Beyond Human (Who Are You)

Joy listening to the Cross Kingdom Sermon of the Week.

We hope you enjoyed this message from Justin Carpenter. But

we actually have in the beginning, we actually had over

ten grand of gold and silver come in when we

first started the church. The end of this month, Cross

Kingdom will be nine years old August twenty eighth, which

is actually my wife's birthday, and Kobe's birthday, and rich

Harris's birthday and my cousin Patrick's birthday. I mean, I

could keep going if you want me to. Apparently it's

a great day. We're good. I didn't ask you. I

was asking them. Thank you, sir. If you're visit, just

don't listen to this guy in the front row. It's okay,

he's brother by blood. No, my brother's right here, my

blood brother right I got to keep those two separated

or we're going to be in really, really really be

in trouble. So yesterday was awesome. We we uh yes,

I feel like a warfare dream is coming back to

memory all of a sudden. Oh goodness. So anyways, we

had around with sixty five people come and uh I

taught out from my Keys to the Kingdom course on

interhealing and deliverance and and the and the homework or

the assignment for every single person that was here for

the eight hours yesterday was to go into the community

and find people that are hurting with trauma and minister

to them, because this is about equipping and releasing. It's

not about being sponges and going, Oh, I feel so

spiritual after that. Oh you're so bright. Oh you're so bright.

Look how bright we are. No, it goes way beyond that.

You actually don't just want to be a sponge. Everything

you're given is free in the kingdom, and you're called

to give it out. And the moment you get a breakthrough,

you've just been authorized to release that breakthrough for somebody else.

And in the areas that the enemies attacked you the

worst actually prophesies to the strength of your anointing. And

so you have to understand that he only attacks what

is there, and so therefore, through deception, he wants to

lie to you and tell you that you're not this

when you really are. If you need healing in your body,

I want you to stand up like we're supposed to

go after a couple of things before I start teaching. Oh,

power right. So kingdoms are conquered with power, but they're

ruled with authority. And so right now we're going to

ask the Lord Jesus to come in power. So hold

your hands out like it's Christmas, who's got physical pain

in their body right now, wave at me. So if

the Lord touches you, you're gonna know it. Right So,

right now, Father and the Mighty name of Jesus, Lord

I asked that you would come in power. Lord, I

ask that you would remove pain from wrists, joint pain,

Lord specifically arthritis. Lord I asked that you would touch

knuckles in the fingers and straighten them right now in

the Mighty name of Jesus and Lord specifically for pain

and the spine and the back. Lord, I asked that

you would touch backs right now and remove daggers, spears,

betrayal and the fear of it right now in Jesus' name. Lord,

I asked that you would bring healing over betrayal, just

like you did yesterday. We had a testimony. Yesterday. She

had gone to the doctors and X rays and everything

else and could not figure out what was going on.

And the Lord healed her and she is pain free

today so Lord, right now, I asked that you would

just if you got if you feel less pain in

your body, wave at me right now. Okay, Lord, I

thank you for what you're doing. And if you all

are next to him, put hands on them. Get an agreement,

not a spectator sport. Right so, Lord, right now, bring healing,

and I come against my grains right now in the

mighty name of Jesus, and I break the torment of

the mind from migrains right now in Jesus mighty name.

And I command those intrusive thoughts to release right now.

In fact, there is who's taking meds for migrains. Okay,

today's the day the meds go to your doctor. I'm

not telling you to get off cold turkey. I won't

do that. But today's the day. This is breakthrough. I

declare breakthrough in freedom over migraines right now the mighty

name of Jesus and Holy Spirit. I asked that you

would touch those that just raise their hands for the

medication of the migraines. And I command suppressed trauma and

suppressed grief to release off of their souls and their

minds right now in Jesus' name, and I break the

unbelief and the fear of not getting free of that

right now, fear lift in Jesus' name right now, and

the fear of abandonment. I break the lie of abandonment

right now, in the name of Jesus. You are not abandoned,

You are not alone, and the night terrors stop.

Now.

Lord, I ask that you would release the honey, but

they would taste and see that you were good, that

you would cause your presence to begin to just pour

out right now. And Lord, for the ones that don't

believe this is real, would you just knock them right

on their side with your love and presence right now,

knocked the unbelief out of them right now. I mean

that in the nicest way possible. Lord, touch them right now, Lord,

touch them right now. Who's the one with burning in

their back? Like you have a burn in your back?

Is that you there? Who else you got burning in

your back? Okay? So right now, Lord, I thank you

for release of that fiery spear, and I command the

spears to come out right now. In Jesus' name, I

thank you for healing over their backs right now, Lord,

trauma has to release their backs right now in Jesus' name.

I just saw someone journaling, and in your journal you

were writing about your struggles, specifically about hopelessness and depression.

And I just want you to know that the Lord

sees you in your writing and you can give that

to him, and today you can get breakthrough. If you're

okay with waving at me. Would you wave at me

if that bears witness to you? Okay, okay, Yeah, the

Lord sees everything, y'all. You understand your tears are prayers

and he stores every one of them in a bottle.

You were loved. One more thing before we shift gears.

The Lord wants to break the fear of going back

to jail. Okay, we got some, we got some claps,

So right now, I break the fear. I break the

fear of going back to jail right now, in the

name of Jesus and Lord. I ask that for those

that have been to jail in the past, and that's

why that fear is there, that you would begin to

meet with them in that prison cell right now and

remind them on how free they are now. Yeah, y'all

can give the Lord a hand. It's yeah, she said,

she feels like it's not just a physical jail, but

a jail of your mind. Thank you for freedom, Lord,

So all right, y'all can be seated. I just felt

like the Lord wanted me to go after, for go

after a few things in that moment. So, you know,

over the last couple of months, we've obviously gone through

the wringer and and it's like every week, you know,

when you teach, you don't just want to spit out

an outline or redo something. And my heart is anytime

I'm up here, is that I'm I'm carrying the heart

of the Lord in his message for the body. And uh,

I went to bed last night not knowing what I

was gonna to talk on and and I woke up

this morning with some a theme brewing, And uh, I

believe this has the potential to radically you. This morning

with all my heart, I labeled this beyond human. But

the question, the question I want to pose to you

before I dive into this is who are you? If

somebody asks you right now, who are you? See? In

our culture, what we normally do is we go, hey,

so what do you do for a living? And then

we think by what they're doing, we know who they

are because we're very performance driven, and there are people

running all over this earth right now trying to find

their identity and what they're doing. And then they get

ticked off when they don't get to do what they

want to do, because then they don't realize they're not

finding their identity because it's all lie based thinking. And

when you're in right relationship with the father and parents,

listen up. Your identity comes from the Lord. If you

don't get that, then you're gonna raise your children as

orphans and they're going to spend the rest of their

days looking to other people to tell them who they are.

And you know us right, eventually our processes are going

to bump into each other and we're gonna end up

telling the other person who they're not. Don't do that.

Don't give a human being the right to give you identity.

Your name, your destiny, your identity is in your name.

There's a word that means to transform. It's metamorphou, to

transform or transfigure, like Jesus transfigured on the Amount of Transfiguration,

which by the way, is actually the Mount of Herman,

which is that same mountain that the Beniaolohem and Genesis

six came down and entered into a covenant with each other,

the watchers, and then took daughters of men, and then

there you have your offspring, the Nephelum, the giants. You're welcome.

But Jesus takes that mountain back, that high place back

when he takes the three up the mountain, and he

transfigures before them, and it says he's his clothes are

white as light. He's radiating light. And the disciples are like,

they're not yet messed up, but they see Moses and Elijah,

the prophets and the Law, and Jesus is there, and

he is transfigured before them in his glorified body, which

is the glorified body that every one of you are

going to get at the resurrection. You're gonna radiate light,

you're gonna walk through walls, you're gonna judge angels. And

yet some of you think you can't even rebuke a

headache because you're thinking, as mere men, we don't have

a right anymore to think like the old man because

you're a new creation. Oh, I'm gonna mess with some

of y'all. Some of you think you're still sinners, rather

than recognizing when you stepped into Jesus now you are

a saint. You are a son of God, a daughter

of God that sometimes sins, big difference. If you think

your identity is still just a sinner, then that's all

you're gonna do because that's what you believe what you are.

And you're not acknowledging that you're a brand new creation.

The old is gone. Behold, all things have become new,

That you have become a partaker of His divine nature,

that you have become the righteousness of God in Christ.

Jesus see. Religion will beat you up, judge you, condemn you,

keep you down, but Jesus will tell you who you

really are and set you free. It's just like how

many of people, how many is in sobriety right now?

And how many times have you gone to AA? And

the very first thing is you confess that you're an alcoholic?

Still hogwash. You're a brand new creation in the Lord.

That is not your identity. You have been set free

from addiction, and so you walk in freedom and you

don't confess that. Now, before I start getting emails and

people cussing me again, I want to be clear about

this reality. I'm not against AA. In fact, in the

very beginning. It was all designed to go to the

Lord Jesus, not just simply a higher power and allow

all the witchcraft and new age stuff. It was Jesus

Christ alone, and he is the only one that will

light you up and set you free. But there's something

that happens. There's a main ingredient that we cannot miss,

and that's the Holy Spirit of God. And without the

Holy Spirit, there is no new creation. And in order

for him to come, Jesus had to die and shed

his blood and resurrect from the dead so the gift

of his spirit could come and transform us. We are

called to be transformed from glory to glory, a measure

of glory to a measure of glory. We're not called

to be miserable and a little less miserable and then

a little less miserable. You are called to walk in freedom.

You are called to be the light and salt over

this earth. You're called to carry this eternal Gospel of

the Kingdom everywhere you go and have such a demand,

such an identity, such a responsibility over this gospel that

you're like Paul, and you say, this is my gospel.

Who are you? That's the question. This morning, because as

you think in your heart, who you believe you are

is what you're going to live out. I don't care

how much knowledge of God, knowledge of anything else you

have here, that's not going to win out in that

moment of stimulus. What's gonna win when you're being squeezed

and crushed is what you really believe inside of here.

It says a double minded man is unstable in all

their ways. Guess what double mindedness means? To be too sold?

What is to be too sold? I have the truth here.

I know I'm a new creation, but I feel completely condemned, hopeless, lost,

and an orphan here. And that's not what He's called

you to see. You've been lied to your whole life,

maybe through your parents, maybe through friends, maybe through the church,

and all of a sudden you've got the truth, the

plumb line right in front of you. Who are you?

There's a word that says to rush, And in the

old Covenant you would always see and the Holy Spirit

rushed upon him and rushed upon him, or came upon them,

mightily came upon them, mightily rushed over them. Tewod Corinthians

three eighteen says, and we all with unveiled face, beholding

the glory of the Lord. Are being transformed into the

same image, from one degree of glory to another. For

this comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. How

much time are you wasting with the enemy running space

in your mind telling you you're not what he already

paid for? Romans twelve two says, do not be conformed

to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of

your mind, that by testing you may discern what is

the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

You will never find your identity and what you do.

You can be the greatest worship leader, you can be

the greatest steak griller, the best barista for coffee, But

that's what you do. It's it's not who you are.

What if we changed our culture and when we met people,

we actually started to say, hey, who are you? Who

do you? Jesus said, who do men say I am?

He didn't say, what do I do? Who? What do

men say I am? Who do they say I am?

And then he looks at Peter and he says, and

who do you say that I am? That is the

one question every human being on planet Earth has to answer.

Either in this life or in the final judgment, preferably no,

who are you? Who are you? This morning? Not the

not the great religious answers when everybody has their halo

on their head in church service, but outside of service,

when no one's around and you're out there, Who are you?

What thoughts do you have about your identity? What thoughts?

Negative lie based thinking that stirs up pain in your

heart because you're still wrestling with unbelief and double mindedness.

You weren't meant to run alone. The enemy wants to

isolate you and cut your legs out from underneath you,

and then get you to blame everybody around you for it.

Y'all with me and Matthew seventeen one to eight. After

six days, Jesus took with him Peter and James and

John his brother, and led them up a high mountain

by themselves, and he was transfigured before them, and his

face shone like the sun, and his clothes became wide

as light. And behold there appeared to them Moses and

Elijah talking with him. And Peter said to Jesus, Lord,

it is good to them. It is good to them.

Moses and Elijah talk. Sorry, I just that was amazing.

I literally was reading one sentence and then split that

in half and went back up. I don't even know

how I did that. Lord is good that we are here.

If you wish, I will make three tents here, one

for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah. He

was still speaking when behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them,

and a voice from the cloud said, this is my

beloved son, with whom I am well pleased. Listen to him. Remember,

Moses said that God would raise up a prophet that

you will listen to. That was Jesus. When the disciples

heard this, they fell on their faces and they were terrified.

But Jesus came and touched them, saying, rise and have

no fear. And when they lifted up their eyes, they

saw no one but Jesus only.

You know.

What's interesting to me is that they didn't. They didn't

seem that jacked up by the fact that Jesus transformed

in front of them, and Moses and elijahs standing in

front of them. But all of a sudden, when the

cloud comes and they hear the audible voice of the Father,

then they were terrified. I don't know about you, but

I may have been terrified a few scenes before that.

I'm just saying, like, all of a sudden, the man

next to me transforms radiates light, literal light, not gold dust,

And all of a sudden, Moses and Elijah's there is that? Like?

Is that not enough to terrify you? Some of you

may have even peeded your pants. But God's called us

to be a transformed people two Corinthians five, p. Seventeen. Therefore,

if anyone is in Christ, he's kind of a new creation.

Oh wait a minute, what translation the nearly inspired? Okay, No, Therefore,

if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.

The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come.

Jesus has a demand on your life to live just

like him this morning. Just as he is in this earth,

so are we. He has a right to have that

demand on your life because he purchased you with his blood.

You are not your own. You have been bought with

a price. And when we say that we fear God

but do not depart from evil, we lie because the

very first step of the fear of the Lord is

to depart from evil. We have got to realize we

cannot put a bushel over our light. You are light

you are not a physical human being sometimes experiencing spiritual things.

You are a spirit being temporarily living in a physical body,

and you are first spirit, and when you are walking

in alignment with the Lord Jesus, you are spirit, soul,

and body in that order. And many of you have

had physical problems because you've not addressed the issues of

the soul. And it's simply mirroring what's not fixed inside

of your soul that went overwhelmed. I always imagine like

my angels right there, and that's where I high five

of them first Gritians six two to three. Now, what

I did not just say was if you have a

physical issue, that is the guaranteed the issue you hear

me First Gritians six two to three are do you

not know that the saints will judge the world? What's

that the saints will judge the world? And if the

world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent

to try trivial cases? Do you not know that we

are to judge angels in the life to come right?

I would say his perspective of what we've become in

him is probably a tad bit higher than what we

think we are Paul said, what are you doing? You're

acting like mere men. Do you not know you're gonna judge? Angels?

Everything is in Christ, and He is in you, the

hope of glory, and yet we walk about trying to

find what's already inside of us. Galatian six seven and

nine says this, do not be deceived. God is not mocked.

For whatever one sows that will, he also reap. For

the one who sows to his own flesh will from

the flesh reap corruption. But the one who sows to

the spirit will, from the spirit reap eternal life. And

let us not grow weary of doing good. Anybody been

a little tired the last few weeks. I can tell

you I got tired. We were running seven days a week,

fourteen hours a day, literally, And when we last Sunday

night for the beach, I sat down in my chair

and my new shimboobee tent whatever, shimboomy, shimboomy, yeah whatever,

y'all know those tents that flat right, that are all

over and poor day. We sat down and ah, thank

you Jesus for a tiny break. I look off to

the left and there's a storm brewing, like really, and

so then I started joking around like I can, and

I started saying, y'all, we got to get out of here.

There's a there's a huge emergency. They just anyways, I'm

messing with them, only to find out that we really

did need to get the heck out of there. And

all of a sudden, the craziest apocalyptic sandstorm hit us.

I mean, I've got video of it. You couldn't see

one hundred foot in front of you. It was brutal. Chay,

where's cha, Chay? Oh yeah, Chase hiding in the back.

Chay was with us, and I bought that brand new

stinking tent. I was so proud of that tent, and

all of a sudden, I was like, I'm gonna lose

the tent. And so we flattened that thing out and

we I'm pulling this. I'm like, get in the car.

You know what I mean. It's it was crazy. I'm

not exaggerating. Chay gets a hold of the one end

of the tent I got or the cover. I grabbed

the other end, and I was like, we gotta fold

it up like a blanket. I'll yelling. She's five feet

from me, and its sands all over the place. I'm like, Jesus,

are you in there? And I'm trying to fold this

thing up, and all of a sudden, it starts taking

off with Chay, and I I was like, I didn't

pay to go parasailant, And so I'm like, Chay, aboard, aboard, aboard, Chay,

and I grab that thing, scrunched it up and throw

it in the car. You better know who you are

in that moment, otherwise I would have been speaking in tongues,

if you know what I mean. I don't know how

that illustration fit in with what I just said specifically,

but I'm sure somebody just got some healing. So but

the one who sows to the spirit will from the

spirit reap eternal life. Let us not grow weary and

doing good. We did not give up with folding that tent,

for in due season you will reap if you do

not give up. Y'all, some of you are frustrated, ticked off,

irritated because you're still walking out of the past harvest

of your life when all you did was sow seeds

of corruption. And if you don't give up with doing good,

the new harvest is going to overcome the old one

because now you're sowing seeds of life. And if you

sow seeds of life, guess what happens. If you sow

to the spirit of the spirit, you reap what life.

If you sow to the flesh of the flesh, you

reap corruption. Don't quit, get through that season, and I

promise you the new harvest will overcome your life, and

you'll actually taste and see that he is good, and

that he is a rewarder of those that diligently seek

after him. You will find that if you don't quit.

He goes on to say, but far be it from

me to boast except in the cross of the Lord

Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to

me and I to the world. For neither circumcision counts

for anything, nor uncircumcision, but a what a new creation?

Who are you? Identity doesn't come from education. You can

read all the books in the world. You can get

fifteen different degrees, and guess what, you can still not

have a clue who you are. Identity does not come

from education, but from impartation. Matthew sixteen sixteen to nineteen.

Simon became Peter Acts thirteen nine. Saul is called Paul,

and this is after his encounter with Jesus. Jacob becomes Israel.

In Genesis thirty five ten, Gideon is called a mighty

man of Valor. In Judges six twelve to fifteen, Gideon

is in a wine press, scared to death, hidden threshing

wheat in the wine press because he was scared to

death the enemy was gonna come and steal his food.

And the angel shows up and goes, oh, mighty man

of Valor. And Gideon's like, I don't know who you're

talking to. And he keeps on there for a second

because that was his identity in heaven. That's what who

God really created him to be. But all he could

do is have grass Hopper thinking and say, I come

from the smallest tribe, we are the least of the family,

and I am the least of the family members. Bravo.

That was amazing thinking Grasshopper thinking, stinking, thinking, negativity. But

he listened, Oh my, and it says, go, in this

strength of yours, are you all hearing it? Who are you?

After that, you shall come to gibbieth Eloheim, where there's

a garrison of the Philistines. And there as soon as

you come to the city, you will meet a group

of prophets coming down from the high place with harp, tambourine, flute,

and liar, not liar the way you think of today,

before them, prophesying that the spirit of the Lord will

rush upon you, and you'll prophesy with them and be

turned into another man. Now, when these signs meet, you

do what your hand finds to do, for God is

with you. Then go down before me to Gilgall, and

I behold, I'm coming down to you to offer burnt

offerings and to sacrifice peace offerings. Seven days. You shall

wait until I come to you and show you what

you shall do. And when he turned his back to

leave Samuel, God gave him another heart, and all these

signs came to pass that day for Samuel ten five

to nine Judges fourteen six. Then the spirit of the

Lord rushed upon him, and although he had nothing in

his hand, he tore the lion in pieces, as one

tears a young goat. But he did not tell his

father or his mother what he had done. Yo, this

is not a fairy tale. Samson tore a lion apart

when the spirit of the Lord rushed upon him. Do

you understand the moment you said yes to Jesus, the

Holy Spirit came inside of you, sealed you to the

day of redemption. And when you get the baptism of

the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit comes upon you for

the empowerment of ministry. The same Holy Spirit that rushed

upon him, that tore a lion in half, that took

down a giant, that split the rock, water came out separated,

waters went through dry land, brought a butt kicking. To Egypt,

to their gods, this is the God. When he says

who you are, you can count on it, because he's

the one who knitted you together, and his and your

and not his womb, your mother's womb. Who are you?

Because who you believe in your heart of hearts is

gonna determine whether or not you fulfill your destiny. Because

your identity is what unlocks your destiny. Your performance doesn't

unlock anything but weariness Judges fourteen nineteen. And the spirit

of the Lord rushed upon him, and he went down

to Ascalon and struck down thirty men of the town,

and took their spoil, and gave the garments to those

who had told the riddle and hot anger. He went

back to his father's house. Could you imagine if you

were Samson's dad and you're like, boy, bindover, I'm gonna

give you a whipping, and he's like, Dad, don't make

me pick the house up. Judges fifteen fourteen. When he

came to Lehigh, the Philistines came shouting to meet him.

Then the spirit of the Lord rushed upon him, and

the ropes that were on his arms became as flax

that has caught fire, and his bonds melted off his hands.

And that's the same exact thing that can happen to

your strongholds and to your bondages, and to the prisons

you've been in when you allow the Holy Spirit to

rush upon your life and the Lord Jesus to come

into those broken places. First Samuel sixteen thirteen. When they

came to Gibbea behold a group. I'm gonna just speak

in tongues. A group of prophets met him in the

Spirit of God rushed upon him, and he prophesied among them.

Are you getting this picture? When the Holy Spirit shows up,

things change, People begin to understand who they were created

to be. The Reality of Acts seventeen that God preordained

the very time and history that you would live, and

even your exact dwelling places becomes a reality, and all

of a sudden, you're not groping for the Lord anymore.

You're not groping to figure out who he created you

to be. You're not groping to wonder why, what is

his will? Why am I here in this moment? Because

destiny is all over you, and you were created with

it in your mother's womb, and you were placed here

for such a time as this. Every one of you

should be playing a role in the recovery and rebuilding

of this region. You're welcome. This is not a time

for us to be spiritual sponges and just sit back

on our blessed assurance. This is a time that we

rise up and be the body of Christ, the hands

and feet of Jesus, and that we release hope to

people that are hopeless, that we come to their aid.

And one moment we're rejoicing with those that have been

spared and have an amazing testimony of being rescued, and

then the five minutes later you may be comforting someone

who just lost family members or lost everything they had.

But this is what we're called to do in this hour. This,

this is the assignment before us. We're called to be

able to give an answer for why we have this

crazy expectation that God is still good in the midst

of disaster and calamity. He's still good. We still have hope.

We know that he's working all things together for our

good and his glory. We know that he's going to

take beauty from ashes. He's gonna a spirit of heaviness

and give you a mantle of praise. Don't let the

enemy tell you God's not good when he comes in steals,

kills and destroys, you tell him to go pounce sand. Yeah,

like I did with the ten. We got comedians in

here now. John twenty twenty one to twenty three. Jesus

said to them again, peace be with you, as the

Father has sent me, even so I'm sending you. And

when he had said this, he breathed on them and

said to them, receive the Holy Spirit. You understand this

right here, the resurrected Jesus breathe on the disciples. They're

the first ones to be sealed with the Holy Spirit.

And yet he tells him in John twenty he literally

tells him to wait for the Holy Spirit to come

upon them for the empowerment of ministry. There's a difference

between in and on. He's in you for you your sake,

upon you for others. Receive the Holy Spirit. If you

forgive the sins of any there forgiven them, have you

withhold forgiveness from any it's withheld. Listen, some of y'all

need to speak to your mountain right now. Some of

you need to start kicking the ground and say, spring up,

Oh well, and allow refreshing to come to your soul,

because right now the Lord wants to refresh you. You

need to understand that stirring in your spirit. Man, right now,

that bubbling your feeling is the Holy Spirit going Come on,

stir it up. Stir it up, just like he says,

stir your giftings up. Don't stay defeated and lay it

on the ground and beat up. You have the God

of Creation inside of you. You pull from his strength.

You pull from the well of the Creator, not your

own soul. This is a time to understand. When our

soul is ruling, we will faint. But when we pull

from the Holy Spirit and His strength, as in Philippians,

we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

It's him. Pull on his strength in this moment, and

when you lack wisdom, ask of Him and He'll give

it to you unbridled. I love that picture of just

this wild stallion blazing through a pasture with no saddle,

with no bit, with no reins, just full throttle. And

that's the exact That is the exact picture of how

the Lord wants to fill you with wisdom when you

don't have it, like full throttle horse hitting you in

the face in a good way. Are y'all hanging in there? Okay?

Ben acts one four and five, And while staying with them,

he ordered them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to

wait for the promise of the Father, which he said,

you heard from me. For John baptized with water, but

you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many

days from now. He acts one four to five. He's

literally saying this to the same disciples that in John

twenty that he breathed the Holy Spirit on them. Instead,

receive the Holy Spirit. There is a difference, y'all, between

being sealed with the Holy Spirit and the baptism of

the Holy Spirit. It is two separate events. You have

to understand that. And if you don't have the Holy

Spirit upon you, many of you are just running in

your own strength, and you can't figure out why things

aren't working the way you want them to. You ask,

we'll do impartation. Well, give me a minute. Yeah, just

give me a couple of minutes. I promise we'll get there.

Acts one, four and five. He told them to wait

for the Holy Spirit to come the day at Pentecosta,

and they were all together in one place, and suddenly

there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind,

and it filled the entire house where they were sitting.

If a mighty rushing wind filled this room right now,

a supernatural sound, do you think it'd get your attention?

And it goes on to say, and it filled the

entire house where they were sitting, and divided tongues as

of fire appeared to them and rested on each of them.

It's that same fire that led them at night in

the wilderness. And like a divided tongue, he came, and

they were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to

speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Everything changed at his resurrection, and His spirit has come

sealed you, rest upon you, empowered you, you, and is

there to tell you who you really are. And I'm

gonna share right now several scriptures for you. So just

let these identity scriptures wash over you. You can close your

eyes or stare at me crazy, whatever you want to do.

As I read this, this is who you are in Christ.

I am the salt of the earth Matthew five thirteen.

I'm the Light of the world Matthew five fourteen. I'm

a child of God. John one twelve. I am part

of the True Vine, a channel of Christ's love John

fifteen one to five. I am Christ's friend John fifteen fifteen.

I am chosen and appointed by Christ to bear his

fruit John fifteen sixteen. I'm a slave of righteousness Romans

six eighteen. I am enslaved to God Romans six twenty two.

I'm a son of God. God is spiritually my father,

Romans eight fourteen and fifteen. In Galatians three twenty six

and four six, I'm a joint error with Christ, sharing

his inheritance with him. Romans eight seventeen. I am a temple,

a dwelling place of God. His spirit and his life

dwell in me. First Corinthians three sixteen and six nineteen.

I am united to the Lord and one in spirit

with him. First Corinthians six seventeen. I'm a member of

Christ's body. First Corinthians twelve twenty seven. Ephesians five thirty.

I'm a new creation. Second Corinthians five p's seventeen. I

am reconciled to God, and I'm a minister of reconciliation.

Second Corinthians five eighteen and nineteen. I am a son

of God and one in Christ Galatians three, twenty six

and twenty eight. I'm an heir of God, since I'm

a son of God. Galatians four six and seven. I

am a saint Ephesians one one, First Corinthians one two,

Philippians one one, Colossians one two. I am God's workmanship,

his handiwork born anew in Christ to do his work

Ephesians two ten. I'm a fellows sin citizen of the

rest of God's family Ephesians two nineteen. I'm a prisoner

of Christ Ephesians three one and four one. I am

a righteous and holy Ephesians four twenty four. I am

a citizen of heaven, seated in Heaven right now. Philippians

three twenty Ephesians two twenty six. I am hidden with

Christ in God Colossians three three. I'm an expression of

the life of Christ, because He is my life. Colossians

three four. I am chosen of God, Holy and dearly

loved Colossians three twelve. First Thessalonians one four. I am

a son of light, not darkness. First Thessalonians five to five.

I'm a holy partaker of a heavenly calling. Hebrews three

to one. I am a partaker of Christ. I share

in his life Hebrews three fourteen. I am one of

God's living stones, being built up in Christ as a

spiritual house. One Peter two five. I'm a member of

a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation of

people for God's own possession. First Peter two nine and ten.

I'm an alien and a stranger to this world in

which I temporarily live. One Peter two eleven. I'm an

enemy of the devil. First Peter five eight. I'm a

child of God. I will resemble Christ when he returns.

First John three one and two. I am born of

God and the evil one the devil cannot touch me.

First John five eighteen. I am not the great I am,

but by the grace of God, I am what I am.

First Corinthians fifteen ten. I have been justified, completely forgiven,

and made righteous Romans five to one. I died with

Christ and died to the power of sin's rule over

my life Romans six one to six. I am free

forever from condemnation, Romans eight to one. Who are you?

That's who you are in Christ. So the next time

the enemy comes, jawl jacket you you go, I'm sorry.

Have you seen this? Can't touch this DN. No, there's

cameras out and we're live streaming. I won't say dancing

is like my number one gig. But so we have

to surrender to the spirit in order to walk in

the fullness of the Holy Spirit. But do we know

the ways of God? Because that's how we get to

know him. I want y'all so messed up every week

walking out of here that you're ready to go charge

Hell with a water pistol, punch the enemy in the face,

and see his kingdom advance. No matter who's up here,

who's singing, who's teaching, who's doing communion. Who's saying what

that when you show up here, You're like, man, I

can't wait to get together with my family. The Holy

Spirit is how the Father and the Son dwells in you.

Do you understand the Godhead not just Jesus. The Godhead

dwells inside of you. And yet the Father never left

his throne, and Jesus is bodily at the right hand

side of the Father, and yet all of him exists

inside of you. By the Holy Spirit. If you love me,

keep my commandments, and I will pray the Father, and

he will give you another helper that he may abide

with you forever, the spirit of truth, whom the world

cannot receive. Remember Moses said, if you don't go with me,

if your presence doesn't go with me, how is anybody

gonna know who we are? How are we going to

stand out distinct from every other nation? If your presence

doesn't go with us, And if your presence doesn't go

I'm not going anywhere because I want to be where

your presence is. And if you'll live a life that

is presence driven and not a program driven, everything will change.

You can't make God move, You can't formulate a move

of God. You can't say, Okay, we're doing revival meetings,

revivals breaking out next week. You don't tell God what

to do, but we do respond to his invitations when

they're given. And right now there's an invitation for us

to step into a greater measure of what He's calling

us to in this region. And the more we stewart this,

the more it's gonna grow. Period. There is an invitation

to the pastors over this region right now. Because I've

been a part of two New meetings without about forty ministers.

There's an invitation for us to grab the hold of

the heart of the Father for this region. And unity

is one charge hell move forward, advance the kingdom and

see the harvest over this region. Because I'm telling you

God has called this region to be an Apostolic cub,

a modern day Antioch. He is gonna be moving in

this region, not just a little visit. There's gonna be

a move of God that sustained that comes out of

this region that's gonna touch the nations. I believe that

with every fiber in my being, the Holy Spirit is creative,

and yet we're always trying to bottle up His creativity.

And put a rain on what he can and cannot do.

When he can do it, when he can't. We go

meeting after meeting and do the same thing traditionally and ritually,

over and over and over, and then we're like, Lord,

why aren't you moving? And he's like, well, are you

gonna give me the freedom to do I have permission

to interrupt your schedule. God's a gentleman. He's not gonna

violate your will good trust me, but he chooses not to.

He doesn't force himself into your heart in the areas

that you are wounded right now and you're afraid to

open up. He's patient, he's loving, he's gentle, he's kind.

He doesn't force himself on you. Some of y'all just

need to get alone and actually say what's in your heart,

the good, the bad, and the ugly, because in that moment,

that's when he's gonna meet you. He's waiting for you

to just get honest with yourself in some of the

areas of your heart. You don't think he can't hear that.

He knows every thought, He knows every thought that you're

ever gonna have. Not only is he back in the

garden with Adam and Eve before they fell. He right

now is with us, and he is with our great grandchildren.

Because he is outside of time and space, Heaven exists

inside of him. Nothing is greater. This is the God

that you serve. This is your father. And when he says, hey,

trust me, I don't know. Lord. I mean, you only

created the universe. You know, the universe is expanding faster

than the speed of light right now. The moment when

he said let there be, it kept being, and all

of that exists inside of him. Do you want to

get a greater understanding of his majesty? Meditate on that.

Meditate on the reality that he created time, Time exists

inside of him. And what about this? What if when

Elijah had his encounter and I'm sorry Moses and Elijah,

what if each of them were actually taken in their timeline?

Why each of them were alive, pulled out of their

timeline and literally moved forward to the mount to Mount Herman,

transfigured and then brought back into that timeline and you

didn't know it because you're just now reading it in Matthew, Hello,

this is the out of the universe, the one who created.

Did you catch that he plucks you out of time.

The Holy Spirit in John sixteen thirteen says I will

show you things to come, and he literally can have

you time travel and then put you right back into

your body in your current time. What do you think

deja vu is? It's literally dream fragments where he has

showing you your future in the night watch hid it

from you. Then in the future you begin to walk

what he showed you in the night but hid from you,

and you start walking it out, and all of a

sudden you're like, oh, I think I've been here before. Yes,

you were. He's a whole lot here, man, tough crowd.

There's my time up. Strengthen yourself and the Lord, who

are you? You're a son of God? You're not the

great I am. I don't want to see lightning, y'all.

The there is a invitation this morning for us to

go from glory to glory, to get a greater impartation

of our identity in Him this morning. There really is that,

Like you know what you got air drop? Right? Yesterday?

I was giving all the Android people a hard time

as I was airdropping links and who's got an Apple?

Who's got Android? Oh? Oh, I'm getting faint no, you know,

I know how to pray for a spirit of mute. Okay, Lord,

please don't leave, Let me finish. Let me finish with this.

There's a Hebrew word that means to cleave, and it's

h devac da vak devach I don't have enough flm

but I'm trying. But means cleaving or refers to communion

with God, to cling or stick. Interestingly, as you look

at the root of it, it's describes how a man

cleaves to his wife so they become one flesh Genesis

two twenty four and is related to the word for

bodily joint, the bond of our bones to our skin

and Job nineteen twenty and where those who held fast

are cleaved to the Lord throughout their wanderings in the

wilderness Deuteronomy four four. And all of us are likewise

commanded to revere the Lord and be united with him.

We are to cleave to the Holy Spirit, stick to him,

become one flesh with him, like when he says that

the Holy Spirit clothed himself with Gideon. That is the closeness,

that is the intimacy the Lord longs for us to have.

That we literally become the clothes that the Holy Spirit wears. Yeah, Tess,

who's that next to you? Next to you? What's your

first name? Beth? Are you? Are you related to her?

Now?

Y'all like each other? Okay? Cool? Beth. I just saw

an internal picture I saw you, know, at a younger age,

and like you were running from something, and I just

want to encourage you. You don't have to run from anything.

You can run to the Lord. And there's an invitation

over your life right now for you to know God

in a way that your heart has longed for. But

I don't know that you thought was possible. And I

just want to encourage you in this season to run

after Him with everything you have. There's there's a creative

gift inside of you that has been stifled from life

and from negative words. But God wants to explore that

creativity that he has given you. There's he's giving you

an ability to write like you're good with words and

that came from Him. Is this making any sense? Okay? Yeah?

I just I really feel the compassion of the Lord

over your life. It wasn't your fault. There's some areas

the Lord wants you to stop blaming yourself. It's false responsibility,

and he wants to see you set free in those

areas blessings. Okay, now I'm all messed up, Yes, impartation.

He wants an upgrade. It's gonna be like air drop,

you know what I mean? Holy Spirit? Air drop? All right,

Why don't we all just stand where we're at and

Micah or Wayne? Is Wayne still here? Or Micah? Can

you get on the keys? I think I don't believe

the keys are muted. So the other interesting thing about

the Holy Spirit, well, after the initial day of Pentecost,

you would see the Holy Spirit coming upon them and

they were filled and they were filled. And the Old

Covenant would say that he would rush upon them. But

in the New Covenant, after the Baptism, it says in

they were filled, and they were filled, and they were filled.

And one of those reasons I personally believe, and you

can argue with me if you want, but your spirit

grows literally as you mature in Christ. And so as

you walk in the spirit and grow in the spirit,

your spirit's capacity actually goes beyond your physical body. That's

why people can feel you, or I should say, feel

Christ in you. And as that happens, the Holy Spirit

seals your spirit. That's where you're sealed. It's His spirit

inside of your spirit. And so as you grow and

mature in Christ, you're allowed to have more of Him.

And it's spirit to spirit communication.

Y'all.

We owe the Lord, we owe the world and encounter

with Jesus. You've been left behind for a purpose. You're

not here by accident, y'all. And the greatest thing in

the world is to walk with God. When you know

who you are, nobody can tell you who you're not.

And you'll stop looking to man for validation and identity

because no one can steal your identity. When you know

who you are in Jesus period, and you'll be free

of yourself, which means you'll be free of others. You'll

be able to love everyone, even the stinkers. All right,

so let's put our hands out like it's Christmas. So

Holy Spirit, would you come, Lord, Would you touch your

kids this morning? Would you fill us afresh? Would you

come like a mighty rushing wind this morning?

Lord?

Would you expand our spirit's capacity in large our heart?

Lord for yours and Lord for the ones that have

never had the baptism. Father, Right now I'm asking you

for the baptism of your spirit over those that are

only sealed. Lord, for the empowerment of ministry, Holy Spirit.

Would you come in power, Lord, Would you come and

begin to touch all of us. Lord, refresh us with

fresh oil of fresh baptism, that the fire of God

would rest over our heads. That literally, people would see

light and fire over us, because we are the burning ones.

We are beyond the old, we are new creations, we

are beyond normal human Lord, and it's all because of you.

You're the reason, Lord Jesus. Lord, more more, Lord, Would

you expand us this morning? Would you refresh us? Would

you fill us? Would you rush upon us today? Lord?

We want to see the advancement of your kingdom. We

want to see the harvest.

Lord.

We want to see why you designed us to be

in this moment, at this point in history. Just as

you are, so are we in this world. You said

all these things that you do, that we can do

in greater because you return to the Father, and you

said it was for our benefit that you returned to

the Father. So the promised one could come. More Lord,

more of you, less of us, Lord, but you would

be the first thing we think of when we wake

up in the morning. You would be the last thing

we think of when we go to bed. And against

all odds, against everything that happens in this life. Lord,

the anchor still holds the cornerstone, the captain of the ship,

the author and finisher of our salvation. Lord, the water's

not been walked on in a while. Command us to

come out. Lord. Would you minister to the hurting places

this morning? Lord, would you burn out doubt and unbelief

and defeat for the ones that want to quit right

now and run, Lord that they'd burn their run and shoes.

Lord instilled the new song. Lord put a new song

in our heart this morning. Yeah, just sing out to

the Lord.

For a minute.

I'm reminded of the I've got three pictures in my office.

One is Jesus chasing after the lost sheep and the wilderness.

The second one is him getting the sheep, and the

third one is him holding that sheep tightly in his arms.

And that's the picture I've got for us right now.

That just that reminder that the Lord is holding us

tight this moment. So Father, I thank you, Lord, I

thank you. You're the one with eyes like fire hair

white as wool. You're our provider, You're everything we need.

You're the I Am, the great I am I Am

has sent you. So Lord, I thank you this morning

for your love, your goodness. I thank you for your

refreshing Lord. I thank you for ministering to us. But

I thank you even more for the opportunity to minister

to you. Jesus, you made yourself of no reputation, and

you came to serve, not to be served, and offered

your life as a ransom. You set us free. So, Lord,

when we doubt who we are, may we be reminded

of your word of who we truly are in Jesus

Mighty Name. Amen. If you all need prayer, please come
