Welcome to the Legacy Churches Podcast. We are so glad
-
that you get you in us. Today we present God
-
speaks to you through his message and through his work.
-
Now let's tune into the message.
-
Thank you Lord.
-
I feel the sweet spirit of them in this room today.
-
I believe that God's got fallow ground. I'm another seed
-
that is really determined on the soil. If your heart's
-
not open to receive, then the world will fall on
-
deaf ears and you'll miss what God has. I don't
-
want to miss anything that God.
-
Has for my life.
-
I don't want to miss a crumb off the table.
-
You ever ate something so good that you you lick
-
the bowl? Come on now, talk to me somebody.
-
You know what I'm saying about.
-
Oh, I made cookies yesterday, I made snickerdoodles. I don't
-
know if you like snicker doodle. I love snickerdodles.
-
Man. After I made the batter, man, I would lick
-
in there.
-
You remember, remember back in the day when you used
-
to lick the the what do you call it? Come on,
-
talk to me the beater, Yeah, you lick the beater off.
-
Come on, now, you just be on the crevice. It's
-
just everything glory to God'll y'all talking to me right?
-
How many O?
-
His word is sweeter than the honey on the homy gold.
-
In fact, he says, the grass weather and the flower faded,
-
But the word of our.
-
God shall abide forever.
-
And today I want you to receive today everything that
-
God has Go to Second Corinthians, Chapter eight, verse one.
-
And now, brothers and sisters, we want you to know
-
about the grace that God has given the Macedonian Church.
-
Out of the most severe trial, they're overflowing joy and
-
their extreme poverty weld up and rich generosity.
-
I think you missed that. It says, their most severe trial.
-
How many trials should take stuff out of you? You
-
shouldn't have nothing left, he says, And they're overflowing you.
-
How can you have joy and trials in the same place.
-
It's all based upon how you see things. And their extreme.
-
Poverty welled up in rich generosity.
-
For I testified that they gave as much as they
-
were able, and even beyond.
-
Their ability, entirely on their own. They urgently pleaded with us.
-
For the privilege of sharing in this service to the saints.
-
And they did not do as we expected.
-
But they give themselves first the Lord and then to
-
us in keeping with God's will. So we urged Titus,
-
since he had earlier made a beginning to bring all
-
sort of completion of the act of grace on your part.
-
So just as you excel in everything, in faith, in
-
speech and knowledge, and complete earnestness, and in your love
-
for us, see that you also excel in the grace
-
of giving. How many God wants you to grow in giving? Amen, Father,
-
we thank you today. We ask it you'd help us
-
today to hear your word and not only hear your word,
-
but become doe words of it.
-
And Father, we thank you today for this house today that.
-
What you're doing and God will give you all the
-
praise and all the glory if it's in your name
-
and through your name, we're doing it. In Jesus name,
-
we pray, and all godspeople have said, Amen, God bless you.
-
You're gonna be seated.
-
How many goone wants you believe God wants to prosper you.
-
I mean I want God to prosper me. The word
-
prosper means that to move forward, to grow. How many
-
want your your marriage to prosper I mean I want
-
my marriage. I've been married to my beautiful books. I
-
don't know where she's probably working production today for twenty
-
two years. And man, I'm telling you, I want my
-
marriage to be better now than it was when we started. Amen,
-
I want to prosper. I want my kids to I
-
want my kids to prosper. I want them to grow
-
in wisdom and stature and favor with God. How many
-
want your emotional health or mental health to prosper?
-
And I don't want to have good thoughts. I want
-
my mind to.
-
Be set on the Lord. But then when I say
-
how many wants your money to prosper?
-
Everybody? Oh, I don't know about that.
-
But there's a holistic point of view when it comes
-
to God prospering us. And I think it's important today
-
because first John tells us that I wish above all
-
things that you would prosper and be in health even
-
as your soul prospers. But I think it's important that
-
we recognize you make a living by what you get,
-
You make a life by what you give. You make
-
a living by what you get. You make a life
-
by what you get. And the antidote to the Christian
-
or the antidote to the world or the antithesis of
-
the world, is generosity, because everybody in this room grew
-
up selfish.
-
In fact, the first word you.
-
Learned was not mom or dad, it was mine. Anybody
-
got kids who talk about mine?
-
Mine?
-
Anybody got some what I call chord snatchers. Anybody got
-
kids that steal your cords? Come on now, your power cords.
-
You know you're trying to charge your phone, and you go,
-
where is my charger?
-
Come on now? And all of a sudden, my kids.
-
Are notorious for stealing my charger and I'm gonna where
-
my charger at.
-
They just look at me all crazy. Ain't that ain't yours?
-
That's mine? No, it's not.
-
I bought everything in this house. Can I get a
-
witness even that? But the dynamic is we all are selfish,
-
all one what is ours? And the dynamic is the
-
and the Christian life that God's requirement of us is
-
to be generous. And we've been talking about generosity and
-
God we trust. And I really want to pound this
-
into our hearts. Because the Apostle Paul was giving us,
-
he was commending us and the Corinthians, because the Corinthian
-
was an affluent church. They had lots of industry, but
-
the Macedonian Church, who did not have the same means,
-
was actually out giving them. And Paul was frustrated because
-
they had it, they just weren't willing to give it,
-
and so he was challenging them, and he was actually
-
he was spurring them on and telling them about how
-
the Macedonian Church was operating in generosity and how the
-
Corinthian Church was slacking in their.
-
Ability to honor God.
-
And God wants us to know that our conditions does
-
not affect our generous behavior, that generosity has nothing to
-
do with your economic status.
-
That the truth of the matter is, it's really built upon.
-
This understanding of having a kingdom perspective. Kingdom perspective really
-
shapes our giving, how we see what we do and
-
why we do it. A lot of times we give
-
out of because we may give out of religious obligation.
-
But I really want to challenge you to give out
-
of the overflow of your heart, an overflow in generality.
-
How many God wants to bring overflow. Just tell your
-
neighbors say, God wants overflow.
-
He wants overflow in your life.
-
And the kingdom perspective lets us know that that that
-
it doesn't matter what's going on, whether it's the economic
-
status or whether it deals with our own means that
-
when we honor honor God in our kingdom perspective, God
-
can do more through our hands with his grace, but
-
it takes kingdom perspective. Like today, if I said we
-
need to raise a million dollars to day?
-
How many know?
-
Everybody be like, how many people know? How many if
-
you haven't raised a million? How many think that a
-
million dollars? Raising a million dollars for yourself would be
-
kind of hard? I don't got any honest people in
-
this room anyway. If you can raise a million dollars easily,
-
talk to me after service?
-
Amen? How many po know? If it like if the
-
demand like all of a sudden, you needed a million
-
dollars on Friday? How many like? I don't think so?
-
Pastorm No, no, no, maybe maybe move them decibels, decimals
-
and decimals. What I just say, help me, Jesus, decimals,
-
not decibels, decimals over, I mean I can do a hundred,
-
but not a million. Then you know, no way, there's
-
no way we can do a million. Limitation challenges us.
-
But God works in our limitation, because when we have
-
the right perspective, we will be motivated by mission over
-
our limitation.
-
You don't believe that.
-
Just see if one of your kids get diagnosed with
-
the disease that there's no cure for, but they got
-
one shot that costs a million dollars. How many gonn
-
know you figure out a way to areas a million dollars?
-
Mm hm, you'd do it in any way?
-
You would? You would.
-
You would start selling cakes after service. Come on, now,
-
you'd be over there on the corner getting buckets. You'd
-
be organizing, you'd be getting a GoFundMe. Hello, right, you'd
-
be doing everything. You'd be selling, you'd liquidate all your
-
equity out of your house if you're.
-
Kids were in need.
-
How many know you do anything and everything because you
-
recognize the purpose is more powerful than the means. And
-
when I need you to understand when it comes to
-
the Kingdom of God, is that what we are sharing
-
is more powerful and greater than the.
-
Cure for cancer. Because this is the cure for the
-
human condition.
-
The Gospel does not make us better, it makes us alive.
-
Aren't you just so thankful today that somebody shared the
-
Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ today with you. And
-
here is the challenge when we talk about giving there
-
are nations that we got missionaries here that there are
-
nations that have never heard of the name of Jesus.
-
And how should we be able to.
-
Hear it every day when there's some people who have
-
never heard. And when we understand the mission is so great,
-
come even want the gospel to be spread to the
-
four corners of the world, and the gospel to be
-
shared with those who are dying. Oh, my God, when
-
we think about the gospel, to have a gospel.
-
Changes us and shapes us. And it's just like.
-
One beggar telling another beggar where bred is? That Once
-
I was lost, but now I am found. Once I
-
was blind, but now I see. And because I see.
-
I don't want you to walk in blindness. I don't
-
want you to walk in darkness. I don't want you
-
to walk in depressions. I don't want you to walk
-
in defeat. I don't want you to walk towards the
-
devil's hell. I want you to walk with joy and peace.
-
And right to it.
-
And that can only come through the grace of the
-
Lord Jesus Christ, come on, give God a praise today,
-
and we've lost our kingdom perspective. But when you begin
-
to understand through the lens of the kingdom and you're like, oh,
-
I get to do this, I get to.
-
Be a part of the Kingdom of God.
-
I don't ever want to be about something where I
-
have to do anything.
-
I don't have to preach. I get to preach.
-
I don't have to share the good news. I get
-
to share the news. I don't have to give. I
-
get to give because I have a kingdom perspective. And
-
in that process of this overflow of kingdom perspective, it
-
gives me supernatural giving. The Bible tells us that that
-
because the Macedonian Church have this mentality, the Bible says
-
they gave beyond their ability.
-
Do you know that God can do more through you
-
than you can think?
-
If you will do the possible, God will do the impossible.
-
Do you believe that today?
-
Do you believe that God can do the impossible through you?
-
That God can use your giving, God can use your.
-
Means, and God can do things that are beyond your imagination.
-
If you'll just begin to trust God in the process.
-
And the thing about it is is that God doesn't
-
ask something that you don't have, but God always asks
-
something that you do have.
-
I mean, God always challenges us because how man.
-
No.
-
In American culture, especially in Christian American, we we like comfort.
-
Let me turn, I'm gonna make sure I see everybody.
-
I mean, we like we like If I turn the
-
air condition off, y'all would change your attitude real quick.
-
Hello here, I don't know what they're spending their money on,
-
but they better fix that. We like comfort. But you look,
-
when I go to your gone, there's no air conditioning
-
in the in the in the in the in the church.
-
In fact, most of.
-
Them, don't you know how many cars are parked in
-
the in the church parking lot zero?
-
Because an all of them have to walk to the
-
House of the Lord.
-
But you know what, they find their way singing and
-
praising God.
-
And when they give to the Lord, they give whatever
-
they have out of that.
-
And I can tell you that God blesses them. God
-
causes their chickens to multiply. God causes their goats to multiply.
-
God causes their gold, their cows to multiply. God blesses
-
them with provision. God supernaturally does what seems impossible. They
-
know the God of provision. Why because they recognize when
-
he puts it in my hand and I put it
-
in his hand, he always gives back pressed down, shaken
-
together and running over.
-
When you put it in the father's hand.
-
His hands are bigger, his hands are grayer, his hands
-
are stronger.
-
Come on, just put it in his hands today.
-
I like putting in his hands, just like the little
-
boy that went up to the counter back in the
-
day when they went up to the counter. Remember of
-
the day where you could grab a handful of candy
-
for five cents.
-
That's way past when I was born. Amen, I ain't
-
that old.
-
And for back in the day, remember you have the
-
five cent candy in the twenty five cent candy. The counterman,
-
the man at the counter, he the little boy come up.
-
He says, go ahead and get your hand full. He said, no,
-
you know, sir, I don't want to use my hand.
-
Can you give them to me?
-
Little boys thinks, well, you know my hand.
-
It's bigger than your hand. He said, that's exactly right.
-
If I put my hand in it, I only can
-
get that much. But if you put your hand in
-
it if you put your hand in it. If you
-
put your hand in it, you can give press down shape,
-
You can give more. You can bring overflow in my life.
-
I don't want my hand in it. I want his
-
hand in it. I don't want my hand on it.
-
I want his hand on it. I want his hand.
-
He said, I'll open up the.
-
Windows of heaven and pour out so much blessing they'll
-
not be enough room to receive. Can I tell you
-
I want his hand? Hey, my God, I want his hand.
-
I want his hand on my home. I want his
-
hand on my marriage. I want his hand on my finance.
-
I want his hand on my mind. I want to prosper.
-
Oh God, I want to prosper. Put your hand hand
-
on me today.
-
I need his hand. I need his hand. Just tell
-
your neighbors say you need his hand.
-
If you put your hand in it, it ain't gonna work.
-
But if you put if he puts his.
-
Hand on it, everything he touches is gonna change. Everything
-
he touched, his hands off is gonna have moved. Little
-
fish and little loaves become multiplied in his hand. I
-
can't feed these people better if you put it in
-
his hands.
-
If you put it in his hands. Your hand may
-
be with it.
-
But if you put it in his hands, he'll become.
-
A hole because of his hands. Come on, just tell
-
somebody put it in his hands.
-
We gotta let God do the impossible. Oh, I can
-
tell you I can testify in my own personal life
-
that there have been many times that we've been we've
-
been in lack and we've been faithful and God has
-
put his hand on it.
-
M there have been times when we didn't have the money,
-
but He put.
-
His hand on him God amply supply. I can be,
-
I can be a witness of how God's faithfulness works.
-
And I can tell you today when it comes with
-
overflowing of joy the God, that how you overflow and joys,
-
you first have to overflow in Christ, because you can't
-
give what you don't have. The Bible tells us that
-
they first give themselves to the Lord, and then they
-
give themselves others. And you can't give to others until
-
you first give yourself to the Lord, because if you're
-
not careful, you'll give to others and you'll give what
-
you don't have, and you'll start moving out of duty
-
instead of desire. God wants overflow in your life. He
-
wants to be the overflow.
-
In your life. When you have overflow, it becomes a joy,
-
oh man.
-
And how many know you can't get overflowed just on
-
Sunday mornings, and you can't live off somebody else's overflow.
-
You gotta learn to have an overflow for yourself. How
-
many of God is a rewarder of those who diligently
-
seek him. If you seek him, he.
-
Will show up in your life. But you gotta recognize
-
that first starts with an overflow in because a lot
-
of us are doing things out of duty.
-
Do things in our marriage out to do.
-
When you start doing stuff because you got to do something,
-
your marriage is on bankrupt it's on deficit.
-
Mm hmm. Anytime you're doing things and in the.
-
Workplace and ya got to do that, your attitude becomes
-
your altitude.
-
You got real quiet in here.
-
I'm just trying to teach you today that there's Gona
-
and you've got to overflow in Christ. That's why it's
-
so important that that out of your personal relationship with Christ,
-
there's an overflow. And you need a baptism. You need
-
a baptism of the presence of God in your life.
-
Every day, Paul said, do not be drunk on wine,
-
but be you filled with the spirit. Every day there
-
should be an overflow in your life. Submit yourself to God.
-
Move yourself into overflow. Excelling and giving starts with overflow.
-
And when you understand that, then you begin to excel.
-
You'll begin to do things, and God will begin to
-
shape your heart and begin to shape your generosity.
-
That's why Paul.
-
Said, as you excel in faith and speech and knowledge,
-
also excel in the grace of giving. Do you know
-
that God wants to grow your giving?
-
Amen? Amen? When I die, I should be.
-
Given more than the twenty five dollars I started out with.
-
Yet see yah, hey God.
-
But it's the dynamic, is that how many know that's
-
an area that's weak from most people. They don't have
-
the gift of giving. There's actually a spiritual gift of giving.
-
People that have a spiritual gift of giving that Paul
-
talked about Roman chapter twelve, they actually they hate me
-
preaching about giving because they think everybody should.
-
Do it already.
-
But for most people, they don't have the gift the giving,
-
so which means they have to learn the discipline of giving.
-
The discipline of working that faith muscle. You're working your
-
faith muscle.
-
How many No, you gotta start doing it.
-
Your muscles don't grow by idea, they grow by action.
-
You start operating.
-
On the other day, I've got my my, my youngest son.
-
He's he's got to get stronger for football. A man.
-
He's got to live up to his last name.
-
I think it's as Spanish as day Ah. I said
-
it right, Praise the Lord. I'm working my Spanish amen.
-
I was like, you can't be a strong and be weak.
-
No.
-
So he was out there and then and he was
-
in the gym, and he's smaller than me.
-
We were starting to shoulder work. You know, he's getting
-
the he's getting them delt's working.
-
Come on now, say come on, I said. First, I said,
-
just get the motion right, get your form right. Say
-
get your five Get five pounds.
-
Oh it can be more. No, no, no, no, start with five.
-
Come on, five pounds, then seven and a half, then
-
ten pounds, then fifteen, then twenty, then twenty five, then thirty.
-
Come on now.
-
But if you don't use your muscles, they'll have atrophy.
-
And God is saying, listen, as you've been blessed. God
-
wants to make you blessing.
-
How do I make it? Money?
-
You got to put it into work. You got to
-
excel in the grate. Don't skip leg day. Come on, somebody,
-
don't skip leg Don't skip the work. Don't skip late day.
-
There's people in the gym that they got all these
-
big old muscles and.
-
Got these little scarny legs. Look like a little birds.
-
Come on now like a rooster.
-
They got a big old chest and no leg Come
-
on now, don't skip leg day.
-
You know, don't skip leg day. Legs move you to
-
where you want to go.
-
The legs of the house are the giving andy, and
-
no matter how much faith and vision we have, the
-
legs is what moves us into the position.
-
That God has.
-
And spiritually there's a lot of us that are skipping
-
leg day and we miss out on being a blessing.
-
And God is saying, grow your legs, grow and watch
-
what I'll do and how I'll move through your life
-
in this process. And God will cause you to grow.
-
So how in that excelling giving. The first thing we
-
have to recognize how do we do it? Is we
-
got to do it speedily.
-
It starts now.
-
It doesn't start when you get the money. F y,
-
you have the money. It starts with what you have.
-
You don't get to a place that you graduate and
-
say when I have this, i'll start.
-
No, if you don't do it now, you won't do
-
it then.
-
So you start now and sincerity, And Paul says, I'm
-
testing the sincerity of it, he said. She says in
-
verse eight, I'm not commanding you, but I want you
-
to test the sincerity of your love by comparing it
-
with the earnests of others. Because sincerity is tied to speed.
-
The actual Greek word there is spout a. It's where
-
we get the word speed. That sincerity is tied to
-
speed because when you are sincere, you'll do it quickly,
-
and when you are reluctant, it is a sign. And
-
when you're delayed, it's a sign of where your heart is.
-
When people don't do something and they're reluctant, it's because
-
their heart.
-
Is not sincere.
-
Right right, like when when my wife, like my wife is,
-
she's all about gifts.
-
Any women in this room that like gifts?
-
When I see some of y'all are not sincere, y'all
-
are afraid to say something, But come on, how many?
-
How many? But like gifts? Come on?
-
Now, my wife, my wife, that's her love language. She
-
in fact, all five of them are her love language.
-
Amen.
-
She loves gifts and my And the thing about women, guys,
-
is that women don't tell you what they want.
-
They hint through you what they want.
-
She's already got her place, she's already her birthday is
-
in October, and she's already hitting Oh, this should be
-
really good. But the problem was she tells me everything
-
that she wants, and everything she wants she can't.
-
We can't. We're on a budget. Baby.
-
But I'm one of those people that when I get
-
get the hint, like even though it's October the nineteenth,
-
that's her birthday, when she when I get her, and
-
I know I got a good gift, you know what
-
I'm saying, that's on her list, not the one that
-
I think she.
-
Wants that she doesn't want.
-
Come on, men, have you ever given your wife something
-
you got excited about and when you gave it to
-
him to go?
-
Oh?
-
Like I gave my wife chocolate covered strawberries on on
-
Valentine's That was a good gift. No, she don't like strawberries.
-
We've been married twenty years and you gave me strawberries.
-
Don't you know I don't like strawberries.
-
Oh it's beautiful. That's fine. Maybe I'll eat the strawberries. Amen.
-
But when I buy my wife a gift and I
-
know she likes it because it's on her list, I
-
mean I when I buy it, I have her birthday
-
birthdays on the nineteenth. If I buy it on the twelfth,
-
I ain't wait until the nineteenth. Oh, nor anybody like that.
-
When you got it something that you like to give,
-
you gonna give it right now. I ain't gonna wait
-
till the nineteenth. I'm like, oh baby, and.
-
I keep it back. What's this for it? It's for
-
your birthday? But my birthday's not till next week. I know.
-
But I got it early, and I can't wait for
-
you to get what I give because I got a
-
heart to give it, and I don't want to wait
-
to give it because of since I love you and
-
I want you to know every day it's Friday with you, baby.
-
Come on, sincerity, and when you love God, you give
-
it quickly.
-
There's no like there's I don't know, no, no, you
-
give it because it's out of the overflow.
-
It's a sign of your sincerity that you get the
-
joy to give you get that's the joy when we
-
give it. Oh no, I don't know for God, No, no,
-
your yes.
-
Number two, look what excel and giving. You first have
-
to have the sincerity. So there's got to be there's got.
-
To be action.
-
But number two, you got to recognize needs and seeds,
-
Paul tells us. Watches says, our desire is not that
-
others might be relieved by while you are hard pressed,
-
but that there may be equality at the present time.
-
Your plenty will supply what they need, so that in
-
turn their plenty will supply what you need.
-
Then there will be quality.
-
So it's written, he who gathers much does not did
-
not have too much, and he who gathered little did
-
not have too little.
-
He's actually quoting from the Book.
-
Of Numbers talking about the man and are the man,
-
I should say, the man that coming in and today
-
I need you to understand that that.
-
Seeds and needs.
-
Today your seed will meet a need and on a
-
position to receive in your season of need. Let me
-
say like this, your unexpected blessing to others will become
-
your unexpected breakthrough for yourself, that what you give will
-
come back to you in due season.
-
It will come back to you.
-
So we need to recognize that there are seeds and needs,
-
and so it's so important when we recognize that we're
-
sowing that swing is actually it may leave you, but
-
it will come back to you. That how you bless somebody,
-
God will actually work that out so that somebody else will.
-
Be a blessing back to you.
-
When when you're in me, God is gonna set it
-
up so that in the window where you are in
-
a place where you don't know how it's gonna happen,
-
or when it's gonna happen, or where it's gonna happen,
-
you put something in the ground. It may have been
-
last month, it may have been last year, it may
-
have been ten years ago, that God is going to
-
show up in that window to show you because you
-
are a blessing, I'm gonna be a blessing back. Come
-
on give God pray for that. So that's what I
-
want you to learn. So when it comes to seed,
-
when we understand this reciprocity, we need to understand first
-
that when you give.
-
Your seed first outlasts your.
-
Obedience, that the seed is just the beginning of what
-
God's starting in your life. God always outlasts I said
-
this all the time. It may leave your hand, but
-
it never.
-
Leaves your life.
-
God's done so much in my life in the area
-
of finances just because I was honoring him when he
-
told me to do It didn't make sense. Many times
-
God told me to do things that didn't make any sense,
-
but I didn't. I said, Lord, I trust you, and
-
I'll obey you, and I'll meet the need. And in
-
that process, when you give, when you understand this number two,
-
when you give your sequell creed opportunity. See seed is
-
based on frequency, the Bible tells us in the Book
-
of Corinthians that continued on the next chapter. She remember this,
-
whoever so sparingly will also reap sparingly, and who oversows,
-
whoever sows generously, will also reap generously. Look watch this,
-
here's the deal. Sowing is tied to frequency. If you
-
are infrequent, then that means you so sparingly. If you
-
are frequented, you so bountifully. Because it's the sign of
-
the sower who's always scattering seed. It's not just the
-
it's not just the amount, but it's the continuation. You're
-
following me. I'm always sowing seed. And God wants to
-
teach you frequency. He wants to teach you that you
-
always and and and all make all grace abound to you,
-
that it always and all times God will recoglar there's
-
a frequency, Okay, there's always a frequency that when you
-
God blesses you, you that you so continually.
-
You don't sow when you think you have it. You
-
sow because you trust God in the process.
-
So it's just spa versus bountily that if you if
-
you hold back when you have opportunities.
-
To sew, you actually eat your seed. We'll talk about that.
-
So seed is based on frequency, So God develops our
-
sowing habits based upon frequency number two.
-
So we sold based on faith.
-
That's why the Bible tells us God loves a chill forgiver.
-
Why because the person who gives cheerfully gives in the
-
attitude of faith.
-
No one gets upset if.
-
They know that what they're doing is actually gonna come
-
back to them. Who I don't get upset. When I
-
bought investment into Apple, I think.
-
Oh my God, I lost all my money y'all gone
-
quiet on me.
-
Now I put the money into Apple, and now Apple's
-
working for me. When I understand the power of investing
-
in the kingdom of God, reconizing God's kingdom, how many
-
know He's a good He's faithful, and he will bring
-
it back to me. Oh, there'll be return on the investment.
-
It'll be eternal rewards. God will take care of my needs.
-
But the eternal rewards. I'm not one of those prosperity
-
pre review naming and claiming blabinah, no, no, no. But
-
I do recognize that there is a blessing that God has.
-
I give in faith, not to get.
-
I give in faith to Him who is faithful over
-
my life. And seed is based on function. God gives
-
you seed to sow and bread to eat. But if
-
you eat the seed, you'll have no bread to eat.
-
If you sow the seed, he gives seed to the sower,
-
and he gives bread to the eater. And many of
-
us are eating the seed, and we're missing out on
-
the bounty of the harvest.
-
You're getting.
-
This comes with frequency, comes with faith, comes with function.
-
God blessed me to be a blessing. But if I
-
take the blessing and eat it for myself. Then I
-
miss out on the blessings that God has for my
-
life that are way more than the money that I
-
get that I meant that I didn't give. Forget not
-
the Lord your God, For he it is he who
-
gives you the power to produce wealth.
-
He watches over you. Trust the Lord with all your heart.
-
Lean not to your own understanding, and all that ways
-
acknowledge Him, and He will make your path. There are
-
things that God will actually do, things for your life
-
that you don't even deserve, because you put it in
-
the ground. So based on your it's on the grace
-
that God has over your life. God wants you to
-
understand this powerful truth today. That's why he says, Remember
-
those who spoke so sparingly will read speraily. And he says, now,
-
he who supplies seed to the soulred and bread for food,
-
will also supply and increase the store of seed and
-
will large the harvest of your righteousnes that you may
-
be rich in every way, so that you can be
-
generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will
-
be in thanksgiving to God. The service that you perform
-
is not only supplying the needs of God's people, but
-
also overflowing and in many expressions of thanks to God
-
because of the service by which you have proved yourself.
-
Men will praise God for the obedience that the companies,
-
your confession of the Gospel of Christ, and for your
-
generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else.
-
And their prayers for you.
-
For you, their hearts will go out to you because
-
of the surpassing grace God has given you. Today we
-
hear this statement. You ever heard this statement? You reap
-
what yourself. That's not true. More than you sew, you
-
reap more. Write this down. You always reap later and greater.
-
You always reap later and greater. Some of us are
-
frustrated with the harvests that are coming into our life,
-
with our children, with our lives. I just gonna ask you,
-
what are you sewing? If you don't like your harvest,
-
you may want to change your seed. You may want
-
to change your seed.
-
Come on, stay with me.
-
Today takes faith, takes trust in God. It comes from
-
an overflow. Overflow. Overflow. Everything comes from overflow. How many
-
when you're grateful today, you can't help but get thanks.
-
Anybody grateful today for what God has done for your life.
-

-
of Jesus Christ.
-
Even in this message. Today, the spirit of God is
-
dealing with hearts. Today.
-
In the first service, people raise their hands and say
-
that I'm not in right relationship with the Lord and today,
-
you say, pastor.
