”Heaven’s Hallelujahs” | Pastor John Tilley Jr | Wed PM

19 is where we are at tonight, and I

want to I want to preach on this thought

that comes straight from the text. Here

heaven's hallelujahs. Here, as in I'm

listening, I'm hearing heaven's

hallelujahs. We're going to see that

come up. In fact, when we read our text

here in just a moment, I want you to

repeat some words with me as we read

through the text. In Revelation chapter

Revelation 19 · chapter mention

19, when I get to the word that I want

you to repeat, I'm going to pause and

say

together.

And then we'll say the word together.

And we'll do that several times. This

same word that I'm going to draw your

attention to is going to show up several

times throughout our our verses. So,

look at Revelation 19 beginning in verse

number one.

And after these things, I Here it is.

Heard. That's not the word, but that's a

word that I want to draw your attention

to. So, I heard. And then if you look at

verse 11, this is next week, but John

says in verse 11, "And I I saw." So, if

you want to divide Revelation 19 into

just two basic divisions, you can divide

it into the sounds of heaven and then

the sights of heaven.

So, the first 10 verses are the sounds

of heaven, here heaven's hallelujahs,

the sound of heaven, and then below

that, the rest of the chapter is the

sights that we see in heaven. And we'll

talk about that here in a few weeks, but

tonight we're going to look at the

sounds of heaven, here heaven's

hallelujahs. Let's read our text and

then I'll show you this timeline. Verse

number one, "And after these things, I"

That is John the the revelator. "I heard

a great voice of much people in heaven

saying" Here's our word. Together now.

Hallelujah.

"Salvation and glory and honor and power

under the Lord our God. For true and

righteous are his judgments, for he hath

judged the great which did corrupt

the earth with her fornication, and hath

avenged the blood of his servants at her

hand." "And again they said" Here it is

again. Hallelujah.

Let's do it again. All together now.

Hallelujah.

"And her smoke rose up forever and ever,

and the four and 20 elders and the four

beasts fell down and worshipped God that

sat on the throne saying, Amen."

Together.

Hallelujah.

"And a voice came out of the throne

saying, Praise our God all ye servants

and ye that fear him both small and

great. And I heard." There's our key.

We're talking about the sounds of

heaven, as it were, the voice of a great

multitude and as the voice of many

waters and as the voice of the mighty

thundering saying, All together.

Hallelujah. "For the Lord God omnipotent

reigneth. Let us be glad and rejoice and

give honor to him. For the marriage of

the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made

herself ready.

And to her was granted that she should

be arrayed in fine linen clean and

white. For the fine linen is the

righteousness of the saints.

And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are

they. That is one of the Revelation's

Beatitudes. Blessed are they

which are called unto the marriage

supper of the Lamb.

And he saith unto me, These are the true

sayings of God. And I fell at his feet

to worship him, and he said unto me, See

thou do it not. I am thy fellow servant

and of thy brethren that have a

testimony of Jesus. Worship God. For the

testimony of Jesus is the spirit of

prophecy."

Let's throw that timeline up there and

let me walk through this with you to

ground ourselves. This is not my

timeline. I hope you can see that well,

semi well at least. This is This was

created by uh Gary Hamrick of

Cornerstone Chapel who pastors in

Virginia. Uh and this is his outline of

the whole book of Revelation. Now, I

want to show this to you tonight uh and

just kind of break down where we've been

so far, and then there's a transition

that's taking place in the book of

Revelation. And so, this will kind of

give us the context of where we are.

What we've already studied is the church

age. You see that labeled on there,

Revelation 1 through 3. That's the seven

letters to the seven churches of Asia.

We've talked about that months ago now.

Then we've also seen the rapture of the

church and that scene in heaven in

chapter 4 and chapter 5 around the

throne of God. And then we've spent a

great deal of time the last several

months we have spent expounding the

period of seven years of tribulation,

and that is recorded or described rather

for us in Revelation 7 through or

Revelation 6 through Revelation 18. So,

the majority of the book, chapter 6

through chapter 18, where we have spent

several months working through that, uh

this this is showing us that tribulation

period. And John is recording what he

sees of the tribulation that is to come.

And now we come to Revelation 19.

And Revelation 19 really through the end

of the book is going to record for us

the second coming of Christ and his

rule, his sovereign reign and his

sovereign rule. So, that's the That's

where we're moving into these last

several chapters.

Chapter 19 through chapter 22, we're

going to be talking about sights and

sounds and scenes and songs that are

taking place both in heaven and on

earth. So, in the broad context, if we

want to put an umbrella kind of overall

of these chapters, this is what we're

talking about, Christ's second coming,

Christ ruling, Christ is reigning. And

uh really, we get to these chapters and

this is the high point of the book of

Revelation. This is what I've been

wanting to get to for months now. This

is why I decided to preach through the

book of Revelation was chapter 19

through chapter 22. This is the high

point. This is what we're anticipating.

This is what we're expecting to come one

day. And so, we get this this these

moments now, these few chapters to talk

about it, and it's it's wonderful. We

can go back to the Revelation slide I

think from here. If you would like that,

we can get that to you and you can take

a closer look at that timeline.

So, the tribulation period ends with the

destruction of the system and the city

of Babylon, that eighth world kingdom.

We talked about that in small group on

Sunday as well when we went through the

book of Daniel and the parallel there.

So, the final kingdom, that eighth world

kingdom, the kingdom of the Antichrist

is crushed and done away with, and that

happens in Revelation 18. We've talked

about that. Now we come to chapter 19,

and it's written in two basic sections.

Verse 1 through 10, the sounds of

heaven. And then verse 11 through 21,

the sights of heaven and earth.

We could say it maybe this way. Verse 1

through 10, the hallelujahs, and verse

11 through 21, Armageddon.

Or maybe we could say it this way. Verse

1 through 10 is the wedding, while verse

11 through 21, the war.

Verse 1 through 10 is communion

with Christ. Verse 11 through 21 is the

conquering of Christ.

So, it's I'm just trying to tell you

communicate that there's two divisions,

and we're going to look at the first one

tonight, and I will tell you it will be

several weeks before we get back into

this uh in Revelation because

next Wednesday night, Lord willing,

brother Jeff Rose is going to be

preaching our Wednesday night service

next week. So, that's going to be a

treat. We're looking forward to that. Uh

brother Jeff maybe I don't know if he's

watching right now. Maybe I shouldn't

say. He used to pastor. If that was

wrong, if you didn't want that out

there, you you can tell me later,

brother Jeff. Um

but brother Jeff used to pastor, and

he's been a great blessing and great

encouragement to me. So, he's going to

be preaching next week. Then I'll be out

of town the next two Wednesday nights.

And uh

or or I'll be out of town the next

Wednesday night, and then we have a

missionary the next Wednesday night. So,

a lot of things going on the next So,

we'll be several weeks before we get

back to this. Uh so, just kind of keep

this outline in your mind, and when we

get back to Revelation, we'll come back

to chapter 19. We'll pick up the second

half of the chapter.

We noticed a word that we said several

times, four times in our text verses,

the word hallelujah.

It's a transliteration of the word that

we're probably more familiar with here

in the South, and that is hallelujah.

It's the same word. It's hallelujah in

the Greek. It's hallelujah in the

Hebrew, and uh we say hallelujah. The

Hebrew word is hallel, that is to

praise, and then Yahweh, God. So, the

hallelujah literally means praise God.

That's what the word means. And we see

that word, same word, used four times in

our text. Uh four different times we

hear from heaven them saying,

Hallelujah.

This is how John opens chapter 19. This

is the scene that he's seeing or the

sound that he's hearing. And my question

tonight that I'm going to answer for us

is I wonder why the saints are singing

hallelujah in heaven.

I I wonder why they're singing

hallelujah. Why is it that John is

hearing this chorus from heaven over and

over in these opening verses?

Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

Hallelujah. Let me give you five reasons

straight from the text tonight. We'll

break it up and walk through. Number

one, they're saying hallelujah for his

ways.

Hallelujah for his ways. Look at verse

number one again. John says, "After

these things, I heard" Sounds of heaven.

"A great voice of much people in heaven

saying, Hallelujah."

And here's what they continue to say.

"Salvation and glory and honor and power

unto the Lord our God." They are

describing the ways of our God.

There is salvation. That is his

redemption. John chapter 14 and verse

John 14 · chapter mention

number six says, Jesus speaking, "I am

the way, the truth, and the life. No man

comes to the Father but by me. There is

only one way to heaven and that is

through Jesus. So, they praise him for

his salvation. Then his glory, that is

his exaltation. Then his honor, that is

his edification. And his power, that is

his jurisdiction. He is over all things.

Now, it's interesting that in the Greek,

you don't see this in the English and I

wish that you did.

But in the Greek, every one of these

words every one of these Greek words has

the definite article attached to it.

You know what that means? In English, it

would read then like this. You know what

the definite article is?

It's the word the. The. So, it would

read like this.

A great voice of much people in heaven

saying, "Hallelujah. The salvation and

the glory and the power and the honor

unto the Lord our God."

Every one of them connects us to the

definite article. Why is that important?

Why would that be significant? Because

they're saying there's only one.

That's what the definite article does.

In grammar, it it means exclusivity.

There's only one. So, when you look at

it and you think about it in that way,

there's only one who can save. There's

only one who can redeem. There's only

one who deserves the glory. There's only

one who deserves to be exalted. There's

only one who deserves honor. There's

only one who is worthy of being edified.

There's only one who has all power.

There's only one who has complete

control and jurisdiction over the

affairs of the world. There's only one

who is sovereign. There's only one who

is in control. There is only one whose

way is perfect. That's the squire song

that John hears. That's what he hears

coming from the portals of heaven, that

there is only one Lord who is worthy of

our worship. There is only one who is to

be lifted up and exalted. There's only

one who is sovereign and in control and

his name is Jesus. Listen to me,

friends. Let me make a practical

application tonight. Yesterday, we got

bad news if you were watching the polls.

And old Abigail Spanberger over there in

Richmond, right now, she thinks she has

all the control.

Right? She's looking at those numbers

and she's thinking, "I've got all

control." But I've got news for Abigail

Spanberger. She does not have all

control. Jesus knew exactly what was

taking place yesterday. Jesus is in

control of it all. Jesus has the the the

world in his hand. She's not in control

of anything except what he allows her to

be in control of. He's got a plan and

he's got a purpose. There's only one

who is sovereign and in control over the

things of the world. And that's the

choir. That's the song.

That's what John hears. They're praising

him. Hallelujah.

For his ways. Write down number two.

Hallelujah for his wrath.

Look at verse two and three. For true

and righteous are his judgments, for he

hath judged the great that is

Babylon, which did corrupt the earth

with her fornication and hath avenged

his the blood of his servants at her

hand. And again they said, "Hallelujah."

And her smoke rose up forever and ever.

The system and the city of Babylon is

laying in ruin and distress. The very

best that the Antichrist could come up

with is laying in duress. It's

destroyed. And as the smoke of

destruction rises from the earth, the

song of deliverance can be heard from

the portals of heaven.

As the very best that the Antichrist has

to offer, as the smoke of the ruin and

destruction rises off of the earth,

we can hear from heaven the song of

deliverance, the song of praise.

And I want to remind you tonight that

the that in the end, evil does not win.

But in the end, Jesus wins.

And one of these days, we're going to be

seated around the throne and the smoke

of all the evilness of this world is

going to be rising up off of the earth

or what's left of it. And you and I will

be seated around the throne of the most

high God worshiping him because in the

end, Jesus wins. Now, notice the

judgment of Jesus is both described as

true and righteous.

He is perfect and he is right in judging

sin. And there is coming a day when

Christ will judge sin. There is coming a

day when Christ will destroy the

evilness of this world and you and I

will praise him for his just and

righteous judgment of sin.

Write down number three.

I've got five things and I've got to get

to number five tonight. So, hang on

until we get there. All right? Number

three, they're saying hallelujah for his

worship. ship.

His worship.

When you think about the word worthy, we

sang about it a few moments ago. When

you think about the word worthy,

when you think about the word worship,

the word worship, which has been

convoluted in our society to only mean

music, it means so much more than that.

Music and songs are just the beginning

of worship. They're just a small part of

worship. But worship is so much more.

Here's what worship means. The literal

word worship comes from two words.

Worth

ship.

Worship is literally ascribing. It is

giving God his worthiness. It is saying,

"You alone are worthy of my praise."

That's what worship is. It's worth ship.

And we see that for us in our text.

Notice verse number four.

And the four and 20 elders

and the four beasts fell down and

worshiped God that sat on the throne and

they're saying, "Amen. Hallelujah."

And a voice came out of the throne

saying, "Praise our God and all ye his

servants and ye that fear him, both

small and great." In verse four and

five, we hear another song being sung

from the portals of heaven. You see,

first of all, the saints. Now, you have

to think back with me all the way back

to Revelation chapter four. You see the

phrase the four and 20 elders. That's in

your Bible, right? Remember all the way

back in Revelation chapter four, we saw

the four and 20 elders. They were

gathered around the throne. They were on

that sea of glass and they were

worshiping God at the beginning of the

tribulation. Now, we're at the end of

the tribulation and we see them again.

We don't see them during the tribulation

except for maybe one or two times when

John's attention is directed into

heaven. But every time we see them,

they're always in heaven.

We see them at the beginning in heaven.

We see them at the end in heaven. Does

anyone remember who the four and 20

elders are a representative group of?

Me. That's me. I'm part of that group.

The 20 and four elders is a

representative group of the church of

Jesus Christ. It's the New Testament

church. In Revelation chapter four, the

church is raptured out and we are seen

around the throne of God before the

tribulation begins. And now we get to

the end of the tribulation and once

again John's attention is directed to

heaven, not earth, to heaven, where he

sees the four and 20 elders, that is the

church gathered around the throne

worshiping our savior. And notice the

song that they sing. They sing, "Amen

and hallelujah." That is words of truth

and words of praise. Now, I'm just going

to throw this in here

cuz we could use some help with this

sometimes.

You may not say amen very much down

here.

But there is coming a day when you are

going to say amen. And sometimes I get

up here and I get to preaching and I do

everything I can to get an amen out of

you and you don't give me one. You won't

do it. You just won't say amen. But I

can't wait till I get to heaven and I'm

here and you're over there and I hear

you saying, "Amen. Hallelujah. Amen.

Hallelujah." And I'm just going to reach

over and tap you on the shoulder and

say, "You couldn't have done that while

I was preaching once in a while?"

Y'all okay?

They say, "Amen.

Hallelujah."

Verse five, and a voice came out of the

throne saying, "Praise our God."

We see the command to praise that comes

out of the throne. Praise our God. A

command to praise. And then we see the

congregation who praises. All ye his

servants. Ye that fear him, both small

and great. Everyone who is saved will be

praising God.

Let me give you number four.

We've seen hallelujah for his ways.

We've seen hallelujah for his wrath.

We've seen hallelujah for his worship.

Notice number four, hallelujah for his

wonder.

His wonder.

Look at verse number six with me.

And I heard as it were the voice of a

great multitude and as the voice of many

waters and as the voice of the mighty

thundering saying,

"Hallelujah.

The Lord God omnipotent reigneth." There

is a great multitude. This great

multitude, a great host of heaven. This

is a thunderous choir singing to an

almighty God.

Man, sometimes here on this earth,

we we just don't get it, do we? We go

through our motions and we sing and we

worship. I can't wait till we get to

heaven and we get to hear a heavenly

choir, a real choir. I love good choir

music. In fact, I I watch churches all

the time. I watch YouTube videos all the

time. I go to churches as often as I can

and my favorite churches to go to, my

favorite services to be a part of, are

churches that have big, vibrant choir

ministries. And you hear those people

start singing and you hear that choir

start lifting their voices and you hear

a multitude of people begin to sing the

praises of God and there is something

that is just energizing that makes you

want to be a part of that. That makes

you want to praise God. That makes you

want to glorify him. Well, there's

coming a day when we're going to hear

choir music and anybody who says that

choirs are not biblical has not read

what's going to be in heaven. When we

get to heaven, there's going to be a lot

of choir music and I'm looking forward

to it. There's going to be some great

choirs. I'm going to be a part of some

of those choirs. We see a great

multitude, a great host of heaven

singing this thunderous choir song. By

the way, heaven is not going to be

quiet.

It says a description of this song is

that it is the voice of It sounds like

the voice of many waters and as the

voice of a mighty thundering. There is

nothing quiet about what's going to be

happening in heaven. It's going to be

loud and it's going to be energetic and

it's going to be full of praise to the

one true God.

Notice what they're praising him for.

They're saying "Hallelujah, for the Lord

God omnipotent reigneth." The choir is

praising God for his unending, never

failing omnipotence.

We use the word omnipotence in theology.

What does it mean?

It simply means all

power.

All power. He is all powerful. This is

his might is on display. We praise him

for his strength and for his might, for

his power.

Okay, we made it to number five.

Give me a few more minutes and we'll

wrap this up. Number five, they're

saying "Hallelujah

for his wedding."

"Hallelujah

for his wedding." Look at verse 10.

"Let us be glad and rejoice and give

honor to him."

For what? What are we praising him for

now?

"For the marriage of the Lamb is come

and his wife hath made herself ready."

Who is the wife of Christ? Who is the

bride of Christ tonight?

Me.

That's me. That's you. We are the

church. We are the bride of Christ.

"The wife hath made herself ready and to

her was granted that she should be

arrayed in fine linen." That's you and

I. "Clean and white for the fine linen

is the righteousness of the saints."

"And he saith unto me, Write, blessed

are they which are called unto the

marriage supper of the Lamb. And he

saith unto me, These things are true

sayings of God." It's a beautiful

passage that describes for us the

marriage supper of the Lamb, which I'm

sure you have heard

uh preachers preach on and people talk

about. One day, it will take place in

heaven.

And in order to understand the beauty of

the text, we have to understand the

marriage culture uh in Israel in which

this was written, the time in which it

was written. So, let me give you just a

brief outline of Jewish wedding

ceremonies. It looked like this. There

were three components. First of all,

there was a betrothal period.

They had first a betrothal period. You

probably recognize that word from when

Joseph and Mary uh when baby Jesus was

coming along and Mary was with child.

They were in that betrothal period.

Here's what that meant. The groom They

had arranged marriages back then. So,

Joseph didn't really get to have a

choice in in who he got to marry. He was

just kind of told this is the girl for

you. And so, they have this arranged

marriage. Uh Joseph is going to buy

Mary. He's going to pay a price

for his bride-to-be. Fathers get

together. They arrange the marriage. The

groom-to-be then buys the bride with a

price. She and him are now considered

married,

but they do not live together and they

do not have intimacy yet.

After he buys his wife, they are

betrothed. Legally, they are married,

but they are not living together. Then

Joseph was going to go and he was going

to build a place for him and his bride

to live. And this place would usually be

attached to Joseph's father's house.

So, he would buy his bride. They were

now betrothed. He would take 1 year and

he would go build a house

on the side of his father's house. At

the end of that time, when his house was

built, the bridegroom, number two if

you're if you're outlining all this,

number two, the bridegroom returns.

So, you have the betrothal period. He's

going to pay the price. They're married,

but they're not together. Then he's

going to go build a house.

When the time is right, he's going to

come back. The bridegroom returns.

And when he returns, he will take his

bride.

And together, they will go back to the

place that he has prepared for his

bride.

And they will dwell in that place. Now,

when they get there, we see a third

thing that will take place. As they come

into the city, into the town, there will

be a great banquet prepared. Number

three.

It's a banquet of rejoicing.

So, the the They're arranged. They're

put together. He pays a price for the

bride. Then they are separated. They are

married, but they're separated. He

prepares a place for the bride. Then

he's going to go return. He's going to

get his bride, take her back to the

place that he has prepared and there's

going to be a 7-day feast, a 7-day

banquet in which the community, the

family, the friends, the bride, the

groom, everyone celebrates

this

uh this marriage.

Okay, so that's that's a brief outline.

We could talk about more things, but

that's a brief outline of what a Jewish

marriage looked like.

All of that is is a picture that Christ

uses for his relationship and the

church. Let me show it to you. Right

now, you and I are in the betrothal

period.

On Calvary, Jesus Christ paid the price

to buy his bride.

The Bible tells us this. In 1

Corinthians 6 and verse 20, the Bible

says "For you are bought with a price."

As the bride of Christ, as a Christian,

you are bought with a price.

Acts chapter 20 and verse 28 says "Feed

Acts 20 · chapter mention

the church of God which he has purchased

with his own blood."

On Calvary, Jesus Christ paid a price

for the church. On Calvary, he paid the

price, the dowry is what it was called,

for his bride, you and I.

Then

Jesus leaves. Now, right now, we're

married cuz the price has already been

paid. It's been finished. It's done. The

The debt has been paid in full. The

price has been paid in full. But Jesus

has gone away for a period of time. And

if you are familiar with John chapter

John 14 · chapter mention

14, you know why he has gone away.

"Let not your heart be troubled." John

14, verse number one. "Let not your

heart be troubled. You believe in God,

believe also in me. In my Father's house

are many mansions and I go to prepare

you a place."

"If it were not so, I would have told

you."

So, our bridegroom has paid the price

for his bride. He's bought us with his

own blood. He's left us in our place for

a temporary time while he has departed

to go back to his Father's house. And

while he's at the Father's house, he's

preparing a place for you and I

while we're in this betrothal period.

But there is the second element and that

is when the bridegroom returns. And

there is coming a day when our

bridegroom will return. There's coming a

day, could be any day now, in which the

sky will separate from itself. Our

bridegroom will come riding on the

clouds and he will rapture us and call

us up to himself. Continuing in John 14,

verse number three, Jesus said "If I go

to prepare a place for you, I will come

again and receive you unto myself that

where I am, there you may be also." So,

he is coming back.

And don't be confused.

That is not what's taking place in

Revelation 19.

That takes place in Revelation chapter

four.

He comes back. He calls us up to

himself.

When we Sometimes, we get easily

confused when we talk about the second

coming of Christ.

Christ is going to come back

without ever stepping foot on this

earth.

And he's going to rapture the church.

The Bible says we will meet him in the

air. That's the rapture. That's not the

second coming.

The second coming is when he comes at

the end of Revelation 19 and he sets

foot on this earth and he wipes out

everybody at the Battle of Armageddon.

That's the second coming of Christ.

So, what we're talking about, what Jesus

said "I will come again." What's he

talking about? He's going to come again

in the clouds and call us to himself and

we're going to meet him in the clouds.

The bridegroom returns. He gets his

bride. We're going to go running out to

meet him.

Uh I can just picture it Picture this in

the Can you see the little girl, the

little the little virgin girl who's

supposed to be married and he's been

gone for over a year preparing a house

and he comes walking down the street.

Can you imagine the excitement when he

comes walking down the street and she

sees him for the first time? She's

married to him. That's her husband, but

she hasn't seen him in a year and she

just takes off running. I think the

rapture might be something like that.

Here comes Jesus in the clouds and we're

just going to be like "We got to go.

Here we go." and we're going to just get

to him as fast as we can in the

twinkling of an eye. We're going to

leave this world and we're going to meet

him in the air. And our bridegroom

returns, gets his bride, and takes us to

the place that he has prepared.

Now, during the tribulation, 7 years is

going to pass in the just a blink of an

eye for you and I. We'll be in heaven

casting crowns at the feet of Jesus.

And in Revelation 19, we're told that

there will be a marriage supper of the

Lamb.

So, that final component, that banquet,

that 7-day feast, that banquet of

rejoicing with all of the family and all

of the friends and all of the community

that would take place when that

bridegroom brought his bride to his

Father's house is going to take place

between you and I and Christ in heaven.

And one of these days, we're going to

sit around a table

in the Father's house

with our savior, with our bridegroom,

and we're going to feast, and we're

going to fellowship,

and we're going to It's going to be

wonderful, unhindered, undistracted

communion

with our savior. That's what's being

described for us in Revelation 19 verse

Revelation 19:7

7 through verse 10. Let me conclude with

this.

There is a wedding that is coming.

It's a wedding between the bride of

Christ and Jesus Christ who is pictured

as the bridegroom.

There's going to be a great banquet at

this wedding, and you and I who are

saved are going to gather at this

banquet. We're going to feast at this

banquet. We're going to have fellowship

with Christ at this banquet. We're going

to see friends and family who have

already gone before. That I may be even

I don't know if this is true, but it

could very very very well be that we get

to sit beside our family. Wouldn't that

be interesting if when we sit around

that heavenly table, we get to sit with

our friends and our families in our

little group. That would be wonderful. I

don't know if God will do that or not,

but it would be cool if he did.

There's coming a day where we are going

to sit at the marriage supper of the

lamb, and we are going to feast with our

savior, and the bride of Christ, the

church, which has been purchased by his

blood, will enjoy his sweet communion

and fellowship.

Jesus Christ has already paid the way

for every single person to attend this

Have you handed out any wedding

invitations lately?

Have you told anybody lately about the

wedding that's going to take place

between the bride of Christ and the

savior of the world? They're invited.

Their way has already been paid. He's

already bought them with the price. All

they've got to do is receive the gift of

salvation, and they can go enjoy the

marriage supper of the lamb with us

instead of the terrible tribulation that

we read about in chapter 6 through

chapter 18.

All we got to do is hand out some

wedding invitations.

And go tell some people that Jesus has

paid it all. That Jesus has paid the

price.

That they are invited

to an eternity

in heaven. Isn't that good? Isn't that

wonderful? That blessed my heart this

afternoon. Let's go out this week, the

rest of this week, and let's go give out

some wedding invitations.

Let's go tell some people that Jesus has

paid it all. That there's coming a

ceremony. There's coming a banquet one

of these days, and they are invited.
