So we are going to start from verse 1 all the way through 4.

And when you are ready, let me know.

That's good, thank you.

Okay, in that time, the disciples came to Jesus saying,

Who is the greatest in the kingdom of the heavens?

And calling Jesus to a child, He put him in the middle of them.

And He said,

By the way, if you don't come back and do as a child,

you will not enter the kingdom of the heavens.

So, anyone who is humiliated like this child,

is the greatest in the kingdom of the heavens.

And in verse 1, at that time, the disciples came to Jesus and asked,

So, who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?

He called a small child and had him stand among them.

Truly, I tell you, He said,

Unless you turn and become like little children,

you'll never enter the kingdom of heaven.

Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child,

this one is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Okay, here as we see,

like you can see here, Jesus is teaching the disciples.

And now we're going to go to Mark,

and this is in chapter 9,

Versiculos 33 to 37.

And this is from verse 33 through 37.

And he said,

And when he was at home, he asked them,

What did you fight among yourselves on the way?

And they were silent,

because they had discussed who was the greatest on the way.

So Mark 933 says,

They came to Capernaum, he was in the house, he asked them,

What were you arguing about on the way?

But they were silent because on the way they had been arguing with one another

about who was the greatest.

Sitting down, he called the twelve and said to them,

If anyone wants to be first, he must be last and servant of all.

He took a child, had him stand among them,

and taking him in his arms, he said to them,

Whoever welcomes one little one child,

such as this one in my name welcomes me,

and whoever welcomes me, he does not welcome me,

but him who sent me.

So here we're seeing the same story,

with a little detail.

It's just right here that the disciples were arguing.

But when he came close to them and asked them,

What were you talking about?

They were silent.

No one wanted to say anything.

But Jesus already knew what they were thinking in their hearts.

So Jesus took this opportunity to change the way they were thinking.

So they thought that the kingdom of God was about manifesting the works of God.

And that's what we do, right?

They were impacted by the way Jesus would do it.

Jesus would walk by someone, by a person, and he would celebrate.

Jesus would say, Lazarus come out and he would come out.

So they had this mindset,

that's how the kingdom of God operates.

So I think that at some point they thought,

Peter said,

Well, if I resurrect more dead people than John,

then I deserve to be in the first place.

Then Judah said, OK, I am in charge of the finances,

then I should be first.

How come you're going to be the first?

No, it is me, the first.

Imagine that kind of, what was going on there?

They were fighting.

They were arguing, they were mad.

So when you're mad, you can tell in your face,

when you're mad you can tell, but then how are you?

I'm fine.

So they had to go inside the house,

and Jesus was there,

and Jesus said, and Jesus thought to himself,

I need to change the way they see the kingdom,

because this is not how the kingdom works.

So he took this little child,

it's believed that he was a little toddler,

three to five years old,

and it says that he put the little child in the middle

among the disciples,

and he told them, if you're not this little child,

you cannot see the kingdom of God.

So it was illegal for them to participate,

partake of so many miracles,

because Jesus wasn't interested, he just came to earth

to show us the kingdom,

but not the kingdom that we think about,

that brings benefits,

where I can get the best out of it for me.

The kingdom is not about that.

So let's think about how a kid behaves.

A kid is innocent, they're pure,

and if you ask a kid to do something,

they'll do it.

If you spank the kid, he's going to cry,

and he's going to be mad,

but then that's going to go away.

If the kid gets mad at his friend,

two seconds later, he forgets about that.

But the most important thing about all this

is the fact that the kid came to the arms of Jesus

is showing us that that is the condition of Jesus

towards the Father,

that that is the same relationship between the Father and Jesus.

That he's more interested that we are one with the Father

and with Jesus.

So this is about coming closer to Jesus.

When a kid sits on the lap of his father or mother,

or a mother, he's very quiet.

Mother, father, they provide whatever that kid needs.

So the child is not worried about what's going on around.

The kid is not afflicted by whatever people are saying.

So the child's focus is the Father or the mother.

So the child's focus is the affection that he receives at that moment.

And this season where the Lord is taking us to remove the veil,

he wants us to learn to enjoy the Father.

He wants us to learn to enjoy Jesus.

But we're not focused on how much we have to do

if I did it, if I didn't do it, if I'm lacking.

But when we come to that moment where we sit at the table with Jesus

and we only experience him, we only feel him,

that we're so able to get so close to the Father's heart,

just like the disciple, the beloved disciple, John,

it says that he would come close to the bosom of Jesus' bosom.

Imagine that kind of trust that he had with Jesus,

the kind of friendship that he had with Jesus.

That being two men, that he would lean his head in the chest of the Messiah.

That's what Jesus is expecting from us.

That is Jesus' desire for us for you who are here tonight.

And the arms of Jesus is where we are protected,

is where we are kept.

And I think that being more protected and guarded

is he wants for us to know that we are so loved.

We have walked for so long,

feeling despised, rejected,

thinking that we can acquire the affection of God through works,

that through works I can acquire a position,

and we have forgotten about the first love,

because I can assure you that when you had your first encounter with Jesus,

the first thing that you felt is the love of Jesus.

But it's time for us to come back and walk,

and let's enter into a deeper revelation about walking in that kind of love.

So I was talking to Pastor and he was telling me what is the difference

between the country to a child, to being a child, an adult,

but he was telling me the Bible never mentions that we have to be like adults

to enter the kingdom of God, but to be like children.

If you see there are other verses in the Bible where it says that they would bring the children to Jesus,

and the same disciples, because they were lacking this revelation, they would remove the children,

and Jesus was like no, please bring them to me, I want them, I want those kids, I love these kids,

and not so much because they were little, because the heart that they had,

if you see a child here in the altar, sometimes they are more sensitive than us, the adults,

because an adult, they have a risk. We have already grown up, we have experience,

there are things that they don't need to tell me. I know how to get into the presence of the Lord,

I know I have to close my eyes, I have to lift up my hands, but in the middle of all that,

my head is flying away, but somebody passes by, oh no, I am super, super spiritual,

and Jesus knows it, but he is looking for us to go back to the kind of heart,

because that is the relationship he has with the Father, Jesus knows the Father,

from that heart, because he speaks of the posture of the heart,

and he goes back to the first love, that day when you came to the presence of the Lord,

to that church, in that room, in that place wherever you were,

you just simply closed your eyes, and he revealed himself, that was it,

but how long was that? Or how long you haven't walked in that love?

Because it wasn't revealed to us, it's the first thing he reveals to the heart, innocence,

and then we start the process, the process of transformation, of purification,

but he is looking for us to go back to that place, to that place where we desire to be in the presence of Jesus,

you know when Nachalia is in the arms of her parents, or the pin, he can hear the voice of the Father very close,

he doesn't have to guess what the Father is saying, I just hear you so close and clear,

I can't even hear your breath, your breathing, your breath, not only that, when he is there,

when he is in the Father's arms, when Daddy carries that child, that child can see from the point of view that Father is seeing,

and that's where the scripture is fulfilled, where it says that we are seated in heavenly places,

but we don't get to be in heavenly places if we don't have that child like heart,

if we don't have that posture of a child, yes there was a revelation yesterday, but today we need a new one,

yesterday I heard Father, yesterday he affirmed me, yesterday he healed me, yesterday he gave me a new revelation,

but I need a new one today, and I'm going to need one tomorrow,

it's important for us to hear the voice of God from that kind of posture,

because many things are going on outside, but when we are in the presence of Jesus,

perhaps we are shaken, but we're not going to fall, we are in His arms,

He's not going to let us fall, and this is an invitation from Jesus,

He is the one that desires the most for us to go into that place,

He knows what is in that place,

He knows the transformation that He needs to do or make in that heart,

and many times we find ourselves trying to figure it out,

and there's no need for it,

see I had this example in my mind,

I don't have the verse,

I'm so desperate to see Jesus, that he was able to climb up a tree,

and Jesus saw him, I'm going to you,

because that's the type of hunger we need to have in our hearts,

to go back to that childlike heart,

it's with the passion that's here, he did the impossible,

and he was able to have a relationship with Jesus,

but in this season, he's looking for us,

for us to go even deeper, because many of us already know certain things,

and you know that for Jesus' maturity,

it's not about being an adult,

but to grow in the heart of a child,

it's to grow in that kind of posture,

when the disciples had this kind of idea about the kingdom,

he came to simplify the kingdom for them,

and to teach them that the true position or their place in the kingdom

is to have a childlike heart,

it doesn't matter how much we know today,

it doesn't matter how much experience we have,

what gives me a place in the kingdom of heaven,

is that I walk with the posture of a child,

with the posture of my child, she's four years old,

she was studying, and she would come to me,

she wanted me to carry her,

and as her mother, I would have to put everything aside,

because my baby's calling me,

and then it's okay baby, come with mommy,

and that's the way it is with her father,

when she's afraid in the morning,

she runs out of her room,

and we hear her steps running,

and she goes inside the room, well it is dark,

and she jumps in the bed,

and she puts herself in the middle of the two of us,

and she gets close to daddy,

and she puts her head on her father's chest,

because that's a safe place,

Jesus is a safe place for us,

there is where you can see the complete trust,

that's what He's looking for,

that we may grow in that trust,

because it's to the measure,

because it's through the measure and the stature of Jesus,

and trust increases,

and it goes deeper,

but it's what we accept,

and we recognize that we need that kind of heart.

You know that the adults are independent,

but Jesus is looking for dependency,

the dependency of His heart,

the dependency to the Father,

so He came to reveal the Father,

and this for me was very key,

because yesterday at an all this time,

we have been learning about unity

that we are one with Jesus,

Jesus in us,

us in Jesus,

and in the Father.

So John 17,

we have read that chapter many times,

and Jesus would speak,

I want you to be one,

but the posture from which Jesus was speaking,

the last prayer that Jesus prayed here on earth,

He did it from this position

from the position of a child,

with a heart where we can be like children,

and I believe that this kind of heart,

the heart of Jesus,

it was so close to the Father's heart,

He knew so well the Father's voice,

that was what sustained Him to be able to go to the cross.

The fact that He had the position of a child,

did He doubt?

Yes, He did,

but He did it,

because one of the characteristics of a child's heart

is the humility,

and that is the key

for us to go back to that kind of heart,

because it's not that we never had it.

If you're in this place,

it's because at some point,

God gave you what it is about Jesus,

the essence of Jesus,

the virtue of Jesus,

is innocence,

is that position,

so you have that heart.

But the fact here is,

Lord,

can you come for a moment?

This is what Jesus did.

He put the child right in the middle,

and He told the disciples,

if you want to be great,

you can come to that place,

and you can come to that place,

and you can come to that place,

and you can come to that place,

in the kingdom.

If you want to be great in the kingdom,

you need to be like her,

and this is what Jesus did.

This is what He wants from us.

He's not expecting anything else.

We don't have anything else.

We don't have nothing at all.

When we come to this world,

literally we're naked,

He wants us that way.

He can clothe us,

He can feel us,

He can give us everything that we need.

But it's the fact that we can know,

and that we can be aware.

I don't have nothing.

Everything I have,

I don't have anything.

I don't have anything.

Everything I have,

you gave it to me,

and that was Jesus' prayer.

What you gave to me,

what you gave to me,

I have given it to them.

He even recognized it,

that He didn't have anything,

and He is the Son of God.

He recognizes it.

He recognizes it.

He models it to us.

He models that He has nothing

being the Son of God.

When the stars were made,

He simply did it.

When the stars were formed by Him,

just doing this,

and they were formed.

But what kind of heart Jesus has

to come and say,

this is what I want.

So just come and say,

this is all I want.

A kid's child heart.

This is what I really care.

This is what I really care.

The heart of a child.

I think I'm going to ask them,

oh, these guys, they're already there.

I'm going to ask them,

if you can close your eyes.

I want to ask you,

if you can please close your eyes.

Let Him speak to you, let Him speak to you.

Because there was a moment where the heart.

Were that poster?

Either you lost it,

or it remained only in one revelation,

revelation, but he wants to stay, he wants to take us deeper, and that's so much more

that he wants to do inside of us. Through us, for us, he does want to manifest the kingdom.

He really wants us to manifest the kingdom, but the only way.

That we have access to the kingdom of God is by having the posture of a heart of a child.

And you know personally that what takes me to that moment is worship.

There's no other place where I can meet with Jesus, worship, because in the worship,

we forget who we are.

We forget who we are, and we fix our eyes on him.

And I can assure you that the moments where you had the revelation of God,

those moments, I can assure you that they started doing worship.

Someone invited you to worship him.

Just worship him.
