  1. Praise the Lord. Amen. Look at your

  2. neighbor. Say, "You look good tonight."

  3. >> You look good.

  4. >> You look good tonight. Amen. And we want

  5. to visit just a little bit tonight and

  6. just uh give God glory and give him

  7. praise for all his goodness and his

  8. mercy uh over our hearts and our lives.

  9. And we're certainly thankful. Um I'm

  10. just telling you, God is doing

  11. incredible things in this house. And uh

  12. if you were here on Sunday, wow, what a

  13. day. Amen.

  14. And if you weren't, too bad, so sad. We

  15. enjoyed it without you. Come on. I see

  16. Sean Elbow and Jenny over there, but

  17. it's okay. Uh, I'm telling you, man, God

  18. did some incredible things in the house.

  19. The house was packed. I'm telling you,

  20. it was just from front to back. Even in

  21. the balcony, had folks there. And uh,

  22. I'm say this right here. On Sunday, back

  23. in the back over all of our kids

  24. classes, we had 73 kids on Sunday. Amen.

  25. Can we give God praise for that?

  26. absolutely incredible. Um I just blown

  27. away by God's goodness and his mercy.

  28. And uh I'll just say it like this. We

  29. hadn't seen nothing yet. Amen. God's

  30. going to continue to add and do great

  31. things inside of this house. Um this is

  32. one thing that I wanted to kick back

  33. off. We talked about this last uh last

  34. Wednesday night uh with our our first

  35. stint going into the this new year 2026.

  36. on Wednesday nights, I wanted to offer

  37. an opportunity for you to give to the

  38. Lord because I I'm just, you know, I was

  39. raised old school. Every time you come

  40. to church, you you brought something,

  41. you brought a gift, you brought a an

  42. offering, whatever that looked like. And

  43. listen, no pressure to anybody. You

  44. don't have to do this, but for those of

  45. you who feel that way, I want to open up

  46. this chance for us to be able to give uh

  47. to the Lord tonight. So, what we're

  48. going to do is we're just going to set a

  49. basket up here up front. Thank you,

  50. Pastor Robbie. Um, and if you feel led

  51. to do that, you just do that right here

  52. as we're going through scriptures in the

  53. beginning. And I know the Lord will

  54. bless you. So, I'm going to pray a

  55. blessing over it. Uh, for those that do

  56. feel led to give, that God will bless

  57. you and continue to strengthen you. So,

  58. Father, thank you for this opportunity

  59. we have to give. Thank you, Lord, for uh

  60. what this house means and represents

  61. inside of our lives. And Lord, tonight

  62. as we sew, God, I pray that you would

  63. give it back to us, pressed down, shaken

  64. together, running over, Lord, that it

  65. would produce a harvest of souls, Lord,

  66. for your kingdom and for your glory and

  67. your honor. Lord, we thank you for the

  68. opportunity to bring an offering to you

  69. in Jesus name. Amen and amen. God is so

  70. incredibly good. God bless you um as you

  71. give in the kingdom of the Lord tonight.

  72. I know he will bless you. I I want to uh

  73. tonight I want to continue uh with our

  74. talk on the threshold. Somebody holler

  75. threshold.

  76. >> Threshold.

  77. >> We talked about this. This is the year

  78. of sacred thresholds and uh we are

  79. stepping across some this year. Uh I

  80. believe this fast is what's going to

  81. kind of give us that shot, that

  82. propelling uh power to take those next

  83. steps. Um and you'll see this throughout

  84. the year. There will be certain

  85. thresholds. we as a church step across.

  86. But here's what I know. You and your

  87. family and for you individually, I

  88. believe there are some sacred thresholds

  89. that you're going to be stepping across

  90. as an individual, as a family, as God

  91. leads you, as God directs you. And

  92. here's the thing, listen. And when you

  93. hear his voice and he says step, step.

  94. Amen.

  95. >> Now, if he doesn't say step, whoop,

  96. pause, right? Because I would rather

  97. wait on his voice. And when he says

  98. speak, then I would step at that point

  99. because then I know blessing will be on

  100. the other side of my obedience to his

  101. word. Now I don't want to step where his

  102. blessings are not. I don't want to step

  103. where his provision is not. I don't want

  104. to step where his safety is not, his

  105. protection is not. I don't want to be

  106. outside of God's will. But when I hear

  107. his voice, I step and I know that he's

  108. going to take care of me. Uh so this

  109. year, as you hear God's voice and you

  110. step there, be sure, be certain that you

  111. hear his voice because when you do, I

  112. know that blessing will be on the other

  113. side of that. Amen. And I know God's

  114. going to bless that. So, it's going to

  115. be incredible. So, I want you to grab

  116. your Bibles. Uh go with me to two

  117. different books. The book of Psalms and

  118. the book of Ezekiel. And I'm going to

  119. ask you to stand with me. I'm going to

  120. read a few verses here um out of both of

  121. these. Uh Psalm chapter 24 and then

    Psalms 24 chapter mention

  122. Ezekiel chapter 43. And I'll try my best

    Ezekiel 43 chapter mention

  123. to uh weave these together and tie these

  124. together as what the Lord showed me uh

  125. stepping into this year of sacred

  126. thresholds. Uh because here's what I

  127. know. Anytime there's advancement,

  128. anytime there's ever any momentum,

  129. anytime there's ever a moment where God

  130. is doing something significant in your

  131. life, um in the lives of your family or

  132. in the life of the church, there's

  133. always going to be a moment that all of

  134. that is me met with resistance. And the

  135. resistance comes from the enemy. So

  136. tonight, um I'm going to try my best to

  137. identify some of the threats at the

  138. threshold. Okay? Some of the threats

  139. that the enemy will bring against us at

  140. the threshold. And then through

  141. scripture, we're going to combat this

  142. and we're going to see what God wants to

  143. do in our hearts and how God's going to

  144. move in our lives. But tonight, if you

  145. got Psalm chapter 24, say, "I got it."

    Psalms 24 chapter mention

  146. >> I got it.

  147. >> All right. Skip down to verse number

  148. three, if you will. Uh here's what the

  149. word of God says. I'm reading from the

  150. New King James. It says who may ascend

  151. into the hill of the Lord or who may

  152. stand in his holy place. Simple

  153. questions uh but very weighty questions

  154. for us as a believer. Then he goes on to

  155. answer. The writer said, "He who has

  156. clean hands and a pure heart, who has

  157. not lifted up his soul to an idol nor

  158. sworn deceitfully, he shall receive

  159. blessing from the Lord." The blessing

  160. from the Lord and righteousness from the

  161. God of his salvation. This is Jacob, the

  162. generation of those who seek him, who

  163. seek your face. And then the writer

  164. says, "Seili or pause and reflect on

  165. what has been written." Now go over to

  166. Ezekiel chapter 43 and let's start with

    Ezekiel 43 chapter mention

  167. verse number six there. And the Bible

  168. says it like this. Then I heard him

  169. speaking to me from the temple while a

  170. man stood beside me and he said to me,

  171. "Son of man, this is the place of my

  172. throne and the place of the souls of my

  173. feet where I will dwell in the midst of

  174. the children of Israel forever. No more

  175. shall the house of Israel defy my holy

  176. name. Nor or it says they nor their

  177. kings by their harlotry or with the

  178. carcasses of their kings o on their high

  179. places when they set their threshold by

  180. my threshold. I want you to see that he

  181. said, 'When they set their threshold by

  182. my threshold and their doorpost by my

  183. doorpost with a wall between them and

  184. me, they watch this, defiled my holy

  185. name by the abominations which they

  186. committed. Therefore, I have consumed

  187. them of my anger. Now, let them put

  188. their harlotry in the carcasses of their

  189. kings, far away from me, and watch this.

  190. if they will do that. He said, "And I

  191. will dwell in their midst forever." I

  192. don't know about you, but I'm thankful

  193. for the grace that's in the word of God.

  194. Amen. I I know we can look at that and

  195. say, "Man, there's a hard line drawn."

  196. But anytime you see a hard line, our God

  197. is a God of grace and he will show up

  198. and he will give us grace. So tonight, I

  199. want to teach on this threats at the

  200. threshold. So let's pray. Father, I

  201. thank you. I praise you. I honor you for

  202. your word. And Lord, I pray tonight that

  203. you would just allow me to speak what

  204. you have me to speak. Have me not go

  205. down the trails you don't want me to go

  206. down so I can exalt the name of Christ.

  207. Lord, I thank you for your word. I thank

  208. you that it is forever settled. And

  209. Lord, I pray you'd speak to us through

  210. it tonight. In the mighty name of Jesus,

  211. we pray. And everybody says, "Amen." And

  212. amen. You may be seated in the presence

  213. of the Lord tonight.

  214. I I I just my heart is is stirred and my

  215. heart is overwhelmed because I see the

  216. complacency.

  217. Um I see the uh the drift if you will.

  218. Um and to bring it up to speed maybe

  219. where we might could articulate this and

  220. bring more understanding to our heart. I

  221. see the compromise in the church world

  222. as a whole. I I see the things that are

  223. going on around us and I see how that uh

  224. truly if you really boil it down to

  225. brass tax many in the church in America

  226. have left their first love and they have

  227. drifted to other lovers.

  228. >> The truth is we have compromise has not

  229. has not dri has not stayed as a

  230. distancing word. It is now become

  231. shifting from compromise to a spirit of

  232. relevance so that we can be what we need

  233. to be to all people. Well, I I have to I

  234. have to give a little bit in my faith,

  235. pastor, to be able to reach somebody.

  236. That is not true.

  237. >> Amen.

  238. >> It's not true. What is tolerated in this

  239. generation will be accepted in the next

  240. generation.

  241. And so if we don't draw a hard line

  242. according not to man's standards, watch

  243. this, not manly traditions, not not not

  244. denominational things, not fellowship

  245. things, but if we don't draw a hard line

  246. with the word of God and understand what

  247. true repentance looks like and what

  248. godliness looks like, then can I tell

  249. you the next generation after us will

  250. have the most they will be the most

  251. biblically illiterate generation to ever

  252. walk the face of the planet. Because if

  253. we're being if we can be real honest

  254. today, there are a lot of people that

  255. sit inside of churches that are

  256. biblically illiterate because the pull

  257. pits are biblically illiterate.

  258. >> And if the pull pits are that way, then

  259. it will transfer to the house. But I'm

  260. going to tell you, I'm going to come

  261. with both of my six shooters loaded all

  262. the way with the word of God every time

  263. I get in this pull pit to let you know

  264. this is what the word of God says. I'm

  265. not going to sit here and sugar coat it.

  266. I wish I could, but I will get

  267. reprimanded for that. Can I get an amen?

  268. And it will not be from a board. It will

  269. not be from a denomination. It will be

  270. from my father in heaven. He will have

  271. to deal with my heart. So my heart is

  272. for us to really have a full and

  273. complete understanding of what the word

  274. says. Again, not drifting to standards

  275. of men and and and and and the thought

  276. processes of men, but what does the word

  277. say? What does the word say?

  278. >> Yeah. Because if we land on that

  279. standard and that standard alone, then I

  280. promise you, God will pour his spirit

  281. out on our lives. Not just in the house,

  282. but when we go to the house, there will

  283. be favor. There will be power. There

  284. will be evidence. There will be grace.

  285. There will be mercy present in our

  286. house. There will be kindness in our

  287. house. There will be forgiveness in our

  288. house. Come on. There will be grace for

  289. everything that we walk through. There

  290. will be an absolute evidence of the

  291. power and the presence of God because we

  292. have got the word of God correct in our

  293. life. I'm not telling you you have to be

  294. a biblical scholar. Come on, somebody.

  295. >> I thank God, right? Thank God I don't

  296. have to have all the answers to

  297. everything. One of my favorite answers

  298. is I don't know, but I'll go find out

  299. >> because I don't want to ever be the one

  300. to lead somebody astray and bring them

  301. to a place of misunderstanding for the

  302. word. Because again, that is a whole

  303. another ball game and I don't even have

  304. time to talk about that tonight. But

  305. tonight, my I I have a simple yet

  306. weighty assignment from the Lord to

  307. bring to us a a a proposition, if you

  308. will, from the word of God to let us see

  309. clearly that if we're not careful, if

  310. we're not careful, there will be threats

  311. that stand at the threshold. And if

  312. we're not careful without understanding,

  313. we will open the door to those threats.

  314. And they will drift into our life.

  315. They will drift into our family. They

  316. will drift into our heart. And watch

  317. this. If we allow compromise in one

  318. area, the enemy will convince us it's

  319. okay in another area too.

  320. >> Because then it becomes he take he takes

  321. compound interest seriously. He says if

  322. I can get one area, I'm going to try to

  323. get three.

  324. >> If I can get three areas, I'm going to

  325. get seven. Right? I'm I'm going to try

  326. my best to get in every part of your

  327. life. But tonight, my assignment is to

  328. identify compromise before it crosses

  329. the threshold.

  330. Because as long as it's over here on

  331. this side and it hasn't got access to my

  332. life and it hasn't crossed over, then it

  333. does not have any authority over my

  334. life. But the moment that I stand behind

  335. the door and it knocks and I open up and

  336. say, "Come on in." Then now I have

  337. compromised and I've allowed the enemy

  338. to have access to my life.

  339. >> Yeah.

  340. >> My job as your pastor is to help you

  341. identify this. I'm going to try my best

  342. to not be specific and calling out

  343. everything that I see as a compromise

  344. because then some people will say, "Woo,

  345. he didn't call out mine."

  346. >> Come on.

  347. >> Right.

  348. >> Like, woo man, I was really saying

  349. pastor was going to go there, but he

  350. didn't talk about what I've been dealing

  351. with, so I must not be. No, I want the

  352. Holy Spirit through this teaching to

  353. speak directly to you individually. Is

  354. there anything that is standing at the

  355. threshold? Is there any threats that are

  356. standing at the threshold? And I'm not

  357. accusing anybody of letting anything in.

  358. But what I have come to tell you as a

  359. watchman on the wall is that there are

  360. threats the enemy wants to bring into

  361. your family and bring into your life and

  362. try to bring into this church. But I'm

  363. going to stand here and say in the name

  364. of Jesus, I WILL FIGHT EVERY ONE OF THEM

  365. OFF WITH EVERYTHING THAT I'VE GOT

  366. BECAUSE WE'VE got a mandate from HEAVEN

  367. TO BRING THE GOSPEL TO ALL THE WORLD AND

  368. ALL PEOPLE SO THEY CAN experience

  369. freedom. Can you say amen?

  370. >> I'm not preaching. I'm teaching. So,

  371. I've got to I've got to stay focused,

  372. but we got to identify compromise before

  373. I enter in. The truth is tonight,

  374. the fact is that uh the other side

  375. of of of on the other side of every uh

  376. sacred threshold is a true blessing from

  377. the Lord.

  378. But in that truth comes the schemes of

  379. every uh of the enemy to destroy the

  380. sacred things in our life that God has

  381. set up. Now watch this. But he doesn't

  382. come at us to destroy it by allout war

  383. and attack. He comes by one word and

  384. that is compromise.

  385. He shows up with one word compromise.

  386. trying to convince us that we can mix

  387. the sacred and the secular together and

  388. get away with it.

  389. Watch this. The enemy is all right with

  390. you coming to church as long as on the

  391. back side of the door you got some

  392. compromise.

  393. >> Amen.

  394. >> HE'S OKAY WITH YOU MAYBE COMING TO A

  395. meeting and showing up and maybe even

  396. reading your Bible a little bit as long

  397. as you compromise on the other side. and

  398. you're not totally all the way in, but

  399. the moment you get all the way in and

  400. say, "I'm crossing the threshold," is

  401. the moment the enemy is going to rear

  402. his head up and say, "I'm going to try

  403. to destroy your life." Now, watch this.

  404. Psalm 24:es 3-6, we just read it just a

  405. moment ago. It talks about and it brings

  406. a true description to us on how we are

  407. to conduct ourselves spiritually which

  408. will in turn not disqualify us from

  409. stepping across the god orained

  410. thresholds and sacred thresholds that he

  411. has for a life. verse number three when

  412. you go back to that and I don't know if

  413. maybe we have that we can pull that up

  414. or not in in uh Psalm 24 verse number

  415. three the the question is posed there

  416. who shall ascend to the hill of the Lord

  417. who shall stand in his holy place the

  418. question is who gets access beyond the

  419. threshold who who is it that gets access

  420. beyond the threshold and then we slip

  421. over to verse number four and we begin

  422. to see some things that are laid out by

  423. the writer through the power of the Holy

  424. Spirit that are requirements or been

  425. guidelines for us to be able to be

  426. qualified to step across the threshold

  427. to see what God desires to see inside of

  428. our hearts and inside of our lives. What

  429. are those things? The Bible talks about

  430. this. Those who have pure hands and

  431. clean hearts. Those who have pure hands

  432. and pure hearts. What does that mean,

  433. pastor? That means the works of my hand

  434. must be from a pure heart and a pure

  435. motive, not for selfish gain.

  436. Whenever I work for the Lord, I'm not

  437. doing it for recognition. I'm not doing

  438. it so people can pat me on the back. I'm

  439. not doing it so I can have financial

  440. blessing. I'm not doing it so I can gain

  441. favor with everybody. But I'm doing it,

  442. watch this, because it is overflowing

  443. out of a heart of gratitude that I once

  444. was lost, but because of the grace of

  445. God, now I am found. And what I want to

  446. do for the Lord is flowing out of I have

  447. to do it. I was talking to a young

  448. person before service tonight and they

  449. were saying, "Pastor, it's just like I

  450. want to do something for God. I'm" and I

  451. told them, I said, "Watch this. I'm

  452. going to show you what what is

  453. happening. Jeremiah described it like

  454. this in his book. He said, "It's like

  455. fire that shut up in my bones." And she

  456. said, "I said the other day, I just feel

  457. it in my bones." I said, "That's exactly

  458. right. You're not It's not flowing out

  459. of you so you can be looked at and be

  460. bragged on. There is something that

  461. changed on the inside of your heart."

  462. And out of that relationship flows a

  463. desire to say, "I WANT TO PLEASE GOD. I

  464. want to serve the Lord." AND CAN I TELL

  465. YOU, I WISH THAT WOULD GET BACK IN THE

  466. HEART OF every single PERSON THAT WE

  467. WOULD NOT FORGET WHAT GOD DID FOR US. WE

  468. WILL NOT FORGET WHERE GOD BROUGHT US

  469. FROM. AND WE WOULD SAY, "GOD, I GOT TO

  470. DO SOMETHING FOR YOUR KINGDOM." AND GOD

  471. WILL BRING US TO A PLACE OF RECOGNITION

  472. THAT THIS IS NOT FLOWING out of pride or

  473. out of arrogance, BUT IT'S FLOWING out

  474. of relationship with the Lord himself.

  475. Because that, my friends, is when works

  476. become pure in the eyes of God and our

  477. hands become clean in the eyes of

  478. Christ. Because it's not about us. John

  479. Maxwell talks about this in leadership

  480. classes. He said, "When you are a

  481. leader, life is not about you. It's

  482. about everybody else."

  483. >> He said, "You're not in this for you.

  484. You are in this for them." And if you're

  485. in this for you, it will be seen very

  486. quickly. But if you're in this for

  487. everybody else, then everything you do

  488. and everything you think about will be

  489. how is this going to affect them in a

  490. positive way.

  491. >> Amen.

  492. >> So if you're going to lead your family,

  493. we've got to think about it's not about

  494. me. It's about

  495. >> them.

  496. If you're going to lead a ministry, it's

  497. not about me. It's about how am I going

  498. to lead? What's is this going to benefit

  499. them? How if if I'm gonna be a pastor, I

  500. had to grapple with this. It's not about

  501. me. It's about you.

  502. >> Amen. Amen.

  503. >> Ultimately, we're here to please the

  504. Lord. Amen.

  505. >> But understand this. In leading, I have

  506. to understand. I have to lead you. And

  507. that means I've got to know who you are.

  508. I've got to see what's going on. I've

  509. got to understand what's going on in the

  510. climate, spiritually, politically,

  511. financially, all these things to be able

  512. TO SAY, GOD, HOW WOULD YOU HAVE me lead

  513. according to your will so your people

  514. can be engaged in their purpose?

  515. >> And that's where the rubber meets the

  516. road because it comes from a pure heart.

  517. He goes on to say that those others that

  518. are qualified through the requirements

  519. and guidelines, they do not worship

  520. idols. In other words, they don't put

  521. other gods before God.

  522. >> They don't put people before God.

  523. >> Amen.

  524. >> They don't put sports before the Lord.

  525. >> They don't put family before the Lord.

  526. >> Hello, somebody.

  527. >> They don't put their own desires before

  528. the Lord. They say, "Lord, what how or

  529. how can I serve you and your kingdom

  530. today? What does that look like?" There

  531. there is all kinds of things going on

  532. right now. There is there is pushes uh

  533. in in America or the Western world to uh

  534. disqualify the word of God and say that

  535. the word of God is not actually true,

  536. that there is fallible. There are other

  537. pushes right now in even religious

  538. circles to say that hell is not a real

  539. place.

  540. >> Come on.

  541. There there are pushes for people that

  542. are leaving the church that they they

  543. want to go through a process that they

  544. call being unbaptized.

  545. >> If they were baptized in the church,

  546. they they want they literally I've seen

  547. it. They will take a blow dryer or a fan

  548. and they will point it on them and they

  549. will renounce their baptism

  550. >> because they are trying they're trying

  551. to deconstruct Christianity to the point

  552. that we have no ground to stand on in

  553. their eyes.

  554. And the fact is, we've got people now

  555. that in the church that are putting

  556. idols above God and wondering why the

  557. world is so stinking confused.

  558. >> Yeah.

  559. >> He didn't call us to be comfortable. He

  560. didn't call us to live in compromise. He

  561. called us to be a city set on a hill, a

  562. light that is set on a hill so that we

  563. could shine bright into all the world.

  564. We cannot blame the world for living in

  565. darkness. We can't blame them for

  566. sinning. If they're a sinner, guess

  567. what? Surprise. They're not going to

  568. live for the Lord. They're going to be

  569. stumbling AROUND IN DARKNESS. WHY ARE

  570. THEY STUMBLING SO MUCH? WHY CAN THEY NOT

  571. FIGURE OUT THE FACT THAT IT IS one that

  572. is male and female? THAT THERE'S NOT 47

  573. OTHER GENDERS. It's because THE CHURCH

  574. HAS COMPROMISED to the point that we've

  575. let OUR LIGHT GO OUT AND THERE IS NO

  576. TRUTH ANYMORE. IT'S ALL ABOUT RELATIVE

  577. TRUTH AND YOUR TRUTH AND MY TRUTH. BUT

  578. CAN I TELL YOU, WE'VE GOT TO GET BACK TO

  579. THE POINT THAT WE PROCLAIM THAT THIS

  580. WORD IS TRUE. AND WHATEVER IT SAYS, I'M

  581. GOING TO DO IT. WHATEVER IT SAYS I CAN

  582. HAVE, GUESS WHAT? I CAN HAVE IT. HOWEVER

  583. IT SAYS TO LIVE, I'M GOING TO LIVE IT.

  584. AND IF IT SAYS PREACH THE WORD THIS WAY

  585. AND THE GOSPEL THIS WAY, THEN FROM THIS

  586. HOUSE AND FROM THIS VOICE, I'M GOING TO

  587. PREACH IT CUZ I WANT TO SEE people born

  588. again.

  589. >> Let's see him born again. A weak gospel

  590. will not save anybody.

  591. >> It will just confuse people. But the

  592. fact is we put idols above God many

  593. times. But he is saying if we don't lift

  594. oursel up uh to to vanity and idols then

  595. we have a chance to be qualified to step

  596. across that threshold. And then watch

  597. this. Those even another requirement is

  598. those who never deceive whose words are

  599. sure. whose words are sure, meaning that

  600. your yes is yes and your no is no.

  601. That seems really complicated,

  602. but let's just boil it down.

  603. If you say no to the enemy,

  604. mean it.

  605. >> That's right.

  606. >> Amen.

  607. If you say yes to the voice of God,

  608. don't get halfway in and say, "Oh, this

  609. is tough." and back out. When you say

  610. yes, when things get get tough, remember

  611. it wasn't man that called you.

  612. >> It wasn't your idea to step out in

  613. faith. It was God's calling. And when he

  614. calls you, if he if it gets tough, I

  615. promise you, he will be right there with

  616. you.

  617. >> Amen.

  618. >> He'll be right. So, let your no be no.

  619. Let your yes be yes. Don't let there be

  620. any uncertainty that comes out of your

  621. mouth and let there be no deceit that

  622. comes out of your mouth because then you

  623. are qualified to come and step across

  624. the threshold and to push the threats

  625. that come to the threshold out on the

  626. other side. Can I get an amen?

  627. >> Watch this. Access to the hill of the

  628. Lord which is described in Psalm 24.

  629. This is a place of communion, fellowship

  630. and relationship. The hill of the Lord.

  631. And then the holy place. This is a place

  632. of impartation, authority, and power.

  633. They are not granted to casual, secular,

  634. or carnal people.

  635. Did you catch that? Getting to the hill

  636. of the Lord, getting in the holy place,

  637. stepping across the threshold TO THE

  638. SACRED PLACE THAT GOD has is not

  639. available to casual Christians, secular

  640. people are carnal people.

  641. >> Watch this. Because God has called us to

  642. be spiritual. Look at your neighbor.

  643. Say, be spiritual.

  644. >> Be spiritual.

  645. >> Romans 8 chapter 6 through8 says it like

  646. this. For to be carnally minded is

  647. death, but to be spiritually minded is

  648. life and peace. Because the carnal mind

  649. is enmity against God. For it is not

  650. subject to the law of God, nor indeed

  651. can be. So then, watch this. Those who

  652. are in the flesh cannot please God.

  653. Man, I know that's deep. I know it's

  654. heavy. Hang with me. We're going

  655. somewhere tonight. But I want you to

  656. understand there are threats like this,

  657. a fleshly nature, a carnal mind that are

  658. trying to creep past the threshold TO

  659. DISRUPT THE GOODNESS OF GOD THAT'S ON

  660. THE OTHER SIDE of your stepping in

  661. obedience.

  662. Because if the enemy can do anything, he

  663. will keep you from the will of God.

  664. >> He will keep you from the perfect plan

  665. of God. How does he do that? He doesn't

  666. do that by showing up with a pitchfork

  667. and a pointed tail.

  668. Although I'm being honest, that'd be a

  669. little easier to identify. Can I get a

  670. witness?

  671. >> But sometimes the enemy will show up in

  672. a dress. Can I get an amen?

  673. >> The enemy will show up wearing a suit.

  674. >> The enemy will show up right in the

  675. middle of the greatest mountaintop

  676. experience that you've ever had in your

  677. life. in the valley, man, my trust is

  678. too deep in God. The devil ain't got no

  679. chance to defeat me down there. But when

  680. I get up on the mountain and

  681. everything's going good and I'm feeling

  682. great and I get a little get a little

  683. breath, enemy is going to show up.

  684. >> When did he show UP TO JESUS? TOOK HIM

  685. UP TO THE TOP of an exceeding great

  686. mountain and showed him all the kingdoms

  687. of the world. Right?

  688. >> He's going to show up in those moments.

  689. But if we have the mind of Christ in

  690. those moments, when the enemy does

  691. present us with a moment or a scheme of

  692. compromise, we will recognize it just

  693. like that.

  694. >> And then we'll be able to exercise our

  695. right and say, "No, devil. I'm not doing

  696. it."

  697. >> I think we need to get a good no in our

  698. spirit. Somebody say, "No."

  699. >> That's what I Oh, that sounded good.

  700. That was good right there. I'll be

  701. honest. If you If you keep that up, the

  702. devil ain't got a chance. He ain't got a

  703. chance because we step back and realize

  704. that we have the authority over the

  705. enemy.

  706. >> A lot of times we we have this concept

  707. in our mind. The devil is more powerful

  708. than we are. The devil is just a fallen

  709. angel.

  710. >> Hello.

  711. >> Oh, Sloohoot, Lucifer, whatever you want

  712. to call him, loser. I think that's a

  713. great name.

  714. >> Come on. It's a great name for the

  715. devil.

  716. >> It's really good. But a lot of times we

  717. give him more power than he should have.

  718. He is not equal with God.

  719. >> It's not a battle of gods at all. There

  720. is one supreme god. There is one lord,

  721. one savior, one Christ. It is Jesus. And

  722. I'm going to tell you this, the enemy is

  723. not equal with him.

  724. >> He's not equal with him. He does not

  725. possess power over us. Matter of fact,

  726. you have power over the enemy.

  727. >> Come on.

  728. HE HATES YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE THE

  729. REFLECTION OF A HOLY GOD. SO EVERY TIME

  730. he sees you, he sees the one that kicked

  731. him out of all eternity and sent him on

  732. the road. That's why he's got an issue

  733. with you. That's why he's got a problem

  734. with you. BUT I'M GOING TO TELL YOU, HE

  735. IS LIMITED in power. He is limited in

  736. time. You can go back to THE WORD OF

  737. GOD. AND HE DOES NOT HAVE AUTHORITY OVER

  738. YOU AS A CHILD OF GOD. I DON'T KNOW

  739. ABOUT YOU, BUT THAT GETS ME EXCITED

  740. TONIGHT THAT IF I STAY SPIRITUALLY

  741. MINDED, THERE IS NOTHING THE ENEMY CAN

  742. DO TO TALK ME OUT OF TO STOP ME OR BLOCK

  743. ME FROM THE PROMISES OF GOD. BUT IF I

  744. HANG ON TO HIS PROMISES, I FEEL LIKE

  745. preaching a little bit right now. If

  746. I'll HANG ON TO THE PROMISES OF GOD, HE

  747. WILL CLEAR EVERY OBSTACLE OUT OF MY WAY.

  748. HE'LL MOVE EVERY DEMONIC INFLUENCE.

  749. HE'LL MOVE EVERY COME ON, SOMEBODY. IS

  750. THERE ANYBODY IN THE HOUSE THAT WOULD

  751. SAY, "PASTOR, I'VE SEEN HIM DO IT, AND I

  752. JUST WANT TO TAKE A MOMENT AND GIVE MY

  753. GOD A LITTLE BIT OF PRAISE TONIGHT." I

  754. DARE YOU TO GIVE HIM SOME PRAISE. IF THE

  755. ENEMY HAS EVER BEEN MOVED OUT OF YOUR

  756. LIFE, IF GOD HAS EVER MADE A WAY WHERE

  757. THERE SEEM, IF HE'S EVER BROUGHT HEALING

  758. TO YOUR MIND, IF HE'S EVER BROUGHT

  759. HEALING TO YOUR BODY, IF HE'S EVER

  760. RESTORED YOUR I FEEL THE GLORY OF THE

  761. LORD IN THE HOUSE, I WANT TO TELL YOU,

  762. IF HE DID IT BEFORE, HE'S ABOUT TO SHOW

  763. UP AND DO IT AGAIN IN YOUR LIFE. 1 2 3.

  764. GIVE HIM SOME PRAISE in the house.

  765. >> Hallelujah.

  766. He is God

  767. >> and there's none beside him.

  768. None beside him.

  769. First Corinthians 2:14 says it like

    1 Corinthians 2:14

  770. this. But the natural man does not

  771. receive the things of the spirit of God,

  772. for they are foolishness to him, nor can

  773. he know them because they are

  774. spiritually discerned.

  775. I I have a problem with with the

  776. pattern. Again, this is another one of

  777. the threats to the threshold is that

  778. it's either one of two extremes in the

  779. church. Either you got the person that

  780. is over here in the clouds all day long

  781. and they're so spiritual that you can't

  782. even have a real conversation with them.

  783. Come on.

  784. >> Anybody ever met anybody like that? Do

  785. not point at them if they're in the

  786. house tonight.

  787. But everything they say, oh every, you

  788. know, God is, oh, I'm floating over

  789. here, man. Me and the Lord are surfing

  790. on cloud number nine. Come on. I just

  791. like, whoa, calm down.

  792. Like we we have we we can be spiritual,

  793. but we don't have to be weird.

  794. >> Amen.

  795. >> I take problem with that. I take issue

  796. with that. That's one extreme. And

  797. that's a threat to the threshold because

  798. it will turn people. It will turn the

  799. harvest off.

  800. >> Yeah.

  801. >> Mhm.

  802. >> You start throwing all these church

  803. terms out them. They don't know what

  804. you're talking about,

  805. >> bro. I just need to know, am I going to

  806. heaven or going to hell? I want to know

  807. which way is it happening. Right?

  808. >> That's one threat. But then the other

  809. threat is people that refuse to be

  810. spiritual at all.

  811. >> They got born again 432 years ago and I

  812. planted my butt right here and I'm going

  813. to stay here until Jesus comes back. But

  814. I ain't doing nothing for the Lord.

  815. >> I ain't going to pray. I ain't going to

  816. read my Bible. Listen, I'm going to be

  817. honest with you. If you don't have a

  818. desire to read the word and a desire to

  819. be in his presence, I'm not saying you

  820. don't have to push past your fleshly

  821. nature. That's why we're fasting right

  822. now to tell our flesh you are not in

  823. charge.

  824. >> Right?

  825. >> Okay. So, we can override that through

  826. our spirit man. But if you don't have a

  827. desire to be in the house of God, to

  828. read his word, be in his presence, I'm

  829. going to stand here and I'm going to

  830. question the fruit that is on your tree.

  831. >> Amen.

  832. >> People say, "Well, you don't be judging

  833. me, pastor." No, I'm not. I'm not

  834. judging you. I am making a judgment

  835. based off the fruit you're bearing.

  836. >> And if my judgment says you are not

  837. producing the fruit of the spirit, then

  838. me as your spiritual leader, I love you

  839. enough to look at you and say, "Hey,

  840. what's going on?"

  841. >> Yeah. Amen.

  842. >> We have people on this side that refuse

  843. to be spiritual at all. And they stand

  844. over here and they think, "I'm going to

  845. get everything God has, but I don't

  846. read. I don't pray. I don't fellowship.

  847. I don't come to church. I don't serve. I

  848. don't do anything. I am off over here in

  849. left field and there's no fruit at all."

  850. Can I tell you those are two extremes.

  851. We have to find a balance in this thing

  852. and find a rhythm in our faith. There

  853. will be seasons that we are going to

  854. drift over here a little bit more

  855. because we are fighting. Come on. We we

  856. have to get up. We have to speak the

  857. word of God. Greater is he that's in me.

  858. Come on. When when cancer shows up, you

  859. know, you cannot drift OVER THERE AND

  860. STAY there and survive. You got to stand

  861. here and you got to stand fast in the

  862. word of God and say, "Listen, I know I'm

  863. healed by the blood of Jesus. I know the

  864. stripes of Jesus were on." HE TOOK THEM

  865. ON HIS BACK SO I COULD HAVE HEALING. AND

  866. I WILL STAND HERE AND I WILL LOOK the

  867. doctor in the eye AND SAY, "YEAH, THAT

  868. MAY BE WHAT the report says, but I

  869. choose to believe what my savior said

  870. about me and I'M ALREADY HEALED."

  871. SOMETIMES YOU GOT TO GET IN THAT VEIN

  872. AND YOU GOT TO FIGHT WITH EVERYTHING

  873. YOU'VE GOT.

  874. >> YEAH.

  875. >> And you have to drift there. There are

  876. other seasons you may come against

  877. somebody who's never been in church

  878. before and you may have to drift here

  879. and look them right in the eye and tell

  880. and talk to them like they need to be

  881. talked to so you can they can understand

  882. what you're saying.

  883. >> Yes.

  884. >> Because you're reaching that person. It

  885. doesn't mean I drift to the extremes.

  886. Just means somewhere in there I got to

  887. find a rhythm on how I'm supposed to

  888. operate in the kingdom of God.

  889. >> Yeah. There is a season for everything.

  890. Seasons come, seasons go, the Lord shows

  891. up, the Lord moves, the Lord changes

  892. things. And what I know inside of my

  893. heart and inside of my life is that the

  894. Lord God Almighty has put us here in

  895. this place tonight to let us recognize

  896. that we cannot exist in a carnal mind, a

  897. fleshly mind. We must be in the presence

  898. of God, have spiritual minds, and have

  899. the mind of Christ. Amen.

  900. >> And there's no other way to do that

  901. other than to pick up the word of God.

  902. >> There was a study that was that was

  903. produced and um I shared this with our

  904. staff when we began to start the fast

  905. and we're doing the Bible reading doing

  906. two chapters a day of the book of Acts

  907. Monday through Friday and we'll be

  908. through the entire book of Acts not this

  909. Friday but the next Friday and we'll end

  910. up reading the entire book of Acts

  911. together as a church. And I said the

  912. reason why I want to go five days number

  913. one because I understand people get busy

  914. and there may be a day you miss. you

  915. going to need Saturday and Sunday to

  916. catch up. Come on.

  917. >> I'm just being honest. We've already had

  918. to use our Saturday and Sunday to catch

  919. up because we get busy and we have life

  920. and it's all crazy, but we got through

  921. it and we enjoyed it. But here's what I

  922. want to say. The study says that if

  923. somebody reads the Bible one time a

  924. week, not really a whole lot spiritually

  925. changes. If they read it twice a week,

  926. still maybe a slight tick up in in

  927. difference, but nothing significant.

  928. Three times a week, maybe a touch more,

  929. but nothing of significance. But that

  930. something between that third day and

  931. that fourth day happens.

  932. >> Yeah.

  933. >> When they hit four days a week, it is

  934. literally some of the statistics was

  935. they are 200% or more less likely to be

  936. depressed when they read the word of God

  937. four times a week.

  938. >> That's crazy. That's ridiculous. I could

  939. have my statistic. That may be one of

  940. the others. There was another one and it

  941. may have been um I think it was maybe

  942. 150% less likely uh to view pornography

  943. because they were in the word of God

  944. four or more times a week. So it begin

  945. to distance them. When they got the word

  946. of God in there, it was like a natural

  947. wedge between the flesh man and the

  948. spirit man. It drove the flesh man out

  949. and brought the spirit man closer. Can I

  950. tell you that if we don't get in that

  951. type of vein every single week, not just

  952. in our 21 days of fasting and praying

  953. and the season of wonders, but every

  954. single day make a conscious effort to

  955. say, "God, I want to hear your voice

  956. from your word."

  957. >> It will make a huge difference in our

  958. hearts and a huge difference in our

  959. lives. I want you to see this. Romans 8

  960. 9-11 is another scripture that talks

  961. about this. And it says, "But you are

  962. not in the flesh but in the spirit

  963. talking to the church." This is this is

  964. directed to us. If indeed the spirit of

  965. God dwells in you. Now if anyone does

  966. not have the spirit of Christ, he is not

  967. his. And if Christ is in you, the body

  968. is dead because of sin. But the spirit

  969. is life because of righteousness or

  970. holiness. But if the spirit of him who

  971. raised Jesus from the dead dwells in

  972. you, he who raised Christ from the dead

  973. will also give you give life rather to

  974. your mortal bodies through his spirit

  975. who dwells in you. Do you see the

  976. connotation? The flesh man brings death,

  977. but the spirit man brings life.

  978. >> Yeah.

  979. >> And we have to recognize this that if

  980. we're going to see clearly the threats

  981. that are coming to the threshold, we

  982. cannot exist carnally. We have to be

  983. spiritual.

  984. >> We have to be spiritual. And again, let

  985. me reward it one more time. Not weird,

  986. but spiritual.

  987. >> Amen.

  988. >> Not weird, but spiritual.

  989. Weird stuff weirds me out.

  990. >> But spiritual people bring life to the

  991. room.

  992. >> Yeah.

  993. >> You know the difference.

  994. >> Yeah.

  995. >> When somebody walks in and they're

  996. spiritual and they got faith, you feel

  997. it. Yeah.

  998. >> It's not and it's not even for them to

  999. be, oh, look at them. No, no, no. They

1000. carry a faith in their life that when

1001. they walk in, you automatically feel

  1002. peace.

1003. >> You feel peace when they step in the

1004. room. You know why? Because they know in

1005. whom they have believed and they are

  1006. persuaded.

  1007. >> They are persuaded. I think it's time

1008. that we get a persuaded faith back in

  1009. our life.

1010. >> Persuaded that God is going to take care

1011. of every need. persuaded he's going to

1012. take care of every business transaction

1013. we have, every business relationship,

1014. everything we have. He is going to take

1015. care of it because he's that good of a

  1016. God.

1017. >> He's that good of a God. Now, watch

1018. this. These are sacred thresholds that

1019. we are about to walk through in 2026.

1020. They cannot be stepped through in the

1021. flesh or with a carnal mind. They must

1022. be stepped through in the spirit.

1023. Ezekiel chapter 43 verse number 8 uh

    Ezekiel 43 chapter mention

1024. shows some interesting verbiage here and

1025. we read it earlier at the very beginning

1026. but I'm going to read it in this this

1027. little tagline in four different

1028. translations real quick. The New King

1029. James Version says when they set their

1030. threshold by my threshold. Y'all

1031. remember reading that out of Ezekiel

1032. 438. The New Living Translation says

1033. they put their idol altars right next to

1034. mine. This is God speaking through

1035. Ezekiel to the people of God. The

1036. English Standard Version says it like

1037. this. By setting their threshold by my

1038. threshold. And the message says it like

1039. this. They built their shrines right

1040. next to mine. They built their shrines

1041. right next to mine. Across these

1042. translations is a common thread and a

1043. theme that has played out. And the the

1044. issue is this. The issue is of proximity

1045. without permission. They were bringing

1046. what they thought was sacred and landing

1047. it right next to the actual sacred part

1048. of God when they really were in a

1049. secular mindset. Their proximity was

1050. right, but their permission was not

1051. given with with human structures and

1052. human focused worship. They set their

1053. shrines up and they set their threshold

1054. up and they set the wall up so that when

1055. everybody saw them, they thought they

1056. were sacred, but they really were

1057. secular. THEY WERE TRYING TO DISGUISE

1058. what they were doing. And they were uh

1059. watch this. They were intruding on God's

1060. sacred threshold. When I read this

1061. scripture, there were four main key

1062. words that I wanted to look up in the

1063. Hebrew language and and and get gain an

1064. understanding. One of those was

1065. threshold that we've talked about many

1066. times over the past couple weeks meaning

1067. a seal or the threshold or the doorway

  1068. symbolizing authority, access or

1069. ownership or transfer of ownership. But

1070. then also it showed the doorpost in

1071. Ezekiel chapter 43. And this is

    Ezekiel 43 chapter mention

1072. literally a place of covenant. Somebody

  1073. say covenant.

1074. >> Then it was another word that popped out

1075. to me and that was the word defiled

1076. which literally means to pollute, to

1077. make unclean or to violate the holiness

1078. that was established. And then the last

1079. word that stuck out to me was

  1080. abominations. This literally means

1081. idolatry or desolate worship practices

1082. that were going on. Israel aligned their

1083. access points during the scripture that

1084. Ezekiel was talking about. You see the

1085. the this whole thing play out where God

1086. drew a line in the sand and said,

1087. "Listen, they set their threshold up by

1088. my threshold and I will not allow

1089. defilement to come to my temple." Israel

1090. aligned their access points with God's

1091. access point, making it appear that they

1092. had lined up really with the holiness of

1093. God. And they they had allowed theirel

1094. to line up with the holiness of God, but

1095. in reality, they just wanted everybody

1096. else to think they were holy without

1097. submitting to the hand of God through

1098. obedience. And I want you to understand

  1099. that I feel like that there is a a a a a

1100. good majority of the church in the

1101. western world that want to appear as

1102. though they are holy, but they really

1103. don't want to submit to God through

1104. obedience. I believe there are a lot of

1105. people that call theirel Christian in

1106. the western world that that they they

1107. want to they want to appear they want

1108. everybody else to think they're right

1109. with God. And it becomes a cultural

1110. Christianity, if you will, that I came

1111. to church and I checkarked a box and

1112. everything was good and everything is

1113. well, but really on the backside of the

1114. of their life, they are not submitting

1115. to the holiness of God through

1116. obedience. Can I tell you that I refuse

1117. to pastor a church that is lied to every

1118. week and and you don't under and people

1119. don't understand the requirements that

1120. God has of their life. Can I tell you

1121. I'm going to preach because I want to

1122. bring you to heaven with me. I want us

1123. to get to the gates and the Lord look at

1124. us and say, "Come on in. Well done, my

1125. good and faithful servant." If it rubs

1126. somebody the wrong way, I hope it rubs

1127. them right into a right relationship

1128. with God because we're called to be holy

1129. and righteous in his sight.

1130. >> The time frame that we see the scripture

1131. written was post exile. And Ezekiel sees

1132. a future in his mind's eye, in his

1133. spiritual vision of a restored temple

1134. one day where they were going to see the

1135. power and presence of God. But then

1136. there was a problem that arose and the

1137. kings and leaders of that day. They

1138. built royal residences. They built pagan

1139. altars and they built burial sites for

1140. the dead and they laid them adjacent to

1141. the temple of the Lord God Almighty. the

1142. political, the social, AND THE CULTURAL

1143. POWERS OF THAT day tried to share a wall

1144. with the with divine authority, making

1145. it look as though they were condoned by

1146. the presence of God rather than

1147. condemned. I want you to understand that

1148. many people look at this and say maybe

1149. they didn't know what they were doing.

1150. Maybe they were uncertain that they

1151. maybe they built these things in the

1152. wrong place. But I want you to know this

1153. was not arrog ignorance. It was

1154. arrogance because they knew exactly what

1155. they were doing and exactly how they

1156. were doing it. But I want to bring this

1157. caveat in there. Even though they knew

1158. what they were doing, even though they

1159. knew they were bringing a defilement to

1160. the temple of God and they were bringing

1161. threats to the threshold that God had

1162. established, Ephesians chapter 6 and

    Ephesians 6 chapter mention

1163. verse number 10 lays out a beautiful uh

1164. instruction for you and I whenever it

1165. talks about spiritual warfare that we

1166. must face on a daily basis and even as a

1167. church. I want you to see this. It says,

1168. "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the

1169. Lord, in the power of his might. put on

1170. the whole armor of God that you may be

1171. able to stand against the ws of the

1172. devil. For we do not wrestle against

1173. flesh and blood, but against

  1174. principalities, against powers, against

1175. rulers of the darkness of this age,

1176. against spiritual hosts of wickedness in

1177. the heavenly places. I want you to

1178. understand, we are waring in the spirit

1179. tonight as a believer. But I'm going to

1180. tell you, we're not waring against

1181. flesh. We are waring against spiritual

1182. enemies in wicked places. I want you to

1183. really draw that line because if we're

1184. not careful, we'll call out and we'll

1185. say, "Well, this group of people and and

1186. this group of people and I understand

1187. that there are certain sects that we

1188. must call out and we must look at them

1189. and say their beliefs are not lining up

1190. with the word of God." You can look at

1191. certain religions that are even in in in

1192. in our area and those that are in our

1193. nation and trying to take over and

1194. certain belief systems and I'm going to

1195. tell you, they do not line up with the

1196. word of God. And I want you to

1197. understand tonight, we must distinguish

1198. between them. But when it comes down to

1199. it, we are actually waring against the

1200. spirit that is behind that and not even

1201. the people that are participating.

1202. >> We miss that a lot of times and we say,

1203. "Well, curse this one and curse that

1204. one. I DON'T WANT TO CURSE THEM. I WANT

1205. TO CALL THEM OUT OF darkness into the

1206. light of Christ and let them know you

1207. are in error." BUT THERE IS A GOD WHO

1208. can bring YOU OUT AND SHOW YOU TRUTH and

1209. bring you to a place of repentance. And

1210. I look at that in all kinds of areas.

1211. And I want you to understand tonight,

1212. I'VE GOT A FRESH UNDERSTANDING OF IT.

  1213. WE'RE not fighting against people. We're

1214. fighting AGAINST THE SPIRIT THAT'S

  1215. BEHIND THEM.

1216. >> Fighting against that. We can't get it

1217. twisted. People aren't our enemy. They

  1218. are our assignment.

1219. >> People are our assignment. Our family is

  1220. our assignment.

  1221. >> Our co-workers are our assignment.

1222. >> The people that we sit beside in the

1223. restaurants after the fast is over.

1224. >> They are our assignment.

1225. >> And God HAS CALLED US TO MINISTER TO

1226. THEM. GOD HAS CALLED US TO LOVE THEM.

1227. GOD HAS CALLED us to reach them.

1228. whatever that looks like in that moment.

1229. But if we are waring against the person,

1230. all we're going to do is drive them away

1231. from the grace of God. God has not

1232. called us to do that. God has not God

1233. has not called us to push them out. God

1234. has called us to try our best to reach

1235. them and bring them in. Sometimes it may

  1236. be impossible.

  1237. >> Amen.

1238. >> It's why he gave us a little bit of an

1239. out there. where he said as much as

1240. possible is live peaceibly with all men.

1241. >> Sometimes the best thing you can do is

1242. get up and walk away.

1243. >> Cuz you know, you get all heated and you

1244. get all man, you you start to you start

1245. to get a little emotional. You know what

1246. I'm saying? You you you may say some

  1247. things.

1248. Come on. You may say some things and

1249. later on you going to go back up and

1250. regret it and say, "Wait a second. That

1251. is not what I meant." Anybody ever had

1252. to go back to somebody and say, "I I

1253. said something and that's not what I

  1254. meant to say."

1255. Am I the only one? I see like two heads

1256. shaking like, "Yes, pastor. That's me."

1257. Okay, I see. Okay, I feel better now.

1258. There's other people in the room. You

1259. have to go back to him and say, "Listen,

1260. I know I said that, but um yeah, that

1261. was that was my alter ego. Can I get an

  1262. amen?"

  1263. >> Amen.

1264. >> That was uh that was the other person

1265. trying to speak and I I did not crucify

1266. my flesh before I got in that

1267. conversation. and he spoke a little too

1268. loud. I spoke this the quiet thing out

1269. loud and and so I didn't mean to do that

1270. and you had to make things right cuz

1271. sometimes we have to back we have to

1272. understand that we may slip up and mess

1273. up. But I'm thankful for forgiveness.

1274. I'm thankful for grace. Thankful for the

1275. hand of God that brings us to a place

1276. that we can make reconciliation. But

1277. watch this. To war, watch this. To war

1278. and to win, we must hear the Holy

1279. Spirit's instructions through Paul later

1280. on. Because if we're going to get into

1281. this battle that is a spiritual battle

1282. against spiritual enemies, we cannot

1283. approach it in a fleshly nature. If

1284. we're going to guard the threshold from

1285. the threats that are out here, if we try

1286. to do that through the flesh, we are

  1287. going to miss it.

1288. But if we are on our knees in prayer,

1289. we're in the word of God, hearing God's

1290. voice, then I promise you, you will

1291. recognize the enemy when he shows up.

  1292. Because you'll have such a beautiful

1293. picture of how good God is and his

1294. character that whenever something that

1295. opposes his character shows up, it will

1296. be it will stick out like a sore thumb.

  1297. >> Amen.

1298. >> And you won't have to say, "Well, I need

1299. discernment whether that's the devil or

1300. not." No, that's the devil.

1301. That's him. You know why? because it

1302. doesn't match up with the character of

  1303. God.

  1304. >> Yeah.

1305. >> And if it's trying here, I'll give you

1306. some easy easy hints. If it if whatever

1307. it is tries to keep you from reading the

  1308. word of God,

  1309. it's probably the enemy.

  1310. >> Amen.

1311. >> Now, if you have little children at the

1312. house, I ain't talking about if you got

1313. to change the diaper, you know, that

  1314. ain't that ain't spiritual warfare. Come

1315. on, somebody. Having to get up in the

1316. middle of the night and feed your child.

1317. Oh, the devil's after me. No, your kid's

  1318. hungry.

1319. Suck it up, buttercup. It'll be all

  1320. right.

  1321. >> Come on, somebody.

  1322. >> He put See, again, that's that's the

1323. people that over there in the clouds.

  1324. Everything everything spiritual.

1325. >> My baby wiggle the right toe. I think,

1326. man, man, the devil's after our family.

  1327. Shut up.

  1328. >> Hello.

  1329. >> That's when it gets weird. That's

1330. whenever I say, "Hey, you know, note to

1331. self, don't get in a deep conversation

  1332. with that person."

  1333. >> Amen.

1334. >> Guard my heart. I'm gonna guard my

  1335. peace.

1336. >> Guard that. But we have to recognize it.

1337. If it keeps us away from spiritual

1338. things, if it tries to keep me from

1339. being in the house of God, odds are it's

1340. going to be an attack of the enemy.

1341. That flew over like a lead balloon. I

1342. think it bounced right there and it's

  1343. still there.

1344. If it keeps me from wanting to be in the

1345. presence of God, from seeking his face

1346. and really submitting myself, finding

1347. that place of solitude so I can get a

1348. still heart and a still mind in that

1349. moment so I can hear his voice clearly.

1350. The enemy will try to bring chaos to

1351. your life to keep you from doing that.

1352. >> Responsibilities at home, that's not the

  1353. enemy.

1354. >> Now, if you need to get your life

  1355. organized, that's a whole another story.

1356. >> Amen. If you got to set some order, set

  1357. some order. And that's fine. I

1358. understand that. That's biblical, too.

1359. And that will allow you to have space.

1360. Amen. I'll allow you to have space to

1361. hear the voice of God. But if we're

1362. going to really win in this war, we have

1363. to hear the voice of the ready rider.

1364. That is in Ephesians. When you drop a

1365. little bit below that, Ephesians 6:13-20

    Ephesians 6:13–20

1366. says, "Therefore, if we're going to

1367. fight if we're going to fight this this

1368. fight of faith, right, if we're going to

1369. fight the spiritual battle, we got to be

1370. ready. Take up the whole armor of God.

1371. Get the whole armor of God. Like don't

1372. just like run out of the room with just

1373. the sword that that you vulnerable to

1374. the attack. You may be able to throw

1375. things. You may be able to swing that

1376. baby and you may be effective for a

1377. little while, but at some point if

1378. you're not careful, an arrow is going to

1379. come and try to get you. And if you're

1380. not protected, then you're left yourself

1381. vulnerable. He said that you may be able

1382. to withstand in the evil day, having

1383. done all to stand. Stand therefore,

1384. having girded your waist with the truth,

1385. having put on the breastplate of

1386. righteousness, having shaw your feet

1387. with the preparation of the gospel of

1388. peace, he said, above all, taking the

1389. shield of faith, with which you were

1390. able to quench all the fiery darts of

1391. the wicked one, and take the helmet of

1392. salvation and the sword of the spirit,

1393. which is the word of God, praying always

1394. with all prayer and supplication of the

1395. spirit, being watchful to this end with

1396. all perseverance and supplication for

1397. all the saints and for me, and that the

1398. utterance may be given to me that I may

1399. open my mouth boldly to make known the

1400. mystery of the gospel for which I am an

1401. ambassador in chains that in it I may

1402. speak boldly as I ought to speak. If

1403. we're going to win in this war, we have

1404. to put on the full armor of God.

1405. >> And might I can I add this that to put

1406. on the full armor of God, it's not once

1407. a week we put that thing on.

1408. It it's yes it is every single day.

1409. >> Every day we put the all the whole armor

1410. of God on. Why? Because we must be ready

  1411. to fight at a moment's notice.

1412. We must be dressed to fight at a

1413. moment's notice. And watch this. We must

1414. have the have the confidence in the word

1415. of God and the ability God put on our

1416. life and the passion to fight at any

1417. moment because watch this. God does not

  1418. cohabitate with compromise.

1419. If compromises in my life, God is not

1420. going to link up with that and partner

1421. with that. God will not partner with

1422. that. Watch this. Because when we are

1423. dressed for war, there is no room for

  1424. compromise.

1425. >> When I've got the full armor of God on,

1426. I know what my assignment is that day.

1427. >> And the armor of God is not self-care.

1428. Swing that sword across there, too. I

1429. want to preface. The armor of God is not

  1430. self-care. I know there's times you got

1431. to have some silence. Come on, somebody.

1432. >> You got to have some moments where you

1433. can hear the voice of God, but but the

1434. word of God never says, "Do self-care."

1435. The word of God says, "Deny yourself."

  1436. >> Amen.

1437. >> Amen. I if if the word of God is active

1438. in our life and we have an active prayer

1439. life and we have an active life of

1440. serving in the kingdom of God, our

1441. mental health will be stabilized because

  1442. our soul is prospering.

  1443. >> Amen.

1444. is why have I take I take offense a

1445. little bit with with some of the school

1446. system decisions that they made several

1447. years ago not allowing us to bring the

1448. presence of God up in the room even in a

1449. secretive way to be able to let kids

1450. know that they are worth something that

1451. God loves them and they they shut that

1452. moment out for whatever reason but they

1453. what they didn't realize is very the

1454. very thing they needed help with we were

1455. about to bring in the room but here's

1456. what I believe God is flipping the

1457. script and once they kicked out one time

1458. now I got my youth pastor at every

1459. single ball practice and every come on

1460. at every single game right up in the

1461. middle of them kids and loving on them

1462. praying for them and every one of them

1463. are coming to him and saying hey my

1464. mama's going through this this is

1465. happening can I tell you God has a way

1466. of reversing and flipping the script on

1467. THE ENEMY THAT HE MIGHT HAVE DENIED it

1468. one time but I thank GOD THAT THERE'S AN

  1469. ARMOR-FILLED MAN THAT'S WALKING IN THAT

1470. ROOM THAT'S WALKING UP IN THE MAN WE GOT

1471. TEACHERS THAT ARE WALKING UP IN THAT

1472. ROOM AND TELLING THE kids that JESUS

1473. LOVES HIM I'M TELLING YOU GOD'S GRACE IS

1474. ON THIS THING AND I BELIEVE HE'S GOING

1475. TO BRING ABOUT A GREAT POWER and a great

  1476. strength.

1477. >> Now watch this. It's not solicited

1478. because they understand the assignment.

1479. They know there's something different

  1480. about Pastor Danny.

  1481. >> They know there's something different

1482. about those teachers and they can they

1483. can invest that what they what they're

1484. needing and what they're facing. They

1485. can say, "I need help with this." And

1486. then the open door is there.

  1487. >> And it's beautiful.

  1488. >> It's a beautiful thing. Israel, watch

1489. this, attempted to merge the sacred with

1490. the secular in the scripture.

  1491. But God rejected

1492. then and God rejects today worship with

  1493. idols nearby.

1494. >> He rejects worship with idols nearby. We

1495. cannot, and watch this, and I will say

1496. this, and will not mix the sacred and

1497. the secular in this house. No,

1498. >> we're not walking and stepping across

  1499. secular thresholds.

1500. >> God specifically gave us that wording

1501. that we are stepping across sacred

  1502. thresholds

1503. >> because it is God ordained, God ordered

1504. that we're going to step across this

1505. year and we're going to see God do some

1506. incredible things. But understand, we've

1507. got to guard between guard and and and a

1508. protect this house from allowing the

1509. secular to be mixed with the sacred. So,

1510. a lot of times people will say, "Pastor,

1511. we we got to we got to compromise a

1512. little bit. We got to maybe we don't be

1513. so dogmatic on that. Maybe we need to

1514. be, you know, let's let's not preach

1515. that all the time. Let's let's, you

1516. know, let's skip some of that, right?

1517. Because we don't want to make people

1518. feel uncomfortable." But here's the

1519. thing. We can declare a real truth and

1520. not be a jerk about it.

  1521. >> Amen.

  1522. >> I don't have to be a jerk to tell

  1523. somebody the truth.

1524. >> Now, if they're bound in that sin and

1525. they are uh they are fully in and they

1526. they don't want to change and there is a

1527. spirit that's got control of their life,

1528. it wouldn't matter how soft or how

1529. gracious, I could let brother Jack tell

1530. them and they would still get mad.

1531. He's got away with words. He can just

1532. make make he make you feel like a

1533. million bucks in just like 30 seconds.

1534. You know, he and he could tell him in

1535. the most gracious way that hey, you're

1536. sorry buddy, but you're probably going

1537. to go to hell. And you know, and you

1538. know what? It wouldn't matter about the

1539. tone because it's the truth behind it.

1540. >> When you're confronted with truth, you

  1541. have a decision.

1542. >> There's a decision that you must make at

1543. that moment. Am I going to submit to

1544. what I'm hearing and what I see and

1545. understand that there are consequences

1546. for my sin and change my ways or am I

1547. gonna stay in it and get angry?

  1548. >> Can I tell you I don't want them to get

1549. angry? But I cannot back down from

1550. preaching just to save somebody from

  1551. getting upset.

  1552. >> Can't do that

1553. >> because then I have to answer to God for

1554. that for myself but also for this house.

1555. And I want whenever whenever our church

1556. is mentioned in heaven, I want it to be

1557. bam, that's a great church. Come on.

  1558. >> Amen.

1559. >> Those people really love the Lord. I I

  1560. that's what I want. I want when that

1561. happens, I want when whenever you walk

1562. through those pearly gates and you stand

1563. before the judgment seat of Christ, if

1564. I'm back there behind you and I see them

1565. call your name out next and I'm like,

1566. "That's my man. That's my girl right

1567. there." I want to hear, "Well done, thy

  1568. good and faithful servant.

1569. >> Come on in." That is my goal as your

1570. pastor. Can I tell can I go ahead and

1571. articulate a few of the threats that I

1572. feel like are at the threshold that we

1573. have to be careful of?

1574. >> And and some of these I don't really

1575. have to worry about here because um I

1576. you know I'll do the I I will preach the

1577. gospel with all I've got. I know my

1578. ministers will do the same thing even

1579. with our dying breath. We'll do whatever

1580. it takes. But me and my lady had a

1581. conversation the other day and we said,

1582. "Are we really prepared to give our

1583. lives for the cause of the gospel of

  1584. Christ?"

  1585. >> Riding back from I don't remember where

1586. we're riding back from. I think we went

1587. to go see Brother Joe and we were just

1588. talking about uh you know, we we were

1589. listening to a bit of a podcast from uh

1590. the these fireballs from Australia that

1591. are just I mean just declaring the

1592. gospel of Christ all over the place. and

1593. uh he he was born into Islamic country

1594. and his parents were Christians and

1595. talking about what they had seen, how

1596. God had moved, the miraculous things

1597. that had taken place. And he he tried to

1598. warn Australia that Islam was trying to

1599. take over. And now he's trying to warn

1600. America that it's happening the same

  1601. way.

1602. >> And the reason why men are attracted to

1603. Islam is because Islamic men, they act

  1604. like men.

1605. >> Come on. Come on.

1606. >> And his word, this is his words. While

1607. the men in America are wearing dresses

1608. and prancing around, the men of Islam

1609. are standing up and being men.

  1610. >> Yeah. Come on.

1611. >> Come on. Can I just get real and talk

1612. about threats at the threshold?

  1613. >> Yes, sir.

  1614. >> Because if we're not careful, if we're

1615. not careful, there will be a whole

1616. generation of men that turn into

  1617. sissies.

  1618. >> Come on.

1619. and they will miss God's given

1620. assignment for their life to stand up

1621. and be men of God and declare the grace

1622. of God over a generation. I'm telling

1623. you, we still need men to be men in

  1624. America.

1625. >> Come on. We need men to rise up and do

1626. what they're CALLED TO DO. WE NEED THEM

1627. to lead their families in grace and in

1628. authority and in power. We need them to

1629. be spiritual men that do not back down

1630. from a spiritual fight. That do not

1631. cower when something goes wrong, but

1632. they stand up and say, "No, GOD EQUIPPED

1633. ME TO LOOK the enemy in the eye and be a

1634. man of God AND CALL THE ENEMY for what

1635. it is, protect my family, lead my

1636. family, AND WATCH WHAT GOD'S GOING TO

  1637. DO."

  1638. >> But if we're not careful, WE'LL HAVE A

1639. THREAT OF A THRESHOLD THAT WILL

1640. DEASCULATE our men and end up putting

1641. THEM IN A SPOT WHERE WE DON'T EVEN HAVE

1642. ANY MEN THAT'LL stand up anymore.

1643. and the American family will be

  1644. destroyed.

  1645. >> Yeah,

1646. >> it will be destroyed. Now, I thank God

1647. we got some manly men up in this house.

1648. >> That's great. We got some special things

1649. coming in February and in the early

1650. March for uh to have a men's meeting and

1651. a women's meeting. So, be listening for

1652. that kind of stuff while I'm on that

1653. subject. But I want you to understand it

  1654. starts a a weakness starts with a woke

1655. and weak gospel that is preached.

1656. >> Will you just come just come and say a

1657. prayer and everything's going to change?

  1658. No, we need transformation.

  1659. >> Yeah.

  1660. >> Amen.

1661. >> That means I once lived this way and I

1662. was bound by all this. Jesus encountered

1663. me and now I am completely different by

1664. the grace of God. Come on. That is the

1665. gospel. Not a weak gospel. LET'S JUST

1666. NOT A GOSPEL THAT SAYS LET'S mingle or

1667. oh, let's figure out how to coexist WITH

1668. ALL THIS. OH, ABSOLUTELY NOT. Sin has no

1669. place in my life as a Christian. I've

1670. got to kill it. IF IT TRIES TO creep

1671. back in again, kill it again through the

1672. blood OF JESUS CHRIST AND be transformed

1673. and walk in the power of God. He has

1674. made you to be an overcomer. And because

1675. Christ overcame, YOU AND I CAN OVERCOME

1676. AS WELL. IT'S NOT A WEAK GOSPEL. IT IS A

1677. POWERFUL GOSPEL. SIN HAS NO POWER OVER

1678. ME. THE ENEMY HAS NO POWER OVER ME. WHY?

1679. BECAUSE JESUS secured my deliverance and

1680. my breakthrough. OH, I FEEL THE GLORY OF

1681. GOD. HE SECURED MY BREAKTHROUGH ON THE

1682. CROSS. AND I WALK IN THAT SAME POWER

1683. TODAY. THE SAME SPIRIT THAT RAISED JESUS

1684. FROM THE DEAD LIVES INSIDE OF ME. AND I

1685. WANT TO KNOW, HAS ANYBODY ELSE GOT THE

1686. SAME SPIRIT LIVING INSIDE OF THEM

1687. TONIGHT? AND YOU DON'T WANT A WOKE

1688. GOSPEL OR A WEAK GOSPEL. BUT PASTOR,

1689. PREACH ME THE REAL GOSPEL. LEAD ME DOWN

1690. THE PATH OF RIGHTEOUSNESS FOR HIS NAME'S

1691. SAKE. YAY. THOUGH I WALK THROUGH THE

1692. VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH, I WILL

1693. FEAR NO EVIL, FOR YOU ARE WITH ME IN THE

  1694. NAME OF JESUS.

  1695. He's with me tonight

  1696. >> because we don't preach a woke or a weak

  1697. gospel.

  1698. >> Hallelujah.

  1699. >> May I go further?

1700. >> Another threat at the at the uh

  1701. threshold

  1702. is offense.

  1703. >> Now, I'll be honest.

1704. >> I'd rather not ever preach about the bet

  1705. of state never again.

1706. I'm gonna let somebody else do that.

1707. I'll recruit all my ministers and I'll

1708. let my board members do it. That'd be

1709. perfect. I can preach about the spirit

1710. of offense, but can I tell you the

1711. spirit of offense is destroying people

  1712. and it's destroying families.

  1713. >> I I I've seen people and I know people

1714. that have lived in perpetual offense for

1715. decades and it doesn't matter what you

1716. say or how you say it, they're going to

  1717. be offended.

1718. >> And it's it's usually the people now say

1719. it like this that you have to walk on

1720. eggshells around them all the time.

  1721. Yeah.

1722. >> Say one wrong thing, they're going to

  1723. blow up.

1724. >> They are bound by a spirit of offense.

  1725. >> And here's my heart. I don't want them

1726. to be bound by a spirit of offense.

1727. >> Hear me. There is deliverance. There is

1728. breakthrough for that. There is victory

1729. for that. But it comes, it only comes

1730. through them admitting it. There's got

1731. to be an admittance and there's got to

  1732. be repentance.

  1733. >> That's it.

  1734. can't go along and say, "Well, I don't

1735. even know what I did to hurt you." Yes,

  1736. you do. Shut up,

1737. >> which would offend them.

  1738. >> Or or or if they say, "I don't I don't

1739. know what I did to hurt them." Maybe,

  1740. oh, that offends them.

1741. >> Telling you, I've met people like that.

1742. And they're bound by that and they are a

  1743. threat to the threshold

  1744. >> because what they'll do is they'll try

1745. to inflict their offense on you and get

  1746. you in their boat.

1747. You ever heard the statement, "Misy

  1748. loves company."

1749. >> I'm telling you, be careful. An offended

1750. person will try to find an ally just

  1751. like that.

  1752. >> And it'll happen like this. They'll come

1753. and say, "Did you hear what pastor did?

1754. Did you hear how pastor treated me?

  1755. >> Thank you.

  1756. That's a great response. That's a Yeah.

1757. Thank you for thinking I'm awesome. I

  1758. love you.

1759. But you look at that and they will try

1760. their best and it will be an intro

1761. comment like that. Well, you know, I I

1762. tried to I tried to get my pastor and he

1763. just he wouldn't respond to me. I just,

1764. you know, I just I think I'm going to go

  1765. to another church.

1766. >> You know, you want to go try one with

1767. me? No. Absolutely not. The devil is a

  1768. liar.

  1769. >> Amen.

  1770. >> Not because I don't believe there's

1771. other great churches. There's other

1772. great churches out there. I know great

1773. pastors that love the Lord. But what's

1774. going to happen is you going to carry

1775. that offense right up in there and try

1776. to mess up what God's doing in their

  1777. church, too.

  1778. >> Amen.

1779. >> Somebody comes up in here and they're

1780. carrying a spirit of offense from

1781. another church, I'm going to call it

  1782. out.

1783. >> Cuz I'm not going We It would be an

1784. injustice to be cyclical in that.

1785. >> I want people to be free.

  1786. >> Amen. If there's sin in somebody's life

1787. and it was tried to be dealt with

1788. somewhere else and now it shows up here

  1789. and and they're they're unwilling to

1790. deal with that or maybe they've not been

1791. confronted. I'm I'm just one of them

1792. guys. I'm going to go right to it.

  1793. >> I don't know why. Let's do it. I because

1794. I love people enough to not let them be

1795. bound in the mess that they're stuck in

1796. because I see the potential in you

1797. through Jesus Christ to do great things

1798. for the kingdom of God and to live the

1799. life you PROBABLY NEVER THOUGHT WAS EVEN

  1800. POSSIBLE.

  1801. >> Come on.

  1802. >> I don't know what that part was. I

1803. thought was I talking about offense,

  1804. wasn't I? Okay. Talking about offense.

1805. >> Spiritual apathy and lukewarm

  1806. Christianity

1807. >> is a threat at the threshold.

1808. That'll get you all the way up to the

1809. threshold. I'm just tired, pastor.

1810. I don't know if I can do it anymore.

1811. I, you know, I'm gonna stand here in the

1812. way so nobody else can go. You know, if

  1813. I can't go, you can't go either.

1814. >> You know, it's just been, it's been one

1815. of them years. I don't know if I can

1816. step across threshold. What if I told

1817. you on the other step of that obedience

1818. would be the breakthrough you've been

  1819. asking for for years?

1820. >> Shake off apathy. Shake off lukewarmness

1821. and say, "Let's step across this

1822. threat." Don't let that threat stop you.

1823. Here's another threat at the threshold.

  1824. Gossip and slander,

1825. >> backbiting, h, however you want to

  1826. categorize that,

1827. people think it's okay. Well, I can talk

1828. about them as long as I put it in prayer

  1829. request form.

  1830. >> I don't know, Mom. I don't know where n

1831. is coming from. I blame it on my mom.

  1832. It's my mom's fault.

1833. It's how she raised me. That's all I can

  1834. say.

  1835. >> But but we don't realize

1836. we don't realize when we allow gossip to

1837. be part of our life, we are tearing down

  1838. another believer.

  1839. >> Yeah.

  1840. >> Right.

1841. >> Our brother and sister in Christ. God

1842. has not called us to tear them down. God

1843. has called us to actually do the

1844. opposite, to build them up.

1845. and in this house, don't ever talk about

1846. somebody else in this place.

1847. >> If there is if there is friction, if

1848. there is a problem, then let's deal with

1849. it like the word of God says. Go to your

1850. brother and sister and try to make. If

1851. it doesn't work, bring an elder with you

1852. and let's figure this thing out. And if

1853. they still will not reconcile, let the

1854. spiritual leadership make the final

1855. decision on that. and you don't be

1856. guilty of anything that's going to put

1857. you in harm or distance you from God.

1858. Let's get back to doing these things

  1859. biblically. Amen.

1860. >> I'm not naive to sit here and think

1861. ain't somebody here going to get upset

1862. somebody else. Okay. You you hang around

1863. your family long enough. If Thanksgiving

1864. goes a little too long, you know,

1865. tensions may get a little high.

1866. >> Come on. More we gather up, the more we

1867. have things going on, the more we try to

1868. do things for the Lord. I'm not naive to

1869. think the enemy is not going to try to

1870. bring division, but I'm going to go

1871. ahead and let it be known right now. We

1872. don't deal with it through harshness or

1873. cancelling each other. We deal with it

1874. through the love and the grace and the

1875. power of God's word. Amen.

1876. >> Come on. I need I need to know. Are you

1877. committed to being that way? Come on.

1878. Are you committed to being that way? If

  1879. we've got a problem, let's deal with it

1880. biblically. Listen, if you can handle on

1881. your own, please don't bring me into it.

1882. I'm just being honest. I got enough

1883. things that I'm dealing with right now.

1884. I've got like five or six things stacked

1885. up that I have to deal with before

  1886. Sunday. All right? Doesn't mean I don't

1887. have time for it, but I'm gonna tell

1888. you, be a mature Christian.

  1889. >> Be a mature believer.

  1890. Okay?

1891. >> And you can I believe in you.

1892. I believe in you that you can do it. I

1893. believe in you. Okay? I don't know where

1894. that came from. Very good.

  1895. Gossip,

1896. addiction, and drunkenness is a threat

  1897. at the threshold.

1898. allowing addictions to take control and

1899. control everything about your life. Can

1900. I tell you it is not God's will for you

  1901. to be addicted?

1902. >> Drugs, alcohol, come on. I can go

1903. further than that. Do we need to go any

1904. further? I think you can read between

1905. the lines and figure this thing out. I'm

1906. going to go and say it. Pornography. You

1907. should not be addicted to pornography.

1908. You should get that thing broken and get

1909. it out of your life. Get it out of your

  1910. marriage.

1911. >> Come on, somebody. And get those threats

1912. away from the threshold. God has a

1913. destiny for you. And if those things are

1914. in the way, you cannot readily step

  1915. where God says step.

  1916. >> These are threats.

  1917. Let's see. Where am I at?

  1918. I don't got them numbered.

1919. I'll just go with this one. Sexual

  1920. immorality.

1921. Sexual sin. Let's go ahead and touch the

1922. whole gamut. Adultery is a threat at the

  1923. threshold.

  1924. >> All right.

  1925. Adultery,

1926. >> physical and emotional relationships are

1927. a threat at the threshold.

1928. >> You say, "Well, it's just an innocent

1929. office relationship." No, it's not.

1930. >> Ask my work wife. No, it ain't.

  1931. >> You've got a wife. Quit it.

1932. That's my work husband. No, it ain't

1933. your work husband. Your husband is at

1934. work busting his tail to take care of

1935. your family and you're out there having

1936. emotional affairs in the name of Jesus.

  1937. Stop it.

  1938. >> Hello.

1939. >> Let's fix this one. Sex outside of

  1940. marriage.

1941. You ain't married. Stop it.

  1942. >> You guys ain't saying nothing.

1943. >> Either either y'all are like pastor

1944. don't normally talk like this or don't

1945. say nothing cuz he'll think it's me.

1946. >> Anything like that. Let let's go ahead

1947. and deal with this. Homosexuality is a

  1948. sin,

  1949. >> right? It is a perversion.

1950. >> It's an abomination before the Lord. It

1951. goes against his original creative work.

1952. When God created male and female, he did

1953. not create two males to dwell together

1954. in a marital relationship or two

1955. females. He created Adam and Eve. That

1956. was his first creative work in the word

1957. of God. And when the enemy comes in like

1958. this and tries to pervert what God did,

1959. I'm telling you, it is a sin from the

  1960. enemy.

  1961. >> It is bondage.

1962. >> And it will put us in that place.

  1963. I got some plans.

1964. >> I got some plans to combat that and it's

1965. going to be great because I believe I I

1966. just go ahead and say it like this right

1967. here. I think it was Jahoo that came up

1968. to the window whenever Jezebel was up in

1969. the up in the tower and and looked up

1970. there and I think he said something

1971. along the lines, are you for me or

1972. against me or if you're on my side? And

1973. he was talking to the two unics that

1974. were in that room. If you know what a

1975. unic is, that means that they once were

1976. one gender and now they've been become

1977. another one. Maybe not by choice.

1978. >> Come on. It represented a generation

  1979. that's in the LGBTQI

1980. plusa that category and they're living

1981. in that broken lifestyle and they're

1982. living in that deceived lifestyle where

1983. the enemy has deceived them to think

1984. that that's the right way to go. Can I

1985. tell you there's going to be a time when

1986. Jah is going to stand up again and say,

1987. "Are you on my side or against me?" And

1988. I believe they're going to be the ones

1989. that kill Jezebel in the church. And

1990. there becomes a revival. Come on,

1991. somebody. In the homosexual community, I

1992. speak that prophetically in the name of

1993. Jesus. The enemy is hijacked the rainbow

1994. for long enough. It belongs to the Lord.

1995. It is a symbol that he will not destroy

1996. them again. Every time they wave that

1997. rainbow, all they're doing is crying out

1998. for mercy anyways from God, saying,

1999. "Please don't destroy me." And I BELIEVE

2000. GOD'S GOING TO SHOW UP AND DO SOMETHING

2001. INCREDIBLE. COME ON. HOW MANY YOU

2002. BELIEVE THAT THERE'S A REVIVAL COMING TO

2003. THAT COMMUNITY THROUGH THE POWER OF GOD?

2004. >> Speak it by power and by authority.

  2005. >> My God.

  2006. >> Sexual immorality.

  2007. >> I don't know if I covered all of them or

2008. not, but there you go. If I didn't show

2009. up Sunday, I'll probably touch the rest

  2010. of them.

  2011. The offense

2012. from Israel, watch this, was not about

2013. distance in Ezekiel chapter 43 verse

    Ezekiel 43 chapter mention

2014. number 8. It was about nearness without

  2015. reverence.

2016. They had proximity, but they did it with

  2017. the wrong heart posture,

2018. which led to something dangerous. And

2019. this is where I think many of the people

2020. in the American church are today.

2021. is because they have familiarity.

2022. That familiarity bred a spirit of

2023. defilement for the house of God. They

2024. got too familiar with the supernatural

2025. and counted it as common. When God said,

2026. "If I call something uncommon, don't you

  2027. call it common."

2028. >> Like what God did in here on Sunday,

2029. that is not a common thing.

2030. >> We will never call that common. That was

2031. a supernaturally power of God that moved

2032. in this house and shifted families and

  2033. shifted eternity for people's life. I'm

2034. telling you, God did something

  2035. significant. And I'm telling you, he's

2036. going to continue to do it in this house

2037. >> as long as our eyes stay on him.

2038. We'll say this. God is not your buddy.

2039. He is not your sugar daddy.

2040. >> Come on. He's not your homeboy.

2041. He is Lord of all.

2042. >> He is Lord of all.

2043. >> Now, one place in the word of God where

  2044. I saw this and I'm uh yeah, I'm

2045. hurrying. I want to make sure we match

2046. up for back there, but I want to I want

2047. to share this scripture. Um this is in

  2048. uh 2 Kingsapter 16:es 10-18. says, "Now

2049. King Ahaz went to Damascus to meet

2050. Tiglath Pilzer, the king of Assyria, a a

  2051. pagan king, a a a non-believer, someone

2052. who did not live according to the laws

2053. of God." And watch this. While King Ahaz

2054. was there, he saw an altar that was at

2055. Damascus. King Ahaz sent to Uriah the

2056. priest the design of the altar and its

2057. pattern according to all its

2058. workmanship. Then Uriah the priest built

2059. an altar according to all that King Ahaz

2060. sent him from Damascus. So Uriah the

2061. priest made it before King Ahaz. Came

2062. back from Damascus. And the Bible says

2063. that when they came back, you can read

2064. this for yourself later. When they came

2065. back, they began to sprinkle the blood,

2066. the peace offering. They made sacrifices

2067. on an offering that was designed after a

2068. pagan God for the people of God when God

2069. had already given them a design for his

  2070. altar.

2071. >> They took something that was secular,

2072. that was not God's plan, and they tried

2073. to mix it with sacred sacrifices that

2074. were going on in the house of God.

2075. >> And you see this picture, HE ALTERED THE

2076. ALTAR to match pagan patterns. And can I

2077. tell you, if we're not careful, the

2078. enemy will convince us that there's a

2079. different way that's better than the way

  2080. God designed.

  2081. >> Amen.

2082. >> Watch this. God already gave them a

2083. design for the altar. But Ahaz

2084. compromised and mixed the sacred and the

2085. secular together. What does that refer

2086. back to in the New Testament? Matthew

2087. 15:es 8-9. These people draw near to me

2088. with their mouth, and they honor me with

2089. their lips, but their heart is far from

  2090. me. Amen.

2091. >> Ahaz was trying to FIGURE OUT A

2092. DIFFERENT WAY TO DO IT WHEN HE ALREADY

2093. had the plan of God.

2094. >> Already heard the voice of God. And I

2095. want you to SEE THIS. THIS SPIRIT OF

2096. COMPROMISE and mixing sacred and secular

2097. is a spiritual yoke. But it IS ALSO A

2098. HEART ISSUE IN THE LIVES of people. This

2099. is where people honor with lips their

2100. words and even service to the Lord, BUT

2101. THEY DECIDE TO STILL GOVERN themselves

2102. after their own heart's desire and their

2103. own uh their own seeking and their own

  2104. pleasures.

2105. >> And that becomes a covenant treason, not

2106. even a casual sin in the eyes of God.

  2107. Because watch this, compromise

  2108. will lead to sin.

2109. Sin will lead to a stronghold. And a

2110. stronghold will lead to an abomination

  2111. before God.

2112. A compromise that is not identified,

2113. which is what I'm trying to do tonight,

  2114. identify compromise,

2115. if it's not identified, it will lead to

2116. sin. If a sin is left unconfronted,

2117. it will lead to a stronghold in

2118. somebody's life. And you can watch this

2119. pattern. They they they compromise a

2120. little bit. I'm going to give a little

2121. bit. And they end up sinning. And that

2122. sin, when it's not left unchecked, it

2123. will end up being a stronghold. And then

2124. a stronghold that is unbroken by the

2125. power of the Holy Spirit turns into an

2126. abomination. And abomination leads to

  2127. death.

2128. You see the pattern? It trickle,

2129. trickle, trickle, trickle, and it ends

2130. in death. The wages of sin is death. But

2131. the gift of God, come on somebody, is

2132. eternal life through Jesus Christ our

2133. Lord. Anybody thankful for eternal life

2134. tonight? Come on. I I'm thankful for

2135. eternal life. I I want you to stand to

2136. your feet all over the house. I I'm I'm

2137. going to I'm gonna skip here.

2138. The beauty of this is is that Jesus

2139. himself left uh he left instructions for

2140. us and we see his actions whenever he

2141. found a place that was defiled. Y'all

2142. remember the story in the New Testament

2143. where Jesus came to approach the temple

2144. and he found them selling and exchanging

2145. goods. Oh yeah, you know that you get a

2146. really beautiful picture of how the

2147. anger of the Lord rose up in that

2148. moment. If you go back, I think one of

2149. the episodes of The Chosen depicts that

2150. that particular scene. Jesus is flipping

2151. tables and man, he's beating people with

2152. whips and burning things down. I mean,

2153. it was pretty it was pretty exciting. I

2154. thought that was pretty cool. I was

2155. like, "Yeah, anytime he got after the

2156. Pharisees in that in that series, I was

2157. like, that's my Jesus right there. Let's

2158. go." He was fighting them. And but I

2159. want you to see, he left us a pattern

2160. that if there is something, if there is

2161. compromise, do not let it settle in.

2162. Do not let it settle in. If compromise

2163. is identified, flip the table and get it

  2164. out.

2165. >> And so tonight, I tried my best not to

2166. name names and name specific things, but

2167. I think there were some things I had to

2168. call out by the word of the Lord

2169. tonight. But I pray through this that

2170. the Lord has been revealing in you.

2171. Maybe some things that uh could

2172. potentially be threats at the threshold.

2173. Again, I'm not here to point fingers and

2174. say, "Oh, how dare you?" I'm here to

2175. bring a warning from a as a watchman on

2176. the wall that the enemy is going to

2177. bring threats to your threshold this

  2178. year.

  2179. >> Amen.

2180. >> But you have to be spiritually

2181. discerning enough to recognize them when

2182. you come. How do I recognize the threats

2183. of the enemy? You've got to have a good

2184. grip on who your God is.

2185. >> And if you have a good grip on his

2186. character through his word, then when

2187. the enemy shows up, you will not have to

2188. question whether that's the enemy or

2189. not. You will 100% know through the

2190. discernment of the spirit of God that

2191. does not match up with my Savior's

2192. character and something ain't right. You

2193. know, you've had that feeling before.

2194. Something just don't feel right.

  2195. >> Trust that feeling.

2196. >> That is the Holy Spirit speaking to you.

  2197. >> Do not mute him and say, "Well, I I I've

2198. known them for years." No. If the Holy

2199. Spirit speaks to you, you listen to him.

2200. >> You listen to him. Amen. Amen.

2201. >> We're not going to be mixing sacred and

2202. secular in this house. I want you to

2203. understand this that when Jesus cleansed

2204. the temple, he drove out those mixing

2205. the sacred and the secular together.

2206. Watch this. Hebrews chapter 10 in verse

    Hebrews 10 chapter mention

  2207. 19 through 22. It says, "Therefore,

2208. brethren, having the boldness to enter

2209. into or enter the holiest by the blood

2210. of Jesus by a new and living way which

2211. he consecrated for us through the veil."

2212. Watch this. Stepping across that

2213. threshold that is his flesh and having a

2214. priest over the house of God. Let us

2215. draw near with a true heart in a full

2216. assurance of faith. Having our hearts

2217. sprinkled from an evil conscience and

2218. our bodies washed with a pure water. We

2219. enter through his access point, not our

  2220. access point.

2221. >> And here's what I love about this. Jesus

2222. doesn't stand beside the threshold.

  2223. Jesus is the threshold.

2224. Anybody thankful for that tonight? I I'm

2225. thankful. I'm thankful. He is my

2226. threshold. He is my threshold. Now, I

2227. don't want to leave you on a sour note

2228. because here's what the scripture says

2229. in Ezekiel chapter 43. Watch this. Verse

    Ezekiel 43 chapter mention

2230. number verse number nine. Says, "Now let

2231. them put their harlotry and the

2232. carcasses of their kings far away from

2233. me." And watch this. If you'll do those

2234. things, he says, "I will dwell in their

  2235. midst."

  2236. They had a choice.

2237. He called it out. He identified it. The

2238. prophet identified it and they had a

2239. choice. If you'll remove these things,

2240. if you'll get these things out, then

2241. I'll show up and I'll dwell among you.

  2242. >> I don't know about you, but I'm thankful

  2243. for grace tonight.

2244. >> I'm thankful for mercy tonight that

2245. allows me to step back and say, "You

2246. know what? I may have mixed some things

2247. accidentally and maybe not even knowing.

2248. It was not even on purpose. But God is

2249. revealing that to me, not to chastise

2250. me, but to say, "Hey, listen. I see

  2251. this. I'm identifying this. Now, we've

2252. got a choice. Let's distance oursel from

2253. that and let's allow the word of God to

2254. drive the enemy right out of our life."

2255. >> Because the flesh will wreak havoc on

2256. your mind. The enemy will wreak havoc on

2257. your life. But tonight, if your mind's

2258. made up, watch this. You're about to

2259. step across some thresholds and see what

  2260. God's going to do.

2261. >> This is a season where God is removing

2262. uh uh uh walls that are shared mixed

2263. thresholds and divided access points.

2264. And watch this sacred the sacredness of

2265. his power will be honored and the

2266. secular will be refused and removed from

2267. this house in Jesus name because God is

2268. reclaiming what rightfully belongs to

2269. him. Can you say amen tonight? How many

2270. received a thing from the word of God

2271. tonight? Anybody thankful? Come on. Can

2272. we give God a praise? Pastor Robbie, if

2273. you'd come and close us out in prayer

2274. tonight, I I want I want to say this

2275. over each one of you. My heart was not

2276. to point fingers or be abusive or beat

2277. the sheep tonight, but my heart was to

2278. wake you up a little bit to let you know

2279. that the enemy, he really is out to

2280. steal and kill and destroy your life.

2281. And and if he wasn't playing for keeps,

2282. I probably would preach a little nicer,

2283. you know? I'd probably be a little

2284. nicer. But I'm not preaching to be mad

2285. at you. I'm preaching because I'm mad at

  2286. the enemy.

  2287. >> I'm mad at what he's doing. But here's

2288. the beauty of it is we're about to step

2289. into some victory together. And God's

2290. about to do some great things. Amen. Can

2291. we one more time give the Lord a hand of

  2292. praise all over the
