  1. Father, we thank you for what you have been doing in this place starting at 8 o'clock.

  2. I pray, master, that you do it again, and I'm faithful enough to ask God that you take us even higher.

  3. Now, god, speak in this place as only you can.

  4. I thank you for my sisters and brothers that have come in With unanswered questions.

  5. They come in needing to hear from you, but I can tell they have come in with expectation.

  6. Their worship speaks for them, lord.

  7. Now, god, because we have an expectation, which means we have faith, I ask you, God, to move like.

  8. Only you can breathe on us afresh right now, and when it's all said and done, we'll be careful to give your name the glory, the honor and the praise for us.

  9. In the powerful and undisputed name of Jesus, we pray.

  10. Let the people of God say together amen, amen, amen to God.

  11. Be the glory to God, be the To God.

  12. Be the glory To God.

  13. Be the glory To God, be the glory.

  14. Hallelujah.

  15. Listen, family.

  16. I thank you all for gracing me with a little bit more time.

  17. We got a little Holy Ghost happy at eight o'clock, so I need a little bit of time to change and do all of those things, but y'all were in amazing hands, aren't y'all glad that we got such great leadership?

  18. Amen, thank you.

  19. Thank you, we appreciate them.

  20. There's a word from the lord today that I want to make sure you understand.

  21. That I hear you, I see you understand what we are as a nation.

  22. I understand what we are as a country.

  23. I understand what we are individually.

  24. Um, and the lord uh woke me up at uh 452, um, not to prepare because the preparation had been done, but to pray.

  25. And so I uh believe that if you join me in prayer, um, you won't hear from me today.

  26. You will hear from heaven, by way of the holy ghost, and I'm excited about what god has said, and I'm excited about what he is going to say.

  27. All right now.

  28. Luke the 23rd chapter, verse 44 through 46.

  29. If you're new, we welcome you today.

  30. Let's celebrate our first-time partners.

  31. It's our custom to read the Word of God together, because it helps us to remember what God is saying.

  32. Most of the time, I usually read from the New Living Translation, but every now and then the Lord leads me through to a different version, and today I'm led to read to you from the King James version Luke 23, verse 44 through 46.

    Luke 23:44–46

  33. Let's read that together ready, set, read.

  34. And it was about the sixth hour and there was a darkness over all earth until the ninth hour and the sun was darkened and the veil of the temple was rent.

  35. In the midst, and when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said father, into thy hands, I commend my spirit.

  36. And having said thus, he gave up the ghost and I would just like to use as a sermon emphasis, as the Holy Spirit would allow my life is in your hands.

  37. He turned to somebody and say my life is in your hands.

  38. Now tell him I'm not talking about you, I'm talking about God.

  39. Hallelujah, you may be seated in the presence of our Lord.

  40. Amen, amen.

  41. Family, I have a task today of trying to help you to understand that I believe and I think that the the most damn dynamic and a central attribute of God Is his hand.

  42. I want to Help you to understand that the hand of God Is why we could come into church and decree and declare some things are about to shift in your life.

  43. But you also have to understand, from a theological perspective, that God is not a human like you or I.

  44. He is not six feet tall, with blonde hair, blue eyes, anything like that, with blonde hair, blue eyes, anything like that.

  45. God is a spirit, and the Bible says they that worship him must worship him.

  46. In what spirit?

  47. And in truth, we also understand that God's thoughts are not our thoughts and his ways are not our ways.

  48. And so God does something to help us to understand him better, to help us to understand how he is operating in our lives.

  49. He gives us something called anthropomorphic language, anthropomorphic language.

  50. Anthropomorphic language is language where you use the human existence to explain a spiritual matter.

  51. For, for example, when the Bible talks about God's ear, it is not suggesting that God has a large or small earlobe, but Psalm 34, verse 17 through 18, tells us about the ear of God.

    Psalms 34:17–18

  52. It says the Lord heard his people when they call for help.

  53. He rescues them from all of their troubles.

  54. This anthropomorphic language is good, because there is somebody in the room that I need to let you know early in the sermon that god has heard you.

  55. That's great news, but tell somebody it gets gooder than that.

  56. It's.

  57. It's good that he heard me.

  58. You ever heard somebody to hear you, but they couldn't do anything about it.

  59. Psalm 34, verse 17 and 18 says not only does he hear us because he has heard our cries.

    Psalms 34:17

  60. He rescues us from all of our troubles and I don't know what's troubling you this morning, but the Lord is saying that he has heard you and a rescue is imminent.

  61. We know what the word imminent means.

  62. That is guaranteed, it's, it's on the way.

  63. When God hears, our rescue is imminent.

  64. Anthropomorphic language not only deals with his ear, it also deals with God walking.

  65. God is not bowlegged like me, but God does walk with us.

  66. As a matter of fact, jeremiah 32, verse 38 says this God has said I will dwell in them and walk in them and I will be their God and they shall be my people.

    Jeremiah 32:38

  67. That's God using the human anatomy to help you to understand that, no matter what you are going through, I'm right, there beside you.

  68. The whole hymn writers had it right he walks with me, he talks with me, he tells me that I am his own and the love we share as we tarry there no other has ever known.

  69. Anthropomorphic language describes the ear of god.

  70. It describes the walk of god, but anthropomorphic language also describes the breath of god.

  71. Genesis 2, verse 7, says and the Lord God, formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul.

    Genesis 2:7

  72. It's a reminder that God is trying to tell us that I am breathing on your situation, I'm breathing on your circumstance, and what looked as if it was dead, it's about to come back alive because of the breath of God.

  73. Somebody ought to be encouraged today, because God sees it and he's about to breathe on it.

  74. Courage today, because God sees it and he's about to breathe on it.

  75. Anybody remember?

  76. In the book of Ezekiel, he takes the prophet down to the valley of dry bones and he asked him a simple question can these dry bones live?

  77. And the prophet declares um, you know God.

  78. And he said prophesy to the bones.

  79. Can I, can I prophesy to your dead situation this morning?

  80. You don't mind if I prophesy to the bones.

  81. I don't know about you, but I'm not the only one that came to church today, pastor Keith, that got some bones.

  82. Am I the only one that came in with some dry spaces and some dry places?

  83. Well, god says that if we prophesy what that means Proclaim the truth of the word of God.

  84. If we prophesy, what does that mean?

  85. Proclaim the truth of the word of God.

  86. If we prophesied, what does that mean?

  87. Hear from heaven and speak what God said If we prophesied, then God will send a wind.

  88. What's the wind?

  89. That's his breath.

  90. He breathes on stuff that the world thought was dead and it comes back alive.

  91. That ought to be some good news.

  92. I'm prophesying to let somebody know that it ain't over that.

  93. I know you was wondering should you quit?

  94. God said no, not yet.

  95. As a matter of fact, do y'all mind helping me and turning to somebody and say no, not yet?

  96. Tell them no, not yet, not yet.

  97. Don't throw in the towel yet, because God is about to breathe on it and it shall come to pass.

  98. We understand the ear of god.

  99. We understand the walk of god.

  100. We understand the breath of god.

  101. We understand the heart of god.

  102. Genesis 6, verse five through six, says the Lord saw that wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

  103. And the Lord regretted that he had made man on the earth and it grieved him to his heart.

  104. What was God showing us here?

  105. It was showing he was showing us that he has emotions, just like we have emotions.

  106. He was showing us that he hurts when we get outside of his will, because he understands that the only thing that happens outside of his will is death.

  107. That's why the business is not flourishing, because it's operating outside of his will.

  108. That's why the marriage is having challenges, because it's operating outside of his will.

  109. That's why some churches are not doing what God has called them to do and having the impact we're supposed to have in the spirit realm, because we operate outside of his will.

  110. And God is saying it's not that I'm so much interested in being a dictator, but I want to see you win.

  111. And he said the only place you win is in my will.

  112. And so in this text he's grieving because the people are operating outside of his will.

  113. And he understands outside of the will of God is nothing but death.

  114. Your God has a heart.

  115. He said I could have punished you a long time ago.

  116. There is no condemnation in Christ Jesus, but there's a whole lot of correction.

  117. And God is saying in this season, chosen City, I want to correct you because I have a heart for you.

  118. I have so much of a heart for you that I sent my son to die for you.

  119. I have so much of a heart for you that I gave you power through the work of the Holy Ghost.

  120. I have so much of a heart for you I have given you pastors after my own heart.

  121. I have so much of a heart for you that I'm going to use you in spite of you.

  122. I have so much of a heart for you.

  123. You ought to get ready for the next thing that's about to happen in your life, because God is saying that it's about to get greater for some of you.

  124. I wish I had some people that was in the room last week where the man of God declares that excessive favor is about to hit our house.

  125. We can declare that excessive favor is about to hit us because God has a heart for us.

  126. No, you got to make this thing personal.

  127. Has a heart for us.

  128. No, you got to make this thing personal.

  129. Is there anybody in the room that does not mind just glorifying God and saying thank you God for having a heart for me.

  130. Thank you God for having a heart for my family.

  131. Thank you God for having a heart for my church.

  132. Thank you God for having a heart for everything that's concerning me.

  133. If there are a heart in the house tonight, stand up.

  134. I'm trying to get some people that can get excited about the fact that your God has a heart for you.

  135. We understand his ear, we understand his walk.

  136. We understand his walk.

  137. We understand his breath.

  138. We understand his heart.

  139. But, family, if we really going to understand God for what we are as a nation and what we are as a people, we got to get to the point where we understand his hand.

  140. If we're really going to understand God and experience the move of God in this season of our life, I gotta do a.

  141. I gotta help you through the power of the Holy Ghost, to help you to understand his hand.

  142. You see, his hand is amazing.

  143. His hand blesses us.

  144. His hand covers us in our time of trouble.

  145. His hand delivers us from everything that has held us down.

  146. His hand evolves us to the place where he would have us to be.

  147. His hand is faithful and favors us.

  148. His hand gifts us when we don't deserve the gift.

  149. His hand helps us when we can't help ourselves.

  150. I wish I had some people that could get excited about his hand.

  151. His hand inspires us to be who he's called us to be.

  152. His hand justifies us.

  153. His hand controls the chronos and kairos of time.

  154. His hand loves me when I don't love myself.

  155. His hand makes a way out of no way.

  156. His hand never gets tired.

  157. His hand opens doors that no man can shut and shuts doors that no man can open.

  158. His hand has not some power, but all power within it.

  159. I wish I had some people that could get excited about his hand.

  160. His hands quickens my spirit when I need it the most.

  161. His hand has rescued my life.

  162. His hand has saved my soul.

  163. His hand took me through the test of trials of life.

  164. His hand is what unifies us in the spirit.

  165. His hand is what gives me victory over what tried to kill me.

  166. His hand is worthy of our worship.

  167. His hand execute his perfect will.

  168. His hand is easy and his yoke is light.

  169. His hand is the Zoe of an abundant life and I need about 100 people in the room that can get excited about the hand of God, his hand.

  170. I'm here to remind you in the spirit family that, no matter what you are going through, no matter how you may feel, because I'm going to be a pastor and meet you where you are Some of you may be concerned about where we are as a country.

  171. Some of you may be concerned about this recent political season that we just went through.

  172. Some of you may be concerned about whatever it is that's going on in your personal life, but the Lord says that, while it's okay to be concerned, he said you got to about 1 o'clock pm and you got to dry up your weeping and wailing.

  173. He said we weep, but we don't weep as those who have no hope.

  174. And I want to talk to some people in the room and say I cry, you cry, we cry together, but we don't weep like people who don't have hope.

  175. Why, pastor Walt?

  176. Because our life is not in the hand of the Democrats.

  177. Our lives are not in the hand of the Democrats.

  178. Our lives are not in the hand of the Republicans.

  179. Our lives are not in the hand of our supervisors.

  180. My life is in his hands and I want to put the enemy on notice.

  181. You don't have that type of control over me.

  182. My life is in his hands.

  183. I wish I could get about 30 of y'all to give him about 30 seconds of praise, if you know that nobody has that type of control over you.

  184. At the end of the day, my life is in his hands.

  185. Family, I got to share this with you In order to make sure that your life is in his hands.

  186. There are a few things that we have to do.

  187. Number one I must make sure that I've given my soul to him.

  188. That's why, a couple of weeks ago, I asked you did you know your status?

  189. Jesus shows us this in Luke, the third chapter, verse 21.

  190. Now, when all the people were baptized, it came to pass that Jesus also being baptized and praying.

  191. The heaven was open and the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him and a voice came from heaven which said thou art my beloved son in thee.

  192. I am well please.

  193. What happened when Jesus, being sinless but, uh, but understanding the concept of giving his soul to the father, he's he, he, he quickly gets baptized.

  194. I want to talk to some people in the room and say that the Lord is saying that don't go another day of your life without giving your life to him and being baptized in accordance with the scripture, Because if it was good enough for Jesus, it's good enough for me.

  195. And what happens is that he's baptized.

  196. And after he's baptized, part of our giving our soul to spirit is that he goes into this posture of prayer.

  197. You can't give your soul to God without having a prayer life.

  198. You can't give your soul to God without having a prayer life.

  199. You can't give your soul to God without having some knee time.

  200. You can't give your soul to God without sometimes turning your plate over.

  201. You can't give your soul to God without learning how to cry out to him.

  202. And I want to talk to some people in the room and say that you got to pray until God either fills you with the Holy Ghost the first time, or you got to pray until he fills you again.

  203. Can I talk to some people in the room and say that you know that you are in need of a filling if you feel spiritually dry, and what we go through in life will dry you up quicker than quick.

  204. And the Lord is saying I don't need you to leave here and leave church dry today.

  205. I need you to be filled again.

  206. And if he says if you pray, I'll feel.

  207. Did y'all hear what I said?

  208. The Lord just said if you pray, I'll feel Wherever the dry spot is.

  209. If you pray right now, I'll feel it.

  210. If you start interceding for yourself, I'll feel it.

  211. If you start interceding for your family, I'll feel it.

  212. If you start interceding for your adult children, I'll feel it Well if you start interceding for your.

  213. I'll feel it.

  214. I need some prayers in the room.

  215. That will just go into a posture of prayer.

  216. Every now and then we need a praise break.

  217. But, pastor Jamal, every now and then we need a prayer posture and I need some people in the room that says that I'm going to give my soul to him and be filled with the power of the Holy Ghost.

  218. But if we're going to put our lives in his hand, not only must we give our soul to him.

  219. The Bible says that we must also give our life to him.

  220. To make that plain, it would be probably better to say I should give my lifestyle to him.

  221. Acts 10, verse 38, says this and you know that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power.

    Acts 10:38

  222. That means that when he gave his soul to God, god filled him with the power of the Holy Spirit.

  223. Then everybody say then of the Holy Spirit.

  224. Then everybody say then.

  225. Then Jesus went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.

  226. Can I talk to you about lifestyle and remind you that if you are going to put your life in his hands, your lifestyle must match your prayer request.

  227. I got to get to the point where my life is not my own.

  228. I got to get to the point that I'm going to operate in his will.

  229. I'm going to love.

  230. When I don't feel like loving, I'm going to have self-discipline.

  231. When I don't feel like having self-discipline, I'm going to pray, I'm going to be obedient, I'm going to study, I'm going to do what God has called me to do so that I can operate in my purpose.

  232. And I want to talk to some people in the room and ask you a tough question Are you operating in the posture of paying bills or are you operating in the posture of purpose?

  233. You know there is a difference there.

  234. There's a lot of stuff that you can do to pay bills and we got to pay bills because I can't pay your bill for you, but paying your bill won't make you happy.

  235. It's that moment that you give your lifestyle to God where you start to have an impact in the earth.

  236. Did y'all see how Jesus moved?

  237. He gave his life to the father and he had an impact.

  238. The bible said he went forth doing good.

  239. That meant he went forth blessing other folk.

  240. Did y'all read the bible that?

  241. I read the moment you give your life to God and fully submit, you're going to go in the earth and do good.

  242. I see some people in the room that's about to be the lender and not the borrower, because that's part of you going into the earth, doing good.

  243. I see some people in the room that God is about to bless and you're going to be able to lay hands and touch and agree and I declare people will be healed in the name of Jesus.

  244. But this type of thing does not happen until you fully submit to the will of God for your life.

  245. Stop being everybody else, stop doing it how everybody else do it.

  246. Somebody say I'm different.

  247. You gotta say I gotta be who God has called me to be and when I live like that, that's me putting my life in his hands.

  248. I gotta give him my soul.

  249. I gotta give him my life.

  250. But I also family hear this I gotta give him my situation.

  251. There are people in this room.

  252. You gave God your soul.

  253. You remember when you legitimately said I believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and he died for my sins and that he shall soon return.

  254. You remember that moment.

  255. That was you giving him your soul and you've done the best you could to give him your life.

  256. None of us are perfect, but you've submitted yourself to saying I'm going to do this thing called life God's way.

  257. I'm going to do the best I can to do it God's way.

  258. And it's good to give him your soul, it's good to give him your life, but there are too many people in the room at this 10 o'clock service who have yet to give him their situation.

  259. The situation is the thing that you keep trying to fix yourself.

  260. The situation is the thing that keeps you up late at night.

  261. The situation is the reason that you own blood pressure medicine.

  262. You gave him your soul, you gave him your life, but you won't give him your situation.

  263. And one of the things that I've learned about God in this season of my life that if he is the lover of my soul and he would die for my soul, I've come to the conclusion that my situation is not too hard for God.

  264. I want to remind somebody in the room that God wants your situation.

  265. You can't say that you trust God if you won't fully give him your situation.

  266. To give God, your situation is going to require you to lose some stuff that you have been holding on to.

  267. To give God, your situation is going to require you to do it in a way that you never thought about doing it before.

  268. To give God, your situation is going to require you to do it in a way that you never thought about doing it before.

  269. To give God, your situation is to go through a season of your life that is going to feel uncomfortable.

  270. Can I show you this in the text?

  271. Here we are, we have Jesus, who has been living his life being who God has called him to be.

  272. He has gone in the earth doing good.

  273. He has healed the sick, he has raised the dead, he has spoken prophetically, he has turned villages and neighborhoods around.

  274. He is doing work in such a supernatural way that there is such a charge of a fresh wind in Jerusalem that the people don't know what to do.

  275. But you know, the moment you start being who God has called you to be and start doing exactly the work that God has called you to be, and start doing exactly the work that God has called you to do.

  276. That's when the enemy gets big mad.

  277. That's when the enemy puts you on the target list, because the enemy doesn't target lazy folk.

  278. You are no threat to the kingdom.

  279. The enemy doesn't target people that don't pray because you don't have any power.

  280. The enemy doesn't target folk that don't worship because you ain't connected to God anyway.

  281. But if you worship and if you pray and if you hustle and if you grind in his name, I'm here to remind you that you are on the hit list.

  282. Do I have anybody that don't man honestly say pastor?

  283. You talking to me because all year long I've been on the hit list.

  284. I pledge to take care of my family.

  285. I pledge to be better for God than the moment I gave God a yes.

  286. All of a sudden, I ended up on the hit list.

  287. What I want?

  288. To encourage somebody that's on the hit list that your life is in the Lord's hands.

  289. But because you are so anointed, because you are so gifted, I got a report to you that part of your assignment is going to require you to have a Thursday night experience.

  290. Anybody ever had a Thursday night?

  291. Now, to make it clear, I'm not talking about thirsty Thursdays.

  292. I heard they used to have that in Charlotte, I heard.

  293. I heard Not talking about Thirsty Thursday.

  294. I'm talking about this Thursday night in Holy Week, what we call Monday Thursday, jesus realized that his time had come for his passion to be fulfilled.

  295. You all may remember a movie called the Passion of the Christ.

  296. They called it the Passion of the Christ not so much because he was happy about it, but the word passion derives from the Latin word to suffer, which I find interesting, because that word suggests that in order to fulfill my passion, I got to suffer.

  297. And so he realized it's time for him to fulfill his passion, which means that he has to suffer.

  298. And so the bible says that he goes to the, the garden of Gethsemane, on a Thursday night.

  299. He didn't go along.

  300. He took Peter and two sons of Zebedee, because sometimes, when I'm going through, I don't want to necessarily go through by myself, so I'm going to take people that I can trust, that maybe can help me along the way.

  301. The Bible says that he declared to his friends because in this season of life, chosen city, you got to have some people around you that you can have intimate conversations with.

  302. The Bible says that he looked at Peter and the sons of Zebedee and he said that my soul is troubled, even to the point of death.

  303. Now, this is crazy.

  304. This is not some ordinary person talking.

  305. This is Jesus talking, saying that his soul is troubled.

  306. Can I let you know that you are not so anointed that you can't go through seasons where your soul is troubled.

  307. And just because I go through a season where my soul is troubled, it does not mean that I'm not anointed.

  308. I don't always need your Hallmark card.

  309. I don't always need your encouragement email.

  310. Every now and then I need room to express how I feel.

  311. That's why I said I was going to give y'all a little room.

  312. If you're mad about this week, I'm going to give you a little room, because every now and then you need a little bit of a space to be able to express how you feel.

  313. And he says that my soul is troubled Deacon Bailey to the point of death.

  314. And he says I need y'all to stay right here and I'm going to go over there.

  315. I need y'all to stay right here and I'm going to go over there, because Jesus even realized that, even though these three were close to him.

  316. There are some things that you experience on a Thursday night that, unfortunately, you got to experience all by yourself.

  317. Who am I talking to in the room?

  318. You appreciate the people that surround you, but there have been parts of this climb to the top of the mountain that your wife couldn't help you with, that your husband couldn't help you, with the boyfriend, the girlfriend, the baby father, the baby mother, the prayer warrior, the pastor, the preacher.

  319. It was a part of the journey that you felt like you had to go on by yourself, but he said even I got to handle this part by myself.

  320. I need y'all to pray.

  321. Y'all pray, and I'm going to go a little bit further.

  322. And the Bible says he goes and he says to his heavenly father oh, my father, if it's possible, let this cup pass from me.

  323. The cup represents the assignment Chosen city.

  324. I want to let you know every last one of you have a cup.

  325. Every last one of you have an assignment.

  326. And I want to let you know that if you have to drink a cup that has been delivered to you from the most high, the contents are quite often bitter.

  327. I want to let you know that you'll come to a point in your journey that you're going to have to decide whether you're going to either drink it or now.

  328. The media team is asking me to be careful with my hip-hop references, because they don't want me to be a stumbling block to the holy people, and I'm going to try to do good and not make too many hip-hop references, because I don't want you to cut your pearls too much.

  329. But to help you to understand what I'm trying to say, you have reached a point in your life where you're either going to have to take a sip from the cup or back up off of it and sit your cup down.

  330. I'm trying to help some people in the room.

  331. That's where you are.

  332. You will.

  333. Either you will either sit from it or you're going to back up and sit the cup down.

  334. Somebody know what I'm talking about.

  335. Jesus gets to the point where he looks at the cup.

  336. It's a bitter cup.

  337. He said oh, my father, let this cup pass from me.

  338. Yet not as I will, but your will be done.

  339. He's struggling, he's grieving to the point of death.

  340. Some theologians can say that the weight of the assignment was so heavy that in some parts it was almost like either it was crushing him or was depressing him to the point that he thought he wasn't going to make it.

  341. He goes back to the people that he brought with him Now.

  342. Surely they having a prayer and fasting session.

  343. Surely they are in the in the scroll of isaiah, reading and interceding.

  344. Surely they got olive oil and they they slinging all everywhere because you ain't gonna get by jesus.

  345. But when he got back, it wasn't no oil slinging, it wasn't no prayer and fasting them jokers were asleep.

  346. Some of y'all can relate to a Thursday experience.

  347. Real talk.

  348. You needed something, but just when you needed them, they, they were asleep Just when you needed them to really hold on for a little while longer.

  349. They were asleep Just when you needed them to show up the most.

  350. They was too busy.

  351. Just when you needed them to just, uh, give you a word of encouragement.

  352. They had nothing for you.

  353. What do you do when you have people that's close to you but they can't help you?

  354. He goes back to the father.

  355. He goes back and he comes back the next time and they sleep again.

  356. At this point he wants to rebuke them, but I believe the spirit starts to speak to him and I pray the spirit will speak to you.

  357. There are some people that have been on your journey in this thursday night experience.

  358. They are good people, but they have gone as far as they can go.

  359. There's no need in rebuking them anymore.

  360. It's time to tell them to take their rest.

  361. There are people that have done all they could do and they're tired and you just need to say they need to take their rest, because this leg of the journey I got to put my life in his hands.

  362. He tells them to take their rest and I believe he does the thing that launches our situation into his hands.

  363. He says for the final time God, I don't want to do this, but nevertheless, not my will, but your will be done.

  364. I want to tell somebody right now the way that you put your life, your soul and your situation is in the master's hand Is that's the phrase that pays.

  365. You got to be able to say, nevertheless, not my will, but your will be done.

  366. Now it sounds real cute to say it in church, but what happens when, on tomorrow, you got to face an enemy?

  367. What happens on tomorrow when you got to place the person that's been giving you hell?

  368. What about tomorrow when you got to talk to that ex that's been putting your name in the street, or the father or mother of your child who has been treating you unfairly, and the lord says bless them anyhow?

  369. Can you still say, nevertheless, not my will, but your will be done?

  370. What about when you get to a point in life where you don't feel like worshiping, you don't feel like coming to church, you don't feel like doing this stuff?

  371. Can you get to the point and say I don't worship because I feel like it?

  372. I'm disciplined enough to know that, nevertheless, not my will but your will, be done.

  373. Because in my posture of discipline, I understand that something happens when I press into the presence of God, when I don't feel like pressing.

  374. Oh, y'all thought that the pastor always wanted to come.

  375. Y'all thought that the clergy always wanted to come.

  376. You thought that the deacons always want to come.

  377. No, we just like you.

  378. We get tired.

  379. We just like you, we get weak.

  380. We just like you.

  381. We wait on God to move, and we just like you.

  382. We wait on God to move, and we just like you.

  383. Sometimes God says no, we just like you.

  384. Our foot almost slipped.

  385. We just like you, our hand almost let go.

  386. We just like you, our eyes wonder.

  387. Sometimes, we just like you.

  388. We were tempted to put something in our veins.

  389. But God, he's taught us something about not going about how I feel, but being disciplined enough.

  390. That's why we talk about discipleship.

  391. To get to the point they say God, you know what's best for me and that's what Jesus was declaring on his Thursday night.

  392. I have no desire to be executed and falsely accused of crimes that I didn't commit.

  393. But, lord, you know what's best for me.

  394. I had no heart desire for such and such and so and so to win the election, but you know what's best for me, because the word of God declares that God controls the heart of the king.

  395. And even if your concern is not at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and even if your concern is not at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue maybe you got to go to a job and that supervisor has been giving you hell every day I need to remind you that even though you don't want to show up not my will, but I will be done I want to remind you even though you want to cuss that joke out not my will, but I will be done I don't want to remind you before you declare meet me outside not my will, but I will be done.

  396. It's a challenging place to be when you're going through a difficult part in life, but if we're going to place it in the Lord's hands, we have to get to the point where we decide not my will, but thy will be done.

  397. And it's crazy, when you operate like that, when you know that your situation is in the Lord's hands, your response to calamity, your response to negativity, your response to losses look different than everybody else's response.

  398. Jesus is in this garden and as he's there, uh, he understands what's about to happen next.

  399. He he understand that one of his, one of the 12 judas had gone and sold him out for 30 pieces of silver.

  400. And he understood that judas had, uh, put a plan to to together, that that judas was going to go and use the roman soldiers and work with the pharisees and sadducees to have jesus arrested.

  401. And so, as jesus is talking, the bible says as he's talking to the three that he brought to pray, isn't it crazy that the enemy will show up when you're still trying to pray?

  402. I want to talk to somebody and say you, you're all right.

  403. The enemy showed up your mind and wonder 42 times.

  404. But just come on back, come on back, come on back, because I'm trying to help you to understand.

  405. That's how the enemy works.

  406. As soon as there are a ring of words that'll change your life, the enemy's trying to drag you out.

  407. Let me break, break it back here.

  408. Say come on back.

  409. Come on back as Jesus was talking.

  410. The Bible said, as he was talking, he'll come, judas.

  411. But because Jesus understood that his life was not his own and that his life was in the Lord's hands, his response to Judas was not what your response and my response would have been.

  412. Can you imagine how you would respond to somebody who you knew was coming to kill you?

  413. I believe in the Second Amendment, like you believe in the Second Amendment, and if I know you're coming to kill me, listen, I'm like Pac.

  414. I see Duff around the corner.

  415. What you ain't going to do, my bad media team.

  416. That's the last one for the day.

  417. That's the last one for the day.

  418. That's the last one for the day, he said.

  419. He said and it's in the Bible, in Matthew, the 26th chapter, when he saw Judas coming.

  420. He said to Judas watch this, do what you came to do.

  421. Isn't that crazy?

  422. I said, jesus, he's coming to have you falsely accused, he's coming to have you executed.

  423. He said do what you came to do.

  424. But the reason Jesus is able to speak like that is because of what had just happened a few minutes ago, when he said I'm going to do whatever, god, I'm going to do it your way.

  425. And he said my life is in your hands.

  426. He can look at the enemy and say do whatever it is that you came to do, because what he is declaring is that, enemy, you have no authority here, you, you, you have no power here.

  427. You have no jurisdiction here.

  428. You can go through the motions, but there is no authority here.

  429. I need to talk to somebody in the room.

  430. Let them go through the motions, but they don't have that type of jurisdiction over your life.

  431. They don't have that type of authority over your soul.

  432. Let Let them say what they want to say.

  433. Let them believe what they want to believe, because no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and God even refers to the fact that their lying tongue shall not pass.

  434. I want to talk to some people in the room and let you know that they don't have that type of power over you.

  435. So let them do what they're going to do.

  436. Why are you worried about what the enemy is doing?

  437. Why are you worried about what they saying?

  438. Why are you worried about what they're trying to concoct?

  439. If god before us, who can be against us?

  440. And so, because he understands that the Lord, god Almighty, is on his side.

  441. He doesn't have any worries at this particular moment, but he helps us to understand the power of when you operate with your life being in his hands.

  442. He helps us to understand listen, chosen city, when your life is in the Lord's hands, meaning that you've given him your soul, you've given him your lifestyle and you have given him the situation Jesus says when your life is in his hands, it does not matter who conspires against you conspires against you.

  443. Ah, the text makes it clear in Luke 23 that not only was he dealing with Judas, he was dealing with the Pharisees and Sadducees.

  444. What's crazy is that the Pharisees and Sadducees would normally have no dealing, but on that day, because you such a threat to the kingdom the folk that wouldn't even speak to each other they start speaking just to talk about you.

  445. But I want to encourage you you ain't got to worry about what the enemy is saying.

  446. You start speaking just to talk about you.

  447. But I want to encourage you, you ain't got to worry about what the enemy is saying.

  448. You don't have to worry about what the enemy is doing because when your life is in his hand, it does not matter who conspires against you.

  449. Jesus is arrested at the hands of the Jews and he's taken to Pontius Pilate.

  450. Pilate realizes that Jesus is a citizen of Galilee and so he goes and gets Herod of Antipatha.

  451. Now, herod was the governor of the place where Jesus was from, so Herod thought he would have authority over Jesus.

  452. Can I tell you that some people think that they have authority over you?

  453. And so Herod said cool, let me quiz him up, let me talk to him.

  454. The Bible says Herod wanted to meet Jesus anyway, because he had heard about Jesus' miracles, signs and wonders.

  455. It's amazing that how folk won't show stuff, but they won't want the essence of who you are.

  456. He brings him and the conspiracy is set and it is launched forward.

  457. But because Jesus's life was in the Lord's hands, it didn't matter that Pilate and Herod and the Jews were conspiring against him.

  458. But there's also something else.

  459. Jesus shows us that when your life is in the Lord's hands, you don't have to defend your very existence.

  460. What happened was that Herod brought Jesus in and he began to interrogate Jesus.

  461. He asked him question after question after question, but Jesus refused to answer.

  462. I want to talk to somebody in the room and tell you to stop arguing with lunatics and fools.

  463. I want to talk to somebody in the room and say I stopped going back and forth on social media.

  464. I want to stop.

  465. I want to talk to some people in the room and say that when your life is in the Lord's hands, you don't have to defend the reason that you launched out and started a business.

  466. You don't have to defend the reason that you decided to go back to school.

  467. You don't have to defend the reason of why you work in church the way that you work in church.

  468. You don't have to defend the reason of why you are a mentor and do public service in the community.

  469. You don't have to defend the reason of why you are a mentor and do public service in the community.

  470. You don't have to defend the reason of why you take the time doing what you are doing.

  471. When my life is in the Lord's hands, you don't have to raise a defense because I ain't got to prove nothing to you.

  472. I wish I had some people in the room that would go ahead and declare to your enemy I ain't got to prove nothing to you.

  473. I ain't got to prove nothing to you.

  474. I ain't got to justify nothing to you.

  475. All I got to be is who God called me to be, and I need about 75 people in the room that said I'm going to be who God called me to be.

  476. I'm going to be unapologetically authentic to my assignment in this season and I ain't got to tell you nothing.

  477. When your life is in the Lord's hands, it does not matter who conspires against you.

  478. When your life is in the Lord's hands, you don't have to defend your existence.

  479. Be who God has called you to be and do who what God has called you to do.

  480. Herod got mad at Jesus because Jesus wouldn't give an answer.

  481. And I'm gonna tell you some of y'all gonna really upset the enemy this week because they're used to you going back and forth with them.

  482. They're used to you going left and right, right and left, exchanging text messages and pictures.

  483. Y'all, some crazy saints.

  484. Tell me I got receipts.

  485. I want to talk to somebody in the room.

  486. Burn the receipts, baby, because you ain't got to prove nothing to nobody After Jesus never said a mumbling word.

  487. Harry gets big man.

  488. He said you think you a king, so I'm going to throw a robe on you and I'm going to send you back to Pilate.

  489. Here it is family, I've told you.

  490. When your life is in his hands, it does not matter who conspires against you.

  491. When your life is in his hands you don't have to defend your existence.

  492. But when your life is in his hands, don't be surprised when every now and then they choose barabbas.

  493. You see, in the text jesus is sent back to pilot.

  494. Pilot has a trial.

  495. Pilot says I know that there has been an accusation.

  496. There has been an indictment that he's a rebel rouser.

  497. There has been an indictment that he causes trouble.

  498. There has been an indictment that he's a blasph.

  499. There has been an indictment that he causes trouble.

  500. There has been an indictment that he's a blasphemer.

  501. There has been an indictment that he doesn't speak the truth.

  502. I have looked at the evidence.

  503. I interviewed a boy that was born blind and now he sees.

  504. I looked at the evidence.

  505. I went down and went through the garbage pile and saw 5,000 fish bones.

  506. I looked at the evidence.

  507. I went to a grave and it says here lies Lazarus.

  508. But when I looked in the grave there was no Lazarus there.

  509. I looked at the evidence.

  510. We took a DNA test of his earthly father by the name of Joseph and we discovered that Joseph is not his father.

  511. I've looked at the evidence and everything that I've looked at, the court has to come to the conclusion that your Christ is not guilty.

  512. Well, I want to tell you something.

  513. There's some of y'all in the room.

  514. You didn't do it.

  515. You're not guilty.

  516. You're not what they said, that you are.

  517. You are greater than that.

  518. And I want to tell you something it's not you, it's them, because every now and then, them is going to choose Barabbas instead of choosing you.

  519. Pilate said because he's not guilty, I will do, I'll give him a few lashes and I'll send him on back to Galilee.

  520. But the crowd stood up.

  521. They said we want him dead and we want him dead now.

  522. There's some of y'all in the room you can relate to that, can't you?

  523. They want you dead and they want you dead now.

  524. They want the relationship dead and they want you dead now.

  525. They want the relationship dead and they want it dead now.

  526. They want your future dead and they want it dead now.

  527. They want your children dead and they want it dead now.

  528. What Pilate said I'm gonna give y'all a choice.

  529. I'm gonna give you either Barabbas or I'm gonna give you Jesus.

  530. Now, if you look at Barabbas, barabbas was caught on tape doing the crime.

  531. If you look at Barabbas, they had a multitude of witnesses.

  532. If you look at Barabbas, he said, yeah, I did it and I'll do it again.

  533. And the crowd looked at the evidence and said that's cool.

  534. Give us Barabbas and kill Jesus.

  535. Kill the one that got purpose, kill the one that got promise, kill the one that God's hand is on.

  536. I'm talking to you now.

  537. God has said the enemy looked at Barabbas and said Barabbas is not a threat.

  538. The enemy looked at your neighbor and said your neighbor is not a threat.

  539. The enemy looked at your cousin and said your cousin is not a threat.

  540. Give me her, give me him, because if I cancel him, I'll cancel the generation.

  541. You got to know that every now and then the people will choose Barabbas.

  542. Every now and then the people will make a choice at the voting box that you don't agree with.

  543. Every now and then, your family going to make some choices that will break you to in your heart.

  544. But I want to encourage you today that you don't have to worry about the fact that they chose Barabbas when your life is in his hands.

  545. I want to remind you of something that the word of God is clear when your life is in his hands.

  546. It doesn't matter who conspires against you.

  547. When your life is in his hands, you don't have to defend your existence.

  548. When your life is in his hands, don't be surprised when they choose Barabbas and certainly, last but not least, when your life is in his hands, one monkey, don't stop, no show.

  549. I want to talk to some people in the room now that's dealing with one monkey.

  550. I'm right here in the text because I'm a Bible preacher.

  551. At the end of the day, the decision to kill Jesus or not came down to one monkey.

  552. That monkey was an individual by the name of Pilate.

  553. The text that Pilate sentenced Jesus to die as they demanded, and then he released Barabbas, the one that was in prison for insurrection and murder, but he turned Jesus over to them to do as they wish.

  554. And I want to talk to some people in the room because you are dealing with a monkey, whether it be at home or whether it be on the job, and you're dealing with this one individual that appears to be impacting what God is trying to do in your life.

  555. And and I want to talk to the realm I'm not talking politics per se, I'm talking about the assignment that's on your life.

  556. I want to encourage you that, because you are in the Lord's hands, that one monkey don't stop, no show.

  557. If God has declared that he is about to elevate me, I'm not so much concerned about what my supervisor says.

  558. If God has declared that he's about to bless me in the city and bless me in the field, I'm not so much worried about what the economy says.

  559. If God has spoken to me in my place of sickness and God has declared that I shall live and not die, I'm not worried about the medical report.

  560. I need to talk to some people in the room and you ought to get excited, because one monkey don't stop, no show.

  561. And the only reason that you have been stopped is that you've been afraid of the monkey.

  562. And I want to talk to some people and stop being afraid of the monkey, stop being afraid of somebody holding your back, because what God got for you, it is for you.

  563. Did y'all hear what I said?

  564. What God got for me, it is for me.

  565. All the monkeys can come through the door, the gorilla can pull up too, but what my God got for me, it is for me.

  566. I wish I had some bold saints in the house that no longer will you be stopped by the monkey of opinion.

  567. No longer will you be stopped by the monkey of fear.

  568. No longer will you be stopped by other folk decisions.

  569. What my God got for me, it is for me Well, family.

  570. I'm going to take you home now because I've kept you too long, but I want you to see something here it is family when your life is in the Lord's hands Watch this when your life is in the Lord's hands here it is and we're done.

  571. When your life is in the Lord's hands, I need you to understand something very carefully his hands.

  572. I need you to understand something very carefully You're now on a journey to your destiny, but it looks like it's going to get worse sometimes before it gets better.

  573. You're on a journey now to your destiny.

  574. Your life is in his hands, but sometimes it gets worse before it gets better.

  575. You're on a journey now to your destination, but sometimes it gets worse before it gets better.

  576. I'm going to say it again You're on a journey now to your destination, but sometimes it gets worse before it gets better.

  577. I'm going to say it again You're on a journey now to your destination, but sometimes it gets worse before it gets better.

  578. That's four times.

  579. One more time because we've been here five years.

  580. You're on a journey now to your final destination, but sometimes it gets worse before it gets better.

  581. Jesus has declared that I'm going to be what God has called me to be and I'm not going to let Pilate stop me.

  582. His next appointment was crazy.

  583. I want to talk to somebody and say the next season may look kind of crazy, because it was at the moment that he gave God his best yes that they elected to hang him high and they elected to stretch him wide Because he had given God a yes.

  584. And some of you all are going through what feels like crucifixion simply because you gave God a yes.

  585. But I wanted to tell you that there's something that happens when you walk in your purpose and you walk in your assignment, with your life being in the Lord's hands, the first thing that happens is that you got to now learn to be vulnerable.

  586. You've been operating under your own strength, but when your life is in the Lord's hands, the first lesson of being in the Lord's hands is vulnerability.

  587. Jesus is on a cross and he's hung there.

  588. He's exposed, half naked.

  589. He's exposed.

  590. He's exhausted.

  591. He's exposed.

  592. He's been beaten by people in this thing called life.

  593. He's exposed because people who he thought would never leave him left him and he's exposed, but his life is in the Lord's hands.

  594. I want to talk to somebody and let you know how you can operate from a place of vulnerability.

  595. The Bible says as he stretched there, something amazing in the spirit happened in the temple, the place that they worshiped.

  596. There was a part of the temple, what was called the holy of holies.

  597. Deacon ba Bailey is an Old Testament scholar.

  598. He'll bless you and tell you all about it after church.

  599. In the Holy of Holies, there was a spot that only the priests could go to.

  600. They needed to go back there to ask for forgiveness of sins, but you couldn't pray for your own sins to be forgiven.

  601. They would have to go and ask God for his favor, but because Jesus had not died, you couldn't ask for yourself.

  602. Everything that had to happen had to go and ask God for his favor, but because Jesus had not died, you couldn't ask for yourself.

  603. Everything that had to happen had to go through the priest, and only the priest could go in the back room.

  604. Many believed that the priest would go in the back room with a rope around his waist, because if the priest went back there.

  605. He wasn't right.

  606. He would die on the spot.

  607. And guess what?

  608. You couldn't send an ambulance to go in there and get him because the ambulance driver would be dead too.

  609. So they'd be listening for the bells and if the bells went off, whoop.

  610. That priest wasn't right.

  611. Somebody pulled a rope because I ain't going back there.

  612. There was this place that was in the presence of God, that only a priest could go.

  613. But the Bible says that as Jesus is hanging on the cross, something happened in the supernatural, as Jesus is in his most vulnerable position.

  614. So you thought you had to have power by having power.

  615. Sometimes I'm most powerful when I'm vulnerable, because when I'm vulnerable, my life is in his hands, and now I'm not operating under my power, I'm operating under his power.

  616. So from this place of vulnerability, the Bible declares that the curtain that was between mankind and their creator, it, was torn from top to bottom.

  617. Can you imagine what kind of Holy Ghost that was strong enough to tear a curtain from the top to the bottom, which was now signifying that, even though Jesus looked as if he was losing, that his assignment had been completed, because now we all have access?

  618. I want to talk to some people in the room and let you know that, because Jesus was vulnerable, you got access.

  619. You don't need Pastor Walt to pray for you, even though I've been praying for y'all since 452 this morning.

  620. You don't need Pastor Walter to pray for you, even though I've been praying for y'all since 452 this morning.

  621. You don't need Pastor Walter to lay hands on you, even though I believe on the laying of hands.

  622. I want to talk to everybody in the room and let you know that you got access.

  623. Not only do you have access, you got power.

  624. Because Jesus was vulnerable and that curtain was torn, you can go to God, and the Bible says that when we go to the Lord, we go to the throne of grace with boldness.

  625. That's why we live in a generation.

  626. We have now learned how to decree and declare in his holy and righteous name.

  627. I need some people in the room that don't mind worshiping God, because you got access.

  628. Back then they couldn't worship freely.

  629. They had to rely on the priests, they had to rely on the Levites.

  630. But I want to let you know you got access.

  631. I wish I had some people in the house of God that don't mind using their access.

  632. Is there anybody that don't mind using your access to pray that God will save some souls today.

  633. Is there anybody in the house of God that don't mind using your access to start worshiping until this Shekinah glory shows up?

  634. I wish I had some prayers that would use their access.

  635. I wish I had some worshipers that would use their access.

  636. Maybe I'll talk to the clergy.

  637. Do I have some clergy over here that don't mind using your access?

  638. Do I have some people in the room that don't mind using your power because you got authority?

  639. Somebody declare I got authority.

  640. Whatever it means to keep me up at night, I can go to God all by myself.

  641. Whatever it means troubling me, I can call him up and tell him what I want.

  642. I wish people to get excited about the fact that you got access to the creator of the universe.

  643. You got access to all the power that you need.

  644. That's why I know a shift is about to come in your house.

  645. That's how I know a shift is about to hit your life.

  646. That's how I know a shift is about to hit your heart.

  647. That's how I know a shift is about to hit your life.

  648. That's how I know A shift is about to hit your heart.

  649. That's how I know A shift is about to hit your finances Because I have been given power because of his vulnerability worse sometimes before it gets better and I leave you with this.

  650. Watch this carefully.

  651. We out here, he he's in this place of vulnerability.

  652. He's completed his assignment.

  653. That's why access was given.

  654. And after he completed his assignment, I want y'all to know real carefully I want you know real carefully, watch this what the lord would say next he's on the cross.

  655. Can y'all to know real carefully I want you to know real carefully, watch this what the Lord will say next he's on a cross.

  656. Can y'all see him?

  657. Y'all see him for real.

  658. You got to use your Holy Ghost, imagination, matter of fact, god.

  659. Give him more than an imagination.

  660. Give him a glimpse.

  661. That's my prayer.

  662. Give you a glimpse, give him a glimpse.

  663. Let you see it in the spirit.

  664. Let you see it in the spirit.

  665. Let you see your God on a cross, a condemned man about to die.

  666. You got to be able to see him in the spirit.

  667. Show it to him in the spirit, god, because if y'all see him in the spirit, it'll make sense more to you.

  668. He is a condemned man that's about to die.

  669. It is no different than how we do executions in America today.

  670. When you are condemned, there are two things that they'll give you.

  671. They'll give you a last meal and a last word.

  672. I was watching the news and I saw a condemned person ask for a seafood platter because they love seafood.

  673. Then they asked God to forgive them for their sins because they had done it, didn't even ask for the governor to delay it because they said they wanted to pay for the crimes that they had committed.

  674. Jesus is also offered a last meal.

  675. There are two times as he's on the cross that they offer him vinegar, this gall drink.

  676. The first time they offered him his last meal, he rejected it because it was known to have this substance in it that could null pain.

  677. So he said my assignment is not yet complete and in order to say to people that chose the city church in Charlotte, north Carolina, south Carolina, I can't give up on the pain too soon.

  678. Can I talk to somebody and say don't give up on the pain too soon, that it's worth it.

  679. Somebody say it's worth it.

  680. Sometimes I got to go through and sometimes we want to give up on the pain too soon.

  681. So he goes through, but after he finished his assignment and after the veil was torn in half.

  682. The next time they offered him a bit of drink, he took a little bit of it from a sponge because he knew that his assignment had been completed and I thank God for his last meal.

  683. But y'all know what I really get excited about his last words.

  684. Of all the things that Jesus could have said.

  685. I get excited about his last words.

  686. Of all the things that Jesus could have said.

  687. I get excited about his last words.

  688. Think about what he could have said.

  689. The book of Matthew tells us at this moment are y'all still seeing Jesus on this cross At this moment?

  690. The Bible says that there are legions of angels on deck waiting.

  691. Pull it up, media team.

  692. Maybe they never read it before.

  693. I believe it's in Matthew, somewhere.

  694. You'll find it.

  695. It said that there were legions of angels with tears in their eyes, probably upset with us because we're not even appreciative of what God was doing for us in that moment.

  696. And there were legions of angels that said God, they ain't worth it.

  697. God, they ain't even care about it.

  698. The same ones that you came to die for.

  699. They're the same ones that put you on the cross.

  700. They said God, let us go.

  701. Straight out of the Bible Legions of angels.

  702. And the Bible says all he had to say was let's go, and the angels would have cleared out Jerusalem.

  703. He could have called for the angels.

  704. The Bible declares that we say something around Easter that's theologically incorrect.

  705. We say that they killed Jesus, but the Bible makes it clear that because his life was in the Lord's hands, they didn't have that type of authority.

  706. The Bible makes it clear that he laid down his life.

  707. The Bible makes it clear that he gave up the ghost, which suggests that he could have said I'm tired of this and listened to one of the thieves on the cross and just walked off the cross and went on about his business.

  708. I'm so glad that he didn't call for the angels to come down and I'm so glad that he didn't abandon his assignment, but I'm so glad that he showed us how to deal with difficult situations in our lives.

  709. I'm so glad that he got to the point on his journey where he stopped talking to people.

  710. He got to the point on his journey where he no longer was talking to the Pharisees and Sadducees.

  711. He got to the point on his journey where he was no longer talking to the Romanes and Sadducees.

  712. He got to the point on his journey where he was no longer talking to the Roman soldiers that wanted to kill him.

  713. He got to the point on his journey where he was no longer even talking to his disciples.

  714. He got to the point on the journey where he gave his mom the last word Mother, behold thy son and son, behold thy mother.

  715. But he got to the point where he couldn't even talk to his family anymore.

  716. And I want to talk to some people in the room and say that's where you are.

  717. You've talked to everybody and you've talked to everything and you've gotten to the point on the journey where, talking to everybody else, that season is up.

  718. I need you to say that out loud.

  719. Say that season is up.

  720. Say it like you mean it.

  721. That season is up Because you've reached a point on the journey where you've talked out and you've talked enough.

  722. Now you've got to be like Jesus.

  723. Jesus looks up to the hills from which cometh his help, and Jesus declares a simple thing.

  724. Of all the things that he could have said, I wish y'all would help me preach in here, because we're going home in 30 seconds Of all the things that he could have said.

  725. Everybody that knows it ought to help me to say what he actually said.

  726. When his life was the darkest, when his life was on the line, when his purpose was at jeopardy, when everybody had turned on him, when everybody was mocking him, when it didn't look good for him, he declared my life.

  727. I wish I had some saints in the room that don't mind declaring my life.

  728. Say it like you mean it, my life.

  729. Say it like you're loving my life.

  730. Say it like you mean it, my life.

  731. Say it like you're loving my life.

  732. Say it like you believe it.

  733. My life is not in the Republicans' hands.

  734. My life is not in the Democrats' hands.

  735. My life is not in the doctors' hands.

  736. My life is not in my spouse's hands my life is not in the hands of the economy.

  737. My life is not under control of the US government.

  738. My life is not under demonic influence.

  739. My life is in the Lord's hands.

  740. You got to make it personal now.

  741. You got to look to the hills and say my life is in your hands.

  742. I don't know what situation you got, but you got to talk to the situation.

  743. My finances, god are in your hands.

  744. My mental health, god is in your hands.

  745. My weight loss journey is in your hands.

  746. My hope for a real mate is in your hands.

  747. My hope for spiritual growth is in your hands, because in his hands I got a sneaky suspicion that everything is gonna be all right Now.

  748. I gotta run you now.

  749. It looks worse sometimes before the thing gets better, because when he gave up the ghost he went through a Friday and some of y'all in the room you've gone through a Friday where they counted you out for dead.

  750. You've gone through a Friday where it doesn't look good for you.

  751. You've gone through a Friday where it doesn't look good for you.

  752. You've gone through a Friday where they buried you.

  753. The Bible declares they put our Jesus in a borrowed tomb and now they are declaring he didn't even have enough money to bury himself, had to get a GoFundMe.

  754. It's over for Jesus.

  755. There's somebody in the room.

  756. They laughing at you right now.

  757. They said it's over for you.

  758. They said it's too late for you.

  759. They said you shouldn't have tried that business.

  760. They said you shouldn't have tried love again.

  761. But let them know that your life is in the Lord's hands and even though sometimes it looks bad, let them know that your life is in the Lord's hands and even though sometimes it looks bad, let them know that your God is up to something.

  762. They buried him in a borrowed tomb.

  763. It looked bad on that Friday, good God, almighty.

  764. And it looked worse on that Saturday.

  765. They thought rigor mortis had set in.

  766. They thought it was too late for a comeback.

  767. That is about ten of y'all in the room.

  768. They said it was too late for your comeback.

  769. They said that you're too old.

  770. They said that you spent too much time in prison.

  771. They said you spent too much time in a bad relationship.

  772. But let them know it ain't over for me.

  773. I need about 50 of y'all that don't mind declaring it ain't over for me.

  774. My God is up to something because my life is in his hands Now.

  775. Sometimes, when God is up to something, you'll go through a season of silence.

  776. That's what Saturday was for Jesus.

  777. It was a season of silence.

  778. I want to talk to somebody in the room.

  779. It was a season of silence.

  780. I want to talk to somebody in the room.

  781. You in a season of silence.

  782. But remember now you ain't got to say nothing.

  783. But remember now you ain't got to open your mouth.

  784. Because SM Lockridge declared I may be going through a Friday, but, good God almighty, sundays are coming and I need some people in the room that have gone through a dark Friday, that have experienced a silent Saturday, that don't mind worshiping because you know for yourself that Sunday is coming.

  785. That was Jesus.

  786. He's in a bar of gray on a silent Saturday.

  787. He's had to be vulnerable, he's had to give up his power, he had to experience hell and all he can do is wait.

  788. I want to talk to some people in the room.

  789. You've done all that you know how to do.

  790. There are about ten of y'all on this side.

  791. The Spirit of God just said you've done all that you know how to do.

  792. There are about ten of y'all on this side.

  793. The Spirit of God just said You've done all that you know how to do.

  794. You've done all that you know how to do and all you can do now is wait.

  795. If you're in the room right now and you are unashamed and you've done all that you know how to do and I'm preaching on your street, I want you to cry out to your God.

  796. I'm talking to you.

  797. This is a rhema word from you.

  798. He said that you're just like Jesus, after you prayed and you cried.

  799. You cried and you prayed, and it's still Saturday night.

  800. I need you to know something, because your life is in the Lord's hands.

  801. I got some good news.

  802. All you got to do is wait.

  803. Now there are some of y'all in the room Because God has not moved yet.

  804. You'll give up on Saturday and you'll miss out on your Sunday morning, but I want to talk to some other people that are in the room and I want to tell you to wait Now.

  805. All of my waiters in the room, as you are waiting on God, I dare you to lift up your hands.

  806. I don't mind waiting.

  807. It's on the Lord.

  808. I'm talking to the people that's in the waiting.

  809. I'm talking to the people waiting for a breakthrough.

  810. I'm talking to the people that's in the way.

  811. I'm talking to the people waiting for a breakthrough.

  812. I'm talking to the people waiting for a miracle.

  813. I'm talking to the people waiting on God.

  814. I'm talking to the people that's tired of being sick inside.

  815. I heard the Lord say hold on a little while longer.

  816. Now you sit next to somebody and they justify they in the way.

  817. I need you to turn to them, point your hand toward them and say hold on a little while longer.

  818. Preach to them real good, because their life is on the line.

  819. Look at them in the eyes.

  820. You got Holy Ghost power.

  821. I need you to use your Holy Ghost.

  822. Tell them to hold on A little while longer.

  823. Yeah, tell them to hold on.

  824. A shift is about to happen.

  825. Tell them to hold on.

  826. God is up to something.

  827. Tell them to hold on.

  828. It's about to get rocky.

  829. What do you mean, Pastor Walt?

  830. Because Jesus held on a little while longer.

  831. The Bible declared early Sunday morning there was a tremble in the ground.

  832. Do y'all know what the tremble was?

  833. It was the sound and power of an earthquake, which often reminds me there was always a rumble.

  834. There is always a sound before a mighty move of God.

  835. I wonder, 10 o'clock service, can we rock this foundation?

  836. I wonder, 10 o'clock service, can we rumble this ground?

  837. I wonder 10 o'clock?

  838. service.

  839. Can we trouble the water Because our God is up to something?

  840. And if we make enough noise, if we call, on it right.

  841. I believe that somebody is about to experience a Sunday morning breakthrough.

  842. I believe, if we trouble the ground enough enough that God is going to move before we get out of this place, because I got faith enough, but I need y'all to help me.

  843. We got to trouble this place, we got to shake up this place, we got to make a sound.

  844. Let God know that our life is in his hands.

  845. Let God know that if he don't raise us up, we can't get up.

  846. Let God know we don't mind waiting.

  847. Are y'all ready to make a sound?

  848. Let's trouble this place.

  849. Let's make some noise.

  850. Let's set an atmosphere, a breakthrough in here.

  851. Let's set an atmosphere, a breakthrough in healing.

  852. Let's set an atmosphere, a breakthrough in miracles.

  853. Let's set an atmosphere that marriages get hold.

  854. Let's set an atmosphere that souls get delivered.

  855. Let's set an atmosphere that it turns around for you.

  856. Because I'm here to tell you.

  857. I feel a Sunday morning in my spirit.

  858. I feel the Lord he's redirecting some folks as a matter of fact, that's 10 of y'all's shouts, right where y'all are.

  859. The Lord just said I just redirected you.

  860. The Lord has said I just restored you.

  861. The Lord has said I just fixed it for you and if you believe that God is talking to you, you better give God some crazy praise.

  862. Did you hear what I said?

  863. For everybody that can receive this, the Lord is saying it's Sunday morning in your house.

  864. Don't worry about what's going on in your neighbor house.

  865. Resurrection just hit your house.

  866. A turnaround just hit your house A breakthrough just hit your house.

  867. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so Don't worry about what's happening to the people.

  868. that can't catch it Every now and then I've got to catch it for myself, and I just heard the Lord say Pastor Walt is about to be a ship.

  869. Pastor Walt is about to turn it around.

  870. Pastor Walt, I'm going to supply all of you.

  871. I wish I had some other people that had crazy enough faith to believe that God spoke to you.

  872. Why don't you give us some glory?

  873. Why don't you give us some glory?

  874. Why don't you give us some honor, why don't you give us some praise?

  875. Because a shift just hit your house A resurrection just hit your house.

  876. A revival just hit your house.

  877. A renewal just hit your house.

  878. God is saying because your life is in my hands, you don't have to worry, because your life is in my hands.

  879. I'm orchestrating the pieces on the chessboard, because your life is in my hands.

  880. What killed other folk?

  881. You do know that there were three people that were being crucified at the same time, but only one of them got up after three days.

  882. I want you to know there are some other people that have gone through what you've gone through, but of the three, you're the one that got up again.

  883. Yeah, you're the one that survived.

  884. What killed somebody else?

  885. You ought to praise God if that's you.

  886. You know you're the one.

  887. You know you're not supposed to be here.

  888. You know what you did and you got family and friends who didn't make it.

  889. You got co-workers who didn't make it, but you're the one that rose from it.

  890. I need some worshipers in the house from it.

  891. I need some worshipers in the house, chris.

  892. Let them worship, because this last two minutes is for the people that know that you weren't the only one on the cross, but you're the one that got up.

  893. And if God got you up, it means that he got something for you to do.

  894. And if God got you, up.

  895. you weren't the only one that got locked up, but God broke you out of something that nobody else survived.

  896. Hey, this one is for all of the people that know that God's hand was on your life and you survived some stuff, and those people didn't survive.

  897. They didn't come out of the divorce like you came out of the divorce.

  898. They didn't come out of the depression like you came out of the depression, and the only way you came out is because your life was in his hands.

  899. And I'm going to give you about 30 more seconds Because you've got a story for our God.

  900. The.

  901. Moment you realize that your life is in his hands.

  902. Come on, chris, give him about 30 seconds.

  903. One, two, three.

  904. Thank you, come on.

  905. You can still be in the grave, you can still be dead, you can still be bound.

  906. You can still be bound.

  907. You can still be broken, you can still be sick, you can still be addicted, but my life isn't in hand.

  908. Hey, hey, we're gonna flip it up on y'all.

  909. We're going 90s style.

  910. There was a song that used to sing in the 90s.

  911. It used to simply in the 90s, he used to simply declare all in his hands.

  912. I put it all in his hands.

  913. Anybody know that song.

  914. You help the new age saints know it.

  915. It's a simple song.

  916. It just says no matter how great or small, he's the master of them, all I put it on.

  917. All in his hands.

  918. Yeah, all in his hands, all in his hands, all in his hands, all in his hands, all in his hands.

  919. Yes, I, yes, I'll put it on.

  920. All in his hands, in his hands, I'll put it on.

  921. Yes, I'll put it on.

  922. I'll put it on.

  923. Yes, I'll put it on.

  924. I'll put it on.

  925. I'll put it on.

  926. I'll put it on In his head, in his head, all in his head, all in his head.

  927. I'll put it on.

  928. I'll put it on In his head, all in his head, all in his head.

  929. I'll put it on.

  930. I'll put it on In his head, all in his head, all in his head.

  931. I'll put it all in his hands, all in his hands.

  932. I put it all in his hands, all in his hands.

  933. I put it all in his hands, no matter how great or small, he's the master of it all.

  934. I put it all.

  935. Yes, I put it all.

  936. Yes, I put it all.

  937. I put it all.

  938. Yes, I put it all.

  939. Yes, I put it all, I put it all.

  940. I put it all in his hand.

  941. In his hand, all in his hand, all in his hand.

  942. I put it all, I put it all in his hand.

  943. Everybody say all in his hand, all in his hand.

  944. I put it all, I put it all in it, no matter how great or small?

  945. He's the master of it all.

  946. I put it all, yes, I put it all, yes, I put it all, yes, I put it all In his hands.

  947. Hey, listen, family, keep going right there.

  948. I'm trying to help some people to put it all in his hands.

  949. The song says you can put this and that in his hands you can put the little things, you can put the large things.

  950. I put it all in his hands this, this, and that he can handle it.

  951. That's a fact.

  952. I put it all in his hands as they singing that.

  953. Right there I got an invitation Listen, I want a few of the elders to come.

  954. I want to give some people an opportunity to put it all in his hands.

  955. If you don't have a church, home today this, this, there, it is this, this, this, that, this, this, this, that, this, this, this, that, this, this, this and that, this, this, this, this and that, this, this and that.

  956. Come on, this, this, this, this, this and that, this, this and that, this, this, that, this, this, that and that and that and that and that and this and this and this and this.

  957. I'll put it all.

  958. Yes, I'll put it all.

  959. I'll put it all, I'll put it all in his hands Now you got an opportunity to put it all in his hands.

  960. Listen, family.

  961. If you don't have a church home, the Lord is saying the way that you put it in his hands is get connected to a church.

  962. Today, as we stand to our feet, this is what I want y'all to do.

  963. Family, I want you to start checking on the person that's sitting next to you.

  964. You're going to ask them if they have a church home.

  965. Check on the person next to you.

  966. You're going to ask them if they have a relationship with God.

  967. Have they given their life to Jesus by making a confession and being baptized?

  968. We do this family so that if you've got to get comfortable doing it in here so you can do it out there.

  969. We've got to check on our people.

  970. So now I'm asking you personally if you don't have a church home and the Spirit spoke to you today, don't be ashamed.

  971. Come meet us in the aisle.

  972. Every last one of us had to make that step.

  973. It's a faith step.

  974. Somebody, make a faith step right here and meet Pastor in the aisle.

  975. If there's a person that needs to rededicate their life, make a faith step.

  976. What's crazy is when that first person makes that move, you just set an atmosphere for other people.

  977. So, somebody, be the first one today to be obedient to the Lord.

  978. If you're looking for a church home, if you're looking to rededicate your life, if you've never been baptized and you said I want to put my life in his hands by making a confession of faith, I want to meet you right here in this aisle.

  979. Put it all in his aisle.

  980. Put it all in his hands.

  981. Put it all in his hands.

  982. The door to the house of God is open, family.

  983. Put it all in his hands.

  984. I'm putting it all in his hands right now.

  985. Put this church in his hands.

  986. Your life is in his hands, but the first step of putting it in his hands your life is in his hands, but the first step of putting it in his hands is being obedient.

  987. Somebody today needs to be obedient to what the Lord is saying Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.

  988. No pressure, just opportunity to be obedient to what the Spirit is saying to you today.

  989. He can handle it.

  990. That's a fact.

  991. We put it all in his hands, hallelujah.

  992. Glory to God.

  993. Glory to God.

  994. Thank you, lord, for allowing us to put it all in your hands.

  995. Thank you, lord.

  996. I was just giving that soul some time to pray and see what the Spirit is saying, and let them know that this is a safe space.

  997. Hallelujah, glory to God.
