in love."

  146. Can we read that one more time? There is

  147. no fear in love. Watch this. But perfect

  148. love cast out fear.

  149. Or another way that is stated, perfected

  150. love cast out fear. He said because fear

  151. involves torment and our God is not

  152. about torment. Come on, somebody. But he

  153. who fears has not been made perfect in

  154. love. Woo. That's challenging right

  155. there. that and and if I can just be

  156. real honest, that's where I got hung up

  157. on this past week. That's that's where

  158. it's at. We love him because he first

  159. loved us. Now, go to second Timothy

    2 Timothy 1 chapter mention

  160. chapter 1 verse number 7. I'm read one

  161. verse and I'm going to let you sit down

  162. and and I'll stand the rest of the time.

  163. Um unless I have a chair um but that's

  164. okay. 2 Timothy chapter 1 verse number

    2 Timothy 1 chapter mention

  165. 7. For God has not given us a spirit of

  166. fear, but of power and of love and of a

  167. sound mind.

  168. >> That's so good. I want to read that one

  169. more time. Even if I don't say nothing

  170. else good the rest of the night. That

  171. right there is good. Come on. That's

  172. good word. That's good bread right

  173. there. For God has not given us a spirit

  174. of fear, but of power and of love and of

  175. a sound mind.

  176. So tonight, I want to take us on a

  177. journey um through scripture and through

  178. through what the Lord revealed to me. Uh

  179. a journey from fear to fullness. From

  180. fear to fullness. Can we pray together?

  181. Father, thank you for your word. Thank

  182. you for your goodness, your mercy, your

  183. grace over our life. Uh, and God, I just

  184. ask that you would add anointing to this

  185. moment. Add your presence, add your seal

  186. to this, Lord. Let us hear your word.

  187. God, let us walk in your word. Let us

  188. get fresh revelation tonight from your

  189. word that will help us to walk this

  190. thing out. God, we give you praise. In

  191. Jesus name we pray. And everybody says,

  192. "Amen."

  193. >> Amen. Oh, look what the Lord has done.

  194. Look what the Lord has done.

  195. He gave me a chair so I can sit my honey

  196. down. Hallelujah.

  197. >> And it turned THE MESSAGE AROUND. OH,

  198. I'M GOING TO PRAISE his anyways. Okay,

  199. let's focus. From fear to fullness. Uh

  200. so here here's what I want you to

  201. understand. Fear has the ability to

  202. paralyze you and I uh any part of our

  203. life. I if you understand that, let me

  204. bring it down to context. Um, a good day

  205. and a bad day uh is only one phone call

  206. away.

  207. >> That's the truth.

  208. >> A smooth day and a bumpy day is one bad

  209. call away. Uh, you know, fear and joy is

  210. checking a bank account and if the

  211. numbers are black or red, can I get an

  212. amen?

  213. >> All right. Fear has the ability to

  214. paralyze you and I. And what is that

  215. fear's uh maybe end goal if you would

  216. tonight? It would be to stop us from

  217. moving forward in our godgiven

  218. assignments. Uh and I was challenged

  219. this past week as I was grappling with

  220. uh the challenge that the Holy Spirit

  221. brought to my life. And here here's

  222. really where the challenge laid into me

  223. out of verse number 18 where it talked

  224. about but he who fears has not been made

  225. perfect in love. The statement that was

  226. spoke to my heart was any area that I

  227. still have fear in is an area that I've

  228. not completely surrendered to the Lord.

  229. >> Hello somebody.

  230. >> Any area that I still have fear in is an

  231. area that I've not completely

  232. surrendered to the Lord.

  233. >> And I said, "Hold up.

  234. Wait a minute.

  235. Some may right. Come on, somebody.

  236. >> I said, "All right, Lord, work with me.

  237. Help me. Help me in this." Because I

  238. believe it or not, I I'll say this.

  239. Believe it or not, the enemy will try to

  240. place fears on your pastor's mind, too.

  241. >> I know people look at pastors and say,

  242. "Wow, they're superheroes. They never

  243. have a bad day."

  244. >> Well, you ain't look close enough.

  245. Hallelujah. There are days, there are

  246. moments, there are there are times, not

  247. just in ministry, not just in uh in in

  248. in the realm of the church, but in the

  249. realm of personal life, in the realm of

  250. business and all these different areas

  251. in just physical life and children and

  252. raising kids and all there. There are

  253. all kinds of fears that can attach

  254. themsel or weigh themsel on our life.

  255. And here's the thing, if that fear is

  256. controlling an area of my life, then I

  257. have not submitted that to the Lord

  258. completely.

  259. >> And so I had to grapple with that and

  260. say, "Lord, help me." And then the Lord

  261. began to work things out in my heart and

  262. give me a clear process between or

  263. taking us rather from fear to fullness

  264. tonight. So if you're ready to go on a

  265. journey with your pastor tonight, shout,

  266. "Bring it on.

  267. We're we're going somewhere. Okay. We

  268. must real or we must realize that in our

  269. life if fear is there then we have to

  270. release control of our life in that area

  271. to God. It all belongs to him anyways.

  272. >> Our entire life belongs to the Lord.

  273. Here's the fact though. We have to come

  274. back to the realization. Our life

  275. doesn't belong to us. We were bought

  276. with a price.

  277. We are only stewarding what God is

  278. allowing us to steward.

  279. >> We are just stewards. We don't own this

  280. thing. We don't control what we get to

  281. do as a believer. Matter of fact, the

  282. writer said that they exchanged that

  283. that sin and now I'm a bondervant to

  284. Christ. Okay? I don't belong to myself,

  285. but I've got to be willing to release

  286. control of my life in every area to him.

  287. When we realize our position as stewards

  288. only, watch this, it releases us from

  289. the pressure of having to perform to get

  290. God's grace.

  291. >> When we realize that our position is

  292. only to be a steward, it releases you

  293. and I from the pressure of having to

  294. perform to gain God's grace.

  295. >> Because if this thing's about

  296. performance, I can promise you, I will

  297. mess it up.

  298. >> But it's not about performance. It is by

  299. grace that you have been saved through

  300. faith in God. You can't earn it. You

  301. can't you can't diplomat it. You can't

  302. legislate your way into the kingdom. You

  303. have to accept the free grace and gift

  304. of God. And that only comes through the

  305. blood of Jesus Christ. Can I get a amen

  306. in the house for the word of God?

  307. The fact is that we have placed oursel

  308. in a position to feel like we have to

  309. perform to be able to outwork the fear

  310. that the enemy tries to place on our

  311. life. And here's why. Because we think

  312. we're in control.

  313. >> Yeah.

  314. >> Now, I'm not saying this to to to if if

  315. it's hitting hard, bro, sis, bro,

  316. whatever you want to call, I don't know.

  317. I just want to say it like this. I'm

  318. going be honest with you, it hit me like

  319. a ton of bricks this week.

  320. There was some people that are close to

  321. me that that the enemy has been has been

  322. uh just coming against them with fear

  323. and and I reached out to them and I

  324. said, "Look, God gave me a revelation. I

  325. got to give you this. I I got I got to I

  326. got to share this with you because I

  327. feel like it's a key to you getting

  328. free."

  329. >> And tonight, I feel like there's people

  330. in here that you want to do the will of

  331. God. You desire to do the will of God.

  332. You desire to walk in freedom and power

  333. and authority. But the enemy is laying

  334. fear on your life and making you feel

  335. reluctant to even take the next step

  336. because you're afraid you're going to

  337. fail. But here's what you need to

  338. understand. If God is calling you to

  339. that assignment, if God is calling you

  340. to that thing, no fear will be able to

  341. stop the plan of God from being

  342. accomplished. Because again, it's not

  343. your plan, it's his plan. And we've got

  344. to get to a place where we don't let

  345. fear paralyze us. But we let fear be a

  346. catalyst. That if there's fear trying TO

  347. COME OVER MY MIND, THAT MEANS the enemy

  348. is shaking his boots. Because the next

  349. step I take is about to wreak havoc on

  350. the kingdom of darkness. And if I can

  351. just get over fear for just a second,

  352. then I'm going to let the enemy know I'm

  353. coming at you with everything I've got.

  354. This church is coming at you WITH

  355. EVERYTHING WE'VE GOT. My family's come.

  356. Come on, SOMEBODY. MY BUSINESS IS coming

  357. at you BECAUSE I WILL NOT LET FEAR

  358. CONTROL MY LIFE.

  359. >> I won't let fear control me.

  360. >> Because then when I release those things

  361. and I realize I'm only a steward of

  362. God's grace, then complete dependency on

  363. the Lord becomes the order of my life

  364. and it becomes completely evident not

  365. just to me but to everybody around me.

  366. Amen. Are you with me so far?

  367. So I'm convinced that if we magnify the

  368. wrong thing,

  369. it will be all we speak about, all we

  370. think about

  371. and if it's all we speak about and think

  372. about by proxy it will control every

  373. area of our life.

  374. >> You can also you can always tell a

  375. person if they are a fe fearful person

  376. or a faithful a faithfilled person by

  377. their conversation. Yeah.

  378. >> You talk to them long enough, you will

  379. either hear their faith come out or

  380. you'll hear their fear come out.

  381. >> And so what I want to teach us tonight

  382. is for where we are going as a church,

  383. for where you are going as an

  384. individual, as a family, we cannot and

  385. we don't have the luxury of letting fear

  386. talk. We have to let faith talk. Amen.

  387. That means as a body, as a body of

  388. believers, when we step across these

  389. sacred thresholds, whether you feel it

  390. or not, praise God, this is the way

  391. we're going.

  392. >> Hello, spirit fingers. Everybody in the

  393. house,

  394. >> saying, "Pastor, you should preach this

  395. on Sunday. I'm gonna preach it on

  396. Wednesday."

  397. >> And then if I have to, I'll just take

  398. these notes and I'll repeat on Sunday. I

  399. ain't scared. Don't bother me one bit.

  400. The only difference between now and

  401. Sunday is I'll be standing up yelling.

  402. Come on, it's true. Y'all know it's

  403. true. And I'll tell Michael, "Get on

  404. that organ." And everybody be like, "Oh,

  405. hallelujah. Hallelujah."

  406. I don't know where that came from, but

  407. anyways.

  408. But I want us to be on the same page and

  409. have our wine skin renewed so we're able

  410. to hold what God is about to pour out in

  411. this house.

  412. I I just being honest. The the rich

  413. history that we have is going to be

  414. connected to the great destiny that God

  415. has for us. Thank God for everything he

  416. has done. We honor what God has done in

  417. this house. Amen.

  418. >> Because if none of that was done before,

  419. the foundations weren't laid, we would

  420. not be able to build upon that right

  421. now. That's why I, you know, that's why

  422. I'm super thankful for Pastor Johnson

  423. and Sister Johnson in the house. These

  424. are some of our great former pastors of

  425. this great house. And come on, can we

  426. take a moment and just give the go give

  427. God a hand for these precious folks

  428. right here. I love you so much. I love

  429. you so much. But if it had not been for

  430. their sacrifices, we wouldn't be in this

  431. building today.

  432. >> It's just the truth. They spearheaded

  433. that. They led that and said, "Hey,

  434. we're doing it." Whether it makes sense

  435. or not, we're doing it. Amen. Because

  436. they heard the voice of God. They said,

  437. "We're not gonna listen to fear talk.

  438. We're gonna let faith talk."

  439. Okay. So, watch this. If we if we're not

  440. careful, we will magnify the wrong thing

  441. and it'll be what we speak about, think

  442. about, and it will control our life. But

  443. after tonight, rather, what we're going

  444. to do is we're not going to focus only

  445. on fear tonight because a lot of times

  446. in these messages, we talk about fear,

  447. fear, fear, fear, fear. I'm not going to

  448. do that. I'm going to give us the the

  449. anecdote to fear and not allow fear to

  450. be what we magnify. I do have to address

  451. it, but that's not how we're going to

  452. get out of it.

  453. Amen. You got to have something when you

  454. walk out that door. I got something to

  455. chew on all week. So, we're going to

  456. focus on what the Lord desires to give

  457. us rather than what the enemy wants to

  458. give us. And so, let's look at part B of

  459. 2 Timothy chapter 1 verse number 7 where

    2 Timothy 1 chapter mention

  460. God said, watch this. He's not given us

  461. a spirit of fear, but of power. Somebody

  462. say power.

  463. >> Power,

  464. >> love.

  465. >> Love

  466. >> and a sound mind.

  467. So the enemy wants to give me fear. He

  468. wants to get that spirit of fear wants

  469. to come. But the spirit of God wants to

  470. give me power, love, and a sound mind or

  471. self-control.

  472. Okay? Now, because I believe if we can

  473. catch a glimpse of what God has for us

  474. when the enemy presents something

  475. different, we won't be swayed by it.

  476. We will know what God has for us and the

  477. fact that it is better than anything the

  478. enemy can bring against our life or

  479. bring to our life. And we won't be drawn

  480. away by the enemy's traps. And watch

  481. this. We won't self-sabotage.

  482. >> Come on.

  483. >> Okay. The enemy wants to make us fearful

  484. in the point that we will self-sabotage,

  485. but in the name of Jesus, not in this

  486. house.

  487. Now, part of the way we're going to

  488. accomplish this is by what Paul said to

  489. Timothy in 2 Timothy chapter 4:es 1-5.

  490. He said, "I charge you therefore before

  491. God and the Lord Jesus Christ who will

  492. judge the living and the dead and at his

  493. appearing and his kingdom." He said this

  494. to Timothy. He said, Timothy, he said,

  495. "Preach the word." Somebody shout,

  496. "Preach the word."

  497. >> Preach the word. Be ready or in season

  498. and out of season. convince, rebuke,

  499. exhort with all longsuffering and

  500. teaching. For the time will come when

  501. they will not endure sound doctrine, but

  502. according to their own desires, watch

  503. this, because they have itching ears,

  504. they will heap up for themselves

  505. teachers, and they will turn their ears

  506. away from the truth, and be turned aside

  507. to fables, but you be watchful in all

  508. things, endure afflictions, do the work

  509. of an evangelist, and he said, fulfill

  510. your ministry. One of the tasks of that

  511. that we're going to use in this house to

  512. combat a spirit of fear is by preaching

  513. the word of God.

  514. >> Faith comes by hearing and hearing by

  515. the word of God. That means when we

  516. stand up here, whether it's me or one of

  517. the other ministers and they stand up

  518. here and preach, we're not going to come

  519. loaded with our opinions and our

  520. stories. We're going to come loaded with

  521. what the word of God says.

  522. We don't have time to to to to meander

  523. down story lane and all those different

  524. things when we have people's lives

  525. hanging in the balance. I want the word

  526. of God coming forward in power and

  527. authority

  528. >> because the gospel is what sets men

  529. free.

  530. >> The gospel confronts, right? It brings a

  531. sword. All right. Jesus said, "I didn't

  532. come to bring peace. I came to bring a

  533. sword." We're going to divide some

  534. things.

  535. >> I know that's contrary to what everybody

  536. the loveydovey Jesus. Come on.

  537. >> But Jesus said, "I'm bringing a sword.

  538. We're fixing to swing some things,

  539. right? We're fixing to cut some things.

  540. In other words, we're going to purify a

  541. church. He said, "I'm going to get my

  542. bride ready."

  543. Amen.

  544. >> So, in this vein, the way that we

  545. prepare the bride is we preach the word

  546. of God. All right? That's one side of

  547. things. Another side of things is this

  548. is that you and I will start taking

  549. ownership of our own faith.

  550. Okay,

  551. that's good preaching.

  552. >> How do I take ownership of my own faith?

  553. Read the word for yourself.

  554. >> Please,

  555. >> please read it. Because we have a

  556. because we don't because a generation

  557. has not taken the word of God seriously.

  558. We have a biblically illiterate

  559. generation coming up.

  560. because it's easier for them to get

  561. their scripture off of Tik Tok than it

  562. is to get to the word of God and see

  563. what God has to say.

  564. >> It's just the truth. I'm just being

  565. honest.

  566. >> And if we can be honest, we want things

  567. quick, fast, in a hurry. We We want the

  568. microwave thing rather than going with a

  569. slow cooker.

  570. >> Slow cooker takes more time, but it

  571. tastes better

  572. >> and it will sustain you better.

  573. Microwaves take all the good nutrients

  574. out of it.

  575. >> So, we have to get down to a point to

  576. where we read the word for ourselves.

  577. Say, "Well, I'm not sure what to do

  578. about that." Well, listen. If you watch

  579. our announcements, scroll by long

  580. enough, you can get on this thing called

  581. the Bible app. All right? And we

  582. actually have a place on the Bible app

  583. for our church to join up with different

  584. Bible studies and things like that. You

  585. can link up with that. But also, you can

  586. get on there and you can find a way to

  587. discover a Bible reading plan that will

  588. help you have something that's

  589. systematic to where you're not just like

  590. you don't go old school and say, "All

  591. right, power flip. What are we going to

  592. read today?" You know what I'm saying?

  593. You get you get systematic about it and

  594. say, "Lord, teach me, show me things.

  595. Let me go to this is practical things

  596. how we drive the spirit of fear out and

  597. we embrace what God wants to have in our

  598. life." Because we we could get I can get

  599. up here and I could stir you up, man. I

  600. could go I could go find a really cool

  601. Old Testament story of victory and and

  602. judges. I could go back there and find I

  603. could preach the one about where they

  604. defend David and his men defended the

  605. bean patch and baby we could preach

  606. about fighting for your family and man I

  607. can get up here and say hallelujah glory

  608. to God. But if we don't walk out of here

  609. and say we're going to go back to the

  610. house and read the word for oursel all I

  611. have done is entertain you.

  612. >> Amen.

  613. >> Inspiration's good. Come on. Challen

  614. high challenge is good. But if there's

  615. nothing hitting the road when we get

  616. home, then we are still as messed up as

  617. we were when we walked in.

  618. >> And I refuse to pastor a church that

  619. does not get in the word of God.

  620. >> Get in the word. But I want to take it a

  621. step further than that. Read the word,

  622. but study the word.

  623. >> Meditate on the word. Don't just read it

  624. and say, "That was good. Now let's move

  625. on to what we got to do." Read it.

  626. Contemplate it. Pray about it. And say,

  627. "Lord, speak to me."

  628. Let him show you. Find resources that

  629. will help you understand what the word

  630. of God says. Trusted resources.

  631. Come on. Not just crazy people.

  632. >> We we going we're going to try our best

  633. in the next um in the next several

  634. weeks. We're going to we're going to do

  635. something we ain't never done before.

  636. We're going to launch a podcast from the

  637. church that we're going to go on there

  638. and we're going to we're going to

  639. dissect scripture. We're going to talk

  640. about that. Our messages will be

  641. available on there um as far as the

  642. preaching of the word goes, all those

  643. things. But we're going to take deep

  644. dives into scripture and we're going to

  645. try to facilitate disciplehip on there

  646. because I know people's life is

  647. fast-paced. I get it. But I don't want

  648. just any kind of information coming to

  649. you. I want it to be the real deal.

  650. >> Amen.

  651. >> And so it takes some effort on our part

  652. to study. Reading is one thing, but

  653. studying is another thing.

  654. It's okay to go back and find out who

  655. wrote it, why they wrote it, when they

  656. wrote it, what the culture was, where

  657. they wrote it, what the economic

  658. situation, what was the political

  659. situation when they wrote it. Because I

  660. promise you, it will open up a whole

  661. another world of scripture.

  662. >> It will let you see it for what it

  663. really was in that moment. But here's

  664. the beauty about the word of God. It

  665. meant it for them, but it also translate

  666. to us today.

  667. It doesn't just skip us because it was

  668. written to them.

  669. Okay. All right. That's enough of that.

  670. Read the word. Study the word. All

  671. right. How else am I going to take my

  672. take ownership of my faith? I'm going to

  673. pray.

  674. >> Spend time in prayer. Pray over your

  675. children.

  676. Pray over your children's rooms.

  677. >> Anoint it. Pray over them. You don't

  678. have to be spooky or mystical. Just be

  679. believe the word of God.

  680. Amen.

  681. >> You pray. I'm gonna lay this one on you.

  682. Fast.

  683. >> Fast on your own.

  684. >> Amen. That's what God has called us to

  685. do as believers.

  686. While the bridegroom is here, there was

  687. no need of that. But he's gone now. And

  688. so, we have to prepare oursel through

  689. prayer, fasting, reading, and studying.

  690. Fellowship with believers. Can I get a

  691. witness in the house?

  692. >> Take time to fellowship with other

  693. people. You're going to have a great

  694. opportunity in the next few several

  695. weeks when we launch our liberty groups

  696. to join up with folks that are leading

  697. this and making sure that we have plenty

  698. of time to fellowship and make sure that

  699. we have time to fellowship around God's

  700. word and it's going to be beautiful.

  701. Here's another way that you can take

  702. ownership of your faith. Step up and

  703. serve.

  704. >> Step up and serve. Find an area of

  705. ministry that you can step up and serve

  706. in. And I promise you that will take

  707. your faith to another level. There is

  708. nothing like serving. Remember when

  709. Jesus said when the disciples said,

  710. "Hey, let's go in the city and grab you

  711. some food." And Jesus said, "Don't worry

  712. about it. I got food you don't even know

  713. about."

  714. >> Remember him saying that? And of course,

  715. they were sitting there thinking,

  716. "Listen, who brought Jesus fish and

  717. bread? How dare somebody else take my

  718. position?" No. Jesus was feasting on the

  719. will of God, serving in the kingdom

  720. himself. Can I tell you, when you serve,

  721. it takes your relationship to another

  722. level. And you you get you get around

  723. other people of like faith and you're

  724. pushing the same direction for the same

  725. purpose. Man, it becomes something

  726. powerful. This p this past weekend,

  727. right, you guys went for You've been

  728. You've been coined. Was it this weekend?

  729. It was this weekend. Yeah, it was this

  730. weekend. You guys went for You've been

  731. coined. And there was an encounter that

  732. they had with a young man that gave his

  733. life to Jesus. and they had the

  734. opportunity to lead somebody to Christ

  735. by paying, come on, paying for laundry

  736. detergent and paying for somebody's

  737. laundry to get done. Can I tell you? But

  738. everybody that was in that circle,

  739. everybody was there, they received

  740. strength in that moment

  741. >> because they were in the room. They were

  742. in the position and they got strength.

  743. Okay? So serve, evangelize, tell people

  744. about Jesus. Tell people about Jesus. So

  745. let's break down the scripture in 2

    2 Timothy 1:7

  746. Timothy 1:7. For God has not given us a

  747. spirit of fear, but of power and of love

  748. and of a sound mind. That's what the New

  749. King James Version says. This is I did

  750. write this down. The the Passion

  751. translation says it like this. For God

  752. will never give you the spirit of fear.

  753. That's good.

  754. >> He will never give you the spirit of

  755. fear. But watch this. He said, let me

  756. let me read it in context. For God will

  757. never give you the spirit of fear, but

  758. the Holy Spirit

  759. >> who gives you mighty power, love, and

  760. self-control.

  761. So, there's a statement I'll make at the

  762. end, but I'll go and make it now. Why

  763. would I want to take something that God

  764. didn't give to me?

  765. >> If the enemy is going to give me fear,

  766. why why I don't want that? God did not

  767. intend for me to have that.

  768. Now, some people are thinking, "Well,

  769. what about like whenever, you know, I

  770. got to like run out to the mailbox in

  771. the dark and like I start out walking

  772. slow and then I take off running

  773. faster."

  774. What about that? Is that Is that Am I

  775. being fearful? No, you're just being

  776. human, man. There's boogie monsters out

  777. there. Take off running.

  778. I ain't walking in that mailbox and

  779. back. The devil is a liar.

  780. Shoot. Shoot. There might be a possum

  781. out there that'll get me.

  782. or knowing some of the crazy people I'm

  783. around. There may be somebody in the

  784. woods trying to scare me.

  785. >> Or there may be people cutting off my my

  786. my satellite during the middle of

  787. football game. Ain't that right, Brother

  788. Jack, Sister Mary. I don't know who

  789. would do something crazy like that. My

  790. Lord, right in the middle of Notre Dame

  791. game.

  792. It's all right. But I just that's those

  793. kind of fears. Hey, you know what? Be

  794. scared of the dark, scared of heights.

  795. Man, I am terrified of heights.

  796. My God of heaven.

  797. Every time I get on a plane, I just get

  798. so terrified. Like I don't I don't tell

  799. nobody, but boy,

  800. that seat, I'm surprised it don't have a

  801. hole in it for my butt chewing it up.

  802. Come on. I get nervous. I get so

  803. nervous. I don't know if y'all do this,

  804. but man, when turbulence starts

  805. happening, I cannot sit still.

  806. If if I like move, then I feel like I'm

  807. the one moving the plane and it's not

  808. all the crazy air pressure around. We

  809. may go down at any second. I'm like,

  810. well, that's just me. I'm just

  811. stretching my legs. You know, the

  812. plane's rocking a little bit. I Y'all,

  813. it takes everything in my brain to focus

  814. on the fact that I'm not 35,000 ft in

  815. the air. Oh, when I start thinking about

  816. it, start thinking about the goodness of

  817. Jesus, maybe I'm closer to heaven than I

  818. don't know.

  819. >> Anyways, I'm a scaredy-cat, but I I

  820. don't let on to it too much. I I do

  821. okay. I do all right. See that? My

  822. lady's learning something new right now.

  823. She don't even know. I was terrified the

  824. entire weekend.

  825. I'll be honest with you. The one time I

  826. was really scared

  827. is when we were me and the girls were

  828. leaving uh Jackson Hole. And if you ever

  829. been to Jackson Hole, it's literally in

  830. a horseshoe of the Tetons. Like the the

  831. airport is down and there's no wind

  832. really at the airport itself. But when

  833. you take off and you hit the top of the

  834. mountains, there's like this wind shear

  835. that is there. Um, and it was me and

  836. Bailey, Laya, and Tara. They were they

  837. were on the other side of the aisle in

  838. those three seats. I was here by a brand

  839. new married couple. And man, we were

  840. taking off and it was beautiful. But as

  841. soon as we hit the top of those

  842. mountains, I No kidding. the plane slid,

  843. started sliding. And they Tara, God

  844. bless her, she was younger, she had her

  845. headphones in, eating popcorn, watching

  846. movie, didn't even care. Laya, she kind

  847. of looked at me in the big old eyes. And

  848. then Bailey's like, "Dad, ARE WE GOING

  849. TO DIE? WE'RE GOING TO DIE."

  850. So she's doing that from that side. The

  851. married couple, they join hands and

  852. there is a prayer meeting going on the

  853. left side of me and we are sliding and

  854. bumping and going all kinds of crazy.

  855. And I was like, "But it's fine, baby.

  856. We're we're good. We're good. Daddy's

  857. I am great. I'm doing great right now."

  858. But that I was so terrified during that

  859. moment. Didn't mean I didn't trust the

  860. Lord. I was like, it's what we've always

  861. said. I don't mind dying. I don't want

  862. to die something stupid.

  863. I mean, I guess that'd be all right way

  864. to die. Go down with the plane, but I

  865. just I don't really want to. But you

  866. know, it just it there are some fears

  867. that are natural occurring fears that

  868. are not from the enemy. Okay? So, what

  869. that's not what I'm talking about. I'm

  870. talking about when the enemy tries to

  871. inflict fear on top of your life, on top

  872. of your family. Okay? So, he said this.

  873. He said that that for God will not give

  874. us the spirit. He will never give you

  875. the spirit of fear, but the Holy Spirit

  876. who gives you mighty power, love, and

  877. self-control. This literally boils down

  878. um to which of the two spirits we are

  879. going to receive.

  880. The one spirit is the spirit of fear,

  881. but the one that we should receive is

  882. the Holy Spirit. So, we have the choice.

  883. Do we pick which one we pick? The spirit

  884. of fear is an option that we could pick,

  885. but it leads to destruction.

  886. The Holy Spirit is the better option.

  887. Can I get an amen?

  888. >> Which brings mighty power, love, and

  889. self-control.

  890. So, for the fact of going to go and pick

  891. for everybody in the house, we're

  892. picking the Holy Spirit.

  893. >> All right? And so, I was going to leave

  894. it up to everybody, but I don't want

  895. nobody be crazy and say, "Yeah, let's

  896. give a spirit of fear." No. No. Shh. Be

  897. quiet. We're going to go with the Holy

  898. Spirit. Everybody say, "I pick the Holy

  899. Spirit."

  900. >> I

  901. >> Okay. And he brings mighty power, love,

  902. and self-control. So, let's talk about

  903. those three things. All right? We're not

  904. going to focus on fear anymore. Fear can

  905. come whenever it wants to. But if I see

  906. what God has for me when fear does come,

  907. I will instantly reject fear.

  908. >> Okay? So, he's going to give me and

  909. bring me mighty power. Wow. Watch this.

  910. We are not called to live and be

  911. powerless.

  912. We are called to be powerful in the

  913. kingdom of God. How do you know that

  914. pastor? I can go to the book of Acts

    Acts 1 chapter mention

  915. chapter 1 and verse number eight. He

  916. said, "But you shall receive power when

  917. the Holy Ghost has come upon you." Amen.

  918. >> He said this in Romans chapter 8:37. He

  919. said, "Yet in all these things we are

  920. more than conquerors. We have g been

  921. given power to conquer by him who loved

  922. us who is Christ Jesus. We have been

  923. called to be a powerful generation. Not

  924. a broken generation, not a cursed

  925. generation, not a not a cyclical

  926. generation that is stuck in the cycles

  927. of of destruction and and and and the

  928. chaos and the anarchy of the enemy. No,

  929. we are called to have power to break the

  930. cycles of the enemy and let him know he

  931. does not have power over us. But guess

  932. what? We have power over you, enemy. My

  933. marriage will not be broken because I

  934. will have self-control. I will be mighty

  935. in power and grace and I will not let

  936. the enemy wreak havoc on my family

  937. because I am a person and identified

  938. with power that comes not from me but

  939. from God himself. Can you say amen?

  940. >> Now we have power that is God-given.

  941. Okay. God-given power so that we cannot

  942. have pride when we overcome the enemy.

  943. >> Come on. Come on.

  944. >> Because a lot of people they win a

  945. victory. They say, "Woo, man. Look what

  946. I did."

  947. >> Can I tell you that's that's dangerous.

  948. >> Pride comes before destruction

  949. >> and a hotty spirit before a fall.

  950. And so we got to be careful in our

  951. hearts, in our lives to recognize our

  952. position. Again, we're not in control.

  953. We are only stewarding this.

  954. >> So it's like, brother Jerry Paul, if I

  955. just went out tomorrow and I bought you

  956. I bought myself because that would make

  957. more sense. I bought myself a Ferrari,

  958. which would not fit any of my family in

  959. it except for me and my wife, which

  960. would be kind of fun. But if I bought

  961. myself Ferrari, but I said, "Hey,

  962. Jarpot, I'm going to loan this to you

  963. for you to take care of for me,

  964. right? You don't just put any regular

  965. gas in there. You don't put regular oil

  966. in there. You have to There's special

  967. things you got to do to caress the

  968. Ferrari. Come on. And take care of it."

  969. But you're going to feel an immense

  970. responsibility because it's not just

  971. yours. You have been loaned this and you

  972. have been called to be a steward of

  973. that, right? And so it's the same thing

  974. with us and this power that God has

  975. given us. It is not our power. He is

  976. loaning this power to us to operate in

  977. to do his work.

  978. >> And so does that give a fresh

  979. perspective of it that that we receive

  980. it, but I ain't in control of this

  981. thing. He is the one that's in control

  982. of it. I cannot manipulate the power of

  983. God to do what I want it to do.

  984. >> Let's go Star Wars. It is not the force.

  985. The force be with no the force not be

  986. with me. I want to be in line with the

  987. power of God.

  988. >> Okay, you're watching this now. We're

  989. not called to be powerless. We're called

  990. to be powerful. Now, we through this

  991. power, we have mighty power over sin.

  992. I want you to see this. These are things

  993. that God gives us. Fear does not give us

  994. the spirit of fear. Romans 6:18 or 6:14

    Romans 6:18

  995. rather says it like this. For sin shall

  996. not have dominion or power over you,

  997. >> but we have power and dominion over sin.

  998. We have authority over sin. We have

  999. mighty power, watch this, over demonic

  1000. spirits as well.

1001. >> We have we have power over demonic

  1002. influences

1003. and watch this. We have power over

  1004. rebellion and witchcraft.

1005. All the operations of the enemy. For we

1006. don't wrestle against flesh and blood,

  1007. but against power, principalities,

1008. powers, rulers of darkness, spiritual

1009. wickedness in high places, all these

1010. things. We wrestle against those things.

1011. But here's what you need to understand.

1012. The power that God gave you gives you

1013. power over those. You are not to fall

1014. into a place where you fear the enemy.

1015. You are to stand in a place that you

1016. know that the power that God gave you is

1017. greater than anything that could come

  1018. against your life.

1019. >> Sickness that tries to revisit your

1020. life. I am more powerful than that. Not

1021. because of me, but because of the one

1022. who lives inside of me.

1023. >> So I will not walk in fear. I will not

1024. operate in fear, but I will operate in

  1025. power and faith.

1026. >> And then again, the danger is and I

1027. preached about this on Sunday, the

1028. disciples whenever they were brought

1029. when this this dad brought this

1030. demon-possessed child to them and said,

1031. "We need you to cast this demon out."

1032. Jesus and Peter, James, and John came

1033. off the mountain of transfiguration and

1034. brought they came down into a chaotic

1035. situation. The disciples failed. People

1036. were going crazy. The dad's crying. The

1037. the son is flopping around the ground,

1038. demonpossessed. And Jesus walks out of

1039. the glory right into a chaotic situation

1040. because the disciples, watch this, they

1041. had already cast out demons before. But

1042. what they did not realize is the way I

1043. did it before is not the same way God's

1044. going to use me the next time.

1045. >> Okay? And a lot of times we will out of

1046. fear we will try to replicate what

1047. happened before thinking that's what God

1048. called us to do now when God has called

1049. us to go to a different pattern and not

1050. rely on an old way of doing things and

1051. say God I trust you more than I do my

  1052. traditions

  1053. >> I'm preaching good right now

1054. >> because they got bound in that and

1055. because they tried it the same way they

1056. did IT BEFORE. GO BACK AGAIN. MARK

    Mark 9 chapter mention

1057. chapter 9 is where the story took place.

  1058. I think it's Mark chapter 6 toward the

    Mark 6 chapter mention

1059. end of it where they cast out demons.

1060. They were given the power. So they HAD

1061. THE POWER, BUT THEY WERE TRYING TO

1062. REPLICATE something they did BEFORE

1063. WITHOUT TRUSTING GOD TO GIVE THEM THE

  1064. power again.

1065. >> And can I tell you the kingdom of God

1066. does not it does not operate off of

1067. replication. It operates off of faith.

  1068. >> Yes.

1069. >> Faith, not fear. Jesus isn't here, so we

1070. got to repeat the same thing we did last

1071. time. No. Trust him. Look at the

1072. situation. See the faith of the father

1073. and say, "Yes, be free in Jesus name."

  1074. >> Come on.

1075. >> It's not my word anyways. It's not my

1076. power. I have to operate in that. Now, I

1077. can get meddling into that all night.

1078. I'm not going to. But we have power over

1079. rebellion and witchcraft. How do you

1080. know that we have power over that?

1081. Because the self-samed spirit that

1082. raised Christ from the dead lives in us.

1083. >> That's all I need to know. His spirit

1084. lives in me as a believer. Therefore, I

1085. carry the same authority that Christ

  1086. carried on this earth.

  1087. Amen.

1088. >> We'll teach about that later, too.

1089. We are called to push back darkness. All

1090. right? But watch this. Scripture also

1091. instructs us to be careful in this

1092. matter when it comes to demon spirits.

1093. It comes to influences, comes to

  1094. witchcraft, rebellion, spiritual

1095. wickedness in high places. Watch this.

1096. Scripture instructs us not to rejoice

  1097. over this power.

1098. Right? It is something that I am I am uh

1099. cognizant of. I understand it. I know

1100. it. Therefore, it it it allows me not to

1101. operate in fear, but I'm not here to

1102. rejoice over that. But he said rather

1103. rejoice that your name is written in the

  1104. Lamb's book of life.

1105. >> Come on, somebody. Is anybody's name

1106. written in the lamb's book of life

1107. tonight? Can we take a moment and just

1108. obey God and rejoice right there for a

  1109. second?

  1110. Hallelujah.

  1111. >> I don't rejoice because I can go around

1112. and I can cast out demons. I rejoice

1113. because I'm on my way to heaven.

  1114. >> That's a powerful thing that we operate

  1115. and we walk in.

1116. >> All right. Now, we also have mighty

1117. power in the middle of our weaknesses.

1118. God demonstrates his power through human

  1119. weaknesses.

1120. And watch this. God deliberately works

1121. through weak people to display his

  1122. spirit's power.

1123. If we will stay humble, he will exalt

  1124. us. Right?

1125. The scripture, if we'll stay humble

1126. where we are, that's why I always tell

1127. my team and anybody that I'm working

1128. with, you better stay humble and hungry

1129. because if you lose either one of those,

  1130. I can't track with you anymore.

  1131. Amen.

1132. >> If you're gonna get if you're going to

  1133. get all hottie, I c I can't work around

  1134. that kind of thought.

  1135. >> I can't do it. If you're going to be if

1136. you're not going to be hungry, if you're

1137. going to be satisfied, I can't work with

  1138. that either.

  1139. >> Amen.

1140. >> So, we're going to be humble and hungry.

1141. In that same vein, I'm thankful that

1142. God, even in spite of my weaknesses,

  1143. chooses to use me.

  1144. It's it's a beautiful thing, but also a

1145. humbling thing. He doesn't have to

1146. choose me, but he did.

1147. He did choose us. God's power oftentimes

  1148. operates most effectively

  1149. within impossible circumstances.

1150. When things don't even look like they're

  1151. supposed to look.

1152. when you get to the doctor's office and

1153. you said, "I didn't think it was going

  1154. to go like that."

  1155. Amen.

1156. >> When when you're not sure what is going

1157. on, that's when God's power can operate

1158. most effectively because at that point,

1159. it is out of your control to produce

  1160. results.

1161. >> It's out of your control. Brother Ernie,

  1162. I remember I wasn't I wasn't here during

1163. that time. It was right before I came in

1164. 2008 n that area right there uh when

1165. everything happened and your colon and

1166. all those different things. And I

1167. remember pastor telling me the story of

1168. how they would they were in the hospital

1169. and squeezing their hand right squeezing

1170. until literally their fists would just

1171. like it was like cramped up because they

1172. were praying so hard because in the

1173. flesh it looked absolutely impossible

1174. for you to even be here in 2026. That's

1175. crazy that it's 2026 number one. But

1176. thank God that even in the midst of an

1177. impossible situation, he showed up. And

1178. so what I say again is the same God that

1179. showed up back then is the same God

1180. that's showing up right now in Jesus

1181. name. I believe that with all my heart.

1182. If he did it then, he'll do it again.

1183. Amen. So I speak that over you, sir.

1184. >> Even in our weaknesses. Now watch this.

1185. He operates most effectively within

  1186. impossible circumstances. Meaning this

1187. that our limitations will not hinder his

  1188. power.

1189. Our limitations will not hinder God's

1190. power. But watch this. Our limitations

1191. though become a canvas for God to paint

1192. his miracle working grace on.

1193. That's how he gets the most glory. If

1194. you know how to fix it, it's hard really

1195. to give God a lot of glory for that. But

1196. if you get into a situation, you have no

1197. answer and you have no recourse for

1198. what's going on, but you say, "My trust

1199. is in the Lord." And then he comes

1200. through. Come on. Let me tell you,

1201. that's where God paints his masterpiece

  1202. right there.

1203. >> I got a report from one of my my best

1204. buddies, Pastor Lee Tate from over in

1205. Pensacola. He sent me a text. And let me

1206. actually I'll just let me, if y'all

1207. don't mind, can I just pull that text up

1208. real quick? Let me see. He texted me

1209. today, I think it was. Let me let me

1210. just pull that up. Hold, please. Here we

1211. go. Here. Here it is. He said, he texted

1212. me yesterday afternoon around 4:30. He

1213. said, "I just got off the phone with my

1214. wife." He said, "My father-in-law was

1215. given two years to live with treatment

1216. with with stage four cancer last fall,

1217. but he said today he is cancerree after

1218. it had metastasized all over his body."

1219. Come on. I I just can we just take a

1220. moment and give God praise for that? I

1221. just I felt that right there. That's an

1222. impossible situation. But the canvas God

1223. painted on. Oh my God. I feel the glory

1224. of the Lord. CAN WE REJOICE WITH MY

1225. BUDDY? I BELIEVE GOD SAY IF HE DID IT

1226. THEN, HE'S GOING TO DO IT TONIGHT. IF

1227. YOU NEED A MIRACLE, I DARE YOU TO GIVE

1228. GOD PRAISE TONIGHT FOR HIS MIRACLE

  1229. working power. Hallelujah.

  1230. My God.

1231. >> Yes, he do. He can do it.

  1232. >> Man, that's good, y'all.

1233. He didn't even know he was going to be

1234. part of my sermon tonight. I didn't know

  1235. it either.

1236. >> I'm telling you, if God can do it like

  1237. that,

1238. >> I tell you, he he wants to do that

  1239. >> all the time.

1240. >> But what we have to do is get to a place

1241. where we say, "God, I'm humble before

  1242. you. I don't have the answer, but I'm

1243. trusting you to give me the answer." And

  1244. here's what here's the here's the

1245. tendency. We can come to an altar and

1246. and we do this a lot. We come and we

1247. bring it to God and we lay it all down.

1248. But as soon as we go back out, we get

1249. back on WebMD and try to figure out how

  1250. to fix it.

  1251. >> Right?

  1252. >> Amen.

  1253. >> And I'm not knocking that. I'm not

1254. knocking being wise. I'm not knocking

1255. having a plan. But what I'm telling you

1256. is don't try to take it away from God

1257. and do it yourself. Let him fix it.

1258. If you need God to come through in your

1259. family uh financially, if you need God

1260. to come through in your family uh with a

1261. home, with housing, whatever it looks

1262. like, can I tell you God can make all of

1263. that happen if we just place our trust

  1264. in him

1265. >> and let him let him do what he does best

  1266. and that's the miraculous.

1267. >> It's so much better when he does it,

1268. too. I'm just being honest.

1269. >> You know, I look back over my life and

1270. the times where I made it happen, it

1271. didn't work out very good. But when he

1272. came through, it was joyful. It was

1273. sweet, and it was beautiful.

1274. >> And it sustained. If I can just be real

1275. honest, when God showed up, it was

  1276. sustainable.

1277. Whenever we do it, then we have to keep

  1278. performing.

1279. >> We got to keep performing. Okay. Am I

  1280. helping anybody tonight?

1281. >> All right. So, the last scripture I want

1282. to I want to bring in on that is 2

  1283. Corinthians uh 12:es 9-11. And I kind of

1284. compressed it a little bit tonight just

1285. to give you the front and back end of

1286. it. He said, "My grace is sufficient for

1287. you, for my power is made perfect in

1288. weaknesses." And then he said at the end

1289. of that verse number 11, he said, "For

1290. when I am weak, then I am strong." Then

  1291. I'm strong. Isn't that beautiful? Isn't

1292. that beautiful? So you can't tell me

1293. that God doesn't have mighty power at

1294. work in our life. He does. So that's the

1295. that's the first thing that power mighty

1296. power he gives us. The second thing it

1297. gives us is love. Look at your neighbor

  1298. and say, "Love."

1299. >> Love, love, love. And I'll say this at

1300. the beginning of talking about love.

1301. Don't be ashamed of truth.

1302. Because truth and love, they they work

  1303. together.

1304. A lot of times we feel like, well, if I

1305. can just pacify somebody, that means I

1306. love them. Pacifying somebody is not

  1307. loving them.

  1308. It's not.

1309. You know, if that's what you're wanting

1310. me to do, you're going to be gravely

  1311. disappointed.

1312. Amen. Just go ahead and put that up

1313. front because I I'm not I'm not here to

1314. pacify you. I'm here to lead you. I'm

1315. here to take this church where God wants

1316. it to go. I'm here to lead you and your

1317. family where God desires for us to go.

1318. I'm not here to pacify you and hope help

1319. you feel comfortable in an existence

  1320. that's not moving forward.

  1321. >> Okay?

1322. >> All right. I don't know where that came

1323. from either, but don't be ashamed of the

1324. truth. Maybe it's the truth. Now, second

  1325. Timothy chapter 1

1326. verse 8 through2 says it like this.

1327. Therefore, do not be ashamed of the

1328. testimony of our Lord. Don't don't be

1329. ashamed of truth nor of me his prisoner

1330. but share with me in the sufferings for

1331. the gospel according to the power of

1332. God. It says, "He who or who has saved

1333. us and called us with a holy calling,

1334. not according to our works, but

1335. according to his own purpose and grace

1336. which was given to us in Christ Jesus

1337. before time began, but has now been

1338. revealed by the appearing of our Lord of

1339. our Savior Jesus Christ, who has

1340. abolished death and brought life and

1341. immortality to light through the gospel

1342. to which I was appointed a preacher, an

1343. apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.

1344. For this reason, I also suffer these

1345. things. Nevertheless, I am not ashamed.

1346. Somebody say, "I'm not ashamed."

  1347. >> I'm not ashamed.

  1348. >> For I know whom I have believed, and I

1349. am persuaded that he is able to keep

1350. that which I've committed to him against

1351. that day. Can I tell you, not being

1352. ashamed of the truth of the gospel is

1353. what love is really all about.

1354. >> Because truth is love.

  1355. Truth is love.

1356. >> Speaking the truth is love. Ephesians

    Ephesians 4:15

1357. 4:15 says, "But instead we will remain

1358. strong and always sincere in our love as

  1359. we express the truth."

1360. >> So anywhere you see these two things

1361. working together, you're seeing the will

1362. of God come to pass and what the spirit

1363. of God is giving us, not fear, but now

1364. he's giving us love. And that love comes

1365. hand in hand with truth. We as

1366. believers, watch this, will not only

1367. receive his love. We will become the

1368. resting place of his love.

1369. We will become that as we as we are

1370. gifted this love and this truth. Because

  1371. Ephesians chapter 41 17-19 says, "Then

1372. by constantly using your faith, the life

1373. of Christ will be released deep inside

1374. of you and the resting of his love will

1375. become the very source and root of your

1376. life." Wow. It will become the source

1377. and the root of our life. And then it

1378. says in 18 and 19, then you will be

1379. empowered to discover what every holy

1380. one experiences. The great magnitude and

1381. the astonishing love of Christ in all

1382. its dimensions. How deeply intimate and

1383. farreaching his is his love. How

1384. enduring and inclusive it is. Endless

1385. love beyond measurement that transcends

1386. our understanding. This extravagant love

1387. pours into you until you are filled to

1388. overflowing with the fullness of God.

1389. Did you see all the all the descriptions

1390. of his love? It will become a resting

1391. place. The source and the root, the

1392. great magnitude of his love, astonishing

1393. love, intimate love, farreaching love,

1394. enduring love, inclusive love, endless

  1395. love, beyond measurement, transcending

1396. understanding, extravagant love. Can I

1397. tell you that is the very definition of

1398. being filled to overflowing with the

1399. great love of our savior? I don't know

1400. about you, but how many ready to receive

1401. his love tonight? Anybody ready to

  1402. receive that? I I'm just telling you, I

1403. want every bit of the love of God.

1404. >> Because when I'm filled with the

1405. fullness, watch this. Then I'm gonna

  1406. overflow on somebody else.

1407. >> And that's what God's design is. Yes, it

1408. is for you, sir. And yes, it is for you,

1409. ma'am. His love is for you to enjoy, but

1410. it's not for you to harbor only for

  1411. yourself.

  1412. >> It's to become a flowing well. Stagnant

1413. water does nothing for anybody. But when

1414. it becomes a flowing well, if you'll

1415. give, watch this. The Bible says that he

1416. would give seed to the sewer.

1417. >> What does that mean, pastor? That means

1418. if you're stingy, he ain't going to give

  1419. you none.

1420. >> If you're stingy with your time, stingy

1421. with your money, God's going to take

  1422. that away from you.

  1423. >> Hello.

1424. >> But if you will say, I refuse to be

1425. stingy. I want to produce what God has

1426. called me to be. I will overflow on

1427. somebody else. What you what you flow

1428. out or what flows out of you, God will

1429. put back in you. He will continue to put

1430. it into you as you have an outflow. If

1431. you're willing to be a good steward,

1432. there it is. Of his love. We'll be a

1433. steward of his power, but we have to be

1434. a steward of his love as well. Bring

1435. that other people. Now, let's talk about

1436. the third part of that scripture, the

1437. sound mind or or self-control, right?

1438. One way or the other. It can go it can

1439. go both sides. We're going to talk about

1440. a little bit of both of those. A sound

1441. mind represents stability and mental

  1442. health,

1443. but it isn't something that can be

  1444. obtained through intellectual capacity.

1445. A sound mind that he's talking about is

1446. not something that you can get a degree

  1447. about

1448. and you can talk through. This is a gift

  1449. from God.

  1450. Amen.

1451. >> Can we agree upon that?

1452. You got to pick that spirit. Spirit of

1453. fear or the spirit of God. Holy Spirit.

1454. And with the Holy Spirit comes power,

1455. love, and sound mind. Now, I will say

1456. this. There are godly, Holy Ghost fil

1457. people that can help you get to a place

  1458. of stability. Amen.

1459. >> But it is still a gift from God. He may

1460. choose to use an instrument to bring

1461. that to your life and help you get to

1462. that point, but let me tell you

1463. something. The gift that is coming to

1464. you is from God. They are just a channel

  1465. that it flows through.

1466. Now we possess it through God's power,

1467. his mercy and his grace. If fear comes

1468. into the picture, fear distorts our

1469. thinking and derails believers from

  1470. God's will. Okay?

1471. But making a renewed mind is essential

1472. for discerning the purpose and the plan

1473. and the will of God for our life. When

1474. Paul references a a sound mind, watch

1475. this. He points to the Holy Spirit's

1476. work producing obedience in our life to

1477. follow in the word of God and follow the

1478. steps that he's laid out in his word. A

  1479. transformation

1480. that reshapes identity from within

1481. rather than from merely improving

1482. external discipline. This is a inside

  1483. job.

1484. It starts inside and then works its way

  1485. outside.

1486. The word of God says in Isaiah 53 that

1487. he was wounded for our transgressions

1488. and he was bruised for our iniquities.

1489. Okay? If you understand what a bruise

1490. is, bruise is an outward sign of

  1491. bleeding on the inside.

1492. Can I tell you, God didn't do anything

1493. by accident and he didn't put in his

1494. word by accident. I'm not here and I'm

1495. not naive to think that there's not some

1496. people in here that are struggling with

1497. a sound mind tonight because the enemy

1498. has tried to put fear on you. But can I

1499. tell you that our savior was bruised for

1500. your iniquities. He was bruised for

1501. those places inside of you that are

1502. hurting. The bleeding that was on the

1503. inside, it was for that hurt that's on

1504. the inside of you tonight.

1505. >> And so I say this, the blood that he

1506. bled on the outside, oh, we saw that and

1507. we received that for forgiveness. But

1508. the blood that was on the inside that

1509. was flowing on the inside of his body

1510. was to touch the very soul of our being

1511. so that we don't have to suffer in

  1512. silence.

1513. TOO MANY TIMES WE SHOUT ABOUT IT AND WE

1514. MISS THE FACT THAT SOMEBODY needs

1515. healing on the inside of their life.

1516. >> They're broken. They are bruised. They

1517. have been battered by the enemy and they

1518. don't know which WAY IS UP AND EVEN

1519. WHICH WAY IS DOWN. AND THEY DON'T EVEN

1520. KNOW how they made it in the house. BUT

1521. CAN I TELL YOU, I SERVE A GOD WHO CAN

1522. RESTORE YOU IN AN INSTANT. AND YOU CAN

1523. WALK OUT AND SAY, "I'VE GOT PEACE IN MY

1524. SPIRIT LIKE I'VE NEVER HAD BEFORE."

1525. THAT'S THE KIND OF GOD WE SERVE.

1526. >> That's the kind of savior we serve. It's

1527. not so much exterior things, but it

  1528. starts on the inside.

1529. This inward renewal enables believers to

1530. move beyond anxiety and confusion to

  1531. clarity and peace.

1532. It is not God's will for you to live in

  1533. anxiety.

1534. It is not God's will for you to be stuck

1535. on medication for that all your life.

1536. >> Amen. I'm not here to knock you if

1537. you're on it. I'm just here to tell you

1538. that my God can set you free from that.

1539. He can touch you right where the enemy

  1540. hurt you.

1541. >> You've been carrying it for years, but

1542. in the name of Jesus, it can stop

  1543. tonight.

1544. >> You don't have to leave here the same

  1545. way.

1546. >> And I'm going to yield time in a minute

1547. because I feel that in my spirit that we

1548. can lay hands on people and people can

1549. be transformed tonight. But somebody's

1550. moving from anxiety, confusion to

1551. clarity, and to peace tonight.

1552. >> You going to do it?

1553. H how do we how do we bring this thing

1554. around to prevent a maintenance pastor

1555. when it comes to when it comes to a spot

1556. of a sound mind and and self uh

  1557. self-disipline or self-control? It's

1558. very simple. There are times in our life

1559. that we come up against concerns

1560. and we see something that's concerning

1561. in our life and if it's left unchecked

1562. that concern can lead to fear.

  1563. We're concerned about this. It's it's

  1564. something I I see it's not really going

1565. the way I should it should be going. I

1566. what I feel and hear and what I see with

1567. my eyes is two different things. And if

1568. I'm not careful, if it's unchecked by

1569. the word of God, it can I'm not saying

1570. it will. It can lead to a fearful state

  1571. of mind.

1572. Okay? Because fear arises when

  1573. situations exceed our control.

1574. That's when fear shows up. When you say,

  1575. "I can't fix this. I don't know what to

1576. do. It's out of my control." you start

  1577. to get fearful immediately.

1578. And if you're not careful, that spirit

1579. of fear will come in. But I'm giving you

1580. tools tonight to say, "No, God gave me a

  1581. sound mind."

  1582. >> Right?

1583. >> God, hey, whoa. Hey, that fear, that's

1584. not for that don't belong to me. I did

1585. not accept that gift. In Jesus name, I

1586. refute that gift and I accept the sound

1587. mind that God gave me.

1588. >> I may not know how to get out of this,

1589. but I'm gonna have peace while I figure

  1590. it out.

  1591. >> Amen.

1592. I'm going have peace. Now listen, the

1593. only control we need to be reaching for

  1594. is self-control.

1595. >> Don't be reaching for the steering wheel

1596. and this thing called Christianity in

1597. our journey. Don't be reaching for that.

1598. Reach for self-control. God, how am I

1599. supposed to conduct myself today? Amen.

1600. How am I supposed to conduct myself?

1601. Because watch this. Self-control comes

1602. when our mind is anchored to God and his

1603. kingdom rather than being consumed by

  1604. worldly concerns.

  1605. That's when self-control comes while

1606. also on the other side maintaining an a

1607. a focus on eternal hope that is only

  1608. found in Jesus Christ.

1609. Because it can't just be an exterior

1610. thing. It's got to be an interior anchor

1611. in my heart. This enables believers to

1612. make wise decisions without depending on

  1613. mystical guidance.

  1614. Amen.

  1615. >> I don't again I'm not knocking therapy.

  1616. I'm not knocking a psychiatrist. But I

1617. don't have to search for that if I can

1618. open the word of God and hear his voice.

1619. >> Amen. That will be a supplement. That

1620. will not be my source.

  1621. Amen.

1622. And again, thank God for Christian

1623. counselors. Thank God for those that can

1624. help us get through that because I

1625. believe God anointed them for that

1626. moment. But even they know they are not

  1627. the source

  1628. >> if they're doing it right.

1629. >> If they try to get you to latch on to

1630. them, you just say, "Listen, I'll take

1631. my leave and I'll go somewhere else.

  1632. Thank you, Jesus."

  1633. >> Amen.

1634. >> Because it's going to be for their

1635. selfish gain at some point at that

1636. point. So maybe I helped somebody right

1637. there. But I don't have to wait and

1638. depend on mystical guidance. This type

1639. of renewed mind also recognizes one's

1640. identity in Christ rather than relying

1641. on human wisdom and strength. Sound

1642. thinking on the other side of this is

1643. just as vital and matters equally. A

1644. sound mind rejects negative and impure

1645. thoughts while embracing positive and

  1646. wholesome thoughts.

1647. How do we do that? I'm going to give you

1648. something real real easy and practical.

1649. If you want a sound mind and you want

  1650. self-control,

  1651. meditate on God's word,

  1652. I I don't mean to be overly simplistic

1653. tonight, but meditate on God's word.

1654. Meditate on it. He will keep those in

1655. his mind in perfect peace. Those who

1656. keep their mind on the Lord, they

1657. meditate on his word. Okay. Now, another

  1658. way is memorizing scripture.

1659. memorizing scripture. Believe it or not,

1660. this is gonna probably date me, but

1661. there's an app for that.

1662. You can grab apps and they'll teach you

1663. how to memorize scripture. All right?

1664. Rather than scrolling mindlessly through

  1665. social media, memorize scripture.

1666. >> Because what you're doing is you are

1667. equipping your mind to combat the enemy.

1668. I had a one one young man, I was going

1669. to buy him a Bible and uh such a sweet

1670. guy. We were looking at different

1671. versions and all this different stuff

1672. and I had I had my preference. I was

1673. like, "Hey, I think you should probably

1674. get this, you know, whatever." And uh I

1675. said, "This would be a good one, a good

1676. one to study, memorize." And he kept

1677. looking through them and he he flipped

1678. to one page, one certain scripture, look

1679. at it, and then put it back. And flipped

1680. to one certain day. Finally, I was like,

1681. "Man, what about this one?" He grabbed

1682. he said he read it. He said, he said,

1683. "Pastor, that just won't do in the heat

  1684. of battle."

1685. And I was like, "What did you just say?"

1686. I said, "Bro, you teaching me right

1687. now." He said, "That won't do in the

1688. heat of battle. I can't memorize that."

1689. He said, "But I can memorize this

1690. version and then I can throw that right

1691. at the enemy and tell him to back off."

1692. I said, "You get whatever version you

1693. feel led to get, son. It's perfectly

1694. fine. You go right ahead. You You just

1695. get up in there." And I said, "Praise

1696. God." And and so we memorize scriptures,

1697. but watch this. Pray scriptures. Pray

1698. them over yourself. Pray them over your

1699. family. Because when that happens, that

1700. becomes the central state to maintaining

1701. your mental state of clarity in every

1702. season of life. Because the word of God

1703. doesn't change. Our circumstances may

1704. change. It may be chaotic and tomorrow

1705. the stock market may be up. The next day

1706. it may crash. We may take Greenland.

  1707. They may take us. I don't know what's

1708. going to happen. It's just chaotic OUT

1709. THERE. THERE'S ALL KINDS OF THINGS GOING

1710. ON. I DON'T WHAT HAPPENS OUT THERE

1711. CANNOT disturb what is happening in me

1712. if I've got the word of God in me.

  1713. >> Amen.

  1714. >> There's a lot of, you know, biblical

1715. prophecy in line with all that. We could

1716. talk about that later. I don't have

1717. time. I want to, but I don't have time

1718. to do it. But here's what I'm going to

1719. tell you. The things going on exteriorly

1720. cannot affect my relationship with the

  1721. Lord.

1722. >> They can't when I have his word in my

  1723. heart.

1724. And if you do this, if you hide his word

1725. in your heart, you will not sin against

1726. God. Right? That's beautiful if we get

1727. it in there. Now, I'm going to give you

1728. two scriptures and I'm going to let you

1729. go. These are going to be good ones for

1730. you to memorize. All right, you ready?

1731. Write these down. Philippians chapter

  1732. 4:es 6-9. If you want to have a state a

  1733. a a pure mind and you want to have a a a

  1734. self-control and a a a heart that is

1735. lined up with the word of God and you

1736. want to be able to look the enemy right

1737. in the face with a sound mind. Here's a

1738. good one. Philippians 4:es 6-9. It says

1739. this, "Don't be pulled in different

1740. directions or worry worried about a

1741. thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout

1742. each day offering your faithfilled

1743. requests before God with overflowing

1744. gratitude. Tell him every detail of your

1745. life. Then God's wonderful peace that

  1746. transcends human understanding will

1747. guard your heart and mind through Jesus

1748. Christ. He said, "Keep your thoughts

1749. continually fixed on all that is

1750. authentic and real, honorable and

  1751. admirable, beautiful and respectable,

1752. respectful rather, pure and holy,

1753. merciful and kind. And fasten your

1754. thoughts on every glorious work of God,

1755. praising him always. put into practice

1756. the example of all that you have heard

1757. from me and seen in my life and the God

1758. of peace will be with you in all things.

1759. Man, if you can get that scripture going

1760. on in your brain every day and and man,

1761. we'll go old school on it. Whatsoever

1762. things are pure and whatsoever things

1763. are lovely, whatsoever things are of a

1764. good report, think on these things. If

1765. you got to go King, go King James. I

  1766. don't care. Get in there. That's

1767. beautiful. But however you get it in

1768. you, get that scripture in you. So when

1769. the enemy brings fear, you can say, "No,

1770. I don't think about the fact that

1771. everything can fall apart, whatsoever

1772. things are pure, whatsoever things are

1773. lovely, if they're of good report. I

1774. know that everything may be falling

1775. apart. Oh, but I choose to believe the

1776. report of the Lord, and I'll put the

1777. word of God right in the enemy's face."

1778. And can I tell you, he cannot stop the

1779. word of God from doing what it's sent to

1780. do, cuz that's what it said. It will

1781. accomplish what it was sent to do. and I

1782. trust his word above anything else. Can

  1783. you say amen?

  1784. >> That's one of them. Here's another one.

  1785. Romans 12:2.

    Romans 12:2

1786. This is the last one I'm going to give

1787. you. I can give you a bunch more, but

1788. I'm out of time. Romans 12:2. It says

    Romans 12:2

1789. this, and this this is a different

1790. version. Um, so you just have to bear

1791. with me and I'll go ahead and do this.

  1792. It's a different version and emphasis

1793. added. I don't know what that means, but

1794. that gives me liberty to put a little

1795. extra in there. Okay, so that's where

1796. we're going to go. Stop imitating the

1797. ideals and opinions of the culture

  1798. around you.

1799. >> Sweet mercy of God. That right there

  1800. will preach.

1801. I got to preach to some young people in

1802. a couple weeks. That may be what I start

1803. with. They just going to be like, man,

1804. he ain't never coming back.

1805. And that that that part of it right

1806. there, that culture around you means

1807. don't be squeezed into the mold of this

1808. world system that is falling apart.

1809. Don't allow the enemy by fear to squeeze

1810. you into a mold you are not destined to

  1811. fit in.

1812. >> My mind will be renewed. Okay. He said,

1813. "But be inwardly transformed by the Holy

  1814. Spirit

1815. through a total transformation of how

  1816. you think."

1817. Okay. This will empower you to discern

1818. God's will as you live in a beautiful

1819. life. satisfying and perfect, not in my

1820. eyes, but in his eyes.

  1821. >> Ain't that beautiful? I'll say this.

1822. Fear will not be our portion.

1823. >> And I speak that prophetically over each

1824. one of you in this house. Fear will not

  1825. be your family's portion.

  1826. >> Amen.

1827. >> We will not be controlled by fear. We

1828. will be driven by faith.

1829. And I say it I said it at the beginning.

1830. I'll say it one more time. The question

1831. I always have when I read this scripture

1832. first or 2 Timothy chapter 1:7. For God

1833. has not given us a spirit of fear, but a

1834. power, love, and a sound mind. If God

1835. didn't give it to me, why in the world

  1836. would I take it?

1837. >> Why would I take it? I refuse to take

1838. the bait. Maybe it's a fear of failure.

1839. Understand? I get that. Hey, I'm with

1840. you. I've made some dumb decisions

1841. before really. And if I keep living,

1842. I'll probably make some more. I hope

  1843. not.

1844. I try not to. But here's what I'm going

1845. to tell you. Don't be afraid that

1846. because the last time you did that, it

1847. messed up. Don't be afraid to step out

1848. and listen to the voice of God this time

1849. and trust him with it.

1850. Get guidance. Get wisdom. There's there,

1851. hey, there's wisdom and much counsel.

  1852. There's nothing wrong with that. That's

1853. biblical. But understand, I'm not going

1854. to take the fear side of that and let

  1855. that run my decisions.

1856. It may make me aware, but it's not going

1857. to run my life. But on the other side of

1858. that, I'm going to say, God, if this is

1859. what you have for me, if my portion is

1860. mighty power and it is love that is

1861. perfected and it is a sound mind and

1862. self-control, God, I want to land here

1863. and I want to receive what you have for

1864. me. And so, the fact is tonight, many of

1865. us have been trapped before in fear. And

1866. if we could if we could testify, I'm

1867. going to say this, but I can testify. I

1868. have been there. And when this when that

1869. statement, let me read it one more time.

1870. The statement at the beginning,

1871. if there is an area of my life that

  1872. still has fear,

1873. then in that area, I have not completely

1874. surrendered to the Lord. When I heard

1875. that, it rocked me to my core. And I

1876. said, "God, forgive me if I've ever

  1877. operated in fear before.

1878. Forgive me of the times that I know I

  1879. operated in fear.

1880. Forgive me where I have I have said

  1881. faith take a backseat because I don't

  1882. see it.

  1883. That's scary.

1884. It doesn't mean we go around willy-nilly

1885. and don't operate in wisdom. I'm not

1886. saying that. Doesn't mean you go out and

1887. just like spend all your money tomorrow.

  1888. I No, don't do that. Don't do that.

  1889. Operate in wisdom.

1890. But when God says to move,

1891. am I willing to say fear? You will not

1892. control this conversation. God's already

1893. given me power to overcome. He's given

1894. me power that even in my weaknesses,

1895. he's going to show up. He's given me

1896. love that is perfected and I'm going to

1897. steward it with all my might. And watch

1898. this. He's given me a sound mind that I

1899. can walk through chaos. It can be

1900. exploding around me and I could just be

  1901. saying, "Thank you, Jesus."

  1902. That's crazy. I know that's crazy to

1903. think. It's so true, though. Can you get

1904. a picture of it? CHAOS IS IS ERUPTING

1905. ALL AROUND ME. But I've got confidence

1906. that God's going to bring me through.

1907. Hallelujah. I I want to ask you in this

1908. house, is anybody in the house would

1909. say, "I'm thankful for a journey from

1910. fear to fullness tonight." Can we jump

1911. to our feet and give God some praise in

1912. the house? Come on, just for a moment.

1913. Just raise those hands and just tell

1914. him, "Thank you for his goodness, his

1915. mercy, his power." where Lord we stand

1916. here in this house and we say thank you

1917. Lord for taking us from fear to fullness

1918. God I refuse God to drift. I refuse to

1919. be dismantled by fear but my mind is

1920. made up tonight that I will give you

1921. everything that I have. I will stand

1922. flatfooted God even if it costs me

1923. everything. And I will not operate in

1924. fear but I will operate in the gift that

1925. you've given me. and that is power,

1926. love, and a sound mind.

1927. >> And Lord, tonight, Lord, specifically

1928. over people's minds and their souls

1929. tonight where the enemy has wounded

1930. things and they have been bruised and

1931. they have been beaten and they have been

1932. busted. And Lord, they're even walking

1933. in here. They are limping their way into

1934. the house of God tonight because they

1935. just barely made it. Lord, I speak peace

1936. over their mind. I speak healing over

1937. their mind. I declare that the enemy

1938. will not win this. The fear that the

1939. enemy is putting on them that things

1940. will never change. The devil is a liar.

1941. And I speak the peace of God. I speak

1942. the blood of Jesus. And I declare right

1943. now that the bruises that you received

1944. inside of your body that showed up

1945. through that outside mark, God, I

1946. declare that was for my inner healing.

1947. And I'm going to walk out of here with

1948. peace that passes all understanding.

  1949. Even when I don't understand it, God, I

1950. know you're bringing peace to my life.

1951. And Lord, tonight I speak power. I speak

1952. love. And I speak a sound mind over your

1953. people tonight. That your power and

1954. grace would be evident in their life

1955. above anything else, God. that when the

1956. enemy may bring in fear and the enemy

1957. may try to bring things in and the enemy

1958. may try to speak negativity over my

1959. life, I do not receive that. But I

1960. choose to believe the report of the Lord

1961. tonight. God, we thank you and we give

1962. you praise. In Jesus name we pray. And

1963. everybody all over the house said amen.

1964. Come on, can we put our hands together

1965. one more time and give Jesus a hand of

  1966. praise?

  1967. Hallelujah.
