Amen. Amen. The Lord God is good, The Lord God

is greet.

We admonish him this morning, the one and only true God,

for there is only one God, and the God that

we serve, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We give

honor to God this morning.

Amen.

We thank and praise God for our safety as always

and his divine protection.

Amen.

Thank the Lord for waking us up this morning, Amen,

allowing us to see another day, one more day. Here

we are, Amen, Praise Him again. I say, were living

in a day in times as dangerous as the Bible

was declared. These are perilous times, these days, these times

are dangerous. But yet God is still unchanging. He's promised

to protect us, and but he promised to protect us

and keep us.

And he's not a god that can fail yet or otherwise. Aman.

Somebody you know, I noticed I was speaking to a

person the other day and they said, God ain't fail

me yet. I said, so you kind of waiting on

him to do it. You're kind of waiting on him

to do it. See when you say yet, Yeah, I

told you. People say things that sound cute, you know. Yeah,

I know it's happening, but they need to break that

habit because God can't fail. There is no yet, There's

no heck, there's no yet.

He ain't feel me yet. Yeah.

Well, I guess you're sitting around waiting on the yet part.

But I'm here to tell you they't gonna never come.

Amen. Yeah, they made a song out of it.

Amen, so rooted and grounded and things that sounds so good,

but yet it ain't so.

Amen.

Let us pray, Father, We thank you for this day.

We thank you for this privileged opportunity. Father, God in

the name of Jesus, help us with pre prayer minds

for what's yet to come. God, Thank you God for

bringing us together in unity. Thank you for understanding. God

in the name of Jesus Christ. Open eyes and ears. God,

let us hear God from you today. Use me as

your servant. I'm here to serve you God, not myself,

but you God and these people here today, which are

God your people. In the name of Jesus, I'm your servant,

here to serve today, not to be served, but to

serve in the name of Jesus Christ. Bless everyone under

the sound of My voice God from their head till

they told God.

It is my prayer that they get all here today.

We'll get an understanding and change can come in Jesus name.

If you would turn to the Book of Matthews, chapter seven.

Amen. You know we're living in a day and time again.

I say it's dangerous times, perilous times, as the Bible declares, and.

We should.

In knowing this, we need to really gird up our lawings.

So when I say gird up your lawing, I am

saying to you all what God has said to me

in asking is your house ready for the rain? Is

your house ready for the rain? Because I'm here to

tell you, folks, it's raining. I mean, it looks sunny

and beautiful outside, but I'm here to tell you it's raining.

It's raining right now, and so many of us are

barely making it any times.

What do I mean by that. I'm glad you asked.

I don't mean you're barely making it financially, which some

may be that may be listening today. I'm not talking

about your finances I'm not even talking about your health.

I'm talking about your spiritual being. And a lot of

us are barely making it in our spiritual being in

these times because we have lost our focus and our

hope in God, and the world has frightened some of

us so into doing things that to protect our own

self and our own interests. Amen, the thing that we

believe we need to do. And our Lord and Savior

told us to stand still and see the glory of

the Lord. You know, a lot of us still yet

comeing to the ministries and hearing the word of God,

and still yet not doing what it says, because to them,

as you've heard me say, it's a robotic act, business

as usual.

Let me read for you real quick, John, chapter fourteen

and verse twenty eight. In John chapter fourteen and verse

twenty eight, the Bible says, here this is the promise.

These verses Jesus talking about the promise of the Holy Spirit.

And he said, yeay have it said?

Ye have heard how I said, unto you, I go

away and come again unto you. If you loved me,

so when you heard, if you loved him, ye would rejoice,

because I said I go into the Father for my

Father is greater than I. So Jesus in us is

greater than us, and the Father is greater than he.

But we have to understand Jesus is talking about him

in the flesh because he's God, but he's talking.

About him in the flesh as a whole another lesson.

But when we have him in the spirit in us,

you understand, then we'll do what the words say do

and we won't be barely making it. I mean see,

it's dangerous right now to be barely making it in

these times. Ay man, you may be seated in the

house of the Lord.

It's very dangerous.

Because the conversation I just had in the back even

proves it more and more to me that it's very

dangerous to be barely making it in your spiritual being

because the enemy is on strong attack.

And you can't have that business as.

Usual attitude anymore. You got to really connect yourself, you know,

I said this morning, if we would connect ourselves to

the things of the world that we love the most.

I love that pair of shoes right there there, that's

my shoe.

I love them.

If people right now and out there washing their gods

bloody car I love my house.

I love my furniture.

Can you exhibit that and more and add more to

that for God? Why are you so excited about those

things more.

Than you are about God.

Your spiritual awareness is barely making it. If that be so,

I love my job. There's a good job.

I love it. I love going to that job every day.

Then why don't you love coming to the House of

God every Sunday? Listen, you love going into that job

every day every day. I want to emphasize that, But Sunday,

one day out of the week, you can't love it.

Some wrong, You're barely making it in your spirit because

your energy is not greater for God's house than it

is for your job. He got to get out of

that business as usual. You're gonna have to change that

attitude towards God because it's really time out for that.

I'm gonna talk to you today. God. There's me disturbed

all week because I'm frustrated by what I see. I

ain't perfect. I'm not perfect, but God is working on me.

And guess what I'm allowing him to do it.

I need work. I need work.

I'm not vamboos that the hood went. I'm not food

to think I'm the greatest.

I need work. See life has caused me to have PTSD.

But God can control that. And he's controlling it because

I used to really snap and I still sometimes.

Feel it coming on, and when I do, I have

to back up by the help of the law. See,

he's working on me and I'm allowing him. I ain't perfect,

but I'm working.

I'm working with the help of God. I don't have

the strength. I need God's strength. That's why I turned

my life overs to God. Because I couldn't do it.

You can't do it either. You can't do it. You

are major like me, out of the dust of the earth.

So we have to understand that our excitement has got

to be greater than.

We have for things and for the world.

For the Bible tellers, don't set our affections on the

things of the world. Our factions a supposed to be

said on the things above. This is to our relationships.

I messed up. Somebody asked the question in this morning

with God gives us all these emotions. He gave them

to you for him. He didn't give them to you

for you to direct them on somebody. You're supposed to

use some of that but all of it suposed to

be given to him. That's why you get in this.

That's my boyfriend. You ain't even you ain't even They

not even.

Authorized to have any authority over you. And I can't

get these folks to understand this. A boyfriend that got

no authority over no girl. A girl ain't got no

thort on no boy. Only marriage gives you the authority.

He said, your body's not your own woman, Your body

belonged to him.

Man, your body belong to her boyfriend. Girlfriend. You don't

belong on each other. It ain't even in the.

Bible, and I used to preachionseing in there either, But

it is because married was Joseph's fiance.

But that's a spouse to him.

That means somebody that is definitely gonna marry that person.

In other words, it wasn't even married. And the Bible

said called her his wife, and the Bible called Joseph

her husband.

But they had not married yet because she was a

spouse to him.

In God's sight, they already joining unity because why it's

his fiance.

Are you hearing me?

We're living in some dangerous times. Our emotions are out

of focus. You're emotional for the wrong things. We're not

supposed to set our affections on things on this earth.

And I'm saying all this because is your house ready.

For the rain?

And it is abye the allowance of the hand of

God that you allow to help build your house. I said,

it's about the allowance of you, by the hand of

God that you build your house.

But is your house ready for the rain? Is your

house ready for the rain? See?

At any given time, too many people talking about Jesus

coming back.

Nobody knows when you're coming.

Let me tell you some when you die, he came

for you. He didne came back. See, we gotta get

a kind of crazies of out of mind, were stuck

on certain things.

But it's bigger than that. It goes a lot further

than that.

Oh, he coming back for the second time for the

whole world.

But he come back sometime, just for one or two

or three individually.

He done came back today at some point somebody died today,

Hold our folks, and dad to day, Hold our folks now,

I ran prior to day to day in Israel. And

guess what they met them? They have met those two appointments.

Death judgment, death judgment when that appointment comes. Is your

house ready for the rain? Is your roof fix? Because

if your room thing's fixed, your house ain't ready for

the rain.

Your ceilings ain't gonna be ready either, nor your floor.

So we got all of the ministry that God had

me doing for the weeks of months of focus, and

it still keep coming back. It's because God wants you

to have your house ready for the rain. And because

my mind has been trying to deceive me and leave

me in the wrong direction concerning certain folks.

I know what it's doing. Why because I'm alerted by

the Holy Ghost. Why because my house is ready?

See, your house gotta be, Your house gotta be. In

other words, when I asked this question, which is the

title of this sermon, is your house ready for the rain?

All I'm saying is you're ready for the attack?

Right? Because the attack is gonna come against your house.

Do you have your fortress ready to fight? You can't

have no weak points. I they'll get in you. I

would see that movie where.

Will Smith was in and wasn't nobody but zombies on

the earth or something, and him and that dog he

had that dog and the dog got in trouble, but

it was also a woman and a child they found later.

But anyway, the point of the movie that I'm trying

to bring your attention is those folks at daytime, they

couldn't come out at nighttime.

They roamed the earth, and.

He had to keep He had a fortress. If they

ever found where he stayed, he had a fortress.

He would always go.

Back in the daytime, never at night because they could

follow him.

And so he had a fortress. He had a pit

that if they got close enough.

He liked the pit, and there was a fire ring

all the way around his house.

They couldn't get over.

And then he had metal cages that came down over

the windows and door.

He had a fortress.

You get what I'm saying. He was ready for the attack.

When it came. He was ready. Is your house ready

for the attack? Because it's coming. And then even though they.

Got through because he messed up and got knocked out

of something I can't remember, when he went home late

and they followed him, and the fortress held up for

a while until they got through. They came through the roof,

through the windows, the door. They I mean, they was

just horrible but he still had another plane.

You gotta have a b player to get on the inside.

Even though they got in, he had another room by

the men.

If they couldn't get through it.

They were beating on the glass, running into it head first.

But he had another plan.

If they get through this glass, I got some fun.

And they got through that glass and boom.

That was his third plan. He was ready for the ring.

He didn't have to think about what he had to do.

He was ready. He was ready. See what I'm trying

to tell you, You got to even be ready unto death.

Because he was ready unto death. He wasn't gonna let

them turn him into a zombie. When they got through

the first force, he was ready.

Got in his second chamber. When they got through the

second chamber, they wasn't getting through the third one because

he was ready under death.

Boom, he died. Wasn't going out like that. See we understand.

We got to have our house ready for the rain because.

We can't go to hell. We cannot go to hell.

We got to make it into the Kingdom. It ain't

no if it bust about it, your mind should be

fully persuaded. You gotta get to heaven.

You gotta fight a fight like you ain't never fought before.

And the only way you can do that is you

got to have your house ready for the attacks, because

they come in.

Too many people believe, because of these false prophets and teachers,

that all you gotta do is prosper get a car

in the house, dam gonna get you into heaven.

You're gonna need some strength. You don't need.

No strength to get no car, no house, get a job. Yeah,

let me read a little bit more, Matthew, Chapter seven,

verse twenty four. Jesus talking here. He's talking about what

kind of house you got, And you gonna tell you

what's gonna happen if you got this house. It's only

two houses that he speaks about, right cause it's only

two kind of houses you can have. I don't care

if you build a fifty two room house, a seventy

five room house, or six roomhouse or three bedroom. It's

still one or the other kind of house. So he

goes on to say in verse twenty four, Therefore, therefore,

whosoever hearing these things of mine and do with them,

I would like him until a wise man which build

his house up.

On a rock.

So if you listen to Jesus, like I was trying

to tell somebody a few minutes ago.

If you listen to Jesus, not me, not me, not

since they lay not brother Mary. But Jesus counts you

as a wise man.

That's way more important. Do you know how encouraging that is?

That God counts me as a wise man, counts you

as a wise woman. A man, he says, But if

you got to listen to his sins, though, you got

to listen to him. And the rain descended Verse twenty five,

and the floods came, and the winds blew.

Look look, look, look, look.

At all his ammunitions and beat upon the house, and

it fell, not for it was founded upon a rock.

He said.

Therefore, whosoever hearing these things of mine, and do with them,

not just hear them, but do with them, I would

liken him into a wise man, which build his house.

Upon a rock.

Even if your house was built up on the rock.

When the rain des sinds, and the floods come, and

the wind blow and it beat upon.

Your house, your house will not follow. Your house. Don't

stay it. Your house done stand.

If you build it the way he's saying, in verse

twenty four. That's how it's gotta be built. Those are

your instructions the building your house.

Ain't that many right there? It ain't hard to take in.

He ain't telling you get sixteen two much foes, five

two by sixes, some paid ones, some osb ones, thirty

year shingles.

He said, listen to the sayings that I say, and

do them. That's it. That's it. That's all the materials

you need.

But somebody say, but but everyone that hear it these

things of mind, everyone, not every every other one, but

everyone that's everyone that hear it, these things.

Of mind, and do it them not shall be liking

it to a foolish man on here wise, and that

which builds his house up on the sand and the rain,

the sind and the flood, you don't get the same

same same attack.

And the winds blow and beat up on the house.

And it fell. And guess what, it didn't just fall.

It's a great and great was the fall of it.

I mean it doesn't just fall. I mean it was

like you have seen them folks.

With the do demolition on big buildings, so they put

see what the see watching this, y'all gonna get this,

y'all gonna get this. Let me tell you how they

do the demolition. See the way they do the demolition.

They don't they don't be on outside the building. They

gotta get in the building, y'all, y'all getting what I'm saying.

They gotta get in the building and put the explosives on.

The post that's holding it up. What's holding it up, the.

The main structure of the building on the inside, and

then they blow it and it brings it straight down

instead of falling all over the places.

It brings it straight down, straight.

Down, instead of falling over the places, because they go

on the inside help blow it up.

And when they do that, it loses its structure. And

when it loses its structure, it crumbles to the ground.

See when the enemy gets on the inside of you,

you don't hear what I'm saying, because he gotta get

in you and get the working in you.

And then when he gets the purpose, he blows up and.

Then you crumble to the ground because then you commit

that which he had purpose for you to do.

That's where the explosion comes in. You pull the trigger,

you use the.

Knife, you cuts them out, you lie, it blows out

from the inside. But what kind of house you got?

Is it ready for the rain? Is it ready for

the rain?

And when it came in verse twenty eight to.

Pass, when Jesus had ended these things, they were astonished.

The people were astonished and these at this doctrine. They

was astonished at this doctrine.

What doctrine? They was astonished by the teachings of Jesus Christ.

That's what doctrie means. He was teaching. They was astonished

about what he was saying, for he told them as

one having authority and not as the scribes see the authority.

Why because he was God and what he said was truth. Amen.

So when Jesus was done with these sayings, he was

concluding and illustrating that there are two foundations.

That you build your house on.

MM and those that hear and do his sayings shall

be saved.

That's what he said.

But he also was reminding us that hearing this message

alone will not change your life, because you must both

hear and do.

That's what he's said.

Those that hear my sayings and it is say are said.

And you know how you write a check if you

write Charles and brother Mary, we both got to be

there to cash.

You write Charles, our brother Murray, he can go, I

can go. But he said, and so you got him both.

You gotta have him both.

It ain't gonna work. Let's you dad too. So you

can't just hear it. You got to hear it and

do it. What Jesus has said. And in these passages

of Scripture, he talks about a house that in that

stands in the rain, it stands in the wind in

the natural sense. Because even in the natural sense, if

you don't build the foundation of the house right. As

a matter of fact, a sister that I knew in

the church before they built some new houses in in

not members, but in Mississippi, down in DeSoto and across the.

Street, they built this man's house, beautiful house, four hundred

thousand dollars. They had to tack down.

The foundation was not built right, wasn't on the solid rock.

Help me, brother had tacked down. And that's in a

natural sense. So if you don't build.

Your house, your spiritual house, like Jesus said, on the rock,

because here he talks about two different houses. He talks

about two different houses here, and he talks about how

the wind and the rain and the flood's gonna come

and knock them down. Because if you don't build it

on a solid foundation. A man that builds his house

on sand, he builds his house on sinking saying, saying,

moves all the time, get wet, it even draws up,

it's not gonna hold. Even when they built that place

in the by, they was trying to figure out how

in the world is they gonna build it out there

on this sand.

What they had to do. They had to dig d, y'all,

don't hear what I'm saying. They had to dig d

until they hit rock.

They had to dig d until they hit the rock.

When they hit the rock, they could build.

See if you got a little saying, did d until

you hit the rock? Because if you building on sand,

great where your house falls, because your house is gonna

be at fault.

Not because he failed.

To labor, but because he did not lay the proper

foundation for the house.

You can labor, but if you don't leave proper foundation.

See the I can't tell you what it was, but

the conversation that I was in back there before I

came in, there was.

Not a solid foundation.

They It was a laboring but it wasn't a solid foundation.

And if you don't have a solid.

Foundation, down down, man, down, man down, I can't stand.

You can label all you want, but if you're laboring,

you gotta have a proper foundation.

You see, saying shifts, which means if you build your

house on saying, it's gonna shift.

And if it shifts, it's not gonna operate.

Right because a house is held together, watch it by pressure.

You thought the nails held a house together.

No, a house held together by pressure.

Because shee saying since, which means he builds his house

on the human opinion and doctrine of men, and not

what God says.

In verse twenty eight, See.

That's how you build on say, by opinion, by man's doctrine.

In other words, man's teaching, not by the word of God.

The word of God gives.

Us one is one formula, one script, two pieces of

material to build one house his sayings, hearing them and

doing them. A lot of people waste time building what

they think is a beautiful life and a beautiful home.

But they don't consider that the house they built today

will be tested tomorrow.

And it may not be able to survive the test

of time.

Because you see in our lives there is going to

be some rain.

It's gonna be some rain. You got to understanding our lives.

It's going to be some rain. And when it does

rain in your.

Life, don't think just because you're getting a little sprinkled,

a little mist of rain, sometimes the flood gonna come.

Mm hm.

You ever notice?

You ever notice when it rains real quick and it

rained so hard?

Y'all missed that? Did you get that?

When it rains real quick and it rained so hard.

Let me say it one more time. Sometime it rains

real quick and it rains so hard. Yeah.

See, sometime it rains real quick. But your house gotta

be ready, and sometimes ain't.

Even in the natural.

When it rains real quick and so hard, the godness

can't handle it.

That's why the streets flood. Too much rain, too much,

too quick.

You gotta have your house ready for the rain. People say,

when it rains, it floods. When it rains, it pulls.

But is your house ready for it? It's coming?

Rest assured. I don't care if you're having a good time.

It's coming. It's coming. And see when it comes.

If your house is ready, then it's forfitting what God

says to you. All things work together for the good

of them to love the Lord. Your house is ready.

But if your house ain't ready, you gonna be having

what you.

Gonna declare bad time.

And it don't matter who you are, You're gonna have

some rain in your life.

I don't care if you the Pope, he's already.

Raining in his life because he ain't even he got

the wrong idea about how God want him to be.

Anyway, it's already raining. See when the Bible talks about rain, in.

The Bible is talking about trouble is coming, talking about trouble.

So when the trouble comes, are you ready?

Are you ready for the trouble that's coming. So it

don't matter who you are. What matters is if your

house is ready. It matters what kind of house you're building. See,

you can't be like Steve Harvey thirty years.

Keep talking about I'm still under construction, and for thirty.

Years, I'm trying to tell him, Nigga, you ain't even

pulled the foundation yet.

You ain't even pulled the foundation.

You ain't even dug a footing. You ain't with the

rest of them, and so many they say, I pray

to God, I love the Lord.

I pray, I stand and I pray.

I say, you know what you're deceived by. You're deceived

by the devil. You're so far from God you can't

even you don't even see it. It's so many people,

so far from God. But they can't see it because

the enemy got you blinded.

But you think you're close, but you're not as close

as you think. You out.

That's the reason why he allows it to He allows

it to let you believe that it's seemingly everything's all

right in my life. But I'm here to tell you

you better get a check up.

You better get a check up.

You better get an engineer to come back and check

the structure of your house.

Let's just engineer come back and check your house and

see if you're still structurally sound. Hey man, see if

your house is still ready. See over the time the

house get old, they start shifting a little bit, even

on a solid foundation.

That house will shift sometime on a solid foundation. You

better get an engineer over make sure that your structure

cracks are still sturdy.

See, all I'm talking about is your life is.

Gonna be tested, not just with a little rain. It's

gonna have to stand up against some flood sometimes. And

that's when one trouble comes one after the other.

Like when you read about Job. We know about Job.

It poured down rain, and one servant after another telling

Job what about his trouble, One about his cattle, one

about his material possessions, one about his children, one about

his And then his wife came. And his wife came

and told me, you know, I just kill yourself and die.

You can't, you can't handle it. Tear the house down, man, No,

my house got good structure. I ain't tearing it down.

It's got good structure.

It's gonna stand in spite of the rain, in spite

of the wind, in spite of the fire. You can

burn up the inside, but it's still got good structure

to build on. You know that man, You know that

man must have built his house on the rock. Because

when the floods of trouble kept coming, Joe stood strong

and said, though he's slaving us yet, will I trust him?

In fact, all of my appointed dead, I'm just gonna wait.

Because I know my change will come. After all he

went through, he said, don't is slaving yet? Will? I

trust him?

And we have a little we have a little splint

on our finger, little splinter in our life.

Well, God, I thought you thought wrong. When you stand

like job Stud, it ain't a matter.

It wasn't a matter of fact with Joe, even though

he was going through all that, It wasn't a matter

of fact with with Joe. Job knew this one thing.

I know, my change will come, he said. It though

you sway there, all that I'm going through, all that

I've been through, no m change coming, he said, I

know this too will pass. And when it does, the

blessings and go flow. And this is a day when

so many were instant blessings.

You know. I was telling somebody the other day, I said,

the problem is.

We we will God to bam bam bam, and we're

not consistent.

In God to get the bam bam bam. We serve

a consistent God. If you want the bam bam.

Bam, but you ain't consistent, You ain't consistent in prayer,

you ain't consistent and trusting Him, you ain't consistent.

In your faithfulness. But you want God to give you

the bam bam bam.

You want the oat meal the new way, not boil

the water, put the old sin, stir it up air,

little carnation, milk, little.

Sugar, little butter. You want an instant pop open the

thing and pull it in hot water and go eating.

He ain't that kind of god. Old school want them

instant meals.

Pop it in the micaelwave, pop it in the airy fry.

And there it is ready to go with all the

radiation there is ready.

People won't instant, which defines easy, no trials, no tribulation,

no trouble.

Easy.

That's why when you go to jobs now, they tell,

let me show the easy way to do it.

Feel the job, let me show the easy way to

do it.

And then when trouble come because you ain't built and

structured in your job, your house don't fall.

I didn't know that was gonna.

Happen, because you had learned it the easy way. You

went around the part that would help you with your troubles.

You went around it. I had a job, I went

to it.

Let me show you how to do it the easy way.

Say hey, hold on, no, don't show me how it's

supposed to be done. Let me figure out the easy way.

That's what I told them, the truth from here to globey,

I said, no, show me exactly how it's supposed to

be done, and I'll figure out all that.

Rest of stuff.

No, got a lot of people with instant salvation. They

got instant salvation. They walk into church one day, hear

the preacher, here.

The choir, and they say, well, this is pretty exciting.

It's a pretty exciting place, and they claim salvation. After that.

A lot of people claim salvation after they get baptized,

but never been saved. And then nine times out of

ten they got baptized the wrong way, so they ain't baptized.

I saved. I told you'all, God's word only works for God.

You got people baptizing, people talking about I baptized you

in the name of the Father and the Son and

the Holy goes and raise you back up.

They ain't want to, said Jesus. They ain't said Jesus.

They say, I baptize you in the name of the Father,

the name of the Son, the name of the Holy.

What's the name?

You baptize them in the name, what's the name? This

is an exciting place. They want to come for the excitement.

You've heard people say, you talk to people, you may

have told them about minutes they say, y'all got a

good choir. They come for the excitement. They're coming for

the excitement. They ain't coming for nothing else. See, they

won't come for Bible study, and it won't get into

the scriptures at home, and they reading all kinds of

other devilish stuff, and watching all kinds of other devilish

stuff on TV, watching all of the devil was trash,

and watching everything on TV, all of the soaps, One

Life to Live that really ought to give you a message,

watching One Life.

To Live.

Even as the world turns, and even getting into all

my children, whose children, and then out there on a

psychic line, calling them up, dropping in the pond where

the places, getting on the hot line, getting on Christian

dating lines, Christian Dayton shows. The Bible said a man

founded the wife. Only God's word works for God. I

done found me a good godly man. I've seen fifteen

of them, and this man, he goes, he didn't go

into your blah blah blah. She's saying this. The Bible said,

a man founded the wife. Then she get hooked up

with him and find.

Out he wasn't God is she thought he was.

He had a form of godliness, but denying the power

thereof course, why God's word only words for God. And

if your house ain't built on that solid foundation, your

dog's gonna fall off, the front door gonna fall off,

and everything gonna walk.

In your house.

Bugs, spiders, cats, dogs, everything coming in.

Snakes.

Since the lane's afraid of snakes or what she said

that snakes, keep that door closed, this lane. Let me

tell you something, people, The rain is coming. The rain

is coming in your house will not stand if you

don't put the right stuff in the foundation.

See when you.

You're taking Jesus Christ, that's your foundation. And then what

do you do you take You take all this stuff

right here and put it in it. See you're take

Jesus Christ your foundation. Then you take all this stuff

the rock and put it in it.

Then you're good. You hear me, You're good, You're good.

Then that's how you build well.

I know some people might be saying they might be

saying it that I'm good preaching.

You're not talking about me because I'm not.

Having trouble in my marriage and my life, with my kids,

with my bills, with my social life. I'm not having

trouble with my children. I'm I'm good financially standing, my

health is good. So don't tell me about all that

rain is coming, because I'm ready for that rain.

I'm ready for the flood patting up.

Well, let me tell you something. I don't care how

good things are for you today.

The rain's coming.

And oh oh yes, the sun is shining beautifully. You

got all your bills paid, you got money in the bank,

and you just got your check up and the doctor

said everything is all right.

You think your marriage is sound and.

Your children are all on course. But I don't care

how bright the sun is shining. Storms come suddenly. You

got all that together, but storms come suddenly.

I've seen lightning strike on a bright.

Sunny day, people out in the park, playing, riding by

around the trail, and lightning strike right in the park.

Storms come suddenly. You could be looking at a bright

sunny day, then hear thunder rowing, storms coming quick. I

was out fishing, bright pretty day, fishing.

All of a sudden I looked down the river and

here the rain come. I mean, the rain was running. Literally,

it was raining down there, and it was coming.

It was coming like this, and when it hit, it

hit hard. Suddenly it's gonna be a good, beautiful day.

We put the.

Boat in the water. We out there fishing. But suddenly

the rain came, and we had to be ready.

I had a rain suit. You gotta be ready.

The rain will come suddenly, it'll come quick. And when

the storms comes, and I'm talking about the storms in

your life, you need to be sure that you have

built a house that will survive you. Make sure you

build a house that can survive the storm. Is your

house ready for the rain, a house that will survive

the storm.

And that's why Jesus was teaching them.

Out of the many things he did teach of the

Sermon on the Mountain, was in this last chapter was

that whoever hears and does his sayings builds his house

up on the rock, not just build his house upon

the rock, and is a wise man. But let me

tell you about some who believe that they are wise

and smarter than most.

They out there.

I don't care how wise you think you are, if

you have not built your house on the word of God,

if you have not built your house on the word

of God and have it as the foundation of your life.

You have built your house on sinking sin.

So many people have built their house according to other folks,

according to their own opinion, according to what Mama and.

Daddy told them. But they have not built it on

the word of God.

And the house has had a great fall, and some

are yet to fall. So if you want to survive

the storm, you're gonna have to live your life according

to what the Bible says. Jesus says, now that you

have heard my word, you dared not ignore it.

And if you have ever been.

Acquainted with the word of God, you're gonna be judged.

By the word of God.

I used to tell people, I told you this story.

I used to scare people on purpose. I'd make them

start or startle them.

I would speak to them about the word of God

that they've never heard before.

And in the midst of all of that, I would

do something like this, Oh man, I would jump like that,

and they would jump the w what like something coming?

What I said, Man, dang comment man, man, look what

I undid. They'd be like what I said, Man, I

didne endangered your life.

I done told you about Jesus. Now you're gonna be

held accounting theavey looking crazy what Yeah, you know it.

Now you've been acquainted with it. Now now you're gonna

be held accountable. So if you ever been acquainted with

the Word of God, you're gonna be judged by the

Word of God.

Now you're gonna be judged, brother.

Cause you know now you can't say you don't know.

He'll pull the real up all no. In twenty twenty four.

Uh uh, half timeAs right here telling you this, brother,

you're lying. Now you're really going to hell because you're

gonna lie to it in my face, because that's who's

face you're gonna be in. You're gonna be judged by

the Word once you've been acquainted with it. Everybody in

there has been acquainted with it. And Jesus said, if

you don't pay any attention to what I've said, your

life is going to be like the man that builds

his house on sand. If you ain't paying attention what

Jesus said, your house is being built on sand. Rain

is coming to church and the wind is going to blow.

And don't you wear it if you don't build on

the rock. Great as Jesus said, great, will your house fall.

Don't look at where you are now. Don't look at

where you are now.

That's what I'm talking about today, is your house built

on the right foundation because the rain is coming. Don't

look at where you are right now. Hey man, don't

look at where you are now. You're saying I got

plenty of money. Don't look at all that. Don't look

at that that plenty of money in the bank. Ain't

nobody got plenty of money in the bank, even being

there's more more money in the bank. So that tells

you ain't everybody ain't got no plenty.

Of money in the bank.

You got money in the bank, plenty enough of probably

what you do. But it ain't never plenty because guess what.

Even though you say you got plenty.

Of enough money in the bank, you know you want

some more money in the bank, all right, m h,

even though you got all that money in the bank,

even though the doctors say.

You in good health, even though your children may be.

Structurally said, if you don't give no time to God,

you got a fall in coming.

You might think you're standing on top of the mountain

right now. But if you don't give God no time.

You got a falling come.

I say it like that, you got a fall in coming?

Yes, because I.

Can hear the rain coming. I don't have time to

give to the Lord. You got a fall in coming.

I don't have time to read the scripture tonight.

I'm sleepy. You got a falling coming. I don't have

time to go to church this morning. I'm tired. You

got a fall in coming.

If you don't learn how to pattern your life after

the word of the Lord again, I'll tell you.

The sun might be shiny bright in your life right now.

But look out, because I hear thunder are far off.

You know how you can hear that thunder sounding far away.

It ain't raining yet, but you can hear that thunder.

I hear thunder far off and light that I've seen

it flashing, and the rain is coming. It's coming in

your life. I hear the thunder and I hear to

see the lightning.

You better expect the rain because it's coming in your life,

and it's going to depend on your foundation if you

will survive the storm. Storms coming our lives, they come

in our lives. Suddenly.

You might get a phone call such and such such

I got a phone call the other day, your partner.

I call him my brother. Your brother. Mother fell broke.

A neck, broke her back, broke a hip, going in

surgery at five o'clock this evening.

Suddenly storms to come in your life. I called him

up and I.

Said, be praying for moms and all of this. After

I went off on him because he ain't the one

that told me. Somebody else told me, so I went

off on him. But storms come suddenly in your life,

and it's gonna depend on your foundation. If you will

survive the storm, Church, it's gonna depend on what you've

been building on.

You did like one of the little pigs and took

some straw and mud. The devil gonna huff and he's

gonna puff.

You're gonna blow your house down, and you can't be

like the three little pigs when the two pigs went

to live with the one little pig with the brick house.

Once you blow your house down, you're down. You gonna

have to get up. God willing build a brick house.

You're gonna need your own house because you're gonna have

to have your own foundations. You can't live out your

daddy pastor's foundation. You're gonna have to have your own foundation.

My daddy is a bishop.

Good you not I'm like Shaq. My kids keep saying

they rich. I said, no, y'all, not rich. I'm rich.

This is my foundation. You gotta get your own and

I ain't having no audition.

Built on my house. You gotta have your own house.

When it comes, your foundation gonna tell on you. If

Jesus is your foundation, you don't have to wear it.

But if he's not your foundation, get ready, get ready,

because the trouble that's going to wash you away is

on its ways to your door. You see, I told

an individual once, looking into her husband's phone.

And all that.

I said, baby, you ain't gotta look for trouble. Trouble

looking for you, Trouble looking for you. And if you

ain't got that house built on that foundation, trouble coming now.

But you don't have to wear it if you're built

on Jesus Christ.

But if you have it, you better wear it because

trouble is coming and it's gonna wash away.

Because it's coming to your door. And when it comes

to your door, will your house survive the storm?

That's the question today? Will your house survive the storm.

Because I hear I'll tell your church.

Will your house survive the storm? Because I can hear

the rain coming?

Amen, I can hear the ring. I heard the thunder

and then I seen the lightning. Ain't nothing left but

the ring, and it's coming. Can your house survive the storm?

So, in other words, is your house ready for the rain? Amen? Amen?

Is your house ready for the story?

Because the storm's coming. It might be delayed, but it's coming.

Sometimes when the storm comes, it's not a heavy storm,

but sometimes it's gonna be heavy. And you can rest

assure all your storms ain't gonna be light. You're gonna

have some heavy storms in your life. But if your

foundation is ready for the storm, your house will survive.
